- 1:43Speaker 3: You probably got to turn the mouth.
- 1:45Speaker 2: The turn out a wad of the money.
- 1:49Speaker 6: Look, come.
- 1:58Speaker 2: Come on, you think that? Uh huh, I sure will.
- 2:03Speaker 2: Good morning everybody.
- 2:05Speaker 7: You'all listening to the voice, Come on dig me now,
- 2:07Speaker 7: one and only Steve Harvey got a radio show.
- 2:11Speaker 2: Yeah I do, man, God is good.
- 2:13Speaker 7: Hey today, I just want to get right to it
- 2:16Speaker 7: because this has really been pressing me. I woke up
- 2:20Speaker 7: and this was on my mind and I wanted to
- 2:22Speaker 7: share it with you because I know this for a fact.
- 2:26Speaker 2: See I've lived this for a fact.
- 2:31Speaker 7: And you know the majority of things I talk about
- 2:35Speaker 7: in the morning before we get started with the regular show,
- 2:39Speaker 7: it's something that I've experienced. I can only tell you
- 2:43Speaker 7: what I know, and so I've really really understood why
- 2:46Speaker 7: God has had my life go the way that is gone.
- 2:51Speaker 7: Because if I didn't have all these tests in my life,
- 2:54Speaker 7: I didn't have all these tests that I passed, all
- 2:58Speaker 7: these tests that I failed. If I didn't have all
- 3:03Speaker 7: of those, the good and the bad, what could I
- 3:07Speaker 7: share with you in the morning? What could I tell
- 3:11Speaker 7: you about hanging? What could I tell you about failing
- 3:17Speaker 7: and then winning? What could I tell you about hanging
- 3:20Speaker 7: in now when all hope was gone? How could I
- 3:24Speaker 7: share that with you? Unless I've had those moments myself.
- 3:29Speaker 7: I don't care what happens to you. I don't care
- 3:34Speaker 7: what you're going through. Don't you dare dare give up?
- 3:40Speaker 7: Under no circumstances. Don't you dare dare ever give up?
- 3:48Speaker 7: It is the biggest trick that the enemy has. It's
- 3:53Speaker 7: making us think we ain't gonna make it, to water
- 3:59Speaker 7: down on the illusion that there is a possibility that
- 4:05Speaker 7: you might still have a chance to get over. The
- 4:09Speaker 7: biggest trick he uses is when you make a mistake
- 4:12Speaker 7: and you fall. He gets you to start to thinking
- 4:15Speaker 7: it's final, that there is no resurrection, there is no redemption,
- 4:20Speaker 7: there is no recovery. He just makes you think it's final.
- 4:25Speaker 7: He is the master deceiver. Don't you dare dare ever
- 4:30Speaker 7: give up? I don't care what besets you? Befalls you
- 4:34Speaker 7: trips you up. What circumstantial situations may arise?
- 4:39Speaker 2: Don't you dare dare ever give up?
- 4:43Speaker 7: Because listen to me, these are tests that you are
- 4:47Speaker 7: going through. And these tests, whether you pass the test
- 4:52Speaker 7: or it appears that you failed the test, the test
- 4:56Speaker 7: accomplishes the mission if you're smart about it.
- 5:01Speaker 2: If you pass the test.
- 5:03Speaker 7: Let's say you're going through a situation and you get
- 5:06Speaker 7: over and it goes the way you want it to do,
- 5:09Speaker 7: then what you've learned is if you hang in there,
- 5:13Speaker 7: there's a light at the end of the tunnel.
- 5:16Speaker 2: Okay, mission accomplished.
- 5:20Speaker 7: If you fail the test and it doesn't go the
- 5:23Speaker 7: way you want it, and it goes the opposite and
- 5:27Speaker 7: it turns out into a negative result, and the response
- 5:30Speaker 7: you were looking for is a no, that's not final.
- 5:36Speaker 7: That doesn't mean it's over. That doesn't mean it's time
- 5:40Speaker 7: to turn back. It simply means that now you have
- 5:45Speaker 7: learned a valuable experience, You have learned a valuable lesson.
- 5:51Speaker 7: You now know what not to do. You are now
- 5:56Speaker 7: because you know what not to do, another step closer
- 6:01Speaker 7: to getting it right. Listen to me, it has to
- 6:06Speaker 7: happen this way. You have to have the rain in
- 6:10Speaker 7: your life to get the flowers in your life. You
- 6:14Speaker 7: got to have the darkness in your life to appreciate
- 6:18Speaker 7: the sunshine in your life. You got to have woes
- 6:23Speaker 7: and worries to appreciate the joys.
- 6:27Speaker 2: It is merely a test.
- 6:30Speaker 7: So when you get through failing, and you get through stumbling,
- 6:36Speaker 7: and you get through messing it up, all that's getting
- 6:40Speaker 7: you one step closer to getting it right. Oh, my
- 6:44Speaker 7: relationship ended. I'll never be able to find another person
- 6:48Speaker 7: like that. Not only will you not be able, well,
- 6:51Speaker 7: not only will you be able to find a person
- 6:53Speaker 7: like that, you can find a person that far better
- 6:58Speaker 7: than that if you.
- 7:00Speaker 2: Don't give up.
- 7:02Speaker 7: But see, sometimes you got to go through the bad
- 7:05Speaker 7: ones to get to the good ones. Don't you dare
- 7:09Speaker 7: dare ever give up? I don't care what happens to
- 7:12Speaker 7: you if you lose a loved one. And Lord knows,
- 7:16Speaker 7: I've lost some people I've loved dearly with every inch
- 7:21Speaker 7: in me. I've lost my mother, my father, my brother,
- 7:27Speaker 7: and my best friend.
- 7:29Speaker 2: I don't know. I know people who have lost they children.
- 7:34Speaker 7: Goodness, man, I can't even imagine that, but they kept
- 7:39Speaker 7: on going.
- 7:40Speaker 2: What you giving up for?
- 7:43Speaker 3: Oh?
- 7:43Speaker 7: I got you miss them, and I got you grieving,
- 7:46Speaker 7: but I got news for you. Don't you let the
- 7:49Speaker 7: devil make you think it's over for you because somebody
- 7:51Speaker 7: else ain't still here.
- 7:53Speaker 2: It was their time. Now.
- 7:55Speaker 7: I'm not trying to lessen the blow for you, but
- 7:57Speaker 7: I'm trying to get you up on your feet so
- 8:00Speaker 7: you can stop all this old woe is me because
- 8:02Speaker 7: the things that's happening to you, You're not the first
- 8:04Speaker 7: person that's happened to Come on, now, let's get a grip.
- 8:07Speaker 7: Let's wrap your mind around this thing. You have got
- 8:11Speaker 7: to move forward, if it's just in memory of those people.
- 8:15Speaker 7: I was on one of the commercial breaks the other
- 8:17Speaker 7: day and somebody asked me something and I forgot the question,
- 8:21Speaker 7: but my answer was, I've always wanted my mother and
- 8:24Speaker 7: father to be proud of me, and in their absence
- 8:28Speaker 7: and their demise, I'm hoping just somehow man, that they
- 8:33Speaker 7: watching me, that they see they boy, that I'm down here,
- 8:37Speaker 7: that I'm doing better, that I'm making something out myself,
- 8:42Speaker 7: that I'm loving my wife, that I'm taking care of
- 8:44Speaker 7: my kids.
- 8:46Speaker 2: Just want my old man to see that about me.
- 8:49Speaker 7: You don't want my mother to see I'm trying to
- 8:51Speaker 7: get my life together over here. You understand I'm trying
- 8:55Speaker 7: to be a better person. My mama was a Sunday
- 8:56Speaker 7: school teacher for forty years. She been praying for me
- 8:59Speaker 7: for a long time. I just hope, man, and that's
- 9:03Speaker 7: all I'm doing, is just hoping that they see me
- 9:06Speaker 7: so they can be proud of me.
- 9:08Speaker 2: See you, you, you, you you.
- 9:10Speaker 7: You got to understand that when you make these mistakes,
- 9:15Speaker 7: that when you fall and stumble and you get it
- 9:18Speaker 7: all so wrong, it ain't over for you.
- 9:20Speaker 2: Don't you dare dare dare ever? Give up?
- 9:24Speaker 7: Don't stop thinking, man, because it ain't happening just the
- 9:27Speaker 7: way you want it to. That it ain't meant to
- 9:29Speaker 7: be devil. He got so many tricks to deceive you.
- 9:33Speaker 7: You know why you're being tested right now, because there
- 9:36Speaker 7: is no testimony Without the test You got to go
- 9:41Speaker 7: through something. It's all good man telling you. Just wanted
- 9:46Speaker 7: to share that with you. Don't you give up out there.
- 9:48Speaker 7: I don't care what's happening. Don't don't, don't don't get deceived.
- 9:52Speaker 7: The victory's coming, but you ain't gonna get it if
- 9:54Speaker 7: you quit.
- 9:55Speaker 1: Hang on, y'all, you're listening to the Steve Harvey Morning Show.

- 10:23Speaker 5: Man.
- 10:23Speaker 7: I'm so grateful that God has allowed me another shot,
- 10:27Speaker 7: another chance. I appreciate you, Lord, thank you. That's how
- 10:30Speaker 7: we do it. Steve Hart Morning Show, Shirley Strawberry College

- 10:36Speaker 7: the legend that is nephew tummy.
- 10:41Speaker 2: Well, Shirley, what's on your mind?
- 10:45Speaker 1: Nothing around today?
- 10:48Speaker 2: I'm not fit.
- 10:50Speaker 1: You're gonna ask all of us?
- 10:52Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, y'all get ready cause it just might be your.
- 10:55Speaker 7: Day depending on how I feel.
- 11:01Speaker 8: So, Steve, since you're asking, I'll ask for myself and
- 11:06Speaker 8: a lot of ladies.
- 11:08Speaker 1: So as you get.
- 11:09Speaker 8: Older in life, you know, as you get older, you've
- 11:12Speaker 8: known me for quite quite a few many years, decades.
- 11:16Speaker 8: So the dating process, you know, I noticed a lot
- 11:22Speaker 8: of guys like older younger women, a lot of women
- 11:25Speaker 8: like younger guys.
- 11:27Speaker 1: What about those people who like people their.
- 11:30Speaker 8: Own age, You know, they like the people that they're
- 11:34Speaker 8: on age, people that they can share things with, you know,
- 11:37Speaker 8: they have commonalities things like that, where do you where?
- 11:41Speaker 1: How does that fit as you get older?
- 11:44Speaker 9: Is that?
- 11:44Speaker 1: Does that make sense? Well, you have to ask, You.
- 11:46Speaker 2: Have to you have to move around your situation. In
- 11:50Speaker 2: your case, sureley, you would have to like like start
- 11:54Speaker 2: like like take a bingo.
- 11:56Speaker 1: And bingo.
- 12:02Speaker 2: They got, they got they got.
- 12:05Speaker 1: When I was young, I played bingo.
- 12:07Speaker 7: Well it's changed now because they slow it down a
- 12:10Speaker 7: lot because they know it take them a long time
- 12:12Speaker 7: to spot their numbers.
- 12:13Speaker 2: So this is this is the old folks bingo hall.
- 12:18Speaker 10: Fourteen, you can tell wait for it, no, okay, And
- 12:26Speaker 10: somebody else asked a question because no, that doesn't help me.
- 12:30Speaker 1: You got to go to a bingo hall.
- 12:33Speaker 2: Forty one.
- 12:36Speaker 1: I'm not the type you know that?
- 12:39Speaker 7: Yeah, no, I was just kidding, but you know, surely
- 12:42Speaker 7: it is. It is a quandary that people are in
- 12:45Speaker 7: when they're when they're more mature. And the trend you're
- 12:48Speaker 7: talking about the older men dating younger women and older
- 12:52Speaker 7: women dating younger men. Yeah, uh that's a vicious circle
- 12:56Speaker 7: that doesn't have a win percentage to it that's very.
- 13:00Speaker 2: Very high at all. It just does it. And so.
- 13:06Speaker 7: When you have yourself together as a woman, it will
- 13:10Speaker 7: make the availabilities early. But I do recommend, okay, I
- 13:16Speaker 7: do recommend just for kicks and giggles, Yeah, dating sites
- 13:24Speaker 7: because it just opens up your pool of availability. You're
- 13:29Speaker 7: not going to go to the places to keep meeting people.
- 13:31Speaker 7: There's same people at the church.

- 24:05Speaker 8: That is a rule on this show, right, all right?
- 24:07Speaker 8: Moving on to Gretna and moving on to Lyle in Gretna.
- 24:12Speaker 8: I'm a former exotic dancer, Lyle says, and I'm having
- 24:16Speaker 8: troubled dating because I have a reputation for being unusually
- 24:20Speaker 8: large down there. Women just want to sleep with me
- 24:24Speaker 8: and not settle down with an ex stripper. How do
- 24:27Speaker 8: I bury my past so I can find happiness?
- 24:30Speaker 2: Well, it ain't your past that you might have to bury.
- 24:33Speaker 1: What do you say?
- 24:35Speaker 2: Look, man, don't write us. You know prag and you
- 24:39Speaker 2: know we seek through that. You know, I'm a mile
- 24:43Speaker 2: I name Lyle, and I'm you know, I'm I'm blessed in,
- 24:46Speaker 2: highly favored, you know, by the grace of God.
- 24:50Speaker 8: You know.
- 24:50Speaker 2: They always want to try me. But after I put
- 24:53Speaker 2: it on them, they throw you know, they.
- 24:55Speaker 1: Can't have it. That's how excited I could not be
- 24:59Speaker 1: a pro I mean a real problem though, couldn't it
- 25:02Speaker 1: be a problem for him?
- 25:04Speaker 2: It is because the way I do it is I
- 25:07Speaker 2: just do it like this. I just just so you
- 25:12Speaker 2: got this problem?
- 25:14Speaker 8: Why?
- 25:15Speaker 1: How is this about you?
- 25:17Speaker 2: How is it when you start having this problem?
- 25:19Speaker 6: I heard.
- 25:22Speaker 2: You ain't nowhere near no Lyle, and.
- 25:24Speaker 6: You know that?
- 25:25Speaker 5: Why?
- 25:26Speaker 2: Well why they lied right in to me? Because my
- 25:31Speaker 2: reputation that got around. Lila heard about it. Lad said, man,
- 25:38Speaker 2: you married, how'd you do it? Well, I'm just trying
- 25:40Speaker 2: to tell loud what I did was Wow, the way
- 25:45Speaker 2: you got to do it. Y'all want to hear it now?
- 25:47Speaker 1: Come on, come on.
- 25:48Speaker 2: You know when you first get with a woman, just
- 25:50Speaker 2: got a joke. You just got it like, oh, it's
- 25:53Speaker 2: it's like, you got.
- 25:55Speaker 1: How do I put this gingerly? Please?
- 25:59Speaker 2: You don't have to, uh when you can when you
- 26:03Speaker 2: can't fix it? Wait, I'm trying to think how to
- 26:06Speaker 2: give them.
- 26:07Speaker 5: You have to you know.
- 26:10Speaker 2: It's like it's like, okay, you go down to the bank.
- 26:15Speaker 7: Yeah, yeah, you don't take all your money down to
- 26:19Speaker 7: the bank until you see how they're gonna treat you.
- 26:23Speaker 7: So you go down there and you make a small deposit,
- 26:26Speaker 7: all right. Then you wait a little while and then
- 26:30Speaker 7: you just deposit a.
- 26:31Speaker 1: Little bit more analogy okay.
- 26:35Speaker 7: And then when you go down to the bank next time,
- 26:37Speaker 7: then you just you know, you know, you make it
- 26:40Speaker 7: withdraws when you're supposed to, and then just go back
- 26:43Speaker 7: down there and then you make another deposit. And then
- 26:46Speaker 7: and then the bank get used to see and you
- 26:48Speaker 7: come down there okay, and then the bank go, oh,
- 26:51Speaker 7: mister Harvey, is you again? And then that when you
- 26:55Speaker 7: bring all of it in there and they're just gonna
- 26:58Speaker 7: let them have the money. And that's where and that's
- 27:00Speaker 7: what you in live and that's what y'all. Well, that's
- 27:02Speaker 7: what I'm trying to teach loud.
- 27:04Speaker 1: How yes, that's what Lyle needs help with, you know,
- 27:07Speaker 1: not to hate that.
- 27:08Speaker 2: He didn't write into you, but he wrote in a
- 27:16Speaker 2: s Okay next we.
- 27:20Speaker 8: Sure all right, Wanda in Southfield? Right, I ran into
- 27:24Speaker 8: my ex at a party. He was with his new girlfriend,
- 27:27Speaker 8: but he was in my face all night begging me
- 27:30Speaker 8: to take him back. His girlfriend kept rolling her eyes
- 27:34Speaker 8: at me. I can end her little relationship with one call?
- 27:37Speaker 8: Should I show her who the real queen is? And
- 27:40Speaker 8: then whaty flexing this morning?
- 27:43Speaker 7: I mean he was at the party with his new girlfriend,
- 27:47Speaker 7: and you want to show her who the real queen
- 27:49Speaker 7: is by doing what?
- 27:52Speaker 1: By you know, getting back with them, making that one phone?
- 27:55Speaker 2: And then why did y'all break up?
- 27:57Speaker 6: Yeah?
- 27:59Speaker 2: Right to that?
- 28:00Speaker 8: Yeah, so yeah, this is your flex I'll show you,
- 28:04Speaker 8: no you Yeah, We're done, all right. Last one, Steve,
- 28:11Speaker 8: This is the last one. This is from Frank and prosper.

- 28:18Speaker 8: asking me for a grand gesture, like to show up
- 28:21Speaker 8: at her job with food or to pop up at
- 28:24Speaker 8: her office with a big bouquet. I'm always thoughtful, so
- 28:27Speaker 8: I hate being told.
- 28:29Speaker 5: What to do.
- 28:30Speaker 1: Am I wrong for refusing to do this?
- 28:33Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 28:34Speaker 2: Man, because what it is is somebody down at the
- 28:36Speaker 2: job then been up on her face. You you see
- 28:40Speaker 2: my flowers.
- 28:41Speaker 7: Ooh, he's sending me lunch and he had a singing telegram.

- 28:49Speaker 7: done at her job. It's for flexing purposes.
- 28:53Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, just give her. Why can't you just give
- 28:56Speaker 1: her what she wants?
- 28:57Speaker 2: I mean, and then she hear you what you want?
- 29:00Speaker 2: So what we're talking about, that's all I got. I
- 29:05Speaker 2: got fly money.
- 29:06Speaker 7: We can have a little fruit edibles that they send

- 29:17Speaker 7: get off Friday night.
- 29:19Speaker 1: Yeah. So he says he's always thoughtful, but he hates
- 29:23Speaker 1: being told what to do.
- 29:26Speaker 7: That's the problem. That's what b So it's not it's
- 29:31Speaker 7: a request. Stop looking at it like that, Junior.
- 29:35Speaker 2: I mean, what's his.

- 29:50Speaker 2: little bit differently what she wants?
- 29:52Speaker 3: Why make it?
- 29:53Speaker 8: Why make a problem where there isn't one. So you say, yeah,

- 37:57Speaker 8: Former Trump administration's head of Doze billionaire businessmen Elon Musk,
- 38:02Speaker 8: have offered to pay the salaries of TSA personnel who
- 38:06Speaker 8: are working without pay during the Department of Homeland Securities
- 38:10Speaker 8: funding labs what. In a recent post on X, Musk
- 38:14Speaker 8: wrote that he would like to offer to pay the
- 38:16Speaker 8: salaries of TSA agent because by not paying them it
- 38:21Speaker 8: negatively affects the lives of so many Americans at airports
- 38:25Speaker 8: across the country. When asked about must generous offer, President
- 38:29Speaker 8: Trump told reporters quote, yeah, I'd love it.
- 38:31Speaker 1: I think it's great. Let him do that.
- 38:33Speaker 8: But don't get your hopes up, because sources say it
- 38:36Speaker 8: is likely that Elon must offer can be accepted since
- 38:40Speaker 8: federal law prohibits government agencies from accepting private funding for
- 38:45Speaker 8: paid roll.
- 38:46Speaker 1: So there you go. He yeah, that's what I wanted
- 38:51Speaker 1: to ask you. What do you think? What's in it
- 38:53Speaker 1: for Elon Musk? There's a chance to shine or.
- 38:58Speaker 2: To do it. He's not allow him to do it.
- 39:01Speaker 8: Yeah, but just to put the thought out there, it
- 39:04Speaker 8: makes you puts him back in the news again.
- 39:06Speaker 13: Is that what it is?
- 39:08Speaker 1: Attention on him? Attention on him again.
- 39:11Speaker 2: Oh, you can believe that this is going to do.
- 39:13Speaker 7: This is directly an indirect slap at Donald Trump's inability
- 39:17Speaker 7: to get the bill paid.
- 39:19Speaker 2: It moving, I'll just pay it now. That makes that
- 39:22Speaker 2: conversation come to the surface again.
- 39:26Speaker 7: Wow, because see the one thing about him a billionaires
- 39:28Speaker 7: they real caddy when it comes to who's the bigger billionaire,
- 39:33Speaker 7: which clearly between Trump and Eland Musk is Elon Musk.
- 39:36Speaker 2: But Trump got the power.
- 39:38Speaker 1: Yeah, oh yeah, yeah yeah.
- 39:41Speaker 8: So anyway, he offered to pay it, it's unlikely that
- 39:45Speaker 8: it'll get paid. But the thoughts out there and now
- 39:49Speaker 8: everybody's like, wow, Elon Musk. So if he if he
- 39:53Speaker 8: did pay the salaries, would he get that money back?
- 39:56Speaker 8: And if so, how how would he get it back?
- 39:58Speaker 8: If he paid the salaries he wanted back, would he
- 40:01Speaker 8: needs you know.
- 40:01Speaker 16: All of that.
- 40:03Speaker 2: If he offered to do it, how he going to
- 40:05Speaker 2: get it back?
- 40:06Speaker 1: Yeah, that's what I mean. Yeah, how would he get
- 40:08Speaker 1: it back?
- 40:09Speaker 2: We're gonna be able to write it off some kind
- 40:11Speaker 2: of way?
- 40:11Speaker 1: Right, Oh, tax rid up?
- 40:15Speaker 2: How much money that is? Pay all these tsa agents across.
- 40:18Speaker 1: But he know what like this three hundred and not
- 40:21Speaker 1: a game billion.
- 40:22Speaker 2: I don't like this. This is not a game play.
- 40:25Speaker 2: They playing monopoly with it is what they playing.
- 40:27Speaker 20: These people lives, their salaries, their money, their jobs, their
- 40:31Speaker 20: health insurance, pay pay the TSA workers so they can
- 40:35Speaker 20: get back to work, and they have it. Yeah, political
- 40:39Speaker 20: chess game, y'are playing with people lives.
- 40:41Speaker 2: Yes, it's not cool.
- 40:43Speaker 1: Meanwhile, the linons are long getting longer. You know, this
- 40:47Speaker 1: is craziness.

- 47:40Speaker 5: Okay, all right, and I want to make sure you
- 47:42Speaker 5: you wanted an suv.
- 47:44Speaker 15: Yeah, I wanted the suv?

- 48:21Speaker 5: almost like a car service and make sure we get
- 48:23Speaker 5: you where you got to go. And I know the

- 48:36Speaker 5: of a little different. So that's why I kind of
- 48:38Speaker 5: the reason for a call. I wanted to kind of
- 48:39Speaker 5: give your heads up that I am an suv. So
- 48:44Speaker 5: I just want you to look for the black Hurst

- 48:52Speaker 5: black Hurst tomorrow morning at seven am. Okay, it's an
- 49:00Speaker 5: suv or a hearse No, No, it's a hurts, it's
- 49:03Speaker 5: a hurt. Actually, what's happening is is I have another
- 49:06Speaker 5: drop off at the airport as well. You know there's
- 49:10Speaker 5: a I mean it's it's it won't affect you at all,
- 49:12Speaker 5: but they'll they'll be a body in the back. But
- 49:13Speaker 5: that has to we're trying to get that to the
- 49:15Speaker 5: airport too. But you know, like I said, as matter
- 49:18Speaker 5: of fact.
- 49:18Speaker 15: It's like body waiting in the hold up me, man, No,
- 49:24Speaker 15: I ain't not riding the body.
- 49:26Speaker 5: Well, there's a I mean, there'll be a body, but
- 49:28Speaker 5: actually this is costing you less, you know what I'm saying,
- 49:31Speaker 5: So you don't have to.
- 49:31Speaker 15: Look man, Well I'm supposed to lay down this moment.
- 49:34Speaker 19: What you're doing about, man, Dude, it'll be I ain't ride.
- 49:39Speaker 5: Hang on, man, listen, you wanted an suv.
- 49:43Speaker 19: I'm not ride with the body.
- 49:45Speaker 5: Dude, you're tripping.
- 49:46Speaker 13: Cancel this trip.
- 49:47Speaker 15: I'll get another over. So I'm not rying with a body.
- 49:50Speaker 5: Dude. Okay, if you cancel, that's gonna cost you fifty dollars.
- 49:54Speaker 15: Fifty dollars. Man, you got like AI had just downloaded
- 49:58Speaker 15: the here's the deal. I know for a fact. When
- 50:01Speaker 15: you cancel over fight hours, I'm canceling, and that's gonna
- 50:05Speaker 15: be fight houts. It's gonna be no fifty dollars.
- 50:07Speaker 5: It's gonna be fifty dollars, sir. It's different when you.
- 50:10Speaker 15: Have Well, my man, you can pay me a thousand dollars.
- 50:12Speaker 15: I'm not riding with the body.
- 50:14Speaker 5: You feel me understanding? You understand you now. But do
- 50:17Speaker 5: you want to get to the airport or nine?
- 50:19Speaker 15: Look, why don't you lay down next to the body
- 50:21Speaker 15: and you drive yourself there with the body like in
- 50:24Speaker 15: the past, to just see I'm not doing it.
- 50:26Speaker 5: Tell me what the problem is.
- 50:27Speaker 15: I mean, obviously you used to driving around with bodies,
- 50:30Speaker 15: and that's not my thing.
- 50:32Speaker 5: You know what I'm saying. What's the problem. I mean,
- 50:34Speaker 5: you're gonna be in the front of the hearse. You're
- 50:35Speaker 5: not gonna be in the back. We'll put by the
- 50:37Speaker 5: bodies in the back, with your luggage in the back.
- 50:39Speaker 5: I mean, I'll be fine, right.
- 50:40Speaker 16: You're my man.
- 50:41Speaker 15: You're tripping, man, this is a crazy you calling wrong
- 50:45Speaker 15: with this crazy book, dude.
- 50:47Speaker 5: I'm not doing none of that. What part of that?
- 50:49Speaker 5: Don't you understand? I'm going to get you there on time, sir,
- 50:53Speaker 5: but it's going to be in a hearse. That's all
- 50:55Speaker 5: the difference is. Man, You'll be.
- 50:57Speaker 15: Riding in the hurst when I'm supposed to be laid out.
- 51:00Speaker 15: You understand right now? You got me fixed up? What
- 51:03Speaker 15: kind of phone call is this?
- 51:05Speaker 8: We?
- 51:05Speaker 5: I mean, what's the problem.
- 51:07Speaker 15: Obviously you're used to rolling with their bodies and hearses
- 51:09Speaker 15: and all that. Since winning over, start rolling with hearses
- 51:14Speaker 15: to pick up regular lives to get them from.
- 51:17Speaker 5: Place to place.
- 51:19Speaker 9: This is some crazy I want you to think when
- 51:22Speaker 9: when did you think that it would just be cool
- 51:25Speaker 9: as a regular picking up a body and just driving
- 51:28Speaker 9: around in the street.
- 51:30Speaker 5: I don't know, man, I mean, you know I got
- 51:31Speaker 5: two jobs. You know what I'm saying. I do uber,
- 51:34Speaker 5: you know, and I also, you know, work for a mortuary.
- 51:37Speaker 5: You know what I'm saying. So you know, but my
- 51:39Speaker 5: vehicle is is certified and approved it so I'm able
- 51:44Speaker 5: to use it as an su vedic.
- 51:45Speaker 19: So you you call them and you gave him rides
- 51:49Speaker 19: to live and they don't have no reaction, no reaction
- 51:54Speaker 19: to riding around with a mat body in the back.
- 51:57Speaker 5: Well you know, uh, sometimes there's people actually little you know,
- 52:00Speaker 5: little it's a little different for him. I get it,
- 52:03Speaker 5: you know, But like I said, the only reason why
- 52:05Speaker 5: I'm calling.
- 52:06Speaker 15: You, you don't get that because you're trying to hit
- 52:09Speaker 15: me with a fifty dollars money in charge that I'm not.
- 52:12Speaker 15: I'm not going for it, and you're trying to get
- 52:14Speaker 15: me to ride with him that body. Dude, I'm not
- 52:17Speaker 15: doing that.
- 52:18Speaker 5: So I tell you what, bro, I'm gonna tell you
- 52:20Speaker 5: this right here. I'm gonna get off the phone. Tomorrow
- 52:22Speaker 5: is seven in the morning. Me and Tommy gonna be there,
- 52:24Speaker 5: So be looking forward here.
- 52:26Speaker 15: Who's Timy the body?
- 52:28Speaker 5: No? No, Me and Tommy gonna be here tomorrow morning
- 52:31Speaker 5: at seven. Ayem, You know what I'm saying, just be
- 52:33Speaker 5: ready for that.
- 52:34Speaker 15: Then you're timey gonna have a problem.
- 52:36Speaker 5: Okay, okay, all right, tell let the Tommy don't because
- 52:39Speaker 5: see Tommy don't. Tommy don't take this too kindly, so
- 52:42Speaker 5: tell it to him in the morning.
- 52:43Speaker 15: Who's timing.
- 52:45Speaker 9: For now?
- 52:46Speaker 5: Okay, you don't know who Tommy is? No, I don't.

- 56:51Speaker 8: Let us all right, nephew, thank you. Subject, don't rock
- 56:55Speaker 8: the boat. Dear Stephen Shirley, I'm twenty eight and I've
- 56:58Speaker 8: been married for two years. My parents have been married
- 57:01Speaker 8: for almost forty years. They are my example of how
- 57:06Speaker 8: a marriage should be. But there are some things that
- 57:08Speaker 8: I'm doing differently in my marriage. For example, my dad
- 57:12Speaker 8: did not want my mom to work. I worked two
- 57:15Speaker 8: jobs so I can buy what I want to buy
- 57:17Speaker 8: without asking my husband. My mother had to ask my
- 57:20Speaker 8: dad before she spent money. She's also not listed on
- 57:24Speaker 8: the mortgage. I bought my house and added my husband
- 57:27Speaker 8: on the deed. My mom has never been to a club, bar,
- 57:31Speaker 8: or anything like that. I grew up in the club
- 57:34Speaker 8: and I still go out with my girlfriends on special occasions.
- 57:38Speaker 8: I also had other lovers before I met my husband,
- 57:41Speaker 8: but I'm sure that my dad is the only man
- 57:44Speaker 8: that my mother has ever been with. I can't imagine
- 57:48Speaker 8: getting married without experiencing other men first, so I wanted
- 57:52Speaker 8: to have a great marriage like my parents, but I
- 57:55Speaker 8: wanted the new, improved version. My dad always says that
- 57:59Speaker 8: I'm nothing like my mom when it comes to being
- 58:01Speaker 8: settled and married.
- 58:02Speaker 1: I agree.
- 58:03Speaker 8: On Sunday he said it again, and then our discussion
- 58:07Speaker 8: got heated. He said, my husband doesn't like my slick
- 58:10Speaker 8: mouth and he's tired of me working so much. My
- 58:13Speaker 8: dad said, I have a good man, and then he yelled,
- 58:17Speaker 8: don't rock the boat. My husband came into the room
- 58:20Speaker 8: and just stood there. He told my dad to relax,
- 58:22Speaker 8: and he looked at me and said, that's not exactly
- 58:26Speaker 8: what he told my dad. I can't believe that he
- 58:28Speaker 8: talked to my dad about our marriage. And now it's
- 58:31Speaker 8: messed up my relationship with my parents because I went
- 58:35Speaker 8: off on my dad. Why would my husband create drama
- 58:39Speaker 8: like this? And what does rock the boat even mean?
- 58:42Speaker 8: It's old fashioned bs to me.
- 58:44Speaker 1: What should I do?
- 58:46Speaker 8: Well, it's not a shock to me that your husband
- 58:50Speaker 8: and your dad talk about you. That's not a shock.
- 58:53Speaker 8: I mean that is the one thing they have in
- 58:54Speaker 8: common is you. You never know your husband may go
- 58:57Speaker 8: to your dad for advice or you know, they talk
- 59:01Speaker 8: about a lot of other things too, But the one
- 59:03Speaker 8: thing they do talk about is you. That's what they
- 59:05Speaker 8: have in common. And just because they talk doesn't mean
- 59:07Speaker 8: it's something negative all the time. But it sounds like
- 59:10Speaker 8: your husband confided confided in your dad about something your
- 59:14Speaker 8: dad couldn't wait to snitch. And obviously your dad has
- 59:18Speaker 8: a problem with you and how your lifestyle is. You know,
- 59:22Speaker 8: because this is not the first time he's brought up
- 59:25Speaker 8: this subject to you. He probably is old fashioned and
- 59:28Speaker 8: thinks you should be more like your mom, But that's
- 59:31Speaker 8: not you. You laid out who you are and what
- 59:33Speaker 8: you wanted in your marriage in this letter, and how
- 59:36Speaker 8: you didn't want to have to ask your husband for
- 59:38Speaker 8: money like your mom did, and that's okay. That's why
- 59:42Speaker 8: you want a new and improved version of your mom
- 59:45Speaker 8: and mom and dad's almost forty year marriage. In other words,
- 59:48Speaker 8: you respect what your parents have, but you just want
- 59:50Speaker 8: to update it a bit. So your dad was out
- 59:53Speaker 8: of line for repeating a conversation about you having a
- 59:57Speaker 8: slick mouth and working so much. Why is your dad
- 1:00:00Speaker 8: even in this because he thinks you're gonna lose your man, obviously,
- 1:00:04Speaker 8: and in your daughter. I know he wants to help,
- 1:00:07Speaker 8: but no, Dad, you got to stay out of this.
- 1:00:09Speaker 8: Has your husband said anything directly to you about it,
- 1:00:12Speaker 8: because that's who you're married to. Well, I guess he did,
- 1:00:17Speaker 8: but not exactly what your what your dad said he said.
- 1:00:20Speaker 8: So you your husband, You and your husband need to talk.
- 1:00:23Speaker 8: See if he has a problem with you working two
- 1:00:25Speaker 8: jobs and see if he has a problem with your mouth.
- 1:00:28Speaker 8: Do you still spend quality time together? Do you still
- 1:00:31Speaker 8: get together or are you too busy because of work?
- 1:00:35Speaker 8: Because that's what will call ish cause.
- 1:00:37Speaker 1: Issues in your marriage.
- 1:00:38Speaker 8: You and your husband need to check your temperature in
- 1:00:40Speaker 8: your marriage and just apologize to your dad for going
- 1:00:44Speaker 8: off on him.
- 1:00:44Speaker 3: Please.
- 1:00:45Speaker 8: If he's old fashioned like you say, he's probably stubborn too,
- 1:00:48Speaker 8: and he's not gonna apologize to you first, and you
- 1:00:50Speaker 8: don't want that.
- 1:00:51Speaker 2: Steve, Oh, this letter is extremely long, and there's a
- 1:00:55Speaker 2: whole lot of nothing in this letter.
- 1:00:57Speaker 7: But I see something different. I see a young lady
- 1:01:01Speaker 7: that's doing the most and she wants to justify it.
- 1:01:05Speaker 7: And now your husband thinks you're doing the most, so
- 1:01:07Speaker 7: he do one and talk to your daddy about it.
- 1:01:09Speaker 2: That's what this is.
- 1:01:11Speaker 7: Are you twenty eight, you've been married for a couple
- 1:01:13Speaker 7: of years. Your parents was married for forty but you
- 1:01:15Speaker 7: all have a different relationship.
- 1:01:16Speaker 2: You wanted it. Your dad didn't want your mom to work.
- 1:01:21Speaker 7: You got two jobs, so you can buy whatever you
- 1:01:24Speaker 7: want without asking your husband because your mom had to
- 1:01:27Speaker 7: ask your dad, or whenever she wanted to spend money.
- 1:01:31Speaker 2: That I understand. I'm okay with that. You can do
- 1:01:34Speaker 2: whatever you want to do. She's also not listed on
- 1:01:37Speaker 2: the mortgage. I on the other hand, she went and
- 1:01:39Speaker 2: bought her house, then he added her husband to the deed. Okay,
- 1:01:44Speaker 2: that's one. My mom never been to a club, bar,
- 1:01:48Speaker 2: or anything like that.
- 1:01:49Speaker 7: I grew up in the club. You ain't but twenty
- 1:01:51Speaker 7: eight and I still go out with my girlfriends on
- 1:01:55Speaker 7: special occasions. I've also had other lovers before I met
- 1:01:58Speaker 7: my husband, but sure that my dad was the only
- 1:02:01Speaker 7: man that my mother has ever been with. I can't
- 1:02:03Speaker 7: imagine getting married without experiencing other men first.
- 1:02:06Speaker 2: Okay, what is this letter about.
- 1:02:11Speaker 3: No, I'm no no.
- 1:02:13Speaker 7: You saying that your daddy shouted out, don't rock the boat.
- 1:02:17Speaker 2: But you're giving us a lot of information about what.
- 1:02:22Speaker 7: Your sexual freedom, your ability to make all your own choices.
- 1:02:26Speaker 2: Ain't Nobody got no problem with that. Your mom ain't
- 1:02:29Speaker 2: never been to a club. You grew up in the club.
- 1:02:32Speaker 7: You've had several lovers, you can imagine being married, just
- 1:02:36Speaker 7: loving one.
- 1:02:37Speaker 2: Okay, okay, but what is your letter about?
- 1:02:41Speaker 16: All?
- 1:02:42Speaker 2: Right, here we go.
- 1:02:43Speaker 7: I met my husband, but I'm sure that my dad
- 1:02:45Speaker 7: is the only man that my mother has ever been with.
- 1:02:48Speaker 7: I can't imagine getting married. So I wanted to have
- 1:02:50Speaker 7: a great marriage like my parents. But I wanted the
- 1:02:53Speaker 7: new and improved version. Okay, so that's what you want now,
- 1:02:58Speaker 7: the new and improved version.
- 1:03:00Speaker 1: Hang on, stee, hang on.
- 1:03:03Speaker 8: Yeah, Well, we'll have part two of your response coming
- 1:03:06Speaker 8: up at twenty three minutes after the hour. Today's Strawberry
- 1:03:09Speaker 8: letter subject don't rock the boat. We'll get back into
- 1:03:13Speaker 8: it right after this.
- 1:03:14Speaker 1: You're listening to the Steve Harvey Morning Show.
- 1:03:21Speaker 20: Do you ever notice your floors still look dirty even
- 1:03:24Speaker 20: after you mop? Power Mop gives you a deeper clean
- 1:03:27Speaker 20: you can see and feel. Unlike stream mops swift for
- 1:03:31Speaker 20: power Mop absorbs more dirt and locks it away even
- 1:03:34Speaker 20: and hard to reach places like behind the toilets. The
- 1:03:37Speaker 20: new micro scrubbers deliver thousands of tiny, deep cleaning actions
- 1:03:42Speaker 20: for results that look, smell and feel clean. No more
- 1:03:45Speaker 20: dirty floors. Try the swift for power, mop, love it
- 1:03:49Speaker 20: or your money back.
- 1:03:50Speaker 8: All right, Come on, Steve, let's recap today's strawberry letter.
- 1:03:53Speaker 8: The subject is don't rock the boat.
- 1:03:56Speaker 7: Well, it's twenty eight You old lady's been married two years.
- 1:04:00Speaker 7: Your parents were Her parents were married for forty years,
- 1:04:04Speaker 7: and she says they were my example of how a
- 1:04:06Speaker 7: marriage should be. Okay, But then every example she gave
- 1:04:12Speaker 7: goes counter to that one. For example, my dad didn't
- 1:04:16Speaker 7: want my mom to work. Okay, this young lady would
- 1:04:19Speaker 7: has two jobs so she could buy whatever she wanted
- 1:04:22Speaker 7: without asking her husband. Because this marriage that she wants
- 1:04:25Speaker 7: to have an example of her because her mother used
- 1:04:27Speaker 7: to have to ask her dad before she spent money.
- 1:04:31Speaker 2: Okay, so you've counted that example of that similarity.
- 1:04:35Speaker 7: She's also not listed on the mortgage. I bought my
- 1:04:38Speaker 7: house and added my husband to the deed. Okay, So
- 1:04:41Speaker 7: this is the forty year marriage that you want to
- 1:04:43Speaker 7: make an example out of.
- 1:04:45Speaker 2: But you want the new version.
- 1:04:47Speaker 7: My mom never been to a club or bar or
- 1:04:49Speaker 7: anything like that. I grew up in the club. I
- 1:04:51Speaker 7: go all the time, and I still hang out with
- 1:04:53Speaker 7: my girlfriends on occasion.
- 1:04:56Speaker 2: Also, your mom was only with one man before she
- 1:04:59Speaker 2: got married, that was your dad.
- 1:05:01Speaker 5: You.
- 1:05:01Speaker 7: On the other hand, I've had other lovers before I
- 1:05:05Speaker 7: met my husband. I'm sure my father was the only
- 1:05:10Speaker 7: one my mother had ever been with. I can't imagine
- 1:05:12Speaker 7: getting married without experiencing other men first.
- 1:05:14Speaker 2: Okay you did that.
- 1:05:16Speaker 7: Oh okay, this whole letter. You're contradicting this incredible forty
- 1:05:22Speaker 7: year marriage that you wanted to pattern yourself after. So
- 1:05:27Speaker 7: I want to have a great marriage like my parents,
- 1:05:29Speaker 7: but I wanted the new and improved version.
- 1:05:31Speaker 2: Okay, so now you have it.
- 1:05:34Speaker 7: My dad always says I'm nothing like my mom when
- 1:05:37Speaker 7: he comes to being settled and married.
- 1:05:39Speaker 2: I agree.
- 1:05:40Speaker 7: On Sunday he said it again. Then our discussion got heeded.
- 1:05:43Speaker 7: He said, my husband don't like my slick mouth, and
- 1:05:45Speaker 7: he tired of me working so much. My dad said,
- 1:05:48Speaker 7: I have a good man, and then he yelled, don't
- 1:05:50Speaker 7: rock the boat. My husband came into the room and
- 1:05:53Speaker 7: just stood there. He told my dad to relax, and
- 1:05:56Speaker 7: he looked at me and said, that's not exactly what
- 1:05:58Speaker 7: he told my dad. I can't believe that he talked
- 1:06:01Speaker 7: to my dad about our marriage and how it's messed
- 1:06:04Speaker 7: up my relationship with my parents. Wait a minute, here's
- 1:06:08Speaker 7: what happened. You're doing the most to your husband. Your
- 1:06:12Speaker 7: husband didn't know how to breach the subject with you,
- 1:06:14Speaker 7: so he went to your father. He's tired of you
- 1:06:17Speaker 7: working so much because you're going away from the house
- 1:06:19Speaker 7: all the time, and he tired of your sleeping mouth
- 1:06:23Speaker 7: because you're just talking because you're telling him what you're doing,
- 1:06:26Speaker 7: just like you told us, my mama had one man.
- 1:06:30Speaker 7: There's no way I'm gonna get married without testing the market.
- 1:06:32Speaker 7: So you had several lovers. Okay, cool, you did that.
- 1:06:36Speaker 7: You want two jobs, you want to buy what you
- 1:06:38Speaker 7: want to buy. So I'm pretty sure you're saying this
- 1:06:41Speaker 7: to your husband. He didn't talk to your dad about it.
- 1:06:44Speaker 7: I can't believe he talked to my dad about our marriage.
- 1:06:47Speaker 7: And now it's messed up my relationship with my parents
- 1:06:49Speaker 7: because I went off on my dad for what, Why
- 1:06:54Speaker 7: would my husband create drama like this?
- 1:06:57Speaker 2: And what does rock the boat even mean? It's old
- 1:07:00Speaker 2: BS to me? What should I do?
- 1:07:02Speaker 3: Well?
- 1:07:02Speaker 7: The old fashioned BS is coming from that old fashioned
- 1:07:06Speaker 7: marriage that your mom and your daddy had.
- 1:07:08Speaker 2: That you said you wanted to emulate, but you're doing
- 1:07:10Speaker 2: everything differently.
- 1:07:11Speaker 7: Don't rock the boat means don't don't get things unsettled
- 1:07:16Speaker 7: in your house that don't have to be. Example, you're
- 1:07:21Speaker 7: working a lot them two jobs keep you away from
- 1:07:25Speaker 7: home all the time. Okay, all right, I don't mind.
- 1:07:30Speaker 7: Is the devil's playground. You ain't at the house. How
- 1:07:35Speaker 7: long you think your husband gonna sit there waiting on you?
- 1:07:39Speaker 7: You're talking crazy to him. I can tell because you
- 1:07:43Speaker 7: know your dad just said he getting tired of your
- 1:07:45Speaker 7: your husband getting tired.
- 1:07:46Speaker 2: Of your slick mouth. Okay, so lady, what come on?
- 1:07:51Speaker 7: Now you've been married for two years and you want
- 1:07:55Speaker 7: the new version of the marriage, Well, the marriage will
- 1:07:57Speaker 7: basically always remain the same basically.
- 1:08:02Speaker 2: Now there's some new innovations.
- 1:08:03Speaker 7: Being added to it, but that's because there's some innovations
- 1:08:06Speaker 7: you all bought into it. Nobody says a woman can't
- 1:08:09Speaker 7: work anymore because you're working. But you got two jobs
- 1:08:13Speaker 7: and now you ain't at home. So if you ain't
- 1:08:16Speaker 7: at home tending to your husband, who is? I think
- 1:08:22Speaker 7: this has been a warning and you should heed the warning.
- 1:08:25Speaker 7: You think don't rock the boat in some old fashioned
- 1:08:27Speaker 7: BS don't rock the boat, don't tilt the boat over.
- 1:08:32Speaker 7: You could be with your slick mouth, you could be
- 1:08:35Speaker 7: emasculating your man. Of course you're not gonna put that
- 1:08:38Speaker 7: in a letter, but you kind of write kind of
- 1:08:41Speaker 7: strong though. I can't see myself being with no one
- 1:08:44Speaker 7: man before I get married. So I done had several mine.
- 1:08:47Speaker 7: I ain't gonna ask my husband what to buy. So
- 1:08:50Speaker 7: you got two jobs, you know, it's just a couple
- 1:08:53Speaker 7: of things in this letter. Who my dad thinks he
- 1:08:55Speaker 7: talking to? That's some old school mess. You want the
- 1:08:59Speaker 7: forty year men marriage that your parents had, but you
- 1:09:01Speaker 7: want the new and improved vers. I'm gonna say this again,
- 1:09:05Speaker 7: marriage is basically the same. I got a few twisting
- 1:09:09Speaker 7: wrinkles in it, and that women do work more in
- 1:09:11Speaker 7: relationships now when that then used to be the case.
- 1:09:14Speaker 2: But that's about it, lady.
- 1:09:16Speaker 7: So your daddy's telling you not to rock the boat,
- 1:09:18Speaker 7: you think it's some old fashioned bs. Rock the boat,
- 1:09:21Speaker 7: tilt the boat over. You got a good thing, you
- 1:09:23Speaker 7: got it? You do sound like you do have a
- 1:09:25Speaker 7: good man, all right?
- 1:09:28Speaker 6: All right?

- 1:14:05Speaker 8: the Steve Harvey Morning Show. This is from Jazz in Chicago.
- 1:14:13Speaker 8: Jazz says, I'm a divorced mom with one grown daughter.
- 1:14:17Speaker 8: My daughter is married and they have a two year old.
- 1:14:20Speaker 8: Her husband has a six year old by his first wife,
- 1:14:22Speaker 8: and he has custody. They've asked me to keep the
- 1:14:26Speaker 8: children while they go on an anniversary trip. I think
- 1:14:29Speaker 8: I should be the last person they ask, after they've
- 1:14:32Speaker 8: asked all of their friends. I told them that it's
- 1:14:35Speaker 8: selfish to expect someone to keep two small children, so
- 1:14:38Speaker 8: they should rethink the trip. I also don't feel comfortable
- 1:14:41Speaker 8: keeping a child that's not related to me. Your thoughts,
- 1:14:44Speaker 8: am I obligated to keep them?
- 1:14:47Speaker 3: What do you think?
- 1:14:47Speaker 2: Oh, you don't want all, not at all.
- 1:14:50Speaker 7: If you're uncomfortable keeping some child that doesn't relate it
- 1:14:54Speaker 7: to you, didn't you have to stay?
- 1:14:55Speaker 2: Tell your son. But I'm trying to figure out how
- 1:14:59Speaker 2: to be being related.
- 1:15:00Speaker 8: To her though, because it's her her son in law's
- 1:15:05Speaker 8: child from a previous relationship.
- 1:15:07Speaker 2: Oh oldest ain't her son her son in lawt child? Yeah?
- 1:15:12Speaker 1: She just says one daughter.
- 1:15:14Speaker 2: Yeah, you don't want, she don't want over the door?
- 1:15:17Speaker 2: What they can't They can't go this year? Shure, that's all.
- 1:15:20Speaker 2: They can't go. Okay, lest they want to go to
- 1:15:28Speaker 2: d isn't it you know?
- 1:15:29Speaker 14: Hey?
- 1:15:29Speaker 6: Yeah?
- 1:15:30Speaker 8: Okay, all right, so she's not obligated to keep them.
- 1:15:33Speaker 8: All right, we have time for another one. This is
- 1:15:35Speaker 8: from Mickey and Hampton Mickey Wrights. After work the other day,
- 1:15:40Speaker 8: I went to meet a guy that I met online.
- 1:15:43Speaker 8: I told my sister where I was going and what
- 1:15:45Speaker 8: I was doing. She was barely paying attention, but she
- 1:15:48Speaker 8: assured me that she had my back if my husband
- 1:15:51Speaker 8: called her. Turns out my husband didn't notice.
- 1:15:54Speaker 1: I got home late.
- 1:15:55Speaker 8: My silly sister brought it up the next day in
- 1:15:58Speaker 8: front of my husband and asked me, how was the
- 1:16:02Speaker 8: new bar? I went to She had forgotten that I
- 1:16:05Speaker 8: was on a date. I was able to play it
- 1:16:07Speaker 8: off with my husband, but it was a close call.
- 1:16:10Speaker 8: Did my sister do that on purpose? This is all
- 1:16:14Speaker 8: kinds of wrong everything and this is just wrong. She's
- 1:16:20Speaker 8: married and a date?
- 1:16:23Speaker 2: Yeah, girl, you mad? Why did you look?
- 1:16:29Speaker 7: You can't when you cheat, you can't loop people. You
- 1:16:38Speaker 7: have to limit your liabilities. Lord, have mercy.
- 1:16:41Speaker 8: And her sister wasn't even paying attention when she told
- 1:16:44Speaker 8: her about it, so she got everything wrong. Yeah, this
- 1:16:50Speaker 8: is crazy, she said. My silly sister brought it up

- 1:17:20Speaker 1: She just wants to know did her sister do it
- 1:17:22Speaker 1: on do it to her on purpose?
- 1:17:24Speaker 2: I think so?
- 1:17:26Speaker 1: You think her sister after telling her she had her back?
- 1:17:30Speaker 2: Yeah, she did.
- 1:17:33Speaker 1: Sisters do that to each other.
- 1:17:36Speaker 2: You know, y'all? Are I think he shouldn't know? I
- 1:17:39Speaker 2: would want to know. That's all findless line, not blood though,
- 1:17:45Speaker 2: you know y'all ain't saying that.
- 1:17:48Speaker 1: Yeah, not blood relationship.
- 1:17:51Speaker 2: It depends on the one I would tell my friend, because.
- 1:17:57Speaker 1: Friends, you shouldn't know. Not sister, that's a different type
- 1:18:02Speaker 1: of relationships.
- 1:18:03Speaker 2: Well, maybe she friends with the husband hustle.
- 1:18:06Speaker 1: Oh, he doesn't say that.
- 1:18:09Speaker 8: In a minute, she said, the sister was was, she
- 1:18:14Speaker 8: was barely paying attention. But she assured me that she
- 1:18:18Speaker 8: had my back if my husband called her. Now her
- 1:18:22Speaker 8: sister assured her she had her back.
- 1:18:24Speaker 1: Yeah, she said.
- 1:18:25Speaker 8: It turns out her husband didn't even notice that she
- 1:18:27Speaker 8: got home late. She said, My silly sister brought it
- 1:18:30Speaker 8: up the next day in front of my husband, and
- 1:18:34Speaker 8: last time exactly.
- 1:18:37Speaker 2: Her sister you pulled up owns.

- 1:27:41Speaker 5: You know.
- 1:27:41Speaker 2: I was on stage yesterday Family Feud, and we were talking.
- 1:27:44Speaker 7: They said, Steve, how's your development coming as a Christian?
- 1:27:48Speaker 2: I said, well, kind of. I'm kind of stuck right now.
- 1:27:53Speaker 7: And it was a past it was a minister on
- 1:27:55Speaker 7: the show, one of the families where you know, can
- 1:27:58Speaker 7: get you onn stuck. I said, well, I ain't really
- 1:27:59Speaker 7: try trying to get on stuck. He said, well, out
- 1:28:04Speaker 7: of Where are you stuck? I said, around level two?
- 1:28:08Speaker 7: He said, what do you mean to level two? I said, well,
- 1:28:10Speaker 7: Christianity on scale of one to ten. I'm practicing a
- 1:28:14Speaker 7: hard too. I'm really really good at it. He said, well, sir,
- 1:28:19Speaker 7: you have to.
- 1:28:21Speaker 3: We have to.
- 1:28:23Speaker 7: Live of life where we are. You know, we aspire
- 1:28:27Speaker 7: to perfection. I said, but that ain't gonna happen. He said,
- 1:28:31Speaker 7: I know, but you have to aspire to I said,
- 1:28:33Speaker 7: why would I aspire to something that ain't gonna happen?
- 1:28:39Speaker 7: He said, well, that's what we try to do, he said,
- 1:28:41Speaker 7: young man, we try to strive to become more and
- 1:28:45Speaker 7: more christ Like. I said, dog, you're not Finn to
- 1:28:49Speaker 7: be Christ Now pull up, You're not Finn to be him?
- 1:28:54Speaker 7: And he said, but do your job is to strive.
- 1:28:57Speaker 7: I said, well, out of strive to two levels. And
- 1:29:00Speaker 7: that's all I got for you. I can't, I can't
- 1:29:03Speaker 7: do no more. And as we talked, I discovered Junior
- 1:29:07Speaker 7: I was getting angry at him and I want I
- 1:29:10Speaker 7: wanted to fight. That passed me, you know, heads and
- 1:29:13Speaker 7: he was short to I could whoop you and not

- 1:29:30Speaker 16: He was.
- 1:29:31Speaker 7: Now, I ain't saying he was short, but he was.
