- 0:01Speaker 1: All right, So let's start with one big issue that
- 0:04Speaker 1: has happened, and it is about who is actually funding
- 0:10Speaker 1: who is behind the lawfare chaos in this country. Who
- 0:15Speaker 1: is out there buying our democracy is another way of
- 0:18Speaker 1: putting it. Well, there is a new book out and
- 0:22Speaker 1: the central premise in Breaking the Law, a expose on
- 0:27Speaker 1: weaponization of the legal system against President Trump and his supporters,
- 0:31Speaker 1: is now exposing exactly who was buying up America's democracy.
- 0:39Speaker 1: The funders of the law fare and the superstructure that
- 0:44Speaker 1: are waging a political battle against MAGA on behalf of
- 0:48Speaker 1: the institutional left is being paid for by the left's
- 0:53Speaker 1: radical multi millionaires and billionaires. The law itself that has
- 0:59Speaker 1: been disregarded as they use the government to go after
- 1:02Speaker 1: their political enemies aka Donald J.
- 1:05Speaker 2: Trump and any of his allies.
- 1:07Speaker 1: It is one hundred percent about politics and making sure
- 1:11Speaker 1: that radicals got elected, just like the Attorney general in
- 1:15Speaker 1: New York by the last name of James. And here's
- 1:19Speaker 1: the other thing that's very interesting about all of this.
- 1:23Speaker 1: They are putting their money together to make sure that
- 1:26Speaker 1: conservatives don't actually get power, and they want them to
- 1:31Speaker 1: be afraid of running. Lawfair is actually about two different things.
- 1:36Speaker 1: One getting rid of the threat you have now, but
- 1:39Speaker 1: it's also about the mental side of things, the mind game,
- 1:43Speaker 1: and the book explains this incredibly well. The mind game,
- 1:47Speaker 1: which is to make other conservatives afraid, terrified to run
- 1:52Speaker 1: for office, saying it's just not worth it. That is
- 1:56Speaker 1: a society of leftism chaos, and they want to go
- 2:00Speaker 1: after conservatives and use the court system to ruin people's lives.
- 2:06Speaker 1: That's when we call it lawfair and we've witnessed it
- 2:09Speaker 1: on a very very high level, going after the President
- 2:13Speaker 1: of the United States of America, right, Donald Trump. Now,
- 2:18Speaker 1: how is it happening? Well, thanks to the dark money nonprofits,
- 2:24Speaker 1: it's impossible to know exactly who is funding every element
- 2:28Speaker 1: of the lawfair apparatus against conservatives. But we now have
- 2:32Speaker 1: some more information because of this new book, Breaking the
- 2:36Speaker 1: Law by Alex Marlowe. He's a best selling author and
- 2:39Speaker 1: a man that you will know, probably from Breitbart.
- 2:42Speaker 2: The book is.
- 2:42Speaker 1: About exposing the weaponization of America's legal system against Donald Trump.
- 2:47Speaker 1: And it's a book I'm telling you right now, go
- 2:49Speaker 1: buy it now. The Democratic mega donor Reed Hoffman, we
- 2:54Speaker 1: now know, bankrolled e Gene Carroll's defamation suit against President
- 2:59Speaker 1: Donald Trump. So let's just break that down. You've got
- 3:03Speaker 1: a woman that they went to and said, we'll bankroll you.
- 3:07Speaker 1: We've got you, and you have unlimited funds. I'm a
- 3:10Speaker 1: mega donor. My name is Reed Hoffman, and I'm going
- 3:13Speaker 1: to pay for everything if you'll just help us take
- 3:16Speaker 1: down Donald Trump. And that was exactly what Egene Carol did.
- 3:20Speaker 1: She didn't pay for it, she basically was paid to
- 3:24Speaker 1: do it. In essence, I regard the case as a
- 3:27Speaker 1: well farce, right, a thoroughly documented farce, is what the
- 3:31Speaker 1: book Breaking the Law says. Are you one of those
- 3:35Speaker 1: that's just so tired of giving your money to radical
- 3:38Speaker 1: left woke companies that actually are fighting against your values
- 3:42Speaker 1: every day?
- 3:43Speaker 2: Well, there are certain bills that you.
- 3:45Speaker 1: Pay every month that if you can go with a
- 3:47Speaker 1: conservative company, why not do it?
- 3:50Speaker 2: In fact, why.
- 3:51Speaker 1: Not go with a conservative company actually takes part of
- 3:53Speaker 1: your bill every month that you're going to pay to somebody,
- 3:56Speaker 1: and they give it back to organizations that support your
- 3:59Speaker 1: First and your Second Amendment rights, that support the rights
- 4:02Speaker 1: of unborn children, that stand with our military, are first
- 4:07Speaker 1: responders and so many wounded warriors that need help. Well,
- 4:12Speaker 1: That bill I'm talking about is your cell phone bill.
- 4:16Speaker 1: And I've been telling you for a long time about
- 4:18Speaker 1: Patriot Mobile. But there's no better time to switch than
- 4:21Speaker 1: right now. Not only does Patriot Mobile operate on all
- 4:24Speaker 1: three major networks in this country, yeah, all three. That
- 4:28Speaker 1: means you get the same great coverage you're used to
- 4:30Speaker 1: right now, but you also make a difference with every
- 4:33Speaker 1: call you make and every text you make.
- 4:35Speaker 2: And why would you want to give your mondy a
- 4:36Speaker 2: big mobile?
- 4:37Speaker 1: Big Mobile has been giving big donations to democratic causes,
- 4:41Speaker 1: democratic candidates, and radical left organizations. I'm talking about organizations
- 4:46Speaker 1: that actually support abortion. That is why I want you
- 4:51Speaker 1: to switch right now to Patriot Mobile. Go ahead and
- 4:55Speaker 1: make the switch, and it's so easy. All you have
- 4:58Speaker 1: to do is simply call PA Mobiles one hundred percent
- 5:02Speaker 1: US based team from the comfort of your home or
- 5:04Speaker 1: your office, and they'll have you activated minutes. And if
- 5:08Speaker 1: you're still locked in a contract, not a problem. Patriots
- 5:11Speaker 1: Mobile contract buyout program covers up to five hundred dollars
- 5:14Speaker 1: per device. Keep your same number, keep your phone, or
- 5:17Speaker 1: upgrade do a new one. So back to my point,
- 5:20Speaker 1: what are you waiting for? Call Patriot Mobile today? And
- 5:23Speaker 1: make a difference every single day with every call you make.
- 5:27Speaker 1: Patriot Mobile dot com slash ferguson. That's Patriot Mobile dot
- 5:32Speaker 1: com slash ferguson or nine seven to two Patriot. And
- 5:36Speaker 1: if you use the promo code ferguson, you're gonna get
- 5:39Speaker 1: a free month of service on top of that. Patriot
- 5:42Speaker 1: Mobile dot com slash ferguson or nine seven two Patriot.
- 5:46Speaker 1: That's Patriot Mobile dot com slash ferguson or ninety seven
- 5:49Speaker 1: to two Patriot. Hoffman, the mega donor, helped launch PayPal
- 5:54Speaker 1: before co founding LinkedIn in two thousand and two.
- 5:57Speaker 2: He's literally worth billions of dollars.
- 6:01Speaker 1: He has also made big bucks from Facebook, big bucks
- 6:05Speaker 1: from Airbnb, and his venture capital firm called Greylock Partners.
- 6:11Speaker 1: Now he's funded a vast array of left wing political
- 6:14Speaker 1: activities ever since he got his cash. We also know
- 6:18Speaker 1: the he hates Donald Trumps, saying he would quote spend
- 6:21Speaker 1: as much as.
- 6:22Speaker 2: I possibly can and it takes to beat him.
- 6:26Speaker 1: And he has well funding a vast array of left
- 6:29Speaker 1: wing political causes through a shadowy dark money nonprofit network
- 6:35Speaker 1: is what the book now states. Now Caroll, a columnist
- 6:39Speaker 1: and comedy writer was able to hire a crack legal team,
- 6:43Speaker 1: including Times Up Legal Defense Fund founder ROBERTA.
- 6:48Speaker 2: Kaplan.
- 6:49Speaker 1: Kaplan was funded by a nonprofit primarily backed by the
- 6:53Speaker 1: Democratic mega donor Reid Hoffman. Yes, follow the money, now
- 7:00Speaker 1: I get played out in a one sided New York
- 7:02Speaker 1: City courtroom. Hoffman was making regular visits, we now know,
- 7:07Speaker 1: to Joe Biden's White House. Yes, so there's a very
- 7:11Speaker 1: good chance that Hoffman was taking his orders from the
- 7:13Speaker 1: White House on how to stop Donald Trump now. Hoffman,
- 7:17Speaker 1: known as the most connected man in Silicon Valley, has
- 7:22Speaker 1: been criticized for complying with Chinese censorship rules. For example,
- 7:26Speaker 1: while his businesses operated in the country all about profits,
- 7:30Speaker 1: not about actually standing up or doing the right thing
- 7:33Speaker 1: to the Chinese Communist Party. He has praised the Chinese
- 7:37Speaker 1: tech sector as well, and appears to be the only
- 7:40Speaker 1: American to regularly speak at China's World Internet Conferences, which
- 7:45Speaker 1: are designed to amplify Xijingping's vision for the digital age
- 7:50Speaker 1: and are closed to the press. Yet the radical donor
- 7:54Speaker 1: read Hoffman, He's welcome and speaks naturally. He wanted and
- 8:00Speaker 1: Biden remained president and Trump to lose. That's why he
- 8:04Speaker 1: funded all of the top lawyers for this ridiculous lawsuit
- 8:09Speaker 1: against Donald Trump. He also promoted fake news on behalf
- 8:12Speaker 1: of Democrats, also financing a left wing online disinformation campaign
- 8:20Speaker 1: targeting Republican Alabama Senate candidate Roy Moore in twenty seventeen. Hoffman,
- 8:26Speaker 1: by the way, issued an apology for this after more
- 8:30Speaker 1: nearly lost his race, so the damage was done. It worked,
- 8:33Speaker 1: and he's like, oh, sorry, my bad. A whistleblower claimed
- 8:37Speaker 1: by the Way in twenty twenty two that Hoffman's Orwellian
- 8:41Speaker 1: name named Good Information Foundation offered him money to attack
- 8:46Speaker 1: Trump Republicans online despite federal laws prohibiting such political behavior
- 8:52Speaker 1: from five oh one c three organizations.
- 8:55Speaker 2: But did it matter.
- 8:56Speaker 1: No, none of that bothered the powers that be in
- 9:01Speaker 1: Joe Biden's White House. Hoffman is on the board of
- 9:04Speaker 1: Microsoft as well, and was on the Pentagons Defense and
- 9:09Speaker 1: Innovation Board throughout Biden's presidency, direct access to the White
- 9:14Speaker 1: House whenever he needed it. By the way, he also
- 9:17Speaker 1: admitted to visiting Jeffrey Epstein's island.
- 9:20Speaker 2: But don't worry, the media will never tell you that, right.
- 9:23Speaker 1: So Hoffman runs a shop full of well rabid Trump haters.
- 9:28Speaker 1: His former top political advisor, hated Donald Trump, pushed the
- 9:32Speaker 1: narrative that the assassination attempt, in fact on President Trump
- 9:35Speaker 1: and Butler Pennsylvania in July twenty twenty.
- 9:37Speaker 2: Four was quote unquote staged.
- 9:40Speaker 1: He split with Hoffman days later to join the Anti
- 9:43Speaker 1: Trump Lincoln Project. Hoffman has backed the group Indivisible, a
- 9:49Speaker 1: well coordinated, well funded, and high powered network of leftist organizations.
- 9:55Speaker 2: Indivisible has claimed credit.
- 9:58Speaker 1: For both Trump's and pet plural, as well as other
- 10:03Speaker 1: assorted efforts to disqualify him from the presidential ballot. This
- 10:09Speaker 1: is just one of the radicals on the left that
- 10:13Speaker 1: are doing everything they can with their money to try
- 10:16Speaker 1: destroy this country.
- 10:18Speaker 2: And to basically fix elections.
- 10:21Speaker 1: By putting out lies and misinformation or trying to lock
- 10:24Speaker 1: up people that they don't like politically. Just let all
- 10:28Speaker 1: that set in. It's not just one donor that's pulling
- 10:33Speaker 1: all this off. I'm gonna give you another name that
- 10:35Speaker 1: you're gonna know very well. That name is George Soros. Now,
- 10:39Speaker 1: Sorows is the name most well known to mainstream audiences,
- 10:45Speaker 1: but it's hard to underestimate the scope of which he
- 10:48Speaker 1: funds the law fare against President Trump and anyone they
- 10:51Speaker 1: want to go after in the MAGA movement. He also
- 10:54Speaker 1: funded Indivincible along with Hoffmann, who I mentioned earlier for example,
- 10:59Speaker 1: So they team up on this stuff. Soros funds other elements,
- 11:04Speaker 1: by the way, the lawfair superstructure that have been profiled
- 11:08Speaker 1: in this new book, which I'm telling you you got
- 11:11Speaker 1: to grab this book.
- 11:12Speaker 2: It is truly incredible.
- 11:14Speaker 1: Breaking the law a must read is what President Donald
- 11:17Speaker 1: Trump called it, exposing the weaponization of America's legal system
- 11:21Speaker 1: against Donald Trump and other conservatives. So they all do
- 11:25Speaker 1: this together, and that's part of what you need to
- 11:28Speaker 1: understand now. Sorows has these other elements of the lawfare superstructure,
- 11:33Speaker 1: and one of them is the Norse norm is. Let
- 11:38Speaker 1: mean I've said that wrong. Let me say it again.
- 11:40Speaker 1: Norm Issen Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington, also
- 11:46Speaker 1: known as CREW, it works to deal with Democrat efforts
- 11:51Speaker 1: to target conservatives as quote ethics issues. The only thing
- 11:58Speaker 1: CREW ever did issue me is what Donald Trump told
- 12:02Speaker 1: the author in exclusive interview, saying CREW and other Soros
- 12:05Speaker 1: funded groups have raised ethics concerns regarding disclosures about travel
- 12:10Speaker 1: from Justice Clarence Thomas and Samuel Alito, for example. This
- 12:14Speaker 1: is where they go all in on law fare. Now
- 12:18Speaker 1: Soros is the person primarily responsible for a revolution of
- 12:24Speaker 1: lawlessness in our streets via what Soros funded, and that
- 12:28Speaker 1: was those DA's right. The Soros funded prosecutors. And what
- 12:32Speaker 1: did they run on. They ran on lawlessness, They ran
- 12:35Speaker 1: on defunding the police, They ran on cashless bail, and
- 12:41Speaker 1: they ran on prison reform, which means shutting down prisons
- 12:45Speaker 1: and letting criminals out.
- 12:47Speaker 2: That was all George Soros quote.
- 12:50Speaker 1: The Soros Empire spent at least forty million to elect
- 12:54Speaker 1: its prosecutors. And they were smart because they knew if
- 12:56Speaker 1: they got radicals in these seats, they would be in
- 12:59Speaker 1: a great pas position moving forward. Right Like they understood this,
- 13:03Speaker 1: They're like, this is perfect. We'll get all these prosecutors
- 13:06Speaker 1: in office. They'll then allow for anarchy and chaos in
- 13:10Speaker 1: the streets and we get what we want, which is
- 13:13Speaker 1: total control of these cities. It then invested in additional
- 13:17Speaker 1: seventy seven plus million to twenty leftist nonprofits to coordinate
- 13:22Speaker 1: the control and control the prosecutors, bring the total sorrows
- 13:26Speaker 1: spinning to at least one hundred and seventeen million Now,
- 13:29Speaker 1: why would you do this on prosecutors, Because you want
- 13:32Speaker 1: to control the court system and you want to control
- 13:36Speaker 1: these cities, and this is how they're doing it. Now,
- 13:39Speaker 1: all of this isn't a report called Law and Disorder.
- 13:43Speaker 1: It came from the Media Research Center also known as MRC.
- 13:48Speaker 1: At least thirty percent, by the way of the US
- 13:50Speaker 1: population currently lives under the boot of a Soros prosecutor,
- 13:55Speaker 1: who are pressured to sign pledges vowing to adhere to
- 13:58Speaker 1: various Soros priorities. The Soro's machine orchestrated thirty three of
- 14:04Speaker 1: these quote joint statements and pledges, which were signed by
- 14:07Speaker 1: one hundred and twenty three of the one hundred and
- 14:10Speaker 1: twenty six Soros prosecutors. Soros has spent lavishly on approximately
- 14:15Speaker 1: seventy five radical left wing prosecutors in twenty twenty two,
- 14:19Speaker 1: for example, but that number actually might be much higher,
- 14:23Speaker 1: according to report by the Law Enforcement Legal Defense Fund.
- 14:26Speaker 1: The report noted that more than seventy two million people,
- 14:31Speaker 1: including half of America's fifty most populous cities and counties,
- 14:37Speaker 1: now live in one of the affected areas. So let
- 14:40Speaker 1: me just explain it in another way. What Soros wanted
- 14:44Speaker 1: to do was he wanted to go after conservatives, and
- 14:47Speaker 1: he wanted to have radical lefties, radical extreme lefties who
- 14:53Speaker 1: are in charge of almost all of the major metropolitan
- 14:58Speaker 1: cities and areas that were important to him for power
- 15:01Speaker 1: and control.
- 15:03Speaker 2: How does he do it?
- 15:04Speaker 1: Sorus uses a series of these shell organizations, affiliates passed
- 15:09Speaker 1: through committees. And what does he do steers the contributions
- 15:12Speaker 1: to both candidates and his robust support network for these
- 15:16Speaker 1: progressive prosecutors, which provide gravitas and perks to preferred prosecutors,
- 15:22Speaker 1: is how it was described in one report.
- 15:25Speaker 2: Now, among George Soris's stable.
- 15:27Speaker 1: Of radicals, it includes the former San Francisco District Attorney,
- 15:32Speaker 1: the former La disc attorney, the New York City District
- 15:36Speaker 1: Attorney Alvin Bragg, Chicago's Kim Fox, Saint Louis Circuit attorney
- 15:42Speaker 1: Kim Gardner, and many others whose again goal was to
- 15:47Speaker 1: what go after Donald Trump any way they could, And
- 15:52Speaker 1: that's exactly what they've been doing. Now, George Soros's Foundation
- 15:58Speaker 1: to Promote Society, that's what they call it, has given
- 16:02Speaker 1: more than three million to a group called Pro Publica.
- 16:06Speaker 2: And I'm going to give you more on that.
- 16:08Speaker 1: So you understand how the money continues to get shadier
- 16:11Speaker 1: and shadier. There's also something called the Sandler Foundation. In
- 16:17Speaker 1: recent years, no one has done more to weaponize fake
- 16:20Speaker 1: news against conservative jurists than Pro public Pro Publica. Pro Publica,
- 16:27Speaker 1: they claim, are a nonprofit largely funded by the Sandler Foundation,
- 16:34Speaker 1: which was funded by the late leftist banking magnet and
- 16:37Speaker 1: billionaire Herb Sandler. Sandler was one of the pioneers of
- 16:42Speaker 1: using the veneer of philanthropy to fund activist organizations.
- 16:46Speaker 2: He's basically one of the godfathers of this.
- 16:49Speaker 1: For years, Pro Publica has attempted to destabilize the Supreme
- 16:53Speaker 1: Court with what they describe as their expos's. They essentially
- 16:59Speaker 1: it is a glory opposition research gathering entity, and what
- 17:04Speaker 1: they do is one thing they try to find dirt
- 17:07Speaker 1: on the political targets of their ultra wealthy donors. It's
- 17:11Speaker 1: activism with journalism characteristics, and it has its site solely
- 17:17Speaker 1: focused on conservative Supreme Court justices. Media reports tend to
- 17:22Speaker 1: admit that Pro Publica's top donors are on the activist left,
- 17:27Speaker 1: like Hard Court Hard Court. I'll give you example of this,
- 17:31Speaker 1: right George Soros's foundation to promote open Society has given
- 17:36Speaker 1: more than three million to Pro Publica for example.
- 17:39Speaker 2: Now their investigation is what they call it, it's a
- 17:43Speaker 2: hit job.
- 17:44Speaker 1: In the Clarce Thomas and Samuel Alito, for example, have
- 17:47Speaker 1: been one hundred percent pure lawfare. They have repeatedly attacked
- 17:52Speaker 1: Thomas because his vacations with a wealthy friend who donates
- 17:57Speaker 1: to Republicans was the reason that they said we should
- 18:00Speaker 1: take him down. Now there's been no evidence that Justice
- 18:03Speaker 1: Thomas has done anything illegal or altered a single one
- 18:07Speaker 1: of his decisions because of his friendship with someone that's wealthy.
- 18:11Speaker 1: The reporting adds nothing, by the way, to support any
- 18:15Speaker 1: of their claims. It is nothing more than a smear job,
- 18:18Speaker 1: a hit job, and the stories are then weaponized by
- 18:22Speaker 1: Democrats who call for, you.
- 18:24Speaker 2: Know, massive investigations, even court.
- 18:28Speaker 1: Packing, saying we got to expand the Supreme Court to
- 18:30Speaker 1: have more justices to justify their radical behavior. It's also,
- 18:36Speaker 1: by the way, noteworthy that Pro public Up obsessively publishes
- 18:41Speaker 1: hits pieces on United Health, for example, an insurance company,
- 18:45Speaker 1: for allegedly denying care to certain aggregated people. The CEO
- 18:50Speaker 1: of United Health was assassinated. You may remember after one
- 18:53Speaker 1: of several Pro public of features on the company happened.
- 18:57Speaker 1: The assassin was not even a United Health customer. He
- 19:02Speaker 1: had seen the Pro Publica stories before he committed the
- 19:05Speaker 1: acts of well vigilante justice right. Pro Publica doesn't care,
- 19:11Speaker 1: right apparently, they just say, hey, we're continuing to do
- 19:14Speaker 1: the series on United Health just days after the murder.
- 19:17Speaker 1: They didn't even stop. They looked at his progress. This
- 19:20Speaker 1: is how radical these people are now. Aside from starting
- 19:24Speaker 1: Pro Publica and donating tens of millions of dollars to it,
- 19:27Speaker 1: the Sadler Foundation has cut millions and millions in checks
- 19:31Speaker 1: to Campaign Legal Center and the American Constitutional Society, both
- 19:36Speaker 1: of which have supported referrals for Justice Thomas to the
- 19:40Speaker 1: Department of the Justice Department for criminal and civil penalties
- 19:44Speaker 1: for alleged ethics violations. They claim. The Sadler Foundation is
- 19:49Speaker 1: also part of the infants less left wing dark money
- 19:52Speaker 1: network Ara Bella Advisors.
- 19:57Speaker 2: It funds the.
- 19:57Speaker 1: Group that does journalism, then on separate groups to publicize
- 20:01Speaker 1: their fake journalism, then elevate it, and then weaponize of
- 20:05Speaker 1: journalism demanding investigations. This is what you can buy, folks
- 20:10Speaker 1: in America, and that's why we're exposing all of it.
- 20:15Speaker 2: Let me go back to the Sandler Foundation. For example.
- 20:19Speaker 1: The Sandler Foundation is funded leftist groups like the Center
- 20:22Speaker 1: for American Progress, the American Civil Liberties Union, you know
- 20:26Speaker 1: is ACOU, Human Rights Watch, the Sierra Club. Much of
- 20:32Speaker 1: this is funded from quote anonymous donors, so it's a
- 20:36Speaker 1: way to keep your hands clean and people not know
- 20:40Speaker 1: who's actually involved in this level of corruption. It's ethically
- 20:46Speaker 1: dubious as a fair way of putting it, but this
- 20:49Speaker 1: is all about power, and they can go to a
- 20:52Speaker 1: liberal and say, hey, give money, put it through the
- 20:54Speaker 1: Sandler Foundation.
- 20:55Speaker 2: Then the money's given all these other.
- 20:56Speaker 1: Groups, and so it's you could describe it as I
- 21:00Speaker 1: would put it in the cartel world. Is money laundering, right, like, Hey,
- 21:03Speaker 1: you don't want your name out there, you don't want
- 21:05Speaker 1: to know where it came from. You want to clean
- 21:06Speaker 1: your money before it goes these groups. So you're not
- 21:08Speaker 1: directly aligned with these groups, and you can just stay
- 21:10Speaker 1: in the shadows and that's all we need you to do,
- 21:12Speaker 1: and then bam.
- 21:13Speaker 2: Here we are.
- 21:15Speaker 1: They also work closely with other leftist mega donors, so
- 21:19Speaker 1: all of these mega donners are working together hand in
- 21:22Speaker 1: hand to maximize their dollars, Soros and Hoffman and their work.
- 21:28Speaker 1: So they're like, all right, tell me what you guys
- 21:30Speaker 1: are doing. It's like we're doing this and this and
- 21:31Speaker 1: this great, we'll amplify it by the media publications of
- 21:37Speaker 1: leftist billionaires like uh Lren Powell jobs. All right, so
- 21:43Speaker 1: this forms a lawfare hydra is how it's described in
- 21:47Speaker 1: the book. You have all of this work that's done
- 21:51Speaker 1: and then they go into overtime to amplify it, then
- 21:55Speaker 1: get stories written on it, then.
- 21:56Speaker 2: Push it out to the media.
- 21:58Speaker 1: And it's all done for one reason to take down
- 22:01Speaker 1: Donald Trump, for example, to paint Trump as a criminal,
- 22:05Speaker 1: right unfit to service president, that he's a that he's
- 22:08Speaker 1: got a mug shot. Remember, it was just like, hey,
- 22:10Speaker 1: if we get a mug shot on Trump, we believe
- 22:12Speaker 1: that'll bring him down. It backfired, right when they're like, hey, well,
- 22:15Speaker 1: you know, we'll get mar Lago, we'll rate it, and
- 22:17Speaker 1: then we'll get people to turn on him and then
- 22:19Speaker 1: no one elect him and then bam, we got this thing.
- 22:22Speaker 1: Let me give you another example, David Brock's Project sixty five.
- 22:26Speaker 2: In twenty twenty two, leftist.
- 22:28Speaker 1: Online warrior and media Matters for America founder David Brock
- 22:33Speaker 1: launched Project sixty five.
- 22:34Speaker 2: Now.
- 22:35Speaker 1: Media Matters just say, you know has come after me before.
- 22:37Speaker 1: They actually went after me when I was the first
- 22:42Speaker 1: night I was hosting a TV show I was filling
- 22:45Speaker 1: into host on CNN. They put out a bunch of
- 22:49Speaker 1: hit pieces trying to get me taken off the air.
- 22:53Speaker 1: David Brock is a liberal political consultant. They say he's
- 22:59Speaker 1: a a author and a commentary he's a hit man. Okay,
- 23:02Speaker 1: Media Matters, hours before I was to host for an
- 23:06Speaker 1: entire week, put out these hit pieces.
- 23:09Speaker 2: They clearly had inside information.
- 23:10Speaker 1: Hey Ben Ferguson's gonna be hosting, And there was like,
- 23:13Speaker 1: all right, we don't want that.
- 23:15Speaker 2: So what do we do? All Right, We're gonna go back.
- 23:17Speaker 1: And look at every single thing he's ever put on
- 23:19Speaker 1: social media. We'll write a bunch of hit pieces on him.
- 23:22Speaker 1: We'll then get it amplified, We'll try to get some
- 23:24Speaker 1: news and attention, and then when we do that, they'll
- 23:29Speaker 1: pull them off the air.
- 23:30Speaker 2: That was the goal.
- 23:31Speaker 1: So I remember going through this and I laughed because like,
- 23:34Speaker 1: of course this happened the day I'm literally going to
- 23:36Speaker 1: host an hour show for the first time ever, and
- 23:40Speaker 1: it was well orchestrated, it was well planned out, and
- 23:43Speaker 1: that was the first time I had a taste of this.
- 23:45Speaker 2: I'm like, all right, now I know what I'm up against.
- 23:46Speaker 1: Like, this is how evil and the left is and
- 23:50Speaker 1: how they play. This is how soulas they are. This
- 23:54Speaker 1: is how corrupt they are. This is what they're willing
- 23:57Speaker 1: to do to destroy someone's life. Now, they don't want
- 23:59Speaker 1: to just They wanted me to be fired from my job,
- 24:03Speaker 1: and they wanted it to make it hurt financially. This
- 24:07Speaker 1: is all about finances, right. They want conservatives to be quiet.
- 24:13Speaker 1: They don't want us to be bold. They don't want
- 24:15Speaker 1: us to stand up for what we believe in. They
- 24:17Speaker 1: want us to be afraid to speak out. They want
- 24:19Speaker 1: to make They want us to be afraid of running
- 24:21Speaker 1: for office. They want us to be afraid of getting
- 24:23Speaker 1: involved in politics. They want us to be afraid that
- 24:26Speaker 1: we're going to lose our jobs. For example, Okay, if
- 24:31Speaker 1: we do something that they like, they want us to
- 24:35Speaker 1: be afraid of writing a check to a candidate is
- 24:38Speaker 1: another way of putting it. This is the reality of
- 24:43Speaker 1: the leftist Radical Democratic Party. And I've witnessed it firsthand.
- 24:48Speaker 1: I've been a part of it. I've had it happen
- 24:50Speaker 1: to me. And no one, by the way, should be
- 24:53Speaker 1: surprised by this, like no one, I mean no one
- 24:59Speaker 1: should be prize that this happens. Now, let me go
- 25:03Speaker 1: back to the money here so that you understand this.
- 25:06Speaker 1: They launched. David Brock launched his Project sixty five, which
- 25:11Speaker 1: had the explicit goal to quote, dis bar and discredit
- 25:16Speaker 1: any attorney who helped Donald Trump and his challenge in
- 25:20Speaker 1: fighting against the twenty twenty election. Brock is a darling
- 25:25Speaker 1: of the money Democrats.
- 25:27Speaker 2: If his name is on it, someone will fund it.
- 25:30Speaker 1: He uses quote dark money to establish his group, which
- 25:33Speaker 1: means his donors remain mysterious or anonymous. Now, the Project
- 25:39Speaker 1: sixty five got its name because they were targeting sixty
- 25:43Speaker 1: five attorneys who, in their eyes, tried to overthrow democracy.
- 25:48Speaker 1: Is what they sold it to their donors with Trump,
- 25:51Speaker 1: though the number is entirely arbitrary. The board, by the way,
- 25:55Speaker 1: consists of a sort of leftist radicals, both familiar and unfamiliar,
- 25:59Speaker 1: as well well as some rhino establishment Republicans that they
- 26:03Speaker 1: use as their useful idiots.
- 26:05Speaker 2: Now, this is a new front in lawfare.
- 26:08Speaker 1: It was assumed until this point that even the guilty
- 26:11Speaker 1: are entitled to competent legal representation. Now, if you represent
- 26:17Speaker 1: certain types of people such as Donald Trump, in certain
- 26:20Speaker 1: types of cases, such as cases that are involving Donald Trump,
- 26:24Speaker 1: then you might not only lose in the courtroom, but
- 26:27Speaker 1: you could lose your law license outright. Because again, this
- 26:30Speaker 1: is about saying to future lawyers, do you really want
- 26:33Speaker 1: to get disbarred or do you really want to have
- 26:36Speaker 1: us come after you? And there's a lot of lawyers
- 26:38Speaker 1: that look at and yeah, it's just not worth it.
- 26:40Speaker 1: I'm staying out of that. I'm gonna I'm not gonna
- 26:42Speaker 1: go defend a Donald Trump, or defend a Ben Ferguson,
- 26:46Speaker 1: or defend whoever else out there. They're under attack, right,
- 26:50Speaker 1: So that's the new front in this lawfare.
- 26:53Speaker 2: That's all clearly, very carefully orchestrated. Now Project sixty five.
- 27:00Speaker 2: I've got John.
- 27:01Speaker 1: Eastman, an attorney in former law school dean, disbarred over
- 27:04Speaker 1: legal advice he gave to Trump. That was there like first,
- 27:07Speaker 1: you know, head on stick, this was all pure politics
- 27:11Speaker 1: of personal destruction, just like I was talking about earlier
- 27:15Speaker 1: when they came after me and the exact brand of
- 27:18Speaker 1: activism that David Brock pioneered at Media Matters. It's all
- 27:22Speaker 1: defamatory by design. The operation ought to be investigated, is
- 27:27Speaker 1: what many believe. I'm one of them, and perhaps bar
- 27:30Speaker 1: complaints ought to be filed against the attorneys behind the
- 27:33Speaker 1: lawfair right fight fire with fire is what some lawyers
- 27:36Speaker 1: have said.
- 27:37Speaker 2: Now, then you moved to the other category.
- 27:39Speaker 1: Which I describe as in the book has talked about
- 27:42Speaker 1: his big law another obvious group that makes up a
- 27:45Speaker 1: powerful portion of the lawfair superstructure. The book says, is
- 27:49Speaker 1: the big law firms that sue the Trump administration. You've
- 27:53Speaker 1: got Wilmer, Cutler, Pickering, Hale and Dor You've got Hogan
- 27:58Speaker 1: and Levels. You've got jen and Block. You've got Ropes
- 28:01Speaker 1: and Gray. You've got Gipson, Done and Crutcher. You've got
- 28:05Speaker 1: Perkins Coy, you got Arnold and Porter. The list goes
- 28:09Speaker 1: on and on. Now, why do all these big law
- 28:11Speaker 1: firms matter? Well, they all represented plaintiffs against the Trump
- 28:15Speaker 1: administration within the first forty days of his second term.
- 28:20Speaker 1: This is like two point zero law fair and big law.
- 28:24Speaker 1: These cases involved lawyers like for example, Neil Catal, also
- 28:30Speaker 1: a prominent cable news quote, legal pundit Seth Waxman, Paul Clement,
- 28:36Speaker 1: and all from major white shoe firms, all with Supreme
- 28:41Speaker 1: Court experience, all of them former solicit generals, solicitor generals.
- 28:46Speaker 2: So you put this together and they're like, hey, you
- 28:49Speaker 2: want to make some money.
- 28:50Speaker 1: Sure, all right, you're a big lawyer. Here's what you're
- 28:52Speaker 1: gonna do. You're gonna do this stuff for us. We're
- 28:55Speaker 1: gonna pay you.
- 28:56Speaker 2: Well.
- 28:57Speaker 1: Now there's an even longer list that has come out
- 29:00Speaker 1: even since the book was written.
- 29:03Speaker 2: There are even more.
- 29:04Speaker 1: Moneyed and connected people name checked and in the book,
- 29:08Speaker 1: including Mark Ellis, the super lawyer, Peter Schwipeser dubbed the
- 29:14Speaker 1: master of political dark Arts.
- 29:17Speaker 2: You've got a Crew founder. I told you about Crew earlier.
- 29:21Speaker 1: Norm Easan, an impeachment attorney, and Congressman Daniel Goldman. All
- 29:28Speaker 1: of these people are now literally making money off of
- 29:34Speaker 1: saying we give us cash and.
- 29:36Speaker 2: We will go after your political enemies.
- 29:39Speaker 1: Now, all of these names direct their time and resources
- 29:44Speaker 1: to sowing chaos number one in this country in our
- 29:46Speaker 1: streets by advocating for people and policies that undermine the
- 29:50Speaker 1: concept of law and order. These radical DA's to fund
- 29:54Speaker 1: the police, get everybody out of jail, cashless bail, all
- 29:58Speaker 1: of these things, right. George Sourus wants it because then
- 30:01Speaker 1: controls those big cities. Read Hoppin wants it because then
- 30:04Speaker 1: they control these big cities. Sandler Foundation wants it because
- 30:07Speaker 1: then they control.
- 30:08Speaker 2: These big cities. That gives them power.
- 30:12Speaker 1: And now they're attempting to buy our democracy outright or
- 30:16Speaker 1: overthrow it. And they're doing it now, not by being candidates,
- 30:20Speaker 1: but by doing it through law fare. I'll go back
- 30:24Speaker 1: to what I said earlier. This is the new game
- 30:26Speaker 1: playing the Democratic Party. I've rarely take to buy a book.
- 30:31Speaker 1: Buy this book, Breaking the Law. It's incredible. Wherever you
- 30:34Speaker 1: can get your books worth buying. Please make sure you
- 30:39Speaker 1: take everything I just gave you and share it as well.
