- 0:59Speaker 1: You know you.
- 1:24Speaker 6: Gonna turn.
- 1:31Speaker 5: Came to turn the mouth, the turn you probably got
- 1:44Speaker 5: to turn the mouth, turn out the water the mona.
- 1:49Speaker 4: Look me, come.
- 1:58Speaker 7: Come on, you'll think, ah, I sure will. Good morning everybody.
- 2:05Speaker 7: You are listening to the voice, Come on dig me now.
- 2:08Speaker 7: One and only Steve Harvey got a radio show.
- 2:13Speaker 6: Man.
- 2:13Speaker 8: If y'all only knew, I think I'll tell you to
- 2:16Speaker 8: you this morning man started off real crazy. But it's
- 2:21Speaker 8: just those little mishaps where we as people who are
- 2:25Speaker 8: striving to be successful that makes all the difference in
- 2:29Speaker 8: the world. When you have those little minor things that
- 2:32Speaker 8: come up, you can't let the minor things stop you.
- 2:36Speaker 8: You've got to keep pressing forward. Now, Could I have
- 2:40Speaker 8: played the role of where.
- 2:41Speaker 4: Is my car?
- 2:42Speaker 2: Where is my car?
- 2:44Speaker 4: Oh?
- 2:44Speaker 2: Where is my car? Instead of hustling and grab a cab?
- 2:50Speaker 2: So what am I? Am I above a cab ride now?
- 2:54Speaker 8: Or do I have to look at the bigger picture
- 2:56Speaker 8: and say, okay, I could act like a little spoiled
- 2:59Speaker 8: brat type of star and go I don't ride in cabs,
- 3:02Speaker 8: or where's my car? And then go to blaming people
- 3:05Speaker 8: for not having a car, or do I make the
- 3:07Speaker 8: adjustments because it ain't like I ain't been in a
- 3:08Speaker 8: cab before now slow down. Ain't like I ain't never
- 3:11Speaker 8: been in in a beat up car before. Slow down.
- 3:15Speaker 8: Ain't ever like I ain't never had a car and
- 3:17Speaker 8: rode a bus before. Slow down. Ain't like I ain't
- 3:21Speaker 8: never been homeless before, and ain't have nowhere to go?
- 3:24Speaker 8: Slow down. So in those moments right there, always remember
- 3:29Speaker 8: where you come from, but even more importantly, always remember
- 3:33Speaker 8: where you trying to go, because it's important for me
- 3:36Speaker 8: that I get here as many mornings as I possibly can.
- 3:40Speaker 8: It's important because that's the goal. And so many people
- 3:43Speaker 8: allow a minor things to stop them on their road
- 3:45Speaker 8: to success. And I'm giving you this example today not
- 3:50Speaker 8: to say hey, look at me, but to say to you, hey,
- 3:52Speaker 8: listen to me. There are going to be a lot
- 3:54Speaker 8: of things that's going to happen along your way to
- 3:56Speaker 8: being successful, and if you allow the small things to
- 3:59Speaker 8: stop you, there's no way you'll make it.
- 4:01Speaker 2: You've got to always.
- 4:02Speaker 8: Press forward and stop looking at the situation for what
- 4:05Speaker 8: it is and look, sometimes you have to take your
- 4:07Speaker 8: hour off right now and put your eye in the future.
- 4:10Speaker 8: You know, God has blessed me in so many ways.
- 4:12Speaker 8: I mean, what can I say? You know, I ask
- 4:14Speaker 8: God for this syndicated show. He gives me a syndicated show.
- 4:18Speaker 8: Niact like I don't want to come to it. Hold on, man,
- 4:20Speaker 8: slow down. Did not you ask for this? Do I
- 4:24Speaker 8: not realize that there are certain people, man, who look
- 4:27Speaker 8: forward to this message in the morning.
- 4:29Speaker 2: I've heard it.
- 4:30Speaker 8: From people, So from the hundreds that I've heard it for,
- 4:34Speaker 8: that could represent thousands for all I know. So if
- 4:38Speaker 8: I think somebody's counting on me, I got to try
- 4:40Speaker 8: to get there and give something. So today I didn't
- 4:43Speaker 8: have any time at all to think about what I
- 4:45Speaker 8: might say. I just walk right in and the jingle
- 4:48Speaker 8: was playing, and so I decided to just tell you
- 4:50Speaker 8: about my day and maybe you can relate it to
- 4:53Speaker 8: something you going through along the way, because no matter
- 4:55Speaker 8: who you are, you're going to have some moments man,
- 4:58Speaker 8: where things are going to have And like I always
- 5:01Speaker 8: tell my kids, and I just had this conversation with
- 5:03Speaker 8: my little girl. It ain't that things ain't gonna happen.
- 5:06Speaker 8: It's how you handle what happens that matters. But it
- 5:10Speaker 8: don't matter. It's how you handle what happens that's the
- 5:14Speaker 8: determining factor on where you get in life and how
- 5:17Speaker 8: soon you get there and how long you stay there.
- 5:20Speaker 8: That will always be a mishap, something that's gonna throw
- 5:25Speaker 8: you off. There will always be something man that could
- 5:29Speaker 8: deter you. That will be something somewhere man that will
- 5:32Speaker 8: make you doubt it. Now that you know that's gonna happen,
- 5:36Speaker 8: then let's talk about how you handle what happens, because
- 5:39Speaker 8: it's going to happen. So now what do you do
- 5:42Speaker 8: as a person when these moments come about in your life?
- 5:45Speaker 8: How do you handle?
- 5:47Speaker 2: Oh? Woe is me?
- 5:48Speaker 4: Oh?
- 5:49Speaker 2: I guess it wasn't meant to be.
- 5:51Speaker 4: Well.
- 5:52Speaker 8: If the Lord wanted me to have this, I'd have that.
- 5:55Speaker 8: How many damn many times you hear people say that,
- 5:57Speaker 8: You know, man, it really irks me. Man, Stop using
- 6:01Speaker 8: God as your excuse. God ain't no excuse. God is
- 6:05Speaker 8: a reason. He's a reason why the good happens. He's
- 6:11Speaker 8: a reason. He's not an excuse. God don't have no excuses,
- 6:15Speaker 8: and none of his scriptures or writings not that he
- 6:18Speaker 8: just don't make excuses. I would have done this. But
- 6:23Speaker 8: you know there's a scripture that says the poor will
- 6:26Speaker 8: all shall always be amongst us. Why that's got to
- 6:29Speaker 8: be you. Yeah, he said the poor will always be
- 6:32Speaker 8: amongst us, because you know, everybody ain't gonna follow the
- 6:34Speaker 8: principles of success. But he also said he came to
- 6:37Speaker 8: give you life and give it to you more abundantly.
- 6:40Speaker 8: He said that too, But oh no, you don't want
- 6:42Speaker 8: to hear that because your life kind of trip it
- 6:44Speaker 8: out a little bit.
- 6:45Speaker 2: So now what you do with it?
- 6:46Speaker 8: Now, you twist it and you go to that one
- 6:49Speaker 8: little scripture that say well, the poor shall always be
- 6:52Speaker 8: amongst us. Well, that's put in there because that's that
- 6:56Speaker 8: suggests in case. See that's a just in case y
- 7:00Speaker 8: all don't want to follow the scriptures. That's just in
- 7:03Speaker 8: case you don't understand that faith without works is dead.
- 7:07Speaker 8: That's just in case you have not because you ask. Now,
- 7:11Speaker 8: it's just in case you don't believe and shall not
- 7:14Speaker 8: doubt he got all that in there. But in case
- 7:16Speaker 8: you don't want to do that, there is a scripture
- 7:19Speaker 8: that tells you what will happen if you don't do it,
- 7:21Speaker 8: And here it is the poor shall always be amongst us.
- 7:24Speaker 8: But then you get that when they say, well, that's
- 7:27Speaker 8: I guess that's the Lord's will, Lord's will, really, really,
- 7:30Speaker 8: really really that's amazing. I just don't believe that about him.
- 7:36Speaker 8: I don't believe that God created your life to be
- 7:39Speaker 8: a life of misery. I think that we make decisions
- 7:44Speaker 8: along the way that cause us to have lives of misery.
- 7:47Speaker 8: But I really really just don't believe that God created
- 7:52Speaker 8: you for that. I've heard Nelson Mandela speak, and you know,
- 7:58Speaker 8: you gotta go wild. All those years in prison, Man,
- 8:03Speaker 8: what was it about? When you hear him speak, you understand.
- 8:06Speaker 2: What it was about.
- 8:07Speaker 8: He said he always knew he would be free one day.
- 8:11Speaker 8: Now what he said he never knew was he said
- 8:14Speaker 8: he never knew that he would be the president of
- 8:17Speaker 8: that country. Oh my goodness, what a long way around.
- 8:23Speaker 8: But he could have set there and got involved in
- 8:26Speaker 8: prison activities that wasn't up to paw and things like that.
- 8:31Speaker 8: And they said whenever young inmates used to come in.
- 8:33Speaker 8: He was telling the story one time of how young
- 8:36Speaker 8: inmates used to come into the prison. They all sit
- 8:38Speaker 8: around and talk to him about what they were doing
- 8:40Speaker 8: and how many kids they had in their lives, and
- 8:42Speaker 8: it helped them keep track of the outside a little bit,
- 8:46Speaker 8: and it kept a sense of time for them, and
- 8:48Speaker 8: it reminded me to talk about what they left behind,
- 8:51Speaker 8: and it kept them going because something was greater on
- 8:55Speaker 8: the other side. Had he allowed that to stop him,
- 8:59Speaker 8: had allowed the imprisonment, which is a pretty major deal. Oh,
- 9:02Speaker 8: by the way, then guess what he would have never
- 9:05Speaker 8: been the Nelson Mandela that we know today. A martyr,
- 9:08Speaker 8: a leader, a great force. People want to go around him.
- 9:12Speaker 8: Even people that imprisoned him could not understand his staunch strength,
- 9:17Speaker 8: his faith, his unwavering commitment. They couldn't understand it. So
- 9:22Speaker 8: things are going to happen in your life. But it's
- 9:24Speaker 8: how you handle what happens doesn't matter. So keep pushing, y'all.
- 9:27Speaker 8: Don't let the little things get in the way, okay,
- 9:30Speaker 8: And if you just sometimes you just don't know. I
- 9:32Speaker 8: got in a cab thinking I wasn't gonna make it,
- 9:34Speaker 8: but at least let's go see, let's try.
- 9:37Speaker 2: I made it. Now.
- 9:38Speaker 8: Guess what that gives me another piece of information that
- 9:41Speaker 8: I have, and all I had to see it again today.
- 9:45Speaker 8: Guess what I said today? Man, sometime when it looked
- 9:48Speaker 8: like you ain't gonna make it, just go ahead on anywhere.
- 9:50Speaker 2: Now.
- 9:50Speaker 8: I could still be back there at the hotel talking
- 9:52Speaker 8: about where my car, but I got up in here
- 9:54Speaker 8: and made it.
- 9:55Speaker 2: So now what y'all gonna do with it? Let's go.
- 9:57Speaker 1: You're listening to the Steve Harvey Morning Show.
- 10:04Speaker 8: Ladies and gentlemen. I don't know how to tell it, ty,
- 10:08Speaker 8: I can't find another way to put it. I keep
- 10:10Speaker 8: searching for a new way, a way to get you
- 10:14Speaker 8: to see it, or a new way to get me
- 10:17Speaker 8: to see.
- 10:18Speaker 2: It, even to even get me to understand what I'm
- 10:20Speaker 2: trying to tell you.
- 10:22Speaker 8: Really, how good and awesome God is, How amazing that
- 10:26Speaker 8: this thing is that he does on a daily basis,
- 10:29Speaker 8: He creates a new day. That's really really incredible. Man,
- 10:34Speaker 8: It's one of the most incredible things I've ever seen,
- 10:37Speaker 8: that he shows up every day to produce a new
- 10:40Speaker 8: one and we get to be a part of it. Wow,
- 10:46Speaker 8: that's crazy, man, That's a blessing. So glad I'm here,

- 11:06Speaker 6: Man?
- 11:06Speaker 9: Hey?
- 11:07Speaker 5: Man?
- 11:07Speaker 10: Just what you just said?
- 11:08Speaker 4: Man?
- 11:08Speaker 10: How you so glad today?
- 11:09Speaker 8: Man?
- 11:10Speaker 2: You just be glad.
- 11:11Speaker 10: You gotta thank him.
- 11:12Speaker 11: And uh, even though eventhing, sometimes things be happening to you,
- 11:16Speaker 11: you ain't always.
- 11:16Speaker 1: Got to understand.
- 11:17Speaker 10: You just got to go through it.
- 11:19Speaker 12: Is that how you deal with it.
- 11:20Speaker 8: I mean, it's happening today. It's just precisely something's going
- 11:26Speaker 8: on with me today that I have no understanding of.
- 11:30Speaker 2: I'm a bit confused.
- 11:32Speaker 4: You know, we just got here.
- 11:34Speaker 1: Were just yeah, it's already here.
- 11:37Speaker 2: Yeah yeah, wow, Yeah, just started happening last night.
- 11:47Speaker 4: You woke up.
- 11:49Speaker 2: You know, I try.
- 11:49Speaker 8: I thought if I slept a few hours and go
- 11:52Speaker 8: cook you know, Booker Man be gone.
- 11:55Speaker 2: He ain't wow and inspir of that man, It's all right.
- 12:02Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 12:03Speaker 8: I'm still grateful, amen, And I'm still grateful. And that's crazy, man,
- 12:09Speaker 8: But I have learned to be that way over the
- 12:13Speaker 8: course of the years.
- 12:15Speaker 2: All I used to be.
- 12:16Speaker 8: Now I want you to understand, I will wake up
- 12:18Speaker 8: and some of the mornings wipe me out because oh
- 12:22Speaker 8: here it is again.
- 12:23Speaker 2: I thought it'd be over with by now. Oh woe
- 12:26Speaker 2: is me? You know when I stopped doing that, when
- 12:31Speaker 2: they finally dawned on me.
- 12:34Speaker 8: That he ain't ever left me, that it's been nothing
- 12:39Speaker 8: in my life that I haven't gotten passed or through,
- 12:42Speaker 8: or that he's not currently pulling me through as in today.
- 12:48Speaker 2: Amen.
- 12:49Speaker 8: And and I've he got so I've got so much
- 12:52Speaker 8: evidence of that happening in my life. I just when
- 12:54Speaker 8: I wake up in something going on like today, I
- 12:57Speaker 8: just let it go ahead, go on.
- 13:00Speaker 1: Because you know God's got you.
- 13:02Speaker 2: Surely I have no problem that's bigger than my God.
- 13:07Speaker 1: Amen.

- 22:25Speaker 1: Yay's trials started this week. Cardi B says she plans
- 22:29Speaker 1: to remove her butt injections soon, and Vegas is experiencing
- 22:34Speaker 1: a drop in tourism for the first time since the pandemic.
- 22:38Speaker 1: That's all coming up at the top of the hour,
- 22:40Speaker 1: But right now it is time to ask the COLO,
- 22:44Speaker 1: our chief love Officer, Steve Harvey. Ready, Steve, yep, All right,
- 22:48Speaker 1: here we go Linda and John's Creek. Linda writes, I've
- 22:52Speaker 1: been divorced for almost a year, but I can't stop
- 22:54Speaker 1: sleeping with my ex husband. He cheated on me, and
- 22:57Speaker 1: I think maybe I should have tried to work on
- 23:00Speaker 1: our marriage instead of divorcing him. He can have sex
- 23:03Speaker 1: with anybody now, So why me?
- 23:06Speaker 2: Well, I think I hear a little bit of you
- 23:10Speaker 2: answering your own question in here.
- 23:13Speaker 4: Why me?
- 23:15Speaker 8: Yeah, you have to ask yourself why me? Because is
- 23:18Speaker 8: it that you want proof that you still got it?
- 23:21Speaker 8: Is it that you won't proof that you know it
- 23:25Speaker 8: wasn't cause you wasn't good enough? Okay, so now you
- 23:28Speaker 8: got to proof. But you divorced him because you didn't
- 23:32Speaker 8: like the distrust and the way it made you feel
- 23:36Speaker 8: after you found out. That's why you divorced him. But yeah,
- 23:41Speaker 8: and he can have sex with anybody and he still is.
- 23:45Speaker 4: Right.
- 23:47Speaker 8: I don't know if you understand what's happening here, lady,
- 23:50Speaker 8: but it's just more of the same. He's still having
- 23:53Speaker 8: sex with other people and you now he just discovered. Wow,
- 23:59Speaker 8: you found out and you still okay with having sex. Yeah,
- 24:04Speaker 8: he gonna take that too. Now, somebody is not the
- 24:08Speaker 8: smart person in this question. It ain't him, It ain't
- 24:15Speaker 8: me and Shirley, it ain't the clo.
- 24:20Speaker 1: Uh ding ding ding ding ding yep. So do you
- 24:26Speaker 1: think she regrets it?
- 24:27Speaker 4: Though?
- 24:27Speaker 1: When she says she should have tried to work on
- 24:29Speaker 1: a marriage instead of divorcing him, he didn't.
- 24:32Speaker 8: Yeah, he didn't think working on the marriage was worth it.
- 24:36Speaker 8: Let me get this divorce. Still, come over there. If
- 24:38Speaker 8: I can get a divorce, come over there and get
- 24:40Speaker 8: it and then leave and still do what I want
- 24:42Speaker 8: to do. I think, man, how good of a deal
- 24:46Speaker 8: is that? Yeah, somebody has got to stop making this
- 24:50Speaker 8: a good deal for him, and only one person can
- 24:53Speaker 8: do that, all.
- 24:55Speaker 1: Right, Linda and John's Creek, all right. Moving on to
- 24:57Speaker 1: Jacob and Lamert Park, Jacob writes, dating two ladies this summer,
- 25:02Speaker 1: and I decided to see one of them exclusively. The
- 25:05Speaker 1: other lady moved to another city and now she's engaged.
- 25:09Speaker 1: I feel like she was dating the dude while she
- 25:12Speaker 1: was dating me. Would I be out of line to
- 25:14Speaker 1: ask her?
- 25:16Speaker 4: Hey?
- 25:16Speaker 2: Bro, what difference doing me?
- 25:18Speaker 12: Right? Yeah?
- 25:21Speaker 8: Br you made the decision to date the other one. Yeah,
- 25:26Speaker 8: she moved, she moved out of town and now engaged
- 25:30Speaker 8: to another. Even if she was dating the other dude
- 25:35Speaker 8: while you was dating her, wouldn't you dating the other girl?
- 25:40Speaker 2: See, y'all?
- 25:41Speaker 8: I don't know how y'all don't understand that if you
- 25:45Speaker 8: do something to somebody, come on, Yeah, you don't think
- 25:49Speaker 8: they got the right to do.
- 25:50Speaker 9: It to you?
- 25:51Speaker 1: Right, it's a two way street.
- 25:53Speaker 2: Yeah, you don't think that can happen to you?
- 25:59Speaker 1: Or she and lost Steve like you said he was,
- 26:02Speaker 1: Were you dating him?
- 26:03Speaker 4: No?
- 26:03Speaker 2: Which?
- 26:12Speaker 12: All right?
- 26:12Speaker 1: Moving on to Aurora, Ivett writes, my male friend and
- 26:16Speaker 1: I are intimate on so many levels, yet he still
- 26:19Speaker 1: introduces me as his friend. He even went to get
- 26:23Speaker 1: an STD screening so we don't have to use protection.
- 26:27Speaker 1: He swears he's not dealing with other women. So why
- 26:29Speaker 1: can't I be his girlfriend?
- 26:34Speaker 2: Why can't you be his girlfriend?
- 26:37Speaker 12: Because you're just his friend?
- 26:39Speaker 2: Yeah, and y'all are intimate on so many levels.
- 26:44Speaker 1: Yeah, and.
- 26:46Speaker 2: Oh newsflash, y'all ain't friends.
- 26:50Speaker 1: You always say that you're not friends.
- 26:53Speaker 8: It was never the arrangement. It's never what he wanted
- 26:57Speaker 8: it to be. So you decided because you will on
- 27:00Speaker 8: it something. You tried to give it a label. Were
- 27:03Speaker 8: friends and we intimate. He went and got an STD
- 27:06Speaker 8: check because you ain't his only friend, right that wick
- 27:15Speaker 8: has been in more than one candle?
- 27:18Speaker 1: WHOA? Is it clear to you now?
- 27:22Speaker 2: Yes?
- 27:22Speaker 4: Whoa?
- 27:23Speaker 1: Yeah, she wants to be his girl, though she wants
- 27:26Speaker 1: to be his girlfriend. That's the label that she wants
- 27:28Speaker 1: a girlfriend.
- 27:29Speaker 2: Yeah, it ain't. Yeah, well go ahead and tell that
- 27:32Speaker 2: to yourself.
- 27:35Speaker 1: Yeah, what should she do?
- 27:37Speaker 8: Well, see, you have to demand exclusivity, So go in
- 27:42Speaker 8: there and tell him that and see how that workout.
- 27:46Speaker 2: And then he told you he's not seeing anyone else.
- 27:51Speaker 2: That that is a lie.
- 27:54Speaker 1: Yeah, he swears, he swears he's not dealing with any
- 27:58Speaker 1: other women.
- 28:00Speaker 2: The blood tests, so we can do this without protection.
- 28:04Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, this particular, okay.
- 28:11Speaker 2: And that's the world we live in today.
- 28:13Speaker 8: And I was having a conversation with a buddy of
- 28:15Speaker 8: mine the other day and he was telling me because
- 28:17Speaker 8: he said, he broke up with this girl and he's
- 28:19Speaker 8: out there dating again. And he just said, man, it's
- 28:22Speaker 8: different out here. And I said, well, but there's still
- 28:24Speaker 8: a lot of good women out there. Man, I'm sorry.
- 28:26Speaker 8: I hate to tell you now. It ain't no man,
- 28:29Speaker 8: they different now, they all they all you know, gold
- 28:32Speaker 8: diggers they are. They're not all of them not, I said, listen.
- 28:36Speaker 8: But like I learned this off the end andnet though,
- 28:39Speaker 8: all women are expensive, all of them. You just got
- 28:44Speaker 8: to find the one you can afford and gonn lock
- 28:48Speaker 8: it in.
- 28:51Speaker 1: Yeah, that's a good lesson to learn early on late
- 28:57Speaker 1: in life. It doesn't matter when all right, last one.
- 29:01Speaker 1: Steve Ellen and Dothan Ellen writes, I'm dating a forty
- 29:05Speaker 1: four year old cry baby and we watch a lot
- 29:08Speaker 1: of movies together, and he beats me crying on the
- 29:10Speaker 1: mushy things. I suggest we watch action movies or comedies,
- 29:14Speaker 1: but he prefers the dramatic movies. Should I be happy?
- 29:18Speaker 1: Should I be happy that I have a sensitive man.
- 29:20Speaker 1: What do you think.
- 29:21Speaker 8: Well, here's what you have to watch out for. There
- 29:24Speaker 8: are sensitive men and it's okay. Uh, there are emotional
- 29:29Speaker 8: men and that's okay. You can't be both. You cannot
- 29:35Speaker 8: have both. And I'm not sure if you understand whether
- 29:39Speaker 8: your man is being sensitive or he's emotional. Now, if
- 29:45Speaker 8: this trait that he has is alarming to you, then
- 29:50Speaker 8: that's a red flag. Because if your woman is sitting
- 29:54Speaker 8: up there and she can't find nothing to cry about,
- 29:58Speaker 8: but your man do that, that's a red flag because
- 30:05Speaker 8: in the area of support, when you do need the
- 30:08Speaker 8: time to be a woman, when you do reach that
- 30:13Speaker 8: moment where I'm just gonna be a girl today and
- 30:18Speaker 8: he over there standard on first base before you get there, I'm.
- 30:22Speaker 1: Over here, all right, Thank you, clo.
- 30:26Speaker 2: That's the problem.
- 30:27Speaker 1: We gotta go. Coming up out of the top of
- 30:29Speaker 1: the hour, we have some entertainment news for you right
- 30:32Speaker 1: after this. You're listening Steve Harvey Morning Show. Well Yay,
- 30:41Speaker 1: of course, he's formerly known as Kanye West, is in
- 30:44Speaker 1: court this week with his wife, Bianca sen Sorry. Yay
- 30:48Speaker 1: is being sued by a former project manager over his
- 30:51Speaker 1: fifty seven million dollar Malibu estate. The lawsuit claims that
- 30:55Speaker 1: Ye subjected him to unsafe, unsafe working conditions and he
- 31:00Speaker 1: is owed over one million dollars in unpaid wages. But
- 31:04Speaker 1: here's what everyone is snickering about this case. The presiding
- 31:07Speaker 1: judge issued a strict dress code for Yay and his
- 31:12Speaker 1: wife that states they can't wear hats, they can't wear
- 31:15Speaker 1: any sunglasses, they can't wear here's the big one right here,
- 31:18Speaker 1: because you know what his wife is known for. They
- 31:21Speaker 1: can't wear any revealing clothing and nothing with offensive messages
- 31:25Speaker 1: or symbols on it. The trial is anticipated to last
- 31:28Speaker 1: about twelve days or so and Bianca Sensorry West, his wife,
- 31:32Speaker 1: is expected to testify. So here's the question, guys, do
- 31:36Speaker 1: you agree with the judge? Do Yay and his wife
- 31:39Speaker 1: need a dress code?
- 31:42Speaker 4: Yes?
- 31:42Speaker 1: They did, Yes, that's why they come out here.
- 31:46Speaker 11: Well, I could tell you that's the unsafe working conditions.
- 31:48Speaker 11: Is he walking around with no clothes on? That's that
- 31:50Speaker 11: unsafe working condition.
- 31:54Speaker 1: Because you may stop sawing and look turn away for
- 31:56Speaker 1: a second.
- 31:57Speaker 11: Yeah, hey man, I'm over here in this electrical box,
- 32:00Speaker 11: keep walking by. I'm shock myself. Yeah, that's not safe.
- 32:06Speaker 11: He could have just said no mask and no condoms.
- 32:09Speaker 11: Can't wear either one of them because you know they're
- 32:12Speaker 11: famous for that. Kanye come over there with a stock
- 32:15Speaker 11: and pulled over his whole face trying to talk. Ain't
- 32:18Speaker 11: nobody finn to do that? And then she just put
- 32:20Speaker 11: a condom on and come in there. No just straight condom.
- 32:26Speaker 11: They text clip everything out, Wow, breasts out but out
- 32:31Speaker 11: just nicked clip.
- 32:33Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 32:35Speaker 1: Who don't know the dress code for court?
- 32:39Speaker 2: A murderer know that all face tattoos.
- 32:44Speaker 8: He's sitting in there with a loose neck shirt because
- 32:46Speaker 8: they don't one thing about criminals. They don't know how
- 32:49Speaker 8: to buy shirts by neck sizes. They don't know that.
- 32:53Speaker 8: They always buy them too big.
- 32:56Speaker 4: Who knew that though?
- 32:58Speaker 1: That's a fact we didn't know.
- 32:59Speaker 2: But that's a yeah. Look at him.
- 33:01Speaker 8: Look at every inmate you see come to court. They
- 33:04Speaker 8: did they next size ever fit. It's always look at that.
- 33:09Speaker 1: I've never noticed because you're.
- 33:11Speaker 2: Going to prison anyway.
- 33:14Speaker 8: Stop buying these church clothes to go in here and
- 33:19Speaker 8: get two life sentences.
- 33:23Speaker 2: They know you did it.
- 33:25Speaker 8: You can sit up there and look like you take
- 33:29Speaker 8: these church clothes off. You're you're in here. You're in
- 33:33Speaker 8: for You're in here for killing seven people who with
- 33:37Speaker 8: a knife. Now you in here with church suito thinking
- 33:43Speaker 8: if you look a little bit more, you got seven
- 33:47Speaker 8: fresh tear drops tattooed on your face, one for each body.
- 33:51Speaker 8: And now you in here got killer tattooed on your forehead.
- 33:58Speaker 8: Body snatcher Jo Yeah, okay, Son Cross Yo chee Okay.
- 34:06Speaker 1: We're gonna move on now. Thank you for that breakdown,
- 34:10Speaker 1: all right, moving on to Cardi B. We're all Cardi
- 34:16Speaker 1: B fans on the show, and soon there will be
- 34:18Speaker 1: less of Cardi B to love. In a recent interview,
- 34:21Speaker 1: Carti said that when her tour wraps up in mid April,
- 34:25Speaker 1: it is the Little Miss Drama Tour, she plans to
- 34:28Speaker 1: go to South America and remove her butt injections. Carti
- 34:33Speaker 1: revealed that she started the process eighteen months ago and
- 34:36Speaker 1: had the majority of the liquid silicone in her butt
- 34:39Speaker 1: surgically removed. Carti says, now after this tour, I don't
- 34:43Speaker 1: want to hear nobody for three months. I'm going to Columbia.
- 34:46Speaker 1: Nobody hit me up, nothing, I'm taking this butt out, okay.
- 34:52Speaker 1: Cardi B is a big influence for women. So do
- 34:55Speaker 1: you think bb l's will soon be a thing of
- 34:58Speaker 1: the past. People are talking talking about it. They're saying, Okay,
- 35:01Speaker 1: I have a question out of style.
- 35:03Speaker 8: Yes, do women go to Columbia or of out of
- 35:08Speaker 8: country because of it's cost saving or they're better at it.
- 35:14Speaker 1: Both? I think I think it's cost effective. I think that, yeah,
- 35:18Speaker 1: it costs less, and then a lot of them do
- 35:21Speaker 1: great work. That's what I don't know.
- 35:23Speaker 8: Man, you would think somebody in America, but it's qualified
- 35:28Speaker 8: to do that. It's expensive, but at this point it's
- 35:33Speaker 8: for life saving. Yeah yeah, yeah, she could take one
- 35:37Speaker 8: of them tours and pay for that.
- 35:40Speaker 15: But I think though, I think it's a good thing
- 35:43Speaker 15: because she's been very vocal about but injections, yeah, the
- 35:47Speaker 15: danger of it.
- 35:48Speaker 1: So I think she's not only just talking about it.
- 35:51Speaker 15: I think she understands that she is influential in that area,
- 35:57Speaker 15: and so she's walking the talk as well, removed it
- 36:00Speaker 15: knowing that it's not safe.
- 36:02Speaker 1: So I didn't know she had Oh you don't what'd
- 36:07Speaker 1: you say?
- 36:08Speaker 2: You didn't know she had one?
- 36:09Speaker 1: I honestly didn't know that, not her. I knew Kay
- 36:13Speaker 1: Michelle and some other people, but not Cardi Bach. Surely yes,
- 36:17Speaker 1: Steve stopped. I didn't know, honest to god, I didn't.
- 36:21Speaker 1: I'm being truthful.
- 36:23Speaker 8: Well, see, after she had the babies, then she added
- 36:26Speaker 8: that baby waight, uh huh, and then it quit looking
- 36:31Speaker 8: like now you know, I mean, she's still a cute girl. Man,
- 36:35Speaker 8: she still know how to dress.
- 36:38Speaker 15: It's probably complications because she had it done I think
- 36:41Speaker 15: when she was young.
- 36:43Speaker 1: When she was in her previous profession.
- 36:47Speaker 8: But you know what, I've often heard some women talk
- 36:50Speaker 8: about this and say, you know what the dangers of
- 36:53Speaker 8: getting this stuff done when you're young is your body
- 36:56Speaker 8: hasn't done all the changes it's gone. You add that
- 37:00Speaker 8: foreign subject. Your body's still gonna do what it do
- 37:03Speaker 8: and it's just gonna do it around it. Yeah, crazy, Well,
- 37:07Speaker 8: good for her, Good for her. Yeah, all right, he's
- 37:10Speaker 8: twenty minutes after me.
- 37:11Speaker 2: Injections took out too.
- 37:15Speaker 1: Coming up in twenty minutes after the hour President Trump
- 37:18Speaker 1: State of the Union address was last night. We'll talk
- 37:21Speaker 1: about it right after this. You're listening Steve Harvey Morning Show.

- 38:00Speaker 1: Globelife radio dot com. President Trump delivered his State of
- 38:04Speaker 1: the Union address last night. It was and is the
- 38:08Speaker 1: longest in history, lasting approximately one hour and forty eight
- 38:14Speaker 1: minutes almost two hours. Trump honored the gold medal winning
- 38:18Speaker 1: US men's hockey team and enlisted the first Lady Milania
- 38:21Speaker 1: Trump to present a medal to a one hundred year
- 38:24Speaker 1: old Korean War veteran. Trump declared that a golden age
- 38:28Speaker 1: of America is underway, and he credited himself for the
- 38:32Speaker 1: turnaround for the ages. He boasted about his mass deportation
- 38:36Speaker 1: program and then requested that Congress restore full funding for
- 38:41Speaker 1: the Department of Homeland Security. Trump criticized the Biden administration
- 38:45Speaker 1: numerous times during his State of the Union address, and
- 38:49Speaker 1: at one point he just glanced over at the Democrats
- 38:52Speaker 1: and just said they were all crazy because they weren't
- 38:54Speaker 1: standing up for him. Meanwhile, Virginia Governor Abigail Spanberg Or
- 39:00Speaker 1: delivered the official Democratic response and accused President Trump of
- 39:03Speaker 1: failing to provide real solutions, and she criticized Trump's trade
- 39:08Speaker 1: policies for increasing costs for American families.
- 39:12Speaker 8: For that part, yeah, well see, yeah, I really couldn't
- 39:18Speaker 8: watch it, y'all. To be honest, I watched it for
- 39:20Speaker 8: like eight minutes, and you know, I've just the standing
- 39:27Speaker 8: and standing and standing in standing for nothing and for lies,
- 39:33Speaker 8: and then uh, he just kept admonishing the Democrats. Those
- 39:38Speaker 8: people over there don't stand from that. He looks, he
- 39:40Speaker 8: looks so aggravated when you don't stand for him. Yeah,
- 39:46Speaker 8: I mean, he almost pouts. And I just I just
- 39:49Speaker 8: didn't feel like watching that last night before I go
- 39:54Speaker 8: to bed. I just didn't need that in my spirit,
- 39:57Speaker 8: because you know, here's here's the crazy part. Nothing, nothing
- 40:03Speaker 8: is going to change. He is who he is, they
- 40:07Speaker 8: are who they are, and they gonna ride with this.
- 40:12Speaker 8: I don't care what he does and how wrong it is.
- 40:15Speaker 8: It's okay. And I just I just I just couldn't
- 40:19Speaker 8: watch it last night. Man, this country, we are in
- 40:23Speaker 8: a horrible time right now.
- 40:26Speaker 1: A horrible state the state of the Union is divisive,
- 40:30Speaker 1: but never he would never say that his approval rating
- 40:34Speaker 1: is down to what thirty seven percent?
- 40:37Speaker 8: This country is in a horrible position. It is, and
- 40:41Speaker 8: for you to sit there and clap it out like
- 40:44Speaker 8: it's okay, I can't watch that.
- 40:47Speaker 4: Did you see that?
- 40:48Speaker 1: The congress is the congressman from Houston out Green represent Green.
- 40:53Speaker 1: He had lost fanny. Yeah, he had a big sign
- 40:57Speaker 1: that said black people are not apes and he got
- 41:00Speaker 1: escorted out.
- 41:02Speaker 8: But come on, h come on, yeah congressman. Aw he
- 41:08Speaker 8: go down there and took it put out.
- 41:10Speaker 4: Yes he does.
- 41:12Speaker 1: We're all here for it, all right. Coming up at
- 41:14Speaker 1: thirty four minutes after the hour, Savannah Chrisly was a
- 41:17Speaker 1: guest host on the View and ruffled a few feathers.
- 41:20Speaker 1: We'll talk about it right after this. You're listening Harvey
- 41:25Speaker 1: Morning Show. Savannah Christly. That nick name may sound familiar
- 41:33Speaker 1: to some. She is the daughter of Todd and Julie
- 41:35Speaker 1: Christie from the Chrisly Knows Best reality show Well. She
- 41:39Speaker 1: recently completed five episodes. She was a guest host on
- 41:43Speaker 1: the View. As we know, Savannah Chrisly's parents, Todd and Julie,
- 41:47Speaker 1: received presidential pardons from Donald Trump for fraud convictions last year.
- 41:52Speaker 1: Now on the View, Savannah sparked intent on camera drama
- 41:56Speaker 1: when she proclaimed that Donald Trump is not a racist
- 42:00Speaker 1: and that he has helped many members of the black community. Well,
- 42:03Speaker 1: you know that did not sit well with Sonny Hostin
- 42:06Speaker 1: and Whoopee Immediately. Immediately, they pushed back and cited Trump's
- 42:12Speaker 1: past rhetoric and his policies. Whoopee emphasized that he is
- 42:17Speaker 1: in fact a racist and elaborated on his recent efforts
- 42:21Speaker 1: to remove slavery exhibits in Philadelphia and the video he
- 42:25Speaker 1: posted just what a couple of weeks ago in truth
- 42:27Speaker 1: Social that depicted the Obamas as apes. So do you
- 42:33Speaker 1: think that this woman, this young woman, Savannah chris Lee,
- 42:36Speaker 1: is qualified to sit amongst these dynamic female hosts on
- 42:39Speaker 1: the View and hold her own I mean, especially when
- 42:42Speaker 1: she says stuff like that.
- 42:44Speaker 8: Well, I think it's okay for her to host a show.
- 42:49Speaker 8: That's just when you make stakes that you've been making
- 42:52Speaker 8: in the privacy of your home, when you make it publicly,
- 42:54Speaker 8: get ready for pushback.
- 42:57Speaker 1: Yeah, here's especially on you.
- 43:00Speaker 2: Well, here's my problem.
- 43:02Speaker 1: That's what it's about.
- 43:03Speaker 8: I don't think people who are the recipients and on
- 43:07Speaker 8: the receiving end of racism, should be commenting on whether
- 43:12Speaker 8: it's a legitimate or hazard effect because you don't not.
- 43:19Speaker 2: Yes, you are clueless and oblivious. It has nothing to
- 43:23Speaker 2: do with your world.
- 43:26Speaker 8: See and you know, look, and I'm not saying that
- 43:29Speaker 8: there are non blacks and brown people who can't show
- 43:33Speaker 8: empathy towards it or can't be on the side of righteousness.
- 43:38Speaker 2: That's that's certainly not what I'm saying.
- 43:42Speaker 8: But you can't tell me what racism is and isn't
- 43:46Speaker 8: And you ain't over here be on the receiving end of.
- 43:49Speaker 10: It, right.
- 43:55Speaker 1: Right, And when you're on the receiving end of it,
- 43:57Speaker 1: you recognize it, you can call it out. You're attractive.
- 44:06Speaker 8: You've missed the racism bus, Yeah, yeah, it don't even
- 44:10Speaker 8: swing by your house.
- 44:12Speaker 2: You ain't seen the bus stop or nothing.
- 44:14Speaker 1: And how can you not think that he's racist with
- 44:18Speaker 1: the pictures of our former president, the first lady depicted
- 44:21Speaker 1: as gorillas, I mean, come on, how can you not
- 44:24Speaker 1: say that?
- 44:25Speaker 8: Caller said something off of that. Yeah, he said he
- 44:29Speaker 8: freed Go ahead, call.
- 44:30Speaker 15: Her, he freed her parents from She's not going to
- 44:34Speaker 15: call him a racist, and if I were hurt, I
- 44:37Speaker 15: would not either.
- 44:38Speaker 2: Hello, if he let my parents, you let my mom
- 44:44Speaker 2: and daddy out of jail.
- 44:46Speaker 5: Man.
- 44:46Speaker 8: I got on a pair of gold trunk high top sneakers,
- 44:51Speaker 8: tap dancing, eating a piece of chicken.
- 44:55Speaker 1: Right, you're going that far?
- 44:57Speaker 10: Oh gosh, my parents is out.
- 45:01Speaker 1: Yeah, her loyalty will.
- 45:03Speaker 2: Lie with him.
- 45:04Speaker 1: She's not gonna I'm gonna say the president is.
- 45:08Speaker 2: She's not gonna say that.
- 45:10Speaker 8: But you know what it's it's it's it's offensive to us. Yes,
- 45:16Speaker 8: when you sit there, you don't see it or you
- 45:20Speaker 8: know you can't sympathize with it. That's the sickening part
- 45:23Speaker 8: for us because you don't know.
- 45:25Speaker 1: You didn't see the picture of the Obamas as apes.
- 45:29Speaker 1: You didn't see that or hear about it.
- 45:31Speaker 2: Come on, see this deal? And I think I said
- 45:33Speaker 2: this the other day.
- 45:34Speaker 8: The dangerous part, the most dangerous person is a person
- 45:38Speaker 8: who's racist and don't know it.
- 45:40Speaker 2: Yeah, the person that's racist and knows it, they're not
- 45:44Speaker 2: as dangerous to me.
- 45:45Speaker 1: You can deal with them.
- 45:47Speaker 2: They are. You joined the klu Klux Klan. I got you.
- 45:52Speaker 2: I know why, we know what's up. You're not in
- 45:56Speaker 2: the klan. But you agree with things they do.
- 45:59Speaker 8: I don't.
- 46:00Speaker 2: It's just a cross burning. Yeah, somebody yell yeah, you
- 46:07Speaker 2: know that that type of stuff. Didn you go what
- 46:10Speaker 2: mm hmm? Yeah, they only did it once. All right.
- 46:16Speaker 1: Coming up next, we got Junior in for the Nephew
- 46:20Speaker 1: with Today's prank Phone Call. Right after this, you're listening

- 55:48Speaker 11: All right, ladies and gentlemen, it's time for the Strawberry
- 55:50Speaker 11: Letter with my good friend Shirley Strawberry.
- 55:53Speaker 1: Thank you, my good friend. Junior subject I want to
- 55:55Speaker 1: add another person, Dear Stephen. Shirley, my wife and I
- 56:00Speaker 1: got married in nineteen eighty five. She's seventy three and
- 56:03Speaker 1: I'm sixty seven years old. Back then, we were wild
- 56:07Speaker 1: and free, and we did a lot of stuff that
- 56:10Speaker 1: was a sign of the times. Because she was older,
- 56:13Speaker 1: she allowed me to see other women and encouraged me
- 56:16Speaker 1: to bring them over so she could observe us having
- 56:18Speaker 1: fun in the privacy of our own home. It was
- 56:21Speaker 1: the best of times. We never had children, so we
- 56:24Speaker 1: kept our marriage fun and exciting with parties and traveling
- 56:28Speaker 1: to exotic places with couples in our friends group. As
- 56:32Speaker 1: we got older, we stopped having threesomes. We went from
- 56:35Speaker 1: having a lot of sex during the week to having
- 56:38Speaker 1: sex once during the week and twice on the weekend.
- 56:41Speaker 1: I was fine with it because I couldn't do what
- 56:43Speaker 1: I used to do in bed. Then I started taking
- 56:46Speaker 1: pills that helped me keep up with my wife. She
- 56:49Speaker 1: was happy as could be because I was back in business,
- 56:53Speaker 1: but by then she had settled into acting like the
- 56:55Speaker 1: older married person that she is. She didn't want to
- 56:58Speaker 1: do anything that required a lot of bending, moving around,
- 57:01Speaker 1: or sweating. At this point, she said it was unacceptable
- 57:05Speaker 1: to seek out other women or to invite another woman
- 57:08Speaker 1: into our home for sex. Things changed, and I'm going
- 57:12Speaker 1: through depression because of it. I'm older, but I'm not
- 57:15Speaker 1: dead yet, so I need to have a certain amount
- 57:18Speaker 1: of sex to make sure my mind and body are
- 57:20Speaker 1: functioning right again. Yesterday I talked to my wife about
- 57:25Speaker 1: adding another person in the bedroom. I told her she
- 57:28Speaker 1: didn't have to participate, she could just watch. She said,
- 57:31Speaker 1: absolutely not. She's never really told me no like that.
- 57:36Speaker 1: Would I be wrong to go outside the marriage to
- 57:39Speaker 1: get some cookie on the side. Well, I don't think
- 57:43Speaker 1: it's going to matter what Steve and I say to you,
- 57:46Speaker 1: because you're going to do what you want to do anyway.
- 57:48Speaker 1: But yes, of course you would be morally wrong to
- 57:50Speaker 1: get something on the side because you're married. Okay, Having
- 57:55Speaker 1: said that, your wife is well into her seventies now,
- 57:58Speaker 1: and she's tired, and she is retired from all the
- 58:03Speaker 1: freaky stuff that you guys used to do, I'm sure
- 58:05Speaker 1: she wants you to be tired too and stop all
- 58:08Speaker 1: of this. I mean, would it kill you to stop
- 58:10Speaker 1: taking the pills and slow down for your wife? She
- 58:13Speaker 1: said absolutely no to you this time. You said it
- 58:16Speaker 1: was her first, your first note from her. Well, I say,
- 58:19Speaker 1: get used to the nose from your wife, because she's
- 58:22Speaker 1: definitely over all this wilding out you guys used to do.
- 58:25Speaker 1: A lot of people grow out of things as they
- 58:27Speaker 1: get older. She said, she doesn't like all the bending
- 58:30Speaker 1: and you know, and and all that stuff that she's
- 58:33Speaker 1: got to do. Now, older people learn to let certain
- 58:36Speaker 1: things go and move on with their lives. But no,
- 58:39Speaker 1: you found these pills and you're popping them and you're
- 58:41Speaker 1: stuck in the past. That's all I got. Steve it's not.
- 58:46Speaker 8: This ain't gonna work. This ain't gonna work because you
- 58:52Speaker 8: hit an old saying you can't. You can't change horses
- 58:55Speaker 8: in the middle of the stream. Uh huh, that's what's
- 58:58Speaker 8: happening here. First of all, you know, uh, my wife
- 59:04Speaker 8: and I got married in eighty five. She's seventy three
- 59:08Speaker 8: and I'm sixty seven. That right right right here, dog
- 59:14Speaker 8: dog dog, your girls seventy three, and you gonna do
- 59:19Speaker 8: what brother, Now, we did a lot of stuff back
- 59:25Speaker 8: in the day. That was signing a time. Because they
- 59:26Speaker 8: got married in eighty five. Because she was older, she
- 59:30Speaker 8: allowed you to see other women and then encouraged them
- 59:34Speaker 8: to bring the other woman to the house so she
- 59:37Speaker 8: could watch them in the privacy of their home. Oh hey,
- 59:43Speaker 8: that's crazy right there. And then you know, you said
- 59:47Speaker 8: it was the best of times. You know, we never
- 59:49Speaker 8: had children, so we kept our marriage fun and exciting.
- 59:52Speaker 8: You traveled all these exotic places with friends that was
- 59:57Speaker 8: that couples that was in your friend group.
- 59:59Speaker 2: So that means you know, all y'all would swingers.
- 1:00:02Speaker 8: Uh, you know, and when then y'all went from uh
- 1:00:05Speaker 8: and as we got older, we stopped having threesomes. Once
- 1:00:10Speaker 8: you got older, and we went from having a lot
- 1:00:13Speaker 8: of sex during the week to having sex once a
- 1:00:16Speaker 8: week during the week and twice on the weekend that
- 1:00:19Speaker 8: he is to keep. He said he was okay with
- 1:00:21Speaker 8: that because he couldn't he couldn't do what he used
- 1:00:26Speaker 8: to do in bed.
- 1:00:27Speaker 2: Right.
- 1:00:28Speaker 8: Nah, we get into it, yeah, dog, Yeah, at one
- 1:00:36Speaker 8: point in time, ain't none of us what we used
- 1:00:38Speaker 8: to be.
- 1:00:40Speaker 2: Hard to admit it? Ain't it hard to come to
- 1:00:45Speaker 2: terms with it? You know, I'm gonna tell you right now, dog.
- 1:00:50Speaker 8: You probably at that age since you then said that
- 1:00:52Speaker 8: right there where you see a fine one and you
- 1:00:54Speaker 8: don't even say nothing to it because you know you.
- 1:00:56Speaker 2: Ain't gonna be able to deliver. Yeah, yeah, yeah, that
- 1:01:01Speaker 2: never happened to you.
- 1:01:04Speaker 4: Uh.
- 1:01:07Speaker 8: Then I started taking pills and that helped me keep
- 1:01:10Speaker 8: up with my wife. Wow, she was happy, But then
- 1:01:15Speaker 8: she's settled into acting like an older married person that
- 1:01:19Speaker 8: she is. She didn't want to do anything that require
- 1:01:23Speaker 8: a lot of bending, moving, or sweating. Now let me
- 1:01:26Speaker 8: say something to you, doog, she's seventy three. She's seventy three.
- 1:01:31Speaker 8: Come on, I don't knowbody like a lot of bending
- 1:01:35Speaker 8: over its seventy three. I dropped some stuff on the
- 1:01:38Speaker 8: floor and just left it there. I just because I
- 1:01:42Speaker 8: just contemplate the value of it.
- 1:01:47Speaker 1: It's just a five. I don't really need it.
- 1:01:51Speaker 2: It's just a five. Yeah, and the wind blowing. I'm
- 1:01:54Speaker 2: gonna have to chase it, and I don't make a
- 1:01:57Speaker 2: donation to some person that need it.
- 1:01:59Speaker 1: So that's nice.
- 1:02:01Speaker 2: Yeah, everything's going to change when you get older.
- 1:02:03Speaker 1: They'd be all right, We'll hang on, Steve. We'll have
- 1:02:06Speaker 1: part two of your response coming up at twenty three

- 1:02:13Speaker 1: want to add another person. We'll get back into it
- 1:02:17Speaker 1: right after this. You're listening to Steve Harvey Morning Show.

- 1:02:58Speaker 1: recap today, Strawberry that the subject is I want to
- 1:03:01Speaker 1: add another person.
- 1:03:03Speaker 8: Yeah, I got that dog. But your wife is seventy
- 1:03:07Speaker 8: three and you sixty seven. Let's just get to this now.
- 1:03:10Speaker 8: What y'all did when y'all was young, y'all was wild,
- 1:03:12Speaker 8: participated in the times, you know what I mean.
- 1:03:15Speaker 2: And you did threesomes all the time.
- 1:03:18Speaker 8: And because you say, because she was older than you,
- 1:03:21Speaker 8: your wife being five or six years older than you,
- 1:03:27Speaker 8: that she would allow you to go and do what
- 1:03:29Speaker 8: you want to do, and you could bring them to
- 1:03:31Speaker 8: the house and she would watch y'all in the privacy
- 1:03:35Speaker 8: of your home. Y'all done got older now and note
- 1:03:39Speaker 8: then slowed down. She don't want to do threesomes, No,
- 1:03:42Speaker 8: mostly nows once a week and twice on the weekends.
- 1:03:45Speaker 8: And you say you was cool with that because you
- 1:03:47Speaker 8: can't do what you used to do. Well, bruh, I
- 1:03:51Speaker 8: got news for you. Some more news gonna hit you
- 1:03:53Speaker 8: front door in a little while too, because you're sixty seven, and.
- 1:03:57Speaker 2: Yeah, you can't.
- 1:03:58Speaker 8: You ain't what you was so now, but now you
- 1:04:03Speaker 8: done discovered these pills, and the more you think you're
- 1:04:08Speaker 8: back and then your wife was happy, you say, because
- 1:04:12Speaker 8: you was back in business. But then she started acting
- 1:04:16Speaker 8: like an old married woman and she don't want to
- 1:04:19Speaker 8: do a lot of bending, moving around and sweating. That's
- 1:04:24Speaker 8: because she's seventy three. Bending and moving around a seventy
- 1:04:28Speaker 8: three is different than when you was varty three or
- 1:04:30Speaker 8: thirty three. So that's what it is now at this point.
- 1:04:38Speaker 8: She then told you that it's unacceptable to seek out
- 1:04:42Speaker 8: other women or to invite another woman into our home
- 1:04:46Speaker 8: for sex.
- 1:04:48Speaker 2: Things have changed, and I'm.
- 1:04:50Speaker 8: Going through depression because of it. Well, let me tell
- 1:04:53Speaker 8: you something though, she's seventy three. Now, who you bringing
- 1:04:57Speaker 8: home now? I ain't gonna look like they used to?
- 1:04:59Speaker 1: Look wait, what say it one more time?
- 1:05:04Speaker 2: She's seventy three.
- 1:05:05Speaker 8: The women that you're gonna be bringing home now, they're
- 1:05:07Speaker 8: not gonna look like the other ones, you know, all
- 1:05:09Speaker 8: perky and skin smooth, standing up, dashing, everything firm in place.
- 1:05:17Speaker 1: He's bringing home older women now.
- 1:05:20Speaker 8: Yeah, yeah, yeah, from yeah, most of them from down
- 1:05:25Speaker 8: at the church. Yeah, don't nobody want to see sister
- 1:05:33Speaker 8: Floyd in lingerie.
- 1:05:38Speaker 1: Cherie?
- 1:05:39Speaker 8: Yeah, now, you're bringing over women with different names, Earl
- 1:05:42Speaker 8: lean Pearl, these these names Flucetta, what what jostly?
- 1:05:57Speaker 2: They don't they don't look the same.
- 1:05:58Speaker 1: No more, okay, nickname Champagne.
- 1:06:11Speaker 2: And so now, bro, and you ain't what you used
- 1:06:16Speaker 2: to be.
- 1:06:18Speaker 8: Dog, I'm not so sure that you're gonna be able
- 1:06:20Speaker 8: to find the people you think you're gonna be able
- 1:06:23Speaker 8: to find. You then fell off. These people will come
- 1:06:28Speaker 8: to your house for sex, and then just some more
- 1:06:31Speaker 8: you're gonna have a room full of old people. Don't
- 1:06:33Speaker 8: want to bend over. And he just said the problem
- 1:06:39Speaker 8: with his wife and she don't want to bend over
- 1:06:42Speaker 8: and twist.
- 1:06:42Speaker 2: And have fun.
- 1:06:43Speaker 4: No more.
- 1:06:47Speaker 2: Now you just got it. Now you're all down.
- 1:06:49Speaker 8: At you recruiting, down at the center, you down at
- 1:06:54Speaker 8: the VFW hog.
- 1:06:57Speaker 4: Going on.
- 1:06:58Speaker 8: Now they coming back to the house. Now they asking questions.
- 1:07:01Speaker 8: Y'all ain't got no bingo in here, gonna have a
- 1:07:05Speaker 8: good time, So brou I don't really know what you're
- 1:07:09Speaker 8: shooting for.
- 1:07:10Speaker 4: Man, And then.
- 1:07:14Speaker 8: He said, I need to have a certain amount of
- 1:07:16Speaker 8: sex to make sure my mind and body is functioned.
- 1:07:18Speaker 2: Right, Okay, I agree with that, but you going too far.
- 1:07:25Speaker 1: That's the thing.
- 1:07:25Speaker 8: No, you need to have some sex and stuff to
- 1:07:29Speaker 8: make sure your body and mind right. There ain't nothing
- 1:07:31Speaker 8: wrong with that. But you can't have all these people
- 1:07:33Speaker 8: at your house no more. Yeah, And then again yesterday
- 1:07:36Speaker 8: I talked to my wife about adding another person in
- 1:07:38Speaker 8: the bedroom. I told her that she didn't have to participate,
- 1:07:43Speaker 8: she could just watch. Well the movie different she's watching
- 1:07:46Speaker 8: now too. Yeah, all the movie now is slow motion.
- 1:07:52Speaker 1: Well he's depressed, Steve, he's depressed.
- 1:07:55Speaker 8: She said, absolutely not. She's never really told me no
- 1:07:59Speaker 8: like that. Would I be wrong to go outside the
- 1:08:01Speaker 8: marriage to get some cookie on the side.
- 1:08:03Speaker 2: Here's the part. You been out y'all been outside y'all
- 1:08:07Speaker 2: marriage to get cookie on the side. But what is
- 1:08:10Speaker 2: the permission? Folk?
- 1:08:12Speaker 8: And if I can about you being depressed? I tell
- 1:08:17Speaker 8: you what's really gonna depress your dog? When one of
- 1:08:21Speaker 8: them tell you what you ain't no more?
- 1:08:24Speaker 1: Oh, oh, she gonna crush him with that one.
- 1:08:29Speaker 2: And this how it's gonna sound what I done come
- 1:08:33Speaker 2: all the way over here for them.

- 1:11:02Speaker 9: No.
- 1:11:02Speaker 2: I really like Floyd, man, I do I like Floyd?
- 1:11:06Speaker 1: Do you want him to fight? You want to see
- 1:11:08Speaker 1: this fight with Hokya?
- 1:11:09Speaker 2: I mean I'm gonna watch it.
- 1:11:11Speaker 1: Are you gonna go to Vegas?
- 1:11:12Speaker 2: Oh?
- 1:11:13Speaker 1: No, I was gonna. We all know that Vegas.
- 1:11:18Speaker 2: No, that's that's the pay per view all day.
- 1:11:22Speaker 1: It's not worth it or.
- 1:11:23Speaker 8: No anybody going out there for that all this missing
- 1:11:31Speaker 8: and all this hit they're gonna be doing missing.
- 1:11:38Speaker 1: Yeah, that perse gonna be like though.
- 1:11:41Speaker 8: See, I don't know that's what you'll know what this
- 1:11:44Speaker 8: is about when you see the size of the person.
- 1:11:47Speaker 8: Are they getting twenty five million? Forty million? What they're getting?
- 1:11:51Speaker 11: Okay, okay, But last time you go out there to
- 1:11:54Speaker 11: the Floyd may brother fight, Unkie took me out there
- 1:11:56Speaker 11: when he fought Color McGregor.
- 1:11:59Speaker 2: That fight. Oh yeah, that's right.
- 1:12:00Speaker 10: Yeah, yeah, we went out there and saw that fight.
- 1:12:02Speaker 2: Yeah, that's the last time I've been out there.
- 1:12:05Speaker 11: That was the last time we went to Vegas. Yeah, yeah,
- 1:12:07Speaker 11: and immediately went to gambling soonis was over.
- 1:12:11Speaker 1: But are you excited about this fight?
- 1:12:13Speaker 2: No, not at all, not at all.
- 1:12:16Speaker 10: Don't feel the same. It's just very different.
- 1:12:19Speaker 2: But I wanted for I love Floyd. But Floyd can
- 1:12:22Speaker 2: get beat though.
- 1:12:23Speaker 1: Oh his red okay says he can't.
- 1:12:26Speaker 8: So Floyd, pound for pound, it's one of the greatest
- 1:12:30Speaker 8: fighters ever lived on planet Earth.
- 1:12:33Speaker 2: Understand that. Mm hmm okay, one of the greatest to
- 1:12:38Speaker 2: ever do it.
- 1:12:39Speaker 10: But he can fifty one.
- 1:12:41Speaker 2: Yeah, and it be a shame to lose at this stage.
- 1:12:45Speaker 11: Yeah, that's what I could be fifty in one. So
- 1:12:49Speaker 11: we're just gonna see what happens. But I'm gonna find
- 1:12:51Speaker 11: out how much the purse's gonna be. We're gonna find
- 1:12:53Speaker 11: out sure.
- 1:12:54Speaker 2: That you're gonna find out what union, how much.
- 1:12:56Speaker 10: That person gonna be for this fight. This got to
- 1:12:58Speaker 10: be what they're doing it for money.
- 1:13:00Speaker 1: I thought BOYD was okay. All right, Junior, thank you.
- 1:13:03Speaker 1: Coming up at the top of the hour, a wife
- 1:13:05Speaker 1: wants to know who her husband is texting when he
- 1:13:08Speaker 1: wakes up. Right after this, you're listening to the Steve
- 1:13:12Speaker 1: Harvey Morning Show. All right, this is from I NZ
- 1:13:19Speaker 1: in the DMV. Don't say anything, Do not say anything,
- 1:13:23Speaker 1: iz in the DMV.
- 1:13:25Speaker 8: Na's gonna be in that Strawberry letter. She gonna be
- 1:13:28Speaker 8: one of the ones that's coming over to the house
- 1:13:29Speaker 8: with Frederico and Wili and Mina because this Frederick and
- 1:13:34Speaker 8: Wilhelmina is the one in the.
- 1:13:36Speaker 1: Letter and says, my husband wakes up every morning and
- 1:13:42Speaker 1: the first thing he does is check his phone. He
- 1:13:45Speaker 1: sends a few texts, and then he goes to pour
- 1:13:47Speaker 1: us both a cup of coffee. We usually sit up
- 1:13:50Speaker 1: in bed and chat for a few minutes. And enjoy
- 1:13:52Speaker 1: our coffee together. Lately, he takes his phone with him
- 1:13:55Speaker 1: to the kitchen and he brings my coffee to me
- 1:13:58Speaker 1: and he goes back to the kitchen. I hear his
- 1:14:00Speaker 1: phone ding dinging every time he gets a text. I
- 1:14:03Speaker 1: don't like this. I was cheated on by my first husband,
- 1:14:06Speaker 1: so I know the signs. Should I check his phone
- 1:14:09Speaker 1: to see who he's been texting?
- 1:14:12Speaker 8: Well, I don't know why you text us. You're going
- 1:14:14Speaker 8: to check his phone? Yeah, because this is bothering you.
- 1:14:18Speaker 8: And the reason we know is bothered you because you
- 1:14:20Speaker 8: wrote it. So yeah, just go and check his phone
- 1:14:23Speaker 8: because that's what you're gonna do anyway.
- 1:14:25Speaker 10: Next, that's it.
- 1:14:28Speaker 1: But when she checks it, yeah.
- 1:14:31Speaker 2: Then you're gonna find what you're looking what you're looking for?
- 1:14:34Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, And then she says she knows the signs. Wow,
- 1:14:42Speaker 1: what else could it be? Though? What else could it be?
- 1:14:44Speaker 1: Anything else?
- 1:14:45Speaker 2: But yeah, it's what it is.
- 1:14:48Speaker 1: You know.
- 1:14:49Speaker 2: I just don't feel like lying today.
- 1:14:51Speaker 1: But he's so obvious with it. Why wouldn't he try
- 1:14:54Speaker 1: to hide it if he is cheating? Why so you
- 1:14:57Speaker 1: won't lie?
- 1:14:58Speaker 5: Here?
- 1:14:58Speaker 2: It is now? Try to be on her side.
- 1:15:02Speaker 8: But see you pushing me Shirley. His buddy is texting
- 1:15:10Speaker 8: him because his buddy is going through a divorce. He's
- 1:15:14Speaker 8: trying to save the marriage. And he know that you've
- 1:15:17Speaker 8: been cheated on before, so he don't want you to
- 1:15:20Speaker 8: hear that because it may trigger something in you. And
- 1:15:23Speaker 8: that's why he's not sitting in the bed texting no more.
- 1:15:26Speaker 8: He's helping his buddy go through it. Now what you wanted?
- 1:15:32Speaker 1: No, because that's a lie.
- 1:15:34Speaker 8: Okay, well I told you the truth and then that
- 1:15:37Speaker 8: wasn't you see how y'all are?
- 1:15:39Speaker 1: No, it's nothing, It wasn't. It's like, if he's cheating,
- 1:15:43Speaker 1: why I mean, why is he doing it in her
- 1:15:46Speaker 1: face like that? I mean, you know, first thing waking
- 1:15:50Speaker 1: up he did, picking up his phone the.
- 1:15:54Speaker 8: Way and then go get a coffee. See, the way
- 1:15:56Speaker 8: to act like you ain't cheating is to act like
- 1:15:58Speaker 8: what you doing is normal. I'm just texting.
- 1:16:03Speaker 1: Who are you texting?
- 1:16:04Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 1:16:04Speaker 2: But I have told you my buddy going through a divorce.
- 1:16:07Speaker 15: Now you take him every day every day, he's going
- 1:16:12Speaker 15: through it every morning.
- 1:16:15Speaker 1: And what are you saying today that you didn't say yesterday?
- 1:16:20Speaker 2: You don't know me, and that's the problem. Like that
- 1:16:26Speaker 2: you leave us alone.
- 1:16:29Speaker 1: Don't react like that.
- 1:16:30Speaker 4: No, you know that's not.
- 1:16:34Speaker 1: This man and this doue man everything, My bro, what
- 1:16:40Speaker 1: are you telling him?
- 1:16:41Speaker 2: Before I met you, it was just me and him?
- 1:16:47Speaker 1: So what are you telling him? What'd you tell him today?
- 1:16:52Speaker 4: Hang on? Hang on?
- 1:16:54Speaker 1: Well, let me talk to him. Maybe I can help.
- 1:16:57Speaker 1: I've been cheated on before, so maybe I can add
- 1:17:00Speaker 1: some wisdom to it.
- 1:17:01Speaker 8: You a woman, He'll want to hear from you. He
- 1:17:06Speaker 8: just it's just because he wants to what of y'all?
- 1:17:10Speaker 8: Why would he want to talk with one of y'all?
- 1:17:12Speaker 4: He need to free it.
- 1:17:13Speaker 1: So what did you text him? Yesterday? You told him?
- 1:17:16Speaker 2: We're asking me? Why be texting him? I'll ask you
- 1:17:19Speaker 2: who you texting.
- 1:17:22Speaker 1: I'm just trying to figure out what do you say
- 1:17:24Speaker 1: to him?
- 1:17:24Speaker 2: And I'm trying to figure me out. Can't you see
- 1:17:30Speaker 2: I'm hurting up together?
- 1:17:33Speaker 1: I mean, why are you yelling?
- 1:17:36Speaker 4: Why?
- 1:17:37Speaker 1: Why are you yelling?
- 1:17:39Speaker 2: Because you're accusing me?
- 1:17:43Speaker 4: I just asked.
- 1:17:44Speaker 2: I'm just trying to.
- 1:17:46Speaker 1: Coming up in twenty minutes after was.
- 1:17:49Speaker 2: Off and to go work. I'm going to work, get
- 1:17:52Speaker 2: in by.

- 1:17:56Speaker 1: of the Steve Harvey morning show coming up right after this,
- 1:17:59Speaker 1: you're listening to the Steve Harvey Morning Show. A man
- 1:18:06Speaker 1: on TikTok posted a video saying he ended a ten
- 1:18:09Speaker 1: year friendship after realizing he wasn't invited to his close
- 1:18:12Speaker 1: friend's wedding. The video has been viewed over two million times.
- 1:18:16Speaker 1: In the video, the disappointed guy stated, quote, I went
- 1:18:19Speaker 1: through so much with this person that I thought I
- 1:18:21Speaker 1: had made the cut. I'm no longer going to put
- 1:18:23Speaker 1: in the effort. I wish him the best, but to
- 1:18:25Speaker 1: say that I want to be part of his life
- 1:18:27Speaker 1: now would be very fake. I just don't care anymore.
- 1:18:31Speaker 1: So here's a question. Would you care if you weren't
- 1:18:33Speaker 1: invited to the wedding?
- 1:18:35Speaker 4: Man?
- 1:18:36Speaker 8: You obviously, and this is how men worked. You actually
- 1:18:41Speaker 8: thought y'all were cooler than you were. I think you
- 1:18:44Speaker 8: had this friendship in your head more than he did.
- 1:18:49Speaker 8: And I think you thought that you mad at and
- 1:18:51Speaker 8: counted more than he did. So now he had the wedding,
- 1:18:56Speaker 8: and he didn't picked his groomsman and you ain't one
- 1:18:58Speaker 8: of them, and he ain't even giving you an invitation.
- 1:19:01Speaker 4: Wow.
- 1:19:02Speaker 1: Ten years they've been friends, though, or so he thought.
- 1:19:05Speaker 2: But surely you know he wrote in on the morning show,
- 1:19:07Speaker 2: so he might be just a little whiny little.
- 1:19:09Speaker 4: Dude, you know. Really.
- 1:19:12Speaker 15: Yeah, if your boy you were friends with for ten years,
- 1:19:18Speaker 15: he thinks that's his boy.
- 1:19:20Speaker 2: He claiming that he's his boy, but he might not
- 1:19:23Speaker 2: be claimed by the actual guy.
- 1:19:25Speaker 1: Yeah, well not clearly.
- 1:19:29Speaker 8: Jules is real. We real precise with our boys. Yeah wow,

- 1:24:26Speaker 1: our last break of the day on this Wednesday. Well,
- 1:24:32Speaker 1: it's been a good day, and Junior, we're gonna end
- 1:24:35Speaker 1: it like we started. You ask him a question at
- 1:24:37Speaker 1: the beginning, and at the end what you got?
- 1:24:39Speaker 10: Yeah, Aunk, And this is really really a personal one.
- 1:24:42Speaker 11: You know, some people think that your relationship with the
- 1:24:45Speaker 11: Lord is a game, like is he really serious about
- 1:24:48Speaker 11: the Lord?
- 1:24:49Speaker 10: And I want you to talk about standing on your beliefs.
- 1:24:54Speaker 8: I mean, I don't know who's questioning my relationship with God.
- 1:25:00Speaker 8: And I don't see even why it's a question if
- 1:25:06Speaker 8: I was playing. If I was playing, how could I
- 1:25:13Speaker 8: be here? If God wasn't everything I'm claiming he is
- 1:25:19Speaker 8: to me.
- 1:25:21Speaker 2: How could I be here?
- 1:25:25Speaker 8: Because I'm gonna tell you something flat out, I find
- 1:25:30Speaker 8: it hard to explain my very own existence. I really
- 1:25:35Speaker 8: do struggle with trying to take credit for what all
- 1:25:41Speaker 8: has happened to me and what I've become behind it.
- 1:25:46Speaker 8: I really struggle with that, man. I really struggle with
- 1:25:50Speaker 8: patting myself on the back by saying, look at me,
- 1:25:54Speaker 8: look what I have, what I've accomplished. I really really
- 1:25:57Speaker 8: struggled with that. And the reason I struggled with because
- 1:26:00Speaker 8: I know I am but the grace of God, That's
- 1:26:03Speaker 8: all I am.
- 1:26:04Speaker 4: Man.
- 1:26:05Speaker 8: I know good and well, there is no way I
- 1:26:09Speaker 8: would be in the position I'm in today. If my
- 1:26:13Speaker 8: relationship wasn't God was solid, or you can look at
- 1:26:16Speaker 8: it this way, or if his relationship with me wasn't solid,
- 1:26:20Speaker 8: you can look at it any way you.
- 1:26:21Speaker 2: Want to you, Okay, Okay, I tell you what. I
- 1:26:24Speaker 2: tell you. What consider my relationship with God shakey.
- 1:26:28Speaker 8: Let's let's let's let's just take that narrative that I'm
- 1:26:32Speaker 8: the sort of wish you wash you with it in
- 1:26:35Speaker 8: and out. Okay, And I give you that I ain't
- 1:26:39Speaker 8: the best example of a Christian, But I tell you
- 1:26:43Speaker 8: what I am though. I'm a great example of what
- 1:26:48Speaker 8: God can do with little or nothing. I am a
- 1:26:52Speaker 8: prime example of how God can take a nobody and
- 1:26:57Speaker 8: turn him into somebody. I I am a prime example
- 1:27:02Speaker 8: of whatever, of what a flawed individual looks like. I
- 1:27:10Speaker 8: am a perfect example of being an imperfect soldier for Christ.
- 1:27:15Speaker 2: I'm perfect at that.
- 1:27:18Speaker 8: I'm a good example of how many times you can
- 1:27:20Speaker 8: get it wrong and God will dust you off, pick
- 1:27:23Speaker 8: you up, and let you get it right. I am
- 1:27:26Speaker 8: the perfect example of what it looks like to be
- 1:27:29Speaker 8: a recipient of God's grace, mercy, and favor. So, okay,
- 1:27:37Speaker 8: you can question my connection to him. But you can't
- 1:27:42Speaker 8: question his to mine though, I bet you can't. I

- 1:27:52Speaker 8: question mine for him, go ahead, but you cannot question
- 1:27:58Speaker 8: God's love for me, because he loves me in spite
- 1:28:02Speaker 8: of myself. God loves me in spite of all the
- 1:28:06Speaker 8: mistakes I've made. He made me imperfect. I was born
- 1:28:13Speaker 8: into this world of sin along with all the rest
- 1:28:16Speaker 8: of y'all. Oh but let me throw a little something

- 1:29:32Speaker 8: wrong with him. I have never heard him say one
- 1:29:37Speaker 8: time how he messed up and got it right. I
- 1:29:40Speaker 8: ain't ever heard him say, not now time, how many
- 1:29:43Speaker 8: mistakes he made and God had to forgive him for that.
- 1:29:46Speaker 8: I've never heard this preacher say that all. But he

- 1:30:14Speaker 2: I ain't and you ain't either.
- 1:30:19Speaker 8: Because I'm gonna give you one. Here's a takeaway I
- 1:30:21Speaker 8: want you all to hear from this. You might can
- 1:30:25Speaker 8: question my relationship with God. You might be able to
- 1:30:29Speaker 8: question my commitment to him. You might not be able.
- 1:30:34Speaker 8: You might even be able to question the in and
- 1:30:39Speaker 8: outs of my relationship with him. But here the one
- 1:30:42Speaker 8: thing for show. You can't question his to me because
- 1:30:47Speaker 8: he then showed up for me time and time again,
- 1:30:49Speaker 8: over and over and over and over, and every time
- 1:30:52Speaker 8: I got it wrong, he allowed me to get up
- 1:30:54Speaker 8: and get it right. So you can feel how you
- 1:30:57Speaker 8: want to feel about me. I am his and he
- 1:31:01Speaker 8: is mine, and I'm fine with death. Okay, now have you?
