- 0:15Speaker 1: million bucks things in it to be true. Good Steve
- 0:24Speaker 1: listening to the other for st Please, I don't join me.
- 0:58Speaker 1: You gotta use that turn out you go. You gotta
- 1:25Speaker 1: turn to turn them out. Turn you got to turn
- 1:44Speaker 1: them out. Then turn the water the water got come
- 1:58Speaker 1: Come on your baby, ah, I shall will a good
- 2:04Speaker 1: morning everybody. Y'all listening to the voice, come on, dig
- 2:07Speaker 1: me now wanting only Steve Harvey man on, Man got
- 2:11Speaker 1: a radio show? Yeah, I do. God so big to me, man,
- 2:15Speaker 1: I just have to tell you about it. I can't
- 2:17Speaker 1: help it. It's rather obvious to me how big, how
- 2:21Speaker 1: good God is. He's absolutely tremendous. He's off the chain.
- 2:27Speaker 1: He owned one, he'd be clowning. He'd be just showing out. Man.
- 2:34Speaker 1: I'm just over here, just on receiving it. You know,
- 2:38Speaker 1: if you're out there, start your mission today, Start your
- 2:43Speaker 1: mission today? What are you waiting for? Why do we
- 2:49Speaker 1: as people delay what we want or delay the process
- 2:58Speaker 1: to begin what we want? Our hopes, our dreams, our desires.
- 3:03Speaker 1: Why won't you start your mission? Today. Why don't we
- 3:07Speaker 1: all decide together that just individually. Look, you're listening. You
- 3:14Speaker 1: got something that you've been dreaming about. You got an
- 3:16Speaker 1: ambition of yours that's not yet fulfilled. You got goals
- 3:20Speaker 1: you haven't accomplished yet. Everybody has them. Everybody's got them.
- 3:25Speaker 1: Everybody's got something that's that's on the table that they
- 3:29Speaker 1: haven't yet attacked yet. What are you waiting for? Start
- 3:32Speaker 1: your mission today? Stop the procrastination. Now. The procrastination is
- 3:38Speaker 1: only hurting you yourself. If you got a goal or
- 3:42Speaker 1: aspiration to dream and you fall off track momentarily, you
- 3:47Speaker 1: can get back to that because God knows where you're
- 3:50Speaker 1: left off. Now. You may have to accomplish a few
- 3:53Speaker 1: more things since you stop for a long period of time,
- 3:56Speaker 1: but God know where you left off. You can get
- 3:58Speaker 1: back on track. I look, man, this dream of being
- 4:01Speaker 1: on TV since I was a kid, and it got
- 4:04Speaker 1: off track. Now it got off track. I just kept
- 4:08Speaker 1: it as one of the dreams, and in some real
- 4:10Speaker 1: dog moments when it looked like it wasn't gonna happen,
- 4:14Speaker 1: all I was hanging on too was just a hope
- 4:17Speaker 1: that one day it could. But that's what faith is
- 4:20Speaker 1: really about. Faith is the belief in things that you
- 4:23Speaker 1: cannot see. But faith gives you the confidence to keep hoping. Man,
- 4:29Speaker 1: Sometimes it just keep hope alive. Sometimes you heard Jesse
- 4:33Speaker 1: Jackson said, just keep hope alive. Sometimes, man, it's just
- 4:36Speaker 1: the hope. I was hanging on the hope. And I'm
- 4:41Speaker 1: talking about when it got real ugly and funky out
- 4:44Speaker 1: there for me, when it looked like I wasn't gonna
- 4:46Speaker 1: ever make it, and all of the facts was in
- 4:50Speaker 1: and everything pointed in the direction you're not gonna make it.
- 4:53Speaker 1: You didn't really messed up this time. Then I sat
- 4:56Speaker 1: there and I just hung on to the hope. But man,
- 5:01Speaker 1: that's what I'm saying. If you got a dream on
- 5:03Speaker 1: aspiration of vision or something, when you fall off track
- 5:08Speaker 1: and you want to go get back in line, God
- 5:11Speaker 1: holds your place. See he held on to that fum me.
- 5:15Speaker 1: He knew I was off tracking how the line, but
- 5:17Speaker 1: he said, okay, here's where we stopped. You want to
- 5:20Speaker 1: be on TV that when you get it together and
- 5:22Speaker 1: you quit tripping and you come in your turn to me,
- 5:24Speaker 1: I'm gonna hold your place, put you back in line.
- 5:26Speaker 1: Then we're gonna finish your journey that took me a
- 5:28Speaker 1: lot longer to get here than I wanted to. But
- 5:31Speaker 1: then it was necessary because I needed all of the
- 5:33Speaker 1: mishaps to happen to me along the way. So when
- 5:36Speaker 1: I got on the radio one day, which I did
- 5:38Speaker 1: not see coming, Steve Harvey got a radio show, y'all.
- 5:41Speaker 1: That's why I say it every day. See, because of
- 5:43Speaker 1: this radio show that I didn't see coming. Naw, I
- 5:46Speaker 1: have stories to tell, I got experiences to share, and
- 5:52Speaker 1: I can tell you about me better than I can
- 5:53Speaker 1: tell you about anybody. And I've been through enough where
- 5:57Speaker 1: it's relatable, where enough people can and go. Man, that
- 6:00Speaker 1: happened to me. Appreciate you saying that that's what it
- 6:03Speaker 1: was for. See, I get it now. See at the time,
- 6:06Speaker 1: though I didn't, I didn't like what was happening to me.
- 6:09Speaker 1: At the time, I was really in total disagreement with
- 6:11Speaker 1: God on a lot of stuff He was pulling off
- 6:14Speaker 1: on me, but in essence I was really pulling it
- 6:16Speaker 1: off on myself. But through his grace and mercy, he
- 6:20Speaker 1: kept me through all of my mistakes, all my bad decisions,
- 6:24Speaker 1: all my miscalculations, all my misfires, all the times I
- 6:29Speaker 1: knowingly stepped out there, indeed wrong. He forgave me, He said,
- 6:33Speaker 1: because man, if you ever come to me, I have
- 6:37Speaker 1: a plan for you that it is going to be
- 6:40Speaker 1: far and above. It will supersede everything you've ever dreamed of.
- 6:45Speaker 1: That's what I did. I just got sick of me,
- 6:48Speaker 1: good and sick of me, and I turned it over
- 6:51Speaker 1: to God. And then God started working and here I
- 6:55Speaker 1: am today. Now see threw it me yet? Nope? Have
- 6:59Speaker 1: I arrived? I have jet Nope? But guess what the
- 7:03Speaker 1: journey is cool? You know. It's like I was talking
- 7:06Speaker 1: to this young brother the other day about comedy and
- 7:09Speaker 1: he's really good stand up. You know, this young dude
- 7:12Speaker 1: is really good. He said, Man, what is this I
- 7:15Speaker 1: feel every night before I go on stage. I don't
- 7:18Speaker 1: know what it is. I just wanted off me, I said, sir,
- 7:22Speaker 1: listen to me, you young dude. This thing that climbs
- 7:25Speaker 1: on my back every night before I go on stage.
- 7:29Speaker 1: I don't know what it is. It's got something to
- 7:31Speaker 1: do with pressure, It's got something to do with anticipation.
- 7:35Speaker 1: It's got a whole lot to do with the fear
- 7:37Speaker 1: of falling. He said, what you mean by that? I said,
- 7:40Speaker 1: every night I walk out on stage, it's like I'm
- 7:43Speaker 1: about to go and step off a cliff. I said,
- 7:46Speaker 1: it's a sickening feeling. He said, man, but you do
- 7:48Speaker 1: so well. I said, that's because the parachute opens. I say,
- 7:53Speaker 1: but I want you to understand something. When I first
- 7:55Speaker 1: walk out there, it's just stepping off the cliff. Now
- 7:59Speaker 1: these provide a parachute which slows my descent when I
- 8:04Speaker 1: jump off the cliff, and I turned it into a glide.
- 8:08Speaker 1: And then I take the audience this way and I
- 8:10Speaker 1: swing them back over that way. We might swing out
- 8:13Speaker 1: to the Colorado Rockies. We may go down to Miami
- 8:17Speaker 1: with this joke. We may take it on out to
- 8:18Speaker 1: LA and I just swing back and forth till I
- 8:21Speaker 1: land softly. The crowd cheers. The night is over with,
- 8:25Speaker 1: I said, but it's been too many nights though. When
- 8:27Speaker 1: I walked off that cliff and I pulled the cord in,
- 8:30Speaker 1: the parachute didn't open. I said. Now I'm just free
- 8:33Speaker 1: falling out there for thirty minutes. Ain't no jokes working.
- 8:36Speaker 1: Ain't the parachute didn't open. I said, So see that's
- 8:40Speaker 1: what it's like for me. And then you know what
- 8:42Speaker 1: I found out. If you don't walked off the cliff
- 8:45Speaker 1: in life, and you ain't got no God in your life,
- 8:49Speaker 1: it's like not having a parachute. You step off the
- 8:52Speaker 1: cliff and you just free falling. Now see we all
- 8:57Speaker 1: now that fall gets you closer to the grave, right See,
- 9:00Speaker 1: were all head into the grave from the moment we're born.
- 9:02Speaker 1: But the cool thing about a relationship with God is
- 9:05Speaker 1: when you step off the cliff and you got God
- 9:08Speaker 1: here a parachute. You're still going down, but it's a
- 9:12Speaker 1: nice ride, and God just helps your your descent appear
- 9:16Speaker 1: more like a rise and then more like a euphoric fall.
- 9:20Speaker 1: Instead of not having no God in your life and
- 9:23Speaker 1: you just walking off that cliff every day, free falling.
- 9:26Speaker 1: Ain't got no cored you steady pulling you all in
- 9:30Speaker 1: the whole way because you've messed around with yourself, and
- 9:33Speaker 1: ain't let God come into your life and provide a
- 9:35Speaker 1: parachute for you. I would rather have a parachute, since
- 9:39Speaker 1: I got to jump every day than to not have one.
- 9:43Speaker 1: God has been like a parachute from me. Ask me
- 9:47Speaker 1: why where that came from? I can't tell you. But
- 9:50Speaker 1: like I always say, most good things that happened in
- 9:53Speaker 1: my life that I can't explain. It's usually him. It
- 10:01Speaker 1: is morning time, everybody. Baby. If you wake up for me,
- 10:05Speaker 1: I wake up for you. You wake up for me.
- 10:07Speaker 1: Come on now, baby, if you wake up for me,
- 10:10Speaker 1: you gotta wake up. Charley Starberry, you gotta wake up, baby.
- 10:13Speaker 1: It is time to wake up for the Steve Partler,
- 10:15Speaker 1: morning yours to your buster. I give you were your mask?
- 10:21Speaker 1: Where your man? Were you worried? Were your mask? That
- 10:28Speaker 1: makes you sound like it sound like you're looking for
- 10:30Speaker 1: your mask? But anyway, put your hands together from his
- 10:33Speaker 1: collar Forren? What's up? Collar? Are you doing this morning? Baby?
- 10:37Speaker 1: She's waving? What's up? What's up? Real less? Happy day?
- 10:49Speaker 1: Give my writing, part of partner and my sick buddy,
- 10:52Speaker 1: y'all put your hands together, but Junior, what's up? Yeah?
- 10:55Speaker 1: The morning everybody? Morning fan? You know what you're thinking
- 10:58Speaker 1: about it? Right? Man? We need to start writing on
- 10:59Speaker 1: the show something. Yeah, I mean we're shooting here. Yeah,
- 11:03Speaker 1: let's start a company something. And last, but not Leazy
- 11:09Speaker 1: is the king not king, He is the King of
- 11:11Speaker 1: frank since the Thomas smiles, y'all, what's up Thomas? Yeah? Yea,
- 11:16Speaker 1: listen you know what you know, we can keep it
- 11:18Speaker 1: right here. How about y'all right for the late night
- 11:22Speaker 1: Nephew Time and talk show. I mean what, we don't care.
- 11:28Speaker 1: We don't care, we don't care. We can't care least
- 11:35Speaker 1: m Yeah, but we start right, let's let's talk money
- 11:39Speaker 1: first and then we'll right. Well, well, I'm a different
- 11:43Speaker 1: kind of guy when it comes to money. Okay, So
- 11:46Speaker 1: what that means is if I win, everybody wins. What
- 11:50Speaker 1: I mean by that is, let's say they put ten
- 11:53Speaker 1: meal on the line. Okay, cool, I'm gonna take five
- 11:57Speaker 1: and everybody else gonna get the meal. We're gonna win
- 11:59Speaker 1: if you go with that. But everybody go with that
- 12:01Speaker 1: something like you know something that want when you do
- 12:04Speaker 1: that club and they gonna let me highlights for a minute. Yeah,
- 12:09Speaker 1: let me hold twenty dollars. Everybody got a million? Everybody
- 12:13Speaker 1: whin it? What? J just know ja that we can't
- 12:17Speaker 1: get a million because we're getting nominated just regular writers.
- 12:22Speaker 1: Yeah we are immin nominated. But we all right, all right,
- 12:25Speaker 1: all right, one point five. We getting that, we're getting that,
- 12:30Speaker 1: But we really thought we was gonna win. That was
- 12:33Speaker 1: the thing that was the funny part. I was pulling
- 12:37Speaker 1: for y'all. Man, I wanted to come to your house
- 12:39Speaker 1: and see it on the shelf. I was warned for you.
- 12:41Speaker 1: I see faced me like that if the war shows,
- 12:44Speaker 1: because we thought we really was gonna win from what
- 12:46Speaker 1: I image. Excuse me writing a thing. But now Shirley
- 12:51Speaker 1: is saying, what did you say, Sharley? I said, you know,
- 12:54Speaker 1: I'm not trying to brag or anything, but I did
- 12:56Speaker 1: get an NAACP Image Award. I won mine, I was
- 13:00Speaker 1: nominated and then I won for Best New Author. I'm
- 13:04Speaker 1: just saying, so, so, so, what are your trophy? Because
- 13:08Speaker 1: I ain't never seeing your trophy. Sure it's in the house.
- 13:10Speaker 1: You want to see it? Oh, I got it now,
- 13:18Speaker 1: so just do me and Jay day to day. I
- 13:20Speaker 1: want to I want to un I want to unc
- 13:22Speaker 1: a book. You were talking about awards and writing right
- 13:31Speaker 1: all right? Coming up in thirty two minutes after the hour.
- 13:36Speaker 1: He's not gonna try to help you, but we're gonna
- 13:38Speaker 1: ask him anyway, ask bitter Man. Right after this. You're
- 13:44Speaker 1: listening to show time now for ask bitter Man. But
- 13:52Speaker 1: there will there will be no help. There's a second,
- 13:54Speaker 1: it's none there there's help on the side of the show.
- 13:57Speaker 1: But you won't get it from me. How about stupid?
- 14:01Speaker 1: I won't be the one to give it to. So embarrassing,
- 14:04Speaker 1: isn't it? Boy? All right, here we go. This one
- 14:14Speaker 1: is from Breeze in Tampa. Breee says, I'm a married
- 14:18Speaker 1: woman and my husband and I hang out with several
- 14:20Speaker 1: other married couples, and I work with one of the husbands,
- 14:23Speaker 1: but he's in a different office. The other day, we
- 14:26Speaker 1: got an email about sexual harassment in the workplace, and
- 14:30Speaker 1: I wanted to know why we got this email. Did
- 14:33Speaker 1: something happen? I asked around, and they said my coworker
- 14:37Speaker 1: slash friend was called kissing his boss in the stairwell.
- 14:41Speaker 1: I told my husband about it, and he called a
- 14:44Speaker 1: guy and told him to keep his head up. I'm
- 14:47Speaker 1: upset that my husband betrayed my trust and did that.
- 14:50Speaker 1: Since when do men like to gussip we're talk? I
- 14:59Speaker 1: had admit, I don't know about these guys right here,
- 15:02Speaker 1: but I for myself. If you tell me I'm telling something,
- 15:05Speaker 1: damn body. Okay, you're the hold secret. The minute you
- 15:11Speaker 1: tell me, don't tell nobody. I got three in line. You.
- 15:15Speaker 1: If you started off with promise you won't tell. I
- 15:18Speaker 1: will promise not to tell, but I'm telling it now.
- 15:22Speaker 1: When I tell, I won't have to tell the other person.
- 15:25Speaker 1: Don't tell nobody. I told you this. Okay. You gotta
- 15:28Speaker 1: do it that way. You don't just blurt out people's information.
- 15:31Speaker 1: You gotta have some coop about yourself. You have nothing, nephew,
- 15:40Speaker 1: I'm shocked, you know. She doesn't say, but men can
- 15:49Speaker 1: do gossip apparently gossip. But whoever's doing it, let them
- 15:53Speaker 1: do it. They want to do it. You know, I
- 15:56Speaker 1: get upset when people try to get it in a
- 15:58Speaker 1: field while y'all doing it coop. They want to do it. Stop,
- 16:01Speaker 1: let him do it. People. If people want to do it,
- 16:05Speaker 1: they're gonna do it. They're gonna do it in the stairway.
- 16:08Speaker 1: They're gonna do it. In the paper room. They're gonna
- 16:11Speaker 1: do it. Let him do it. It's the paper room.
- 16:13Speaker 1: What is the pamily it? Relieve the job gotting up
- 16:17Speaker 1: in the paper room. They got a paper room. Yeah,
- 16:18Speaker 1: let's paper claps they do it. Let him do it.
- 16:21Speaker 1: That's why you got paper clips, you got paper, you
- 16:23Speaker 1: got a whole persons. Yeah, I called a paper room.
- 16:28Speaker 1: Let him do it. Do it right, we're moving on Amber,
- 16:33Speaker 1: no help there, Amber and Detroit says. I'm a twenty
- 16:36Speaker 1: five year old single mother living with my dad and
- 16:39Speaker 1: his new wife. I have no respect for his wife
- 16:41Speaker 1: because she was messing with my dad when he was
- 16:43Speaker 1: still married to my mom. I recently overheard her telling
- 16:46Speaker 1: my dad that I'm old enough to be on my
- 16:49Speaker 1: own and she doesn't want a grown woman and a
- 16:51Speaker 1: child living in her house. My dad asked her to
- 16:54Speaker 1: lower her voice. Then he said he talked to me
- 16:56Speaker 1: about moving out. I am waiting for him to bring
- 16:59Speaker 1: it up to me so I can go off. How
- 17:01Speaker 1: can he choose his wife over me? I don't think
- 17:04Speaker 1: you should wait. I think you should be looking for
- 17:07Speaker 1: soft boxes right about me, man, I think and if
- 17:14Speaker 1: you go to some of these stores, they can fall
- 17:15Speaker 1: them down flat so they'll get in the car and
- 17:18Speaker 1: then when you get with you, when you stuff all
- 17:20Speaker 1: your baby stuff in there, then you Yeah, I would
- 17:22Speaker 1: start looking for flat boxes now because you're moving. Okay,
- 17:28Speaker 1: You're you're moving. You won't be there, June. You got
- 17:30Speaker 1: something to say, Well, I'm right with you because I'm
- 17:35Speaker 1: telling you right now like the day to leave was yesterday.
- 17:40Speaker 1: That lady won't you out of her house? Yesterday in
- 17:43Speaker 1: the time you gotta hear somebody say lower your voice.
- 17:50Speaker 1: That's not good for you. And believe me, when they
- 17:52Speaker 1: go in the room and close the door, not only
- 17:54Speaker 1: are they doing it, they're talking about your ass. Okay,
- 17:57Speaker 1: so what else? It's what you gotta understand. The love
- 18:04Speaker 1: he has for his wife. Uh, this new wife is
- 18:08Speaker 1: far greater than what he has for you. He don't
- 18:11Speaker 1: love you like that. I'm sorry, Carlin, what Carlin? What
- 18:15Speaker 1: did the man say? He say, did you lower your boys?
- 18:18Speaker 1: Talk to He did talk to him about her leaving?
- 18:22Speaker 1: So guess what he's already ready to let her know.
- 18:26Speaker 1: It's you know you at the benefiction of living hill.
- 18:29Speaker 1: And in fact, he told her that he're leaving. You
- 18:33Speaker 1: just don't know you And we understand that. But we
- 18:41Speaker 1: understand the baby don't need to be seeing this. We
- 18:43Speaker 1: got that. But sometimes you know a baby is gonna
- 18:47Speaker 1: that's gonna happen. You gotta leave with your mama, And
- 18:50Speaker 1: I ain't all right. We're living on I think we
- 18:54Speaker 1: did help you know you, didn't you know? She got leave?
- 18:59Speaker 1: She gotta leave. You help the dad and his new wife,
- 19:04Speaker 1: all right, Lorena and Chattanooga says, I'm in my mid
- 19:07Speaker 1: forties and I play tennis with a group of my girlfriends.
- 19:09Speaker 1: A new player joined our group, and she's a curving girl.
- 19:12Speaker 1: It's and thighs. She looks great. But there's just one problem.
- 19:17Speaker 1: She doesn't wear any underwear. Yes, her boobs are huge
- 19:21Speaker 1: and bouncy, and her tennis skirts are always too short
- 19:24Speaker 1: to cover up her big behind. Her body is a
- 19:28Speaker 1: distraction when we're playing. How do we tell her she
- 19:31Speaker 1: needs to wear underwear to play tennis with us? You
- 19:34Speaker 1: don't need to tell her damn thing. What you need
- 19:36Speaker 1: to let us know is where is this game so
- 19:39Speaker 1: we can see this what part of tennis club didn't
- 19:50Speaker 1: And the rule of tennis is to keep your at
- 19:52Speaker 1: on the ball. Yeah, you're looking at up too, muchep
- 19:58Speaker 1: you out on the ball. They can't help it. She's
- 20:01Speaker 1: everywhere all Yeah, but there's no rule that you have
- 20:07Speaker 1: to wear underwear. You don't. Nobody has to wear underwear.
- 20:10Speaker 1: You need to cover up. Yeah, if you covered is
- 20:14Speaker 1: flying around and stuff. When you try to think it
- 20:17Speaker 1: would I think it would make tennis much more interesting
- 20:20Speaker 1: if maybe I don't know, he's been winning a two games,
- 20:25Speaker 1: not every game, maybe one a two games. That's just me.
- 20:30Speaker 1: I don't know about job. But I'm gonna get a
- 20:32Speaker 1: flight to Chattanooga. I mean, see what it is. It
- 20:39Speaker 1: is Tennessee and Hue. We just start on Saturday at noon.
- 20:45Speaker 1: We just started. I'm gonna I'm gonna tay Serena them
- 20:49Speaker 1: Daddy with me. Sorry, Loraine, and we thought we could
- 20:53Speaker 1: help you some way. But all right, coming up next,
- 20:56Speaker 1: the nephew would run that prank back. The ignorance continues,
- 20:59Speaker 1: you know it. Right after this you're listening to show
- 21:04Speaker 1: Coming up at the top of the hour, Miss Anne
- 21:06Speaker 1: is here with today's national news and entertainment news. Kanye
- 21:11Speaker 1: files to officially change his name to just Yay. Right now,
- 21:15Speaker 1: the nephew is here, we'll run that frank back. What's
- 21:18Speaker 1: your goat for us? Ne God's Eyes Ministry, God's Eyes Ministry.
- 21:23Speaker 1: Let's go cat dog. Hello. Hello, I'm trying to read
- 21:27Speaker 1: Clarence Clarence. Yeah, this clans. How you doing, Clarence? This
- 21:31Speaker 1: is Daddius. Man. I'm over at the church. Man aout
- 21:34Speaker 1: this church where you're a member of? Right? Oh? Yeah, Hey,
- 21:37Speaker 1: what's up? Okay, Hey, I'm with the gems man, and
- 21:41Speaker 1: uh you you you actually came to uh this past service,
- 21:45Speaker 1: correct Gems the gems, that's that's uh God's eyes missionary.
- 21:52Speaker 1: And basically what we do is we watch what's going on,
- 21:56Speaker 1: you know in the in the church, who's coming, who
- 22:00Speaker 1: hasn't come? And uh, you know, I don't mean any harm,
- 22:03Speaker 1: but this this, if my records indicate me right through
- 22:06Speaker 1: um my guard's eyes, minister the gems looking at my books,
- 22:10Speaker 1: looks like this is your first time at the church
- 22:13Speaker 1: this year? Correct? Yeah, I mean what can I do
- 22:15Speaker 1: for you? Now? When Pastor asked for all the visitors
- 22:18Speaker 1: to stand, you actually did not stand, correct, No, No,
- 22:22Speaker 1: I'm remember because you remember there we go. Now you
- 22:24Speaker 1: you still work for um uh you you work for them? Yeah, okay,
- 22:29Speaker 1: Now what we've done is we've averaged it out that
- 22:31Speaker 1: you what what is this? What is this? I mean,
- 22:34Speaker 1: what is this about? Okay, I'm on my way to it.
- 22:36Speaker 1: So so you probably are you, um, averaging about what
- 22:40Speaker 1: between forty and fifty thousand dollars on the yearly basis
- 22:43Speaker 1: over there week? I mean something like that. But yeah,
- 22:46Speaker 1: go ahead, problem see what we're looking at. Since since
- 22:50Speaker 1: you all member, because see you did not stand when
- 22:52Speaker 1: he said all members. Since you did not stand up,
- 22:55Speaker 1: which what you right there making the you know you
- 22:58Speaker 1: you're you're clarifying that you are a member, and you're
- 23:01Speaker 1: making about we're gonna roughly say about forty five thousand
- 23:04Speaker 1: dollars year, which means ten percent is forty five hundred.
- 23:08Speaker 1: Now we looked at the we looked at the books
- 23:11Speaker 1: and noticed that you put in fifty dollars in the
- 23:14Speaker 1: church on this past east on Sunday. Now, if you
- 23:17Speaker 1: put fifty dollars in you know where close set when
- 23:21Speaker 1: you're gonna start cutting into this forty five hundred dollars
- 23:24Speaker 1: that you ought to be paying your ties? Wait, what's
- 23:27Speaker 1: your name? Like I said, sir, my name is Staddus
- 23:29Speaker 1: Staddius will a man rock God. Yet you have robbed
- 23:32Speaker 1: me where in tie? See you? You? You you are Wait,
- 23:37Speaker 1: hold on second. You've got you got all the stuff
- 23:39Speaker 1: going on the church. You you got uh, you got
- 23:43Speaker 1: hungry people, you got people that need salvation and whatever.
- 23:46Speaker 1: But you calling me about about some money that I
- 23:49Speaker 1: haven't given to the church. Well, well see, and what
- 23:52Speaker 1: your ministry does y'all call y'all spend all morning calling people.
- 23:56Speaker 1: My job, sir, as a gym gods I ministry, My
- 24:01Speaker 1: job is to keep an eye on what's going on
- 24:04Speaker 1: at the church. Now, when are you gonna start cutting
- 24:07Speaker 1: into your tie? You forty five hundred dollars that we see.
- 24:10Speaker 1: This is why we can't get the extra wing that
- 24:13Speaker 1: pastor wants to put on. Because people are like you.
- 24:16Speaker 1: This is why. But what you know what? Hold on
- 24:19Speaker 1: a second? First of all, let me explain something to
- 24:22Speaker 1: your brother Thaddy usself. Whatever the ministry you are with,
- 24:25Speaker 1: Daddy is okay, that's fine. Listen, Hey, I don't even
- 24:30Speaker 1: have to explain this to you, but let me explain
- 24:31Speaker 1: something to you. All right. I'm this is a one
- 24:34Speaker 1: job household. This is all we do. This is a
- 24:36Speaker 1: one job household. My wife don't work, but my wife
- 24:39Speaker 1: comes to church every Sunday. Have y'all looked at her tides?
- 24:43Speaker 1: Her ties ain't got nothing to do with you. You
- 24:48Speaker 1: understand you have to pay your ties. Will a man
- 24:52Speaker 1: rob God? Yet you have rob You are robbing the Lord.
- 24:58Speaker 1: Brother Clarence, you know it, man, You know that's you know?
- 25:01Speaker 1: And you wonder why people don't come to church all
- 25:03Speaker 1: the time? You know, how you gonna tell me that
- 25:05Speaker 1: I could be giving my tide somewhere else. I am
- 25:07Speaker 1: the secretary. I am the Gem's secretary of God's Eyes ministry,
- 25:11Speaker 1: and my eyes have shown me that you've only given
- 25:14Speaker 1: fifty dollars. You're making forty five dollars, you dude from
- 25:19Speaker 1: the church. Yeah, I don't know if that is something.
- 25:22Speaker 1: I'll tell you that who have you been saying? Who
- 25:26Speaker 1: is I have? But that's not none of their business.
- 25:28Speaker 1: That's that I know. I know, I know. What does
- 25:30Speaker 1: it have to do with him calling people and asking
- 25:33Speaker 1: them if they're candles? I got this, I got this.
- 25:35Speaker 1: Let me handles? Yeah, yeah, you know, I got it.
- 25:38Speaker 1: I got it, I got him, I got him, I
- 25:39Speaker 1: got I know, I know, I know who? Who who? Who? Who? Who?
- 25:43Speaker 1: Who was that? Sir? That's my wife has been paying.
- 25:45Speaker 1: That's my wife been paying. I tied. That's right. Oh okay.
- 25:50Speaker 1: I don't have nothing in my books that say y'all
- 25:54Speaker 1: paid three hundred dollars on the gun. If she said
- 25:57Speaker 1: we paid three hundred dollars, we paid three hundred dollars.
- 26:00Speaker 1: Let me ask you this, when are you gonna start
- 26:03Speaker 1: cutting into defaulted fire with a man rob God. Yet
- 26:08Speaker 1: you have robbed me. That is what you are doing, sir, Well,
- 26:12Speaker 1: you know what you're robbing me right now. You're robbing
- 26:14Speaker 1: me right now of my time. Where I could go out,
- 26:17Speaker 1: I gotta be at work. I can't go get dressed
- 26:19Speaker 1: right now because I'm on the phone with you. I
- 26:21Speaker 1: have to be at work in half an hour. You
- 26:23Speaker 1: rob me right now of my time. Let me ask
- 26:26Speaker 1: you something. Can you bring your tax return into what
- 26:29Speaker 1: I can take a look at it? My tax return?
- 26:32Speaker 1: You know, I'll tell you what. I'll bring my tax
- 26:34Speaker 1: return if everybody else bring their tax return. If you
- 26:36Speaker 1: bring your tax return and pass to bring your tax return,
- 26:39Speaker 1: then I'll bring my tax return. We can have a
- 26:41Speaker 1: tax return party. When will your tax return? When? Can you?
- 26:45Speaker 1: Can you fax it to me? Are you serious? I mean?
- 26:49Speaker 1: I mean, I mean, if it's is, If it's not
- 26:52Speaker 1: too much to ask, Listen, I'm gonna be honest with you.
- 26:56Speaker 1: The next time you do come to church, we're gonna
- 26:58Speaker 1: pat you down because we're gonna have to figure out. Oh,
- 27:01Speaker 1: hold on, you're gonna pass me down the next time
- 27:03Speaker 1: I come to the church and then lay hands on you. Okay,
- 27:06Speaker 1: let me ask you this do you are you on
- 27:07Speaker 1: salary as the church? Yeah? But what does but what
- 27:10Speaker 1: does what does? What does that have to do with anything?
- 27:13Speaker 1: I need to know what you ain't get. It ain't
- 27:15Speaker 1: gotten you. Look, look, it ain't got nothing where you're
- 27:18Speaker 1: gonna bring your forty five hundred dollars down it so
- 27:20Speaker 1: we can add it, so we can get the wing
- 27:22Speaker 1: put on. I'm part of the gams. You'll bring your
- 27:25Speaker 1: money down here, Clarence, isn't it dogs? Let me tell
- 27:29Speaker 1: you something. I don't know who you are. I don't
- 27:31Speaker 1: know what this ministry is. I'm with the gyms. Where
- 27:33Speaker 1: can we expect it? Man? I don't I don't care.
- 27:35Speaker 1: I don't give it you know what ever says, I
- 27:37Speaker 1: don't care anything about your gym ministry. I don't care

- 27:51Speaker 1: in this economy, in this economy, you talk to me
- 27:54Speaker 1: about about me tied and fifty dollars, I'm trying. I'm
- 27:56Speaker 1: trying to put a dollar through college. I'm trying to
- 27:57Speaker 1: set the sun through private school, and I can't get
- 27:59Speaker 1: that done. I'm trying to keep lights on the dude,

- 33:47Speaker 1: them have now been airlifted out, but he says that
- 33:50Speaker 1: several hundred may still be at risk of being left behind.
- 33:53Speaker 1: So they say they've been contacting them and reaching out
- 33:55Speaker 1: to them by any means necessary. For the remaining roughly
- 33:58Speaker 1: one thousand contact that we had who may be Americans
- 34:02Speaker 1: seeking to leave Afghanistan, we're aggressively reaching out to them

- 35:26Speaker 1: Rachel Nichols is out of a job because of remarks
- 35:28Speaker 1: she made about a black female colleague record on video.
- 35:31Speaker 1: Miss Nichols says she thought the only reason that black
- 35:33Speaker 1: female sports reporter Maria Taylor was hired was because the
- 35:37Speaker 1: station was concerned about diversity. Social media came down hard,
- 35:40Speaker 1: reminding Miss Nichols that some white males sports reporters may
- 35:43Speaker 1: think that's the only reason she was hired. Miss Nichols
- 35:45Speaker 1: now the jump hers showed. The jump is canceled. She's
- 35:48Speaker 1: also pulled from NBA coverage. And yeah, you heard it.

- 36:37Speaker 1: Buddy Lewis, Buddy Lewis, all right, Buddy. Yesterday we did
- 36:43Speaker 1: a story about a chimpanzee named Cheetah in the relationship
- 36:48Speaker 1: he had with a lady by the name of A. D. Timmerman.
- 36:52Speaker 1: And I think that's I'm saying it right. What happened, Well,
- 36:55Speaker 1: what happened was when they broke up, she wrote him
- 36:57Speaker 1: a letter. I got the letter. I'm gonna read it.
- 37:00Speaker 1: It's she's hurt. She's hurt. The letters to the monkey.
- 37:05Speaker 1: The monkey's name is Cheetah. And for those of you
- 37:07Speaker 1: who don't know who Cheetah was, Cheetah was actually Tarzan's
- 37:11Speaker 1: monkey's name. And if you don't know who Tarzan isn't
- 37:14Speaker 1: we ain't got we ain't got that much time. Here's
- 37:17Speaker 1: a letter to Cheatah. Dear Cheetah, Dear Cheetah, I should
- 37:22Speaker 1: have left your ass a long time ago. I'm not
- 37:28Speaker 1: gonna fry, I'm not gonna cry. I'm not gonna shed
- 37:32Speaker 1: a tear. And she says you must not know about me.
- 37:38Speaker 1: You must not know about me. I don't have another
- 37:42Speaker 1: one here in a minute. Matter of fact, he'll be
- 37:45Speaker 1: here in a minute. And then she reads on, if
- 37:50Speaker 1: this is what you want, Cheetah, if this is what
- 37:53Speaker 1: you want, you better think think, think, think about what
- 37:57Speaker 1: you're trying to do to me. And she reads on,
- 38:02Speaker 1: this is this is very sad. She said, Just so
- 38:06Speaker 1: you know, everything you owns in a box to the left,
- 38:10Speaker 1: to the left. Everything's on in the box to the left.
- 38:14Speaker 1: Here's when she said, Sheeta, and that's the monkey name
- 38:18Speaker 1: I told you in the beginning. I don't cook, I
- 38:21Speaker 1: don't clean, I don't dance. Now I make money moves
- 38:27Speaker 1: because I don't have to because I'm every woman. It's
- 38:32Speaker 1: all in me. I can do it naturally. That's what
- 38:37Speaker 1: she said. And then she says, be careful. You won't
- 38:43Speaker 1: take this for granted, because me with you, you could
- 38:47Speaker 1: have done some damage. Oh and then she says, you
- 38:52Speaker 1: should be glad you live in a zoo, because I
- 38:54Speaker 1: would bust the windows out the damn zoo. And she
- 38:59Speaker 1: said Jay closing, dear Cheetah, We'll always love you. We'll
- 39:17Speaker 1: be back at thirty four minutes after the hour right
- 39:20Speaker 1: after this, you're listening to the Steve Harvey Morning Show.
- 39:25Speaker 1: Well more drama for Steph Curry's parents. The divorce docs
- 39:29Speaker 1: claim that Steph's dad, Dell, says Sonia began her extramarital
- 39:33Speaker 1: affair with Stephen Johnson during the marriage and prior to
- 39:36Speaker 1: the day of separation, and she lied to Dell each
- 39:40Speaker 1: time she cheated on him. Dell, in the docs says
- 39:43Speaker 1: Sonia is actually living with Stephen Johnson in Tennessee and
- 39:47Speaker 1: claims she should not be entitled to alimony because of it.
- 39:51Speaker 1: For her part, Sonia says in responding documents that she
- 39:55Speaker 1: is not living with Johnson, claiming she's currently living in
- 39:58Speaker 1: her own home because Dell will not allow her to
- 40:01Speaker 1: live at their home. She's living on her own. Sonia
- 40:05Speaker 1: added that she is, however, currently in a dating relationship.
- 40:10Speaker 1: She also said that Dell cheated on her during the marriage,
- 40:13Speaker 1: claimed he hooked up with different women and that family
- 40:16Speaker 1: and close friends knew about it. So there you go.
- 40:20Speaker 1: They're both saying they both cheat whatever whatever they say.
- 40:26Speaker 1: And that guy Johnson played in the NFL, so he's
- 40:29Speaker 1: oh in the NFL. If she if she's cheating, she's
- 40:35Speaker 1: with a Johnson. That's all I got, and I say
- 40:41Speaker 1: something that was so quick that right every comedian listening
- 40:45Speaker 1: is like, I had it to stop. I had it
- 40:49Speaker 1: when she started. When you know what, I just I
- 40:55Speaker 1: like the family so much. I just don't want to
- 40:57Speaker 1: see a drag out. Yeah I don't. I don't need
- 41:00Speaker 1: if it's not if it's not working, it's not working.
- 41:03Speaker 1: Let's just behind closed doors. Let's figure out how we
- 41:06Speaker 1: go our separate ways. But let's do it where we
- 41:08Speaker 1: don't just see another black family just stretch. Come on
- 41:12Speaker 1: the media, come on, man, let's not do this. Man.
- 41:15Speaker 1: Let's let's go out how to shut it down the
- 41:18Speaker 1: right way if I get it, if it ain't working,
- 41:20Speaker 1: if it's not come on, man, just shut it down
- 41:22Speaker 1: the right way. But let's not just everything. Here's something
- 41:25Speaker 1: new here we don't want. I don't want to see
- 41:27Speaker 1: that three years of marriage, thirty three years. I'm just saying.
- 41:31Speaker 1: I'd like to say this though, to you guys, because
- 41:34Speaker 1: we're talking about them getting a divorce. If you guys
- 41:37Speaker 1: were not married and you got a divorce, so you
- 41:39Speaker 1: got a divorce from mate, right now, would you all
- 41:42Speaker 1: get married again. I'm done. I already did it me
- 41:48Speaker 1: and Carlin's Dirk. I'll get married again. Yeah, really, I'm not.
- 41:54Speaker 1: I'm not doing three four five, I'm not doing all that.
- 41:57Speaker 1: I'm done, you asked me, Jay, I feel like in
- 42:03Speaker 1: this marriage. You know, we were talking about anniversaries and
- 42:06Speaker 1: all that. I just celebrated seventeen years. I just feel
- 42:09Speaker 1: like with this marriage, I'm we I'm giving my all.
- 42:13Speaker 1: We are as one, and I just can't see myself
- 42:17Speaker 1: doing this again. I just can't see marrying somebody again
- 42:21Speaker 1: if this doesn't done. Said. Let me say this, though, Jack,
- 42:29Speaker 1: My grandparents, both sides were together until one passed away.
- 42:36Speaker 1: When one passed away, there was nobody else the next one,
- 42:41Speaker 1: you know, the remaining person passed away. My mother and
- 42:44Speaker 1: fa were here till my dad, till my pops passed away.
- 42:49Speaker 1: I am in mine for life. I'm not leaving. I
- 42:53Speaker 1: don't know nothing. That's what you said. I've been brought
- 42:55Speaker 1: I've been brought up this way. So let me let me.
- 42:58Speaker 1: Let me just say this. I see people who do
- 43:02Speaker 1: that till death do their part, and you know, maybe
- 43:05Speaker 1: some time the two mates died the same. I just
- 43:09Speaker 1: how the hell they do that? That's what I mean,
- 43:11Speaker 1: you know it's that done. I mean, because somebody what
- 43:19Speaker 1: I need to sit me down and explain. How do
- 43:23Speaker 1: you how do you look at that person and go
- 43:26Speaker 1: I can do ten more years after that? I just
- 43:31Speaker 1: I don't don't know. Don't you mean it when you're
- 43:33Speaker 1: saying your vows? Don't you mean that vow? Surely? Can
- 43:37Speaker 1: I just say something to you? Yes, at this one
- 43:40Speaker 1: time I was at a wedding which was mine, and
- 43:43Speaker 1: I was and now what's said to myself as it
- 43:49Speaker 1: was going on. It was my wedding. This is not
- 43:52Speaker 1: gonna worry. This is not you say that at the altar.
- 43:56Speaker 1: I'm I'm standing up, walking down, walking down there, and
- 44:00Speaker 1: I won't say which one because they were all lovely women.
- 44:03Speaker 1: I'm like, this is not going work. Coming up next
- 44:10Speaker 1: to the nephew in the prank call. Coming up next
- 44:13Speaker 1: the nephew in the prank phone call. Right after this,
- 44:18Speaker 1: you're listening to Day Morning Show. Coming up at the
- 44:23Speaker 1: top of the hour, right about four minutes after. It's
- 44:25Speaker 1: my Strawberry letter for today, the subject my sugar Daddy
- 44:29Speaker 1: ain't sweet no more. What we got into it? Well,
- 44:35Speaker 1: we'll get into it myself. Come on, right now the
- 44:41Speaker 1: nephews in the building with today's prank phone. Call what
- 44:43Speaker 1: you got now, my daddy's boat, My daddy's boat, and
- 44:51Speaker 1: let that float. Let that float for a mine, Let
- 44:53Speaker 1: it float. Let let the boat float for a minute.
- 44:55Speaker 1: You got it? Call it, you got it? My daddy boat,
- 44:58Speaker 1: you got it. I got it, Junior, you got it.
- 45:00Speaker 1: My daddy boat, got it, sir, my daddy boat. Ben
- 45:05Speaker 1: had it, Daddy Brown. Let everybody read it? All right? Then,
- 45:11Speaker 1: buffal up here we go. This is my daddy boat.
- 45:12Speaker 1: Let's go get down my daddy boat. Hello. Hello, I'm
- 45:17Speaker 1: trying to reach a mister Wilson. Please, mister Wilson, how
- 45:22Speaker 1: are you today? Who is it? My name is Williams. Well, listen,
- 45:28Speaker 1: we've been getting a few complaints, sir about some things
- 45:32Speaker 1: on your property there all. Who are you with? Uh?
- 45:36Speaker 1: Actually I'm with the homeowners Association. Wanted to reach out
- 45:39Speaker 1: and give you a call today. Oh well, how are
- 45:42Speaker 1: you doing? Pretty good? Listen? Um, got a few things
- 45:46Speaker 1: I kind of wanted to discuss with you here that
- 45:48Speaker 1: seemed to be a problem that's taken place in the
- 45:52Speaker 1: neighborhood there. Um, it's been brought to our attention down
- 45:55Speaker 1: here at headquarters that you have a few things on
- 45:59Speaker 1: your property that are not functioning that really shouldn't be
- 46:02Speaker 1: on the property. Uh. You have two cars supposedly in
- 46:05Speaker 1: your driveway that are not being used, been sitting there
- 46:08Speaker 1: for quite some time. Well, yeah, well one of them
- 46:10Speaker 1: I'm currently working on. I'm almost I should have it repaired.
- 46:14Speaker 1: I'm just waiting on getting wait, wait and get a
- 46:16Speaker 1: little extra money and get it take care. But the
- 46:17Speaker 1: other cars just function it. I just don't drive, and
- 46:19Speaker 1: I have more than one car. Okay. Now, you you
- 46:23Speaker 1: also have a camper that seems to be has been
- 46:28Speaker 1: there for at least eight months now, that's that's sitting there.
- 46:31Speaker 1: Is that correct as well? Yeah? Yeah, I'm I'm working
- 46:35Speaker 1: on getting some storage for that is. But it ain't
- 46:37Speaker 1: really been there eight months, just maybe around about six
- 46:39Speaker 1: seven eight months. And uh, you know, I'm looking at
- 46:44Speaker 1: our past records and stuff. It seems like there was
- 46:47Speaker 1: a complaint before about the you know, keeping the yard, uh,
- 46:52Speaker 1: pretty cutting all of that kind of stuff. And I'm
- 46:55Speaker 1: just looking at past complaints that I have here. Now
- 46:57Speaker 1: the biggest one that I have that that's concerning your property, sir,
- 47:01Speaker 1: is uh supposedly in your backyard. Now there's a you
- 47:06Speaker 1: have an old boat that's in your backyard. Yeah, yeah,
- 47:10Speaker 1: but I don't see that both bother nobody. Well, well,
- 47:14Speaker 1: I mean it's it's it's kind of a sore eye
- 47:16Speaker 1: for the people. I think. I think you guys backyards
- 47:18Speaker 1: actually bump up against each other, and you guys have
- 47:21Speaker 1: a chain link fence between the two of you all,
- 47:25Speaker 1: and I think the boat is must be just a
- 47:27Speaker 1: sore eye for the family that's behind you all. Well,
- 47:30Speaker 1: you know, I don't see myself getting rid of that boat.
- 47:32Speaker 1: So I got a cover on it. Everybody else got
- 47:36Speaker 1: a boat. I don't see. What's the problem is. Well, okay,
- 47:39Speaker 1: here's here's what's actually happening, mister Wilson. What's gonna take
- 47:42Speaker 1: place is this. Now we're gonna give you a fourteen
- 47:46Speaker 1: day extension. Fourteen days actually to move the car that
- 47:52Speaker 1: is not functioning, the camper as well, and definitely the
- 47:56Speaker 1: boat we need. We're gonna need those three items. Well,
- 48:00Speaker 1: I ain't got no where to move the boat. I
- 48:01Speaker 1: just told you I was working on so well for storage.
- 48:04Speaker 1: Do you hear my storage called? Now the boat? Now
- 48:06Speaker 1: the camp I'll get that take care. But the boat.
- 48:09Speaker 1: The boat, the boat my daddy gave me, and my
- 48:11Speaker 1: daddy gave me that that that's the only thing my
- 48:13Speaker 1: daddy gave me before he died. Now now I'm not
- 48:16Speaker 1: moving that boat nowhere. The boat won't just fun if
- 48:19Speaker 1: I take it down that to the water. It works, sir,
- 48:21Speaker 1: And I understand it wholeheartedly. You know, I'm basically I'm
- 48:25Speaker 1: just a messenger I have. I'm gonna have to get
- 48:28Speaker 1: the non functioning car that's not working properly. I'm gonna
- 48:31Speaker 1: have to get that out within a two week notice,
- 48:34Speaker 1: as well as the camper, and definitely the boat. Now,
- 48:37Speaker 1: I gotta get that out. That's gotta be gone. I'll
- 48:39Speaker 1: tell you what I ain't moving. I'll tell you that
- 48:42Speaker 1: will plan what you're gonna do, sir. You gotta either
- 48:45Speaker 1: move the boat. I'm gonna have somebody come over and
- 48:47Speaker 1: haul all of these things away. Well, i'll tell you what.
- 48:49Speaker 1: I got thirteen reasons why you won't go over and
- 48:53Speaker 1: touch that boat. And I got two moon two to
- 48:56Speaker 1: thirteen twenty six. I got thirteen and then I got
- 48:59Speaker 1: another twenty six added on to that why you won't
- 49:02Speaker 1: bring Now want me to touch my dad to vote
- 49:04Speaker 1: because my dada gave me that bowl. I'll be dad,
- 49:07Speaker 1: any of you. You know, I'm tired of you with
- 49:09Speaker 1: me instead Cross Street will report them because I'm not
- 49:13Speaker 1: at liberty to give you the name who's reporting my phone?
- 49:17Speaker 1: So you haven't live to give me something because I
- 49:19Speaker 1: know you know eight months and it ain't nobody said
- 49:23Speaker 1: saint to it. So why the hell y'all mean about
- 49:26Speaker 1: how to vote in the backyard to my Stata gave me, sir.
- 49:28Speaker 1: The language is not necessary, sir. The bottom line is
- 49:33Speaker 1: I want to camper out. I want to vote out,
- 49:36Speaker 1: and I want the car that's not functioning moved with
- 49:39Speaker 1: them two weeks or I'm towing it out. I tell you,
- 49:41Speaker 1: when I give you a personal invitation to come over him,
- 49:44Speaker 1: put the boat, the campus and the car, and I
- 49:49Speaker 1: I will beat you like that's what beat you, sir. Wow,
- 49:54Speaker 1: I'm gonna allow one car to stay. I just want
- 49:56Speaker 1: to make sure that you know that I've given you
- 49:58Speaker 1: the statement over the phone, letting you know that what
- 50:01Speaker 1: what has taken place here, mistakes will take it. But
- 50:05Speaker 1: I ain't move my daddy boat. You're gonna move your
- 50:08Speaker 1: dad's stinking boat. If I don't bring the loan, but
- 50:14Speaker 1: you bring somebody, sir, trust me, trust me. If we
- 50:17Speaker 1: come there, we're definitely gonna be bringing authorities with us.
- 50:20Speaker 1: My mind will go to jail because I love my daddy.
- 50:22Speaker 1: Ain't now one of you gonna touch my daddy's boat
- 50:25Speaker 1: that's on he left me. I got one one thing
- 50:27Speaker 1: I need to say to you, sir about this in situation.
- 50:30Speaker 1: Excuse me what you got to say? All I have
- 50:33Speaker 1: to say is this. This is nephew Timmy from the
- 50:36Speaker 1: Steve Harvey Morning Show. You just got pranked by your brother.
- 50:48Speaker 1: Man got up. I got to pull up all right, man,
- 50:55Speaker 1: Your brother told me, he said, Man, he'd be going
- 50:57Speaker 1: eddie with the homeowner socier. He said, Man, just call
- 51:00Speaker 1: him and tell him he got to move all this too,
- 51:03Speaker 1: he said, But most of all, tell him y'all gonna
- 51:05Speaker 1: haul off that boat. He said. He can't even having
- 51:08Speaker 1: that dog on boat. But I love that they know that,
- 51:12Speaker 1: they know that. I got one more question for you, though, Baby,
- 51:16Speaker 1: tell me this, what is the baddest radio show in
- 51:19Speaker 1: the land? The Steve Show? Come on, baby, get the
- 51:27Speaker 1: practice out. But but you know, but it don't matter.
- 51:34Speaker 1: Though Jake. No, it don't matter at all because that
- 51:36Speaker 1: was daddy's boat. That's all that mattered. It was my
- 51:39Speaker 1: daddy boat. That's the only thing. My daddy left me with,
- 51:41Speaker 1: the ragged head boat. And all y'all is going down

- 53:47Speaker 1: right here. M buckle up and hold on tight. We
- 53:51Speaker 1: got it pull you here. It is the Strawberry Letter
- 53:54Speaker 1: subject My sugar daddy ain't sweet no more. Dear Stephen Shirley,
- 53:59Speaker 1: I'm a twenty eight year old single woman. I'm involved
- 54:01Speaker 1: with a man that is thirty one years older than
- 54:04Speaker 1: I am. He told me he was separated from his
- 54:06Speaker 1: wife when we met, but that was alive, so I
- 54:10Speaker 1: set guidelines for how we conducted our affair discreetly. He
- 54:14Speaker 1: is handsome and loaded, so anything I wanted or needed
- 54:18Speaker 1: he had cash. I told him I wanted a house
- 54:21Speaker 1: so we'd have more privacy, and he helped me buy one.
- 54:24Speaker 1: I pay the mortgage from our joint account he set up.
- 54:27Speaker 1: I'm the only authorized user on the account, so he
- 54:31Speaker 1: has no access to it unless he goes through me.
- 54:34Speaker 1: I think he truly loves me, and I have experienced
- 54:37Speaker 1: how a real man should treat me. The sex is decent,
- 54:40Speaker 1: and I've learned a lot from him. He's a solid
- 54:43Speaker 1: man of good character. Our affair went on for close
- 54:46Speaker 1: to two years, and then his wife filed for divorce
- 54:50Speaker 1: and everything changed. In the divorce, he gave his wife
- 54:54Speaker 1: everything she asked for and all of their assets. Basically,
- 54:58Speaker 1: he said, it's just money. And he can make more
- 55:00Speaker 1: of that. He said he's looking forward to starting over
- 55:03Speaker 1: with me and moving in with me soon. I almost
- 55:06Speaker 1: choked on my soda. I told him that he's moving
- 55:09Speaker 1: too fast and the ink isn't even dry on his
- 55:11Speaker 1: divorce papers yet. That's all I could think of right then,
- 55:15Speaker 1: because I wanted to flat out tell him that he's
- 55:17Speaker 1: not moving in to my house. He also said our
- 55:21Speaker 1: joint account would have to hold us over for a while,
- 55:24Speaker 1: and I almost choked again. I reminded him that the
- 55:27Speaker 1: account is mine and that's how I pay my mortgage.
- 55:31Speaker 1: He called me selfish and said, now that the tables
- 55:34Speaker 1: have turned, I need to do my part to help
- 55:36Speaker 1: keep us afloat. He forgot how this thing is supposed
- 55:39Speaker 1: to go. My sugar daddy is broke. Am I obligated
- 55:43Speaker 1: to take care of him till he gets back on
- 55:45Speaker 1: his feet. Well, of course you are not obligated to
- 55:50Speaker 1: take care of him, but he sure did take care
- 55:52Speaker 1: of you when, like he said to you, the tables return.
- 55:56Speaker 1: So if you don't want to help him out now,
- 55:58Speaker 1: don't but go on and get out of this relationship
- 56:01Speaker 1: because clearly you're no longer interested now that he's broke.
- 56:05Speaker 1: I mean, I could not have been clearer. He said
- 56:07Speaker 1: he can make more money, and I'm sure he will.
- 56:10Speaker 1: But here he is thinking you and him meant way
- 56:13Speaker 1: more than what you say you guys are to each other.
- 56:16Speaker 1: This man was just your sugar daddy. He was just
- 56:18Speaker 1: your sponsor. And when the money went dry, so did you. Okay,
- 56:22Speaker 1: Now he wants you to throw him a bone. Well,
- 56:25Speaker 1: as a saying goes, when it rains, it pours, sir,
- 56:27Speaker 1: And that's what's happening here. He got a divorce, he
- 56:31Speaker 1: got cleaned out, he's broke, he has no wife, and
- 56:33Speaker 1: his mistress as one foot out of the door. These
- 56:37Speaker 1: are some of the things that can happen, sir, when
- 56:39Speaker 1: you cheat. He wasn't complaining about you being selfish back then.
- 56:44Speaker 1: Look he's thirty one years older than you. Okay, so
- 56:48Speaker 1: he should know how life goes. There are no guarantees.
- 56:51Speaker 1: He gambled, he lost. Harsh but true. Now it's over.
- 56:55Speaker 1: He's a big boy. He'll be fine, he said he
- 56:57Speaker 1: can make more money. He'll be all right. Tommy. You
- 57:01Speaker 1: know you are a prime example of a ragged in
- 57:07Speaker 1: number two. You really are. You're a prime example of
- 57:11Speaker 1: a ragged dead number two. He didn't took care everything
- 57:15Speaker 1: he needed to take care of for you, for you.
- 57:18Speaker 1: Now the sugar then ran a little low. Oh can't
- 57:22Speaker 1: it happens? Now? He need you? You not there? What
- 57:25Speaker 1: kind of number two are you? See? This isn't what
- 57:28Speaker 1: I'm talking about. I didn't said it a thousand times.
- 57:30Speaker 1: When a two don't know how to handle being a two,
- 57:33Speaker 1: you're not gonna be there. You're not gonna be there
- 57:36Speaker 1: to comfort him, to help him go with he's going through.
- 57:38Speaker 1: You can't do that. What kind of deuce are you?
- 57:41Speaker 1: You're supposed to be the rock. You're supposed to be
- 57:44Speaker 1: the rock, and you're not the rock right now. All
- 57:47Speaker 1: you care about is you. You are a selfish number two.
- 57:51Speaker 1: And fellas, I hope y'all listening to this right now
- 57:53Speaker 1: because you really need to hear. There are some selfish
- 57:55Speaker 1: number twos out there. There are, but if you get
- 57:57Speaker 1: into a pickle, get swear they really might not be
- 58:01Speaker 1: there for you. So I want all the fellas to
- 58:04Speaker 1: listen to me. Clearly, you need to check and make
- 58:06Speaker 1: sure your number two is a ride or die, because
- 58:10Speaker 1: guess what. The sugar then't got low. Now she ready
- 58:13Speaker 1: to go, sugar. You know I'm just calling it sweet
- 58:16Speaker 1: and low. It's sweeten low. He's still sweet. He's a
- 58:18Speaker 1: low right now. He gonna come back up. He's gonna
- 58:21Speaker 1: come back up, but you got to ride with him.
- 58:24Speaker 1: He don't got you a house, he ta't care everything
- 58:27Speaker 1: you need, and then you're gonna ride out on him.
- 58:29Speaker 1: That ain't cool. You are the worst number two. All
- 58:32Speaker 1: your number twos out there that need y'all to listen,
- 58:34Speaker 1: don't do this. Don't do this. Don't do this, but
- 58:40Speaker 1: all your number twos out you don't do this. This
- 58:43Speaker 1: is so disrespectful to the game. Whatever, go ahead, Jack,
- 58:49Speaker 1: I'm sorry, Jake, I'm stuck. Let me. Let me just
- 58:57Speaker 1: coming from coming from somebody who knows a cover old
- 59:00Speaker 1: players out there. You did not set this up in
- 59:03Speaker 1: the beginning when you laid this out to this young
- 59:06Speaker 1: lady left. Now look at him. If I get sick
- 59:09Speaker 1: and I lose my money, you're gonna come through. Now.
- 59:12Speaker 1: If you had said that, maybe that would be that
- 59:15Speaker 1: would that would be what when you can't come back? Now?
- 59:18Speaker 1: Go I lost all and they all sound like that.
- 59:20Speaker 1: So that's why I'm doing that. Boy, I just lost
- 59:23Speaker 1: my money, and I want you if you can help me.
- 59:25Speaker 1: I ain't anybody here to help your ass out. No,
- 59:29Speaker 1: you don't get helped out. No, you out. When a
- 59:32Speaker 1: splendor daddy loses, he loses. What is a Splendi The
- 59:36Speaker 1: daddy that's a sugar daddy would diabetes? Dude? You do
- 59:40Speaker 1: you at the game? Partner up game, don Jay. We'll
- 59:45Speaker 1: have part two of the Strawberry Letter coming up at
- 59:47Speaker 1: twenty three minutes after the hour, the subject my sugar
- 59:50Speaker 1: daddy Ain't sweet no more. We'll get back into it
- 59:53Speaker 1: right after this. You're listening show. All right, guys, we're
- 59:58Speaker 1: gonna recap today's Strawberry letter. The subject my sugar daddy
- 1:00:02Speaker 1: Ain't sweet no more? Twenty eight year old single woman
- 1:00:05Speaker 1: wrote in she has a sugar daddy that's thirty one
- 1:00:08Speaker 1: years older than she is. He told her when they
- 1:00:10Speaker 1: met that he was separated, but come to find out
- 1:00:13Speaker 1: that was a lie. So she set guidelines of how
- 1:00:16Speaker 1: they conducted there so they can conduct their affair discreetly.
- 1:00:20Speaker 1: She wanted to be a little more private, so he
- 1:00:23Speaker 1: set up where she could get a house. She pays
- 1:00:25Speaker 1: the mortgage out of their joint account so their wife
- 1:00:31Speaker 1: their wife his wife divorced him. He gave her every
- 1:00:35Speaker 1: everything since he took care of his sugar baby. He
- 1:00:41Speaker 1: thought that his sugar baby would take care of him
- 1:00:43Speaker 1: because he gave his wife everything. No, no, no, that's
- 1:00:47Speaker 1: not how this works. She almost choked on her soda, saying, no,
- 1:00:51Speaker 1: she doesn't want him to move in. She doesn't want
- 1:00:54Speaker 1: him to use the joint account. That is her account.
- 1:00:57Speaker 1: That's how she pays her mortgage. He called herself. Now
- 1:01:00Speaker 1: that the tables are turned, he told her she needs
- 1:01:03Speaker 1: to do his part, her part to keep them afloat.
- 1:01:06Speaker 1: Uh no, he forgot how this thing is supposed to go,
- 1:01:09Speaker 1: she said, And she doesn't want him. Her sugar daddy
- 1:01:12Speaker 1: is broke now. He said, he could make more money,
- 1:01:14Speaker 1: but right now he's broke, so she doesn't want him.
- 1:01:17Speaker 1: She wants to know, is she obligated to take care
- 1:01:19Speaker 1: of him until he gets back on his feet? And nope,
- 1:01:22Speaker 1: does she's not. And Jay, you were saying, I was saying,
- 1:01:27Speaker 1: look at this, let's look at this on paper, said
- 1:01:29Speaker 1: we put this on paper, a broke sugar daddy. You
- 1:01:33Speaker 1: put a broke sugar daddy on one side, and then
- 1:01:36Speaker 1: a fine thirty year old and let's do some divisions.
- 1:01:40Speaker 1: How many times would a broke sugar daddy go into
- 1:01:44Speaker 1: a fine thirty years old? None? Zero, none, Partner, I
- 1:01:49Speaker 1: don't know what you did in man, but back then
- 1:01:52Speaker 1: it was called rithmotic. I don't know what you did.
- 1:01:57Speaker 1: How you didn't learn a damn thing. You broke, you out,
- 1:02:01Speaker 1: You lose. You can't even pick up a woman with
- 1:02:04Speaker 1: a look at him. I'm I'm a little broke, but
- 1:02:09Speaker 1: one of you to help me. The game you stop,
- 1:02:12Speaker 1: and it's got to be the game you in with Layer.
- 1:02:15Speaker 1: It's like when you go to the club. You go
- 1:02:17Speaker 1: to the club when at the end of the night
- 1:02:19Speaker 1: and the things up, what do they do? They cut
- 1:02:21Speaker 1: the house lights on and start stacking the chairs. They're
- 1:02:25Speaker 1: stacking the chairs on your ass. It's over with partner,
- 1:02:29Speaker 1: It's over. I'm done. Yeah, my sugar daddy ain't sweet
- 1:02:34Speaker 1: no more. Yeah. Better question is do I care? I
- 1:02:39Speaker 1: really don't even care for this love. I really don't
- 1:02:42Speaker 1: because I don't. Why are we even having the dude lost?
- 1:02:45Speaker 1: He like what Jay said, the dude lost. You lost
- 1:02:47Speaker 1: out because she's twenty eight. She don't have the experience
- 1:02:52Speaker 1: to be with an older man. Like that for that
- 1:02:54Speaker 1: lost she's not fitting to push you up no ramp,
- 1:02:56Speaker 1: for no wheelchairs. She can't do all that. You need
- 1:02:59Speaker 1: a miss definitely in your life. For Miss Lenda. You
- 1:03:02Speaker 1: need it good little. You need somebody up brown your age.
- 1:03:05Speaker 1: You need somebody thirty one years older to do that.
- 1:03:07Speaker 1: If you had, like a Miss Doris that she gonna
- 1:03:10Speaker 1: be there, she would have been there, you know what
- 1:03:13Speaker 1: I'm saying. So what I did with the letter was
- 1:03:15Speaker 1: I found some lot of numbers. I'm gonna play. I'm
- 1:03:18Speaker 1: gonna play one, twenty eight, fifty nine, two thirty one,
- 1:03:24Speaker 1: twenty eight and twenty six. That's what I got out
- 1:03:28Speaker 1: the whole letter. I got a lot of numbers I
- 1:03:29Speaker 1: think I need to play because once because she singles
- 1:03:31Speaker 1: she twenty eight years old, you add twenty eight, uh
- 1:03:34Speaker 1: to thirty one, you get fifty nine, and then heat
- 1:03:37Speaker 1: thirty one years older. You know twenty eight. I don't
- 1:03:40Speaker 1: know where I got twenty eight from, but its own
- 1:03:42Speaker 1: here and playing it, and I got twenty six for
- 1:03:45Speaker 1: the day. So that's what I got. ID at a
- 1:03:47Speaker 1: lot of numbers in here, you know two two for
- 1:03:51Speaker 1: two years. You know it's sliding. You gotta look at
- 1:03:53Speaker 1: these signs when you see them, they're here fight but here,
- 1:03:58Speaker 1: ain't nobody help him? Thank you? J Yeah, so Jay,
- 1:04:01Speaker 1: you seem to be the most experienced in this for
- 1:04:04Speaker 1: some But I mean because he said that, yeah yeah,
- 1:04:09Speaker 1: So why why did he get caught up like this?
- 1:04:12Speaker 1: I mean, what happened? He lost? She's out shirless, young good, loving.
- 1:04:18Speaker 1: No do that to you. When you get some young good,
- 1:04:22Speaker 1: when you're not smelling white diamond and liniment and knee
- 1:04:26Speaker 1: rub and all that stuff. Oh my god, No nobody
- 1:04:30Speaker 1: back hurt or nothing like that. You're gonna get sprung shirlette.
- 1:04:34Speaker 1: So you know, he went into the and gave it
- 1:04:37Speaker 1: all weight. So it's over with. You can't play like
- 1:04:41Speaker 1: that no more. You know there's another old player out
- 1:04:44Speaker 1: there waiting to scoop her up. You lost. If you
- 1:04:47Speaker 1: ain't got the money in the game, you can't get
- 1:04:49Speaker 1: any game. You know, like when you go to when
- 1:04:52Speaker 1: you go to the casinos, there's a certain machine you
- 1:04:54Speaker 1: can play if you got that type of money. You
- 1:04:57Speaker 1: can do the penny machines, or you can do the
- 1:05:00Speaker 1: fitted dollar machine. He's on the penny machine. Now, yeah,
- 1:05:04Speaker 1: stop thinking you're cute and she wants you for you. Yeah, yeah,
- 1:05:11Speaker 1: she didn't want him for him. She wanted him for
- 1:05:12Speaker 1: the money. When the when the money don't reside no more,
- 1:05:16Speaker 1: you know, when it don't reside, it's old and the
- 1:05:18Speaker 1: money was right, that's right, My sugar daddy even broke. Yeah,
- 1:05:28Speaker 1: he needs to play these numbers. I gave out handsome
- 1:05:33Speaker 1: and loaded, handsome and broke. I can't believe my two
- 1:05:39Speaker 1: boys did not stick up for the sugar daddy. I
- 1:05:42Speaker 1: cannot believe this right here, I can't stick The game is, timmy,
- 1:05:47Speaker 1: That's that's what the game is. That the all right, listen,
- 1:05:51Speaker 1: let me put this, Let me put this. All right,
- 1:05:53Speaker 1: you broke, sugar daddy. Go to the club. See how
- 1:05:55Speaker 1: you come out. All right, we gotta go. Um. Post
- 1:06:03Speaker 1: your comments on today's Strawberry Letter. It's Steve Harvey FM
- 1:06:05Speaker 1: on Facebook. Check out the Strawberry Letters podcast. Under Man

- 1:06:15Speaker 1: Harvey Morning Show. Coming up at the top of the hour,
- 1:06:19Speaker 1: Carla's Reality up. David. Right now, Jay, please introduce our
- 1:06:23Speaker 1: girl from you know, you know, I have to introduce
- 1:06:27Speaker 1: my sister in blue and white. What what's up? That's
- 1:06:33Speaker 1: what I'm talking about. That's what I'm talking about. Hey,
- 1:06:35Speaker 1: David Brown, Look, okay, I'm sorry. I'm just disrespecting Julian. See,
- 1:06:38Speaker 1: this is the reason that I'm on the show today.
- 1:06:41Speaker 1: I'm disrespecting Junior by speaking to Jay first before I
- 1:06:46Speaker 1: speak to What's wrong with y'all? Y'all? Okay? Good now,
- 1:06:52Speaker 1: hold y'all learning something while y'all listening to me? Why
- 1:06:56Speaker 1: y'all listen to me? Okay, Tommy, Tommy, Tommy, m okay,
- 1:07:00Speaker 1: hold on, okay, get ready now. Now. A lot of
- 1:07:03Speaker 1: the men who listen to the Steve Harvey Mornin Show
- 1:07:07Speaker 1: say that I am not as respectful of Junior as
- 1:07:10Speaker 1: I should be, and if I don't watch out, I'm
- 1:07:14Speaker 1: going to lose Junior. Oh so you're gonna be respectful
- 1:07:19Speaker 1: to day? Is that what you're saying? Oh? Oh, I'm
- 1:07:22Speaker 1: almost Vanessa Bell Callaway and coming to America. Yeah, I'm
- 1:07:28Speaker 1: almost whatever you like, whether you like, whatever you like,
- 1:07:33Speaker 1: I'm almost that. We are on a worldwide radio show.
- 1:07:38Speaker 1: So I am trying to set an example. So Junior,
- 1:07:42Speaker 1: I'm going to stop talking and let you say some
- 1:07:46Speaker 1: of the things that you would like me to do
- 1:07:49Speaker 1: to be more respectful of you, your manhood and our
- 1:07:54Speaker 1: relationship and fellas calling right now for the things that
- 1:07:58Speaker 1: sherline Underwood, I need to start doing so she won't lose. Junior.
- 1:08:05Speaker 1: Put a poll up, Carla, put a pole up on
- 1:08:07Speaker 1: social Fia. You had to do it, and next week
- 1:08:11Speaker 1: we will be reading the top to go the audience
- 1:08:15Speaker 1: say I need to be doing to keep my man, Junior.
- 1:08:18Speaker 1: But Junior, what do you think I should do to
- 1:08:22Speaker 1: win and keep your love? Charl I really think if
- 1:08:24Speaker 1: we could just cut back on some of the phone
- 1:08:26Speaker 1: calls every three minutes, we probably could get a little
- 1:08:31Speaker 1: call members dog every three minutes. Man, you have had
- 1:08:33Speaker 1: your phone. Because she said what you're doing, I said
- 1:08:36Speaker 1: the same thing I was just doing. I ain't. I can't.
- 1:08:38Speaker 1: I can't move that fast. Let me just tell you, okay, spite,
- 1:08:43Speaker 1: he's misrepresenting what is happening, because I have a regular phone,
- 1:08:48Speaker 1: a backup phone, a rotary phone. I got I got
- 1:08:51Speaker 1: the first flip Oh yeah, I got that BlackBerry, so
- 1:08:54Speaker 1: I got at least five six phones. I got the
- 1:08:56Speaker 1: big garage door open the phone when they first came out.
- 1:09:00Speaker 1: So I'm calling you on Autumn falls because I need
- 1:09:03Speaker 1: to make sure your needs is met. That's why I
- 1:09:06Speaker 1: get to call you all the time. I don't know
- 1:09:08Speaker 1: why you don't like this type of attention. No woman
- 1:09:11Speaker 1: has ever felt that way. If I could get on
- 1:09:13Speaker 1: a satellite and make sure that you get the Cheryl
- 1:09:16Speaker 1: sut girl, we'll call you coming up in Reality updated
- 1:09:22Speaker 1: right after Charlotte, you're listening, all right, Temmy introduced that girl.
- 1:09:30Speaker 1: She is here, ladies and gentlemen, she is here. The
- 1:09:34Speaker 1: one and only call a Ferroll with what reality update
- 1:09:38Speaker 1: coming in hut. Thank you, Shirley. I love it coming in. Yes,
- 1:09:45Speaker 1: I love coming in high too. All right, here we
- 1:09:47Speaker 1: go Real Housewives on Potomac. So Ashley, she joined the
- 1:09:51Speaker 1: ladies you know they sail on this trip and Williams
- 1:09:54Speaker 1: bird Virginia. And she also agreed with Gazelle that Wendy
- 1:09:58Speaker 1: has been doing the most since her boob and her
- 1:10:03Speaker 1: booty plastic surgery job, so to speak. Anywhere you know
- 1:10:08Speaker 1: Giselle and Wendy they're beefing. And then there was drama
- 1:10:13Speaker 1: when Ashley told Wendy about the rumors that they're on
- 1:10:18Speaker 1: a blog that Wendy's husband Eddie was cheating Eddie Eddie. Yeah, yeah,
- 1:10:27Speaker 1: it got ugly. So take a listen. When Wendy kind
- 1:10:30Speaker 1: of went in and was specifically talking to Giselle, take
- 1:10:34Speaker 1: a listen. Why are you looking at man? I'm looking
- 1:10:36Speaker 1: at you because it was your ass having the conversation
- 1:10:38Speaker 1: with Ashley. Did you tell her what I said? I
- 1:10:41Speaker 1: said it was awesome. We didn't believe there was any
- 1:10:43Speaker 1: five room truths that of you coming to me as
- 1:10:46Speaker 1: a woman, you decide to talk to Ashley, and so
- 1:10:50Speaker 1: I'm putting your ass on notice because what you're not
- 1:10:53Speaker 1: going to do, let's be very clear. If you're not
- 1:10:56Speaker 1: going to play with my husband's name, don't for my family?
- 1:11:02Speaker 1: Who All right? Then what did she say at the end,
- 1:11:07Speaker 1: say you're not gonna play with my husband's name? Is that?
- 1:11:09Speaker 1: What was it? Yeah? And then she said don't blank
- 1:11:12Speaker 1: with my family and then there was more and for
- 1:11:16Speaker 1: the second time though, Yeah, it got it got ugly.
- 1:11:20Speaker 1: It got really really ugly. So we will see next week.
- 1:11:24Speaker 1: I think it's gonna get worse and I can't wait.
- 1:11:29Speaker 1: We love it. It's gonna be good, right, Real househoves
- 1:11:35Speaker 1: of Petomy Junior. We'll talk about it after you watch it, Shirley,
- 1:11:39Speaker 1: it's our show. It's so good, all right. Moving on
- 1:11:41Speaker 1: Loving Marriage Huntsville, Maurice and Kimmy. They had a great
- 1:11:46Speaker 1: talk with the new castmate Tiffany and her husband Um.
- 1:11:52Speaker 1: They talked to him. They talked to both of them
- 1:11:54Speaker 1: about you know, Tiffany kind of told a little rumor
- 1:11:58Speaker 1: that Maurice's son was caught vathing at school, and I
- 1:12:03Speaker 1: liked Tom Maurice just sat them down and said, what
- 1:12:06Speaker 1: you're not gonna do. It's very you know, gossip about
- 1:12:09Speaker 1: my son. We're not doing that. So he kind of
- 1:12:13Speaker 1: checked them and she apologized Tiffany and she even cried
- 1:12:17Speaker 1: a little bit, and her husband kind of apologized. So
- 1:12:20Speaker 1: I like to wait more Reese handle that, because you
- 1:12:21Speaker 1: just can't be just saying stuff. It's one thing to
- 1:12:24Speaker 1: say stuff about grown folks, but when you start talking
- 1:12:27Speaker 1: to people about their kids and they don't even know
- 1:12:29Speaker 1: you and you're talking about rumors, oh, you're gonna get
- 1:12:31Speaker 1: checked immediately. It might, yeah, So I like to weigh
- 1:12:38Speaker 1: more Reese handle it. Though he was cool about it,
- 1:12:40Speaker 1: and a quick question, it's getting checked them and put
- 1:12:42Speaker 1: on notice, it's just the same thing. They both need
- 1:12:45Speaker 1: to ask yes and yes. Now you have clarity. It's
- 1:12:54Speaker 1: the same thing. Destiny and Melody they are beefing and
- 1:12:59Speaker 1: they'll not be It was so crazy that Melody she
- 1:13:02Speaker 1: they had a talk Destiny. Melody went over Destiny's house
- 1:13:05Speaker 1: and then she brought her a big thing, a big
- 1:13:09Speaker 1: watermelon as a gift. And so after this heated discussion,
- 1:13:13Speaker 1: they decided to cut the watermelon. And Melody said if
- 1:13:16Speaker 1: the watermelon was sweet, then they would be friends, and
- 1:13:19Speaker 1: then they wouldn't be beefing anymore. So they tasted the
- 1:13:22Speaker 1: watermelon and it was sweet, and so they hugged. That
- 1:13:24Speaker 1: was crazy to me, So yeah, we couldn't cut no
- 1:13:34Speaker 1: plum the watermelon. It did look good. It looked juicy
- 1:13:40Speaker 1: and look good. So that is loving marriage, Huntsville. I'm
- 1:13:43Speaker 1: running out of time. We'll chat next time about Real
- 1:13:46Speaker 1: Housewives of Beverly Hills. Garcel get to the bottom of
- 1:13:50Speaker 1: Erica Jane, because I still don't believe nothing she's saying
- 1:13:54Speaker 1: and I think she's in a lot of trouble. So
- 1:13:57Speaker 1: we will talk about that next week. So you guys
- 1:14:00Speaker 1: are watching hit me Up, Atlip spark Carla on the
- 1:14:03Speaker 1: GRAM and we will talk more. That's reality Update. What's
- 1:14:07Speaker 1: you guys, Shirley girl. All right, thank you, Carla. We'll
- 1:14:09Speaker 1: be back right after this to twenty minutes after you're
- 1:14:12Speaker 1: listening to this. Stave Harvey Morning Show. Tell me something good.
- 1:14:18Speaker 1: HBCU News out of Huntsville, Alabama. Alabama A and M
- 1:14:22Speaker 1: University recently received an unexpected surprise an anonymous alum. An
- 1:14:28Speaker 1: anonymous alum gifted the school with nearly two point two
- 1:14:32Speaker 1: million you heard me, two point two million dollars. That
- 1:14:37Speaker 1: was the largest in the institution's one hundred and forty
- 1:14:39Speaker 1: six year history. The donor also included a letter of gratitude, saying,
- 1:14:44Speaker 1: this is my university and it has afforded me opportunities
- 1:14:48Speaker 1: beyond what I could have ever imagined. It has been
- 1:14:51Speaker 1: my life's mission to make a sizable investment in my
- 1:14:55Speaker 1: alma mater, the letter reads. The graduate also challenged other
- 1:14:58Speaker 1: alumni to who can make a similar gift, to do
- 1:15:02Speaker 1: so nice. That's all right, take care of your HBCUs.
- 1:15:06Speaker 1: I love it. Don't putting pressure on other people. You
- 1:15:11Speaker 1: just give your money. You can do what you Yeah,
- 1:15:21Speaker 1: I love it. Support your yeah, I love it. I
- 1:15:27Speaker 1: didn't know y'all was gonna do a story about my donation,
- 1:15:29Speaker 1: but I mean, you know, I didn't know. Y'all didn't
- 1:15:34Speaker 1: really want to bring it up. You know what it is,
- 1:15:37Speaker 1: You're so modest. I mean, gosh, I mean I thought
- 1:15:40Speaker 1: you went to pray of you. I did, and then
- 1:15:43Speaker 1: what happened? Yes, you know, just lies. Yeah, it's just
- 1:15:50Speaker 1: taking as it is called. I can't tell you whyngratulations.
- 1:15:55Speaker 1: More of the Steve Harvey Morning Show coming up in
- 1:15:57Speaker 1: thirty three minutes after Right after this, you're listening to
- 1:16:01Speaker 1: the Steve Harvey Morning Show. Well. More drama for Steph
- 1:16:04Speaker 1: Curry's parents. The divorce docs claim that Steph's dad, Dell,
- 1:16:08Speaker 1: says Sonia began her extramarital affair with Stephen Johnson during
- 1:16:13Speaker 1: the marriage and fried to the daily separation, and she
- 1:16:17Speaker 1: lied to Dell each time she cheated on him. Dell,
- 1:16:20Speaker 1: in the docs says Sonia is actually living with Stephen
- 1:16:23Speaker 1: Johnson in Tennessee and claims she should not be entitled
- 1:16:27Speaker 1: to alimony because of it. For her part, Sonya says
- 1:16:30Speaker 1: in responding documents that she is not living with Johnson,
- 1:16:34Speaker 1: claiming she's currently living in her own home because Dell
- 1:16:38Speaker 1: will not allow her to live at their home. She's
- 1:16:40Speaker 1: living on her own. Sonia added that she is, however,
- 1:16:44Speaker 1: currently in a dating relationship. She also said that Dell
- 1:16:48Speaker 1: cheated on her during the marriage, claimed he hooked up
- 1:16:51Speaker 1: with different women and that family and close friends knew
- 1:16:55Speaker 1: about it. So there you go. They're both saying they
- 1:16:58Speaker 1: both cheated. Whatever whatever that guy Johnson played in the NFL.
- 1:17:06Speaker 1: If she's cheating, she's with a Johnson. That's all I got.
- 1:17:12Speaker 1: And I say something that was so quick that right.
- 1:17:16Speaker 1: Every comedian listening is like that, I had it. Stop.
- 1:17:21Speaker 1: I had it when she started. When you know what,
- 1:17:26Speaker 1: I just I like the family so much. I just
- 1:17:28Speaker 1: don't want to see it out. I don't if it's
- 1:17:33Speaker 1: not if it's not working, it's not working. Let's just
- 1:17:36Speaker 1: behind closed doors. Let's figure out how we go our
- 1:17:39Speaker 1: separate ways. But let's do it where we don't just
- 1:17:41Speaker 1: see another black family just stretched the media. Come on, man,
- 1:17:46Speaker 1: let's not do this. Man. Let's let's out how to
- 1:17:48Speaker 1: shut it down the right way. If I get it,
- 1:17:51Speaker 1: if it ain't working, if it's not, come on, man,
- 1:17:53Speaker 1: just shut it down the right way. But let's not
- 1:17:55Speaker 1: just every day here's something new here. We don't want
- 1:17:58Speaker 1: to I don't want to see that thirty three years
- 1:18:01Speaker 1: of marriage years. I'm just saying I'd like to say
- 1:18:04Speaker 1: this though to you guys, because we were talking about
- 1:18:07Speaker 1: them getting a divorce. If you guys were not married
- 1:18:09Speaker 1: and you got a divorce, so you got a divorce
- 1:18:11Speaker 1: from you made right now, would you all get married again? Yeah,
- 1:18:17Speaker 1: I'm I'm done. I already did it. Me and Colin's
- 1:18:21Speaker 1: dark I'll get married again. Yeah, really, I'm not. I'm
- 1:18:27Speaker 1: not doing three four, I'm not doing all. I'm done,
- 1:18:32Speaker 1: you asked me, Jay, I feel like in this marriage,
- 1:18:36Speaker 1: you know, we were talking about anniversaries and all that.
- 1:18:38Speaker 1: I'll just celebrated seventeen years. I just feel like with
- 1:18:42Speaker 1: this marriage, I'm we I'm giving my all. We are
- 1:18:46Speaker 1: as one, and I just can't see myself doing this again.
- 1:18:51Speaker 1: I just can't see marrying somebody again. If this doesn't
- 1:18:54Speaker 1: you put so much into this one right done? Coming up,
- 1:19:00Speaker 1: it is our last break of the day that day,
- 1:19:08Speaker 1: Fresh out coming up in forty nine minutes after the hour,
- 1:19:14Speaker 1: we'll also close out the show right after this. You're
- 1:19:18Speaker 1: listening to the show. All right, guys, here we are
- 1:19:22Speaker 1: our last break of the day on this Thursday. It's
- 1:19:26Speaker 1: been a good day, it's always yeah, grateful to be
- 1:19:30Speaker 1: here and all of that. Well, um, our last story
- 1:19:34Speaker 1: involves someone that the ladies are very familiar with. Attention ladies,
- 1:19:39Speaker 1: if you couldn't get enough of Simon, the Duke of Hastings,
- 1:19:41Speaker 1: remember him from Bridgerton, we'll listen up the actor who
- 1:19:45Speaker 1: played him, reggae John Page, is the latest celeb to
- 1:19:49Speaker 1: collaborate with the Calm meditation app and you'll now be
- 1:19:53Speaker 1: able to listen to him read you a bedtime story.
- 1:19:57Speaker 1: Don't you love that? Ladies? Yes, what a way to
- 1:20:01Speaker 1: get put to sleep? Really in that? Yeah, absolutely would
- 1:20:09Speaker 1: do that. Yet but an old man by trying to
- 1:20:14Speaker 1: buy your drink you didn't get at your face? You
- 1:20:18Speaker 1: know it's too well Jay Well anyway, smooth British accent
- 1:20:25Speaker 1: is going to narrate a thirty two minute sleep story
- 1:20:28Speaker 1: called The Prince and the Naturalist. According to Calm, the
- 1:20:32Speaker 1: tale is set in Old England and it is about
- 1:20:34Speaker 1: a naturalist and it's royal pupil who find that nature
- 1:20:38Speaker 1: is the best teacher. But does it really even matter
- 1:20:41Speaker 1: what the plot is, we don't not at all. We
- 1:20:44Speaker 1: don't care any of that. We just want to hear
- 1:20:46Speaker 1: reggae Jean Page's smooth, sexy voice. So here here's my question. Naturist?
- 1:20:56Speaker 1: Did I say naturalist or naturalist? Naturalists even either way?
- 1:21:03Speaker 1: But nature is the best teacher anyway, That's what I said.
- 1:21:06Speaker 1: So what I want to pose to you three gentlemen, is,
- 1:21:10Speaker 1: are you guys planning to audition to do any sexy
- 1:21:13Speaker 1: bedtime stories as well? Since it's out there, you may
- 1:21:16Speaker 1: as well. Yeah, all right, you and you're let's start
- 1:21:18Speaker 1: with you right, No, surety? Do you hear me? Well
- 1:21:22Speaker 1: that's here you say you can lower your color? Call?
- 1:21:25Speaker 1: Do you hear me? I think this is this? This
- 1:21:28Speaker 1: what y'all y'all want me reading? Y'all? Bed started with this? Boy?
- 1:21:32Speaker 1: Try let's try try all right, bedtimes? Here we go, sure,
- 1:21:36Speaker 1: close your eyes, it is here. Let's listen to. He
- 1:21:40Speaker 1: walked in, look the dead in the eye, said where
- 1:21:44Speaker 1: you've been? She calmly replied, nowhere, been here the whole time.
- 1:21:50Speaker 1: He brought her in for a woman embrace. He looked
- 1:21:52Speaker 1: there and eye again, this time with more passion, more love,
- 1:21:57Speaker 1: and as they kissed. He ain't it. I've talked about
- 1:22:01Speaker 1: drop dead, fading, hit the floor hard too. Okay, here
- 1:22:10Speaker 1: we go, tell me you want to go now, you
- 1:22:13Speaker 1: want men to jot? This is the bedtime short, Gather around,
- 1:22:21Speaker 1: Gather around. If I was you a get up in
- 1:22:24Speaker 1: check and see it that damn dough it locked. You
- 1:22:27Speaker 1: don't know those out there? Yeah, get deep up under
- 1:22:31Speaker 1: them covers because the boogeyman might be coming niggd. Yeah,
- 1:22:36Speaker 1: and put a towel down by the floor so when
- 1:22:39Speaker 1: you see you won't see the light when he walks by. Yeah.
- 1:22:44Speaker 1: Pleasant dreams, dream of and I'll and I'll be in
- 1:22:50Speaker 1: your dreams too. It was going to hell and I don't.
- 1:23:07Speaker 1: Don't put too much pressure on, but let me see. Oh,
- 1:23:12Speaker 1: for the night before Lazy Day, everything was right. I
- 1:23:18Speaker 1: had to check myself because I knew the next morning
- 1:23:22Speaker 1: I couldn't wear no white. It was hard. It was
- 1:23:25Speaker 1: a struggle. It was a thing I don't. I don't
- 1:23:28Speaker 1: like this. I'm sorry, Okay, we can stop. We'll stick
- 1:23:34Speaker 1: to reggae. Jan Page. Thank you guys for coming. Uh
- 1:23:40Speaker 1: the man, we give it to him. For the night
- 1:23:42Speaker 1: before Christmas, I can't really made me think, oh man,
- 1:23:48Speaker 1: we stay, We're staying in our lane. I vote for
- 1:23:53Speaker 1: another story. Did you say you had a question first?
- 1:23:58Speaker 1: Jake as well, it's not really a question. I just
- 1:24:01Speaker 1: was gonna share with y'all some of the stuff I
- 1:24:04Speaker 1: like to watch on TV that I know it probably
- 1:24:06Speaker 1: makes a lot of people sick, but I love. I
- 1:24:10Speaker 1: don't know if I'm it's early, people might be breacer.
- 1:24:12Speaker 1: But that Doctor Pimple show, Oh my god, the old
- 1:24:18Speaker 1: I love that show like a good black man man.
- 1:24:23Speaker 1: But but it is is the question, how do you
- 1:24:27Speaker 1: have a lump on your shoulder for eighteen years and
- 1:24:30Speaker 1: you don't go see the damn doctor. It didn't start
- 1:24:33Speaker 1: out that size, It actually got bigger and bigger and bigger.
- 1:24:38Speaker 1: Why don't you go? I don't know what is it?
- 1:24:40Speaker 1: What is it? I don't know? It could be anything,
- 1:24:42Speaker 1: But why would you wait that damn long? What? What
- 1:24:45Speaker 1: makes you wait that long to be on the show?
- 1:24:49Speaker 1: I love that show. I can't watch that show, but
- 1:24:52Speaker 1: bust I watched The Breathfast. I love that show. I
- 1:24:56Speaker 1: love that show. Illow and green stuff coming out that
- 1:25:01Speaker 1: that in Law and Order, I love that too. Which
- 1:25:05Speaker 1: law and Order? Though? Which one? Uh? The old one,
- 1:25:09Speaker 1: the old Jackie. But you you got to catch the
- 1:25:12Speaker 1: lawing order when they found the body. That's it. You
- 1:25:14Speaker 1: gotta stop. If you missed the first two minutes of
- 1:25:16Speaker 1: the shop, there's there's no there's no sense of watching
- 1:25:19Speaker 1: the show at all if you don't miss If you
- 1:25:22Speaker 1: don't catch that first two minutes of lawing, there's no
- 1:25:25Speaker 1: reason for you to watch it. You need to sit
- 1:25:27Speaker 1: around and wait on the next one. A little bit.
- 1:25:30Speaker 1: I'm SVU though, I'm over there with Ice Tea. Yeah, yeah,
- 1:25:37Speaker 1: they're good. They're good. I mean, he's really good. I
- 1:25:39Speaker 1: can't believe Ice Tea became a cop. I just can't believe,
- 1:25:42Speaker 1: you know what. I don't think I can believe it either.
