  Speaker 4: tied to a multi billion dollar hospice and home care

  Speaker 4: fraud scheme. In this four block area in Los Angeles,

  Speaker 4: there are forty two hospices, doctor Oz said. Take a

  Speaker 5: apparently quite a few hospices around here, forty two within

  Speaker 5: a four block radius. And these guys stole sixteen million dollars.

  Speaker 5: And listen carefully. The main guy went to jail for
• 3:30
  Speaker 5: two years stealing sixteen million dollars. It's a good trade

  Speaker 5: off for a lot of folks. And if you look

  Speaker 5: at it, it's pretty in the script. There wasn't anyone

  Speaker 5: really in there. They weren't doing any services. They just
• 3:39
  Speaker 5: got an address they could claim was a hospice and

  Speaker 5: then they ran the business claiming people were at home

  Speaker 5: getting services, which they really worked. What we have learned

  Speaker 5: there's roughly three and a half billion dollars of fraud

  Speaker 5: taking place here in Los Angeles in hospice and home

  Speaker 5: care is run quite a bit of it by the
• 3:59
  Speaker 5: Russian Armenian. You noticed the lettering and language behind me

  Speaker 5: is of that dialect, and it also highlights the fact
• 4:06
  Speaker 5: that this is an organized crime mafia deal where you've
• 4:10
  Speaker 5: got folks who are systematically recruited doctors to write false prescriptions.

  Speaker 5: You know, hundreds of doctors participating. They've got one hundred
• 4:18
  Speaker 5: thousand patients who they tricked or paid to give them
• 4:21
  Speaker 5: their beneficiary numbers so they can perpetuate the fraud. And

  Speaker 5: then the criminals are just bringing the whole organization and

  Speaker 5: quickly scurrying away when law enforcement does get around to

  Speaker 5: prosecuting them. Unfortunately, in California, there has not been a

  Speaker 5: The US Attorney, the FBI, everyone's now focused on the

  Speaker 5: fact that in this state, which has about thirty billion

  Speaker 5: dollars worth of home and community based services, most of

  Speaker 5: it might be fraudulent. Those are big numbers and we're

  Speaker 4: This isn't the only fraud that doctor Oz has exposed

  Speaker 4: in the last week. There was also another aspect of

  Speaker 4: fraud that he has uncovered, and it deals with what

  Speaker 5: factory because it was a factory, a linen factory they

  Speaker 5: made cloth back there, converted to an office building. You'll

  Speaker 5: notice all those little signs there, and there's tons of

  Speaker 5: little businesses inside. Roughly four hundred medicaid businesses were starting

  Speaker 5: They generated about three hundred and eighty million dollars of

  Speaker 5: billing that you, the taxpayer, were putting up. That means

  Speaker 5: roughly each business had a million dollars of billing. It's

  Speaker 5: an industrial area. There's no reason that you'd have a
• 5:38
  Speaker 5: mother bring her child there. You kind of imagine getting
• 5:42
  Speaker 5: at your business support an autistic job. Probably wouldn't want
• 5:45

  Speaker 3: You hear the noise. It's just not a hospitable place.

  Speaker 5: The question is, how is it possible four hundred businesses

  Speaker 5: building almost four hundred million dollars we're able to thrive here?

  Speaker 5: What did the owner of the business this building think
• 5:58
  Speaker 5: was happening inside? Why no one in this state figure out?

  Speaker 5: This is a concern and perplexity to me. In a

  Speaker 5: place of this nature, an industrial complex that people would

  Speaker 5: not come to for childcare, autism care, or transportation support.

  Speaker 5: How is it possible this could come up like an

  Speaker 5: abscess in the heart of Minneapolis and nobody was watching.

  Speaker 5: I think it's because they weren't looking. They didn't want

  Speaker 5: to know that this problem was happening here. And it's

  Speaker 5: very concerning to me that only now, when there's more
• 6:27
  Speaker 5: federal supervision, are people beginning to.

  Speaker 5: So you'll notice there is already a watch group that's

  Speaker 5: observing us, that people in the cars taking pictures of us.

  Speaker 5: They're calling around trying to find out what's going down.

  Speaker 5: folks are being defrauded, why the people who live in

  Speaker 5: Minnesota aren't getting access to the care they deserve because

  Speaker 5: it's been stolen. But the fact that you've got people

  Speaker 5: behind me in cars concerned that we're even talking about

  Speaker 3: That worries you. It bothers me.

  Speaker 5: There's been a censoring of truth just to own what's

  Speaker 5: happening in their state. That's concerning to me. They talk

  Speaker 5: about being nice in Minnesota. I want to be nice too,

  Speaker 4: with Jim O'Neil. They said they discovered a former linen

  Speaker 4: factory in Minnesota that was converted into four hundred, four

  Speaker 4: hundred medicaid businesses, generating nearly half a billion dollars. This

  Speaker 4: type of fraud isn't just in Minnesota. This type of

  Speaker 4: fraud isn't just in Minneapolis. This type of fraud what

  Speaker 4: you're witnessing now is literally all over the country. Now,

  Speaker 4: Democrats are fighting back, and you have to ask yourself

  Speaker 4: a question, why why are they becoming so violent, Why

  Speaker 4: are they becoming so angry? Why are they losing their

  Speaker 4: minds that this is being exposed. There's a simple answer,

  Speaker 4: follow the money. Now, when I say follow the money,

  Speaker 4: you look at Democrats and the amount of money that

  Speaker 4: they are receiving is incredible. From so many of these

  Speaker 4: organizations that are running the fraud. They want the money

  Speaker 4: to keep coming in. The amount of money is truly incredible.

  Speaker 4: The amount of money that is going to all of

  Speaker 4: these different men and women who are protecting the fraudsters.

  Speaker 4: It's pay to play. Everyone knows that this is paid

  Speaker 4: to play. And Democrats have made a deal with the devil,

  Speaker 4: with the worst and the most corrupt people to make

  Speaker 4: sure that the money flows into their callers so that

  Speaker 4: they can win reelection. Now, this is also about votes.

  Speaker 4: In many of these areas, they are large voting blocks

  Speaker 4: of individuals. Somalians and Minnesota, for example. Are the Armenians

  Speaker 4: in LA that you just heard doctor Oz talk about.

  Speaker 4: One of the things that they're very clear on is

  Speaker 4: that if you want one of our votes, you got

  Speaker 4: to buy it and get the entire community.

  Speaker 4: They vote as a block for whoever will hook them

  Speaker 4: up and take care of them. And part of the

  Speaker 4: covering up and protecting the fraud that's taking place, and

  Speaker 4: these politicians are, in essence, getting a direct kickback. I'll

  Speaker 4: let you do the fraud. You get millions of dollars.

  Speaker 4: money that I deserve as a kickback for helping you
