- 0:01Speaker 1: Welcome.
- 0:01Speaker 2: It is Verdict with Center, Ted Cruz Ben Ferguson with you.
- 0:04Speaker 1: And this show that.
- 0:06Speaker 2: We are going to do tonight is one that I
- 0:08Speaker 2: hope you will really pay attention to and help us
- 0:13Speaker 2: explain to the rest of the world what is about
- 0:16Speaker 2: to happen. And it deals with nine to eleven in
- 0:19Speaker 2: a shock that came out and it was just a
- 0:24Speaker 2: Pentagon email or a letter that went to the families
- 0:28Speaker 2: from nine to eleven who lost loved ones during that attack,
- 0:31Speaker 2: and the suspected mastermind of nine to eleven attacks, as
- 0:34Speaker 2: well as four other defendants. Apparently they could all escape
- 0:39Speaker 2: the death penalty under a quote new plea deal where
- 0:42Speaker 2: they would plead guilty and then it would save their
- 0:45Speaker 2: lives literally. Now there are a lot of people that
- 0:49Speaker 2: have direct connection nine to eleven that are beyond furious
- 0:53Speaker 2: over this. Khalid Sheik Mohammad is the mastermind behind nine
- 0:56Speaker 2: to eleven. He was the CEO of this nine to
- 0:59Speaker 2: eleven at attack. He was the one that came up
- 1:01Speaker 2: with it with Osama bin Laden. He had in his
- 1:05Speaker 2: writings before we caught him and had said publicly that
- 1:07Speaker 2: his goal was to kill as many Americans as possible.
- 1:10Speaker 2: And he wanted to have mass casualties not just on
- 1:14Speaker 2: nine to eleven, but after nine to eleven. He also
- 1:17Speaker 2: was planning other attacks as well. That suspected mastermind now
- 1:21Speaker 2: would be in essence given a deal.
- 1:22Speaker 1: Now Centater.
- 1:23Speaker 2: The I think the pullback that the curtain here you
- 1:25Speaker 2: and I talked about this is the fact that this
- 1:28Speaker 2: seems to be the Department of the Pentagon and the
- 1:32Speaker 2: Biden administration saying no one wants these people. They're two dangerous.
- 1:36Speaker 2: He's five men, including the mastermind of nine to eleven.
- 1:40Speaker 2: So we want to close down GITMO. And the way
- 1:44Speaker 2: we could close it down is giving these five defendants
- 1:47Speaker 2: a plea deal so we can wrap up Guantanamobay and say, look,
- 1:51Speaker 2: we close this thing down, aren't we great people? That
- 1:56Speaker 2: is the most I think disgusting part of this deal
- 1:59Speaker 2: is it's yes for a political purpose for them.
- 2:03Speaker 3: This story is absolutely outrageous, and I think everyone hearing
- 2:08Speaker 3: it should be shocked and should be furious. On September eleventh,
- 2:14Speaker 3: deranged radical Islamic terrorists carried out the worst terrorist attack
- 2:21Speaker 3: in the history of the United States of America. They
- 2:24Speaker 3: murdered two thousand, nine hundred and seventy seven innocent people.
- 2:31Speaker 3: It was horrific. It was an act of war. It
- 2:35Speaker 3: was an active war that was planned and executed to
- 2:43Speaker 3: attempt to cripple the United States. Every one of us
- 2:48Speaker 3: who was alive and an adult at the time remembers
- 2:53Speaker 3: where they were on September eleventh, remembers where they were
- 2:57Speaker 3: when they saw the image of the first plane hit
- 3:00Speaker 3: the first tower in New York City, and then the
- 3:03Speaker 3: second planes hitting the second tower in New York City.
- 3:08Speaker 3: You remember where you were when the plane flew into
- 3:10Speaker 3: the Pentagon, and you remember where they were when the
- 3:14Speaker 3: brave heroes took the plane down over that hallowed field
- 3:20Speaker 3: in Pennsylvania. Yesterday, the Biden administration sent letters to the
- 3:29Speaker 3: families of the victims of the nearly three thousand people
- 3:33Speaker 3: murdered that day, saying, by the way, the guy who
- 3:36Speaker 3: planned it, the guy who was the mastermind behind it,
- 3:39Speaker 3: the guy who plotted it, Khalid Shaik Muhammad, and four
- 3:43Speaker 3: others who were active participants in the worst act of
- 3:47Speaker 3: terrorism in US history, We may not seek the death
- 3:50Speaker 3: penalty for them. If you don't seek the death penalty
- 3:55Speaker 3: for murdering nearly three thousand people in an act of war,
- 3:59Speaker 3: then what the hell do you seek the death penalty for.
- 4:03Speaker 3: It is outrageous and it's infuriating.
- 4:07Speaker 2: You look at these charges and I go to just
- 4:11Speaker 2: to remind people of Kleete Sheik Muhammad. This is an
- 4:14Speaker 2: individual that worked Tannahan with asamban Lad in al Qaeda.
- 4:18Speaker 2: He was the leader of al Qaida's propaganda operations, and
- 4:22Speaker 2: that was really recruitment.
- 4:24Speaker 1: He needed to recruit soldiers for jihad.
- 4:27Speaker 2: He was in charge and was incredibly successful at the
- 4:32Speaker 2: propaganda that brought people in especially in the Middle East,
- 4:35Speaker 2: from different countries into al Qaeda. He did that so
- 4:39Speaker 2: well from nineteen nine nine to two thousand and one
- 4:42Speaker 2: that some described him as the number one recruiter of
- 4:45Speaker 2: terrorists in the world. When we captured him. Just so
- 4:50Speaker 2: people remember in two thousand and three, there were several
- 4:54Speaker 2: countries that wanted him because they wanted to kill him.
- 4:57Speaker 2: And what we did is we wanted intel of him
- 5:00Speaker 2: because he knew about the entire operations and he could
- 5:02Speaker 2: lead us to Osama bin Laden. When we interrogated him
- 5:06Speaker 2: in March two thousand and seven, he finally confessed to
- 5:09Speaker 2: say to what we already knew. He was the mastermind
- 5:12Speaker 2: of the nine to eleven attacks, that Richard Reid shoe bombing,
- 5:16Speaker 2: attempt to blow up an airliner. He was also the
- 5:18Speaker 2: mastermind of that, the Bali nightclub bombing in Indonesia. He
- 5:23Speaker 2: was involved in that, the nineteen ninety three World Trade
- 5:26Speaker 2: Center bombings, the murder of Daniel Pearl, the Wall Street
- 5:30Speaker 2: Journal reporter, and various other foiled attacks, as well as
- 5:35Speaker 2: numerous other crimes he was involved with. It wasn't just
- 5:40Speaker 2: nine to eleven, and that's why clearly he deserves a
- 5:44Speaker 2: death penalty. What he was charged was with first degree
- 5:47Speaker 2: murder two nine hundred and seventy seven counts for everyone
- 5:51Speaker 2: that died on nine to eleven attacking civilians. He was
- 5:55Speaker 2: charged without attacking civilian objects, intentionally causing suin serious bodily injury,
- 6:01Speaker 2: murder in the violation of law of war, destruction of
- 6:05Speaker 2: property and violation of law war, hijacking or hazarding a
- 6:09Speaker 2: vessel or aircraft. Then he was charged with multiple counts
- 6:12Speaker 2: of terrorism, and then all of the other things I
- 6:15Speaker 2: just listed. Why would anyone at the Pentagon unless it's
- 6:20Speaker 2: political pressure from this White House, Because the White House,
- 6:22Speaker 2: to be clear, center could stop this right they could
- 6:25Speaker 2: step in here and say no, you're not going to
- 6:27Speaker 2: do this right, You're not going to let this guy
- 6:29Speaker 2: live and let him plead guilty.
- 6:31Speaker 1: So I think it's two things. One.
- 6:33Speaker 3: I think when it comes to criminal law, this administration
- 6:39Speaker 3: is populated by left wing ideologues. And in the entire
- 6:46Speaker 3: time Joe Biden has been president, the Department of Justice
- 6:50Speaker 3: has not authorized a single new death penalty prosecution. Under
- 6:55Speaker 3: Merrick Garland, they've halted death penalty prosecutions. And in fact,
- 7:01Speaker 3: Joe Biden campaigned on ending the federal death penalty. His
- 7:06Speaker 3: criminal justice platform included a pledge laid out on his
- 7:09Speaker 3: campaign website that said, quote to work to pass legislation
- 7:13Speaker 3: to eliminate the death penalty at the federal level and
- 7:16Speaker 3: incentivized states to follow the federal government's example. And he
- 7:20Speaker 3: said those convicted of the most egregious federal crimes quote
- 7:23Speaker 3: should serve should instead serve life sentences without probation or.
- 7:29Speaker 1: Parole.
- 7:30Speaker 3: And since Merrick Garland took office, he has not sought
- 7:35Speaker 3: the death penalty. And by the way, that includes the
- 7:40Speaker 3: deranged murderer in al Paso that went into the walmart
- 7:44Speaker 3: seeking to murder Hispanics on a blatant racist hate crime,
- 7:50Speaker 3: and the Biden Department of Justice did not seek the
- 7:53Speaker 3: death penalty there. Instead, he was sentenced to ninety life sentences.
- 7:57Speaker 3: He might be executed by the State of Texas, and
- 7:59Speaker 3: in fact, I have every confidence that the State of
- 8:01Speaker 3: Texas is going to prosecute that monster and carry out
- 8:07Speaker 3: capital punishment autumn. But the Feds, the Feds, you commit
- 8:10Speaker 3: a horrible racist hate crime and mass murder, the Biden
- 8:15Speaker 3: DOJ they won't consider the death penalty. And when you're
- 8:20Speaker 3: talking about terrorism, it is this is the worst act
- 8:26Speaker 3: of terrorism in US history, and yet these left wing
- 8:31Speaker 3: ideologues they don't want to hold the mastermind of murdering
- 8:36Speaker 3: nearly three thousand Americans accountable. It is so profoundly disrespectful,
- 8:44Speaker 3: not just to the families of the victims, not just
- 8:46Speaker 3: to the Americans who were murdered that day, but to
- 8:48Speaker 3: everyone in this country. This was an act of war
- 8:51Speaker 3: against America, and these bastards don't give a damn.
- 8:57Speaker 2: The other part that I think is so shocking about this, Senators,
- 9:00Speaker 2: the fact that you have a man like Khalie Chik Mohammad.
- 9:04Speaker 2: We know for a fact he traveled the Philippines back
- 9:06Speaker 2: in nineteen ninety four. We were trying to, by the way,
- 9:09Speaker 2: get him. After this, the United States government was he
- 9:12Speaker 2: worked with his nephew, another terrorist that you'll know his name,
- 9:15Speaker 2: Romsey Yusuf, on a massive plot to destroy twelve commercial
- 9:21Speaker 2: airliners flying routes between the United States of America, East Asia,
- 9:24Speaker 2: and Southeast Asia. The nine to eleven Commissary report says
- 9:28Speaker 2: this marked the first time that KSM that's what he's
- 9:31Speaker 2: known as Cleeechek Mohammad took part in the actual planning
- 9:33Speaker 2: of a terrorist operation.
- 9:35Speaker 1: This was back in nineteen ninety four.
- 9:39Speaker 2: The United States nine to eleven Commission also said, by
- 9:42Speaker 2: his own accounts, Khalid Sheik Muhammad his animus towards the
- 9:47Speaker 2: United States stemmed not from his experiences because he was smart,
- 9:50Speaker 2: he came to the US as a student, but rather,
- 9:52Speaker 2: they said his violent disagreement with US foreign policy favoring Israel.
- 9:59Speaker 2: So this this is a man that wanted Israel to burn.
- 10:03Speaker 2: This is a man that started being a terrorist in
- 10:05Speaker 2: nineteen ninety four, And this is a man who America
- 10:08Speaker 2: had been trying to track down in at least by
- 10:12Speaker 2: ninety five and ninety six. In fact, Muhammed returned to
- 10:15Speaker 2: Afghanistan to avoid captured by US authorities in his fight
- 10:20Speaker 2: for his flight from Katar because he was told or
- 10:23Speaker 2: tipped off that America was coming to get him.
- 10:25Speaker 1: That was in the nineteen nineties.
- 10:28Speaker 3: So he wanted Israel to burn. He succeeded in causing
- 10:33Speaker 3: America to burn in New York City and Washington, d c.
- 10:38Speaker 3: And Pennsylvania, murdering nearly three thousand Americans. And I mentioned
- 10:43Speaker 3: it was a couple of things. One, it is the
- 10:45Speaker 3: radical ideologues in the Biden administration who won't seek the
- 10:48Speaker 3: death penalty for anybody. But two, this Biden White House
- 10:54Speaker 3: and this president consistently systematically puts partisan political objectives above
- 11:02Speaker 3: justice and above protecting US national security. It is ironic
- 11:07Speaker 3: that we find this news out within a week of
- 11:12Speaker 3: the two year anniversary of Joe Biden surrendering the Taliban,
- 11:17Speaker 3: abandoning Afghanistan, abandoning Kabble, leaving Americans behind to die, abandoning
- 11:25Speaker 3: thirteen servicemen and women who were murdered in Kabble, And
- 11:29Speaker 3: we discussed on this podcast. We played the testimony of
- 11:33Speaker 3: a heroic marine who explained that they had the intelligence
- 11:37Speaker 3: about the bomber, and the higher ups would not allow
- 11:41Speaker 3: them to take him out before he murdered thirteen servicemen
- 11:44Speaker 3: and women. Why because this White House values politics above
- 11:49Speaker 3: national security? Now, why did they have such a disastrous
- 11:53Speaker 3: withdrawal from Afghanistan? Because the President wanted to have an
- 11:57Speaker 3: announcement on nine to eleven, on the anniversary of nine
- 12:00Speaker 3: to eleven, we are out of Afghanistan.
- 12:02Speaker 1: That was a political objective.
- 12:04Speaker 3: And the fact that it would cause people to die,
- 12:06Speaker 3: The fact that it would abandon people who had risk
- 12:09Speaker 3: their lives to save us, the fact that it would
- 12:11Speaker 3: empower terrorists to want to murder us, none of that matter.
- 12:16Speaker 3: The fact that it would result in chaos and catastrophe.
- 12:19Speaker 3: And remember those images of the people grasping the wheels
- 12:23Speaker 3: of planes as they were taking off as Biden cut
- 12:27Speaker 3: and run for them. Politics was more important. You alluded
- 12:31Speaker 3: when you open this podcast to a major reason why
- 12:35Speaker 3: they're doing this, which is Joe Biden wants to announce
- 12:39Speaker 3: we have closed Guantanamo. Why because that's a partisan political
- 12:43Speaker 3: objective they want that. They want to dance around and
- 12:47Speaker 3: trumpet that fact with a left wing activist who never
- 12:49Speaker 3: liked that GITMO was there in the first place. They
- 12:51Speaker 3: never liked that we were fighting against the terrorists, and
- 12:53Speaker 3: they want to say we closed GETMO. Now the problem
- 12:56Speaker 3: is you have terrorists there and colleide Shake Muhammad. There
- 13:00Speaker 3: are four others in this group, but but but ksm
- 13:03Speaker 3: Is is by far the worst of them. He's the
- 13:07Speaker 3: principal person other than Osama bin Laden, who was behind
- 13:11Speaker 3: the September eleventh attack. They can't close Guantanamo because they
- 13:16Speaker 3: can't move them to the United States and put them
- 13:18Speaker 3: in a US present prison unless they reach some outcome.
- 13:23Speaker 3: That's why they want a plea deal so they could
- 13:25Speaker 3: get their political victory of closing GITBO and and do
- 13:30Speaker 3: so at the expense of US national security. And let's
- 13:33Speaker 3: be clear, if they cut a plea deal with this terrorist,
- 13:38Speaker 3: that will only encourage subsequent terrorists. Mind you, this is
- 13:42Speaker 3: right on the wake of Joe Biden sending six billion
- 13:45Speaker 3: dollars to Iran. The Ayahtola in Iran is the leading
- 13:49Speaker 3: state sponsor of terrorism on Earth, paying enormous sums of
- 13:55Speaker 3: money to murder Israelis and to murder Americans.
- 13:58Speaker 2: Iran, to remind people, ran killed more American soldiers dismembered
- 14:03Speaker 2: more American soldiers without firing a shot, because they were
- 14:06Speaker 2: the ones supplying the roadside bombs and the advanced bombs
- 14:10Speaker 2: to the terrorists, whether they were the insurgents or ISIS,
- 14:14Speaker 2: al Qaeda, etc. And they were funneling them and giving
- 14:18Speaker 2: them safe haven, and we just sent them billions of
- 14:21Speaker 2: dollars to then fund more terrorism.
- 14:23Speaker 3: Six billion dollars for five hostages, American hostages released, So
- 14:29Speaker 3: now they've set the price of an American hostage at
- 14:31Speaker 3: over a billion dollars apiece. The result of that, they've
- 14:36Speaker 3: increased the risk that more Americans are going to be
- 14:39Speaker 3: taken hostage. They've told every tyrant, every bad guy, every
- 14:44Speaker 3: rogue regime, you go grab an American, and the idiots
- 14:48Speaker 3: in the Biden administration will cut you a billion dollar check.
- 14:51Speaker 3: And it is a consistent pattern elevate partisan politics above
- 14:58Speaker 3: our national security and risk, even if it endangers the
- 15:02Speaker 3: lives of Americans.
- 15:04Speaker 2: I want to tell you about our friends at Patriot Mobile.
- 15:06Speaker 2: If you are a person like me, where you have
- 15:10Speaker 2: said I've had enough of giving my money to companies
- 15:12Speaker 2: that are going against my values and attacking my family values,
- 15:17Speaker 2: my Christian values, my principles. Then I want you to
- 15:21Speaker 2: make a switch. If you've got a cell phone. In
- 15:23Speaker 2: your cell phone with a big mobile, you may not
- 15:25Speaker 2: realize just where your money's going. Did you know a
- 15:27Speaker 2: lot of big mobile companies get big donations to plan parenthood.
- 15:31Speaker 2: Did you know they give big donations to hardcore leftist
- 15:34Speaker 2: organizations and candidates. Well, that's why I want you to
- 15:37Speaker 2: switch to Patriot Mobile now. For years, big mobile companies
- 15:41Speaker 2: have been dumping millions into these causes, and we had

- 16:26Speaker 2: dot com slash verdict that's Patriot Mobile dot com slash verdict.

- 16:41Speaker 2: code Verdict. You'll get free activation. Senator, I want to
- 16:45Speaker 2: go back to one other thing about Coleeechek Mohammad, just
- 16:47Speaker 2: so people understand what the many Americans I think we
- 16:51Speaker 2: forget or you may not even know this. If you
- 16:54Speaker 2: want to know how sadistic Kaleechek Mohammad was. And this
- 16:58Speaker 2: was an individual after nine to eleven, and my mentor
- 17:01Speaker 2: was John Ashcroft, the Attorney General. After nine to eleven,
- 17:03Speaker 2: I was in DC working in the Bush administration, and
- 17:06Speaker 2: I learned a ton of information about these people that
- 17:09Speaker 2: planned nine to eleven. I remember watching it. I was
- 17:11Speaker 2: in college at the time. And I also have become
- 17:14Speaker 2: friends with one of the guys that actually pulled Kalique
- 17:17Speaker 2: shake Mohammad in the capture and having those two perspectives,
- 17:21Speaker 2: the amount of reading I put into him but is
- 17:25Speaker 2: probably more than the other subject in the world and
- 17:27Speaker 2: how they planned nine to eleven because I wanted to
- 17:30Speaker 2: understand our enemy and why they hated us so much.
- 17:33Speaker 2: And Khaleage shake Mohammad not only did he help plan
- 17:37Speaker 2: other airliner attacks, but he actually worked to divide the
- 17:41Speaker 2: scheme where five men in a single day, and this
- 17:44Speaker 2: was back in the nineties, would board twelve flights, two
- 17:49Speaker 2: each to three of the men on each plane. They
- 17:52Speaker 2: would then put bombs on those planes and their plan
- 17:55Speaker 2: was to exit the planes, leaving timers to ignite those bombs.
- 17:59Speaker 2: They did a dry I run on this on Philippine
- 18:01Speaker 2: Airlines four point thirty four and they use an explosive
- 18:05Speaker 2: and it went off. Then they were planning on doing this,
- 18:08Speaker 2: but then they realized something with Asama bin Laden, this
- 18:11Speaker 2: statistic individual said no, no, that's not enough. We need
- 18:15Speaker 2: to hijack the planes with Jihadis who are willing to
- 18:19Speaker 2: blow themselves up right in the explosion, and not just
- 18:23Speaker 2: kill everybody in the plane, but hit targets to make
- 18:27Speaker 2: America be fearful of us and change the course of
- 18:30Speaker 2: the world. That's why they picked the Twin Towers, That's
- 18:33Speaker 2: why they picked the Pentagon, That's why that other plane
- 18:36Speaker 2: that crashed in that field apparently was headed towards the
- 18:39Speaker 2: White House, that was its intended target. From what we understand,
- 18:43Speaker 2: they understood that these planes with the right men, and
- 18:47Speaker 2: they found those men, and they trained those men, and
- 18:49Speaker 2: they took care of their families afterwards. All of this
- 18:52Speaker 2: was from Muhammed said no, no, it's not enough just
- 18:54Speaker 2: to blow a plane up. We have to hit American
- 18:57Speaker 2: targets that the American people will be come to their
- 19:00Speaker 2: knees when it happens, and we can change the course
- 19:04Speaker 2: of the future of the world.
- 19:07Speaker 1: That is the guy that now.
- 19:09Speaker 2: And imagine if you had a family member on any
- 19:11Speaker 2: one of these planes or that was killed in the
- 19:13Speaker 2: Twin Towers or at the Pentagon, et cetera, and all
- 19:16Speaker 2: these other tearis texts I mentioned earlier that he was
- 19:19Speaker 2: involved in. You get a letter in the mail that says,
- 19:22Speaker 2: we just want to wrap this up. How does anybody
- 19:25Speaker 2: have faith in America's government if we do this?
- 19:30Speaker 3: Look, Bennett, it is shocking. Now I want to do something.
- 19:34Speaker 3: A lot of the folks that listen to Verdict are young.
- 19:39Speaker 3: We have a lot of college kids who listen. We
- 19:41Speaker 3: have a lot of high school kids who listen. We
- 19:43Speaker 3: have a lot of young professionals who listen. We have
- 19:45Speaker 3: a lot of people who are regular listeners to Verdict
- 19:48Speaker 3: who were not alive on September eleventh, and so for them,
- 19:54Speaker 3: September eleventh is sort of like what Pearl Harbor is
- 19:57Speaker 3: to you and me. It is a a thing about
- 20:01Speaker 3: we know about in history. We know that it was
- 20:03Speaker 3: a horrific attack on America, but it's not something for
- 20:07Speaker 3: many of our listeners that is part of their lived experience.
- 20:11Speaker 3: And for both you and I, September eleventh is indelibly
- 20:16Speaker 3: marked in our minds. I was in Washington, d C.
- 20:20Speaker 3: On September eleventh. I remember it acutely. Where were you
- 20:25Speaker 3: to tell me where you were and how you experienced
- 20:28Speaker 3: September eleventh.
- 20:29Speaker 2: I was in my dorm room in Ole, miss and
- 20:31Speaker 2: I was sitting there studying for a big test, and
- 20:35Speaker 2: I was about to leave in my phone ring This
- 20:37Speaker 2: was almost like cell phones weren't really big yet. It
- 20:40Speaker 2: was I remember my dorm room phone ringing, and it
- 20:43Speaker 2: was a producer that I had worked with at Fox News.
- 20:47Speaker 2: Because I was commentating at the time. He said, turn
- 20:49Speaker 2: your TV right now and hung up on me, and
- 20:52Speaker 2: I remember turning the TV on Fox. It wasn't even
- 20:53Speaker 2: on yet, and then I went to NBC and I
- 20:56Speaker 2: remember watching as they thought that it was a small
- 20:59Speaker 2: plane that have hit the building.
- 21:01Speaker 1: And then I watched in real time live.
- 21:04Speaker 2: That second plane hit the second tower, and I remember
- 21:08Speaker 2: that whole day, the entire campus, it was like the
- 21:11Speaker 2: zombie apocalypse. No one knew what to do, no one
- 21:15Speaker 2: everybody was calling their mom and dad.
- 21:17Speaker 1: Everybody was parents.
- 21:19Speaker 2: I remember showing up an hour later taking kids away
- 21:22Speaker 2: from the campus because they were so afraid that this
- 21:24Speaker 2: could happen on college campuses. There were rumors going around
- 21:28Speaker 2: and I called my dad, who was in law enforcement.
- 21:31Speaker 2: I was like, what do I do? And he was like, hey,
- 21:32Speaker 2: I want you to get out of your dorm. I
- 21:34Speaker 2: remember him telling me that I want you to get
- 21:35Speaker 2: out of your dorm room. Go get in your car,
- 21:37Speaker 2: get out of the dorm room. And then we decided
- 21:40Speaker 2: that I was going to come to Memphis, and everyone
- 21:42Speaker 2: laughed because no one knew what was going to happen next.
- 21:45Speaker 2: And then I remember, you know, you hear that a
- 21:48Speaker 2: bomb had gone off. There was a reporter bomb went
- 21:51Speaker 2: off by the White House. And then I remember watching
- 21:54Speaker 2: those journalists live feeds where they're running down the street
- 21:57Speaker 2: and that they called it the trail of the heels
- 22:00Speaker 2: because everybody was kicking their shoes off, running for their lives.
- 22:04Speaker 2: And then the Pentagon got hit and then we heard
- 22:05Speaker 2: there was multiple other planes. It was the scariest day
- 22:08Speaker 2: of my life from a you felt like nowhere was
- 22:12Speaker 2: safe in that moment. And that's exactly what these hijackers
- 22:16Speaker 2: had planned. It was their entire the decision making in
- 22:20Speaker 2: Khalid shake Mohammad, who could get a deal. He's the
- 22:23Speaker 2: guy that picked the target. A lot of people thought
- 22:25Speaker 2: it was Asam bin Laden.
- 22:26Speaker 1: It was not.
- 22:27Speaker 2: Bin Lada had rejected some targets that were suggested by Mohammed,
- 22:31Speaker 2: for example, the US Bank Tower in Los Angeles. They
- 22:35Speaker 2: it was one of the targets. He said, no, no,
- 22:37Speaker 2: I want to simplify. That's too hard to fly there
- 22:40Speaker 2: quickly and you can't get there from takeoff, so he
- 22:42Speaker 2: said no to that one. But it was Khalid shak
- 22:45Speaker 2: Muhammad that came up with that list, and it was
- 22:48Speaker 2: Khalid shak muhammad Is that went out there and picked
- 22:52Speaker 2: every single nine to eleven hijacker. Osama bin Laden didn't
- 22:56Speaker 2: do any of that work. That was Muhammad who went
- 22:59Speaker 2: out there and proceeded to organize the plot, met with
- 23:02Speaker 2: the people, got them the training, taught them how to
- 23:05Speaker 2: fly the planes, got them the flight training in America.
- 23:08Speaker 2: And bin Laden, yes, he provided the financial support. But
- 23:12Speaker 2: this is the guy who's still alive and the people
- 23:15Speaker 2: that risked their lives again, and there were several times
- 23:17Speaker 2: that Americans died by the way on bad intel trying
- 23:20Speaker 2: to get Khali Chik Muhammad, and there are people that
- 23:23Speaker 2: gave the ultimate sacrifice just trying to capture him alive
- 23:26Speaker 2: because we didn't want to blow him up. We had chances,
- 23:28Speaker 2: from what I understand, to blow him up, and we
- 23:31Speaker 2: weren't able to do that.
- 23:32Speaker 1: We didn't want to do it.
- 23:33Speaker 2: We were told no, no, we want to capture him
- 23:35Speaker 2: because we thought he had more intel or as much
- 23:38Speaker 2: intail as Osama bin Laden, And that's why we took
- 23:40Speaker 2: him alive instead of trying to kill him.
- 23:44Speaker 1: So I remember that morning.
- 23:46Speaker 3: It was obviously September eleventh of two thousand and one,
- 23:51Speaker 3: and it was the beginning of the Bush administration, and
- 23:54Speaker 3: Heidi and I were newlyweds. We had gotten married in
- 23:57Speaker 3: May of two thousand and one. We were both working
- 24:00Speaker 3: in the Bush administration. The two of us had met
- 24:02Speaker 3: on the George W. Bush presidential campaign the year before.
- 24:07Speaker 3: Heidi was working in the White House. She was in
- 24:09Speaker 3: the US Trade Representative's Office, which is a part of
- 24:11Speaker 3: the White House complex. I was working at the Federal
- 24:14Speaker 3: Trade Commission. The first plane hit the First World Trade
- 24:21Speaker 3: Center tower at eight forty six am, and within a
- 24:26Speaker 3: minute or two Heidi was already at the office. She
- 24:29Speaker 3: called me at home and I was walking out the
- 24:31Speaker 3: front door. Our apartment was in northern Virginia. It was
- 24:35Speaker 3: less than a mile from the Pentagon. It was just
- 24:37Speaker 3: south of the Pentagon. And Heidi called me as I
- 24:40Speaker 3: was walking out the front door, and she said, stop
- 24:42Speaker 3: where you are, turn on the TV and watch what happened.
- 24:46Speaker 1: So I stopped.
- 24:47Speaker 3: I didn't leave the apartment, and I turned on the
- 24:48Speaker 3: TV and I saw a plane had hit one of.
- 24:52Speaker 1: The twin towers.
- 24:54Speaker 3: Now, when the first plane hit, nobody knew what it was,
- 24:58Speaker 3: and initially you couldn't tell that it was an airliner.
- 25:03Speaker 3: There was a lot of speculation that maybe it was
- 25:06Speaker 3: a cesta, it was a smaller plane, maybe some pilot
- 25:09Speaker 3: had gotten horrifically confused, maybe a pilot had had a
- 25:12Speaker 3: heart attack, that it could have been an accident. As
- 25:15Speaker 3: you were first watching it, people weren't sure what happened.
- 25:20Speaker 3: And then at nine oh three am, the second plane
- 25:26Speaker 3: flew into the second tower, and at that instant, everyone
- 25:31Speaker 3: watching it knew what it was. We knew that it
- 25:34Speaker 3: was terrorism. And the second plane they had on video
- 25:38Speaker 3: you could see that it was a full airliner that
- 25:44Speaker 3: crashed in. It was United Airlines Flight one seventy five
- 25:48Speaker 3: that crashed into the World Trade Center South Tower. The
- 25:52Speaker 3: North Tower had been hit by American Airlines Flight eleven,
- 25:56Speaker 3: and when it crashed, you knew you were watching hundreds
- 25:59Speaker 3: of people die. In an instant, everyone on that plane
- 26:03Speaker 3: was incinerated. Everyone in the towers where the airliner crashed
- 26:06Speaker 3: into was incinerated. Heidi was, as I said, at the
- 26:11Speaker 3: White House at the time. And when the first plane hit,
- 26:15Speaker 3: the Secret Service came through the halls of the White
- 26:18Speaker 3: House and they told everyone, stay where you are. We
- 26:20Speaker 3: don't know what's happened, but just stay where you are.
- 26:23Speaker 3: When the second plane hit, they realized, like everyone did,
- 26:27Speaker 3: that America was under attack, and the Secret Service agents
- 26:33Speaker 3: ran down the hallways, and they were yelling at people
- 26:38Speaker 3: get out, get out now. They said, run, do not walk. Run,
- 26:43Speaker 3: get out of the building, get out of here. So
- 26:47Speaker 3: Heidi got up and ran. Her car was parked at
- 26:52Speaker 3: a parking garage and she was not able to get
- 26:53Speaker 3: her car out because they were not letting anyone get
- 26:55Speaker 3: their cars out. So you were mentioning people walking walking
- 27:00Speaker 3: in bare feet. Well, one of those people was Heidi
- 27:03Speaker 3: Suzanne Cruz who walked across Memorial Bridge. She pulled off
- 27:08Speaker 3: her high heels and walked in bare feet from the
- 27:12Speaker 3: White House to Northern Virginia. And I'm watching this in
- 27:17Speaker 3: horror as it plays out, and the cell phone coverage
- 27:20Speaker 3: was terrible, so I was having a really hard time
- 27:22Speaker 3: getting in touch with Heidi because the towers were overloaded.
- 27:28Speaker 3: Then at nine thirty seven am, a third flight crashed
- 27:35Speaker 3: into the Pentagon. American Airlines Flight seventy seven crashed into
- 27:39Speaker 3: the Pentagon at nine thirty seven am. When that happened,
- 27:45Speaker 3: one of the news networks, I think it was ABC News,
- 27:48Speaker 3: reported that a plane had hit the White House because
- 27:51Speaker 3: from the angle of the cameras, it looked like there
- 27:54Speaker 3: was smoke coming up from the White House. You couldn't
- 27:56Speaker 3: quite tell it was the Pentagon. I'm sitting there looking
- 27:59Speaker 3: at going, holy crap, Heidi's in the White House, like
- 28:02Speaker 3: you want to talk about, freaking you out. Seeing on
- 28:06Speaker 3: the news that a plane is just hit where your
- 28:08Speaker 3: wife is scares the hell out of you. I connected
- 28:13Speaker 3: with Heidi shortly thereafter and realized she was okay. But
- 28:17Speaker 3: I found out later that on that plane on American
- 28:21Speaker 3: Airlines Flight seventy seven was a good friend of mine
- 28:24Speaker 3: and a good friend of Heide's.
- 28:26Speaker 1: Barbara Olsen.
- 28:27Speaker 3: Barbara Olsen was an amazing lawyer. She was married to
- 28:31Speaker 3: Ted Olsen, who was the guy the US Solicitor General
- 28:35Speaker 3: at the time, someone I've known for twenty five years.
- 28:38Speaker 3: He's an incredibly talented Supreme Court lawyer. And Barbara called
- 28:44Speaker 3: Ted from the plane and her cell phone connected, and
- 28:48Speaker 3: Ted answered the phone, and she said, what do I
- 28:52Speaker 3: do now? I want you to imagine you're sitting there
- 28:58Speaker 3: and you get a phone call from your wife, and
- 29:03Speaker 3: you are the number three official at the Department of Justice.
- 29:06Speaker 3: You are watching intently what's unfolding. You've seen two planes
- 29:10Speaker 3: fly directly into the World Trade Center towers, and you're
- 29:14Speaker 3: talking to your wife, who knows, you know, is on
- 29:18Speaker 3: a plane, who had actually stayed over an extra day
- 29:21Speaker 3: to celebrate Ted's birthday. And her question, Barbara was indomitable.
- 29:27Speaker 3: She was a fighter, she was ferocious. I loved Barbara
- 29:31Speaker 3: Olson and her question to Ted when she called Ted,
- 29:35Speaker 3: Ted knew what the hijackers intended. He knew it was
- 29:39Speaker 3: not look prior to September eleventh, if a plane is hijacked,
- 29:44Speaker 3: people assumed, Okay, do what the hijackers want, and you know,
- 29:48Speaker 3: maybe they'll fly to Cuba, maybe they'll go land somewhere
- 29:52Speaker 3: and demand a ransom. People didn't think the idea of
- 29:56Speaker 3: flying a jet airliner into a bill and murdering thousands
- 30:01Speaker 3: of people, that was not something anyone had ever done.
- 30:04Speaker 3: It's not something anyone had ever thought of. But Ted
- 30:06Speaker 3: is on the phone with his wife and she's saying,
- 30:11Speaker 3: what do I do? And that's the last word he heard,
- 30:13Speaker 3: what do I do? How do we stop them? And
- 30:16Speaker 3: the line goes dead. Now after that happens an hour
- 30:24Speaker 3: and forty one minutes after the planes hit the World
- 30:28Speaker 3: Trade Center towers. The towers collapsed, and I have to
- 30:35Speaker 3: say the image everyone who was watching.
- 30:39Speaker 1: The television.
- 30:42Speaker 3: In the hour and forty one minutes that led up
- 30:44Speaker 3: to it, you saw the flames going up and up
- 30:46Speaker 3: and up the building as the jet fuel burned hotter
- 30:49Speaker 3: and hotter and hotter. You saw an image that they
- 30:52Speaker 3: no longer show on the news, but we saw over
- 30:54Speaker 3: and over and over again that day, which is people
- 30:57Speaker 3: in the upper floors jumping to their and you could
- 31:01Speaker 3: see bodies. When the first one went, you're like, what
- 31:03Speaker 3: is that? And you'd see person jump. You know, you're
- 31:08Speaker 3: at the window, you've got flames. You have a choice
- 31:10Speaker 3: between being burned to death, you're about to be incinerated,
- 31:14Speaker 3: or jumping to your death. And we saw person after
- 31:16Speaker 3: person after person jumping off from the upper floors of
- 31:20Speaker 3: those towers. And an hour and forty one minutes later,
- 31:23Speaker 3: the two collapse, and every person, I think everyone said
- 31:26Speaker 3: the same words as you watch that, oh.
- 31:31Speaker 1: My god, yeah.
- 31:33Speaker 3: Like it didn't. As you're watching it, you did not
- 31:37Speaker 3: believe the towers could collapse, And as you saw them
- 31:40Speaker 3: come down, you realize there are thousands of people.
- 31:46Speaker 1: Being murdered all at once.
- 31:49Speaker 2: And the brave men that were going up there taking
- 31:52Speaker 2: the stairs because the elevators had locked down and.
- 31:55Speaker 3: They firefighters who ran in and ran in, and ran
- 31:58Speaker 3: in and ran towards the flame, and who died and
- 32:01Speaker 3: knew they were risking death.
- 32:05Speaker 2: They did it, and they did it because they thought
- 32:07Speaker 2: they were going to save people's lives. And I go
- 32:10Speaker 2: back to if you've never been to the nine to
- 32:13Speaker 2: eleven Museum memorial, you should go. And I will never
- 32:19Speaker 2: forget picking up. They have these phones that you can
- 32:22Speaker 2: pick up and listen to the final messages and the
- 32:25Speaker 2: phone calls that people left that died on those planes.
- 32:30Speaker 2: And if you've never listened to them, you should. A
- 32:33Speaker 2: lot of them are actually on YouTube. I would encourage
- 32:36Speaker 2: you to go and listen to those and you tell
- 32:39Speaker 2: me if these men deserve to live, and they don't.
- 32:44Speaker 2: And the White House could stop this, but they're not
- 32:46Speaker 2: trying to stop this. They're wanting this to happen because
- 32:49Speaker 2: they want to close GITMO for political reasons. The same
- 32:53Speaker 2: way they don't care about anyone that was left behind
- 32:56Speaker 2: that died in Afghanistan after we pulled out on the
- 32:58Speaker 2: anniversary nine to eleven. They don't care about any of
- 33:01Speaker 2: the people that risk their lives for literally over a decade,
- 33:05Speaker 2: many of the translators and others that ate and abedded
- 33:09Speaker 2: American soldiers and our allies from around the world that
- 33:12Speaker 2: were left there to be tortured and brutalized and murdered
- 33:16Speaker 2: and raped because they didn't have an adequate plan to
- 33:20Speaker 2: get people out.
- 33:21Speaker 1: We still are to this day and center. I know
- 33:23Speaker 1: you know this. There are still men that serve this country.
- 33:28Speaker 2: I was in Fort Bragg a week and a half ago,
- 33:31Speaker 2: and there are still people there that are trying to
- 33:33Speaker 2: get their translators and others that helped Americans and by
- 33:38Speaker 2: the way, save their American soldiers' lives, and when bombs
- 33:42Speaker 2: went off, they risked their lives and were taking fire
- 33:45Speaker 2: to help drag a man off the battlefielder from a
- 33:47Speaker 2: humvee that's on fire, that has been blown up with
- 33:50Speaker 2: a roadside bomb. And they're still in Afghanistan trying to
- 33:53Speaker 2: get them out because the Tabiban has that list and
- 33:56Speaker 2: they are hunting them down now and have hunted down
- 33:59Speaker 2: many already. And this president says, no, no, we don't care
- 34:02Speaker 2: about that. We're going to have a celebration that we
- 34:04Speaker 2: got out of Afghanistan, ended America's longest war, and that'll
- 34:07Speaker 2: make people love us the same way they think, well,
- 34:10Speaker 2: git Mo's a terrible place because people were waterboarded there.
- 34:12Speaker 1: We want to close that down as well.
- 34:15Speaker 2: And if you are a family member and you receive
- 34:19Speaker 2: this letter, I cannot imagine that you would ever have
- 34:23Speaker 2: any faith in the United States of America ever again
- 34:25Speaker 2: on any level. If we allow this to happen. The
- 34:28Speaker 2: only way we stop it is pressure.
- 34:30Speaker 1: Am I wrong?
- 34:32Speaker 3: There has to be public outcry that that is the
- 34:36Speaker 3: only thing conceivably that can change it. And I got
- 34:40Speaker 3: to say one of the shocking and shameful things is
- 34:45Speaker 3: the national media isn't covering this. Ask yourself, did you
- 34:49Speaker 3: see this on the news tonight? Was it on the
- 34:51Speaker 3: six o'clock news? Was it on the national news? Have
- 34:54Speaker 3: you read it in the newspaper? Is an exception which
- 35:01Speaker 3: at least one station in New York City, and kudos
- 35:05Speaker 3: to them covered it. And then we had to play
- 35:08Speaker 3: what they covered because it's I appreciate at least one
- 35:11Speaker 3: station covering it.
- 35:13Speaker 2: Yeah, in New York City, CBS Channel two, they did
- 35:18Speaker 2: cover this from a local standpoint.
- 35:21Speaker 1: This was international.
- 35:22Speaker 2: This was local CBS News in New York City, And
- 35:26Speaker 2: I want you to hear what they had to say
- 35:28Speaker 2: about this.
- 35:29Speaker 4: The suspected mastermind of the September eleventh terror attacks, along
- 35:33Speaker 4: with four other defendants, could escape the death penalty under
- 35:37Speaker 4: a plea agreement being considered. CBS Tuesday, Brennan is hearing
- 35:41Speaker 4: from family members who are now outraged, Dick.
- 35:44Speaker 1: Indeed, they are Christine.
- 35:45Speaker 5: The prosecution of the nine to eleven defendants at Guantanamo
- 35:48Speaker 5: Bay has been delayed for years, but military prosecutors and
- 35:52Speaker 5: defense lawyers had begun exploring a negotiated resolution to the case.
- 35:57Speaker 5: But a potential deal that's being floated has infurior aid
- 36:00Speaker 5: some nine to eleven family members.
- 36:02Speaker 6: Generally, I just think that the consensus is that it's
- 36:05Speaker 6: a bad deal.
- 36:06Speaker 5: Daniel Bilardinelli lost his uncle, William Cashman, on Flight ninety three,
- 36:09Speaker 5: which crashed in Shanksville, Pennsylvania, on September eleventh. He says
- 36:13Speaker 5: the five defendants, including the suspected mastermind, Kalichek Muhammad, deserved
- 36:17Speaker 5: no mercy.
- 36:18Speaker 6: I'm personally a very forgiving person, as is my family,
- 36:23Speaker 6: but their actions are unforgivable.
- 36:26Speaker 5: But the Pentagon sent this letter to nine to eleven
- 36:28Speaker 5: families revealing plead deals are being considered in which the
- 36:31Speaker 5: five men would accept criminal responsibility for their actions and
- 36:35Speaker 5: plead guilty in exchange for not receiving the death penalty.
- 36:38Speaker 1: It's more heartbroken.
- 36:39Speaker 5: Kristen Breitweiser's husband Ron died in the World Trade Center,
- 36:42Speaker 5: and she can't understand why a deal would be offered.
- 36:45Speaker 1: I thought I lived in the United States of America.
- 36:47Speaker 5: I thought we were a nation based upon the rule
- 36:50Speaker 5: of law, and obviously that's turned out not to be
- 36:54Speaker 5: the case. The five men have been at Guantanamo in
- 36:56Speaker 5: a kind of legal limbo, with delays and disputes that
- 36:59Speaker 5: have grinded the wheels of justice to a practical halt,
- 37:02Speaker 5: in part because the CIA interrogations of the suspects that
- 37:05Speaker 5: critics called torture. A lawyer for one of the defendants
- 37:08Speaker 5: said last year a plea deal within the impasse.
- 37:11Speaker 6: He is willing to plead guilty, serve a long sentence
- 37:15Speaker 6: at Guantanamo in exchange for medical care for his torture
- 37:19Speaker 6: and taking the death penalty off the table.
- 37:21Speaker 5: But that's not enough for Daniel Billard Neelly when he
- 37:23Speaker 5: thinks about the horror of Flight ninety three.
- 37:26Speaker 6: I was supposed to be on the flight I canceled,
- 37:28Speaker 6: and I saw the photo of the field and just
- 37:30Speaker 6: made me think like, oh my god, that's where I
- 37:32Speaker 6: could have died. They're taking the death bones off the
- 37:34Speaker 6: table for someone that committed a heinous crime beyond him.
- 37:38Speaker 6: These are awful. They're not even human what they did.
- 37:43Speaker 1: They're not even human what they did.
- 37:45Speaker 2: Senator, I rarely did a show make me angry.
- 37:50Speaker 1: Are frustrated.
- 37:51Speaker 2: I would challenge everyone to go and to google the
- 37:57Speaker 2: mastermind of nine to eleven, Cleavee Chate Muhammad, Read his history,
- 38:01Speaker 2: Read who he is? Read how long you've been doing this?
- 38:04Speaker 2: Look at the other four. Ramsey is another one who
- 38:08Speaker 2: is a horrific human being. These people are involved, by
- 38:11Speaker 2: the Way in beheadings Daniel Pearl and other beheadings. These
- 38:17Speaker 2: are not human beings. These are sadistic people that do
- 38:21Speaker 2: not deserve to live, and they are the worst people
- 38:26Speaker 2: in the world, and not a single country wants them.
- 38:30Speaker 2: I think that's part of what people don't understand about
- 38:32Speaker 2: the reason why they want this PLEADEO is we've tried to.
- 38:36Speaker 3: By the Way again. Daniel Pearl again. Some of our
- 38:39Speaker 3: younger listeners may not remember this. They beheaded him live
- 38:44Speaker 3: on the internet. They held his head and with like
- 38:50Speaker 3: a sword, a giant knife. They severed his neck and
- 38:55Speaker 3: cut his head off his body, and they broadcast it
- 38:59Speaker 3: to the world.
- 39:01Speaker 1: And use it to recruit people on top.
- 39:03Speaker 3: Yes, I mean, it's how they brought in other religious
- 39:06Speaker 3: fanatics and psychopaths who wanted to murder Americans. And this
- 39:11Speaker 3: administration does not take fighting that evil seriously.
- 39:16Speaker 1: And you know, let me ask this, what can we do?
- 39:21Speaker 2: I mean, is this where we say, hey, if you're
- 39:24Speaker 2: a listener, and there are hundreds of thousands of you
- 39:28Speaker 2: that will hear this, do they need to all call
- 39:30Speaker 2: their congress centers and say, hey, you need to send
- 39:33Speaker 2: up for these the victims of nine to eleven and
- 39:35Speaker 2: say no to this plea?
- 39:35Speaker 5: Do you?
- 39:36Speaker 1: And yes, pressure on the way, how we need to
- 39:38Speaker 1: speak out?
- 39:38Speaker 3: If you care about the heroes of nine to eleven,
- 39:42Speaker 3: if you care about the firefighters and the police officers
- 39:45Speaker 3: who rushed into those towers, who rushed into the Pentagon
- 39:49Speaker 3: to pull soldiers burning soldiers out of harm's way, who
- 39:54Speaker 3: lost their lives, if you care about that, speak out
- 39:59Speaker 3: and demand justice. And by the way, I'm going to
- 40:01Speaker 3: make a prediction as well, which is that these are
- 40:07Speaker 3: not the only mass murderers that I think this administration
- 40:11Speaker 3: is going to refuse to follow federal law and impose
- 40:14Speaker 3: the death ben I'm going to make a prediction right now,
- 40:16Speaker 3: which is Joe Biden, before he leaves the White House,
- 40:20Speaker 3: will commute the sentence of every federal prisoner on death row.
- 40:26Speaker 3: That he will do it for every one of them.
- 40:28Speaker 3: And that includes It includes the white supremacist and Nazi
- 40:34Speaker 3: who murdered nine African Americans at the Mother Emmanuel Ame
- 40:38Speaker 3: Church in Charleston, South Carolina, in a horrific hate crime.
- 40:42Speaker 1: He's on federal death row.
- 40:45Speaker 3: It includes the Boston bomber who murdered innocent people by
- 40:49Speaker 3: exploding a bomb at the Boston Marathon. One of the
- 40:52Speaker 3: two brothers is still alive. He's on death row. And
- 40:56Speaker 3: my prediction right now is Joe Biden tends to spare
- 41:02Speaker 3: every one of these mass murderers, every one of them.
- 41:05Speaker 3: Many of them are racist, bigoted, homicidal lunatics, and I
- 41:11Speaker 3: think we're going to see him commute all of their
- 41:14Speaker 3: sentences before he leaves the White House.
- 41:16Speaker 2: Well, if you won't, if you won't take out the
- 41:18Speaker 2: mastermind of nine to eleven, and you won't give him
- 41:21Speaker 2: the death penalty is there anyone that you'll give it to.
- 41:24Speaker 1: I mean, it doesn't it doesn't get any worse than this.
- 41:28Speaker 2: And the number of people that he killed, and the
- 41:31Speaker 2: number of people killed before nine to eleven, and the
- 41:32Speaker 2: number of people he killed after nine eleven, and the
- 41:34Speaker 2: number of people that he recruited to kill men. It's
- 41:37Speaker 2: not just nine eleven that Khalid chik Muhamed these.
- 41:39Speaker 1: Other four did.
- 41:40Speaker 2: It was what they did after nine eleven, when we
- 41:42Speaker 2: showed up in Iraq and Afghanistan, and the recruitment that
- 41:46Speaker 2: they did online to bring in the Jihadis to come
- 41:48Speaker 2: after and kill American soldiers in our allies. The number
- 41:53Speaker 2: of people who died is in the thousands and thousands
- 41:56Speaker 2: because of their actions before nine to eleven that day
- 42:01Speaker 2: and after nine eleven, when they and their words they
- 42:04Speaker 2: were just getting started. They wanted that catalyst, that was
- 42:07Speaker 2: the firework to ignite the war with the United States
- 42:12Speaker 2: of America. They wanted that war and that was their goal.
- 42:15Speaker 2: And now to give them a plea deal I think
- 42:20Speaker 2: may be the worst thing that Joe Biden has ever
- 42:22Speaker 2: done to if he allows us to happen. Clearly it's
- 42:25Speaker 2: coming from his directive. I hope everybody that's listening. I
- 42:28Speaker 2: just I don't we Look, we have commercials that we do, folks,
- 42:32Speaker 2: and I'm just not going to do them anymore night.
- 42:35Speaker 1: I don't want to do them.
- 42:36Speaker 2: I think this is more important and I just don't
- 42:39Speaker 2: feel comfortable doing that. We'll get back to what we
- 42:43Speaker 2: have to do for the show, but I'm just going
- 42:44Speaker 2: to say now, it's more important that you guys share
- 42:47Speaker 2: this with your family and friends, shared on social media.
- 42:50Speaker 2: No one is covering this, and we need to make
- 42:53Speaker 2: sure that everybody hears about this before Monday or Tuesday
- 42:58Speaker 2: of next week, so that there is total outrage at
- 43:01Speaker 2: this administration and anyone that supports this. Call your congressman,
- 43:07Speaker 2: call your senator, wherever you live. Let them know that
- 43:11Speaker 2: this is something as an American you're not okay with.
- 43:14Speaker 2: Please put this episode up where other people see it,
- 43:17Speaker 2: and be activists on social media yourself right now.
- 43:20Speaker 1: Demand that the media cover this.
- 43:22Speaker 3: Demand that the media actually cover the news instead of
- 43:27Speaker 3: just being partisan propagandists.
- 43:29Speaker 1: Yeah. I couldn't agree more, Senator.
- 43:32Speaker 2: This is when I do I hate this story, but
- 43:34Speaker 2: I love that we have this show to do this.
- 43:36Speaker 2: Please share it with all your family and friends, and
- 43:38Speaker 2: we will see you back here in a couple of days.
