A Missouri courtroom therapy dog and his handler have been honored with an award for helping trauma victims speak up. U.S. Attorney Teresa Moore has presented the annual Crystal Kipper & Ali Kemp Memorial Award to Rasta, a golden retriever, and his handler, Jennifer Vernon.
