- 0:13Speaker 1: them like theming bu things and it's not me true
- 0:20Speaker 1: good Steve has to other fort, don't joy. You gotta
- 0:59Speaker 1: use that turn arm. You gotta turn to turn them out,
- 1:43Speaker 1: got to turn out to turn turn the water the water.
- 1:55Speaker 1: Come come on your baby, I shall will I come
- 2:04Speaker 1: on it. Everybody you are listening to the voice, come
- 2:07Speaker 1: on dig me now one it only Steve Harvey got
- 2:11Speaker 1: a radio show. Man. I love it when I run
- 2:16Speaker 1: up into people and they say that to me. They say, hey,
- 2:18Speaker 1: Steve Harvey got a radio show. Then they wink at man,
- 2:21Speaker 1: I know they're listening. You know, I got a lot
- 2:23Speaker 1: off my chest yesterday. I wanted to clear some things up.
- 2:25Speaker 1: And I appreciate y'all giving me a minute, because sometimes,
- 2:28Speaker 1: you know, you just gotta say some things out loud.
- 2:31Speaker 1: Not complaining, but hey, just verbalizing, but realizing that I
- 2:36Speaker 1: gotta keep going anyway. And that's for my words this
- 2:40Speaker 1: morning to you that I want you to keep pushing
- 2:45Speaker 1: no matter what happens. I want to share something with
- 2:49Speaker 1: you that's important, that's very, very important. See, you have
- 2:56Speaker 1: to give God something too, bless you know, if your
- 3:01Speaker 1: prayer is asking for God's blessings, you gotta give him
- 3:05Speaker 1: something to work with. Now, you know, you got to
- 3:11Speaker 1: show the spirit of appreciation or gratitude. You gotta let
- 3:16Speaker 1: him know that you're in it for the long haul.
- 3:20Speaker 1: No matter what happens. Don't turn around. You will never
- 3:26Speaker 1: ever see what the end could be. If you turn
- 3:31Speaker 1: around and go back, You'll never know what the end
- 3:35Speaker 1: could have been had you stuck it out. You'll never
- 3:39Speaker 1: know how good it could have gotten had you not
- 3:45Speaker 1: just weathered the storm. That's the thing that gets most people.
- 3:52Speaker 1: They get tough for them, It get hard for them,
- 3:56Speaker 1: and then they let doubts set in and then those
- 3:59Speaker 1: doubts become facts and the next thing you know, they
- 4:02Speaker 1: give up. Had you not given up, or had you
- 4:07Speaker 1: given your best, what the results or outcome could have been.
- 4:11Speaker 1: I look back on my life on so many occasions
- 4:15Speaker 1: where in college I wasn't giving my best. Now I
- 4:20Speaker 1: flunked out. Now it's easy to look at my life
- 4:24Speaker 1: nine go yeah, but look at you now. But back then, man,
- 4:28Speaker 1: it cost me for so many years that failing to
- 4:34Speaker 1: finish that not giving my all. It cost me a
- 4:40Speaker 1: number of years. I wish I could say that it
- 4:44Speaker 1: didn't mean nothing, that it was just a blimp on
- 4:46Speaker 1: the radar screen screen, but at the time it was major.
- 4:50Speaker 1: And so you have a lot of decisions in your
- 4:52Speaker 1: life that are happening now. You may be in your twenties,
- 4:56Speaker 1: your late teens, you could be in your early thirties,
- 4:59Speaker 1: and it's happening. But guess what you'll eventually get through
- 5:03Speaker 1: it provided one thing you never give up. You never
- 5:09Speaker 1: turn around and go back. Had I written myself off
- 5:13Speaker 1: because of one failure, see, and this is where so
- 5:16Speaker 1: many people go but go wrong at two. You write
- 5:19Speaker 1: yourself off after you failed at something, the one thing
- 5:24Speaker 1: you thought you wanted to accomplish, and you failed at it.
- 5:27Speaker 1: Now you write yourself as a failure. Now you go
- 5:30Speaker 1: settle on end to life and just see what See
- 5:32Speaker 1: what hand you get had when I flunked out of college,
- 5:37Speaker 1: had I written myself off as a failure, I wouldn't
- 5:40Speaker 1: be here today. When I lost my carpet cleaning company,
- 5:44Speaker 1: I would have written myself as a failure. And I
- 5:47Speaker 1: wouldn't be here today When I didn't become a diamond
- 5:50Speaker 1: distributed in Amway, or a direct distributor in am Way,
- 5:54Speaker 1: even I would have written myself as a failure, and
- 5:58Speaker 1: I wouldn't be here today. When I bought a distribution
- 6:03Speaker 1: kit to become a distributor of the Bohemian Diet and
- 6:08Speaker 1: I didn't make it, I would have written myself as
- 6:11Speaker 1: a failure. When I became an Al William's distributor and
- 6:15Speaker 1: I didn't make it, I would have written myself as
- 6:17Speaker 1: a failure, and I wouldn't be here today. Oh, I
- 6:19Speaker 1: got a list for you. When I got laid off
- 6:23Speaker 1: it for a motor company. Had I written myself as
- 6:26Speaker 1: a failure, I wouldn't have made it. Do you need
- 6:30Speaker 1: some more? Because I have a story filled with mishaps.
- 6:37Speaker 1: I have a story filled with failures. A couple of
- 6:42Speaker 1: things now, the grace of God and his mercy which
- 6:46Speaker 1: is available to us all. See that's the key, y'all,
- 6:50Speaker 1: Because of his mercy, because of his willingness to forgive
- 6:56Speaker 1: and to even understand why we do the things we do.
- 7:03Speaker 1: In all of my shortcomings, failed marriages I'm talking about,
- 7:08Speaker 1: man got it all wrong. I can't blame nobody else.
- 7:13Speaker 1: It's just me. Steve ain't have it together at that
- 7:16Speaker 1: point in life. I've could have ridden myself as a
- 7:20Speaker 1: failure the first time I could. I just could have
- 7:24Speaker 1: gave up on it after the second one. And please
- 7:28Speaker 1: know that this is an admission. This ain't bragging. So
- 7:31Speaker 1: before you start in with me, understand what I'm saying.
- 7:34Speaker 1: I'm pointing out in my life a series of missteps
- 7:40Speaker 1: and failures. But how I still get here today A
- 7:46Speaker 1: couple of things. God's grace and mercy is first. But
- 7:52Speaker 1: that's the key, that's for everybody see if it's God's
- 7:56Speaker 1: willingness to forgive you and god understanding of why we
- 8:02Speaker 1: do what we do because he said we wasn't gonna
- 8:05Speaker 1: be perfect. So in all of your imperfections, your creator
- 8:09Speaker 1: told you you would not be perfect. He's sad it
- 8:13Speaker 1: to you. It's out there. I don't care which one
- 8:16Speaker 1: of the books you read, it tells you that. So
- 8:21Speaker 1: guess what With that in mind, he has a grace
- 8:25Speaker 1: that he has. It's like a grace period. It's like
- 8:28Speaker 1: when you don't pay your insurance premium on the day
- 8:31Speaker 1: that is due. The next day, they don't just cancel
- 8:34Speaker 1: your insurance premium. They have a grace period, because they
- 8:39Speaker 1: ain't trying to stop this money from coming in. But
- 8:42Speaker 1: when it comes to God, there's no money required. He
- 8:45Speaker 1: just gives you the grace freely. It don't cost you nothing.
- 8:50Speaker 1: So you got tap into that, y'all. You gotta get
- 8:52Speaker 1: in touch with that, because that's an important part to
- 8:54Speaker 1: making it understanding that His grace is available. So when
- 8:58Speaker 1: you make a mistake, So when you fail at it,
- 9:03Speaker 1: he has a loophole in the contract with him that
- 9:07Speaker 1: allows you to make mistakes, that allows you to get
- 9:10Speaker 1: it wrong, that allows you to fail time and time
- 9:13Speaker 1: and time again. But if you never give up, if
- 9:16Speaker 1: you keep getting up, if you keep trying, if you
- 9:20Speaker 1: keep striving, if you keep making the effort to go
- 9:24Speaker 1: forward and not go back, God has a blessing for you,
- 9:28Speaker 1: and He has it in abundance for you, and God
- 9:31Speaker 1: will give it to you at the right time. But
- 9:34Speaker 1: you got to be ready. Oh, I want it to
- 9:38Speaker 1: be successful. But if He had given it to me
- 9:41Speaker 1: back then I wouldn't have handled it correctly because I
- 9:45Speaker 1: would have made some more mistakes along the way. So
- 9:49Speaker 1: you make the mistakes to learn the lessons. Lord, They
- 9:53Speaker 1: ain't God been good to me? I ain't gonna lie
- 9:56Speaker 1: to you cool you're listening mon show. Ladies and gentlemen,
- 10:04Speaker 1: May I have your undivided attention. This right now is
- 10:08Speaker 1: the beginning of the week. This is the beginning of
- 10:11Speaker 1: the Steve Harvey Morning Show. We are live. We're gonna
- 10:14Speaker 1: be entertaining today, We're gonna be enlightening today, and we're
- 10:17Speaker 1: going to be empowering today. And Shirley Strawberry is going
- 10:21Speaker 1: to tell us how she feels not watching TV. Ladies
- 10:26Speaker 1: and gentlemen, Welcome to the Steve hard Morning Show. Shirley Strawberries.
- 10:30Speaker 1: I feel liberated, Steve. I feel like a giant wade
- 10:34Speaker 1: has been lifted off me. I feel lighter, I feel
- 10:37Speaker 1: beautiful because of what morning, because of what was. For
- 10:41Speaker 1: the last few years, we've been just gravitating towards the
- 10:44Speaker 1: TV to find out what's going on in the world,
- 10:47Speaker 1: in the country, and last Wednesday shut all that down.
- 10:52Speaker 1: This is a new beginning right now. So you know,
- 10:55Speaker 1: I don't have I'm not like desperate to turn on
- 10:57Speaker 1: the TV. What did I miss? What did I miss?
- 10:59Speaker 1: I mean, of course you have to find out what's
- 11:01Speaker 1: going on, because that's her job. But you don't have
- 11:04Speaker 1: to You're not like frantic to see it or like
- 11:07Speaker 1: desperate or feeling like you know you miss something, you know,
- 11:12Speaker 1: but it was like, I mean, it's been like what
- 11:15Speaker 1: did this fool say now? Today? And you know, I'll
- 11:18Speaker 1: tell you something anyway. Let me introduce everybody. First, ladies
- 11:22Speaker 1: and gentlemen. Junior morning, uncle, everybody, Ladies and gentleman Jan
- 11:29Speaker 1: Finni Brown, what up? Steve Hobby? What's going on with you? Man?
- 11:33Speaker 1: He's here, ladies and gentlemen. Nephew Tommy in the building,
- 11:43Speaker 1: Jas here, So you know what, Shirley it is. It
- 11:57Speaker 1: has been really interesting because this guy, Donald Trump was
- 12:03Speaker 1: so intrusive and he dominated the news, he dominated social
- 12:09Speaker 1: media with his Twitter account, and it's been refreshing that
- 12:14Speaker 1: we haven't had to hear any ignorant tweets from the
- 12:17Speaker 1: White House. Yes, and we don't have to go, wow,
- 12:20Speaker 1: what the hell did he do? Now? Yes? Yeah, I mean,
- 12:24Speaker 1: it was just it is, it's it's such a relief.
- 12:28Speaker 1: It's such a relief, you know, of all that negative
- 12:32Speaker 1: energy and pent up anxiety and you know, all of
- 12:36Speaker 1: those frustrations that we were feeling. We've been feeling this
- 12:39Speaker 1: for going on over a year now, you know, I
- 12:43Speaker 1: mean because we really in the last year, that's when
- 12:45Speaker 1: we really as the show, pushed to for voting, you know,
- 12:49Speaker 1: a registration and all of that, because we really wanted
- 12:53Speaker 1: to get him out. But you know, now you can
- 12:55Speaker 1: really exhale, you know, yeah, you know. I watched Dicky
- 13:01Speaker 1: and Shirley about a man getting dropped off into jungle
- 13:04Speaker 1: call surviving. Man. I don't know why I was watching.
- 13:06Speaker 1: I'm never going to the jungle. Why do I need
- 13:11Speaker 1: these tips? Right right? You need to be aware of Man,
- 13:21Speaker 1: let me watch this show Jesse Case. But if they
- 13:25Speaker 1: had a mall in that jungle, I'd be there. Let
- 13:27Speaker 1: me tell you. Tell you though, you can find something
- 13:32Speaker 1: Mills man. Wow, yeah, you can watch other things on TV.
- 13:36Speaker 1: All right? Coming up in thirty two minutes after the hour,
- 13:39Speaker 1: asked the CLO. Be in the building. He's coming right
- 13:43Speaker 1: after this. You're listening to show? All right, it is
- 13:48Speaker 1: time now, guys for asked the CLO. The Chief Love Officer,
- 13:53Speaker 1: Steve Harvey is in the building. Are you ready, sir?
- 13:57Speaker 1: Let's go Let's go at ready if that's your ready
- 14:00Speaker 1: to say that? Okay? Davis and Mesquite, Texas says I'm
- 14:04Speaker 1: thirty nine and I just broke up with a woman
- 14:06Speaker 1: I dated for six years. We talked about marriage a lot,
- 14:10Speaker 1: but she wasn't willing to grow up and stop drinking
- 14:13Speaker 1: and hanging out so much in the past. It was
- 14:15Speaker 1: fun and I did it too, but it got old
- 14:18Speaker 1: and I settled down and got a great job. She
- 14:22Speaker 1: had three jobs in the past three years. Because if
- 14:25Speaker 1: it interferes when partying or a girl's trip, she quits.
- 14:30Speaker 1: I love her, I love her and I want to
- 14:32Speaker 1: be with her, but she let me go very easily.
- 14:35Speaker 1: Does that mean she doesn't really love me at all?
- 14:37Speaker 1: Should I go on with my life? Cello, let's go
- 14:41Speaker 1: over this. You said, so you let her go. Then
- 14:45Speaker 1: you turned around and said she let you go too easily.
- 14:49Speaker 1: So okay, So you was gonna saying, if you don't
- 14:52Speaker 1: straighten up, I'm leaving. And then she went lee, Now
- 14:56Speaker 1: you trip it, y'all not compatible. Better to mind out
- 15:00Speaker 1: now then later. And so now she told you how
- 15:04Speaker 1: she gonna be. I'm doing I'm parting a girl tripping.
- 15:07Speaker 1: The job said, I can't go on the girl trip.
- 15:09Speaker 1: I quit quit girl trip. Remember, Yeah, that ain't a
- 15:17Speaker 1: good I'm just telling you, man, that just ain't a
- 15:20Speaker 1: good that ain't that ain't good business man. I think
- 15:23Speaker 1: it's good riddance man. I know you probably love them,
- 15:26Speaker 1: but you know he did the right Probably get over that. Yeah,
- 15:31Speaker 1: all right, Ron and Newark, New Jersey, as we move on,
- 15:33Speaker 1: says My wife and I lived with her parents because
- 15:36Speaker 1: we had a small fire in our house. My wife's
- 15:39Speaker 1: parents are both hard of hearing and love watching TV.
- 15:42Speaker 1: Their bedroom is delected directly below ours, so all night
- 15:46Speaker 1: we hear them yelling to talk to each other over
- 15:49Speaker 1: the TV that is blaring loudly. I suggested to my
- 15:54Speaker 1: father in law that they get hearing tests. He got
- 15:56Speaker 1: very mad and put me out, but my wife he stayed.
- 16:01Speaker 1: I'm at my brother's house now, and I'm mad that
- 16:04Speaker 1: my wife didn't stand up for me. Was she wrong
- 16:06Speaker 1: for taking his side? Wow? This his house, Brover, didn't
- 16:13Speaker 1: your father tell you you can't tell a man what
- 16:16Speaker 1: to do in his house? These old school cats. Man,
- 16:19Speaker 1: you're telling him he can't talk loud in his house.
- 16:22Speaker 1: You're staying in his house because your little ragged ass
- 16:24Speaker 1: house caught on fire. Now you're staying at his house.
- 16:28Speaker 1: Now you're mad because you don't want to out stay
- 16:30Speaker 1: and told him he got to tone it down in
- 16:32Speaker 1: his damn house and go get a head and aide.
- 16:35Speaker 1: He's a man, you can get the hell out of
- 16:36Speaker 1: my house. Your wife ain't going to stay at your
- 16:38Speaker 1: brother's house, and so now you want her to do?
- 16:41Speaker 1: What make her father let you stay in his house?
- 16:47Speaker 1: That's unthinkable, man, Come on, man, get serious, bro, you
- 16:51Speaker 1: can't dump that on your girl. You shouldn't have said
- 16:53Speaker 1: nothing to this man in his own house. I don't
- 16:56Speaker 1: even know how you thought that was from the fly man.
- 16:59Speaker 1: He got a real come from. See how you thought that.
- 17:03Speaker 1: Y'all talking too loud down there. We're trying to get
- 17:06Speaker 1: some sleep. Hold on, then, is my damn go get
- 17:09Speaker 1: some here? He tests, you need to go get some
- 17:14Speaker 1: damn fine shoes, right, So damn here you need some
- 17:22Speaker 1: fine shoes, all right. Sophia and Orange County and R
- 17:28Speaker 1: in South Carolina says, I'm forty year old, single female
- 17:32Speaker 1: and I've been dating online for a while, but I
- 17:35Speaker 1: finally met a guy that I clicked with and we
- 17:37Speaker 1: went on a few dates. I live in a small town,
- 17:40Speaker 1: so as luck would have it, I ran into the
- 17:42Speaker 1: guy at home goods. I gave him a quick hug
- 17:45Speaker 1: and his body language was off. A woman was with
- 17:48Speaker 1: him and I didn't see her. He told her I
- 17:51Speaker 1: was a new coworker, and I just went with it.
- 17:54Speaker 1: I researched his social media and found out he's married.
- 17:59Speaker 1: I think she should know about me? Should I slide
- 18:01Speaker 1: into her? DM? Huh you think she should know about you? Why?
- 18:09Speaker 1: I think you found out all the information. I think
- 18:11Speaker 1: you need to know about her. Now, y'all only went
- 18:15Speaker 1: on one date? Is that what she's saying? Shelby? Uh huh,
- 18:17Speaker 1: Well she's been dating online. But yeah, they went on
- 18:20Speaker 1: a few dates. Actually, okay, they went on a few dates.
- 18:25Speaker 1: Now I think she should know about you. No, I
- 18:28Speaker 1: think you should know about her and go on about
- 18:31Speaker 1: your business. Ye see, I don't know why people think
- 18:35Speaker 1: that it's your job to report. Don't you know you
- 18:38Speaker 1: ain't got to do that. Well, you know they're hurt
- 18:41Speaker 1: so that they want to lash out. That's what that
- 18:45Speaker 1: is her people hurt people. Yeah, she wants to lash out.
- 18:47Speaker 1: What she gonna know about me? No? No, no, she
- 18:50Speaker 1: doesn't need to do don't go there. Yeah, but but
- 18:54Speaker 1: but sister, when she finds out about you guess what
- 18:57Speaker 1: it changes nothing. You have already decided you're not gonna
- 19:03Speaker 1: see him no more. You've already decided he's a dog. Right,
- 19:08Speaker 1: So I guess what you're telling her that you're not
- 19:12Speaker 1: gonna see him anymore and he's still a dog. Right.
- 19:16Speaker 1: But the point is, she does want to continue seeing him,
- 19:19Speaker 1: and um, she wants to get him back. Yeah, she
- 19:23Speaker 1: does want to continue seeing him, and she wants to
- 19:25Speaker 1: get him back for not telling her he was married.
- 19:28Speaker 1: She wants revenge. Wait a minute, that's why. What do
- 19:32Speaker 1: you mean she wants to continue to see she does
- 19:35Speaker 1: want to get Yeah, she doesn't want to break up
- 19:37Speaker 1: with this guy. I mean, I know he's married, but
- 19:40Speaker 1: she doesn't want to break up with him. I don't
- 19:42Speaker 1: believe she does. And I believe she also wants to
- 19:45Speaker 1: hurt him, you know, and get revenge. OK. Well, let
- 19:50Speaker 1: me explain something to you. She's not what you seek
- 19:54Speaker 1: the revenge. You can forget that we're gonna see each other.
- 19:59Speaker 1: I've never seen I've never ever seen that workout system.
- 20:05Speaker 1: I don't know what movie you're watching. That's why she's
- 20:08Speaker 1: gonna get there. I've never seen that workout. This is very,
- 20:11Speaker 1: very important. Who has more fake hair? Who has more
- 20:17Speaker 1: fake hair? White women, black women or NFL football players?
- 20:22Speaker 1: Explain all three? Serve you could break that down from me. Wow,
- 20:27Speaker 1: first of all, I think I think it's white women
- 20:30Speaker 1: because it was a surprise to me when my wife
- 20:33Speaker 1: showed me how to detect it. And they call it
- 20:35Speaker 1: hot hair, and its they they've been doing it for years.
- 20:41Speaker 1: I found out long before weaves got favors. Okay, and
- 20:45Speaker 1: so NFL players, go ahead, we're talking about lady. Yeah,
- 20:48Speaker 1: all right, Church complaints coming up next right after this
- 20:54Speaker 1: you're listening, coming up at the top of the hour. Well,
- 21:00Speaker 1: we lost two legends, and I mean legends over the weekend,
- 21:04Speaker 1: the home run King Hank Aaron and of course the
- 21:07Speaker 1: media icon Larry King. We'll talk about those, uh in
- 21:11Speaker 1: a little bit. Plus we'll tell you why Kim Kardashian
- 21:14Speaker 1: hasn't spoken about her divorce from Kanye But um, yeah, yeah, yeah,
- 21:20Speaker 1: I had money on that man. I need to collect
- 21:24Speaker 1: on that bet on that money. They have four kids.
- 21:31Speaker 1: We'll talk about it, but right now it's time for
- 21:34Speaker 1: Reverend Motown and Deacon death Jam with church complaints. Excuse me,
- 21:43Speaker 1: we own this Monday moaning gal. Yeah, oh oh osperdaciously
- 21:53Speaker 1: to refigurate and ooculate situations at this church. Yea, what
- 22:04Speaker 1: is going down in the apothesis in the imagination of
- 22:10Speaker 1: the congregation. We are here with church complaints and deacon
- 22:16Speaker 1: death jail. Let us begin, all right, I passed and
- 22:25Speaker 1: we have it says that we need to have a
- 22:32Speaker 1: zoom consultation on how to operate your zoom during service.
- 22:37Speaker 1: And now here's the problem. Brother Quincy David didn't have
- 22:43Speaker 1: his computer on muty. He did not have it on
- 22:46Speaker 1: mute and shouted out he would have Sister Vicenda hollering
- 22:54Speaker 1: for glory if he ever get the sand. And yeah,
- 22:58Speaker 1: the entire congregation hearing that. And now he is embarrassed
- 23:03Speaker 1: by what he hasn't said, wants you to have a
- 23:05Speaker 1: discussion with him. But he did say he would have
- 23:08Speaker 1: her holland for glory. You know, it was zoomed and
- 23:17Speaker 1: it wasn't doing m He's still going on. Can we
- 23:23Speaker 1: all agreed that there will be a time limit on
- 23:26Speaker 1: each one of these complaints because I can't keep up
- 23:29Speaker 1: with a response. Just carry on of information. Yeah, an't
- 23:37Speaker 1: forgot their names everything? Okay, Well, I want to I
- 23:45Speaker 1: want to say something for your deacon, but I have
- 23:49Speaker 1: no idea what the complainted today. Listen to Brother Quincy
- 23:57Speaker 1: Dames did not have his computer on mute, and he
- 24:02Speaker 1: shouted out, uh, he would have, sister, but shender holler
- 24:07Speaker 1: and said something about we need to listen on how
- 24:12Speaker 1: to conduct zooms. Now you're trying to leave that out.
- 24:18Speaker 1: I thought, well, here it is again. We need to
- 24:24Speaker 1: have a zoom consultation on how to operate your zoom
- 24:29Speaker 1: during service. You are right about that is the next
- 24:35Speaker 1: complaint we need. But you never you never answer this
- 24:40Speaker 1: complaint path because I never understood it. Deacon. It's what
- 24:46Speaker 1: I'm trying to get to. Just move on. Can we
- 24:49Speaker 1: please move on to the next complain please all right,
- 24:57Speaker 1: let me get you know, let me just contlinue. The
- 24:59Speaker 1: Chill Church has their own zoom service as well. Okay,
- 25:05Speaker 1: but here we go with another zoom complaints. But that's
- 25:11Speaker 1: the kind of church service we're having right now. Have
- 25:14Speaker 1: the Lord. You do know you haven't seen anybody for
- 25:19Speaker 1: a while. You do know that everything has been the
- 25:22Speaker 1: own zoom. Go ahead? Why why is it hard you don't? Okay?
- 25:31Speaker 1: The Children's Church has their own zoom service as well.
- 25:36Speaker 1: Now your complaints has a variety to it. They all
- 25:40Speaker 1: about zooms. Right, I don't want to fight with you,
- 25:45Speaker 1: but I but I will if I leave. It's no problems,
- 25:51Speaker 1: go ahead, obviously, I guess our next complaint is gonna
- 25:57Speaker 1: be about zoom and also but not kids are zooming
- 26:01Speaker 1: and what's wrong? What's wrong with the kids. It's hard
- 26:08Speaker 1: for them to worship when some of their parents are
- 26:11Speaker 1: in the background drinking the crown and mimosas because the
- 26:14Speaker 1: adult service it's finished, especially such the jazz man who
- 26:20Speaker 1: took her house coat off and was walking around in
- 26:24Speaker 1: a bride and smoking cool filter. King. Now that's the problem.
- 26:30Speaker 1: See it is high. We didn't cure the last complete
- 26:33Speaker 1: with the room about the mute, How do you expect
- 26:36Speaker 1: us to mute this this hill? And we ain't fixed
- 26:39Speaker 1: the problem in the first complaint that mute and then
- 26:43Speaker 1: people back that drinking and stuff got something to do
- 26:46Speaker 1: with the mute, and we didn't fix it in the
- 26:48Speaker 1: first complaint. Ain't menastpastor come on, come on our church spokeman.
- 26:55Speaker 1: Now though it wasn't a good answer, it wasn't a
- 27:01Speaker 1: good ass complaint. He let me continue answer all my
- 27:11Speaker 1: answers sounded to say, because complaints church go ahead and
- 27:15Speaker 1: complaints now are not the same complaint. You know, I'm
- 27:19Speaker 1: not gonna do it. It was one of the church
- 27:27Speaker 1: members has come up went away to turn the communion
- 27:30Speaker 1: wafers into breath mints. Would you be interested in investing that?
- 27:35Speaker 1: That's the next thing? Very much? So? How much do
- 27:40Speaker 1: they need for that? Because question it's not a zoom question.
- 27:47Speaker 1: But anyway, it's gonna conscience about two tiles of knowledge
- 27:50Speaker 1: if you want to make it. But we subthing to
- 27:52Speaker 1: make about eight to ten thousands, so that's on you. Well,
- 27:57Speaker 1: what is they gonna turn the wafers into dc? Oh? Man,
- 28:02Speaker 1: I said we was gonna turn them into mitts. If
- 28:06Speaker 1: you were listening to stand how how what? How are
- 28:11Speaker 1: we gonna turn them into mitts? It's the question we're
- 28:13Speaker 1: just gonna buy mitch and stop passing out wave or
- 28:17Speaker 1: the waif is gonna be made a different way, that's
- 28:19Speaker 1: a question. Man, Oh, we don't have this hi for me?
- 28:28Speaker 1: Ain't I don't know, I don't mean, I don't mean,
- 28:32Speaker 1: I don't mean no hard when I'm in the same
- 28:36Speaker 1: But pastor, you didn't got on my Damn there you
- 28:40Speaker 1: got on my damn. Ain't that about it? Oh man? Man,
- 28:48Speaker 1: if you want money for an investment, you're gonna come
- 28:51Speaker 1: up with a visits playing. I'm like, how you're gonna
- 28:56Speaker 1: me when we're doing these are now we're not changing
- 29:00Speaker 1: the wafers in the midst How about that there? What
- 29:02Speaker 1: is this shark tank? Okay, coming up at the top
- 29:05Speaker 1: of the hour entertainment in National News right after they
- 29:09Speaker 1: had a problem with zoom and that you're listening to
- 29:14Speaker 1: Day Morning show? All right, guys. On Friday, Henry Lewis
- 29:20Speaker 1: Hank Aaron passed away. He passed away peacefully in his sleep.
- 29:25Speaker 1: He was eighty six years old. The Major League Baseball
- 29:29Speaker 1: Hall of Famer was known as Hammer and Hank because
- 29:33Speaker 1: of his seven hundred and fifty five career home runs.
- 29:38Speaker 1: Former President Barack Obama set about Hank Aaron he never
- 29:41Speaker 1: missed an opportunity to lead, and described him as an
- 29:45Speaker 1: unassuming man who set a towering example. Right up to
- 29:49Speaker 1: his final days, Hank Aaron was making a difference. Just
- 29:52Speaker 1: two weeks before his death, he joined civil rights leaders
- 29:56Speaker 1: in Atlanta to receive the COVID nineteen vaccine just spread
- 29:59Speaker 1: the word to the black community that the vaccinations are safe.
- 30:04Speaker 1: Rest in peace, Say something about mister Hankaron live in Atlanta.
- 30:09Speaker 1: The baseball stadium that they built in Atlanta, that's called
- 30:13Speaker 1: the Ted Turner Stadium. It should be, and it should
- 30:17Speaker 1: have been from day one, called the Hank Aaron Baseball Stadium.
- 30:22Speaker 1: Hank Aaron put Atlanta on the map with what he
- 30:24Speaker 1: did for baseball, and it should be a stadium in
- 30:28Speaker 1: Atlanta named after Hank Aaron. I don't remember Ted Turner
- 30:32Speaker 1: hitting a damn ball at all, not at all, not one.
- 30:38Speaker 1: But if your money, it's your money. But that stadium
- 30:41Speaker 1: should be named after Hank Aaron. They don't worry about Ted.
- 30:44Speaker 1: Tell Stacy Abrams what you need. You had tow you
- 30:50Speaker 1: ain't got to worry about this hire. All you got
- 30:52Speaker 1: do is tell Stacy Abra, look, I need this in
- 30:56Speaker 1: the next week. You're gonna have this stadium in one week.
- 31:00Speaker 1: Our problem. That's what she'd do. If he'd do that, Ted,
- 31:06Speaker 1: Ted Turner's family, the family name would have to get
- 31:12Speaker 1: involved with that. Change. Yeah, why we got to agree
- 31:16Speaker 1: with Why why we got to get with them? Why?
- 31:18Speaker 1: Why why why we can't just do it on our own.
- 31:21Speaker 1: We got to go get day permission, that's what you're saying,
- 31:25Speaker 1: because it was day money, all right? And uh but
- 31:32Speaker 1: again rest in peace, Hank. Yeah. And then we lost
- 31:37Speaker 1: Larry King, I mean, the host of Larry King Live
- 31:40Speaker 1: on CNN for over twenty five years, passed away on
- 31:44Speaker 1: Saturday at Senior Cedar Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles. He
- 31:49Speaker 1: was eighty seven. The cause of his death hasn't been released,
- 31:52Speaker 1: but back on January fourth, a spokesperson for King released
- 31:56Speaker 1: that King was hospitalized with COVID nineteen and had see
- 32:00Speaker 1: supplemental oxygen. King's iconic interviews with president, celebrities, athletes, movie stars,
- 32:06Speaker 1: and everyday people spanned over twenty five years until his
- 32:10Speaker 1: retirement in two thousand and ten. My hero lovely, Yeah yeah,
- 32:15Speaker 1: married eight times? Eight times times? You huh, Sometimes it
- 32:20Speaker 1: don't work out. That's how you roll, Jay, Now, that's
- 32:23Speaker 1: how that's how you get married. That's eight times, yeah,
- 32:27Speaker 1: eight halfway there, jaye, how many more you got to cook?
- 32:34Speaker 1: But but two more closer than y'all think. Two thirds
- 32:41Speaker 1: he weighed closer than y'all. Hey, can we can we throw?
- 32:46Speaker 1: Can we throw? Can we throw? Jay? A bachelor party
- 32:50Speaker 1: even he didn't even though he didn't had like, man,
- 32:53Speaker 1: I'm already money case you haven't heard Kim kardaf problem
- 33:01Speaker 1: with throwing him a bachelor party is he's a bachelor
- 33:05Speaker 1: of the whole time he married a right Steve. Time
- 33:11Speaker 1: for headlines, ladies and gentlemen, Miss Anne True, Okay, thank
- 33:18Speaker 1: you very much, and good morning. Well, the first president
- 33:20Speaker 1: ever impeached twice is about to be tried twice. But
- 33:23Speaker 1: there's given him a little bit of leeway now. The
- 33:24Speaker 1: newly minted Senate Majority Leader Charles Schumer says the official
- 33:28Speaker 1: article of impeachment is going to be presented to the
- 33:30Speaker 1: Senate later today. However, Schumer has agreed to delay the
- 33:33Speaker 1: trial so that both sides can prepare and so that
- 33:36Speaker 1: senators can concentrate on his cabinet denominations and his COVID
- 33:39Speaker 1: relief packet. Make no mistake, a trial will be held
- 33:42Speaker 1: in the United States Senate and there will be a
- 33:44Speaker 1: vote whether to convict the president. Ex President Trump's trial
- 33:49Speaker 1: schedule to begin the week of February eighth. By the way,
- 33:51Speaker 1: the number of Americans with confirmed coronavirus infections is now
- 33:55Speaker 1: over twenty five million. The number was twenty four million
- 33:59Speaker 1: on a week ago. And get this, y'all, I bet
- 34:01Speaker 1: you heard about this. But with the coronavirus vaccine running
- 34:04Speaker 1: out in certain places, health officials say that a brand
- 34:07Speaker 1: new type of tourism has emerged at calling it vaccine tourism.
- 34:11Speaker 1: Officials in Florida friend who say people from other countries
- 34:14Speaker 1: or other states are flying in to the sun the
- 34:17Speaker 1: Sunshine State to get inoculated because they have the vaccine.
- 34:20Speaker 1: So now new guidelines have been issued which mandate that
- 34:23Speaker 1: COVID vaccinations only be given to full or part time
- 34:26Speaker 1: Florida residents and they got to prove it by producing
- 34:29Speaker 1: a driver's license or a rental lease or something utility
- 34:32Speaker 1: build something like that. The Senate's confirmed the President's picked
- 34:35Speaker 1: for Secretary of Defense. Thea's are ninety three, the nays
- 34:38Speaker 1: aer two, and the nomination is confirmed. ORTAI General Lloyd
- 34:42Speaker 1: Austin extremely well liked and highly regarded. It becomes the
- 34:45Speaker 1: first black American in US history to head up the Pentagon.
- 34:49Speaker 1: In Texas, a federal judge is allowing the family of
- 34:52Speaker 1: twenty six year old Botham Jean to file a civil
- 34:55Speaker 1: rights lawsuit against the city of Dallas and against Amber Geiger,
- 34:59Speaker 1: that now cop who shot him to death as he
- 35:01Speaker 1: sat in his own apartment watching TV and eating ice cream.
- 35:04Speaker 1: The judge dismissed an earlier ruling which prohibited the twenty
- 35:07Speaker 1: six year old accountant's family from suing, but again the
- 35:10Speaker 1: federal judges allowing his family to file a civil rights lawsuit.
- 35:14Speaker 1: And yes, it was a very sad weekend in the
- 35:16Speaker 1: world of entertainment. First of all, we lost character actor
- 35:19Speaker 1: Gregory Sierra. He was eighty three years old. He starred
- 35:21Speaker 1: in Barney Miller a lot of TV shows. He'd also
- 35:24Speaker 1: if you watched Miami Vice like I did. He was
- 35:26Speaker 1: the first chief of detectives before Edward James, almost legendary
- 35:30Speaker 1: TV talk show Slarry King was eighty seven. He had
- 35:33Speaker 1: been hospitalized recently for COVID nineteen, but he had a
- 35:36Speaker 1: whole host of health problems, including a lot of heart problems.
- 35:40Speaker 1: And yes, Henry Hank Aaron who, despite racist death threats,
- 35:43Speaker 1: made history on April eighth, nineteen seventy four, when he
- 35:46Speaker 1: broke Babe Bruce home record. He's died. Also a black
- 35:49Speaker 1: man is getting a standing ovation in the Deep South
- 35:53Speaker 1: or breaking a record of an old time baseball idol.
- 35:58Speaker 1: It was April eighth, nineteen seven. For Hank Karen was
- 36:01Speaker 1: eighty six. Now back to the Steve Harvey Morning Show.
- 36:03Speaker 1: You're listening show? All right, Steven's that time again. Please
- 36:08Speaker 1: introduce your good good friend Jay Anthony Brown. Let's look
- 36:12Speaker 1: in through his mind. Ladies and gentlemen, the dark, demented
- 36:17Speaker 1: and troubled man, a bitter, broken up, love starved man, starve.
- 36:29Speaker 1: Here we go. There's a new game out. I don't
- 36:32Speaker 1: even know the name of it, but it has to
- 36:33Speaker 1: do it being black or went in the black card?
- 36:36Speaker 1: Have you heard about this Shirtley? Get your black cards in? Anyway?
- 36:40Speaker 1: I have some questions that will let you know if
- 36:43Speaker 1: you should receive black card. We got points that goes
- 36:47Speaker 1: with here we go. First question, have you ever eaten
- 36:49Speaker 1: rice or Braby Rice and sugar butter and Rice? Give

- 37:01Speaker 1: the game That's My Car? Have you ever played a
- 37:04Speaker 1: game That's My Car and you didn't have a car?
- 37:07Speaker 1: Give yourself three points? Yes, yes? Or if you got
- 37:10Speaker 1: to give yourself call points. Is there anyone white that
- 37:14Speaker 1: you'd like to have sex with? Take away two points? Yeah? Yeah, yeah,
- 37:21Speaker 1: hold on, let me take my two points away. Here
- 37:23Speaker 1: we go, all right. Have you ever fixed have you
- 37:25Speaker 1: ever fixed anything with a knife, fork, or a spoon?
- 37:30Speaker 1: Give yourself six points? Put that down there. Oh, I'm
- 37:33Speaker 1: back up, I'm back up, All right, All right, here
- 37:36Speaker 1: we go. Have you ever put something in front of
- 37:39Speaker 1: the oven to dry? Four points? Give yourself four points

- 38:00Speaker 1: But go ahead, Yeah, you're right. Have you ever made
- 38:03Speaker 1: fun of somebody shouting in church? Give yourself three points? Okay,

- 38:57Speaker 1: I was younger, but I did. I didn't know I
- 39:05Speaker 1: got another one jad that only contained condiments. All right, all,
- 39:17Speaker 1: We'll be back with more of the Steve Harvey Morning Show.
- 39:20Speaker 1: Thirty four minutes after writing, you're listening to the Steve
- 39:23Speaker 1: Harvey Morning Show. Well, incarcerated Tiger King star Joe Exotic
- 39:29Speaker 1: is not giving up on being released from prison, and
- 39:32Speaker 1: he's pleading for President Joe Biden now to help him
- 39:36Speaker 1: after Donald Trump failed to pardon him recently. Yeah, yeah,
- 39:40Speaker 1: this is According to TMZ, Joe Exotic was highly upset
- 39:44Speaker 1: when Trump overlooked him for a pardon. So Joe Exotics
- 39:48Speaker 1: team reportedly has sent out emails to the Biden administration
- 39:51Speaker 1: and hopes that President Biden will grant him a pardon
- 39:54Speaker 1: for early prison release. Joe Exotic also expressed his feelings
- 39:58Speaker 1: about Trump. He says he always looked up to Trump
- 40:01Speaker 1: for being a straight shooter and never backing down, but
- 40:04Speaker 1: his opinion of him changed after January six riots on
- 40:07Speaker 1: the US Capitol. He said his feeling soured for Trump
- 40:10Speaker 1: because he hit out in the White House and never
- 40:12Speaker 1: acknowledge what was going on during the riots. They can
- 40:17Speaker 1: I ask you a question, what is Joe Exotic exactly
- 40:20Speaker 1: in prison for? Exactly? Because you know, they said he
- 40:24Speaker 1: tried to put a hit out on Carol Basket. Yeah
- 40:28Speaker 1: you don't, did anybody telling him, you don't get pardoned
- 40:31Speaker 1: for the stuff like that, you know, attempt didn't murder,
- 40:37Speaker 1: They don't, they don't really. But you know, man, you're
- 40:40Speaker 1: the white collar crime sold some dope had a non
- 40:44Speaker 1: valid gone gun charge, you know, stuff like that, or
- 40:48Speaker 1: you are incarcerated unjustly sentenced for a crime, you know,
- 40:54Speaker 1: like like like the sister that Kim Kardashian helped get
- 40:57Speaker 1: out of jail, you know, just serving it crazy prison
- 41:03Speaker 1: time for charge like that. That's how you get part.
- 41:06Speaker 1: You can't try to kill nobody and get out his work. Man. Yeah,
- 41:15Speaker 1: was cool that he didn't get pardoned. She was good
- 41:17Speaker 1: with you. Yeah. Yeah. And Biden has a lot of
- 41:25Speaker 1: other stuff to doudex He's busy right now. He got
- 41:29Speaker 1: a pile did you see that pile of stuff on
- 41:31Speaker 1: his desk? But you know, Joe Exotic is like a
- 41:37Speaker 1: lot of reality stars, they really think they bigger than
- 41:40Speaker 1: they really are. He really think he's important. Ye see
- 41:44Speaker 1: that hit show what he felt? What he does not
- 41:46Speaker 1: realize he is more. People did not see Tiger King
- 41:51Speaker 1: than did st. Yeah, that's the reality of it. Man.
- 41:56Speaker 1: And now all of a sudden he's not a Trump
- 41:58Speaker 1: supporter anymore. Interesting imagine that. Yeah, and you can't be
- 42:05Speaker 1: mad and want to pardon you gotta let that go.
- 42:08Speaker 1: You got to be very happy. You can't be upset
- 42:10Speaker 1: and then say partner and him being in the position here,
- 42:13Speaker 1: he got to get his mind back into prison and
- 42:16Speaker 1: how to cope and all like that. Yeah, you know
- 42:22Speaker 1: you got all that outline on and stuff sitting up
- 42:24Speaker 1: in that prison. You got to pay attention to what's
- 42:27Speaker 1: really You got to focus on the facts, man. Yeah,
- 42:30Speaker 1: you need to figure out You got to focus on
- 42:32Speaker 1: the fact you got ponytail and eyeliner you got, you
- 42:37Speaker 1: got out concentrating partner, and really we need to come
- 42:40Speaker 1: up with more ways to cook the top running in
- 42:43Speaker 1: your jail cell. That's what you need to focus on.
- 42:48Speaker 1: Grab your breakfast and take the corner seat by the wall,
- 42:53Speaker 1: looking everybody. You are not going up out, No, that's
- 42:59Speaker 1: not happening. Yeah, and you need to write that boyfriend
- 43:03Speaker 1: you had, the one that had no teeth in his Yeah,
- 43:06Speaker 1: he got his right film. Yeah, where is he? Yeah?
- 43:10Speaker 1: He got his teeth fix? Yeah, he did. He got right. Yeah,
- 43:15Speaker 1: you need to pick up scales like braden hair and
- 43:18Speaker 1: make friends. That's what you need to do. Make your
- 43:23Speaker 1: friend and then like a good braider. Now in the pinion,
- 43:26Speaker 1: ain't like a good braider? Come back by a boy
- 43:29Speaker 1: three thirty James making pointments in it. Listen, if you
- 43:36Speaker 1: bought your Mega Millions lottery ticket in the state of Michigan,
- 43:40Speaker 1: you might want to check your ticket. One ticket that
- 43:42Speaker 1: matched the six numbers for the one billion dollar prize
- 43:45Speaker 1: was sold in Michigan. The payout for the Friday night
- 43:49Speaker 1: drawing was the second largest in Mega Millions history and
- 43:52Speaker 1: the third largest in US history. A lump sum cash
- 43:55Speaker 1: option for the jackpot was an estimated seven hundred and
- 43:58Speaker 1: thirty nine point six million. And so the winner will
- 44:01Speaker 1: really be a billionaire if they cash out. But enough,
- 44:07Speaker 1: close enough, close enough, you ain't showed, all right, Frank,
- 44:14Speaker 1: phone call coming up with the nephew. Right after this.
- 44:17Speaker 1: You're listening to the Stave Harvey Morning Show coming up
- 44:21Speaker 1: at the top of the hour. About four minutes after
- 44:24Speaker 1: the hour, it's my strawberry letter for today's subject. He
- 44:26Speaker 1: loves he loves sweet smelling lotions. Wait till you hear
- 44:31Speaker 1: this one. We'll get into it in just a little bit,
- 44:33Speaker 1: but right now the nephew is here with today's prank
- 44:36Speaker 1: phone call. What you got for us? Next? Uber hurts?

- 47:37Speaker 1: my man, you can pay me a thousand dollars. I'm
- 47:39Speaker 1: not riding with the body. You feel me the understand
- 47:42Speaker 1: you understand you now but do you want to get
- 47:44Speaker 1: to the airport or not? Look, why don't you lay
- 47:47Speaker 1: down next to the body and you drive yourself there
- 47:49Speaker 1: with the body like in the path to just see
- 47:51Speaker 1: I'm not doing it. Tell me what the problem is.
- 47:54Speaker 1: I mean, obviously you're used to driving around with bodies
- 47:57Speaker 1: and that's not my thing. You know what I'm saying.
- 47:59Speaker 1: What what's the problem? I mean, you're gonna be in
- 48:01Speaker 1: the front of the hearse You're not gonna be in

- 48:14Speaker 1: of that. What part of that? Don't you want to stand?
- 48:17Speaker 1: I'm going to get you there on time, sir, but
- 48:19Speaker 1: it's going to be in a hurse. That's all the
- 48:22Speaker 1: difference is. Man, You'll be riding when I'm supposed to
- 48:25Speaker 1: be laid out. And you understand right now you got
- 48:28Speaker 1: me fucked up? What kind of phone call is this? Well,
- 48:31Speaker 1: I mean, what's what's the problem. Obviously you're used to
- 48:34Speaker 1: rolling with with dead bodies and hearses and all that.
- 48:36Speaker 1: Since when it over start rolling with hearses to pick
- 48:41Speaker 1: up regular lotment because to get them from place to place.
- 48:45Speaker 1: This is some crazy I want you to think when
- 48:49Speaker 1: when did you think that it would just be cool
- 48:52Speaker 1: or as a regular picking up a body and just
- 48:54Speaker 1: driving around in the street. I don't know, man, I mean,
- 48:58Speaker 1: you know, I got two jobs, you know what I'm saying.
- 49:00Speaker 1: I do, you know? And also you know, work for
- 49:03Speaker 1: a mortuary to you know what I'm saying. So you know,
- 49:05Speaker 1: but my vehicle is is certified and approved it so
- 49:10Speaker 1: I'm able to use it as an suv as so
- 49:12Speaker 1: you you calling is and you gave him ride a
- 49:15Speaker 1: lot more and they don't have no reaction, no reaction
- 49:20Speaker 1: to riding around with them embodying the back well you know, uh,
- 49:25Speaker 1: sometimes there's a few people acting a little, you know,
- 49:27Speaker 1: a little. It's a little different for him. I get it,
- 49:29Speaker 1: you know, but like I said, the only reason why
- 49:32Speaker 1: I'm calling you obviously you don't get that because you're
- 49:35Speaker 1: trying to hit me with a fifty dollars and charge
- 49:38Speaker 1: that I'm not I'm not going for and you're trying
- 49:41Speaker 1: to get me to ride with him and that body. Dude,
- 49:43Speaker 1: I'm not doing that. So I'll tell you what, brou
- 49:46Speaker 1: I'm gonna tell you this right here. I'm gonna get

- 50:05Speaker 1: to Tommy thought because see Tommy, don't Tommy don't take
- 50:07Speaker 1: this too kindly, So tell it to him in the morning.

- 54:01Speaker 1: like we're gonna right here, right now. That's for you, Jay,
- 54:06Speaker 1: and you know when we are fortunate enough to have
- 54:08Speaker 1: you come to work and wood buckle up, hold on tight.
- 54:15Speaker 1: We got it for you here. It is a strong
- 54:17Speaker 1: may ye all right subject. He loves sweet smelling lotions.
- 54:21Speaker 1: Dear Stephen Shirley, I met a forty two year old
- 54:24Speaker 1: divorced man online a month ago, and he was absolutely
- 54:29Speaker 1: everything I asked God for. We do Bible study every night.
- 54:33Speaker 1: He is a very nice, smile, and he's self employed.
- 54:37Speaker 1: He too said that I was everything he'd asked for
- 54:40Speaker 1: in a woman, and he was moving fast with our relationship.
- 54:44Speaker 1: By our third week of being together, he wanted me
- 54:47Speaker 1: to come over and spend a night with him. We
- 54:49Speaker 1: live forty minutes apart, and he had been coming to
- 54:52Speaker 1: visit me each time, so I decided to visit his
- 54:55Speaker 1: home and spend an evening with him. When I walked in,
- 54:59Speaker 1: his home smelled like warm vanilla, and it was a
- 55:03Speaker 1: nice first impression. But I soon noticed that it looked
- 55:06Speaker 1: like his wife still lived there. He hadn't changed the
- 55:09Speaker 1: thing in fifteen years. There was his and her sign
- 55:13Speaker 1: over the master bed, and in the master bedroom he
- 55:17Speaker 1: had scented bath bombs, scented soaps, lotions, and candles everywhere.
- 55:22Speaker 1: He had told me that he's been single for fifteen years.
- 55:25Speaker 1: So I asked him who the lavender, peach, pink peoni,
- 55:29Speaker 1: and juniper brees scented lotions and soaps belonged to. He
- 55:34Speaker 1: said they're his because he loves to smell good after
- 55:37Speaker 1: a hot bath. He said his wife got him hooked
- 55:41Speaker 1: on those scents years ago. That night, we got ready
- 55:44Speaker 1: for bed, and after he showered, he put on tons
- 55:48Speaker 1: of juniper breeze body lotion and we watched a movie.
- 55:52Speaker 1: I slept in the guest room that night, but his
- 55:54Speaker 1: scent lingered all in the back of the house. I've
- 55:58Speaker 1: never dated a man that smells better than me. So
- 56:00Speaker 1: I've been distant from him for the past week or
- 56:03Speaker 1: so until I figured things out. I need your advice
- 56:06Speaker 1: on this. Is this a red flag? Or do you
- 56:09Speaker 1: think this is something he might be willing to change
- 56:12Speaker 1: for me? There you go, There you go, trying to
- 56:17Speaker 1: change a man that you've only you've only known him
- 56:20Speaker 1: a month. I mean, you know, slow down with that
- 56:23Speaker 1: a bit. Everything to me, it's only been a month
- 56:28Speaker 1: is a red flag everything until you get to know
- 56:31Speaker 1: this guy. But let's look at your main concerns. What
- 56:34Speaker 1: are they That he hasn't moved on from his wife?
- 56:37Speaker 1: You're thinking that could be that maybe the smells are
- 56:41Speaker 1: from women that he's seeing now in the present that
- 56:45Speaker 1: could be too or he smells too girly for you
- 56:48Speaker 1: and better than you. You have a problem with that.
- 56:51Speaker 1: That's one thing you know, you know about him for sure,
- 56:55Speaker 1: and you've only known him for a month. But you know,
- 56:57Speaker 1: I think these should be the least of your concerns
- 57:01Speaker 1: and worries. Again, you've only known this guy for a month.
- 57:05Speaker 1: I think you know you said he's moving fast. You're
- 57:07Speaker 1: moving fast too, Slow down, slow this thing down. I'm
- 57:11Speaker 1: sure you're going to find a lot more about this
- 57:14Speaker 1: man when you get to know him better, because a
- 57:17Speaker 1: month is certainly not enough time. What you need to
- 57:21Speaker 1: do is pay attention and observe. You said you're trying
- 57:23Speaker 1: to figure things out, so give it time. Give it time, Steve, Well,
- 57:33Speaker 1: he loves sweet smelling lotions. That ain't really your problem
- 57:37Speaker 1: in this letter. You meant just forty two year old
- 57:39Speaker 1: divorced man online, and he's everything you ask God for.
- 57:44Speaker 1: That's the key in this letter. He's everything you ask
- 57:48Speaker 1: God for. And then she proceeds to describe this man.
- 57:54Speaker 1: We do Bible study every night? Who do that? Who
- 58:01Speaker 1: does Bible study? If preachers don't do Bible study every day?
- 58:07Speaker 1: What y'all really think y'all gonna be able to keep
- 58:09Speaker 1: this up? Who does Bible study every day? Bible study
- 58:15Speaker 1: that my church was once a week Tuesday. I mean,
- 58:22Speaker 1: when when y'all gonna, you know, y'all got y'all got
- 58:26Speaker 1: no other activities? I don't, I don't know, lady, this
- 58:30Speaker 1: this kind of this difference. He has a very nice smile.
- 58:35Speaker 1: And when is he smiling Bible studying nothing to grinning at?
- 58:39Speaker 1: When did you get to smile? You ever? Been in
- 58:43Speaker 1: sitting in Bible study and just been grinted Bible study.
- 58:46Speaker 1: Hard man, you start reading stuff you don't know nothing about.
- 58:49Speaker 1: You trying to del his fourth furthermore, dying on him
- 58:55Speaker 1: all that. It's hard to smile doing that, So I
- 58:58Speaker 1: don't know what's going on. He self employed. Then he
- 59:00Speaker 1: said you everything. He asked God for the woman, and
- 59:03Speaker 1: he was moving fast with the relationship. Third week, wanted
- 59:07Speaker 1: you to come on spending night y'all live for the
- 59:09Speaker 1: Missis party. He'd been coming to your house. You decided
- 59:11Speaker 1: to go on over there spending evening. You walk in
- 59:15Speaker 1: his house smell like warm vanilla. Now you scare me
- 59:18Speaker 1: right there because I didn't know what you got, really saying,
- 59:20Speaker 1: smell like warm garbage. I was waiting on warm dude.
- 59:28Speaker 1: I didn't know if you warm warm puppets. I didn't
- 59:32Speaker 1: know what she was getting. And it was smelled like warm.
- 59:37Speaker 1: Another's a nice for to soon noticed that it looked
- 59:40Speaker 1: like his wife still live. He hadn't changed a thing
- 59:42Speaker 1: in fifteen years. Okay, nine, we're starting to get the
- 59:46Speaker 1: WS wrong. Here isn't her signs over the master bed
- 59:51Speaker 1: and in the master bedroom he sent it bath bomb
- 59:54Speaker 1: sending low shoots candles everywhere. He told me he'd been
- 59:58Speaker 1: single for fifteen years. So I ask him who was
- 1:00:01Speaker 1: the lavender peach pink. I don't even know what that is.
- 1:00:07Speaker 1: It's a flower, pretty flower. Because I was gonna say,
- 1:00:11Speaker 1: because the pink pony is a strip club, I'll tell
- 1:00:17Speaker 1: you right now. Okay, but the pink pony is a
- 1:00:20Speaker 1: strip club if he had a pole in helf. Hang on,
- 1:00:24Speaker 1: I'll tell you what I think. Part two of Steve's
- 1:00:27Speaker 1: response is coming up in twenty three minutes after the hour.
- 1:00:30Speaker 1: Today's Strawberry Letters subject he loves sweet smelling lotions. We'll
- 1:00:34Speaker 1: get back into it right after this. You're listening show,
- 1:00:40Speaker 1: all right, Steve, come on, let's recap today's Strawberry Letters
- 1:00:43Speaker 1: subject he loves sweet smelling lotions. Yeah he do. Pretty boy,
- 1:00:48Speaker 1: you met a nice guy. Forty two Everything God asked
- 1:00:52Speaker 1: you asked God for my troubled starts to do. Y'all
- 1:00:56Speaker 1: do Bible steady every night? Nobody does Bible steady everything.
- 1:01:03Speaker 1: WHOA that's hard every night? I mean body, end of
- 1:01:08Speaker 1: the year, you would know what relations Ruth was to esther.
- 1:01:12Speaker 1: You would know so much if you do it every night,
- 1:01:17Speaker 1: y'all would get on my nerves with that. No, no, Sherley,
- 1:01:20Speaker 1: that's too much. Now unless you going to the school
- 1:01:23Speaker 1: of theology and you're studying to be a rabbile minister.
- 1:01:27Speaker 1: We ain't gotta do this every night now, y'all need
- 1:01:29Speaker 1: to get to know each other. Anyway, you walked into
- 1:01:32Speaker 1: his house and it smelled like warm vanella and you thought, well,
- 1:01:37Speaker 1: this is nice, but it looked like his wife still
- 1:01:39Speaker 1: lived at and he ain't changed the thing in fifteen years.
- 1:01:42Speaker 1: Got his and her signs over the master bed and
- 1:01:46Speaker 1: in the master bathoble, send it bath bomb, sent it, soaps, lotions,
- 1:01:50Speaker 1: candles everywhere. He told you he'd been singing for fifteen years.
- 1:01:54Speaker 1: So you ask him who the laughing the peacher and
- 1:01:56Speaker 1: the pink pony. The pink ponies a strip club, our team,
- 1:01:59Speaker 1: and Jennifer Breede sent it lotion okay, PIONI I don't
- 1:02:03Speaker 1: know what that is, and so belonged to him, he said,
- 1:02:09Speaker 1: because he loves to smell good after a hot bath. Well,
- 1:02:14Speaker 1: see right there, we got a whole another problem. See
- 1:02:19Speaker 1: these hot baths with these smelling sauces. That's all like
- 1:02:27Speaker 1: you know, most men I know we shower people the
- 1:02:33Speaker 1: long drawn out baths. Now you're gonna next thing, You're
- 1:02:37Speaker 1: gonna tell me he got bubbles in it, and he
- 1:02:39Speaker 1: dranking wine, reading books. I don't have to tell you now.
- 1:02:44Speaker 1: He de lit some candles, He got some bubbles, and
- 1:02:47Speaker 1: he dranking wine and reading a book. Run Lady. But
- 1:02:53Speaker 1: he said his wife got him hooked on them since
- 1:02:56Speaker 1: years ago. That night we got ready for bad He Hour.
- 1:03:00Speaker 1: He put on tons of juniper breeze lotion. We watched
- 1:03:03Speaker 1: the movie. I slept in the guest room that night.
- 1:03:05Speaker 1: But it's sent linga all in the back of the house.
- 1:03:07Speaker 1: I ain't never dated a man smell better than me,
- 1:03:09Speaker 1: so I've been distant from him to pass week until
- 1:03:12Speaker 1: I figured things out. I need your advice on this.
- 1:03:14Speaker 1: Is this red flag or do you think it's something
- 1:03:16Speaker 1: he might be willing to change me? Now I'm gonna
- 1:03:18Speaker 1: tell you he could change this for you. But the
- 1:03:20Speaker 1: red flag is not the smell. The red flag is
- 1:03:26Speaker 1: Bible study. Every night, these his in her signs over
- 1:03:32Speaker 1: the master bed and in the master bathroom his in her. Obviously,
- 1:03:40Speaker 1: this stuff reminds him of his ex wife, and as
- 1:03:43Speaker 1: a further reminder, he puts on all these sins like
- 1:03:46Speaker 1: she told it. Now, you, on the other hand, could
- 1:03:50Speaker 1: get him to change. Since we can go from let
- 1:03:53Speaker 1: me go over the list again. You can go from juniper, breeze,
- 1:04:00Speaker 1: pioni from lavender, and you can go from peach. Now
- 1:04:08Speaker 1: you can get into musk fruit. You can get some
- 1:04:14Speaker 1: more you know, dog of gray flannel. You know, you know,
- 1:04:21Speaker 1: we can get him some manly stuff. But all these
- 1:04:25Speaker 1: little happy fruit fruit things he pulling, these are red flags. Now,
- 1:04:30Speaker 1: so get your own sense. You got to get rid
- 1:04:33Speaker 1: of all in plaques and stuff got Barbara wrote all
- 1:04:36Speaker 1: over the bed and everything your name Jelisa. You know
- 1:04:40Speaker 1: you gotta get rid of all this hill. Oh. Next
- 1:04:44Speaker 1: thing you need to need to do is find out
- 1:04:46Speaker 1: why they divorced, because most men try to get rid
- 1:04:50Speaker 1: of the signs of their ex and for him to
- 1:04:53Speaker 1: be hanging on to it like that, you really need
- 1:04:55Speaker 1: to find out why they got a divorce. Obviously it
- 1:04:59Speaker 1: was and something he wanted because he didn't kept too
- 1:05:03Speaker 1: much of her around. So you need to find out
- 1:05:06Speaker 1: if he didn't got past that or not. I don't
- 1:05:08Speaker 1: think so kept everything the same. Now you need to
- 1:05:13Speaker 1: find out also for the last fifteen years he's been divorced.
- 1:05:16Speaker 1: Who has he been seeing and why has nothing stuck
- 1:05:19Speaker 1: in fifteen years? If he do all this dog on
- 1:05:23Speaker 1: Bible study, got this pretty a smile. You mean to
- 1:05:27Speaker 1: tell me all the women to go to church? And
- 1:05:29Speaker 1: ain't nobody called his attention yet? Something is wrong, And
- 1:05:34Speaker 1: I think it's got some due with them damn baths,
- 1:05:43Speaker 1: damn baths man. Yeah, with all them names of him,
- 1:05:48Speaker 1: since he had not one manly fragrance, you know, yeah,
- 1:05:53Speaker 1: I think everything you know, hab Broder, old spice. Yeah,
- 1:06:02Speaker 1: you know, you know you want some some of them
- 1:06:04Speaker 1: named the polo, you know. Let you know he a
- 1:06:07Speaker 1: man man. Yeah, I got a part. Let me tell yourself.
- 1:06:11Speaker 1: I got a part of the steal wear polo, swear back,
- 1:06:16Speaker 1: swear back. This hot night, he told me he he
- 1:06:21Speaker 1: found a six pack of polo at Costco. I went
- 1:06:25Speaker 1: for a six pack of polo. He lost his mind.
- 1:06:32Speaker 1: Oh that's what I think you should do. That's my suggestion.
- 1:06:35Speaker 1: I don't think you should throw him awight, but you
- 1:06:37Speaker 1: need to five stuff like that. But he could be
- 1:06:42Speaker 1: a good guy. Y'all got to stop this vible steady
- 1:06:45Speaker 1: every night, Steve all right, listen. Hit us up on
- 1:06:50Speaker 1: Instagram at Steve Harvey FM with your thoughts on today's
- 1:06:55Speaker 1: Strawberry Letter. Please check out the Strawberry Letter podcast on
- 1:06:58Speaker 1: de Man. Coming up next, Sports with Junior. You know
- 1:07:01Speaker 1: what it is right after this you're listening morning show?
- 1:07:06Speaker 1: All right here we are. It is that time for
- 1:07:09Speaker 1: Junior and sports talk. What you got Junior, all Shirlett
- 1:07:12Speaker 1: is super Bowl is set? It is, It is set.
- 1:07:16Speaker 1: We got the Tampa bay Buccaniz and the Kansas City Chiefs.
- 1:07:20Speaker 1: And this is the first time ever, Tommy, in the
- 1:07:22Speaker 1: NFL history that the home team or the Tampa bucan
- 1:07:25Speaker 1: we've been playing their own stadium that they've been playing
- 1:07:28Speaker 1: in Tampa Dome. Tampa. Man, this is big deal. Yeah,
- 1:07:37Speaker 1: is always in different places, but it's never happened where
- 1:07:41Speaker 1: the one of the teams that's playing it's actually in
- 1:07:44Speaker 1: their city. So you know, Tampa is hosting the super Bowl,
- 1:07:48Speaker 1: Tampa is in the super Bowl. This this, this don't
- 1:07:51Speaker 1: happen all the time. This don't happen. I'm clear. Football question, Yeah,
- 1:07:57Speaker 1: I have a football no idea. What you're talking about,
- 1:08:00Speaker 1: Junior stem who's the genius that let Brady go who
- 1:08:05Speaker 1: is who came up with another question? Somebody should not
- 1:08:10Speaker 1: be working. Somebody should be out of work. Come to morrow.
- 1:08:17Speaker 1: I'll tell you one thing, Jay, I'm telling you man.
- 1:08:21Speaker 1: For this dude to be in the super Bowl after
- 1:08:24Speaker 1: leaving the Patriots, who weren't. Now the Patriots weren't in
- 1:08:29Speaker 1: the super Bowl last year? No, they weren't. Who was
- 1:08:32Speaker 1: in the super Bowl last year? Can't see the chief Chiefs?
- 1:08:37Speaker 1: Good to get rid of Brady because you didn't make
- 1:08:41Speaker 1: it to the super Bowl and then your team don't
- 1:08:45Speaker 1: make the playoffs and the team you trade into is
- 1:08:48Speaker 1: going to the super Bowl. Want me tell you something.
- 1:08:52Speaker 1: It's a very nervous general manager right now up somewhere,
- 1:08:57Speaker 1: it really is. And this is Tom Brady's ten super Bowl. Wow?
- 1:09:02Speaker 1: Can I say this so, junior, if Brady wins this,
- 1:09:06Speaker 1: you're supposed to walk away. Now, yeah, you're supposed to
- 1:09:09Speaker 1: leave on top, leave on top. It's snow down. In
- 1:09:13Speaker 1: my mind, he's the greatest quarterback in the game. When
- 1:09:17Speaker 1: you leave and go to another team and come back
- 1:09:19Speaker 1: to the super Bowl, oh my god, you're the greatest.
- 1:09:22Speaker 1: And then one other note over, I just ain't got
- 1:09:24Speaker 1: any to do football, but has anybody waking Connor McGregor
- 1:09:29Speaker 1: yet has any on this Monday morning? Dude, y'all see that. Dude,
- 1:09:37Speaker 1: y'all tried to call you. I was like, okay, I'm
- 1:09:39Speaker 1: about it. I'm about to fight, Junior. I was trying
- 1:09:41Speaker 1: to buy the fight and they said you can't buy
- 1:09:43Speaker 1: to fight to fight over. I was like, just the
- 1:09:48Speaker 1: second round over, ye, man. So you know it was
- 1:09:52Speaker 1: a good weekend sports. I kind of hurt me too, man,
- 1:09:55Speaker 1: because I like Conor mcgreg that dude, not that Phoenix
- 1:09:59Speaker 1: chest Phoenish left in the flying around. Man. All right, Junior,
- 1:10:12Speaker 1: thank you. Coming up next Comedy Roulette with Jay Anthony Brown.

- 1:15:21Speaker 1: and he's our personal poet laureate. So anyway, Amanda Gorman's
- 1:15:26Speaker 1: books are on top of the Amazon sales charts, of course,
- 1:15:30Speaker 1: after her powerful performance at last week's inauguration. Yeah, I
- 1:15:36Speaker 1: don un poem on poem. That's that's why I didn't
- 1:15:42Speaker 1: want to bring it up. Seeing just writing. That's why
- 1:15:45Speaker 1: being in the spotlight led to both of her books,
- 1:15:48Speaker 1: The Hill We Climb Poems and Change Sings, a children's anthem,
- 1:15:53Speaker 1: to surge to the top of the best selling list.
- 1:15:56Speaker 1: Right Amanda tweet it I Am on the Floor, my

- 1:17:02Speaker 1: Let's look into his mind, Ladies and gentlemen, the dark,
- 1:17:06Speaker 1: demented and troubled man of a bitter, broken up, love
- 1:17:13Speaker 1: starved man. Here we go. I have some questions that
- 1:17:21Speaker 1: will let you know if you should receive black card.
- 1:17:25Speaker 1: We got points to those, but here we go. First question,

- 1:17:45Speaker 1: a car? Give yourself three points, yes, yes, or if
- 1:17:49Speaker 1: you got yourself points. Is there anyone white that you'd
- 1:17:53Speaker 1: like to have sex with? Takeaway two points? Yeah, yeah, yeah,
- 1:18:00Speaker 1: hold on, let me take my two points away. Here
- 1:18:02Speaker 1: we go, all right. Have you ever fixed anything with
- 1:18:05Speaker 1: a knife, fork or a spoon? Give yourself six points?
- 1:18:09Speaker 1: Put that down there. Oh, I'm back up, I'm back up,
- 1:18:13Speaker 1: All right, all right, here we go. Have you ever
- 1:18:15Speaker 1: put something in front of the oven to dry? Four points?
- 1:18:20Speaker 1: Give yourself four points for that? Have you ever washed
- 1:18:26Speaker 1: your face with a dish cloth? Give yourself two points

- 1:18:48Speaker 1: for that? Oh, not for the word. Yeah. My comedy
- 1:18:57Speaker 1: career started as a ten year old at Have Have
- 1:19:02Speaker 1: you ever had a sandwich inside the rapper that it
- 1:19:07Speaker 1: came in? Have you ever had that? Meaning? Yes? Yes?

- 1:19:23Speaker 1: last question? Have you ever eaten a piece of candy
- 1:19:27Speaker 1: that an old person pulled out of there bra and
- 1:19:31Speaker 1: you ate it? Anyway? If you have not done anything,
- 1:19:35Speaker 1: I was young, I did Break of the Day and
- 1:19:43Speaker 1: yeah the day, and I have a quote to take
- 1:19:47Speaker 1: with you. Here we go. If you are a man
- 1:19:50Speaker 1: and you weigh three hundred and fifty pounds, you have
- 1:19:54Speaker 1: no reason walking a dog that weighs one pound? Okay,
- 1:20:00Speaker 1: making us coming up in forty nine minutes after the
- 1:20:09Speaker 1: horable Steve Harvey will be right here. Don't weigh out it,
- 1:20:13Speaker 1: don't at all giving us some closing remarks right after
- 1:20:17Speaker 1: you're listening to all right, Steve, here we are last
- 1:20:25Speaker 1: break of the day on this Monday, brand new week,
- 1:20:29Speaker 1: brand new full week of work for the brand new president.
- 1:20:32Speaker 1: You know what, I want to talk about this with
- 1:20:34Speaker 1: y'all too, because you said something Man at the top
- 1:20:36Speaker 1: of the show that really, I don't know if people
- 1:20:39Speaker 1: you know what, Man. Since Trump has been out of office,
- 1:20:45Speaker 1: I think for us it has given us a break
- 1:20:48Speaker 1: from having to run home and cut the TV on
- 1:20:52Speaker 1: and see what he did and said. We ain't had
- 1:20:54Speaker 1: to deal with no ignorant tweets. It has been a
- 1:20:58Speaker 1: relief and it's like it's a relief to know that
- 1:21:02Speaker 1: somebody is trying to formulate a plan to get this
- 1:21:06Speaker 1: COVID thing under control and really going forward and talk
- 1:21:10Speaker 1: about and it really exposed how the Trump administration had
- 1:21:13Speaker 1: done nothing. Yeah, nothing, but but but you know what,
- 1:21:17Speaker 1: you know what understate. I'm with you on that, But
- 1:21:21Speaker 1: at the same time, in the back of my mind,
- 1:21:24Speaker 1: I'd be one thing like what is he doing? Is
- 1:21:29Speaker 1: he doing something? In my mind started wondering like what
- 1:21:32Speaker 1: is he doing? Is he kind of conjure up something?
- 1:21:37Speaker 1: You know what. I've been I'm over here, Jay, I'm
- 1:21:39Speaker 1: over here, like I'm worried because I ain't heard from him.
- 1:21:44Speaker 1: A person that evil. Don't stop ye are saying what
- 1:21:51Speaker 1: are you doing? You're doing something. But I refuse to
- 1:21:56Speaker 1: let my mind go there because it's been on him
- 1:21:58Speaker 1: so much twenty for seven, for the last what four
- 1:22:02Speaker 1: years now? So I'm done. Well, you know what he has.
- 1:22:08Speaker 1: He has a platform, He has a platform. He has
- 1:22:13Speaker 1: Hannity on Fox, and he has Russia Limbaugh on the radio.
- 1:22:17Speaker 1: So he has a way to get when he comes
- 1:22:20Speaker 1: up with a plan. And he talked with his boys
- 1:22:23Speaker 1: like he gave He gave Russia Limba the Congressional Medal
- 1:22:27Speaker 1: of Honor? What what? What? What has he done? Medal
- 1:22:34Speaker 1: of Freedom? President whatever it is either presidential Medal of Freedom? What?
- 1:22:39Speaker 1: Why are he getting any chain put around his neck?
- 1:22:42Speaker 1: Does anything? I mean for what? Dog? What has he
- 1:22:51Speaker 1: done to help mankind people? What has he done to
- 1:22:58Speaker 1: save what? Man? I know what? Still I'll say the
- 1:23:03Speaker 1: funniest thing. Go ahead, go ahead, No, no, go ahead. No.
- 1:23:08Speaker 1: I was just gonna say. I can't get these out
- 1:23:11Speaker 1: of my mind. These Bernie Sanders memes. Everyone they use
- 1:23:17Speaker 1: them on My show Man. There everywhere, there's so a
- 1:23:28Speaker 1: Baptist pool. I was, but they said, Bernie Econi McGregor.
- 1:23:37Speaker 1: The one way he's choking Bernie said they're really funny.
- 1:23:44Speaker 1: You know, he has a great sense of humor. But
- 1:23:46Speaker 1: they're gonna get t shirts and sweatshirts, print it out,
- 1:23:49Speaker 1: and then they're gonna give that money to meals on
- 1:23:51Speaker 1: wheels to help older citizens. Yeah who can't get up. Yeah,
- 1:23:59Speaker 1: I think they have some already. Um, but yeah, it's
- 1:24:02Speaker 1: just been funny. Those mittens. Did you see the one
- 1:24:07Speaker 1: with OJ and Court, Remember he had the gloves, he
- 1:24:12Speaker 1: had the mittens. They put the mittens on OJ's hands.
- 1:24:15Speaker 1: The one with Janet Jackson. Haven't seen that one? Yes? Yes, yes,
- 1:24:20Speaker 1: on the cover of her album when she had yeah,
- 1:24:22Speaker 1: the guy's hands covering her breath. Did y'all see one
- 1:24:26Speaker 1: they had to mins remember the scene and ghost when
- 1:24:28Speaker 1: they had to clay pottery. Yes, more put Bernie's mittens
- 1:24:34Speaker 1: in there. Yeah, they've been having so much fun with
- 1:24:37Speaker 1: Bernie and that. Yeah, I'm glad he does. But you know,
- 1:24:44Speaker 1: like you were saying, Steve, at least now we have
- 1:24:46Speaker 1: some hope, you know, about the future and everything got
- 1:24:50Speaker 1: a plan. But as forward I thought, I was feeling like, Okay,
- 1:24:56Speaker 1: I'm at a point now I don't have to wake
- 1:24:58Speaker 1: up every morning and watch the news. But there's something
- 1:25:01Speaker 1: in me to still feel like I still need to
- 1:25:04Speaker 1: watch the news like it ain't over, like it's something
- 1:25:07Speaker 1: gonna happen. I'm still at that mode right now, like
- 1:25:10Speaker 1: we can still feel like I got to get up
- 1:25:12Speaker 1: and watch the news because something it ain't I feel
- 1:25:15Speaker 1: like it's not. You know, look, man, I watched the news.
- 1:25:19Speaker 1: You know, I've watched the news, but I don't care,
- 1:25:21Speaker 1: you know, dude, Look, man, Donald Trump, he had such
- 1:25:26Speaker 1: a weight over the news and fake news and you know, man,
- 1:25:32Speaker 1: unless he said it ain't real and you know it
- 1:25:36Speaker 1: Foxes this and he tweeting it. I'm just glad that,
- 1:25:40Speaker 1: you know. I'm just glad that it's some decency in
- 1:25:44Speaker 1: the White House, you know, just somebody, man who's not
- 1:25:48Speaker 1: an embarrassment to us. Look, man, look this, this guy,
- 1:25:54Speaker 1: Joe Biden can't fix America. I got now. I'm not naive. Man,
- 1:26:00Speaker 1: especially you can't fix America. He's not gonna stop quite
- 1:26:04Speaker 1: supremacis from being quite supremacist. He's not gonna stop Trumpism
- 1:26:09Speaker 1: from being what it is. He's gonna make some headway,
- 1:26:13Speaker 1: but at least the rhetoric coming from the top won't
- 1:26:16Speaker 1: be as divisive it's gonna take a lot to get
- 1:26:20Speaker 1: this country unified, because it's just from hateful as people
- 1:26:22Speaker 1: that ain't gonna do it no matter what. And I'm
- 1:26:25Speaker 1: not naive enough to think that they are, because they're not.
- 1:26:28Speaker 1: Hate will be with us always, Racism will always never
- 1:26:32Speaker 1: eradicate racism. This ain't Heaven, you know, come on, man,
- 1:26:43Speaker 1: this is this is earth. Far. Yeah, we're still we're
- 1:26:45Speaker 1: still in the world, right, But I just stay aware
- 1:26:54Speaker 1: of the power that we have for the vote and
- 1:26:56Speaker 1: not get complacent points elections come up. Let's get I don't.
- 1:27:01Speaker 1: But we should never not vote again. We should never
- 1:27:04Speaker 1: never be in a position where we don't think we
- 1:27:05Speaker 1: should not be voting. Right, That's right, Steve, Well, y'all
- 1:27:10Speaker 1: have a good one. We see y'all. Lamar, stay well
- 1:27:13Speaker 1: now talk to God. He loved to hear from you.
