- 1:55Speaker 1: Come come on your tha uh huh, I show will
- 2:03Speaker 1: good morning everybody you're listening to the voice, Come on
- 2:06Speaker 1: dig me nine one and all its Steve Harvey got
- 2:09Speaker 1: a radio show, Man one more time. Steve Harvey got
- 2:13Speaker 1: a radio show. Yeah, I do, man, I thank God
- 2:16Speaker 1: for it every day. You know. Um, my message this morning,
- 2:21Speaker 1: man is real clear. It's something that's been on me
- 2:24Speaker 1: to share, and it's it's amazing, you know, um, God
- 2:33Speaker 1: can do some amazing things for you. But what happens
- 2:38Speaker 1: along the way is and I don't know that I
- 2:41Speaker 1: mean to say, but but the fact that God can
- 2:45Speaker 1: do some amazing things for you, that comes adversity along
- 2:50Speaker 1: with it. Every single time it it just goes without saying.
- 2:59Speaker 1: And I uh, I was having a fairly I mean
- 3:04Speaker 1: well not fairly, but a hugely successful week. I had
- 3:08Speaker 1: never seen this type of hatred before I hadn't seen it.
- 3:15Speaker 1: And it's it's a great trick that the devil does.
- 3:18Speaker 1: You know, when when God is blessing you and giving
- 3:21Speaker 1: you some some some great opportunities in your life as
- 3:24Speaker 1: all of you have gone through, and it is, isn't
- 3:27Speaker 1: it amazing how some negative thing crops up and that's
- 3:31Speaker 1: what you have to focus on. I found out that
- 3:34Speaker 1: I don't have to, but you wind up focusing on it,
- 3:37Speaker 1: and your energy goes over to that to try to
- 3:41Speaker 1: deal with it. Counteract. Wonder why I was happening. You
- 3:44Speaker 1: gotta make phone calls? What was this about? Blah blah
- 3:46Speaker 1: blah blah blah, and and and it, and it throws
- 3:50Speaker 1: you off the course you are on the beginning of
- 3:53Speaker 1: the week, I was so grateful, I was so amazed.
- 3:57Speaker 1: I was really thanking God for opportunity for this brief moment.
- 4:01Speaker 1: The enemy slides this little factor in there that causes
- 4:06Speaker 1: you to and it requires your attention. You have to
- 4:09Speaker 1: pay an attention because you don't know. You're going, wow, man,
- 4:12Speaker 1: let me see what this could really be? How much
- 4:15Speaker 1: dirt is this really that they're trying to do? And
- 4:18Speaker 1: so it requires your attention but in that attention, you
- 4:22Speaker 1: lose your focus on really all the blessings and the
- 4:26Speaker 1: good thing that God does for you. That the enemy
- 4:29Speaker 1: has an amazing trick that he does that. And it
- 4:32Speaker 1: was and it was in my head. I gotta tell
- 4:35Speaker 1: y'all all week long, man, and I was doing some
- 4:37Speaker 1: amazing stuff. I was having such a blessed week, man,
- 4:42Speaker 1: in terms of press and pr and where God was
- 4:44Speaker 1: taking me. And then when I got back, I was
- 4:48Speaker 1: talking with my wife, and then I was talking to
- 4:52Speaker 1: a good friend of ours and they shared something that
- 4:57Speaker 1: really helped me out. And they said to me, new level,
- 5:03Speaker 1: new devil. You know it's it's it's something really simple,
- 5:08Speaker 1: but new level new devil. Every time you go to
- 5:13Speaker 1: another level, every time you go a little bit higher,
- 5:18Speaker 1: every time God has a blessing in store for you,
- 5:22Speaker 1: every time He moves you in position, do you understand
- 5:26Speaker 1: that the enemy's job is to make you not see
- 5:29Speaker 1: the blessing, make you not be grateful for it, lose
- 5:33Speaker 1: your focus and focus on this that I just threw
- 5:36Speaker 1: in your way, this stumbling block, this obstacle, this trickery.
- 5:41Speaker 1: And man, I was, I was, I got you. I
- 5:43Speaker 1: just gotta tell you man, I mean, it was so
- 5:46Speaker 1: filled with hatred that I had to I really spent
- 5:49Speaker 1: some time addressing it. I you know, I got publicists
- 5:51Speaker 1: on the phone. I said, what's what's happening here? Y'all
- 5:53Speaker 1: not watching this? Y'all not what? What was? What was
- 5:56Speaker 1: this attack? You knew that you didn't know these angles?
- 5:59Speaker 1: What was Steve chill? New level, new devil. If you
- 6:06Speaker 1: get a promotion on your job, guess what. Somebody ain't
- 6:10Speaker 1: happy that you got the promotion. So here come to hey.
- 6:13Speaker 1: You don't even you don't even really know these people.
- 6:16Speaker 1: You have no idea. Every time you make a decision
- 6:20Speaker 1: to make your relationship with your spouse better. Man, this
- 6:25Speaker 1: is it. You know what I'm gonna start doing. I'm
- 6:27Speaker 1: gonna do this, man, so me and my girl can
- 6:29Speaker 1: go on and have this on. Me and my man
- 6:31Speaker 1: can go on and have this. Watch what happened every
- 6:34Speaker 1: single time? Here comes the new level, the new devil,
- 6:39Speaker 1: the trick. You don't need to do that. What you're
- 6:42Speaker 1: doing that for her? She don't appreciate it. He ain't
- 6:44Speaker 1: gonna appreciate it. Look over here, man, look at that
- 6:46Speaker 1: right there. Ain't he nothing? You know? He missed he
- 6:49Speaker 1: didn't call you, And he said, it's gonna all types
- 6:51Speaker 1: of stuff. It just happens all the time. And I
- 6:54Speaker 1: was sitting here talking with this friend, really good friend,
- 6:57Speaker 1: very spiritual person, and they said, you know something, Steve.
- 7:01Speaker 1: You know, I was talking to Jesus and said I
- 7:04Speaker 1: was having this conversation with Christ. And I said, God,
- 7:07Speaker 1: for real, you mean to tell me every time that
- 7:12Speaker 1: something good happens to me? You mean every time I
- 7:17Speaker 1: try to go to the next level, every time you
- 7:19Speaker 1: put me on the next level. You mean to tell
- 7:21Speaker 1: me that I got to go through this right here?
- 7:24Speaker 1: Are you for real? And then my friend said, Jesus said,
- 7:30Speaker 1: they did it to me, and we just fell out laughing.
- 7:35Speaker 1: They did it to me. They did it to him.
- 7:39Speaker 1: They did it to him for him to go to
- 7:42Speaker 1: the next level. And you know, I was just I
- 7:45Speaker 1: was just going over the whole story about the crucifixion
- 7:48Speaker 1: and everything that had to be amazing man of all
- 7:51Speaker 1: the hate he had endured, all the prosecuting he had
- 7:53Speaker 1: do it. They thought, ultimately, what we'll do is we'll
- 7:58Speaker 1: nail him on a cross and rusifime and that'll be
- 8:01Speaker 1: the end of him, and we'll put him in this
- 8:03Speaker 1: tune and we'll put this big stone up there, and
- 8:06Speaker 1: that'll be the end of him. But what they did
- 8:08Speaker 1: not know was all you was doing was setting the
- 8:11Speaker 1: tone for the next level. Because eventually the stone got
- 8:15Speaker 1: rolled away and he went and got placed with his
- 8:18Speaker 1: father where he was headed to. Anyway, he ultimately knew
- 8:23Speaker 1: that his ultimate goal was to get to his father.
- 8:27Speaker 1: So when you when you when you thought you were
- 8:31Speaker 1: doing what you were doing to him, and you put
- 8:34Speaker 1: him in a tune and you put the big stone
- 8:36Speaker 1: up in there, and the stone got rolled got rolled away,
- 8:40Speaker 1: and he went eventually to where he was trying to
- 8:42Speaker 1: get to. That story is in place for all of
- 8:48Speaker 1: us to remember that when we are going through some things,
- 8:53Speaker 1: could it be because we are going to a place,
- 8:56Speaker 1: you know, It could be just a place in life.
- 8:59Speaker 1: It could be just a different level in life. That's
- 9:02Speaker 1: all it has to be. But there's going to be
- 9:05Speaker 1: the adversarial challenges that come with it, and those are
- 9:10Speaker 1: the moments we must expect, expect and take them head
- 9:14Speaker 1: on and still not lose your focus or appreciation for
- 9:17Speaker 1: what God has done for you. So in light of
- 9:20Speaker 1: all of that, I'm able to say to day that
- 9:22Speaker 1: I thank my heavenly father, I really do for all
- 9:25Speaker 1: the blessing season bestowed upon me and all of the
- 9:28Speaker 1: haters and all of the liars, and all of the
- 9:32Speaker 1: backstabbers and all those people. When you get through lying,
- 9:37Speaker 1: when you get through stabbing, when you get through gossiping
- 9:41Speaker 1: and doing what you do, I'm still going to the
- 9:46Speaker 1: next level. I'm still going. You cannot stop what God
- 9:54Speaker 1: has in store for you. No one can stop that show.
- 10:02Speaker 1: Welcome to the ride. This to Steve Harvey Morning Show.

- 14:45Speaker 1: you know I'm trying to get this worst schedule change up.
- 14:47Speaker 1: You know what I'm saying. They got me working on
- 14:49Speaker 1: Sundays now, man, So sons, I tweaked at the mood
- 14:52Speaker 1: that around a little bit. I'll be there. Okay. Listen,
- 14:54Speaker 1: we have a bit of a situation that's come up.
- 14:57Speaker 1: We had some problems and miscommunication and it's definitely been
- 15:01Speaker 1: on the outside They had your name Ryan down here
- 15:04Speaker 1: with your phone number as well as you're you're soon
- 15:07Speaker 1: to be wife Sonya. They had her name here, but
- 15:09Speaker 1: we didn't want to call her with this. We wanted
- 15:11Speaker 1: to just reach out and talk to you and see.
- 15:13Speaker 1: It just makes you aware of what was going on. Okay, Well,
- 15:16Speaker 1: what's what's going on? Man? There's been a mix up
- 15:19Speaker 1: on on scheduling. I don't know if you know Such
- 15:21Speaker 1: the Older Maid she passed away a week ago. Oh
- 15:25Speaker 1: and you're not You're not a member of the church,
- 15:27Speaker 1: so you wouldn't know it. But she's one of the
- 15:28Speaker 1: one of the oldest members here at the church. Such
- 15:31Speaker 1: the Older Maid passed away. And what's going on? Is
- 15:35Speaker 1: you all's wedding is tomorrow at twelve o'clock, right, but
- 15:39Speaker 1: the actual funeral is at three o'clock here at the church. Okay, Uh,
- 15:47Speaker 1: shame begin, brother wood, Josh, Josh, Okay, look here, brother Josh.
- 15:51Speaker 1: We already got this thing in motion. Man. We didn't
- 15:53Speaker 1: stand now they have. We had two hundred invitations, man,
- 15:56Speaker 1: I mean, blessed old man and and and I understand that,
- 16:01Speaker 1: but but but I mean, you know, she's there's no
- 16:03Speaker 1: way we could have moved it around down the figures.
- 16:05Speaker 1: Problem the funeral home is bringing the casket first thing
- 16:09Speaker 1: in the morning. So what I want what I wanted
- 16:11Speaker 1: to make you aware of, and I didn't want you
- 16:13Speaker 1: to tell your wife this, but the actual casket will
- 16:15Speaker 1: be in the saintuary, but we will have it. Hold
- 16:19Speaker 1: hold of man, are you serious? I look at man,
- 16:22Speaker 1: y'all need to move this round. I don't know what
- 16:24Speaker 1: y'all gonna do. Y'all have a fellowship all in the
- 16:26Speaker 1: back or something like that. We ryan the only place
- 16:30Speaker 1: we can actually put the casket. And if we didn't
- 16:33Speaker 1: put it there is in the actual room that you'll
- 16:35Speaker 1: you'll soon to be wife would be changing in. That's
- 16:37Speaker 1: the only place. Did you actually changing the room when
- 16:41Speaker 1: the dead body? But you can't? And you know what,
- 16:45Speaker 1: I understood that. That's the first thing I thought of,
- 16:47Speaker 1: and I thought, I said, let's still put the casket away.
- 16:49Speaker 1: It goes for the funeral and we're gonna cover it
- 16:52Speaker 1: up and see. Basically, you actually get in wild But
- 16:56Speaker 1: I can't even believe you call on me? Would did
- 16:58Speaker 1: the man look at it? And it's use my French man. Yeah,
- 17:01Speaker 1: I know I need to get back in the church.
- 17:02Speaker 1: I really do. But right now, Doug, this ain't going
- 17:05Speaker 1: down like this. Man, we didn't already pay the money
- 17:08Speaker 1: first First, first of all, first of all, you know,
- 17:12Speaker 1: I don't even feel like she may had to pay,
- 17:14Speaker 1: you know, to hold no wedding over a hut church
- 17:17Speaker 1: where she paid times a. That's that's the first thing.
- 17:19Speaker 1: You know. I ain't like that from the jump. But
- 17:21Speaker 1: I wouldn't hear when women because she want her pasta
- 17:23Speaker 1: to marry us. And now you got to ner to
- 17:25Speaker 1: tell me that y'all will arrange something. That funeral gonna
- 17:28Speaker 1: happen the same day as my wedding and my wife's
- 17:31Speaker 1: got to get dressed in the room with a dead body. Well, no,
- 17:34Speaker 1: we're not gonna put her in there. Bro was like,
- 17:36Speaker 1: I say, I'm putting that body first thing in the morning.
- 17:38Speaker 1: I'm gonna put that body in the right there in
- 17:41Speaker 1: front of the fullpit, and we're gonna cover it. Now,
- 17:44Speaker 1: what you're getting out of this, you get more flowers,
- 17:47Speaker 1: because there's gonna be flowers from the funeral. So I'm
- 17:50Speaker 1: thinking that's probably gonna be a little bit of a
- 17:52Speaker 1: pert point. I just wanted you to be on. It's
- 17:54Speaker 1: probably gonna be more people than you think because some
- 17:57Speaker 1: of the people that's gonna be as your wed and
- 17:59Speaker 1: it's really for the you know, a hold hold of man,
- 18:02Speaker 1: are you serious right now? I mean, look at doctor,
- 18:05Speaker 1: I didn't paid for the wedding happened at this church, man, Okay,
- 18:09Speaker 1: ain't in no disrespect to the lady that has passed
- 18:11Speaker 1: called blessed her family. I ain't planning to not putting
- 18:15Speaker 1: no dead body having a funeral as my wedding. Man.
- 18:19Speaker 1: That's crazy. Down on the church too, sir. She's a
- 18:23Speaker 1: member of the church too. Hey, I don't give it.
- 18:25Speaker 1: I don't being no member of the church. Man. I
- 18:27Speaker 1: ben't paid for this wid and it's gonna happen tomorrow. Man,
- 18:30Speaker 1: you by six and of putting new dead body at
- 18:33Speaker 1: my wedding, about run run I mean no disrespect, but
- 18:41Speaker 1: the woman has passed. She is not gonna get up.
- 18:44Speaker 1: I mean, what is the problem. The problem is YO
- 18:46Speaker 1: called me with this man the day before my wed
- 18:49Speaker 1: and we didn't schedule there six months ago. I gotta
- 18:51Speaker 1: spending twenty five thirty thousand dollars on this wed, okay,
- 18:54Speaker 1: and you're gonna tell me that we got to share
- 18:56Speaker 1: our win with a funeral, but the hitlers won't with you. Man,
- 19:00Speaker 1: Do you want to have your winning at this church?
- 19:03Speaker 1: I pay for them? Which you mean I'm having the wind? Okay?
- 19:06Speaker 1: I tell you what lit they about the bup in
- 19:08Speaker 1: the morning I wrote in the right out to the
- 19:09Speaker 1: street playing. Y'all just out things in front and and
- 19:12Speaker 1: and throw flowers like throwing rice. But we're gonna have
- 19:15Speaker 1: a wind inside the same yere tomorrow. I promise you
- 19:18Speaker 1: that I can't. I can't not assure you that it
- 19:21Speaker 1: won't be. I have no other place to put the body. Okay,
- 19:24Speaker 1: Well I'll bet y'all find someone to put it. If
- 19:26Speaker 1: I get that to Mark, it's about it in there.
- 19:28Speaker 1: There's gonna be a couple of about it in there. Name.
- 19:30Speaker 1: You got two choices to move that funeral or to
- 19:34Speaker 1: reimburse me back this thirty thousand dollars out of an
- 19:36Speaker 1: hour to spend those only two choices. I want to
- 19:38Speaker 1: hear about it. Meet me at the front door to
- 19:40Speaker 1: night with a thirty thousand dollars cash yer check. Always
- 19:42Speaker 1: say to have this winding up and that to morrow morning.
- 19:44Speaker 1: You heard me. I ain't playing. I ain't playing at all.
- 19:47Speaker 1: No jokes. That's wrong with y'all. Man, you can do
- 19:51Speaker 1: something else. I understand that nothing. I don't want to
- 19:54Speaker 1: move from you. Man. Now, all I'm saying is it's
- 19:57Speaker 1: gonna be a winning at this church tomorrow without saying
- 20:00Speaker 1: bad about it. That's all I'm saying. Push it to
- 20:02Speaker 1: the band. Man, There's there's one more, a bit of
- 20:05Speaker 1: an issue that I need to tell you. Also, what
- 20:07Speaker 1: can be worse than a dead about it? What issue
- 20:09Speaker 1: can be worse than dead? By that way, the man,
- 20:12Speaker 1: the issue, sir, that is worse than the dead body is.
- 20:15Speaker 1: This is nephew comment from the Steve Harvey Morning Show.
- 20:18Speaker 1: Your best man, Jeff got me the prank phone? Call you?
- 20:24Speaker 1: What what about? You know? What made the bitch man
- 20:31Speaker 1: about to get the best bloop? But he can possibly
- 20:34Speaker 1: get it? Man playing then God leads that day it
- 20:42Speaker 1: is to get the best beat down possible. Band, I'll
- 20:45Speaker 1: tell you one more question. What's the baddest radio show
- 20:48Speaker 1: in the land? Ryan, the Steve Harby Morning Show. Band?
- 20:54Speaker 1: All right, thank you, nephew, coming up next, asked the
- 20:57Speaker 1: CLO with Steve Harvey. Right after this, you're listening to
- 21:01Speaker 1: the Steve Harvey Morning Show. The Steve Harvey Morning Show

- 21:14Speaker 1: it was star studded. You've got to have fun the
- 21:16Speaker 1: gala last night with everything. Yes, yes, we're international now
- 21:23Speaker 1: The Steve Harvey Morning Show also coming up at the
- 21:26Speaker 1: top of the hour. In Trending Entertainment News, this is really,
- 21:30Speaker 1: really a sad story. We were shocked when we found
- 21:32Speaker 1: this out the fashion industry and the world. We're all
- 21:36Speaker 1: shocked by the death of Louis Vutan's artistic director, Virgil Ablow.
- 21:40Speaker 1: He was only forty one years old. Our deepest condolence
- 21:44Speaker 1: is going out to the Ablow family. We'll talk about
- 21:46Speaker 1: it at the top of the hour, but right now
- 21:48Speaker 1: it is time for Steve's favorite segment. Asked the CLO
- 21:51Speaker 1: Chief Love Officer, Steve Harvey, Ready for your love questions? Yes, Steve,
- 21:57Speaker 1: this one is from Tanya in Louisville. He says, last week,
- 22:01Speaker 1: my husband and I celebrated our twentieth anniversary and he
- 22:04Speaker 1: had quite a bit to drink. Then he passed out
- 22:07Speaker 1: at my parents house. When my dad went down to
- 22:10Speaker 1: wake him and helped me get him into the car.
- 22:13Speaker 1: He told my dad he loves Dawn to death and
- 22:16Speaker 1: wants to spend another twenty years with her. I heard
- 22:19Speaker 1: my dad asking him who Dawn is, and he never answered.
- 22:23Speaker 1: I can't get my dad to admit that my husband
- 22:25Speaker 1: mentioned another woman by name. I'm furious. Why is he
- 22:30Speaker 1: protecting my husband like this? Well, your father maybe did
- 22:36Speaker 1: not understand what he said. Repeat what he says. Should
- 22:43Speaker 1: He said he loves Dawn to death and wants to
- 22:48Speaker 1: spend another twenty years with her. He said I'd love
- 22:54Speaker 1: another Dawn, meaning another morning. Fix it. Oh that's what
- 23:01Speaker 1: that was. It was another dawn. Yeah, his most sunrises
- 23:06Speaker 1: with his daughter. That's all that was. And I don't
- 23:10Speaker 1: know why you're tripping because he who was Why would
- 23:14Speaker 1: he say Dawn twenty years at the anniversar, you know,
- 23:19Speaker 1: I want to spend another Dawn. He you just didn't
- 23:24Speaker 1: hear another? Don mean another more so, he wasn't dreaming
- 23:28Speaker 1: about this Dawn woman, any woman. He wasn't dreaming about
- 23:33Speaker 1: like that. No. No, first of all, it's a scientific fact.
- 23:36Speaker 1: Drunk people don't dream. Really, yeah, they don't. They drunk?
- 23:42Speaker 1: What drunk a drunk person? Wake up? Drunk people don't
- 23:46Speaker 1: dream because they don't even remember what they did when
- 23:49Speaker 1: they were to Wait, that's that's a fact. I think
- 23:53Speaker 1: if he was talking about down, he could have been
- 23:54Speaker 1: like telling at dawn of playing another ape. He could
- 23:56Speaker 1: have been talking about Ceasar too. You know, it's a lot.
- 23:58Speaker 1: He could be talking about man anytime. Next question, Oh, oh, okay,
- 24:04Speaker 1: Moving on Smith and Jacksonville says, I'm a twenty eight
- 24:08Speaker 1: year old single man and I have a lady that
- 24:10Speaker 1: I'm interested in, but she's way out of my league.
- 24:13Speaker 1: I've got a regular job and regular car, but I
- 24:15Speaker 1: have tons of charisma and lots of connections in the city.
- 24:19Speaker 1: I want to really impress her with a night out,
- 24:21Speaker 1: but I need some pointers. I have about five hundred
- 24:24Speaker 1: dollars for the night and that's it. I thought about
- 24:27Speaker 1: cooking for her since it would be cheaper. What can
- 24:29Speaker 1: I do to let her know I'm trying my best
- 24:31Speaker 1: to win her heart? Well, twenty six year old, let's
- 24:34Speaker 1: let's go back to you interested in a woman that's
- 24:37Speaker 1: way out your league, way way out your league, But
- 24:41Speaker 1: you got a lot of connections in the city. That charisma.
- 24:44Speaker 1: Now let's just stop right here. Could be talking about
- 24:48Speaker 1: charisma in the city, and five hundred dollars you're going
- 24:52Speaker 1: to you're going to take charisma and just save your
- 24:56Speaker 1: five hundred for Charis must give for rest all if
- 25:02Speaker 1: you start this mess nine, you blow this five hundred.
- 25:06Speaker 1: You do know she didn't get nothing for Christmas, so
- 25:10Speaker 1: you can't. You can't play big boss willing and you
- 25:12Speaker 1: ain't even and all these connections you got in the city,
- 25:16Speaker 1: how connected can you be with this five hundred dollars?
- 25:19Speaker 1: But you know from people down in that quick trip,
- 25:21Speaker 1: I'm so surprised at you because usually you can really
- 25:24Speaker 1: you know, no I can help him. But but see
- 25:29Speaker 1: he out his league. That's what he wade out of it.
- 25:33Speaker 1: Now you got charisma, dog, you will have to use him, okay,
- 25:36Speaker 1: because the five hundred will be gone. I don't know
- 25:38Speaker 1: what he's gonna do. A lot of people think they
- 25:40Speaker 1: got chrisma. Killing don't what you're man about. I knew it,
- 25:44Speaker 1: But see will that work? I got connections around and
- 25:47Speaker 1: see you got five hundred dollars. But that's a lot
- 25:51Speaker 1: to him. But one day, yeah, a lot, I know,
- 25:54Speaker 1: but one day. Now what you're gonna do? What's next week? Okay,
- 25:58Speaker 1: so cann he split it up? Can he do two
- 26:00Speaker 1: fifty or two fifty nine? You out cho lead? You
- 26:04Speaker 1: gotta shoot you whole load right now? Five hundred you
- 26:09Speaker 1: might get away. Maybe four fifty. He must be fun. Yeah,
- 26:13Speaker 1: it got to be. Yeah. What can he do to
- 26:15Speaker 1: let her know he's trying his best to win her? Hut? Well,
- 26:18Speaker 1: don't he tell her that he first of all that
- 26:23Speaker 1: stop saying you have connections around the city, because a
- 26:28Speaker 1: woman gonna want to know. Okay, what are the connection
- 26:31Speaker 1: get this light bill of what bill? Connect Who can
- 26:35Speaker 1: you call? You know somebody down that prod? You know,
- 26:38Speaker 1: somebody at the car note place, you know, somebody down
- 26:41Speaker 1: at the bank. I had to connect seat. But then
- 26:43Speaker 1: then your connections gonna show up. Yeah, you know your
- 26:46Speaker 1: boy he'll plug you know, get you a little at
- 26:50Speaker 1: you if you come through Waterburger by ten thirty. I
- 26:54Speaker 1: got you number one, my boy, my boy manager. So
- 27:00Speaker 1: all yeah, I feel for you. Dope. That's he's not
- 27:04Speaker 1: gonna get her because she's so out of his league,
- 27:07Speaker 1: way out. See you look, you want to marry up
- 27:10Speaker 1: anyway you want to date up please littlest most women really,
- 27:16Speaker 1: so you got to turn on this charisma. And I
- 27:18Speaker 1: don't know if you charismatic. Well he said to just
- 27:21Speaker 1: take his work for people don't see it, ain't get it. Yeah,
- 27:24Speaker 1: this is true. Now that's true, right there? All right,
- 27:27Speaker 1: we're gonna move on. We wish he's best smith. That sucked,
- 27:32Speaker 1: all right. Janey in Montgomery says, I'm a grandmother and
- 27:36Speaker 1: I had all twelve of my grandchildren at my house
- 27:38Speaker 1: for Thanksgiving and my boyfriend didn't like it at all.
- 27:42Speaker 1: He refused to come out of our bedroom and said
- 27:44Speaker 1: he didn't want my children back over to our house.
- 27:47Speaker 1: I moved in with him a year ago, and I
- 27:48Speaker 1: started to feel unwelcome and I told him that he's wrong.
- 27:53Speaker 1: He said, I'm wrong, and I need to stop catering
- 27:55Speaker 1: to grown people. I love my big family. Who's right
- 27:58Speaker 1: and who's wrong? You right? And if it's your house?
- 28:01Speaker 1: But see you moved here with him. Hello, see that
- 28:05Speaker 1: go your problem? And you fifty and you his boyfriend?
- 28:08Speaker 1: You his girlfriend, but you fifty. I have told you

- 28:40Speaker 1: whole turkey dinner back, watching that game, dressing, all the
- 28:45Speaker 1: tremmor cat and all these people right here like you
- 28:49Speaker 1: were here, like your family. Man, that's horrible. How do
- 28:52Speaker 1: you not come out of your room Thanksgiving? Oh? I
- 28:56Speaker 1: wanted to do it? Oh? How you didn't start? All right?

- 30:48Speaker 1: we didn't have a friendship or anything. I just met him.
- 30:51Speaker 1: But he was gifted man and fall a black man
- 30:56Speaker 1: to reach that level in the fashion industries, Like it's crazy.
- 31:01Speaker 1: It's crazy because he was at the top. He wasn't

- 39:03Speaker 1: woman and in this Russian moment, and I bought them
- 39:06Speaker 1: over to the table to introduced them. Were friends with Marjorie.
- 39:09Speaker 1: And I will tell you what happened when we come back. Ladies,
- 39:12Speaker 1: pay close attention. When we come back, you'll find out
- 39:15Speaker 1: that we were actually dealing with two hood people on
- 39:17Speaker 1: the show three Monica Carling s and we're losing back
- 39:23Speaker 1: after this. You're listening, Steve fin it's your story about Dubai.
- 39:33Speaker 1: So we're at the gala last night, yes, and I
- 39:36Speaker 1: was telling them a story about this woman who's at
- 39:38Speaker 1: the gala as friends with Marjorie. And these two women
- 39:42Speaker 1: and uh, it's a black woman and a Russian woman.
- 39:45Speaker 1: I can't I can't say their names. Beautiful women. But
- 39:48Speaker 1: they were walking by and I said hold on, and
- 39:51Speaker 1: I jumped up and I grabbed them and they came
- 39:54Speaker 1: over to the table and uh, I said, this is
- 39:58Speaker 1: the woman right here and she's r shit introduced him,
- 40:02Speaker 1: Yes you did, and then I said show him your hand.
- 40:06Speaker 1: She held her ring this woman had a ring on
- 40:11Speaker 1: one hand that seriously and they just started screaming. I said,
- 40:16Speaker 1: I know there enough in the ambassament and they started screaming,
- 40:20Speaker 1: and then carl And started crying. I said, what are
- 40:22Speaker 1: y'all doing? And then her friend said, look at her
- 40:25Speaker 1: other hand and she pulled up another rock. So you all,
- 40:30Speaker 1: you all will never meet this one. But let me
- 40:32Speaker 1: splay something ring around. Let me tell you something. The
- 40:38Speaker 1: one the pass shaped diamond, yes, was fifty nine million dollars.
- 40:45Speaker 1: How is that finger? So? I can't tell you details,
- 40:49Speaker 1: but I know the story because I was with them
- 40:52Speaker 1: in Santo Pay one year. Yeah, when it all came out,
- 40:56Speaker 1: I was sitting next to the jeweler and sold it
- 40:57Speaker 1: to him. And then her other hand had a ring
- 41:00Speaker 1: on it that was almost forty It's a lot of
- 41:05Speaker 1: money in this world, yes, But you know what I
- 41:10Speaker 1: learned last night again, just this whole trip. Life is
- 41:14Speaker 1: too short. You gotta live. And I appreciate you, Steve,
- 41:18Speaker 1: exposing us. I know it was cool having y'all there too,
- 41:22Speaker 1: because it gave me a ground spot. You know, somebody
- 41:25Speaker 1: I really really knew, that really really knew me, and
- 41:28Speaker 1: not this world that I discovered you know what I mean.
- 41:31Speaker 1: For me, it's alarming too, because I get to meet
- 41:34Speaker 1: people who are doing very well aspirational and things like that.
- 41:39Speaker 1: But I don't hate on nobody. I see its things
- 41:42Speaker 1: are possible. But I have realized, brother quickly, Yes, that
- 41:47Speaker 1: I was at a table, and I realized very very
- 41:50Speaker 1: quickly that I was the poorest person at the table.
- 41:55Speaker 1: And I knew, I said, because I was sitting next
- 41:59Speaker 1: to a dude. Man, it was a funny story. Man.
- 42:01Speaker 1: I don't know if I should tell that story. Oh
- 42:03Speaker 1: when you question it like that usually yeah, yeah, I
- 42:06Speaker 1: problem shouldn't tell because because you just like I saw
- 42:10Speaker 1: a man write a check the other day and hand
- 42:15Speaker 1: it to the dude and said, and that's it. Take it.
- 42:17Speaker 1: I'm not paying anymore twenty nine billion dollars. I'm not
- 42:25Speaker 1: doing anymore. So I'm not doing that's it. So that's
- 42:27Speaker 1: what he settled. Yeah, yeah, so if you wrote something
- 42:31Speaker 1: for twenty nine now listen to me. Got a lot
- 42:33Speaker 1: more twenty nine billions, Like he didn't like, actually write
- 42:39Speaker 1: the check. I would do it for a lot. Whatever
- 42:44Speaker 1: it is. I don't even know what he's doing, but
- 42:48Speaker 1: I could save you a bunch of billions. I'll do it.
- 42:52Speaker 1: I don't even know what he did, but I was
- 42:55Speaker 1: willing to negotiate and save you billions. Would have went
- 43:00Speaker 1: right there in the living room flow. I'd have went
- 43:02Speaker 1: right now. Don't say that. Tell me you can't say
- 43:07Speaker 1: that when when you see something like this, here's the
- 43:11Speaker 1: first time everything little control, you know what, though, I
- 43:17Speaker 1: have to say this, I'm very proud of myself. I
- 43:21Speaker 1: made it. She come, tell my she wanted to get off.
- 43:25Speaker 1: I did you know? You know how I am about flying.
- 43:28Speaker 1: I have such a fear of it, but I do
- 43:31Speaker 1: believe in facing your fears, and I did it. Was
- 43:33Speaker 1: it was rough, but we called a pilot for y'allness.
- 43:35Speaker 1: But on the way back, chirl, I'm telling you what
- 43:37Speaker 1: you have to take. Yeah, and you tell me because
- 43:39Speaker 1: you took that melo melotonin. But you took one melotonin.
- 43:44Speaker 1: Excuse me? She said you heard of Well you'd have
- 43:50Speaker 1: been sleep in just some messages. Face your fears, because
- 43:54Speaker 1: I would have been upset had I missed all of this.
- 43:57Speaker 1: I missed this is so beautiful and wonderful, that melanoman.
- 44:02Speaker 1: I'll be saying stuff like that in front of people
- 44:04Speaker 1: they'd be just wink, just linking. All right, all right, uh,
- 44:12Speaker 1: we'll be telling you about our experience in Dubai all
- 44:15Speaker 1: morning long. Coming up next, it is a nephew with

- 49:04Speaker 1: to do. Spend it all this time on the phone
- 49:06Speaker 1: talk about something with all that food. So the rice
- 49:08Speaker 1: didn't do it, the meat didn't do it. They had
- 49:10Speaker 1: some other gravy. Gravy always people up that didn't do it.

- 54:15Speaker 1: Thank you nephew. Subject he loves her but he won't
- 54:18Speaker 1: leave me. Dear Stephen Shirley, I am thirty four years
- 54:22Speaker 1: old and my husband is forty eight We've only been
- 54:25Speaker 1: married six years, and I found out that he's had
- 54:27Speaker 1: a relationship with another woman for the past three years.
- 54:32Speaker 1: Not only is he with this woman more than he's
- 54:35Speaker 1: with me, they have a two year old son together.
- 54:38Speaker 1: When I married him, he didn't have any children and
- 54:41Speaker 1: I have two. He adopted my children because their father
- 54:44Speaker 1: passed away. I still can't bring myself to tell our
- 54:48Speaker 1: children that they have a little brother, because I'm embarrassed
- 54:51Speaker 1: and feel like I've failed as a wife and a mother.
- 54:54Speaker 1: My husband's mistress came to me and told me that
- 54:58Speaker 1: she was pregnant by my husban, and my life has
- 55:01Speaker 1: been in shambles since then. The three of us sat
- 55:04Speaker 1: down and had an adult conversation about how we'd handle things.
- 55:09Speaker 1: The baby is innocent, and the baby is innocent in this,
- 55:13Speaker 1: so yes, I love this little boy and I have
- 55:16Speaker 1: a cordial relationship with this woman. I also drink a
- 55:19Speaker 1: lot of Martinis when I need to let off steam.
- 55:22Speaker 1: The problem I'm having is with my husband. He won't
- 55:25Speaker 1: go be with her, and I can tell that's truly
- 55:28Speaker 1: where his heart is. He is still trying to caress
- 55:31Speaker 1: me and make love to me like everything is cool,
- 55:34Speaker 1: but every time he leaves the house, I feel like
- 55:37Speaker 1: he's going to her to do the same thing. I
- 55:39Speaker 1: have seen his credit card statements where he's purchased things
- 55:43Speaker 1: for her and his son. He thinks I'm cool with everything,
- 55:47Speaker 1: so he has nothing to hide. I told him that
- 55:50Speaker 1: he might as well invite her over for Thanksgiving dinner,
- 55:53Speaker 1: and now he thinks I'm losing my mind. I think
- 55:55Speaker 1: it's time for him to man up, tell our children
- 55:57Speaker 1: about their sibling, leave our house, and get his life
- 56:00Speaker 1: back on track with his new family. How do I
- 56:03Speaker 1: get through to him that it's not okay when I've
- 56:05Speaker 1: mistakenly made him feel that it is. How do I
- 56:08Speaker 1: move on? Wow, this is a hard one to move on,
- 56:13Speaker 1: to move on from? I mean, your husband having a
- 56:15Speaker 1: baby with another woman, all that. You know, that's a
- 56:20Speaker 1: very apropos appropriate question. Whatever you want to say, how
- 56:23Speaker 1: do you move on? Well, first, you know, you have
- 56:27Speaker 1: the adult conversation, so he thinks that you and the
- 56:32Speaker 1: woman and him are all cool because you invite her.
- 56:35Speaker 1: But just tell him the truth. Let him know that
- 56:37Speaker 1: none of this is working for you. Let him know
- 56:40Speaker 1: all of that okay, talk to him, tell him the truth.
- 56:44Speaker 1: You're telling us but you're not really telling him. You're
- 56:47Speaker 1: just saying, invite her over and do things like that.
- 56:49Speaker 1: That's not cool. You gotta tell him what you really
- 56:52Speaker 1: really feel. Okay, one way to move on is forgiveness.
- 56:57Speaker 1: I know you're not there yet. I can already see
- 56:59Speaker 1: it in the letter. You said you drink a lot
- 57:01Speaker 1: of martinis to get through this. So you know, like
- 57:04Speaker 1: I said, you gotta talk to him. You gotta let
- 57:07Speaker 1: him tell him he's got to go. It's not his
- 57:10Speaker 1: decision anymore. He made the decision to have the baby
- 57:13Speaker 1: with the other woman. He needs to get out. He does.
- 57:17Speaker 1: He's adopted your children, all of that. You guys have
- 57:19Speaker 1: to work all of this out. He's made a mess
- 57:21Speaker 1: of everything everything, So just tell him and then put
- 57:26Speaker 1: him out and work everything else out after he's out.
- 57:29Speaker 1: All right, Steve, this is a little water over the
- 57:34Speaker 1: damn advice that I'm about to give you. But there's
- 57:36Speaker 1: also a way that you can create a new damn
- 57:41Speaker 1: and let it water flow. So I have it for you. See,
- 57:46Speaker 1: I've got the whole thing. You've been married to this
- 57:49Speaker 1: man and for six years, and he's forty eight and
- 57:52Speaker 1: you're thirty four, and you found out he's been having aim.
- 57:55Speaker 1: They shifted this woman for three years and now they
- 57:57Speaker 1: got this two year old baby. And when you marry him,
- 58:00Speaker 1: he didn't have no kids, and you got two kids,
- 58:01Speaker 1: and he adopted your kids because your kids father passed
- 58:04Speaker 1: when he adopted. Got all that, and you can't bring
- 58:08Speaker 1: yourself tell your children they got a little brother because
- 58:10Speaker 1: I'm in bad feel like I failed as a wife
- 58:12Speaker 1: and a mother. Well you you've done neither of those.
- 58:15Speaker 1: You haven't failed as a wife or mother. Why are
- 58:17Speaker 1: you taking this own as blamed for yourself. You didn't
- 58:22Speaker 1: fail as a wife or mother. You did all your
- 58:25Speaker 1: wifely duties and you've done all your motherly duties. What
- 58:29Speaker 1: that's not an excuse for a man to go have
- 58:32Speaker 1: another whole family. So I'm gonna help you out to
- 58:34Speaker 1: minute him my husband mistress. Here we go. My husband
- 58:39Speaker 1: mistress came to me and told me she was pregnant
- 58:43Speaker 1: by my husband, and my life been in shambles since then.
- 58:46Speaker 1: Well right here, See my life ain't gonna be the
- 58:50Speaker 1: only one in shambles. See when you're coming here with
- 58:53Speaker 1: some bad news for me, I think we need to
- 58:56Speaker 1: share some more, Bady, And I think the sharing should
- 58:59Speaker 1: have went down immediately. You know, I look just if
- 59:07Speaker 1: I look as a man. I want you to understand
- 59:10Speaker 1: I'm talking to this woman as a woman. When this
- 59:15Speaker 1: mistress came to you and told you she was pregnant
- 59:20Speaker 1: by your husband, you being another woman, could have handled
- 59:25Speaker 1: it different because it ain't you got two kids. Ain't
- 59:27Speaker 1: you been pregnant before? So tasko, I'm thinking he should
- 59:33Speaker 1: have got physical there, that's just me. I don't see
- 59:37Speaker 1: how I didn't, but I'm just saying I'm thinking it
- 59:40Speaker 1: should have got physical. But once again, like I told you,
- 59:43Speaker 1: this is a water over the damn conversation. But I'm
- 59:46Speaker 1: goin to show you how to build a new damn
- 59:47Speaker 1: so you can get the water coming over. The three
- 59:52Speaker 1: of us sat down and had an adult conversation about
- 59:55Speaker 1: how we'd handled thing. See right there here part in
- 1:00:00Speaker 1: the concerts. First of all three of us are not
- 1:00:03Speaker 1: sitting down because what I'm about to do, we all
- 1:00:07Speaker 1: gonna need to be standing because there's need gonna be
- 1:00:10Speaker 1: some furniture moving going on up and then we're gonna
- 1:00:13Speaker 1: be some foot shuffling and some hand swinging. So I
- 1:00:16Speaker 1: don't know how you do that sitting down let's y'all
- 1:00:18Speaker 1: in wheelchair. Oh but y'all y'all ain't wheelchair. We need
- 1:00:22Speaker 1: everybody on the feet. So when I come back, I'm
- 1:00:24Speaker 1: explaining it to you how this little sit down with
- 1:00:26Speaker 1: a win? All right, all I got to say, be ready?
- 1:00:30Speaker 1: All right, Thank you, Steve. We'll have two of your
- 1:00:33Speaker 1: response coming up at twenty three minutes after the hour.
- 1:00:36Speaker 1: Today's Strawberry Letters subject he loves her but he won't
- 1:00:38Speaker 1: leave me. We'll get back into it right after this.
- 1:00:41Speaker 1: You're listening show, All right, Come on, Steve, let's recap
- 1:00:46Speaker 1: today's Strawberry Letters. Subject he loves her, but he won't
- 1:00:49Speaker 1: leave me for the ye old man? Where's this? Thirty?
- 1:00:51Speaker 1: Marriage is thirty for ye old woman. They've been married
- 1:00:53Speaker 1: six years. He's been having a relationship for three years.
- 1:00:56Speaker 1: He had to mess around and had a little boy
- 1:00:58Speaker 1: by this other woman, and he never had any kids,
- 1:01:01Speaker 1: and now he got this little boy. But he adopted
- 1:01:04Speaker 1: her his wife's two kids because they father passed away.
- 1:01:08Speaker 1: And then you know, you're embarrassed to tell your kids
- 1:01:12Speaker 1: because you feel like you fail as a mother and
- 1:01:14Speaker 1: a wife. And I must tell you you haven't done either.
- 1:01:17Speaker 1: Please don't make this your problem alone. We got to
- 1:01:20Speaker 1: make this everybody problem. Then you said my husband mistress
- 1:01:23Speaker 1: came to me and told me she was pregnant by
- 1:01:25Speaker 1: my husband, and my life being shambles every since. Well
- 1:01:28Speaker 1: it's time to get some more lives in shambles, because
- 1:01:31Speaker 1: what you ain't gonna do is come over here and
- 1:01:33Speaker 1: tossed mine upside down without yours getting tossed right smooth
- 1:01:37Speaker 1: back upside down. You want to stand, you feel me?
- 1:01:40Speaker 1: The three of us sat down and had an adult conversation. No,
- 1:01:43Speaker 1: we didn't. The three of us was in that moving
- 1:01:47Speaker 1: furniture around. The three of us was in there. We
- 1:01:49Speaker 1: were doing everything, but having a conversation. We were holly, no, no, no, no,
- 1:01:58Speaker 1: we're gonna be Holland's as an adult, cussing as an adult, sidestepping,
- 1:02:05Speaker 1: swanging as an adult. But we're not talking about how
- 1:02:10Speaker 1: we should handle things. You're gonna find out how we're
- 1:02:12Speaker 1: handling it as soon as you come through the door. Now,
- 1:02:16Speaker 1: the baby is innocent in this soul. Yes, I love
- 1:02:19Speaker 1: the little boy. Let's stop that. That's for women. Women
- 1:02:22Speaker 1: can say that I'm not loving it a little lad. No,
- 1:02:25Speaker 1: I'm a man. We don't we don't do that. We're men,
- 1:02:29Speaker 1: wenna love No, no, not man, come up in here
- 1:02:32Speaker 1: pregnant talking about this head were fling all love it. No,
- 1:02:34Speaker 1: we're not. No, the little boy got a problem with me.
- 1:02:39Speaker 1: Get over there with your daddy, your baby. Find to
- 1:02:41Speaker 1: find out something about life. That's what you're what y'all
- 1:02:46Speaker 1: ask for to do. I just told you everybody life
- 1:02:49Speaker 1: to get tossed upside down. Let's mind and we that's
- 1:02:52Speaker 1: your life, my life, and the baby life too. Bring
- 1:02:57Speaker 1: him over here if you want you. We ain't got
- 1:02:59Speaker 1: no similar. Well, animal, we ain't got a guy. We
- 1:03:06Speaker 1: gotta passify. We ain't got nothing. We gotta blake baby blanket.
- 1:03:10Speaker 1: We ain't got nothing to set your ass up. Watch
- 1:03:12Speaker 1: his game with me and deal with Stop all that crime.
- 1:03:17Speaker 1: Now I have it, and I loved it. Boy, and
- 1:03:20Speaker 1: I have a cordial relationship with this woman. Why what
- 1:03:24Speaker 1: conversation did you have? I also drink a lot of
- 1:03:29Speaker 1: martinis when I need to let off Steve. The problem
- 1:03:31Speaker 1: I'm having is with my husband. He won't go be
- 1:03:34Speaker 1: with her, and I can tell that's truly where his
- 1:03:36Speaker 1: heart is. He's still trying to carrest me and make
- 1:03:38Speaker 1: love to me. Like everything cool, But every time he
- 1:03:41Speaker 1: leaves the house, I feel like he's going to do
- 1:03:43Speaker 1: the same thing over her. I've seen his credit card
- 1:03:46Speaker 1: statements where he's purchased things for her and his son.
- 1:03:49Speaker 1: He thinks I'm cool with everything, so he has nothing
- 1:03:51Speaker 1: to hide. I told him he might as well invite
- 1:03:54Speaker 1: over for Thanksgiving, and now he thinks I'm losing my mind. See,
- 1:03:58Speaker 1: because he trying to keep that line and division drawing
- 1:04:02Speaker 1: from yours. So y'all don't ever come together so he
- 1:04:05Speaker 1: can keep these two separate lives gone. And that's where
- 1:04:10Speaker 1: you're wrong. You should call un invite ho over the thanksgi. Yeah,
- 1:04:17Speaker 1: she should call the woman and invite. Since y'all y'all
- 1:04:21Speaker 1: over there and had a cord conversation, Now let's have
- 1:04:24Speaker 1: everybody over the house to Thanksgiving. Yeah, when they get
- 1:04:28Speaker 1: over there, don't cook a damn. I knew it well,
- 1:04:32Speaker 1: ain't got nothing ready, don't have my robe on, and
- 1:04:38Speaker 1: some shouts. Listening to the WBC Heavyweight, tighten a little world.
- 1:04:45Speaker 1: I'm whipping everybody ass in here for Thanksgiving. Now listen
- 1:04:49Speaker 1: to me. I'm gonna give your chance to put the
- 1:04:50Speaker 1: baby in the swain. Why are we doing our things.
- 1:04:53Speaker 1: Put the baby in the swain, but we're not gonna
- 1:04:56Speaker 1: crank it up. I don't need him to go to sleep.
- 1:04:58Speaker 1: I need him see what's finn? Have him to a
- 1:05:00Speaker 1: mom and a damn. He needs to learn some things
- 1:05:05Speaker 1: to right. I think it's time for him to man
- 1:05:11Speaker 1: up and tell our children about their sibling, leave our house,
- 1:05:14Speaker 1: and get his life back on track with his new family.
- 1:05:16Speaker 1: How do I get through to him that it's not
- 1:05:18Speaker 1: okay when I mistakenly made him feel that it is.
- 1:05:20Speaker 1: This is where you can build that bridge up with
- 1:05:25Speaker 1: water over the bridge. No, no, no, you got to
- 1:05:28Speaker 1: let him know at Thanksgiving that this ain't okay, that
- 1:05:33Speaker 1: that sit down we had shouldn't have been a sit down.
- 1:05:36Speaker 1: It should have been a throwdown. And on Thanksgiving had
- 1:05:40Speaker 1: a throwdown that this is after Thanksgiving. So we got
- 1:05:43Speaker 1: Christmas coming perfect, perfect good. If you wreck a holiday
- 1:05:48Speaker 1: is memory, it'll be years. Girl. You remember that time
- 1:05:53Speaker 1: she invited us over Christmas? Wasn't no tree showing all
- 1:05:58Speaker 1: the snow out of her yard? She had a leaf
- 1:06:01Speaker 1: blow and blew all the snow out of y'all ain't
- 1:06:02Speaker 1: know what was happening, girl, whatever, there were no lights
- 1:06:05Speaker 1: went on, and you know, breaking light. She hand on
- 1:06:07Speaker 1: Santa Claus hold that gold Man was about five of
- 1:06:11Speaker 1: her girlfriends and that all of them were just had
- 1:06:13Speaker 1: on swimmer, chalk and brawl, putting vastline on their face
- 1:06:17Speaker 1: and taking that year in the girl they was in here.
- 1:06:20Speaker 1: Who girls, he ain't know what to dude, And the
- 1:06:25Speaker 1: baby was in there just crimed. Somebody snapped the baby
- 1:06:27Speaker 1: to baby shutter. Look. I just said, oh man, we're
- 1:06:30Speaker 1: going on up in here. Oh that was a crazy Christmas.
- 1:06:35Speaker 1: Who girl, it was a crazy ass Christmas up in
- 1:06:38Speaker 1: the hill. Then she had to never to have done
- 1:06:41Speaker 1: it half the way on this Christmas, this Christma, And
- 1:06:45Speaker 1: I said, man, ain't never seen nobody fight to this
- 1:06:49Speaker 1: stupid foster coming some Today's Strawberry Letter. I'm sorry, that's
- 1:06:54Speaker 1: good stupid, right, Steve Harvey I film on Instagram and Facebook.
- 1:06:58Speaker 1: Check out the Strawberry Letter podcast to please. It's on
- 1:07:01Speaker 1: demand now coming up at forty six minutes after the hour.
- 1:07:04Speaker 1: More trending headlines right after this, you're listening to the
- 1:07:08Speaker 1: Steve Morning Show in trending news. Well, finally justice was
- 1:07:13Speaker 1: served in the guilty verdict of the three men who
- 1:07:16Speaker 1: killed twenty five year old unarmed jogger Ahmad Arbury. Greg McMichael,
- 1:07:21Speaker 1: his son Travis, and neighbor William Roddy Bryan were all
- 1:07:24Speaker 1: found guilty and will remain in jail until sentencing up
- 1:07:28Speaker 1: next charges for the former Georgia prosecutor Jackie Johnson. Now,
- 1:07:33Speaker 1: Jackie Johnson used her position to protect the killers. She
- 1:07:37Speaker 1: was all the way wrong for that, but at least
- 1:07:40Speaker 1: they were found guilty. I mean, people were worried after
- 1:07:43Speaker 1: Kyle Rittenhouse, after that verdict. Finally yeah, finally justice. Yeah.
- 1:07:49Speaker 1: And she tried to cover this up. Yeah she did,
- 1:07:51Speaker 1: she really did. They almost got away with him almost almost.
- 1:07:58Speaker 1: Yes she was, Yes, she was. And it was you know, man,
- 1:08:03Speaker 1: the prosecutors were so racist when tired of these black preas.
- 1:08:08Speaker 1: We don't need no more black preachers coming down here.
- 1:08:10Speaker 1: Wait a minute, so it would have been on care
- 1:08:13Speaker 1: if they were watching. Yeah, I mean, man, they did
- 1:08:15Speaker 1: so they were so blatantly racist. But I was looking
- 1:08:18Speaker 1: at the face of Roddy what was the third ran
- 1:08:24Speaker 1: He got not guilty in that first one and had
- 1:08:27Speaker 1: that look of hope. Yeah, and then they started snatching
- 1:08:32Speaker 1: it away and he looked broken. Now the reason only
- 1:08:36Speaker 1: one of them testified that the boy that shot him,
- 1:08:39Speaker 1: because he was the best that the prosecutor could present,
- 1:08:43Speaker 1: I mean the defense could present because he kept saying
- 1:08:46Speaker 1: the right things they taught him. They couldn't get the
- 1:08:48Speaker 1: other two to say the right thing, so they didn't
- 1:08:51Speaker 1: check this because they were not coachable. Because the old
- 1:08:55Speaker 1: ignorant as hell betters what you mean, won't mean to
- 1:08:59Speaker 1: say that? Yeah, And they couldn't get him. So they
- 1:09:02Speaker 1: had the one hope that they had understand the son
- 1:09:06Speaker 1: that they could convince to keep trying to repeat. I
- 1:09:09Speaker 1: felt endangered. I didn't know, I stand. I just wanted
- 1:09:12Speaker 1: to talk to him. No, you didn't know. We call
- 1:09:14Speaker 1: the video guns blazing. Now you don't take a gun
- 1:09:18Speaker 1: to go talk to nobody a rifle? Yeah, and all y'all.
- 1:09:22Speaker 1: And and then when he shot Aubrey, and I watched
- 1:09:25Speaker 1: his father pull his gun out, like, oh, okay, the shooting, No,
- 1:09:29Speaker 1: y'all already killed. Yeah, yeah, yeah, but it was it
- 1:09:32Speaker 1: was a great moment of justice. None you've been about
- 1:09:34Speaker 1: to be in in a sale with your daddy for right, right, right,
- 1:09:38Speaker 1: and the prosecution, the not the prosecutor, the defense attorney,
- 1:09:42Speaker 1: the woman who said about Amad's long dirty toe nails.
- 1:09:46Speaker 1: That was so horrible, That was so horrible, and her
- 1:09:49Speaker 1: closing statements, Yeah, closing arguments and that, Yeah, what disrespectful
- 1:09:56Speaker 1: caused Amad Aubrey's mother to walk out. She walked out
- 1:09:59Speaker 1: of the court rooms. Believe that what are you talking about?
- 1:10:03Speaker 1: Her son is dead and those three men killed them
- 1:10:06Speaker 1: and they need to go to prison for the rest
- 1:10:07Speaker 1: of their lives. So why are you bringing this up?
- 1:10:10Speaker 1: I just stopped order for me. Yeah, all right, they're
- 1:10:14Speaker 1: waiting sentencing coming up at the top of the hour.
- 1:10:18Speaker 1: We are in Dubai and we'll tell you about it
- 1:10:21Speaker 1: right after this you're listening to so Steve, we cannot
- 1:10:28Speaker 1: thank you enough for Dubai. It is beautiful over here.
- 1:10:31Speaker 1: We're here always. Yeah. Got a couple of things, uh
- 1:10:35Speaker 1: for y'all to see and experience. Uh, it's a wonderful
- 1:10:40Speaker 1: place to come for everybody. Oh you should look into
- 1:10:43Speaker 1: some packages they have with tourism and come over here
- 1:10:47Speaker 1: and see it. My favorite places actually Abu Dhabi because
- 1:10:52Speaker 1: it's not quieter. But Dubai is amazing. People, Oh my god,
- 1:10:59Speaker 1: are so They're so nice and lights and respectful and
- 1:11:04Speaker 1: they close so white? What are they watching that? I mean,
- 1:11:07Speaker 1: it's the purest white I ever. You mean you want
- 1:11:15Speaker 1: to know what's in that? It's really weird. But just
- 1:11:21Speaker 1: when you walk down, there's no homelessness. Yeah, and you
- 1:11:25Speaker 1: write trash, there's no trash. You won't find nothing on
- 1:11:29Speaker 1: the ground. Right. The unemployment rate is unbelievable. Everybody has
- 1:11:36Speaker 1: a job here that wants to work. Oh wow, Wow,
- 1:11:40Speaker 1: there's no like unemployment. There's no work, no, no, no,
- 1:11:43Speaker 1: we have work for you. And like a lot of
- 1:11:47Speaker 1: people come here for work at a lot of people
- 1:11:50Speaker 1: that don't are not here. They house them and they
- 1:11:54Speaker 1: take buses to pick them up to bring them to work. Wow,
- 1:11:57Speaker 1: it''s hard to believe what it's own fifty years. That's
- 1:12:01Speaker 1: that's that was Who does this in fifty years? If
- 1:12:06Speaker 1: you look at this place, anniversary is this week. The
- 1:12:12Speaker 1: UAE is fifty years old this week. And it was
- 1:12:18Speaker 1: this was a Dubai was a pearl diving center for
- 1:12:22Speaker 1: people dole for pearls and it was like trading docs
- 1:12:25Speaker 1: and stuff like that. But just fifty years ago it
- 1:12:30Speaker 1: was just villages and saying wow. But their leadership here
- 1:12:36Speaker 1: is different than if they have vision, and of course
- 1:12:39Speaker 1: they don't have to run it by anybody, so he
- 1:12:41Speaker 1: ain't got to pass it through the Center and the
- 1:12:43Speaker 1: Congress and the NBCEE. What the governors want to do? No, no, no,
- 1:12:46Speaker 1: no no. They make a decision over here, and it happens,
- 1:12:50Speaker 1: but they make decisions based on the people what's best
- 1:12:53Speaker 1: for their people. You know, people talking about what that's
- 1:12:56Speaker 1: we can vote in American that's great, and voting is
- 1:12:58Speaker 1: great and where the supposed to do that in America
- 1:13:01Speaker 1: as well, it's absolutely but people talk about what you know,
- 1:13:04Speaker 1: nowhere else is like that. I don't I wouldn't wanna
- 1:13:06Speaker 1: live what somebody just didn't excuse me. It's working over here. Yeah,
- 1:13:11Speaker 1: you know, y'all in England ain't saying nothing about this
- 1:13:13Speaker 1: queen that just get to be queen. You know, y'all
- 1:13:16Speaker 1: got a parliament and all that, but they just born
- 1:13:19Speaker 1: into it. Yeah. The difference over here is the royal
- 1:13:22Speaker 1: families over here in the UAE. The healthcare system over
- 1:13:26Speaker 1: here is in everybody goods healthcare. You have you seen
- 1:13:34Speaker 1: anybody on the street begging anybody? Have you seen anybody
- 1:13:40Speaker 1: that look that looked just I don't try, no, no,
- 1:13:44Speaker 1: not at all. That's not what they go. We we
- 1:13:47Speaker 1: they love people over here. If you want to work,
- 1:13:49Speaker 1: we have work. It's an architect's dream over here. The
- 1:13:53Speaker 1: buildings that are beautiful, amazing, And can't we just say
- 1:13:58Speaker 1: the game, the Lambo game. But I want to go
- 1:14:02Speaker 1: to the junk yard. I know they got to be
- 1:14:07Speaker 1: some life lambo after the lambo here. Yeah, you should
- 1:14:12Speaker 1: go to the auto strip. Okay, okay, where they have
- 1:14:16Speaker 1: every car dealership back to back to back. Just goes walking.
- 1:14:22Speaker 1: You ain't got to go in. Just look in the
- 1:14:24Speaker 1: window that got stuff in that window. You've never seen it.
