- 0:00Speaker 1: It is official. We have a highly redacted Affidavid that
- 0:05Speaker 1: actually doesn't explain why the Marlago rate occurred and when
- 0:11Speaker 1: it was even time to happen has also been redacted.
- 0:16Speaker 1: This is exactly what I expected. Another perfect example of
- 0:21Speaker 1: the disgusting display of the deep state trying to attack
- 0:25Speaker 1: a president, a former president in a way that is
- 0:28Speaker 1: un American, and it tells us exactly what we expected.
- 0:32Speaker 1: They thought they could get away with it, and now
- 0:34Speaker 1: people are asking questions. So here's your document redacted. The
- 0:38Speaker 1: focus what we do know on is on the documents
- 0:41Speaker 1: and the classification markings national defense information. They want you
- 0:45Speaker 1: to believe Donald Trump was stealing state secrets. How redacted
- 0:49Speaker 1: of it is? It so redacted that over a fourth

- 2:39Speaker 1: So how do you even know what's in here? Right?
- 2:42Speaker 1: The DOJ affidavit seeking the search warrant for the FBI
- 2:46Speaker 1: raid on Donald Trump's private residence at Marlago, Big deal,
- 2:52Speaker 1: it's unsealed by the federal judge Friday afternoon. Doesn't matter
- 2:56Speaker 1: because you can't read any of it. The affidavit, signed
- 3:01Speaker 1: by a special agent with the FBI, contends that after
- 3:04Speaker 1: reviewing fifteen boxes of material that Trump handed over voluntarily
- 3:09Speaker 1: by the way to the government, the DOJ determined that
- 3:13Speaker 1: classified information had not been stored quote properly, and that
- 3:17Speaker 1: there might be more of it at Marlago might be quote.
- 3:21Speaker 1: The FBI's investigation has established that documents bearing classification markings
- 3:27Speaker 1: which appeared to contain national defense information, which appear keyword appear,
- 3:33Speaker 1: we're among the materials contained in the fifteen boxes, and
- 3:37Speaker 1: we're stored at the premises in the unauthorized location. Now,
- 3:41Speaker 1: let's just compare this real quick to Hillary Clinton's storing
- 3:44Speaker 1: of hundreds of thousands of classified documents on an unsecure
- 3:48Speaker 1: server that could have easily been hacked. It may have
- 3:50Speaker 1: been hacked by our world adversaries, and then when we
- 3:53Speaker 1: asked for those documents, she actually deleted them and destroyed
- 3:57Speaker 1: them and bleached them and smashed the self phones. The
- 4:00Speaker 1: Blackberries had her staff do it, and no one went
- 4:03Speaker 1: to jail, and no one got raided. Quote Further, there
- 4:08Speaker 1: is probable cause to believe that additional documents that contain
- 4:13Speaker 1: classified Nassal defense information or that our presidential records subject
- 4:19Speaker 1: to record retention requirements currently remain at the premises all
- 4:23Speaker 1: capital letters. I'm again reading from the affidavit. There is
- 4:27Speaker 1: also probable cause to believe that evidence of obstruction will
- 4:32Speaker 1: be found on the premises. Really, and one of the
- 4:36Speaker 1: government's concerns was that the material in the boxings, when
- 4:39Speaker 1: they say, was quote poorly organized. Let me read that
- 4:44Speaker 1: statement for you again. One of the government's core concerns
- 4:47Speaker 1: for raiding Donald Trump's house was his organizational skills. Now
- 4:54Speaker 1: we're rating people's houses because they don't, Martha Stewart categorize things, right,
- 5:01Speaker 1: I'm reading from the Affidavid ready for this. Preliminary review
- 5:05Speaker 1: of the fifteen boxes indicated that they contained newspapers, magazines,
- 5:11Speaker 1: printed news articles, photos, miscellaneous pronounced notes, presidential correspondence, personal
- 5:19Speaker 1: and post presidential records, and a lot of classified records.
- 5:24Speaker 1: Of most significant concern was that highly classified records were unfolded,
- 5:30Speaker 1: intermixed with other records, and otherwise unproperly identified. So the
- 5:36Speaker 1: government says, let's raid in the president's house because the
- 5:39Speaker 1: material in the boxes that he gave us voluntarily was
- 5:42Speaker 1: poorly organized. The agent did not personally know that there
- 5:47Speaker 1: was defense related information, by the way, in the documents
- 5:52Speaker 1: with alleged classification markings, but said that quote, based on
- 5:56Speaker 1: my training and experience, I know the documents it's classified
- 6:00Speaker 1: at these levels typically contain national defense information. Really, you
- 6:07Speaker 1: can just say that without having any reason to believe
- 6:10Speaker 1: it other than that's what you just want people to believe,
- 6:13Speaker 1: that national defense informations in these boxes. Do you know
- 6:16Speaker 1: it's in the boxes? No? I don't, But I know
- 6:18Speaker 1: because I'm such a good person at my job that
- 6:22Speaker 1: by default there must be these highly classified documents in
- 6:28Speaker 1: Donald Trump's possession. Did you know personally that the self
- 6:31Speaker 1: defenser or the defense information was actually there. No. The
- 6:37Speaker 1: agent also cited this is not a joke a bright
- 6:40Speaker 1: Bart News article in which former White House a nasal
- 6:44Speaker 1: security officials cash Betel said that Trump had classified the
- 6:48Speaker 1: documents number fifty three, line fifty three. In this heavily
- 6:56Speaker 1: redacted Affidavid says, quote, I'm aware of an article published
- 7:01Speaker 1: in Breitbart on May fifth, twenty twenty two, available at
- 7:04Speaker 1: with a link to Breitbart, which states that Caspatel, who
- 7:07Speaker 1: has described as a former top administration official for the
- 7:14Speaker 1: First Lady, by the way, characterized as misleading reports and
- 7:22Speaker 1: other news organizations that NARA had found classified materials among
- 7:26Speaker 1: records that Floats provided to the NARA from Marlago. Patel
- 7:32Speaker 1: LEDs that such reports were misleading because the First Lady
- 7:36Speaker 1: had to classify the material at issue. Really, that's now
- 7:40Speaker 1: what we're doing now. So we're going off the First
- 7:42Speaker 1: Lady and people that worked with the president and others.
- 7:45Speaker 1: That's now what we're saying. So so Potus and Flotus, Yeah,
- 7:48Speaker 1: that's what we're doing. Now. We're saying this is this
- 7:52Speaker 1: is literally what they're now saying. You understand how messed
- 7:57Speaker 1: up this is that. This is what they're now saying.
- 8:01Speaker 1: This is what they're this is what they're now saying.
- 8:04Speaker 1: There's now saying, well, we have people around the former
- 8:06Speaker 1: president of the United Stents America. The First Lady and
- 8:09Speaker 1: others are saying they believe that there was classified documents there,
- 8:13Speaker 1: so therefore it must be true, right, it must be true.
- 8:17Speaker 1: This must be a thing, This must be real. This
- 8:20Speaker 1: must have actually happened. There's no way it didn't happen.
- 8:25Speaker 1: So do we actually really know anything at this point?
- 8:28Speaker 1: Let me tell you the truth. We don't, because all
- 8:31Speaker 1: the good stuff we don't know. Okay, all the all
- 8:35Speaker 1: the all the good stuff, we don't know about. All
- 8:40Speaker 1: the good stuff. In fact, we have no clue about.
- 8:45Speaker 1: And the reason why we don't know about it is
- 8:47Speaker 1: because it's too redacted. It's a lot of accusations, but
- 8:53Speaker 1: there's not a lot of facts here. Take a listen
- 8:56Speaker 1: to how Brett bar talked about this when the news
- 8:59Speaker 1: broke on five. So listen carefully. Could there have been
- 9:02Speaker 1: and was there room here for another subpoena to happen
- 9:07Speaker 1: before the raid of a former president's home, and to that,
- 9:10Speaker 1: that's the question you've had since the release of this
- 9:12Speaker 1: redacted affidavit. Yeah, that's the timing that this affidavit doesn't
- 9:17Speaker 1: because of the redactions, doesn't show us, doesn't tell us
- 9:21Speaker 1: why that all fell apart did they believe that there
- 9:24Speaker 1: was a reason that the former president was somehow holding
- 9:28Speaker 1: them off. There was a reason in their justification that
- 9:32Speaker 1: they had had to move. Now, why didn't they, when
- 9:35Speaker 1: they find the documents in the fifteen boxes in January,
- 9:39Speaker 1: move quicker to go after these highly highly sensitive documents
- 9:44Speaker 1: that they believe are still on the premises after looking
- 9:47Speaker 1: at the fifteen boxes that they retrieved back in January,
- 9:50Speaker 1: why does it take to June to get a subpoena
- 9:52Speaker 1: and then why does it take to August eighth to
- 9:54Speaker 1: then launch this raid that is not laid out in
- 9:58Speaker 1: these documents. It in the part that we can read,
- 10:01Speaker 1: It may be in the part that we can't read.
- 10:05Speaker 1: It may be in the part that we can't read. Well,
- 10:08Speaker 1: that's good to know, right, I'm glad. I'm glad to
- 10:11Speaker 1: at least know we have that. Now. We have no
- 10:15Speaker 1: idea what's going on here, folks. What we do know
- 10:18Speaker 1: is they clearly wanted to grab something and go into
- 10:20Speaker 1: a fishing exploration and do everything they could to grab
- 10:24Speaker 1: something on the president of the United States of America,
- 10:27Speaker 1: and they just needed somebody to sign off on this,
- 10:29Speaker 1: and they found the guy. They found a guy that
- 10:32Speaker 1: would sign off on it, and the guy that signed
- 10:34Speaker 1: off on it made it very clear why sign off
- 10:36Speaker 1: it because he hates the president too. He had disparaging
- 10:39Speaker 1: comments on his social media pages about the president. He's
- 10:43Speaker 1: a guy that gave major donations to Barack Obama and
- 10:46Speaker 1: Joe Biden's when he was the vice president. He's a
- 10:50Speaker 1: guy that actually protected and defended the worst people that
- 10:53Speaker 1: work for Jeffrey Epstein. So why would you not say,
- 10:59Speaker 1: go out after Donald Trump and weaponize the deep state
- 11:02Speaker 1: to do exactly that. Now this comes, by the way,
- 11:04Speaker 1: as there's another part of the story, and that deals
- 11:07Speaker 1: with jeff Mark Excuse me, I say Mark Zuckerberg at Facebook.
- 11:12Speaker 1: He did an interview where he admitted that the FBI
- 11:15Speaker 1: told them not to report on the story. Told Facebook
- 11:19Speaker 1: to not report on the story of Hunter Biden's laptop.
- 11:23Speaker 1: So if you don't think the deep state's all up
- 11:25Speaker 1: in all of this, you are stupid. Now, I mentioned
- 11:31Speaker 1: a moment ago that the FBI, and this is another
- 11:34Speaker 1: example of the corruption of the deep state. The FBI
- 11:37Speaker 1: told Facebook not to report on the story of Hunter
- 11:41Speaker 1: Biden's laptop. We know this because Mark Zuckerberg decided it
- 11:45Speaker 1: was a good idea to go on a podcast and
- 11:50Speaker 1: have a conversation about Facebook or Meta or whatever the
- 11:53Speaker 1: hell they name their company now, right, and to talk
- 11:56Speaker 1: about what's going on with Facebook. He decides to go
- 12:01Speaker 1: on a very famous podcast of Joe Rogan experience. Joe
- 12:06Speaker 1: Rogan has been attacked by the intolerant left. They try
- 12:10Speaker 1: to cancel his show from Spotify. They have attacked his advertisers,
- 12:15Speaker 1: trying to get them to stop as well. It's not working,
- 12:19Speaker 1: and Zuckerberg decided to go on the show. I want
- 12:22Speaker 1: you to hear what he admitted, all right, and I'm
- 12:25Speaker 1: gonna give you the gist of it because I want
- 12:27Speaker 1: you to listen for this exact moment where Mark Zuckerberg
- 12:33Speaker 1: admits that the FBI was heavily involved and basically fixing
- 12:40Speaker 1: the two thousand and twenty election. They were colluding with
- 12:47Speaker 1: the Democrats and Joe Biden to shut down Donald Trump.
- 12:52Speaker 1: Because the FBI went to Facebook and they warned them
- 12:56Speaker 1: of quote Russian propaganda dump before the Hunter Biden laptop story.
- 13:01Speaker 1: They knew it was coming. They didn't want it to
- 13:03Speaker 1: be real news. They went to Facebook and said, you
- 13:06Speaker 1: may want to limit this story. You want to be
- 13:08Speaker 1: aware of this, and so he admitted that literally the FBI,
- 13:12Speaker 1: at the highest levels under you know, those that hated
- 13:16Speaker 1: Donald Trump were colluding to make sure that Donald Trump
- 13:19Speaker 1: would not get a free and fair election. Is that
- 13:23Speaker 1: not the same thing as an actual coup attempt? The
- 13:27Speaker 1: same people, by the way, they did that just rated
- 13:30Speaker 1: Donald Trump's home. They will stop at nothing, by the way,
- 13:34Speaker 1: to stop you, or Donald Trump or anyone else if
- 13:38Speaker 1: you get in their way of power. And listen to
- 13:40Speaker 1: this conversation where Facebook is is openly admitting that the
- 13:45Speaker 1: FBI came to Facebook warning them a propaganda dump right
- 13:50Speaker 1: before the Hunter Biden's story broke, which they knew was
- 13:53Speaker 1: factual and real. Like there was a lot of attention
- 13:57Speaker 1: on Twitter during the election because of the Hunter Biden
- 14:01Speaker 1: laptop story. Yeah, so you guys censored that as well.
- 14:06Speaker 1: So we took a different path than Twitter. Um, I
- 14:09Speaker 1: mean basically the background here is the FBI, I think
- 14:12Speaker 1: basically came to us some some folks on our team.
- 14:14Speaker 1: It was like, hey, um, just so you know, like
- 14:17Speaker 1: you should be on high alert. There was We thought
- 14:20Speaker 1: that there was a lot of Russian propaganda in the
- 14:22Speaker 1: twenty sixteen election. We have it on notice that basically
- 14:27Speaker 1: there's about to be some kind of dump of of
- 14:30Speaker 1: uh that's similar to that, so just be vigilant. So
- 14:35Speaker 1: our protocol is different from Twitters. What Twitter did is
- 14:38Speaker 1: they said you can't share this at all. UM. We
- 14:41Speaker 1: didn't do that. What we do is we have UM
- 14:44Speaker 1: if something's reported to us as potentially UM misinformation important misinformation.
- 14:50Speaker 1: We also the third party fact checking program because we
- 14:52Speaker 1: don't want to be deciding what's true and false. And
- 14:55Speaker 1: for the I think it was, by the way, that's
- 14:57Speaker 1: such a lie. They the hardcore leftists in America to
- 15:03Speaker 1: then masquerade is fact checkers right, and to act like
- 15:08Speaker 1: they would never do something to limit conservative information. This
- 15:14Speaker 1: is how Facebook can operate and one degree of separation, right.
- 15:18Speaker 1: And this is what fact checkers do before the election.
- 15:21Speaker 1: They go on to every conservatives pages that has a
- 15:23Speaker 1: large following and they immediately start tagging things as partially
- 15:28Speaker 1: false or false. And then you have to go through
- 15:30Speaker 1: an appeals process so that nine percent of the time
- 15:32Speaker 1: you lose no matter what. And they will then say
- 15:35Speaker 1: that you're not allowed to send out or you're not
- 15:39Speaker 1: allowed to reach your audience. They put you in jail.
- 15:41Speaker 1: So you lose your reach. That's what Facebook does. And
- 15:45Speaker 1: Facebook says, well, it's not us that's doing this, right,
- 15:48Speaker 1: calm down, right, it's not us. We're not doing this.
- 15:52Speaker 1: These are third party party fact checkers that are doing this.
- 15:55Speaker 1: Third party fact checkers, folks, Okay, third party fact checkers
- 16:01Speaker 1: that they hand select and give money to and pay
- 16:04Speaker 1: to fact check. And they're a bunch of hardcore leftists,
- 16:09Speaker 1: so of course they're going to use their power to
- 16:12Speaker 1: silence conservatives. And the FBI now is in on it too.
- 16:18Speaker 1: The FBI is literally going to Facebook saying, hey, there's
- 16:22Speaker 1: gonna be some stuff dumped, and that gives Facebook all
- 16:25Speaker 1: they needed. That's all the political cover you need, folks.
- 16:31Speaker 1: That's it. It's all you need, folks. They come to you,
- 16:36Speaker 1: and then you can say, well, they told us this, right,
- 16:38Speaker 1: they said this was coming, So we're not going to
- 16:40Speaker 1: allow you to see the hunter Biden's story. Keep listening
- 16:43Speaker 1: to this crap from from from Facebook five or seven
- 16:47Speaker 1: days when it was basically being being determined whether it
- 16:52Speaker 1: was false. The distribution on Facebook was decreased, but people
- 16:58Speaker 1: were still allowed to share it, so you could still
- 17:00Speaker 1: share it, you could still consume it. We see the
- 17:02Speaker 1: distribution is decreased. It got shared it basically the ranking
- 17:07Speaker 1: of news feed was a little bit less, so fewer
- 17:09Speaker 1: people saw it than would have otherwise. So it definitely
- 17:13Speaker 1: by what percentage, I don't know off the top of
- 17:15Speaker 1: my head, but it's it's it's meaningful. But I mean,
- 17:18Speaker 1: but basically I love this. It's meaningful. We didn't ban
- 17:22Speaker 1: the story like Twitter. We just made it where when
- 17:25Speaker 1: you shared the story, none of your friends saw the story.
- 17:28Speaker 1: And as he just described it, well, it was meaningful.
- 17:31Speaker 1: It was I mean, it was a meaningful ban, right,
- 17:34Speaker 1: It was a meaningful ban, but it wasn't something that
- 17:40Speaker 1: was like super sick, you know. We didn't. We didn't.
- 17:43Speaker 1: I mean, it was a meaningful you know, suppressing of
- 17:46Speaker 1: the story getting out, but we didn't outright ban it.
- 17:48Speaker 1: That's what you could still consume it if you could
- 17:51Speaker 1: find it. So the FBI goes to Facebook and says
- 17:56Speaker 1: to Facebook, hey don't let this get out, and Facebook says, okay,
- 18:02Speaker 1: if you want to know what a coup is, this
- 18:03Speaker 1: is what a coup looks like. Folks. This is how
- 18:05Speaker 1: cous work, right, I mean, this is literally how cou's work.
- 18:12Speaker 1: This is how they happen, folks, Right, this is what
- 18:16Speaker 1: happens when you have a government that is totally out
- 18:20Speaker 1: of control. This is how they act, and this is
- 18:26Speaker 1: what they do. And his explanation gets even worse. A
- 18:33Speaker 1: lot of people are still able to share it. We
- 18:35Speaker 1: got a lot of complaints that that was the case.
- 18:37Speaker 1: You know, obviously this is a hyper political issue. So
- 18:40Speaker 1: depending on what side of the political spectrum, you either
- 18:42Speaker 1: think we didn't censor it enough or censored it way
- 18:44Speaker 1: too much. But but we weren't sort of as black
- 18:47Speaker 1: and white about it as Twitter. We just kind of thought, hey,
- 18:49Speaker 1: look if the FBI, which I still view as a
- 18:53Speaker 1: legitimate institution in this country, it's a very professional law enforcement,
- 18:57Speaker 1: they come to us and tell us that we need
- 18:58Speaker 1: to be on guard about something that I want to
- 19:00Speaker 1: take that seriously. Did they specifically say you need to
- 19:03Speaker 1: be on guard about that story? I no, I don't
- 19:06Speaker 1: remember if it was that specifically, but it was it
- 19:09Speaker 1: basically fit the pattern when something like that turns out.
- 19:12Speaker 1: They didn't say it was that story exact actually right,
- 19:16Speaker 1: but it fit the pattern. Well, what's the pattern here?
- 19:19Speaker 1: Your Facebook and your hardcore commies, And as a hardcore
- 19:25Speaker 1: commie you don't want a story that makes Joe Biden
- 19:28Speaker 1: look bad. That's is that what it means, because that's
- 19:32Speaker 1: what it seems like you're implying here. It seems like
- 19:35Speaker 1: that's in fact, all you're implying here. Now, before I
- 19:40Speaker 1: get into more of this story, I want to say
- 19:42Speaker 1: thank you and tell you about our good friends at
- 19:44Speaker 1: Legacy Precious Metals. Without them, the show wouldn't be possible.
- 19:47Speaker 1: And if you have not looked at gold and silver
- 19:50Speaker 1: as a way to protect your hard earned dollars against
- 19:52Speaker 1: what the happening on Wall Street with inflation, it's time
- 19:56Speaker 1: for you to call them and get the free Investor's Guide.
- 19:59Speaker 1: Why because so many around the world are now using
- 20:01Speaker 1: gold and silver, and historically they have for decades as
- 20:05Speaker 1: a protection a hedge against inflation, which is exactly what
- 20:08Speaker 1: we're dealing with right now. If you're terrified to look
- 20:11Speaker 1: at your retirement account, you're four one case statement because
- 20:13Speaker 1: of what's happening on Wall Street. That's all the more
- 20:17Speaker 1: reason why you should call and get the investors got
- 20:19Speaker 1: in gold and silver, protect your hard earned money and diversify.

- 20:30Speaker 1: two eighteen one eight six six seven five one twenty
- 20:36Speaker 1: two eighteen or online at Legacy PM Investments dot com. Now,
- 20:41Speaker 1: I want to go back to what I was talking
- 20:43Speaker 1: about a moment ago with the FBI, and you know
- 20:47Speaker 1: the FBI we now know told Facebook not to report
- 20:50Speaker 1: in the story of Hunter Biden's laptop. I want you
- 20:53Speaker 1: to hear this part where Joe Rogan goes into all right,
- 20:56Speaker 1: so you've given us the reason, right, You've given us
- 21:00Speaker 1: this reason to censor a story. But what happens when
- 21:03Speaker 1: you guys turn out like where it's not true, Like
- 21:06Speaker 1: where you guys get it wrong, where you act like
- 21:09Speaker 1: something was a lie when in fact the story is true.
- 21:12Speaker 1: What does Facebook have to say about getting the Hunter
- 21:15Speaker 1: Biden's story wrong? In essence, listen to this response from
- 21:19Speaker 1: the head of Facebook. When something like that turns out
- 21:23Speaker 1: to be real, is there regret for not having it
- 21:28Speaker 1: evenly distributed and for throttling the distribution of that story?
- 21:34Speaker 1: What do you mean evenly distributed? I mean evenly in
- 21:38Speaker 1: that it's not suppressed. It's not yeah, yeah, yeah, I
- 21:41Speaker 1: mean it's it sucks. Yeah yeah, I mean because of
- 21:43Speaker 1: it had turned out after the fact. I mean the
- 21:45Speaker 1: fact checkers looked into it, no one was able to
- 21:47Speaker 1: say it was false, right, So so basically it had
- 21:50Speaker 1: this period where it was getting less distribution. So yeah,
- 21:55Speaker 1: I mean, I but I think, like I think it
- 21:58Speaker 1: probably it sucks, though I think in the same way
- 22:01Speaker 1: that probably having to go through like a criminal trial,
- 22:04Speaker 1: but being proven innocent in the end, it sucks. Like
- 22:06Speaker 1: it still sucks to have like that. You had to
- 22:08Speaker 1: go through a criminal trial, but at the end you're free.
- 22:12Speaker 1: So it's I don't know if the answer would have
- 22:14Speaker 1: been don't do anything or don't have any process. I
- 22:17Speaker 1: think the process was pretty reasonable. You know, we still
- 22:20Speaker 1: let people share it, but but obviously you don't want
- 22:23Speaker 1: but no, it could see it. I love this from
- 22:25Speaker 1: Mark Zuckerberg here, right, He's like, well, it sucks if
- 22:28Speaker 1: you get accused of committing a crime and then you
- 22:30Speaker 1: go through and then you're found out in something you
- 22:31Speaker 1: started to go through it. But what we did was reasonable.
- 22:33Speaker 1: He's another word saying he would do exactly the same
- 22:36Speaker 1: thing again, because this is what the leaf does, right,
- 22:39Speaker 1: they get something wrong, they have to admit they got
- 22:41Speaker 1: it wrong. So then what they say as well. It
- 22:43Speaker 1: sucks that we got it wrong, but we had a
- 22:46Speaker 1: moral obligation to do everything we could and make sure
- 22:48Speaker 1: that we you know that we we didn't let the
- 22:51Speaker 1: election be influenced by Russian disinformation. And the FBI came
- 22:57Speaker 1: to us and told us these are their words, right,
- 23:02Speaker 1: the FBI came to us and told us that there
- 23:05Speaker 1: was going to be Russian disinformation. So we didn't really
- 23:08Speaker 1: do anything wrong. In fact, we actually did everything right.
- 23:11Speaker 1: You guys just don't understand it. It sucks for everybody,
- 23:15Speaker 1: but we didn't do anything wrong, right. We somehow we
- 23:20Speaker 1: got it all wrong, but we did it all right,
- 23:22Speaker 1: and we would do it all over again. So let's
- 23:26Speaker 1: go back to mar Lago for a second. We know
- 23:29Speaker 1: the FBI is constantly involved in trying to manipulate you.
- 23:36Speaker 1: We know that the FBI went to Facebook and told Facebook,
- 23:40Speaker 1: don't do the story right, don't whatever you do, just
- 23:44Speaker 1: don't publish the story or or don't let it be
- 23:47Speaker 1: seen by a lot of people on Hunter Biden. All right,
- 23:50Speaker 1: that's number two. We know that, like, that's that's part
- 23:53Speaker 1: of the facts here. And now that same FBI that
- 23:57Speaker 1: was that was literally doing what they said Russia was
- 24:00Speaker 1: trying to do right, have outside influence on the election.
- 24:04Speaker 1: Right medal in our elections is what the FBI did
- 24:08Speaker 1: during before and after the election. They were meddling in
- 24:12Speaker 1: all of it. And they then want you to believe
- 24:16Speaker 1: that by releasing this one fourth of everything redacted reason
- 24:22Speaker 1: for going into mar Lago is going to clear it
- 24:24Speaker 1: all up when there's nothing in there. They're even quoting
- 24:28Speaker 1: Brightbart articles as justification for why they went in there,
- 24:32Speaker 1: right the I mean the headline here, Justice Department releases
- 24:35Speaker 1: redacted Marla affidavit justifying their raid. There's nothing in here
- 24:41Speaker 1: that's justifiable. I mean, the release of this redacted affidavit
- 24:46Speaker 1: by the Justice Department used to obtain a search warrant
- 24:49Speaker 1: of Donald Trump's home does not shed new light on
- 24:52Speaker 1: the federal investigation into Donald Trump. It sheds light on
- 24:56Speaker 1: how shady the deep state actually is. And he can't
- 25:00Speaker 1: see anything here that looks like it was a legitimate
- 25:04Speaker 1: reason to do it. The FBI said there was quote
- 25:07Speaker 1: likely evidence of obstruction and classified defense documents. Even no,
- 25:13Speaker 1: they did not find classified defense documents that were turned
- 25:17Speaker 1: over the fifteen boxes they did willingly, the FBI says,
- 25:22Speaker 1: when we found one hundred and eighty four classified documents
- 25:25Speaker 1: from fixed fifteen boxes earlier this year, that sounds like
- 25:29Speaker 1: a lot if you don't know what you're talking about.
- 25:31Speaker 1: But if you look at Hillary Clinton's servers, she had
- 25:33Speaker 1: what hundreds of thousands, three hundred thousand classified documents. Almost
- 25:37Speaker 1: everything the presidents see is classified when you're the president, right,
- 25:42Speaker 1: They said among the materials, there were sixty seven documents
- 25:45Speaker 1: marked as confidential, ninety two documents marked as secret, and
- 25:49Speaker 1: twenty five documents marked as top secret, according to the filing.
- 25:53Speaker 1: So they're saying, all right, we're gonna redact everything, but see,
- 25:55Speaker 1: somehow we were right. And then Joe Biden gets in
- 25:59Speaker 1: on this, Right, the guy who clearly isn't control of
- 26:03Speaker 1: his cognitive functions, comes out and mocks Trump's claim that
- 26:07Speaker 1: all the classified material brought to Marlago was declassified beforehand,
- 26:11Speaker 1: because this is how you turn a shadiest hell story
- 26:15Speaker 1: of the government's corruption into somehow they of course it's
- 26:19Speaker 1: what's happening, and they do it under the pretense with
- 26:21Speaker 1: you know, Donald Trump's crazy. He's been right on everything,
- 26:23Speaker 1: by the way, the media has been wrong on everything.
- 26:26Speaker 1: Russian collusion. Donald Trump was right on his campaign being
- 26:29Speaker 1: spied on Russia. Russia, Russia was ala lie. He was
- 26:33Speaker 1: right on that. He was right to say they were
- 26:36Speaker 1: trying to overthrow the will of the people. Right, Donald
- 26:38Speaker 1: Trump keeps being right, but somehow he's still crazy. Right.
- 26:42Speaker 1: The media is the media is not corrupt and shady. No, no, no,
- 26:45Speaker 1: social media, big tech, they're not shady at all. Right, no, no,
- 26:48Speaker 1: they do everything perfect except when they get it wrong.
- 26:50Speaker 1: And we just talked about that. You know, the president
- 26:53Speaker 1: keeps being right, but somehow he's the nut job here.
- 26:57Speaker 1: He is the one you can't trust. That's what they
- 26:59Speaker 1: keep going back, So you can't trust us for guy,
- 27:01Speaker 1: he's crazy. Former president. It's Americas is. We had to
- 27:05Speaker 1: raid his house. We had another option here, We just
- 27:08Speaker 1: had to. There's nothing that we could have done to
- 27:10Speaker 1: say no to this. Peter Navarro who came on this show,
- 27:13Speaker 1: and if you miss that conversation, go back on our
- 27:15Speaker 1: podcast and grab it. Peter Navarre has been arrested by
- 27:18Speaker 1: the FBI. Right, they came in rated his house, did
- 27:20Speaker 1: the whole thing right, because he's he's associated with Donald Trump.
- 27:25Speaker 1: He went on TV today and said, screw this judge
- 27:28Speaker 1: that's involved in this. Listen, well, well, clearly clearly embedded
- 27:33Speaker 1: within the FBI. And by the way, there's a revolving
- 27:35Speaker 1: door between the FBI and the Department of Justice. I
- 27:39Speaker 1: don't even know this. For example, Lisa Monaco used to
- 27:42Speaker 1: work at the FBI. Now she's over over on the
- 27:44Speaker 1: other side of the street working for DJ. So it's
- 27:48Speaker 1: the very incestuous relationship. And and look it's like these
- 27:53Speaker 1: are partisans. They have weaponized the FBI. We just need
- 27:58Speaker 1: answers here, yea at this point point and redacting the
- 28:02Speaker 1: entire after day that accept a small reference to some
- 28:06Speaker 1: media outlet is not transparency. Okay, that judge, I mean,
- 28:11Speaker 1: screw that judge. That guy had no business approving the
- 28:14Speaker 1: warrant to begin with, and now he gives us this.
- 28:17Speaker 1: That guy is a joke. We should send him to
- 28:19Speaker 1: Epstein's low Lead to Island because he was part of
- 28:23Speaker 1: that joke. And so what the what the hell is
- 28:26Speaker 1: going on here? Me and leg irons Trump have an
- 28:29Speaker 1: FBI agent's rifle of panty draws, Roger Stone having CNN
- 28:34Speaker 1: be ready to do a million dollar raid on his house.
- 28:39Speaker 1: Paul man Afford going to prison, Mike Flynn in twenty
- 28:43Speaker 1: sixteen getting entrapped by the FBI and winding up causing
- 28:49Speaker 1: a ripple effect in the Trump administration. We really needed
- 28:53Speaker 1: can we get to because of at FBI? Because of
- 28:56Speaker 1: the FBI, because the FBI says, don't screw with us,
- 29:00Speaker 1: and if you do screw with us, it's on, we'll
- 29:03Speaker 1: ruin your life. Right. This is no different than Jager
- 29:06Speaker 1: Hoover right that when he had his files as blackmail
- 29:09Speaker 1: files on everyone. You don't do what I tell you
- 29:12Speaker 1: to do, and I will ruin your life. I've got
- 29:15Speaker 1: dirt on you and said, now it's not dirt, it's
- 29:19Speaker 1: just hey, we'll ruin your life and make up lies
- 29:21Speaker 1: about you. Now, let's talk about problem, cause or justification here.
- 29:26Speaker 1: Shannon Beam over at Fox going through this release the
- 29:31Speaker 1: mar Lago raid documents, she said it absolutely correct. This
- 29:36Speaker 1: has so many more questions, its leaves and answers because
- 29:41Speaker 1: this was not about evidence. This was about fishing for
- 29:44Speaker 1: things to then attack the president over. If you heard
- 29:47Speaker 1: what Chris was saying that he thinks that this is
- 29:49Speaker 1: a real case for a Trump's argument on a special
- 29:52Speaker 1: Master here because when you look at the fifteen boxes
- 29:55Speaker 1: of documents that the President surrendered back in January this year.
- 29:59Speaker 1: There were all sorts of other materials in there besides
- 30:02Speaker 1: classification related materials that the National Archives and Records Administration
- 30:08Speaker 1: we're looking for. It was newspaper articles, other writings, things
- 30:11Speaker 1: like that. So, does President Trump have a case here
- 30:16Speaker 1: when he's asking a judge to appoint a special master
- 30:18Speaker 1: to say, take this stuff out of the hands of
- 30:19Speaker 1: the DOJ, getting into the hands of a neutral third
- 30:22Speaker 1: party to determine what exactly the DOJ and the FBI
- 30:25Speaker 1: should hang onto and should get back. So a lot
- 30:27Speaker 1: of folks will say, you should have asked for that
- 30:29Speaker 1: right away. There should have been this delay because now
- 30:31Speaker 1: the documents have been out there. But interesting in the
- 30:33Speaker 1: material that we got to do, it wasn't blacked out.
- 30:35Speaker 1: We see there that there was a plan to go
- 30:37Speaker 1: through with teams to separate things out. That is traditionally
- 30:40Speaker 1: what would happen in one of these cases anyway. So
- 30:42Speaker 1: the very specific procedures for handling potential attorney client privileged
- 30:46Speaker 1: information is part of what happened in authorizing this rate.
- 30:50Speaker 1: And so it goes on to say they're going to
- 30:52Speaker 1: be different teams, They're going to separate things out. They're
- 30:54Speaker 1: going to decide what is attorney client privileged and what
- 30:57Speaker 1: goes to law enforcement personnel. Says, if at any point
- 31:00Speaker 1: enforcement personnel assigned to this investigation, then identify any data
- 31:03Speaker 1: or documents they consider potentially attorney client privilege, you have
- 31:07Speaker 1: to stop review immediately and get rid of these documents.
- 31:09Speaker 1: So this is much like what they had asked for
- 31:12Speaker 1: with the Special Master. But it looks like one of
- 31:15Speaker 1: the things the FBI the DJ was trying to do
- 31:17Speaker 1: in advance of this raid, which they had to know
- 31:19Speaker 1: would would attract a lot of attention, is to say,
- 31:22Speaker 1: we already have these teams in place. This is how
- 31:24Speaker 1: we're going to handle the information to make sure that
- 31:25Speaker 1: those objections are met. Well, you know, in the irony
- 31:29Speaker 1: of the fact that this redacted affidavit was released because
- 31:33Speaker 1: the public wanted to know more why this happened, Shannon,
- 31:36Speaker 1: perhaps you can make the quick case that this leaves
- 31:38Speaker 1: more questions than answers at this point. Yeah, And there
- 31:42Speaker 1: was an interesting piece yesterday by a former federal prosecutory.
- 31:44Speaker 1: Actually he was counseled to the US one of the
- 31:47Speaker 1: top House committees over there, and he said, I don't
- 31:49Speaker 1: think you should let anything be released because it's going
- 31:52Speaker 1: to do that. It's going to fuel some conspiracy theories
- 31:54Speaker 1: or more questions. All of those dark, blacked out pages
- 31:58Speaker 1: will lead people to their own assessments about what they
- 32:00Speaker 1: think may or may not be there. So there's the
- 32:02Speaker 1: argument about not releasing at all. But I think that listen,
- 32:05Speaker 1: the Trump team the New York Times, you don't often
- 32:07Speaker 1: see them aligned. They were together in these core battles
- 32:11Speaker 1: to try to make sure that they could get as
- 32:12Speaker 1: much information released as possible. And the president's team and
- 32:16Speaker 1: his legal team has said, oh along, we're not worried
- 32:18Speaker 1: about what's in there. There's a lot we can't see,
- 32:21Speaker 1: but now we know at least the basic gist of
- 32:23Speaker 1: what was going on, and from what we know so far,
- 32:25Speaker 1: you're right, I think it leaves more questions than answers
- 32:27Speaker 1: for a lot of folks, Sandra, a lot of more
- 32:32Speaker 1: questions and answers. So what did we actually learn from
- 32:36Speaker 1: this affidavit? We learned one thing, and that's that the
- 32:40Speaker 1: FBI's playbook is very simple. Number One, target your political enemies.
- 32:46Speaker 1: Number two, say you can't comment on an ongoing investigation.
- 32:50Speaker 1: Once you target your political enemies. Number three, then leak
- 32:55Speaker 1: certain information to the press to make your political enemies
- 32:59Speaker 1: look bad, and then go back and say you can't
- 33:01Speaker 1: comment on the ongoing investigation, even on the information that
- 33:05Speaker 1: you just lead to the press. Then when you're asked questions,
- 33:09Speaker 1: you redact your documents when releasing the documents for disclosure.
- 33:15Speaker 1: Then eventually you get caught lying. But does it really
- 33:17Speaker 1: matter because you get to keep your job and you
- 33:18Speaker 1: get a promotion, and then you just rinse and repeat
- 33:21Speaker 1: over and over again. It's pretty brilliant. Say slap put
- 33:25Speaker 1: that out there, and I'm like, spot on, you're exactly right.
- 33:28Speaker 1: This is now what this is the game plan, and
- 33:31Speaker 1: this is what we've learned. You can do whatever the
- 33:33Speaker 1: hell you want to do if you're the FBI, and
- 33:34Speaker 1: you just keep doing it over and over again until
- 33:37Speaker 1: eventually you get rid of every person that stands in
- 33:39Speaker 1: your way of your power or questions your power.
