- 0:00Speaker 1: So how do you actually alter change still an election.
- 0:05Speaker 1: You do it at a state level. You do it
- 0:07Speaker 1: by changing the rules on a regular basis. You do
- 0:11Speaker 1: it by being the Pennsylvania's secretary of State for example.
- 0:16Speaker 1: Now I'm going to tell you a story, and I
- 0:19Speaker 1: need you to pay attention because if you want to
- 0:21Speaker 1: know why we are in the debacle we're in right
- 0:24Speaker 1: now with corruption in this election and how we still
- 0:28Speaker 1: don't have winners in places like Pennsylvania, You're gonna understand
- 0:32Speaker 1: after I tell you the story how corrupt the Democratic
- 0:35Speaker 1: Party and the left actually is. Pennsylvania State Republicans are
- 0:42Speaker 1: now calling for the Pennsylvania Secretary of State to resign immediately,
- 0:46Speaker 1: and the reason why is pretty simple. She has been
- 0:49Speaker 1: making election law rules that she has no legal authority
- 0:54Speaker 1: to do, and then changing them as quickly as she
- 0:57Speaker 1: makes them for whatever she believes will help Joe Biden
- 1:02Speaker 1: win Pennsylvania. Now we're talking about the entire presidency. Now, Okay,
- 1:07Speaker 1: if Pennsylvania goes for Joe Biden, it's over. So let
- 1:13Speaker 1: me explain this story to you about corruption in Pennsylvania.
- 1:18Speaker 1: You have two different leaders there, Senate President pro tem
- 1:23Speaker 1: and the majority leader sent a statement today that not once,
- 1:28Speaker 1: but twice in the last two days, the Secretary of State,
- 1:32Speaker 1: a Democrat, has fundamentally altered the manner in which Pennsylvania's
- 1:38Speaker 1: election is being conducted. The constantly changing guidance that she
- 1:46Speaker 1: has delivered two counties not only directly contradicts the election
- 1:50Speaker 1: code language she has worn to uphold, but also conflicts
- 1:56Speaker 1: her own litigation statements and decisions of both the Pennsylvania
- 2:03Speaker 1: Supreme Court and the United States of America Supreme Court. Translation,
- 2:09Speaker 1: you have a Seretary of State, Kathy buck Var Backvar,
- 2:14Speaker 1: however the hell you say her name, who has basically
- 2:18Speaker 1: made election law up and then changed election law multiple
- 2:23Speaker 1: times in the last forty eight hours. She has zero
- 2:27Speaker 1: authority to do any of what she is doing right now.
- 2:31Speaker 1: And the reason why she's doing it is she's trying
- 2:33Speaker 1: to steal I would argue an election for Joe Biden. Now,
- 2:40Speaker 1: let me just give you a little bit of a backstory,
- 2:42Speaker 1: and this is not going back that far. We're talking
- 2:44Speaker 1: about October twenty eighth. Okay, this Secretary of State, a Democrat,
- 2:50Speaker 1: actually told the u Supreme Court on October the twenty
- 2:54Speaker 1: eighth that ballots received after eight o'clock on election night
- 3:01Speaker 1: would then be segregated. That would be keeping with the
- 3:08Speaker 1: law for elections in Pennsylvania. She assured the Supreme Court
- 3:16Speaker 1: on October the twenty ninth that every ballot that came
- 3:19Speaker 1: in after the polls closed at eight o'clock at night
- 3:22Speaker 1: on November the third, that these ballots would be taken
- 3:25Speaker 1: and segregated and not counted yet. Why because there's a
- 3:30Speaker 1: legal challenge. Well, guess what. After she lied to the
- 3:35Speaker 1: Supreme Court, and she did. She changed the rules on
- 3:40Speaker 1: November the first and directed counties in Pennsylvania to canvass
- 3:47Speaker 1: these ballots as soon as possible upon receipt of those ballots.
- 3:53Speaker 1: So she went to the Supreme Court. She gave the
- 3:55Speaker 1: Supreme Court her word that as the Secretary of State,
- 3:59Speaker 1: that she would do what the law says, that any
- 4:02Speaker 1: ballot that came in after eight o'clock I remember the
- 4:04Speaker 1: third would be segregated. Then on November the first, she
- 4:07Speaker 1: directed counties to not do that, in fact, to do
- 4:11Speaker 1: the opposite of that, to take those ballots as soon
- 4:14Speaker 1: as possible upon receipt and and and grab them and
- 4:18Speaker 1: use them. It gets worse in some counties. It is
- 4:24Speaker 1: not possible to both segregate and canvas ballots ballots as
- 4:30Speaker 1: directed by the Pennsylvania's Secretary of State. It's literally impossible
- 4:35Speaker 1: to do what she said to do. It is impossible
- 4:39Speaker 1: to segregate the ballots and canvas the ballots at the
- 4:41Speaker 1: same time. This directive leaves open the possibility that timely
- 4:46Speaker 1: votes will be commingled with votes received after eight o'clock
- 4:54Speaker 1: on election day. That's why it's impossible. Well, don't worry.
- 5:00Speaker 1: She didn't care. So despite the fact that these votes
- 5:04Speaker 1: remained the subject of litigation before the United States Supreme Court.
- 5:08Speaker 1: This secretary, stated Democrat, said to the Supreme Court, the
- 5:11Speaker 1: help with you. I have an election to go win
- 5:13Speaker 1: for Joe Biden. It gets even worse. Twenty four hours
- 5:19Speaker 1: after she made up election laws that she has no
- 5:22Speaker 1: authority to do. After she lied to the Supreme Court,
- 5:27Speaker 1: she decided to change the rules again in Pennsylvania. That's right,
- 5:32Speaker 1: her department change the rules again on November the second.
- 5:38Speaker 1: Because of what I just told you. Counties came back
- 5:41Speaker 1: and were like, hey, we can't segregate ballots, ballots and
- 5:44Speaker 1: canvas ballots at the same time. It doesn't work. Secretary
- 5:49Speaker 1: of state. So they said, all right, we'll change the
- 5:52Speaker 1: rules for the election again. On November the second, when
- 5:57Speaker 1: they provided last second guidance directing counties in Pennsylvania to
- 6:04Speaker 1: provide information to help voters whose mail in or absentee
- 6:09Speaker 1: ballots were incorrectly completed so that those voters could vote
- 6:14Speaker 1: on a provisional ballot. Now, this late release of this
- 6:19Speaker 1: quote guidance, which is not guidance, it's like WT you
- 6:23Speaker 1: know what. It resulted in major inconsistencies and inconsistent applications
- 6:30Speaker 1: across the counties for people that were voting, some of whom,
- 6:36Speaker 1: by the way, in these counties contacted voters as directed,
- 6:40Speaker 1: and some counties did not do it at all. So
- 6:45Speaker 1: you had counties literally running an election one way in
- 6:48Speaker 1: one county, and then another county right next to it
- 6:51Speaker 1: running an election a completely different manner in that county.
- 6:57Speaker 1: This is all happening in just Pennsylvania, folks. There's no
- 7:02Speaker 1: basis for this guidance in the current law in Pennsylvania.
- 7:07Speaker 1: This woman literally made it up as she was going
- 7:13Speaker 1: along and had no authority to do this. The Secretary
- 7:17Speaker 1: of the State of Pennsylvania was creating election laws out
- 7:23Speaker 1: of thin air, changing the process of the election out
- 7:27Speaker 1: of thin air, giving out guidances that we're not in
- 7:32Speaker 1: the current election laws in Pennsylvania, out of thin air,
- 7:37Speaker 1: all the way up until the actual election. Now, right now,
- 7:44Speaker 1: Donald Trump is up ninety five hundred and sixty six
- 7:47Speaker 1: votes in Pennsylvania. That's twenty electoral votes. Kind of important.
- 7:50Speaker 1: If we lose Pennsylvania, we lose the White House. You
- 7:54Speaker 1: notice I've not mentioned any other states and the problems
- 7:57Speaker 1: we're having there with voter issues. I'm just talking about Pennsylvania.
- 8:00Speaker 1: This is how corrupt the Democratic Party has been acting
- 8:03Speaker 1: just in Pennsylvania. The Pennsylvania Republicans contended that the Pennsylvania
- 8:08Speaker 1: Secretary of State quote fundamentally altered its formal and informal
- 8:13Speaker 1: guidance for the November third elections, and she does not
- 8:17Speaker 1: have the power or the right to do it. They
- 8:21Speaker 1: noted that the Secretary of States said that she would
- 8:25Speaker 1: segregate the ballots received after eight o'clock on election night
- 8:30Speaker 1: and those received beforehand. However, we now know that she
- 8:36Speaker 1: issued a notice thirty six hours before the election that
- 8:40Speaker 1: ballots received after the election deadline would be counted anyway,
- 8:46Speaker 1: and in her words in this directive quote as soon
- 8:51Speaker 1: as possible. Fast forward at eight thirty eight pm on
- 9:00Speaker 1: Monday November, the second day before the election, less than
- 9:05Speaker 1: twelve hours before the polls were to open, the Secretary
- 9:09Speaker 1: of State issued an email to all counties in Pennsylvania
- 9:14Speaker 1: directing them to provide information to political party and candidate
- 9:19Speaker 1: representatives regarding mail in and absentee ballots, which had been
- 9:24Speaker 1: set aside because they failed to comply with the requirement
- 9:28Speaker 1: of the election Code in order to be counted so
- 9:32Speaker 1: that voters could come in and vote provisionally at the polls.
- 9:37Speaker 1: The late release of this quote guidance, which is a
- 9:40Speaker 1: joke at this point, resulted in mass inconsistent applications, meaning
- 9:45Speaker 1: votes across the entire state, some of whom contacted voters
- 9:52Speaker 1: as directed in, some who did not. You had massive
- 9:57Speaker 1: different treatment of voters in one county compared to the
- 10:01Speaker 1: next county, compared to the next county compared to the
- 10:03Speaker 1: next county. This is incredibly incompetent, inappropriate. This is how
- 10:12Speaker 1: you have election issues because you had different rules being
- 10:15Speaker 1: applied depending on which polling station you went to. Nothing
- 10:19Speaker 1: in Pennsylvania was uniform because of this liberal Democrat trying
- 10:23Speaker 1: to figure out how to help out Joe Biden as
- 10:25Speaker 1: much as you possibly could. I have more on this
- 10:29Speaker 1: election corruption, but before we get to that, I want
- 10:31Speaker 1: to say thank you to our incredible sponsor, and that
- 10:35Speaker 1: is a unbelievable organization that right now is fighting for
- 10:39Speaker 1: the integrity of your vote. It is called AMAC. AMAC
- 10:42Speaker 1: is the number one conservative organization in the country, and
- 10:45Speaker 1: they are watching right now and fighting and defending the
- 10:48Speaker 1: integrity of your vote to make sure that your vote
- 10:51Speaker 1: is not canceled out by an illegal vote. Now, what
- 10:57Speaker 1: I want you to know about AMAC is they are
- 11:02Speaker 1: looking at every single state that is up for grabs
- 11:06Speaker 1: and they are representing the members in those states to
- 11:09Speaker 1: fight and protect for the integrity of this election. If
- 11:13Speaker 1: you have not joined AMAC, I want you to join
- 11:16Speaker 1: right now for free for one year. I'm going to
- 11:19Speaker 1: give you a one year free a one year free membership.
- 11:23Speaker 1: You'll also get the AMAC magazine and the email updates
- 11:26Speaker 1: on information about this election. This could drag on for weeks,
- 11:31Speaker 1: if not more than a month. If you want to
- 11:34Speaker 1: know what's going on and be up to date, if
- 11:36Speaker 1: you want to make sure that someone is protecting defending
- 11:39Speaker 1: your vote, join the number one conservative organization in the country,
- 11:42Speaker 1: and get the magazine for one year for free. They
- 11:47Speaker 1: are already two point two million strong at AMAC, and
- 11:51Speaker 1: it's time for us to get bigger and fight even
- 11:53Speaker 1: more than we have before. This election is up for
- 11:57Speaker 1: grabs and we have to protect its integrity. Join AMAC.

- 12:16Speaker 1: membership right now. So Pennsylvania is changing the rules of
- 12:21Speaker 1: how elections are done, and then they get it so
- 12:25Speaker 1: confused that they don't even know how they're running the elections.
- 12:27Speaker 1: Depending on which county you're in, different counties are running
- 12:31Speaker 1: the election different ways. Different counties are contacting voters and
- 12:35Speaker 1: directing some of them to do things differently than other
- 12:38Speaker 1: counties are doing them. And all of this is being
- 12:41Speaker 1: made up by the Secretary of State who is changing
- 12:45Speaker 1: the rules as she goes, which has no authority or
- 12:48Speaker 1: power to do it. Now. Tuesday evening, the same Secretary
- 12:54Speaker 1: of State in Pennsylvania said that she does not intend
- 12:56Speaker 1: to resign and disagrees with the assessment that many giving
- 13:00Speaker 1: of her work. She said Frankly, I think they are
- 13:02Speaker 1: the ones that you resigned for not having allow Pennsylvania
- 13:06Speaker 1: and the station to start pre canvassing ballots early as
- 13:10Speaker 1: forty six other states across the country have done. We
- 13:13Speaker 1: would be getting results a lot sooner if they had.
- 13:15Speaker 1: That's how she's trying to change the narrative. She added,
- 13:19Speaker 1: they don't like the late counting of ballots because they
- 13:22Speaker 1: don't like anything that allows more eligible voters to be enfranchise.
- 13:28Speaker 1: So let's speak clear about that. She is right. They
- 13:32Speaker 1: know how many votes they got to come up with,
- 13:34Speaker 1: and now they're trying to figure out how to find them,
- 13:38Speaker 1: how to get all the votes. And it's not just
- 13:40Speaker 1: in Pennsylvania where this crap is happening right now, it's
- 13:46Speaker 1: happening in Georgia. Let's talk about Georgia for a second.
- 13:50Speaker 1: Georgia is a place where right now you look at
- 13:54Speaker 1: Georgia and the present is up. Don't worry. The Democrats
- 13:59Speaker 1: are doing everything they can to try to change that
- 14:02Speaker 1: as well. The Democrats know how many votes they got
- 14:06Speaker 1: to come up with. Right now, Donald Trump is up
- 14:09Speaker 1: in Georgia by nine thousand, five hundred and twenty five votes.
- 14:13Speaker 1: It's kind of a big deal at sixteen electoral votes.
- 14:16Speaker 1: Once again, if Joe Biden wins, that state came over.
- 14:22Speaker 1: So the Georgia Democratic Party actually went out and trained
- 14:25Speaker 1: activists Wednesday night on how to go door to door
- 14:30Speaker 1: to fix ballots rejected on election day. You notice I
- 14:35Speaker 1: said on Wednesday night. The election was on Tuesday night,
- 14:39Speaker 1: and the Georgia Democratic Party started training their activists on
- 14:45Speaker 1: how to go door to door to fix ballots rejected
- 14:48Speaker 1: on election day. Called ballot curing, the party is able
- 14:54Speaker 1: to identify individuals who had defective ballots due to incorrect marking,
- 15:00Speaker 1: mismatch signatures, or some other flaw. They are then visiting
- 15:05Speaker 1: those voters in person and encouraging them to fix their
- 15:08Speaker 1: ballot to count for the Democrats. Breton Bart News observed
- 15:14Speaker 1: the training called Ballot Rescue Team in person voter outreach,
- 15:20Speaker 1: which took place Wednesday night and was conducted by Jesse
- 15:25Speaker 1: Grass and Kim Hood to out of state activists who
- 15:29Speaker 1: are working on gathering votes in Georgia. We are still voting,
- 15:35Speaker 1: Grass told the group. She said the party is able
- 15:39Speaker 1: to collect corrected ballots until five pm on Friday, the sixth.
- 15:47Speaker 1: Hood assailed vote integrity measures such as signatures on a ballot,
- 15:52Speaker 1: calling it a tool of voter suppression to encourage her
- 15:56Speaker 1: minions to do the dirty work she arete a determination
- 16:02Speaker 1: on a mismatch signature is made by someone who is
- 16:05Speaker 1: not a handwriting expert, so therefore it shouldn't matter. Another
- 16:10Speaker 1: slide that they did for training, titled vote by Mail
- 16:15Speaker 1: Ballot issues, identifies problems that can spoil a ballot as
- 16:21Speaker 1: well as candidate, as well as what a cannot looks
- 16:24Speaker 1: like for curing. The problems include missing a signature, signature,
- 16:29Speaker 1: mismatch issue, issue, first time voter who did not provide
- 16:33Speaker 1: required ID to vote. These activists said, then all of
- 16:41Speaker 1: them need to have a case worker mentality and emphasize
- 16:47Speaker 1: with voters, telling them the activist is just trying to
- 16:51Speaker 1: make their vote count. By the way, these people are
- 16:55Speaker 1: not part of the voting system, but doesn't matter because
- 16:57Speaker 1: they're curing votes in Georgia. They made it clear that
- 17:02Speaker 1: they only want to help Democratic voters as well during
- 17:04Speaker 1: this training last night. So if an activist visits the
- 17:09Speaker 1: home of a voter who said they cast a ballot
- 17:11Speaker 1: for a Republican, they actually instruct them to leave and
- 17:14Speaker 1: not assist them. The party's intent is to minimize knocking
- 17:20Speaker 1: on doors of Republicans quote unquote. Another slide in the presentation,
- 17:25Speaker 1: and Georgia said, quote check they're voting for Democrats. Several
- 17:31Speaker 1: critics also attended the training, and Grass defended the practice
- 17:35Speaker 1: when one questioned the names of the voters who cast
- 17:40Speaker 1: an uncounted ballotist public record as the state released its list.
- 17:46Speaker 1: Another slide titled signature issues on the Ballot recommended taking
- 17:50Speaker 1: a picture of the voters ID to send to election officials.
- 17:56Speaker 1: Quote of signature is missing or a mismatch ballot will
- 18:01Speaker 1: not be accepted to side reads. The cure, they said,
- 18:06Speaker 1: is to send a copy of their ID on their behalf,
- 18:09Speaker 1: including assigned affidavit, to the county election office. Grass SAIDs
- 18:14Speaker 1: five thousand such names were released on Wednesday, and more
- 18:17Speaker 1: would be made public on Thursday and Friday mornings. They
- 18:21Speaker 1: have till Friday at five o'clock to change this election.
- 18:26Speaker 1: The training indicated the vote or supporting documentation can be
- 18:31Speaker 1: submitted by email or even by text message. Quote we
- 18:38Speaker 1: have to hurry, so submit the affidavit and ID to
- 18:43Speaker 1: their county registrar. Photos sent via email counts their work
- 18:48Speaker 1: hopefully will turn the presidential race, they said. According to
- 18:53Speaker 1: New York Times, ninety six percent of ballots have been
- 18:55Speaker 1: counted in Georgia and Trump as a narrow forty nine
- 18:59Speaker 1: point six percent to forty nine point two percent lead.
- 19:03Speaker 1: Trump currently has an eighteen thousand, five hundred and forty
- 19:07Speaker 1: vote lead in the peach state. And so Democrats are
- 19:11Speaker 1: going door to door trying to harvest these votes. Oh yes,
- 19:17Speaker 1: but there's no voter fry going on, folks, none at all,
- 19:20Speaker 1: none zero. So we got problems in Pennsylvania, we got
- 19:25Speaker 1: problems in Georgia. Georgia just gave a new explanation for
- 19:30Speaker 1: why they're having some issues. This is an actual headline
- 19:33Speaker 1: from the New York Times. A Georgia election official said
- 19:38Speaker 1: that the state expects to finish counting ballots today. He
- 19:43Speaker 1: said that some counties had quote forgotten to press the
- 19:47Speaker 1: upload button and that they've been reminded to do so. Okay, sure, yeah,
- 19:56Speaker 1: I'm gonna buy that crap. Yeah, okay, got it. That's
- 20:00Speaker 1: what you want me to believe right now. So you
- 20:03Speaker 1: got Democrats that are out there in Georgia knocking on
- 20:08Speaker 1: people's doors, going door to door to fix flawed ballots
- 20:14Speaker 1: to minimize and told not to help Republicans, only Democrats.
- 20:20Speaker 1: They're going door to door acting like they're caseworkers after
- 20:26Speaker 1: they've identified individuals who had defective ballots due to incorrect markings,
- 20:31Speaker 1: mismatched signatures, or other flaws. They told them to act
- 20:36Speaker 1: like they are a caseworker, identify themselves as just trying
- 20:40Speaker 1: to help with their making their vote count. And they
- 20:46Speaker 1: said that if you find someone who could cast a
- 20:48Speaker 1: ballot for Republican, they should leave and not assist them
- 20:52Speaker 1: in fixing their ballot. The party's intent is to minimize
- 20:56Speaker 1: knocking on doors. The training session last night said out loud,
- 21:03Speaker 1: conducting in person cure. Here's their instructions. Number one, introduce yourself.
- 21:08Speaker 1: Number two check their voting for Democrats. Three, confirm that
- 21:11Speaker 1: they cast a ballot. Explain voter has a final step
- 21:18Speaker 1: in order to make their ballot count. Help the voter
- 21:21Speaker 1: cure their ballot right there only takes five minutes. You
- 21:25Speaker 1: can help them complete the affidavit, find acceptable ID, take
- 21:30Speaker 1: photos of sign affidavit and ID, and email those photos
- 21:33Speaker 1: on their behalf to the county election officials. Another slide
- 21:41Speaker 1: titled issues on the Ballot recommended taking a picture, so
- 21:45Speaker 1: you're giving all your personal information to these people who
- 21:48Speaker 1: you don't know. The group said five thousand such names
- 21:54Speaker 1: were released on Wednesday, more would be made public on
- 21:56Speaker 1: Thursday and Friday, and that we can win the election.
- 22:00Speaker 1: We're Joe Biden if we do it. If we do it, so,
- 22:09Speaker 1: Pennsylvania officials have commingled ballots that came in after eight
- 22:15Speaker 1: o'clock on election night with ballots that got there before
- 22:18Speaker 1: election night, knowing that they think that will help out
- 22:22Speaker 1: Joe Biden. George is going to be decided by a
- 22:28Speaker 1: handful of votes, and right now they're trying to change
- 22:30Speaker 1: those vote outcomes with these drives to knock on people's
- 22:34Speaker 1: doors to find me his votes were passing. We're tossed
- 22:37Speaker 1: out and only help the Democrats that their Republican then
- 22:39Speaker 1: walk away. Democrats even put out a get fired up
- 22:49Speaker 1: moment today telling you that the lead is evaporating. The
- 22:54Speaker 1: lead is evaporating for Donald Trump because getting enough of
- 23:00Speaker 1: these ballots in. Now Trump files at lawsuit as the
- 23:07Speaker 1: gap is quote closing in Pennsylvania. Officials have given an
- 23:12Speaker 1: update on Pennsylvania and right now as it stands and
- 23:17Speaker 1: the summer's changing constantly, but the presents leaders dropped from
- 23:19Speaker 1: about ninety six thousand to seventy eight thousand votes in Pennsylvania. Now,
- 23:25Speaker 1: Joe Biden, of course, talks to American people today and
- 23:28Speaker 1: he's like, he acts like he's the president elect. I
- 23:31Speaker 1: don't blame him for that. It's a smart move politically,
- 23:36Speaker 1: But what his minions are doing behind the scenes, as
- 23:38Speaker 1: they are doing everything they can to try to alter
- 23:41Speaker 1: the outcome of this election after the fact, this is
- 23:47Speaker 1: not campaigning. This is fixing. I want to make that
- 23:52Speaker 1: very very clear. This is not campaigning. What the Democrats
- 23:57Speaker 1: are actively involved in right now is is fixing an election.
- 24:03Speaker 1: They're saying, Okay, what do we have to do to
- 24:05Speaker 1: fix it? How do we fix it? What do we
- 24:12Speaker 1: do to fix it? Mail in ballot count has been
- 24:17Speaker 1: halted in Philadelphia in some part Democrats have challenged the
- 24:21Speaker 1: court order allowing gop observers, even saying, get out, you
- 24:26Speaker 1: can't observe, but I'm su I'm so to trust the process.
- 24:33Speaker 1: Officials halted mail and ballot counting in Philadelphia following a
- 24:37Speaker 1: court order allowing goop observers to watch the vote count,
- 24:41Speaker 1: a ruling that Democrats are now challenging in court because
- 24:44Speaker 1: they don't want transparency. If there's transparency, Donald Trump wins
- 24:49Speaker 1: in Pennsylvania. So if you hear anybody saying the Democrats
- 24:56Speaker 1: just one an honest election, are they're doing this the
- 24:58Speaker 1: right way? No, they're not. They literally went to court
- 25:01Speaker 1: to kick out people from being able to observe and
- 25:04Speaker 1: watch the vote count in Pennsylvania. Why would you not
- 25:08Speaker 1: want people to watch the vote, Well, if you're doing
- 25:10Speaker 1: something shady, you wouldn't want people to watch, right, If
- 25:14Speaker 1: you're doing something unethical, you wouldn't want people to watch right.
- 25:18Speaker 1: So the only lawsuit right now that the Democrats have
- 25:21Speaker 1: filed is a lawsuit to not allow observers to watch
- 25:25Speaker 1: the vote count in Pennsylvania. This after the GOP and
- 25:29Speaker 1: Georgia has also told us that their campaign poll watchers
- 25:33Speaker 1: were told to go home on election night because they
- 25:34Speaker 1: were gonna get back after tomorrow. They were done for
- 25:37Speaker 1: the night, wrapping things up. Then they found out that
- 25:40Speaker 1: ballots were counted all night long in secret with no
- 25:43Speaker 1: Republican observers there. Guess where this happened, Fulton County, Guess
- 25:50Speaker 1: what that is? Atlanta, Georgia, Philadelphia, paused the count around
- 25:55Speaker 1: noon Eastern on Thursday, after Democrats took an shoe with
- 26:00Speaker 1: a court ruling allowing Republican watchers to stand six feet
- 26:04Speaker 1: from those counting the ballots. Two Democrat officials told NBC
- 26:09Speaker 1: News that Democrats are taking their complaints to the state
- 26:11Speaker 1: Supreme Court. They're furious, as spokesperson for the state's High
- 26:15Speaker 1: court quickly squashed the rumors that it had overruled the
- 26:19Speaker 1: lower ruling. While the spokesperson denied that a filing had
- 26:25Speaker 1: been made, minutes later, they said a filing had been made. Yeah.
- 26:31Speaker 1: Minutes later, however, they said, just filed in Commonwealth Court.
- 26:35Speaker 1: On background. This is a request for an appeal to
- 26:38Speaker 1: the Supreme Court discretionary order. The court will review the
- 26:41Speaker 1: requests to allow us US deny the appeal, and the
- 26:44Speaker 1: Pennsylvania Supreme Court spokes been said again moments earlier, there's
- 26:48Speaker 1: no filing in the Pennsylvania Spreme Court and the court
- 26:50Speaker 1: has not overruled any action by the Commonwealth Court. And
- 26:52Speaker 1: then they're like, oh, wait, we need to make this happen.
- 26:54Speaker 1: We need to make this happen so the Democrats can
- 26:56Speaker 1: count the votes they want to and Republicans can't watch.
- 27:03Speaker 1: Jason Miller from the Trump campaign tweeted out the crooked
- 27:07Speaker 1: and thieving Democrats in Philly opposed having lawful observers watch
- 27:11Speaker 1: ballots being counted. Why would Democrats oppose basic transparency unless
- 27:17Speaker 1: they know illegal activities ille illegalities will be exposed. Per
- 27:27Speaker 1: the ruling, all candidates, watchers or candidate representatives be permitted
- 27:33Speaker 1: to be present for the canvassing process and be permitted
- 27:38Speaker 1: to observe all aspects the canvasing process within six feet
- 27:43Speaker 1: while adhering to all COVID nineteen protocols, including wearing masks
- 27:48Speaker 1: and maintaining social distancing. That's all that they were asking for.
- 27:53Speaker 1: That's it. That is a massive victory. It's also sad
- 27:58Speaker 1: that this is what it takes to actually have it done.
- 28:01Speaker 1: Right now, Trump held a one hundred and sixteen thousand
- 28:06Speaker 1: vote lead as of noon Eastern. The Biden campaign, however,
- 28:13Speaker 1: believes they will secure a victory in Pennsylvania due to
- 28:18Speaker 1: his advantage with mail in ballots and no one be
- 28:22Speaker 1: able to watch as they're counting these votes. So now
- 28:26Speaker 1: that lead at now deinstern was one hundred and sixteen
- 28:29Speaker 1: thousand has already dropped out a seventy eight thousand. Let
- 28:34Speaker 1: me recap this quickly by saying, you should be incredibly
- 28:39Speaker 1: angry right now at this process. Democrats don't give a
- 28:43Speaker 1: damn about the rule of law. They don't care about
- 28:49Speaker 1: your vote. They don't care about the integrity in voting.
- 28:53Speaker 1: They care about winning, even if it means lie, steep, steel,
- 28:57Speaker 1: or cheat. They don't care if they have to get
- 29:01Speaker 1: people to break the law to change election law like
- 29:05Speaker 1: they have in Philadelphia, as long as they get the victory.
- 29:10Speaker 1: This is exactly what they did in twenty sixteen when
- 29:13Speaker 1: they were spying on Trump's campaign, making up fake connections
- 29:17Speaker 1: with Russia and then impeaching them over fake claims. Why
- 29:22Speaker 1: they don't care. They will lie, steal, cheat to win,
- 29:29Speaker 1: and I'll leave it at that.
