Transcript
- 0:00Speaker 1: Welcome in as verdict to with Senator Ted Cruz Ben
- 0:02Speaker 1: Ferguson with you, and as we get ready for a
- 0:05Speaker 1: new year, it's important that we take a look back
- 0:08Speaker 1: at some of the biggest stories of this past year,
- 0:11Speaker 1: give you some of those big stories and things to
- 0:14Speaker 1: look forward to or issues that you may need to
- 0:17Speaker 1: be paying attention to heading into twenty twenty four. The
- 0:20Speaker 1: White House had a very interesting response, and this is
- 0:25Speaker 1: the third change now in the goal post for Joe
- 0:29Speaker 1: Biden's involvement with Hunter Biden's businesses. The first was they
- 0:33Speaker 1: never spoke about business. Ever, then they changed it to
- 0:37Speaker 1: he was never in business with his son. That was
- 0:41Speaker 1: the goalpost moving yet again. Now the White Houses Ian
- 0:46Speaker 1: Sam's came out and moved the goal posts again when
- 0:49Speaker 1: he said this.
- 0:50Speaker 2: The other allegations is the President was present at some
- 0:53Speaker 2: of the meetings between Hunter Biden and his business associates.
- 0:57Speaker 2: Why was the president at those meetings on those phone calls?
- 1:01Speaker 3: Well, again, I think this is part of the right
- 1:03Speaker 3: wing's misinformation machine to try to confuse people about what
- 1:08Speaker 3: the truth is. The truth is that the President, as
- 1:10Speaker 3: he has said publicly for years, calls his family every
- 1:14Speaker 3: day to check in. He calls his son every day
- 1:16Speaker 3: to check in. He calls his other family members to
- 1:18Speaker 3: check in to see how they're doing. He loves them.
- 1:20Speaker 3: They're a tight knit family. And what the GOP's own
- 1:24Speaker 3: witness testified in this case is that that's exactly what
- 1:27Speaker 3: the President was doing. He was checking in with Hunter
- 1:30Speaker 3: during a particularly hard time. I might add a time
- 1:32Speaker 3: where the family was going through Hunter's brother, BEA's illness,
- 1:37Speaker 3: and of course the President checks in with his son
- 1:39Speaker 3: and talks to them. But again that witness testified no
- 1:42Speaker 3: business dealings of Hunter, Biden's or anyone's was discussed in
- 1:46Speaker 3: these conversations. And so again they're trying to make this
- 1:49Speaker 3: sort of strange connection when their own investigation has disproven
- 1:53Speaker 3: these claims.
- 1:55Speaker 2: Before I let you go in this is the president
- 1:57Speaker 2: respond In terms of how the President has reacted to this,
- 2:01Speaker 2: especially as somebody who's been in politics and been in
- 2:03Speaker 2: Washington for as long as he has been, the idea
- 2:05Speaker 2: that he is now a subject to an impeachment inquiry
- 2:08Speaker 2: as president of the United States, what's his response to that.
- 2:10Speaker 3: You know, President has been in politics for a long time,
- 2:13Speaker 3: and I think, as he would say, he's seen a
- 2:15Speaker 3: lot of malarkey along the way, but this might take
- 2:17Speaker 3: the cake. You know, he's focused on the issues that
- 2:19Speaker 3: actually matter to the American people. You just saw him
- 2:21Speaker 3: spending the last week traveling around the world, shoring up
- 2:24Speaker 3: our alliance as advancing national interests in Asia, our economic
- 2:29Speaker 3: interests in Asia, showing American leadership on the world stage.
- 2:33Speaker 3: He's coming back here. He's announcing today a quarter billion
- 2:36Speaker 3: dollar investment in cancer research, try to finally cure cancer.
- 2:39Speaker 3: That's what his administration and this president is focused on
- 2:42Speaker 3: every day. They're focused on the actual needs of the
- 2:44Speaker 3: American people. And I think what he would say is
- 2:47Speaker 3: maybe the House Republicans should join him.
- 2:50Speaker 1: There's the pardon there where he says that Joe Biden
- 2:54Speaker 1: attended Hunter's business meetings because he loves him. That's the
- 2:58Speaker 1: new goalpost that they just moved significantly from they never
- 3:01Speaker 1: talked about business to then well they never work together.
- 3:04Speaker 1: Now it's well, he just went to the business meetings
- 3:06Speaker 1: because he loves him.
- 3:07Speaker 4: Really, that's the new excuse.
- 3:09Speaker 5: Well, look, I mean, what good and loving and devoted
- 3:13Speaker 5: father hasn't called in twenty times to his son's meeting
- 3:19Speaker 5: with corrupt oligarchs who are paying millions of dollars in
- 3:23Speaker 5: exchange for favors from that father while he's sitting and
- 3:28Speaker 5: serving as the vice president of the United States. I mean,
- 3:30Speaker 5: that's really just what any good dad would do. I mean,
- 3:33Speaker 5: it really is. It's cynical because they point out that
- 3:39Speaker 5: Joe's other son tragically died of cancer, so they want
- 3:42Speaker 5: to wrap it in the sympathy of a human tragedy
- 3:47Speaker 5: to say, well, of course, you know, listen, why was
- 3:53Speaker 5: Hunter getting paid the millions of dollars. I didn't hear
- 3:58Speaker 5: him say a word about that. There's no value Hunter provides.
- 4:02Speaker 5: What was the value Hunter brought? You know, Ben, you're
- 4:06Speaker 5: a talented guy, You're a charming guy. Are there any
- 4:10Speaker 5: foreign Nola garks calling you up saying, Ben, I want
- 4:13Speaker 5: to wire millions of.
- 4:14Speaker 4: Dollars to you zero. That's not all, you know.
- 4:18Speaker 5: They don't do that to anybody. They only do it
- 4:22Speaker 5: if you were providing value. And what all of these
- 4:28Speaker 5: talking heads, what all of these democrat hacks are saying,
- 4:31Speaker 5: what all of the corporate media puppets are are refusing
- 4:35Speaker 5: to answer, is is what did Hunter get in exchange
- 4:40Speaker 5: for the tens of millions of dollars, and according to
- 4:42Speaker 5: the House it could be north of twenty thirty million dollars.
- 4:46Speaker 5: We're talking massive amounts of money, and by the way,
- 4:51Speaker 5: not money from you know, normal American companies, not money
- 4:55Speaker 5: from our friends and allies. It wasn't money from France,
- 4:58Speaker 5: it wasn't money from Italy, it wasn't money from the
- 5:01Speaker 5: United Kingdom, wasn't money from Japan. It was money from China, Russia, Ukraine.
- 5:11Speaker 5: They singled out nations with very significant antagonism and hostility
- 5:21Speaker 5: to America and some of the most corrupt nations on earth.
- 5:26Speaker 5: And there is no innocent explanation. By the way, you
- 5:30Speaker 5: don't hear any of these Democrats explaining why did Joe
- 5:32Speaker 5: Biden have multiple book burner phones, Why did he have
- 5:34Speaker 5: fake emails? Why did he use fake emails to send
- 5:37Speaker 5: emails to his son Hunter about Ukraine on government email
- 5:43Speaker 5: while Hunter was getting paid millions of dollars. All of
- 5:47Speaker 5: that the Democrats want you to ignore and say, well, gosh,
- 5:52Speaker 5: Joe's just a loving dad, and that's what loving dads do.
- 5:56Speaker 5: They helped their sons make thirty million dollars from corrupt
- 5:59Speaker 5: olago arks who are enemies of America.
- 6:02Speaker 1: I want to get back to this montage, Senator, that
- 6:05Speaker 1: was one that went viral, and I hope you will
- 6:07Speaker 1: give this to your friends shared on social media, because
- 6:11Speaker 1: it's another example of how many lives have been told
- 6:13Speaker 1: by the Bidens and how much the media has been
- 6:15Speaker 1: willing to cover for them. And this is what this
- 6:17Speaker 1: impeachment inquiry is going to be all about. Never discussed
- 6:21Speaker 1: with my son's one, my brother, or anyone else in
- 6:25Speaker 1: being heaven.
- 6:25Speaker 6: To do with their businesses.
- 6:27Speaker 5: President Biden met with at least fourteen of Hunter's business
- 6:31Speaker 5: associates while he was vice president.
- 6:32Speaker 7: And Vice president Joe Biden at dinner with his son
- 6:35Speaker 7: Hunter along with Hunters of business associates from Ukraine, Russia,
- 6:39Speaker 7: and Kazakhstan, and the day after the dinner, a Barisma
- 6:42Speaker 7: executive said a note to Hunter quoting dear Hunter, thank
- 6:46Speaker 7: you for inviting me to DC and giving an opportunity
- 6:49Speaker 7: to meet your father and spend some time together.
- 6:52Speaker 8: Hunter's lucrative business dealings often included giving as much as
- 6:56Speaker 8: fifty percent of his earnings to his dad.
- 6:59Speaker 9: The text read quote, I hope you all can do
- 7:01Speaker 9: what I did and pay for everything for this entire family.
- 7:04Speaker 9: For thirty years. It's really hard, but don't worry. Unlike Pop,
- 7:08Speaker 9: I won't make you give me half your salary.
- 7:10Speaker 10: His son Hunter, joining the then vice president on the
- 7:13Speaker 10: official visit to Beijing. Unknown to the press, back then,
- 7:16Speaker 10: Hunter Biden was forming a Chinese private equity fund, planning
- 7:20Speaker 10: to raise money, including from Chinese investors.
- 7:22Speaker 4: Ten days after the Bidens trip, Shanghai.
- 7:25Speaker 5: Authorities issued the fund's business license and.
- 7:28Speaker 6: Hunter introduced me as this is Tony Dad, the individual
- 7:32Speaker 6: I told you about that's helping us with the business
- 7:34Speaker 6: that we're working on in the.
- 7:36Speaker 11: Chinese The email reads this way quote at the moment,
- 7:39Speaker 11: there's a provisional agreement that the equity will be distributed
- 7:42Speaker 11: as follows ten held by Hunter for the big guy.
- 7:45Speaker 6: I one thousand percent seen here and know that the
- 7:47Speaker 6: big guy is referencing Joe Biden. I met with a
- 7:51Speaker 6: former vice president of person multiple times.
- 7:54Speaker 12: A newly revealed text message, Joe's Babolinski was apparently warned
- 7:57Speaker 12: by business partner James Gillier, don't mention Joe being involved.
- 8:02Speaker 12: It's only when you are face to face. I know
- 8:04Speaker 12: you know that, but they are paranoid.
- 8:06Speaker 8: Chinese executives admitted to reporters that they were actually introduced
- 8:10Speaker 8: to the Vice presidents by Hunter.
- 8:13Speaker 5: Hunter and the then Vice President seeing for the pair
- 8:15Speaker 5: of Mexican billionaires.
- 8:17Speaker 2: At the same time, Hunter had been working on energy
- 8:20Speaker 2: deals in Mexico.
- 8:21Speaker 9: Joe Biden also had a Hunter at his business partner,
- 8:24Speaker 9: fly On f was two to Mexico.
- 8:26Speaker 8: His closest business partner. Hunters made at least nineteen visits
- 8:29Speaker 8: to the White House and other official locations, including a
- 8:32Speaker 8: sit down with then Vice President Joe Biden in the
- 8:34Speaker 8: West Wing.
- 8:35Speaker 11: There's photographic evidence of Biden on a golf out and
- 8:38Speaker 11: with both his son Hunter and a man called Devin Archer,
- 8:41Speaker 11: who was another member of the Barice Maboort.
- 8:44Speaker 8: We also know that Devin Archer in that picture had
- 8:46Speaker 8: a meeting in the White House one on one meeting
- 8:49Speaker 8: with Joe Biden about a week before they joined the
- 8:52Speaker 8: Maarie Maboard.
- 8:55Speaker 1: You hear that, Senator, and this explains exactly why this
- 8:59Speaker 1: impeached inquiry is going to be so important.
- 9:02Speaker 5: Well it does. It also explains why the Democrat talking
- 9:05Speaker 5: point and the corporate media talking point that there is
- 9:09Speaker 5: no evidence of Joe Biden's corruption. It is flatly false
- 9:13Speaker 5: and I got to say James Carvill saying he's really
- 9:16Speaker 5: looking forward to hearings on this. Well, you know what, James,
- 9:20Speaker 5: so am.
- 9:20Speaker 1: I I want to move to something else that obviously
- 9:23Speaker 1: got pushed back in the headlines, but it still is important.
- 9:26Speaker 1: The crime wave that we're seeing is not just sweeping
- 9:29Speaker 1: the nation, but now it's affecting democratic leaders and leaders
- 9:34Speaker 1: in the liberal movement like we haven't seen before, and
- 9:37Speaker 1: it's happening way more often. I'll give you an example.
- 9:40Speaker 1: You have a Democratic Representative, Henry Queller, who was carjacked
- 9:44Speaker 1: at gunpoint in DC. This comes as in just the past,
- 9:49Speaker 1: well it was in a twenty four hour period. You
- 9:52Speaker 1: had a liberal gay reporter that was shot and killed
- 9:55Speaker 1: in his home in Philly. You had a far left
- 9:57Speaker 1: activist that was stabbed to death by a range stranger
- 10:01Speaker 1: in Brooklyn in front of his girlfriend. You had this
- 10:03Speaker 1: Democratic congressman who was carjacked at gunpoint in DC by
- 10:07Speaker 1: four African American men. And yet we have Democrats who
- 10:12Speaker 1: have a soft on crime policies that aren't just hurting
- 10:16Speaker 1: their neighborhoods that I mentioned these different spots, but it's
- 10:18Speaker 1: hurting people in.
- 10:19Speaker 4: Texas as well.
- 10:20Speaker 1: And almost every House Democrat voted against the Republican efforts
- 10:26Speaker 1: to stop the DC week on Crime bill, which specifically
- 10:30Speaker 1: would have reduced carjacking penalties. This is something that the Democrats,
- 10:37Speaker 1: I mean they voted for its. Aldred for example, voted
- 10:40Speaker 1: with the Dems on this one. It's shocking to me.
- 10:43Speaker 5: Well, listen, crime is out of control in this country,
- 10:45Speaker 5: and it's an issue that has people understandably very concerned.
- 10:49Speaker 5: I watched tonight the video of the liberal activist in
- 10:54Speaker 5: New York at four the morning being stabbed to death
- 10:57Speaker 5: on the streets of New York by a guy that'
- 10:59Speaker 5: certain appears deranged. It was horrific to watch. You're right,
- 11:04Speaker 5: the news of the left wing journalist in Philadelphia who
- 11:08Speaker 5: was shot I think seven times in his own home
- 11:10Speaker 5: and killed in the past few days. And Henry Quaar. Look,
- 11:14Speaker 5: Henry Quayar is a Democrat congressman from Texas. I know
- 11:16Speaker 5: Henry well. Henry represents Laredo up to San Antonio. Henry
- 11:20Speaker 5: is the most conservative of the Texas Democrats. I worked
- 11:25Speaker 5: hand in hand with Henry, for example, on the Texas Bridges.
- 11:30Speaker 5: We've talked on this podcast before about four bridges from
- 11:33Speaker 5: Texas to Mexico that Henry and I teamed up in
- 11:36Speaker 5: and won big legislative victories to build new bridges to
- 11:39Speaker 5: Mexico for legal commerce, to expand bridges. Henry, as I said,
- 11:43Speaker 5: is by far the most conservative of the Texas Democrats. Well,
- 11:47Speaker 5: in the last couple of days, Henry was coming to
- 11:50Speaker 5: his apartment in DC. It was nine thirty at night
- 11:53Speaker 5: and he was getting out of his car and it
- 11:54Speaker 5: was carjacked. He was carjacked by four individuals. They put
- 11:56Speaker 5: a gun in his face, they stole the car, they
- 11:59Speaker 5: stole his life uggage. Presumably I haven't spoken to Henry
- 12:02Speaker 5: since it happened, but you have to assume that with
- 12:05Speaker 5: a gun in his face, he was afraid for his life.
- 12:07Speaker 5: I mean, that is frightening. My understanding is Henry lives
- 12:12Speaker 5: at an apartment building where there were multiple members of
- 12:15Speaker 5: Congress who live there. There are apparently multiple members of
- 12:18Speaker 5: congressional leadership who live there, which means there are a
- 12:21Speaker 5: lot of Capitol police around there. And at nine thirty
- 12:23Speaker 5: at night he was carjacked on the streets of DC.
- 12:27Speaker 5: And then that reflects the crime wave that is sweeping
- 12:30Speaker 5: this country.
- 12:31Speaker 12: Now.
- 12:32Speaker 5: The DC city Council, which is populated by left wing Democrats,
- 12:38Speaker 5: they voted to lower the penalties for violent crimes, including carjackings.
- 12:42Speaker 5: In particular, they voted to lower the sentence from twenty
- 12:49Speaker 5: one years to seven years, and they voted to lower
- 12:53Speaker 5: the sentence from forty years if armed to fifteen years.
- 12:57Speaker 5: And under the revised code, carjacking is now divided into
- 13:01Speaker 5: three gradations dependent on severity, with the lowest penalties for
- 13:06Speaker 5: an unarmed defense ranging from four to eighteen years, and
- 13:10Speaker 5: the highest penalties from an armed defense ranging from twelve
- 13:14Speaker 5: to twenty four years. Now in the Congress, thankfully, the
- 13:17Speaker 5: Congress has the ability to rescind any legislation in the
- 13:21Speaker 5: District of Columbia. The reason for that is the Constitution
- 13:23Speaker 5: gives Congress total authority over DC. Unlike a state. We
- 13:28Speaker 5: can't rescind laws in Texas or any other state, but
- 13:31Speaker 5: d C is a federal district in Congress has plenary
- 13:33Speaker 5: authority over it. And so in Congress we voted to
- 13:36Speaker 5: rescind these softened crime laws that lessen the penalties for
- 13:40Speaker 5: violent crimes, and the results are horrific, as we're seeing carjacking, murders,
- 13:47Speaker 5: crime rates skyrocketing in d C and all across the country.
- 13:52Speaker 1: You also have the White House, who was asked about
- 13:55Speaker 1: part of this, and I want to play that for everybody.
- 13:57Speaker 4: Take a listen.
- 13:58Speaker 13: If a member of Congress is not safe on the
- 14:01Speaker 13: streets of the nation's capital, who is.
- 14:05Speaker 10: Look, we're grateful and relieved that the congressman is unharmed.
- 14:10Speaker 10: We understand what communities are going through across the country,
- 14:13Speaker 10: not just in DC. That's why the President took action
- 14:16Speaker 10: very early on in his administration to get the American
- 14:19Speaker 10: Rescue Plan done without the help of Republicans. That's why
- 14:23Speaker 10: every time he puts forward his budget he makes sure
- 14:25Speaker 10: there are billions of dollars to deal with crime. That's
- 14:28Speaker 10: just a fact. All you got to look is what
- 14:30Speaker 10: the President has been able to do this past two years.
- 14:33Speaker 10: There's always going to be work, more work to be done.
- 14:35Speaker 10: But the fact is the president has taken action.
- 14:39Speaker 4: He hasn't taken action, He's done the opposite of that.
- 14:42Speaker 5: She didn't have an answer to that. Holy crap, If
- 14:44Speaker 5: a Democrat congressman is getting carjacked on the streets of
- 14:47Speaker 5: DC at nine thirty pm, what the heck is the answer?
- 14:51Speaker 5: And she's like no, no, no, no, no, I'm not going
- 14:53Speaker 5: to answer that. And what was her answer, Well, you know,
- 14:55Speaker 5: Joe Biden spending a ton of money, mind you, not
- 14:59Speaker 5: actually putting criminal in jail, not supporting police, not doing
- 15:02Speaker 5: anything to stop crime. But he's shoveling a whole lot
- 15:05Speaker 5: of cash at Democrat special interest groups. He's shoveling a
- 15:08Speaker 5: whole lot of cash at deficit spending that's causing rampant inflation.
- 15:13Speaker 5: That is her answer. It's an utter non sequitur. And
- 15:16Speaker 5: by the way, it's not just Henry quaar Angie Craig,
- 15:19Speaker 5: who is a Democrat Member of Congress from Minnesota, was
- 15:22Speaker 5: assaulted in the apartment of her DC, her DC apartment
- 15:27Speaker 5: in February of this year. And this is a pattern
- 15:30Speaker 5: that is happening over and over and over again. Let
- 15:34Speaker 5: me give you some stats. Car jackings in DC are
- 15:37Speaker 5: up one hundred and nine percent, robberies are up sixty
- 15:43Speaker 5: eight percent, theft is up twenty two percent, homicides are
- 15:49Speaker 5: up thirty eight percent, and the city is on pace
- 15:54Speaker 5: for the deadliest year in two decades. Not only that,
- 15:58Speaker 5: nine of the top ten city with the highest homicide
- 16:01Speaker 5: rights are run by Democrats. Twenty seven of the top
- 16:05Speaker 5: thirty cities with the highest murder rates are run by Democrats.
- 16:09Speaker 5: This is a pattern, and you're saying Kareem John Pierre
- 16:13Speaker 5: and the Biden White House utterly dodging responsibilities for their
- 16:19Speaker 5: soft on crime policies that are endangering people all across
- 16:22Speaker 5: the country.
- 16:24Speaker 1: One to last question for you, will Democrats move on
- 16:27Speaker 1: this because even the White House Presidenttery was asked a
- 16:29Speaker 1: question of follow up where she could have kind of
- 16:31Speaker 1: gotten a redo.
- 16:32Speaker 4: I got to play it. It's too good, not too If.
- 16:36Speaker 13: President Biden's policies are helping bring crime down, would he
- 16:39Speaker 13: be comfortable with somebody borrowing his corvette and parking it
- 16:43Speaker 13: on the street overnight in Southeast DC.
- 16:45Speaker 10: I'm not gonna get into hypotheticals. I'm just gonna get
- 16:47Speaker 10: into the facts about what this president has done.
- 16:50Speaker 4: In this president, I mean, she's still screwed it up.
- 16:53Speaker 5: Look, of course, not nobody. Would you park your corvette
- 16:56Speaker 5: on the street. It's gonna get robbed, it's gonna get
- 16:58Speaker 5: broken into, it's gonna get key, it's gonna get vandalized.
- 17:01Speaker 5: She can't answer that question, and so you know what
- 17:04Speaker 5: she's counting on. Look that was a question from Fox News,
- 17:09Speaker 5: So Fox will cover it, Ben, you worked for years
- 17:13Speaker 5: at CNN. Did CNN cover that exchange?
- 17:15Speaker 4: Hell?
- 17:15Speaker 5: No, MSNBC, no, ABC, NBCCBS, Nope.
- 17:22Speaker 4: They know that.
- 17:23Speaker 5: The corporate media, they are the puppets for the administration.
- 17:28Speaker 5: They are the propagandists for the administration. They will repeat
- 17:32Speaker 5: the regime line. And so look, any sane person would
- 17:37Speaker 5: say no to the question, would you be happy with
- 17:40Speaker 5: your your your classic Corvette parked on the streets of DC?
- 17:44Speaker 5: Of course not, because crime is out of control and
- 17:50Speaker 5: the problem is. Look, let me underscore that again when
- 17:54Speaker 5: the DC City Council looked at skyrocketing crime rates and said,
- 17:57Speaker 5: you know what, the answer here is, let's lower the
- 18:00Speaker 5: penalties on violent crime. That's the best solution. We've got
- 18:03Speaker 5: too many murderers, too many murders, too many carjackings. Let's
- 18:06Speaker 5: send people to jail for shorter times for murder and carjacking.
- 18:10Speaker 5: That's a great idea. In Congress, thankfully, we overturn that
- 18:15Speaker 5: in the House. Every single House Democrat except two the
- 18:22Speaker 5: Santni Gonzalez, a Texan, and Henry quay are a Texan
- 18:25Speaker 5: who was just carjacked in the last forty eight hours
- 18:28Speaker 5: are the only two who voted no. That means every
- 18:31Speaker 5: other House Democrat, if you can think of a House Democrat,
- 18:35Speaker 5: they voted in favor of lessening the penalties on carjackers
- 18:40Speaker 5: and on murderers. Why do you think crime is out
- 18:42Speaker 5: of control?
- 18:43Speaker 1: Yeah, it's a Democratic party and this is certainly going
- 18:45Speaker 1: to be an issue with the president shoal election.
- 18:47Speaker 5: Dark forget Ben, Ben hold on. Before we wrap up,
- 18:50Speaker 5: I want to ask you a final question.
- 18:51Speaker 4: I'm ready.
- 18:52Speaker 5: If you're standing by a doorway and you see a
- 18:55Speaker 5: little red box that is three inches by four inches, ah,
- 18:58Speaker 5: and it says the word fire on it, and it
- 19:01Speaker 5: says pull this for the fire alarm. My question to
- 19:05Speaker 5: you is is that a doorknob?
- 19:07Speaker 4: That is not a doorknob? And that is not a
- 19:09Speaker 4: way to exit the building. But how do you know?
- 19:12Speaker 4: How do you know? Ben?
- 19:13Speaker 5: Seriously? I mean, look, it's not like.
- 19:16Speaker 1: That insurrectionism one oh one, right, Like, don't you immediately
- 19:19Speaker 1: lock that person up forever?
- 19:21Speaker 5: Well, let me ask you this. It's not like you
- 19:24Speaker 5: were a high school principal. It's not like you were
- 19:26Speaker 5: a high school principal in a high school that had
- 19:28Speaker 5: fire alarms. It's not like you were a high school
- 19:30Speaker 5: principal in a high school that had fire alarms, that
- 19:32Speaker 5: had a policy that said, if you a student pulls
- 19:35Speaker 5: the fire alarm, you will be expelled. Jamal Bowman, the
- 19:39Speaker 5: Democrat congressman, was a principal at a high school that
- 19:42Speaker 5: had a policy that if you Ben Ferguson, a student
- 19:45Speaker 5: in his high school, pulled the fire alarm, you would
- 19:48Speaker 5: be expelled. And yet what did Jamal Bowman do? Oh,
- 19:51Speaker 5: I'm going to pull the fire alarm because I want
- 19:53Speaker 5: to stop the Republican vote. And why is it?
- 19:56Speaker 4: His claim?
- 19:57Speaker 5: If you believe him, his his defense is I'm dumber
- 20:01Speaker 5: than a box of rocks, and I think a fire
- 20:03Speaker 5: alarm is a doorknop. That is his defense, and that's
- 20:07Speaker 5: the best interpretation he can hope for.
- 20:09Speaker 1: By the way, I have to ask now, because you
- 20:11Speaker 1: brought it up, if a Republican would have done that,
- 20:14Speaker 1: how fast would they have been kicked out of Congress?
- 20:17Speaker 4: And would they have a mug shot at this point?
- 20:20Speaker 5: To be honest, I don't think they'd be kicked out
- 20:22Speaker 5: of Congress, but I think they might have a mug shot.
- 20:25Speaker 5: And my guess is look kicking people out of Congress
- 20:30Speaker 5: is pretty severe. My guess is the votes won't be
- 20:32Speaker 5: there for that. My prediction is they will censure him.
- 20:36Speaker 5: I think the votes will be there for censuring him.
- 20:38Speaker 5: But it is a criminal offense in the District of
- 20:40Speaker 5: Columbia to pull a fire alarm fraudulently, and he is
- 20:44Speaker 5: on video doing that. But he is counting on the
- 20:47Speaker 5: corporate media to ignore the fact that he was willing
- 20:51Speaker 5: to pull a fire alarm to try to stop the
- 20:53Speaker 5: Congress from voting on a provision that he didn't like, which,
- 20:57Speaker 5: mind you, was a provision to fund the government, and
- 20:58Speaker 5: he wanted to force a government shut down, so they
- 21:01Speaker 5: pulled a fire alarm because it to happen. But again,
- 21:05Speaker 5: he knew the corporate media would cover for him, and
- 21:07Speaker 5: they're doing it right now.
- 21:09Speaker 4: Santa, I want to play for you quickly.
- 21:11Speaker 1: The White House and the White House got themselves in
- 21:14Speaker 1: some trouble because the President has mostly been saying the
- 21:18Speaker 1: right things, but the White House and the staffers completely
- 21:22Speaker 1: different story. Take a list of the White House press
- 21:25Speaker 1: briefing his level of concern.
- 21:27Speaker 10: Right now about the potential rise of anti Semitism in life.
- 21:31Speaker 13: Of everything that's.
- 21:31Speaker 1: Going on in Israel.
- 21:33Speaker 10: So a couple of things. Look, we have not seen
- 21:38Speaker 10: any credible threats. I know there's been always questions about
- 21:42Speaker 10: credible threats, and so I just want to make sure
- 21:45Speaker 10: that that's out there. But look, Muslim and those perceived
- 21:49Speaker 10: to be Muslim have endured a disproportionate number of hate
- 21:52Speaker 10: fueled attacks. And certainly President Biden understands that many of
- 21:56Speaker 10: our Muslim Arab Arab Americans and Palestine Americans, loved ones
- 22:00Speaker 10: and neighbors are worried about the hate being directed at
- 22:03Speaker 10: their communities. And that is something you heard the President
- 22:06Speaker 10: speak to in his in his address just last last Thursday.
- 22:10Speaker 10: And so one of the things that the President has
- 22:13Speaker 10: done is directed his team, Homeland Security team to prioritize
- 22:17Speaker 10: prevention and disruption of any emerging threats that could harm
- 22:20Speaker 10: the Jewish, the Muslim, and our Americans are any other communities.
- 22:24Speaker 10: And that is something that the President has sought to
- 22:27Speaker 10: do and since day one, as you know, the President
- 22:30Speaker 10: ran on on on you know, bringing community, protecting communities obviously,
- 22:35Speaker 10: but bringing people together the soul, protecting the soul of
- 22:39Speaker 10: the nation. Uh, And so that is something that the
- 22:42Speaker 10: President takes very very seriously.
- 22:45Speaker 11: Uh.
- 22:45Speaker 10: And you know, we're going to continue to denounce any
- 22:48Speaker 10: sort of hate towards any American here.
- 22:50Speaker 6: Uh.
- 22:51Speaker 10: And so that's what we're going to continue to be
- 22:52Speaker 10: steadfast on. Again. He has he has advised directed his
- 22:56Speaker 10: Homeland security team to make sure that they're on top
- 22:59Speaker 10: of this center.
- 23:01Speaker 1: The part about this that's so appable is the White
- 23:04Speaker 1: House Press Secretary has now come out and said, quote,
- 23:07Speaker 1: she misheard the anti semitism question only because of the
- 23:12Speaker 1: massive backlash from that answer.
- 23:15Speaker 5: Well, it really is striking that the White House Press
- 23:18Speaker 5: Secretary is unwilling to stand up and clearly and unequivocally
- 23:21Speaker 5: condemn anti Semitism. Say, anti Semitism is wrong, it is evil.
- 23:24Speaker 5: It is a unique evil that has existed on this
- 23:27Speaker 5: face of this planet for thousands of years, and we
- 23:30Speaker 5: are completely opposed to it. Moreover, we will ensure that
- 23:34Speaker 5: that law enforcement resources are there to protect Jewish Americans.
- 23:37Speaker 5: I'll tell you, Jewish communities across this country have a
- 23:41Speaker 5: level of concern and a level of fear. Unlike any
- 23:43Speaker 5: time I've ever seen as the anti semitism on college campuses.
- 23:48Speaker 5: That there was a Jewish student at Columbia was beaten
- 23:51Speaker 5: with a stick in recent days, the threats of violence
- 23:56Speaker 5: on campuses because the anti is the jew hating far
- 24:02Speaker 5: left is so extreme that there is a real threat
- 24:06Speaker 5: of violence against the American Jewish community and for that matter,
- 24:10Speaker 5: of the Jewish community worldwide, in Europe and elsewhere. And
- 24:13Speaker 5: I got to say her answer to that was striking
- 24:17Speaker 5: in that the Babylon Bee, which does a fabulous job
- 24:21Speaker 5: as a humor and satire site, they they had an
- 24:25Speaker 5: article that they hadn't published, but they they tweeted it
- 24:28Speaker 5: out today and they said, it's hard to stay ahead
- 24:31Speaker 5: of reality. At the Babylon Bee. We had this written
- 24:33Speaker 5: up last night, only to wake up and see the
- 24:36Speaker 5: White House doing exactly this before we had a chance
- 24:38Speaker 5: to publish. And here was the fake satirical headline that
- 24:42Speaker 5: they had written, and they were getting ready to publish
- 24:44Speaker 5: when Kareem John Pierre beat them to the punch. The
- 24:47Speaker 5: fake headline read in strong response to rising hate crimes
- 24:51Speaker 5: against Jews, Democrats denounce Islamophobia. That's exactly what she did,
- 24:57Speaker 5: and it's that I tweeted out, no longer sat are
- 25:00Speaker 5: just sad because their view listen when it comes to
- 25:05Speaker 5: the anti Semitic bigots to when it comes to the squad,
- 25:08Speaker 5: when it comes to the thirty five student groups at
- 25:11Speaker 5: Harvard and the radicals running our college campuses, the Biden
- 25:15Speaker 5: White House, and I would have to assume, including Kareem
- 25:18Speaker 5: John Pierre, side with the radicals against the people of
- 25:22Speaker 5: Israel and against even American Jews. Their answer, they say,
- 25:26Speaker 5: we've seen no credible threat of anti Semitism in America. Really, well,
- 25:32Speaker 5: where the hell have you been if you haven't seen any,
- 25:35Speaker 5: Because I got to tell you, the Jewish community is
- 25:37Speaker 5: feeling it acutely, and we've seen multiple horrific acts of
- 25:41Speaker 5: violence directed against Jews, directed against synagogues, including mass murders
- 25:46Speaker 5: in the United States, and for the White House to
- 25:48Speaker 5: say they see no credible threat is truly absurd.
- 25:52Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 25:52Speaker 1: I was talking literally today to a differend of mine
- 25:55Speaker 1: who's Jewish and that works very close to Times Square
- 25:59Speaker 1: in a largely Jewish community, and he said they had
- 26:01Speaker 1: been told by local law enforcement to really be on
- 26:05Speaker 1: high alert and be careful, and even it recommended they
- 26:08Speaker 1: travel together in groups, not be isolated alone, and to
- 26:12Speaker 1: be careful at their places of business. That is what
- 26:16Speaker 1: he said to me today. And yet the White House
- 26:18Speaker 1: is acting like none of that's happening at all.
- 26:21Speaker 5: It is sad, and today's Democrat Party is captive to
- 26:25Speaker 5: the far left. And I will say I've had conversations
- 26:29Speaker 5: with multiple people on the left who are not deeply political,
- 26:33Speaker 5: who are shocked at the open anti semitism that is
- 26:38Speaker 5: arising on the far left. It's been there for a
- 26:40Speaker 5: long time, but if you're not paying close attention, it
- 26:43Speaker 5: takes something like the events of the last couple of
- 26:45Speaker 5: weeks to really bring into stark relief. And I hope
- 26:48Speaker 5: this is opening some eyes.
