- 0:03Speaker 1: Y'all know what time is, y'all don't know, y'all, baby,
- 0:09Speaker 1: have all so long looking back to back down, giving
- 0:13Speaker 1: them just like the Milan buck bus things and it's
- 0:17Speaker 1: tub y'all. Do me true good to the hardy. Yeah,
- 0:24Speaker 1: listen to me toach other for stoo bar handle to hoby.
- 0:38Speaker 1: Why don't you join yeah, well, join me in doing me? Honey.
- 0:53Speaker 1: Say do you turn? Yeah? You go. You gotta turn,
- 1:25Speaker 1: you to turn the turn you love? You got to
- 1:43Speaker 1: turn out to turn water? Want to go? Come? Come
- 1:58Speaker 1: on your back at it? Uh huh, a's your will.
- 2:03Speaker 1: Good morning everybody, y'all listening to the voice. Come on,
- 2:06Speaker 1: dig me now, want and on it. Steve Harvey got
- 2:10Speaker 1: a radio show. Hey man, back in business too? Man Man?
- 2:16Speaker 1: How good is God? I mean, really, if you think
- 2:18Speaker 1: about it in spite of all that's going down in
- 2:20Speaker 1: your life, first of all, it could be worse. But secondly,
- 2:24Speaker 1: sometimes you have to remember. And I've just had to
- 2:27Speaker 1: have this conversation with myself this morning. That's how I'm
- 2:31Speaker 1: fresh on this one right here. When a challenge faces you,
- 2:36Speaker 1: are you going through a difficult moment or you didn't
- 2:39Speaker 1: hit a bump in the road, in the middle of that.
- 2:42Speaker 1: If you could manage to be grateful, it would take
- 2:45Speaker 1: you a long way. Gratitude is a powerful resource if
- 2:51Speaker 1: you can be grateful in the middle of it. Gratitude
- 2:55Speaker 1: is a powerful resource when it's dim for you. And
- 2:59Speaker 1: in got a little bumpy on the road, and he
- 3:02Speaker 1: ran into some obstacles, and you didn't ran up into
- 3:05Speaker 1: some d tools signs, and your journey ain't smooth as
- 3:08Speaker 1: it was last week or last year. You gotta be
- 3:13Speaker 1: grateful for the things that are going right and that
- 3:18Speaker 1: have gone right, and for the thing that's wrong right
- 3:21Speaker 1: now to get right? Man, Can I share that with you? Man?
- 3:25Speaker 1: Is that a tough one to learn? It is for me.
- 3:28Speaker 1: It has been one of my toughest challenges is to
- 3:32Speaker 1: learn how to be grateful because it's a powerful resource,
- 3:36Speaker 1: but how to be grateful in moments of despair when
- 3:39Speaker 1: it ain't going right. See here's a mistake I would make.
- 3:43Speaker 1: See when something go wrong, I want to focus on
- 3:45Speaker 1: the wrong so much in an attempt to fix it.
- 3:49Speaker 1: But even then the focus ain't always in to fix it.
- 3:54Speaker 1: The focus becomes, Man, this is bad. Man, I can't
- 3:58Speaker 1: believe this is happening. Just keep going down. That doesn't
- 4:02Speaker 1: fix anything, you know, mealing over it, going over what's wrong,
- 4:08Speaker 1: explaining it, sharing it with your friends, you know, making
- 4:14Speaker 1: it sound worse than it is, tell the story for
- 4:18Speaker 1: pity from other people. All of that right there, has
- 4:20Speaker 1: nothing to do with the fix. Sometimes you're just mulling
- 4:23Speaker 1: over it. You're just making it worse. You're just making
- 4:26Speaker 1: it a bigger problem. You're you're manifesting it into your atmosphere,
- 4:31Speaker 1: You're putting it out there in your spirit. Now all
- 4:33Speaker 1: of a sudden, it consumes your day. Next thing, you know,
- 4:36Speaker 1: you're having a bad day. If you're having a bad day,
- 4:39Speaker 1: it's because you've been having some bad thoughts. So what
- 4:42Speaker 1: I've had to learn how to do, and what I'm
- 4:44Speaker 1: working on this morning is I'm working on this situation
- 4:48Speaker 1: that's been cropped up. I was going kind of smooth
- 4:50Speaker 1: here for a minute, and now I didn't got real
- 4:53Speaker 1: bumpy in the road, you know, and all this here.
- 4:55Speaker 1: So what I'm thinking about now, though, is even though
- 4:58Speaker 1: I've hit a bump in the road, and even though
- 5:01Speaker 1: I've ran into a detour, and even though I've hit
- 5:05Speaker 1: this love, I'm going down into a valley. I ain't
- 5:09Speaker 1: up on the peak. Can I not still be grateful
- 5:12Speaker 1: for all the things that God has given me, for
- 5:16Speaker 1: all the things He's done for me, for all the
- 5:19Speaker 1: things he's brought me through, and realizing that even this
- 5:23Speaker 1: that's happening to me again is going to pass too.
- 5:27Speaker 1: He gonna get me through that attitude. Come on, man,
- 5:29Speaker 1: God is a good god. Man. It's a lot to
- 5:32Speaker 1: be grateful for. So while I'm tripping on this bumping
- 5:34Speaker 1: the road out and here, what I gotta remember is
- 5:37Speaker 1: all the things He's done for me. And like I said,
- 5:39Speaker 1: my saying is joined depression cannot reside in the same place.
- 5:43Speaker 1: So instead of being down about this new bumping the road,
- 5:46Speaker 1: if I'm constantly filling my mind with the thoughts of
- 5:50Speaker 1: how good He's been to me, of what all He's
- 5:53Speaker 1: done for me, of all the things he's brought me through,
- 5:56Speaker 1: of all the blessings He's presented me with, when I
- 5:58Speaker 1: go down that list, I really don't have a lot
- 6:01Speaker 1: of time to mull over the situation. Now. Do I
- 6:07Speaker 1: have to fix this bump in the road. Of course
- 6:10Speaker 1: I do. Are There's some things I'm going to have
- 6:12Speaker 1: to do the straighten it out. Of course It is.
- 6:15Speaker 1: But Steve, just going to get the business of doing
- 6:18Speaker 1: it and straighten it out. What you're mulling over and
- 6:20Speaker 1: wearing about it for you know, old people. I heard
- 6:23Speaker 1: old people say something I was growing up in the church.
- 6:25Speaker 1: They say, if you're gonna pray about it, don't worry
- 6:27Speaker 1: about it. But if you're gonna worry about it, don't
- 6:30Speaker 1: pray about it. That's an amazing thing. And prayer just
- 6:34Speaker 1: happens to be my weapon of choice. Now, it ain't
- 6:37Speaker 1: always been that way. I want you to understand that
- 6:40Speaker 1: my first weapon of choice was you do it to me,
- 6:42Speaker 1: I do it to you. You called me out. I
- 6:45Speaker 1: called you out. You say something bad about me. I've
- 6:47Speaker 1: tried to find you and say something bad about you.
- 6:50Speaker 1: That was my weapon in the past. How did that
- 6:53Speaker 1: work out for you, Steve? Not so good, Because you
- 6:56Speaker 1: know what, I spent a lot of time fight back,
- 7:00Speaker 1: kicking back, swinging back, when I could have spent all
- 7:04Speaker 1: that time climbing. See, all you're trying to do at
- 7:07Speaker 1: the end of the day, folks, is have a better
- 7:09Speaker 1: life than the one you got. All you're trying to
- 7:12Speaker 1: do is to improve your position in life. You know,
- 7:15Speaker 1: it's not my business to make sure you don't get
- 7:18Speaker 1: where you're going. Ain't got no time for that. It's
- 7:21Speaker 1: not my job to assure that you ain't as high
- 7:24Speaker 1: as me. I ain't got no time for that. Your
- 7:27Speaker 1: real mission and purpose is to have the best life
- 7:30Speaker 1: that you can have, to ascend to the highest plateau
- 7:34Speaker 1: that you can get to, to make your family as
- 7:37Speaker 1: comfortable as you can, to provide as much as you
- 7:40Speaker 1: can for your family. But legally, see, those of us
- 7:43Speaker 1: are sitting up here trying to come up with sideways.
- 7:46Speaker 1: You can ask a couple of million men sitting in
- 7:48Speaker 1: prison today how they wish they hadn't have done that,
- 7:51Speaker 1: and they'll tell you, Oh, man, I wish I never
- 7:54Speaker 1: had did it. I knew not to go down there.
- 7:57Speaker 1: Something told me not to go down there. Man. If
- 8:00Speaker 1: I could change things, I would. But they're sitting somewhere
- 8:04Speaker 1: doing some time that had they made another decision, they
- 8:07Speaker 1: wouldn't have to do now. I don't make them throw
- 8:10Speaker 1: away people, no man, Because everybody makes mistakes, and God
- 8:14Speaker 1: is in the forgiving business, and some of us have
- 8:16Speaker 1: done some things that really broke the law, and a
- 8:20Speaker 1: whole lot of other things and deserve to do some time,
- 8:22Speaker 1: but through the grace of God, we didn't. But now
- 8:24Speaker 1: we set up here and we passed judgment on people
- 8:27Speaker 1: who got to do something that I don't care. I
- 8:29Speaker 1: don't care what you've done. God can't forgive anything, but
- 8:32Speaker 1: our position, our motivation in life is to try to
- 8:36Speaker 1: have the best life we can have and provide for
- 8:38Speaker 1: those around us and make it comfortable. If that's your ambition,
- 8:42Speaker 1: you don't have time to worry about or concern yourself
- 8:47Speaker 1: with another person. And I wasted time doing that, And
- 8:51Speaker 1: that's not the way to get it done. It's simply
- 8:54Speaker 1: mine to your business. Taking care of you and getting
- 8:57Speaker 1: yourself right and tight is t seven. So that's a
- 9:00Speaker 1: full time job. So what I had to learn was
- 9:03Speaker 1: and what I've the reason I've chosen prayer as as
- 9:07Speaker 1: my weapon of choice now is that now prayer helps
- 9:11Speaker 1: me that I don't have to fight back. Now, if
- 9:15Speaker 1: I get cornered, I'm gonna fight you. I ain't even
- 9:18Speaker 1: gonna lie to you. And I'm still working on some
- 9:21Speaker 1: things that trigger me. You know, you know, you know,
- 9:25Speaker 1: and and and and so I'm I'm I'm I'm slowly
- 9:28Speaker 1: getting better at that. But I've learned that my weapon
- 9:32Speaker 1: of choice is prayer. Now, so when it happens ugly
- 9:37Speaker 1: for me, I pray about it. When you get tight
- 9:40Speaker 1: and dismal for me, I pray about it. And the
- 9:43Speaker 1: thing about prayer, man, is prayer changes things. Yes it does.
- 9:48Speaker 1: Now you ain't got to believe me. Read about it
- 9:55Speaker 1: and try it. Prayer changes thing. Every faith, every faith
- 10:04Speaker 1: implements prayer. If you are in a faith that's about anything. Say,
- 10:10Speaker 1: I don't care what religion you choose, don't make me
- 10:12Speaker 1: no difference, but all religions are based around this. Here
- 10:16Speaker 1: there is a God, there is a connection to God,
- 10:20Speaker 1: and there's a relationship with God. You gotta get all
- 10:23Speaker 1: them three things together. I don't know if I explained
- 10:26Speaker 1: it right, but hey, listen to me. Man, I don't
- 10:29Speaker 1: care what you call God, but you do have to
- 10:32Speaker 1: call him. And when you call him, whatever name you
- 10:34Speaker 1: got attached to it, that's your business. But the deal
- 10:38Speaker 1: is the relationship is in the prayer. Is you talking
- 10:42Speaker 1: to him, waiting on a response him, answering your back,
- 10:45Speaker 1: that's a relationship. Try to have a relationship with a
- 10:48Speaker 1: man or woman without talking back and forth. See how
- 10:50Speaker 1: long that one go for you? See how well it goes.
- 10:53Speaker 1: That's the deal. Okay, come on, prayer as a wonderful weapon.
- 10:57Speaker 1: You're listening to show boys and girls, young people the changes.
- 11:08Speaker 1: I hear you. I hear you, and I'm saying that,
- 11:12Speaker 1: and it's not written that. Go get it, young people.
- 11:20Speaker 1: Make them feel you make them here. That's right, Mr Rubio,
- 11:26Speaker 1: you'll be out of a jail. I stood up and
- 11:32Speaker 1: had a black glove with my fistball up. Somebody says
- 11:38Speaker 1: that to you, Steve, if they mean it right after
- 11:41Speaker 1: you got through talk they mean it. Yeah, at least
- 11:46Speaker 1: he was there. Yeah he was. They don't care, they
- 11:48Speaker 1: don't count. Well, it had a lot to do it.
- 11:50Speaker 1: He stood, he went in and he took the heat.
- 11:52Speaker 1: And Scott did not show up, did not show her.
- 11:57Speaker 1: That's a weak move right there. Man not show up
- 12:00Speaker 1: to hear the town meeting man because he know he
- 12:04Speaker 1: can't show up because as a Republican governor, once they
- 12:09Speaker 1: uncover what he's accepted and who his main campaign contributors are,
- 12:14Speaker 1: he can't open his mouth. He can't go to this
- 12:16Speaker 1: town hall and open his mouth and say one thing
- 12:19Speaker 1: about n I you bet not up. He just didn't
- 12:24Speaker 1: show up. Why else man. Yeah, and they got to
- 12:27Speaker 1: control the president, so they got to keep him in
- 12:29Speaker 1: the White House where they can at least snatch some
- 12:31Speaker 1: mics off, cut some colds or something. Can't let him
- 12:35Speaker 1: go down there working on the kids. Yeah, they had.
- 12:42Speaker 1: Did you see that? They had his response when they
- 12:45Speaker 1: say this, you say, oh, yeah, yeah, card in his hand, Steve,
- 12:53Speaker 1: and you could just see the responses or the questions
- 12:56Speaker 1: on the card, and it looked like, hell, that is
- 13:03Speaker 1: what you're gonna say when you don't know what they're
- 13:05Speaker 1: gonna say. You know, it's like when you prepare for
- 13:07Speaker 1: an argument, they say you say this. But for Trump,
- 13:11Speaker 1: somebody was in the back holding up in their hands
- 13:13Speaker 1: number three number close it out with this. I hear
- 13:20Speaker 1: you take it home with the president. Boy, we are bad.
- 13:30Speaker 1: I just know some stuff you ain't supposed to say.
- 13:32Speaker 1: You ain't supposed to tell him give the teacher's more guns.
- 13:35Speaker 1: You know what's Obama? Wish we had Obama. He did
- 13:42Speaker 1: exactly what he said he was gonna do. He's going
- 13:44Speaker 1: to Washington to drain the swamp. Are doing it. He's
- 13:48Speaker 1: just replaced it with all new creatures, to the likes
- 13:53Speaker 1: of which we've never seen before. That's what he's done.
- 13:57Speaker 1: And we don't even know how to react to this
- 14:00Speaker 1: because now we try to act like this as normal
- 14:02Speaker 1: and it ain't. This ain't regular, This ain't real, this
- 14:05Speaker 1: ain't high posted go, but them kids don't. They got Mr.
- 14:15Speaker 1: Al Right, we're gonna change gears, switch a little bit.
- 14:18Speaker 1: When we come back. We're gonna do something funny and
- 14:20Speaker 1: talk about why it is that women always, yes, I said,
- 14:25Speaker 1: always beat men at arguments. I said it. I was
- 14:31Speaker 1: right right there. You just lost Moving back atto after
- 14:43Speaker 1: you're listening to the Steve Harvey Morning Show. All right,
- 14:46Speaker 1: here we go with something funny. So Steve, now, what
- 14:50Speaker 1: is this? Women always beat men at arguments? We know this,
- 14:53Speaker 1: but they do because they do things that men don't
- 14:59Speaker 1: do in our incapable of doing. Here's some reasons that
- 15:04Speaker 1: you'll never win an argument. How about the first one
- 15:09Speaker 1: you need to understand? And above all else, they don't
- 15:12Speaker 1: forget what nothing? They don't forget a dug gone you
- 15:23Speaker 1: let it go? She said, I forgive you, but she
- 15:29Speaker 1: banked all that information. Women have the biggest hard drive
- 15:35Speaker 1: in their brains ever creative. IBM ain't got nothing on
- 15:39Speaker 1: a woman's hard drive. Baby with sports. Yeah, you can't
- 15:45Speaker 1: erase their hard drive. It's locked in forever. Remember your
- 15:49Speaker 1: nine when I got that, not your pocket. It was
- 15:52Speaker 1: kind of nomber that. Here was another You know what
- 15:57Speaker 1: we do We delete information? It right, yeah, get it
- 16:02Speaker 1: off our phone computer everything. They don't. They don't delete.
- 16:07Speaker 1: Why do we do that? That's stupid. It's called evidence. Baby.
- 16:13Speaker 1: I'll tell you another thing they got. They got a
- 16:16Speaker 1: picture or ever, even if they ain't a photograph, it's
- 16:23Speaker 1: a mental image they got you. You know, women come
- 16:29Speaker 1: on and don't say here's another one, and don't say
- 16:34Speaker 1: you didn't say something. You're right, you didn't say it,
- 16:38Speaker 1: but your text And guess what you're dumb ass forgot here?
- 16:46Speaker 1: It is right here, I got it. I saved you.
- 16:49Speaker 1: Here's another reason women always win, because women don't care
- 16:54Speaker 1: if you answer or pick up their phone. They don't.
- 16:58Speaker 1: They don't. You know, they don't. You know why because
- 17:00Speaker 1: all you're gonna find its pictures of shoes, recipes, baby
- 17:05Speaker 1: pictures and had stocks. You're right with me, expect no
- 17:11Speaker 1: ever this on them? No look at it? Three seven
- 17:21Speaker 1: six five big code. Here's all the reason you can't
- 17:27Speaker 1: win an argument, because they can see who you call
- 17:30Speaker 1: it on your phone from a mile away? Can I
- 17:35Speaker 1: don't give them what kind of protective screen you got
- 17:38Speaker 1: on there? The black one that you can't see from
- 17:40Speaker 1: the side she can see, So who is she scary?
- 17:52Speaker 1: Here's another reason you can't remember. You can't win an
- 17:56Speaker 1: argument because they remember exact dates, exact dates, with the details,
- 18:07Speaker 1: with your head. What you was eating, yeah, what car
- 18:12Speaker 1: you was in? Ye, where you were sitting? Man, can't
- 18:20Speaker 1: breathe it out, Jay, breath it out. There is another
- 18:22Speaker 1: reason you can't win an argument with a woman. You're
- 18:25Speaker 1: ready without even setting it up. They laughed for each
- 18:39Speaker 1: They don't have to set it do none of that
- 18:41Speaker 1: calling where was I yesterday? At my house? Immediately we
- 18:47Speaker 1: were watching We have to make the we're watching the
- 18:51Speaker 1: Atlanta housewise because I gotta call Jake Hunk. I was
- 18:58Speaker 1: with you and I got to say something. And here's
- 19:01Speaker 1: the other reason you can't win and argument, because they
- 19:05Speaker 1: have one put down that no man has ever been
- 19:10Speaker 1: able to top. Here is to put down their use.
- 19:14Speaker 1: Stop acting like some little old girl, except they don't
- 19:19Speaker 1: use girl. She just called me. After that, you're shaking
- 19:27Speaker 1: to the core. You can't come back like right now,
- 19:32Speaker 1: you just stuck on that, stopped acting like some little
- 19:36Speaker 1: old girls. But they don't say girl. But they don't
- 19:38Speaker 1: say girl. Now you're up in here. All you hear
- 19:40Speaker 1: is that we went again, not argument. You ain't got
- 19:44Speaker 1: no more points. What actually you was winning the argument.
- 19:54Speaker 1: We know how to shut it down. Man. Yeah, And
- 20:02Speaker 1: because there's no comeback, you got no comeback. But let
- 20:04Speaker 1: me tell you something, ladies, Yes, you should never say
- 20:08Speaker 1: that to your man. I would never say that to
- 20:10Speaker 1: my hub. I've never been because because words cut really deep.
- 20:15Speaker 1: And once you cut a man so deep, how do
- 20:18Speaker 1: you fix that? And I know women who have used
- 20:22Speaker 1: that on their man a lot. And I'm telling you
- 20:25Speaker 1: it's hard to come back for that, because men I
- 20:29Speaker 1: come back for that is well, okay, I'll tell you
- 20:32Speaker 1: what I know. Somebody don't think I'm a little girl. Yeah,
- 20:37Speaker 1: because what that that's that's the ultimate insult for man.
- 20:42Speaker 1: You're just a little old girl. Man. You can't come
- 20:46Speaker 1: back from that. And when you do that to a man,
- 20:50Speaker 1: you damage. You say ouch un yeah, that one hit right.
- 21:04Speaker 1: That's how you woman really feel about. What's bad is
- 21:06Speaker 1: when you see a guy get done in public like that.
- 21:12Speaker 1: I don't you see his lady do that too? Like
- 21:17Speaker 1: that hurt women that women. Women don't like. Yeah, women
- 21:24Speaker 1: don't like to see a woman belittling her man in public.
- 21:27Speaker 1: We don't. You ain't gonna leave me, I've seen it. Yeah,
- 21:33Speaker 1: you acting like a little all right, Hello, alright, coming
- 21:40Speaker 1: up right after this, nephew, Tommy's run that prank back back.
- 21:44Speaker 1: You're listening to the Steve Harvey Morning Show. Coming up
- 21:48Speaker 1: at the top of the hour, we're gonna discuss gun control,
- 21:51Speaker 1: and now it is time for the nephew and run
- 21:54Speaker 1: that prank back now as you're the last. Yeah, Dave Glove,
- 22:02Speaker 1: so that I may how healing power here, it is
- 22:06Speaker 1: the preacher's wife running their brank back. Let's go. Hello. Hello,
- 22:11Speaker 1: I'm trying to reach your sister Angela. Sister Angela, please,
- 22:16Speaker 1: how you doing. My name is Brother Clayton. I'm calling
- 22:19Speaker 1: you from greatest Baptist Church. How you doing this morning?
- 22:23Speaker 1: I'm fine, I'm fine. Yeah, listen, I know that your husband,
- 22:28Speaker 1: Reverend Reverend Jonathan, is actually one of the candidates that
- 22:32Speaker 1: we may be choosing to be our pastor since our
- 22:35Speaker 1: past pastor has stepped down. Yes, yes, yes, I'm I'm
- 22:39Speaker 1: very proud of my husband. I think you'll make a
- 22:42Speaker 1: very good candidate. Is a matter of fact. Here at
- 22:44Speaker 1: the church, we've been asking a lot of the deacons
- 22:47Speaker 1: and and and assistant ministers here have been asking different questions,
- 22:53Speaker 1: different things that they would be doing once they became pastor,
- 22:56Speaker 1: you know, like your first one hundred days. What would
- 22:58Speaker 1: you try and change here at the church or try
- 23:01Speaker 1: and make better? So to speak? Yet, but but what
- 23:03Speaker 1: my husband he's not here right now. Did you need
- 23:05Speaker 1: to speak to him? No, not right now? What what
- 23:07Speaker 1: we decided to do? Uh? So, so Angela Is actually
- 23:11Speaker 1: called the wives and asked them a few questions. Okay,
- 23:16Speaker 1: that's a look different, And we don't we don't want
- 23:18Speaker 1: to take up too much of your time. You know
- 23:20Speaker 1: a lot of times, Uh if a pastor is stressed
- 23:24Speaker 1: at home, nine times out of tend, he's likely to
- 23:27Speaker 1: be stressed at the church. So I guess my, my,
- 23:32Speaker 1: my biggest question to you is is your husband stressed
- 23:37Speaker 1: at home? Uh? No, not that I know of. He
- 23:42Speaker 1: eats regularly, he's on a good diet, you know, goes
- 23:46Speaker 1: to the doctor Regularly's just physical. Um, pretty good at home.
- 23:50Speaker 1: I don't have a reason to believe that he's stressed.
- 23:53Speaker 1: He certainly hasn't brought anything to my attention. Okay, I don't,
- 23:56Speaker 1: I don't. I don't, I don't, I don't. I don't
- 23:58Speaker 1: think you follow me, sin Andrew. What I'm saying is
- 24:02Speaker 1: he's stressed behind closed doors? Is he stressed in that fashion? Um,
- 24:10Speaker 1: I'm not. I'm not too sure I follow you. You say,
- 24:13Speaker 1: behind closed to what exactly what you mean by that?
- 24:16Speaker 1: Is he? Is he stressed? H in y'all's relations Is
- 24:23Speaker 1: he stressed? Are you asking me about my personal business? Providence? Well,
- 24:27Speaker 1: what I'm saying is if he's stressed at home, he'll
- 24:30Speaker 1: be stressed at the church. And if he's stressed at
- 24:32Speaker 1: the church, then the members are stressed. Then the congregation
- 24:36Speaker 1: is stressed. So the stress start with you. Excuse me.
- 24:41Speaker 1: If you are making sure that he's all right at home,
- 24:44Speaker 1: he's gonna be all right at the church. I'm sorry, brother,
- 24:48Speaker 1: what was your name? Brother Clayton? Brother Clayton. I appreciate you,
- 24:52Speaker 1: um conducting whatever interviews you guys need to conduct with
- 24:56Speaker 1: the candidates wives. I do think that's pretty much personal
- 24:59Speaker 1: t Tory and I really don't want to answer those
- 25:01Speaker 1: kind of questions. It's not personal since the angela win
- 25:05Speaker 1: is so many other people involved. See, that's why I'm
- 25:08Speaker 1: asking you the question, is your man stressed behind? I
- 25:12Speaker 1: could assure you, yes, that my husband is not stressed
- 25:16Speaker 1: at home. If I get your drift, he is not
- 25:19Speaker 1: stressed behind closed doors, brother, and I would appreciate you
- 25:22Speaker 1: if you don't call. What these kind of questions are
- 25:25Speaker 1: you asking other candidates? Why these kind of questions? Well,
- 25:28Speaker 1: I was the one UH dedicated to call to give
- 25:31Speaker 1: you a call, and that's the question that I decided
- 25:33Speaker 1: to come up with because I want to know if
- 25:35Speaker 1: a man is gonna be stressed, because if he's gonna
- 25:37Speaker 1: have tension at at the church, then then the congregation
- 25:40Speaker 1: is going to have tension. The church is gonna have tension,
- 25:43Speaker 1: and the church cannot move forward in the direction on
- 25:46Speaker 1: My husband and I have been married twenty to five
- 25:49Speaker 1: years and they've been twenty five good years. If you
- 25:52Speaker 1: get my drift, okay, he is not stressed at home,
- 25:56Speaker 1: and whatever goes on at home, my husband has sense
- 25:58Speaker 1: enough not to take it to the church. That is
- 26:00Speaker 1: not something he's gonna do. So you don't see that
- 26:02Speaker 1: about anybody else being stressed at the congregation in the
- 26:06Speaker 1: pulpit nowhere. Okay, we ask together at home, and I
- 26:09Speaker 1: appreciate if you don't ask me those kind of questions.
- 26:11Speaker 1: But sometimes, well sometimes a woman does not realize that
- 26:16Speaker 1: that a husband is stressed. You understand that there's a
- 26:19Speaker 1: possible way that you don't know that he's stressed. So
- 26:22Speaker 1: how can you get let me get your phone. A
- 26:24Speaker 1: matter of fact, let me get your full name. What's
- 26:26Speaker 1: your first name? Let's just go with brother Clayton right now,
- 26:29Speaker 1: could you please answer this question? How can you guarantee
- 26:32Speaker 1: that he is fully not stressed? Brother Clayton, I'm calling
- 26:38Speaker 1: the Lord real quick, hold on, Brother Clayton. I'm an
- 26:41Speaker 1: honorable woman. I'm a woman who stands by my man. Okay,
- 26:45Speaker 1: but you are asking me some questions that's very personal,
- 26:50Speaker 1: very private, very confidential. You are asking me questions that
- 26:53Speaker 1: that that a question is the safety of my marriage. Okay.
- 26:57Speaker 1: My husband is not stressed, and I don't send him
- 27:04Speaker 1: away from my home stressed. Okay, how do you know?
- 27:09Speaker 1: But what are you doing to make sure that this
- 27:11Speaker 1: is less stress? Clayton? I'm about to end this phone call, Okay,
- 27:15Speaker 1: now if you know, we're not gonna end this phone
- 27:17Speaker 1: call until that we know we I need to know
- 27:20Speaker 1: that Reverend Jonathan is not stressed at home. They put
- 27:23Speaker 1: they assigned me to talk to you, and that's what
- 27:26Speaker 1: I'm going to do, and I'm gonna leave. He is
- 27:28Speaker 1: not stressed. I don't know who told you that the
- 27:30Speaker 1: man is not stressed. If he has to stress around you,
- 27:34Speaker 1: I bet you. I bet you he's stressed because you're
- 27:36Speaker 1: stressing me right now. Now we're both stressed out. How
- 27:39Speaker 1: can we understand that that man is not stressed. That's
- 27:41Speaker 1: the end of this conversation. Do you understand me? Give
- 27:44Speaker 1: me your full name right now, give me some intimate details,
- 27:48Speaker 1: and then I'll give you to cross the line. You
- 27:50Speaker 1: wait till my husband gets here. If this is gonna
- 27:52Speaker 1: cost him the candidacy, does this so be, We'll find
- 27:55Speaker 1: another church. I'd have some choice words for you right now,
- 27:59Speaker 1: Brother Clayton. I will give you my name right now.
- 28:02Speaker 1: Do you have a pen? Yes, I'm anna writer right now.
- 28:05Speaker 1: The letter n N is in nancy E n E
- 28:13Speaker 1: p h e W that nephew. Your name is nephew Clayton.
- 28:19Speaker 1: My name ain't nephew Clayton. My name is Nephew Tommy
- 28:22Speaker 1: from the Steve Harvey Morning Show. You just got pranked
- 28:25Speaker 1: by your husband, Reverend Jonathan. You said, this is nephew Tommy.
- 28:36Speaker 1: This is from the Steve Harvey Morning It's your Your
- 28:41Speaker 1: husband got me to prank phone call you. Oh Lord,
- 28:45Speaker 1: I'm gonna kill it. Lord, I don't mean that. Oh
- 28:50Speaker 1: trust me sent me this morning. I can't believe I
- 28:55Speaker 1: let him. You know. Thanks before, Oh God, Timmy, I
- 29:01Speaker 1: will tell you if this was twenty five years ago. Brother,
- 29:04Speaker 1: I cut up a storm. I'm so glad. I'm a
- 29:09Speaker 1: safe woman. Well listen, listen. Can I ask you one
- 29:13Speaker 1: more thing? What is the baddest radio show in the land?
- 29:18Speaker 1: The Steve Harvey Morning Show? And he asked me, he said,
- 29:24Speaker 1: that is that sin? Which way is up? That's the
- 29:35Speaker 1: baddest one. Trusts me? Three characters at one time. Wait
- 29:39Speaker 1: before he thought about it with the pride is the
- 29:43Speaker 1: King of all kings? All right, I just want to
- 29:46Speaker 1: say something real quick. Quiet on the set? Can I
- 29:49Speaker 1: get that? Can I get quiet on the set? Thank you?
- 29:52Speaker 1: Thank you. The nephew was doing big things Baltimore Comedy Factory,
- 29:56Speaker 1: the nephew is coming to town. Baby, I it's going
- 30:00Speaker 1: down next weekend Thursday, Friday, Saturday, March first, second, and
- 30:03Speaker 1: third one show Thursday to Friday too, said Baltimore Comedy Factory.
- 30:08Speaker 1: I've never been there before. Here I come. Tickets on
- 30:11Speaker 1: sale right now. Get your tickets. Stupid is coming to town.
- 30:15Speaker 1: Watch first, second, third, tickets on sale right now. Go ahead,
- 30:19Speaker 1: back to your polishness one moment. Now, sit down, put
- 30:22Speaker 1: your glove on your alright. When we come back, we'll
- 30:27Speaker 1: get a little serious here. We'll talk about these school
- 30:30Speaker 1: shootings and of course gun control. You're listening to the
- 30:34Speaker 1: Steve Harvey Morning Show. Alright, President Trump, it is time
- 30:40Speaker 1: to get to work on preventing these school shootings. Uh.
- 30:43Speaker 1: After listening his listening session with students and families of
- 30:46Speaker 1: Parkland High School, Sandy Hook Elementary, and Columbine High School,
- 30:50Speaker 1: the President listened and talk possible solutions, including arming teachers.
- 30:56Speaker 1: The President tweeted, I will always remember the time I
- 30:59Speaker 1: spent today with courageous students, teachers, and families, so much
- 31:03Speaker 1: love in the midst of so much pain. We must
- 31:05Speaker 1: not let them down. We must keep our children safe.
- 31:08Speaker 1: Exclamation mark Republican Center Mark Rubio. Um. Uh, he was
- 31:14Speaker 1: at the town hall meeting at the CNN town hall meeting.
- 31:18Speaker 1: It was tough, but he showed up. And yeah, I
- 31:22Speaker 1: absolutely did. It's his job, of course, it's his job
- 31:26Speaker 1: to do that, to hear that. But he did show
- 31:29Speaker 1: up because it was a hostile room. It was it was,
- 31:32Speaker 1: it was. It was tough, but he showed up. He
- 31:34Speaker 1: does um support raising the age of buying rifles. He
- 31:38Speaker 1: said he disagreed with President Trump of arming teachers. Uh.
- 31:42Speaker 1: He received some booze. He got a lot of booths
- 31:44Speaker 1: for for being supported by the n r A. But
- 31:47Speaker 1: at least he did show up. The n r A
- 31:49Speaker 1: representative Dana Lesh blames the FBI, mental illness, and school
- 31:53Speaker 1: security for high school for what happened at Parkland. Bull crap.
- 32:00Speaker 1: You can't blame high school security. You can't blame the FBI.
- 32:06Speaker 1: She blamed mental health health. Okay, cool. First of all,
- 32:12Speaker 1: if you can get the gun, it doesn't matter what
- 32:17Speaker 1: you're talking about. How do you blame school security? Why
- 32:23Speaker 1: do our schools even have to have national guard outside
- 32:29Speaker 1: of it? And all this here because guns are on
- 32:32Speaker 1: our streets and available. That has anybody said, we've got
- 32:38Speaker 1: to restrict the sale of weapons in this country, because
- 32:42Speaker 1: that's all you can raise the age limit. You don't
- 32:47Speaker 1: stop being nutty cause you twenty. Come on, you get
- 32:51Speaker 1: more nutty. Come on, man, what that got to do
- 32:54Speaker 1: with it? Or we raise age limit? Okay? Cool? Most
- 32:59Speaker 1: crazy people when they're purchasing the gun, you have no
- 33:03Speaker 1: way of knowing they're crazy. Okay, that's when they put
- 33:08Speaker 1: their best acting job. You know what I I mean. People
- 33:09Speaker 1: out have seen that that I knew was crazy. They
- 33:12Speaker 1: weren't even trying to buy a gun. It's just the
- 33:14Speaker 1: argument they was having on in dishwashing liquids. Yeah, I
- 33:19Speaker 1: could tell. It's the fight they was having over that
- 33:22Speaker 1: flat screen TV for seven dollars. They was crazy. They're
- 33:26Speaker 1: crazy when they opened up the door a Black Friday
- 33:28Speaker 1: and they trample each other to save money. All these
- 33:32Speaker 1: people have crazy moments and then they can get up
- 33:36Speaker 1: off the float and go right on back there and
- 33:38Speaker 1: buy a gun. And the thirty until we talk about
- 33:43Speaker 1: we have enough guns in this country, this problem will continue.
- 33:49Speaker 1: And always point the finger, man, keep pointing the finger.
- 33:54Speaker 1: I don't know when that's gonna be. I've never seen
- 33:57Speaker 1: any group defend anything as vigorously is the n r
- 34:00Speaker 1: A defends the Second Amendment. Amendment. Teacher goes to college
- 34:06Speaker 1: to get a degree to change young people's mind, and
- 34:09Speaker 1: part of your job now is to have a gun
- 34:12Speaker 1: on They already the lowest paid people on the plan job.
- 34:22Speaker 1: You're gonna take these educators who are you are already
- 34:24Speaker 1: underpaid and put another responsibility on it. Now you're a
- 34:28Speaker 1: National Guard and a teacher. Ye. Yeah, they're already buying
- 34:32Speaker 1: school supplies. Now they got about bullets, and who wants
- 34:35Speaker 1: to be in it as a student in the classroom
- 34:37Speaker 1: with their teacher. We're gun I mean exactly. Yeah, yeah,
- 34:45Speaker 1: it's no sense at all. Michael Ruby got the biggest
- 34:50Speaker 1: applaud yesterday. We said that would be like taking every
- 34:53Speaker 1: automatic weapon that exists off the market. They applauded because
- 34:58Speaker 1: that's what they want. We ain't ask him for that.
- 35:02Speaker 1: That's what we want. An automatic weapons should be reserved
- 35:06Speaker 1: for war. That's it. Our fascination guns in this country.
- 35:11Speaker 1: Many absolutely well. The senator race for Florida is in November,
- 35:18Speaker 1: and the governor race for Florida and the governor did
- 35:23Speaker 1: not show up show up. Rick Scott the only part
- 35:26Speaker 1: of the you know, they count funny down there, so yeah,
- 35:31Speaker 1: we've experienced that conny. They could win that thing. But
- 35:37Speaker 1: now watch this, Watch what they do in this upcoming election, guns,
- 35:44Speaker 1: gun laws, working on the Second Amendment. If that is
- 35:48Speaker 1: not a platform in all of the debates moving forward,
- 35:53Speaker 1: they're gonna brush it under the rug issue. That's gonna
- 35:59Speaker 1: be an issue it. Yeah, the future voters. And the
- 36:04Speaker 1: other problem to us that we're so used to moving
- 36:06Speaker 1: on to the next stupid thing that we forget. We
- 36:08Speaker 1: always forget, there's a cycle. Yeah, but these kids are
- 36:12Speaker 1: young enough and old enough where they are not going
- 36:15Speaker 1: to forget. And they've been through it. I mean, like
- 36:17Speaker 1: the kids said, they've looked death in the eye, right,
- 36:22Speaker 1: they know what that feels like. Here's what you all
- 36:27Speaker 1: just said. You just said, we can't move on to
- 36:31Speaker 1: the next two stupid thing. But we have a president
- 36:34Speaker 1: who was an expert at presenting the next stupid thing
- 36:39Speaker 1: and he does it all the time, and it's so
- 36:42Speaker 1: ridiculous that you have to address it. That's actually what
- 36:45Speaker 1: he could. Yeah, distractions, distraction, I've never seen nothing like it. Yeah,
- 36:53Speaker 1: oh what's that? Wow, Well, we'll keep this discussion going
- 36:59Speaker 1: on this show for sure. Um, alright, we're gonna talk
- 37:03Speaker 1: about Shirley. The Winter Olympics. Alright, coming up, we'll talk
- 37:08Speaker 1: about the Winter Olympics. We haven't talked much about it. Well,
- 37:11Speaker 1: Steve talked a lot about curling early on. But we'll
- 37:13Speaker 1: talk about it. It closes out this coming Sunday. We'll
- 37:18Speaker 1: be back. You're listening to the Steven Show. Winter Olympics
- 37:23Speaker 1: will come to a close on this Sunday. Guys. The
- 37:26Speaker 1: US won the first Olympic gold medal in women's cross
- 37:30Speaker 1: country skiing. The girl for Philly, she was clowning. They've
- 37:40Speaker 1: never won a medal in cross country ski lap on
- 37:45Speaker 1: the straight away. That girl I'm talking about, let it go.
- 37:53Speaker 1: That girl let it go and cartis girl ran her
- 37:58Speaker 1: down on them cross country skis. You know, Oh, I
- 38:02Speaker 1: bet you I could beat time across country kind of
- 38:05Speaker 1: like when I walked him down. That's what I said,
- 38:13Speaker 1: asking is that girl was coming up on the skins.
- 38:16Speaker 1: I said, here come jose I take a listen to
- 38:20Speaker 1: the announcers. They went crazy after they heard this. They
- 38:23Speaker 1: were wild. Say Dickens making a play around Sweden. Jessie Dickens, Yes,
- 38:33Speaker 1: it is Jess Dickens delivering moment that won't be aged
- 38:39Speaker 1: in US Olympic history, the first ever puss country full
- 38:45Speaker 1: duttle for the US. They went crazy. I was sitting up.
- 38:52Speaker 1: This girl was coming then fast. Right when when people
- 38:57Speaker 1: come from you, that takes you hard on. Yeah, you
- 39:02Speaker 1: gotta watch somebody and you'll really and you give it all.
- 39:07Speaker 1: You got it all, but they come it yeah. Man.
- 39:12Speaker 1: Also shout out to the big shout out to the
- 39:15Speaker 1: US women's hockey team. They beat Canada. They won the
- 39:19Speaker 1: goal and Steve the Russian curler's team had to give
- 39:25Speaker 1: their bronze medal back after one of the players that
- 39:29Speaker 1: crush Latinsky a positive for meldonium. Yeah, for maldonium. That's
- 39:34Speaker 1: the drawing curling that can aid endured. Curly, you're just
- 39:42Speaker 1: sweeping ice, yeah, yeah, but the dope kicking dope cur hard.
- 40:16Speaker 1: You're supposed to be disquiet. Winter Games officially conclude with
- 40:19Speaker 1: a closing ceremony in South Korea on this Sunday at
- 40:23Speaker 1: eight pm Korean time six am Eastern. Now, how much
- 40:27Speaker 1: time we got cat Okay, when we come back, I'm
- 40:31Speaker 1: gonna replay two things for you. What we've got to

- 40:53Speaker 1: This woman won the first Olympic goal in the history
- 40:58Speaker 1: of cross country skiing ever for the United States. They've
- 41:02Speaker 1: never wonna meddle, not bronze, silver, nothing. Ever, this was
- 41:08Speaker 1: the woman coming up on the Swedish skater at the
- 41:11Speaker 1: end of the race. Play a cat, Dickens making a
- 41:17Speaker 1: play around Sweden. Jesse Dickens. Jesse Dickens delivering moment that
- 41:27Speaker 1: won't be etched in US Olympic history, the first ever
- 41:32Speaker 1: fuss country gold little for the US. Did you hear
- 41:37Speaker 1: that reaction? Yeah? Now I'm gonna play you another big
- 41:42Speaker 1: race that we had recently on this show, and I'm
- 41:45Speaker 1: gonna show you the difference between the reactions. The audience
- 41:50Speaker 1: went crazy after the lady won the goal. And then
- 41:55Speaker 1: this is what happened in our big race. Play a
- 41:57Speaker 1: cat that was the girls walking over that was calling.

- 49:28Speaker 1: Or you pull up your bank account. Ain't no money
- 49:31Speaker 1: in that? That's the reference you need, ain't. But I
- 49:34Speaker 1: need to hear from especially if you who was ground
- 49:37Speaker 1: with my wife? Why while we was married? Talking about married?
- 49:42Speaker 1: Hold up the reference here, I'm gonna find you. I'm
- 49:46Speaker 1: gonna call Monica and I'm gonna track down there. Yeah,
- 49:50Speaker 1: give you a reference, then, yeah, yeah, I give your reference.
- 49:53Speaker 1: Then face to face dog, ain't trying to have no
- 49:56Speaker 1: oblcation with you? Man, you must have been trying to

- 50:53Speaker 1: You hear what I'm saying. Say Man, Man, I I

- 53:37Speaker 1: I don't even realize that, Stephen, Yeah, they didn't even
- 53:42Speaker 1: know what I saw Shirley through hand. Okay, can I
- 53:45Speaker 1: say something? Thank you y'all? In the middle of my segment.
- 53:51Speaker 1: All right, it's still my segment, even though the prank over,
- 53:54Speaker 1: it's still my segment. Okay, let me do something real quick,
- 53:57Speaker 1: bout to more that before, and I'm saying it again.

- 54:16Speaker 1: you're gonna see something different. If you haven't seen me,
- 54:19Speaker 1: oh my god, you've never seen stupid like this. You're
- 54:22Speaker 1: toe takeing. The nephew is coming to town once again.
- 54:25Speaker 1: Baltimore Comedy Factory, My first second, third Thursday Friday. Sadya
- 54:30Speaker 1: well as as y'all were talking about me? All right?
- 54:42Speaker 1: Coming up in the top of the hour, Today's Strawberry Letter.
- 54:47Speaker 1: You did not want to miss it. You're listening to
- 54:50Speaker 1: the Steve Harday Morning Show before we get to today's
- 54:53Speaker 1: Strawberry Letter, guys, and it is a good one, of course.
- 54:56Speaker 1: And uh oh boy, uh special counsel Probe's favorite for
- 55:00Speaker 1: White House job. Okay, was there a pay for play
- 55:04Speaker 1: going on with Donald Trump's got here about this? Special
- 55:07Speaker 1: counsel Robert Muller is reportedly investigating whether Paul Manafort dangled
- 55:12Speaker 1: the possibility of a White House job in exchange for
- 55:16Speaker 1: sixteen million dollars in home loans. That's a dundel nothing
- 55:28Speaker 1: presidential uh. Manafort, former chief of the Trump presidential campaign,
- 55:34Speaker 1: of course, got three separate loans in December of two
- 55:36Speaker 1: thousand sixteen. In January of last year from Federal Savings
- 55:40Speaker 1: Bank for three homes. Banker Stephen Kulk was announced as
- 55:45Speaker 1: a member of Canada Trump's Council of Economic Advisors in
- 55:49Speaker 1: August two thousand sixteen. The Moller team, which indictedt Manafort
- 55:54Speaker 1: on charges of money laundering and conspiracy late last year,
- 55:58Speaker 1: is now wondering if this was an agreement deal too.
- 56:04Speaker 1: I mean, is it ever gonna stop? WHOA that's major
- 56:10Speaker 1: favor for favor. I scratched you back a little job
- 56:14Speaker 1: in my cabinet. Something rotten in Denmark? Yeah? In d C.
- 56:23Speaker 1: That's crazy. MoMA is most filed for man in the
- 56:27Speaker 1: d C right now. No, I'm telling you this thing
- 56:29Speaker 1: is gonna unravel because the guy Manafoot, the guy that
- 56:33Speaker 1: he got arrested with, has turned and has agreed to
- 56:37Speaker 1: testify against Manifort. It's about to get This is not good,
- 56:44Speaker 1: and they're just getting closer and closer to the top guy. Yeah,
- 56:50Speaker 1: which is Donald J. Trump. Yeah, this is going to
- 56:53Speaker 1: be ugly. I ain't gonna know who's gonna be like
- 56:57Speaker 1: if I'm going down, I'm thinking a whole lot of
- 56:58Speaker 1: people to him. Oh wow, this is crazy. I mean
- 57:13Speaker 1: I always hoped, you know, like before he got actually
- 57:17Speaker 1: into office he went to the oval office, that he
- 57:19Speaker 1: would become I don't know, somehow magically, I guess at
- 57:22Speaker 1: the time presidential presidential. I really thought that he was
- 57:26Speaker 1: going to turn it around. I hope that he would
- 57:29Speaker 1: act up to the office. Okay, you got the wrong
- 57:32Speaker 1: guy in, but okay, just go up in there, because
- 57:34Speaker 1: he has really good business, says. So maybe he can
- 57:37Speaker 1: do something about this infrastructure, maybe he can do something
- 57:39Speaker 1: about these taxes. But what we didn't count on was
- 57:45Speaker 1: the other stuff. See. But here's what you can't do
- 57:48Speaker 1: to make yourself a great president. You don't do it
- 57:51Speaker 1: by undoing everything the previous president did. I mean, he
- 57:56Speaker 1: just went in there to just right dismounted anything he's done.
- 58:01Speaker 1: It didn't make any sense. And that Repeal and replaced
- 58:06Speaker 1: Obamacare was the biggest fiasco to Republicans I's ever done,
- 58:10Speaker 1: because they didn't really look at the whole bill and
- 58:13Speaker 1: see what it really did. It had some problems with
- 58:16Speaker 1: it that need to be rectified, but to repeal and
- 58:19Speaker 1: replace it, that's still proven to be quite idiotic because
- 58:23Speaker 1: what you can't do is now all of a sudden,
- 58:26Speaker 1: tell these millions and millions of people who now got
- 58:29Speaker 1: health care, you're not gonna be able to get that anymore.
- 58:32Speaker 1: And if you had a pre existing condition, we're gonna
- 58:34Speaker 1: go back to the way it was. I can get foot,
- 58:37Speaker 1: I can big foot drain us one. Wow. I just
- 58:44Speaker 1: never I'm surprised every day, That's all I can says.
- 58:50Speaker 1: I'm not every day because I mean, at one point
- 58:53Speaker 1: in time, you would think, Okay, maybe he's learned a
- 58:57Speaker 1: lesson not to say this type of stuff. He don't.
- 59:02Speaker 1: He don't. So I'm constantly surprised because it's not normal.
- 59:06Speaker 1: I'm not gonna act like this as normal, and I'm
- 59:09Speaker 1: not going to accept this as being normal. So no,
- 59:12Speaker 1: I'm stunned, and he's not going to change, not at
- 59:15Speaker 1: this late date. But he was more stunning though, the
- 59:18Speaker 1: Republicans that know better that are backing him. Yeah, because
- 59:23Speaker 1: of money and power. Yeah, the Mitch McConnell's, the Paul
- 59:26Speaker 1: Ryan's that. Yeah, all right. Time to get to the letter.
- 59:30Speaker 1: Come on, nephew, buckle up and hold on tight. We
- 59:32Speaker 1: gotta pull you. Draw by letter, subject long gone and return.
- 59:39Speaker 1: I'm in love with a man who loves me. We've
- 59:42Speaker 1: been dating for fourteen months. However, four months ago, I
- 59:45Speaker 1: decided to further my career and take a job three
- 59:48Speaker 1: thousand miles away. I made sure to let my boyfriend
- 59:51Speaker 1: know that I was not leaving him, but trying to
- 59:54Speaker 1: obtain a better life for me and my daughter. Well,
- 59:57Speaker 1: he was devastated by my departure and try it hard
- 1:00:00Speaker 1: not to remain in love because he said it hurts
- 1:00:03Speaker 1: too much. Fast forward four months later, the job did
- 1:00:06Speaker 1: not work out and I return to our hometown. Problem is,
- 1:00:10Speaker 1: he is still so hurt that he still does not
- 1:00:13Speaker 1: want a relationship. He claims he's lonely, still in love
- 1:00:16Speaker 1: with me. He's forty six years years old and I'm
- 1:00:19Speaker 1: forty two, and does not want to be alone. But
- 1:00:22Speaker 1: he's afraid to put his heart on the line. I
- 1:00:24Speaker 1: have tried everything to reassure him of my love and devotion.
- 1:00:28Speaker 1: We even try being just physical with it with with
- 1:00:30Speaker 1: each other, but weird. I know. We even tried just
- 1:00:35Speaker 1: being physical with each other, but we are both emotional
- 1:00:39Speaker 1: and he does not want to feel the feelings he's feeling.
- 1:00:42Speaker 1: This man continues to put himself last and can't seem
- 1:00:45Speaker 1: to understand he deserves happiness. What do I do? Should
- 1:00:49Speaker 1: I move on and date others while I wait for
- 1:00:52Speaker 1: him to come around, or simply sever all times ties
- 1:00:55Speaker 1: and forget he ever existed. In case I didn't mention it,
- 1:00:59Speaker 1: I am very much in love with him and would
- 1:01:01Speaker 1: drop everything for him at any time. Signed, broken heart, okay,
- 1:01:08Speaker 1: dear broken heart to me. The key to this whole
- 1:01:11Speaker 1: letter is when you said that you made sure to
- 1:01:15Speaker 1: let your boyfriend know that you are not leaving him,
- 1:01:18Speaker 1: but trying to obtain a better life for you and
- 1:01:20Speaker 1: your daughter. But you left out some key elements at
- 1:01:24Speaker 1: the time. Were you planning on staying there permanently and
- 1:01:26Speaker 1: maintaining a long distance relationship or what's your three thousand
- 1:01:30Speaker 1: mile away move just temporary? See to me? If this
- 1:01:34Speaker 1: was a permanent move, I can definitely see why your
- 1:01:37Speaker 1: man acted this way because long distance love does not
- 1:01:40Speaker 1: work for everyone. That's probably why tripped like that. Of
- 1:01:44Speaker 1: course I commend you, I really do for trying to
- 1:01:46Speaker 1: make a life a better life for you and your daughter.
- 1:01:49Speaker 1: But this man was devastated. You said it in your letter,
- 1:01:52Speaker 1: and yes it can happen to men too, They can
- 1:01:54Speaker 1: get devastated. He doesn't know if you'll pick up and
- 1:01:57Speaker 1: leave again. He's forty six. He's probably ready to settled
- 1:02:00Speaker 1: down with the woman he loves you, But the next opportunity,
- 1:02:03Speaker 1: you may pick up and leave again. So if you
- 1:02:06Speaker 1: guys are that much in love, I just think you
- 1:02:07Speaker 1: should try and make it work together in the same city.
- 1:02:11Speaker 1: And I think the underlying issue here is trust. You
- 1:02:16Speaker 1: were hoping to come back and just pick up where
- 1:02:18Speaker 1: you left off, but you know he was a big
- 1:02:20Speaker 1: gun shot. You know. I gotta ask you what would
- 1:02:22Speaker 1: have happened if your job had worked out and you
- 1:02:24Speaker 1: stayed there. You know, try some counseling. Maybe he'll come
- 1:02:28Speaker 1: around with that. See if he'll go he'll go with her.
- 1:02:35Speaker 1: He got to go to counselor if he'll go with her,
- 1:02:37Speaker 1: we're gonna have Part two of Steve's response coming up
- 1:02:40Speaker 1: at twenty three after the hour you're listening to the
- 1:02:44Speaker 1: Steve Harvey Show. All right, Steve, come on, let's go.
- 1:02:47Speaker 1: Let's get to part two of your response to today's
- 1:02:50Speaker 1: Strawberry Letter. Let's go, y'all, long going and return. I'm
- 1:02:54Speaker 1: in love with the man who loves me. We've been
- 1:02:56Speaker 1: dating for fourteen months. However, four months ago, I decided
- 1:02:59Speaker 1: to further my career and take a job three thousand
- 1:03:02Speaker 1: miles away. I made sure to let my boyfriend know
- 1:03:04Speaker 1: that I was not leaving him, but trying to obtain
- 1:03:06Speaker 1: a better life for me and my daughter. Well, he
- 1:03:09Speaker 1: was devastated and tried hard not to remain in love
- 1:03:13Speaker 1: because he said it hurts too much. Fast forward four
- 1:03:15Speaker 1: months later, the job didn't work out, not returned back
- 1:03:17Speaker 1: to our hometown. The problem is he still so hurt
- 1:03:20Speaker 1: that he still does not want a relationship. He claims
- 1:03:23Speaker 1: he's lonely, still in love with me. He's forty six
- 1:03:25Speaker 1: and I'm forty two, and does not want to be alone,
- 1:03:27Speaker 1: but it's afraid to put his heart on the line.
- 1:03:29Speaker 1: I've tried everything to reassure him of my love and devotion.
- 1:03:33Speaker 1: We even tried being just physical with each other, but
- 1:03:35Speaker 1: we are both emotional, and he does not want to
- 1:03:37Speaker 1: feel the feelings he's feeling. This man continues to put
- 1:03:40Speaker 1: himself last and can't seem to understand that he deserves happiness.
- 1:03:43Speaker 1: What do I do? Should I move on and date
- 1:03:45Speaker 1: others while I wait for him to come around, or
- 1:03:47Speaker 1: simply sever all ties and forget he ever existed? And
- 1:03:51Speaker 1: in case I did not mention it, I am very
- 1:03:53Speaker 1: much in love with him and would drop everything for
- 1:03:56Speaker 1: him at any time, Signed broken Heart. Let me start
- 1:04:00Speaker 1: this letter by telling little miss broken Heart what her
- 1:04:03Speaker 1: problem is in this whole thing. You your actions never
- 1:04:10Speaker 1: line up with your words, and none of this makes
- 1:04:14Speaker 1: any sense to me or your forty six year old man.
- 1:04:18Speaker 1: Let me help you understand you wait till the very
- 1:04:21Speaker 1: bottom of the letter to say, in case I did
- 1:04:24Speaker 1: not mention it, I am very much in love with
- 1:04:27Speaker 1: him and would drop everything for him at any time,
- 1:04:30Speaker 1: Signed broken Hearted. Well, let's go down the list of
- 1:04:32Speaker 1: things you've done to see if you sound like you
- 1:04:36Speaker 1: would drop anything for him, or even if you're in love.
- 1:04:39Speaker 1: Come on, I'm in love with a man who loves me.
- 1:04:41Speaker 1: You've been dating for fourteen months. However, four months ago,
- 1:04:44Speaker 1: I decided who who whoo whoa whoa see you, adding
- 1:04:48Speaker 1: the four months ago when you made a decision into
- 1:04:52Speaker 1: the fourteen months that y'all date. So really, y'all was
- 1:04:55Speaker 1: only dating ten months ago. Then you moved right, that
- 1:04:59Speaker 1: ain't a year and you moved on the man. Not
- 1:05:02Speaker 1: only did you move, you move three thousand miles away,
- 1:05:05Speaker 1: which requires a minimum eight hundred to a thousand dollar
- 1:05:09Speaker 1: airplane ticket. And lord, don't think it is I want
- 1:05:12Speaker 1: to see you at the last minute, three thousand miles away.
- 1:05:16Speaker 1: I may sure to let my boyfriend no keyword boyfriend.
- 1:05:21Speaker 1: Y'all are too old at forty six and forty two
- 1:05:25Speaker 1: for the term boyfriend to be tossed around boyfriend. This
- 1:05:31Speaker 1: is my girlfriend at a certain age where you can't
- 1:05:35Speaker 1: be boyfriend girlfriend no more. This your man. This is
- 1:05:38Speaker 1: my woman. There's an age limit. I think it's thirty.
- 1:05:42Speaker 1: I think it's thirty. I just said I think it's
- 1:05:48Speaker 1: third that if you think it's another number, that's fine.
- 1:05:51Speaker 1: But they didn't write They wrote me, okay, cool now.
- 1:05:58Speaker 1: And I tried to tell him I wasn't leaving him,
- 1:06:01Speaker 1: but trying to obtain a better life for me and
- 1:06:03Speaker 1: my daughter. You ain't leaving three thousand miles You ain't
- 1:06:06Speaker 1: leaving him. How this sound to the man? Is here
- 1:06:09Speaker 1: in this news, we're gonna still be boyfriend, girlfriend or
- 1:06:12Speaker 1: three thousand miles away after only ten months. We ain't
- 1:06:15Speaker 1: gonna ring. We ain't got no commitment. We've been to
- 1:06:18Speaker 1: be what three thousand miles away where he was devastated
- 1:06:21Speaker 1: trying not to remain in love? Said now here she go?
- 1:06:24Speaker 1: Fast forward four months later, the job didn't work out,
- 1:06:27Speaker 1: and I returned back to our hometown. Problem is he
- 1:06:29Speaker 1: still so hurt. He don't want to relationship, he claimed
- 1:06:31Speaker 1: me lonely and and I want to be alone, afraid
- 1:06:34Speaker 1: to put his hard on. I've tried everything to reassure
- 1:06:37Speaker 1: him of my love. Lady, the key word that you're
- 1:06:40Speaker 1: misusing here is reassured. How do you reassure a person
- 1:06:44Speaker 1: when he was never sure in the first place, When
- 1:06:48Speaker 1: he thought he had something a little while ago, you
- 1:06:50Speaker 1: up and took it three thousand miles away. Now you
- 1:06:53Speaker 1: want to reassure him. How do you reassure man who
- 1:06:56Speaker 1: has never been sure he was show in the first place.
- 1:07:00Speaker 1: You took that from you. Now you the same person
- 1:07:03Speaker 1: that's been snatching stoff then came to reassure him. Man,
- 1:07:06Speaker 1: that ain't been to work. I've tried everything to reassure
- 1:07:08Speaker 1: him of my love and devotion. Devotion do you understand
- 1:07:13Speaker 1: the definition any of these words and your damn letter?
- 1:07:16Speaker 1: Devotion is when you devoted to a person. When you
- 1:07:20Speaker 1: devoted to a person, you don't get on a plane
- 1:07:22Speaker 1: and leave with the baby three thousand miles. Then here
- 1:07:27Speaker 1: you go. We even tried being just physical with each other,
- 1:07:30Speaker 1: but we are most okay. Now, let me just get
- 1:07:32Speaker 1: to this for a run out tennant. What happens if
- 1:07:34Speaker 1: you get another job off of more money? Your ass
- 1:07:37Speaker 1: probably do that too, All right, Steve, thank you. We
- 1:07:41Speaker 1: gotta get out of here. You can email us or instagram.
- 1:07:44Speaker 1: What's your thoughts on today's Strawberry letter? At my girls?
- 1:07:47Speaker 1: Surely as we switched gears right now? I don't know.
- 1:07:50Speaker 1: This is crazy. Kevin Hard reveals who paid for that
- 1:07:53Speaker 1: big Power dinner they had the guys had after the
- 1:07:56Speaker 1: All Star Game. Remember this, it was Kevin Hart, d Wade,
- 1:08:01Speaker 1: Dave Chappelle, Chris Rock, Kevin Chris Tucker, Gabrielle Union was there,
- 1:08:06Speaker 1: Ussher was there. They were all hanging out for dinner. Uh,
- 1:08:10Speaker 1: and you've got to wonder who paid, because all any
- 1:08:13Speaker 1: one of them could have paid any one of them.
- 1:08:17Speaker 1: Uh just food. Yeah, but but Kevin say, food, y'all,
- 1:08:21Speaker 1: don't don't get thrown off. It's the same food we eat.
- 1:08:25Speaker 1: Do people eat the same food. They don't get charged more.
- 1:08:30Speaker 1: But we know who pays when when you take us
- 1:08:32Speaker 1: out to dinner and we thank you, then we thank
- 1:08:36Speaker 1: you very much from our hearts. Steve, thank you so much.
- 1:08:39Speaker 1: But anyway, Kevin Hart let it be known that he
- 1:08:41Speaker 1: did not pay for that Power dinner. It was Chris Rock.
- 1:08:45Speaker 1: It was Chris Rock Copai, Yeah, Chris Rock pay. Kevin
- 1:08:49Speaker 1: said that it was his strategy for not paying the bill. Uh,
- 1:08:53Speaker 1: it was. It consisted of him offering to pay the bill,
- 1:08:56Speaker 1: you know, when he first to rot when it first arrived,
- 1:08:59Speaker 1: which will then prompts someone else to offer to pay it.
- 1:09:01Speaker 1: So that was absolutely genius. That never happens with us.
- 1:09:06Speaker 1: We don't even have to reach for our pockets. Yeah,
- 1:09:08Speaker 1: they don't even y'all really sad. I never see it
- 1:09:15Speaker 1: make it to the table. I don't know when you
- 1:09:17Speaker 1: get there what because you're not looking for But hoping
- 1:09:24Speaker 1: you don't. You think you think maybe they forgot all.
- 1:09:31Speaker 1: But we don't do anything crazy like like ordered the
- 1:09:36Speaker 1: most expensive lobster or anything like that. We don't do that. Yeah,
- 1:09:39Speaker 1: we don't do anything like that. Yeah, Jay, you should
- 1:09:42Speaker 1: pick up the bill this time. I'm pick it up
- 1:09:44Speaker 1: in hand to Steve coming up in about ten minutes.
- 1:09:50Speaker 1: The Chapmans, they are here with bad acting. You're listening
- 1:09:56Speaker 1: to the Steve Harvey Morning Show. All right, one delly
- 1:10:09Speaker 1: this time. But we're still gonna be silly, okay, because
- 1:10:12Speaker 1: the Chapman's are back on the air. Baby. The only
- 1:10:16Speaker 1: thing blacker than this is the movie The Black Panther,
- 1:10:21Speaker 1: which had a way, way bigger budget. This one not
- 1:10:25Speaker 1: so much. When we last left the Chapman's, KK played
- 1:10:29Speaker 1: by Carla was on the phone with Dr. Lance Craighton
- 1:10:32Speaker 1: played by Cat Dog. She found out she was pregnant.
- 1:10:38Speaker 1: Let's see how she's handling it. Hello, von Bons, this
- 1:10:42Speaker 1: is KK. I think I'm pregnant. We need to talk, Sammy.
- 1:10:50Speaker 1: This is KK. I think I'm pregnant. We need to talk.
- 1:10:58Speaker 1: This is your girl, KK. I think I'm pregnant. We
- 1:11:01Speaker 1: need to talk. Ramone. This is KK and I think
- 1:11:08Speaker 1: I'm pregnant. Don't try to change your voice. Punk I
- 1:11:13Speaker 1: noticed you. It looks like Kak is gonna be quite
- 1:11:20Speaker 1: busy for a while. Yeah. We'll get back to that
- 1:11:25Speaker 1: in a minute, though. Junior, who was in prison serving
- 1:11:28Speaker 1: hard time for the kidnapping of Chester, the murder of Beauregard,
- 1:11:31Speaker 1: the attempted murder of Earl Chapman, the murder of Officer
- 1:11:34Speaker 1: touch At, stealing the Chapman pork Ryan recipe, and the
- 1:11:37Speaker 1: theft of Earl Chapman's white coat and hat. Uh. He
- 1:11:40Speaker 1: was handing out a serious beat down to someone who
- 1:11:43Speaker 1: was touching his corn bread. Play the clip man, don't
- 1:11:56Speaker 1: you ever put your hands oh my corn bread again? Okay?
- 1:12:00Speaker 1: And anybody else think about taking my cor rede. Get
- 1:12:04Speaker 1: the taste out of your mouth, okay, because everybody who
- 1:12:07Speaker 1: touches my cor rede is gonna take the same beating.
- 1:12:10Speaker 1: Am I making myself? Clip? Am I clip? Clip? Whoa?
- 1:12:18Speaker 1: And he's really running things? Oh my paints and the
- 1:12:21Speaker 1: shree priston and back off? And at am my clear
- 1:12:28Speaker 1: warm and my clear war Hey my clip? Don't you
- 1:12:36Speaker 1: roll your eyes? And whoa? Junior is the man Chester
- 1:12:42Speaker 1: and Ramon were going over the last details to get
- 1:12:44Speaker 1: ready to buy his new CDs store. Man Ramoe I was.
- 1:12:49Speaker 1: I'm so excited. I can't believe it. Everything checks out.
- 1:12:52Speaker 1: I'm getting my life together, not eating meat anymore, opening
- 1:12:57Speaker 1: my very own CBS store today. Dad is going to
- 1:12:59Speaker 1: be here, and trust me, he's going to be shocked.
- 1:13:03Speaker 1: And Earl is in the best mood ever. Yes I am.
- 1:13:07Speaker 1: I say I'm in the best mood ever. My son
- 1:13:10Speaker 1: moved out, got his very own place. I'm back to
- 1:13:14Speaker 1: running my Poke Ryan business and my but don't hurt
- 1:13:17Speaker 1: anymore from getting shot in it with a blowdog and
- 1:13:23Speaker 1: a bow and arrow. Just think, my son, Chester Chapman
- 1:13:29Speaker 1: the Vegan is opening his very own CVS though, right
- 1:13:33Speaker 1: across the street from my Poke Ryan. I'd like to
- 1:13:37Speaker 1: thank everyone for being here today, my friends, my father.
- 1:13:42Speaker 1: I hear that hereby declared this CBS store open. C

- 1:14:31Speaker 1: is k K. I'm pregnant. We need to talk. Hello,
- 1:14:41Speaker 1: Mr Johnson, this is k K. I think I'm pregnant.

- 1:16:15Speaker 1: doesn't say we need to talk, Maybe she just needs

- 1:24:17Speaker 1: I hate it, but we had at all time in
- 1:24:19Speaker 1: the house which one. All I want for Christmas is
- 1:24:23Speaker 1: to be tall. Shot to all. I'm so damn tired
- 1:24:36Speaker 1: of being shot. Let me be tall, that's all. I
- 1:24:43Speaker 1: don't want much for Christmas. Oh, that's right, right. Everybody
- 1:24:55Speaker 1: had to learn that singing that, let's set your answer. Damn,
- 1:25:02Speaker 1: that ain't what I was cute, Steve Tommy, you don't
- 1:25:06Speaker 1: remember that. I don't want to talk about it. I

- 1:25:38Speaker 1: that McDonald's commercial. Man, I actually won't meet. I didn't
- 1:25:41Speaker 1: know they had a big mac Grand now yeah, big
- 1:25:45Speaker 1: mac Grand, bigger than the Big May. I didn't know.
- 1:25:48Speaker 1: I saw it on the course to try that. You
- 1:25:52Speaker 1: can't have it, meloku. I did that father come out
- 1:26:03Speaker 1: of his grave? He really is a chapman talking about Steve.
- 1:26:13Speaker 1: You don't think you could give up me? No? Have
- 1:26:16Speaker 1: you ever tried it? Yeah? Yeah, I was a little
- 1:26:19Speaker 1: twenty one days my detox for twenty one days. Feel
- 1:26:26Speaker 1: I felt great. I mean, I was actually light. That's
- 1:26:28Speaker 1: what I'm gonna ask you. Light, I got, I got
- 1:26:30Speaker 1: clear headed. Uh you know, really good. You have more energy,
- 1:26:35Speaker 1: I mean I I can't have energy with meat too though,
- 1:26:38Speaker 1: So yeah, that's that's that's the right things. I mean,
- 1:26:44Speaker 1: you know, let me tell you who has one. Wolfgang
- 1:26:47Speaker 1: Punk grows all of his waggle beef in the same
- 1:26:51Speaker 1: on the same farm in the United States, and it's
- 1:26:56Speaker 1: pretty good. I actually have liked it better than Apernice
- 1:27:00Speaker 1: wa goo beef. One of them got too much, Marvels
- 1:27:03Speaker 1: one of them too much? Oh um, too much? Okay,
- 1:27:09Speaker 1: this I think wolf I'm gonna sit a scakes are excellent.
- 1:27:17Speaker 1: Saying marvelous him all the way. I didn't even know.
- 1:27:21Speaker 1: I had no idea what he was talking about, even
- 1:27:23Speaker 1: talking to these two j and it's like whole new
- 1:27:29Speaker 1: money and new no money. It's like you just go, Wow,
- 1:27:36Speaker 1: what have you all done with your time on the planet.
- 1:27:40Speaker 1: You all have got to increase Okay, okay, cool, let's
- 1:27:44Speaker 1: do this for closing out the show on the last break. Okay,
- 1:27:48Speaker 1: let's ask Baller questions, yes and if I participated or no?
- 1:27:53Speaker 1: House okay, right, okay, like that? All right? So when
- 1:28:00Speaker 1: we come back, Yeah, let's go to break, guys, we'll
- 1:28:03Speaker 1: be back. When we come back, we're gonna have a
- 1:28:05Speaker 1: conversation bawling, bawling, What is it? How much is it?
- 1:28:10Speaker 1: What does it take? Right after this? Don't go away?
- 1:28:13Speaker 1: You're listening? All right, let's go, we're back. What do
- 1:28:19Speaker 1: we call this? Right here? This should be cute lifestyle enhancement.
- 1:28:28Speaker 1: If I have the answer, I know someone who does.
- 1:28:31Speaker 1: I'll answer all questions anybody. I'm okay, I'm about to
- 1:28:35Speaker 1: turn forty. Right. Never did nothing like this for myself.
- 1:28:40Speaker 1: You know, I'm always looking out for everybody, but never
- 1:28:42Speaker 1: did something for myself that's really, really nice. So I
- 1:28:46Speaker 1: want to take a trip, and I probably want to
- 1:28:49Speaker 1: spend on the vacation. About where is some way I
- 1:28:53Speaker 1: can lay out my room? You know? That's that? Is
- 1:28:58Speaker 1: that a lot for a vacation? How that? I don't know.
- 1:29:01Speaker 1: I don't even know what I messed up at. I
- 1:29:04Speaker 1: don't even know what it costs to have a good vacation.
- 1:29:06Speaker 1: I might be over. I don't know. You're not over
- 1:29:13Speaker 1: over because that fifteen right there would not cover a
- 1:29:17Speaker 1: ball or sweet okay for a night, so you don't
- 1:29:22Speaker 1: have to worry about that. But you can ball on. Okay,
- 1:29:26Speaker 1: how I do that? If I were a fourty year
- 1:29:28Speaker 1: old guy that's never been out of the country, I
- 1:29:34Speaker 1: would go to Dubai. Yes, because brother, brother, brother, it's
- 1:29:44Speaker 1: so baller over there, so crime free over there. It's
- 1:29:50Speaker 1: just an experience people should see. So non trump over
- 1:29:54Speaker 1: I think that now Africa, it's gonna cost you a
- 1:29:58Speaker 1: bit more. Okay, you can do dude. By fifteen. Yeah,
- 1:30:03Speaker 1: you're gonna have to fly coach, but cross country coaches
- 1:30:08Speaker 1: like not like going from now. I don't recommend going
- 1:30:12Speaker 1: that coach because it's a fifteen. Business is good, isn't?
- 1:30:16Speaker 1: But business is that ticket is like I think I
- 1:30:20Speaker 1: think business class that ticket. I think on Emirates, I
- 1:30:26Speaker 1: think it's thirteen. Thus business we didn't the man just
- 1:30:32Speaker 1: tell you. All he's doing is going down there, getting
- 1:30:37Speaker 1: the airport and changing playing go to the Byou in
- 1:30:42Speaker 1: New Orleans. Okay, I don't scare me, and then you know,
- 1:30:48Speaker 1: like I still go over you could do you, but
- 1:30:51Speaker 1: you're going forward and you should up just up your budget.
- 1:30:54Speaker 1: The budget. So you want to fly business because you
- 1:30:57Speaker 1: want to be comfortable. Part of your vacation is the
- 1:30:59Speaker 1: track album, right. See, people think the vacation starts when
- 1:31:03Speaker 1: you get there. Your vacation starts when you walk out
- 1:31:06Speaker 1: your job on that last day. So I try to
- 1:31:09Speaker 1: make everything a vacation spot for me. If you don't
- 1:31:12Speaker 1: want to go to Dubai, you can travel less and
- 1:31:15Speaker 1: you could go not for a single guy, Paris is
- 1:31:18Speaker 1: not the spot. Well it you know, it's shopping, is romantic,
- 1:31:23Speaker 1: its foods, want to share it with somebody, you know,
- 1:31:27Speaker 1: Paris is like that. But if you had to go
- 1:31:31Speaker 1: out of the country as a single guy, for me
- 1:31:35Speaker 1: is Dubai. But that ticket is that that plane ticket? Uh?
- 1:31:41Speaker 1: Is that like a regular first class? Is business like
- 1:31:43Speaker 1: first class? Or business is like for the now their
- 1:31:47Speaker 1: premium service. That ticket is about between twenty seven and thirty.
- 1:31:55Speaker 1: I can't do nothing when I can get over that.
- 1:31:58Speaker 1: I'm not even going over there. So we'll consider with
- 1:32:03Speaker 1: the b Q conversation right after this you're listening to show,
- 1:32:10Speaker 1: all right, we're back with the b Q Conversation Ball
- 1:32:13Speaker 1: of questions, Junior. On your forty birthday, if you don't
- 1:32:17Speaker 1: want to go out the country, you could really, really
- 1:32:22Speaker 1: have yourself an incredible time in Miami looking like a

- 1:32:51Speaker 1: go by? Not fell up dude? Too many dudes is wrong? Different,
- 1:32:57Speaker 1: two different rules with money different. Yeah, you ain't in
- 1:33:02Speaker 1: that circle. No, no, no, no, he trying to have
- 1:33:04Speaker 1: the same money, his own money. Yeah, like you ain't
- 1:33:08Speaker 1: in that circle of friendship. No no, I'm talking about
- 1:33:10Speaker 1: like we just one of your parts. Like he ain't
- 1:33:12Speaker 1: got to ask me for everything. Okay, you don't have
- 1:33:14Speaker 1: him friend. I got to say, you're the one that
- 1:33:19Speaker 1: came up in your books. Yeah, I got you in
- 1:33:22Speaker 1: the process of forming a new book. I got was
- 1:33:25Speaker 1: just saying you don't have the first come up. You
- 1:33:27Speaker 1: ain't got I'm just telling you real. He said it
- 1:33:32Speaker 1: three times. You don't have him friends. The only one
- 1:33:37Speaker 1: you friend with me and that's if we can't go. Yeah,
- 1:33:41Speaker 1: time he can go. But he's gonna get in trouble,
- 1:33:44Speaker 1: that's it, and he want to take you. Yeah, I
- 1:33:46Speaker 1: got you. We're gonna do it right, Okay, yeah, go ahead, Okay,
- 1:33:52Speaker 1: I want to I want a ball in Cape Town.
- 1:33:57Speaker 1: Got you, South Africa? What I'm talking? That's the one
- 1:34:00Speaker 1: I know. The two best places you can stay. Come on.
- 1:34:05Speaker 1: You can stay at the Element House. The Element House
- 1:34:08Speaker 1: has all types of accommodations. You can stay in rooms, sweets,
- 1:34:14Speaker 1: or you can get their big the Big Sweet which
- 1:34:19Speaker 1: I had my whole family in it. The Presidential it's
- 1:34:23Speaker 1: like a house. It's on the grounds of the hotel
- 1:34:27Speaker 1: and it's on the peak. Now it's beautiful. How many
- 1:34:30Speaker 1: how many days do you recommend if you're gonna fly
- 1:34:33Speaker 1: from the States, But if you're gonna fly to Africa, man,
- 1:34:35Speaker 1: you need to have a week. You need a week
- 1:34:37Speaker 1: because it's a long flight. Man, it's a long flight.
- 1:34:43Speaker 1: I forgot how many hours it is to Jakar where
- 1:34:46Speaker 1: you feel up and then you go from New York
- 1:34:51Speaker 1: or remember Joeberg to Jakar. We had to fuel up.
- 1:34:57Speaker 1: Then we were from Jakar Johannesburg. Another hotel is a
- 1:35:02Speaker 1: Table Bay Hotel in South Africa. That's really nice. But
- 1:35:05Speaker 1: but ja, we will sleep in the car when we
- 1:35:09Speaker 1: landed to they got only and start cleaning that play.
- 1:35:14Speaker 1: All right, all right, man, we're gonna lose folks. So
- 1:35:18Speaker 1: if you go to Cape Town, you want to stay
- 1:35:20Speaker 1: for a week. They have a one and only over
- 1:35:24Speaker 1: in Cape Town that's off the chain. That's always good one.
- 1:35:28Speaker 1: Now they're the only two places I've stayed in Cape Town.
- 1:35:32Speaker 1: But you can see the end of the earth. In
- 1:35:35Speaker 1: Cape Town. You will be at the furthest southern southern
- 1:35:40Speaker 1: tip of the hemisphere. And after that, you just got
- 1:35:43Speaker 1: to start going back up. It's incredible down there, it's beautiful.
- 1:35:48Speaker 1: Don't swim Why not that your ass wants to get
- 1:35:52Speaker 1: eight by great white shows because they are there. Don't
- 1:35:57Speaker 1: get your stupid ass in the water trying to play
- 1:36:00Speaker 1: might not come back? All right? Next question mine, You've
- 1:36:04Speaker 1: been everywhere a lot of places. What I want to
- 1:36:09Speaker 1: know is, and then you know, with the movie coming
- 1:36:12Speaker 1: out of the Black Panther and everything, and don't take
- 1:36:15Speaker 1: this wrong, where can a black man go? Where can
- 1:36:21Speaker 1: a real black man go? We're a white woman, and
- 1:36:25Speaker 1: he's not gonna get all these looks and people heading
- 1:36:29Speaker 1: ain't gonna turning around what you're doing. Paris where is
- 1:36:36Speaker 1: the most racially accepted I've ever seen Paris. That are
- 1:36:41Speaker 1: happened in Paris. Okay, I'm going to don't nobody say nothing. Yes,
- 1:36:46Speaker 1: but Paris is the place. Paris is where you want
- 1:36:48Speaker 1: to go. Nobody don't say none of that. You can
- 1:36:52Speaker 1: go to South Fafrea, Santrope. Nobody thank you for that information.
- 1:36:57Speaker 1: And you can walk up down the street. Nobody gonna
- 1:36:59Speaker 1: say that. You're gonna simply like New Orleans and stuff
- 1:37:02Speaker 1: like that, especially on answers weekend to go down. You're
- 1:37:13Speaker 1: you're gonna be where You're gonna think you had an
- 1:37:16Speaker 1: eye rolling convention. Every next question, anybody I got a question?
- 1:37:24Speaker 1: You up? All right? I'm spring break is coming up.
