Transcript
- 0:01Speaker 1: I got a headline for you, just to start things off.
- 0:05Speaker 1: FBI agent has now come forward saying that the Biden
- 0:10Speaker 1: transition team, that's the team that's after you win a
- 0:13Speaker 1: presidential election, helps you transition into the White House into
- 0:16Speaker 1: all the areas of government. The FBI agent says, not
- 0:20Speaker 1: only do the Biden Transition team, but the Secret Service
- 0:23Speaker 1: also were tipped off of a twenty twenty plan to
- 0:27Speaker 1: interview Hunter Biden. James Comer says, this reveals the DOJ
- 0:33Speaker 1: misconduct and the Biden criminal investigation under the US Attorney
- 0:38Speaker 1: Special Prosecutor David Weis. An FBI Supervisory special agent has
- 0:43Speaker 1: now come forward telling congressional investigators that the Biden Transition
- 0:48Speaker 1: Team and the Secret Service headquarters were straight up tipped
- 0:53Speaker 1: off in December of twenty twenty about a planned interview
- 0:57Speaker 1: of Hunter Biden, a tip off that result in the
- 1:00Speaker 1: interview of then President elect Biden's son not taking place
- 1:04Speaker 1: at all, even while he was labeled the target of
- 1:09Speaker 1: the year long federal investigation. So if you're the target
- 1:12Speaker 1: of a federal investigation, then obviously interviewing you would be important.
- 1:20Speaker 1: That would make a lot of sense to interview you.
- 1:24Speaker 1: The agent who has now turned into a whistleblower who
- 1:28Speaker 1: basically has.
- 1:28Speaker 2: Just had enough.
- 1:31Speaker 1: Worked for the FBI for more than twenty years and
- 1:35Speaker 1: retired from the bureau last year. He participated in a
- 1:39Speaker 1: transcribed interview under oaths behind closed Doors or the House
- 1:43Speaker 1: with the House Oversight Committee. We also have been told
- 1:47Speaker 1: that Fox News has exclusively obtained the transcript of that
- 1:51Speaker 1: FBI Supervisory Special agent's interview, which took place in mid July.
- 1:57Speaker 1: His testimony came amid whistleblower at allegations the prosecutoral decisions
- 2:03Speaker 1: made throughout the Hunter Biden investigation that were led by
- 2:07Speaker 1: the US Attorney David Weiss were influenced straight up by politics. Now, remember,
- 2:12Speaker 1: David Weiss is the same guy who gave Hunter Biden
- 2:16Speaker 1: the sweetheart Neal. David Weiss is the same guy who
- 2:19Speaker 1: purposefully let the Statute of limitations run out in the
- 2:22Speaker 1: most egregious crimes against Hunter Biden. He's now the guy
- 2:27Speaker 1: that's supposed to be quote investigating Hunter Biden as a
- 2:31Speaker 1: special prosecutor, who also said he didn't need that status
- 2:35Speaker 1: to do his job. The irs whistleblower Gary Shapley also
- 2:40Speaker 1: testified this is separate from this new FBI agent Okay
- 2:45Speaker 1: testify that the Biden transition team and the Secret Service
- 2:49Speaker 1: were tipped off about the planned interview of Hunter Biden. Now,
- 2:53Speaker 1: this FBI agent, separate from Chapley, is corroborating Chapley's testimony
- 2:59Speaker 1: under oaths to Congress as well. The Attorney General Merrit
- 3:03Speaker 1: Garland last week sought to clear the cloud of alleged
- 3:08Speaker 1: politicization from the investigation into the President's son, who pleaded
- 3:12Speaker 1: not guilty to two misdemeter tax charges, that sweetheart deal
- 3:16Speaker 1: and a felony gun charge, and also was going to
- 3:18Speaker 1: get immunity for life after an orchestrated plea deal with
- 3:22Speaker 1: the Justice Department fell apart in federal court on grounds
- 3:25Speaker 1: of unconstitutionality, saying you can't give someone blanket immunity from
- 3:30Speaker 1: everything in this plea deal.
- 3:31Speaker 2: That's what the judge said.
- 3:33Speaker 1: So Garland on Friday then said, all right, Well, the
- 3:35Speaker 1: guy who created and the plea deal, the guy who
- 3:38Speaker 1: gave him the sweetheart deal, the guy David Weiss who
- 3:42Speaker 1: let the statute of limitations run out by slow playing
- 3:45Speaker 1: the investigation protecting the Biden crime family. I'll now make
- 3:49Speaker 1: him special counsel in the investigation to Hunter Biden and
- 3:53Speaker 1: any other matters that arise or may arise from this
- 3:56Speaker 1: probe into the Biden crime family.
- 3:59Speaker 2: We already know this is rigged.
- 4:01Speaker 3: Now.
- 4:01Speaker 1: The appointment has left many constitutional conservatives and lawyers angry,
- 4:07Speaker 1: criticizing Garland, and outraged at the idea of how the
- 4:12Speaker 1: same prosecutor who's been leading the investigation for more than
- 4:14Speaker 1: four years and accused of allowing politics to influence his
- 4:18Speaker 1: decisions could now lead the probe with a newfound perception
- 4:21Speaker 1: of independence from the Biden Justice Department when he's working
- 4:25Speaker 1: for the Biden Justice Department. Now, let's go back to
- 4:29Speaker 1: what the House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer said, quote
- 4:34Speaker 1: tipping off the Biden transition team and not being able
- 4:39Speaker 1: to interview Hunter Biden as planned are just a couple
- 4:43Speaker 1: of examples that revealed the Justice Department's misconduct and the
- 4:47Speaker 1: Biden criminal investigation that occurred under US Attorney David Weiss's watch.
- 4:53Speaker 1: The Oversight Committee has no confidence in US Attorney Weiss
- 4:56Speaker 1: as a special counsel given his inability to prevent Biden
- 5:00Speaker 1: transition team from being contacted and federal agents were not
- 5:05Speaker 1: permitted to interview Hunter Biden as planned when he was
- 5:08Speaker 1: the target of the probe. Under the Whites led investigation,
- 5:12Speaker 1: investigators were prevented from taking steps that could have led
- 5:15Speaker 1: to Joe Biden. The statute of limitations was allowed to
- 5:20Speaker 1: run with respect to certain felonies, the most egregious, and
- 5:24Speaker 1: the US Attorney's Office sought to give Hunter Biden an
- 5:26Speaker 1: unprecedented sweetheart plea deal that David Weiss wrote, Look, you
- 5:32Speaker 1: did the tough thing during COVID. You paid your people
- 5:35Speaker 1: and pulled your business through the pandemic, and now doing
- 5:38Speaker 1: the tough thing could qualify you for a twenty six
- 5:41Speaker 1: thousand dollars per employee at COVID tax Relief dot org.
- 5:47Speaker 1: Government funds are available to reward companies with two or
- 5:50Speaker 1: more employees who stayed open during COVID. This is not
- 5:54Speaker 1: a loan, and you don't have to pay it back. Look,
- 5:57Speaker 1: this program is complicated, but nobody knows more about it
- 6:00Speaker 1: than the CPAs and tax experts at Consumer Tax Advocates.
- 6:05Speaker 1: The best part is you pay nothing upfront. They do
- 6:07Speaker 1: all the work, and then they share a percentage of
- 6:09Speaker 1: cash that you get. Businesses of all types, including nonprofits
- 6:13Speaker 1: and churches, can qualify including those who took PBP loans.
- 6:17Speaker 1: Even if you had increases in sales, you did the
- 6:21Speaker 1: tough thing for your employees during COVID Let COVID tax
- 6:24Speaker 1: relief dot org help get you up to twenty six
- 6:28Speaker 1: thousand dollars per employee. Visit COVID tax relief dot org.
- 6:32Speaker 1: That's COVID tax relief dot org. COVID tax relief dot
- 6:37Speaker 1: org now. The FBI Supervisory Special Agents testimony also highlighted
- 6:43Speaker 1: some of the decisions made throughout this probe, including steps
- 6:47Speaker 1: to interview Hunter Biden, he was the target of the investigation,
- 6:51Speaker 1: and how they differed from any other investigation the agent
- 6:55Speaker 1: had been involved in for more than twenty years serving
- 6:58Speaker 1: in the FBI. In other words, he's saying in this interview,
- 7:01Speaker 1: this was unprecedented. According to the transcript, the FBI agent
- 7:07Speaker 1: testified that years into the investigation, which began in November
- 7:12Speaker 1: of twenty eighteen, it was time to interview Hunter Biden.
- 7:16Speaker 1: The initial plan, he said, under oath, was to make
- 7:20Speaker 1: approaches of multiple witnesses to include subject Hunter Biden. On
- 7:25Speaker 1: December the eighth, twenty twenty weeks after the presidential election.
- 7:29Speaker 1: The initial plan was to have the local field office
- 7:32Speaker 1: of the Secret Service being notified the morning of to
- 7:35Speaker 1: diminish opportunities for anybody else to be notified. I was
- 7:39Speaker 1: working with my management on that, as well as headquarters,
- 7:43Speaker 1: our FBI headquarters, the agent continued. The night before, on
- 7:48Speaker 1: December seventh, twenty twenty, the agent said he was informed
- 7:53Speaker 1: that FBI headquarters had contacted Secret Service headquarters and had
- 7:58Speaker 1: made a notification at that time time or somewhere around
- 8:02Speaker 1: that time on the evening of the seventh, The agent
- 8:05Speaker 1: said the notification was of investigator's intent that we sought
- 8:11Speaker 1: to interview Hunter Biden. The agent said he believes the
- 8:14Speaker 1: Biden transition team was then directly notified of the intent
- 8:19Speaker 1: to interview Hunter Biden as well, and he said he
- 8:22Speaker 1: was upset when he learned of that communication. In other words,
- 8:26Speaker 1: it should have never happened.
- 8:28Speaker 2: Quote.
- 8:29Speaker 1: I felt it was people that did not need to
- 8:31Speaker 1: know about our intent referring to trying to interview Hunter Biden.
- 8:36Speaker 1: I believe that the Secret Service had to be notified
- 8:39Speaker 1: for our safety, for lack of confusion, or for deconfliction,
- 8:45Speaker 1: which we would do in so many other cases. But
- 8:49Speaker 1: I didn't understand why the initial notification the agent explained
- 8:54Speaker 1: that by transition team quote unquote, he was referring to
- 8:58Speaker 1: win one party or you know, president elect. You know
- 9:02Speaker 1: is in the president elect's phase, their team of advisors
- 9:05Speaker 1: or appointees or whomever are considered the transition team.
- 9:09Speaker 2: How big and robust is that? I don't know.
- 9:11Speaker 1: I don't have any individual or name or roles, he said,
- 9:15Speaker 1: referring to who he thought was notified. The next day,
- 9:18Speaker 1: the morning of the proposed interview with Hunter Biden, the
- 9:20Speaker 1: agent testified that he was notified by the assistant Special
- 9:24Speaker 1: Agent in charge that quote, we would not even be
- 9:28Speaker 1: allowed to approach the house where Hunter Biden was, staying
- 9:33Speaker 1: that the plan as told to us, was that my
- 9:37Speaker 1: information would be given to the Secret Service, to whom
- 9:40Speaker 1: I don't know exactly, and you know my name, my contact,
- 9:44Speaker 1: you know my cell phone, for example, with the notification
- 9:48Speaker 1: that we would like to talk to Hunter Biden, and
- 9:51Speaker 1: that I was not to go near the house and
- 9:53Speaker 1: to stand by. Now, this is the second person that
- 9:57Speaker 1: has now said this. Right, they go to there, old
- 10:00Speaker 1: stand down, they're told to wait. No one else gets
- 10:04Speaker 1: to do that in America. When the FBI is coming
- 10:07Speaker 1: to interview you, you don't get to tell them to
- 10:09Speaker 1: wait and not approach your house. You don't get to
- 10:12Speaker 1: tell the FBI when they're coming to talk to you
- 10:15Speaker 1: to not approach me.
- 10:16Speaker 2: That doesn't happen.
- 10:19Speaker 1: Anywhere in this country, unless I guess you're the corrupt
- 10:22Speaker 1: Biden crime family. Majority counsel asked him if in his
- 10:27Speaker 1: two decades of working at the FBI, had he ever
- 10:30Speaker 1: been told to wait outside of a target because remember
- 10:33Speaker 1: hunter Biden was the target of the investigation at that point,
- 10:36Speaker 1: to wait outside of a target home until they contacted you,
- 10:39Speaker 1: meaning the target contacts you the FBI while you're twiddling
- 10:43Speaker 1: your thumbs and your car down the street.
- 10:45Speaker 2: Quote not that I recall, the agent said.
- 10:48Speaker 1: I mean, he said, there has been times where we
- 10:52Speaker 1: waited for maybe something else operationally to happen. But no,
- 10:55Speaker 1: not from the point of view of the target, the
- 10:58Speaker 1: subject of the investigation.
- 11:01Speaker 2: The agent said, he and his assistant.
- 11:03Speaker 1: Weren't allowed to go to the house and had to
- 11:06Speaker 1: wait a block or two away. We waited a period
- 11:09Speaker 1: of time. You know, I will add it was frustrating,
- 11:12Speaker 1: and I know Supervisor number two was very frustrated, and
- 11:17Speaker 1: I understood that friend frustration, he said, adding that they
- 11:21Speaker 1: did have another interview to conduct after a certain period
- 11:25Speaker 1: of time, and I don't exactly recall how long we
- 11:28Speaker 1: transitioned to make an attempt to interview another or a
- 11:31Speaker 1: witnesses part of the investigation, he said. When asked if
- 11:35Speaker 1: he was ever able to interview Hunter Biden, the agent.
- 11:37Speaker 2: Said I was not. Now.
- 11:41Speaker 1: During the interview, minority counsel questioned the agent on whether
- 11:45Speaker 1: he believed the change of plans with regard to the
- 11:48Speaker 1: December of the eighth, twenty twenty interview was driven by
- 11:52Speaker 1: political considerations. Remember, Joe Biden's not the president yet, he's
- 11:57Speaker 1: not sworn until January the twentieth. This is December the
- 12:00Speaker 1: eighth of twenty twenty, right after the November election.
- 12:03Speaker 2: Quote.
- 12:04Speaker 1: I couldn't answer that, the agent said, I don't know
- 12:06Speaker 1: why the change are why we were instructed of the changes.
- 12:10Speaker 1: When asked if that was ever his view, the agent
- 12:13Speaker 1: said that he understood the reason why, potentially why Secret
- 12:17Speaker 1: Service Headquarters was notified because FBI Headquarters, you know, has
- 12:22Speaker 1: a relationship with Secret Service Headquarters. So I could understand that,
- 12:26Speaker 1: you know, so to foster and ongoing good working relationship.
- 12:30Speaker 1: That one was not blindsided by the other, he says.
- 12:33Speaker 1: As far as the other, I don't know, The agent said,
- 12:35Speaker 1: referring to the Biden transition team, I don't know why
- 12:39Speaker 1: that would have happened, referring to them getting a heads up.
- 12:42Speaker 1: When pressed again on whether he had any knowledge that
- 12:45Speaker 1: it happened for political reason, the agent testified, I don't
- 12:49Speaker 1: do not have any knowledge of that. The agent was
- 12:52Speaker 1: asked if he has ever known US Attorney David Wise
- 12:56Speaker 1: to make prosecutal decisions based on political influence.
- 13:00Speaker 2: No, the agent said.
- 13:02Speaker 1: He did testify, however, that he disagreed with investigative steps
- 13:07Speaker 1: in the probe, specifically related to the interview of Hunter Biden.
- 13:10Speaker 1: He told investigators that the decision was made and quote,
- 13:13Speaker 1: I moved on because that's what you do. Meanwhile, James Comer,
- 13:19Speaker 1: who is again the House Oversight Judiciary in Ways and
- 13:23Speaker 1: Means Committees, he said, will quote continue our investigation into
- 13:27Speaker 1: the Justice Department's two tiered system of justice and hold
- 13:31Speaker 1: bad actors accountable. So you have an FBI agent says, hey,
- 13:37Speaker 1: I went to do my job that day, I wasn't
- 13:39Speaker 1: allowed to do my job. I witnessed something that in
- 13:43Speaker 1: my twenty years two decades of service under Republicans and
- 13:46Speaker 1: Democrats alike. Was never this never happened, right, We never
- 13:50Speaker 1: witnessed this happen. We never saw this happen. We had
- 13:54Speaker 1: no clue that this was I mean that this is
- 13:56Speaker 1: something that has never happened before.
- 13:59Speaker 2: This was unpre right, unprecedented.
- 14:04Speaker 1: We never witnessed this, We never saw this. This was
- 14:07Speaker 1: something that was shocking. It was quote unprecedented. And yet
- 14:11Speaker 1: here we are. You have a president of the United
- 14:15Speaker 1: States of America who isn't even the president yet, that's
- 14:18Speaker 1: already changing and stopping interviews of his son. We know
- 14:23Speaker 1: the lies. I never talked about business with my son.
- 14:26Speaker 1: We know that that is a lie. We know that
- 14:28Speaker 1: it happened. We know that he said he never met
- 14:31Speaker 1: with any of business partners.
- 14:33Speaker 2: That's a lie.
- 14:33Speaker 1: We know that that actually happened. The list of things
- 14:37Speaker 1: that have happened here is long. It is an incredibly
- 14:44Speaker 1: long list, an unbelievably long list of things that went
- 14:52Speaker 1: wrong here, of things that happened that should have never happened,
- 14:56Speaker 1: of things that that career I mean twenty years FBI agent,
- 15:00Speaker 1: that's a really long time to say this the only
- 15:02Speaker 1: time that's ever happened, and you're now taking orders from
- 15:05Speaker 1: the subject of your investigation. Right you are the subject, okay,
- 15:12Speaker 1: the subject of the investigation. And then you get to
- 15:16Speaker 1: tell the FBI to sit down the street twiddle their thumbs,
- 15:19Speaker 1: and you never call the phone number. Can you imagine
- 15:23Speaker 1: the power that you must feel if you're the Biden
- 15:25Speaker 1: crime family. You can take bribes from all over the world,
- 15:28Speaker 1: and then you can instruct the FBI because you just
- 15:30Speaker 1: won the White House, even before you've been sworn in,
- 15:34Speaker 1: to sit down the street and pound sand, sit in
- 15:37Speaker 1: a car like a two idiots waiting to interview someone
- 15:41Speaker 1: that's never going to call you to the point where
- 15:42Speaker 1: finally they just drive off and have to move on
- 15:45Speaker 1: with their lives. It must be really good to be
- 15:48Speaker 1: the Biden crime family, knowing now what we know, and
- 15:51Speaker 1: knowing now what happened. You know, you look at ag
- 15:54Speaker 1: Garland when he spoke at that press conference about having
- 15:58Speaker 1: a special prosecutor. He didn't sign us special prosecutor. He
- 16:01Speaker 1: assigned the agent that protected the Bidens the first time
- 16:04Speaker 1: they gat the sweet our deal to fake investigate them
- 16:06Speaker 1: a second time after he already protected the first time.
- 16:10Speaker 1: And yet they're sitting there in the media's like, Oh,
- 16:12Speaker 1: that's a big deal. No, it's not the only big deal.
- 16:14Speaker 1: The only big part of this is the fact that
- 16:15Speaker 1: we're never going to get the Bidens the truth out
- 16:18Speaker 1: of them because they're covering it up. And now they
- 16:19Speaker 1: have the guy who was helping them cover it up
- 16:21Speaker 1: officially investigate them and the cover up.
- 16:24Speaker 3: Since the Attorney General Merrick Garland Council, consistent with the
- 16:28Speaker 3: Department of Justice regulations governing such matters, and keeping with
- 16:32Speaker 3: those regulations, I have today notified the designated members of
- 16:36Speaker 3: each House of Congress of the appointment. In February twenty eighteen,
- 16:41Speaker 3: after being nominated by the former President and confirmed by
- 16:44Speaker 3: the Senate, mister Weiss was sworn in as the United
- 16:47Speaker 3: States Attorney for the District of Delaware. Mister Weiss had
- 16:51Speaker 3: been a career prosecutor, having served previously in the office
- 16:55Speaker 3: for more than a decade. Beginning in twenty nineteen, Weiss,
- 17:00Speaker 3: in his capacity as US Attorney and along with federal
- 17:03Speaker 3: law enforcement partners, began investigating allegations of certain criminal conduct by,
- 17:09Speaker 3: among others, Robert Hunter Biden. That investigation has been recently
- 17:15Speaker 3: referenced in federal criminal proceedings in the District of Delaware,
- 17:19Speaker 3: and as noted in those proceedings and other public statements
- 17:22Speaker 3: by mister Weiss's office, that investigation remains ongoing. In February
- 17:29Speaker 3: twenty twenty one, US Attorney Weiss was asked to remain
- 17:32Speaker 3: as US Attorney for the District of Delaware and in
- 17:35Speaker 3: that capacity to continue to lead the investigation. As I
- 17:40Speaker 3: said before, mister Weiss would be permitted to continue his investigation,
- 17:45Speaker 3: take any investigative steps he wanted, and make the decision
- 17:48Speaker 3: whether to prosecute in any district. Mister Weiss has told
- 17:52Speaker 3: Congress that he has been granted ultimate authority over this matter,
- 17:58Speaker 3: including the responsibility for deciding where, when, and whether to
- 18:03Speaker 3: file charges, and from making decisions necessary to preserve the
- 18:07Speaker 3: integrity of any prosecution consistent with federal law, the principles
- 18:12Speaker 3: of federal prosecution, and departmental policies. In a July twenty
- 18:17Speaker 3: twenty three letter to Congress, mister Weiss said that he
- 18:20Speaker 3: had not to that point requested special Council designation. On
- 18:26Speaker 3: Tuesday of this week, mister Weiss advised me that, in
- 18:29Speaker 3: his judgment, his investigation had reached a stage at which
- 18:34Speaker 3: he should continue his work as a special counsel, and
- 18:37Speaker 3: he asked to be so appointed.
- 18:40Speaker 1: I mean, this is the biggest croc of you know
- 18:43Speaker 1: what I've ever seen. And yet they stand up there
- 18:47Speaker 1: with a DOJ behind them on that podium and they
- 18:50Speaker 1: sell you this bill of goods. And it is disgusting
- 18:54Speaker 1: to see the abuse of power. And what does the
- 18:56Speaker 1: media do. They report it like its real news. They
- 19:00Speaker 1: don't ask questions, they report it like its real news.
- 19:05Speaker 1: Every day, there are two different economies that are growing
- 19:08Speaker 1: bigger and bigger. One of them is powered by everyday

- 19:17Speaker 2: Well, big mobile companies are no different.
- 19:19Speaker 1: For years, they've been dumping millions and millions into leftist causes.
- 19:23Speaker 2: Including planned parenthood.
- 19:25Speaker 1: And you had to have a cell phone, and that's
- 19:26Speaker 1: the reason why you paid that bill, because you didn't
- 19:29Speaker 1: have an alternative.
- 19:30Speaker 2: Well guess what, Now there's an alternative. Patriot Mobile.

- 20:38Speaker 1: There's also another side of making David Weiss's special counsel.
- 20:43Speaker 1: There was an article that was put up and it's
- 20:45Speaker 1: an interesting one written by Andrew McCarthy. It says special
- 20:49Speaker 1: Counsel David Weiss makes the five million dollar Biden China
- 20:53Speaker 1: scheme disappear. Weiss has known about this evidence for years,
- 20:59Speaker 1: but he never filed charges because he would have preserved
- 21:03Speaker 1: the case. Remember Hunter Biden's extraordinate WhatsApp message to his
- 21:08Speaker 1: Chinese business associate Henrizou, the message we just learned about
- 21:12Speaker 1: in June because Gary Shapley and irs whistleblower agent shine
- 21:17Speaker 1: a light on it by becoming a whistleblower. The message
- 21:20Speaker 1: had spun up Congress and much of the public, and
- 21:22Speaker 1: even stirred the press out of its slumber for a
- 21:25Speaker 1: moment or two because it undeniably implicated President Joe Biden.
- 21:31Speaker 1: Will guess whom the message failed to stir. That would
- 21:34Speaker 1: be none other than the newly mended Special Counsel David Weiss,
- 21:38Speaker 1: the prosecutor, and I would refer to him as a
- 21:40Speaker 1: fake prosecutor who has supposedly been investigating Hunter Biden and
- 21:44Speaker 1: thus the Biden family influenced peddling business, the main source
- 21:47Speaker 1: of income for the president's son since twenty eighteen. Weiss,
- 21:52Speaker 1: of course, is the Delaware US attorney Biden Attorney General
- 21:56Speaker 1: Mayor Garland never tires of pointing out that he's a trumpet.
- 22:00Speaker 1: But to be clear, Weiss was confirmed and appointed in
- 22:02Speaker 1: Democrat dominated Delaware only because of strong support by the
- 22:07Speaker 1: states two Democratic senators, both of them taught Biden allies,
- 22:12Speaker 1: Chris Coons, a hard core Liberal, and Tom Carper, a
- 22:15Speaker 1: hard core liberal from Delaware. Initially, Weiss used the tendency
- 22:22Speaker 1: of the twenty twenty election as an excuse to take
- 22:24Speaker 1: no meaningful action on the investigation. Once Joe Biden won
- 22:28Speaker 1: the presidency and installed Weiss's boss Garland at the Justice Department,
- 22:32Speaker 1: Helm Weiss well, he dutifully buried the Biden investigation by
- 22:37Speaker 1: not seeking an indictment from the grand jury. As every
- 22:40Speaker 1: prosecutor knows, the statutory time limit for filing criminal charges
- 22:45Speaker 1: know as a statute of limitations runs out if charges
- 22:48Speaker 1: are not formally filed. If a prosecutor drags his feet
- 22:51Speaker 1: for years, crimes that have not been charged become time buarred.
- 22:55Speaker 1: I no longer prosecute You're no longer able to prosecute them.
- 23:00Speaker 1: So let's review that. What's app message? Remember what Hunter
- 23:03Speaker 1: Biden said five times he invoked his father, saying, I'm
- 23:08Speaker 1: sitting here with my father and we would like to
- 23:10Speaker 1: understand why the commitment has not been fulfilled. Tell the
- 23:14Speaker 1: director that I would like to resolve this now before
- 23:16Speaker 1: it gets out of hand and now means tonight and
- 23:20Speaker 1: z if I get a call or text from anyone
- 23:22Speaker 1: involved in this other than you Zang or the chairman.
- 23:26Speaker 1: Now he's talking to Chinese Communist Party officials in China.
- 23:30Speaker 1: I will make certain that between the man sitting next
- 23:33Speaker 1: to me, that's his dad, and every person he knows,
- 23:36Speaker 1: and my ability forever hold a grudge that you will
- 23:39Speaker 1: regret not following my direction. I am sitting here for
- 23:42Speaker 1: the call with my father.
- 23:45Speaker 2: Hunter.
- 23:45Speaker 1: Biden's threatening message involved his business partners at CEFE, the
- 23:50Speaker 1: now defunct conglomerate the Biden family confident James Gillard described
- 23:54Speaker 1: under oath as the capital arm of One Belt one
- 23:59Speaker 1: Road on Unbelt one Road is the initiative by which
- 24:02Speaker 1: the monstrous Chinese Communist regime, also known as the Biden's
- 24:06Speaker 1: business partner, spread its tentacles around the world. CFE was
- 24:12Speaker 1: also and essentially a Chinese government intelligence operation we've learned
- 24:17Speaker 1: that clearly targeted Joe Biden to compromise him and paid
- 24:22Speaker 1: millions of dollars to the Biden family for an association
- 24:25Speaker 1: with him, using Hunter as their entree. Let's review the
- 24:30Speaker 1: cast of characters. The author says, with whom Hunter in
- 24:33Speaker 1: harmony with his dad, was playing hardball in that WhatsApp message.
- 24:37Speaker 1: Henry Zau was the Chinese Communist Party connected general secretary
- 24:42Speaker 1: of China's Harvest fun which was part which he was
- 24:46Speaker 1: part owner with Hunter, Biden and others, the Boa Harvest
- 24:50Speaker 1: Rst Partners. Hunter appears to have transferred, by the way
- 24:55Speaker 1: his valuable ten percent stake in that venture to Kevin Morris,
- 24:59Speaker 1: the hollywoodl lawyer who paid Hunter millions in his millions
- 25:04Speaker 1: in delinquent taxes.
- 25:05Speaker 2: That's a fact.
- 25:07Speaker 1: The Zang Hunter mentioned appeared to be cf E executive director,
- 25:11Speaker 1: also a Chinese Communist Party heavyweight, who, as Jerry Delvany
- 25:16Speaker 1: report in the Washington Examiner, accompanied the regime's president z
- 25:20Speaker 1: to a twenty seventeen meeting with Vladimir Putin and Moscow
- 25:25Speaker 1: as China sought a stake in Russia's state owned energy
- 25:29Speaker 1: giant Rosneft. The chairman appears to refer to Ye, the
- 25:34Speaker 1: cef E chairman and former president g Protege, who has
- 25:40Speaker 1: a New York Post marine of divine reports, began the
- 25:43Speaker 1: business relationship with Hunter in twenty fifteen, while his father
- 25:47Speaker 1: was the current Vice president that's the same ye under
- 25:52Speaker 1: g the communist president of China gifted quote unquote Hunter
- 25:56Speaker 1: at three point one to six diamond worth eighty thousand
- 25:59Speaker 1: sealed DC Jeez regime then disappeared him in China in
- 26:04Speaker 1: twenty eighteen, shortly after it was revealed in the trial
- 26:08Speaker 1: of another CFE executive, Patrick Hoe, that US counterintelligence agencies
- 26:13Speaker 1: have been conducting surveillance on CEFC players. Hunter has a
- 26:20Speaker 1: law degree but is not a criminal defense specialist. Yet
- 26:24Speaker 1: he was paid a million dollars to represent Patrick Hoe,
- 26:29Speaker 1: whom he described as a the efing spy chief of China,
- 26:35Speaker 1: at least until Hoe got indicted for foreign corruption and
- 26:38Speaker 1: then well he got an actual defense lawyer. There's been
- 26:42Speaker 1: a lot of speculation about whether Joe Biden really was
- 26:46Speaker 1: sitting with Hunter Biden when that what's that message was sent?
- 26:49Speaker 1: While the President of course denied it justice he has
- 26:52Speaker 1: incredibly denied all connection to the family business, even though
- 26:56Speaker 1: access to Joe Biden literally was the business. We know
- 26:59Speaker 1: that the photographs on that laptop of Hunter Biden's that
- 27:04Speaker 1: confirmed the Hunter and his father were at home on
- 27:07Speaker 1: the day the messages were sent. Now we don't know
- 27:10Speaker 1: as he was in his father's home, whether Joe was
- 27:12Speaker 1: physically there or not, beside him the ability to invoke
- 27:15Speaker 1: the name of the guy with the power, and assuming
- 27:18Speaker 1: that he thought the phone was going to ring, there's
- 27:20Speaker 1: a pretty good chance he wasn't bluffing. Joe often met
- 27:24Speaker 1: and otherwise communicated with Hunter's partners. We know that that's
- 27:27Speaker 1: what made the business so profitable. We know that more
- 27:31Speaker 1: than twenty times he was put on speaker phone just
- 27:33Speaker 1: in front of one associate to seal deals. But let's
- 27:37Speaker 1: cut to the common sense chase. The author writes, Read
- 27:40Speaker 1: the WhatsApp message, think about the shark tank that now
- 27:43Speaker 1: presents Slacker Son was swimming in and ask yourself quote
- 27:47Speaker 1: if Hunter would dare to threaten g and that gang
- 27:50Speaker 1: unless both he and they both knew the main Biden
- 27:55Speaker 1: was involved. Hunter elaborated in that message is out. Please
- 27:59Speaker 1: have director call me, not James or Tony or Jim.
- 28:03Speaker 1: Have him call me tonight. Investigators. We also know we
- 28:07Speaker 1: now believe Hunter was instructing Zoo. Given the urgency of
- 28:12Speaker 1: the matter, the CEFE director Jang was to call Hunter
- 28:16Speaker 1: himself while he was sitting there with Joe. He was
- 28:19Speaker 1: not to call one of Hunter's business partner Buffers James Galar,
- 28:22Speaker 1: who handled a number of foreign payments for the Bidens,
- 28:25Speaker 1: or Tony Bobolinski, the investor recruited by Glar to build
- 28:28Speaker 1: a business structure for the Biden ce FC project, and
- 28:32Speaker 1: who recalls having two face to face meetings with Joe
- 28:35Speaker 1: Biden about ce FC and Jim Bulger. You remember the
- 28:41Speaker 1: name Bulger. Yeah, the Bolger family, a Boston Democratic Party powerhouse.
- 28:47Speaker 1: Also the Bolger family, Whitey Bulger, one of the biggest
- 28:51Speaker 1: mob bosses in American history. There's a movie about him.
- 28:55Speaker 1: We also know that they were involved with a Thornton Group,
- 28:57Speaker 1: another partner in a lucrative investment fund that Hunter had
- 29:00Speaker 1: established with a Chinese regime after flying to Beijing. This
- 29:04Speaker 1: has been confirmed on Air Force two with a then
- 29:06Speaker 1: vice president Hunter.
- 29:09Speaker 2: Further edmanis out.
- 29:10Speaker 1: All too often people mistake kindness for weakness, and all
- 29:14Speaker 1: too often I am standing over top of them, saying
- 29:17Speaker 1: I warned you from this moment until whenever he reaches me.
- 29:21Speaker 1: It is nine forty five am here, and I assume
- 29:24Speaker 1: nine to forty five pm there, So his night is
- 29:27Speaker 1: running out. Zau responded, telling Hunter he would call him
- 29:30Speaker 1: on WhatsApp. Hunter replied, Okay, my friend, I'm sitting here
- 29:34Speaker 1: waiting for my call with my father. I sure hope whoever,
- 29:38Speaker 1: I sure hope whatever it is you are doing is
- 29:40Speaker 1: very very very important. Zau got back to Hunter, reporting
- 29:45Speaker 1: that Zang had not answered Zau's call, but he got
- 29:48Speaker 1: the message you just mentioned, boy, did he.
- 29:51Speaker 2: Ever?
- 29:52Speaker 1: The next day, Hunter got in touch with Kevin Dong,
- 29:55Speaker 1: whom he has described as the CEFC partner in the
- 29:59Speaker 1: United States. This is an emissary of the Chairman Yee.
- 30:02Speaker 1: Three days later, an LLC known as Hudson West began
- 30:06Speaker 1: establishing checking accounts. As further detailed and analysis of bank
- 30:10Speaker 1: records and a report compiled three years ago by Senator
- 30:15Speaker 1: Chuck Grassey and Ron Johnson. Hudson West was controlled by
- 30:19Speaker 1: Hunter Biden through his Washington law firm. The following day,
- 30:24Speaker 1: CEFC Infrastructure Investment, a US based subsidiary that listed Dong
- 30:31Speaker 1: as its director, sent Hunter Biden's firm a payment of
- 30:34Speaker 1: one hundred thousand dollars that, by the way, was just
- 30:37Speaker 1: an appetizer. Four days later, the same CEFC Infrastructure Investment
- 30:43Speaker 1: LLC then wired five million to Hudson West over the
- 30:49Speaker 1: next seven weeks, almost all of the five million, four
- 30:52Speaker 1: point seventy nine million was gradually transferred from Hudson West
- 30:56Speaker 1: to Hunters oh his Hunter's other firm in a remarkable
- 31:02Speaker 1: series of events, amazing text messages demanding payment sent via Endo,
- 31:09Speaker 1: an encryption service to ensure it would not be ever
- 31:13Speaker 1: seen by anyone else. You had five million of money
- 31:16Speaker 1: transfers which just happened to confirm the Biden's pattern that
- 31:20Speaker 1: the House Oversight Committee uncovered, and a web of business
- 31:23Speaker 1: entities to obscure whether the money is coming from or
- 31:26Speaker 1: where it's going with big transfers that were then being
- 31:30Speaker 1: popped as suspicious activity reports.
- 31:33Speaker 2: By the bank. So no wonder.
- 31:36Speaker 1: US Attorney David Weiss's office refused to allow agents to
- 31:39Speaker 1: subpoena location data to determine where participants in the relevant
- 31:42Speaker 1: messages were when they were communicating. We could have figured
- 31:46Speaker 1: out if Hunter Biden and Joe Biden were sitting right
- 31:48Speaker 1: next to each other. But guess what, they were not
- 31:51Speaker 1: allowed to do that job. And now you know why
- 31:54Speaker 1: David Weiss has got this new job. And now you
- 31:59Speaker 1: know why David weis this is continuing to protect the
- 32:01Speaker 1: Biden crime family. He's also having to protect himself now
- 32:05Speaker 1: for his corruption and protecting that family. I know a
- 32:11Speaker 1: lot of what I just gave you is incredibly in depth,
- 32:13Speaker 1: and that's why you listen to the show. I hope
- 32:15Speaker 1: you understand it. We're going to keep exposing it and
