- 0:05Speaker 1: diversity of this community, as distinct as the bogadas of
- 0:11Speaker 1: the Bronx, as beautiful as the blossoms of Miami, and
- 0:17Speaker 1: as unique as the breakfast tacos here in San Antonio,
- 0:25Speaker 1: is your strength. This episode of Verdict with head Cruz
- 0:34Speaker 1: is sponsored by American Hartford Gold. If you're like me,

- 0:54Speaker 1: not only predicting that we will face an economic recession,
- 0:57Speaker 1: they're using phrases like economic hurricane and unprecedented. If you
- 1:02Speaker 1: want to protect your future, then do what I did.
- 1:05Speaker 1: Call the only precious metal dealers that I trust, American

- 1:18Speaker 1: takes to get started is a short phone call and
- 1:20Speaker 1: they'll have physical gold and silver shipped directly to your

- 1:42Speaker 1: Call them now. Call eight five five seven six eight
- 1:46Speaker 1: one eight eight three. That's eight five five seven six
- 1:49Speaker 1: eight one eight eight three. Or if you prefer text messaging,
- 1:53Speaker 1: you can text the word cactus to six five five
- 1:56Speaker 1: three two. Again, the phone number is eight five five
- 2:00Speaker 1: seven six eight one eight eight three. Or you can
- 2:02Speaker 1: send the word cactus via text message to six five
- 2:06Speaker 1: five three two. You'll be glad you did. Welcome back
- 2:09Speaker 1: to Verdict. I'm Michael Knowles, joined as ever by my
- 2:12Speaker 1: favorite taco, Senator, Ted Cruz. Senator, how spicy are you
- 2:18Speaker 1: feeling today? I feel like a good Charissa and egg
- 2:23Speaker 1: and cheese taco And Michael, I gotta say there are
- 2:28Speaker 1: times when life imitates satire. If Saturday Night Live was
- 2:34Speaker 1: trying to mock an out of touch Democrat going in
- 2:39Speaker 1: front of an Hispanic audience and saying, you guys are
- 2:43Speaker 1: a bunch of tacos. Look like I'm sorry, Tina Fey
- 2:48Speaker 1: could have delivered that line. Your tacos and the Bogadas.
- 2:55Speaker 1: It isn't Bogata the Capitol Colombia like like like apparently
- 3:00Speaker 1: Jill's never been to Aga. I mean, it's that is
- 3:04Speaker 1: just weird, and it's it typifies the out of touch
- 3:11Speaker 1: Democrat condescension to Latin xes. By the way, that conference
- 3:18Speaker 1: was the Latin X explosion. And I gotta tell you
- 3:21Speaker 1: right now, anyone who puts an X in the word
- 3:24Speaker 1: Latino or Latina ain't actually one of them. It is
- 3:29Speaker 1: only a woke white leftist are the only people that
- 3:34Speaker 1: stick xes in it. And that's apparently why the Bidens
- 3:38Speaker 1: think we're tacos. I can't wait for Joe Biden to
- 3:41Speaker 1: pander to my community, the Italian American community, and say,
- 3:45Speaker 1: you know, you, you Italian Americans, you're greasier than a
- 3:49Speaker 1: bowl of sponge. You are slipperier than a nice focaccia bread.
- 3:53Speaker 1: I don't think it would do a lot to win
- 3:54Speaker 1: over the Italian vote. And I do know Democrats have
- 3:57Speaker 1: been struggling with the Hispanic vote recycled. The Republicans say,
- 4:01Speaker 1: we're about to make huge inroads with the black community
- 4:04Speaker 1: or the Hispanic community. But if you look at the
- 4:06Speaker 1: numbers right now, it would appear that massive chunks of
- 4:09Speaker 1: the Hispanic voting block are moving right word right now.
- 4:13Speaker 1: So do you think that the taco pandering is going
- 4:15Speaker 1: to win them back? So look, Michael, in all seriousness, you,
- 4:19Speaker 1: Michael Knowles, are a spicy meatball. Thank you, thank you. Hi.
- 4:22Speaker 1: Maybe a taco, but you are a meat ball with
- 4:26Speaker 1: an extra zest. I've set it for years. And look,
- 4:30Speaker 1: since I'm I'm Irish at Italian too, maybe I got
- 4:34Speaker 1: a little meatball in my taco and I don't know,
- 4:36Speaker 1: Irish with a pint of Guennis, I don't know. I
- 4:37Speaker 1: don't even know. It's it's that's not too bad. I've
- 4:40Speaker 1: never had Guinnis for breakfast, but breakfast taco and there
- 4:44Speaker 1: we go. We're set. It's actually amazing what is happening
- 4:49Speaker 1: with Hispanic voters. By the way, there's an interesting there
- 4:53Speaker 1: was polling some time ago that I saw. I haven't
- 4:56Speaker 1: seen it recently, but five ten years ago the polling
- 4:59Speaker 1: was is that people whose self reference as Hispanic tend
- 5:06Speaker 1: to be more conservative, people whose self reference as Latino
- 5:11Speaker 1: tend to be further left, and people who self reference
- 5:15Speaker 1: as Chicano tend to be the furthest left. And it's
- 5:18Speaker 1: just kind of an interesting language piece. I don't know
- 5:21Speaker 1: if that still holds, because that polling data is a
- 5:24Speaker 1: little bit out of date. I think the people who
- 5:26Speaker 1: self identify as Latins they actually tend to skew white.
- 5:30Speaker 1: I think they're entirely white and not yes and and
- 5:33Speaker 1: and and woke and confused. It's the opposite of days
- 5:38Speaker 1: and confused. It it's very well, you know, it's an
- 5:43Speaker 1: amazing thing. The Democrats numbers among Hispanics are plummeting, and
- 5:49Speaker 1: we saw that with Mira Flores, who was elected in
- 5:53Speaker 1: Texas special election just a couple of weeks ago. The
- 5:56Speaker 1: district runs from just south of San Antonio all the
- 6:00Speaker 1: way down to Brownsville to the southern tip of Texas.
- 6:03Speaker 1: It literally right on the border with Mexico. That is
- 6:07Speaker 1: a district that hasn't had a Republican represented since eighteen
- 6:12Speaker 1: seventy one. That's a long time. And I've been predicting
- 6:20Speaker 1: for a long time I think all of South Texas
- 6:22Speaker 1: is going to turn red. By the way, Miraflores's district
- 6:25Speaker 1: is the second most Hispanic congressional district in the entire
- 6:29Speaker 1: United States of America. It's it's something like eighty four
- 6:33Speaker 1: percent Hispanic. I'm not remembering the exact number, but it's
- 6:36Speaker 1: in the neighborhood of eighty four percent. Is that a
- 6:38Speaker 1: fluke or is that a bell weather for the mid terms?
- 6:41Speaker 1: I think it is very much a bell weather. There
- 6:44Speaker 1: are two other congressional seats in South Texas are that
- 6:47Speaker 1: are represented by Democrats right now, I think there is
- 6:51Speaker 1: a very good chance that at least two out of
- 6:53Speaker 1: those three will be represented by Republicans come January, and
- 6:58Speaker 1: it might be all three of the those three. And
- 7:01Speaker 1: interestingly enough, those Republicans, the candidates, all three are Hispanic women.
- 7:05Speaker 1: I've endorsed all of them. I'm campaigning for all of them.
- 7:09Speaker 1: And throughout the Rio Grand Valley at South Texas, it
- 7:12Speaker 1: has voted Democrat for over one hundred years. That's how
- 7:16Speaker 1: long it's been. And there's all sorts of things that
- 7:20Speaker 1: are causing that. I mean, it's the you know, the
- 7:24Speaker 1: the out of touch wokeness of calling people Latin X.
- 7:29Speaker 1: And by the way, who sends the first lady to
- 7:31Speaker 1: a conference called the Latin X conference? And that taco thing.
- 7:36Speaker 1: Here's the amazing thing that what an ad lib. This
- 7:39Speaker 1: wasn't a Joe Biden like screw up because they just
- 7:41Speaker 1: let him like meander off and talk. She was reading
- 7:45Speaker 1: from a teleprompter. Yeah, a White House staffer wrote those
- 7:49Speaker 1: lines and thought, isn't this great if we call them
- 7:53Speaker 1: all tacos, they'll clearly vote for us if we do that.
- 7:55Speaker 1: That's a really important point because you've seen a ton
- 7:59Speaker 1: of gaffs this week from Joe Biden. Biden at one
- 8:02Speaker 1: point the White House tried to cover this up, but
- 8:04Speaker 1: he actually read on the teleprompter, repeat the line, repeat
- 8:07Speaker 1: the line now. But he didn't repeat the line. He
- 8:09Speaker 1: just read, repeat the line. You've seen all sorts of
- 8:11Speaker 1: gaffs suggesting that he kind of forgot that he was
- 8:14Speaker 1: the president at one point, and so we've come to
- 8:16Speaker 1: expect that from Biden. But what you're pointing out here is, no,
- 8:19Speaker 1: this is the alleged adults in the room, the people
- 8:22Speaker 1: who were supposed to be the geniuses who have their
- 8:24Speaker 1: finger on the pulse of the base and the electorate.
- 8:26Speaker 1: They're the ones who put the taco line into the speech.
- 8:29Speaker 1: It looks the Democrats look down on the American people
- 8:34Speaker 1: as a whole, look down on voters as a whole,
- 8:36Speaker 1: but they especially looked down on minorities. I remember Joe
- 8:39Speaker 1: Biden is the one who went I think it was
- 8:41Speaker 1: at the NAACP when he was vice president and said
- 8:46Speaker 1: about Republicans, They're gonna put you back in chains. The
- 8:52Speaker 1: Democrats look at Hispanics and they think we are a
- 8:55Speaker 1: bunch of ignorant I don't even know how to describe
- 9:02Speaker 1: what they think abouts, but they think we just we
- 9:06Speaker 1: have to vote Democrat and there's no sense of wanting
- 9:12Speaker 1: to earn the votes. I'll tell you, if you are
- 9:15Speaker 1: an Hispanic guy in South Texas and you work in
- 9:18Speaker 1: the oil field, and you drive a pickup truck and
- 9:22Speaker 1: you go bird hunting on the weekends, Joe Biden and
- 9:25Speaker 1: Kamala Harris and the Democrats want to destroy your livelihood,
- 9:31Speaker 1: want to endanger your family by open borders and chaos.
- 9:36Speaker 1: And you know what, You're voting Republican. And that is
- 9:40Speaker 1: happening at amazing numbers. And I can't wait to see
- 9:45Speaker 1: three Hispanic women, Republicans from the Rio Grand Valley standing
- 9:51Speaker 1: up to Nancy Pelosi and AOC and all these liberals
- 9:55Speaker 1: who insist, Hey, illegal immigration is just hunky dorry, It's
- 9:59Speaker 1: just fine the people who are living it. No, it's not.
- 10:02Speaker 1: And I think the fact that this White House wrote
- 10:07Speaker 1: this into a speech A set the first Lady to
- 10:10Speaker 1: this ridiculous conference, and b wrote these condescending lines into
- 10:15Speaker 1: the speech, I think it's indicative of just how badly
- 10:19Speaker 1: Biden and the Democrats are doing with Hispanics nationally. And
- 10:22Speaker 1: I think we're going to see a real sea change
- 10:24Speaker 1: in this election. Well, it seems to me the greater
- 10:27Speaker 1: fear for the White House right now is not just
- 10:29Speaker 1: that they're losing Hispanics. It seems that they're losing all
- 10:32Speaker 1: of the Democrats. There are these poll numbers coming out
- 10:35Speaker 1: that the majority of Democrats don't want Biden to be
- 10:38Speaker 1: the nominee in twenty twenty four. And even worse than
- 10:41Speaker 1: losing the Democrat voters, it seems to me that the
- 10:44Speaker 1: White House is losing the Democrat establishment, the Democrat media,
- 10:49Speaker 1: the Democrat press. You're seeing lots of negative stories coming
- 10:53Speaker 1: out about Biden in the new York Times, in the
- 10:55Speaker 1: Washington Post, in all of the corporate press, kind of
- 10:58Speaker 1: stoking the flame of this Democrat uprising against Biden. Is
- 11:03Speaker 1: this a sign that the machine, the party, and the
- 11:07Speaker 1: powers that be have had it with Biden and they
- 11:10Speaker 1: want a different option in twenty twenty four. Yes, And
- 11:14Speaker 1: it's also listen, I think the chances that Biden runs
- 11:17Speaker 1: in twenty four minuscule. He ain't running, He's not up
- 11:20Speaker 1: to the job. Down he says he's running. But to
- 11:24Speaker 1: be honest, any president says he's running, You say that
- 11:27Speaker 1: so you're not a lame duck. So I understand why
- 11:29Speaker 1: he says he's running. I don't believe for a second
- 11:31Speaker 1: that he's running. He's clearly not up to the task today.
- 11:35Speaker 1: I mean, this is a man who shakes hands with
- 11:37Speaker 1: the empty air. This is a man who they send
- 11:39Speaker 1: staffers dressed as the Easter Bunny to prevent him from
- 11:43Speaker 1: wandering and getting lost. It is I think there's no
- 11:48Speaker 1: chance he's running. But some of these stories. You gotta
- 11:51Speaker 1: understand our ambitious Democrats trying to take him out. And
- 11:55Speaker 1: we can already see the daggers between Kamala Harris and
- 12:00Speaker 1: Pete Buddha jedge, both of which are are It's not
- 12:02Speaker 1: even daggers, it's chainsaws, it's it's it's Patriot missiles they're
- 12:07Speaker 1: firing against. They probably scuds, but um. And by the way,
- 12:11Speaker 1: Gavin Newsom, now you know your former governor chiming in
- 12:15Speaker 1: and trying desperately to say, look at me, look at me.
- 12:18Speaker 1: This is and then you're gonna have Elizabeth Warren riding
- 12:21Speaker 1: in on a rainbow unicorn. It's uh, the twenty four
- 12:28Speaker 1: Democratic primary has started already, and it ain't pretty. They're
- 12:32Speaker 1: going to light each other up and and and Biden
- 12:35Speaker 1: is just a casualty of that. Newsom is buying airtime
- 12:38Speaker 1: in Florida. That's kind of a weird thing to do
- 12:41Speaker 1: if you're focused on rebuilding your state. It's not a
- 12:43Speaker 1: weird thing to do if you want to position yourself
- 12:45Speaker 1: for twenty twenty four. You mentioned our friend Lahwatha, there
- 12:48Speaker 1: is Warren. Elizabeth Warren seems to be riding in on
- 12:52Speaker 1: this issue of abortion. She's focusing so intently. I mean,
- 12:56Speaker 1: you can almost see the fire in her eyes when
- 12:58Speaker 1: when she lights up first about the league, then about
- 13:01Speaker 1: the dabb's decision, now about the pro life laws all
- 13:03Speaker 1: around the country. You had a pretty bizarre exchange today
- 13:08Speaker 1: in the Senate there was a hearing on abortion. I
- 13:13Speaker 1: looked at polls. I saw that for only fifteen percent
- 13:17Speaker 1: of the electorate is abortion the top issue. Most people
- 13:20Speaker 1: don't vote on abortion, whether we're talking pro life or
- 13:23Speaker 1: pro abortion. The Democrats abortion position abortion on demand, without
- 13:27Speaker 1: apology until the moment of birth. That is not where
- 13:30Speaker 1: the American people are. No poles suggest that it is.
- 13:33Speaker 1: Is this going to be a winner for Liz Warren?
- 13:35Speaker 1: Do the Democrats really think that they should keep putting
- 13:38Speaker 1: their pro abortion talking points in before the midterms? So, look,
- 13:42Speaker 1: it might well be a winner for her in the
- 13:44Speaker 1: Democrat primary. Their primary has been a become a race
- 13:48Speaker 1: to the crazy left. It's not a winner I don't
- 13:52Speaker 1: believe in the general election. And you know you mentioned
- 13:55Speaker 1: we had a hearing today in the Judiciary Committee that
- 13:58Speaker 1: Dick Durbin, the chairman of the committee, held it was
- 14:00Speaker 1: designed to describe what an apocalyptic hell we're living in
- 14:06Speaker 1: post obs that without Row, America is an unrecognizable it's
- 14:10Speaker 1: mad Max at Thunderdome, It's it's it's it's truly horrific.
- 14:14Speaker 1: And I got to say, I think the hearing went really,
- 14:17Speaker 1: really badly for Democrats. I think by the end of
- 14:20Speaker 1: the hearing even the Democrats were starting to recognize this,
- 14:24Speaker 1: this is not going the way we wanted it to.
- 14:26Speaker 1: Senator I think you're being modest. Actually, I think what
- 14:29Speaker 1: happened is that you you personally rhetorically shived poor Dick Durbin.
- 14:34Speaker 1: And you didn't do it by lobbing any bombs. You.
- 14:37Speaker 1: All I saw was the one clip of you talking
- 14:39Speaker 1: about Dick Durbin. You just read his own words back
- 14:42Speaker 1: to him. Well, I pointed out that that the Democrat
- 14:46Speaker 1: Party used to have room for diversity, used to have
- 14:49Speaker 1: some voices of reasonableness on all sorts of issues. Look
- 14:53Speaker 1: on foreign policy, there were Scoop Jackson Democrats there. There
- 14:56Speaker 1: there there were more moderate Democrats planned parenthood versus Casey.
- 15:02Speaker 1: A lot of people don't know that. The Casey there
- 15:05Speaker 1: was Governor Bob Casey Senior. He was a Democrat. He
- 15:08Speaker 1: was strongly pro life. Today's Democrats have said, if you're
- 15:13Speaker 1: pro life, get out of the party. We don't want you.
- 15:18Speaker 1: And so at the hearing, I took a chance to
- 15:20Speaker 1: say to say, all right, we should reflect on just
- 15:25Speaker 1: how radicalized the Democrat Party's gotten on abortion. And I said,
- 15:28Speaker 1: for example, when Roe versus Wade was decided nineteen seventy three,
- 15:34Speaker 1: one person who was very critical was a person named
- 15:36Speaker 1: Joseph Robinette Biden Junior, who said in nineteen seventy four, quote,
- 15:41Speaker 1: I don't like the Supreme Court decision on abortion. I
- 15:45Speaker 1: think it went too far. I don't think that a
- 15:49Speaker 1: woman has the sole right to say what should happen
- 15:51Speaker 1: to her body. So that was Joe Biden and seventy four,
- 15:54Speaker 1: and I put her. I said, well, okay, maybe seventy
- 15:57Speaker 1: four is a long time ago. He he's woken up
- 16:01Speaker 1: since then. Well, let's look at Joe Biden in two
- 16:05Speaker 1: thousand and seven. Two thousand and seven, it's just fifteen
- 16:07Speaker 1: years ago. Joe Biden is on Meet the Press, Tim
- 16:10Speaker 1: Rossert says, quote you supported that ban on late term abortions,
- 16:15Speaker 1: and Biden said, quote, I did, and I do. That
- 16:20Speaker 1: was just fifteen years ago. That was the position of
- 16:23Speaker 1: Joe Biden. Just a few weeks ago, the Democrats voted
- 16:27Speaker 1: to strike down every ban in the country on late
- 16:30Speaker 1: term abortions, and every single Democrat but one voted for
- 16:34Speaker 1: it the view of Joe Biden fifteen years ago or
- 16:38Speaker 1: nineteen seventy four is no longer allowed in today's radicalized
- 16:41Speaker 1: Democrat Party. And then here's what you reference that I
- 16:45Speaker 1: pointed out to show just how far it was gotten.
- 16:48Speaker 1: It's not just Joe Biden. The Chairman of the Judiciary Committee,
- 16:51Speaker 1: Dick Durban. In June of nineteen eighty three, Durban wrote
- 16:55Speaker 1: a letter and here I quoted, it's the hearing. The
- 16:58Speaker 1: letter says, quote, I have clearly studied the issue of
- 17:02Speaker 1: abortion in depth, and I'm in favor of the Eagleton Amendment,
- 17:08Speaker 1: which states clearly that the right to abortion is not
- 17:12Speaker 1: guaranteed by the US Constitution. The effect of this amendment
- 17:18Speaker 1: will to return us to the legal environment which existed
- 17:22Speaker 1: before Row versus Wade in nineteen seventy three, and it
- 17:26Speaker 1: was signed Richard J. Durbin, Member of Congress. And it
- 17:30Speaker 1: wasn't just in nineteen eighty three. Fast forward in nineteen
- 17:33Speaker 1: eighty nine. So six years later, Chairman Durbin wrote again,
- 17:37Speaker 1: and here's a quote. I believe we should end abortion
- 17:41Speaker 1: on demand and at every opportunity. I have translated this
- 17:45Speaker 1: belief into votes in the Houses of representatives. I continue
- 17:51Speaker 1: to believe the Supreme Court's decision in Row versus Wade
- 17:56Speaker 1: should be reversed. Dick Urban now the chairman Democrat Chairman
- 18:04Speaker 1: of the Judiciary Committee, and he's one of the people
- 18:07Speaker 1: who happily voted to strike down every single restriction of
- 18:12Speaker 1: abortion on the country and to allow unlimited abortion on demand.
- 18:16Speaker 1: Because the Democrats are wildly out of step on this issue.
- 18:21Speaker 1: What's amazing is that you're reading their own words. You're
- 18:26Speaker 1: gutting their argument with their own words from the distant
- 18:29Speaker 1: past and the not so distant past. Wasn't even the
- 18:32Speaker 1: craziest exchange that I saw. Frankly, it might not have
- 18:36Speaker 1: even been in the top two craziest exchanges that I
- 18:38Speaker 1: saw during this hearing. Today, the Democrats put forward some
- 18:42Speaker 1: pro abortion radical and your colleague from Texas Senator Senator
- 18:46Speaker 1: Cornyn couldn't get an answer out of her, or it
- 18:49Speaker 1: took a while to get an answer out of her
- 18:51Speaker 1: on the value of babies. Yeah, it was really extreme.
- 18:55Speaker 1: I do want to say before we leave the Durban thing,
- 18:58Speaker 1: so I give my questioning with a poster board behind
- 19:02Speaker 1: me with the images of the letters from Durban with
- 19:06Speaker 1: his signature and look to be honest, I mean, I'm
- 19:09Speaker 1: filaying the guy who's sitting about eight feet from me.
- 19:13Speaker 1: I read all of these quotes. I end my remarks
- 19:17Speaker 1: with what the Supreme Court has done is returned this
- 19:21Speaker 1: deeply personal, deeply important, deeply contested, contentious issue to the
- 19:25Speaker 1: voters to let the American people decide. That's democracy and
- 19:29Speaker 1: all of us should be happy about that. Durban then
- 19:33Speaker 1: has a chance to response. Here's his response. I'm going
- 19:36Speaker 1: to quote it in full. Thank you, Senator Cruz. It's
- 19:41Speaker 1: a smart response. That literally is how he responds to
- 19:44Speaker 1: my reading his letter two letters while I'm sitting with
- 19:48Speaker 1: a picture of him behind me. Well, what's he going
- 19:50Speaker 1: to say? What's he going to say? He's sitting there,
- 19:52Speaker 1: you got him dead to riot, so he knows he
- 19:54Speaker 1: can't win. Sorry, Okay, moving on, all right. So then
- 19:58Speaker 1: we get to Corn and Corn and asked questions after me,
- 20:00Speaker 1: and there was this this law professor who is as
- 20:05Speaker 1: radical a Democrat witness as I've ever seen. She's African
- 20:10Speaker 1: American woman. She's a law professor who's specialty is abortion.
- 20:15Speaker 1: So like she is at a law school and all
- 20:17Speaker 1: she does is advocate for abortion. All day long and son.
- 20:21Speaker 1: Cornet starts by saying that her testimony says that that
- 20:25Speaker 1: African Americans have abortions at a rate three times or
- 20:29Speaker 1: four times greater than non white Americans. And he asks
- 20:33Speaker 1: her is that a good thing? Is that systemic racism?
- 20:36Speaker 1: And she won't answer whether it's a good thing for
- 20:40Speaker 1: there to be more black abortions or not. She refuses
- 20:43Speaker 1: to answer that. So then Cornon goes in and he said,
- 20:47Speaker 1: asks a very simple question, do you think that a
- 20:51Speaker 1: baby that is delivered alive has value? This witness is
- 20:58Speaker 1: silent for I went back countered it one second, two seconds,
- 21:04Speaker 1: three seconds, four seconds, and finally she says, yes, I
- 21:12Speaker 1: got to tell you in the room those four seconds
- 21:14Speaker 1: were a long time. The question was do you think
- 21:18Speaker 1: a baby that is delivered alive has value? So so
- 21:22Speaker 1: Corning goes on and says, do you think that a
- 21:25Speaker 1: baby that is not yet born has value? I believe
- 21:30Speaker 1: that a person with a capacity for pregnancy has value.
- 21:33Speaker 1: They have intelligence, they have agency. Corning comes back, no,
- 21:37Speaker 1: I'm talking about the baby, Professor Bridges, and I'm talking
- 21:41Speaker 1: about the person with a capacity phonomic Senator Corny, you're
- 21:45Speaker 1: not answering the question I'm asking Professor Bridges with the
- 21:50Speaker 1: smugness of a leftist who views all of us with
- 21:54Speaker 1: condescending sneering. I'm answering a more interesting and tries again,
- 22:02Speaker 1: do you think that a baby that is not yet born,
- 22:06Speaker 1: let's say the day before this mother delivers, do you
- 22:10Speaker 1: think that baby has value? Her answer, I think that
- 22:16Speaker 1: the person with a capacity for pregnancy has value, and
- 22:19Speaker 1: they should have the ability to control what happens to
- 22:21Speaker 1: their life. Now, I got to say, even among advocates
- 22:24Speaker 1: for abortion, it is stunning to have a witness who
- 22:32Speaker 1: is unwilling to acknowledge that an infant in a mother's
- 22:42Speaker 1: womb who is nine months pregnant has any value whatsoever.
- 22:46Speaker 1: That is not a sentence she's willing to say. Look,
- 22:48Speaker 1: there are people who are pro abortion who could say, yes,
- 22:51Speaker 1: of course the child has value, but I value the
- 22:55Speaker 1: mother's liberty interest more. I understand that position. That's not
- 22:58Speaker 1: what she said. She's unwilling to articulate to acknowledge one
- 23:05Speaker 1: iota value and the child. And it took her four
- 23:08Speaker 1: seconds to acknowledge that even a baby that's been born
- 23:12Speaker 1: has value. Well, she wouldn't even acknowledge the question I mean,
- 23:15Speaker 1: to me, that's even almost crazier that it would be
- 23:19Speaker 1: like asking, Hey, Michael, do you think that babies have value?
- 23:22Speaker 1: And I'll say I think the nineteen ninety eight New
- 23:24Speaker 1: York Yankees have value. You say, Okay, sure, that's fine,
- 23:28Speaker 1: but that's not what I'm asking you. And did you
- 23:31Speaker 1: notice a really weird tick? So this whole questioning with
- 23:34Speaker 1: Cornan occurred after I had asked my questions. Did you
- 23:39Speaker 1: notice a word that she didn't use in response to
- 23:44Speaker 1: any of those questions? The most controversial word around today.
- 23:49Speaker 1: It's the word that Justice Katangi Brown Jackson doesn't know
- 23:53Speaker 1: what a woman is. And she kept using this this
- 23:57Speaker 1: phrase a person with a capacity for pregnancy, which I
- 24:03Speaker 1: don't think I've ever heard that phrase until this afternoon.
- 24:07Speaker 1: And that led to one of the most astonishing exchanges.
- 24:12Speaker 1: So after Cornin, Josh Holly from Missouri had an opportunity
- 24:16Speaker 1: to question her, and he couldn't help but ask about
- 24:20Speaker 1: this bizarre phrase she kept using, a person with capacity
- 24:23Speaker 1: for pregnancy. You've referred to people with a capacity for pregnancy?
- 24:29Speaker 1: Would that be women? Many women, SIS women have the
- 24:34Speaker 1: capacity for pregnancy. Many SIS women do not have the
- 24:36Speaker 1: capacity for pregnancy. There are also trans men who are
- 24:40Speaker 1: capable of pregnancy, as well as non binary people who
- 24:42Speaker 1: are capable of pregnancy. So this isn't really a women's
- 24:45Speaker 1: rights issue. It's we can recognize that this impacts women
- 24:48Speaker 1: while also recognizing that it impacts other groups. Those things
- 24:51Speaker 1: are not mutually exclusive. Senator Holly Oh, So, your view
- 24:55Speaker 1: is is that the core of this right then, is
- 24:58Speaker 1: about what? So I want to recognize that your line
- 25:02Speaker 1: of questioning is transphobic, and it opens up trans people
- 25:07Speaker 1: to violence by not recognizing that, Wow, you're saying that
- 25:09Speaker 1: I'm opening up people to violence by asking whether or
- 25:12Speaker 1: not women are the folks who can have pregnancies? So
- 25:14Speaker 1: I'm one. I want to note that one out of
- 25:16Speaker 1: five transgender persons have attempted suicide. So I think it's
- 25:22Speaker 1: because of my line of questioning because we can't talk
- 25:24Speaker 1: about it because denying that trans people exist and pretending
- 25:28Speaker 1: not to know that they exist. I'm denying that trans
- 25:31Speaker 1: people exist by asking you, if you're talking about women,
- 25:33Speaker 1: are you having pregnancies? Do you believe that men can
- 25:36Speaker 1: get pregnant? No? I don't think so you're denying that
- 25:40Speaker 1: trans people like this, and that leads to violence. Is
- 25:42Speaker 1: this how you run your classroom? Or students allowed to
- 25:44Speaker 1: question you? Or are they also treated like this or
- 25:47Speaker 1: they're told that they're opening up people to violence. We
- 25:50Speaker 1: have a good time in my class. You should joint.
- 25:52Speaker 1: You might learn a lot. Wow, I would learn a lot.
- 25:55Speaker 1: I've learned a lot. Extraordinary. That is a truly extraordinary exchange. Senator,
- 26:02Speaker 1: how did your colleague, mister Holly keeps cool? It is amazing. Look,
- 26:08Speaker 1: I gotta say, I've served in the Senate ten years.
- 26:12Speaker 1: I've seen lots of witnesses in front of lots of committees.
- 26:14Speaker 1: Number one, I have never seen a witness as moonbat
- 26:22Speaker 1: bizarre out there as this witness. And I've also never
- 26:28Speaker 1: seen a witness as contemptuous of a senator asking her
- 26:34Speaker 1: a question in a Senate hearing as that professor was.
- 26:37Speaker 1: And it's the contempt of the hard left. It's the
- 26:40Speaker 1: same contempt of the White House staffer that said to
- 26:43Speaker 1: Jill Biden call hispanics tacos. It's if you don't agree
- 26:48Speaker 1: with what we demand, it is sneering, condescension. You're opening
- 26:55Speaker 1: up for violence. After that exchange, I pulled Josh aside
- 27:00Speaker 1: the Senate floor, and I was like, holy crap, what
- 27:04Speaker 1: an exchange. And I actually confessed, I said, you know,
- 27:08Speaker 1: my team had written a line of questioning similar to this,
- 27:11Speaker 1: because she used in her written testimony also the phrase
- 27:15Speaker 1: person with capacity for pregnancy. And I decided to focus
- 27:21Speaker 1: on the Durban and Biden stuff as well, just to
- 27:23Speaker 1: show how radical the Democrats were, rather than going after
- 27:28Speaker 1: the witness in particular. But when Holly did that and
- 27:33Speaker 1: she came back snaring, I actually asked him, I said,
- 27:36Speaker 1: how on earth did you keep your cool? I thought
- 27:38Speaker 1: Josh did a very nice job of staying calm. I'll
- 27:41Speaker 1: confess I do not think I would have remained that
- 27:44Speaker 1: calm to that. He was amused, and I am particularly
- 27:49Speaker 1: like you know, oh, I bet I would learn a
- 27:51Speaker 1: lot in your class, like this is her students. I mean,
- 27:55Speaker 1: you're literally if you believe that women get pregnant, apparently
- 28:05Speaker 1: that statement is inciting to violence. That's just that is
- 28:13Speaker 1: a clip every voter in America should watch the day
- 28:19Speaker 1: before election day. I'll tell you in exchange I had
- 28:23Speaker 1: with another Democrat senator on Judiciary Committee, Oh, I don't know,
- 28:27Speaker 1: maybe a year ago, where he referred to birthing people
- 28:32Speaker 1: and I pulled him aside and I said, birthing people, like,
- 28:37Speaker 1: is your base really that moon bat crazy that you
- 28:41Speaker 1: can't say bombs? Like, like, is the word mother now forbidden?
- 28:46Speaker 1: And he basically admitted, yeah it is. And you just
- 28:50Speaker 1: saw she's unwilling to acknowledge that it is women who
- 28:56Speaker 1: give birth. There's an irony to this too, which is
- 28:58Speaker 1: that they're own. People don't love this. I mean, I'm
- 29:00Speaker 1: with you. I think we should plaster this clip everywhere.
- 29:03Speaker 1: I endorse this woman, Professor Bridges. I endorse her for
- 29:06Speaker 1: the twenty twenty four Democratic presidential nomination. Please, Professor Bridges,
- 29:10Speaker 1: now is the time we need you to accuse ninety
- 29:14Speaker 1: percent of America, which understands that men and women are different.
- 29:17Speaker 1: We need you to call them all killers. That's that's
- 29:18Speaker 1: the way that we want you to run that election.
- 29:21Speaker 1: But and by the way, we need Kamala Harris and
- 29:23Speaker 1: Elizabeth Ward and Pete Buddha Judge and Gavin Newsom to
- 29:26Speaker 1: get to the left of crazy like that. I don't
- 29:31Speaker 1: even know what the next step is, like, like, if
- 29:34Speaker 1: you're not allowed to say men and women, transhumanism might
- 29:37Speaker 1: be the next thing? Is species? Is m I don't
- 29:39Speaker 1: know that. I don't want to give them ideas. But
- 29:42Speaker 1: there's this irony here which you mentioned that the Democratic
- 29:46Speaker 1: Democratic senators, for goodness sakes, but certainly these professors are
- 29:50Speaker 1: using all these phrases birthing people, persons with the capacity
- 29:54Speaker 1: to become pregnant, just erasing women entirely from public life.
- 29:58Speaker 1: There was a major criticism of this the other day
- 30:01Speaker 1: from my absolute favorite Twitter account. Sorry, Senator, you are
- 30:04Speaker 1: not my favorite. My actual favorite Twitter account is Bett Midler.
- 30:07Speaker 1: She posts by far the greatest stuff on that platform.
- 30:11Speaker 1: Bette Midler, radical to the left, probably not the highest
- 30:15Speaker 1: information voter out there, and she posts in one of
- 30:18Speaker 1: her rants on Twitter, she says, these misogynists, these sexist conservatives,
- 30:23Speaker 1: they are racing women. They're taking away our rights. They
- 30:26Speaker 1: won't even call us women anymore. They call us birthing
- 30:29Speaker 1: people and all these sorts of euphemisms. And I read
- 30:31Speaker 1: that and I said, well, I'm I'm with you, Darling,
- 30:33Speaker 1: I'm with you, miss Midler. We're not the ones using
- 30:37Speaker 1: the phrase birthing people. And the funny thing is that exchange.
- 30:42Speaker 1: I saw that tweet the left letter on fire. Yeah,
- 30:47Speaker 1: and she look, it is obviously yes, I believe women exist.
- 30:52Speaker 1: That that didn't used to be a radical statement. And
- 30:56Speaker 1: so the phrase is at look you actually skipped over
- 31:01Speaker 1: the phrase she used. She referred to they won't call
- 31:04Speaker 1: us women, they call us people with vaginas. I gotta say,
- 31:08Speaker 1: that's an obnoxious but like it really is reducing women
- 31:14Speaker 1: to genitalia. And that's the modern left and and it
- 31:18Speaker 1: and even Bett Midler recognizes this is horrible. And so
- 31:22Speaker 1: the woke left immediately says Bett Midler, you're not woke enough.
- 31:28Speaker 1: I will say, by the way, as obnoxious as Bette
- 31:30Speaker 1: Midler can be on Twitter, she is one heck of
- 31:34Speaker 1: a singer. Have you seen the movie for the Boys?
- 31:37Speaker 1: I haven't. No, Oh, oh it's it's a fabulous movie
- 31:42Speaker 1: with with James con and we just lost yeah. Um.
- 31:45Speaker 1: And they're a husband wife who are singing and they
- 31:49Speaker 1: sing for the troops and it starts in the fifties
- 31:52Speaker 1: and goes through Vietnam. It starts in the forties, actually
- 31:54Speaker 1: goes through Vietnam and they age and it's a fabulous show.
- 31:59Speaker 1: But but the songs. I may not be a fan
- 32:02Speaker 1: of her politics generally, but but but that woman can
- 32:05Speaker 1: sing well. Speaking of left wing singers who are taking
- 32:08Speaker 1: issue with this. Did did you see the Macy Gray
- 32:11Speaker 1: interview flip flop on the specific issue on transgenderism. I
- 32:17Speaker 1: have no idea who that person is. She did that song.
- 32:20Speaker 1: I try to say good bye? And how much of
- 32:24Speaker 1: this song am I gonna have to get through it
- 32:25Speaker 1: before you? I have no idea who that person is. Well,
- 32:28Speaker 1: then I will spare you the rest of the one
- 32:30Speaker 1: Macy Gray song. I know Macy Gray was this singer.
- 32:33Speaker 1: She still is. She's still around. She was a popular
- 32:36Speaker 1: singer in the late nineties or early two thousands. She's
- 32:38Speaker 1: kind of making a comeback now, she's got some new
- 32:40Speaker 1: album coming out. And so she goes on an interview
- 32:43Speaker 1: on Piers Morgan's show, and she says she acknowledges. She says, look,
- 32:46Speaker 1: I know this isn't politically correct right now. I know
- 32:49Speaker 1: I might irritate some people, but I'm a woman. It
- 32:52Speaker 1: matters to me to be a woman, and I don't
- 32:55Speaker 1: I don't think that men who call themselves women, I
- 32:57Speaker 1: don't think they're really women. I don't think if you
- 32:59Speaker 1: get a surge that magically makes you a woman, I
- 33:02Speaker 1: am woman. Hear me, roar really basic point. Everybody would
- 33:05Speaker 1: have agreed with this. Five minutes ago, the left lights
- 33:08Speaker 1: her up. I'm sure she got a bunch of angry
- 33:11Speaker 1: calls from her agent. She goes on the Today Show.
- 33:14Speaker 1: She goes on with Hoda, the host on the Today Show,
- 33:17Speaker 1: and it was like a hostage tape and she's sitting there.
- 33:20Speaker 1: This is just what four days after she made the
- 33:22Speaker 1: comments of her very clear views that she had considered
- 33:25Speaker 1: and she knew wouldn't be popular, and then she completely
- 33:27Speaker 1: flips them. And the interviewer says, so, Macy, have you learned?
- 33:32Speaker 1: What have you learned? Have you have you been educated?
- 33:35Speaker 1: And Macy says, yeah, well I guess anyway, Yeah, okay, fine,
- 33:40Speaker 1: anybody can be a woman. All right, can you buy
- 33:42Speaker 1: my album now? Please? And she was browbeaten into falling
- 33:46Speaker 1: into line. But I wonder how many more Macy Gray
- 33:49Speaker 1: wanted to get rid of the national anthem. Okay, Macy
- 33:52Speaker 1: Gray wanted to get rid of the star spangled banner
- 33:54Speaker 1: because she's so far to the left and she was
- 33:56Speaker 1: swept up in the anti American rhetoric of the last
- 33:59Speaker 1: few years. She has not a conservative. Bette Midler is
- 34:01Speaker 1: not a conservative. If if the libs. If the Democrats
- 34:04Speaker 1: are losing Bet and Macy, how many more people are
- 34:07Speaker 1: they losing on this issue? Well, you forgot jk Rowling,
- 34:10Speaker 1: who even Harry Potter. Potter has denounced jk Rowling, who
- 34:16Speaker 1: wrote the whole damn thing again for the radical heresy
- 34:21Speaker 1: of saying women exist. So I sort of hope that
- 34:27Speaker 1: this issue is one where the left is leaning really hard.
- 34:32Speaker 1: I don't maybe because they really believe it ideologically, maybe
- 34:34Speaker 1: because they need to serve a radical base. But I
- 34:37Speaker 1: just think if if now Bette Midler and Macy Grayer
- 34:40Speaker 1: are and jk Rowling are considered on the right, how
- 34:44Speaker 1: do they expect to win an election in November? Forget
- 34:46Speaker 1: about twenty twenty four. Well, and actually this connects back
- 34:50Speaker 1: to the issue we started with, which was the whole
- 34:52Speaker 1: Latin X thing. So look, literally, the Spanish language. You
- 34:57Speaker 1: define someone Latino and Latina based on whether they're male
- 35:00Speaker 1: or female, and most words in Spanish are either male
- 35:05Speaker 1: or female. The entire language it is designed is structure.
- 35:11Speaker 1: In fact, one of the reasons my Spanish is so
- 35:12Speaker 1: loudly as I screw up the male and female and
- 35:17Speaker 1: all the time in Spanish. But someone putting Latin x
- 35:20Speaker 1: in is literally saying your entire language and culture matters
- 35:27Speaker 1: less to me than my ideology that women do not exist.
- 35:31Speaker 1: I mean, it's that's weird. Well, now this does get
- 35:36Speaker 1: to a mail back question we got because if you
- 35:38Speaker 1: look at the polls right now, the Democrats are underwater
- 35:40Speaker 1: on every single issue, with this possible exception of COVID,
- 35:44Speaker 1: that's the one issue where they might have a very
- 35:46Speaker 1: slight net positives. This question in from Jake Rachel Wilensky,
- 35:50Speaker 1: CDC director and Joe Biden are already sounding the alarm
- 35:54Speaker 1: on a new round of COVID. In your estimation, Senator,
- 35:57Speaker 1: are the Democrats planning to lock down again before the midterms. Um?
- 36:04Speaker 1: I doubt they'll go so far as to lockdown, but
- 36:07Speaker 1: I do think the Democrats desperately want a COVID scare.
- 36:10Speaker 1: They want masks, they want I think they view that
- 36:15Speaker 1: as one of the few issues that can rescue them.
- 36:19Speaker 1: I'll be surprised if they go so far as to
- 36:22Speaker 1: try lockdowns again, But but I do think some good
- 36:26Speaker 1: old fashioned fearmongering we're definitely we saw that on Monkeypox,
- 36:30Speaker 1: where where the White House was was trying to lean
- 36:34Speaker 1: in on that they're really eager for some health threat
- 36:39Speaker 1: to distract from from the train wreck that that that
- 36:43Speaker 1: is their policy failures. This question from our cactus are
- 36:47Speaker 1: very uncactus. This comes from the Verdict plus community. She says.
- 36:50Speaker 1: Some conservatives handle a banning by sticking to their guns,
- 36:54Speaker 1: like the Babylon Bee who you just referenced. Well, others
- 36:57Speaker 1: will follow along with Twitter rules so that they can
- 36:59Speaker 1: mean their platform and continue to call out Twitter's hypocrisy.
- 37:03Speaker 1: If one of our friends from Verdict were in this situation,
- 37:06Speaker 1: what would they do? Senator Awfully good question, I will say.
- 37:13Speaker 1: The last podcast we did, we talked about Jordan Peterson
- 37:17Speaker 1: being banned from Twitter. We talked about Dave Reuben being
- 37:21Speaker 1: banned from from Twitter. I've spoken out against both of those.
- 37:24Speaker 1: As it so happened. Last night, I had dinner with
- 37:29Speaker 1: Jordan Peterson and I asked him and he's still banned,
- 37:32Speaker 1: and and Jordan said, look, I will not take down
- 37:36Speaker 1: the tweet no matter what UM and I did marvel
- 37:41Speaker 1: over dinner, I said, at least so far, Twitter hasn't
- 37:44Speaker 1: banned me. They may, they may try, but they haven't yet.
- 37:47Speaker 1: And so we'll cross that bridge when we come to it,
- 37:51Speaker 1: but but I'm not sure how eager they are to
- 37:56Speaker 1: do it. But we'll see. I think there will come
- 37:58Speaker 1: a time when when when they try to me, but
- 38:00Speaker 1: they haven't done it yet. I do think her prudence
- 38:03Speaker 1: is also important. You know, we're called to be innocent
- 38:07Speaker 1: as doves and wise as serpents, and so you do
- 38:10Speaker 1: want to be able to live to fight another day.
- 38:11Speaker 1: You don't want to do something that's wrong or immoral
- 38:14Speaker 1: or break your principles, but you want to be able
- 38:16Speaker 1: to live to fight another day. So one tangible way
- 38:19Speaker 1: that you can do this, one a real practical way
- 38:20Speaker 1: to do it is when you look at why Jordan
- 38:23Speaker 1: was banned. He was banned because he referred to the
- 38:25Speaker 1: actress Ellen Page as Ellen Page, and he called her
- 38:28Speaker 1: she instead of he, and or by the male name
- 38:32Speaker 1: that she has now assumed, because she's saying that she's
- 38:34Speaker 1: a man. And they said that this is misgendering her,
- 38:37Speaker 1: which is ironic because he was just gendering her. The
- 38:40Speaker 1: only people misgendering her are the people who were suggesting
- 38:43Speaker 1: that she's not a young lady who we've seen in
- 38:45Speaker 1: a bunch of movies for years and years now. So
- 38:48Speaker 1: how does one deal with this? You know, this is
- 38:50Speaker 1: the same reason Dave was banned, is because he just
- 38:53Speaker 1: posted what Jordan posted and then they took him down too.
- 38:56Speaker 1: How do you get around this? I don't think that
- 38:59Speaker 1: you should cave and squish and call Ellen Elliott and
- 39:04Speaker 1: him and you know, go along with the Twitter rules.
- 39:07Speaker 1: But does this mean that therefore you need to just
- 39:11Speaker 1: go full steam ahead Kama Kaze in new cure account.
- 39:14Speaker 1: I'm not sure that you have to. I mean, I
- 39:16Speaker 1: think there are ways around this. One way, well, one
- 39:18Speaker 1: way to do it is you write el L and
- 39:21Speaker 1: put a couple of asterisks afterward, or you say you
- 39:24Speaker 1: know Ellen ya age pay or you know she who
- 39:27Speaker 1: must not be named or something, and you can call
- 39:29Speaker 1: attention to this insane rule that effectively bans all all
- 39:35Speaker 1: disagreement with transgenderism. But but you're still in the game,
- 39:38Speaker 1: You're still there to fight another day. Question from Ray.
- 39:41Speaker 1: This is something I actually had meant to get to
- 39:43Speaker 1: and we didn't get to it yet, So I'm glad
- 39:45Speaker 1: it came up. Will President Biden's Executive Order to protect
- 39:50Speaker 1: abortion rights and I saw the headline. Actually haven't read
- 39:52Speaker 1: very much about it. Will that executive order to protect
- 39:55Speaker 1: abortion rights nationwide have any power now that revueweight is overturned.
- 40:01Speaker 1: I don't know, is the short answer. Um the executive order.
- 40:05Speaker 1: There wasn't a whole lot of detail in it, so
- 40:09Speaker 1: we'll see what the administration tries to do. I will
- 40:12Speaker 1: say one of the interesting things in the wake of
- 40:17Speaker 1: the wake of the Dobb's decision is the radical left
- 40:22Speaker 1: has gotten mad with the Biden White House for not
- 40:25Speaker 1: being like super extreme and like I don't even know
- 40:28Speaker 1: what they're supposed to do, but you know, turning every
- 40:31Speaker 1: post office in America into a mobile abortion hospital. M
- 40:39Speaker 1: And we saw the White House actually put out a
- 40:41Speaker 1: statement blasting the far left is out of touch with America.
- 40:47Speaker 1: It was really quite remarkable. I do who do hope
- 40:50Speaker 1: whoever wrote that statement watched the hearing today that that
- 40:55Speaker 1: Durban and the Democrats put on because they're you know
- 40:59Speaker 1: that the Democrat witnesses whereas woke as you can get. Yeah,
- 41:04Speaker 1: something tells me that it wouldn't play very well with
- 41:06Speaker 1: nice little old grandmother's you know, going to the post office,
- 41:09Speaker 1: ready ready to go vote, and it turns out they've
- 41:11Speaker 1: turned the post office into an abortion mill or the
- 41:14Speaker 1: national parks or anything else like that final question, very
- 41:17Speaker 1: important one from Adam in our Verdict Plus community Michael
- 41:20Speaker 1: and Ted, if you could eat anything right now in
- 41:23Speaker 1: the whole world, what would it be? Cheese is my
- 41:26Speaker 1: favorite food at Casada, like what I get home. My
- 41:30Speaker 1: sort of comfort food at home if I get home
- 41:33Speaker 1: and I'm hungry, is I'll take a tortilla or too
- 41:36Speaker 1: and just melt cheese in it, which just made me realize,
- 41:40Speaker 1: Holy crap, Jill Biden is right, I'm a taco because
- 41:43Speaker 1: that's that's what I have. Is that I have a
- 41:45Speaker 1: melted cheese gaza theia. No, that is obviously, and it
- 41:49Speaker 1: is Tuesday, Senator, it is taco Tuesday. I will not
- 41:52Speaker 1: say that what I would eat right now is a taco.
- 41:54Speaker 1: I think that would be a direct threat against a
- 41:56Speaker 1: US senator. That would not be acceptable at all. So
- 42:00Speaker 1: I'll keep Mum and Michael, I will give you you
- 42:03Speaker 1: need to answer the question from from Verdict Plus, but
- 42:06Speaker 1: I will. I will give a shout out to my
- 42:09Speaker 1: colleague Marco Rubio. So in response to the taco speech,
- 42:14Speaker 1: Um I said I was a thereiso, egg and cheese taco,
- 42:18Speaker 1: which was fine. It was a decent tweet, but it
- 42:20Speaker 1: wasn't fabulous. Marco sent out a picture of a taco
- 42:26Speaker 1: and said my new profile picture, and I was like,
- 42:30Speaker 1: all right, that is funny that that that was props
- 42:33Speaker 1: to best response I think I've seen was Marco's response.
- 42:38Speaker 1: I guess I'll take inspiration from your description to meet Senator.
- 42:41Speaker 1: I probably would just go eat a big, fat meatball.
- 42:44Speaker 1: I'm with you. I'm not a sweet sky. I'm a
- 42:45Speaker 1: salty guy, you know, a savory sort of guy. Really,
- 42:48Speaker 1: probably what I would have is a delicious cigar. I ate.
- 42:51Speaker 1: I ate dinner already as well. It's the end of
- 42:53Speaker 1: the night. We've we've been unwinding, you have been working
- 42:57Speaker 1: all day. We have to leave it there. If you

- 43:34Speaker 1: the country. In twenty twenty two jobs, Freedom and Security
- 43:37Speaker 1: Pack plans to donate to conservative candidates running for Congress
- 43:41Speaker 1: and help the Republican Party across the nation.
