- 0:01Speaker 1: The question every American should be asking right now is
- 0:04Speaker 1: what do the Democrats know, when do they know it?
- 0:08Speaker 1: And for how long have they been covering up the
- 0:10Speaker 1: abuse at the hands of Congressman Eric Swalwell.
- 0:15Speaker 2: Now, multiple women at least four have now.
- 0:18Speaker 1: Come forward accusing Swalwell of sexual misconduct, including allegations of
- 0:23Speaker 1: sexual assault, non consensual contact, sending explicit messages and images,
- 0:29Speaker 1: and in the most serious case, an allegation of rape
- 0:33Speaker 1: involving a former staffer. One accusation involves an alleged encounter
- 0:38Speaker 1: in twenty twenty four that prosecutors are now reviewing. Swalwell
- 0:44Speaker 1: has denied the most serious allegations, calling them false as
- 0:48Speaker 1: he's resigned from Congress, but acknowledges mistakes and judgment as
- 0:54Speaker 1: he described it, and said his resignation was meant to
- 0:57Speaker 1: avoid becoming a distraction. Now, the other part of this
- 1:01Speaker 1: story that's really important to understand is why all of
- 1:05Speaker 1: this and the investigations are now becoming the center point
- 1:09Speaker 1: of Eric Swalwell's demise.
- 1:11Speaker 2: This was done by design.
- 1:13Speaker 1: Democrats knew for quite some time about what was going
- 1:17Speaker 1: on behind closed doors with Eric Swalwell, and they did
- 1:21Speaker 1: everything they could to protect him and make sure that
- 1:24Speaker 1: none of what they're now reporting on saw the light
- 1:27Speaker 1: of day. The only thing that changed was Eric Swalwell
- 1:32Speaker 1: was going to ruin. They believe their chances in the
- 1:36Speaker 1: Governor's Mansion could cost them the Governor's mansion in California,
- 1:41Speaker 1: and that is why they decided to get rid of him. Now,
- 1:46Speaker 1: I want to take a quick moment and talk to
- 1:47Speaker 1: you about an incredible organization and it is called Compassion International,
- 1:52Speaker 1: and how you can get involved. I want to be
- 1:55Speaker 1: honest with you for a second about how an act
- 1:58Speaker 1: of compassion really feels. A couple of years ago, I
- 2:01Speaker 1: made the choice to partner with an amazing organization called
- 2:05Speaker 1: Compassion International. Why because I wanted to sponsor a child
- 2:09Speaker 1: in need. It was a nice idea, sure, but I
- 2:13Speaker 1: had no idea just how much that simple act would
- 2:16Speaker 1: change my life as well. I sponsored Nadia and got
- 2:20Speaker 1: to watch your life change right in front of my eyes,
- 2:23Speaker 1: going from starving literally alone on the streets, to getting
- 2:27Speaker 1: the healthcare and education she needs to reach her God
- 2:31Speaker 1: given full potential. I got to be a part of
- 2:35Speaker 1: that change, and the light of that compassion not only
- 2:38Speaker 1: illuminates in her, it illuminates now in me. That is
- 2:42Speaker 1: the power of compassion. The light of Christ shines on
- 2:47Speaker 1: all of us. Feel it for yourself and change literally
- 2:51Speaker 1: a child's life, change the world, and you also change yourself.
- 2:55Speaker 1: You can sponsor child today. Visit compassion dot com. That's
- 3:00Speaker 1: compassion dot com. Which brings us to all of the
- 3:05Speaker 1: known investigations. This is what has been confirmed so far.
- 3:11Speaker 1: Number One, there was a House Ethics Committee investigation investigating
- 3:16Speaker 1: the alleged sexual misconduct, including towards a staff member, that
- 3:20Speaker 1: could have led to discipline or expulsion if he stayed
- 3:23Speaker 1: in Congress, which is part of the reason why he
- 3:25Speaker 1: decided to resign. Now, to be clear, the same Democrats
- 3:29Speaker 1: that are saying we got to kick him out where
- 3:32Speaker 1: the same ones protecting him when apparently he was sleeping
- 3:35Speaker 1: with a Chinese spy. Which brings us to number two.
- 3:41Speaker 1: The Manhattan District Attorney criminal probe that is now investigating
- 3:46Speaker 1: at least one allegation of sexual assault, and it focuses
- 3:50Speaker 1: on a reported twenty twenty four incident in New York City.
- 3:55Speaker 1: The question becomes obvious again, what did the Democrats know
- 3:59Speaker 1: and when did they know it? Number Three, an additional
- 4:03Speaker 1: local prosecutor review in California. Yes, Liberal California. The LA
- 4:09Speaker 1: Times has said that authorities they are reviewing whether criminal
- 4:12Speaker 1: conduct occurred in their jurisdiction. We go back to the
- 4:17Speaker 1: same question, what did the Democrats know, when do they
- 4:22Speaker 1: know it? And how long have they been covering it up?
- 4:25Speaker 1: And then there's the fourth investigation that we know about.
- 4:29Speaker 1: It involves the Department of Homeland Security looking into claims
- 4:33Speaker 1: involving in Nanny allegedly working without proper authorization. Now at
- 4:38Speaker 1: least three separate investigative tracts are happening. That would be congressional, criminal,
- 4:44Speaker 1: and federal. They're all active at the same time. Now,
- 4:49Speaker 1: these aren't the only controversies that have erupted over the
- 4:52Speaker 1: last week. There's now the new nanny controversy that is
- 4:56Speaker 1: separate from the misconduct allegations. It's another controversy that is
- 5:00Speaker 1: absolutely exploded because Democrats are willing to destroy Eric Swawell
- 5:05Speaker 1: to protect the governor's mansion in California from going to
- 5:08Speaker 1: a Republican. They knew about this for quite some time.
- 5:13Speaker 1: The allegations are this that he continued to employ her
- 5:17Speaker 1: after her visa status lapsed, paying her in properly or
- 5:22Speaker 1: even under the table, and using campaign funds to cover
- 5:27Speaker 1: childcare expenses for his own family.
- 5:31Speaker 2: Now Here are the.
- 5:32Speaker 1: Key distinctions that you need to understand. All of these
- 5:35Speaker 1: claims are under investigation. They originated from a formal complaint,
- 5:40Speaker 1: but that complaint was filed by a figure described in
- 5:43Speaker 1: reporting as a conspiracy theorist, which raises credibility questions. I
- 5:49Speaker 1: wish I was joking, I'm literally not, but the Democrats said,
- 5:53Speaker 1: let's do it anyway. Federal agencies, including DHS, are reviewing
- 5:58Speaker 1: the allegations. No findings of wrongdoing have been announced yet,
- 6:02Speaker 1: but the damage had already been done. And that was
- 6:05Speaker 1: the whole plan of the Democratic Party, which brings us
- 6:09Speaker 1: back to the big question I mentioned at the beginning,
- 6:11Speaker 1: What did the Democrats know and when? And that is
- 6:15Speaker 1: where the facts mattered the most. What is confirmed is
- 6:19Speaker 1: this Democratic leaders quickly called for accountability only after they
- 6:25Speaker 1: saw the poll numbers showing that Eric Swalwell could be
- 6:28Speaker 1: a spoiler. It is absolutely wild how the Democratic Party
- 6:33Speaker 1: literally covered up for Eric Swalwell for decades because it
- 6:38Speaker 1: suited their political purposes. In this new wave of sexual
- 6:43Speaker 1: assault accusations against Squawell, only hit on Friday. In the
- 6:49Speaker 1: time since, a number in the media and the political
- 6:52Speaker 1: sphere have claimed that they knew all along that the
- 6:56Speaker 1: California congressman was at best a pest and worse involved
- 7:00Speaker 1: in behavior that might be criminal, but they never went
- 7:04Speaker 1: public with that information for decades as they enabled him,
- 7:08Speaker 1: made him bigger, more powerful, and even covered for him
- 7:12Speaker 1: when it was exposed that he was sleeping with a
- 7:14Speaker 1: Chinese spy named Fang Feng. Local reporter, for example, Stephen Tavares,
- 7:21Speaker 1: author of The East Bay Insider, said that he had
- 7:24Speaker 1: been covering Swalwell for more than a decade, beginning when
- 7:27Speaker 1: he was just a member of the Dublin City Council,
- 7:31Speaker 1: and that he and others had been well aware of
- 7:33Speaker 1: Swalwell's well excitement that he liked in his life for years.
- 7:39Speaker 2: Quote.
- 7:39Speaker 1: I've covered Eric Swalwell since he was a member of
- 7:42Speaker 1: the city council shortly after being elected to Congress in
- 7:45Speaker 1: twenty thirteen.
- 7:46Speaker 2: His behavior towards women was.
- 7:48Speaker 1: Known by all levels of our local government and the
- 7:53Speaker 1: Alameda County Democratic Party, is what the reporter posted on x,
- 7:58Speaker 1: adding don't get it twist to Nobody has been more
- 8:02Speaker 1: critical of Swawell. Over the years, I tried repeatedly to
- 8:05Speaker 1: get those stories out. I can't force women to speak out,
- 8:09Speaker 1: and when they choose not to, I didn't publish. I
- 8:12Speaker 1: also knew that Swalwell was known for threatening litigation. But
- 8:17Speaker 1: as critics are pointing out, and I'm one of them,
- 8:21Speaker 1: knowing information like that and not reporting it could put
- 8:25Speaker 1: young women on his staff and around him at risk.
- 8:29Speaker 1: Radio hosts data Lash summed it up this way, saying, quote,
- 8:33Speaker 1: and at no time did you think, gee, maybe I
- 8:37Speaker 1: should report about this. She's absolutely right. You're giving yourself
- 8:41Speaker 1: a lot of undeserved credit with the words covered when
- 8:46Speaker 1: you knew this information for at least thirteen years before
- 8:49Speaker 1: Swalwell was in Congress and never reported it. Is what
- 8:53Speaker 1: another conservative commentator said about the local man that claimed,
- 8:58Speaker 1: I've been covering him for years and I wanted to
- 9:00Speaker 1: report it, but I just couldn't. And it wasn't just
- 9:03Speaker 1: by the way local journalists who said they had known
- 9:06Speaker 1: for a long time that they had dirt on Swalwell.
- 9:09Speaker 1: Swalwell's situation was shall we say quote, widely rumored, and
- 9:14Speaker 1: it's interesting that the gossip doesn't seem to have made
- 9:16Speaker 1: its way all the way to the big shots out west,
- 9:20Speaker 1: is what a Bloomberg columnist wrote this morning. Progressive activists
- 9:25Speaker 1: and commentators also are among those claiming to have known
- 9:29Speaker 1: years earlier that Swalwell's behavior was problematic, one of them
- 9:34Speaker 1: saying this okay, just to show out in saying this
- 9:37Speaker 1: is I was aggressively hit on two separate times by
- 9:42Speaker 1: Eric Swalwell, one after a DNC meeting at the hotel
- 9:46Speaker 1: in front of a ton of notable folks, and one
- 9:49Speaker 1: in my DMS. I don't think he remembered me from
- 9:52Speaker 1: the first time when he hit on me or hit
- 9:55Speaker 1: me up in DMS, is what the liberal influencer posts
- 9:59Speaker 1: on Saturday. I showed disinterests and like many others, heard stories,
- 10:04Speaker 1: which makes me wonder why House leadership, who most certainly
- 10:08Speaker 1: knew continue to protect a member without looking into it,
- 10:13Speaker 1: the liberal commentator continued, And how pathological of him to
- 10:18Speaker 1: pressure and allegedly essay subordinates and think he was protected
- 10:25Speaker 1: question mark. I hope the New York AG's Office investigates
- 10:28Speaker 1: thoroughly and it sends a message to other people in
- 10:31Speaker 1: power who sexually abuse and harassed to stop and get
- 10:34Speaker 1: out of politics and for other survivors to know they
- 10:38Speaker 1: have a voice and power. Now, this goes back to
- 10:42Speaker 1: the core question, how many years or even decades did
- 10:47Speaker 1: Democrats know what he was doing and they did everything
- 10:51Speaker 1: in their power to make it disappear. That is the
- 10:56Speaker 1: question that everyone needs to be asking right now. Well
- 11:00Speaker 1: is done, but not because he did anything wrong, but
- 11:04Speaker 1: because the Democratic Party was worried they could lose the
- 11:09Speaker 1: governor's mansion in California. That is the only reason why
- 11:14Speaker 1: any of this is coming out right now. And so
- 11:18Speaker 1: if you think the Democrats are doing the right thing,
- 11:20Speaker 1: you're wrong. Thank goodness, they've gotten rid of him, whether
- 11:24Speaker 1: it was for the right or wrong reason, at least
- 11:27Speaker 1: now he's been exposed for exactly who he is. We're
- 11:31Speaker 1: learning new and shocking details from a press conference held
- 11:35Speaker 1: in Los Angeles involving new accusations against former Congressman Eric Swalwell,
- 11:41Speaker 1: and the allegations are growing, both in number and also severity.
- 11:45Speaker 1: And the question that we continue to need to be
- 11:48Speaker 1: asking is this, what did the Democratic leadership know and
- 11:53Speaker 1: when do they know it? And how long have they
- 11:56Speaker 1: been helping cover it up. One of the women accusing
- 12:00Speaker 1: Swawell of sexual misconduct set in a press conference that
- 12:03Speaker 1: she believes the congressman drugged her and raped and choked
- 12:08Speaker 1: her to the point she lost consciousness and thought that
- 12:13Speaker 1: she died. Holding this press conference alongside her attorney in
- 12:17Speaker 1: Beverly Hills, Lona Drus detailed her allegations against a Democratic congressman.
- 12:23Speaker 1: She said she was working as a model in Beverly
- 12:26Speaker 1: Hills in twenty eighteen and owned a fashion software company.
- 12:30Speaker 1: She said she met Swalwell socially and he offered connections
- 12:34Speaker 1: to further her company. I want you to listen to
- 12:37Speaker 1: what she had to say in part at the press conference.
- 12:41Speaker 3: Now in California, Beverly Hills.
- 12:43Speaker 4: Let's watch in twenty eighteen, while I was living and
- 12:47Speaker 4: working as a model in Beverly Hills, and I also
- 12:51Speaker 4: owned a fashion software company, I had contact with Eric
- 12:57Speaker 4: Swowell on the three separate occasions. After meeting him socially.
- 13:03Speaker 4: He offered me connections to further my software company, and
- 13:10Speaker 4: I also had an interest in local politics. He invited
- 13:16Speaker 4: me to two public events. I knew he was married
- 13:24Speaker 4: at the time and that his wife was pregnant. He
- 13:28Speaker 4: was my friend. On the third occasion, I believe he
- 13:36Speaker 4: drugged my drink. I only had one glass of wine.
- 13:50Speaker 4: We were supposed to go to a political event, and
- 13:53Speaker 4: he said he needed to get paperwork from his hotel room.
- 13:59Speaker 4: When I arrived at his hotel room, I was already
- 14:03Speaker 4: incapacitated and I couldn't move my arms from my body.
- 14:12Speaker 4: He raped me, and he choked me, and while he
- 14:21Speaker 4: was choking me, I lost consciousness and I thought I died.
- 14:29Speaker 4: I did not consent to any sexual activity. Although I
- 14:35Speaker 4: did not undergo a rape kit at the time, I
- 14:38Speaker 4: disclosed the assault to the people closest to me. I
- 14:45Speaker 4: also recorded these events in my handwritten calendar the assault
- 14:52Speaker 4: and It's impact, or later documented during my therapy sessions
- 14:57Speaker 4: at a sexual assault center.
- 15:00Speaker 1: This is truly heartbreaking and shocking. As she described it there,
- 15:06Speaker 1: I believe you drugged my drink. I only had one
- 15:08Speaker 1: glass of wine. You listen to her words, and you
- 15:13Speaker 1: hear the fear also in her voice to come forward.
- 15:17Speaker 1: I did not consent, she said, to any sexual activity.
- 15:21Speaker 1: He was married at the time and his wife was pregnant.
- 15:24Speaker 1: He said he needed to get paperwork from his hotel room,
- 15:27Speaker 1: and when I arrived to his hotel room, I was
- 15:29Speaker 1: already incapacitated. I couldn't move my arms or my body.
- 15:35Speaker 5: Now.
- 15:35Speaker 1: Her legal team says they are preparing to take this
- 15:38Speaker 1: case directly to law enforcement as they should, and plan
- 15:42Speaker 1: to submit what they describe as evidence, including text messages,
- 15:47Speaker 1: personal journal entries, and potential witness information. At that same
- 15:53Speaker 1: press conference, her attorneys also revealed something else that could
- 15:56Speaker 1: significantly escalate the situation. They say additional women have now
- 16:00Speaker 1: come forward behind the scenes, potentially expanding the scope of
- 16:05Speaker 1: these allegations even further. Now, this latest accusation does not
- 16:10Speaker 1: stand alone. It comes on top of multiple prior claims,
- 16:14Speaker 1: including allegations from a former staffer and several other women,
- 16:18Speaker 1: ranging from inappropriate messages to accusations of sexual assault. The
- 16:24Speaker 1: political fallout has been swift and dramatic. Swalwell has already
- 16:28Speaker 1: announced his resignation from Congress, stepping down as pressure mounted
- 16:31Speaker 1: and investigations intensified, And for his part, Swalell is.
- 16:35Speaker 2: Denying these allegations.
- 16:38Speaker 1: Through his legal team, He says he categorically and unequivocally
- 16:41Speaker 1: denies any sexual misconduct and claims the accusations are false.
- 16:48Speaker 1: But the reality is this what began is a single
- 16:51Speaker 1: allegation is now turned into a growing scandal, multiple accusers,
- 16:55Speaker 1: a public press conference in LA and what appears to
- 16:58Speaker 1: be a widening legal and political crisis, and as more
- 17:03Speaker 1: women are reportedly considering coming forward, this story for Eric
- 17:06Speaker 1: Swalwell is far from over, which brings us back to
- 17:10Speaker 1: the point I said earlier, and I also said the
- 17:13Speaker 1: day before and the day before, there is no way
- 17:17Speaker 1: that the Democratic Party's leadership did not know that this
- 17:23Speaker 1: was a problem. There is no way, there is no
- 17:27Speaker 1: way that the leadership didn't see the warning signs coming
- 17:31Speaker 1: from many other people, and the Democratic Party protected Eric Swalwell.
- 17:37Speaker 1: What they didn't do is protect the women that he
- 17:39Speaker 1: was apparently abusing. Representative Anna Paulina Luna, she went on
- 17:45Speaker 1: CNN earlier today and said this about the investigation, and I.
- 17:51Speaker 5: Look forward to assisting the FBI with information that I
- 17:54Speaker 5: have regarding the investigation into former Representative Swalwell.
- 17:59Speaker 6: Can you expand on that Hunsman.
- 18:02Speaker 5: Look, there's been a lot of reports you've heard about
- 18:04Speaker 5: people knowing information on the Hill, but there was some
- 18:07Speaker 5: information brought to my office. Specifically, I did obtain forensics
- 18:11Speaker 5: on that now infamous video in the hotel room I
- 18:14Speaker 5: am hearing that there is an investigative report coming out
- 18:18Speaker 5: that he used his campaign funds to pay for that.
- 18:20Speaker 5: There's also been allegations that potentially the person that filmed
- 18:24Speaker 5: that video was potentially a minor. All of these things
- 18:27Speaker 5: obviously coming to my office, but I am going to
- 18:29Speaker 5: be handing over to the FBI because they are, to
- 18:31Speaker 5: my understanding now asking mister Swaball to come in and
- 18:34Speaker 5: talk to them.
- 18:35Speaker 1: Now. You can hear from the congress woman there that
- 18:37Speaker 1: things are moving at a very fast pace. And while
- 18:41Speaker 1: all this is happening, you had the House clerk on
- 18:44Speaker 1: the floor of the House of Representatives reading this simple
- 18:48Speaker 1: note that involves Eric Swalwell.
- 18:51Speaker 7: House of Representatives. Sir, I am deeply sorry to my
- 18:54Speaker 7: family's staff and constituents for mistakes and judgment I've made
- 18:58Speaker 7: in my past. I will fight the serious false allegations
- 19:02Speaker 7: made against me. However, I must take responsibility and ownership
- 19:06Speaker 7: for the mistakes I did make. I am aware of
- 19:09Speaker 7: efforts to bring an immediate expulsion vote against me and
- 19:12Speaker 7: other members. Expelling anyone in Congress without due process within
- 19:16Speaker 7: days of an allegation being made is wrong, but it's
- 19:20Speaker 7: also wrong for my constituents to have me distracted from
- 19:22Speaker 7: my duties. Therefore, I plan to resign my seat in Congress,
- 19:26Speaker 7: effective at two pm Eastern time on April fourteenth, twenty
- 19:30Speaker 7: twenty six. I will work with my staff in the
- 19:32Speaker 7: coming days to ensure they are able in my absence
- 19:35Speaker 7: to serve the needs of the good people of the
- 19:37Speaker 7: fourteenth Congressional District. Signed sincerely, Eric Swalwell.
- 19:42Speaker 1: Under that making it official as the letter was read
- 19:46Speaker 1: on the floor of the House. Now to be clear,
- 19:49Speaker 1: that is the least of his problems resigning from the House,
- 19:54Speaker 1: the least of his worries. Good riddance to this individual.
- 19:58Speaker 1: And I go back to the question and why we
- 20:00Speaker 1: will continue to cover this. There are two scandals here,
- 20:04Speaker 1: one involving directly Eric Swalwell and these potential number of
- 20:08Speaker 1: victims that we still don't know the total number of.
- 20:11Speaker 2: And then there's the second scandal.
- 20:13Speaker 1: What did the Democratic leadership know and what did they
- 20:17Speaker 1: help him cover up so he can continue to do
- 20:20Speaker 1: these horrific crimes he's being accused of by the woman
- 20:24Speaker 1: today holding that press conference.
- 20:28Speaker 2: So there has been.
- 20:29Speaker 1: A total reset in the governor's race in California after
- 20:34Speaker 1: the Democrats got rid of Eric Swalwell. Now you've got
- 20:39Speaker 1: a guy who's a billionaire that is trying to buy
- 20:42Speaker 1: the election. I want to remind you who this guy is,
- 20:46Speaker 1: Tom Steyer. He's a billionaire and he wants you to
- 20:49Speaker 1: believe that everyone like him, just of course you admit
- 20:53Speaker 1: him from the equation is evil and bad and that's
- 20:56Speaker 1: who he's going after. This guy is the definition of
- 21:01Speaker 1: a limousine liberal. He's rich, he's got a driver, he's
- 21:06Speaker 1: got security, he's loaded. But if you listen to what
- 21:10Speaker 1: he says on his own Facebook page, he says, I
- 21:13Speaker 1: want you to know what it's all about. He says,
- 21:17Speaker 1: it's about lowering costs for Californians. Now, how would you
- 21:20Speaker 1: do that when he's in favor of single payer health care?
- 21:23Speaker 2: What is that?
- 21:24Speaker 1: That's full blown socialized medicine. It is a disaster everywhere
- 21:28Speaker 1: in the world where it's offered, and it costs a
- 21:29Speaker 1: crap ton of money.
- 21:31Speaker 2: That's just one example. But this guy will literally.
- 21:34Speaker 1: Say anything to get elected so that he can then
- 21:37Speaker 1: grab your tax dollars and then become a socialist with
- 21:42Speaker 1: those tax dours. Now listen carefully to what he claims
- 21:46Speaker 1: he's in favor of before we get into politics of
- 21:49Speaker 1: what has happened the last twenty four hours.
- 21:51Speaker 6: There. Hey guys, I'm Tom Steyer and I'm running for
- 21:54Speaker 6: governor of California. I entered this race to make California
- 21:58Speaker 6: more affordable for you. I found your way on my
- 22:00Speaker 6: social media pages. Here's what I want to say. Number One,
- 22:03Speaker 6: I'm going to tax the big corporations and the billionaires.
- 22:06Speaker 6: They've been greedy. They should be good citizens of our
- 22:09Speaker 6: state and pay their fair share. Second, housing is at
- 22:12Speaker 6: the center of our affordability crisis. I'm going to build
- 22:15Speaker 6: a million homes and protect renters. We need a governor
- 22:17Speaker 6: with a housing plan, and I've got Third, I'm going
- 22:20Speaker 6: to lower costs, and we're going to start with electricity costs,
- 22:23Speaker 6: which I'm going to lower my twenty five percent by
- 22:26Speaker 6: taking on the electric monopolies that dominate this stack. Number Four,
- 22:30Speaker 6: Immigrants built California. I will abolish ice and fight for
- 22:34Speaker 6: the immigrant families who've been historically mistreated. I've always fought
- 22:38Speaker 6: for you, and i will always fight for you.
- 22:40Speaker 4: Five.
- 22:41Speaker 6: I'm a huge climate guy, and climate starts with environmental justice,
- 22:45Speaker 6: but climate includes making polluters pay every time Lastly, healthcare
- 22:50Speaker 6: is a right, and the only way we can deliver
- 22:52Speaker 6: it in a way that Californians can afford is with
- 22:54Speaker 6: a single payer system. That's why I'm afforded. If those
- 22:57Speaker 6: values resonate with you, help us win this race. Go
- 23:00Speaker 6: to Tomsteyer dot com and let's win.
- 23:03Speaker 2: So that is the pitch for you.
- 23:05Speaker 1: I'm going to go after the evil rich people that
- 23:07Speaker 1: need to pay their fair share. By the way, he's
- 23:09Speaker 1: literally one of them. And oh, by the way, I'm
- 23:12Speaker 1: a really rich guy who's gotten no traction. So instead
- 23:17Speaker 1: of actually getting traction with the voters, what is he
- 23:21Speaker 1: going to do?
- 23:22Speaker 2: Right?
- 23:22Speaker 8: Like?
- 23:22Speaker 6: What?
- 23:23Speaker 1: Like, He's going to try to buy the election. That's
- 23:25Speaker 1: what he's been doing, spending record amounts of money. Now,
- 23:29Speaker 1: if you don't think this guy's a full radical, this
- 23:33Speaker 1: is what you need to know. He has come out
- 23:35Speaker 1: and it's been clear now that he wants to abolish ICE,
- 23:39Speaker 1: and then not just abolish them, he wants to imprison
- 23:43Speaker 1: the agents in California. This breaking from Fox News Channel
- 23:47Speaker 1: about how radical he really is.
- 23:50Speaker 8: Okay, so he's releasing an immigration plan that would empower
- 23:53Speaker 8: the state to prosecute ICE. He explains, quote how California
- 23:58Speaker 8: can put Ice in jail selling that for Democrats to
- 24:01Speaker 8: simply engage in rhetoric and stand for against Ice or Trump,
- 24:05Speaker 8: California must build a system that fights.
- 24:07Speaker 2: Fire with fire.
- 24:08Speaker 8: Okay, Martha McCallum here hosts the story three o'clock Eastern Time,
- 24:12Speaker 8: Born to You.
- 24:13Speaker 2: It's got a five point plan. All right, here we go.
- 24:15Speaker 9: When an outlaw agencies from profiling immigration arrests, authorize holding
- 24:20Speaker 9: Ice leadership accountabile, prosecute the agents a point fund special
- 24:25Speaker 9: investigative unit to enforced laws.
- 24:27Speaker 10: Bring those detained and kidnap by Ice back home. I'll repeat,
- 24:32Speaker 10: bring those detained and kidnapped by Ice back home, which
- 24:36Speaker 10: I think means if you've been deported, you get the
- 24:39Speaker 10: right to come back to California and launch a statewide
- 24:42Speaker 10: know your Rights campaign.
- 24:44Speaker 2: Ironically, leave it to the Fresno Bee.
- 24:48Speaker 9: Tom Steyer once managed a ninety million dollars stake and
- 24:51Speaker 9: affirm now running a California ice facility.
- 24:54Speaker 2: He's quoted by saying it was a mistake.
- 24:57Speaker 11: Well, it's interesting and light of what's happening in California
- 25:00Speaker 11: governor's race and the shake up that we're seeing because
- 25:03Speaker 11: Swalwell is now out, so Democrats are looking for their
- 25:05Speaker 11: next big candidate who can move into that spot. You've
- 25:09Speaker 11: got two Republicans who are at the top of the
- 25:11Speaker 11: list right now. It's a jungle primary that happens in
- 25:14Speaker 11: the spring, so you know, you could end up with
- 25:17Speaker 11: no Democrats in that mix. And a lot of people
- 25:19Speaker 11: think that the sort of off with the head that
- 25:22Speaker 11: we saw with Eric Swalwell was orchestrated for this moment
- 25:25Speaker 11: so that they could move in their second best candidate.
- 25:28Speaker 11: I'm not sure Tom Steyer is that person. He hasn't
- 25:31Speaker 11: been that person for them in the past.
- 25:34Speaker 1: Now you may ask yourself this question, like why do
- 25:36Speaker 1: the Democrats get rid of in the past. Let me
- 25:38Speaker 1: just answer that because it's terrible candidate. He doesn't relate
- 25:40Speaker 1: to people. He's bad candidate. He reminds me of Mitt Romney.
- 25:44Speaker 1: Mitt Romney we knew was going to lose in a
- 25:47Speaker 1: general election. Democrats desperately, okay desperately wanted him to win
- 25:57Speaker 1: the primary. They did everything to get him across to
- 26:00Speaker 1: finish line against Rix and Toorum. He bought the election
- 26:03Speaker 1: in Ohio primary there to kind of secure things against
- 26:08Speaker 1: against Rix and toorum and then he got his brains
- 26:11Speaker 1: beatn in the general election. I this to me, Tom Sawry, Sorry,
- 26:16Speaker 1: it reminds me of the same exact situation or scenario,
- 26:20Speaker 1: however you want to describe it. And the only reason
- 26:24Speaker 1: why anybody in California knows who he is right now
- 26:26Speaker 1: is because he has bought the attention. He has straight
- 26:31Speaker 1: up purchased it with his billions of dollars, and he
- 26:34Speaker 1: says the evil other people have not paid their fair share. Again,
- 26:38Speaker 1: you cannot make up the hypocrisy here at all.
- 26:40Speaker 2: Now.
- 26:41Speaker 1: Steve Hilton is a guy that's former Fox News guy.
- 26:44Speaker 1: You may recognize his voice. I'm gonna play this for
- 26:46Speaker 1: him in just a moment, and I want you to
- 26:49Speaker 1: hear what he had to say about the race changing
- 26:52Speaker 1: quickly because they have this, They have this general primary
- 26:55Speaker 1: there where there's a very good chance that a Republican
- 26:59Speaker 1: could actually win in this primary. That is the reason
- 27:03Speaker 1: why they got rid of the scumbag congressman who was
- 27:07Speaker 1: sleeping with Feng Feng Bang bang, the Chinese spy, and
- 27:10Speaker 1: Eric Swalwell.
- 27:12Speaker 2: So take a listen to this.
- 27:15Speaker 1: From what was said about Tom and Steve Hilton, I
- 27:19Speaker 1: think summed up perfectly talking to Harris Faulkner on the
- 27:23Speaker 1: Faulkner Focus.
- 27:24Speaker 3: Yeah, so you mentioning President Trump's endorsement and a jump
- 27:28Speaker 3: in numbers, And I don't know which pole you're looking at,
- 27:31Speaker 3: but that would make sense that there would be.
- 27:33Speaker 2: Some increase too.
- 27:34Speaker 3: We don't even know the fallout yet from Eric Swalwell
- 27:37Speaker 3: leaving who was the top vote getter in these polls,
- 27:40Speaker 3: not vote getter, but in the position on the left
- 27:44Speaker 3: side of the aisle. You mentioned Tom Steyer, a top
- 27:47Speaker 3: Democrat in California's governor's race who's rolled out an immigration
- 27:51Speaker 3: plan on substack. So if you're looking for it, that's
- 27:55Speaker 3: where you'll find it. And it's raising a lot of
- 27:57Speaker 3: eyebrows on the right. The proposed is called how California
- 28:01Speaker 3: can put Ice in Jail, and he writes it's not
- 28:04Speaker 3: enough for Democrats to simply engage in rhetoric and stand
- 28:07Speaker 3: against Ice or Trump. California must build a system that
- 28:10Speaker 3: fights fire with fire. Here's the five point plan on substack,
- 28:15Speaker 3: a ban on profiling immigration arrests, allowing prosecution of ICE agents,
- 28:21Speaker 3: funding a special investigative unit to enforce these laws, bringing
- 28:26Speaker 3: back those he says were detained or kidnapped by ice
- 28:29Speaker 3: and launching a statewide know your Rights campaign. Look, this
- 28:33Speaker 3: guy spent over a million two hundred or one hundred
- 28:37Speaker 3: and twenty million against you right now, three hundred million
- 28:40Speaker 3: running for president previously.
- 28:41Speaker 2: Much of it is own money. No one wants Tom Style.
- 28:44Speaker 12: That's why he's trying to buy the election, because he's
- 28:46Speaker 12: got no real support. And you can see why when
- 28:49Speaker 12: he comes out with insanity like this. This is far
- 28:53Speaker 12: left extremism beyond anything we even saw under the Biden years.
- 28:57Speaker 12: This is basically an extension of the Iden open borders
- 29:01Speaker 12: policy agenda on at the home front. Internally, it's insanity.
- 29:07Speaker 12: It's completely dismantling any kind of immigration enforcement effectively. By
- 29:13Speaker 12: the way, that's a federal matter, not even the responsibility
- 29:17Speaker 12: of the governor of California. I've made clear that when
- 29:19Speaker 12: I'm governor, I will be there working in a constructive
- 29:24Speaker 12: and collaborative way with federal immigration enforcement in order to
- 29:28Speaker 12: ensure what any responsible elected officials should ensure, which is
- 29:32Speaker 12: that our laws are peacefully enforced. That is a job
- 29:36Speaker 12: of the next governor of California.
- 29:38Speaker 2: Tom Steyle.
- 29:38Speaker 12: With this insane far left open borders plan has shown
- 29:43Speaker 12: that he's just not qualified, not fit for that office.
- 29:46Speaker 1: So as you work at this race, all right, and
- 29:49Speaker 1: Sarah concluded by writing, are my wives, California will protect
- 29:52Speaker 1: the most vulnerable. That's a lie, and bring to justice
- 29:56Speaker 1: those who break the law meaning law enforcement, and brutalize
- 29:58Speaker 1: our neighbors, meaning we're going to weaponize our government against
- 30:01Speaker 1: law enforcement. Well, let Ice know in California, you obey
- 30:04Speaker 1: our laws and respect our residents, or you go to jail.
- 30:07Speaker 2: So he wants to lock them up.
- 30:09Speaker 1: Sorry to find his announcement after the Tesla founder Elon
- 30:12Speaker 1: Musk took the X to write and is astonishing wow
- 30:16Speaker 1: over the radical progressive suggestion, saying Wow, is right, Ice
- 30:19Speaker 1: is a criminal organization. As governor, I will prosecute them
- 30:23Speaker 1: them like one the extremest democrat went on to post,
- 30:27Speaker 1: all right, So there it is. If you have a badge,
- 30:31Speaker 1: your public enemy number one and radical lefties that are
- 30:36Speaker 1: out there, this is your guy. This is who you picked.
- 30:40Speaker 1: It's game on. It's really interesting. Make sure you share
