- 0:11Speaker 3: we're going to join him and make Washington say but.
- 0:16Speaker 2: He said he's a dictator, and then they end up

- 1:10Speaker 1: up former President Joe Biden's massive cognitive decline and trying

- 3:29Speaker 1: It's a forty seven morning update and it starts right now.
- 3:33Speaker 4: Story Number one.
- 3:34Speaker 1: It is Democrat's biggest fear. Law and order returning state
- 3:38Speaker 1: by state and states now working with the Trump administration
- 3:42Speaker 1: and ICE officials. Specifically, we now have three states that
- 3:47Speaker 1: have signed a new agreement with ICE for quote expanded
- 3:52Speaker 1: immigration enforcement operations. These three states include West Virginia, South Dakota,
- 4:00Speaker 1: and Arkansas, all signing the agreements with the Department of
- 4:03Speaker 1: Homeland Securities, US Immigration and Customs Enforcement to specifically, they say,
- 4:08Speaker 1: ramp up immigration enforcement within their jurisdictions. West Virginia was
- 4:14Speaker 1: the first one. The governor there, Patrick Morrisey, announced a
- 4:18Speaker 1: robust collaboration under Section two eight seven G of the
- 4:22Speaker 1: Immigration and Nationality Act. This agreement enlists the West Virginia
- 4:27Speaker 1: State Police, Corrections and Rehabilitation Division and the National Guard
- 4:32Speaker 1: to assist ICE in immigration enforcement. Translation, if you're an
- 4:37Speaker 1: legal immigrant, you don't want to be in West Virginia
- 4:40Speaker 1: right now now. Under this task force structure, officers can
- 4:44Speaker 1: quote interrogate anyone suspected of being an undocumented immigrant. Number two,
- 4:50Speaker 1: process immigration violations for individuals already rested for other offenses.
- 4:57Speaker 1: Three conduct warrantless arrests if an individual is seen and
- 5:01Speaker 1: suspected to be a flight risk pending a warrant. Four
- 5:06Speaker 1: serve immigration warrants, administer oas, collect fingerprints and gather evidence.
- 5:13Speaker 1: And five issue immigration detainers and hold individuals in correctional
- 5:17Speaker 1: facilities before transferring them to ICE Cussey under federal supervision.
- 5:23Speaker 1: You look at what has happened in South Dakota. The
- 5:26Speaker 1: governor there, as part of his quote Operation Prairie Thunder,
- 5:30Speaker 1: a public safety initiative, will now have the South Dakota
- 5:34Speaker 1: Highway Patrols support ICE, with the rest announcing it today.
- 5:37Speaker 1: The National Guard assists with the processing and administrative tasks
- 5:41Speaker 1: as well, and the Department of Corrections will help transport detainees,
- 5:46Speaker 1: identify undocumented individuals within state prisons, and parole them into
- 5:52Speaker 1: ICE custody. You then move to Arkansas Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders,
- 5:57Speaker 1: former White House Press Secretary under Donald Trump, signing the
- 6:01Speaker 1: Defense Against Criminal Illegals Act, which definitively increases penalties for
- 6:07Speaker 1: undocumented immigrants convicted of violent crimes, again saying to illegal immigrants,
- 6:12Speaker 1: you don't want to be in Arkansas. It also with
- 6:15Speaker 1: this new agreement allows sheriffs to apply for the two
- 6:18Speaker 1: eight seven G authority to serve immigration warrants on those
- 6:22Speaker 1: already in custody, and Sarah Huckebee Center's announcing this enables
- 6:27Speaker 1: the Arkansas State Police to stop individuals in public inquire
- 6:32Speaker 1: about immigration status and potentially arrest suspected undocumented immigrants. Now,
- 6:38Speaker 1: if you think they're doing this lighthearted, you're wrong. For example,
- 6:42Speaker 1: in Arkansas, there is training required, a forty hour online
- 6:46Speaker 1: course covering scope immigration law, civil rights, cross cultural issues,
- 6:51Speaker 1: as well as liability. Doing this in a responsible way.
- 6:56Speaker 1: Now you may be asking what is ICE two to
- 6:58Speaker 1: eight seven G program. Well, let me explain to you
- 7:01Speaker 1: the broader context of how this is being used by
- 7:04Speaker 1: the Trump administration. The program enables state and local officers
- 7:09Speaker 1: after ICE provided training, to carry out certain immigration enforcement
- 7:14Speaker 1: duties under ICE supervision. That is why there's a collaboration
- 7:18Speaker 1: here and why they are having to sign on to
- 7:21Speaker 1: the program. Now. As of August thirteenth, ICE has executed
- 7:26Speaker 1: eight hundred and ninety seven agreements across forty states, including
- 7:31Speaker 1: various models such as jail Enforcement, Warrant Service, and Task
- 7:36Speaker 1: Force operations. The Trump administration has significantly accelerated these partnerships,
- 7:42Speaker 1: growing from around one hundred and thirty five to over
- 7:45Speaker 1: seven hundred agreements in early twenty twenty five alone. Of course,
- 7:50Speaker 1: the left is going insane, warning that the surge is
- 7:53Speaker 1: a risk to quote civil rights community trust and invites,
- 7:57Speaker 1: they say, racial profiling, even though none of these programs
- 8:01Speaker 1: have anything to do with that. Now, you also may
- 8:04Speaker 1: be asking yourself, why am I not quoting the president
- 8:06Speaker 1: right now when I'm telling you about this initiative. Well,
- 8:10Speaker 1: the President clearly is playing chess on the issue. In fact,
- 8:13Speaker 1: the White House has had no public statement or reaction
- 8:17Speaker 1: regarding these specific agreements with West Virginia, South Dakota, and Arkansas,
- 8:23Speaker 1: mainly because they want this to be clearly seen as
- 8:26Speaker 1: state led that these governors are opting in. And that
- 8:29Speaker 1: is exactly why the administration is being so successful in
- 8:33Speaker 1: getting this done with so many different agreements, because they're
- 8:37Speaker 1: not grandstanding. They're just trying to fight crime, and it's
- 8:40Speaker 1: clearly working now.
- 8:41Speaker 4: Story number two, it is the.
- 8:43Speaker 1: Traditional August recess. It's happening right now in Washington, d C.
- 8:48Speaker 1: Congress is back in their districts in theory tending to
- 8:51Speaker 1: business of listening to the constituents. That doesn't mean there
- 8:55Speaker 1: isn't anything going on with the House Auto pen probe.
- 8:59Speaker 1: In fact, it's covering a lot about the Biden White House,
- 9:02Speaker 1: even as Congress is on their traditional recess. The House
- 9:06Speaker 1: Oversight Committee, I've been told today, is still investigating the
- 9:10Speaker 1: LEDs cover up of former President Joe Biden's decline. The
- 9:13Speaker 1: former president insisting he was responsible for quote all decisions
- 9:18Speaker 1: that came out of the White House during his time
- 9:20Speaker 1: in office, and former staff members claim they saw no
- 9:24Speaker 1: obvious signs of a cognitive decline. Well, the House Oversight
- 9:28Speaker 1: Committee Chairman James Comer discussing the committee's investigation to whether
- 9:32Speaker 1: the Biden administration covered up the cognitive deterioration of the
- 9:36Speaker 1: former president. Now, there's also been the question of precedent.
- 9:39Speaker 1: What is the autopen like in the past, and can
- 9:42Speaker 1: you compare how other government officials use the autopen in
- 9:46Speaker 1: contrast to how it was being used when Joe Biden
- 9:49Speaker 1: was in office. Clearly that would help tremendously in the investigation. Well,
- 9:54Speaker 1: former Speaker of the House New Gingrich sat down with
- 9:57Speaker 1: my good friend Mark Levin, and he was asked about
- 9:59Speaker 1: the autopen when he was a Speaker of the House
- 10:01Speaker 1: signing legislation and how big of a deal it was
- 10:04Speaker 1: to use the auto pen. How seriously was the autopin
- 10:07Speaker 1: taken and how much was it also protected from abuse?
- 10:11Speaker 1: I want you to hear what Nuke Gingrich had to
- 10:13Speaker 1: say to Levin.
- 10:14Speaker 3: Luke Gingrich question when you were Speaker of the House,
- 10:17Speaker 3: I bet you took this signature requirement very seriously. I
- 10:20Speaker 3: bet you took the requirement that a president actually be
- 10:23Speaker 3: present when a bill is signed very very seriously. I
- 10:26Speaker 3: know there's a lot of formalities to the fact when
- 10:29Speaker 3: certain bills are brought, they're brought in a special way,
- 10:32Speaker 3: they're handed to somebody specifically, there's a whole process set up.
- 10:36Speaker 3: Did you ever think you'd see the day where we're
- 10:38Speaker 3: raising serious questions about a former president whether he signed
- 10:42Speaker 3: these bills or if he was present when the bills
- 10:45Speaker 3: were signed?
- 10:45Speaker 2: Well, yeah, well put it that way. Sure. Look, these
- 10:48Speaker 2: people are corrupt, irresponsible, and happy to exploit the nation
- 10:53Speaker 2: for their own game. So given those kind of people,
- 10:56Speaker 2: who knows what they might do? Oh, I think it
- 10:59Speaker 2: does raises you have brilliantly done in this show today.
- 11:02Speaker 2: It raises a very big question about whether or not
- 11:05Speaker 2: these laws are in fact laws. Remember, the founding fathers
- 11:08Speaker 2: understood that you had to have a pretty strict series
- 11:12Speaker 2: of rules or the whole system breaks down into a
- 11:15Speaker 2: kind of corruption which undermines the rule of law. The
- 11:18Speaker 2: rule of law requires rules, and one of those rules
- 11:21Speaker 2: is that the president signs bills. Now he can direct
- 11:25Speaker 2: an autopen for things that are ceremonial Christmas cards, for example,
- 11:30Speaker 2: but the president ought to be signing these things. And
- 11:32Speaker 2: when you learn that Biden was signing thousands of commutations
- 11:36Speaker 2: in the last few days of his administration, you know
- 11:39Speaker 2: he didn't have a clue what was going on. You know,
- 11:41Speaker 2: we have no idea what the deals were, why those
- 11:43Speaker 2: people were given commutations, or if in fact they were legal.
- 11:47Speaker 2: So I do think there's a profound question here, and
- 11:50Speaker 2: probably the Congress and President Trump should really write some
- 11:54Speaker 2: more restrictive rules about what it takes to get a
- 11:57Speaker 2: bill to actually be a law.
- 11:59Speaker 3: It's interesting New Camrich when I went back and looked
- 12:01Speaker 3: at Medisine's notes and looked at some of the other
- 12:04Speaker 3: essays and comments on that they spent a lot of
- 12:05Speaker 3: time on this They spent a lot time on this
- 12:08Speaker 3: signature issue. They remembered the Statute of Frauds from the
- 12:12Speaker 3: sixteen hundreds. It was very important to them. And back
- 12:15Speaker 3: then it was this guy is the president. You know,
- 12:17Speaker 3: we didn't have this massive bureaucracy. He's going to sign
- 12:19Speaker 3: these laws. We in Congress, we're going to spend our
- 12:21Speaker 3: time doing all this and send it to him. We're
- 12:23Speaker 3: concerned that somebody might hijacket somebody might sign it. And
- 12:28Speaker 3: there's also this presentment requirement that he needs to be present.
- 12:31Speaker 3: I mean, let me ask you that is it really
- 12:33Speaker 3: asking a president too much to sign the damn bills
- 12:36Speaker 3: or to be present when the bills are signed. I mean,
- 12:38Speaker 3: if he's having difficulty doing that, doesn't that kind of
- 12:41Speaker 3: prove the point?
- 12:42Speaker 2: Well, look, I don't think any reasonable person thinks that
- 12:45Speaker 2: after some point in twenty twenty three, Joe Biden clearly
- 12:49Speaker 2: was incompetent as defined by the twenty fifth Amendment. As
- 12:52Speaker 2: you walked us through. I mean, when you read the
- 12:55Speaker 2: amendment and you read the discussion around the amendment, it's
- 12:58Speaker 2: very clear Biden clearly was incompetent sometime. I can't say
- 13:02Speaker 2: any given date, but sometime in twenty three, it should
- 13:05Speaker 2: have been obvious to every person who was dealing with
- 13:08Speaker 2: him that he was no longer competent to be president.
- 13:11Speaker 2: And I agree with you. Every one of these cabinet
- 13:14Speaker 2: officers and Vice President Harris failed their constitutional duty and
- 13:18Speaker 2: they should frankly be stuck with that. These are people
- 13:21Speaker 2: who willfully cheated the American people and allowed a phony
- 13:25Speaker 2: presidency in which I'm guessing doctor Jill was the most important.
- 13:29Speaker 2: She became an effect the acting president of the United States.
- 13:33Speaker 1: You listen to the claim there by new Gingrich that
- 13:36Speaker 1: he says Joe Biden effectively became the de facto president
- 13:40Speaker 1: of the United States of America. She was not elected
- 13:44Speaker 1: by anyone, which goes back to exactly why this investigation
- 13:49Speaker 1: is happening and why the House Oversight Committee is still
- 13:52Speaker 1: investigating the alleged cover up of former President Joe Biden's decline,
- 13:56Speaker 1: even while much of Congress is out of town.
