- 0:01Speaker 1: And I believe that Biden or Kamala and I don't
- 0:04Speaker 1: think they're smart enough to do. But the people that
- 0:07Speaker 1: are surrounding the beautiful Resolute desk, you know, the high
- 0:10Speaker 1: IQ people that are radical left. I believe they told
- 0:15Speaker 1: the Banking Commission, the bankers that the banking regulators do
- 0:19Speaker 1: everything you can to destroy Trump. And guess what, I'm presidents, how.
- 0:23Speaker 2: Did that happen?
- 0:24Speaker 3: If you're listening to the forty seven Morning Update with
- 0:27Speaker 3: Ben ferguson.
- 0:27Speaker 2: Good Wednesday morning, Nice to have you with us on
- 0:29Speaker 2: the forty seven Morning Update, And we've got two big
- 0:32Speaker 2: stories for you this morning. First up, a major update
- 0:36Speaker 2: on the President fighting back against banks, big banks that
- 0:40Speaker 2: he now says d banked tim after he left the
- 0:43Speaker 2: White House.
- 0:44Speaker 4: In twenty sixteen.
- 0:45Speaker 2: You are not going to want to miss what the
- 0:47Speaker 2: President had to say as he called in to CNBC
- 0:50Speaker 2: to set the record straight about what happened to him
- 0:53Speaker 2: and so many of the businesses that he ran. Also,
- 0:56Speaker 2: you're hearing a lot about jerry mandering. What's happening the
- 1:00Speaker 2: redistricting in Texas? So what does it look like in
- 1:03Speaker 2: Texas the map they've drawn compared to what Democrats have
- 1:06Speaker 2: been doing all over the country. You're going to want
- 1:10Speaker 2: to hear the details of just how corrupt the media
- 1:12Speaker 2: is and covering for the Democrats, and just how bad
- 1:16Speaker 2: it is for Republicans and Democratic led states.
- 1:20Speaker 4: But first I gotta ask you a question.
- 1:23Speaker 2: Are you one of those that's just so tired of
- 1:25Speaker 2: giving your money to radical left woke companies that actually
- 1:28Speaker 2: are fighting against your values every day?
- 1:31Speaker 4: Well, there are certain bills that you pay.
- 1:33Speaker 2: Every month that if you can go with a conservative company,
- 1:37Speaker 2: why not do it? In fact, why not go with
- 1:40Speaker 2: a conservative company that actually takes part of your bill
- 1:42Speaker 2: every month that you're going to pay to somebody, and
- 1:45Speaker 2: they give it back to organizations that support your First
- 1:48Speaker 2: and your Second Amendment rights, that support the rights of
- 1:51Speaker 2: unborn children, that stand with our military, are first responders
- 1:57Speaker 2: and so many wounded warriors that need help. Well, that
- 2:01Speaker 2: bill I'm talking about is your cell phone bill. And
- 2:04Speaker 2: I've been telling you for a long time about Patriot Mobile.
- 2:07Speaker 2: But there's no better time to switch than right now.
- 2:10Speaker 2: Not only does Patriot Mobile operate on all three major
- 2:14Speaker 2: networks in this country, yeah, all three. That means you
- 2:16Speaker 2: get the same great coverage you're used to right now.
- 2:19Speaker 2: But you also make a difference with every call you
- 2:21Speaker 2: make and every text you make. And why would you
- 2:24Speaker 2: want to give your money to Big Mobile? Big Mobile
- 2:26Speaker 2: has been giving big donations to democratic causes, democratic candidates,
- 2:31Speaker 2: and radical left organizations. I'm talking about organizations that actually
- 2:36Speaker 2: support abortion. That is why I want you to switch
- 2:41Speaker 2: right now to Patriot Mobile. Go ahead and make the switch,
- 2:45Speaker 2: and it's so easy. All you have to do is
- 2:47Speaker 2: simply call Patriot Mobiles one hundred percent US based team
- 2:52Speaker 2: from the comfort of your home or your office and
- 2:54Speaker 2: they'll have you activated in minutes. And if you're still
- 2:57Speaker 2: locked in a contract, not a problem. Patriots Mobile contract
- 3:00Speaker 2: buy out program covers up to five hundred dollars per device.
- 3:04Speaker 2: Keep your same number, keep your phone, or upgrade do
- 3:06Speaker 2: a new one. So back to my point, what are
- 3:09Speaker 2: you waiting for? Call Patriot Mobile today and make a
- 3:12Speaker 2: difference every single day with every call you make. Patriot
- 3:16Speaker 2: Mobile dot com slash ferguson that's Patriot Mobile dot com
- 3:21Speaker 2: slash ferguson or nine seven to two Patriot And if
- 3:25Speaker 2: you use the promo code ferguson, you're gonna get a
- 3:27Speaker 2: free month of service on top of that Patriot Mobile
- 3:30Speaker 2: dot com slash ferguson or nine seven two Patriot. That's
- 3:35Speaker 2: Patriot mobile dot com slash ferguson or nine seven to
- 3:38Speaker 2: two Patriot. It's the forty seven Morning Update, and it
- 3:41Speaker 2: starts right now.
- 3:43Speaker 3: Story number one.
- 3:44Speaker 2: I've got a very important update for you on a
- 3:46Speaker 2: story that we talked about yesterday, and it was the
- 3:50Speaker 2: claim by Donald Trump that banks had been d banking
- 3:55Speaker 2: conservative groups, Christian organizations, Second Amendment organizations.
- 3:59Speaker 4: And now we know even more about how banks had
- 4:03Speaker 4: been dbanking Donald Trump after he left the White House.
- 4:07Speaker 4: In twenty sixteen, in an interview on CNBC, Donald Trump
- 4:12Speaker 4: said that JP Morgan, Chase and Bank of America, two
- 4:16Speaker 4: of the biggest banks in this country, refused to do
- 4:20Speaker 4: business with him, despite him having hundreds of million in
- 4:24Speaker 4: cash and longstanding customer relationships with them. He alleged in
- 4:28Speaker 4: the interview that JP Morgan asked him to close decades
- 4:32Speaker 4: old accounts with just twenty days' notice, and that Bank
- 4:38Speaker 4: of America even declined his depositive over one billion dollars.
- 4:43Speaker 4: Trump attributed this to political bias, saying they discriminated against
- 4:48Speaker 4: many conservatives, many Trump supporters, and many Christians. Supporters of
- 4:54Speaker 4: Donald Trump, like tech investor Mark Andresen, have echoed broader
- 4:59Speaker 4: claims of conservatives being quote de banked, including crypto entrepreneurs,
- 5:05Speaker 4: under what they called Operation Checkpoint two point zero, which
- 5:10Speaker 4: brings us to the draft executive order that I told
- 5:13Speaker 4: you about yesterday. It would penalize banks for political debanking.
- 5:19Speaker 4: I want you to hear President Donald Trump calling out
- 5:22Speaker 4: the JP Morgan Chase CEO Jamie Diamond for debanking him,
- 5:27Speaker 4: and also calling out Bank of America as he tells
- 5:30Speaker 4: a story of what happened when he left the White House.
- 5:33Speaker 4: The first time I did discriminate.
- 5:35Speaker 1: I had JP Morgan Chase. I had hundreds of millions
- 5:38Speaker 1: of dollars in cash. I could see if they want to,
- 5:41Speaker 1: you know, if they want to do something bad because
- 5:43Speaker 1: you don't have any money and you're defaulted, and they
- 5:46Speaker 1: took people out. But I'll give you me as an example.
- 5:49Speaker 1: I had hundreds of millions. I had many many accounts
- 5:52Speaker 1: loaded up with cash. I was loaded up with cash,
- 5:55Speaker 1: and they told me, I'm sorry, sir, we can't have you.
- 5:59Speaker 1: You have twenty days to get out. I said, you
- 6:01Speaker 1: got to be kidding. I've been with you for thirty
- 6:03Speaker 1: five forty years, they said, And I mean I had
- 6:07Speaker 1: all this guy, I didn't know what to do with it.
- 6:09Speaker 1: And I went to and you could ask him. Maybe
- 6:12Speaker 1: he's not going to admit it. So I said, you know,
- 6:14Speaker 1: I was informed by my people that we have to
- 6:16Speaker 1: get out of a Chaseman and and that's Jamie and
- 6:20Speaker 1: JP Morgan Chase. So I said, I can't believe it. Well,
- 6:23Speaker 1: I was never in this situation before. I've never had
- 6:27Speaker 1: anything like it. And it's not like g You're defaulted
- 6:29Speaker 1: and alone. You know, Jesus if I could understand that,
- 6:31Speaker 1: that's different. But there's no default. I mean, there's nothing
- 6:34Speaker 1: but caresh. It's a really gut I have a really
- 6:36Speaker 1: great company. And then what happens is I call a
- 6:39Speaker 1: Bank of America routinely, because when I was president, this
- 6:42Speaker 1: was after I got out of the way. I call
- 6:43Speaker 1: it Bank of America routinely, and I speak to him,
- 6:46Speaker 1: and I speak to a couple of people, and they
- 6:49Speaker 1: have zero interest. Brian was kissing my ass when I
- 6:53Speaker 1: was president, and when I called him after I was
- 6:55Speaker 1: president to deposit a billion dollars plus and a lot
- 6:59Speaker 1: of other things. More importantly, to open accounts, which banks
- 7:02Speaker 1: always like. They like accounts because they get interest free,
- 7:05Speaker 1: you know, the overnights and things are a lot of
- 7:06Speaker 1: reasons for it, but they like accounts. I had hundreds
- 7:09Speaker 1: of accounts, and he said, we can't do it. No,
- 7:12Speaker 1: we can't do it. So I went to another, one,
- 7:14Speaker 1: another one another one. I ended up going to small
- 7:16Speaker 1: banks all over the place. I mean I was putting
- 7:18Speaker 1: ten million here, ten million there, did five million, ten million,
- 7:23Speaker 1: twelve million and a half them all over the That's
- 7:25Speaker 1: the craziest thing. And it's lucky I even had them.
- 7:28Speaker 1: They were doing me a favor. And that's because the
- 7:30Speaker 1: banks discriminated against me very badly. And I was very
- 7:33Speaker 1: good to the banks. I had the greatest economy in
- 7:35Speaker 1: the history of ock country when I was president. And
- 7:38Speaker 1: by the way, our economy now will blow that away.
- 7:41Speaker 1: And you see it happening. But our economy now, because
- 7:43Speaker 1: we're a rich country against because of our trade deals,
- 7:46Speaker 1: we've become a rich country again. But now they totally
- 7:49Speaker 1: discriminate against I think me, maybe even more. But they
- 7:53Speaker 1: discriminated against many conservatives.
- 7:54Speaker 3: You know.
- 7:55Speaker 1: I told that story and sitting around tables with other
- 7:57Speaker 1: people that were conservative or trump'supp I think the word
- 8:01Speaker 1: might be Trump supporters more than conservative, and I believe
- 8:04Speaker 1: what they did is they went to the regulators. You know,
- 8:06Speaker 1: banks are not afraid of anything but a regulator, their regulators,
- 8:10Speaker 1: and their wives. They're more afraid of their wives than
- 8:12Speaker 1: the regulators.
- 8:13Speaker 4: But the.
- 8:14Speaker 1: Group they're really afraid of his bank regulators.
- 8:17Speaker 2: President Trump making it very clear he's not backing down
- 8:21Speaker 2: from this. He believes many others were the bank just
- 8:24Speaker 2: like he was, and saying he's going to use executive
- 8:26Speaker 2: orders to make sure it never happens again.
- 8:29Speaker 3: Now, story number two.
- 8:31Speaker 2: You've probably seen the story about Democrats from Texas state
- 8:35Speaker 2: legislature fleeing the state, many of them to Illinois so
- 8:39Speaker 2: that they didn't have to deal with redistricting. And democrats
- 8:43Speaker 2: and the media like or are joining hand in hand
- 8:46Speaker 2: to make sure they lie to you about the reality
- 8:48Speaker 2: of jerry mandering in this country, which happens overwhelmingly in
- 8:53Speaker 2: democratic states. Now, what they're doing in Texas is very
- 8:58Speaker 2: clearly not jerry mandering, you see it from the maps
- 9:01Speaker 2: that they've made public. What is happening in other states
- 9:04Speaker 2: is shocking, and in other states, what's even more shocking
- 9:08Speaker 2: is how the media didn't freak out about it. Insert
- 9:10Speaker 2: CNN's Jake Tapper claiming that democratic jerrymandering, for example, in
- 9:15Speaker 2: Illinois is merely quote an exception to the rule, and
- 9:19Speaker 2: he says the worst offenders are really republican states without
- 9:23Speaker 2: any evidence. But hey, who needs evidence when you're Jake Tapper,
- 9:28Speaker 2: listen to his own words on his own show.
- 9:30Speaker 5: Look at the map, right. You have some exceptions, like Illinois,
- 9:35Speaker 5: there's blatant democratic jerrymandering, but most of the worst offenders
- 9:39Speaker 5: when it comes to jerrymandering are Republican states such as Taxis.
- 9:43Speaker 2: So let's just talk for a moment about what it
- 9:46Speaker 2: looks like in liberal states. Red states, by the way,
- 9:50Speaker 2: got nothing on blue state jerry mandering, and we have
- 9:54Speaker 2: the numbers to back it up. Let's take a look
- 9:57Speaker 2: at California, and, by the way, everything I'm telling you
- 9:59Speaker 2: right now, this is why I do this show, So
- 10:02Speaker 2: please make sure you share this wherever you can on
- 10:07Speaker 2: social media. California, we're going to start with forty percent
- 10:11Speaker 2: of the state wide vote is read. That's right, forty
- 10:15Speaker 2: percent of the state wide vote. So what does it
- 10:18Speaker 2: look like when it comes to conservatives? Conservatives only have
- 10:23Speaker 2: seventeen percent of the seats there in California, nine out
- 10:28Speaker 2: of the fifty two. Take a look at Massachusetts, thirty
- 10:32Speaker 2: five percent is read of the state wide votes, zero
- 10:37Speaker 2: percent of the seats that's right, zero out of nine
- 10:41Speaker 2: go to conservatives.
- 10:43Speaker 4: That's jerrymandering.
- 10:45Speaker 2: Connecticut, thirty eight percent of the state wide votes are conservative,
- 10:49Speaker 2: yet zero percent of the seats, zero out of five
- 10:53Speaker 2: in Connecticut are for conservatives.
- 10:56Speaker 4: Take a look at New York.
- 10:57Speaker 2: We're forty two percent of the state wide vote it's
- 11:00Speaker 2: go to conservatives, and only twenty six point nine percent
- 11:03Speaker 2: of the seats, seven out of twenty six go to conservatives.
- 11:08Speaker 2: Take a look at New Jersey. New Jersey actually has
- 11:11Speaker 2: forty three percent conservative when it comes to statewide vote.
- 11:15Speaker 2: Only twenty five percent of the seats, however, go to conservatives,
- 11:18Speaker 2: just three out of twelve.
- 11:19Speaker 4: Then you move to Maryland.
- 11:21Speaker 2: Thirty eight percent of the state wide vote is conservative,
- 11:24Speaker 2: yet twelve percent of the seats only one out of
- 11:28Speaker 2: eight in Maryland goes to conservatives. Look at New Mexico,
- 11:32Speaker 2: for example, forty four percent of the statewide vote goes
- 11:36Speaker 2: to conservatives, so surely that would be proportional, right, in representation. No,
- 11:42Speaker 2: zero percent of the seats, zero out of three in
- 11:46Speaker 2: New Mexico go to conservatives. Look at Hawaii, thirty percent
- 11:50Speaker 2: of the state wide vote goes to conservatives and zero
- 11:53Speaker 2: percent of the seats, yet again zero out of two
- 11:56Speaker 2: go to conservatives. That's called jerrymandering or a in is
- 12:00Speaker 2: another great example and a shocking example of jerry mandering.
- 12:04Speaker 2: Forty two percent of the state wide vote goes to conservatives,
- 12:07Speaker 2: yet sixteen percent of the seats, or one out of
- 12:10Speaker 2: six is a conservative. In Washington State, thirty eight percent
- 12:15Speaker 2: of the vote goes to conservatives, but only sixteen percent
- 12:18Speaker 2: of the seats. One out of six seats is a
- 12:21Speaker 2: conservative seat. Washington State, a state where there are thirty
- 12:26Speaker 2: eight percent of the vote statewide goes to conservatives and
- 12:29Speaker 2: only two out of the ten seats there are conservatives
- 12:33Speaker 2: just twenty percent. How about Rhode Island, thirty eight percent
- 12:37Speaker 2: of the state wide voters for conservatives and zero of
- 12:40Speaker 2: the seats, zero out of two go to conservatives. So
- 12:45Speaker 2: when you look at this type of media misinformation, it
- 12:48Speaker 2: gives people like Gavin Newsom license to suppress votes even further.
- 12:53Speaker 2: It's also well jerry Mannering and it's significantly worse than
- 12:56Speaker 2: what they're claiming is Jerry Mannering in Texas.
- 13:00Speaker 4: It's actually not.
- 13:01Speaker 2: It's disgusting, but yes, the media is going to lie
- 13:04Speaker 2: to you and they're going to continue to lie about
- 13:07Speaker 2: this exact issue, and that's exactly why you shouldn't fall
- 13:12Speaker 2: for it.
