- 0:00Speaker 1: It is a huge week for justice with the Michael
- 0:04Speaker 1: Sussman trial beginning, and this is a trial that will
- 0:07Speaker 1: refocus attention on all of the Democrats. I would say,
- 0:12Speaker 1: a legal activity from the twenty sixteen election where they
- 0:16Speaker 1: tried to frame Donald Trump and his associates for crimes
- 0:19Speaker 1: they never committed. Crimes of the deep state knew never happened.
- 0:25Speaker 1: Collusion with Donald Trump in Russia that they knew never happened,
- 0:29Speaker 1: a dossier from Still that they knew was a lie
- 0:32Speaker 1: that they knew was fabricated, that they knew was actually
- 0:36Speaker 1: created by the Hillary Clinton campaign, including Hillary Clinton authorizing it.
- 0:42Speaker 1: So this trial is a trial that everyone needs to
- 0:46Speaker 1: be focusing on now. Number one, the media will not
- 0:50Speaker 1: be focusing on this trial. Understand that. Now. Michael Sussman,
- 0:55Speaker 1: who is he? And I need to remind you of
- 0:57Speaker 1: all this because there's been so much news that's happened
- 1:00Speaker 1: with Hunter Biden. And if you are listening right now,
- 1:03Speaker 1: let me also remind you. In our podcasts, we have
- 1:06Speaker 1: a breakdown of many of the lies told by Sessman.
- 1:10Speaker 1: We have a five part series on Hunter Biden's laptop.
- 1:14Speaker 1: We have a series on Hillary Clinton and the lies
- 1:18Speaker 1: and the dossier and how we got to where we
- 1:20Speaker 1: are today. So if you missed any of that, make
- 1:22Speaker 1: sure you go back and listen to those podcasts because
- 1:26Speaker 1: they are evergreen. They will explain so much more about
- 1:29Speaker 1: Michael Sessman than I'm going to give you today because
- 1:31Speaker 1: I really want to focus on this trial, and before
- 1:34Speaker 1: I get to that, I want to remind you about

- 2:37Speaker 1: six seven five one twenty two eighteen or online at
- 2:43Speaker 1: Legacy PM investments dot com. All right, So who is
- 2:49Speaker 1: Michael Sussman. Susman is a former Justice Department prosecutor who
- 2:55Speaker 1: went on to work at a law firm that has
- 2:58Speaker 1: represented long represents a Democrat. So this is a guy
- 3:02Speaker 1: part of the deep state. Former Justice Department prosecutor Corocuter
- 3:06Speaker 1: who laughed to cash in right as part of the
- 3:09Speaker 1: deep state. He has been charged with a serious crime.
- 3:13Speaker 1: He's been charged with one count of line to the FBI.
- 3:17Speaker 1: Now his trial begins with jury selection, and it's happening
- 3:22Speaker 1: in DC. It will focus in part on the controversies
- 3:26Speaker 1: from the twenty sixteen presidential election when the Democratic Party
- 3:30Speaker 1: tried to overthrow and influence the twenty sixteen election and
- 3:34Speaker 1: they tried to impeach Donald Trump because allies that they created,
- 3:37Speaker 1: Hillary Clinton and the Democrat National Committee created at a
- 3:42Speaker 1: meeting with the FBI in September of two thousand and sixteen,
- 3:46Speaker 1: Michael Susman, who was at that point a partner at
- 3:50Speaker 1: this mega Democrat firm, Perkins Coy, presented computer data suggesting
- 3:58Speaker 1: a quote possible computer communications directly between Donald Trump's companies
- 4:06Speaker 1: and a Russian bank. That bank was called Alpha Bank.
- 4:11Speaker 1: He is now accused of lying to the FBI when
- 4:14Speaker 1: he claimed in the meaning that he requested, that he
- 4:18Speaker 1: was not bringing them this information on behalf of any client.
- 4:23Speaker 1: Prosecutors say that Sessman was acting on behalf of the
- 4:27Speaker 1: Hillary Clinton campaign and on behalf of a tech executive
- 4:31Speaker 1: who gathered the data, Rodney Jove. Now what you need
- 4:36Speaker 1: to understand is they asked him, are you representing anybody?
- 4:39Speaker 1: And he said, no, I'm here on my own accord.
- 4:40Speaker 1: I'm just being a whistleblower. We uncover this and we
- 4:43Speaker 1: thought you should know that Donald Trump has this secret
- 4:46Speaker 1: line of communication basically with the Kremlin and Alpha Bank. Now,
- 4:51Speaker 1: even when the CIA did their intelligence on this claim,
- 4:54Speaker 1: they said it was not plausible. They said that they
- 4:57Speaker 1: believed it was fabricated information by the person that brought
- 5:01Speaker 1: it to the FBI. Yet they still weaponize it and
- 5:04Speaker 1: they still use that information to try to overthrow the
- 5:06Speaker 1: will of the people by impeaching Donald Trump. We also
- 5:11Speaker 1: know that Sessman was lying to the FBI because he
- 5:15Speaker 1: builled the hours to Hillary Clinton for the meeting time
- 5:20Speaker 1: that he had with the FBI, while claiming he was
- 5:23Speaker 1: there on his own accord. Now, the Sessman case marks
- 5:26Speaker 1: the first trial to rise out of the work of
- 5:30Speaker 1: the Special Council John Durham. That's why also why it's
- 5:32Speaker 1: so significant this week. He was appointed, I'll remind you
- 5:36Speaker 1: back in twenty nineteen by Attorney General Barr to examine
- 5:40Speaker 1: how the FBI and other agencies investigated the Trump campaign
- 5:44Speaker 1: amid Russian interference in the presidential election. Durham's appointment in
- 5:50Speaker 1: the cases he has filed or quote controversial if you
- 5:54Speaker 1: believe the Washington Post. That's how they described it today. Republicans,
- 5:59Speaker 1: we've been waiting for the investigation of the investigators. Why,
- 6:05Speaker 1: because we want to show clearly that the FBI targeted
- 6:08Speaker 1: Donald Trump unfairly. Democrats are already accusing Durham of seeking
- 6:13Speaker 1: to punish those who investigated Trump, when we know that
- 6:17Speaker 1: the quote evidence that they used to investigate Trump was
- 6:21Speaker 1: made up by the Democrats. So of course it's time
- 6:24Speaker 1: to investigate the investigators. What does at stake a lot?
- 6:29Speaker 1: A conviction could spell the end of Susman's legal career
- 6:34Speaker 1: as well as a case to cloud over the long
- 6:37Speaker 1: defunct Clinton campaign. It could mean serious consequences for other
- 6:43Speaker 1: Democrats and possible jail time for Sussman. Now, acquittal would
- 6:49Speaker 1: be damaging right to Durham's credibility and would intensify calls
- 6:55Speaker 1: for liberal from liberals that the Attorney General, now Merrick Garland,
- 6:59Speaker 1: shut down the Durham investigation. Now, this is what the
- 7:04Speaker 1: jury is now faced with. They're going to see evidence,
- 7:08Speaker 1: and this evidence that they're going to look at and
- 7:10Speaker 1: they're going to have to decide on is whether or
- 7:12Speaker 1: not Susman told the FBI a lie when he said
- 7:16Speaker 1: he was not acting on behalf of a client. But
- 7:19Speaker 1: we know from the Billabile hours that he clearly was
- 7:22Speaker 1: acting on behalf of a client, because otherwise why would
- 7:25Speaker 1: he have charged that client, Hillary Clinton's campaign for the
- 7:29Speaker 1: time he was meeting with the FBI. Now, whether Susman's
- 7:33Speaker 1: claims are relevant to how the FBI investigated the computer
- 7:37Speaker 1: data will also come up in this trial. Durham is
- 7:42Speaker 1: going to argue that if the FBI had known that
- 7:44Speaker 1: Michael Susman was working for Hillary Clinton with an agenda,
- 7:48Speaker 1: the bureau would have proceeded differently with the information. Susman's
- 7:54Speaker 1: legal team says, the FBI knew full well that Susman
- 7:57Speaker 1: was a lawyer for Democrats because of Burea had dealt
- 8:00Speaker 1: with him many times before. My question is this Democratic lawyer,
- 8:06Speaker 1: why was he dealing with the FBI on such a
- 8:09Speaker 1: regular basis? And maybe this is something that's happened that
- 8:11Speaker 1: we don't we don't even know about. Maybe they've been
- 8:13Speaker 1: spying on other Republican candidates or other conservative commentators, and
- 8:18Speaker 1: we don't even know about it because apparently, in their
- 8:20Speaker 1: own words, Susman he has been they're saying, quote, the
- 8:24Speaker 1: FBI knew quote full well that Susman was a lawyer
- 8:27Speaker 1: for Democrats because the bureau had dealt with them so
- 8:30Speaker 1: many times before. Well, how many other cases how the
- 8:34Speaker 1: Democrats done? How many other surveillance programs have they done?
- 8:37Speaker 1: How many other shady things have they done against conservatives?
- 8:41Speaker 1: When Obama was the president or while Biden's the president. Now,
- 8:47Speaker 1: now the key witness in the case is going to
- 8:48Speaker 1: be James Baker, that is, the FBI's former top lawyer.
- 8:54Speaker 1: That's the guy who met with Susman in September twenty
- 8:56Speaker 1: sixteen and received the information. The trial will also feature
- 9:01Speaker 1: more than a half dozen current or former law enforcement officials.
- 9:05Speaker 1: They're going to be asked to revisit the dates. Towards
- 9:08Speaker 1: the end of that twenty sixteen campaign, when tensions were
- 9:12Speaker 1: running extremely high inside the FBI's agents pursued cases involving
- 9:17Speaker 1: both presidential candidates, one Donald Trump, the other Hillary Clinton.
- 9:23Speaker 1: And you may ask yourself, what else does at stake here?
- 9:26Speaker 1: A lot? Because Durham's theory of the case is that
- 9:29Speaker 1: Sessman was engaged in a kind of joint venture, specifically
- 9:34Speaker 1: with a Clinton campaign. He was involved with opposition researchers
- 9:38Speaker 1: and computer experts to generate quote news stories that would
- 9:44Speaker 1: damage Trump's chances of winning the presidency. This was all
- 9:48Speaker 1: about slandering somebody making up lies. Same group also wanted
- 9:53Speaker 1: to get the FBI to investigate the allegations of coordination
- 9:56Speaker 1: between the Trump campaign and the Russians, as well as
- 10:01Speaker 1: spur new stories, new news stories about such an investigation.
- 10:09Speaker 1: It's clear from the court filings by the way that
- 10:11Speaker 1: Durham's team takes a dem view of this alleged effort,
- 10:17Speaker 1: right because it's obvious that this was all created out
- 10:21Speaker 1: of thin air. A number of current and former federal
- 10:25Speaker 1: law enforcement officials say that quote such opposition research may
- 10:30Speaker 1: appear unseemingly, but they said, well, this is just part
- 10:33Speaker 1: of what happens. So the prosecutors are going to have
- 10:37Speaker 1: to convince a jury in the nation's capital, where they're
- 10:41Speaker 1: much more in tune to political shenanigans, that this behavior
- 10:46Speaker 1: amounts to an actual crime. In other words, are going
- 10:48Speaker 1: to try to act like, well, a lying the FBI
- 10:49Speaker 1: is not that big of a deal. It's nothing new.
- 10:52Speaker 1: This is just what happens. Now for Durham, this is
- 10:56Speaker 1: going to be a very significant moment because he is
- 11:01Speaker 1: going to have to do something that has not been
- 11:03Speaker 1: done a long time, take down one of the biggest
- 11:06Speaker 1: crime families in American history and politics, the Clinton team.
- 11:11Speaker 1: This is going to be all hands on deck for
- 11:13Speaker 1: the Clinton team, and this is going to be all
- 11:16Speaker 1: hands on deck for the media to make sure that
- 11:17Speaker 1: this doesn't actually hurt Joe Biden or Hillary Clinton or
- 11:21Speaker 1: Barack Obama. Now something interesting has also just happened. Durham
- 11:27Speaker 1: has released text messages now allegedly proving that Hillary Clinton's
- 11:34Speaker 1: lawyer did in fact lie to the FBI. Sean Duffy
- 11:39Speaker 1: talked about this latest development on Fox News, and I
- 11:43Speaker 1: want you to hear what he had to say about
- 11:46Speaker 1: Durham releasing these text messages that allegedly provide proof that
- 11:51Speaker 1: the Clinton lawyer lied to the FBI, and the rest
- 11:54Speaker 1: of the media is not covering this. Special counsel John
- 11:59Speaker 1: Durham releasing new evidence that seems to show that Clinton
- 12:02Speaker 1: lawyer Michael Sussman lied to the FBI after claiming he
- 12:05Speaker 1: did not work for the DNC. Sean Duffy Fox, who's
- 12:08Speaker 1: contributed the informer Wisconsin congressman, joins us, Now, you just
- 12:11Speaker 1: saw that text message on the screen from Michael Sussman
- 12:15Speaker 1: to Jim Baker says, I have something time sensitive. I'm
- 12:18Speaker 1: coming on my own, not on behalf of a client
- 12:21Speaker 1: or company, want to help the bureau. That seems like
- 12:25Speaker 1: the smoking gun. Sean, what does this mean for Michael Sussman?
- 12:27Speaker 1: And I guess more importantly, overall, the investigation into the
- 12:32Speaker 1: origins of the Russia probe overall. Yeah, well, the quality
- 12:37Speaker 1: of evidence matters, right, So you can have the FBI
- 12:40Speaker 1: testify to the recollection of what was said to them
- 12:43Speaker 1: before a meeting. They might have their note that they
- 12:45Speaker 1: can refer to and say, listen, I I took immediate
- 12:47Speaker 1: notes during the meeting that could be admissible. But when
- 12:50Speaker 1: you have a text message from the defendant himself incriminating himself,
- 12:55Speaker 1: that is unimpeachable evidence and goes to the quality of
- 13:00Speaker 1: the Special Council's case against Assessman. So again I think
- 13:03Speaker 1: this is a death blow. But what this says more
- 13:06Speaker 1: more broadly about what Hillary Clinton was doing in the
- 13:09Speaker 1: Russia hoax was they were trying to dupe everybody, the
- 13:12Speaker 1: American people, the press, the FBI. Now, I think you
- 13:16Speaker 1: had willing participants to be duped within the FBI and
- 13:19Speaker 1: the and the press, But this was a concerted effort
- 13:22Speaker 1: to drive this narrative that Donald Trump was colluding with Russia,
- 13:26Speaker 1: selling out the American people on behalf of the Russians,
- 13:30Speaker 1: and have the American people turn on our new sitting president.
- 13:34Speaker 1: Outrageous stuff. And it started with this line to the FBI.
- 13:39Speaker 1: Be interesting to see if Hillary is in some real
- 13:42Speaker 1: legal trouble because of this is the drip drip continues.
- 13:46Speaker 1: Let's go back to that text message, and this is
- 13:49Speaker 1: what the jury is going to hear. And I don't
- 13:53Speaker 1: know how if you're on this jury, this doesn't close
- 13:57Speaker 1: the case immediately for you. That obviously Michael Sussman lied
- 14:02Speaker 1: to the FBI, because that's who's being charged with. And
- 14:04Speaker 1: again this is the exact text message, Jim, it's Michael Sussman.
- 14:09Speaker 1: I have something time sensitive and sensitive. He puts in parentheses.
- 14:15Speaker 1: I need to discuss do you have availability for a
- 14:20Speaker 1: short meeting tomorrow? He says preemptively. I'm coming on my own,
- 14:28Speaker 1: not on behalf of a client or company. Want to
- 14:32Speaker 1: help the bureau thinks. Baker responds, okay, I will find
- 14:39Speaker 1: a time what might work for you? Now, why did
- 14:45Speaker 1: he say he was coming on his own Because he
- 14:46Speaker 1: knew he need to get in the door. And two,
- 14:49Speaker 1: he didn't want this to go down a different course.
- 14:53Speaker 1: He didn't want them to look at it through the
- 14:55Speaker 1: eyes of oh, this could be political in nature. You
- 14:59Speaker 1: meet take that off the table by saying what he said, right,
- 15:04Speaker 1: you immediately take it off the table by coming in
- 15:06Speaker 1: and saying, hey, man, this is on my own. I'm
- 15:09Speaker 1: shocked by this. I can't believe what we've just switness
- 15:11Speaker 1: I can't believe what we just saw. I can't believe
- 15:14Speaker 1: what has just happened. You need to know this. I'm
- 15:16Speaker 1: trying to give you something that will protect you for
- 15:19Speaker 1: you know, and this is an incredible thing that has
- 15:21Speaker 1: happened that I've uncovered. You need to know this, right,
- 15:25Speaker 1: you really need to know this. This is I'm in shock.
- 15:28Speaker 1: And then he walks in, He's like, hey, Donald Trump
- 15:33Speaker 1: has got these connections to Russia and this Russian bank
- 15:36Speaker 1: and has a secret server set up in a secret
- 15:38Speaker 1: communication and you just need to know this. Like what
- 15:43Speaker 1: we're witnessing right now is just so horrific and shocking.
- 15:46Speaker 1: I'm just I'm just trying to help the bureau here.
- 15:49Speaker 1: Now the bureau, by the way, you should also just
- 15:52Speaker 1: do their homework. But you gotta understand, apparently Sessman goes
- 15:55Speaker 1: the FBI on behalf of Democrats on a regular basis.
- 15:59Speaker 1: I can't even imagine. And what else he's funneled the
- 16:01Speaker 1: FBI that we don't know about. I wish some of
- 16:03Speaker 1: that would come out in this campaign, Like how often
- 16:05Speaker 1: do you meet with the FBI. What other things have
- 16:08Speaker 1: you funneled to the FBI against conservatives? Have you had
- 16:11Speaker 1: other meetings about Donald Trump with the FBI outside of this?
- 16:14Speaker 1: Have you lied about other information that you've funneled to
- 16:17Speaker 1: the FBI. You're a democratic lawyer, How often do you
- 16:21Speaker 1: use the FBI to do your dirty work for you?
- 16:25Speaker 1: How often do you lie to the FBI would be
- 16:27Speaker 1: another question that I would hope would be asked by
- 16:29Speaker 1: the Durham team, because he has regular meetings and part
- 16:34Speaker 1: their defense as well, they knew he was political in nature, right,
- 16:38Speaker 1: That's what they said. Well, they knew that he's political
- 16:41Speaker 1: in nature. They understand the politics as they get it.
- 16:43Speaker 1: They comprehend it is this is normal, this is par
- 16:46Speaker 1: for the course. How often does this happen is the
- 16:51Speaker 1: question that must be asked because if your defenses you
- 16:55Speaker 1: go to the FBI all the time and they know
- 16:58Speaker 1: all the time you're feeding them information, is a democratic lawyer,
- 17:01Speaker 1: what it sounds like is your tax dollars and my
- 17:05Speaker 1: tax dollars are now going to the FBI to then
- 17:10Speaker 1: attack conservatives with information that's given them from the Clinton
- 17:14Speaker 1: campaign lawyers. And it happens a lot. I have no
- 17:19Speaker 1: idea what a lot means. Does that mean that every
- 17:22Speaker 1: week they're taxing the FBI, going hey, I got something
- 17:24Speaker 1: for you, and they want them, the FBI, to do
- 17:26Speaker 1: their dirty work and attack conservatives. I hope that comes
- 17:30Speaker 1: out in the Durhmam investigation because if this is their defense,
- 17:33Speaker 1: and that is their defense, well, the FBI knew that
- 17:36Speaker 1: he was a Democratic lawyer and he talks to the
- 17:39Speaker 1: FBI all the time. That's their words from the Washington Post.
- 17:46Speaker 1: That's their defense, and that's what they're putting out in
- 17:49Speaker 1: the media. I'll give you the exact quote again from
- 17:53Speaker 1: the Washington Post, right hardcore propaganda Washington Posts. Susman's legal
- 17:59Speaker 1: team said the FBI knew full well that Sessman was
- 18:02Speaker 1: a lawyer for Democrats because the bureau had dealt with
- 18:05Speaker 1: him many times before, many times. How often is many times?
- 18:13Speaker 1: And this key witness in the case, James Baker, how
- 18:15Speaker 1: often did he get text messages from Sessman? This is
- 18:18Speaker 1: the FBI's former top lawyer who cleared his schedule. The
- 18:22Speaker 1: FBI deals with terrorism, folks. They deal with massive amount
- 18:27Speaker 1: of drugs coming to this country. They deal with you know,
- 18:30Speaker 1: opening up day in and day out surveillance on people
- 18:35Speaker 1: that are spying on this country, from Russia, from China,
- 18:38Speaker 1: from other places. They deal with the most terrible things
- 18:41Speaker 1: that happened in America. And the top lawyer at the
- 18:44Speaker 1: FBI is like, Yeah, let me clear my schedule for you.
- 18:48Speaker 1: Let me clear my schedule for you. Sessmen. You give
- 18:50Speaker 1: us great info all the time. Right, Hey, I'm coming
- 18:53Speaker 1: on my own, he says, preemptively, not on behalf of
- 18:56Speaker 1: a client. Well, how often does he call and say
- 18:58Speaker 1: I'm here on behalf of a client? When Donald Trump
- 19:02Speaker 1: said the deep state was dirty, I didn't even believe
- 19:06Speaker 1: it was this dirty. When Donald Trump said that the
- 19:08Speaker 1: deep state was this corrupt, I didn't even believe that
- 19:12Speaker 1: it would be this bad. Yet here we are having
- 19:15Speaker 1: this conversation right now about how bad it actually is,
- 19:20Speaker 1: because it's very clear now that it was that from
- 19:23Speaker 1: the very top, the top lawyer at the FBI, he
- 19:26Speaker 1: had no problem taking information and using that information to
- 19:31Speaker 1: try to overthrow the will of the people. After the
- 19:34Speaker 1: election took place. There's a part of me, and I'm
- 19:37Speaker 1: very cynical, Okay, there's a part of me that believes
- 19:44Speaker 1: that the Democratic Party and many Republicans, for that matter,
- 19:47Speaker 1: are soulless. I expect this from Democrats. I expect this
- 19:51Speaker 1: from Schumer, from Schiff, from Pelosi. Right the entire time
- 19:55Speaker 1: they were impeaching Donald Trump. Now once but twice, they
- 19:58Speaker 1: knew the information that they were using to impeach him
- 20:01Speaker 1: was created by their own party and paid for by
- 20:04Speaker 1: their own party. They knew it was a lie from
- 20:05Speaker 1: Hillary Clinton. They knew the entire time that they were
- 20:07Speaker 1: trying to overthrow the will of the people of the
- 20:09Speaker 1: United States of America. That that is not surprising, right,
- 20:13Speaker 1: That's what they did. We know that. What is so
- 20:17Speaker 1: shocking is that the FBI does it too, because knowing
- 20:22Speaker 1: that the top lawyer the FBI would would would allow
- 20:25Speaker 1: the politics of this to happen this way. Wow, that
- 20:30Speaker 1: is the part I actually am truly shocked about. If
- 20:36Speaker 1: you missed any of our deep dive into how we
- 20:38Speaker 1: got to where we are today with this Durham investigation,
- 20:41Speaker 1: with Hunter Biden, with Hillary Clinton, with her campaign clearly
- 20:46Speaker 1: paying for this Russian disinformation campaign against a Trump and
- 20:49Speaker 1: the lies and the Democrats, and when they knew it
- 20:52Speaker 1: was a lie, and how the CI even said it
- 20:54Speaker 1: was clear that this information on Russia and colluding with
- 20:59Speaker 1: Trump and Alpha Bank was not plausible. As they put it,
- 21:02Speaker 1: that whole timeline. We did an entire series in our
- 21:04Speaker 1: podcast on that, so go back and grab those episodes
- 21:09Speaker 1: because it's so important. As we are in this trial.
- 21:12Speaker 1: Now there's something else I also want to deal with,
- 21:14Speaker 1: and it deals with China real quick, because this is
- 21:17Speaker 1: really big news that has also not been covered. There
- 21:21Speaker 1: are two major stories coming out right now that deal
- 21:25Speaker 1: with not only this White House and Joe Biden, but
- 21:28Speaker 1: people that work with him and China. One of them
- 21:31Speaker 1: is this. We have learned that Biden's Transportation czar recently
- 21:38Speaker 1: bought stock in a Chinese company singled out for forced
- 21:42Speaker 1: labor use. This is yet another top appointee that now
- 21:48Speaker 1: has their fortunes tied to the Chinese Communist Party. President
- 21:52Speaker 1: Joe Biden's top appointee, the Federal Transit Authority, recently invested
- 21:57Speaker 1: in a Chinese textile company that relies on forced labor
- 22:02Speaker 1: for the production of its clothes and footwear in China. Fernandez,
- 22:09Speaker 1: Biden's administrator of the Department of Transportation, purchased stock in
- 22:14Speaker 1: this leaning company on December tenth, twenty twenty one. Why
- 22:19Speaker 1: would you do this if you're the woman who's in
- 22:22Speaker 1: charge of the administration when it comes to transportation. Now,
- 22:28Speaker 1: this company named Leaning was actually founded by a former
- 22:32Speaker 1: Olympic gymnast, Leaning, who's been identified by the US government
- 22:37Speaker 1: and human rights groups as relying on forced labor to
- 22:41Speaker 1: produce their goods. In China, the Chinese Communist Party routinely
- 22:47Speaker 1: subjects the ethnic minority groups in that country to force
- 22:51Speaker 1: labor as well. It's torture, mass surveillance, and involuntary sterilization.
- 22:57Speaker 1: Welcome to China. Beyond ing on slave labor for its products,
- 23:02Speaker 1: Leaning Company has publicly defended its use of cotton from
- 23:07Speaker 1: a region in China where Westerners are boycotting cotton coming
- 23:12Speaker 1: from there because of what happens to the people there.
- 23:15Speaker 1: The company was also praised by the state run Global
- 23:19Speaker 1: Times newspaper and an article entitled quote more Chinese brands
- 23:24Speaker 1: supporting are cotton amid global giants boycott. The article praised
- 23:30Speaker 1: companies who rejected campaigns to end the practice of force
- 23:34Speaker 1: labor as well. Now this company Leaning Coming, said a
- 23:39Speaker 1: statement sent to the Global Times, that is not a
- 23:42Speaker 1: member of the Better Cotton Initiative. A Switzerland based cotton
- 23:46Speaker 1: organization that has expressed concerns about what's happening in China leaning.
- 23:53Speaker 1: This company also has described there what they do is
- 23:58Speaker 1: a important thing for the Chinese Communist government and an
- 24:04Speaker 1: important raw material that we use produced in the area
- 24:08Speaker 1: that helps with supply chain. Now again you have to
- 24:12Speaker 1: ask yourself a question, why is Biden's administrator of the
- 24:16Speaker 1: Department of Transportation Agency purchasing stock that is wrapped up
- 24:22Speaker 1: and everything I just told you about, especially knowing what's
- 24:25Speaker 1: happening now with China now. The purchase also follows another
- 24:30Speaker 1: report where The National Pulse revealed that Fernandez's financial stake
- 24:34Speaker 1: in another Chinese Communist Party link technology firm was also
- 24:38Speaker 1: purchased recently a company called ten Cent. The State Department's
- 24:42Speaker 1: Bureau of International Security and Non Proliferation has described this
- 24:47Speaker 1: company this is our State Department Bureau of International Security
- 24:52Speaker 1: has described this company as quote a tool of the
- 24:55Speaker 1: Chinese government, noting the company has no meaningful ability to
- 25:00Speaker 1: tell the Chinese Communist Party no if officials decided to
- 25:04Speaker 1: ask for their assistance. Even the progressive group Amnesty International
- 25:10Speaker 1: rated ten cents data encryption capabilities zero out of a hundred,
- 25:17Speaker 1: noting that it hadn't stated publicly that they will not
- 25:20Speaker 1: grant government requests for backdoor access to spy on people.
- 25:25Speaker 1: And now we have Joe Biden's woman who's in charge
- 25:30Speaker 1: of the Department of Transportation Agency Fernandez buying company in
- 25:36Speaker 1: two different corporations that are run by the Chinese Communist government.
- 25:43Speaker 1: You would think that the media would care about this story. Now,
- 25:46Speaker 1: I'm going to hit pause there on that and also
- 25:49Speaker 1: tell you something else that's happening that deals with China.
- 25:53Speaker 1: Joe Biden just promoted the US ambassador to Ukraine who
- 25:58Speaker 1: actually attacked the investigations in the Hunter Biden and Barisma,
- 26:02Speaker 1: who also has links to the Chinese. Just remember that
- 26:07Speaker 1: headline for a moment, because I have another headline for
- 26:10Speaker 1: you that, again no one is covering. Joe Biden's economic
- 26:14Speaker 1: advisor actually said there's nothing better than the Chinese Communist
- 26:20Speaker 1: Party's economic system. I'm going to read that to you again.
- 26:27Speaker 1: Joe Biden's economic advisor, the dude who's advising the president
- 26:31Speaker 1: on our floundering economy, which they're doing on purpose because
- 26:35Speaker 1: they want communism, actually said there's nothing better, quote unquote
- 26:40Speaker 1: than the Chinese Communist Party's economic system. So if you
- 26:45Speaker 1: want to know why the economy is doing what it's
- 26:48Speaker 1: doing right now, and you want to understand why it's
- 26:49Speaker 1: so bad, maybe it's because President Joe Biden's latest appointment
- 26:53Speaker 1: to his Economic Advisory Council appears to claim that China's
- 26:57Speaker 1: authoritarian economic system in terms of managing market chaos, is
- 27:03Speaker 1: something that we should strive for in this country, saying, quote,
- 27:07Speaker 1: we can't do anything since the United States is such
- 27:09Speaker 1: a free country. Yeah, there you go. We can't do
- 27:12Speaker 1: anything because we have freedom, So let's just get rid
- 27:14Speaker 1: of it. President Biden is now tapped Dominique n G,
- 27:20Speaker 1: the chairman of the East West Bank, to represent the
- 27:24Speaker 1: United States on the Asia Pacific Economic Corporation also known
- 27:28Speaker 1: as APEC, the Business Advisory Council ABAC that is comprised
- 27:34Speaker 1: of a group of business leaders that advises governments on
- 27:38Speaker 1: issues in the region. While speaking at the Future of
- 27:41Speaker 1: Agia conference back in twenty eighteen, the man who's now
- 27:45Speaker 1: advising the President in our Economy praised the Chinese Communist
- 27:49Speaker 1: parties authoritarian authoritarian economic system, remarking, Hey, there's nothing better
- 27:55Speaker 1: than that. He made the admission while answering a question
- 27:59Speaker 1: about the future that Chinese economy and a potential crash
- 28:02Speaker 1: in the markets. Now it's even weirder about this guy
- 28:08Speaker 1: as when he was speaking about China, the Chinese Communist
- 28:12Speaker 1: Party in the authoritarian economic system. How amazing it is
- 28:15Speaker 1: the same guy that's now advising the President United States
- 28:17Speaker 1: of America on our economy. He actually admitted something that
- 28:21Speaker 1: was very weird. He said that China's banks have had
- 28:25Speaker 1: problems for many, many years, but then he immediately said
- 28:30Speaker 1: they've never once had any problems. Why he says these
- 28:33Speaker 1: points to the country's controlled economy and also one party
- 28:38Speaker 1: system quote unquote as major factors amittigating a potential crash
- 28:41Speaker 1: in China. He then expanded upon China's suppose advantages, drawing
- 28:47Speaker 1: a distinction between how the US and trying to respond
- 28:49Speaker 1: to market chaos, saying, once they spread these bad rumors,
- 28:54Speaker 1: market crash, he explained, referring to China, it happened in
- 28:58Speaker 1: twenty fifteen. You saw that in two fifteen, suddenly the
- 29:01Speaker 1: Shanghai Stock Exchange dropped like fifty sixty percent. The US
- 29:06Speaker 1: would be in a position, he began, claiming the Department
- 29:09Speaker 1: of Justice would say that well, we may start an
- 29:12Speaker 1: investigation which will take three years. Securities and exchange commissions
- 29:16Speaker 1: may take two years. But in China they start visiting
- 29:19Speaker 1: whoever spread the rumors and start knocking on doors, have
- 29:23Speaker 1: a cup of tea with him, say what are you
- 29:24Speaker 1: going to do? Cease and desists, right, he continued, referring
- 29:28Speaker 1: to Chinese Communist Party officials. Chinese officials would go into
- 29:32Speaker 1: some of these major fund managers say, you know what,
- 29:35Speaker 1: for the sake of the country, don't sell. Let's do
- 29:39Speaker 1: what's right for the good of the country. Don't sell.
- 29:41Speaker 1: And then they tell all of these other publicly traded
- 29:44Speaker 1: comedies stop trading for a while. We're going to do
- 29:47Speaker 1: whatever we want now. It sounds terrible from a US perspective,
- 29:52Speaker 1: He went on to say, you say, wow, this is
- 29:54Speaker 1: not free market. This is terrible. But you know what,
- 29:57Speaker 1: one point five years later, everything is fine. The Chinese
- 30:02Speaker 1: Communist Party explain in g can quote control the media
- 30:06Speaker 1: to not get out of control and stop them from
- 30:09Speaker 1: spreading rumors that would hurt the economy, along with telling
- 30:12Speaker 1: the accounting firms and banking regulators to stop doing this nonsense.
- 30:18Speaker 1: He then said, we can't do anything since the United
- 30:21Speaker 1: States is such a free country, is there a likelihood
- 30:25Speaker 1: that we have a financial crisis in the future the
- 30:27Speaker 1: United States of America, He asked, before insisting, Yeah, very possible,
- 30:31Speaker 1: because we're assistant that guarantees that would happen. But in China,
- 30:37Speaker 1: as long as you have the current regime doing what
- 30:40Speaker 1: they're doing, these types of things can always be mitigated.
- 30:45Speaker 1: He then said, it sounds totally counterintuitive because you would
- 30:49Speaker 1: think that, you know what, the system over there, the
- 30:52Speaker 1: lack of individual rights and then the lack of democracy
- 30:57Speaker 1: is just horrible. I totally agree with all of that
- 31:00Speaker 1: kind of thought. From a different kind of perspective. When
- 31:03Speaker 1: you talk about controlling managing a banking system, there's nothing
- 31:07Speaker 1: better than that. He praised China's economic system by ending
- 31:12Speaker 1: it right there. Now, this is the guy who's advising
- 31:17Speaker 1: Joe Biden as we speak on our economy. I wonder
- 31:21Speaker 1: what he's telling him in these meetings if he's praising
- 31:24Speaker 1: the Chinese commune system and complaining about in America, we
- 31:27Speaker 1: just have too much freedom. We have too much freedom
- 31:30Speaker 1: of the press, we have too much freedom to investigate,
- 31:32Speaker 1: we have too much freedom to expose, and maybe we
- 31:36Speaker 1: should take away American rights and shut people down and
- 31:39Speaker 1: shut them up and have a one party system, which
- 31:41Speaker 1: is exactly what he just advocated for. And this is
- 31:43Speaker 1: the guy that Joe Biden's listening to about our economy.
- 31:46Speaker 1: So if you think that Joe Biden might be trying
- 31:48Speaker 1: to fix our economy, you're probably wrong. In fact, he
- 31:51Speaker 1: may be purposely doing everything that he's doing right now
- 31:53Speaker 1: to try to hurt you and to take away your money,
- 31:57Speaker 1: take away your investment, so that he can control roll
- 32:00Speaker 1: you better. Otherwise, why would you put this guy in charge?
