  I'm thinking today of Psalm 27.1. It says,

  The Lord is my light and my salvation. Whom shall I fear?

  The Lord is the defense of my life. Whom shall I dread?

  I love this question. This question shuts up our inner fears and doubts.

  It challenges our nagging worries about every future thing.
• 0:23
  We're okay as long as God says so, despite our feelings that may be to the contrary.

  We want things. We don't get the things that we want quite often,
• 0:33
  but our wants are not the standard. God's will is the standard.
• 0:38
  It's not like we're settling for second best. At the same time, we can be blessed.
• 0:43
  And sad. Humans are very complex, and I can't understand the whole thing.

  I know this. I'm okay. Even better than okay. Always.
• 0:57
  Because I walk in the center of His will, even when that appears impossible.

  Let me encourage you today. Don't judge this world, this life, the things that you're facing
• 1:07
  by what you're seeing with your eyes, hearing with your ears, or feeling your emotions.
• 1:11
  But rather, walk in faith. Know that God has it. He is your salvation and your light.

  And you have nothing to fear. You will overcome that which stands in your way
• 1:23
  as long as you have accepted Jesus Christ as your Lord. That means He tells you what to do
• 1:28
  when you do it, and you're a Savior, which means you paid the price for your sins
• 1:32
  and you are forgiven by the God of Heaven, by the Trinity before you, and eternity today.
