- 0:01Speaker 1: The left, the FBI, they're going all in and they're
- 0:04Speaker 1: not stopping with the rate of mar Lago. Apparently they
- 0:07Speaker 1: were even going through Milania Trump's wardrobe. But during the
- 0:12Speaker 1: mar Lago raid. This, as we've also found out, now
- 0:16Speaker 1: that the FBI has decided to stop, not stop at
- 0:19Speaker 1: Donald Trump. They've now seized represent of Scott Perry's cell
- 0:24Speaker 1: phone just one day after they rated mar Lago. And
- 0:28Speaker 1: who was the judge who approved the FBI raid that
- 0:31Speaker 1: disparaged Trump. It's a guy who shares woke content on
- 0:36Speaker 1: Facebook and also represented some of Jeffrey Epstein's shady friends
- 0:43Speaker 1: involved in underage trafficking of young girls like sex slaves.
- 0:48Speaker 1: He got them immunity deals. That's right. The Florida magistrate
- 0:52Speaker 1: judge who reportedly signed off on the FBI's rate of
- 0:55Speaker 1: former President Donald Trump allegedly disparaged the former president shared
- 1:00Speaker 1: woke content on what appears to be his personal Facebook page.
- 1:04Speaker 1: Hillsdale College Graduate School and Statesman PhD candidate and writer
- 1:11Speaker 1: Joseph Lippicott first reported that Bruce Reinhardt, the suspected judge
- 1:17Speaker 1: to approve the raid of marl Lago, apparently denigrated then
- 1:21Speaker 1: president elect Donald Trump in two seventeen via Facebook. In
- 1:26Speaker 1: a Facebook post screenshotted by this student and reviewed by
- 1:31Speaker 1: The Daily Wire, Reinhart wrote, I generally ignore the president
- 1:35Speaker 1: elects tweets, but not this one. John Lewis arguably has
- 1:40Speaker 1: done more to make America great than any living citizen.
- 1:44Speaker 1: Last August, I took my son to the Edmund Pettis
- 1:47Speaker 1: Bridge and sell them so we can understand the kind
- 1:50Speaker 1: of courage and sacrifice required to live in a democratic society.
- 1:54Speaker 1: John Lewis embodies that spirit. He added, Although I've never
- 1:57Speaker 1: met him, he is one of my heroes. In twenty seventeen,
- 2:01Speaker 1: Trump tweeted Congressman John Lewis should spend more time on
- 2:05Speaker 1: fixing and helping his district, which is in horrible shape
- 2:08Speaker 1: and falling apart not to mention crime infested, rather than
- 2:11Speaker 1: falsely complaining about the election results. All talk talk, talk,
- 2:15Speaker 1: no action or results. Sad Lewis representing George's fifth District
- 2:21Speaker 1: from nineteen eighty seven until his death in twenty twenty.
- 2:26Speaker 1: Then here's the tweet. Reinhart added, thank you Robert Rice
- 2:30Speaker 1: for saying what many of us feel. John Lewis is
- 2:33Speaker 1: the conscience of America. Donald Trump doesn't have the moral
- 2:35Speaker 1: stature to kiss John Lewis's feet, the judge wrote, Or,
- 2:41Speaker 1: as Joseph Welch said to Joseph McCartney at long lasts,
- 2:45Speaker 1: have you left no sense of decency? Quote unquote. Likewise, Reinhart,
- 2:51Speaker 1: also the same judge that allowed for this raid on
- 2:54Speaker 1: Donald Trump's home, shared Facebook posts that indicated he is
- 2:58Speaker 1: the magistrate question. In March twenty eighteen, he shared a
- 3:03Speaker 1: screenshot of an announcement from former Governor Rick Scott announcing
- 3:06Speaker 1: the appointment of Carolyn Bell to the fifteenth Judicial Circuit Court.
- 3:12Speaker 1: So proud of my wife, a dedicated public servant for
- 3:14Speaker 1: almost three decades. She will be a phenomenal judge, Reinhardt shared.
- 3:18Speaker 1: The citizen of Palm Beach County in the state of
- 3:20Speaker 1: Florida are blessed and luck you to have her. Thanks
- 3:23Speaker 1: to everyone who supported her candidacy, and a special thanks
- 3:26Speaker 1: to Governor Rick Scott and his team for placing their
- 3:28Speaker 1: confidence in her, he wrote on his personal Facebook page. Now,
- 3:33Speaker 1: before I get into more of this story, I want
- 3:35Speaker 1: to say thank you and tell you about our good
- 3:37Speaker 1: friends at Legacy Precious Medals. Without them, the show wouldn't
- 3:40Speaker 1: be possible. And if you have not looked at gold
- 3:43Speaker 1: and silver as a way to protect your hard earned
- 3:45Speaker 1: dollars against what the happening on Wall Street with inflation,
- 3:49Speaker 1: it's time for you to call them and get the
- 3:51Speaker 1: free investor's Guide. Why because so many around the world
- 3:54Speaker 1: are now using gold and silver, and historically they have
- 3:57Speaker 1: for decades as a protection ahead edge against inflation, which
- 4:01Speaker 1: is exactly what we're dealing with right now. If you're
- 4:04Speaker 1: terrified to look at your retirement account, your four one
- 4:06Speaker 1: case statement because of what's happening on Wall Street, that's
- 4:10Speaker 1: all the more reason why you should call and get
- 4:12Speaker 1: the investors got in gold and silver, protect your hard
- 4:14Speaker 1: earned money and diversify. Call them and get the free

- 4:31Speaker 1: PM investments dot com now. According to a document from
- 4:36Speaker 1: the Palm Beachbar dot Org, a fun fact about Judge
- 4:40Speaker 1: Bell is at well Coincidentally, her husband, Judge Bruce Reinhardt,
- 4:46Speaker 1: was sworn in as a United States Magistrate judge for
- 4:49Speaker 1: the Southern District Afford. In the same week, Governor Rick
- 4:51Speaker 1: Scott appointed her to be the Circuit Court bench. In
- 4:57Speaker 1: March twenty eighteen, he was elevated to imag straight judge.
- 5:00Speaker 1: According to The New York Post. His Facebook page was
- 5:04Speaker 1: also linked to the website Bruce Reinhartlaw dot com. He
- 5:08Speaker 1: also posts a picture of a man holding golden double
- 5:11Speaker 1: stuff Oreos and a bottle of Early Times Kentucky bourbon
- 5:16Speaker 1: straight whiskey, who bears a striking resemblance to Reinhart's media photos.
- 5:22Speaker 1: My point is this is vetted, as pointed out by
- 5:25Speaker 1: the author. Reinhart also shared a post in October twenty
- 5:29Speaker 1: seventeen from a Facebook group called Woke Folks explaining white
- 5:34Speaker 1: privilege using the metaphor of running a race with different
- 5:37Speaker 1: starting lines. He even had a video, and on Tuesday,
- 5:42Speaker 1: sources told The New York Post that Reinhard approved the
- 5:44Speaker 1: search warrant that authorized the ray of the former president's home.
- 5:48Speaker 1: That judge is previously and this is the part that's
- 5:51Speaker 1: the most shocking, represented convicted sex offender and pedophile Jeffrey
- 5:57Speaker 1: Epstein's employees, who he was able to get them immunity
- 6:02Speaker 1: in the investigation. Of sex trafficking. That's right of Jeffrey
- 6:07Speaker 1: Epstein's sex trafficking of miners young girls that, according to
- 6:12Speaker 1: the Miami Herald, Reinhart reported resigned from the South Florida
- 6:17Speaker 1: US Attorney's Office on January the first, two thousand and eight,
- 6:22Speaker 1: and the very next day went to represent the Epstein
- 6:25Speaker 1: employees who helped him do some of the most heinous crimes.
- 6:31Speaker 1: He told the Miami Herald that he represents represented Epstein's pilots,
- 6:36Speaker 1: Epstein's scheduler, Sarah Kellen, and Epstein's reported sex slave Nadia
- 6:44Speaker 1: markin Cova. This is who said you can go in
- 6:49Speaker 1: and you can raid Donald Trump's house. The guy who
- 6:53Speaker 1: quit his job resigned to get rich off the biggest
- 6:57Speaker 1: scumbag sex traffickers in the world. Old resigned from a
- 7:01Speaker 1: prestigious job from the South for the US Attorney's Office,
- 7:05Speaker 1: and the next day went on to represent all of
- 7:08Speaker 1: Epstein's employees, the pilots who knew he had underaged girls,
- 7:14Speaker 1: the scheduler who knew what he was doing, a sex
- 7:17Speaker 1: slave from Yugoslavia. Sealed search warrants were signed by Bruce Reinhardt,
- 7:23Speaker 1: the magistrate judge for the Southern District of Florida. He later,
- 7:27Speaker 1: by the way, would be named to the twenty eleven
- 7:29Speaker 1: Crime Victims' Rights Act lawsuit accusing him of violating the
- 7:35Speaker 1: Department of Justice policies through the job change in the
- 7:38Speaker 1: midst of the Epstein investigation because he would have had
- 7:40Speaker 1: insider knowledge of what they were going to do to
- 7:43Speaker 1: Epstein employees. Rinhart, of course, the same guy that had
- 7:47Speaker 1: approved the raid of Donald Trump's home, denied the allegation,
- 7:51Speaker 1: claiming could he never learned any confidential non public information
- 7:56Speaker 1: about the Epstein matter, according to The Herald, and to
- 8:00Speaker 1: ying that he participated in the Epstein case while as
- 8:02Speaker 1: Wow he was the South Florida US Attorney's Office. His
- 8:08Speaker 1: former colleagues, by the way, through him under the bus,
- 8:10Speaker 1: contradicting this in a twenty thirteen court filing that said
- 8:15Speaker 1: that this judge who approved this rate on Donald Trump,
- 8:19Speaker 1: had learned of quote, confidential non public information about the
- 8:25Speaker 1: Epstein matter, The New York Post reported. In response to
- 8:28Speaker 1: this accusation, Reinhart reportedly told the Miami Herald that the
- 8:32Speaker 1: Justice Department had dismissed a complaint that an Epstein's victims
- 8:37Speaker 1: lawyer had filed against him. He also donated to former
- 8:43Speaker 1: President Barack Obama's campaign not once but twice in two
- 8:47Speaker 1: thousand and eight, and a former President Kennet jeff Bush's
- 8:51Speaker 1: campaign in two thousand and fifteen. So this scumbag, this
- 8:58Speaker 1: judge who approved the FBI raid, had disparaging comments about
- 9:02Speaker 1: Donald Trump from years ago, represented the worst people involved
- 9:07Speaker 1: in the sex trafficking and Jeffrey Epstein case, and flipped
- 9:11Speaker 1: from working to where he's supposed to be protecting the
- 9:14Speaker 1: victims to protecting Jeffrey Epstein and his employees in just
- 9:19Speaker 1: a twenty four hour period. They're not stopping with Donald Trump.
- 9:24Speaker 1: They're not stopping with Melanie A. Trump's wardrobe. No, no, no,
- 9:28Speaker 1: They're gonna go after anybody they want to go after now,
- 9:31Speaker 1: because once you have crossed this line of no return
- 9:34Speaker 1: of going after a former president of the United States
- 9:36Speaker 1: of America by a judge who's allowed you to search
- 9:40Speaker 1: his house with his search warrant and break into a safe,
- 9:43Speaker 1: who has written disparaging things about the president for years
- 9:46Speaker 1: on Facebook. A guy who represented the worst people in
- 9:48Speaker 1: the world with Jeffrey Epstein's personal employees quit. By the way,
- 9:52Speaker 1: the government job to represent them and give him money
- 9:56Speaker 1: to Barack Obama. Why would you not just screw it.
- 10:00Speaker 1: We're all in and that's why the FBI is now
- 10:04Speaker 1: going after Scott Perry and his cell phone. Representative Scott
- 10:09Speaker 1: Perry is a Republican from Pennsylvania. He's also the chairman
- 10:13Speaker 1: of the House Freedom Caucus. Now, the Freedom Caucus, you understand,
- 10:15Speaker 1: it's kind of like the two the Tea Party two
- 10:17Speaker 1: point zero. The Freedom Caucus is a bunch of individuals
- 10:21Speaker 1: that actually take the Constitution literally and they're good people,
- 10:26Speaker 1: he said. The FBI seized his cell phone just one
- 10:29Speaker 1: day after the raid on former President Donald Trump's home.
- 10:33Speaker 1: Perry was approached with a warrant for his cell phone
- 10:37Speaker 1: by three FBI agents while he was traveling with his
- 10:42Speaker 1: family on Tuesday. They were stalking him. Quote this morning,
- 10:46Speaker 1: while traveling with my family, three FBI agents visit me
- 10:50Speaker 1: and seized my cell phone, Perry said in a statement
- 10:52Speaker 1: to Fox News. They made no attempt to contact my lawyer,
- 10:57Speaker 1: who would have made arrangements for them to have my
- 11:00Speaker 1: if that was their wish. Perry criticized the US Attorney
- 11:06Speaker 1: General Merritt Garland for his leadership over the Department of Justice,
- 11:10Speaker 1: Perry said, quote, I'm outraged, though not surprised, at the FBI,
- 11:14Speaker 1: under the direction of Merritt Garland and this DJ would
- 11:18Speaker 1: seize the phone of a sitting member of Congress. My
- 11:21Speaker 1: phone contains info about my legislative and political activities, and
- 11:25Speaker 1: personal and private discussions with my wife, family, constituents, and friends.
- 11:29Speaker 1: None of this is the government's business. Perry noted his
- 11:33Speaker 1: phone was seized just one day after the raid of
- 11:37Speaker 1: Trump's Marlago residence. Perry continued, as a President Trump last night,
- 11:42Speaker 1: the DJ chose this unnecessary and aggressive action instead of
- 11:47Speaker 1: simply contacting my attorneys. These kinds of banana Republic tactics
- 11:53Speaker 1: should concern every citizen, especially considering the decision before Congress
- 11:59Speaker 1: this week to hire eighty seven thousand new IRS agents
- 12:03Speaker 1: to further persecute law abiding citizens. Although no motive for
- 12:07Speaker 1: the seizure of Perry's phone has been reported, the Philadelphia
- 12:11Speaker 1: congressman has been a target of the Democratic led January
- 12:15Speaker 1: sixth Select Committee for months. Perry was the first House member.
- 12:20Speaker 1: The January six Committee sought testimony and documents from including
- 12:24Speaker 1: all relevant or electronic or other communications. Perry said, Perry
- 12:29Speaker 1: had with Trump and his legal team. Now, the reason
- 12:34Speaker 1: why you go seize the cell phone in front of
- 12:36Speaker 1: the family is because you want to put the fear
- 12:38Speaker 1: of God into people like this congressman. He's right, that
- 12:45Speaker 1: could have called his lawyer and they would have said okay,
- 12:47Speaker 1: and they would have worked it out and handed over
- 12:48Speaker 1: the phone. But that's not how the FBI works. Now,
- 12:51Speaker 1: this is like the Gestapo. They're coming after you in
- 12:55Speaker 1: broad daylight, within front of your family to terrify you.
- 13:02Speaker 1: Let's go to the wardrobe for a second and just
- 13:04Speaker 1: talk about that. We now have reports that FBI agents
- 13:09Speaker 1: literally searched through Melannia Trump's wardrobe during the Marlago raid.
- 13:14Speaker 1: FBI agents searched through former First Lady Milannia Trump's wardrobe
- 13:18Speaker 1: the Trump family's residence in Florida, and spent a significant
- 13:23Speaker 1: time looking through her clothes. Former President Donald Trump announced
- 13:27Speaker 1: the FBI rated his home in a statement issued Monday, saying,
- 13:30Speaker 1: these are dark times for our nation, as my beautiful home,
- 13:33Speaker 1: Marlago and Palm Beach, Florida, is currently under siege, rated
- 13:35Speaker 1: and occupied by large group FBI agents. Trump said nothing
- 13:39Speaker 1: like this has ever happened to a president of the
- 13:41Speaker 1: United States America before and He's right. But in addition
- 13:44Speaker 1: to searching through Trump's office, FBI agents also combed through
- 13:48Speaker 1: Melannia Trump's wardrobe. The New York Post reported this morning
- 13:52Speaker 1: that FBI agents scoured through Melania Trump's wardrobe and spent
- 13:56Speaker 1: several hours combing through Donald Trump's private office, breaking open
- 14:00Speaker 1: his safe, and rifling through drawers when they raided the
- 14:03Speaker 1: former first family's Marlago home in Florida Monday. However, search
- 14:08Speaker 1: warrant was reportedly limited, defining presidential records as well as
- 14:13Speaker 1: evidence of classified information being stored at Marlago. The Post reported,
- 14:17Speaker 1: so why would you go through her clothes? The FBI
- 14:21Speaker 1: raid of the one hundred and twenty eight room sixty
- 14:23Speaker 1: two thoive hundred square foot property lasted over nine hours,
- 14:29Speaker 1: as agents reportedly arrived at nine am and did not
- 14:32Speaker 1: leave until after six thirty pm. The raid was conducted
- 14:37Speaker 1: by more than thirty plane clothes FBI agents from a
- 14:40Speaker 1: Florida and Washington Field office. The agents searched Trump's locked
- 14:46Speaker 1: basement storege room, where they confiscated fifteen cardboard boxes of
- 14:51Speaker 1: white house material that reportedly contained Trump Air White House mementos,
- 14:54Speaker 1: including letters from former president Barack Obama and North Korean
- 14:58Speaker 1: leader Kim Jong ung. The FBI agents were reportedly arrogant,
- 15:02Speaker 1: according to one witness, and they told Trump representatives, we
- 15:05Speaker 1: have full access to everything. We can go everywhere. Additionally,
- 15:09Speaker 1: the agents refused to allow Trump lawyers inside the property
- 15:12Speaker 1: to cool off, and said they were left in a
- 15:14Speaker 1: parking lot outside the residents. The Trump family was not
- 15:18Speaker 1: at mar Lago during the FBI raid. I wonder why
- 15:24Speaker 1: now you look at the last twenty four hours, and
- 15:28Speaker 1: the one thing I know is this, This country has changed.
- 15:34Speaker 1: This country has changed. Joe Biden, we also believe knew
- 15:43Speaker 1: all about the raid on mar Lago. That's the new
- 15:46Speaker 1: accusation coming from Donald Trump, because how would you do
- 15:51Speaker 1: this without him and the highest level of people not
- 15:55Speaker 1: knowing about it. Former President Trump said that he does
- 16:00Speaker 1: President Joe Biden knew all about the recent FBI rate
- 16:02Speaker 1: on his residence, despite Biden's Whitehouse claim that they had
- 16:05Speaker 1: quote no advanced knowledge of the raid. Trump announced that
- 16:09Speaker 1: raid from his home on Monday and said, not only
- 16:12Speaker 1: are these dark times, but surely after the raid, Biden
- 16:15Speaker 1: Whitehouse told reporters that the administration had quote no advanced
- 16:18Speaker 1: knowledge of the FBI raid and noted that some learn
- 16:22Speaker 1: from old media, some from social media. Trump disputed the
- 16:27Speaker 1: Biden administration's claim in a post he made on his
- 16:29Speaker 1: True social platform, saying, quote, Biden knew all about this,
- 16:34Speaker 1: just like you knew all about Hunters deals, the former
- 16:38Speaker 1: president wrote. Yesterday, in a separate post, Trump said the
- 16:43Speaker 1: raid was a coordinated attack by radical left Democrats stayed
- 16:48Speaker 1: in local DA's and ags. A horrible thing took place
- 16:52Speaker 1: yesterday at Marlago. We are no better than a third
- 16:56Speaker 1: world country, the president wrote, a Banana Republic. It is
- 17:00Speaker 1: a continuation of Russia Russia, Russia, impeachment hoax number one,
- 17:07Speaker 1: impeachment hoax number two, the no collusion Muller report, and
- 17:12Speaker 1: more to make matters worse. It is all, in my opinion,
- 17:15Speaker 1: a coordinated attack with a radical left Democrat, state and
- 17:19Speaker 1: local DA's and attorney generals. With the FBI rate of
- 17:23Speaker 1: Trump's home marking the first time the agency has conducted
- 17:26Speaker 1: a rate of a former president. Many Republican politicians have
- 17:30Speaker 1: called for an investigation into that raid. Former representatives Stefanic,
- 17:35Speaker 1: a Republican from New York, called for quote, an immediate investigation,
- 17:38Speaker 1: an accountability to Joe Biden his administrations, clear weaponizing this
- 17:44Speaker 1: department against their political opponents. When your approval ratings down
- 17:48Speaker 1: the thirty percent, you got to ask yourself a question,
- 17:51Speaker 1: what do they have to lose? Probably nothing? What do
- 17:56Speaker 1: they have to lose? Seriously, what do they have to
- 17:58Speaker 1: lose in this scenario? Probably mean nothing, and that's exactly
- 18:03Speaker 1: why they're doing it. Joining me now to talk about
- 18:09Speaker 1: this as a man who is with the president, I'd
- 18:11Speaker 1: say to America just a couple of days ago, it's
- 18:13Speaker 1: sepack Texas matchslap Matt. I appreciate you coming on, and
- 18:19Speaker 1: I want to get your initial reaction to this. For me,
- 18:21Speaker 1: when I saw it, I was genuinely taken aback for
- 18:25Speaker 1: a moment. I knew that this was a possibility, but
- 18:29Speaker 1: I really didn't think that it would actually happen. And
- 18:33Speaker 1: yet here we are, and they're now now already pontificating
- 18:37Speaker 1: on MSNBC and CNN that they quote expect more raids
- 18:40Speaker 1: to take place on Trump property around the country. Your
- 18:44Speaker 1: initial thoughts on what just happened in America? Yeah, you know,
- 18:48Speaker 1: it's funny. Mercy and I were flying out of Texas
- 18:52Speaker 1: and I turned to her and I said, you know
- 18:55Speaker 1: that seapack was so smooth. Go to our website and
- 18:58Speaker 1: listen to the President's words EPAC speech from the President
- 19:01Speaker 1: encapsulating all the problems we're going through because of Biden
- 19:05Speaker 1: and socialism. And I was like, it was so smooth.
- 19:08Speaker 1: It just can't be. But maybe maybe we pulled it off.
- 19:10Speaker 1: And then we land and then all this starts breaking.
- 19:14Speaker 1: And you know, I ben I had thought that this
- 19:16Speaker 1: would come from the very very radicalized state of New
- 19:20Speaker 1: York and the electician James the ag there. Never really
- 19:24Speaker 1: never did I think our own Department of Justice would
- 19:29Speaker 1: slink this low as to use the Department of Justice.
- 19:34Speaker 1: You know, I talked to President Trump at length a speck.
- 19:39Speaker 1: You know, I just said, my girls are praying for you,
- 19:41Speaker 1: and this isn't right. And I think he, I think
- 19:45Speaker 1: he's always realized how much they hate him and what
- 19:48Speaker 1: they're gonna do. He just can't believe that, like as
- 19:51Speaker 1: a former president, he's the only president. We've had some
- 19:55Speaker 1: dastardly presidents. Then he's the only president that's being persecuted
- 20:01Speaker 1: by our government. You look at MSNBC and they said
- 20:06Speaker 1: the majority of the American people are quote happy this
- 20:09Speaker 1: is happening because they were sick and tired of Donald
- 20:11Speaker 1: Trump getting away with everything, and then Matt they cited
- 20:15Speaker 1: the Mueller Report as the example, which totally defies logic.
- 20:21Speaker 1: The Mueller Report said he didn't commit any crimes and
- 20:24Speaker 1: they had unpresent power to try to find a crime
- 20:28Speaker 1: of that Donald Trump had committed. And now on MSNBC
- 20:31Speaker 1: This Morning, Morning Joe and the whole team are like, well,
- 20:34Speaker 1: the American people have had enough of Trump and the
- 20:36Speaker 1: Mueller Report is a perfect example with us, and now
- 20:39Speaker 1: they're finally going to hold him accountable. Yeah, no, this
- 20:42Speaker 1: is right. By the way, Morning Joe's been having a
- 20:44Speaker 1: connection you know, for a few days last week as well.
- 20:50Speaker 1: This is propaganda. I think this is what I'm teaching
- 20:53Speaker 1: my kids, which is, you know, we're in a very
- 20:55Speaker 1: dark place for America. You know, all of them overseas
- 21:00Speaker 1: like what's going on in America. I mean, people are
- 21:02Speaker 1: really jarred and spooked by this happening. And let's just
- 21:07Speaker 1: recount for everybody, if it's true that their charge is
- 21:13Speaker 1: that Donald Trump has a document that should be in
- 21:17Speaker 1: the federal records and not in his possession, which it
- 21:19Speaker 1: appears that that's where they're going. Why the hell does
- 21:23Speaker 1: this deserve a raid? Just go get the document. And
- 21:27Speaker 1: by the way, Sandy Burger and others took documents and
- 21:31Speaker 1: put him. He put him in his crotch, in his pants,
- 21:34Speaker 1: and he didn't go to jail. Remind people of that
- 21:37Speaker 1: story real quick. Remind people of him putting those documents
- 21:40Speaker 1: in his crotch, because I'm being serious when I say this,
- 21:43Speaker 1: not joking. I want people to understand what happened then.
- 21:47Speaker 1: And the fact that no one got in trouble for it.
- 21:50Speaker 1: Remind people of that story, soy understand how impressive this
- 21:53Speaker 1: really is. Think about two stories here actually been Sandy Burger,
- 21:58Speaker 1: I believe, with the National Secure the advisor for President
- 22:01Speaker 1: Clinton after the Clinton administration, goes uses his security clearance
- 22:07Speaker 1: to check out some government records that were quite honestly
- 22:12Speaker 1: just embarrassing for him, made him look bad. He took
- 22:15Speaker 1: those documents in those firsthand accounts, took the documents, stuffed
- 22:20Speaker 1: him in the front of his pants, walked out of
- 22:23Speaker 1: the room. Soon thereafter arrested for stealing government documents. Now,
- 22:29Speaker 1: Sandy to this day is considered a great man. By
- 22:33Speaker 1: the left and has documentaries about him. And he didn't
- 22:37Speaker 1: go to jail, he didn't have to like have his
- 22:39Speaker 1: office raided, he didn't have to be frog marched. He's
- 22:42Speaker 1: a Democrat, so they just treated him genteely and got
- 22:45Speaker 1: the papers back. And you know, but if you're a
- 22:48Speaker 1: republican's different. Think about this. If Donald Trump took things
- 22:52Speaker 1: from the White House, but they're saying he shouldn't have
- 22:54Speaker 1: taken she was never charged with anything. She simply had
- 22:58Speaker 1: to return foul. This is how they handled democrats, which is, oh,
- 23:03Speaker 1: I'm sure you've just made a terrible mistake when you
- 23:05Speaker 1: took all this furniture which you never bought and never
- 23:07Speaker 1: had an apartment, never had in the governor's mansion. You
- 23:10Speaker 1: just stole it. But that's okay, just return it. The
- 23:13Speaker 1: Republican does something where there's a judgment calling whether it's
- 23:16Speaker 1: a piece of paper they can have or not have,
- 23:19Speaker 1: and look what happens. You bring them to their knees,
- 23:22Speaker 1: You try to destroy their children, you try to erect
- 23:24Speaker 1: their reputation. And if the secondary a grievance by this
- 23:29Speaker 1: DOJ is that Donald Trump flow meant a rebellion because
- 23:34Speaker 1: he believed in voter id prison if it means that's
- 23:37Speaker 1: what it takes Chris to actually have their elections where
- 23:40Speaker 1: only legal voters. You look at Mike Pompeo. Mike Pompeo
- 23:45Speaker 1: this morning, he tweeted out an interesting tweet. He sided
- 23:48Speaker 1: Hillary Clinton regarding the FBI raid on Trump's home. He said,
- 23:51Speaker 1: I started on the Benghazi Committee and we didn't raid
- 23:54Speaker 1: her home. This is the former Secretary of State who
- 23:57Speaker 1: serves the director of the CIA before serving and say
- 24:00Speaker 1: Terry States slammed the raid on Donald trump' Smarloga home,
- 24:03Speaker 1: highlighting the disparity between this rate and the treatment of
- 24:06Speaker 1: the former Presidental Candan Secretary State Hillary Clinton. The FBI's
- 24:09Speaker 1: raid is something, he says, it's totally unpresent. He said,
- 24:13Speaker 1: you know, executing a warrant against an ex president is dangerous.
- 24:17Speaker 1: The apparent political weaposition of the doj sas FBI is shameful.
- 24:22Speaker 1: The Attorney General must explain why two hundred and fifty
- 24:26Speaker 1: years of practice was up ended with this raid. He said,
- 24:29Speaker 1: I served on the Benghazi Committee where we proved that
- 24:33Speaker 1: Hillary Clinton possessed classified information, and we didn't raid their home.
- 24:39Speaker 1: So my question now is Matt they've declared war on
- 24:42Speaker 1: our democracy, they've declared war on our candidates, they've declared
- 24:46Speaker 1: war on the way that the laws work in this country.
- 24:51Speaker 1: Why is it that some Republicans I was shocked this morning.
- 24:55Speaker 1: Tim Scott went on CBS this morning with Gail King
- 24:58Speaker 1: or whatever name is, to about his new book. He
- 25:01Speaker 1: was very timid, He was very calm and said, well,
- 25:06Speaker 1: we have to let this play out. And I was
- 25:07Speaker 1: watching it and I'm looking at the TV. I'm going,
- 25:09Speaker 1: oh my gosh, he's trying to figure out a lane
- 25:12Speaker 1: to run possibly for president. That was minus reaction. But
- 25:15Speaker 1: where are the Republican leaders standing up saying I could
- 25:18Speaker 1: be next and we have to win this mid term
- 25:21Speaker 1: and not just win, but we have to stop this
- 25:24Speaker 1: from happening. This is the problem with the Republican Party
- 25:28Speaker 1: is the word timid is may be perfect, which is
- 25:31Speaker 1: we've all been taught to respect these institutions, to respect
- 25:35Speaker 1: law enforcement, to you know, not lie to the FBI,
- 25:39Speaker 1: and treat FBI agents with the utmost respect. The problem
- 25:43Speaker 1: is the ninety eight percent of the agents who we
- 25:45Speaker 1: want to respect for are reporting to a very radicalize
- 25:50Speaker 1: Christopher Ray is clearly an apparatic of who was found guilty.
- 25:55Speaker 1: I think the number two at the FII, who was
- 25:57Speaker 1: found guilty of all kinds of wrongdoing has had his
- 26:01Speaker 1: pension and benefits reinstated by the Biden administration and by
- 26:04Speaker 1: a DC court. You know, So they weaponized the FBI
- 26:09Speaker 1: and the intelligence systems. They all got away with it.
- 26:12Speaker 1: No one went to jail. You know, there was one
- 26:16Speaker 1: lawyer who was found guilty. I don't even think he
- 26:19Speaker 1: served a day in jail. You know, they got away
- 26:22Speaker 1: with all of that. Russia Russia, Russia that got away
- 26:24Speaker 1: with trying to spy on President Trump, trying to prevent
- 26:27Speaker 1: him from becoming president. Now mark a license taken to Twitter.
- 26:31Speaker 1: The lawyer who orchestrated the dossier and every other piece
- 26:37Speaker 1: of dastardly d that the Left is used to stop Trump.
- 26:40Speaker 1: He's now saying he's quoting a statute saying that Donald
- 26:44Speaker 1: Trump's wrongdoing will prevent him from running for president again.
- 26:48Speaker 1: So everybody needs to understand this has nothing to do
- 26:51Speaker 1: with law breaking. This says nothing with keeping civil peace,
- 26:55Speaker 1: That has nothing to do with insurrection. It has to
- 26:58Speaker 1: do with their efforts to try to prevent Trump from
- 27:01Speaker 1: running again. Why they beat him last time. Why are
- 27:05Speaker 1: they so scared of him running again? Then I'll tell
- 27:08Speaker 1: you why they're going after him, because they fear that
- 27:11Speaker 1: he'll run again. But why do they fear that he'll
- 27:14Speaker 1: run again. They fear that he'll run again because they
- 27:18Speaker 1: ran a whole operation to steal votes to prevent him
- 27:21Speaker 1: from winning last time. And they know if he runs again,
- 27:25Speaker 1: there's a big threat that he beats whoever the Democratic
- 27:28Speaker 1: nominee is. It's all about stopping Trump because they know
- 27:32Speaker 1: Trump is busting up their coalition. Union voters, working men
- 27:37Speaker 1: and women, Hispanics, they're all breaking away from the Democrats.
- 27:42Speaker 1: Cops a badge or a shirt with their name on it,
- 27:45Speaker 1: they're all breaking away from the Democrats. The Democratic coalition
- 27:49Speaker 1: is left with radicalized transgender activists, white woke liberals, and
- 27:55Speaker 1: the people who run big blue, broken bankruptcities. That's all
- 28:00Speaker 1: they got left. And they know that Trump is a
- 28:02Speaker 1: huge threat to that. It's clear, and you just mentioned
- 28:07Speaker 1: this a moment ago, that this is all to stop
- 28:10Speaker 1: Donald Trump from running. Explain what the goal is? Is
- 28:15Speaker 1: it to just get him indicted for a phony so
- 28:17Speaker 1: then people be afraid to vote for him in case
- 28:20Speaker 1: they find him guilty or is it to get him
- 28:23Speaker 1: indicted and convicted so that he can't run, which one
- 28:28Speaker 1: is good enough for the Democrats plan here? And then
- 28:33Speaker 1: who I think we all, after watching what the NRA
- 28:36Speaker 1: has gone through, thought that Letitia James of New York
- 28:39Speaker 1: would be the person who was leading this highly partisan
- 28:43Speaker 1: show you show effort to try to convict Donald Trump
- 28:48Speaker 1: and his business dealings. Either she can't find anything, which
- 28:52Speaker 1: I think is probably the case, so the ball has
- 28:55Speaker 1: been handed to the DOJ, which is moving on. You
- 28:58Speaker 1: know all the little kind of traffic tickets you can
- 29:01Speaker 1: give a former elected official. You have a document you
- 29:04Speaker 1: shouldn't have, you took something out of the White House grounds,
- 29:07Speaker 1: you should move. But if they have this new set
- 29:09Speaker 1: of o men an insurrection against the government. So they're
- 29:14Speaker 1: using the Patriot Act to try to try to indict Trump.
- 29:17Speaker 1: And let me be clear, you don't rate a man's office.
- 29:21Speaker 1: You don't intend to get an indictment. The reason they're
- 29:24Speaker 1: doing that is they're going to go to a DC
- 29:26Speaker 1: grand jury and they're going to get an indictment. You
- 29:28Speaker 1: guys know how DC votes. It's like it's like there's
- 29:31Speaker 1: ten people in DC that vote Republican. These days, it's
- 29:33Speaker 1: certainly the vote for Trump, and so they'll have a jury.
- 29:37Speaker 1: It will not be a representation of America. But at DC,
- 29:42Speaker 1: the chances of getting indictment are near one hundred percent. Democrats,
- 29:46Speaker 1: all those people I went through with the wrongdoing of
- 29:48Speaker 1: the FBI overturned the charges. There's a very big chance
- 29:53Speaker 1: that Donald Trump gets indicted. If it's true what I'm
- 29:55Speaker 1: saying is accurate, there's a very good chance that he
- 29:58Speaker 1: is convicted. And let me tell you what, Ben At
- 30:01Speaker 1: that point, I'm very worried for this country. I'm very
- 30:05Speaker 1: worried that violence breaks out. I'm very worried that people
- 30:08Speaker 1: feel so desperate. I feel that dozens of calls in
- 30:11Speaker 1: texts last night when people went to seepack, which by
- 30:14Speaker 1: the way, must have just been too powerful for the
- 30:16Speaker 1: Democrat's stake, and they're very worried. I don't think I've
- 30:21Speaker 1: ever been so worried for my country. Hover Kevin McCarthy
- 30:25Speaker 1: said the Attorney General Garland, preserve your documents and clear
- 30:29Speaker 1: your calendar. He said, I've seen enough of the Department
- 30:32Speaker 1: of Justice necessary has reached an intolerable state of weaponized politalization.
- 30:37Speaker 1: When Republicans take back the House, we will conduct immediate
- 30:40Speaker 1: oversight of this department, follow the facts, and leave no
- 30:43Speaker 1: stone unturned. My worry is we don't do this and
- 30:47Speaker 1: we go back to this Tim Scott kind of kombay
- 30:50Speaker 1: yah calm down mentality here instead of going scorched earth.
- 30:56Speaker 1: Because I believe now you have to go to war
- 30:59Speaker 1: with the Democratic leads, and you have to go to
- 31:02Speaker 1: war the way that he describes it. But I'm worried
- 31:04Speaker 1: there's too many rhinos that just won't do it. Are
- 31:06Speaker 1: you concerned as I am? Sucker? I think for the
- 31:09Speaker 1: seed Pack activists and the other activists out there, we
- 31:11Speaker 1: have to so we have to demonstrate like those brave
- 31:14Speaker 1: people that went tomorrow lago last night. So you know,
- 31:18Speaker 1: I'm a veteran of the two thousand recount. We took
- 31:21Speaker 1: to the streets. Yes, we counted ballots, but we took
- 31:24Speaker 1: to the streets. I was part of the Brooks Brothers
- 31:26Speaker 1: riot that went into the Dade County courtroom and demanded
- 31:30Speaker 1: that we see the ballots, and we have to do
- 31:33Speaker 1: these things. We've seeded the streets to the left. The
- 31:37Speaker 1: left owns the streets. They do whatever they want. They
- 31:40Speaker 1: scare the hell out of everyone. They are violent. Our
- 31:43Speaker 1: people are, by and large people of faith, a lot
- 31:45Speaker 1: of Christians. We need to take to the streets in
- 31:48Speaker 1: a peaceful way, but in a strong way. They're using
- 31:51Speaker 1: the DOJ to punish and jail their opponents. Who's next?
- 31:56Speaker 1: Is it the ben furtuson show? Is it the schlat family?
- 32:00Speaker 1: Who's next? Anyone who gets near Trump could could find
- 32:04Speaker 1: themselves in legal problems. You hear what the DJ is saying,
- 32:07Speaker 1: this is the first of many raids. Who else gets rated?
- 32:11Speaker 1: Why do you need these rates? If you need the documents,
- 32:14Speaker 1: just go get them. Trump was a cooperating with this investigation.
- 32:18Speaker 1: There was no intransigence. If they want the safe, just
- 32:22Speaker 1: tell them get a court order. They have to open
- 32:24Speaker 1: the safe. They would have opened the safe. Class question
- 32:27Speaker 1: for you, and it's an important one word. Yeah, that's
- 32:30Speaker 1: what third world dictators do. After the shocking rate of
- 32:34Speaker 1: foreign president Trump's home and you look at it and
- 32:36Speaker 1: start contrast to many Trump opponents, the FBI has not
- 32:40Speaker 1: quote yet rated. I also worry about this new explosion.
- 32:48Speaker 1: And your wife had a great tweet about this. She
- 32:50Speaker 1: put out about the size now of the IRS. I
- 32:54Speaker 1: think there's no way you can't look at this as
- 32:57Speaker 1: the weaponization of the I R S and basically saying,
- 33:02Speaker 1: let's go after our political enemies and let's make it hurt, right,
- 33:07Speaker 1: Let's let's make this something that people can't handle and
- 33:12Speaker 1: they'll be so afraid and we'll go out there. I mean,
- 33:15Speaker 1: we're talking about more agents than could fit into the
- 33:18Speaker 1: Oklahoma football stadium. To put it in perspective, is how
- 33:22Speaker 1: much they're expanding the IRS. And I think it's to
- 33:26Speaker 1: weaponize and come after people like you and I and
- 33:28Speaker 1: everyone else. It's the truth. You know, I'm scared to
- 33:32Speaker 1: death about this. You know, Richard Dixon was accused of
- 33:35Speaker 1: using the IRS, and I think it was a fair charge,
- 33:38Speaker 1: using the IRS to go after his opponent. He was
- 33:42Speaker 1: shamed and driven from office the Biden administration and the
- 33:47Speaker 1: Obama administration before remember Obama used the intelligence agencies to
- 33:52Speaker 1: spy and reporters. Lois Lerner went after TEA party groups
- 33:57Speaker 1: because by Obamacare they do this. So this is not new.
- 34:01Speaker 1: This is not like a charge or a speculation. And
- 34:03Speaker 1: now they have seventy five hundred more people they will
- 34:07Speaker 1: have to go after us. You're The only hope that
- 34:09Speaker 1: is because you can't find anybody to work. Maybe they
- 34:12Speaker 1: can't fail the slots and we can get Trump or
- 34:14Speaker 1: somebody like Trump back into the president to stop this lunacy.
- 34:17Speaker 1: But did the Republicans who are sought go away? Yeah? Well,
- 34:22Speaker 1: as your wife put it, the IRS audit support five
- 34:25Speaker 1: times the rate of everyone else. Democrats are about to
- 34:27Speaker 1: get them eighty billion and eighty seven thousand more agents,
- 34:31Speaker 1: making it bigger than the State Department, Border Patrol, FBI,
- 34:34Speaker 1: and Pentagon combined. And they're raising your taxes in order
- 34:38Speaker 1: to do it. This is weaponizing the government. It's going
- 34:41Speaker 1: to be And if Republicans don't stand up as you
- 34:44Speaker 1: just described it and go to war with the left
- 34:47Speaker 1: that's coming after all of us, we will not be able.
- 34:51Speaker 1: I mean this to recognize this country in a few
- 34:53Speaker 1: more years. Matt, I'll give you the final thought. Go ahead, Ben,
- 34:57Speaker 1: I appreciate you doing this special segment of your show.
- 35:00Speaker 1: Everyone should be as outraged as you feel. We obviously
- 35:04Speaker 1: don't want our country to get ripped apart, but we're
- 35:06Speaker 1: not doing the ripping. They're doing the ripping, and stand up.
- 35:10Speaker 1: This is the time to stand up for our country,
- 35:13Speaker 1: and you know, we'll see what else comes out. But
- 35:15Speaker 1: also one other thing, Pray for President Trump the way
- 35:18Speaker 1: he's being persecuted. I've never seen anything like it, you
- 35:22Speaker 1: and me both. I couldn't agree with you more on
- 35:24Speaker 1: that one. God bless you, Matt. I appreciate your friendship
- 35:26Speaker 1: coming on last minute, and I will do it again
- 35:28Speaker 1: real soon. Thanks Bed. All right, lastly, please make sure
