- 0:01Speaker 1: Welcoming to his verdict with Senator Ted Cruz Ben Ferguson
- 0:04Speaker 1: with you, Senator. We've got a lot to unpack on
- 0:07Speaker 1: today's episode, especially dealing first off with what happened with
- 0:12Speaker 1: an illegal immigrant that decided to turn a gun on
- 0:15Speaker 1: his neighbors. We're going to give you all the details
- 0:17Speaker 1: on that, plus some breaking news with Hunter Biden that
- 0:20Speaker 1: deals with the Secretary of Anthony Blincoln now being accused
- 0:23Speaker 1: of lying under oath to Congress. And there's a Supreme
- 0:27Speaker 1: Court justice it's now saying he thinks he knows who
- 0:30Speaker 1: the leaker is at the Supreme Court. Is it time
- 0:34Speaker 1: to bring in the FBI? That's something you called for.
- 0:37Speaker 1: We're going to deal with all of that on today's show,
- 0:40Speaker 1: But first let's start with his tragic story center coming
- 0:44Speaker 1: out of Texas that affects the entire country. Now as
- 0:47Speaker 1: there's a man hunt underway, give a little bit of
- 0:49Speaker 1: the background on what happened here with this illegal immigrant
- 0:52Speaker 1: that have already been deported before, who shot innocent people
- 0:56Speaker 1: that live next door to him.
- 0:58Speaker 2: So, as you and I are recorded this, it is
- 1:00Speaker 2: eleven thirty eight pm late Sunday night, and as we're
- 1:05Speaker 2: speaking there is a massive manhunt. Over two hundred law
- 1:08Speaker 2: enforcement officers are searching for Francisco or a Pisa, who
- 1:14Speaker 2: is an illegal immigrant. He's a Mexican national. He has
- 1:18Speaker 2: been deported, possibly multiple times. He's thirty eight years old,
- 1:22Speaker 2: and sadly, all of us know what happened now. Where
- 1:26Speaker 2: he was in his yard. He was firing his rifle
- 1:29Speaker 2: late at night, after eleven o'clock at night, and his
- 1:32Speaker 2: neighbors asked him, hey, could you stop firing your rifle.
- 1:35Speaker 2: We have a baby who's trying to sleep. And this
- 1:37Speaker 2: guy was apparently very drunk, and he got upset at that,
- 1:43Speaker 2: and he came next door and he shot five of
- 1:47Speaker 2: his neighbors, including an eight year old boy. Many of
- 1:51Speaker 2: them were shot execution style. Two of the adults who
- 1:54Speaker 2: were killed, their bodies were found laying on top of children,
- 2:00Speaker 2: and they saved the children's lives by sacrificing their own bodies.
- 2:06Speaker 2: This psychopath committed this crime not far from where you
- 2:13Speaker 2: and I live. It was in Cleveland, Texas, which is
- 2:16Speaker 2: north of Houston. And it's horrific a that anyone would
- 2:24Speaker 2: would go and execute a family and execute children. But
- 2:28Speaker 2: as soon as it happened, the media went into their
- 2:32Speaker 2: standard playbook where it was all about the AR fifteen
- 2:36Speaker 2: and it was the gun's fault, and you saw article
- 2:38Speaker 2: after article after article. Well, this just shows that it's
- 2:42Speaker 2: the gun's fault. And the answer is, we need more
- 2:44Speaker 2: gun control. We need more gun control. And I have
- 2:47Speaker 2: to tell you, as the story broke, my team was
- 2:50Speaker 2: in close consultation with law enforcement on the ground, and
- 2:54Speaker 2: we heard from law enforcement within hours that this individual
- 2:59Speaker 2: was an illegal alien.
- 3:01Speaker 3: And none of the.
- 3:01Speaker 2: Media we're covering that that fact just magically disappeared, the
- 3:07Speaker 2: fact that he was a Mexican national. The vast majority
- 3:11Speaker 2: of the news stories omitted that fact.
- 3:13Speaker 3: And then.
- 3:15Speaker 2: Earlier today on Sunday, the news formally broke. Fox News
- 3:20Speaker 2: broke the news that Ice had confirmed a Fox News
- 3:24Speaker 2: that he was an illegal alien, that he had been
- 3:27Speaker 2: deported previously. I got to say, and in fact, that
- 3:33Speaker 2: he has had quote multiple illegal re entries on his record,
- 3:39Speaker 2: and the last encounter with Ice was in twenty sixteen.
- 3:43Speaker 2: So that's what's been reported now. And I'm going to
- 3:45Speaker 2: make a prediction to you, Ben, now that we know
- 3:47Speaker 2: that this was an illegal alien going on a killing spree,
- 3:51Speaker 2: suddenly magically CNN's going to lose interest suddenly, MSNBC, ABC, CBS, NBC,
- 3:58Speaker 2: Washington Post, New York Time.
- 4:00Speaker 3: There's no story, nothing to see here. Nope.
- 4:01Speaker 2: Sorry, this does not fit our narrative. And I got
- 4:05Speaker 2: to say, we're dealing with day after day after day crime,
- 4:11Speaker 2: sexual assault, murders being committed by elial aliens, over six million,
- 4:18Speaker 2: of whom Joe Biden and Kamala Harris have allowed to
- 4:22Speaker 2: flood into this country with their open borders.
- 4:25Speaker 1: You know, you mentioned that this crime and how hanus
- 4:28Speaker 1: it was. We saw a week two weeks ago now
- 4:31Speaker 1: there was another report out that there was a young
- 4:33Speaker 1: girl that had been sexually assaulted and they found like
- 4:37Speaker 1: countless number of different DNAs on her from different people
- 4:42Speaker 1: that sexually assault her. This is what happens when you
- 4:46Speaker 1: have a open border in the cartels that are human
- 4:49Speaker 1: trafficking this way. And I think the part that's even
- 4:52Speaker 1: more shocking is the Department of Home Insecurity secretary on
- 4:55Speaker 1: Sunday morning, was on Meet the Press and he was
- 4:58Speaker 1: asked a very simple question out of secure border. The
- 5:02Speaker 1: question was, what is the definition of a secure border
- 5:05Speaker 1: to you? Now, obviously, Senator, your definition and my definition
- 5:08Speaker 1: of secure border is very different than my orchis. But
- 5:11Speaker 1: here's how I responded to this horrific humanitarian crisis.
- 5:15Speaker 3: What's the definition of secure border to you? It is
- 5:19Speaker 3: in the context in which we are working.
- 5:22Speaker 4: It is maximizing the resources that we have available to
- 5:26Speaker 4: us to deliver the most effective results.
- 5:29Speaker 5: What does that even mean, Senator, because I don't know
- 5:31Speaker 5: what that even means.
- 5:33Speaker 2: It is utter bureaucratic gobbledegook, and he knows it. But
- 5:37Speaker 2: let me translate. When he says maximizing resources to deliver
- 5:42Speaker 2: effective results, here's what he means admitting more illegal immigrants.
- 5:47Speaker 2: He is not trying to stop illegal immigrants from breaking
- 5:51Speaker 2: the law and crossing into this country. Rather, like FedEx
- 5:56Speaker 2: or ups, he's trying to get more efficient at delivering,
- 6:01Speaker 2: in this case, human beings. Because Alejandro Mayorcis is the
- 6:09Speaker 2: final mile of the human trafficking network. The cartels make billions.
- 6:15Speaker 2: They transport six million people to the United States illegally,
- 6:20Speaker 2: and they hand them over to Mayorcis and he delivers
- 6:23Speaker 2: them the final bit of the stretch. And what is
- 6:26Speaker 2: he trying to do? Not stop it, not reduce the numbers.
- 6:29Speaker 2: I mean, the obvious answer, what's the secure border. Well,
- 6:31Speaker 2: when you stop people from crossing illegally, it's not complicated,
- 6:34Speaker 2: and any moron with a double digitiq could answer that question.
- 6:38Speaker 2: It takes someone really smart and actively trying to undermine
- 6:43Speaker 2: the rule of law to give the kind of gobbledegook
- 6:45Speaker 2: answer Mayorcis did. And what he is trying to do
- 6:49Speaker 2: is make it even faster that when someone is handed
- 6:53Speaker 2: over to custody, that they get them and turn them
- 6:55Speaker 2: over quicker and quicker and quicker and quicker, that they're efficient.
- 6:58Speaker 3: That's what he calls the secure border.
- 7:01Speaker 2: It is, in Orwellian speak, precisely the opposite.
- 7:06Speaker 3: Of a secure border.
- 7:07Speaker 2: What he means is an open border where they're really
- 7:11Speaker 2: gosh darn efficient at bringing in people like Francisco Auropessa,
- 7:16Speaker 2: this mass murderer, who right now there's a national man
- 7:20Speaker 2: hunting and you know what we haven't seen. We haven't
- 7:22Speaker 2: seen Alejandro Mayorkas say. I'm sorry. I'm sorry for not
- 7:27Speaker 2: doing my job. I'm sorry for stopping Ice from finding
- 7:31Speaker 2: and deporting this man. I'm sorry for refusing to enforce
- 7:35Speaker 2: the laws. I'm sorry for the five dead people because
- 7:40Speaker 2: this psychopath repeatedly entered the country illegally. And I'm sorry
- 7:45Speaker 2: that Joe Biden and Kamala Harrison, every Democrat in the
- 7:48Speaker 2: Senate is just fine with letting in mass murderers and
- 7:54Speaker 2: doing nothing to remove them. I gotta say I'm angry,
- 7:57Speaker 2: and everyone should be angry read because this will keep happening.
- 8:03Speaker 2: And it's why the media doesn't want to discuss it.
- 8:05Speaker 2: They want to make it about guns. They don't want
- 8:09Speaker 2: to about illegal immigrants.
- 8:10Speaker 1: Yeah, the story should be about the fact that now
- 8:14Speaker 1: this individual pose a threat to the entire country. We
- 8:18Speaker 1: don't know where he is, we don't know how far
- 8:20Speaker 1: he's gone, any estate, any state in America. And yet
- 8:24Speaker 1: they made it about the gun that was used before
- 8:26Speaker 1: they knew the facts about him re entering this country
- 8:29Speaker 1: apparently multiple times illegally, having interaction with the ICE, having
- 8:32Speaker 1: interaction with law enforcements in twenty sixteen. And yet the media,
- 8:37Speaker 1: as you mentioned it, they will not focus on this
- 8:41Speaker 1: threat to the country with an individual that was clearly
- 8:44Speaker 1: this deranged.
- 8:47Speaker 2: It the media they no longer cover facts. So the
- 8:52Speaker 2: fact that this guy was an illegal immigrant, the fact
- 8:55Speaker 2: that the Biden political agenda actively frustrated in removing him
- 9:01Speaker 2: from the United States, We don't know right now if
- 9:03Speaker 2: he entered under Biden or not. It's not clear from
- 9:06Speaker 2: what Ice has from what Fox has reported. He may
- 9:09Speaker 2: have entered under Biden, he may have entered before. We
- 9:11Speaker 2: don't know right now. What we do know is for
- 9:14Speaker 2: the last two and a half years that Joe Biden
- 9:16Speaker 2: has been president and Kamala Harris has been Vice president,
- 9:20Speaker 2: that they have been actively preventing Ice from doing their job,
- 9:24Speaker 2: which is finding psychopaths like him and deporting him. You know,
- 9:28Speaker 2: I'm the author in the Senate of Kate's Law. Kate's
- 9:32Speaker 2: Law is named for Kate Steinley, a beautiful young woman
- 9:36Speaker 2: in northern California who was shot and killed on a
- 9:40Speaker 2: peer by another illegal alien, an illegal alien who, just
- 9:44Speaker 2: like Francisco or a pet Pessa, had been deported over
- 9:49Speaker 2: and over and over again, and he kept coming through
- 9:52Speaker 2: the revolving door. And Kate's Law provides that any person
- 9:58Speaker 2: with an aggravated felony who enters the country illegally multiple
- 10:03Speaker 2: times will have a mandatory minimum prison sentence and will
- 10:07Speaker 2: be locked up. If Kate's Law had been on the books,
- 10:10Speaker 2: Kate Steinley would be alive. I've visited with her family
- 10:13Speaker 2: her father. Her father held his daughter as she lay
- 10:18Speaker 2: dying in his arms. And I'll tell you several times
- 10:22Speaker 2: I have forced a vote on the Senate floor on
- 10:24Speaker 2: Kate's Law, and consistently the Democrats vote party line against
- 10:31Speaker 2: Kate's Law. It's important to understand it's not just that
- 10:35Speaker 2: the media likes to make it out that, oh, the
- 10:38Speaker 2: Democrats are just about really sympathetic immigrants, about dreamers or
- 10:41Speaker 2: what have you. Look, Kate's Law is about aggravated felons.
- 10:45Speaker 2: It's about violent criminals, and the Democrats don't want to
- 10:49Speaker 2: deport them either. They don't want to enforce the law
- 10:52Speaker 2: against them either. It is precisely these sorts of psychopaths
- 10:56Speaker 2: that the federal government has an obligation to protect our
- 11:00Speaker 2: communities against, to protect our children against. But Joe Biden
- 11:04Speaker 2: and Kamala Harris and all of the other Democrats, they
- 11:07Speaker 2: still refuse to do anything about it.
- 11:10Speaker 1: Last question on this, and it goes back to the
- 11:13Speaker 1: job of the head of the Department of Homeland Security.
- 11:17Speaker 1: If you take my Orcus's name out of it, what
- 11:20Speaker 1: is the job of the Department of Home in Security,
- 11:23Speaker 1: the head? If it's not to keep us safe, then
- 11:25Speaker 1: what is it, because clearly my Orcus is not doing
- 11:28Speaker 1: that job.
- 11:31Speaker 2: Homeland Security, the name itself sums it up, to keep
- 11:35Speaker 2: the homeland, to keep America secured, to keep it safe.
- 11:38Speaker 2: I'll tell you what Fox News is reporting about Arobessa,
- 11:42Speaker 2: which is that he was deported five times five between
- 11:46Speaker 2: two thousand and nine and twenty sixteen. That he kept
- 11:49Speaker 2: being deported over and over and over again, and yet
- 11:53Speaker 2: he's still here and now over two hundred law enforcement
- 11:59Speaker 2: officers are searching for him after he's murdered five people,
- 12:03Speaker 2: including an eight year old child.
- 12:05Speaker 1: Yeah, and if you deported him after he had a sentence,
- 12:08Speaker 1: I wonder if you'd be able to come back in
- 12:09Speaker 1: this country. He's pretty good at it before, and when
- 12:11Speaker 1: you have an open border, this is exactly what you get.
- 12:14Speaker 5: It'll be very interesting to see.
- 12:16Speaker 2: Well, and we'll see what criminal record he has. But
- 12:19Speaker 2: if Kate's Law, the Democrats had not blocked Kate's Law,
- 12:22Speaker 2: depending on his criminal record, there's a good possibility that
- 12:25Speaker 2: he would have been not deported but locked up in prison,
- 12:29Speaker 2: which meant would mean there would be five people alive,
- 12:32Speaker 2: including a child, if he were locked up in prison.
- 12:34Speaker 2: And this is where the Democrats over and over again,
- 12:38Speaker 2: they get it wrong. Whenever there is a crime, they
- 12:41Speaker 2: focus on disarming law abiding citizens rather than what we
- 12:45Speaker 2: need to do, which is lock up the bad guy,
- 12:47Speaker 2: lock up the criminals, lock up the psychopaths, lock up
- 12:49Speaker 2: the murderers. The Democrats not only don't want to do that,
- 12:53Speaker 2: but they block efforts to lock up the bad guys,
- 12:56Speaker 2: and they advocate letting them out of prison.
- 12:59Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 13:00Speaker 5: Yeah, it truly is amazing. And I hope this story.
- 13:03Speaker 1: I hope they find him before he's able to do
- 13:04Speaker 1: any more harm to anyone else. And as you said,
- 13:08Speaker 1: you and Heidi yeas thoughts and prayers obviously with these
- 13:11Speaker 1: this family that's been affected this way by an individual
- 13:14Speaker 1: that should have never been in our country the first place.
- 13:16Speaker 1: He should have stayed out of this country after deporting
- 13:19Speaker 1: the first, second, third, et cetera. Time on, and yet
- 13:23Speaker 1: we're still dealing with the same issue. Senator, I want
- 13:25Speaker 1: to move to this other really shocking news story, and
- 13:28Speaker 1: that is that Anthony Blinken set up meetings with Hunter
- 13:32Speaker 1: Biden using private email addresses and apparently lied to Congress
- 13:37Speaker 1: under oath about his interactions with Hunter Biden. I want
- 13:41Speaker 1: to play a piece of audio from Senator Ron Johnson
- 13:44Speaker 1: on this issue. But before we get to that, I
- 13:46Speaker 1: want to tell you about our friends, a Gust of

- 15:02Speaker 1: story has taken on a life of its own, and
- 15:06Speaker 1: we need to give a little bit of a backstory
- 15:08Speaker 1: here so people understand Anthony Blincoln has gotten a lot
- 15:12Speaker 1: of bad press over the last ten days. We find
- 15:16Speaker 1: out that he's the one that basically was able to
- 15:19Speaker 1: get that letter pen from all of those fifty plus
- 15:23Speaker 1: intelligence individuals at the highest level of the Deep State
- 15:26Speaker 1: saying that the Hunter Biden laptop was rushing disinformation. We
- 15:30Speaker 1: then find out that he, you know, when he had
- 15:32Speaker 1: to get you approved by Congress, that he was lying
- 15:36Speaker 1: apparently to Congress about his interactions with Hunter Biden and
- 15:41Speaker 1: knew a lot that Hunter Biden was doing with business dealings.
- 15:44Speaker 1: This is part of what Senator Johnson had to say
- 15:47Speaker 1: earlier today about releasing his testimony to the public.
- 15:51Speaker 6: So we're going to be watching that story. Senator, you
- 15:53Speaker 6: said you're going to release that information next week on
- 15:56Speaker 6: Anthony Blincoln and him lying to you. What else should
- 15:59Speaker 6: we look forward to in terms of your investigation and
- 16:02Speaker 6: making those things public when.
- 16:06Speaker 4: Well, again, we'll make those transcripts of his interview with
- 16:09Speaker 4: US public so people can see exactly how he lied
- 16:11Speaker 4: to Congress. And again we will request interviews. Will certainly
- 16:16Speaker 4: send them a letter to preserve their records, their personal emails,
- 16:19Speaker 4: their personal texts. We want to find out exactly what
- 16:22Speaker 4: they were doing with the Hunter Biden in twenty fifteen
- 16:25Speaker 4: and twenty sixteen. Remember Hunter joined the board in twenty fourteen,
- 16:28Speaker 4: Anthony Blinkn became Deputy Secretary of Saint the Tale of
- 16:31Speaker 4: twenty fourteen. I think he was confirmed to twenty fifteen.
- 16:34Speaker 4: He knew all of this stuff, he denied knowing any
- 16:38Speaker 4: of it.
- 16:39Speaker 5: He denied knowing any of it.
- 16:40Speaker 1: And Senator Anthony and Blincoln apparently set up meetings with
- 16:42Speaker 1: Hunter Biden using a private email address. Sounds a lot
- 16:46Speaker 1: like Hillary Quinton when she didn't want us to read
- 16:47Speaker 1: her emails as well.
- 16:50Speaker 2: You know, more and more evidence is coming out that
- 16:53Speaker 2: suggests that Anthony Blinken was the Michael Cohen to Joe Biden.
- 17:00Speaker 2: Michael Cohen was Donald Trump's fixer. He sent him in
- 17:03Speaker 2: whenever there was a mess, whenever there's a political mess.
- 17:06Speaker 2: And Michael Cohen, I think it's fair to say, had
- 17:10Speaker 2: a less than close relationship with the truth. Tony blinkn Now,
- 17:16Speaker 2: when there's a scandal, when there's a mess, when there's
- 17:18Speaker 2: a mess involving Hunter Biden, when there's a mess involving corruption,
- 17:23Speaker 2: it appears for years Joe Biden has gone to Tony
- 17:28Speaker 2: Blinken and said, Okay, go make it better, Go go
- 17:31Speaker 2: fix it. It's like Luca Brassey from The Godfather, Send
- 17:36Speaker 2: for Luca, you know, So Tony, Tony Blinken is Luca.
- 17:39Speaker 2: And so whether it's right before the election gathering up
- 17:44Speaker 2: fifty intelligence officials, former intelligence officials to sign a letter
- 17:49Speaker 2: that was lying, that was falsely claiming that the laptop
- 17:53Speaker 2: was Russian disinformation, it appears that Tony Blinken is a
- 17:57Speaker 2: very accomplished master of disinformation, of lying when it benefits
- 18:04Speaker 2: Joe Biden politically, because it is covering up misconduct. And
- 18:08Speaker 2: so that letter was designed to get all of the
- 18:12Speaker 2: lapdogs in the media to say, oh, okay, it's Russian disinformation,
- 18:16Speaker 2: we won't cover it, which is exactly what they did.
- 18:18Speaker 2: It was designed to get big Tech to suppress the story,
- 18:21Speaker 2: which is exactly what they did. And now we have
- 18:26Speaker 2: what Ron Johnson said said on Maria Bartiromo Sunday morning.
- 18:34Speaker 2: It is that when Tony Blinken was being interviewed, that
- 18:38Speaker 2: interviewed under oath, that he repeatedly claimed that he did
- 18:42Speaker 2: not know about Hunter Biden's business dealings, about his business
- 18:45Speaker 2: dealings with Devin Archer, about his business dealings with John
- 18:50Speaker 2: kerry Son, about his business dealings with Barisma, about his
- 18:53Speaker 2: business dealings with the Chinese communist. Blinken claimed to be wonderfully,
- 18:59Speaker 2: blissfully ignorant of all of that.
- 19:02Speaker 1: And to be clear, these email corresponds between then Debuty
- 19:05Speaker 1: Secretary of State Anthony Blincoln and Hunter Biden show that
- 19:08Speaker 1: they had meetings and lunches that were set up by
- 19:11Speaker 1: Blinken using his personal email instead of his government address.
- 19:14Speaker 1: So it's not even like it was just like a
- 19:16Speaker 1: quick message. They were spending time together.
- 19:21Speaker 2: Look, this is now twice in a matter of two
- 19:25Speaker 2: weeks that Blincoln has been implicated in dishonesty, and in
- 19:30Speaker 2: material dishonesty that is directed towards covering up the evidence
- 19:35Speaker 2: of corruption of Hunter Biden selling access to his father,
- 19:40Speaker 2: Joe Biden, to our foreign adversaries. The amazing thing is, look,
- 19:46Speaker 2: Michael Cohen ended up being a convicted Felon Tony Blinken
- 19:51Speaker 2: got to be Secretary of State. I will say this,
- 19:53Speaker 2: Joe Biden knows how to pay off his fixers. I mean, wow,
- 19:56Speaker 2: you know, foggy bottom, your own jet flying all over
- 19:58Speaker 2: the world, that it's quite the reward for being Luca
- 20:02Speaker 2: Brazi and making bad political messes go away.
- 20:05Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 20:06Speaker 1: The batch of emails that's been reviewed by the Washington
- 20:08Speaker 1: Examiner dealt with quote conversations between Anthony Blincoln and Biden
- 20:13Speaker 1: when Blincoln served as Deputy Secretary of State under former
- 20:17Speaker 1: President Barack Obama in twenty fifteen. Biden asked b Lincoln
- 20:22Speaker 1: to get together to get his quote advice on a
- 20:25Speaker 1: couple of things, to which Blincoln set up a meeting
- 20:28Speaker 1: using an AOL address instead of his state government address.
- 20:32Speaker 1: When you do it like that, is it pretty clear
- 20:37Speaker 1: to you that that's a good indication that you're probably
- 20:39Speaker 1: trying to hide something when you go off the grid
- 20:42Speaker 1: in this way.
- 20:43Speaker 2: Well, look, not necessarily, and there there is a place
- 20:48Speaker 2: for personal communications. But what it is an indication of
- 20:54Speaker 2: is that you know about it.
- 20:55Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 20:56Speaker 1: I was just to say, better question is if you
- 20:57Speaker 1: lie about it later, which is which is? But Ron
- 21:00Speaker 1: Johnson saying he did, and then you go back and
- 21:03Speaker 1: find it's an aol off the grid kind of account here.
- 21:07Speaker 1: That's pretty damning in my opinion.
- 21:10Speaker 2: If you lie about it and hide it, that in
- 21:13Speaker 2: a court of law will be taken as an evidence
- 21:16Speaker 2: of a guilty conscience, evidence that you are deliberately that
- 21:22Speaker 2: you know what you did is wrong, if you lie
- 21:24Speaker 2: about it and try to cover it up. And that's
- 21:26Speaker 2: a pattern that seems to be repeating.
- 21:34Speaker 1: There also seem to be some commingling, and I'm reading
- 21:37Speaker 1: part of these emails for everybody that is listening. This
- 21:42Speaker 1: was again Hunter Biden saying, quote, have a few minutes
- 21:45Speaker 1: next week to grab a cup of coffee. I know
- 21:47Speaker 1: you're impossibly busy, but would like to get your advice
- 21:50Speaker 1: on a couple of things best, Hunter Biden wrote. Blincoln
- 21:53Speaker 1: responded absolutely, I'm just about to land in Tokyo and
- 21:56Speaker 1: back to DC from Burma. I'll be in the office
- 21:59Speaker 1: from two Tuesday on copying Linda in my office to
- 22:02Speaker 1: find a good time. Look forward to seeing you, Tony.
- 22:06Speaker 1: So if he's using government resources to set up these meetings,
- 22:09Speaker 1: isn't that another conflict of interest as well?
- 22:13Speaker 3: Well?
- 22:14Speaker 2: It depends what the meetings are. But you know, it's
- 22:19Speaker 2: very interesting. Hunter isn't asking to meet about, you know,
- 22:23Speaker 2: just kind of advice on his tennis game. Hunter is
- 22:26Speaker 2: selling access. And we know this from the laptop, we
- 22:30Speaker 2: know this from the correspondence. It is very lucrative. There
- 22:33Speaker 2: there are are nine or more Biden family members that
- 22:37Speaker 2: collectively made over a million dollars just from communist China.
- 22:41Speaker 2: That doesn't count the the over a million dollars that
- 22:45Speaker 2: that Hunter Biden made from Barisma. It was good business
- 22:49Speaker 2: selling access to Daddy. And and it appears to be
- 22:53Speaker 2: that Tony Blinken was in on the game. Was was this?
- 22:56Speaker 2: This was the access game?
- 22:59Speaker 3: Uh?
- 22:59Speaker 2: And if Tony Blinken wants to participate in that sort
- 23:06Speaker 2: of corruption, he doesn't get to simultaneously claim ignorance that
- 23:10Speaker 2: it's going on. And I have to say there was
- 23:13Speaker 2: an opinion piece that was written in The Hill by
- 23:17Speaker 2: Jonathan Turley that is entitled Hunter's Collapsing World Why a
- 23:21Speaker 2: criminal plea could now be the best option for the Bidens,
- 23:24Speaker 2: And it points out that the Bidens are facing a
- 23:29Speaker 2: real risk of these criminal investigations going on and dragging on,
- 23:32Speaker 2: and in particular dragging Daddy into it, and so they
- 23:36Speaker 2: may well have an incentive to try to cut a
- 23:39Speaker 2: plea deal to make all of this go away. And
- 23:43Speaker 2: this is something we've talked about on Verdict at length.
- 23:45Speaker 2: But there will be a tell. If next week or
- 23:49Speaker 2: the week after the week after, you see a headline
- 23:52Speaker 2: that Hunter Biden is indicted, look to what the counts
- 23:56Speaker 2: are and if the counts are are tax violations by
- 24:04Speaker 2: Hunter or gun law violations. And the leaks from the
- 24:09Speaker 2: Justice Department have indicated there are four charges that the
- 24:12Speaker 2: Department is considering, two misdemeanor counts for failure to fire taxes,
- 24:17Speaker 2: a single felony count of tax evasion related to a
- 24:20Speaker 2: business expense for one year of taxes, and a potential
- 24:23Speaker 2: felony count on falsifying a form linked to a gun permit.
- 24:28Speaker 2: Now those charges could result in jail time. But what's interesting,
- 24:36Speaker 2: you know what is not in those list of charges
- 24:38Speaker 2: that they're leaking.
- 24:40Speaker 5: What's that a charge of.
- 24:41Speaker 2: Being an unregistered foreign agent under the Foreign Agent Registration Act.
- 24:47Speaker 3: It's called FARA.
- 24:48Speaker 2: And the reason that that's quite interesting is because DOJ
- 24:52Speaker 2: used that charge aggressively against people around Trump, including Paul
- 24:58Speaker 2: manifort and and sent them to jail for it. And look,
- 25:04Speaker 2: if DOJ were to charge Hunter with being a foreign
- 25:08Speaker 2: unregistered agent, that's very inconvenient for the White House narrative
- 25:14Speaker 2: and the media narrative that there is no foreign corruption
- 25:16Speaker 2: and influence peddling. But if they omit it, it sure
- 25:21Speaker 2: does suggest a double standard. What we've said on this
- 25:24Speaker 2: podcast before. If any DOJ charges focus only on Hunter himself,
- 25:31Speaker 2: on his personal violations, all of which can be explained
- 25:35Speaker 2: that he's a troubled soul with a substance abuse problem,
- 25:39Speaker 2: then you know it's a cover up because what the
- 25:44Speaker 2: investigation should focus on is official corruption connected to Joe Biden.
- 25:51Speaker 2: And the more the charges seek to erect a wall
- 25:56Speaker 2: protecting the White House, the more the Merrick Garland doojay
- 26:02Speaker 2: is behaving as political defenders of Biden rather than a
- 26:07Speaker 2: political enforces of law.
- 26:09Speaker 1: Well, we can call it the media on one thing, Senator,
- 26:11Speaker 1: and that's going to be this. It's being a reported
- 26:14Speaker 1: that this lunch between Blincoln and Hunter. Biden eventually took
- 26:18Speaker 1: place on July the twenty second of twenty fifteen, according
- 26:21Speaker 1: to the emails. The meeting times were then shared with
- 26:24Speaker 1: Devin Archer and Eric Sweern, another business partner, shady business
- 26:30Speaker 1: partners of Hunter Biden that were heavily involved in the
- 26:33Speaker 1: money that came into the Biden crime family. It'll be
- 26:37Speaker 1: very interesting to see if that is brought up by
- 26:39Speaker 1: anybody else, because certainly it should be.
- 26:41Speaker 5: I think you would agree.
- 26:45Speaker 3: I think.
- 26:47Speaker 2: The Biden White House desperately wants to make this all
- 26:50Speaker 2: go away.
- 26:51Speaker 5: Yeah, there you go, and go away quickly.
- 26:53Speaker 1: I want to talk about also something else, and that's
- 26:56Speaker 1: the Supreme Court.
- 26:57Speaker 5: You are now calling for.
- 26:59Speaker 1: The FBI to get involved in finding out exactly who
- 27:02Speaker 1: it is that leaked that Dobbs decision. Before we get
- 27:05Speaker 1: to that, I want to tell you about our friends
- 27:06Speaker 1: at Chalk.

- 28:08Speaker 1: story that is obviously moving now a lot quicker than
- 28:11Speaker 1: it has in the past for the FBI to now
- 28:14Speaker 1: get involved in figuring out who the leaker is, who
- 28:19Speaker 1: leaked the Dobs case. There is one Supreme Court justice
- 28:22Speaker 1: now that says, I think I know who the leaker is.
- 28:25Speaker 5: That's obviously big news.
- 28:27Speaker 1: I want people to hear what you had to say
- 28:28Speaker 1: on Fox Business with Maria Bartiromo on Sunday.
- 28:32Speaker 6: Meanwhile, you've got Alito, Justice Samuel Alito saying that he
- 28:35Speaker 6: knows who leaked the Dobbs draft to political last year.
- 28:39Speaker 6: He thinks he knows who it is. Is it surprising
- 28:42Speaker 6: to you that we still do.
- 28:43Speaker 3: Not know who leaked it? You know, it is surprising,
- 28:46Speaker 3: and we need to know.
- 28:49Speaker 2: The leaking of that draft was one of the greatest
- 28:52Speaker 2: violations of the trust of the integrity of the Supreme
- 28:55Speaker 2: Court of the United States.
- 28:57Speaker 3: It was really an assault on the rule of law.
- 28:59Speaker 2: And if they think think they know, the Court needs
- 29:02Speaker 2: to redouble the investigation. Justice Alito said he didn't have
- 29:05Speaker 2: enough evidence. Here's what I believe the Chief Justice should do.
- 29:08Speaker 3: I believe the.
- 29:08Speaker 2: Chief Justice should call in the FBI to assist with
- 29:12Speaker 2: the investigation. The Marshal's Office conducted the investigation. The Marshal's
- 29:16Speaker 2: Office are very good people, but they don't have the equipment.
- 29:19Speaker 2: They don't have the experience in forensic investigations the FBI does. Now,
- 29:25Speaker 2: the Court was reluctant to do that for separation of
- 29:28Speaker 2: powers reasons. You don't generally invite another branch of government
- 29:31Speaker 2: into a coordinate branch. But given the severity here, what
- 29:35Speaker 2: I would encourage the Chief Justice to do is invite
- 29:38Speaker 2: the FBI to work cooperatively with the Marshals get the evidence.
- 29:43Speaker 2: Because the individual who leaked this draft opinion should be prosecuted, should.
- 29:47Speaker 3: Go to jail.
- 29:48Speaker 2: If they're a member of the bar, they should be
- 29:50Speaker 2: disbarred and the public has a right to know who
- 29:53Speaker 2: committed this enormous breach of trust.
- 29:56Speaker 1: Senator, I couldn't agree with you more on what you
- 29:58Speaker 1: had to say there, but this, this is obviously significant
- 30:01Speaker 1: that Alito has come out and said what he said.
- 30:04Speaker 2: It's very significant. It's striking that Justice Alito has said
- 30:08Speaker 2: he thinks he knows who did it. That's news, that's
- 30:12Speaker 2: big news. But he also said that he couldn't prove it,
- 30:15Speaker 2: that he didn't have enough to identify the person. Now,
- 30:18Speaker 2: we talked about when this league happened, and a number one,
- 30:20Speaker 2: how shocking it was, how it's something that in over
- 30:23Speaker 2: two centuries of our nation's history has never happened. No
- 30:26Speaker 2: draft Supreme Court opinion has ever been leaked until this one.
- 30:32Speaker 2: And it really goes to the fundamental trust of the
- 30:36Speaker 2: ability of the justices to do their work. You know,
- 30:43Speaker 2: I was at the Supreme Court this weekend. This weekend
- 30:47Speaker 2: we had the reunion of all of the law clerks
- 30:51Speaker 2: for Chief Justice Renquist. And that used to be a
- 30:55Speaker 2: reunion that happened every year when Chief Justice Renquist was alive.
- 30:59Speaker 2: Now that he's past, it happens about every five years.
- 31:02Speaker 2: Chief Justice John Roberts hosts the reunion now because Roberts
- 31:06Speaker 2: was a clerk for Renquist, as was I, and it
- 31:09Speaker 2: was a terrific It was Saturday night at the Court
- 31:11Speaker 2: and we had a terrific evening reminiscing with a lot
- 31:14Speaker 2: of old friends. And there are a lot of Renquist
- 31:16Speaker 2: clerks who are judges, a lot of them are law professors,
- 31:19Speaker 2: a lot of them are practicing lawyers or prosecutors. But
- 31:23Speaker 2: a number of us were talking about how enormously harmful
- 31:28Speaker 2: to the court, to the ability of the court to function.
- 31:31Speaker 3: You know.
- 31:31Speaker 2: Clarence Thomas made a comment shortly after it happened. He said,
- 31:35Speaker 2: it's a little bit like an infidelity in a marriage.
- 31:38Speaker 2: It never goes away. That lack of trust is there forever.
- 31:43Speaker 2: And the way the Court operates, the justices here at
- 31:47Speaker 2: oral argument, after they've read the briefs the here in
- 31:49Speaker 2: oral argument, they go to conference and they cast a
- 31:52Speaker 2: tentative vote on the case, and the senior Justice and
- 31:56Speaker 2: the majority will assign the majority opinion to who ever
- 32:00Speaker 2: here she chooses. The senior Justice in the descent will
- 32:03Speaker 2: assign the principal dissent to whomever here she chooses. And
- 32:07Speaker 2: then the author of the majority will draft a majority
- 32:11Speaker 2: and prepare a draft and then circulate it to the justices.
- 32:17Speaker 2: But it doesn't actually become a majority until you get
- 32:20Speaker 2: at least five justices all joining the same opinion. And
- 32:24Speaker 2: so there's a whole elaborate back and forth where justices
- 32:27Speaker 2: will go back and forth and say, you know, I'm
- 32:30Speaker 2: concerned about this section, I don't like this sentence, this
- 32:33Speaker 2: footnotes a problem.
- 32:34Speaker 3: Can we do it this way? Can we do it
- 32:35Speaker 3: that way?
- 32:36Speaker 2: And it there can be on an important opinion. There
- 32:41Speaker 2: are frequently hundreds of edits. It's a iterative process. And
- 32:46Speaker 2: by the way, the same thing is happening to the descent,
- 32:48Speaker 2: where people are deciding if they want to join a descent.
- 32:51Speaker 2: A justice will circulate a concurrence, and so the process
- 32:55Speaker 2: is a back and forth, and there's a trust that
- 32:59Speaker 2: all of that occurs in confidence until the opinions are
- 33:02Speaker 2: final and they're released to the public. The universe of
- 33:07Speaker 2: people who had access to this draft opinion is really small.
- 33:12Speaker 2: It is essentially the nine justices. And I do not
- 33:14Speaker 2: believe it was a justice. I cannot bring my brain
- 33:18Speaker 2: to even contemplate that a justice would do such a thing.
- 33:22Speaker 2: The likely culprits We've talked about this before, are one
- 33:25Speaker 2: of the thirty six law clerks. The law clerks have
- 33:28Speaker 2: access to the opinions. They are law clerks, are young lawyers.
- 33:32Speaker 2: They're typically a couple of years out of law school
- 33:35Speaker 2: and they spend a year working for each of the justices.
- 33:42Speaker 2: So and each justice typically has four law clerks. So
- 33:46Speaker 2: you've got thirty six law clerks at the court. Those
- 33:49Speaker 2: are the thirty six people who are the likely suspects.
- 33:52Speaker 2: And what I called for is is listen, particularly if
- 33:57Speaker 2: you have a suspect.
- 34:00Speaker 3: I don't believe there was a master criminal working at
- 34:02Speaker 3: the court.
- 34:03Speaker 2: I don't believe whoever leaked it covered their tracks beautifully.
- 34:07Speaker 2: The problem is the Marshal of the court is who
- 34:09Speaker 2: was in charge of the investigation?
- 34:12Speaker 3: Now?
- 34:13Speaker 2: Now who is is the marshal? The Marshal right now
- 34:17Speaker 2: is a woman named Gail Curly. Gail Curly was a
- 34:21Speaker 2: staff judge advocate, it was an attorney in the army.
- 34:23Speaker 2: She was a colonel in the Army.
- 34:25Speaker 3: And the Marshal's job.
- 34:31Speaker 2: Is to be the chief Securities Officer of the Court
- 34:36Speaker 2: and to be the facilities administrator and among the employees
- 34:41Speaker 2: that the Marshal is in charge of are are the
- 34:44Speaker 2: Supreme Court Police Force, so they're responsible for personal security
- 34:49Speaker 2: for the justices, uh that they have expertise in. But
- 34:53Speaker 2: the Marshals are not an investigatory agency that they don't
- 35:00Speaker 2: investigate crimes. They don't have detectives that go go do
- 35:04Speaker 2: deep dives into the forensics. They just don't have that capacity.
- 35:08Speaker 2: The agency that does have that capacity is just up
- 35:12Speaker 2: the street. It's the FBI. Now I understand why the
- 35:18Speaker 2: Chief Justice didn't call the FBI in initially. You know,
- 35:21Speaker 2: each of the three branches of government, the executive, the legislature,
- 35:26Speaker 2: and the judiciary. Each of them jealously guards their own
- 35:30Speaker 2: prerogatives and there's a natural instinct in the court of
- 35:34Speaker 2: will handle our own mess, will dive into this, and
- 35:38Speaker 2: we don't need to bring the executive into it. That
- 35:42Speaker 2: might have made sense at the out set, maybe it did,
- 35:44Speaker 2: maybe it didn't. Right now, it absolutely doesn't make sense.
- 35:48Speaker 2: Why Because if they have a suspect that they suspect,
- 35:52Speaker 2: but they don't have the evidence, they need an agency
- 35:57Speaker 2: that is expert in gathering the evidence and going through
- 36:00Speaker 2: and doing the forensics on the phones on the computers
- 36:03Speaker 2: and tracking where those law clerks were and making the
- 36:06Speaker 2: connection between whatever law clerk had contact with the reporters.
- 36:11Speaker 2: And by the way, the FBI tracks down leakers in
- 36:13Speaker 2: the executive branch all the time. They know how to
- 36:16Speaker 2: do that, And so I'm not suggesting that the FBI
- 36:21Speaker 2: should have free reign in the internal machinations of the court,
- 36:26Speaker 2: but I do think it would make sense for the
- 36:27Speaker 2: FBI to work cooperatively with the Marshall's office to bring
- 36:31Speaker 2: that expertise and to uncover the evidence, because I think
- 36:35Speaker 2: the public deserves to know who the leaker was and
- 36:38Speaker 2: that individual should face very severe consequences.
- 36:42Speaker 1: Yeah, and that's I think one of the reasons why
- 36:44Speaker 1: you mentioned at the very beginning that Alito coming out
- 36:48Speaker 1: and saying I think I know, putting a spot like
- 36:51Speaker 1: back on this, going hey, guys, this shouldn't just go away.
- 36:54Speaker 1: You shouldn't just be able to act like this never happened,
- 36:57Speaker 1: this massive breach. There's also something else going on, Supreme Court.
- 37:00Speaker 1: We're going to spend a lot more time on this
- 37:02Speaker 1: on Wednesday. So I hope everyone listening will make sure
- 37:05Speaker 1: that they listen to Wednesday show because it's going to
- 37:07Speaker 1: deal a lot with Clarence Thomas. But you are now
- 37:11Speaker 1: kind of talking exposing Democrats who are going after Clarence Thomas,
- 37:17Speaker 1: and I want to get a little bit of that backstory.
- 37:19Speaker 1: Let people hear what you also had to say about
- 37:21Speaker 1: that earlier on Fox Business as well with Marie Barturon.
- 37:24Speaker 1: But before I get that, I want to tell you
- 37:25Speaker 1: about our friends over at Patriot Mobile. For years, big

- 38:51Speaker 1: offense with Democrats who are now going after a Supreme
- 38:54Speaker 1: Court Justice, Clarence Thomas.
- 38:56Speaker 5: I want people to hear what you had to say
- 38:57Speaker 5: this morning.
- 38:58Speaker 6: All activists are all over the Supreme Court right now.
- 39:00Speaker 3: Let me move on to this.
- 39:02Speaker 6: Three conservative Supreme Court justices are under investigation for ethics.
- 39:07Speaker 6: They are attacking Clarence Thomas. Did Clarence Thomas do something wrong?
- 39:11Speaker 3: No, you know what Justice Thomas did wrong.
- 39:14Speaker 2: He's been one of the greatest Supreme Court justices ever
- 39:17Speaker 2: to serve on the court. He has been a principled
- 39:19Speaker 2: constitutionalist and the left despises him. Democrats hate Justice Thomas
- 39:25Speaker 2: and they save a special degree of hate for him
- 39:27Speaker 2: because he's a black man, and their view is an
- 39:30Speaker 2: African American is not allowed to be a conservative, is
- 39:34Speaker 2: not allowed to disagree with left wing orthodoxy. You know,
- 39:38Speaker 2: Justice Antonin Scalia, whom I knew well, was every bit
- 39:42Speaker 2: as conservative as Justice Thomas. The left didn't heap that
- 39:45Speaker 2: kind of contempt on Justice Scalia. Justice Thomas they view
- 39:49Speaker 2: as a traitor because he is African American and.
- 39:53Speaker 3: He's an extraordinary justice. Disgusting.
- 39:56Speaker 2: And listen the quote ethics complaints they're raising. Every single
- 40:01Speaker 2: Supreme Court justice, all nine of them, take trips across
- 40:04Speaker 2: the country, take trips internationally that are paid for by others.
- 40:09Speaker 2: Many of the liberal icons, Ruth Bader Ginsburg took over
- 40:13Speaker 2: one hundred trips, Steven Bryer took over one hundred trips.
- 40:16Speaker 2: Sonya Sotomayor took over one hundred trips. And all of
- 40:20Speaker 2: the media, all the Democrats who are attacking Justice Thomas,
- 40:23Speaker 2: they don't care at all. They're not looking at any
- 40:25Speaker 2: of the Democrat justices, They're not looking at any other judges.
- 40:28Speaker 2: This is a political smear job directed at Clarence Thomas
- 40:32Speaker 2: because he is an extraordinary constitutionalist.
- 40:36Speaker 5: You're so concerned about this centator.
- 40:37Speaker 1: We're going to actually do a special show on Wednesday
- 40:41Speaker 1: just about how the left is now going after Supreme
- 40:44Speaker 1: Court justices, trying to make it where they're in their
- 40:47Speaker 1: mind is Hey, if we don't like you, forget the
- 40:49Speaker 1: fact that you think it's a lifetime appointment. We can
- 40:52Speaker 1: come after you and get rid of you anytime we want.
- 40:55Speaker 2: Well, that's right, And we're going to have a special
- 40:57Speaker 2: guest on Wednesday, Mark Paoleetta, who is a very very
- 41:00Speaker 2: close friend of Justice Thomas, who has been taking the
- 41:03Speaker 2: lead and defending Justice Thomas from many of these unfair
- 41:07Speaker 2: attacks and this targeting, and we're going to do a
- 41:09Speaker 2: deep dive into the bogus claims that have been raised
- 41:13Speaker 2: against him. And I think it's going to be a
- 41:14Speaker 2: very informative discussion with markis he is very capable of
- 41:18Speaker 2: very knowledgeable, and it will give give listeners everything you
- 41:22Speaker 2: need to know to understand why these claims that this
- 41:27Speaker 2: is a selective and political smear job, and it's a
- 41:33Speaker 2: double standard that's being applied.
- 41:36Speaker 1: You're looking at just how we used to treat the
- 41:38Speaker 1: Supreme Court. I'm talking about democrats specifically compared to now
- 41:42Speaker 1: Cender the fact that they have been able to harass
- 41:44Speaker 1: them at their houses, protest their houses, even put their
- 41:48Speaker 1: lives and their families' lives in danger. Have this league
- 41:51Speaker 1: come out from the Supreme Court and this is part
- 41:54Speaker 1: of eroding the importance of the Supreme Court. And the
- 41:57Speaker 1: Democrats are in favor of that.
- 42:01Speaker 3: You're absolutely right.
- 42:03Speaker 2: Not only they are in favor of it, they are
- 42:04Speaker 2: driving it forward. They are leading the effort to tear
- 42:08Speaker 2: down the legitimacy of the Court because they cannot stand
- 42:14Speaker 2: that there are now principled constitutionalists on the Court who
- 42:19Speaker 2: are upholding the rights protected in the Bill of Rights
- 42:24Speaker 2: against the abuses of power coming from the left and
- 42:28Speaker 2: it infuriates them, and their approach is to try to
- 42:32Speaker 2: tear it down and burn the Court to the ground,
- 42:35Speaker 2: up to and including encouraging physical violence against Supreme Court justices.
- 42:40Speaker 2: Which is why Merrick Garland and the Biden Department of
- 42:43Speaker 2: Justice will not enforce the federal law that makes it
- 42:46Speaker 2: a crime to protest at a justice's home, and they
- 42:49Speaker 2: won't enforce that law because they agree with the left
- 42:52Speaker 2: wing protesters and they don't care about the criminal law
- 42:56Speaker 2: that is meant to protect the justices and the integrity
- 42:59Speaker 2: of the court.
