- 2:06Speaker 7: the voice, come on, dig me now.
- 2:08Speaker 2: One and only Steve Harvey got a radio show.
- 2:12Speaker 7: Man, if I had time enough to tell the whole trip,
- 2:17Speaker 7: the whole journey, and y'all would be sitting up in
- 2:20Speaker 7: there going, okay, Steve, are we going to play the
- 2:22Speaker 7: show this week? But man, it's been a lot of
- 2:27Speaker 7: amazing things has happened to me over the years, and
- 2:33Speaker 7: not all of them good. It's been some amazingly bad
- 2:37Speaker 7: things that have happened too. But I just come on
- 2:41Speaker 7: in the morning as a reminder to everybody of the
- 2:45Speaker 7: actual goodness of God that you know, man, that these
- 2:48Speaker 7: mistakes that you're making, that these setbacks that you keep having,
- 2:54Speaker 7: that these falls that keep occurring in your life, that
- 2:58Speaker 7: they all are leading you so where if you just
- 3:01Speaker 7: don't ever give up, that's the key. You can never
- 3:05Speaker 7: ever give up because you don't know how the trip
- 3:10Speaker 7: has been laid out for you.
- 3:11Speaker 2: You know, if somebody had told me.
- 3:15Speaker 7: Years ago when I had the dream of being on
- 3:18Speaker 7: TV and then I thought about being a one of
- 3:22Speaker 7: one of the best comedians I could be, you know,
- 3:24Speaker 7: when I when I started, somebody had told me everything
- 3:29Speaker 7: that was gonna have to happen in order for me
- 3:32Speaker 7: to get there, I would have changed it. I would
- 3:35Speaker 7: have I would have said, Okay, well, I ain't gonna
- 3:38Speaker 7: be that. How about this? See and no one can
- 3:43Speaker 7: know all of the events of their life ahead of time.
- 3:46Speaker 7: You know, it'd be so nice, wouldn't it. You know,
- 3:48Speaker 7: to prepare for it, see it come, and be aware
- 3:53Speaker 7: of the haters, always knowing when the backstabbing moment is
- 3:57Speaker 7: coming in your life, always knowing when you're gonna get
- 4:01Speaker 7: blindsided by the enemy. Were really great to know that,
- 4:04Speaker 7: wouldn't it. Well, that's not how it works. So since
- 4:09Speaker 7: no one knows exactly the challenges and the pitfalls and
- 4:14Speaker 7: the detours that's gonna be set them, it's it's it's
- 4:19Speaker 7: imperative that you just don't give up, because see, knowing
- 4:23Speaker 7: these things, we as human beings by nature would choose
- 4:30Speaker 7: another route. But it ain't the route God God for you, though,
- 4:34Speaker 7: see the route God God for you. If you if
- 4:36Speaker 7: you're trying to do the right thing, if you're doing
- 4:39Speaker 7: the best you can, if you ain't out here just
- 4:42Speaker 7: intentionally just messing over, folks, If you using faith and
- 4:47Speaker 7: that's the belief in things that you cannot see. If
- 4:51Speaker 7: you have something on the inside of you to keep
- 4:53Speaker 7: saying there's got to be more to life than that,
- 4:55Speaker 7: then that's that's you. You, my friend, have a great
- 5:00Speaker 7: chance here. And if you've ever had that feeling then
- 5:03Speaker 7: gave up on it, just get it back, Just ask
- 5:06Speaker 7: for it back, Just say, hey man, I'm getting back
- 5:09Speaker 7: to the way I used to be because there's a
- 5:12Speaker 7: change that's available in your life.
- 5:14Speaker 2: But you got to take it. You got to take
- 5:17Speaker 2: a shot at it. Folks. There's a chance for you
- 5:19Speaker 2: to get it right, but you gotta take a shot
- 5:22Speaker 2: at it. Folks.
- 5:23Speaker 7: There's a chance for you to turn this whole thing
- 5:25Speaker 7: around with God's help, but you got to take a
- 5:29Speaker 7: shot at it. You See, this decision is yours. The
- 5:33Speaker 7: decision to lay down, to give up, that's yours. It
- 5:35Speaker 7: ain't even just got too hard for me. Life too much, man,
- 5:39Speaker 7: life hard and too much for everybody. What I got
- 5:42Speaker 7: to get you to See? My father used to always
- 5:45Speaker 7: tell me, it says, some best lessons in life, the
- 5:48Speaker 7: one your value and learn the most is a bout lesson.
- 5:52Speaker 7: I didn't quite understand that being young, but I show
- 5:55Speaker 7: got it now. Ain't no lesson like a bout lesson,
- 5:58Speaker 7: the one you pay for. Those are the ones that
- 6:02Speaker 7: hold to you, that stick to you, that that start
- 6:05Speaker 7: turning you into who you're gonna be. Those are the
- 6:08Speaker 7: character builders. See, you got to be forged to get
- 6:12Speaker 7: to where you want to go in life. See, that's
- 6:14Speaker 7: what the challenge is and missteps is for that's what
- 6:17Speaker 7: the failing is about.
- 6:19Speaker 2: Now, I know you don't like it. I didn't. I
- 6:21Speaker 2: know you're not comfortable with I wouldn't. I know you
- 6:24Speaker 2: wish it was over sooner than later. I always do.
- 6:28Speaker 7: I always want it to be over sooner than later,
- 6:31Speaker 7: because the later, man, it just seems like it's so
- 6:33Speaker 7: much I got to go through.
- 6:36Speaker 2: But let me tell you something, Man.
- 6:38Speaker 7: If you can, if you can forge your way through
- 6:41Speaker 7: it and understand that you are forged in life, I
- 6:44Speaker 7: don't know. I was on TV in one time when
- 6:48Speaker 7: I was doing one of my motivational speeches, and I
- 6:52Speaker 7: began to wonder about this experience I had at Ford
- 6:56Speaker 7: Motor Company and my last job after the auto industry
- 7:00Speaker 7: started going down, my last job was in the foundry
- 7:04Speaker 7: and my job was to stand at the end almost
- 7:09Speaker 7: where the engines first come out of the furnace. See,
- 7:12Speaker 7: the engines are poured into a mold. It's hot, melted
- 7:16Speaker 7: down metal whatever they call it, larva or whatever. They
- 7:19Speaker 7: pour it into a mole and it goes into this
- 7:22Speaker 7: furnace that's extremely hot. And my job was after the
- 7:28Speaker 7: heat was applied to the engine block, it would come
- 7:32Speaker 7: through and it would go through a hardening stage. But
- 7:35Speaker 7: the way it was hardening, they would cool it. Suddenly
- 7:38Speaker 7: they would flush it with water. It was just blast
- 7:41Speaker 7: water on it. But the fire and the high temperature
- 7:45Speaker 7: is what made the engine block solidify. It's because it's
- 7:50Speaker 7: got to get real hot, get melted down first. Then
- 7:53Speaker 7: it's got to get poured into a mole. Then it's
- 7:56Speaker 7: got to be pressure hit with water and all this
- 8:00Speaker 7: and then it and it's real hot. Now it's still
- 8:03Speaker 7: hot even though there's water being shotter, but when it
- 8:05Speaker 7: comes out the end of the side, there's a lot
- 8:08Speaker 7: of flashing in it. It flashing is a metal from
- 8:10Speaker 7: that to drip through the cast molding on it, just
- 8:14Speaker 7: like flex of extra pieces of metal. My job was
- 8:19Speaker 7: to hit this engine block in the front, which is huge,
- 8:23Speaker 7: heavy rubber mallet, knock all the flashing off the front
- 8:28Speaker 7: and when it came around back to bam, hit it
- 8:31Speaker 7: real hard again on the backside. And that became the
- 8:36Speaker 7: core of what the car is. A car without a
- 8:39Speaker 7: great engine is nothing. It's just a pretty looking vehicle
- 8:43Speaker 7: over there. But if it can't do what it was
- 8:45Speaker 7: made to do because the engine blocked then cracked. See,
- 8:48Speaker 7: you can have a car look real good, but if
- 8:50Speaker 7: it freezes an engine block cracked your car, you could
- 8:53Speaker 7: it's over man. You got to get a new block.
- 8:56Speaker 7: The block is the core. But in order for you
- 8:58Speaker 7: for the car to do it, it's got to do
- 9:00Speaker 7: it's got to have a strong engine.
- 9:02Speaker 8: It.
- 9:02Speaker 7: In order for the engine to be strong, it's got
- 9:04Speaker 7: to be forged and steal, come through fire, get.
- 9:07Speaker 2: Poured in a mole, cooled off.
- 9:10Speaker 7: Heated, knocked around, beat on the front end, beat on
- 9:13Speaker 7: the back end, in order for it to be what
- 9:15Speaker 7: it's gonna be. The mall of the story, folks, is
- 9:19Speaker 7: you got to get forged in fire to be what
- 9:22Speaker 7: you're gonna be. You got to get beat up, you
- 9:25Speaker 7: got to get pressure washed, you got to have heat
- 9:28Speaker 7: on you, you got to get melted down, you got
- 9:30Speaker 7: to get pulled into a mole. That's how you become
- 9:33Speaker 7: who you are. So the tough things that you're going through,
- 9:36Speaker 7: the difficult challenges and the setbacks. I know a brother
- 9:39Speaker 7: who went to prison, ma'am. And the whole reason he
- 9:43Speaker 7: ended up going to prison because he was looking at
- 9:45Speaker 7: the little window looking out in the yard at him
- 9:47Speaker 7: working out. And then the next thing you know, man,
- 9:50Speaker 7: this brother decided that he was gonna go out there
- 9:52Speaker 7: and work out. Well, guess what, he's one of the
- 9:55Speaker 7: top trainers in country. Today.
- 9:57Speaker 1: You're listening.
- 10:00Speaker 9: Morning show, he bokee red. There's a train come in.

- 20:39Speaker 13: You're listening Steve Harvey Morning Show. It is time now
- 20:44Speaker 13: for the c l O. The Chief Love Officer, Steve Harvey.
- 20:48Speaker 13: This one is from CC and Dallas CC rights.
- 20:51Speaker 1: I'm in love.
- 20:52Speaker 13: I'm in a love triangle with a man that's ten
- 20:54Speaker 13: years younger than me and a man that's eighteen years
- 20:58Speaker 13: older than me.
- 21:00Speaker 1: They both serve their purpose. If you know what I mean, but.
- 21:04Speaker 13: The young man wants all of my time. He wants
- 21:07Speaker 13: to stay at my house and drive my car, and
- 21:08Speaker 13: he expects me to be a cougar. My sugar daddy
- 21:11Speaker 13: is not pleased when he can't come over. He popped
- 21:14Speaker 13: up before and I had to ignore him, so he
- 21:17Speaker 13: won't think it's cool to do that. He takes great
- 21:20Speaker 13: care of me, But his son is a better lover. Yes,
- 21:25Speaker 13: it's a father and son that.
- 21:27Speaker 1: I'm dealing with. Cut one of them off, Come on, clo.
- 21:35Speaker 2: Well, tricky, tricky, you know.
- 21:45Speaker 7: You in real, real dangerous territory. You have not mentioned
- 21:50Speaker 7: whether they know about each other or not. You didn't,
- 21:54Speaker 7: and I'm pretty sure.
- 21:56Speaker 2: That they don't, or at least I know the daddy
- 22:01Speaker 2: don't know about the son.
- 22:03Speaker 7: Now, the trifling son could know about the daddy, But
- 22:08Speaker 7: you said something in your letter that's interesting.
- 22:10Speaker 2: The younger one wants to drive your.
- 22:13Speaker 1: Car and all, well, his damn car stair the house.
- 22:17Speaker 7: And then the sugar daddy is actually taking care of business.
- 22:22Speaker 7: Now did she say which one of them takes care
- 22:24Speaker 7: of frying the bacon better?
- 22:26Speaker 2: Is it the young boy the old dude?
- 22:30Speaker 1: I'm pretty.
- 22:32Speaker 2: She said, Yeah, I'm pretty sure.
- 22:34Speaker 7: It's the young dude, or else you'd have everything wrapped
- 22:37Speaker 7: up in the old dude. Uh So, I have no
- 22:41Speaker 7: advice for you. You're going to hell for this open
- 22:47Speaker 7: invitation right now. It looks like you're gonna have a
- 22:50Speaker 7: front row seat, and I don't know how you think
- 22:53Speaker 7: this is gonna work it. Should you get rid of
- 22:56Speaker 7: one of them? Yes, you should before they find out,
- 22:59Speaker 7: because that's a dangerous situation to be a sister, A
- 23:03Speaker 7: very dangerous situation.
- 23:05Speaker 2: Why you doing that? Might I add that you are
- 23:09Speaker 2: a bit trifling? I just want to throw that out there.
- 23:12Speaker 7: I don't know you, but that's a little trifling because
- 23:16Speaker 7: if a man was doing that, wouldn't he be trifling
- 23:21Speaker 7: if he was seeing the woman and her daughter simultaneously? Yes, yeah,
- 23:26Speaker 7: so I'm pretty sure he would be trifling. So I'm
- 23:29Speaker 7: going to have to label you as trifling too.
- 23:32Speaker 9: Yeah.
- 23:33Speaker 7: I don't know what the thrill is for you to
- 23:35Speaker 7: be pulling this off. But if you go to do
- 23:38Speaker 7: to me and and that's your option, you could get
- 23:41Speaker 7: another young dude. It don't have to be this.
- 23:43Speaker 16: Man's son son, even by my standards. You're right, Steve,
- 23:57Speaker 16: that's low.
- 23:58Speaker 13: Says I'm in my late forties and I think I'm
- 24:00Speaker 13: going to have to divorce my husband of four years.
- 24:03Speaker 13: I'm his third wife, and one of his exes told
- 24:05Speaker 13: me she'd pray for me when I ran into her recently.
- 24:08Speaker 13: He was a perfect man until a year ago when
- 24:10Speaker 13: he stopped bathing, he stopped helping out around the house,
- 24:14Speaker 13: and he stopped going to church online with me. His
- 24:17Speaker 13: blood sugar has been low lately, so I thought his.
- 24:20Speaker 1: Behavior was because of that. But I don't think that's it.

- 52:19Speaker 2: It is a Strawberry letter.
- 52:21Speaker 13: Thank you, ne you subjects. Is this considered cheating or not?
- 52:25Speaker 13: Dear Stephen Shirley. I've been in a relationship for four
- 52:28Speaker 13: years and my boyfriend and I lived three hours apart.
- 52:32Speaker 1: We've always been in a long distance relationship and I
- 52:36Speaker 1: thought everything was fine until recently.
- 52:40Speaker 13: He started talking about marriage after we dated two years
- 52:44Speaker 13: and he said he would gladly move to Philly to
- 52:46Speaker 13: be with me. I got all excited about marriage and
- 52:49Speaker 13: I started preparing myself.
- 52:50Speaker 1: Emotionally and financially to be with him for the rest
- 52:54Speaker 1: of my life.
- 52:55Speaker 13: Then last year he started saying that the distance was
- 52:58Speaker 13: killing him and sometimes he wanted to lie next to
- 53:01Speaker 13: me and hold me until he goes to sleep, but
- 53:04Speaker 13: he can't because I lived so far away.
- 53:07Speaker 1: I thought that he would go ahead and propose, but
- 53:09Speaker 1: he hasn't.
- 53:10Speaker 13: I started visiting him more, but he made excuses when
- 53:14Speaker 13: it was time to come see me a few times.
- 53:17Speaker 13: I didn't want us to grow apart, so I did
- 53:19Speaker 13: whatever I could to keep the sparks flying in the bedroom.
- 53:24Speaker 1: I was visiting him one weekend.
- 53:27Speaker 13: And there was a towel on the back seat and
- 53:29Speaker 13: I needed to put groceries in the car. I picked
- 53:32Speaker 13: up the towel and it was this. It was crusty
- 53:36Speaker 13: and stiff, and I have.
- 53:38Speaker 1: No fool so I know what it looked like.
- 53:41Speaker 13: I thought it was incredibly tacky of him to leave
- 53:44Speaker 13: it in the car, and no matter what that substance
- 53:47Speaker 13: was on it. I asked him about it, and he
- 53:50Speaker 13: confirmed my thoughts.
- 53:51Speaker 1: He said he went.
- 53:52Speaker 13: Out a week or so before before I got there,
- 53:56Speaker 13: and a female friend of his helped him out orally.
- 53:59Speaker 13: He said he didn't return the favor to her, but
- 54:02Speaker 13: she willingly did him. He said, it's not like he cheated,
- 54:06Speaker 13: and it helped him out because he missed making.
- 54:09Speaker 1: Love to me.
- 54:10Speaker 13: I was livid, and all he kept saying was he
- 54:13Speaker 13: did this for us, and it's not cheating. I have
- 54:18Speaker 13: needs too, but I've never had a quick hookup.
- 54:21Speaker 1: With my male friend. Is this cheating or not? Should
- 54:23Speaker 1: I break up with him?
- 54:27Speaker 3: Yes?
- 54:28Speaker 13: Come on, this is really cheating. Did he actually fix
- 54:32Speaker 13: his mouth to say he did this for us?
- 54:34Speaker 1: For the both of you? If it has the word
- 54:38Speaker 1: sex in it, it's cheating. Okay, it is cheating.
- 54:42Speaker 13: But I don't understand this relationship anyway, I really don't.
- 54:46Speaker 13: You're doing everything and I thought you guys were getting married.
- 54:50Speaker 13: What happened to all of that? I thought he was
- 54:52Speaker 13: moving to Philly?
- 54:52Speaker 1: What happened? And what's taking so long?
- 54:56Speaker 13: He has no plans to move. He doesn't even talk
- 54:59Speaker 13: about it anymore. You didn't even say if he's packing,
- 55:02Speaker 13: if he.
- 55:02Speaker 1: Has a move in date, none of that.
- 55:05Speaker 13: And you know, if a person is serious, he would
- 55:08Speaker 13: certainly have proposed to you by now, where's your ring?
- 55:12Speaker 13: He didn't put a ring on it. And of course
- 55:15Speaker 13: the distance is a factor. That's why many times long
- 55:18Speaker 13: distance relationships don't work out.
- 55:21Speaker 1: I mean, what happens when you're apart, stuff like this happens.
- 55:25Speaker 13: A woman in your case, in his case, can come
- 55:27Speaker 13: in and help him out orally, as he says. You know,
- 55:31Speaker 13: when you're a part, you don't know what he's doing.
- 55:33Speaker 13: But I guess you do know what he's doing now,
- 55:36Speaker 13: and you wouldn't have known anything if his stupid behind
- 55:39Speaker 13: didn't leave that nasty, old, crusty towel ew in the
- 55:43Speaker 13: backseat of his car. How convenient, by the way, even
- 55:47Speaker 13: after four years, he still hasn't moved. He's playing with you,
- 55:51Speaker 13: and he's playing you, and now the trust has gone
- 55:53Speaker 13: on your part.
- 55:55Speaker 3: So I say to you, go.
- 55:57Speaker 13: Ahead and free yourself. Free yourself can get with a
- 56:01Speaker 13: new man in your same city. All right, Steve, I
- 56:06Speaker 13: cannot believe what I just read.
- 56:11Speaker 2: I just can't.
- 56:13Speaker 1: It's crazy.
- 56:14Speaker 2: This don't make no damn sense. Okay, lady, you've been
- 56:18Speaker 2: in a relationship for years.
- 56:19Speaker 7: Y'all lived three hours apart, always been along this relationship.
- 56:24Speaker 7: You dated two years, and finally he started talking about marriage.
- 56:28Speaker 7: He gladly moved to Philly. You started preparing yourself emotionally, financially,
- 56:33Speaker 7: be with the rest of your life. The last year,
- 56:36Speaker 7: he started saying that the distance was killing him and
- 56:38Speaker 7: sometimes he can't. He just wanted to lie next to
- 56:42Speaker 7: you and hold me till he go to sleep. YadA, YadA, YadA, YadA.
- 56:48Speaker 7: I thought he'd go ahead and proposed, but he ain't.
- 56:51Speaker 7: I started visiting him moreing he made excuse me when
- 56:53Speaker 7: it's time to come see me a few times. I
- 56:56Speaker 7: didn't want us to grow apart, so I did whatever
- 56:58Speaker 7: I could do to keep sparks flying in the bedroom.
- 57:00Speaker 7: That means she was in there doing monkey flips, plus
- 57:05Speaker 7: this gymnasium equipment in there. I was visiting him one
- 57:11Speaker 7: weekend and that was a tie. Here's what the letter
- 57:13Speaker 7: I need to come in on. I was visiting him
- 57:16Speaker 7: one weekend. That was a towel on the back seat.
- 57:21Speaker 7: I needed to put groceries in the car. I picked
- 57:25Speaker 7: up the tie and it was crusty and stiff.
- 57:31Speaker 2: I'm no food. I know what it looked like.
- 57:34Speaker 7: I thought it was tacking of him leaving in the car,
- 57:36Speaker 7: no matter what that substance was on it. I asked
- 57:39Speaker 7: him about it, and he confirmed my thoughts. Wait a minute,
- 57:45Speaker 7: here's a woman who says, I picked up the tie,
- 57:48Speaker 7: it was crusty and stuff I ain't no food, so
- 57:51Speaker 7: I know what it looked like, and I thought it
- 57:54Speaker 7: was tacking him leaving in the car, no matter what
- 57:57Speaker 7: the substance was on it. I asked him about it,
- 58:01Speaker 7: and he confirmed my thoughts. That was too much doubt,
- 58:06Speaker 7: what it looked like, what I thought it was, what
- 58:11Speaker 7: the substance could be.
- 58:13Speaker 11: Uh huh?
- 58:14Speaker 2: Why did you confirm her falts?
- 58:19Speaker 3: That's what this whole.
- 58:20Speaker 2: Damn that is about. And when I come back, this
- 58:24Speaker 2: is all we gonna talk about.
- 58:26Speaker 4: Why.
- 58:32Speaker 1: All right, Steve, thank you.
- 58:34Speaker 13: Hang on to that thought because we'll be back at
- 58:36Speaker 13: twenty three minutes after the hour with part two of
- 58:38Speaker 13: your response Today's Strawberry Letters.
- 58:40Speaker 1: Subject is this considered cheating or not? We'll get back
- 58:44Speaker 1: into it right after this. You're listening Hardy Morning Show.

- 59:16Speaker 7: He stopped talking about it last year, talking about he
- 59:18Speaker 7: missed her. He just want to lie next to it
- 59:20Speaker 7: till he fall asleep. So you didn't want the relationship
- 59:24Speaker 7: to go stale. You've been doing everything you could do
- 59:27Speaker 7: in the bedroom.
- 59:27Speaker 2: Keep it fresh.
- 59:29Speaker 7: Monkey flips gymnask equipment apparatusus suitcases, luggage, lotions, all. Oh,
- 59:37Speaker 7: she all this hell with a balanced bean, uneven pallel balls, ticklers, feathers, handcuffs, meat,
- 59:48Speaker 7: house shoes.
- 59:49Speaker 2: Everything is going over.
- 59:52Speaker 7: Vio cam quarters, also little people, monkeys.
- 59:58Speaker 2: It's all in here crazy.
- 1:00:02Speaker 7: And you visited him, and he would make excuses for
- 1:00:05Speaker 7: visiting you. I was visiting one weekend. There was a
- 1:00:08Speaker 7: tie on the back seat and I needed to put
- 1:00:10Speaker 7: the groceries in the car, picked up the tie. It
- 1:00:13Speaker 7: was crusty and stuff. I no fool, so I know
- 1:00:16Speaker 7: what it looked like. I thought it was attack of
- 1:00:19Speaker 7: him to leave it in the car, no matter what
- 1:00:22Speaker 7: that substance was on it. I asked him about it,
- 1:00:27Speaker 7: and this damn food confirmed my thoughts. She didn't accuse
- 1:00:34Speaker 7: you of anything, boy, She asked you a question, what
- 1:00:41Speaker 7: is this sticky, crusty stuff that's on this tie?
- 1:00:48Speaker 2: Why in the hell would you confirm her thoughts?
- 1:00:58Speaker 18: Lie?
- 1:01:01Speaker 2: How that truth working out for him? Right now?
- 1:01:04Speaker 7: Now we're on the national radio show with the damn truth.
- 1:01:09Speaker 7: Listen to me, fool, stupid ass boy, She said, I'm
- 1:01:16Speaker 7: no fool.
- 1:01:17Speaker 2: I know what it looked like. That's doubt.
- 1:01:21Speaker 7: I thought it was incredibly tacky of him to leave
- 1:01:25Speaker 7: it in the car. I thought, that's doubt. No matter
- 1:01:29Speaker 7: what the substance was, she still ain't called it nothing.
- 1:01:32Speaker 7: It's just substance was that's doubt, Christy. I asked him
- 1:01:39Speaker 7: about it, that's no doubt. And then he confirmed you
- 1:01:43Speaker 7: with his stupid ass. He said he went out on
- 1:01:49Speaker 7: a week or so before I got there, and a
- 1:01:51Speaker 7: female friend of his helped him out.
- 1:01:54Speaker 2: Orally.
- 1:01:54Speaker 7: He said he didn't return the favor to her, but
- 1:01:57Speaker 7: she willingly did him. Said it's not like he cheated
- 1:02:01Speaker 7: and it helped him out because he misses making love
- 1:02:04Speaker 7: to me. I was living, and all he kept saying
- 1:02:07Speaker 7: was that he did it for us, and it is
- 1:02:11Speaker 7: not cheating. I have needs to but I've never had
- 1:02:14Speaker 7: a quick hook up with my male friend. It's this
- 1:02:16Speaker 7: cheating or not should I break over him? You could
- 1:02:19Speaker 7: have said that towel was any damn man, that's what
- 1:02:22Speaker 7: except I wasted ice cream on the back of.
- 1:02:28Speaker 2: One that works, that works, crusty.
- 1:02:33Speaker 1: What is this on this towel that ain't a towel,
- 1:02:38Speaker 1: That is not a towel. Baby, that's wrapping paper, wrapping paper.
- 1:02:45Speaker 2: Is still and it's crunching. That's works, that's what it works.
- 1:02:51Speaker 2: So she don't know what she don't know what it is.
- 1:02:57Speaker 2: So what we're gonna do is we're not gonna confirm
- 1:02:59Speaker 2: her thoughts.
- 1:03:02Speaker 1: Okay, what is the substance on this? Towel?
- 1:03:07Speaker 2: Threw up last week? Darryl threw up last week?
- 1:03:11Speaker 18: Daryl?
- 1:03:13Speaker 1: Why are you throw it away? Why is it still
- 1:03:15Speaker 1: in here?
- 1:03:16Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 1:03:16Speaker 7: He's just back there. He was back there. I ain't
- 1:03:18Speaker 7: even know it was back there? Were you when you fund?
- 1:03:23Speaker 1: I turned the questions around, what is Daryl, what you're
- 1:03:29Speaker 1: doing with Darryl's towel? I asked me again, what is
- 1:03:34Speaker 1: the substance?
- 1:03:36Speaker 5: What is this?
- 1:03:37Speaker 2: I don't know. That's the dog's tie.
- 1:03:39Speaker 1: You don't even have a dog. Daryl got a dog, Darryl.
- 1:03:46Speaker 2: Darryl and his dog been in the car. Was Daryl's
- 1:03:49Speaker 2: dog doing in the car that ain't I don't know?
- 1:03:53Speaker 2: Ask me what else to do?
- 1:03:55Speaker 1: Substance?
- 1:03:56Speaker 4: What is this?
- 1:03:57Speaker 2: That's kind of wax work?
- 1:04:03Speaker 7: Darryl died and I was at his visual and he
- 1:04:05Speaker 7: had camp. Yeah, ask me again, what.
- 1:04:17Speaker 18: What is this?
- 1:04:18Speaker 2: I don't know. That ain't my tie? What is it
- 1:04:21Speaker 2: in your car? The hell if I know that Damn Darryl,
- 1:04:25Speaker 2: probably before he died put it in there.
- 1:04:29Speaker 1: Ask me again, it is crusty and stiff.
- 1:04:32Speaker 11: What is this?
- 1:04:33Speaker 2: That's my mama's toilet seat cover. Ask me again, what
- 1:04:42Speaker 2: that's freeze on that tie? I used that tile to
- 1:04:48Speaker 2: wax the car.
- 1:04:50Speaker 3: Any one of them.
- 1:04:52Speaker 2: Except my girlfriend helped me? Or boy, your dumb ass?

- 1:08:48Speaker 2: it is you listening.
- 1:08:51Speaker 7: Coming from nine am to eleven a m. Santah is

- 1:09:03Speaker 7: nine to eleven. No coming here out to eleven with
- 1:09:06Speaker 7: no long list. We're just doing long lists from nine
- 1:09:11Speaker 7: to eleven. And Santa is warning you this year. Don't
- 1:09:16Speaker 7: be repeating stuff you hear the other kids say, making
- 1:09:20Speaker 7: your list longer.
- 1:09:23Speaker 2: Just read your list to Senna from.
- 1:09:27Speaker 3: The way first. Right then at.
- 1:09:29Speaker 7: Noon, Sanah will see all the kids that are winers.
- 1:09:35Speaker 2: Win you wine a lot.
- 1:09:42Speaker 15: I don't shut your hands up waiting noon.
- 1:09:50Speaker 1: What time is the.
- 1:09:53Speaker 7: That's say of noon for then, not the whinings. That's
- 1:09:58Speaker 7: very different. Now between three and five, Santa gonna deal
- 1:10:06Speaker 7: with the kids that just won't sit still.
- 1:10:09Speaker 2: Okay, okay, for the kids that fidget and any any
- 1:10:16Speaker 2: children that might bite.
- 1:10:19Speaker 7: Bite, because from three to one the black Santa sit
- 1:10:25Speaker 7: in and he don't deal with the kids. Let the
- 1:10:29Speaker 7: bite and fix situas still you bite me, I'm gonna
- 1:10:33Speaker 7: bite your back.
- 1:10:35Speaker 2: You know you gotta hear stuff like that, I'm gonna
- 1:10:38Speaker 2: bite you back. Joy how to.
- 1:10:43Speaker 3: Grip them up?
- 1:10:44Speaker 1: Okay, now.
- 1:10:47Speaker 2: From then until seven uh huh. This is towards the
- 1:10:53Speaker 2: end of the day.
- 1:10:56Speaker 7: All loud criers and kids that's afraid of Sunder.
- 1:11:03Speaker 2: We're gonna say, I'm scary, ask you later, old and.
- 1:11:08Speaker 7: So if you know your baby gonna holler loud and
- 1:11:11Speaker 7: it's afraid of Center to bring them every day, we're
- 1:11:14Speaker 7: gonna on that day, we're gonna bring in a We're
- 1:11:16Speaker 7: gonna bring a skinnier Santa Claus in it so he
- 1:11:19Speaker 7: ain't as imposing, and then be cut down on some
- 1:11:23Speaker 7: of the crime. But that's right after the black Santa
- 1:11:25Speaker 7: get through snatching or knocking a couple of kids. Then
- 1:11:30Speaker 7: listen very carefully because that's critical right before closing. Now,
- 1:11:37Speaker 7: we only gonna take ten of these a day, so
- 1:11:39Speaker 7: you gotta make an appointment.
- 1:11:41Speaker 2: These are kids who pee on Center with your child.
- 1:11:49Speaker 2: Don't take it ten to day, he o center. This
- 1:11:53Speaker 2: is at the end of the day, and we're only
- 1:11:55Speaker 2: gonna take ten. Santa got su special gear made.
- 1:12:00Speaker 7: We're gonna switch him out from the skinny Center, bring
- 1:12:03Speaker 7: back the fat Center when he ain't really that fat.
- 1:12:06Speaker 7: It's just he got on a lot of absorbing clothes
- 1:12:11Speaker 7: and so towards the end ten a day, that's all
- 1:12:16Speaker 7: we doing because we got enough absorbing pads on them
- 1:12:20Speaker 7: where he can soak up ten peas.
- 1:12:23Speaker 2: Okay, so we're just doing ten. If your babynna be
- 1:12:27Speaker 2: living in line, he gotta come back tomorrow.
- 1:12:30Speaker 7: We'll try to get him into it, but it's at
- 1:12:32Speaker 7: the end of the day. That way, when Sata take
- 1:12:35Speaker 7: his suit off, we can burn it.
- 1:12:40Speaker 4: A lot.
- 1:12:42Speaker 2: Even thought about it. So that's our schedule.
- 1:12:46Speaker 7: So please, if your children fit in there anywhere, you
- 1:12:51Speaker 7: know you'll be able to know where your child fits
- 1:12:53Speaker 7: in all that loud ass crying and all that.
- 1:12:57Speaker 2: You know when your child is.
- 1:12:58Speaker 7: Going whiners, you know, kids with long lists, just know
- 1:13:02Speaker 7: where you're childfiting.

- 1:17:48Speaker 15: Yeah, I'm just gonna be over there with us and
- 1:17:50Speaker 15: the public restroom. I can't do that now.
- 1:17:53Speaker 18: Now I'm laying up in the cast trying to give
- 1:17:58Speaker 18: me some sleep. I'm not standing in there stare.
- 1:17:59Speaker 7: But I don't think he understands what a morgan is,
- 1:18:02Speaker 7: all that slab and all embodies in the doors.
- 1:18:06Speaker 1: All Steve, if you've brought this through, you thought this through.
- 1:18:10Speaker 7: Yeah, no, I'd be laying across them sleeks for sleeper's hell.
- 1:18:17Speaker 13: That's today's round up with you rather all right, coming
- 1:18:20Speaker 13: up in forty nine minutes after the hour, last break
- 1:18:23Speaker 13: of the day, and we'll close out the show right
- 1:18:24Speaker 13: after day.
- 1:18:26Speaker 20: You're listening Steve Harvey Morning Show. All right, here we are,
- 1:18:30Speaker 20: last break of the day. Another fine day on the
- 1:18:33Speaker 20: Steve Harvey Morning Show. Yeah, thank you so much for listening.
- 1:18:36Speaker 20: All right, Steve, you're up closing remarks.
- 1:18:40Speaker 2: What you got? Yeah, you know, more and more.
- 1:18:45Speaker 7: I try to share things that I learned as I
- 1:18:48Speaker 7: pick them up, you know, I try to, you know,
- 1:18:54Speaker 7: when I'm talking to people about my faith and my walk.
- 1:19:00Speaker 7: I guess I use myself as an example because I
- 1:19:03Speaker 7: want to. I try to simplify for people, because man,
- 1:19:07Speaker 7: so many people get turned off with traditional religion. And
- 1:19:14Speaker 7: there's nothing wrong with church. Man, I think that church
- 1:19:16Speaker 7: is one of the great institutions that's ever been around,
- 1:19:22Speaker 7: you know. But some people can't get there, and some
- 1:19:24Speaker 7: people get turned off by people in the church when
- 1:19:28Speaker 7: it's really the relationship with God that.
- 1:19:30Speaker 2: You try to foster. But there are some people in
- 1:19:32Speaker 2: churches that.
- 1:19:33Speaker 7: Can be quite a turnoff in you trying to find
- 1:19:37Speaker 7: the peace you're looking for in your life or the
- 1:19:40Speaker 7: answers you're looking for in your life, because you go
- 1:19:43Speaker 7: to this building and somebody in the building ain't really
- 1:19:46Speaker 7: a good example of Christian or whatever your faith is,
- 1:19:52Speaker 7: and all of a sudden they come in and they
- 1:19:54Speaker 7: did they full of more devil than being at a club.
- 1:19:58Speaker 2: Sometimes.
- 1:19:59Speaker 7: So what I try to offer people through my own
- 1:20:04Speaker 7: little form of testimonies to show you that you can
- 1:20:08Speaker 7: have this walk with God just the way you are,
- 1:20:11Speaker 7: that you don't have to try to fix yourself to
- 1:20:14Speaker 7: have this relationship that you got to start somewhere and
- 1:20:18Speaker 7: God God deal with regular people all the time. God
- 1:20:22Speaker 7: just don't deal with the people that consider themselves holy.
- 1:20:28Speaker 7: God deal with regular people. God take regular people and
- 1:20:31Speaker 7: turn them into heroes. God take regular people. The Bible
- 1:20:35Speaker 7: is full of stories of regular people that God used
- 1:20:39Speaker 7: as an example, people who showed extraordinary exhibitions of faith
- 1:20:46Speaker 7: and hope. And so I just try to share with
- 1:20:49Speaker 7: the people stuff that I learned along the way. One
- 1:20:53Speaker 7: of the things I was learning, man, was I had
- 1:20:56Speaker 7: to really learn to accept each day just as it
- 1:20:59Speaker 7: came to me. And that's what I want to share
- 1:21:02Speaker 7: with you today. You gotta, people, we got to start
- 1:21:05Speaker 7: accepting the day as it comes to you. Do not
- 1:21:09Speaker 7: waste your time and energy wishing for a different set
- 1:21:14Speaker 7: of circumstances, because it's not going to happen. Do you
- 1:21:18Speaker 7: know how much time and energy you burn wishing things
- 1:21:22Speaker 7: weren't the way they were. Do you know how much
- 1:21:25Speaker 7: time and energy you've wished hoping something was different and
- 1:21:31Speaker 7: there's no way it can be different.
- 1:21:33Speaker 2: We're spending too much time with that.
- 1:21:36Speaker 7: You got to accept the things in the day that
- 1:21:40Speaker 7: you can't do anything about and remember you and remember
- 1:21:45Speaker 7: something man that instead of that, start trusting in the
- 1:21:50Speaker 7: process that God has a special design and a special
- 1:21:55Speaker 7: purpose for you. Even with these difficulties. Man, you got
- 1:21:59Speaker 7: to trust in the process. His plan for you is
- 1:22:03Speaker 7: different from my plan. It's different from your mother's plan.
- 1:22:06Speaker 7: It's different from all your friends' plans. But don't so
- 1:22:12Speaker 7: don't spend that much time and energy like so many
- 1:22:16Speaker 7: of us do, like I've done. I can't count the
- 1:22:18Speaker 7: times I did it, Man, wishing certain circumstances weren't the circumstances,
- 1:22:23Speaker 7: but they are.
- 1:22:26Speaker 2: It is what it is.
- 1:22:28Speaker 7: Now what you gonna do about it? This could be
- 1:22:31Speaker 7: an opportunity for you to get closer to God. Sometimes
- 1:22:35Speaker 7: trials and tribulations and things come our way because God
- 1:22:39Speaker 7: just want us to be closer to it. You know
- 1:22:42Speaker 7: how people get aggravated all the time. People kill me
- 1:22:44Speaker 7: when they say this. He went to prison, he found
- 1:22:47Speaker 7: the lord. He had to wait till he went to
- 1:22:49Speaker 7: prison and found the lord. Okay, okay, but he found him.
- 1:22:55Speaker 3: No.
- 1:22:56Speaker 2: See, everybody ain't got to go to prison to find it.
- 1:23:00Speaker 2: You know how I found him. I found him living
- 1:23:03Speaker 2: in a car. You know how else I found him.
- 1:23:07Speaker 2: I found him when he took everything from me twice.
- 1:23:11Speaker 2: You know how I found him.
- 1:23:12Speaker 7: I found him out to two divorces man when he
- 1:23:15Speaker 7: just looked like I wasn't gonna rise no more. And
- 1:23:20Speaker 7: guess what, I keep finding him over and over and
- 1:23:23Speaker 7: over again. I keep finding how great he really is.
- 1:23:26Speaker 7: Every time a hardship come in my life, I find
- 1:23:29Speaker 7: out a little bit more about it. I find out
- 1:23:33Speaker 7: just how powerful, how forgiving, how loving, how merciful, how
- 1:23:36Speaker 7: graceful he really is. Every time something happened, when they
- 1:23:41Speaker 7: write me off and he lifts me up again. I
- 1:23:44Speaker 7: keep finding out about him every day I wake up
- 1:23:47Speaker 7: how good he really is, So don't worry about the brother.
- 1:23:50Speaker 7: They go to prison and find it. And now he
- 1:23:52Speaker 7: want to tell me about the Lord. He been sitting
- 1:23:54Speaker 7: in a cell. Well maybe that's what it took. Maybe
- 1:23:58Speaker 7: that's what it took. But the same thing it took
- 1:24:01Speaker 7: for him to find the Lord, something gonna happen to
- 1:24:03Speaker 7: you to make you find him too. And sometimes, like
- 1:24:06Speaker 7: I say, you need them trials and them tribulations to
- 1:24:09Speaker 7: get you in a better place. These trials and tribulations
- 1:24:12Speaker 7: ain't to break you and to destroy you. It's to
- 1:24:15Speaker 7: strengthen you. You need all it is to draw you closer.
- 1:24:21Speaker 7: You think about it, you wouldn't even go to God
- 1:24:24Speaker 7: if you didn't need him. Must be talking to myself.
- 1:24:28Speaker 7: I know I wouldn't have if everything went right for
- 1:24:31Speaker 7: me my whole life. You think I'll be talking to
- 1:24:34Speaker 7: God all the time now because I got everything. But
- 1:24:40Speaker 7: I need him though, and it pushed me to Him,
- 1:24:44Speaker 7: and I'm glad it did. So remember stop tripping about
- 1:24:47Speaker 7: your circumstances. Man, get yourself in contact with your creator.
- 1:24:52Speaker 7: God loves you, want some relationship with you. Sometimes he
- 1:24:55Speaker 7: trials and tribulations is to get that relationship. Okay, those
- 1:25:00Speaker 7: are my closing remarks. Hope I ain't step on nobody's toes.
- 1:25:03Speaker 7: Y'all have a great week, hid talk to God and
- 1:25:06Speaker 7: love to hear from Okay.
