- 0:01Speaker 1: All right, so let me just go ahead and give
- 0:03Speaker 1: you the straight up warning on what's happening right now
- 0:06Speaker 1: within the Democratic Party.
- 0:07Speaker 2: They are in disarray.
- 0:08Speaker 1: We've talked about that before in the last several days,
- 0:11Speaker 1: Like who's in charge of the party, what do they
- 0:14Speaker 1: believe in? Where are they going? Is there a civil
- 0:18Speaker 1: war in the Democratic Party? You could answer all of
- 0:21Speaker 1: these things kind of with like a yes, yes, and
- 0:23Speaker 1: a yes.
- 0:24Speaker 2: But it's more.
- 0:25Speaker 1: Complicated than that now because the Democratic Party is actually,
- 0:29Speaker 1: for all intents and purposes dead. It is a party
- 0:32Speaker 1: with Marxists and socialists and communists who are now coming
- 0:35Speaker 1: out of the closet and they're like, screw it, that's
- 0:38Speaker 1: like who we are. When you look at other countries
- 0:41Speaker 1: that are run by dictators and communists and socialists, what
- 0:45Speaker 1: is one of the things they do. They turn their
- 0:47Speaker 1: court system into a kangaroo court. It gives them always
- 0:50Speaker 1: what they want, and it does whatever the leader says
- 0:54Speaker 1: to do. Whether it's I Ran, whether it's Afghanistan, whether
- 0:57Speaker 1: it's Russia, whether it's Cuba, Venezuela isn't really matter.
- 1:00Speaker 2: Mexico is a great example of that. They're all kangaroo courts.
- 1:03Speaker 2: It's a joke.
- 1:04Speaker 1: There's no real justice there. The courts don't stand up
- 1:08Speaker 1: to their leaders. It just it's it is a figurehead
- 1:12Speaker 1: position at best that does whatever the hell the regime
- 1:16Speaker 1: or the dictator of the tyrant tells them to do.
- 1:18Speaker 2: That's it.
- 1:19Speaker 1: What we're witnessing right now with activist judges, I do believe,
- 1:25Speaker 1: shows you just how many communists and socialists have worked
- 1:29Speaker 1: their way into our court system through democrats who knew
- 1:34Speaker 1: what they were doing when they appointed them or when
- 1:37Speaker 1: they ran for office, depending on what position they are in.
- 1:40Speaker 1: I'm going to give you an example of this, and
- 1:42Speaker 1: I actually think right now that this is probably the
- 1:45Speaker 1: biggest threat that we have to freedom and democracy.
- 1:48Speaker 2: And we witnessed it when they were going after Donald Trump.
- 1:51Speaker 1: We saw the weaponization of the deep state, of the FBI,
- 1:54Speaker 1: the dj We saw how these organizations then went and
- 2:01Speaker 1: made sure they filed lawsuits in areas and places where
- 2:04Speaker 1: they knew what the court was going to do, very
- 2:06Speaker 1: much like communists and socialists and dictators do in their countries.
- 2:09Speaker 1: Right they go to where they know they're going to
- 2:11Speaker 1: get a yes, or they go to where they know
- 2:14Speaker 1: they're going to get a no on whatever the issue
- 2:16Speaker 1: is depending on what they need, and there's no real debate.
- 2:19Speaker 2: It's all a Kangary court. It's all fixed beforehand.
- 2:23Speaker 1: Well, we now have even more of an example of
- 2:26Speaker 1: how rogue these judges are willing to go and how
- 2:30Speaker 1: much of an activist they're willing to be in this
- 2:33Speaker 1: resistance to the American people and their decision on election Day. Now,
- 2:38Speaker 1: every American, whether you're a Democrat or Republican or independent nonpartisan,
- 2:42Speaker 1: should be offended by what is happening right now, Like
- 2:45Speaker 1: you should be enraged by the fact that these judges.
- 2:49Speaker 2: Believe that they should be able to just shut.
- 2:52Speaker 1: Down what you voted for, what you believe in, because look,
- 2:54Speaker 1: we going up like there's ebbs and flows right what happened.
- 2:59Speaker 1: Jimmy Carter gave us on a Reagan Ron. Reagan gave
- 3:01Speaker 1: us Bush, Bush gave us Clinton. Clinton gave us Bush,
- 3:04Speaker 1: you know, like Bush gave us Obama. Obama gave us
- 3:09Speaker 1: Donald Trump, Donald Trump gave us Joe Biden. Joe Biden
- 3:11Speaker 1: gave us Donald Trump. Like there's the consistency here. And
- 3:16Speaker 1: this is why it's so important that our court system
- 3:18Speaker 1: is not political and that there is precedent in the
- 3:21Speaker 1: law and that the law is interpreted without political bias,
- 3:24Speaker 1: because when you start infiltrating the court system with these radicals,
- 3:29Speaker 1: and look, if a radical gets elected in America by
- 3:32Speaker 1: the people, then I'm actually good with it, Okay, like
- 3:35Speaker 1: I am. I mean that sincerely, I'm fine with it
- 3:39Speaker 1: as long as it's the will of the people. AOC
- 3:41Speaker 1: is a great example of that. Alamo Omar is another
- 3:43Speaker 1: example of that. Right, Like, there's some radicals that get elected,
- 3:46Speaker 1: the Crazy Center from Hawaii.
- 3:48Speaker 2: The list goes on on.
- 3:50Speaker 1: If Democrats in California, for example, like Gavin Newsom destroying
- 3:54Speaker 1: their state, then knock yourself out, Like that's freedom and
- 3:58Speaker 1: the fact that in a man America we can have
- 4:00Speaker 1: hardcore conservatives get elected like Donald Trump and Maga conservatives
- 4:05Speaker 1: all over the country.
- 4:06Speaker 2: But at the same time you.
- 4:07Speaker 1: Can have people like AOC who can all of a
- 4:09Speaker 1: sudden lead the opposition party. That tells me we live
- 4:12Speaker 1: in a healthy country where the people still get to
- 4:15Speaker 1: decide what they want. The fact that a guy like
- 4:17Speaker 1: Ron Paul can get elected and then Chuck Schumer or
- 4:21Speaker 1: Dick Derbin can get elected tell me that we are
- 4:24Speaker 1: alive and well with freedom of choice.
- 4:26Speaker 2: And that is what this country is about.
- 4:29Speaker 1: When you have these activist judges that we're watching and
- 4:33Speaker 1: witnessing right now who are doing radical things way outside
- 4:38Speaker 1: the scope of the law, and they're not even abiding
- 4:40Speaker 1: by the law when they're supposed to be the ones
- 4:42Speaker 1: that look at the law and say was the law broken?
- 4:44Speaker 1: You understand just how deadly it can be to our country,
- 4:49Speaker 1: to our freedoms when these people get on the bench.
- 4:53Speaker 2: I'm going to give you the newest example.
- 4:55Speaker 1: A Biden appointed judge blocked border patrol from arresting a
- 5:01Speaker 1: suspected illegal aliens without warrants. The United States District Court
- 5:07Speaker 1: judge Jennifer Thurston, appointed to the US s's A court
- 5:12Speaker 1: for the Eastern District of California by former President Joe Biden,
- 5:16Speaker 1: is blocking border patrol agents across most of California from
- 5:21Speaker 1: arresting suspected illegal aliens unless they have a warrant for
- 5:25Speaker 1: their arrest. So, in other words, if they're an illegal immigrant,
- 5:28Speaker 1: you can't go arrest them even though they're breaking a law.
- 5:30Speaker 1: You have to have a warrant for something else. Otherwise, No,
- 5:33Speaker 1: I'm not going to let.
- 5:33Speaker 2: You do your job. This is activist judging. One oh one.
- 5:37Speaker 1: Thurston issued a preliminary injunction this week that prevents the
- 5:41Speaker 1: Border Patrol agents in California's Eastern District, the largest by
- 5:45Speaker 1: the way, judicial district in the entire state of California,
- 5:49Speaker 1: from carrying out arrests of suspected illegal aliens without a
- 5:53Speaker 1: warrant and haunting such.
- 5:55Speaker 2: Arrest unless agents have a quote.
- 5:57Speaker 1: Reasonable suspicion the suspect is an illegal alien. In other words,
- 6:04Speaker 1: this is lawfare. I'm a liberal judge. I'm going to
- 6:07Speaker 1: tell the federal government and those that are in charge
- 6:10Speaker 1: with protecting us from illegal immigrants, those that are violent criminals.
- 6:15Speaker 1: I'm gonna tell them they can't do it in California.
- 6:17Speaker 1: We're not open for business here. Screw you, go away.
- 6:20Speaker 2: Quote.
- 6:20Speaker 1: Indeed, the evidence before the court is that the Border
- 6:23Speaker 1: Patrol agents under the Department of Home in Security Authority
- 6:26Speaker 1: engaged in conduct that violated well established cons social rights,
- 6:30Speaker 1: the judge wrote, Border Patrol by the way is enjoined
- 6:34Speaker 1: from conducting detentive stops in the district unless pre stop
- 6:40Speaker 1: the detained agent has reasonable suspension that the person to
- 6:44Speaker 1: be stopped as a non citizen who is present within
- 6:47Speaker 1: the United States. In violation of US immigration law as
- 6:51Speaker 1: required by the Fourth.
- 6:52Speaker 2: Amendment of the United States Constitution.
- 6:54Speaker 1: The judge went on to write, there was also this
- 6:57Speaker 1: border patrol is enjoined from affecting warrantless arrest in the
- 7:04Speaker 1: district unless pre arrest the arrest agent has probable cause
- 7:07Speaker 1: believe that the non citizen being arrested is likely to
- 7:10Speaker 1: escape before a warrant can be obtained, as required by
- 7:13Speaker 1: eight USC. Dash thirteen fifty seven a Dash two. Now
- 7:20Speaker 1: you look at this, and in addition.
- 7:23Speaker 2: To this activist judge, who.
- 7:25Speaker 1: Is requiring the border patrol agents to quote document in
- 7:28Speaker 1: narrative form all arrests of legal aliens made without.
- 7:32Speaker 2: A warrant with facts quote that supported.
- 7:36Speaker 1: The agent's reasonable suspicion, which was formed in advance of
- 7:40Speaker 1: the stop. So all this has to be done in advance.
- 7:43Speaker 1: This is basically setting you up for failure. How can
- 7:45Speaker 1: you do this in advance? It doesn't make any sense. Now,
- 7:49Speaker 1: it makes a lot of sense if you're trying to
- 7:51Speaker 1: protect the legal immigrants, and that's exactly what this judge
- 7:54Speaker 1: is clearly trying to do. Border patrol agents will also
- 7:59Speaker 1: be required to quot handover documentation describing border Patrol detentive
- 8:04Speaker 1: stops and warrantless arrests within the district within sixty days
- 8:10Speaker 1: of Thurston's order and every sixty days thereafter. So we're
- 8:13Speaker 1: gonna bog you down with paperwork, and basically we're gonna
- 8:17Speaker 1: armchair quarterback this, and we're gonna make it impossible for.
- 8:19Speaker 2: You to do your job with these new rules.
- 8:23Speaker 1: The United farm Workers, by the way, represented by the ACLU,
- 8:26Speaker 1: had sued Donald Trump's Department of Home in Security after
- 8:29Speaker 1: Border Patrol agents carried out arrests across California have suspected
- 8:32Speaker 1: illegal aliens.
- 8:34Speaker 2: That were working on the farmland.
- 8:36Speaker 1: The lawsuit claimed that the border patrol agents conducted a
- 8:39Speaker 1: nearly week long sweep through predominantly Latino areas of Kerrent
- 8:44Speaker 1: County and the surrounding region to stop, detain, and arrest
- 8:47Speaker 1: people quote of color who appeared to be farm workers
- 8:50Speaker 1: or day laborers, regardless of their actual immigration status or
- 8:54Speaker 1: individual circumstances. So, in other words, they're saying, California, like,
- 8:58Speaker 1: we know that we're harboring a whole bunch of illegal immigrants,
- 9:01Speaker 1: and we know that you know where they are, and
- 9:06Speaker 1: you're not stupid, but we're gonna say that you're profiling them,
- 9:09Speaker 1: so you can't do it, so you can't arrest them,
- 9:11Speaker 1: So therefore you can't.
- 9:12Speaker 2: We're not gonna work with you.
- 9:13Speaker 1: And so you're gonna allow these illegal immigrants to continue
- 9:16Speaker 1: to take jobs for American workers, and we're gonna allow
- 9:18Speaker 1: them to continue to have safe.
- 9:19Speaker 2: Haven here in California.
- 9:21Speaker 1: And there's not a damn thing you can do about it,
- 9:23Speaker 1: So deal with it. That's what this judge just said.
- 9:27Speaker 1: You want to know what the biggest threat is right
- 9:29Speaker 1: now to this country from within, it is these judges.
- 9:33Speaker 1: It's not what the law says. She's making up laws.
- 9:36Speaker 1: She goes, all right, let me rephrase that. This judge
- 9:39Speaker 1: isn't making up laws, she's just making up rules as
- 9:41Speaker 1: she goes. She's saying, I'm playing defense on behalf of
- 9:43Speaker 1: the illegal immigrants. This is no different than the other
- 9:46Speaker 1: judges we've talked about, where one of them was literally
- 9:49Speaker 1: protecting an illegal immigrant and destroying a cell phone of
- 9:52Speaker 1: illegal immorant and getting the illegal immigrant out the back
- 9:55Speaker 1: door so that the illegal emerate wouldn't be arrested. That's
- 9:57Speaker 1: a judge. That's an activist judge. It's a radical judge.
- 10:00Speaker 1: These are the stories. There's also another narrative here that
- 10:05Speaker 1: illegal immigration is not is somehow a crime that really
- 10:09Speaker 1: shouldn't even be looked as a crime, and it's a
- 10:11Speaker 1: quote victimist crime. Tom Homan addressing that issue at the
- 10:15Speaker 1: White House Press briefing room.
- 10:17Speaker 2: Listen carefully to his words.
- 10:19Speaker 3: The morale of ICE and Borbital is at all time
- 10:21Speaker 3: high because they're getting to uphold the oath they took
- 10:25Speaker 3: and they're enforcing the law. Borbital and the Biden administration.
- 10:29Speaker 3: I met with hundreds of them. They felt like uber
- 10:31Speaker 3: drivers and tourist agents. These men and women joined the
- 10:35Speaker 3: ranks of Ice and Borbitue to enforce law, meet the
- 10:37Speaker 3: community safer, and protect national security. I hear it all
- 10:40Speaker 3: the time. There's a lot of people in this country
- 10:43Speaker 3: don't like me. I don't care. But when I'm walk
- 10:46Speaker 3: to an airport, I have many people walking up to
- 10:49Speaker 3: me and thank me for what I'm doing. And I'm
- 10:51Speaker 3: not taking credit for anything. The success of the Border
- 10:54Speaker 3: and Immigration Enforcement is President Trump, and the men and
- 10:57Speaker 3: women are wearing that uniforms she every one of them.
- 11:01Speaker 3: But I take a pleasure in seeing it because in
- 11:05Speaker 3: forty years of doing this Yeah. People always want to say,
- 11:07Speaker 3: why are you so emotional? And when you testify, why
- 11:09Speaker 3: are you so emotional? On network because they wore my
- 11:12Speaker 3: shoes for forty years, they understand why emotional. I've talked
- 11:15Speaker 3: to the little girls as young as nine years old.
- 11:16Speaker 3: They're raat multiple times by the cartel members. And when
- 11:20Speaker 3: you get to your knees and you talk that little
- 11:21Speaker 3: girl and everything innocent and pure has been gripped from her.
- 11:25Speaker 3: When you listen to the Lake and rioty seventeen, men's
- 11:27Speaker 3: that young lady fighting for her life. Don't just think, okay,
- 11:31Speaker 3: a young woman died, Think of how she died, the
- 11:34Speaker 3: terror that she went through. And these children are sexy, assaulted.
- 11:38Speaker 3: I still back attract each other in nineteen dead people
- 11:41Speaker 3: at my feet, that baked to death. The illegal migration
- 11:44Speaker 3: is not a Victimus crime. And so every sick person
- 11:48Speaker 3: we take off the streets, especially child rapists, it makes
- 11:51Speaker 3: us country much safer. Every illegihen we arrest public safety
- 11:55Speaker 3: threat one at a time makes us country savor.
- 11:58Speaker 1: I mean, you hear what he's saying there, and he says,
- 12:02Speaker 1: when you guys think on the left of the media
- 12:05Speaker 1: that this is a victimless crime.
- 12:07Speaker 2: You are wrong. I look at all these people in
- 12:10Speaker 2: the face, and I see it each and every day.
- 12:12Speaker 2: You are wrong. I have to deal with this every
- 12:15Speaker 2: single day. You are wrong.
- 12:18Speaker 1: I witness and sit down and talk to these people
- 12:21Speaker 1: who are victims. You are wrong. And these judges are
- 12:24Speaker 1: not judges. They're acting like they are politicians. Right, They're
- 12:29Speaker 1: acting like they are nothing but politicians with a political agenda,
- 12:38Speaker 1: which is to undermine the President the United States of America,
- 12:41Speaker 1: undermine the rule of law because they want to fundamentally
- 12:44Speaker 1: change his country into a country that is not the
- 12:47Speaker 1: greatest country in the world. They want this country to
- 12:50Speaker 1: be a Marxist country, a socialist country, commist country. They
- 12:52Speaker 1: don't care if we're split into four different areas or
- 12:54Speaker 1: five or six different belief systems. They don't care how
- 12:57Speaker 1: radical it's, as long as it's not what we have nowow,
- 13:00Speaker 1: which is the people have the power to decide what
- 13:03Speaker 1: they want for their country. They want to dictate to you.
- 13:08Speaker 1: They want to make sure that you bow down to them,
- 13:12Speaker 1: not the other way around. Let me tell you about
- 13:14Speaker 1: Patriot Mobile real quick. If you've got a cell phone
- 13:17Speaker 1: and your cell phone is not with Patriot Mobile. Then
- 13:21Speaker 1: the question I got to ask you is why why
- 13:24Speaker 1: have you not made the switch? Well, you should make
- 13:27Speaker 1: the switch, and the deal is really easy. You get
- 13:30Speaker 1: cutting edge technology. Switching has never been easier. There's no
- 13:34Speaker 1: store visits, no hassles. You get to keep your same
- 13:37Speaker 1: phone umber you have right now. You get to keep

- 13:41Speaker 1: new one. And they have a one hundred percent US
- 13:44Speaker 1: based team that can activate you literally in minutes. The
- 13:47Speaker 1: other thing that I love about Patriot Mobile is this
- 13:50Speaker 1: they have access to all three major networks, meaning you
- 13:53Speaker 1: get exceptional nationwide coverage. I use Patriot Mobile and half
- 13:58Speaker 1: for years. They can even put a second number on
- 14:01Speaker 1: a different network on your phone. It's like carrying two
- 14:05Speaker 1: phones in one. You can have a work number and
- 14:08Speaker 1: a personal number. It's amazing. They have unlimited data plans,
- 14:12Speaker 1: mobile hotspots, international roaming, Internet on the go devices, and
- 14:17Speaker 1: home internet backup as well. You can get all of
- 14:20Speaker 1: this from Patriot Mobile. So why are you waiting? Make
- 14:25Speaker 1: the switch today? And by the way, when you pay
- 14:27Speaker 1: your bill, you know that about five percent of that
- 14:30Speaker 1: bill every month is going back to support conservative causes.
- 14:34Speaker 1: Causes that stand for our First and or Second Amendment rights,
- 14:37Speaker 1: the rights of unborn children, and they stand with our veterans,
- 14:40Speaker 1: our first responders, our police and firemen, are EMTs and
- 14:44Speaker 1: are wounded warriors.
- 14:45Speaker 2: So make a difference with every call you make.
- 14:48Speaker 1: So right now, go to Patriotmobile dot com slash ferguson
- 14:54Speaker 1: or call them nine to seven to two Patriot. You're
- 14:56Speaker 1: going to get a free month of service with the
- 14:58Speaker 1: promo code ferguson. So switch to Patriot Mobile and make
- 15:01Speaker 1: a difference with every call you make. Patriot Mobile dot
- 15:05Speaker 1: com slash ferguson or nine to seven to two Patriot.
- 15:09Speaker 2: Remember that guy by the name.
- 15:10Speaker 1: Of Tim Waltz, by the way, you remember him, you
- 15:12Speaker 1: know you like Ranford was the vice president, I think
- 15:14Speaker 1: miss producer.
- 15:15Speaker 2: Yeah, that guy.
- 15:16Speaker 1: Yeah, he was sitting at the Harvard's Kinney School of Government,
- 15:23Speaker 1: the Institute of Politics.
- 15:25Speaker 2: And he was asked about why he.
- 15:28Speaker 1: Was picked by Kamala Harris to be the VP nominique. Now,
- 15:33Speaker 1: this is why I feel really good about our chances
- 15:36Speaker 1: in the midterms, because the mentality of the left is
- 15:41Speaker 1: just so screwed up, Like it's just it'll make you laugh,
- 15:45Speaker 1: all right, And I'm gonna play this for you. This
- 15:48Speaker 1: is Tim and his own words at Harvard. This is
- 15:51Speaker 1: the conversation they're having. It's like, hey, why did you
- 15:53Speaker 1: get picked? Well, let me tell you.
- 15:55Speaker 4: I'm a team player. I'm with it, and there's folks
- 15:57Speaker 4: that I recognize are smarter than me. They analyze this.
- 16:00Speaker 4: You put your input in running a campaign that had
- 16:03Speaker 4: never been run before one hundred days in the situation
- 16:06Speaker 4: we were at running against a very unusual opponent on
- 16:09Speaker 4: the other side, and look, my job was to do. Look,
- 16:13Speaker 4: I knew I was on the ticket. I would argue
- 16:16Speaker 4: because we did a lot of amazing progressive things in
- 16:18Speaker 4: Minnesota that improved people's lives. But I also was on
- 16:21Speaker 4: the ticket quite honestly, you know, because I could code
- 16:25Speaker 4: talk to white guys watching football fixing their truck during
- 16:28Speaker 4: that that I could put them at ease. I was
- 16:30Speaker 4: the permission structure to say, look, you can do this
- 16:33Speaker 4: and vote for this. And you look across those swing states,
- 16:36Speaker 4: with the exception of Minnesota, we didn't get enough of
- 16:40Speaker 4: those votes. Oh you could give you them permission on
- 16:42Speaker 4: TV every day you could have been messaging that way,
- 16:44Speaker 4: and that isn't necessarily how it chuck out, yes, but
- 16:47Speaker 4: I also said, I understand myself. I said, I think
- 16:50Speaker 4: I'll give you pretty good stuff, but I'll also give
- 16:52Speaker 4: you ten percent problematic. And so somebody's got to make
- 16:55Speaker 4: the decision here to handle some of this stuff and
- 16:58Speaker 4: to make it And those are just decisions were made.
- 17:00Speaker 4: And I think after the fact that it is not
- 17:03Speaker 4: second guessing or anything. I think it's fair to go
- 17:05Speaker 4: back on and look at this. Look, we had the
- 17:08Speaker 4: most qualified person who'd run for president in this country's
- 17:12Speaker 4: history at the top of the ticket, that in itself
- 17:14Speaker 4: should have got this thing one we had in my opinion.
- 17:17Speaker 2: I'm sorry, I'm sorry. Did you guys hear that? Like,
- 17:19Speaker 2: did you just hear?
- 17:21Speaker 1: Waltz is still shocked that America didn't vote for what
- 17:24Speaker 1: he describes the most qualified person US history ever at.
- 17:28Speaker 2: The top of the ticket, on top of the.
- 17:31Speaker 1: Fact that he says America loved him and he was
- 17:34Speaker 1: picked because he could code talk with white guys.
- 17:38Speaker 2: Who watch football and fixed trucks.
- 17:42Speaker 1: This is how out of touch with reality the Democratic
- 17:45Speaker 1: Party is. And he's not done, by the way, because
- 17:49Speaker 1: like apparently he thinks he can just like bro talk like,
- 17:52Speaker 1: oh I got it.
- 17:53Speaker 2: I got code talk for white.
- 17:55Speaker 1: By the way, if anybody wants to say that that's racist,
- 17:57Speaker 1: I'm all in on that too.
- 17:59Speaker 2: But we'll just overlooked that for a minute. Keep listening
- 18:02Speaker 2: and you can disagree with me.
- 18:03Speaker 4: I think history will prove me right. A very unqualified
- 18:06Speaker 4: person on the other side, and you have to determine
- 18:10Speaker 4: how do you get those hits? What was the best way?
- 18:13Speaker 4: Did it make sense to continue to you know, call
- 18:16Speaker 4: him weird or call that out, or make this pitch
- 18:21Speaker 4: that we are significantly different and our policies can improve
- 18:24Speaker 4: your lives. And there's people that make those decisions. And
- 18:27Speaker 4: whether it's right or wrong or not, I guess history will.
- 18:30Speaker 1: Make that whether it's right or wrong, I guess history
- 18:34Speaker 1: will figure that out.
- 18:35Speaker 2: Okay, so just let's recap. How do we lose?
- 18:39Speaker 1: I don't know because Kama Harris, you know, she picked
- 18:41Speaker 1: me because I could code talk with the white guys
- 18:44Speaker 1: who watch football and fixed trucks. I'd love to see
- 18:46Speaker 1: that dude fix a truck. Okay, I really would like.
- 18:49Speaker 2: Sign me up. I'd fly to watch that.
- 18:52Speaker 1: Then he says, I'm just shocked in America didn't vote
- 18:55Speaker 1: for the most qualified person in the US history. If
- 18:57Speaker 1: Kama Harris is the most qualified person to be president,
- 19:00Speaker 1: then I'm gonna say this, maybe for the first time
- 19:03Speaker 1: in life, I am the most overqualified person to be
- 19:05Speaker 1: president of United States of America. If that's the standard,
- 19:08Speaker 1: mister producer, do you agree with me? Can I get
- 19:10Speaker 1: an amen on that one? Like, I mean, if if
- 19:13Speaker 1: Harris is the most qualified, then Davin, I'm like, I'm
- 19:15Speaker 1: overqualified to be president of United States of America.
- 19:19Speaker 2: Lord help us all. And then they're like, the other
- 19:23Speaker 2: guy's weird.
- 19:23Speaker 1: The other guy's strange, right, Like he's just a weird
- 19:27Speaker 1: U Donald Trump is weird. We should have won this thing. Meanwhile,
- 19:31Speaker 1: what is what is Donald Trump doing? Donald Trump's actually
- 19:33Speaker 1: getting things done for Americans. He's actually making sure that
- 19:38Speaker 1: your money isn't just getting ripped from you and given
- 19:41Speaker 1: the countries like Ukraine with an unlimited check like the
- 19:44Speaker 1: last administration did. The US and Ukraine signed this minerals deals.
- 19:49Speaker 1: Here's how it was announced on Fox.
- 19:51Speaker 5: We all right, the US and Ukraine have just reached
- 19:57Speaker 5: a minerals deal. It will grant the you US privileged
- 20:01Speaker 5: access to new investment projects who develop Ukraine's natural resources,
- 20:06Speaker 5: including aluminum, graphi oil and natural gas.
- 20:11Speaker 1: I mean, I listen to that, and I'm like, if
- 20:14Speaker 1: that's weird, I'm all in, right, If this is what
- 20:18Speaker 1: weird is as it was described there by Waltz, then
- 20:22Speaker 1: like I'm all in on this, Like let's go, let's
- 20:25Speaker 1: get weird for another one hundred days after the last
- 20:27Speaker 1: hundred Like can we can?
- 20:28Speaker 3: We can?
- 20:29Speaker 2: I get an amen on that one.
- 20:31Speaker 1: So this headline is another example of the lies the
- 20:34Speaker 1: media tells getting busted yet again. DEA nominee telling senators
- 20:39Speaker 1: today that Kimar Abrego Garcia's tattoos consists with MS thirteen
- 20:47Speaker 1: gang membership. President Trump's pick to leave the DEA has
- 20:53Speaker 1: blown up denials from liberal media outlets that the purported
- 20:55Speaker 1: MS thirteen gang member is not sporting tattoos.
- 20:59Speaker 2: For the gang.
- 21:00Speaker 1: The DAIGHT administrator quickly said, yeah, no, that's not true.
- 21:05Speaker 1: These are consistent with exactly what you would find based
- 21:09Speaker 1: on your time as a da agent in the field,
- 21:11Speaker 1: particularly in Mexico. These tattoos are consistent with MS thirteen associations,
- 21:14Speaker 1: Lindsey Graham said, holding up the Bredergercia's inked up knuckles.
- 21:20Speaker 2: This isn't hard.
- 21:21Speaker 1: This is what Donald Trump held up the same picture
- 21:23Speaker 1: in the Oval office at his desk. Yes, sir, that's correct,
- 21:27Speaker 1: Cole answered, having earlier said that the tats suggests that
- 21:31Speaker 1: he's an MS thirteen member and that those are his markings,
- 21:34Speaker 1: that's his brand, quote unquote, do you know of any
- 21:39Speaker 1: other set of combinations that would suggest some other organization
- 21:43Speaker 1: this represents, Lindsey Graham asked as a follow up with
- 21:47Speaker 1: this particular one, No, sir, the DEA nominee affirm during
- 21:51Speaker 1: a heated interview with ABC News that aired Tuesday night,
- 21:54Speaker 1: trying to make the present look like he was lying.
- 21:56Speaker 1: Trump had to push back hard when the anchor claimed
- 22:00Speaker 1: that pictures previously shared by the White House of the
- 22:02Speaker 1: ALLEGENIBIS thirteen gang member were quote photoshopped. That was photoshopped,
- 22:08Speaker 1: The President said in disbelief, Terry, you're not being very nice.
- 22:11Speaker 1: Wait a minute minute, he had MS thirteen on his knuckles.
- 22:15Speaker 1: Trump also then went on to say the ABC interviewer
- 22:19Speaker 1: Moran only offered that the tattoos significant was as clear
- 22:23Speaker 1: as it can be at that point at this point,
- 22:25Speaker 1: and offered to take a look at them following their
- 22:27Speaker 1: sit down. Really, the ABC anchor also acknowledged there was
- 22:31Speaker 1: some tattoos that were interpreted that way. Interpreted right, because
- 22:35Speaker 1: nothing is real anymore with the media. The President posted
- 22:38Speaker 1: that photo April the eighteenth, with the characters M one
- 22:43Speaker 1: and three super imposed over four knuckles of the symbols
- 22:47Speaker 1: of a marijuana leaf, smiley face crossing school on Obreger
- 22:51Speaker 1: Garcia's left hand. This is the hand of the man
- 22:55Speaker 1: that the Democrats feel should be brought back to the
- 22:57Speaker 1: United States because he is such a fine and person.
- 23:00Speaker 1: Trump went on the right quote. They said, he is
- 23:03Speaker 1: not a member of MS thirteen, even though he's got
- 23:05Speaker 1: MS thirteen tattooed onto his knuckles, and two highly respected
- 23:10Speaker 1: courts found that he was a member of MS thirteen
- 23:12Speaker 1: and beat up his wife, et cetera. Lefty outlets including
- 23:16Speaker 1: New York Times, Washington Post, CBS, and other quote fact
- 23:20Speaker 1: checking sites have downplayed the details about Garcia's MS thirteen affiliation,
- 23:24Speaker 1: referring to him at times as just.
- 23:26Speaker 2: A Maryland father or a Maryland.
- 23:29Speaker 1: Man, as well as the use of tattoos and identifying
- 23:32Speaker 1: potential gang members.
- 23:33Speaker 2: They don't want you to do that either. Cole.
- 23:35Speaker 1: By the way, the DA nominee affirmed that the sequence
- 23:38Speaker 1: of the symbols on Garcia's hands would not be used
- 23:43Speaker 1: by any other gangs. Are you familiar with MS thirteen? Briefly,
- 23:48Speaker 1: what are they? Graham asked Cole in the hearing they
- 23:51Speaker 1: are a terrorist organization. Cole responded, adding that the gang
- 23:54Speaker 1: was involved with extortion, kidnapping, drugs, intimidation, money laundering, others
- 23:59Speaker 1: of I wanted to a photo of Garcia's wife covering
- 24:04Speaker 1: upper husband's hands and a TikTok posts promoting a GoFundMe
- 24:07Speaker 1: account for their family that is raked in two hundred
- 24:10Speaker 1: and sixty five thousand dollars and counting. A nice source
- 24:15Speaker 1: previously told The New York Post that will Bring Garcia
- 24:18Speaker 1: would have needed to get a thirteen tattoo to become
- 24:21Speaker 1: part of the Noturist gang while living in Maryland. However,
- 24:24Speaker 1: when asked about the speculation online regarding the images inked
- 24:28Speaker 1: on Garcia's hands, the source said, I've never heard of
- 24:30Speaker 1: those resemblances being made. I'm telling you, these people are scumbags, folks.
- 24:37Speaker 1: If we don't have illegal immigrants here, that is.
- 24:39Speaker 2: A liberal lie.
- 24:40Speaker 1: It is a lie that the liberals continue to say
- 24:42Speaker 1: and tell over and over and over and over again,
- 24:45Speaker 1: because they want you to believe that we cannot survive
- 24:50Speaker 1: without twenty five thirty.
- 24:52Speaker 2: Million illegal immigrants.
- 24:54Speaker 1: That's the problem with this fallacy, with this and it
- 24:57Speaker 1: is a fallacy, and that's how they sell us on
- 25:00Speaker 1: on it. They sell us by saying exactly the way
- 25:03Speaker 1: they just describe it, which as well, America can't survive
- 25:05Speaker 1: if we don't have illegal immigrants. Who's going to go
- 25:07Speaker 1: get your fruits and vegetables and your avocados and you
- 25:10Speaker 1: and pick your your strawberries like we did it for
- 25:13Speaker 1: a long time before illegal immigrants were doing it. Now
- 25:16Speaker 1: there may be Americans that don't want to do those
- 25:18Speaker 1: jobs at these incredibly low wages, which we take advantage
- 25:21Speaker 1: of legal immigrants with, right with this labor or cash
- 25:24Speaker 1: under the table or fake the security numbers, right Like,
- 25:27Speaker 1: there's some realness to that argument.
- 25:30Speaker 2: But if you if you end.
- 25:32Speaker 1: Up paying a decent wage for these jobs when illegal
- 25:36Speaker 1: immigrants leave, I promise you someone's going to show up
- 25:40Speaker 1: to do that job legally. And it's not my job
- 25:45Speaker 1: to bring in illegal and illegal work force. Now, if
- 25:49Speaker 1: you want to come in the right way and we
- 25:51Speaker 1: need to do work visas or I'm also again, fine
- 25:54Speaker 1: with that, have no problem, let's do it. But but
- 25:57Speaker 1: this goes back to what the bushet or the trumpstration
- 26:00Speaker 1: said just days ago. If you self deport you will
- 26:05Speaker 1: have a chance to come in back into this country legally.
- 26:09Speaker 2: If you get out of here.
- 26:11Speaker 1: On your own and you sign up on the app
- 26:13Speaker 1: and you do and you leave, there's a very good
- 26:17Speaker 1: chance we might let you back in one day.
- 26:18Speaker 2: But if you don't, you will never be allowed back in.
- 26:21Speaker 1: Like that is a decisive plan that I can also
- 26:24Speaker 1: get behind. Look at California, They've had multiple days of
- 26:28Speaker 1: shut down highways and we're flying flags of other countries
- 26:30Speaker 1: and talking about how about America sucks.
- 26:32Speaker 2: I'm like, well, then why are you still here?
- 26:33Speaker 1: There was a big lie done in the ABC interview,
- 26:36Speaker 1: and the media has been telling this lie, which is
- 26:39Speaker 1: that the picture of Kamara Obrea Garcia's knuckles having MS
- 26:44Speaker 1: thirteen gang tattoos is like a lie and it was
- 26:46Speaker 1: photoshopped and it never happened. The photo that Trump held
- 26:51Speaker 1: up was not a fake photo.
- 26:54Speaker 2: It was not faked.
- 26:55Speaker 1: They're now talking about this in Congress, but the damage
- 26:57Speaker 1: has already been done. The media lied and said Donald
- 26:59Speaker 1: Trum got bamboozo and this is the line, and it
- 27:01Speaker 1: never happened. I want you to listen this back and
- 27:03Speaker 1: forth with mister Terrence Cole and Lindsey Graham from earlier today.
- 27:07Speaker 2: Listen carefully.
- 27:08Speaker 6: Based on your time as a DEA agent in the field,
- 27:12Speaker 6: particularly in Mexico, these tastoos are consistent with MS thirteen associations.
- 27:22Speaker 2: Yes, sir, that's correct.
- 27:23Speaker 6: Do you know of any other set of combinations that
- 27:27Speaker 6: would suggest some other organization this represents?
- 27:31Speaker 2: Would this particular one know, sir?
- 27:33Speaker 1: I mean the fact ow that we have got to
- 27:36Speaker 1: fight all of these battles, like, hey, this MS Certein
- 27:39Speaker 1: gang member, we kicked him out of our country, and
- 27:40Speaker 1: the Democrats, no, no, no, we're gonna go meet with him.
- 27:42Speaker 2: We're gonna save him, We're gonna help him.
- 27:44Speaker 1: I mean, this is this deported m certain gang member
- 27:48Speaker 1: who the Democrats have set with and made into some
- 27:52Speaker 1: sort of folk hero.
- 27:53Speaker 2: Of the Left.
- 27:55Speaker 1: Is a guy that abused his children, not because I
- 27:58Speaker 1: say so, but because the reports say it, threatened to
- 28:01Speaker 1: kill his wife apparently for yet another protective order filing
- 28:05Speaker 1: that was obtained by Fox News that came out his wife.
- 28:09Speaker 1: There's a recording where he told my ex mother in
- 28:12Speaker 1: law that he that even if he kills me, no
- 28:17Speaker 1: one can do anything to him.
- 28:20Speaker 2: That's the new reporting.
- 28:21Speaker 1: This is coming out right now on this and and
- 28:25Speaker 1: so you look at his tattoos and they're like, oh no, no,
- 28:29Speaker 1: he's not really a MS thirteen game member. Really he's not.
- 28:33Speaker 1: He's not an MS thirteen gang member. All right, well
- 28:36Speaker 1: then we've go to Congress and we'll ask a guy
- 28:38Speaker 1: that actually deals with them. Okay, what do you say, Oh,
- 28:40Speaker 1: this is exactly what these are. These are MS thirteen
- 28:42Speaker 1: gang tatoos. Oh so they are, yes, But remember, if
- 28:46Speaker 1: you're the left, you got out a lie out there
- 28:47Speaker 1: for like for days on end right, you got this
- 28:50Speaker 1: lie out there that Donald Trump, you know, deported some
- 28:53Speaker 1: dad from Maryland, not a not an M A certeen
- 28:56Speaker 1: gang member who's in a terrorist gang.
- 28:59Speaker 2: That's what he's in. Right.
- 29:01Speaker 1: You gotta you gotta act like that never happened. You
- 29:04Speaker 1: gotta act like that's saying that never ever, ever, ever,
- 29:07Speaker 1: ever happened. It's amazing, don't forget. Share this podcast with
- 29:12Speaker 1: your family and friends, share it on social media, please,
- 29:15Speaker 1: and I'll see you back here tomorrow
