Making the decision to work beyond the classroom is such an exciting time and trying something new and different. But if you’ve solely worked in the field of education, some of the “business” aspects might be unfamiliar to you, such as pitching yourself. As teachers, we don’t have to sell our services, except to maybe our students, so that idea might be uncomfortable for you.
