- 0:00Speaker 1: Hunter, Biden's ex wife, has broken her silence in a
- 0:04Speaker 1: new Good Morning America interview which I'm going to play
- 0:07Speaker 1: for you in just a moment now. The reason why
- 0:10Speaker 1: this is such an important story right now is the
- 0:12Speaker 1: question is why is she doing it? Is it because
- 0:15Speaker 1: she's trying to protect and insulate herself from the illegal
- 0:18Speaker 1: dealings of her ex husband and what was on his laptop?
- 0:23Speaker 1: Based on this interview, I think it's very clear, yes,
- 0:26Speaker 1: she is now playing defense. She also made money, not
- 0:29Speaker 1: just from the interview, but well, she's making money off
- 0:32Speaker 1: the interview because she has a new book out, a
- 0:35Speaker 1: tell all book about her life in the Biden family.
- 0:39Speaker 1: Her name is Kathleen, She's Hunter's ex wife, and she
- 0:42Speaker 1: gave a quote deeply personal first TV interview ahead of
- 0:47Speaker 1: the release of her memoir, If We Break, a memoir
- 0:50Speaker 1: of marriage, addiction and healing. Now. I'm going to play
- 0:53Speaker 1: this for you in a moment, but before I get
- 0:55Speaker 1: to that, I also want to remind you that there
- 0:57Speaker 1: are real problems right now in our economy, and we
- 1:00Speaker 1: are seeing a bear market, a massive reduction of savings
- 1:07Speaker 1: and retirement plans of so many Americans right now, as
- 1:11Speaker 1: the White House has clearly lost control of our economy
- 1:14Speaker 1: and inflation. Now, this is going to be a huge problem,
- 1:18Speaker 1: so much so that the President now is traveling to
- 1:21Speaker 1: Saudi Arabia to meet with a Saudi government about upping
- 1:25Speaker 1: their oil exports and upping their oil production because he
- 1:30Speaker 1: refuses to do it in America. But Democrats are screaming
- 1:34Speaker 1: at the White House. You've got to get something under
- 1:36Speaker 1: control as you're losing control of the economy and gas
- 1:39Speaker 1: prices ahead of the midterm elections. Now, I'm going to
- 1:42Speaker 1: be joined by US Center Marsha Blackburn coming up in
- 1:46Speaker 1: just a few She will talk about this trip and

- 3:34Speaker 1: let me get back to Hunter Biden's ex wife. You
- 3:37Speaker 1: look at the headlines right now, and the headlines are
- 3:40Speaker 1: very clear. She's trying to distance herself from the money
- 3:46Speaker 1: her The ex wife of Hunter Biden, actually admitted she
- 3:49Speaker 1: let quote, my husband handle all of the money. She says,
- 3:52Speaker 1: it's embarrassing to say that. I see that I seeded
- 3:55Speaker 1: all financial control to my husband. I liked the nice,
- 3:59Speaker 1: nice thing, Kathleen said, and I didn't want to think
- 4:01Speaker 1: about the cost at which they were coming. The ex
- 4:04Speaker 1: wife of the disgrace first son Hunter Biden, admitting she
- 4:08Speaker 1: gave him total and complete control over their family finances,
- 4:12Speaker 1: calling the decision quote embarrassing. Now why she's saying this one,
- 4:15Speaker 1: I think to insulate herself legally from any problems that
- 4:19Speaker 1: could come her way if they lied or cheated on
- 4:21Speaker 1: their taxes. She also admitted that she enjoyed the perks
- 4:25Speaker 1: of being married to a prominent political son, a politician son,
- 4:30Speaker 1: the vice president's son. It was one of the harder
- 4:33Speaker 1: parts for me to write and to acknowledge, Kathleen said.
- 4:37Speaker 1: During her interview with goom America. She said, if we
- 4:40Speaker 1: break the name of the book right, she said, it's
- 4:42Speaker 1: embarrassing to say that I succeeded all financial control to Hunter.
- 4:47Speaker 1: I liked the nice things. This is the Oh, I'm
- 4:49Speaker 1: just the cute, dumb wife, right. I just married this
- 4:52Speaker 1: guy and let him do his thing and was just
- 4:54Speaker 1: happy to have the nice things. I knew nothing about
- 4:57Speaker 1: what was happening in our family, with our finance, she said.
- 5:00Speaker 1: I didn't want to think about the cost at which
- 5:02Speaker 1: this was coming. Now. Kathleen divorced. Her divorce from Hunter
- 5:09Speaker 1: was finalized in twenty seventeen, after twenty four years of marriage.
- 5:13Speaker 1: She said that writing the book allowed her to realize
- 5:15Speaker 1: how unfair that was to Hunter and how unhealthy that
- 5:19Speaker 1: was for me. She's now fifty three. She recalled Hunter
- 5:23Speaker 1: informing her after returning from an initial stint in rehab
- 5:26Speaker 1: for substance abuse and OH three that they had a
- 5:29Speaker 1: tax debt, but claiming that he had set up a
- 5:32Speaker 1: payment plan and wasn't worried is how he described it.
- 5:37Speaker 1: Hunter Biden revealed in December of twenty twenty that he
- 5:41Speaker 1: had been under investigation after the election not before, by
- 5:44Speaker 1: federal prosecutors in Delaware over his failure to pay taxes
- 5:48Speaker 1: dating back to his father's ten years the vice president
- 5:51Speaker 1: in the Obama administration. The investigation to Hunter Biden's taxes
- 5:55Speaker 1: actually began twenty eighteen, while Barack Obama was present, and
- 5:58Speaker 1: stems from his overseas business dealings, which were first reported
- 6:03Speaker 1: by the Post in October of twenty twenty, and many
- 6:06Speaker 1: on the left said no, no, no, this isn't true.
- 6:09Speaker 1: Investigators are quite examining where the first son and his
- 6:12Speaker 1: business associates violated many tax and money laundering laws. The
- 6:16Speaker 1: Post reported that Hunter Biden had extensive business dealings in Ukraine,
- 6:21Speaker 1: where he had lucrative contracts and seats on boards of
- 6:24Speaker 1: the energy company Barisma, as well as doing deals with
- 6:27Speaker 1: the Chinese Communist government and oligarchs in Russia. He also
- 6:33Speaker 1: said on tapes that he knew the Russians had dirt
- 6:37Speaker 1: on him and they had stolen another laptop from him.
- 6:42Speaker 1: Now we have new audio that has been released, and
- 6:45Speaker 1: this is Hunter Biden also talking about his father, Joe.
- 6:49Speaker 1: He said that his father will talk about anything I
- 6:52Speaker 1: want him. To Listen carefully to this audio that has
- 6:57Speaker 1: just been released of Joe Biden or of Hunter Biden
- 7:00Speaker 1: talking about his father. Listen, he's going to talk about
- 7:03Speaker 1: run form and any other things I want him to
- 7:06Speaker 1: We'll talk about anything that I wanted to that he
- 7:09Speaker 1: believes in. If I say this is important to me,
- 7:13Speaker 1: then he will work away in which to make it
- 7:16Speaker 1: a part of his platform. My dad respects me more
- 7:19Speaker 1: than he respects anyone in the world, and I know
- 7:21Speaker 1: that to be certain. And I know that to be certain.
- 7:23Speaker 1: I remember Joe Biden did say that Hunter Biden was
- 7:26Speaker 1: the smartest man he'd ever met. I'm going to read
- 7:29Speaker 1: the transcript of Hunter Biden what he just said. Quote
- 7:32Speaker 1: he's going to talk about drug reform and any other
- 7:34Speaker 1: thing are thin as he puts it. Clearly he's got
- 7:38Speaker 1: I'm assuming under the influence of this point that I
- 7:41Speaker 1: want him to, he'll talk about anything that I want
- 7:44Speaker 1: him to that he believes in. If I say this
- 7:46Speaker 1: is important to me, then he will work away in
- 7:48Speaker 1: which to make it a part of his of his platform.
- 7:51Speaker 1: My dad respects me more than he respects anyone in
- 7:53Speaker 1: the world, and I know that to be certain. Sounds
- 7:56Speaker 1: like a guy enabled by his father to go out
- 7:58Speaker 1: there and make a bunch of money off the family name.
- 8:03Speaker 1: Now I want you to hear this interview with Hunter
- 8:08Speaker 1: Biden's ex wife on Good Morning America. In this sit
- 8:12Speaker 1: down interview, it's clear that Hunter Biden's ex wife wants
- 8:15Speaker 1: you to believe that during her twenty four years of marriage,
- 8:17Speaker 1: she had no idea what the Biden crime family was doing.
- 8:21Speaker 1: She penned this memoir about her marriage titled If We Break,
- 8:24Speaker 1: a Memoir of Marriage, Addiction and Healing. She said that
- 8:27Speaker 1: the younger Biden was struggling under a massive drug addiction.
- 8:32Speaker 1: ABC also pointed to photos found on Hunter Biden's laptop
- 8:35Speaker 1: showing him looking disheveled and asked if they represented the
- 8:39Speaker 1: husband she knew, and she said, of course, quote no,
- 8:42Speaker 1: not at all. She had he was struggling under a
- 8:44Speaker 1: massive drug addiction and that's heartbreaking and painful, and that
- 8:47Speaker 1: wasn't who I was married too. She also touched on
- 8:51Speaker 1: how she succeeded all financial control to her husband. If
- 8:56Speaker 1: you believe that, then you know that lawyers were involved.
- 8:59Speaker 1: Clearly in this part of her interview, prep take a listen,
- 9:03Speaker 1: former wife of Hunter Biden. He spoke with Kathleen Buell.
- 9:06Speaker 1: She's out with a new memoir. She certainly is George
- 9:08Speaker 1: and Hunter Biden has, of course, attracted a great deal
- 9:10Speaker 1: of attention over his business dealings, his troubled and turbulent
- 9:14Speaker 1: personal life. Through it all, his former wife, Kathleen Bule
- 9:17Speaker 1: has remained in the shadows, but now in her new
- 9:19Speaker 1: memoir If We Break, a memoir of marriage, addiction, and healing,
- 9:23Speaker 1: she is now breaking her silence. She was married to
- 9:28Speaker 1: Hunter Biden for twenty four years, and this morning, for
- 9:31Speaker 1: the first time, Kathleen Buell is opening up in an
- 9:34Speaker 1: ABC News exclusive about her new memoir If We Break.
- 9:37Speaker 1: The process of writing the book was incredibly cathartic. I
- 9:42Speaker 1: came to own some of the decisions choices I made,
- 9:46Speaker 1: which was hard. Now divorced from the President's son for
- 9:49Speaker 1: five years, Uele detailing everything from watching her husband struggle
- 9:53Speaker 1: with drug and alcohol addiction. At what point in your
- 9:56Speaker 1: marriage did you realize that Hunter had a dream problem
- 10:00Speaker 1: with addiction, Especially there's so much shame surrounding it that
- 10:07Speaker 1: it becomes something that we don't talk about. We've seen
- 10:10Speaker 1: images of Hunter, of the ones that were on his
- 10:12Speaker 1: laptop looking disheveled. Was that the husband you knew in
- 10:15Speaker 1: moments at times? Not at all? He was struggling under
- 10:21Speaker 1: a massive drug addiction. And that's heartbreaking and painful and
- 10:29Speaker 1: that wasn't who I was married too to her decision
- 10:33Speaker 1: to let him control their finances. You say you weren't
- 10:36Speaker 1: really involved in the finances at all. This was now listen,
- 10:40Speaker 1: this is very very very very important, this part of
- 10:42Speaker 1: the interview, right this is clearly being done by the
- 10:45Speaker 1: lawyers who said, look, you got to separate yourself, okay,
- 10:49Speaker 1: like you got to separate yourself right now from Hunter Biden,
- 10:52Speaker 1: and you got to let it know that you're just
- 10:54Speaker 1: the dumb wife. You're going to play the dumb wife
- 10:57Speaker 1: who just let the husband do everything and anything and
- 10:59Speaker 1: whatever he wanted to do, whatever he needed to do.
- 11:02Speaker 1: You're gonna play this. I'm embarrassed. I should have been
- 11:04Speaker 1: more involved, but I really just didn't know anything for
- 11:06Speaker 1: twenty four years that my husband was doing. Her decision
- 11:11Speaker 1: to let him control their finances. You say you weren't
- 11:14Speaker 1: really involved in the finances at all. This was one
- 11:17Speaker 1: of the harder parts for me to write and to acknowledge.
- 11:21Speaker 1: It's embarrassing to say that I ceded all financial control
- 11:26Speaker 1: to my husband. No one, by the way, talks that way.
- 11:30Speaker 1: I ceded all financial control to my husband. That is
- 11:33Speaker 1: a lawyer statement. Okay, that's a lawyer one oh one statement.
- 11:40Speaker 1: You're a lawyer, and you tell your client when you
- 11:42Speaker 1: do this interview, you say on the record, it is
- 11:45Speaker 1: embarrassing to me that I ceded all financial responsibility to
- 11:51Speaker 1: my husband. And that'll help you, that'll protect you, that'll
- 11:55Speaker 1: save you. You can say you didn't know anything and
- 11:58Speaker 1: it's embarrassing and you wish you would have been involved,
- 12:00Speaker 1: but you really weren't. You didn't know anything, and use
- 12:03Speaker 1: the word seeded all financial That is a term that
- 12:06Speaker 1: you would put an a legal document that they wanted
- 12:09Speaker 1: her to put on the record. Clearly, human beings, by
- 12:13Speaker 1: the way, they don't talk that way. Okay, if you're
- 12:17Speaker 1: if you're a normal person, you're never gonna use the
- 12:21Speaker 1: word seeded when describing the finances and your family with
- 12:25Speaker 1: your ex. Okay, that's a legal statement. Everybody knows that
- 12:30Speaker 1: that is a legal statement. And they should have called
- 12:34Speaker 1: her out on this. They should have said, come on, like,
- 12:36Speaker 1: let us be real with me, okay, like like be
- 12:40Speaker 1: honest with me. Do you really want us to believe this?
- 12:43Speaker 1: Like do you really want us to believe that you
- 12:46Speaker 1: really seeded all of this to him? You didn't know
- 12:49Speaker 1: anything about the business dealings, you know anything for twenty
- 12:52Speaker 1: four years about what he did for a living. You
- 12:55Speaker 1: didn't know that he was that he was using his
- 12:57Speaker 1: father's name, like that's all he was doing. Like you
- 13:00Speaker 1: want us to honestly believe that, where's the follow up question?
- 13:05Speaker 1: You can't ask that follow up question to a write
- 13:07Speaker 1: a basically a battered woman two point zero. That's something
- 13:11Speaker 1: you're allowed to discuss. So you just let her sell
- 13:17Speaker 1: you on this propaganda that somehow she knew nothing about
- 13:20Speaker 1: what Hunter Biden was really doing and what he was
- 13:23Speaker 1: really all about. That I liked the nice things and
- 13:28Speaker 1: I didn't want to think about the cost at which
- 13:33Speaker 1: they were coming. See. I just that there's again this
- 13:36Speaker 1: is a legal defense, poy. I like the nice things.
- 13:41Speaker 1: I'm just a dumb woman who married into this family
- 13:45Speaker 1: of power, and for twenty four years, I just liked
- 13:49Speaker 1: the nice things. You want to know how there's proof
- 13:53Speaker 1: that there's a double standard in this country between men
- 13:55Speaker 1: and women in the legal system and men and women
- 13:57Speaker 1: in general. As as everybody's screaming for equality, this is
- 14:00Speaker 1: what puts women back fifty years when other women do
- 14:04Speaker 1: interviews like this, and they and they and they reinforce
- 14:07Speaker 1: the stereotype that men are the ones that are working
- 14:10Speaker 1: and paying the bills, and that you can anytime you
- 14:13Speaker 1: know that something's actually wrong, and you can just claim, oh,
- 14:17Speaker 1: I'm the dumb wife that was just trusting. I was
- 14:20Speaker 1: just loving my husband and letting him lead. And I
- 14:22Speaker 1: didn't know anything for twenty four years. I just liked
- 14:25Speaker 1: the nice things. And and of course they're trying to
- 14:28Speaker 1: sell this to the people, and the reason why they're
- 14:31Speaker 1: trying to sell this to people is obvious. If you
- 14:35Speaker 1: can sell this to the people, this is a good thing. Right.
- 14:40Speaker 1: Your defense is I just married this man who was
- 14:44Speaker 1: captivating into a family that was captivating. Right. I was
- 14:49Speaker 1: just I was just being a guy, or I was
- 14:53Speaker 1: just being a loving husband to the guy. I didn't
- 14:55Speaker 1: know how we were making a living. I didn't know
- 14:57Speaker 1: how we were making our money. I didn't understand what
- 15:01Speaker 1: we were actually doing. I didn't understand the business dealings
- 15:04Speaker 1: or how the cash was coming in because I just
- 15:07Speaker 1: liked the nice things. It was just the nice things, folks,
- 15:12Speaker 1: I just liked the nice things. Don't hold it against me.
- 15:19Speaker 1: You liked nice things too if you were in my position.
- 15:23Speaker 1: Don't think that I'm that I knew about this corruption
- 15:26Speaker 1: in the Biden crime family for twenty four years. You
- 15:30Speaker 1: just look the other way. You didn't ask a question,
- 15:32Speaker 1: You didn't know any of this. Give me a break.
- 15:36Speaker 1: Looking at the pictures on the laptop, she says, well,
- 15:38Speaker 1: you know he wasn't like that around me, so he
- 15:41Speaker 1: was able to hide from you for twenty four years.
- 15:43Speaker 1: Hardcore addiction. Really you want me to believe that. Apparently
- 15:48Speaker 1: we're all supposed to believe this, but this is what
- 15:52Speaker 1: you refer to as a brilliant defense. Don't look at me.
- 15:57Speaker 1: My name's on any of those tax returns. Don't come
- 15:59Speaker 1: after me. I didn't know anything. I'm just some random
- 16:03Speaker 1: woman that married into this amazing family. I knew nothing.
- 16:07Speaker 1: I didn't know anything. It was all an accident. It
- 16:10Speaker 1: was all just something that happened out of nowhere. I
- 16:12Speaker 1: had no clue about any of this. I didn't know.
- 16:15Speaker 1: I didn't understand. It was nothing right, None of this
- 16:18Speaker 1: I understood. I'm I was just a loving, dumb, supportive wife.
- 16:23Speaker 1: That's my alibi. Writing this book really helped me to
- 16:27Speaker 1: understand how unfair that was to Hunter and how unhealthy
- 16:34Speaker 1: that was for me. It was in two thousand and three,
- 16:37Speaker 1: one Hunter returned from rehab the first time, and he
- 16:41Speaker 1: tells you something about the tax situation. What did he
- 16:44Speaker 1: tell you? That we owed money in taxes, but that
- 16:49Speaker 1: he had set up a payment plan and he wasn't worried.
- 16:53Speaker 1: In the last several years, Hunter Biden's finances have come
- 16:56Speaker 1: under intense public scrutiny. Biden announced in December twenty twenty
- 17:00Speaker 1: that federal investigators had been probing his tax affairs and
- 17:04Speaker 1: foreign business dealings, sources telling ABC News part of the
- 17:07Speaker 1: investigation includes Hunter Biden's work with a natural gas firm
- 17:11Speaker 1: based in Ukraine called Barizma, where he served on the
- 17:14Speaker 1: board from twenty fourteen to twenty nineteen. The investigation is ongoing.
- 17:19Speaker 1: Biden has not been charged with a crime. If you
- 17:22Speaker 1: were called to testify, would you have anything to say? No,
- 17:27Speaker 1: I have buried my head in the sand. I really
- 17:30Speaker 1: hope that's a lesson. I love this. If you're called
- 17:34Speaker 1: to testify, you just wrote an entire book about all this.
- 17:38Speaker 1: But if you're called to testify, you know what would
- 17:41Speaker 1: you say? Oh? I don't know anything. I just ched
- 17:43Speaker 1: for twenty four years involved in the criminal activity of
- 17:46Speaker 1: my husband, But I don't know anything. I got nothing
- 17:49Speaker 1: to add. No one should ask me any questions because
- 17:52Speaker 1: I don't know anything. I know nothing, I know nothing.
- 17:54Speaker 1: I buried my head in the sand. I'm just a
- 17:57Speaker 1: woman trying to say my own as from the criminal
- 18:00Speaker 1: activity of the Biden administration, the Biden crime family. I
- 18:04Speaker 1: just was loving my addict husband and knew nothing. I
- 18:07Speaker 1: didn't know anything about the fake returns, the lines and
- 18:09Speaker 1: the returns. I just signed the documents he told me
- 18:12Speaker 1: to sign. I know nothing, and it was unfair to
- 18:16Speaker 1: Hunter and to me. I just buried my head in
- 18:18Speaker 1: the sand. That is my story. I am sticking with
- 18:22Speaker 1: it no matter what. This is all and this is
- 18:24Speaker 1: I love how the ABC News has like zero follow
- 18:27Speaker 1: ups for her. Do you really want the American people
- 18:31Speaker 1: to believe you expect them to believe? Like, here's a
- 18:32Speaker 1: follow up that you knew nothing about the business dealings
- 18:34Speaker 1: of your family for twenty four years, Like your last
- 18:38Speaker 1: statement sounds like a lawyer told you to say that.
- 18:40Speaker 1: Do you understand how that comes across the people watching
- 18:43Speaker 1: right now? There's another follow up question? No, because ABC
- 18:45Speaker 1: News we don't do news, we do propaganda. Women here
- 18:51Speaker 1: understand your finances, Take responsibility for them. Why down? I
- 18:55Speaker 1: love this. Take responsibility women for your finances. Just not me? Right,
- 19:01Speaker 1: you know, I'm writing a book now to make money,
- 19:04Speaker 1: and I want you to understand. I want you to
- 19:06Speaker 1: be empowered, and I want you to comprehend that you
- 19:11Speaker 1: as a woman, if you're in a marriage, you need
- 19:12Speaker 1: to take responsibility for your finances. Take responsibility for your
- 19:16Speaker 1: family and what you're signing and what you're doing for
- 19:19Speaker 1: twenty four years. Learn from my mistake. But I have
- 19:21Speaker 1: nothing to add. If the grand jury calls me to testify, right,
- 19:25Speaker 1: they call me to court testify, I have nothing. I
- 19:27Speaker 1: know nothing. I'm making money off of writing you a
- 19:30Speaker 1: book apparently about nothing. Tell me that makes sense. The
- 19:34Speaker 1: entire book, by the way, is about Hunter Biden and
- 19:37Speaker 1: the Biden crime family. No one would buy the book
- 19:41Speaker 1: if it wasn't about those issues. It's not. It's certainly
- 19:43Speaker 1: not about her. So to say that you have nothing
- 19:47Speaker 1: to say while writing a book about all of this
- 19:50Speaker 1: should be an immediate BS monitor that is exploding in
- 19:55Speaker 1: the minds of everyone involved. But I know nothing. Just
- 20:00Speaker 1: stick with that, apparently, right, that's good enough. I don't
- 20:03Speaker 1: know anything. I know nothing. There's never anything I've ever
- 20:06Speaker 1: known about anything ever anywhere Ever. I'm just a stupid
- 20:10Speaker 1: woman who was married for twenty four years. I am
- 20:14Speaker 1: a dumb woman. Know me as a dumb woman. That
- 20:16Speaker 1: is who I am, a dumb woman. This is one
- 20:20Speaker 1: hell of a degrading, anti feminist, anti liberal, woke alibi,
- 20:27Speaker 1: isn't it? With Hunter? Back in twenty nineteen, I asked
- 20:30Speaker 1: him specifically whether or not he would have been asked
- 20:33Speaker 1: to be on that Verisma board if his last name
- 20:36Speaker 1: hadn't been Biden. He said to me, I don't know,
- 20:39Speaker 1: probably not. I don't think there's a lot of things
- 20:41Speaker 1: that would have happened in my life if my last
- 20:44Speaker 1: name wasn't Biden. Would you agree with that? Not entirely?
- 20:49Speaker 1: Trying to get someone to parse out what parts of
- 20:53Speaker 1: their life you know came from their parents is, in
- 20:59Speaker 1: my mind, not a healthy exercise. I love this. It's
- 21:03Speaker 1: amazing how just twenty seconds ago she was a dumb woman, right,
- 21:06Speaker 1: a dumb wife who just had no idea what was
- 21:08Speaker 1: going on. Now, all of a sudden, she's asked about
- 21:10Speaker 1: at Barisma. Hey, do you think your husband would have
- 21:12Speaker 1: been able to be on the board of barisma and
- 21:15Speaker 1: gotten this deal if it wasn't for the last same Biden.
- 21:17Speaker 1: It's like, oh, now I'm an expert. Well, I don't
- 21:19Speaker 1: think it's fair to ask somebody to parse out their
- 21:21Speaker 1: life that way. I don't believe. I don't agree with
- 21:23Speaker 1: that totally at all. In fact, I think it's a
- 21:25Speaker 1: little bit that's a little bit unfair. I think it's different.
- 21:27Speaker 1: I don't think it's accurate. So you're a moron with
- 21:31Speaker 1: all the money. But now you're totally defending Hunter Biden
- 21:35Speaker 1: getting these jobs because you know it's important, by the way,
- 21:39Speaker 1: to be able to defend the jobs he was doing,
- 21:41Speaker 1: because that makes you look even worse. So now you're
- 21:45Speaker 1: an expert again, all right, No longer the dumb woman. No,
- 21:47Speaker 1: And I'm a smart woman. So I think he has
- 21:51Speaker 1: always acknowledged to benefit an advantage of coming from a
- 21:55Speaker 1: prominent family. Did he deliberately cree favor or seek profit
- 22:01Speaker 1: based on who his father was? That's the question people ask.
- 22:04Speaker 1: And your experience as his wife, did you see that?
- 22:06Speaker 1: I saw someone who loved his father, respected his parents.
- 22:12Speaker 1: I was proud to be their son. And it was
- 22:14Speaker 1: here that I walked with my girlfriend's worthy you will.
- 22:16Speaker 1: Also recounts the day she learned of Biden's relationship with
- 22:20Speaker 1: her late brother in law's widow, Hollie. By the way,
- 22:23Speaker 1: I love how quickly they move on. She didn't answer
- 22:25Speaker 1: the question about currying favor. You notice that, right, just
- 22:30Speaker 1: no follow up from Good Morning America ABC News. They
- 22:33Speaker 1: immediately move on to, Hey, you know that Hunter Biden,
- 22:37Speaker 1: your ex husband, also was hooking up with his ex
- 22:40Speaker 1: sister in law. Tell us about that, because we don't
- 22:44Speaker 1: want to challenge you on your last question. We just
- 22:46Speaker 1: asked you, which is did your husband slash ex husband
- 22:51Speaker 1: curry favor by exploiting the US government and using the
- 22:58Speaker 1: last name to get all these business feelings? Well? I
- 23:01Speaker 1: don't really know about that. Okay, let's move on to
- 23:03Speaker 1: the affair when he was having sex with your sister
- 23:05Speaker 1: in law after Bob passed away, but while she and
- 23:08Speaker 1: Hunter were still married, She says, one of her daughters
- 23:11Speaker 1: found text messages between her father and her aunt on
- 23:14Speaker 1: his phone and called their therapist to help tell Kathleen,
- 23:18Speaker 1: did Joe or Joe Biden ever talk to you about
- 23:21Speaker 1: what happened? I mean, I know they put out a statement.
- 23:22Speaker 1: I don't know how that made you feel saying they
- 23:24Speaker 1: supported the relationship between Hunter and Hallie. The one thing
- 23:29Speaker 1: I've never ever questioned was Joe and Jill's love and
- 23:36Speaker 1: attention to my three daughters. Divorce was hard on all
- 23:40Speaker 1: of us because we were very close, but we come
- 23:43Speaker 1: together out of a shared love for my daughters. So
- 23:48Speaker 1: let's just recap. You have a woman married to Hunter
- 23:51Speaker 1: Biden for twenty four years that writes an entire memoir
- 23:55Speaker 1: about their marriage. You are to believe that in a
- 23:59Speaker 1: book she was able to write about their life, that
- 24:02Speaker 1: she knew nothing about their finances, knew nothing about their taxes,
- 24:06Speaker 1: knew nothing about curring favor with oligarchs in Russia or
- 24:11Speaker 1: corrupt corporations in Ukraine are doing deals with a Chinese
- 24:15Speaker 1: communist government directly. You're supposed to believe that. Then you're
- 24:19Speaker 1: also supposed to believe that she's an expert on other things,
- 24:25Speaker 1: that she's an expert on families and how they work,
- 24:27Speaker 1: and she's an expert on knowing that her son, that
- 24:31Speaker 1: her ex husband was not somehow curring favor in these
- 24:35Speaker 1: business deals that she then wants you to believe a
- 24:37Speaker 1: stupid and didn't know anything about them. She wants you
- 24:40Speaker 1: to believe the Hunter bidens of a hardcore addict, but
- 24:43Speaker 1: she didn't ever see him look disheveled or looked like
- 24:45Speaker 1: a hardcore addict during the twenty four years which they
- 24:47Speaker 1: were married to which at many points he was clearly
- 24:49Speaker 1: a hardcore addict. And then she wants to give you
- 24:53Speaker 1: financial and marriage advice all at the same time in
- 24:56Speaker 1: a memoir, when she then says, I know nothing about
- 24:58Speaker 1: how all this happened because I'm not going to testify.
- 25:01Speaker 1: I don't want to testify against Hunter Biden, and I
- 25:03Speaker 1: know nothing about taxes, And this is my alibi the
- 25:05Speaker 1: I'm a dumb woman who just was able to write
- 25:07Speaker 1: a book about all of this and not a single
- 25:11Speaker 1: follow up question on any of these most controversial issues.
- 25:16Speaker 1: When a woman sitting down with you an exclusive interview
- 25:18Speaker 1: about a brand new book she's wanting you to go
- 25:20Speaker 1: out and buy. We no longer have a media in
- 25:23Speaker 1: this country. We have propagandists in this country, and that
- 25:27Speaker 1: interview you just heard was exactly that propaganda. Now, I
- 25:33Speaker 1: want to turn back to another issue with the economy.
- 25:36Speaker 1: We are having major problems with inflation, major problems with
- 25:41Speaker 1: hyper inflation, major problems with gas, major problem with oil,
- 25:46Speaker 1: a present that's going to Saudi Arabia, and a stock
- 25:50Speaker 1: market that is crumbling and billions of dollars of investments
- 25:54Speaker 1: being wiped out on a daily basis. Now join me
- 25:59Speaker 1: now to talk about this as US Senator Marsha Blackburn
- 26:02Speaker 1: from Tennessee. Senator, I appreciate you coming on. First up,
- 26:06Speaker 1: I want to ask you about your quick reaction to
- 26:09Speaker 1: this video that's come out of Russia showing physical shaking
- 26:14Speaker 1: from Vladimir Putin. I think this tells us that obviously
- 26:18Speaker 1: something is not right and the idea that he's trying
- 26:22Speaker 1: to hurt America, which is what the White House said yesterday,
- 26:25Speaker 1: like all their plans are to hurt us, and every
- 26:27Speaker 1: problem we have with our economy is Putin's fault. Is
- 26:29Speaker 1: obviously just a lie. And yet the media continues to
- 26:32Speaker 1: allow the White House and not take responsibility for what's
- 26:35Speaker 1: happening in our economy right now. And look at what's
- 26:37Speaker 1: happening in Wall Street. You have many people listening right
- 26:40Speaker 1: now that have lost a significant amount of the retirement
- 26:44Speaker 1: because of the policies of this administration. And they're not
- 26:47Speaker 1: backing down. They're not stopping. What's happening at the gas pump?
- 26:52Speaker 1: Well over five dollars gallon gas nationwide now, and they
- 26:55Speaker 1: keep saying it's Putin's fault. They do. They're trying to
- 26:59Speaker 1: place on Trump on Putin. They had inflation in this transitory,
- 27:05Speaker 1: and then it was the Republican's fault. It was Putin's fault.
- 27:09Speaker 1: Now they're back to, well, it's transitory. Things are going
- 27:12Speaker 1: to get get better. But then here's what we know.
- 27:15Speaker 1: It will not get better until they change their policy
- 27:18Speaker 1: on energy. And day one Joe Biden started trying to
- 27:24Speaker 1: make put a stranglehole on the oil and gas industry
- 27:29Speaker 1: in this country. We were energy dominant, energy independent, We
- 27:34Speaker 1: were a net exporter of the energy the day he
- 27:38Speaker 1: walked into the Oval office. And look what he has
- 27:42Speaker 1: done in the time since he has been in office.
- 27:47Speaker 1: The price has doubled. It's a pump grocery supplies of
- 27:52Speaker 1: when you go to the grocery store, things or not
- 27:54Speaker 1: on the shelves, you can't get what you need. Closing
- 27:57Speaker 1: costs more, housing costs more. They are just really ripping
- 28:03Speaker 1: and roaring and running up a slight inflation in the
- 28:07Speaker 1: American people cannot afford this every time I talked to Tennesseeans,
- 28:12Speaker 1: and I was in five different counties on Friday last week.
- 28:15Speaker 1: Then inflation, prime, the southern border, protecting our Second Amendment.
- 28:22Speaker 1: Those are the things that that Tennesseeans are talking about
- 28:26Speaker 1: to me every single day. You know. Jared Bernstein from
- 28:31Speaker 1: the White House said that quote inflation is Putin's fault.
- 28:34Speaker 1: Even CNBC this Morning Pushback said I'm not going to
- 28:36Speaker 1: get into this granular, you know, the idea that this
- 28:41Speaker 1: is all Putin's fault, and kind of dismissed it, but
- 28:43Speaker 1: did in a sense call it out. Even Willie Geis
- 28:46Speaker 1: at the Today's Show said, challenge the White House, I'm
- 28:49Speaker 1: blaming Russia for gas prices, and he said people are
- 28:53Speaker 1: filling up their gas tanks and they're not basically falling
- 28:56Speaker 1: for this line. Is there any Democrats on Capitol Hill
- 29:00Speaker 1: right now that realize how much damage they're doing to
- 29:03Speaker 1: the American people or is this go back to my
- 29:06Speaker 1: theory that I've been saying for a long time, Democrats
- 29:09Speaker 1: need Americans to be weak so they can be powerful.
- 29:13Speaker 1: Communism and socialism never can take over a country if
- 29:16Speaker 1: the people are strong. And if you look at what's
- 29:18Speaker 1: happening right now. They're weakening the American people, and I
- 29:22Speaker 1: think they're doing it on purpose. Well, you have to
- 29:26Speaker 1: look at the decisions they've made and say, are they
- 29:30Speaker 1: in it or is this intentional? And when you look
- 29:34Speaker 1: at the way they have done these executive orders starting
- 29:38Speaker 1: on day one, trying to implement a green new Deal
- 29:42Speaker 1: by executive order, trying to micromanage the economy by executive order,
- 29:48Speaker 1: that southern border policy where the border, their border policy
- 29:54Speaker 1: is a wide open southern border. That is their policy,
- 29:58Speaker 1: then you have to say is it intentional or is
- 30:03Speaker 1: it in it? Let's talk quickly about what's going on
- 30:07Speaker 1: at the borders as Americans are suffering at the border
- 30:11Speaker 1: right now, Biden still saying come one, come all, Come
- 30:15Speaker 1: as fast as you can. We're giving out these basically
- 30:19Speaker 1: border welcome gift baskets and include a free phone, free formula,
- 30:23Speaker 1: free plane tickets, go wherever you want to go in America.
- 30:26Speaker 1: There is nothing this administration is doing to try to
- 30:28Speaker 1: stop the massive onslaught of illegal immigrants coming across our border.
- 30:32Speaker 1: And I say that now with new information that we
- 30:36Speaker 1: knew about the assassination attempt on former President George W. Bush,
- 30:40Speaker 1: and individuals with terrorist organizations wanting to exploit the southern border,
- 30:45Speaker 1: and yet virtually no coverage in the media that at all.
- 30:50Speaker 1: It is unbelievable when you see what is happening at
- 30:55Speaker 1: the southern border, when you see how the mainstream media
- 31:00Speaker 1: chose not to cover the attempted assassination Justice Kavanaugh, when
- 31:06Speaker 1: you see Nancy Pelosi say, oh, the Supreme Court justices
- 31:11Speaker 1: are not in danger. People are astounded with this. And
- 31:16Speaker 1: I was talking with a lady in Tennessee a couple
- 31:20Speaker 1: of weeks ago. She summed it up so well. She
- 31:24Speaker 1: calls herself independent minded, mainly votes the Democrat had voted
- 31:28Speaker 1: for Joe Biden. And she said, Marcia, the decisions this
- 31:34Speaker 1: administration is making makes my life harder every single day.
- 31:42Speaker 1: And that's the way people in Tennessee feel because they
- 31:46Speaker 1: look at the out of controlled borders, of drug trafficking,
- 31:49Speaker 1: the sex trafficking, the gangs. They see crime rising in
- 31:54Speaker 1: their community. They hear about the sentinel. One of our
- 31:58Speaker 1: sheriffs in one of our West Tennessee county said eighty
- 32:01Speaker 1: percent of the drugs they're apprehending right now and most
- 32:05Speaker 1: of the deaths are something laced with Sentinel, and they're
- 32:10Speaker 1: seeing the influx of games and the crime. They're seeing
- 32:14Speaker 1: the sex trafficking, the human trafficking. And this is every
- 32:20Speaker 1: towns a border state. Every towns a border town in
- 32:23Speaker 1: every state's a border state because of Joe Biden. And
- 32:28Speaker 1: they look at what is happening with inflation and that,
- 32:33Speaker 1: and you know what, then, the American people have about
- 32:37Speaker 1: had it. They lived through the Great Recession with Barack
- 32:41Speaker 1: Obama and they thought, Okay, we can breathe again under
- 32:48Speaker 1: Trump because wages were up there, take home pay was up,
- 32:52Speaker 1: regulations were down, jobs growth was taking place, and they
- 32:57Speaker 1: felt like they were on a firm and now it's
- 33:01Speaker 1: like they have just had the blocks not to app
- 33:04Speaker 1: from under them, which everything that they see happening. Yeah, lastly,
- 33:11Speaker 1: I want to switch gears. A headline from the Washington
- 33:14Speaker 1: Post said, quote, some anti abortion centers are being attacked.
- 33:21Speaker 1: It's more than some. These are clearly terrorist attacks against
- 33:24Speaker 1: people that want to save the unborn children in this country.
- 33:28Speaker 1: We're seeing these anti abortion or pro life offices that
- 33:33Speaker 1: are being firebombed, that are being burned to the ground.
- 33:36Speaker 1: It's happening now in a regular basis. How is it
- 33:40Speaker 1: that the federal government is not responding and treating this
- 33:43Speaker 1: like a domestic terrorism case. And how during anything about
- 33:47Speaker 1: the federal government stepping in and stepping up to protect
- 33:50Speaker 1: these right to life organizations that are actually having their
- 33:53Speaker 1: offices attacked and burned to the ground. It's more than one.
- 33:56Speaker 1: It's happening now all over the country in an organized way.
- 34:01Speaker 1: It is happening across the country. And the fact that
- 34:04Speaker 1: the dj will not call this out and you've got
- 34:09Speaker 1: all of these this is the lessest organizations that are
- 34:16Speaker 1: pro abortion. And this bill that Chuck Schumer put on
- 34:19Speaker 1: the floor, you know what, then he said, well, we're
- 34:22Speaker 1: going to codify Rosie Wade. No, that's not what he
- 34:25Speaker 1: put on the floor. He put on a bill. Put
- 34:28Speaker 1: a bill on the floor that would say abortion anytime,
- 34:32Speaker 1: any place, and it would override state abortion laws anytime,
- 34:38Speaker 1: any place up to the point of birth. That's what
- 34:42Speaker 1: you could have. The American people are not for that,
- 34:45Speaker 1: they're not for late term abortion. But that is what
- 34:48Speaker 1: Chuck Schumer put on the floor of the Senate, and
- 34:52Speaker 1: of course it did not pass. But that is where
- 34:56Speaker 1: they are going these extremeist poli season. And we are
- 35:02Speaker 1: hopeful that the Supreme Court will overturn Roe v. Wade.
- 35:07Speaker 1: We are hopeful for that, and it is a victory
- 35:11Speaker 1: for pro life warriors that are in our communities here
- 35:17Speaker 1: in my church, I know they're in yours. We've all
- 35:20Speaker 1: fought to defend and protect life and always will, no doubt,
- 35:25Speaker 1: and it's just sad to see that you can now
- 35:27Speaker 1: in this country politically attack you know, pro life offices
- 35:32Speaker 1: and individuals with no repercussions. The federal government just looks
- 35:36Speaker 1: the other way when it's clearly domestic terrorism. All because
- 35:39Speaker 1: of the administration that's in charge. Yeah, that's just definitely right.
- 35:43Speaker 1: They call it out, no, they won't. I appreciate your
- 35:47Speaker 1: time as always. Thanks thanks for spending some time this morning.
