- 0:15Speaker 1: exports to cut off the sources of the regime's funding.

- 0:42Speaker 4: President of the United States of America. So what is
- 0:45Speaker 4: the president response and what's happening on the ground, and
- 0:48Speaker 4: will military action actually happen at the hands of the
- 0:51Speaker 4: President and his orders will break that all down for you.
- 0:54Speaker 2: In a moment.
- 0:55Speaker 4: Also, we had a big day at the Supreme Court
- 0:58Speaker 4: yesterday dealing with women and men and sports, especially transgenders
- 1:04Speaker 4: trying to take over women sports. Well, now we had
- 1:07Speaker 4: an even bigger day on Capitol Hill, but this time
- 1:10Speaker 4: the radicals on the left sid doctors who can't even
- 1:13Speaker 4: explain if a man can get pregnant.
- 1:17Speaker 2: It was truly incredible.

- 3:12Speaker 4: make the switch today. It's a forty seven Morning Update
- 3:16Speaker 4: and it starts right now.
- 3:18Speaker 2: Story number one.
- 3:19Speaker 4: Thousands have been killed in Iran by the Iranian regime.
- 3:23Speaker 4: We know that the President and Marco Rubio with the
- 3:27Speaker 4: State Department have been ratching up the pressure on Randa
- 3:30Speaker 4: stop those killings. The White House earlier today was very
- 3:34Speaker 4: busy as the President said this from the Oval Office
- 3:38Speaker 4: about the latest of what he's being told is happening
- 3:40Speaker 4: on the ground.
- 3:42Speaker 5: We've been told that the killing in Iranda is stopping.
- 3:46Speaker 5: It's stopped and stopping, and there's no plan for executions
- 3:51Speaker 5: or an execution or executions.
- 3:54Speaker 6: So I've been to ald that a good authority.
- 3:56Speaker 4: We'll find out about it. The President wasn't done there.
- 3:59Speaker 4: The President and is also now putting major pressure on Iran.
- 4:03Speaker 4: Donald Trump has canceled meetings with Iranian officials, impose a
- 4:07Speaker 4: twenty five percent tariff on countries doing business with Iran,
- 4:11Speaker 4: and suggested that help is on its way for the protesters,
- 4:15Speaker 4: a phrase he has used to signal potential diplomatic or
- 4:19Speaker 4: even military operations, and the President was also asked about
- 4:23Speaker 4: that and said clearly military options absolutely remain on the table.
- 4:29Speaker 4: The White House also say they have not ruled out
- 4:32Speaker 4: military action, and there have been warnings from US officials
- 4:35Speaker 4: that very strong responses would follow if Iranian authorities carried
- 4:39Speaker 4: out executions or continued mass killings. Trump's national security team
- 4:44Speaker 4: has been reviewing a range We're being told to potential responses,
- 4:48Speaker 4: including military air strikes. Now, military precautions are also part
- 4:54Speaker 4: of what we're.
- 4:54Speaker 2: Talking about right now.
- 4:56Speaker 4: Some US personnel in the Middle East have been advised
- 4:58Speaker 4: to reloc ok I make concerns about possible retaliation if
- 5:03Speaker 4: the US were to take action. Iran has also warned
- 5:06Speaker 4: that it would respond to any US strikes. And then
- 5:10Speaker 4: there's been the global reaction beyond the US. European nations
- 5:14Speaker 4: have summoned the Iranian ambassadors, and a bipartison group of
- 5:18Speaker 4: US lawmakers is pushing for measures such as restoring internet
- 5:22Speaker 4: access in Iran to help the free flow of information,
- 5:25Speaker 4: as well as for those on the ground to organize. So,
- 5:28Speaker 4: in short, there's a lot happening in Iran, a lot
- 5:32Speaker 4: that we don't know about because of the blackout of
- 5:34Speaker 4: the Internet and the phones.
- 5:35Speaker 2: But one thing is for sure.
- 5:37Speaker 4: The President is putting maximum pressure on Iran and is
- 5:40Speaker 4: making it clear there's a very good chance military action
- 5:43Speaker 4: could be taken against the leadership Iran's authorities are violently suppressing.
- 5:48Speaker 4: We also know large protests and that has already led
- 5:51Speaker 4: to thousands.
- 5:52Speaker 2: Of deaths and detentions.
- 5:54Speaker 4: President Trump and the White House not only condemning the
- 5:57Speaker 4: crackdown but calling out the rest of the world, saying
- 6:00Speaker 4: it is time for them to stand up to Iran
- 6:03Speaker 4: as well. The White House also keeping diplomatic and military
- 6:06Speaker 4: options on the table. The present clearly working the room
- 6:10Speaker 4: in every direction he can. US policy responses remained fluid
- 6:15Speaker 4: and under review, as the global pressure is also starting
- 6:19Speaker 4: to mount from other countries that are finally getting on board.
- 6:23Speaker 4: One thing's for sure. All eyes are on Iran, all
- 6:27Speaker 4: eyes are on Tehran, and all eyes are on America
- 6:30Speaker 4: as well. There's many reports now coming out of Iran
- 6:34Speaker 4: that they believe more than fifteen thousand victims may have
- 6:37Speaker 4: either been killed or abducted by the government. There's also
- 6:42Speaker 4: clearly a united front in the US. For example, Representative
- 6:47Speaker 4: Carlos humane As, a Republican from Florida on the Householdland
- 6:50Speaker 4: Security Committee, said this about Congress.
- 6:53Speaker 5: It won't be boots on the ground, but the United
- 6:57Speaker 5: States has demonstrated to the people around the world that
- 7:00Speaker 5: we can touch you anywhere at any time of our choosing.
- 7:03Speaker 5: And when the President is saying that he's going to
- 7:06Speaker 5: have their back, I would heed his words. This president,
- 7:10Speaker 5: when he makes statements like that, usually follows up. And
- 7:14Speaker 5: so when he's saying to the protesters, keep on protesting
- 7:17Speaker 5: because we're going to have your back, I believe this
- 7:19Speaker 5: president is going to have their back.
- 7:20Speaker 4: There's one thing that is for sure. President Trump has
- 7:23Speaker 4: the back of the people that are celebrating in the
- 7:26Speaker 4: streets in Iran and advocating and fighting for their freedom.
- 7:30Speaker 4: There's also another interesting part of this story. Iran has
- 7:34Speaker 4: explicitly threatened to murder President Donald Trump. In the last
- 7:38Speaker 4: twenty four hours, Iranian state TV aired threats against Donald Trump,
- 7:43Speaker 4: saying this time the bullet won't miss, referring to the
- 7:47Speaker 4: attempted assassination of President Donald Trump on the campaign trail.
- 7:51Speaker 4: And even with that happening, it's obvious that the President
- 7:55Speaker 4: of United States of America is making sure that this
- 7:57Speaker 4: isn't personal, but about national secure and about protecting the
- 8:01Speaker 4: people who are trying to get their freedom right now
- 8:05Speaker 4: in the streets of Iran now.
- 8:06Speaker 3: Story number two.
- 8:07Speaker 2: Yesterday, in Washington, d C.
- 8:09Speaker 4: There was a fight the Supreme Court over men in
- 8:12Speaker 4: women's sports, boys in girls' sports, and the ACLU could
- 8:17Speaker 4: not define what a woman even was in front of
- 8:21Speaker 4: the Supreme Court. While on Capitol Hill there was another
- 8:24Speaker 4: debate that will also shock you. There was a hearing
- 8:28Speaker 4: in the Senate held under the Health, Education, Labor, and
- 8:32Speaker 4: Pensions Committee, and it was officially focused on the safety
- 8:36Speaker 4: and regulation of abortion pills, including concerns about the use
- 8:41Speaker 4: of the medication mifipristone. Now, this drug has exploded after
- 8:46Speaker 4: the fall of ro v Wade, and as liberals are
- 8:49Speaker 4: trying to do everything they can to put abortions on
- 8:51Speaker 4: demand through pills. Republicans on the panels argued for stricter
- 8:56Speaker 4: oversight and regulations on how these drugs are prescribed and distributed.
- 9:01Speaker 4: Democrats are defending the existing policies and emphasize access as
- 9:06Speaker 4: they describe it to care or abortion on demand now.
- 9:10Speaker 4: A moment that drew national shock and attention involved Senator
- 9:14Speaker 4: Josh Holly, and he was questioning an OBGYN specialist, doctor
- 9:19Speaker 4: Nishe Verma, who was testifying on behalf of physicians for
- 9:24Speaker 4: reproductive health. The exchange centered on whether men can get pregnant,
- 9:29Speaker 4: a question Republicans pressed to highlight what they described as
- 9:33Speaker 4: scientific clarity around biological sex and the context of reproductive health.
- 9:39Speaker 4: Doctor Verma declined to answer with a simple yes or no. Instead,
- 9:44Speaker 4: there was this exchange, I want you to listen to
- 9:47Speaker 4: exactly what the Trump administration is up against and why
- 9:51Speaker 4: it's so important. We have leaders like Sener Holly and
- 9:55Speaker 4: others who are willing to ask simple questions, but demand
- 9:59Speaker 4: answer from the quote leaders of the radical left, including doctors.
- 10:05Speaker 6: Thank you, mister chairman.
- 10:06Speaker 7: Since you bring it up, why don't we to start there,
- 10:08Speaker 7: Doctor Verma, I wasn't sure I understood your answer to
- 10:10Speaker 7: Senator Moody a moment ago, do you think that men
- 10:12Speaker 7: can get pregnant?
- 10:13Speaker 8: I hesitated there because I wasn't sure where the conversation
- 10:16Speaker 8: was going or what the goal was. I mean, I
- 10:19Speaker 8: do take care of patients with different identities. I take
- 10:21Speaker 8: care of many women. I take care of people with
- 10:23Speaker 8: different identities, and so that's where I paused. I think
- 10:28Speaker 8: I wasn't sure where you were going with that.
- 10:30Speaker 6: Well, the goal is is the truth? So can men
- 10:32Speaker 6: get pregnant?
- 10:33Speaker 9: Again?
- 10:33Speaker 8: The reason I paused there is I'm not really sure
- 10:36Speaker 8: what the goal of the question.
- 10:37Speaker 6: Goal is is to establish a biological reality.
- 10:39Speaker 7: You just said a moment ago that science and evidence
- 10:42Speaker 7: should control, not politics.
- 10:44Speaker 6: So let's just test that proposition. Can men get pregnant?
- 10:47Speaker 9: I take care of people with many identities.
- 10:49Speaker 6: But can men get pregnant?
- 10:51Speaker 8: Many we women that can get pregnant. I do take
- 10:53Speaker 8: care of people that don't identify as women.
- 10:56Speaker 6: Can can men get pregnant?
- 10:58Speaker 9: Again, as I'm saying, let me let me just.
- 11:01Speaker 7: Remind you you testified to a moment ago. Science and
- 11:03Speaker 7: evidence should control, not politics. So should can men get pregnant?
- 11:08Speaker 8: You're a doctor at day, Science and evidence should guide medicine.
- 11:12Speaker 7: I do science that evidence tell us that men can
- 11:14Speaker 7: get pregnant, biological men, can they get pregnant?
- 11:17Speaker 8: I also think yes, no questions like this are a
- 11:19Speaker 8: political tool, and.
- 11:20Speaker 6: No, yes, no questions are about the truth. Doctor.
- 11:22Speaker 7: Let's not make a mockery of this proceeding. This is
- 11:25Speaker 7: about science and evidence. And I'm asking you. You know,
- 11:27Speaker 7: the United States Supreme Court just heard arguments yesterday at
- 11:30Speaker 7: great length on this question. This is not a hypothetical question.
- 11:34Speaker 7: This is not theoretical that affects real people in their
- 11:37Speaker 7: real lives. And you're here as an expert, called by
- 11:40Speaker 7: the other side as an expert, and you've been telling
- 11:43Speaker 7: us that you that you follow right, You're a doctor,
- 11:46Speaker 7: and you follow the science and the evidence. So I
- 11:48Speaker 7: just want to know, based on the science, can men
- 11:51Speaker 7: get pregnant? If that's a yes or no question, it
- 11:53Speaker 7: really is.
- 11:54Speaker 8: I think I think you're trying to reduce the complexity.
- 11:57Speaker 9: Of a low I'm not.
- 11:58Speaker 7: I'm trying to get it's not complex. I'm trying to
- 12:00Speaker 7: get to an answer, and I'm trying to test, frankly,
- 12:03Speaker 7: your veracity as a medical professional and as a scientist.
- 12:07Speaker 6: Can men get pregnant?
- 12:08Speaker 9: I think you're also conflating this extraordinary.
- 12:11Speaker 7: No, I'm not conflating male and female. There're two different things.
- 12:15Speaker 7: There's biological men and there's biological women. And I want
- 12:19Speaker 7: to know can men get pregnant?
- 12:20Speaker 9: What you were talking about is biology.
- 12:23Speaker 7: You're not going to answer my question iological males. This
- 12:26Speaker 7: isn't hard doctor. Can men get pregnant?
- 12:30Speaker 6: Yes? Or no?
- 12:32Speaker 9: I would be more.
- 12:33Speaker 8: Than happy to have a conversation with you that is
- 12:36Speaker 8: not coming from a place of trying to be polarized
- 12:39Speaker 8: and pushing.
- 12:40Speaker 6: I'm not trying to be polarizing. I'm trying to ask.
- 12:43Speaker 7: I think it is extraordinary that we are here in
- 12:46Speaker 7: hearing about science and about women. And for the record,
- 12:50Speaker 7: it's women who get pregnant, not men. We are here
- 12:53Speaker 7: about the safety of women and science that shows that
- 12:58Speaker 7: this abortion drug causes adverse health events in eleven percent
- 13:04Speaker 7: of cases. That's twenty two times greater than the FDA label.
- 13:08Speaker 7: Another fact you haven't acknowledged, and yet you won't even
- 13:10Speaker 7: acknowledge the basic reality that biological men don't get pregnant.
- 13:15Speaker 7: There's a difference between biological men and biological women. I
- 13:18Speaker 7: just I don't know how we can take you seriously
- 13:21Speaker 7: and your claims to be a person of science, if
- 13:24Speaker 7: you won't level with this on this basic issue.
- 13:27Speaker 6: I thought we were past all of this. Frankly, I
- 13:29Speaker 6: can't believe we're still here talking about this.
- 13:32Speaker 8: I am a person of science, and I'm also someone
- 13:35Speaker 8: here who's here to represent the complex experiences of my patients.
- 13:39Speaker 8: And I don't think polarized languages, language, or questions serve
- 13:44Speaker 8: that goal.
- 13:44Speaker 9: I don't think they serve the American.
- 13:46Speaker 7: It is not polarizing to say that there is a
- 13:49Speaker 7: scientific difference between men and women. And I want this
- 13:51Speaker 7: to be clear and for the record, it is not
- 13:53Speaker 7: polarizing to say that women are a biological reality and
- 13:57Speaker 7: should be treated and protected as such. If that is
- 14:00Speaker 7: not polarizing, that is truth. It is also, by the way,
- 14:03Speaker 7: the United States Constitution, which offers unique protections to women
- 14:07Speaker 7: and a variety of circumstances as women, and your refusal
- 14:11Speaker 7: to recognize women as women and men as men is
- 14:14Speaker 7: deeply corrosive to science, to public trust, and yes to
- 14:19Speaker 7: constitutional protections for women as women. And I think it's
- 14:23Speaker 7: extraordinary that you would sit here in advance a political
- 14:26Speaker 7: agenda that has been thoroughly discredited and rejected by the
- 14:29Speaker 7: American people in this forum. And I'm glad we had
- 14:33Speaker 7: this exchange because it is exceptionally clarifying.
- 14:35Speaker 6: It is also in many ways quite depressing.
- 14:38Speaker 4: It is truly amazing the doctors like Miss Verma decline
- 14:42Speaker 4: or just simply can't answer if a man can get pregnant.
- 14:46Speaker 4: It is sad that we're having to spend the time
- 14:49Speaker 4: in Congress to answer the question about the biological reality
- 14:53Speaker 4: about men not being able to get pregnant and clarity
- 14:56Speaker 4: on a record. This also goes back to concerns about
- 14:59Speaker 4: the safe of women and abortion drugs for women who
- 15:03Speaker 4: are the only sex that can biologically become pregnant. The
- 15:07Speaker 4: good news is now conservatives and this White House are
- 15:10Speaker 4: on the offensive to make sure that these radicals are
- 15:13Speaker 4: held accountable for what they've been teaching and preaching and
- 15:18Speaker 4: the abuse that they've been doing to so many through
- 15:21Speaker 4: the idea that they are somehow administering medicine and reality
- 15:25Speaker 4: is they're just pushing a radical agenda.
