- 0:01Speaker 1: Center.
- 0:01Speaker 2: Nice to be with you as always, And we're shooting
- 0:04Speaker 2: this the day before nine to eleven because on Monday morning,
- 0:08Speaker 2: you're going to be at ground zero, and I want
- 0:11Speaker 2: you to tell everybody a little bit about what you're
- 0:12Speaker 2: going to be doing in New York on this It's
- 0:16Speaker 2: a day that I'm so glad that so many people
- 0:18Speaker 2: have it that we take that moment that we pause.
- 0:21Speaker 2: It's also painful reminder of this country, of what we
- 0:23Speaker 2: went through and also the real threats I still think
- 0:26Speaker 2: we have against this country, especially with an open border
- 0:29Speaker 2: as well.
- 0:30Speaker 3: Well.
- 0:30Speaker 4: Twenty two years ago, on September eleventh, two thousand and one,
- 0:34Speaker 4: our nation endured the worst terrorist attack in history. It
- 0:39Speaker 4: is striking now that seniors in college weren't alive when
- 0:43Speaker 4: that happened, that many young people, many people in their twenties,
- 0:46Speaker 4: have no recollection whatsoever of what happened. You and I
- 0:50Speaker 4: both remember that we've talked on this podcast about where
- 0:53Speaker 4: each of us was on September eleventh.
- 0:56Speaker 1: It was a moment that.
- 0:57Speaker 4: Was utterly horrified as we watched nearly three thousand people murdered,
- 1:02Speaker 4: murdered by a deliberate.
- 1:03Speaker 1: Act of terrorism.
- 1:05Speaker 4: It was also a moment that was at the same
- 1:09Speaker 4: time that it was horrifying, it was simultaneously inspiring. We
- 1:14Speaker 4: saw acts of heroism, the first responders, the New York
- 1:18Speaker 4: Fire Department, the New York Police Department, those officers, those
- 1:22Speaker 4: firefighters who ran into the buildings. Tomorrow morning, I'm going
- 1:29Speaker 4: to be at the fire station that sustained the most
- 1:32Speaker 4: losses on nine to eleven at a memorial service there,
- 1:36Speaker 4: remembering those firefighters. And I have to say, as we
- 1:41Speaker 4: were watching that morning and you saw people running covered
- 1:46Speaker 4: in smoke and ash, running away from the buildings, the
- 1:50Speaker 4: only people that were running the other direction were the
- 1:52Speaker 4: firefighters and the police officers and the first responders, and
- 1:57Speaker 4: they ran up the stairs while the buildings were on fire.
- 2:01Speaker 4: And I will never forget the moment when when the
- 2:05Speaker 4: first tower began to fall and I was in DC
- 2:10Speaker 4: watching on TV with utter horror, as you realize that
- 2:18Speaker 4: that thousands of people are being murdered before your very eyes.
- 2:23Speaker 4: It is a moment to give thanks for the heroism
- 2:30Speaker 4: we saw. It's also a moment to remember the unity
- 2:34Speaker 4: we had.
- 2:35Speaker 3: It was incredible.
- 2:36Speaker 4: It was extraordinary after nine to eleven that the petty
- 2:41Speaker 4: bickering that consumes so much of today just went away.
- 2:47Speaker 1: Yeah, And.
- 2:51Speaker 4: You know, I think one of the most extraordinary moments
- 2:53Speaker 4: was when President George W. Bush, shortly after the attack,
- 2:57Speaker 4: went to New York and was standing on a pile
- 2:58Speaker 4: of rubble and was talking to the crowd with a bullhorn,
- 3:04Speaker 4: and a man called out from the crowd said we
- 3:06Speaker 4: can't hear you, and he said, well, I can hear you,
- 3:10Speaker 4: and soon the whole world's going to hear you too.
- 3:13Speaker 2: It was a moment, and it was a moment that
- 3:15Speaker 2: you also knew people were angry. They wanted revenge, they
- 3:19Speaker 2: wanted to go after the people that did this to us.
- 3:22Speaker 2: And I do worry that we've lost some of that focus.
- 3:27Speaker 2: You look at the border now, we have a wide
- 3:29Speaker 2: open border. It was something that was talked about after
- 3:31Speaker 2: nine to eleven. You have a border that could allow
- 3:35Speaker 2: any terrorists to come across. Now, that's the easiest way
- 3:38Speaker 2: to get into this country would be come across our
- 3:39Speaker 2: southern border. And I worry, and we've caught people on
- 3:43Speaker 2: the Terrace watch lists coming across our southern border.
- 3:46Speaker 3: I worry that we.
- 3:48Speaker 2: Have forgotten the lessons of nine to eleven and what
- 3:50Speaker 2: security looks like we've done at the airports, and we've
- 3:52Speaker 2: kept that up right, you go to the airport, I
- 3:54Speaker 2: think most people feel very secure when they fly the
- 3:57Speaker 2: way that we've changed the way that we do security,
- 4:00Speaker 2: Yet we have this wide open southern border.
- 4:03Speaker 4: Well Listen listeners, a Verdict I think played a real
- 4:07Speaker 4: role recently responding to the Biden administration's attempt to take
- 4:12Speaker 4: the death penalty off the table for Khalide Cheik Muhammad
- 4:15Speaker 4: and the mastermind planners of nine to eleven. And we
- 4:19Speaker 4: devoted an entire podcast to exposing that, and I think
- 4:22Speaker 4: many people spoke out and we're outraged, and at least
- 4:25Speaker 4: right now it appears the Biden administration is backing away
- 4:28Speaker 4: from that. And so that was something significant that that viewer, listeners,
- 4:33Speaker 4: that Verdict listeners and viewers a difference that collectively we
- 4:38Speaker 4: made when it comes to the southern border. You're right,
- 4:40Speaker 4: we have a vulnerability on our southern border. Every month
- 4:45Speaker 4: people are coming across who are on the terror watch list.
- 4:47Speaker 4: The numbers dwarf the number of known terrorists who would
- 4:53Speaker 4: come in prior to Joe Biden. Joe Biden's open borders
- 4:56Speaker 4: are many things. They're an invitation for people to die,
- 4:59Speaker 4: and for cartels to brutalize children and to sexually assault women.
- 5:05Speaker 4: And they're an invitation to flood this country with narcotics
- 5:08Speaker 4: and fentanyl that's murdering over one hundred thousand people. And
- 5:11Speaker 4: they're an invitation for Mexican drug lords to become multi
- 5:16Speaker 4: multi billionaires globally. But it's also an invitation to terrorist.
- 5:21Speaker 4: If you are the next planner of nine to eleven,
- 5:25Speaker 4: it's obvious where you go. You go to Mexico and
- 5:29Speaker 4: you come right across, and Joe Biden and the idiots
- 5:32Speaker 4: in his administration will fly you to wherever you want
- 5:34Speaker 4: to go in this country and you can carry out
- 5:36Speaker 4: your terror attack. And sadly, every day that we have
- 5:40Speaker 4: an open border under Joe Biden the Democrats, the odds
- 5:44Speaker 4: of another major attack in this country, major terror attack,
- 5:48Speaker 4: go up systematically. They are exposing us. They are exposing vulnerabilities.
- 5:55Speaker 4: Whether it is someone trying to hijack an airplane or
- 6:00Speaker 4: whether it is a suicide bomber in a mall or
- 6:03Speaker 4: an amusement park or a concert or.
- 6:06Speaker 1: What have you. We are vulnerable.
- 6:11Speaker 4: To global terrorism because this administration has thrown open the
- 6:17Speaker 4: border and will not protect us.
- 6:20Speaker 2: Does it take another tarist tech for them to understand
- 6:22Speaker 2: this vulnerability because they've been reminded it, law enforcements remind them.
- 6:26Speaker 2: You've seen the reports, you've said in Congress, as you've
- 6:28Speaker 2: been briefed on the border and the people that we've
- 6:30Speaker 2: caught on the terrorists watch list. I mean, there's a
- 6:32Speaker 2: lot of people we've caught that are on the terrorist
- 6:34Speaker 2: watch list for a reason, who we've caught come across.
- 6:37Speaker 2: My worry is how many have come across that we
- 6:39Speaker 2: don't know about, that we have no idea where they
- 6:42Speaker 2: are in this country or what they may be planning next.
- 6:44Speaker 2: And why does it take something on the scale of
- 6:47Speaker 2: a nine to eleven for them to wake up to
- 6:49Speaker 2: the obvious. Hey, this is a bad national security decision.
- 6:53Speaker 2: Forget immigration, legal immigration, this is a national security issue
- 6:56Speaker 2: played in.
- 6:57Speaker 4: Simple Look, five point eight million people that bought up
- 7:00Speaker 4: control has encountered and apprehended in two and a half
- 7:03Speaker 4: years under Joe Biden. An additional one point four million
- 7:06Speaker 4: people that are categorized as godaways. In other words, they
- 7:09Speaker 4: saw them, but they got away and didn't apprehend them.
- 7:11Speaker 4: So we know a minimum of seven point two million
- 7:15Speaker 4: illegal aliens have come in under Joe Biden. That that
- 7:19Speaker 4: is orders of magnitude worse than we have ever seen
- 7:22Speaker 4: in the history of this country. And you know, you ask,
- 7:25Speaker 4: what's it going to take for them to realize, Well,
- 7:28Speaker 4: the sad thing is today's Democrats put partisan politics above everything,
- 7:33Speaker 4: above humanity, above above deaths, above sexual assaults, above drug overdoses,
- 7:39Speaker 4: above terrorism, above crime, above public safety. None of that matters.
- 7:44Speaker 4: Partisan politics is their only priority.
- 7:47Speaker 2: There was something else recently that you and I talked
- 7:49Speaker 2: about on this pod, and I think it's also a
- 7:51Speaker 2: point to look at now with the border, and that's
- 7:53Speaker 2: transportation across the border. You've been working legislation to get
- 7:57Speaker 2: new roads across the southern border for commerce to come across.
- 8:01Speaker 2: I was shocked to find out last week that about
- 8:03Speaker 2: only twenty percent of trucks that come across the border
- 8:05Speaker 2: right now are screened, meaning that if you're a bad guy,
- 8:09Speaker 2: you got about eighty percent chance of getting nefarious products,
- 8:12Speaker 2: whether that's fetanol, human trafficking, sex trafficking, countless other things
- 8:18Speaker 2: that could be used in terrorism across the border. That's
- 8:20Speaker 2: a pretty good chance you're going to make it across.
- 8:22Speaker 2: If only twenty percent of those trucks are even looked
- 8:24Speaker 2: at these roads are saying, with the new technology, we'd
- 8:27Speaker 2: be able to screen virtually one hundred percent of the trucks.
- 8:30Speaker 2: Why is it taken so long for you to wake
- 8:31Speaker 2: up to that idea as well? Because you've had people
- 8:33Speaker 2: that you've had to fight on this issue.
- 8:35Speaker 4: Well, look, I will say the technology that Customs and
- 8:40Speaker 4: Border patrol uses to screen trucks and commercial traffic is
- 8:44Speaker 4: actually quite good. I've been down there and I've seen it.
- 8:47Speaker 4: They have the ability, they're X raying trucks, they look
- 8:50Speaker 4: the effort.
- 8:52Speaker 1: I will say.
- 8:53Speaker 4: The traffickers when it comes to narcotics are exceptionally good
- 8:55Speaker 4: at hiding things. They hide them in fruits and vegetables,
- 8:59Speaker 4: they hide them in in all sorts of manufactured goods,
- 9:02Speaker 4: they hide them in trucks, they hide them. But the
- 9:04Speaker 4: technology is very good and they do a good job
- 9:08Speaker 4: of identifying people who are likely to be trafficking, and
- 9:12Speaker 4: people who are have demonstrated that they are reliable commercial travelers.
- 9:18Speaker 4: And so our exposure right now is not coming through
- 9:22Speaker 4: legal commercial traffic.
- 9:25Speaker 3: It's just the wide open border.
- 9:26Speaker 4: It's our exposure is coming because Joe Biden will not
- 9:30Speaker 4: enforce the law, and when someone crosses illegally, he lets
- 9:33Speaker 4: them go.
- 9:34Speaker 1: That is the heart of it.
- 9:36Speaker 4: If you let everyone go when they come illegally, you
- 9:39Speaker 4: create what Joe Biden has created, the worst illegal immigration
- 9:43Speaker 4: in our nation's history. And I got to say, where
- 9:46Speaker 4: it's going right now is really pissing me off, because
- 9:52Speaker 4: just this last week, the story broke that the Biden
- 9:56Speaker 4: administration is contemplating trying to leave every every one of
- 10:00Speaker 4: those illegal immigrants in Texas.
- 10:03Speaker 2: And I gotta tell you, this is after liberals are
- 10:06Speaker 2: crying around the country because they're actually having to deal
- 10:08Speaker 2: with some illegal immigration in their cities like New York.
- 10:11Speaker 4: So we've seen utter and complete hypocrisy from liberals across
- 10:14Speaker 4: the country. And the response to the Biden White House is, well,
- 10:17Speaker 4: maybe we'll just leave them all in Texas.
- 10:19Speaker 1: We hate Texas.
- 10:20Speaker 3: Yeah, so let them drowned.
- 10:21Speaker 4: Let's just flood the state of Texas with illegal immigration.
- 10:28Speaker 4: And basically basically what Biden is proposing is building a
- 10:32Speaker 4: wall north of Texas.
- 10:35Speaker 1: Yeah, he wants.
- 10:36Speaker 4: To trap illegal immigrants in Texas and not let them
- 10:40Speaker 4: go to blue states where they might upset Democrats.
- 10:44Speaker 3: Is that legal?
- 10:45Speaker 2: You're you're a lawyer, and I saw this planet and
- 10:48Speaker 2: I want to read it the way it was put.
- 10:49Speaker 2: This report shows that President Joe Biden and his team
- 10:52Speaker 2: are quote considering a plan to require legal immigrants with
- 10:55Speaker 2: doubtful asylum claims. I want you to deal with what
- 10:58Speaker 2: that would even mean doubtful asylum claim to remain in Texas.
- 11:02Speaker 2: This is the move that would force the lone star
- 11:04Speaker 2: state to absorb tens of thousands of illegal aliens quote
- 11:09Speaker 2: every single week why. Biden administration officials who's spoke anonymously
- 11:14Speaker 2: to the Los Angeles Times said the plan is being
- 11:16Speaker 2: considered so that if newly arrived border crossers fail their
- 11:21Speaker 2: initial asylum screenings, So this would be the worst, the worst.
- 11:23Speaker 2: In essence, Immigration and Customs Enforcement ICE agents can more easily,
- 11:28Speaker 2: they claim, locate and deport illegal aliens within Texas since
- 11:33Speaker 2: they could be close to the US Mexico border quote unquote.
- 11:39Speaker 4: Look, this is utter and complete garbage. It is nakedly political.
- 11:44Speaker 4: It is blatantly illegal. By the way, people with dubious
- 11:47Speaker 4: asylum can't claims. That means they don't have asylum claims.
- 11:50Speaker 4: It means they know they don't have asylum claims it
- 11:52Speaker 4: means that Joe Biden's open borders, they want to let
- 11:54Speaker 4: them go anyway. These are the people that they are
- 11:57Speaker 4: shipping to every community in every state in the Union.
- 12:00Speaker 4: And what's happening is suddenly blue state Democrats have noticed,
- 12:03Speaker 4: Holy crap, this is a problem and these This is why.
- 12:07Speaker 4: Look sometimes when I when I say things like the
- 12:10Speaker 4: Biden White House puts partisan politics above everything, you know,
- 12:14Speaker 4: part of me has a hesitancy and says, boy, that
- 12:16Speaker 4: sounds really harsh.
- 12:17Speaker 1: Like I can hear Heidi saying to me.
- 12:20Speaker 4: As you know Heidi listens to the podcast, I can
- 12:22Speaker 4: hear Heidi's saying, Oh, come on, Ted, that that's too
- 12:26Speaker 4: that that's too knee jerk. There is no other explanation
- 12:31Speaker 4: for this. The reason they want to target Texas is
- 12:35Speaker 4: because they hate Texas, because Texas is red. Listen, seven
- 12:38Speaker 4: point two million people have crossed the illegal inner Joe Biden,
- 12:40Speaker 4: is he really proposing let's keep all seven point two
- 12:43Speaker 4: million in Texas. We've got thirty million Texans. He wants
- 12:46Speaker 4: to take us to thirty seven million Texans and have
- 12:50Speaker 4: a quarter of the state be illegal. And he wants
- 12:52Speaker 4: to do that so that he doesn't upset Democrats in
- 12:56Speaker 4: blue states. This is it is blatantly illegal, and it
- 13:00Speaker 4: is it is illegality piled on illegality. Look, current federal
- 13:04Speaker 4: law requires that he deport these people.
- 13:07Speaker 3: He is doing that.
- 13:07Speaker 1: He's defying federal law.
- 13:09Speaker 4: He doesn't want them to stay in Texas so it's
- 13:12Speaker 4: easier for them to deport them. He wants them to
- 13:14Speaker 4: stay in Texas so that Democrat mayors and Democrat governors
- 13:18Speaker 4: don't get mad at him because he is looking this
- 13:21Speaker 4: is a partisan plan to try to turn America permanently Democrat.
- 13:26Speaker 4: And if a lot of people have to die to
- 13:28Speaker 4: get their partisan plan over the finish line, so be it.
- 13:32Speaker 4: But I got to tell you, look in the Senate,
- 13:35Speaker 4: there is no limit to what I am willing to
- 13:38Speaker 4: do to fight to stop this. If he thinks he
- 13:42Speaker 4: can insulate the rest of the country and protect Democrats
- 13:46Speaker 4: from the consequences of their lawlessness and force Texas to
- 13:50Speaker 4: pay for it, that is utter and complete garbage.
- 13:55Speaker 3: I want to tell you about our friends at Patriot Mobile.
- 13:57Speaker 2: If you've got a cell phone and your cell phone
- 13:59Speaker 2: is with Big Big Mobile, you may not realize where
- 14:01Speaker 2: your money's going when you pay your bill, you may
- 14:04Speaker 2: actually be supporting groups like Planned Parenthood. Did you know
- 14:07Speaker 2: that Big Mobile supports Planned parent hut in a big way.
- 14:11Speaker 2: That is where Patriot Mobile comes in.

- 14:32Speaker 2: every single bill you pay it no extra charge to you.

- 15:24Speaker 2: seven eight Patriot. You talked about the hypocrisy a moment
- 15:27Speaker 2: ago of what we've been hearing, and there was a
- 15:30Speaker 2: moment this last week which I didn't actually laugh at first.
- 15:34Speaker 2: My response was to laugh at Mayor Adams in New
- 15:36Speaker 2: York City basically declaring a state of emergency, saying we
- 15:39Speaker 2: can't handle this, We're totally overrun, and I wanted to laugh,
- 15:42Speaker 2: but I'm also like, yeah, welcome to the world of
- 15:45Speaker 2: what we deal with every hour, not every day, not
- 15:48Speaker 2: every week. Like you guys are freaking out over the
- 15:50Speaker 2: number of illegals coming across the border in Texas, as
- 15:52Speaker 2: you described it, we're talking about hundreds of thousands per month.
- 15:55Speaker 2: This is every hour for us. And yet he had
- 15:58Speaker 2: this like dire warning to New York City.
- 16:00Speaker 5: Take a look, we turned this city around in twenty months.
- 16:05Speaker 3: And then what happened.
- 16:08Speaker 5: Started with a madman down in Texas decided he wanted
- 16:12Speaker 5: to bust people up to New York City, one hundred
- 16:16Speaker 5: and ten thousand migrants.
- 16:21Speaker 6: We have to.
- 16:21Speaker 5: Feed, clothes, house educate the children, watch their laundry sheets,
- 16:29Speaker 5: give them everything they need, healthcare. And this team here
- 16:33Speaker 5: we stated, let's do everything possible before we have to
- 16:37Speaker 5: push it out into neighborhoods and communities. Month after month,
- 16:41Speaker 5: I stood up and I said, this is going to
- 16:42Speaker 5: come to a neighborhood near you.
- 16:45Speaker 3: Well, we're here, we're here.
- 16:48Speaker 5: We're getting no support on this national crisis, and we're
- 16:55Speaker 5: receiving no support. And let me tell you something, New Yorkers.
- 17:00Speaker 5: Never in my life have I had a problem that
- 17:04Speaker 5: I did not see an end In two. I don't
- 17:07Speaker 5: see an ending to this. I don't see an ending
- 17:11Speaker 5: to this. This issue will destroy New York City, destroy
- 17:18Speaker 5: New York City.
- 17:19Speaker 2: If you use his logic, then this issue will destroy
- 17:23Speaker 2: the United States of America. It would certainly destroy Texas
- 17:26Speaker 2: if we continue on this road that we're on right now.
- 17:29Speaker 2: And he's begging for help, and I'm like, come down
- 17:31Speaker 2: to Texas. Do you think it's bad in New York City?
- 17:33Speaker 2: With one hundred and ten thousand, I'd say at this
- 17:35Speaker 2: point double it. Let's send twice as many bus loads
- 17:38Speaker 2: up to New York because then maybe he'll talk to
- 17:40Speaker 2: these other liberals and they'll realize, hey, we got to
- 17:42Speaker 2: secure the southern border.
- 17:44Speaker 1: Well, he complains.
- 17:44Speaker 4: He says, we're getting no help and no support with
- 17:47Speaker 4: a national crisis. Well, no kidding, Eric, what do you
- 17:50Speaker 4: think We're getting zero support? And I love that he
- 17:54Speaker 4: starts with a madman down in Texas. All right, newslash,
- 17:59Speaker 4: The crisis was not caused by Governor Greg Abbott.
- 18:05Speaker 1: You know who?
- 18:05Speaker 4: The border crisis was caused by Joe Biden, Kamala Harris,
- 18:11Speaker 4: Chuck Schumer, Nancy Pelosi. You know, if Eric Adams doesn't
- 18:15Speaker 4: like this border crisis, he had to pick up the
- 18:17Speaker 4: phone and call someone who lives in Manhattan. His name
- 18:20Speaker 4: is Charles Schumer. And Chuck Schumer has defended Joe Biden's
- 18:25Speaker 4: open borders every single day for the last two and
- 18:28Speaker 4: a half years. He's blocked every effort to secure the border.
- 18:31Speaker 4: He's blocked every effort to build the wall. He's blocked
- 18:34Speaker 4: every effort to deport illegal immigrants. He's blocked every effort
- 18:39Speaker 4: to reinstate the remain in Mexico policy. He's blocked every
- 18:42Speaker 4: effort to pass Kate's Law, which I introduced to lock
- 18:46Speaker 4: up and have mandatory minimum sentences for violent criminals who
- 18:50Speaker 4: repeatedly re enter this country. Eric Adams's party created this problem,
- 18:55Speaker 4: and they didn't just create it in the past. They
- 18:57Speaker 4: are creating it today, and they intend to create it tomorrow,
- 19:00Speaker 4: and they tend to create it. Going on and on
- 19:02Speaker 4: and on and on. He says, one hundred and ten
- 19:04Speaker 4: thousand people are destroying New York City. New York City
- 19:07Speaker 4: has eight million people in it. One hundred and ten
- 19:10Speaker 4: thousand is enough to destroy it. Guess what, Eric, how
- 19:14Speaker 4: do you think McCallan, Texas feels. How do you think
- 19:16Speaker 4: Del Rio feels? How do you think Brownsville feels? How
- 19:19Speaker 4: do you think Laredo feels? How do you think El
- 19:21Speaker 4: Paso feels? All of those are infinitely smaller cities than
- 19:25Speaker 4: New York City, and they're getting swamped by much larger
- 19:29Speaker 4: flows of immigrants. And by the way, the clowns in
- 19:32Speaker 4: Eric Adams's parties here's their response. Uh oh, new York
- 19:37Speaker 4: mayor's mad at us. We don't want one hundred and
- 19:40Speaker 4: ten thousand to come to New York. Let's put them
- 19:43Speaker 4: all in Texas.
- 19:43Speaker 2: Let's put them all around Texas, right, keep them all
- 19:45Speaker 2: in Texas, keep him there well. And he also, if
- 19:48Speaker 2: he wants to be mad at somebody, should be mad
- 19:49Speaker 2: at himself from twenty twenty one, because this is what
- 19:51Speaker 2: he said in twenty twenty one about illegal immigrants coming
- 19:54Speaker 2: to New York City.
- 19:54Speaker 7: Take a look when you think about it, the days
- 19:58Speaker 7: I spent with always Sent employees, a substantial number of
- 20:02Speaker 7: them were undocumented. They were delivering out overeat, they were
- 20:08Speaker 7: stocking our stores, they were out in the streets keeping
- 20:11Speaker 7: our city running. We have to expand NYC Care to
- 20:15Speaker 7: make sure everyone has healthcare. We need to make sure
- 20:18Speaker 7: we have proper translation services in our schools.
- 20:21Speaker 3: He wants to expand everything.
- 20:22Speaker 4: Wow, if may Or Adams heard that, that fool. Think
- 20:26Speaker 4: how Maddie would be at that guy because that guy
- 20:29Speaker 4: just invited all the illegal immigrants to New York City.
- 20:32Speaker 1: The hypocrisy on this is massive.
- 20:36Speaker 2: Well, and it's not just a hypocrisy there, it's also
- 20:39Speaker 2: the elitist in New York City.
- 20:41Speaker 3: You've done the view on Navarrow.
- 20:43Speaker 2: I had to deal with her for seven years when
- 20:46Speaker 2: I was fighting her at CNN. I feel like I
- 20:48Speaker 2: still deserve a medal for that. But she's on the view.
- 20:52Speaker 2: She's now angry, just like the people in Martha's Vineyard.
- 20:54Speaker 2: He declared the state emergency when they got what was it,
- 20:56Speaker 2: fifty illegal immigrants and got rid of him in like
- 20:58Speaker 2: twelve hours, but clapters were kicking them out of their
- 21:00Speaker 2: Martha's vineyard. She's on TV losing her mind this week
- 21:03Speaker 2: because she can't imagine this idea of having to deal
- 21:06Speaker 2: with the legal immigrants. Keep them all down there in
- 21:07Speaker 2: Texas take a look.
- 21:09Speaker 8: But frankly, you know, I think we need to find
- 21:11Speaker 8: and we've dealt with this before.
- 21:13Speaker 6: I lived in Miami.
- 21:15Speaker 8: I was a migrant, an immigrant in Miami in the eighties.
- 21:18Speaker 8: You'll remember when we had the Mariel boat lift. Yeah,
- 21:20Speaker 8: one hundred and twenty five thousand Cubans came in a
- 21:24Speaker 8: matter of six months. It puts tremendous stress on a city,
- 21:30Speaker 8: on a community, on the social services. They need to
- 21:33Speaker 8: be resettled elsewhere.
- 21:36Speaker 3: Need to be resettled elsewhere.
- 21:37Speaker 2: Like I'm compassionate as long as it's not on my
- 21:39Speaker 2: block or in my city or down by my five
- 21:42Speaker 2: star Michelin restaurant that I love to go to.
- 21:44Speaker 4: So this needs to be the bumper sticker for every
- 21:46Speaker 4: liberal in America. They need to be resettled elsewhere, not
- 21:50Speaker 4: in my backyard, not in my bedroom, not in my
- 21:53Speaker 4: living room. I don't want to see them. But send
- 21:56Speaker 4: them to where those dirty, dirty deplorables live. Send them
- 22:00Speaker 4: to red States, send them to flyover country. You people
- 22:04Speaker 4: aren't compassionate enough. I don't want them here, is what
- 22:08Speaker 4: she's saying. But let's send them to help educate the
- 22:15Speaker 4: ignorant Americans. The contempt from the left for the people
- 22:20Speaker 4: of America is astonished.
- 22:22Speaker 3: It's also the hypocrisy.
- 22:23Speaker 2: I do laugh about her because she actually owns her family,
- 22:26Speaker 2: like her husband.
- 22:27Speaker 3: They own a hotel.
- 22:28Speaker 2: Wonder if how many illegal immigrants they've opened up their
- 22:30Speaker 2: hotel to, not even their house, just their hotel, like you, I.
- 22:34Speaker 3: Would ask that question.
- 22:35Speaker 4: Let's not get crazy on that. No no, no, no no no.
- 22:38Speaker 4: You can't expect liberals actually to do anything. But I
- 22:41Speaker 4: will say, all right, this next clip from the view
- 22:43Speaker 4: really does capture it, because I well, just play it.
- 22:47Speaker 7: And I booked this country with its big, you know, statue.
- 22:50Speaker 8: Of liberty, give me your your week, and all of.
- 22:52Speaker 6: This is supposed to be the country that accepts people.
- 22:55Speaker 8: Yes, and I'm disappointed in Mayor Adams.
- 22:59Speaker 4: Of course corse she is now mind you, has she
- 23:02Speaker 4: taken anyone in? No, of course not.
- 23:04Speaker 3: And Adam did say, hey, you might want to open
- 23:06Speaker 3: your homes the legal immigants.
- 23:08Speaker 4: Excuse me when when you've when you've got a penthouse
- 23:11Speaker 4: overlooking Park Avenue, you might let someone in to scrub
- 23:15Speaker 4: the floors briefly, but you better get out before the
- 23:17Speaker 4: party starts. The utter hypocrisy, no interest in actually understanding
- 23:24Speaker 4: what's going on. And by the way, the statute of limit. Look,
- 23:27Speaker 4: I'm the son of an immigrant. We are a nation
- 23:29Speaker 4: of immigrants. There's a right way to come. You come legally.
- 23:33Speaker 4: That's how you come to the United States. But don't
- 23:35Speaker 4: bother liberals to say that. She says we need to
- 23:39Speaker 4: be compassionate. By we, she means you, yeah, not her, you,
- 23:44Speaker 4: and it is it is utter crap. Look, it was
- 23:50Speaker 4: two years ago that I introduced legislation in the Senate,
- 23:54Speaker 4: and it was legislation that said, we need to change
- 23:56Speaker 4: the ports of entry where we send illegal immigrants to
- 24:00Speaker 4: Martha's Vineyard, to Nantucket, to Palo Alto, California, to the Hamptons,
- 24:07Speaker 4: to Block Island, to Rehoboth Beach, Delaware where Joe Biden vacations,
- 24:13Speaker 4: to every place that wealthy liberals sit and sip their chardonnay.
- 24:20Speaker 4: And remember when I introduced that legislation that the county
- 24:24Speaker 4: executive at Martha's Vineyard blasted me and he said, Cruiz
- 24:28Speaker 4: does not understand illegal immigration. Really, skippy, is that the case?
- 24:34Speaker 4: He said, he doesn't understand, he doesn't know what's going on.
- 24:36Speaker 4: And he says, we and Martha's Vineyard would welcome illegal
- 24:42Speaker 4: immigrants for twelve hours to Martha's Vineyard. And then several
- 24:47Speaker 4: months later, Ron DeSantis actually took him up on that
- 24:50Speaker 4: and sent fifty five zero. Let's recall the numbers. There
- 24:53Speaker 4: are between twenty and thirty thousand people who live in
- 24:56Speaker 4: Martha's Vineyard. Fifty illegal immigrants landing in a community of
- 24:59Speaker 4: twenty t thirty thousand people, he immediately declared an emergency.
- 25:04Speaker 4: He called in the National Guard, and he deported them
- 25:06Speaker 4: within twenty four hours.
- 25:07Speaker 1: That's what liberals do.
- 25:08Speaker 2: Brought in more National Guard members than the actual number
- 25:11Speaker 2: of illegals. It was like almost a two to one ratio.
- 25:13Speaker 2: Like for everyone illegal, we'll bring in two guys in
- 25:16Speaker 2: military fatigues to deal with you.
- 25:17Speaker 4: And by the way, it's not just Eric Adams. It's
- 25:21Speaker 4: the governor of New York, it's the governor Massachusetts. It's
- 25:25Speaker 4: the mayor of Washington, d C. It's the mayor of Chicago,
- 25:29Speaker 4: it's the mayor of San Francisco. They're all discovering, Oh wait,
- 25:33Speaker 4: these policies that my party advocates, my party fight for,
- 25:37Speaker 4: my party implements are really crappy policies that are hurting everybody.
- 25:41Speaker 4: And it's like, oh, rebe really yeah.
- 25:43Speaker 2: Oh Fox News, one of the guys over there at
- 25:45Speaker 2: Bill mcgow and put this tweet out, which I thought
- 25:47Speaker 2: was pretty interesting. So from an awareness perspective, Texas busing
- 25:51Speaker 2: migrants and sanctuary cities has been incredibly effective.
- 25:54Speaker 3: That's why I might double it, like it's working. That's
- 25:56Speaker 3: the best money you can ever spend.
- 25:58Speaker 2: Double it, Desandas in Florida, double it any other state, doublets,
- 26:01Speaker 2: fill the buses up, and keep doing it because it's
- 26:03Speaker 2: clearly working. None of these cities expressed concern about the
- 26:06Speaker 2: border prior now question mark. New York City mayor says
- 26:09Speaker 2: city will be quote unquote destroyed Chicago begging now for
- 26:13Speaker 2: federal help in May activating their National Guard, and LA
- 26:17Speaker 2: is now threatened to sue Governor Abbot.
- 26:19Speaker 3: I mean it's working.
- 26:21Speaker 4: By the way, why isn't LA threatening to sue Joe Biden.
- 26:25Speaker 4: Joe Biden's the one who's refusing to follow the law.
- 26:28Speaker 4: Joe Biden's the one who's created the border crisis.
- 26:31Speaker 1: And it's an amazing thing. Actually, put the next tweet
- 26:36Speaker 1: up here.
- 26:37Speaker 2: This is a response, by the way, this tweet, which
- 26:40Speaker 2: is pretty interesting, and that the Friends is in Texas,
- 26:42Speaker 2: has only buses forty thousand people in total, So just
- 26:46Speaker 2: forty thousand out of all that have come across two
- 26:48Speaker 2: million people have been released from the border and traveling
- 26:51Speaker 2: in the US interior. Only two percent took Abbot's buses.
- 26:54Speaker 2: Question where are the other one point nine to six
- 26:58Speaker 2: million people?
- 27:00Speaker 4: Well, and that actually understates it because you also have
- 27:03Speaker 4: at least one point four million got aways all of
- 27:06Speaker 4: them are there as well, so that that takes you
- 27:09Speaker 4: up to three point five million. You also have the
- 27:12Speaker 4: people who escape that we don't know that are not
- 27:14Speaker 4: categorized as god aways because not all, not everyone who
- 27:18Speaker 4: gets in illegally is categorized as one or the others.
- 27:20Speaker 4: So you're looking at four or five six million people?
- 27:25Speaker 4: And what are the Democrats doing? They're freaking out about
- 27:28Speaker 4: forty thousand on buses. The truth of the matter. Listen,
- 27:32Speaker 4: Joe Biden has been flying people into New York every week.
- 27:40Speaker 4: Does Eric Adams not know Chuck Schumer's phone number? I
- 27:42Speaker 4: can give it to them. Well, and at Mayor Adams, right,
- 27:45Speaker 4: Mayor Adams, I'm gonna make it offer to you, if
- 27:47Speaker 4: you would like, I will give you Chuck Schumer's personal
- 27:51Speaker 4: cell number. Because apparently you don't know how to contact
- 27:54Speaker 4: your fellow New Yorker.
- 27:56Speaker 3: You're gonna have er right down the street. Let each other.
- 27:58Speaker 4: Your fellow New Yorker could take up and schedule a
- 28:00Speaker 4: vote this week to solve this problem. And so if
- 28:05Speaker 4: you don't know how to contact him, let me help you.
- 28:07Speaker 2: Latest numbers are in just to put in perspective, data
- 28:10Speaker 2: shows one hundred and eighty three thousand, and five hundred
- 28:12Speaker 2: and three illegal immigrants were encountered attempting to cross the
- 28:15Speaker 2: US Mexico border in July alone. That's a twenty seven
- 28:19Speaker 2: percent increase in the crossings from last month. So month
- 28:23Speaker 2: over month, up twenty seven percent.
- 28:25Speaker 3: Quote.
- 28:26Speaker 2: More than seven point two million illegal immigrants have crossed
- 28:29Speaker 2: the southern border since Biden took office, as the newest
- 28:32Speaker 2: numbers from July. This includes the nearly five point eight
- 28:35Speaker 2: million illegal immigrants that the Customs and Border Protection as
- 28:38Speaker 2: you mentioned, have encountered, and the more than one point
- 28:41Speaker 2: four million got aways that have escaped pass border patrol
- 28:44Speaker 2: in the US so far this year. A reminder, the
- 28:46Speaker 2: Biden administration was secretly flying illegals from the border into
- 28:51Speaker 2: New York since at least the summer of twenty twenty one.
- 28:53Speaker 2: They don't mention that, do they.
- 28:55Speaker 4: No, No, they don't at all, and they don't mention
- 28:58Speaker 4: who can fix it. I Gabitt doesn't have the ability
- 29:03Speaker 4: to stop Joe Biden's open borders. Only Joe Biden, Kamala Harris,
- 29:07Speaker 4: and the people running the executive or for that matter,
- 29:10Speaker 4: Chuck Schumer Congress could act. But every single Democrat Senator
- 29:15Speaker 4: supports these open borders, every single Democrat congressman supports these
- 29:19Speaker 4: open borders. And we have proof of it because if
- 29:22Speaker 4: they didn't, they would act to stop it, and they don't. Instead,
- 29:25Speaker 4: they just blame a madman down in Texas want.
- 29:28Speaker 2: To tell you about our friends and Augusta Precious Medals.
- 29:30Speaker 2: You've been seeing what's going on in the economy. You've
- 29:32Speaker 2: seen some of these bank failures. You've seen interest rates,
- 29:35Speaker 2: for example, on loans hit a twenty one year high
- 29:38Speaker 2: for home loans right now, and a lot of people

- 30:38Speaker 3: Eight seven seven the number.
- 30:40Speaker 2: Four GOLDRA that's eight seven to seven, the number four
- 30:44Speaker 2: Gold IRA or online Augusta Precious Metals dot Com. That's
- 30:48Speaker 2: Augusta Precious Metals dot Com center. I want to move
- 30:54Speaker 2: to something else that was shocking this week, and that
- 30:57Speaker 2: was an issue of our Second Amendment. The new Mexico
- 31:01Speaker 2: governor has decided that it's her duty to strip away
- 31:04Speaker 2: the Second Amendment rights of everyone in her state. And
- 31:08Speaker 2: she did it because she says crime's out of control,
- 31:11Speaker 2: and she says, look, I don't really care about the
- 31:13Speaker 2: consequence of this. I'm just gonna do it anyway because
- 31:16Speaker 2: I'm the governor and I'm gonna go rogue. Now, there's
- 31:19Speaker 2: some conservatives that are upset about this because they're like, man,
- 31:22Speaker 2: I kind of wish Republicans would act the same way
- 31:24Speaker 2: when there's a problem, instead of waiting on the federal
- 31:26Speaker 2: government to say, I don't care what the rules say,
- 31:29Speaker 2: let's just be proactive and let the courts figure it out.
- 31:32Speaker 3: Afterwards.
- 31:33Speaker 2: I want to talk about that in a moment, but
- 31:35Speaker 2: I want to just go back to your initial reaction
- 31:37Speaker 2: of seeing a governor sit there and tell her state,
- 31:41Speaker 2: you don't have your Second Amendment rights under me, and
- 31:43Speaker 2: I'm gonna do this, and there's nothing you can say
- 31:45Speaker 2: to stop me. You can't do your permits, you can't
- 31:47Speaker 2: get your permits, and basically I'm a dictator of the
- 31:50Speaker 2: state until I get what i want.
- 31:52Speaker 4: Look, unfortunately, this is the consequence today if you elect Democrats,
- 31:56Speaker 4: they will come after your constitutional rights. It's who they are.
- 32:00Speaker 4: They are the party of government power. If you vote
- 32:04Speaker 4: for Democrats, you want the government to have power over you.
- 32:07Speaker 4: You want the government to have power over your free speech.
- 32:10Speaker 4: You want the government to have power over your religious
- 32:12Speaker 4: belief and you want the government to have power to
- 32:15Speaker 4: disarm you and to ignore the Constitution. The one unifying
- 32:19Speaker 4: factor of Democrats today is they are, I believe, a
- 32:23Speaker 4: totalitarian party. They believe they are status, they believe in
- 32:28Speaker 4: government control. And you look at what the governor of New
- 32:31Speaker 4: Mexico has done here. It is utterly, blatantly, brazenly, unapologetically lawless.
- 32:38Speaker 4: It is actually the two stories we're discussing this podcast
- 32:41Speaker 4: are interrelated. Joe Biden on the southern border, has decided
- 32:46Speaker 4: he's just going to ignore federal law. We've actually never
- 32:49Speaker 4: had that happen in our nation's history more than two centuries. Look,
- 32:53Speaker 4: Barack Obama, I was not a fan of Barack Obama.
- 32:55Speaker 4: I disagreed with a lot of things Barack Obama did
- 32:58Speaker 4: as president. Thing is on immigration, by and large, he
- 33:04Speaker 4: followed the law. Other than DACA, with the rest of immigration,
- 33:09Speaker 4: he followed the law. Joe Biden came in and did
- 33:12Speaker 4: something that no president has ever done. He simply said,
- 33:15Speaker 4: I don't give a damn what the law says. We're
- 33:18Speaker 4: not going to follow it.
- 33:19Speaker 2: Whatever Trump did, undo it. And if that means the border,
- 33:22Speaker 2: let's do it.
- 33:23Speaker 4: It is flagrant defiance of the law. And what the
- 33:27Speaker 4: New Mexico governor is doing is the same thing, which
- 33:30Speaker 4: is let's semin the son king, I am the state.
- 33:34Speaker 4: That is what will give a listen to it to
- 33:36Speaker 4: how she explains to the people in New Mexico.
- 33:39Speaker 9: Now, I am sure as I go through the rest
- 33:41Speaker 9: of this, there can be a lot of questions about
- 33:43Speaker 9: whether or not we think we have the.
- 33:45Speaker 6: Legal rights to do that.
- 33:47Speaker 9: I am sure that before you write this, there will
- 33:50Speaker 9: be a legal challenge, and I can't tell you that
- 33:54Speaker 9: we win it.
- 33:54Speaker 6: Given all of the different.
- 33:59Speaker 9: Challenges to gun violence laws and restrictions on individual fire,
- 34:05Speaker 9: on access and control in that regard, I think it's
- 34:08Speaker 9: time to talk about the absoluteness.
- 34:11Speaker 6: Of the discussion on the current court actions.
- 34:15Speaker 9: That suggest that the Second Amendment is an absolute right
- 34:18Speaker 9: and none of the others are.
- 34:20Speaker 6: And I'm sure you're going to ask me what I
- 34:21Speaker 6: think my chances are.
- 34:22Speaker 9: And again, if it opens up the door to the
- 34:26Speaker 9: kinds of public safety to keep kids safe, I'm willing.
- 34:30Speaker 6: I'm willing to take it on.
- 34:32Speaker 2: Now, can I say this to put it in perspective
- 34:33Speaker 2: so people understand how quickly this happened. She had this
- 34:36Speaker 2: press conference of term the seventh, okay, the executive order
- 34:39Speaker 2: banning concealed carry for self defense, and cities like Albuquerque
- 34:43Speaker 2: went in guess what on the eighth, There was no
- 34:46Speaker 2: time to react for the people there.
- 34:48Speaker 3: Her order.
- 34:49Speaker 2: She said, I know you're going to be upset about this,
- 34:50Speaker 2: but it's going to take effect tomorrow morning or technically midnight,
- 34:54Speaker 2: and last for quote thirty days, after which she made
- 34:57Speaker 2: clear she will revisit the issue and may pose an
- 35:00Speaker 2: extended ban, which I'm sure she will. And this governor's
- 35:04Speaker 2: order she and these are from the governor's office. Okay,
- 35:07Speaker 2: So they basical said, we're going to suspend your constitution
- 35:09Speaker 2: and your constitutional rights, and we're gonna ban open and
- 35:14Speaker 2: conceal carry even for license concealed carriers. So you've lost
- 35:18Speaker 2: your right even if you have your license to carry
- 35:19Speaker 2: that gun. So if if you're caught with that gun
- 35:22Speaker 2: apparently you're gonna go to jail now, even if you
- 35:24Speaker 2: have a concealed carry permit to have it already to credit.
- 35:27Speaker 2: And she says, well, we're doing this to get rid
- 35:30Speaker 2: of the gun violence, and so therefore it's worth it.
- 35:32Speaker 2: So I'm suspending the constitution, I'm suspending all your rights.
- 35:35Speaker 2: And if you're caught with that gun that you have legally,
- 35:38Speaker 2: that you've gotten the permit legally, you're we're still going
- 35:40Speaker 2: to lock you up.
- 35:41Speaker 4: Well, her order is directed specifically to the county that
- 35:44Speaker 4: Albuquerque is in, and yep, to that big city. And look,
- 35:47Speaker 4: Albuquerque votes Democrat, and so there is a lesson if
- 35:50Speaker 4: you vote Democrat. This is what the Jack Buddha thugs.
- 35:54Speaker 4: Do they come for your constitutional rights? That's what she's doing.
- 35:59Speaker 3: You know.
- 36:00Speaker 4: She is purporting to say that any person in New
- 36:03Speaker 4: Mexico and Albuquerque who carries a firearm, either concealed carries
- 36:07Speaker 4: it or open carries it, will be arrested, will be
- 36:10Speaker 4: put in jail. And mind you, the New Mexico legislature
- 36:13Speaker 4: has passed a concealed carry licensing scheme, So there are
- 36:17Speaker 4: people who have gone and gotten licenses, and the state
- 36:20Speaker 4: has granted formal legal authority to conceal carry. And she says,
- 36:23Speaker 4: I don't care. I don't care what New Mexico law is.
- 36:26Speaker 4: I'm like Joe Biden. Joe Biden ignores federal law. Well,
- 36:29Speaker 4: I ignore New Mexico law. So new Mexico law says
- 36:31Speaker 4: if you have a concealed carry, you're allowed to conceal carry. Nope,
- 36:34Speaker 4: I don't care. I'm a Democrat. Laws, laws don't bind me.
- 36:37Speaker 4: But look beyond New Mexico law. The Second Amendment to
- 36:42Speaker 4: the Constitution says the right to keep in bear arms
- 36:45Speaker 4: shall not be infringed, shall not be infringed. What she
- 36:53Speaker 4: is saying is, you have no right to keep in
- 36:54Speaker 4: bear arms. You cannot bear arms, what is burying arms.
- 36:58Speaker 4: What the Supreme Court has said is the right of
- 37:01Speaker 4: the people, and that's actually the phrase in the Second Amendment,
- 37:03Speaker 4: the right of the people to keep it a bear arm.
- 37:05Speaker 4: The right of the people is a term of art
- 37:07Speaker 4: that the framers of the Constitution used to refer to
- 37:10Speaker 4: an individual right to keep and bear keeping bearer two
- 37:14Speaker 4: different things, keeping keeping arms or keeping arms in say,
- 37:18Speaker 4: your home keeping arms, saying your automobile that is keeping arms.
- 37:22Speaker 4: Bearing arms is to carry them, to carry them for
- 37:25Speaker 4: self defense. What she is saying is in New Mexico,
- 37:29Speaker 4: you no longer have a right to bear arms. Doesn't
- 37:31Speaker 4: matter you if you're a single mom, you're in Albuquerque,
- 37:35Speaker 4: you're going home late at night, you're worried about being mugged,
- 37:37Speaker 4: you're worried about the criminals that are rising because Democrats
- 37:41Speaker 4: are in power. Well, you don't have the right to
- 37:43Speaker 4: defend yourselves. What she's doing is laughing, laughably illegal. It's interesting,
- 37:49Speaker 4: she says, well, some are gonna ask is this legal?
- 37:52Speaker 4: And she kind of shrugs and giggles. It's sort of
- 37:55Speaker 4: like like the goofy, Well, what do I care? What's
- 37:59Speaker 4: that constitution thing? That is the Democratic Party. Look that
- 38:03Speaker 4: that shrug and giggle captures today's Democrat party. And mind
- 38:10Speaker 4: you what she's doing. She says, she's focused on crime.
- 38:14Speaker 4: You know, interesting enough, she's going after people who concealed carrie.
- 38:17Speaker 4: She doesn't point out a single crime that's happened in
- 38:19Speaker 4: the state of New Mexico that was carried out by
- 38:21Speaker 4: someone with a concealed carry permit.
- 38:23Speaker 3: And if there was that, she probably would have used
- 38:25Speaker 3: that to her advantage.
- 38:26Speaker 2: And that was a question a local reporter asked, like,
- 38:28Speaker 2: how many of these murders that you're freaking out about
- 38:30Speaker 2: in Albuquerque were done or committed by people that had
- 38:33Speaker 2: to conceal carry permit.
- 38:34Speaker 3: They don't answer the question because they can't answer the
- 38:36Speaker 3: quy question.
- 38:37Speaker 4: Look, look, it's not about that. And by the way,
- 38:39Speaker 4: they ought to freak out about the murders. Yeah, but
- 38:41Speaker 4: you know what you do when you freak out about
- 38:43Speaker 4: the murders, you go lock up the murderers. These numb skulls.
- 38:46Speaker 4: She's not willing to lock up the real criminals. She's
- 38:49Speaker 4: not willing to lock up the people who commit murder.
- 38:51Speaker 4: She's not willing to lock up the carjacker. She's not
- 38:53Speaker 4: willing to lock up the criminals. No, what she wants
- 38:57Speaker 4: to do is disarm you disarm everyone else who's law abiding,
- 39:01Speaker 4: which will cause more murders, which will cause more home invasions,
- 39:06Speaker 4: which will cause more carjackings. And this is partisan ideology,
- 39:13Speaker 4: utterly in disregard to the Constitution of the Bill of Rights,
- 39:17Speaker 4: to individual liberty and to reason or facts are evidence.
- 39:20Speaker 2: Well, and look at what she also had to say
- 39:21Speaker 2: that people when she was the doubt that's coming in
- 39:23Speaker 2: the room. I mean, there's people sitting next to her
- 39:25Speaker 2: in law enforcement. They look like they're in a hostage video.
- 39:27Speaker 2: Take a look.
- 39:28Speaker 9: If there's an emergency, and I've declared an emergency for
- 39:32Speaker 9: a temporary amount of time, I can invoke additional powers.
- 39:37Speaker 9: No constitutional right, in my view, including my oath, is
- 39:42Speaker 9: intended to be absolute. There are restrictions on free speech,
- 39:45Speaker 9: there are restrictions on my freedoms in this emergency. This
- 39:50Speaker 9: eleven year old and all these parents who have lost
- 39:53Speaker 9: all these children, they deserve my attention to have the
- 39:57Speaker 9: debate about whether or not in an emergency we can
- 40:02Speaker 9: create a safer environment, because what about their constitutional rights.
- 40:06Speaker 9: I took an oath to uphold those two And if
- 40:09Speaker 9: we ignore this growing problem. Without being bold, I've said
- 40:14Speaker 9: to every other New Mexican your rights are subrogated to theirs,
- 40:19Speaker 9: and they are not in my view.
- 40:21Speaker 2: What about the mother who has a restraining order against
- 40:24Speaker 2: an abusive X who's carrying a firearm?
- 40:26Speaker 3: What about the rights of that person?
- 40:28Speaker 4: If you're a single mom, you have no right to
- 40:29Speaker 4: defend yourself in New Mexico, according to this governor. I
- 40:33Speaker 4: will say so this podcast, we do it three days
- 40:36Speaker 4: a week, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. It's always audio. Most
- 40:40Speaker 4: of our listeners are on audio, typically one day a week.
- 40:43Speaker 4: We do it video as well. This is one of
- 40:45Speaker 4: the video episodes, So if you happen to be listening
- 40:47Speaker 4: on audio, you can also watch this episode on YouTube,
- 40:52Speaker 4: and watch about a third of our episodes on YouTube.
- 40:54Speaker 4: And I would say, if you get a chance, go
- 40:57Speaker 4: pull this up on YouTube and watch the clip we
- 41:00Speaker 4: just played. You heard it, but but what you didn't
- 41:05Speaker 4: see if you weren't watching YouTube, is the two gentlemen
- 41:08Speaker 4: sitting on both sides of the governor, and I don't
- 41:09Speaker 4: know who they are. One is wearing a police uniform,
- 41:12Speaker 4: the other the other certainly looks like law enforcement. I
- 41:16Speaker 4: don't know that I've ever seen two men more unhappy
- 41:18Speaker 4: to be sitting at a table. They look miserable, They
- 41:21Speaker 4: look like they want to puke on the table. As
- 41:24Speaker 4: she's saying, I've declared an emergency. And during this emergency,
- 41:29Speaker 4: the people of New Mexico no longer have constitutional rights.
- 41:32Speaker 2: Isn't that what dictators do in tyrants in third world countries?
- 41:35Speaker 4: Emergency is always the excuse to strip your rights. And
- 41:40Speaker 4: by the way, we just went through the COVID pandemic,
- 41:42Speaker 4: where the emergency excuse was used to strip the rights
- 41:45Speaker 4: of millions of Americans in a blatant abuse of power.
- 41:50Speaker 4: And now suddenly it's an emergency. Guess what. By the way,
- 41:54Speaker 4: we're going to I promise you one hundred percent. I
- 41:56Speaker 4: will wager one thousand dollars right now, we will have
- 41:59Speaker 4: an emergency. See right before the election next year.
- 42:02Speaker 3: You mentioned that this week. I don't want any action
- 42:04Speaker 3: on that all because I know you're right, Because yeah.
- 42:06Speaker 1: It's so obvious, it's so transparent.
- 42:09Speaker 3: They don't bother to hide it, Yeah, they don't.
- 42:12Speaker 2: I want to play one more clip with the governor
- 42:14Speaker 2: before we do that, let me tell you about our
- 42:15Speaker 2: friends at chalk. If you're a guy and you deal

- 43:31Speaker 2: to see the one last clip of her where she's
- 43:33Speaker 2: trying to basically explain why it's okay for her to
- 43:36Speaker 2: be a dictator, Okay to be a tyrant, okay to
- 43:39Speaker 2: spend your constitutional rights.
- 43:40Speaker 3: Take a look.
- 43:41Speaker 9: I can make the point that they maybe they should be.
- 43:44Speaker 6: And this is the point.
- 43:46Speaker 9: I'm willing to do anything in everything within a shred
- 43:51Speaker 9: of evidence based effort.
- 43:53Speaker 4: So number one, she has no evidence. Yeah, she hasn't
- 43:56Speaker 4: cited any evidence. There is no evidence that disarming law
- 44:00Speaker 4: abiding citizens stops crime. Why because the evidence actually shows
- 44:04Speaker 4: the opposite that when you disarm law abiding citizen crimes
- 44:08Speaker 4: goes up. You want to stop crime, and I want
- 44:10Speaker 4: to stop crime. We know what stops crime. You go
- 44:14Speaker 4: after the criminals, You go after the felons, you go
- 44:17Speaker 4: after the fugitives, You go after and you lock them up,
- 44:20Speaker 4: you put them in jail.
- 44:21Speaker 3: You after the.
- 44:21Speaker 1: Murderers, you go after the carjackers. She's not willing to
- 44:24Speaker 1: do that.
- 44:24Speaker 4: No, the Democrats are not willing to do that, and
- 44:27Speaker 4: so if she wants to focus on evidence. And by
- 44:29Speaker 4: the way, a phrase she uses a lot, she says,
- 44:32Speaker 4: no right is absolute, No right is absolute. Now number one,
- 44:37Speaker 4: nobody is arguing the Second Amendment right is absolute. For example,
- 44:41Speaker 4: everyone agrees that we have laws in this country that
- 44:45Speaker 4: say felons cannot possess a firearm. You can forfeit your
- 44:47Speaker 4: Second Amendment rights. If you're a criminal, you could forfeit them. Now,
- 44:51Speaker 4: mind you, the governor, along with Joe Biden, they don't
- 44:55Speaker 4: like to enforce those laws. So Hunter Biden, it was
- 44:58Speaker 4: illegal for Hunter Biden as a firearm he did. He
- 45:02Speaker 4: lied on the form to buy it. He's a crackhead.
- 45:05Speaker 4: It is illegal for crackheads to possess firearms. See, the
- 45:08Speaker 4: right's not absolute. You can forfeit it. But the Joe
- 45:12Speaker 4: Biden Justice Department, they don't want to prosecute him for him,
- 45:14Speaker 4: they wanted to give him a slap on the wrists.
- 45:16Speaker 3: Serve no.
- 45:17Speaker 4: Initially they want him not even to have to plead
- 45:19Speaker 4: guilty to it. But when it comes to when she
- 45:21Speaker 4: says no right is absolute, what she means is you
- 45:24Speaker 4: have absolutely no rights. Yeah, because look what her edict
- 45:28Speaker 4: is saying it's not absolute.
- 45:30Speaker 1: All right.
- 45:30Speaker 4: I'll give you an example. If she said you can't
- 45:33Speaker 4: walk through downtown firing your gun in the air, that
- 45:36Speaker 4: would be actually a reasonable rule. If you fire your
- 45:39Speaker 4: gun in the air walking through that downtown, they ought
- 45:41Speaker 4: to arrest you because you could hurt someone doing that.
- 45:44Speaker 4: But what she is saying is you have a zero
- 45:48Speaker 4: right to keep in bare arms in Albuquerque. You are
- 45:52Speaker 4: not allowed to defend yourself. And so Ben, if you
- 45:55Speaker 4: happen to be driving through the streets of Albuquerque and
- 45:57Speaker 4: some criminal tries to car jack you at a red light,
- 46:01Speaker 4: you just better give them your car because you're not
- 46:04Speaker 4: allowed to defend yourself. That is it blatantly illegal. And
- 46:08Speaker 4: I want to actually put up this tweet.
- 46:11Speaker 1: All right.
- 46:11Speaker 4: This is a tweet from tedlu the hard left wing
- 46:16Speaker 4: Democrat congressman from California. Here's the tweet quote. I support
- 46:21Speaker 4: gun safety laws. However, this order from the governor of
- 46:24Speaker 4: New Mexico violates the US Constitution. No state the Union
- 46:29Speaker 4: can suspend the federal Constitution. There is no such thing
- 46:32Speaker 4: as a state public health emergency exception to the US Constitution.
- 46:37Speaker 4: And I'm going to say something shocking. Bravo actually retweeted
- 46:44Speaker 4: Ted Lou and I said, I'm going to say something
- 46:46Speaker 4: I've never said before.
- 46:47Speaker 1: Tedlu is right.
- 46:48Speaker 4: Yeah, Bravo, thank you for being willing to speak up.
- 46:55Speaker 4: And this may well be a sign of the apocalypse.
- 46:59Speaker 4: This is kats and living together. Yeah, this is ted
- 47:03Speaker 4: lu being right. But Democrats have gotten so lawless now
- 47:08Speaker 4: that it is completely in defense.
- 47:11Speaker 3: Don't forget.
