- 1:58Speaker 1: Come on your baby now. Uh huh, I shall will
- 2:03Speaker 1: good morning everybody you are listening to the voice, Come
- 2:07Speaker 1: on dig me now. One and only Steve Harvey got
- 2:11Speaker 1: a radio show, man, o man o man? How many
- 2:15Speaker 1: times I got to say that before I get tired
- 2:18Speaker 1: of it. I think it's gonna be a minute, folks.
- 2:21Speaker 1: I gotta be real with you, because, boy, that Steve
- 2:24Speaker 1: Harvey got a radio show man, clear indication of how
- 2:30Speaker 1: God can do some unexpected, wonderful things for you, how
- 2:35Speaker 1: he leads your life in directions that you never ever
- 2:38Speaker 1: saw coming. You know. I was talking with somebody the
- 2:40Speaker 1: other day and they were talking about how man, they
- 2:44Speaker 1: were young and they were doing things, and they never
- 2:47Speaker 1: knew that the things that they were doing as a
- 2:49Speaker 1: youngster would come and helped form who they were today
- 2:55Speaker 1: as an adult. This guy's fifty years old, and you know,
- 2:59Speaker 1: the same thing for you, If you look back on
- 3:02Speaker 1: your life and all of the things that you've done,
- 3:05Speaker 1: it helps shape you into who you are now. This
- 3:09Speaker 1: is provided now that you take the positive approach. Now
- 3:13Speaker 1: when I say look back at your life and see
- 3:15Speaker 1: what you've done, that doesn't mean dwell on the misfortunate moments,
- 3:20Speaker 1: because the misfortunate moments were necessary. I know it. It's
- 3:23Speaker 1: hard to see that when it's happening to you, but
- 3:26Speaker 1: the unfortunate moments are necessary. You know, what really makes
- 3:31Speaker 1: you appreciate summer vacation is winter work. What really makes
- 3:37Speaker 1: you appreciate a walk on the beach, it's when it's cold,
- 3:40Speaker 1: it is raining outside. What really makes you appreciate when
- 3:45Speaker 1: you're up, it's because you've been down. See if you
- 3:48Speaker 1: are up all the time. Just the nature of us
- 3:52Speaker 1: as human beings, we would lose our appreciation for because
- 3:56Speaker 1: it becomes case urah, whatever it is, well, it is
- 3:59Speaker 1: what it is. I'm just what what what you take
- 4:02Speaker 1: it for? Granted, it becomes expected. But what happens in life, say,
- 4:06Speaker 1: is it has so many twisting turns and then you
- 4:09Speaker 1: learn how to deal with those twisting turns, which makes
- 4:12Speaker 1: you now a more experienced person. And then when the
- 4:15Speaker 1: sunny days come, man, you go wild. It's really nice outside.
- 4:19Speaker 1: You really want to appreciate how warm weather. Just stay
- 4:21Speaker 1: in a bunch of cold weather all the time. I'm
- 4:24Speaker 1: you know what I'm saying. I'm just this is really
- 4:26Speaker 1: really simple and now analogies, but it helps you along
- 4:29Speaker 1: the way. Now here's what I came to say today
- 4:33Speaker 1: to everybody out there. And this has helped me in
- 4:36Speaker 1: my life. I can't tell you what it's done for me,
- 4:40Speaker 1: but a lot of people are struggling with moving forward
- 4:45Speaker 1: with their future, their future plans, their future goals, their
- 4:50Speaker 1: future aspirations, their future hopes, their future dreams. Just simply
- 4:57Speaker 1: that your future wants a lot of people trying to
- 5:00Speaker 1: have a hard time mapping out their future. Even what
- 5:03Speaker 1: I'm gonna do, what I'm gonna be, what I'm gonna
- 5:07Speaker 1: make harm or go about it? What do I do next?
- 5:11Speaker 1: I want to share something with you that I had
- 5:13Speaker 1: to come to terms with the quickest way to lose
- 5:16Speaker 1: focus on your future is to keep focusing on your past.
- 5:22Speaker 1: You know, It's like I said at the beginning. You
- 5:24Speaker 1: know when I say it's wonderful to look at your
- 5:26Speaker 1: life and review it, because if you look at it,
- 5:29Speaker 1: it'll tell you it really helps shape inform you today
- 5:34Speaker 1: as the person you are now. If you look at
- 5:37Speaker 1: it in a positive sense. But if you dwell in
- 5:40Speaker 1: harp on the negative that's happened to you, then that
- 5:44Speaker 1: keeps you from seeing the good in the incident, every
- 5:47Speaker 1: bad thing that's happened to you, that was a silver
- 5:50Speaker 1: lining behind it. I know people who were on drugs
- 5:54Speaker 1: who finally, man just got sent to prison for stealing
- 5:57Speaker 1: because of a habit. I know Cat Soul Dope. Well,
- 6:01Speaker 1: he went to prison. He told me one time. He said, Steve,
- 6:05Speaker 1: it's man, this is the best thing ever happened to
- 6:07Speaker 1: me to save my life. Now, most people would think,
- 6:10Speaker 1: how in the world is going to prison helpful for you?
- 6:14Speaker 1: The brother said, it saved my life. First of all,
- 6:18Speaker 1: it got me clean. He said, I've been cleaned for
- 6:20Speaker 1: five years from sitting in him. That's for starters. I'm cleaned.
- 6:25Speaker 1: I ain't still in no more. I ain't putting myself
- 6:28Speaker 1: in jeopard and I ain't jeopardizing nobody else. He said. Now, man,
- 6:32Speaker 1: I don't went to college. Iudn't got a college degree
- 6:35Speaker 1: while I met him. Then he was released from prison,
- 6:38Speaker 1: and the brother's life was completely turned around. He married,
- 6:43Speaker 1: he got a family, he got a great job. He'd
- 6:46Speaker 1: go to work every day. He's a productive citizen. I mean.
- 6:49Speaker 1: So he looks back on his incarceration, even his drug abuse,
- 6:56Speaker 1: and it taught him how to appreciate the things in
- 6:59Speaker 1: life that he had for granted and was missing because
- 7:01Speaker 1: he said, man, my life was just in a blur.
- 7:04Speaker 1: I didn't even know what was going on. He said,
- 7:07Speaker 1: Now I appreciate every day I wake up. That's what
- 7:10Speaker 1: I mean. Even in your missteps in life, there is
- 7:14Speaker 1: a purpose for the missteps. Every time you fail, there
- 7:18Speaker 1: was a reason for the failure. See what I had
- 7:21Speaker 1: to do was I had to learn that all of
- 7:23Speaker 1: my failures taught me how to get back up. So
- 7:27Speaker 1: I became a very strong and tough person in getting
- 7:30Speaker 1: back up. And then I was down and out so
- 7:33Speaker 1: long that it taught me how to really appreciate the up.
- 7:37Speaker 1: And so I've taken all of that and used it
- 7:41Speaker 1: those experiences that happened to me, and I became a
- 7:45Speaker 1: more experienced person. So next time when people talk about
- 7:48Speaker 1: me who don't know me, it don't shake me because
- 7:52Speaker 1: everybody not gonna like you. Man, you might as well
- 7:54Speaker 1: gonna get on this train right now. And so what
- 7:57Speaker 1: I'm saying to you out there is the quickest way
- 8:00Speaker 1: to lose focus on your future is to keep focusing
- 8:03Speaker 1: on your path. Let it go. Yeah yeah, yeah, he left.
- 8:08Speaker 1: Sometimes the breakup is the blessing. I know it's hard
- 8:11Speaker 1: to break up because now you're loaning you by yourself.
- 8:14Speaker 1: But man, but when you're in misery, When you was
- 8:16Speaker 1: in that, weren't you in complete misery in that? Now
- 8:21Speaker 1: you kept asking God to fix it. But it takes
- 8:23Speaker 1: two people to fix a relationship. It don't just take one.
- 8:27Speaker 1: It takes two to make a thing go right. It
- 8:30Speaker 1: takes two to make it out of sight. You really
- 8:34Speaker 1: do have to have two people wanting a relationship to work.
- 8:37Speaker 1: It can't just be one person wanting relationship. So you
- 8:40Speaker 1: can pray about the relationship all you want. If the
- 8:42Speaker 1: other person don't want you no more and ain't gonna
- 8:45Speaker 1: act right, you can't make him do that or you
- 8:48Speaker 1: can't make her do that. But you steady asking God
- 8:52Speaker 1: for a new relationship. But you are yet to be
- 8:56Speaker 1: grateful that you are in a position to have a relation, relationship,
- 9:00Speaker 1: and you keep harping on the pass. You don't think
- 9:02Speaker 1: he hear that. I'm just a dude with a show,
- 9:05Speaker 1: and I hear it all the time. Let it go,
- 9:08Speaker 1: go forward. It's over. You made it, He bought you
- 9:12Speaker 1: through it, You conquered, you survived it. Why are you
- 9:17Speaker 1: dwelling on it and making it the cross around your
- 9:21Speaker 1: neck when clearly he had removed it for you. Now,
- 9:24Speaker 1: all you got to do is come on. So if
- 9:27Speaker 1: you're sitting behind him walls, brothers and sisters, I'm talking
- 9:30Speaker 1: directly to you sometimes. Man, you just got to get
- 9:33Speaker 1: it right. All this repeat offending the business that's for?
- 9:36Speaker 1: Who is that for? How ignorant can you be to
- 9:40Speaker 1: keep giving your life back to the penal system? Be free, man,
- 9:44Speaker 1: walk the streets, do the right thing. Ask God to
- 9:47Speaker 1: help connect you. He could do anything. You think he
- 9:50Speaker 1: can't give you a job? Are you serious? Man? Put
- 9:53Speaker 1: some faith on it. Let's move forward, y'all. Let it go.
- 9:55Speaker 1: Let's move you're listening, ladies, gentlemen, let me have your
- 10:04Speaker 1: undivided attention. Please. It is now time to commence with
- 10:09Speaker 1: the baddest radio show on Earth in the free world,
- 10:16Speaker 1: all communist countries included, and anybody that practices any form
- 10:25Speaker 1: of ignorance in that country, including United States. Welcome to

- 14:24Speaker 1: CAMEO love them, but yeah, I love one, cameoll cameo,
- 14:30Speaker 1: got to go for me because it's just too many
- 14:32Speaker 1: hits in their mother up. But before they go, I
- 14:36Speaker 1: need them to sing hanging downtown one more. I got
- 14:42Speaker 1: one more in vo Supremes s w V paddle the
- 14:48Speaker 1: bell in the blue Bells, I will fight you Overpreme.
- 14:56Speaker 1: The Supremes made all of these, Yes, yeah, Wilson, No,
- 15:04Speaker 1: they made all of this so they may InVogue and yeah.
- 15:08Speaker 1: So you have to understand that that was invoked some
- 15:10Speaker 1: singles good Lord and good Lord Jesus, and they just
- 15:23Speaker 1: got beat out of time the Lord. But be clear
- 15:29Speaker 1: that anywhere all right, here we go, all right, Steve,
- 15:35Speaker 1: this one is from Steve and Macon. Uh. I'm a
- 15:38Speaker 1: fifty seven year old man. My wife is fifty five.
- 15:41Speaker 1: We've been married for five years. I met her at
- 15:43Speaker 1: an after hours club and my nephew introduced us, but
- 15:46Speaker 1: he told me that I shouldn't marry her After five years.
- 15:50Speaker 1: I finally asked him why. He said he could show
- 15:53Speaker 1: me better than he could tell me, and he came
- 15:55Speaker 1: over to my house with a bag of videos. We
- 15:57Speaker 1: went to the basement and watched the first All of
- 16:01Speaker 1: the tapes were porn videos of my wife from thirty
- 16:04Speaker 1: years ago. I asked my wife about them, and she
- 16:08Speaker 1: told me that she was young and broke at the time.
- 16:10Speaker 1: She's not wild in the bedroom with me at all.
- 16:14Speaker 1: So I'm feeling a little slighted here. As far as
- 16:17Speaker 1: I'm concerned. We're done. My nephew says, I'm wrong for that.
- 16:21Speaker 1: What do you think? Wow, I think your nephew is wrong,
- 16:25Speaker 1: so that I think you would you was having what
- 16:28Speaker 1: you was having, liking what you was liking. I don't
- 16:30Speaker 1: know why, you little punk ass nephew came over there
- 16:33Speaker 1: some bag of damn videos. Anyway, man, you know. But
- 16:36Speaker 1: now y'all met at an after hours joint, and nobody
- 16:41Speaker 1: on this show been to one of them in years.
- 16:43Speaker 1: A matter of fact that nobody on this show been
- 16:46Speaker 1: to one but me and me and Jay the only
- 16:51Speaker 1: one in this gut right here into an after hour club.
- 16:55Speaker 1: And I'm telling you right now, when you go up
- 16:57Speaker 1: in there, you know what's happening. Okay, it's not like
- 17:01Speaker 1: an after party party after difference. After the club. Everything
- 17:08Speaker 1: in that illegal. Yeah, all the liquor illegal, the gambling illegal,
- 17:14Speaker 1: The activities is illegal. All illegal people come there to
- 17:18Speaker 1: continue illegal after after activities. After the club is it
- 17:23Speaker 1: don't open to the club? Close? Who old at two am? Yeah,
- 17:27Speaker 1: that's but trouble every room trouble. You need to knock
- 17:34Speaker 1: before you go in there. Here's the deal with this
- 17:37Speaker 1: letter though, I mean with this question. He's mad because
- 17:40Speaker 1: she's not wild in the bedroom with him. He feels slighted.
- 17:44Speaker 1: So he said we done. He tripping on the on
- 17:46Speaker 1: the pictures too. Yeah, but you know that that ain't know.
- 17:50Speaker 1: You know, she told you what's happening. Bro. You can
- 17:52Speaker 1: let bigsty that was thirty years ago. I think your
- 17:56Speaker 1: nephew is a little punk. Yeah. And a couple of
- 18:00Speaker 1: them videos though, just so we can see what you
- 18:02Speaker 1: really talk. Anonymous in Maryland, sends us the next question, Steve,
- 18:06Speaker 1: I am thirty seven year old woman and I recently
- 18:09Speaker 1: got engaged to a man I've been with for three years.
- 18:12Speaker 1: I have a great job as a department head, and
- 18:15Speaker 1: he started his own company a year ago. It is
- 18:18Speaker 1: taken off and is doing well, but in twenty nineteen
- 18:22Speaker 1: he only made twenty thousand dollars. I helped him with
- 18:25Speaker 1: his finances along the way, so I was shocked to
- 18:28Speaker 1: receive a prenuptial agreement from his attorney a few days
- 18:31Speaker 1: after he proposed. I asked my fiance why, and he
- 18:35Speaker 1: said he wants to be sure his assets are protected
- 18:37Speaker 1: in case of divorce. Wouldn't they be our assets once
- 18:41Speaker 1: we are married? Am I looking at this wrong? Well?
- 18:45Speaker 1: You know, it's just some people believe in prenupts and
- 18:50Speaker 1: some people don't. Now, you helped him get to where
- 18:53Speaker 1: he had. Now he think he fitting to be flat
- 18:55Speaker 1: and he want to make sure that if something happened,
- 18:57Speaker 1: you don't get a piece of the flat. But you
- 18:59Speaker 1: help till along the way. You know, hey, what you
- 19:03Speaker 1: ought to do is you ought to have him sounded
- 19:04Speaker 1: pretty enough. He don't want only got twenty thousand dollars here.
- 19:07Speaker 1: That's the poverty level right there. The hell you sign
- 19:10Speaker 1: it a paper ful? He don't want, ain't got a
- 19:12Speaker 1: damn thing, And if you take his name off to
- 19:15Speaker 1: lease his asses out, he ain't got credit and nothing
- 19:18Speaker 1: with twenty thousand, So bye. No, I wouldn't have signed
- 19:21Speaker 1: a damn thing you signed here, signed mine? Yeah, that's
- 19:28Speaker 1: kind of crazy, all right. Anita in Chicago writes, I
- 19:31Speaker 1: am a twenty eight year old female and I live
- 19:33Speaker 1: in a nice building with the worst neighbors above me.
- 19:36Speaker 1: Since the quarantine, they exercise constantly, doing jumping jacks, jumping robes,
- 19:41Speaker 1: lifting weights and dropping them. It's a young couple with
- 19:44Speaker 1: the toddler, and as soon as the baby wakes up,
- 19:46Speaker 1: she runs across the floor all day. I work from
- 19:48Speaker 1: home and they're at home all day too. I finally
- 19:51Speaker 1: went up to talk to them, and the lady of
- 19:53Speaker 1: the house called me a Karen. I'm black, so I
- 19:56Speaker 1: can't be a Karen. I wasn't trying to harasp them,
- 19:59Speaker 1: but it's not fair for them to disturb me all
- 20:01Speaker 1: of the time. How can I handle this without getting
- 20:04Speaker 1: into a fight. No, now you're gonna have to move
- 20:07Speaker 1: because it don't sound like you. Nobody asks in that house.
- 20:11Speaker 1: Jumping Jackson, exercising from the time they wake up, and
- 20:14Speaker 1: the damn baby acting now just sound like an ask
- 20:17Speaker 1: for him. You keep knocking on this, don't know you've
- 20:19Speaker 1: already told you already called you canning run there and
- 20:23Speaker 1: get that canned type ask with now, because the end
- 20:26Speaker 1: that lifting weights and jumping jackson, exercise, the baby, running
- 20:30Speaker 1: the damn baby, and shape everybody up there and ship
- 20:34Speaker 1: and you don't waddle your ass up there after taking
- 20:37Speaker 1: it for damn near the whole quarantine. You gotta stay
- 20:40Speaker 1: your ass in that house and start looking for someplace
- 20:42Speaker 1: else to live, because you run back up there one
- 20:45Speaker 1: more damn time, I'll be wearing one of them waits,
- 20:50Speaker 1: thank you, thank you, thank you. See oh yeah, coming
- 20:54Speaker 1: out next. Have you tell me in the building to
- 20:56Speaker 1: run that prank back right after this. You're listening Steve
- 21:00Speaker 1: Harvey Morning Show coming up at the top of the hour,
- 21:04Speaker 1: Miss Anne, we'll be here with our national news. And
- 21:07Speaker 1: in today's entertainment news, Kanye West filed more presidential candidacy
- 21:11Speaker 1: paperwork yesterday, and uh Tory Lane's allegedly, Steve, you were
- 21:16Speaker 1: right about this when allegedly shot Megan the Stallion. We'll
- 21:20Speaker 1: talk about the story you said it believe you first
- 21:26Speaker 1: forty eight. Yeah, we'll talk about these stories at the
- 21:30Speaker 1: top of the hour. Right now, nephew is here to
- 21:32Speaker 1: run that prank back. What you got for us, Nap,
- 21:35Speaker 1: I got Leicster Tuckle, That's what I got. I got less. Fuck,
- 21:42Speaker 1: I paid her, I paid up, I paid the building.
- 21:44Speaker 1: This trader Tucker, let's go cat. Yes, I'm trying to
- 21:52Speaker 1: reach a Leicster Tucker. This is Lester Tucker. All right,
- 21:55Speaker 1: miss Tuck? How you doing? This? Is our Curtis Walking
- 21:57Speaker 1: soul brother number nine. I'm with the BP of A

- 31:57Speaker 1: And who's going to vote for him? A lot of
- 32:00Speaker 1: people will. There's some plus. There's some plus is about Tanye.
- 32:04Speaker 1: I mean, yeah, you want to hear him, you want
- 32:08Speaker 1: to hear Okay. Number one, Kanye has a great smile.
- 32:12Speaker 1: We have to admit that he's got a fantastic man. Yeah,
- 32:17Speaker 1: he has the ability to speak to the people of
- 32:19Speaker 1: all races. I mean, we don't always know what he's saying,
- 32:22Speaker 1: but he can speak to him. Okay, if he wins,
- 32:28Speaker 1: we will definitely have a brand new national anthem. That
- 32:31Speaker 1: would be funky. I mean, the Aeration Party gonna be off.
- 32:34Speaker 1: The Chaine jay Z Megan the Stadion when she gets

- 32:48Speaker 1: he's been to church. Yes he is. He's now he
- 32:54Speaker 1: really is a self made millionaire Kanye. And here's the
- 32:58Speaker 1: good part about Kanye. He's the good people do when
- 33:01Speaker 1: they say there is a big ass in the White House.
- 33:06Speaker 1: We won't be talking about Trump. I absolutely hate you.
- 33:13Speaker 1: Make sure you vote in November. Please absolutely to me.
- 33:25Speaker 1: Oh my goodness, the birthday party. Okay, all right, come on, Steve.
- 33:30Speaker 1: Time for today's headline. Ladies and gentlemen, miss A and trimp. Okay,
- 33:34Speaker 1: thank you very much. This is a trip with the
- 33:35Speaker 1: news well with people of color still the hardest hit
- 33:38Speaker 1: by the coronavirus. The Republican Governor of Georgia Bryant Kemp
- 33:42Speaker 1: has issued an executive order that forbids local governments from
- 33:45Speaker 1: mandating the use of face mask and he says he's
- 33:48Speaker 1: ready to sue. However, Atlanta Democratic Mayor Kesha Lance Bottoms,
- 33:52Speaker 1: who recently tested positive for the virus herself, did just that.
- 33:56Speaker 1: She ordered folks in her city, Atlanta, to cover their faces,
- 33:59Speaker 1: just like the mayor of Savannah, and at least a
- 34:01Speaker 1: dozen other cities in Georgia have in hopes of slowing
- 34:04Speaker 1: the COVID nineteen infections. Flotter is recording a record single
- 34:07Speaker 1: day COVID related deaths one hundred and fifty six with
- 34:10Speaker 1: fourteen thousand new infections in that state. Texas has recorded
- 34:14Speaker 1: ten thousand new infections about that anyway, for each of
- 34:17Speaker 1: the last three days, and Houston is the hardest hit.
- 34:20Speaker 1: So Governor Andrew Cuomo says he's helping out. Unfortunately, we
- 34:24Speaker 1: learned these lessons in New York the hard way. We
- 34:27Speaker 1: had to go through it. Why we have to repeat
- 34:32Speaker 1: the mistake across the country. I have no idea. Cuomo
- 34:35Speaker 1: has sent two dozen healthcare workers and supplies to that
- 34:37Speaker 1: city to health also set up a couple of testing
- 34:40Speaker 1: centers we'll get this. Only days after President Trump retweeted
- 34:44Speaker 1: a contention about COVID nineteen by Chuck Willery, the former
- 34:47Speaker 1: game show host. Twitter accounts has been taken down and
- 34:50Speaker 1: is word that Chuck Willery's son has the coronavirus. Willery,
- 34:54Speaker 1: who claims his career has been ruined because he's a
- 34:56Speaker 1: staunch Trump supporter, went on Twitter to say, quote, the
- 34:59Speaker 1: most out rageous lives are the ones about COVID nineteen.
- 35:02Speaker 1: Everybody is lying, the CDC media, Democrats are doctors that
- 35:06Speaker 1: we are told to trust. I think that's all about
- 35:09Speaker 1: the election and keeping the economy from coming back, which
- 35:11Speaker 1: is the about the election, And I'm sick of it.
- 35:13Speaker 1: That's what he said. Now his twittercount again down in
- 35:16Speaker 1: his own son now infected with coronavirus, like I said,
- 35:19Speaker 1: reports to Willie, his own son diagnosed. How Speaker Nancy
- 35:22Speaker 1: Pelosi meanwhile urging Republican control senators and President Trump, who
- 35:26Speaker 1: passed the next coronavirus relief package. The legislation contains another
- 35:30Speaker 1: round of direct payments and currently stalled in Congress. The US,
- 35:34Speaker 1: UK and Canada claim Russia is trying to steal information
- 35:37Speaker 1: on a possible coronavirus vaccine all three nations, alleging a
- 35:40Speaker 1: certain hacking group called APT twenty nine is part of
- 35:44Speaker 1: the Russian intelligence Service and that's what they're doing. CBSTV
- 35:47Speaker 1: has signed a multi year agreement with the NAACP to
- 35:50Speaker 1: create content for broadcast, cable and streaming platforms. Kanye West
- 35:55Speaker 1: made the presidential ballot, they say in Oklahoma. That's what
- 35:59Speaker 1: they say, only today's national wig out damning with a
- 36:03Speaker 1: long beautiful hair. Yeah, wig outdud. What you gotta do
- 36:06Speaker 1: but register the vote. Now, back to the Steve Harvey
- 36:09Speaker 1: Morning Show. You're listening Steve Harvey Morning Show. All right,
- 36:14Speaker 1: Jay Anthony Brown here to murder another hit. What's you guy?
- 36:17Speaker 1: For us? Jay? What's your guy? Oh my god, I
- 36:20Speaker 1: don't know. We might have some friends over this one.
- 36:23Speaker 1: We always do, you know? Are you? The question is?
- 36:27Speaker 1: Are you and Will really tight? That's that's a Steve Harder.
- 36:31Speaker 1: We're cool. We don't cool, We don't talk or nothing,
- 36:34Speaker 1: but we're cool when we see each other. I'm fan off.
- 36:38Speaker 1: We love well. You don't want to see her after
- 36:40Speaker 1: this song, I'm assuming it had to be sung. This
- 36:43Speaker 1: had to be sucked than writing. Thank you Ralph Hawkins
- 36:47Speaker 1: Junior for helping me. It just had to be. So
- 36:49Speaker 1: let's hear it. He it is hit it NA. I
- 36:57Speaker 1: know you probably hurt. But now my wife got turned
- 37:00Speaker 1: up side down by a dude named August and it
- 37:03Speaker 1: ain't fair. Man. That is how you treat the Prince
- 37:05Speaker 1: of bel Air from the street to New Orleans, born
- 37:17Speaker 1: and raised in the hospital where he spend most of
- 37:19Speaker 1: his day. Now he was really sick. So I played
- 37:22Speaker 1: the fool while he was writing music. But nagked in
- 37:24Speaker 1: my fool and he was banging my wife. He was
- 37:26Speaker 1: giving a wood people's on hanging in my neighborhood. He
- 37:29Speaker 1: keeps imaging my wife because I wasn't there. He said,
- 37:32Speaker 1: I'm on the red table eggs I've been near. I
- 37:43Speaker 1: rolled up through the house around four or five, and
- 37:46Speaker 1: you can smell the sex going on from way outside
- 37:49Speaker 1: all of my kingdom. Yes, I called him in there. Now,
- 37:51Speaker 1: that ain't no way to treat the Prince of bel Air.
- 37:54Speaker 1: I'm making all the money, I mean all the money.
- 37:57Speaker 1: Bad boys, one, two, and three. You wasn't independent until
- 38:01Speaker 1: I did. Independence day didn't set it out. You can't
- 38:04Speaker 1: be living off that money. Money j Anthony Brown. Oh
- 38:19Speaker 1: you are we your only friends? I think we all
- 38:24Speaker 1: as now show? Oh I gotta close my mom? You
- 38:31Speaker 1: r and Ralph Hawkers Junior? Did that? Man? Play it again? Man,
- 38:42Speaker 1: run it back? Hit rewind. No, I'm gonna call the call. Please,
- 38:48Speaker 1: don't think we out of time. Look at Steve play
- 38:52Speaker 1: the last thirty seconds. I ain't gonna have no damn
- 38:56Speaker 1: friends already. Don't hang Oh my god, you murdered that hit?
- 39:04Speaker 1: Though you did that? I mean, what's beyond what's beyond murdered?
- 39:08Speaker 1: What's wow? All right? Well, thank you, thank you? Yeah,
- 39:22Speaker 1: all right, listen coming up at thirty four minutes after
- 39:25Speaker 1: the hour. Nick Cannon is taking a break from his
- 39:27Speaker 1: radio show, and Fox has released a statement about the
- 39:30Speaker 1: Mass Singer. We'll talk about it right after that. You're
- 39:34Speaker 1: listening to show. Well, Nick Cannon says he's taking a
- 39:39Speaker 1: break from his radio show. He posted a statement on
- 39:42Speaker 1: social media saying, in part, I'm taking some time away
- 39:45Speaker 1: from our radio show so I can commit myself to
- 39:47Speaker 1: a deeper, more thorough reflection and education and quote. Also,
- 39:53Speaker 1: according to TMZ now Fox Network, you know that's the
- 39:57Speaker 1: home of the Mass Singer. Uh, well, they're saying that
- 40:01Speaker 1: they've been in talks with Nick regarding the podcast and
- 40:04Speaker 1: felt he was clear and remorseful that his words were
- 40:07Speaker 1: wrong and lacked both understanding and context and inadvertently promoted hate.
- 40:12Speaker 1: The network said, based on that conversation, it would move
- 40:16Speaker 1: forward with Nick. Nick also vowed that he is committed
- 40:20Speaker 1: to strengthening the bond between black and Jewish culture going forward,
- 40:24Speaker 1: and he has taken down the Professor Griff episode of
- 40:29Speaker 1: his podcast. I mean, I hope he does, man, I
- 40:32Speaker 1: hope Nick Nick can get cleared from this, man, I
- 40:36Speaker 1: really do, because look, man, we all, we all make mistakes,
- 40:40Speaker 1: and I just think it was a guy who co
- 40:43Speaker 1: signed some information not understanding the true facts of it
- 40:47Speaker 1: for what he was saying, of what he was saying,
- 40:50Speaker 1: and then when Griff said what he said, well that
- 40:56Speaker 1: was it. And Professor Griff is also the same guy
- 41:02Speaker 1: that was in public Enemy right, and Chuck d Neil
- 41:06Speaker 1: asked him to tone that down and he wouldn't. So
- 41:10Speaker 1: they said, OK, yeah, so can we do drumline too?
- 41:15Speaker 1: If he's got the time. It's not right now. You
- 41:18Speaker 1: can't be asking is it always about what you need?

- 57:23Speaker 1: Subject I hate to break up with my girlfriend's children.
- 57:28Speaker 1: Dear Stephen Shirley. About six years ago, I wrote in
- 57:33Speaker 1: to get some advice about a woman I was messing with.
- 57:35Speaker 1: You may not recall my letter, but I'm married and
- 57:38Speaker 1: I was having an affair with the lady and it
- 57:41Speaker 1: was getting out of control. I was very connected with
- 57:44Speaker 1: this woman and I had started paying her bills and
- 57:47Speaker 1: helping her take care of her children. The children had
- 57:50Speaker 1: grown fond of me and had no idea that I
- 57:53Speaker 1: was married and had a whole other life with my wife.
- 57:57Speaker 1: Things got crazy with me and the other woman, and
- 58:00Speaker 1: I came over on two separate occasions and caught her
- 58:03Speaker 1: in the bed with another man. She told me I
- 58:06Speaker 1: can't control what she does when I'm not around. Each
- 58:10Speaker 1: time she told me I need to call her before
- 58:13Speaker 1: I pop up at her house. Well, I have a
- 58:16Speaker 1: key and I pay the bills, so that's not going
- 58:19Speaker 1: to happen. There is no excuse for me cheating on
- 58:22Speaker 1: my wife for the past seven years. But I'm definitely
- 58:26Speaker 1: leading a double life between my wife and girlfriend. We argue,
- 58:31Speaker 1: break up, and make up like a normal couple. So
- 58:34Speaker 1: here is my problem, Here is your prob Okay, I've
- 58:38Speaker 1: found out that she started messing with the same guy
- 58:41Speaker 1: I call her with years ago, and he's been spending
- 58:44Speaker 1: the night at her house. She admitted to sleeping with him,
- 58:47Speaker 1: and she was upset that I found out. I broke
- 58:50Speaker 1: up with her for good. This time, she's been calling
- 58:53Speaker 1: me and crying, begging for me to work things out
- 58:56Speaker 1: with her. She had the children call and leave a
- 58:59Speaker 1: message saying they love me and miss me. My wife
- 59:02Speaker 1: and I don't have our own kids, so I do
- 59:06Speaker 1: love my girlfriend's three children as my own. But this
- 59:09Speaker 1: relationship is worth fighting for. It's not worth fighting for anymore.
- 59:14Speaker 1: I know it's time for me to focus on my
- 59:16Speaker 1: wife more. So should I explain to her children what's
- 59:20Speaker 1: been going on for years? Or should I walk away
- 59:23Speaker 1: and let her deal with the children? Well, I mean,
- 59:26Speaker 1: I don't think you should be the one explaining anything.
- 59:30Speaker 1: This is up to their mom, because, like you say,
- 59:33Speaker 1: you've broken up with her for good. But I still
- 59:36Speaker 1: can't believe that you didn't mention that there was a
- 59:39Speaker 1: problem until the middle of the letter. All this stuff
- 59:41Speaker 1: has been going on. You've been cheating on your wife
- 59:43Speaker 1: for seven years. You were taking care of her and
- 59:47Speaker 1: her kids. You had a key to the house, paying
- 59:49Speaker 1: her bills. Dude, you were living a double life, A
- 59:52Speaker 1: serious double life. How did you get away with this? Cheating? Lyne?
- 59:56Speaker 1: Just to everyone, the kids, the grown people, everybody, this
- 1:00:01Speaker 1: is just a mess. And the woman you're cheating with
- 1:00:03Speaker 1: is way too much. What is she doing? You called
- 1:00:06Speaker 1: her twice in the bed with other guys. I mean,
- 1:00:09Speaker 1: why would you go back with her after you found
- 1:00:11Speaker 1: that out? Anyway, I think she's right, of course that
- 1:00:15Speaker 1: she can sleep with whoever she wants to. But aren't
- 1:00:17Speaker 1: you scared that something could come back to your wife?
- 1:00:20Speaker 1: I mean, this is a situation and you need to
- 1:00:23Speaker 1: leave this situation alone. Wow, Steve, we'll get to you. Yeah,
- 1:00:31Speaker 1: I'm strain up. Yeah all right, Uh wow, that's crazy.
- 1:00:36Speaker 1: We'll be back with part two and part one. Actually
- 1:00:38Speaker 1: if Steve's response at twenty three minutes after the hour
- 1:00:42Speaker 1: subject of today's strawberry letter, I hate to break up
- 1:00:45Speaker 1: with my girlfriend's children. Right after this you're listening to show?
- 1:00:51Speaker 1: All right, Steve, come on, let's recap today's strawberry letter.
- 1:00:54Speaker 1: I hate to break up with my girlfriend's children. You
- 1:00:58Speaker 1: know what this letter? It's not good on so many levels,
- 1:01:04Speaker 1: just the subject I hate to break up with my
- 1:01:06Speaker 1: girlfriend's children. This is a letter from a guy who's
- 1:01:09Speaker 1: trying to make himself look good in the middle of
- 1:01:12Speaker 1: something all wrong. Here we go. You wrote in for
- 1:01:17Speaker 1: some advice about a woman you was messing with. You
- 1:01:19Speaker 1: may not recall my letter. I do. I'm married at
- 1:01:23Speaker 1: having an affair. It then got out of control, but
- 1:01:26Speaker 1: I was very connected to this woman. I started paying
- 1:01:29Speaker 1: her bills and helping her take care of her children.
- 1:01:32Speaker 1: Children had grown fond of me and had no idea
- 1:01:35Speaker 1: I was married and had another life with my wife,
- 1:01:38Speaker 1: and things got crazy for me another woman. I came
- 1:01:41Speaker 1: over on two sip of thecase and caught her in
- 1:01:43Speaker 1: bed with another man. She told me I can't control
- 1:01:46Speaker 1: what she does when I'm not around, Okay, but then
- 1:01:49Speaker 1: you got mad at that. Wait, you who go home
- 1:01:53Speaker 1: and sleep with your wife? Then told this woman you're
- 1:01:56Speaker 1: sleeping with, and you're paying the bills, you don't want
- 1:01:58Speaker 1: her to sleep with nobody else. Come on, man, well
- 1:02:01Speaker 1: I got a key and I pay the bills, so
- 1:02:03Speaker 1: that's not going to happen. What's not going to happen? Brother?
- 1:02:09Speaker 1: You ain't You ain't. You ain't holding the right cards here,
- 1:02:13Speaker 1: or you might be paying the bills in the rent,
- 1:02:15Speaker 1: but and have a key and have a key. But
- 1:02:19Speaker 1: if she tell your wife, how you think that's gonna go? Partner? Hey, man,
- 1:02:26Speaker 1: you can't. You can't threaten people when you ain't got
- 1:02:28Speaker 1: the upper hand, and you do not have the upper hand.
- 1:02:32Speaker 1: There's no excuse for me cheating on my wife for
- 1:02:34Speaker 1: the past seven years. Seven years though, Hey, man, why
- 1:02:38Speaker 1: are you writing us? What do you want me or
- 1:02:42Speaker 1: Shirley to say to you? You've been cheating on your
- 1:02:45Speaker 1: girl for seven years now. You don't got yourself in
- 1:02:49Speaker 1: a situation where your girl sleeping with another dude, which
- 1:02:52Speaker 1: she got every right too, but she wronged. She wronged
- 1:02:56Speaker 1: for sleeping with you. She can do what she want
- 1:02:59Speaker 1: to do with these other men, but it's you. So
- 1:03:03Speaker 1: now you say, but I'm definitely leading a double life
- 1:03:08Speaker 1: between my wife and the girlfrid. We are to break up,
- 1:03:12Speaker 1: makeup like normal couple. So here's my problem. I found
- 1:03:15Speaker 1: out listen to this. I found out that she started
- 1:03:18Speaker 1: messing with the same guy I caught her with years ago,
- 1:03:21Speaker 1: and he's been spending the night at her house. And
- 1:03:25Speaker 1: when you walked in and caught them in bed, what
- 1:03:32Speaker 1: what did you think they were doing? But you thought
- 1:03:35Speaker 1: they were taking a nap. I think he came over
- 1:03:38Speaker 1: for lunch and just wanted to get a little shut
- 1:03:40Speaker 1: out for he going and put it in the last
- 1:03:42Speaker 1: faux for the day. Are you kidding me? Man? She
- 1:03:48Speaker 1: admitted to sleeping with him. Ye, you caught them in
- 1:03:52Speaker 1: bad together. Why does she have to admit to sleep.
- 1:03:56Speaker 1: But they was in bad together. Bro. Bro, you're talking
- 1:04:02Speaker 1: to me like I'm stupid. Man. That's what I don't like. Man.
- 1:04:05Speaker 1: And then, yeah, she was upset I found out. I
- 1:04:11Speaker 1: broke up with her for good this time. I ain't
- 1:04:13Speaker 1: gonna see you no more. She been calling me, crying,
- 1:04:16Speaker 1: begging me to work things out with her. She even
- 1:04:20Speaker 1: had the children call and leave a message saying they
- 1:04:22Speaker 1: love me and missed me. My wife and I don't
- 1:04:26Speaker 1: have my own kids, so I do love my girlfriend's
- 1:04:29Speaker 1: two children as my own, but this relationship is worth
- 1:04:34Speaker 1: fighting for any more. I know it's time for me
- 1:04:37Speaker 1: to focus on my wife more after seven years, that's
- 1:04:40Speaker 1: what you come up with. So should I explain to
- 1:04:43Speaker 1: her children what's been going on for years? Or should
- 1:04:47Speaker 1: I walk away and let her deal with the kids?
- 1:04:49Speaker 1: First of all, man, I'm not giving you no help none.
- 1:04:53Speaker 1: You don't need no help. You need all the grief
- 1:04:55Speaker 1: that's coming your way. I'm just gonna let you have it. Dog,
- 1:04:59Speaker 1: Are you kidding me? How is his wife not found out?
- 1:05:02Speaker 1: Seven years? Seven years? She's stupid, but you're sitting up
- 1:05:07Speaker 1: in here. She knows some signs, but she ignored him.
- 1:05:12Speaker 1: This is just stupid person. You can't cheat on the
- 1:05:14Speaker 1: want for seven years like that, not listen to me?
- 1:05:19Speaker 1: Or should I walk away and let her deal with
- 1:05:20Speaker 1: the kids. When you called the kids and you're gonna
- 1:05:24Speaker 1: tell them the truth, Hey, look, I will come back
- 1:05:27Speaker 1: over there. But I'm really married. So you're gonna you're
- 1:05:31Speaker 1: gonna ruin Well, I don't know how these kids are,
- 1:05:33Speaker 1: but you're gonna ruin their image of marriage. You're gonna
- 1:05:37Speaker 1: destroy the image or what they thought a good man
- 1:05:40Speaker 1: was because that's what they thought you was out And
- 1:05:43Speaker 1: now you're gonna ruin these kids by telling them what's
- 1:05:45Speaker 1: really going on? Are you? Oh not? Well, I was
- 1:05:48Speaker 1: gonna tell you stupid but I already know that, so bro,
- 1:05:52Speaker 1: and you didn't wrote in and the letter was years
- 1:05:55Speaker 1: old that he wrote in before. It's it's really sad
- 1:05:58Speaker 1: man for you, bro, but it's really sad for this
- 1:06:01Speaker 1: woman that she can't see herself without you. But you
- 1:06:06Speaker 1: are pretty good, sugar daddy, because you've been paying for
- 1:06:08Speaker 1: written notice and all this here you got a little key,
- 1:06:11Speaker 1: so yeah, but when but you do have some surprises
- 1:06:16Speaker 1: when you turn that key though, Oh you didn't turn
- 1:06:20Speaker 1: the key to that though, and over the whoa they
- 1:06:24Speaker 1: got her first? You gotta call me. I know, I don't.
- 1:06:28Speaker 1: I pay the bills right here, and I got a
- 1:06:30Speaker 1: key show that ain't gonna happen. Well, you're gonna keep
- 1:06:32Speaker 1: on getting surprised, then come on double life. Yeah. And
- 1:06:37Speaker 1: now when you're mad at her because he's the same
- 1:06:39Speaker 1: dude you caught her with before, well you got the
- 1:06:43Speaker 1: same wife for seven years at least, So bro, I
- 1:06:49Speaker 1: can't help you, madam. Sorry, I'm sorry. I don't know
- 1:06:52Speaker 1: what to tell you. Man, all right, thank you. Steve.

- 1:07:00Speaker 1: check out the Strawberry Letter podcast on demand coming up
- 1:07:03Speaker 1: at forty six minutes after the hour quick round of
- 1:07:06Speaker 1: Comedy Roulette right after this. You're listening to the Steven
- 1:07:12Speaker 1: Show all right, time now for Comedy Roulette, guys, So Jay,
- 1:07:17Speaker 1: please set it up quickly. It's very simple. Three comedians
- 1:07:21Speaker 1: on this show right here, bad ones can do it.
- 1:07:24Speaker 1: We put three subjects on the wheel. We spun the
- 1:07:27Speaker 1: wheel where the wheels stop. We make it funny. That's
- 1:07:30Speaker 1: what we do. Okay, all right, all right, well, here
- 1:07:34Speaker 1: are today's categories, guys. Number one things you say when
- 1:07:38Speaker 1: you lose a fight, all right. Number two things you
- 1:07:45Speaker 1: say to people who stand a little bit too close
- 1:07:48Speaker 1: to you. Okay, right now, all right. Number three. Number
- 1:07:54Speaker 1: three things people say who don't believe the coronavirus is real.
- 1:07:59Speaker 1: All right, here we go. Let's spend this thing. I
- 1:08:07Speaker 1: like to standard too close? Okay, it landed a Number
- 1:08:16Speaker 1: three things people say who don't believe the coronavirus is real. Jam.
- 1:08:23Speaker 1: Here's here's what. Here's what they say. They're just making
- 1:08:25Speaker 1: them numbers up them numbers ain't real. Ain't the numbers.
- 1:08:28Speaker 1: It's not real. I've heard that ahead. Look look, look,
- 1:08:34Speaker 1: look as long as we have sex with the mask,
- 1:08:38Speaker 1: come on, we good? Good, you know what I'm saying.
- 1:08:41Speaker 1: We good. Just stopping things people say who don't believe
- 1:08:47Speaker 1: the coronavirus is real. Steve Harvey, what you got? I
- 1:08:50Speaker 1: got something in my eye blowing it from me? Oh
- 1:09:00Speaker 1: that baby who don't believe coronavirus is real. Look, I
- 1:09:04Speaker 1: know the number. I see the number, but I don't
- 1:09:07Speaker 1: know none of them people. So hey, come on, now,
- 1:09:09Speaker 1: I don't know that's terrible. That's cold. Yeah, listen, listen, listen.
- 1:09:17Speaker 1: Um My girl took the tests. He ain't got it,
- 1:09:21Speaker 1: so I ain't no sense in me taking you know
- 1:09:22Speaker 1: what I'm saying. We do stupid logic, right the man?
- 1:09:29Speaker 1: Come on, people say who don't believe the coronavirus is real? Man,
- 1:09:33Speaker 1: you ain't got to cover your mouth. Come on, well
- 1:09:43Speaker 1: that man. But things people say who don't believe the
- 1:09:48Speaker 1: coronavirus is real? Right, These the things people say who
- 1:09:51Speaker 1: don't believe then, Uh, I've been I ain't caught it yet,
- 1:09:56Speaker 1: so what that means? Huh? What that mean? Yeah? All right,
- 1:10:01Speaker 1: see if you've got to close this one out. Things
- 1:10:04Speaker 1: people say who don't believe the coronavirus is real. Man,
- 1:10:08Speaker 1: anybody's sticking a long ass to vote? All right, listen,
- 1:10:15Speaker 1: Thanks guys. Coming up at the top of the hour,
- 1:10:18Speaker 1: it's time again to get serious. A voter registration is down, people,
- 1:10:22Speaker 1: it is down. We got to talk about that right
- 1:10:24Speaker 1: after this. You're listening to the Stave Harvey Morning Show. Now.
- 1:10:31Speaker 1: According to NPR that's National Public Radio, almost every place
- 1:10:35Speaker 1: where Americans usually registered to vote has been out of
- 1:10:38Speaker 1: reach since March, and it's led to a big drop,
- 1:10:42Speaker 1: a huge drop in new registrations right before a presidential
- 1:10:46Speaker 1: election that was expected to see record turnout. Okay, until
- 1:10:51Speaker 1: the pandemic struck, the twenty twenty presidential election had been
- 1:10:55Speaker 1: on track to see a huge surge in in new voters.
- 1:10:59Speaker 1: As a matter of fact, voter registrations in January and
- 1:11:02Speaker 1: February of this year far outpaced those in two thousand
- 1:11:05Speaker 1: and sixteen. So what can we do? That's the question.
- 1:11:09Speaker 1: What can't we do? We can register to vote right now,
- 1:11:13Speaker 1: go to when we all vote dot org. That's when
- 1:11:17Speaker 1: we all vote dot org. Just yesterday, the Supreme Court
- 1:11:21Speaker 1: refused thursday to allow felons in the state of Florida
- 1:11:25Speaker 1: who completed their sentences vote in a primary without first
- 1:11:29Speaker 1: paying fees, fines, and restitution. There are seven hundred and
- 1:11:34Speaker 1: seventy five thousand felons in Florida who completed their prison sentences.
- 1:11:39Speaker 1: So that's seventy seven hundred and seventy five thousand votes
- 1:11:42Speaker 1: we're looking at right there. As it can't happen. It's
- 1:11:45Speaker 1: always got a problem. It's always Florida, man. Yeah, that's
- 1:11:49Speaker 1: what that's what let me focusing on. Well, in terms
- 1:11:52Speaker 1: of getting people to right. Yeah, it's the episenter for
- 1:11:56Speaker 1: all voter fraud suppression. You know, we've we've got to
- 1:12:05Speaker 1: be keenly aware of what's going on, y'all with voter suppression.
- 1:12:10Speaker 1: I know the voting its down, voter registration is because
- 1:12:13Speaker 1: of COVID. Yes, but I can't help but think that
- 1:12:18Speaker 1: they are very much aware of this now and I
- 1:12:20Speaker 1: would not put it past this president. That's why the
- 1:12:23Speaker 1: focus ain't on COVID, because COVID can sway the election.
- 1:12:28Speaker 1: You know, you don't know, man, I'm telling you, they
- 1:12:30Speaker 1: don't looked at all these numbers. They know about how
- 1:12:32Speaker 1: many people that's how they can predict deaths. They know
- 1:12:35Speaker 1: about how many people they are lose, how many people
- 1:12:38Speaker 1: get really really sick, how many people get required hospitalization.
- 1:12:42Speaker 1: They know pretty much now what percentage of the people
- 1:12:45Speaker 1: of which age troop they're in, and they know who's
- 1:12:48Speaker 1: the most hardest hit. So it ain't no rush before
- 1:12:52Speaker 1: this election to cure this thing. Ain't no rush to
- 1:12:56Speaker 1: get everybody healthy, because if it was, we would have
- 1:12:59Speaker 1: our leadership from the top talking about these masks and
- 1:13:01Speaker 1: everything to do. They don't even mention it. They act
- 1:13:04Speaker 1: like it's all still a big hoax. It's an amazing guy.
- 1:13:08Speaker 1: But I think I would not put it past this
- 1:13:11Speaker 1: White House to let this go on because they know
- 1:13:13Speaker 1: it will affect voter turnout. Yeah. I don't put that
- 1:13:16Speaker 1: past him, man, I really yeah. Yeah. Speaking of masks,
- 1:13:20Speaker 1: Steve the Governor of Georgia, Brian Kemp has uh. I mean,
- 1:13:26Speaker 1: and it's not even funny. This is so crazy. He's
- 1:13:28Speaker 1: suing uh. Mayor the mayor of Atlanta, Keisha Lan's bottoms
- 1:13:33Speaker 1: for making people wear masks? Is that crazy? But safety
- 1:13:37Speaker 1: got and yeah she has COVID And Brian Kemp wears
- 1:13:41Speaker 1: a mask. The governor wears a mask for Donald Trump. Yep, yeah,
- 1:13:47Speaker 1: because yeah, Donald Trump was in town the day before
- 1:13:51Speaker 1: yesterday and Mayor Keisha said that he was breaking the
- 1:13:55Speaker 1: law because he didn't wear a mask, right, so he
- 1:14:00Speaker 1: you know, he's wasted time money people. Yeah, yeah, what
- 1:14:09Speaker 1: what is it? What's a loss of state? Stop caring
- 1:14:12Speaker 1: about people. You can't do damn much. But but let
- 1:14:17Speaker 1: us not get distracted. Please register to vote, Please register
- 1:14:21Speaker 1: to vote again, go to I'm not gonna get off everybody. Yeah,
- 1:14:26Speaker 1: that's it, and we take it. Five people with us.
- 1:14:29Speaker 1: That's right, that's when we all vote. Dot org register
- 1:14:33Speaker 1: and then vote. Okay, you gotta vote because if you
- 1:14:37Speaker 1: don't vote, you'll have a governor like in Georgia trying
- 1:14:39Speaker 1: to sue the mayor of Atlanta. See what you're doing
- 1:14:42Speaker 1: the right thing. We're doing the right thing. Jeez, how
- 1:14:46Speaker 1: backwards is that? Though? Is low? He's seeing a lady
- 1:14:49Speaker 1: with COVID. That's low. I mean, yeah, his own state,
- 1:14:54Speaker 1: in his own state. A logic man, vote, Yeah, we
- 1:14:59Speaker 1: had it. We got a lot of work to do
- 1:15:02Speaker 1: until November third, so let's get to it. Yeah, and
- 1:15:06Speaker 1: if they're if our votes coming up? More music and
- 1:15:08Speaker 1: trending topics and some headlines to twenty minutes after the hour.
- 1:15:12Speaker 1: Right after this, you're listening to Steve Morning Show. All right,
- 1:15:18Speaker 1: we have a little time to kill here, Steve. This
- 1:15:21Speaker 1: game is so hot today that we've been playing one.
- 1:15:23Speaker 1: Got to go. Jay came up with this. I got one,
- 1:15:28Speaker 1: I got try, let me try. Here we go hoopoc

- 1:15:56Speaker 1: and Monica will kill us all if we take out
- 1:15:59Speaker 1: a cube? Yeah though, yeah, okay, so whoo dog iq
- 1:16:10Speaker 1: Z is how I picked one? Because who could have
- 1:16:14Speaker 1: normally most hang out with There's no way I'm gonna
- 1:16:17Speaker 1: hang out with jay Z. It's no way, no snoop.

- 1:20:37Speaker 1: we have some fun today, Yeah, we did. And from
- 1:20:42Speaker 1: Obama Winton, Oh, that's one got to go the same.
- 1:20:49Speaker 1: Let me see, Tommy, that one so fast, so hard, Tommy,
- 1:20:58Speaker 1: who do you think, because you know what it is, y'all,
- 1:21:04Speaker 1: is this voting thing is so important. It's so critical
- 1:21:09Speaker 1: for us to get out and vote. Now the studies
- 1:21:13Speaker 1: have come out and we did it on the show earlier,
- 1:21:15Speaker 1: that voting is down. Well, of course it's down right now.
- 1:21:18Speaker 1: Voter registration is down. It's what they're saying because of
- 1:21:22Speaker 1: the COVID and that are some states caller pointed out
- 1:21:26Speaker 1: that won't allow you to register to vote online, that
- 1:21:31Speaker 1: you have to go down there to do it. It's
- 1:21:33Speaker 1: all kinds of voter suppression tactics that they're using and
- 1:21:37Speaker 1: will continue to use and come up with over and
- 1:21:40Speaker 1: over and over. Don't let nothing stop you from voting
- 1:21:42Speaker 1: this time. This vote is probably what This vote is
- 1:21:46Speaker 1: just as important as when we put the first African
- 1:21:49Speaker 1: American in office as the president of the United States.
- 1:21:53Speaker 1: This vote is probably more important because what this current
- 1:21:59Speaker 1: administration has done has tried to replace and repeal everything
- 1:22:05Speaker 1: the prior administration, the Obama administration done, So getting this
- 1:22:11Speaker 1: man out of here can preserve some of the things
- 1:22:16Speaker 1: because no matter how hard he's tried to repeal and
- 1:22:18Speaker 1: replace Obamacare. It was really a great program. Now has
- 1:22:22Speaker 1: some holes in it, but it was nothing that had
- 1:22:25Speaker 1: to be worked through. But one of the greatest contributions
- 1:22:27Speaker 1: he made was he made healthcare affordable and available for
- 1:22:31Speaker 1: more people than anybody in any time in our country's history.
- 1:22:36Speaker 1: And Obamacare was working. And he's shut down, turning down
- 1:22:40Speaker 1: people with pre existing conditions. Do you know that they're
- 1:22:45Speaker 1: trying with everything in them to get rid of that.
- 1:22:49Speaker 1: He's already gotten rid of doctor programs. I mean, man,
- 1:22:54Speaker 1: he's already split up immigrant families, little kids from parents.
- 1:22:59Speaker 1: He's also supported in the protest in Charlottesville. He's supported
- 1:23:06Speaker 1: because there's good people on both sides. He constantly takes
- 1:23:11Speaker 1: the wrong side on every issue. He has done nothing
- 1:23:15Speaker 1: with the Black Lives Matter campaign to even try to
- 1:23:19Speaker 1: heal or comfort the oppressed or broken people in that na.
- 1:23:24Speaker 1: He don't give a damn about none of that. So
- 1:23:26Speaker 1: if you don't get out and vote, you are going
- 1:23:29Speaker 1: to allow this man to run rampant for four more years.
- 1:23:33Speaker 1: And let me tell you why we cannot allow this
- 1:23:35Speaker 1: to happen, y'all. The reason we have to get out
- 1:23:37Speaker 1: of vote is because this guy right here, if he's
- 1:23:41Speaker 1: not faced with the threat of reelection, and he don't
- 1:23:45Speaker 1: have to worry about that. If you think he's done
- 1:23:48Speaker 1: some doggish things, now you give him four more years
- 1:23:51Speaker 1: knowing he ain't coming back in you won't believe the people.
- 1:23:56Speaker 1: Hell pardon who pardons Roger Stone after he got caught Lyne.
- 1:24:02Speaker 1: This is the wrong president, you all, and you know it.
- 1:24:05Speaker 1: And don't let Fox twist your mind up. And because
- 1:24:09Speaker 1: they don't talk about what he does wrong, don't mean
- 1:24:11Speaker 1: he don't do nothing wrong. And just because they say
- 1:24:14Speaker 1: to support him, most people are supporting this man for power, position,
- 1:24:18Speaker 1: and money, and that's all to it. You can't tell
- 1:24:24Speaker 1: me that this is who you want your children to emulate.
- 1:24:27Speaker 1: When you tell when you say I want you to
- 1:24:31Speaker 1: be the president of the United States, and this is
- 1:24:33Speaker 1: who I want you to become, be a sad day
- 1:24:36Speaker 1: for me is one of my children turn out to
- 1:24:38Speaker 1: be Donald Trump or anything like him. Listen, we've got
- 1:24:43Speaker 1: to vote because we can't take four more years of this.
- 1:24:46Speaker 1: I am telling you, man, he's gonna pass some laws
- 1:24:50Speaker 1: and press some buttons. Man, it's gonna make it so
- 1:24:52Speaker 1: hard for us because he does not care about us.
- 1:24:56Speaker 1: He don't really care about nobody. Sitting up there the
- 1:24:59Speaker 1: other day standing behind a product line called Goya because
- 1:25:05Speaker 1: they supported him. His daughter, one of the heads of
- 1:25:09Speaker 1: state whatever position, she got, White House counsel whatever, posing
- 1:25:13Speaker 1: with a can of Goya beans. He got Goya all
- 1:25:17Speaker 1: over his desk with the thumbs up because this man
- 1:25:19Speaker 1: support Donald Trump. Well, dog man, ain't this guy Latino?
- 1:25:25Speaker 1: He hasn't heard anything about that wall. He wants to
- 1:25:28Speaker 1: be able to keep people like you out. And you're
- 1:25:32Speaker 1: throwing your money behind your products behind this guy. And
- 1:25:37Speaker 1: you think by allowing him to sit up there in
- 1:25:39Speaker 1: front of a bunch of cans of beans that's sold
- 1:25:43Speaker 1: and mostly to the ethnic sections of the isle of
- 1:25:46Speaker 1: some grocery stores, and you think that's gonna be a
- 1:25:49Speaker 1: cute move to get him put into office, they're already
- 1:25:52Speaker 1: trying to boycott your products. Listen, brothers and sisters, we
- 1:25:56Speaker 1: got to get to these polls and votes. We have
- 1:25:58Speaker 1: to show them that black lives really do matter. And
- 1:26:01Speaker 1: it's gonna not only matter to the police department. We're
- 1:26:04Speaker 1: gonna make y'all understand how much it matters in politics too.
- 1:26:08Speaker 1: Because when we vote, we can change elections. That's the
- 1:26:13Speaker 1: real deal. Get out and vote, y'all. If you need
- 1:26:17Speaker 1: a way to vote and you can't go down there,
