- 0:01Speaker 1: Donald Trump indicted again.
- 0:05Speaker 2: Ninety eight page indictment forty one count indictment handed down
- 0:11Speaker 2: by a Fulton County, Georgia grand jury on Monday evening.
- 0:15Speaker 2: They're calling them the Midnight Maga indictment charges. It charges
- 0:19Speaker 2: the former president, charges his lawyers and his campaign aids
- 0:23Speaker 2: with multiple crimes for a nationwide challenge to the twenty
- 0:27Speaker 2: twenty election results. The indictment was released right around midnight,
- 0:31Speaker 2: after a rushed grand jury process that took just one
- 0:35Speaker 2: day to consider a complicated set of allegations involving nineteen defendants,
- 0:40Speaker 2: including the president, across a wide array of states and jurisdictions.
- 0:45Speaker 2: The indictment, by the way, does not fundamentally concern actions
- 0:49Speaker 2: taken in Georgia.
- 0:52Speaker 1: But they're indicting him in Georgia. This is interesting. Pay attention.
- 0:55Speaker 2: He describes words spoken, in actions taken by the Trump
- 0:59Speaker 2: camp pain in a variety of other states, and their
- 1:02Speaker 2: effort to cast doubt on the controversial twenty twenty presidential election.
- 1:07Speaker 2: The indictment charges several of the defendants with crimes merely
- 1:10Speaker 2: for making statements that argue that the twenty twenty election
- 1:14Speaker 2: was stolen. It claims that action or actions such as
- 1:21Speaker 2: holding public hearings in Pennsylvania amounted to acts and furtherance
- 1:27Speaker 2: of an illegal quote conspiracy. So they're looking at words
- 1:33Speaker 2: said in other states for reasons to indict him in Georgia.
- 1:38Speaker 2: Other acts that are referred to as furthering the conspiracy
- 1:42Speaker 2: include tweets by then President Trump encouraging people to watch
- 1:46Speaker 2: public hearings in which allegations of voting irregularities were being
- 1:50Speaker 2: made by Trump lawyers and witnesses. They're charging him with that,
- 1:54Speaker 2: so he tweets out, hey, you should watch this court battle, right,
- 1:58Speaker 2: you should watch this court day, you know, and see
- 2:01Speaker 2: what's being said here. They're now saying that is a
- 2:04Speaker 2: conspiracy to overthrow and they're charging him with crimes for that.
- 2:08Speaker 2: The indictment also describes an effort to prepare quote false electors,
- 2:14Speaker 2: which even the New York Times is called alternate electors.
- 2:17Speaker 1: Their words not mine.
- 2:19Speaker 2: Despite the president set by Democrats in the nineteen sixty
- 2:24Speaker 2: election on behalf of John F. Kennedy in the closely
- 2:27Speaker 2: contested Hawaii race, you may not know about that.
- 2:30Speaker 1: In other words, this has kind of happened before.
- 2:33Speaker 2: No one indicted him, by the way, for any of
- 2:35Speaker 2: that Finally, the indictment also attempts to charge allege federal
- 2:41Speaker 2: violations in state court. So federal violations in state court.
- 2:46Speaker 2: That's not how it works, But who cares. They're seeking
- 2:49Speaker 2: quote accountability in a democratic run, Democrat friendly jurisdiction for
- 2:55Speaker 2: actions allegedly taken by the Republican presidential nominee in the
- 3:00Speaker 2: last presidential race. Notably, there has never been any prosecution
- 3:08Speaker 2: in any jurisdiction of Hillary Clinton or her lawyers or
- 3:13Speaker 2: her aides who were involved in spinning the Russian collusion
- 3:16Speaker 2: hoax which sought to overturn the results of the twenty
- 3:20Speaker 2: sixteen presidential election. Because why did they not get charged?
- 3:25Speaker 2: Because even then people thought as much as they had
- 3:28Speaker 2: done shady there. Now, let's not indictem. She lost, Nor
- 3:32Speaker 2: has there ever been any prosecution by the way of
- 3:36Speaker 2: the wide shadow campaign quote unquote their words, not mine,
- 3:41Speaker 2: hatched by Democrats to swing the twenty twenty election by
- 3:44Speaker 2: changing voting rules in key swing states, or to suppress news,
- 3:49Speaker 2: to censor social media posts about Hunter Biden and the
- 3:52Speaker 2: Biden crime family, to silence the media, and silence on
- 3:56Speaker 2: social media anyone who they didn't like it was talking
- 3:58Speaker 2: about that and or even COVID and to encourage social
- 4:03Speaker 2: unrest nationwide, which they have done, including Black Lives Matter,
- 4:08Speaker 2: riding and looting in cities that they raise money for
- 4:11Speaker 2: and encouraged them to do it and then bailed the
- 4:14Speaker 2: people out of jail that we're doing it. This indictment,
- 4:18Speaker 2: this new indictment of Trump, came hours after a document
- 4:21Speaker 2: and this just shows you how stupid these liberals are
- 4:25Speaker 2: was accidentally or prematurely posted on the Fulton County Court's website.
- 4:31Speaker 2: It listed nearly forty counts. The document was then deleted
- 4:36Speaker 2: after the media got it, and officials claimed it was
- 4:39Speaker 2: a fictitious document, a claim many observers later contested because well,
- 4:45Speaker 2: it matched the actual indictments. The Fulton County DA indictment
- 4:49Speaker 2: of Donald Trump was posted felony charges for Rico and
- 4:53Speaker 2: various conspiracies, filing false documents, etc. The list we have
- 4:58Speaker 2: is pretty long. I'm going to read that list to
- 5:01Speaker 2: you because I think it's important you understand what they're
- 5:03Speaker 2: trying to do. They're literally throwing the entire book and
- 5:05Speaker 2: trying to figure out any way they can to go
- 5:07Speaker 2: after Donald Trump. Violation of Georgia Rico it's racketeering, solicitation
- 5:16Speaker 2: of violation of oath by public officer, conspiracy to commit impersonating.
- 5:22Speaker 1: A public.
- 5:24Speaker 2: Figure they say here, conspiracy to commit forgery in the
- 5:28Speaker 2: first degree, conspiracy to commit false statements, conspiracy to commit
- 5:32Speaker 2: filing false documents, conspiracy to commit forgery in the first degree,
- 5:37Speaker 2: conspiracy to commit false statements again, filing false documents. All
- 5:41Speaker 2: of these, by the way, are felonies that I've listed
- 5:43Speaker 2: so far. Solicitation of violation of oath by a public
- 5:47Speaker 2: officer another felony. False statements and writings another felony. Solicitation
- 5:52Speaker 2: of violation of oath by public officer another felony. False
- 5:56Speaker 2: statements and writing another felony. Now some of these are
- 5:58Speaker 2: multiple counts. The most serious violation of Georgia Rico racketeering laws.
- 6:02Speaker 2: That is a serious felony. All the others are considered felony.
- 6:06Speaker 2: So that's what it is. Now, that's what they've done. Okay,
- 6:09Speaker 2: So so understand this. This is this is how they're
- 6:12Speaker 2: gonna roll this out. This is what they're gonna do
- 6:14Speaker 2: with it.
- 6:15Speaker 1: Now.
- 6:15Speaker 2: Donald Trump put out a statement and here is his
- 6:18Speaker 2: statement that he has put out since this happened. Like
- 6:21Speaker 2: Manhattan da Alvan Bragg, deranged Jack Smith, and New York
- 6:25Speaker 2: ag James Fulton County, GA. Radical Democrat District Attorney Fanny
- 6:33Speaker 2: Fanny Willis is a rabid partisan who is campaigning and
- 6:36Speaker 2: fundraising on a platform of prosecuting President Trump through these
- 6:40Speaker 2: bogus indictments. Ripping a page from Crooked Joe Biden's playbook,
- 6:45Speaker 2: Willis has strategically stalled her investigation to try and max
- 6:50Speaker 2: maximize maximum, maximize her interference in the twenty twenty four
- 6:54Speaker 2: presidential race and damage the dominant Trump campaign. All of
- 6:58Speaker 2: these corrupt Democrats attempts will fail. I want to go
- 7:02Speaker 2: back to Donald Trump's statement after he was indictment. He
- 7:06Speaker 2: says this, combined with the intentionally slow walked investigations by
- 7:12Speaker 2: the Biden Smith goon squad and the false charges in
- 7:16Speaker 2: New York, the timing of the latest coordinated strike by
- 7:18Speaker 2: a bias prosecutor in an overwhelmingly democratic jurisdiction not only
- 7:22Speaker 2: betrays the trust of the American people, but also exposes
- 7:26Speaker 2: true motivation driving their fabricated accusations. They could have brought
- 7:31Speaker 2: this two and a half years ago, yet they chose
- 7:33Speaker 2: to do this for election. Interference reasons. In the middle
- 7:35Speaker 2: of President Trump's successful campaign, he is not only leading
- 7:40Speaker 2: all Republicans by a lot, but he is leading against
- 7:42Speaker 2: Joe Biden almost every poll. President Trump represents the greatest
- 7:45Speaker 2: threat to these democrats political futures and the greatest hope
- 7:49Speaker 2: for America. The legal double standard set against President Trump
- 7:54Speaker 2: must end. Under the crooked Biden cartel, there are no
- 7:57Speaker 2: rules for Democrats, while Republicans face the criminal charges for
- 8:00Speaker 2: exercising their First Amendment rights. These activities by Democratic leaders
- 8:05Speaker 2: constitute a grave threat to American democracy and our direct
- 8:09Speaker 2: attempts to deprive the American people of their rightful choice
- 8:12Speaker 2: to cast their vote for president called election interference or
- 8:17Speaker 2: election manipulation. It is a dangerous effort by the ruling
- 8:20Speaker 2: class to suppress the choice of the people. It is
- 8:23Speaker 2: an Unamerican. It is Unamerican and wrong. The Trump's statement continues,
- 8:29Speaker 2: they are taking away President Trump's First Amendment right to
- 8:31Speaker 2: free speech and the right to challenge a rigged and
- 8:34Speaker 2: stolen election that the Democrats do all the time. The
- 8:36Speaker 2: one who should be prosecuted are the ones to create
- 8:39Speaker 2: this corruption. President Trump will never give up and will
- 8:41Speaker 2: never stop fighting for you. As we all work to
- 8:43Speaker 2: make America great again in twenty twenty four. Now, what
- 8:47Speaker 2: are Democrats hoping for? They're hoping for this to be
- 8:52Speaker 2: the one where they get and I'm not joking, a mugshot.
- 8:56Speaker 2: That's what they're hoping for now. The Fulton County Court
- 9:01Speaker 2: has said that's what they believe is gonna happen. They
- 9:04Speaker 2: want a mug shot. That's the whole ballgame for them.
- 9:10Speaker 2: They said they believe they will get a mug shot
- 9:13Speaker 2: from Donald Trump if he comes in. If you don't
- 9:17Speaker 2: believe me, listen to Fulton County Sheriff unless.
- 9:20Speaker 1: Someone tells me differently.
- 9:21Speaker 3: We are, we are following our normal practices, and so
- 9:26Speaker 3: doesn't matter your status.
- 9:27Speaker 4: We have mugshots ready for you.
- 9:30Speaker 2: Yeah, he's grinning when he said it. If you don't
- 9:33Speaker 2: think this is rig listen to his voice. He smiles
- 9:36Speaker 2: and smirks when he says it. The idea, the wet
- 9:39Speaker 2: dream of having Donald Trump mug shots.
- 9:42Speaker 4: And so doesn't matter your status. We have mugshots ready
- 9:46Speaker 4: for you.
- 9:46Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah we will, he smirks and grins. We'll have
- 9:49Speaker 2: those mug shots ready for you. We're gonna get you
- 9:52Speaker 2: that mug shot of Donald Trump. We want that mug
- 9:54Speaker 2: shot of Donald Trump. Greg Jared saying this on Fox
- 9:58Speaker 2: News about the Fulton indictment and what it means for
- 10:01Speaker 2: this country, and an activist DA.
- 10:03Speaker 5: Listen, indictments, arrayments, and the expected one when we get
- 10:08Speaker 5: this read at some point soon that this is going
- 10:11Speaker 5: to be number four and that these trials may actually
- 10:14Speaker 5: take place during the time of caucuses and primaries, basically
- 10:22Speaker 5: consuming the entire next half a year of twenty twenty
- 10:27Speaker 5: four of Donald Trump.
- 10:28Speaker 6: Your reaction to that, well, I think the focus should
- 10:31Speaker 6: be under the reaction of the American public. Every time
- 10:34Speaker 6: there's one of these indictments against Trump, his fundraising goes
- 10:39Speaker 6: up and his poll numbers rise. Why is that. It's
- 10:44Speaker 6: because I think the American public realizes the truth of
- 10:47Speaker 6: what's going on, that this is is Senator Cruz pointed
- 10:51Speaker 6: out an effort by Joe Biden and those in his
- 10:57Speaker 6: Department of Justice and local prosecutors in places like Fulton
- 11:01Speaker 6: County and New York City to try to stop Trump
- 11:06Speaker 6: from being re elected president of the United States. Instead
- 11:10Speaker 6: of allowing voters to decide, they have decided that they
- 11:14Speaker 6: know better and so that they're bringing in some cases.
- 11:17Speaker 6: I think a specious charges against the president to stop him,
- 11:22Speaker 6: you know, uploading the charges before the grand jury even
- 11:26Speaker 6: voted on them earlier today. That shows that the Trump
- 11:30Speaker 6: indictment here in Georgia is preordained. That doesn't make it
- 11:35Speaker 6: legally viable. I think what's so troubling here is how
- 11:40Speaker 6: the district attorney has contorted Trump's words. Look at her
- 11:44Speaker 6: earlier court filing. She claims that Trump told the Georgia
- 11:48Speaker 6: Secretary of State to find eleven thousand, seven hundred eighty votes.
- 11:53Speaker 6: That's not what he said. Read the transcript. Trump said
- 11:57Speaker 6: that HIMSS is looking to find some twelve thousand votes
- 12:01Speaker 6: which represented his deficit. Of course he did, as Professor
- 12:05Speaker 6: dershowitz Is pointed out, all losing.
- 12:08Speaker 2: All these enkididates look for those votes right when they're
- 12:10Speaker 2: trying to see what happened in a place like Fulton County.
- 12:14Speaker 2: What's even more interesting, by the way, about this indictment.
- 12:16Speaker 2: It's not just Donald Trump. We now know former White
- 12:19Speaker 2: House chief of Staff, former Congressman Mark Meadows, has been
- 12:23Speaker 2: charged with Trump in Georgia. The former White House chief
- 12:26Speaker 2: of Staff Mark Meadows has been charged alongside President Trump
- 12:30Speaker 2: and other defendants in Fulton County District Attorney Fanny Willis's
- 12:33Speaker 2: investigation into the former president's actions during the twenty twenty election.
- 12:37Speaker 2: The indictment handed down by Georgia Grand Jury late last night.
- 12:41Speaker 2: The midnight indictment charge Meadows and his co defendants with
- 12:44Speaker 2: violating George's RICO laws.
- 12:46Speaker 1: That's a serious felony.
- 12:48Speaker 2: According to the indictment, Meadows, the chief of Staff, like
- 12:52Speaker 2: each of his fellow code defendants, is facing a violation
- 12:55Speaker 2: of Georgia's RICO laws. He's also facing an additional count
- 12:58Speaker 2: related to his participate a patient in Trump's January second,
- 13:02Speaker 2: twenty twenty one call with Georgia's Secretary of State, and
- 13:06Speaker 2: Meadows was not one was not one of the unindicted
- 13:11Speaker 2: co conspirators in Special Council Jack Speed's indictment related to
- 13:15Speaker 2: conduct after the election, leading the speculation the former chief
- 13:19Speaker 2: of staff could be assisting the federal investigation. The Justice
- 13:23Speaker 2: Department previously decided not to pursue contempt charges against the
- 13:26Speaker 2: Meadow after he stopped cooperating with the January The House
- 13:28Speaker 2: January sixth Committee. Hutcheson, one of Meadow's former top aides,
- 13:32Speaker 2: was a key witness for the panel. The forty one
- 13:36Speaker 2: count indictment charges former President Trump, his lawyers, and his
- 13:39Speaker 2: campaign aids with multiple crimes for a nationwide challenge. The
- 13:43Speaker 2: indictment was released close to midnight. The indictment does not
- 13:46Speaker 2: fundamentally concern actions taken in Georgia quote unquote, but describes
- 13:51Speaker 2: words spoken and actions taken by Trump campaign in a
- 13:54Speaker 2: variety of other states in their effort to cast doubt
- 13:57Speaker 2: on the controversial twenty twenty presidential election. It was obviously
- 14:00Speaker 2: done under the oh, well it's COVID, so we got
- 14:03Speaker 2: to change the way we run an election. The fact
- 14:06Speaker 2: that DA's and there's some activist das out there, but
- 14:09Speaker 2: this DA good, Like God help us. This case is
- 14:14Speaker 2: the most absurd case I've ever seen. And the question
- 14:18Speaker 2: now is what happens because of this? Now, let me
- 14:22Speaker 2: explain what I mean by that and how this connects
- 14:23Speaker 2: directly to what's been going on with the Biden crime family.
- 14:27Speaker 2: If this is the new standard of justice in this country,
- 14:30Speaker 2: then immediately there should be one hundred conservative das that
- 14:33Speaker 2: start charging Joe Biden with crimes and Hunter Biden with
- 14:38Speaker 2: crimes based on what we know. Just say, screw it.
- 14:40Speaker 2: I'm not waiting for the federal government to do it.
- 14:42Speaker 2: I'm just going to randomly charge crimes. That's what they
- 14:44Speaker 2: just did in Georgia. I'm going to charge you for
- 14:45Speaker 2: things that are even out of this jurisdiction, right, because
- 14:49Speaker 2: that's what they just did in Georgia. You look at
- 14:52Speaker 2: these charges, you look at the dates that were posted
- 14:54Speaker 2: earlier today via the Fulton County Clerk, Right, the Fulton
- 14:58Speaker 2: County Clerk lied when it's that it was a fictitious
- 15:02Speaker 2: document that was uploaded accidentally online, and then the real
- 15:05Speaker 2: document came out and matches the other one. So so
- 15:07Speaker 2: if you want to know how scumbaggery, how much scumbaggery
- 15:10Speaker 2: is going on for this Fulton Candia the first time
- 15:12Speaker 2: she has a chance to make a public statement about
- 15:14Speaker 2: Donald Trump and the accidental you know, indictment that was
- 15:18Speaker 2: loaded up online and then they had to pull it down.
- 15:20Speaker 2: Then they said it was a fictitious document. It wasn't
- 15:23Speaker 2: a fictitious document. It's the same basically damned document they
- 15:25Speaker 2: put up a couple hours later. So they've already lied
- 15:29Speaker 2: to you. They said their words, it was a fictitious document.
- 15:32Speaker 2: These are the people you can't trust. And again I
- 15:35Speaker 2: go back to this rule of law. If you can
- 15:37Speaker 2: now charge people for things that have been done all
- 15:40Speaker 2: over the country, okay, all over the country, not in
- 15:44Speaker 2: your jurisdiction, and you can take federal things and bring
- 15:48Speaker 2: them into the local and just go forward any way
- 15:50Speaker 2: you want to the wild West here of legal you know,
- 15:52Speaker 2: just grab anything. Then there should be hundreds of DA's
- 15:56Speaker 2: this morning. They're going, all right, well, fine, if this
- 15:57Speaker 2: is how the judicial system is now going to work,
- 16:00Speaker 2: then we're all gonna charge Donald Trump with crimes.
- 16:02Speaker 1: We're all gonna charge on her buying with crimes.
- 16:03Speaker 2: We're all gonna charge them with crimes, and actual evidence
- 16:06Speaker 2: we have at crimes. By the way, I don't want
- 16:08Speaker 2: that to happen in this country. And what scares me
- 16:11Speaker 2: the most is the Georgia grand jury four person who
- 16:14Speaker 2: went out there and looks like a psycho and is
- 16:18Speaker 2: smirking about the idea and talking about how amazing it
- 16:21Speaker 2: would be to hand documents to Donald Trump and to
- 16:23Speaker 2: indict Donald Trump. Never forget, this is the grand jury
- 16:27Speaker 2: we're talking about here. Let me just go back and
- 16:33Speaker 2: remind you of the Georgia Trump grand jury four person.
- 16:38Speaker 2: She fantasized about indicting Donald Trump. How do we know
- 16:42Speaker 2: this because she actually talked about it on TV. The
- 16:45Speaker 2: four person the Georgia Trump Election Probe did interviews because
- 16:50Speaker 2: she wanted to be famous. She was on CNN in
- 16:54Speaker 2: a exclusive interview. Then she did a bunch of others
- 16:56Speaker 2: and this is what she said on CNN.
- 16:59Speaker 7: There are indictments recommended, of course, is it more than
- 17:04Speaker 7: twelve people?
- 17:05Speaker 4: Is in more than twenty people?
- 17:07Speaker 8: I think if you look at the page numbers of
- 17:09Speaker 8: the port there's about six pages in the middle that
- 17:12Speaker 8: got cut out a laugh for spacing.
- 17:16Speaker 4: It's not a short list, not a short list more.
- 17:20Speaker 4: I mean when it comes to.
- 17:22Speaker 2: Seventy five wines, you hear a giggle, Right, it's not
- 17:24Speaker 2: a short list.
- 17:25Speaker 1: Ha huh.
- 17:27Speaker 2: She's excited, folks, she got to make double space indictments.
- 17:32Speaker 2: She's really proud of this, right, and she's laughing at
- 17:34Speaker 2: the idea of how many names on a page.
- 17:36Speaker 1: She's trying to destroy their lives.
- 17:38Speaker 4: This is like, it's not I assume, of course, right,
- 17:41Speaker 4: seventy five people? Would you hear? Prize it as twenty
- 17:44Speaker 4: ish people?
- 17:46Speaker 8: I can't say I counted.
- 17:49Speaker 4: More than a dozen though, I think i'd heard you
- 17:50Speaker 4: say in another interview. I believe, sir, it's probably a
- 17:54Speaker 4: good assumption the name.
- 17:56Speaker 2: She's smiling and grinning at the camera. I put this
- 18:00Speaker 2: up on Twitter so you guys can see it. You
- 18:02Speaker 2: can go look at it Ben Ferguson show on Twitter,
- 18:04Speaker 2: and you can watch the mannerism. She's smiling, she's laughing,
- 18:09Speaker 2: she's kind of winking.
- 18:11Speaker 1: She's just giddy as.
- 18:13Speaker 2: She's doing this interview over the idea that she's going
- 18:16Speaker 2: to indict Donald Trump and pages of other people.
- 18:21Speaker 7: That everyone wants to know about is former President Trump?
- 18:27Speaker 7: Did you recommend charges against Donald Trump?
- 18:30Speaker 8: I really don't want to share something that the judgement
- 18:32Speaker 8: of conscious decision got to share. I will tell you
- 18:35Speaker 8: that it was a process where.
- 18:37Speaker 4: We heard his name a lot.
- 18:42Speaker 8: We definitely heard a lot about former President Trump, and
- 18:45Speaker 8: we definitely.
- 18:47Speaker 4: Discussed him a lot in the room.
- 18:50Speaker 8: And I will say that when this list comes out,
- 18:53Speaker 8: you wouldn't they're no major plot twists waiting for you.
- 18:58Speaker 2: I mean, this is like some psycho from some true
- 19:00Speaker 2: crime podcast. This is a This is like the biggest
- 19:05Speaker 2: accomplishment of this psycho's life. And she's there and this
- 19:12Speaker 2: she's appearing on TV. She's the fourth person for the
- 19:15Speaker 2: Georgia grand jury probing Trump, giggling, it's not a short
- 19:18Speaker 2: list of these indictments. That's not the only place that
- 19:21Speaker 2: she did in interview.
- 19:22Speaker 1: Okay.
- 19:23Speaker 2: She also continued her media tour, right because she became
- 19:26Speaker 2: a media in Darling instantly right. She hates Trump, the
- 19:30Speaker 2: Georgia Trump grand juror. On decision not to subpoena Trump,
- 19:33Speaker 2: I wanted to hear from the former president, she said,
- 19:36Speaker 2: listen to her on MSNBC.
- 19:39Speaker 3: Did you personally want to hear from the former I
- 19:41Speaker 3: wanted to hear from the former president. But honestly, I
- 19:44Speaker 3: kind of wanted to subpoena the former president because I
- 19:46Speaker 3: got to swear everybody in, and so I thought it'd
- 19:49Speaker 3: be really cool to get sixty seconds with President Trump
- 19:52Speaker 3: of me looking at him and being like, do you
- 19:54Speaker 3: solemnly swear I'm me getting to swear him in. I
- 19:56Speaker 3: just I kind of thought that would be an awesome bombit.
- 19:59Speaker 1: I thought that would be an awesome moment.
- 20:01Speaker 2: So you want to diet a former president of the
- 20:03Speaker 2: United States of America because you want to have an
- 20:06Speaker 2: awesome moment where you swear him in no legal basis
- 20:11Speaker 2: for it, for doing this. No, she just wanted to
- 20:14Speaker 2: have the moment. And as she's telling this story, by
- 20:17Speaker 2: the way, she's grinning from ear to ear, she's so excited.
- 20:20Speaker 2: She just loves this idea, can't wait for this to
- 20:24Speaker 2: become a reality for her. Right this is the greatest moment.
- 20:28Speaker 2: It would just be so cool to have sixty seconds
- 20:30Speaker 2: with Donald Trump where I'm swearing him in. This is
- 20:35Speaker 2: the Fulton County indictment. Listen to her voice again. Listen
- 20:38Speaker 2: carefully to the way that she describes it former President.
- 20:41Speaker 3: But honestly, I kind of wanted to subpoena the former
- 20:43Speaker 3: president because I got to swear everybody in, and so
- 20:46Speaker 3: I thought it'd be really cool to get sixty seconds
- 20:48Speaker 3: with President Trump of me looking at him and being like,
- 20:51Speaker 3: do you sol me swear and be getting to swear
- 20:53Speaker 3: him in. I just I kind of just thought that
- 20:55Speaker 3: would be an awesome moment. I can see how trying
- 20:59Speaker 3: to get the former president to come talk to us.
- 21:03Speaker 4: Would have been.
- 21:05Speaker 3: A year in negotiation by itself.
- 21:08Speaker 9: So it sounds like that was ultimately a battle that
- 21:10Speaker 9: you all decided not to wait exactly.
- 21:12Speaker 3: That's that's kind of how it.
- 21:14Speaker 4: Ended up was that.
- 21:17Speaker 3: I'd be fascinated by what he said. But do you
- 21:22Speaker 3: think he would have come in and said anything groundbreaking
- 21:24Speaker 3: or just the same kind of thing we've heard.
- 21:28Speaker 4: So at some.
- 21:28Speaker 3: Point you don't need to hear fifty people say the
- 21:31Speaker 3: same thing, you know what I mean? At some point
- 21:34Speaker 3: you kind of start to get the gist.
- 21:39Speaker 2: You kind of start to get the gist. Really, So
- 21:44Speaker 2: this is who is making these decisions. This is what
- 21:47Speaker 2: this decision looks like. This is how this is going
- 21:51Speaker 2: to go down. If you want to know how filled
- 21:54Speaker 2: with crap this indictment is. Just take the words of
- 21:58Speaker 2: the grand the four person. I just really wanted to
- 22:01Speaker 2: swear him. That would be a cool moment for me.
- 22:05Speaker 2: I just it was lots of pages with lots of
- 22:08Speaker 2: names of people that we were indicting. This is it
- 22:10Speaker 2: was just amazing. It was so much fun, and I
- 22:15Speaker 2: just had this moment where I just wanted to swear
- 22:17Speaker 2: him in Fulton County, DA. By the way, Dodging questions
- 22:21Speaker 2: about the leak Trump indictment, I'm not an expert on
- 22:24Speaker 2: clerk duty, she says, acting like it was a menion that.
- 22:26Speaker 1: Screwed that up. Even then they even though they lied
- 22:29Speaker 1: about it.
- 22:29Speaker 10: Listen, I am not an expert on clerk's duties or
- 22:34Speaker 10: even administrative duties. I wouldn't know how to work that system,
- 22:37Speaker 10: and so I'm not going to speculate next question.
- 22:40Speaker 2: Yeah, I'm not answering any more questions on that next question.
- 22:43Speaker 2: I'm not an expert on clerk duties. So you lied
- 22:48Speaker 2: and said that that was a fictitious document when clearly
- 22:50Speaker 2: it wasn't. MSNBC this morning they're having a wet dream
- 22:55Speaker 2: over this, and they're saying there's so many unindicted co
- 22:58Speaker 2: conspirators in this ninety eight page indictment, it's kind of
- 23:02Speaker 2: hard to figure out, you know, where they're going with this, right,
- 23:04Speaker 2: and who are the cooperating witnesses? Who is working with
- 23:08Speaker 2: the government. Listen carefully, phone call with Georgia's secretary of state.
- 23:12Speaker 9: He was with the former president every step of the
- 23:14Speaker 9: way as he tried to overturn the twenty twenty election results.
- 23:18Speaker 9: Read in on Eastman's plan, the plot with the vice
- 23:21Speaker 9: president and the rest, and we know he is one
- 23:24Speaker 9: of the unnamed co conspirators in Jack Smith's January sixth investigation. So,
- 23:29Speaker 9: of course is Rudy Giuliani, and Glenn Kershner. Let's go
- 23:32Speaker 9: a little further on this idea. First of all, again
- 23:35Speaker 9: the stunning fall from grace for a man who was
- 23:38Speaker 9: once credibly known as America's mayor now facing criminal charges,
- 23:42Speaker 9: Rudy Giuliani. But whether it's Giuliani, or it's Meadows, or
- 23:46Speaker 9: it's Jenna Ellis or Sidney Powell, the list goes on
- 23:48Speaker 9: and on and on. Please weigh in on those other
- 23:51Speaker 9: names beyond Trump who are part of his conspiracy. Two
- 23:54Speaker 9: parter one would be do you think some of them
- 23:57Speaker 9: indeed may be inclined to cooperate? And secondly, was there
- 24:01Speaker 9: anybody whose name didn't appear yesterday that struck you that
- 24:04Speaker 9: might think, well, that person might already be helping out.
- 24:08Speaker 11: Yeah, Jonathan, great questions. And there are so many unindicted
- 24:12Speaker 11: co conspirators that our referenced sort of peppered throughout this
- 24:16Speaker 11: ninety eight page indictment. It's kind of hard to figure
- 24:19Speaker 11: out who they all are and whether they are in
- 24:22Speaker 11: fact cooperating witnesses, which you know when we see when
- 24:26Speaker 11: old prosecutors and criminal litigators see that term unindicted co
- 24:30Speaker 11: conspirator in an indictment, I think our mind automatically leaps to, oh,
- 24:34Speaker 11: they must be cooperating. I don't think we can yet
- 24:38Speaker 11: say how many cooperators Fawnie Willis may have cultivated and
- 24:43Speaker 11: may have the benefit of the evidence they can bring
- 24:46Speaker 11: to the table and the prosecution of the nineteen charge defendants.
- 24:50Speaker 11: With respect to the indictment generally, I think it's really
- 24:53Speaker 11: interesting to see kind of the tactical choices made by
- 24:57Speaker 11: Jack Smith versus the tactical choices made by Fawnie Willis.
- 25:02Speaker 11: You know, Jack Smith's prosecution, the prosecution in Washington, d c.
- 25:06Speaker 11: Not to be confused with the federal prosecution in Florida,
- 25:10Speaker 11: for the document's crimes, seems to be built for speed
- 25:15Speaker 11: and alacrity, to the extent anything in the criminal justice
- 25:18Speaker 11: system can never move with alacrity because it is simply
- 25:21Speaker 11: one charged defendant. And it seems like Jack Smith jettison
- 25:26Speaker 11: some crimes that some of us were expecting to see,
- 25:29Speaker 11: like the insurrection, which was one of the crimes referred
- 25:32Speaker 11: by the January sixth House Select Committee, and he seems
- 25:35Speaker 11: determined to get that case to trial quickly, whereas Fawnie
- 25:39Speaker 11: Willis's case seems to be built as a comprehensive vehicle,
- 25:43Speaker 11: a comprehensive prosecution to hold accountable everybody who committed Georgia
- 25:49Speaker 11: state election crimes. Two very different approaches. I think once
- 25:54Speaker 11: I saw Mark Meadows as a charged defendant in the
- 25:58Speaker 11: Georgia indictment, mind again immediately leapt to, well, maybe he's
- 26:02Speaker 11: not cooperating.
- 26:04Speaker 1: And yet, by the way, I love this.
- 26:05Speaker 2: This is a one two, three, four, five, six, seven,
- 26:08Speaker 2: eight person panel on MSNBC living out their sick dream,
- 26:14Speaker 2: which is to indict not just Trump, right, because it'd
- 26:17Speaker 2: be really fun to do, but everyone that's ever talked
- 26:20Speaker 2: to Donald Trump, anyone ever around Donald Trump. That's now
- 26:23Speaker 2: what this has turned into.
- 26:25Speaker 1: This is all.
- 26:26Speaker 2: About them saying here is our enemies lists, and let's
- 26:30Speaker 2: own it. Will indict anyone that's ever talked, been around,
- 26:34Speaker 2: worked with Donald Trump, and will ruin all of their lives,
- 26:38Speaker 2: will make them all lawyer up. It'll be game on.
- 26:42Speaker 2: And that's how we're gonna pull this off. And that's
- 26:44Speaker 2: why that four person was talking so giddily about, Oh,
- 26:47Speaker 2: I just it would just you know, this dream of
- 26:50Speaker 2: having that sixty seconds with Donald Trump to swear him in,
- 26:54Speaker 2: That would just be so cool for me. This is
- 26:57Speaker 2: not serious, folks. This has Banana Republic
