- 0:03Speaker 1: in Charlie Kirk and Donald Trump three times as Steve Scalice,
- 0:07Speaker 1: He's okay, he's in just saying do you know what today?
- 0:10Speaker 1: Every one of these people in the Trump administration needs
- 0:12Speaker 1: a security deal staff no other pre secretary in history
- 0:16Speaker 1: except for those who serve Donald Trump's as a secret
- 0:18Speaker 1: service detail.
- 0:19Speaker 2: You're listening to the forty seven Morning Update with Ben Ferguson.
- 0:23Speaker 1: Good Tuesday morning. Nice to have you with us on
- 0:25Speaker 1: the forty seven Morning Update, and we've got one major
- 0:28Speaker 1: story for you. You wonder why there's so much violence
- 0:32Speaker 1: against Donald Trump and other conservatives, Well you may just
- 0:36Speaker 1: need to follow the money. We've now learned that teachers'
- 0:39Speaker 1: unions have spent more than a billion dollars in the
- 0:42Speaker 1: last decade to influence what your kids believe. And now
- 0:46Speaker 1: polling data shows that one in four Democrats believe that
- 0:50Speaker 1: political violence is appropriate. We break all this down for
- 0:54Speaker 1: you now. Before we get to that, I want to
- 0:56Speaker 1: take a moment and talk to you about a company
- 0:58Speaker 1: that's standing up for what we truly believe in, and
- 1:00Speaker 1: that's Patriot Mobile. And if you've never seen what Patriot
- 1:04Speaker 1: Mobile can do for your cell phone bill, Well, then
- 1:06Speaker 1: you've got to take a look at them. America is
- 1:09Speaker 1: entering the two hundred and fiftieth year, and the direction
- 1:12Speaker 1: of this country is being decided right now in our
- 1:14Speaker 1: culture and our economy, and who we choose to support
- 1:18Speaker 1: matters more than ever. Most wireless companies don't care who
- 1:23Speaker 1: you are or what you believe. They just want your money.
- 1:26Speaker 1: Patriot Mobile they're different. For more than twelve years, they've
- 1:30Speaker 1: stood with Americans who believe freedom is worth defending, funding
- 1:34Speaker 1: the Christian Conservative movement when others stay silent. That's what
- 1:38Speaker 1: they do. So here's the deal. You don't have to
- 1:41Speaker 1: give up quality or service when you switch to Patriot Mobile.
- 1:45Speaker 1: They deliver premium priority access on all three major US networks,
- 1:50Speaker 1: so you'll get the same or better coverage than you

- 2:00Speaker 1: or upgrade, and their one hundred percent US based support
- 2:03Speaker 1: team can activate you in minutes, still paying off a device.
- 2:08Speaker 1: Patriot Mobile even offers a contract buyout. This is a
- 2:12Speaker 1: defining year. We must work together to save our country.

- 2:27Speaker 1: month of service. That's patriotmobile dot com slash ben forty
- 2:31Speaker 1: seven or nine seven to Patriot and switch today. It's
- 2:36Speaker 1: the forty seven Morning Update and it starts right now.
- 2:39Speaker 2: Story number one.
- 2:40Speaker 1: There have been three different assassination attempts on President Donald
- 2:45Speaker 1: Trump where bullets have been fired. We also know that
- 2:49Speaker 1: there was another assassination attempt on the President of the
- 2:53Speaker 1: United States of America by a man that decided to
- 2:56Speaker 1: bring a shotgun as well as other weapons. That would
- 2:59Speaker 1: be for a total of four different assassination attempts on
- 3:02Speaker 1: President Trump that we know about. The question is why
- 3:07Speaker 1: is this happening and could it be because the left
- 3:11Speaker 1: has taken over the education system and is radicalizing people
- 3:15Speaker 1: to hate Conservatives, to hate Christians, and to hate Donald Trump. Well,
- 3:21Speaker 1: a watchdog group has now released a pair of reports
- 3:25Speaker 1: exposing how America's teachers union, Yes, the teachers' unions that
- 3:31Speaker 1: control our public education across the US, have funneled now
- 3:36Speaker 1: more than one billion dollars into left wing political causes
- 3:43Speaker 1: over the last decade. So let me start with a
- 3:46Speaker 1: question that every American should be asking. What happens when
- 3:51Speaker 1: the institutions that we're supposed to trust to educate our
- 3:55Speaker 1: kids become some of the biggest political players in the
- 3:59Speaker 1: country at the exact same time, our politics are becoming
- 4:04Speaker 1: so extreme that the president United States of America is
- 4:08Speaker 1: now on a regular schedule of assassination, attempts an essence
- 4:13Speaker 1: while in office. Because that's really where we are today.
- 4:17Speaker 1: It may be the inconvenient truth, but it is. The
- 4:20Speaker 1: nation's largest teachers' unions, like the National Education Association and
- 4:27Speaker 1: the American Federation of Teachers, they know what they're doing.
- 4:31Speaker 1: They're pouring more than one billion into left winning political
- 4:35Speaker 1: causes and activism, more than a billion dollars. I want
- 4:40Speaker 1: you to really think about how much money that is. Now.
- 4:44Speaker 1: This isn't small dollar advocacy. This isn't occasional political engagement
- 4:49Speaker 1: by the teachers' unions, which teachers should be nonpartisan. They
- 4:54Speaker 1: should be teaching reading, writing, and arithmetic, which, by the way,
- 4:57Speaker 1: statistically they're failing this country and we're at the lowest
- 5:01Speaker 1: of nations that we compare ourselves to and reading, writing,
- 5:04Speaker 1: and arithmetic in some categories. When it comes to civilized nations,
- 5:08Speaker 1: we are at the bottom of the barrel. And it
- 5:11Speaker 1: may be because all of these teachers unions are hiring, supporting,
- 5:16Speaker 1: and advocating to become in doctor nation schools instead of
- 5:21Speaker 1: actually teaching children in education. And all you have to
- 5:25Speaker 1: do is follow the money. When you look at the
- 5:28Speaker 1: full scale political influence that these teachers unions are involved in,
- 5:33Speaker 1: it should honestly be against the law. When you break
- 5:37Speaker 1: down where that money's going, the picture becomes even more
- 5:40Speaker 1: clear what they believe in. These unions are bankrolling political
- 5:45Speaker 1: campaigns overwhelming for Democrat people running for office, Socialists, Marxists,
- 5:52Speaker 1: and communists. And it's not just people running for office.
- 5:57Speaker 1: They're also funding the most extreme activist groups of the
- 6:00Speaker 1: progressive agenda. They're backing ballot initiatives on issues far outside
- 6:07Speaker 1: and beyond education, and they're spending heavily on lobbying to
- 6:11Speaker 1: influence legislation to protect their indoctrination of our children in
- 6:16Speaker 1: this country. I go back to the core point. This
- 6:19Speaker 1: isn't about mass scores, this isn't about reading levels. It's
- 6:23Speaker 1: literally about political indoctrination, and these organizations have become some
- 6:27Speaker 1: of the most powerful political machines in this country. They're
- 6:31Speaker 1: using their resources that many teachers themselves are required to
- 6:34Speaker 1: contribute through dues, and if you don't that is called collusion.
- 6:39Speaker 1: By the way, then you're on the outs with a teachers' union.
- 6:42Speaker 1: Good luck getting a job or a promotion. These teachers,
- 6:46Speaker 1: many of them, are forced to give to the teachers' unions. Now,
- 6:49Speaker 1: this isn't about the classroom anymore at all. They're not
- 6:52Speaker 1: even trying to hide it. Think about what's not being
- 6:55Speaker 1: funded when a billion dollars goes into political activism. The
- 6:59Speaker 1: money it's not going to fixing our struggling schools. It's
- 7:03Speaker 1: not going to reduce class sizes. It's not even going
- 7:06Speaker 1: to increase teacher salaries directly or even help students catch
- 7:10Speaker 1: up after they missed school and went way behind where
- 7:13Speaker 1: they should be after COVID. No, no, no, no no. Instead,
- 7:17Speaker 1: it's being directed into shaping the political landscape of this country.
- 7:21Speaker 1: And that should raise a serious question. When did teachers
- 7:25Speaker 1: and the union stop being about education and start being
- 7:29Speaker 1: about ideology. Well, democrats clearly decide they were going to
- 7:33Speaker 1: play the long game. They were going to control the
- 7:36Speaker 1: minds of our children at the education levels of elementary
- 7:40Speaker 1: school and then middle school, and then junior high and
- 7:43Speaker 1: then high school, and then they started dumping big money
- 7:46Speaker 1: into in our universities. This is the game plan. And
- 7:50Speaker 1: then you look at what they've accomplished in politics. Twenty
- 7:54Speaker 1: five percent of Democrats now believe that political violence is
- 8:00Speaker 1: justified an acceptable. Why when you grow a generation through
- 8:05Speaker 1: the education system to be ashamed of this country, to
- 8:07Speaker 1: hate America, and to believe that if they're not getting
- 8:11Speaker 1: their way and you do not bow down to their beliefs,
- 8:14Speaker 1: they can then literally kill you to get rid of
- 8:17Speaker 1: you as a roadblock. The rhetoric is getting sharper, and
- 8:21Speaker 1: the bullets are flying, and the lines, well, they're getting
- 8:24Speaker 1: more extreme. The reason polling paints this troubling picture a
- 8:30Speaker 1: significant portion of actual American voters. We're talking about millions
- 8:36Speaker 1: of voters. Twenty five percent of the Democratic Party say
- 8:40Speaker 1: political violence can be justified. Now just stop for a
- 8:44Speaker 1: moment and think about this latest assassination attempt on President Trump.
- 8:49Speaker 1: How do we get to the point or millions and
- 8:52Speaker 1: millions of Americans one in four think that it's okay
- 8:58Speaker 1: to kill someone, to hurt someone because they've voted for
- 9:02Speaker 1: something you disagree with. Now that's not some fringe entitlement
- 9:07Speaker 1: on the internet. That's a real, measurable slice of the
- 9:12Speaker 1: American population, the American electorate. And no matter your politics,
- 9:17Speaker 1: whether you're Republican, a Democrat, and independent, you should be
- 9:21Speaker 1: terrified knowing that in the United States of America, one
- 9:25Speaker 1: out of four Democratic voters thinks they can kill you
- 9:28Speaker 1: if they don't like what you're saying. Because once people
- 9:31Speaker 1: start believing that violence is a legitimate answer, a legitimate
- 9:35Speaker 1: political tool, we are no longer justibating ideas. We're entering
- 9:40Speaker 1: a new dangerous territory. It's basically a coup whenever you
- 9:44Speaker 1: want it. And it's time that we're honest about connecting
- 9:48Speaker 1: these dots. It is, in fact, the education system is
- 9:52Speaker 1: breeding a generation to hate this country. And when you
- 9:55Speaker 1: have massive financial power from the teachers' unions, that money
- 9:59Speaker 1: is now flowing heavily into one side of the political spectrum,
- 10:03Speaker 1: and a growing acceptance, at least among some of extreme tactics,
- 10:07Speaker 1: including assassinating a sitting president. So that brings up the
- 10:11Speaker 1: big question, what kind of environment has left created because
- 10:17Speaker 1: these institutions, they don't just reflect culture, they literally shape it.
- 10:22Speaker 1: And that's why Democrats chose years ago to take over
- 10:25Speaker 1: our education systems and they've done it completely. And when
- 10:29Speaker 1: organizations tied directly by the way to our schools are
- 10:33Speaker 1: deeply involved and the radical partisan politics, what happens then, well,
- 10:40Speaker 1: what gets emphasized in the classroom is what they believe.
- 10:43Speaker 1: It's how literally the books are written, It's how the
- 10:46Speaker 1: issues are framed, it's how the papers are assigned, it's
- 10:50Speaker 1: how the discussions are organized, and it's how the next
- 10:54Speaker 1: generation then understands America and politics itself. So the message
- 11:00Speaker 1: that we all need to understand right now is this,
- 11:04Speaker 1: If major institutions are fully engaged in partisan battles with
- 11:08Speaker 1: our tax dours and pouring massive resources into ideological causes,
- 11:14Speaker 1: while part of the political base are becoming more accepting
- 11:16Speaker 1: of this extreme rhetoric, then what are we actually teaching
- 11:20Speaker 1: our kids? What are we teaching them directly? And also
- 11:24Speaker 1: what are we teaching them indirectly? Are we teaching debate, No,
- 11:29Speaker 1: what we are teaching is violence. We're teaching literal division.
- 11:34Speaker 1: Are we encouraging critical thinking? No, we are enforcing and
- 11:39Speaker 1: reinforcing that your political ideology is supreme over all others.
- 11:44Speaker 1: There is no grand debate, and if the other side wins,
- 11:47Speaker 1: you just kill them. Because kids are watching all of this,
- 11:52Speaker 1: they're absorbing everything in the classroom, and then they're forming
- 11:56Speaker 1: their own understanding of how the world works, how America works. Now,
- 12:00Speaker 1: hopefully this is a wake up call for parents. It's
- 12:04Speaker 1: why we're seeing in some places in the country. Parents
- 12:07Speaker 1: are showing up by the thousands at school board meetings
- 12:10Speaker 1: across this country, not because they want to fight with teachers,
- 12:14Speaker 1: because now they're demanding answers. They're asking the basic questions
- 12:17Speaker 1: we should have been asking years ago. Why is education
- 12:21Speaker 1: becoming a political indoctrination. Why are unions spending billions on
- 12:28Speaker 1: issues outside of the classroom, And why does it feel
- 12:31Speaker 1: like ideology is creeping into spaces that used to be
- 12:35Speaker 1: and are supposed to be neutral. These aren't unreasonable questions,
- 12:41Speaker 1: they're basic accountability questions. We also know there's some simple truths.
- 12:47Speaker 1: Money and power. Well, they're one and the same, and
- 12:51Speaker 1: when you have both, when they're used for evil, there
- 12:54Speaker 1: are real consequences. Money power is either a positive or
- 13:00Speaker 1: a negative, And what we're witnessing right now is when
- 13:04Speaker 1: the left spends a billion dollars on politics, not only
- 13:07Speaker 1: they gain hearts and minds and influence, but when they
- 13:10Speaker 1: gain that influence, they're now shaping the outcome of what
- 13:13Speaker 1: happens next. And when you shape those outcomes demanding that
- 13:17Speaker 1: there is political violence, that's exactly what is happening right now.
- 13:23Speaker 1: So if you want to know why a guy by
- 13:25Speaker 1: the name of Donald Trump got shot at yet again,
- 13:28Speaker 1: let's be clear, it is because of what these kids
- 13:32Speaker 1: have been indoctrinated to believe. It is because the radical
- 13:36Speaker 1: left now has convinced twenty five percent of their own party,
- 13:41Speaker 1: and that number actually may be higher. There's some that
- 13:43Speaker 1: may have lied to the pollsters, not really wanting to
- 13:46Speaker 1: say out loud that they believe in political violence, but
- 13:49Speaker 1: that those that laugh about when the president gets shot
- 13:52Speaker 1: saying they wish the shooter would have been better at it.
- 13:56Speaker 1: You know those people you see on social media that
- 13:58Speaker 1: hide behind their computer screen. So here we are a
- 14:02Speaker 1: third assassination attempt others we don't know about that were
- 14:07Speaker 1: foiled before they became actual plans that were actually taken
- 14:11Speaker 1: to the president and a teacher's union or unions that
- 14:16Speaker 1: are spending more than a billion dollars to influence the
- 14:20Speaker 1: minds of our children to think and believe that killing
- 14:25Speaker 1: someone you disagree with is warranted, is just, is appropriate.
- 14:33Speaker 1: That is how we've gotten where we are today.
