Latest / The Ben Ferguson Podcast / David Weiss's Authority Questioned in Hunter Biden Case
Transcript
- 0:01Speaker 1: There is a story you may not know about, and
- 0:04Speaker 1: that is this Joe Biden's Department of Justice prevented Leslie
- 0:10Speaker 1: Wolf from discussing details about David Weiss's authority when it
- 0:15Speaker 1: came to charging Hunter Biden. That's what we've been told
- 0:19Speaker 1: this now coming from the Daily Caller. James Lynch, the
- 0:23Speaker 1: investigative reporter there saying, quote, the scope of top Hunter
- 0:27Speaker 1: Biden prosecutor David Weiss's authority was off limits for his
- 0:32Speaker 1: former staffer when she testified before Congress.
- 0:38Speaker 2: That's right.
- 0:38Speaker 1: The former assistant US Attorney for the District of Delaware,
- 0:42Speaker 1: Leslie Wolf, testified December the fourteenth before the House Judiciary
- 0:46Speaker 1: Committee and did not have permission to discuss the details
- 0:50Speaker 1: of Weiss's charging authority on the Hunter Biden case. According
- 0:54Speaker 1: to a transcript that's been reviewed now by The Daily Caller.
- 0:58Speaker 2: This is shocking. Wolf was asked, and.
- 1:01Speaker 1: I'm going to read the transcript for you, quote, okay,
- 1:05Speaker 1: with respect to the Hunter Biden case, Stuart Goldberg testified
- 1:10Speaker 1: that even though David Weiss has said he has ultimate
- 1:15Speaker 1: charging authority, that the Tax Division still was required to
- 1:20Speaker 1: approve any tax charges. Was that your understanding again, Wolf,
- 1:26Speaker 1: was asked this quote, I am not authorized to speak
- 1:29Speaker 1: on the particulars of an ongoing matter. Wolf replied, okay,
- 1:35Speaker 1: so you're not authorized to speak on David Weiss's charging
- 1:39Speaker 1: authority question mark. I mean that's been one of the
- 1:42Speaker 1: areas that the Justice Department has allowed witnesses to address.
- 1:47Speaker 1: The committee then responded, quote, it is my understanding that,
- 1:50Speaker 1: because you have heard directly from others on this issue
- 1:54Speaker 1: who are in a far better position than I am
- 1:56Speaker 1: to speak to the actual scope of his authority, that
- 2:00Speaker 1: I am not authorized to speak on that. Wolf answered
- 2:05Speaker 1: the response, so you're not authorized to speak on Weiss's authority,
- 2:11Speaker 1: that's correct.
- 2:12Speaker 2: Wolf said.
- 2:13Speaker 1: She proceeded to give a generalized description of what she
- 2:16Speaker 1: believed Weiss's authority to be without going into detail, saying
- 2:20Speaker 1: what it was always my understanding, without.
- 2:23Speaker 2: The particulars, was that US.
- 2:25Speaker 1: Attorney Wiss would have the necessary authority to bring charges
- 2:29Speaker 1: that he believed were appropriate to bring in any jurisdiction
- 2:33Speaker 1: that he felt was appropriate to bring said charges in.
- 2:37Speaker 2: Wolf then stated she did.
- 2:39Speaker 1: Not answer specific questions related to cases she worked on
- 2:44Speaker 1: where DOJ tax authority might have been an issue. Wolf
- 2:49Speaker 1: instead spoke vaguely about the Tax Division's general approval processes
- 2:54Speaker 1: and referred to the Criminal Tax Division Manual for those responses. Now,
- 2:59Speaker 1: the reason why I'm reading this for you is because
- 3:01Speaker 1: you need to understand what a cover up sounds like.
- 3:04Speaker 1: You need to understand how corrupt the DOJ is when
- 3:09Speaker 1: it comes to protecting the President of the United States
- 3:11Speaker 1: of America, and to protect the President United States of America,
- 3:14Speaker 1: they had to make sure that Hunter Biden was not
- 3:17Speaker 1: charged with real crimes.
- 3:19Speaker 2: Now we understand how all this went down.
- 3:22Speaker 1: Now, the acting Deputy Assistant Attorney General for the Department
- 3:25Speaker 1: of Justice the Tax Division, Stuart Goldberg, testified before the
- 3:29Speaker 1: Judiciary Committee in October and said the DOJ Tax Division
- 3:34Speaker 1: has approval authority over Weiss's investigative steps and any potential
- 3:41Speaker 1: charges he decides to level against hunter Biden, according to
- 3:44Speaker 1: the transcript that was also now reviewed by The Daily Caller,
- 3:48Speaker 1: So what does this mean. It means that you and
- 3:53Speaker 1: I and every American were lied to when they said
- 3:57Speaker 1: that David Weiss.
- 3:58Speaker 2: Had the ultimate power and authority to charge Hunter.
- 4:00Speaker 1: Biden wherever he saw it fit, meaning in New York
- 4:04Speaker 1: or California or Delaware, wherever the crimes could have been committed.
- 4:08Speaker 2: We were lied to.
- 4:09Speaker 1: He did not, based on the transcripts and the testimony,
- 4:13Speaker 1: have the approval or the authority to actually take the
- 4:17Speaker 1: steps to charge Hunter Biden with the major tax charges. Now,
- 4:22Speaker 1: this also explains more of the protection of Hunter Biden.
- 4:28Speaker 1: We got to go back, and I want to remind
- 4:30Speaker 1: you because this should be a massive year election year
- 4:33Speaker 1: issue number one. All right, So understand this needs to
- 4:37Speaker 1: be brought up by every Republican that's running for president
- 4:40Speaker 1: right now, and obviously Donald Trump would be leading on this.
- 4:44Speaker 1: But this is the part you have to understand about
- 4:46Speaker 1: the lies that have been told here. David Weiss when
- 4:51Speaker 1: he was investigating Hunter Biden was never actually investigating Hunter Biden.
- 4:57Speaker 2: He was protecting Hunter Biden.
- 5:00Speaker 1: Now, how do when I say that, that's a pretty
- 5:03Speaker 1: intense claim, right, that's a pretty big accusation that I'm making. Well,
- 5:07Speaker 1: to be clear, I'm not the only one making this accusation.
- 5:10Speaker 1: We know for a fact that they allowed the statute
- 5:15Speaker 1: of limitations to run out on the most egregious tax
- 5:20Speaker 1: charges that would have been filed against Hunter Biden. The
- 5:24Speaker 1: statue of limitations was coming up. They knew that the
- 5:27Speaker 1: statute of limitations was coming up, and they allowed them
- 5:30Speaker 1: to expire for the charges that would have been federal
- 5:33Speaker 1: offenses that would have been had Hunter Biden facing significant
- 5:37Speaker 1: and real jail time. So if you are actually investigating
- 5:41Speaker 1: crimes as they claim that they were investigating against hunter Biden,
- 5:45Speaker 1: you sure as hell wouldn't have allowed the statue of
- 5:48Speaker 1: limitations to run out on those charges that you were
- 5:53Speaker 1: planning on bringing against Hunter Biden unless you are protecting
- 5:59Speaker 1: the present son at all costs to cover all of
- 6:03Speaker 1: this up, which goes back to the acting Deputy Assistant
- 6:07Speaker 1: Attorney General for the Department of Justice Tax Division Goldberg
- 6:11Speaker 1: testifying back in October, as I mentioned a moment ago,
- 6:15Speaker 1: and he said that the DOJ Tax Division has approval
- 6:19Speaker 1: authority over Weiss's investigative steps and any potential tax charges
- 6:23Speaker 1: he decides to level against hunter Biden.
- 6:26Speaker 2: That's in the transcript. Now listen to this.
- 6:29Speaker 1: Goldberg cited the DOJ's own manual and regulations outlying the
- 6:35Speaker 1: scope of the DOJ's Tax Division authority. The guidelines still
- 6:39Speaker 1: apply even with Weiss's Special Council status. Goldberg went on
- 6:45Speaker 1: to state Weiss confirmed that the DOJ's Tax Division's authority
- 6:51Speaker 1: under federal regulations and the Department of Justices manual. When
- 6:56Speaker 1: he testified before the Judiciary.
- 6:58Speaker 2: Committee in November.
- 6:59Speaker 1: According to an other transcript reviewed, Weiss pointed out, he
- 7:04Speaker 1: did not run into problems with the DJA tax officials
- 7:08Speaker 1: during the Hunter Biden investigation.
- 7:10Speaker 2: So what does that mean.
- 7:12Speaker 1: It means that they were all working together to make
- 7:15Speaker 1: sure that the statue of limitations expired so that the
- 7:19Speaker 1: most egregious tax crimes could not be brought against Hunter Biden,
- 7:24Speaker 1: which would protect the DAD, which would protect the President
- 7:28Speaker 1: and then the vice president Isaacs America in their corrupt
- 7:31Speaker 1: business practices, because if you did charge Hunter Biden with
- 7:34Speaker 1: these tax charges, it would have opened up the entire
- 7:38Speaker 1: can of worms in the courtroom and they would expose
- 7:42Speaker 1: the corruption of the Biden crime family. We go back
- 7:46Speaker 1: to the charging of Hunter Biden, all right, Let's go
- 7:49Speaker 1: back to the sweetheart deal and the.
- 7:50Speaker 2: Charges against him.
- 7:52Speaker 1: There was a charge of the gun issue, right that
- 7:54Speaker 1: he bought the gun while he was under the influence
- 7:56Speaker 1: and using drugs of the time, and it was very
- 7:58Speaker 1: easy to prove that he was going to get the
- 8:00Speaker 1: sweetheart deal. They knew he was going to get the
- 8:02Speaker 1: deal and everything was just going to be fine.
- 8:03Speaker 3: Right.
- 8:04Speaker 2: That was the whole ballgame.
- 8:05Speaker 1: Remember why did they choose that to be one of
- 8:07Speaker 1: the charges because it didn't connect anything to the Biden
- 8:11Speaker 1: crime family. The tax charge that that charged, the gun
- 8:15Speaker 1: charge was completely separate and independent of any of the
- 8:18Speaker 1: Biden crime family activities.
- 8:20Speaker 2: It didn't connect the.
- 8:21Speaker 1: Father to him, China, Romania, Russia, any of the corruption
- 8:25Speaker 1: or collusion that we've talked about in the money that
- 8:28Speaker 1: was flowing into the Biden bank accounts.
- 8:31Speaker 2: That's why they went with that.
- 8:33Speaker 1: They also went with some of the tax issues that
- 8:36Speaker 1: also were about basic issues of like failure to file
- 8:39Speaker 1: for example, or those issues would again also insulate and
- 8:45Speaker 1: protect Joe Biden. Now, if they would have charged him
- 8:48Speaker 1: with them biggus and the major tax charges, it would
- 8:52Speaker 1: have then brought in evidence that would then connect the
- 8:56Speaker 1: Biden crime family to the corruption of you guessed it,
- 9:01Speaker 1: Hunter Biden. Now this is where Weiss comes in. Weis's
- 9:06Speaker 1: being the Delaware US attorney quote defended Wolf and his
- 9:11Speaker 1: entire team on the Hunter Biden case during his testimony. Now,
- 9:14Speaker 1: Wolf is no longer employed by the DOJ and left
- 9:17Speaker 1: her position weeks before her testimony. I guess this is
- 9:21Speaker 1: what happens when you're gonna get paid. This also comes
- 9:24Speaker 1: back to how brave the IRS whistleblowers actually were.
- 9:30Speaker 2: Let me remind you of two people.
- 9:31Speaker 1: I think we've talked about this before on this show.
- 9:35Speaker 1: IRS whistleblowers Gary Shapley and Joseph Siegler have accused Wolf
- 9:42Speaker 1: and other DOJ officials of giving Hunter Biden special treatment
- 9:47Speaker 1: throughout the ongoing criminal investigation into the first son, and
- 9:51Speaker 1: it centered all around his taxes and the millions of
- 9:54Speaker 1: dollars that were coming in.
- 9:56Speaker 2: In fact, listen carefully to this.
- 9:59Speaker 1: Witness testimony from the DJ, witness testimony from the FBI,
- 10:05Speaker 1: and witness testimony from IRS officials all confirmed key allegations
- 10:11Speaker 1: that were first brought forward by these two brave IRS whistleblowers.
- 10:17Speaker 1: You may have forgotten that House Republicans detailed all of
- 10:21Speaker 1: this and showed that this perceived you know, wife's charging
- 10:28Speaker 1: authority was not real and the DJ's Tax division ability
- 10:32Speaker 1: to prove that wife's decision was clearly.
- 10:34Speaker 2: Protecting the president.
- 10:36Speaker 1: One major allegation, by the way, that was provided by
- 10:39Speaker 1: that IRS whistleblower, who was brave man, a hero Gary
- 10:43Speaker 1: Shapley was that David Wise stated at in October the seventh,
- 10:48Speaker 1: twenty twenty two meeting. This isn't that long ago, folks.
- 10:51Speaker 1: October the seventh, twenty twenty two. We're talking just over
- 10:54Speaker 1: a year ago. There was a meeting and the DJ
- 10:58Speaker 1: rejected his requests for special council authority and instructed Weiss
- 11:03Speaker 1: to follow the process quote unquote. Chapley's attorneys have released
- 11:09Speaker 1: an email Chaplely sent and handwritten notes documenting his accounts
- 11:12Speaker 1: of that October seventh, twenty twenty two meeting where the
- 11:15Speaker 1: special treatment was being given to the bidens. Weiss, by
- 11:20Speaker 1: the way, confirmed DOJ officials rejected.
- 11:25Speaker 2: So this is on the record now.
- 11:27Speaker 1: Weiss confirmed that the DOJ officials rejected his requests for
- 11:31Speaker 1: special attorney authority under Section five to one five in
- 11:35Speaker 1: the spring of last year and told him to follow
- 11:39Speaker 1: the process instead.
- 11:42Speaker 2: How Judiciary committe Chairman.
- 11:43Speaker 1: Jim Jordan also told reporters that Weiss's testimony vindicated the
- 11:48Speaker 1: IRS whistleblowers and confirmed the accusations from Gary Shapley. For

- 13:25Speaker 1: Patriot Now. In addition to all the information that I
- 13:30Speaker 1: just told you, Weiss also confirmed that President Biden appointed
- 13:35Speaker 1: US attorneys for the District of Columbia Matthew Graves and
- 13:40Speaker 1: the Centroducriy of California, E Martin Estrado. They did not
- 13:45Speaker 1: cooperate on the Hunter Biden case. Let me say it again,
- 13:50Speaker 1: they did not cooperate on the Hunter Biden case. And
- 13:54Speaker 1: now I wonder why, right like, why would they not
- 13:58Speaker 1: have cooperated on the Hunter Biden case. Could it be
- 14:00Speaker 1: because they deliberately wanted to make sure that Joe Biden
- 14:03Speaker 1: got away with all the crimes that he got away with.
- 14:06Speaker 1: Could it be that they wanted to make sure that
- 14:08Speaker 1: they protected the President of United States of America.
- 14:11Speaker 2: Let's let's dive into that idea for a second.
- 14:14Speaker 1: Grave's choice resulted in the statue of limitations expiring.
- 14:20Speaker 2: This is a fact. If you're taking notes, write this
- 14:23Speaker 2: one down.
- 14:25Speaker 1: It resulted in the statue of limitations expiring for all
- 14:29Speaker 1: of the alleged tax related defenses committed by Hunter Biden,
- 14:32Speaker 1: the most egregious ones in twenty fourteen, in twenty fifteen
- 14:37Speaker 1: tax years.
- 14:39Speaker 2: Weiss has confirmed. So this isn't up for debate.
- 14:43Speaker 1: And when you're dealing with these woke, crazy psycholiberals, this
- 14:46Speaker 1: is a point you should be making.
- 14:48Speaker 2: Weiss has admitted it. Yes, I am a.
- 14:51Speaker 1: Guy that was supposed to be investigating Hunter Biden. Instead
- 14:54Speaker 1: I was acting like it was his attorney and I
- 14:56Speaker 1: was protecting Joe Biden. Remember, I don't give a crap
- 14:58Speaker 1: about Hunter Biden. I want to say that again. I
- 15:01Speaker 1: don't give a crap about Hunter Biden.
- 15:03Speaker 2: Hunter Biden is a bag man.
- 15:05Speaker 1: Okay, He's a bag man that was an addic that
- 15:09Speaker 1: was abused by his own family. They saw an opportunity
- 15:15Speaker 1: to abuse their power. In fact, let me just back
- 15:19Speaker 1: that up real quick by reminding you of what Hunter
- 15:24Speaker 1: Biden said in his own words.
- 15:26Speaker 2: Okay, in his own words, when Hunter Biden had that
- 15:31Speaker 2: press conference, Remember that press conference. He talked about his daddy, right,
- 15:35Speaker 2: he talked about his dad, and you know they were
- 15:39Speaker 2: loving me and kind to me. Listen to Hunter Biden
- 15:42Speaker 2: in his own words.
- 15:44Speaker 3: Let me state as clearly as I can. My father
- 15:48Speaker 3: was not financially involved in my business, not as a
- 15:52Speaker 3: practicing lawyer, not as a board member of Barisma, not
- 15:56Speaker 3: in my partnership with a Chinese private businessman, not in
- 16:00Speaker 3: my investments at home nor abroad, and certainly not as an.
- 16:03Speaker 1: Artist, and certainly not as an artist that was added
- 16:08Speaker 1: in there by the lawyers in front of Capitol Hill, right,
- 16:12Speaker 1: I mean that was that was a cover your abs
- 16:14Speaker 1: statement if I've ever heard one. Let me also play
- 16:18Speaker 1: for you this from Hunter Biden, because I said this a.
- 16:23Speaker 2: Moment ago, and I want to make the point again.
- 16:26Speaker 1: Hunter Biden has said over and over again, you know,
- 16:29Speaker 1: my father was never involved, and the story changed, right
- 16:32Speaker 1: at first it was my father never talked about business,
- 16:34Speaker 1: you know, and then Hunter Biden or Joe Biden said
- 16:37Speaker 1: over and over again, I never talked about the you know,
- 16:39Speaker 1: the business dealings with the period right where there's a
- 16:42Speaker 1: we're going to have a concrete wall, a brick wall
- 16:45Speaker 1: between my family's business and me, right, and that's what.
- 16:48Speaker 2: We're gonna do.
- 16:49Speaker 1: Well, that was a lie, and it's been constant lized
- 16:53Speaker 1: over and over and over again. But I also told
- 16:56Speaker 1: you what the alibi was gonna be the alibi. I
- 17:00Speaker 1: was always going to be Hunter Biden didn't do anything wrong,
- 17:04Speaker 1: and if he did, it was only.
- 17:06Speaker 2: Because he was a drug addict. That was the alibi, because.
- 17:09Speaker 1: That's an alibi you couldn't use with James Biden or
- 17:12Speaker 1: any other Biden crime family members. Right, you needed somebody,
- 17:15Speaker 1: and I want you to think about just how evil
- 17:18Speaker 1: you have to be. And this is again in my opinion,
- 17:20Speaker 1: but this is based on the assessment of the information
- 17:23Speaker 1: that I now have. James Biden, the President's brother, doctor
- 17:31Speaker 1: Joe Biden, Joe Biden. They all knew that Hunter Biden
- 17:34Speaker 1: was an addict. We know that from the laptop, We
- 17:37Speaker 1: know that from the emails, We know that from the
- 17:39Speaker 1: books that have been written by the family. If you
- 17:43Speaker 1: know that your family member is an addict, why would
- 17:46Speaker 1: you give them access to millions of dollars to feed
- 17:49Speaker 1: that habit that could kill them.
- 17:51Speaker 2: We know that they knew that when the money was
- 17:54Speaker 2: flowing in from all.
- 17:55Speaker 1: These shady business deals that he was doing with Barisma
- 17:57Speaker 1: and Romania and China right in Russia and the oligarchs there,
- 18:03Speaker 1: that they knew that money was going to human trafficking,
- 18:06Speaker 1: sex trafficking prostitutes and an unbelievable amount.
- 18:11Speaker 2: Of drug use. They didn't care.
- 18:15Speaker 1: They didn't care because that was the only way they
- 18:18Speaker 1: could funnel the money into the Biden crime family. In fact,
- 18:23Speaker 1: they exploited their own family members drug abuse and abuse addiction,
- 18:29Speaker 1: which just is sick on so many different levels, because
- 18:33Speaker 1: they said, hey, this is great.
- 18:35Speaker 2: He can do things that we would never do.
- 18:38Speaker 1: Hunter Biden can do deals with Russian oligarchs that are
- 18:42Speaker 1: best friends with.
- 18:42Speaker 2: The Putins and Chinese Communist.
- 18:45Speaker 1: Party officials because he's an addict.
- 18:51Speaker 2: James Biden, by the way, was smart enough.
- 18:53Speaker 1: To never take those risks, not in the same way
- 18:56Speaker 1: that Hunter Biden was willing to do the deals. Fact,
- 19:01Speaker 1: they were basically pimps for Hunter Biden, the Biden crime family,
- 19:06Speaker 1: and this includes the President of United States of America.
- 19:08Speaker 1: They they prostituted him out. It was hey, you need
- 19:12Speaker 1: to fix don't you. Okay, well, here, do this deal
- 19:15Speaker 1: with these shady business people, make them happy, and then
- 19:18Speaker 1: you'll get a paycheck. They exploited his drug addiction. You
- 19:25Speaker 1: want to know why, I will never trust the Biden
- 19:27Speaker 1: crime family to care about me or you or anybody
- 19:31Speaker 1: else because they didn't even protect like they didn't even
- 19:34Speaker 1: protect their own son. You know, doctor Joe Biden walks
- 19:38Speaker 1: around like she's a doctor, right, like an MD, and
- 19:42Speaker 1: she and everybody's got to say doctor this.
- 19:44Speaker 2: And doctor that and doctor.
- 19:45Speaker 1: Like, what kind of woman allows a family member to
- 19:51Speaker 1: be exploited this way? Where's the where's the nurturing aspect
- 19:56Speaker 1: of that? Uh of a woman who's saying, hey, you
- 20:00Speaker 1: you guys could kill him. Y'all are giving him all
- 20:03Speaker 1: this money that he's blowing through, like we're going to
- 20:06Speaker 1: get a phone call in the middle of the night.
- 20:07Speaker 2: What you would do normally is cut that person off.
- 20:11Speaker 1: It's the same reason why I don't get money to
- 20:13Speaker 1: homeless people on the side of the road, because I
- 20:15Speaker 1: know nine percent of the time that money is going
- 20:16Speaker 1: to go to what alcoholism or drug abuse. I know
- 20:20Speaker 1: that I'm not an idiot. By the way, it doesn't
- 20:23Speaker 1: mean I don't give a home with shelters where they're
- 20:25Speaker 1: trying to help people get away from that lifestyle. I
- 20:28Speaker 1: have massive compassion for people that are drug addicts, I
- 20:31Speaker 1: really do. I have massive compassion for people to get
- 20:34Speaker 1: get addicted to opioids. For example, I've had friends and
- 20:38Speaker 1: by the way, lost friends to opioid addiction, many of
- 20:41Speaker 1: them that never knew that they were about to be
- 20:42Speaker 1: given a narcotic that was going to change.
- 20:44Speaker 2: Their life forever in a legal way.
- 20:49Speaker 1: But what I wouldn't do is if someone had an
- 20:50Speaker 1: opiod addiction, I wouldn't say, hey, come work for me
- 20:53Speaker 1: and I'll give you money and then you can keep
- 20:56Speaker 1: your addiction alive. Like I wouldn't do that. That's what
- 21:01Speaker 1: the Biden family did to their own son. And it
- 21:05Speaker 1: goes back to the alibi. They knew there was an alibi. Right,
- 21:08Speaker 1: So Hunter Biden says, my father was never involved my
- 21:11Speaker 1: business dealings. Okay, let me rephrase that my father never
- 21:13Speaker 1: profited from my business heelings. Well, let me rephrase that
- 21:17Speaker 1: my father never actually made direct money off my artwork. Right,
- 21:20Speaker 1: Like the narrative keeps changing. And then what's the alibi? Well,
- 21:25Speaker 1: you know they loved me when I was an addict.
- 21:32Speaker 3: During my battle with addiction, My parents were there for me.
- 21:38Speaker 1: Were they Were they really there for you? Or do
- 21:40Speaker 1: they use your addiction to make them more money? The
- 21:43Speaker 1: ten percent for the big guy. I mean, you guys
- 21:46Speaker 1: had some hell of a year's in the business while
- 21:48Speaker 1: you were an addict.
- 21:51Speaker 3: They literally saved my life?
- 21:54Speaker 1: Did they Did they save your life? Or they exploit
- 21:57Speaker 1: your addiction to enrich themselves. This is the only time
- 22:04Speaker 1: I've ever actually felt compassion for Hunter Biden. When I
- 22:08Speaker 1: saw him in front of the Capitol doing this press
- 22:11Speaker 1: conference reading these words, I was sitting there.
- 22:15Speaker 2: And I'm like, wow, I actually felt bad for him.
- 22:18Speaker 1: This is a grown man who needed a father and
- 22:22Speaker 1: family members that gave him real love and compassion while
- 22:27Speaker 1: in the depths of addiction, and instead they gave him
- 22:30Speaker 1: what he needed to get his next high. They gave
- 22:35Speaker 1: him access to business deals and access to money that
- 22:40Speaker 1: no normal parent or human being would ever give to
- 22:44Speaker 1: an addict. And they did it. In fact, they made
- 22:47Speaker 1: more money because of his addiction, because this.
- 22:50Speaker 2: Was the alibi all along.
- 22:52Speaker 3: They helped me in ways that I will never be
- 22:54Speaker 3: able to repay, and of course they would never expect
- 22:58Speaker 3: me to. And in the depths of my addiction, I
- 23:02Speaker 3: was extremely irresponsible with my finances. But to suggest that
- 23:08Speaker 3: his grounds for an impeachment inquiry is beyond the absurd.
- 23:12Speaker 3: It's shameless. There's no evidence to support the allegations that
- 23:17Speaker 3: my father was financially involved in my business because it
- 23:21Speaker 3: did not happen.
- 23:24Speaker 2: WHOA, whoa. You've changed again.
- 23:27Speaker 1: At first it was my father never spoke to anybody
- 23:30Speaker 1: in my business. Then it was my father did take
- 23:33Speaker 1: phone calls to talk about the weather. Then it was well,
- 23:35Speaker 1: maybe he played golf with some of my business associates.
- 23:38Speaker 1: Then it was okay, well maybe he gave me some
- 23:40Speaker 1: advice on business, and then it changed to what he
- 23:43Speaker 1: just said, we didn't financially make any money directly, and
- 23:46Speaker 1: of course the same line.
- 23:47Speaker 2: They say over and over again, there was no evidence
- 23:51Speaker 2: to connect. There is evidence.
- 23:55Speaker 1: You paid for a whole lot of daddy stuff, including
- 23:58Speaker 1: a remodel of a house. You have direct payments coming
- 24:02Speaker 1: in from China and Ukraine, and then money directly going
- 24:06Speaker 1: into your father's bank account in the same days that
- 24:09Speaker 1: the money was being transferred. You have the What's App
- 24:12Speaker 1: message where you say you're sitting there with your father
- 24:15Speaker 1: and then five million dollars shows up within a week
- 24:18Speaker 1: of you sitting the message threatening that your father and
- 24:21Speaker 1: you would get angry.
- 24:25Speaker 3: James Comer, Jim Jordan, Jason Smith and their colleagues have
- 24:32Speaker 3: distorted the facts by cherry picking lines from a bank
- 24:37Speaker 3: statement manipulating text I sent.
- 24:40Speaker 1: Here's my question, when did they manipulate text messages? I've
- 24:45Speaker 1: been asking that question since this press conference, and no
- 24:47Speaker 1: one's been able to answer that question for me.
- 24:50Speaker 2: When did they manipulate text messages? The reason why I'm
- 24:53Speaker 2: asking the question is because I can tell you the answer.
- 24:55Speaker 2: It never happened.
- 24:57Speaker 1: There was no text messages that they manipulated. But you
- 25:01Speaker 1: throw out there that right. The other side is evil,
- 25:04Speaker 1: the other side is bad, the other side's doing everything
- 25:07Speaker 1: wrong that My father is completely clean from this.
- 25:10Speaker 2: Here's my question.
- 25:12Speaker 1: If your father is clean, then why was he making
- 25:15Speaker 1: millions and millions of dollars off of your activities? And
- 25:22Speaker 1: then ask yourself this question, and this may be the
- 25:25Speaker 1: most important question of all. What was the product that
- 25:29Speaker 1: Hunter Biden was selling? Was he selling a widget? Was
- 25:34Speaker 1: he selling? What was Hunter Biden selling? I can tell
- 25:39Speaker 1: you by the way what he was selling. He was
- 25:40Speaker 1: selling access. That's what he was selling. He was selling
- 25:46Speaker 1: the access to the Biden family, and the only person
- 25:49Speaker 1: the Biden family that mattered was Joe Biden. That was
- 25:54Speaker 1: what he was selling. That is the access. That's the
- 25:58Speaker 1: whole ball game, that's everything. Folks, that's all of it.
- 26:05Speaker 1: The product was Joe Biden, and the product, by default
- 26:09Speaker 1: was the United States government. And they sit there and
- 26:14Speaker 1: they say, oh, there's no evidence, there's nothing here.
- 26:17Speaker 2: There's oh there there right, there's nothing here.
- 26:19Speaker 1: Okay, So let's go back to what we learned from
- 26:22Speaker 1: Weiss and wrap this up. You look at the two
- 26:26Speaker 1: IRIS whistleblowers, Graves and Estrata.
- 26:28Speaker 2: They testified separately.
- 26:29Speaker 1: Before the House Judiciary Committee in October, and they both
- 26:32Speaker 1: said they did not partner with Weiss on the case.
- 26:36Speaker 1: According to the transcripts, Graves and Estrata's conduct was first
- 26:40Speaker 1: highlighted by the IRS whistleblowers. The IRS agents testified to
- 26:45Speaker 1: the House Waves and Means Committee that Hunter Biden's alleged
- 26:48Speaker 1: tax crimes were in fourteen and fifteen textures were tied
- 26:52Speaker 1: to income he received Listen carefully from Ukrainian energy firm
- 26:59Speaker 1: Barismo Holdings. Wolf then faced additional questions in relation to
- 27:04Speaker 1: Weiss's ability to charge outside of his jurisdiction and the
- 27:08Speaker 1: sex section five to one to five requests he made
- 27:11Speaker 1: in the spring of.
- 27:11Speaker 2: Twenty twenty two.
- 27:13Speaker 1: She repeatedly declined to answer those specific questions and deferred
- 27:17Speaker 1: them to David Weiss. Quote, I think again to the
- 27:22Speaker 1: extent I'm authorized to speak on the scope of the
- 27:25Speaker 1: US Attorney Weiss's authority. I indicated it was my understanding
- 27:29Speaker 1: that he would have the authority he needed, the particulars of.
- 27:34Speaker 2: That and what it looks like, what it looked like.
- 27:37Speaker 1: I do not have either authorization to speak to or
- 27:42Speaker 1: quite frankly, the knowledge thereof. Wolf reiterated in other words,
- 27:45Speaker 1: I don't know anything, right, James Comber, Jim Jordan, I
- 27:49Speaker 1: don't know nothing here. Weiss, by the way, wrote three
- 27:53Speaker 1: letters to Congressional lawmakers addressing the IRIS whistleblower's allegations prior
- 27:58Speaker 1: to his testimony. In a un seventh letter, White said
- 28:01Speaker 1: he had ultimate authority over the Hunter Biden case. Yet
- 28:05Speaker 1: he wrote a letter later that month saying his charging
- 28:08Speaker 1: authority had geographical limitations. So he lied to Congress and
- 28:14Speaker 1: it's his own words and his own letters.
- 28:17Speaker 2: Then.
- 28:18Speaker 1: Whis subsequently wrote a letter in July to Republican South
- 28:21Speaker 1: Carolina Centator Lindsey Graham, denying Chapley's accusations. He requested special
- 28:27Speaker 1: Council authority. He alluded to internal discussions over the special
- 28:33Speaker 1: Attorney authority without going into detail, and the Attorney General
- 28:38Speaker 1: Garland appointed Wife's special council in August following the IRIS
- 28:42Speaker 1: whistleblower allegations and the collapse of the Hunter Biden guilty
- 28:46Speaker 1: plea agreement in Delaware. White's simultaneously serving as special counsel,
- 28:52Speaker 1: and the Delaware US Attorney Garland testified in September and
- 28:58Speaker 1: similarly deferred to why some particular details of the Hunter
- 29:01Speaker 1: Byden investigation the charging authority.
- 29:04Speaker 2: Hunter Biden is staring down nine.
- 29:07Speaker 1: Federal tax charges in the central dustry of California, including
- 29:10Speaker 1: three felonies and three federal gun charges.
- 29:13Speaker 2: In Delaware.
- 29:13Speaker 1: He pleaded not guilty as you know, in October to
- 29:16Speaker 1: the gun charges and seeks to have them dismissed.
- 29:20Speaker 2: So what did Schapwin Zieger say in a statement?
- 29:24Speaker 1: They were vindicated by the California tax indictment. Hunter Biden
- 29:29Speaker 1: is suing the IRS for alleged disclosures by the whistleblowers.
- 29:33Speaker 2: This isn't a joke.
- 29:34Speaker 1: And Hunter Biden's arraignment for the California tax charges schedule
- 29:37Speaker 1: to take place in January. So all that I just
- 29:41Speaker 1: told you what this means is the whistleblowers were telling
- 29:44Speaker 1: the truth. David Weiss was lying, the White House was lying,
- 29:49Speaker 1: the President United States of America was lying. And what
- 29:52Speaker 1: we do know is this, the product has always been
- 29:57Speaker 1: Joe Biden. I don't give a crap about Hunter. I
- 30:01Speaker 1: care about Joe, don't forget. Share this podcast with your
