Nucor parcel approved for tax differential collection
The Brigham City Council approved collecting tax differential from a 31.87-acre Nucor Towers and Structures development at the Aug. 6 meeting, allowing property tax growth from the site to repay public infrastructure debt and fund a previously approved company incentive for 25 years beginning in 2027.
