- 0:20Speaker 1: good it. Steve Hart listen to movie together for Studley,
- 0:38Speaker 1: I don't join join me in doing me. Honey, you

- 1:44Speaker 1: then turn the water the water go. Come come on
- 1:58Speaker 1: your back. Huh. I shall will a good morning everybody.
- 2:04Speaker 1: Y'all listening to the voice, come on, dig me nw
- 2:08Speaker 1: one it only Steve Harvey got a radio show. Okay, okay,
- 2:17Speaker 1: here's one for you today. This is one that's deep
- 2:20Speaker 1: inside of me. So this one right here, I know
- 2:25Speaker 1: this one very very well. I want to talk to
- 2:29Speaker 1: you today about success. But I want to talk to
- 2:35Speaker 1: you about it like I usually do in terms of
- 2:38Speaker 1: a principle of it, but I want to share something
- 2:42Speaker 1: with you about it. And I was talking to my
- 2:46Speaker 1: daughter about it. I've talked about my son in law
- 2:49Speaker 1: about it, talked about it with all my children, and
- 2:52Speaker 1: I'm really starting to express it to them now because
- 2:55Speaker 1: I mean mine range from age thirty one down to sixteen.
- 2:59Speaker 1: So I'm talking to a wide range of people constantly,
- 3:04Speaker 1: but I want to share something with you, and this
- 3:07Speaker 1: is very, very real, and there is no way around this.
- 3:10Speaker 1: If you have any aspiration of being successful, if you
- 3:14Speaker 1: have any inkling that you want to change for the
- 3:17Speaker 1: better and become successful in that change, I want you
- 3:23Speaker 1: to realize, starting right now, the effort that is going
- 3:28Speaker 1: to require. And that's why I think it stops a
- 3:31Speaker 1: lot of people. I think a lot of people are
- 3:34Speaker 1: never told or don't understand the sheer efforts that it
- 3:39Speaker 1: takes to become successful at anything in any area of
- 3:43Speaker 1: your life. You know. I think people think that if
- 3:46Speaker 1: they do their best they can that that'll cut it. Well,
- 3:51Speaker 1: that's not enough. Here is the lightbulb. That's not enough.
- 3:59Speaker 1: If you think that doing your best is enough, that
- 4:03Speaker 1: I got news for you. It's not. Well, Steve, what
- 4:07Speaker 1: if you've done your best, though, and your best ain't
- 4:11Speaker 1: good enough? Well, let me ask you that same question.
- 4:15Speaker 1: Hold on. If you want to be successful and you've
- 4:18Speaker 1: done your best and best isn't good enough, what you through?
- 4:21Speaker 1: That's it? But Steven, was my best? No, no, no,
- 4:25Speaker 1: no no, it was the best you had at that
- 4:28Speaker 1: time in that particular day, but tomorrow add something to it.
- 4:35Speaker 1: You've never done everything. There is no you can't go
- 4:39Speaker 1: no more, you can't add no more. I've seen marathon
- 4:43Speaker 1: runners end up crawling across the line. I've seen triath
- 4:47Speaker 1: line people man just staggering in the street and didn't
- 4:50Speaker 1: want nobody to help him because they knew that would
- 4:53Speaker 1: disqualify him from the race. You got more? Have you
- 4:59Speaker 1: ever deal into your reserve tank? That's what we're talking
- 5:03Speaker 1: about now. See, all of us have a reserve tank,
- 5:07Speaker 1: you know. I you know, on my ranch, I like
- 5:10Speaker 1: to ride four wheelers. I have all terrain vehicles, and
- 5:13Speaker 1: all of them have a gas tank on it and
- 5:16Speaker 1: a gas tank and most of mine, let me see
- 5:18Speaker 1: all of them. Yeah, all of them have gas tank
- 5:20Speaker 1: needles on them, and it lets me know when I
- 5:23Speaker 1: get down towards eat there's a little lane that's read
- 5:28Speaker 1: that lets me know. Okay, Steve, you're in the danger zone.
- 5:31Speaker 1: Now you're riding into the lowest part of your tank.
- 5:34Speaker 1: But if I keep riding and I forget to get
- 5:37Speaker 1: some gas in there, guess what when it runs out
- 5:40Speaker 1: of gas. All of my all terrain vehicles, all of
- 5:44Speaker 1: them Honda Polaris, all of them. Those are the makers.
- 5:50Speaker 1: There's a button on the gas tank itself that I
- 5:53Speaker 1: can click and it says reserve. That means they know
- 5:59Speaker 1: that for the hardcore riders, they're gonna ride somewhere and
- 6:03Speaker 1: they're gonna get themselves in a situation and they're gonna
- 6:06Speaker 1: run out of everything. They're gonna run out of road,
- 6:09Speaker 1: they're gonna run out of gas. They've prepared because they
- 6:12Speaker 1: know for the hardcore rider, every hardcore rider needs a
- 6:16Speaker 1: reserve tank. And so there's a button that you can
- 6:20Speaker 1: click on the gas tank that clicks it into a
- 6:23Speaker 1: reserve and it'll give you about fifty miles or twenty
- 6:27Speaker 1: miles worth of gas in that Now, guess what in
- 6:31Speaker 1: that reserve That may be all you need to get
- 6:35Speaker 1: you the where you're going, or get you back to
- 6:37Speaker 1: safety so you can refuel. Don't tell me you've done
- 6:41Speaker 1: your best. When your best, don't cut it what you're
- 6:44Speaker 1: gonna do. See, when best is possible, then good enough
- 6:51Speaker 1: ain't enough. See you can flip that any kind of
- 6:55Speaker 1: weight you where you want to. But if but if
- 6:58Speaker 1: the best is possible, then good enough and it ain't enough. Man,
- 7:03Speaker 1: See that's good enough. But if the best is possible,
- 7:05Speaker 1: why would you not shoot for that? And you are
- 7:07Speaker 1: all capable of making it. You are all capable of
- 7:12Speaker 1: being successful if you change your mind set. But you've
- 7:17Speaker 1: got to change your mindset and realize the effort that
- 7:21Speaker 1: has to be put forth in becoming successful. You've got
- 7:25Speaker 1: to do it relentlessly, over and over and over and
- 7:28Speaker 1: over and every day. I try to do something to
- 7:32Speaker 1: progress my life for the better. I try to do
- 7:35Speaker 1: something every day. I wake up every day with the plan.
- 7:39Speaker 1: Some phone calls, some meetings, some some some interviews. Something
- 7:44Speaker 1: man that's going to advance and move the brand forward.
- 7:47Speaker 1: Because here's what's gonna happen. You are Let's say you
- 7:50Speaker 1: reach your goal. Let's say your goal is to make
- 7:55Speaker 1: one hundred thousand dollars. Well, I got news for you.
- 7:58Speaker 1: Listen to this. When you the one hundred thousand dollars,
- 8:02Speaker 1: you can't go nowhere and go on vacation and put
- 8:04Speaker 1: your hand behind your head and say I made a
- 8:07Speaker 1: hundred thousand dollars. Guess what you got to do. You
- 8:10Speaker 1: got to find a way now to maintain that one
- 8:13Speaker 1: hundred thousand, to keep it coming in. So you can't
- 8:17Speaker 1: just get there and stop and rest and whoa. It
- 8:20Speaker 1: is harder to maintain your success than it is to
- 8:23Speaker 1: get successful. See let's say, let me let me show
- 8:27Speaker 1: you this. Suppose it takes you five to eight years
- 8:33Speaker 1: to find a way to make fifty thousand dollars. Let's
- 8:37Speaker 1: say it takes you five to eight years to find
- 8:40Speaker 1: a way to make an extra fifty thousand dollars, and
- 8:43Speaker 1: you finally, through work and effort, you get to the
- 8:45Speaker 1: fifty thousand dollars more. That's that's it's only just begun
- 8:51Speaker 1: now because guess what. In order to keep the fifty
- 8:55Speaker 1: coming in, you got to duplicate what you did to
- 8:59Speaker 1: get there. And then, oh, here's what you're going to
- 9:03Speaker 1: have the audacity being a human being. You're gonna want
- 9:06Speaker 1: another fifty because you're a human being, because you gotta
- 9:11Speaker 1: have something else to shoot for. Now you're gonna want
- 9:13Speaker 1: another fifty. Well, now, I guess what you gotta do. Now,
- 9:16Speaker 1: Now you gotta do what you did before, plus you
- 9:18Speaker 1: gotta come up with something else. Then after that, you're
- 9:22Speaker 1: gonna have the audacity. Because you're humans, you're gonna want
- 9:25Speaker 1: another fifty. Says how this works? And see that that's
- 9:31Speaker 1: that that's the importance of your relationship with God, because
- 9:35Speaker 1: you're gonna constantly need it and at other point where
- 9:38Speaker 1: you're gonna be through needing it. But there ain't gonna
- 9:41Speaker 1: become a point in your life where you're gonna through.
- 9:42Speaker 1: Won't through, be through, won't nothing unless you just gave up.
- 9:45Speaker 1: And if you don't gave up, who wants that? Come on, y'all,
- 9:49Speaker 1: this is going to take quite a bit of effort,
- 9:54Speaker 1: and if you think it will come to you any
- 9:55Speaker 1: other way, you're sadly mistaken. Because of all the successful
- 10:00Speaker 1: people I know, I know that the effort they put
- 10:02Speaker 1: out on a daily basis is daunting, and I think
- 10:05Speaker 1: that the average person just doesn't understand the requirement of
- 10:09Speaker 1: time and effort that it takes to get that and
- 10:11Speaker 1: willingness to put it out. You gotta cut a lot
- 10:15Speaker 1: of monkey business out your life. All that hanging out,
- 10:19Speaker 1: all that late and all that club and all that drinking,
- 10:22Speaker 1: all it. You gotta cut a whole lot of monkey
- 10:24Speaker 1: business out to be successful. Man, if you're planning on
- 10:29Speaker 1: being successful, get up early, stay up late, work, try, think, meet, greet, smile, attract.
- 10:38Speaker 1: It takes a lot. Let's go but you can do it.
- 10:41Speaker 1: God is pressed to plassing out blessings all day long.
- 10:44Speaker 1: Why are you not in line for yours? I'm telling
- 10:47Speaker 1: you right now, I want everything God got for me
- 10:50Speaker 1: because what He's shown me so far. Who if he
- 10:53Speaker 1: got some more? Man on man? How good is God? Hunt?
- 11:02Speaker 1: Ladies and gentlemen. This is Steve Harvey Morning Show. I'm
- 11:05Speaker 1: your man, Steve Harvey. The following people I'm about to
- 11:07Speaker 1: introduce you are just as much a part of this
- 11:09Speaker 1: and I am as I am or without them, this
- 11:12Speaker 1: would not be possible with the exception of the let
- 11:15Speaker 1: me see one to the third person I'll be introducing
- 11:18Speaker 1: today comes with an asterisk next to his name due
- 11:22Speaker 1: to the appearance number of appearances. Ladies and gentlemen, Shirley Strawberry, Hey,

- 12:11Speaker 1: to it. You know what's wrong. You know, you know
- 12:14Speaker 1: what's all over social media? Yeah yeah, what what's all
- 12:17Speaker 1: over social media? You know what's all over social media?
- 12:20Speaker 1: What we've been getting calls about everything? Yeah? Yeah what?
- 12:27Speaker 1: First of all, you and Marge getting the voice that's fair?
- 12:29Speaker 1: Yeah yeah, yeah, we heard that. Yeah, that's crazy, that's crazy.
- 12:33Speaker 1: First part. Tommy text me and say, hey man, what
- 12:36Speaker 1: do I say to all these people on social media
- 12:39Speaker 1: that be talking about you? Man? I'm taught. Hey man,
- 12:44Speaker 1: I told and say, hey man, we covered don't quit
- 12:46Speaker 1: wearing about them people. Them people out there, man, they
- 12:49Speaker 1: just want to have something to talk about. I don't
- 12:51Speaker 1: know why. Ain't nobody happy for nobody? No more? Yeah, man,
- 12:55Speaker 1: don't nobody won't see nobody make it. And let me
- 12:59Speaker 1: tell you something else. This is black Twitter, what they
- 13:02Speaker 1: call black Twitter, which is no such thing according to
- 13:06Speaker 1: Van Jones, because black people don't own Twitter, right, they
- 13:11Speaker 1: just being on it so much. They have a little
- 13:13Speaker 1: argument amongst themselves. They call it black Twitter. But you see,
- 13:16Speaker 1: if the people who call us aren't on black Twitter. Now,
- 13:19Speaker 1: these are just people who people we know tableau right tap,
- 13:25Speaker 1: people who read the what Sherley the tabloid. You need
- 13:28Speaker 1: a new circle of friends, okay, for real. I'm like, no,
- 13:33Speaker 1: well it says right here. I Seeven Marjorie. No, they
- 13:37Speaker 1: trust me. They were just together. I let me tell
- 13:39Speaker 1: you to Steve. Marjorie came in, Hey, baby, what's going?
- 13:42Speaker 1: They're fine. I was telling people all wicked. I said,
- 13:48Speaker 1: if uncle Steve and ain't Marjorie get a divoy on
- 13:52Speaker 1: take no for real? No, no, no, no, listen to me.
- 13:58Speaker 1: That for real. But Steve, I have to say this
- 14:01Speaker 1: too was class. That was the best clasp back ever ever.
- 14:11Speaker 1: We ain't got normal money. Well, where was you gonna
- 14:14Speaker 1: tell me? You gotta take this back, baby, We gotta
- 14:17Speaker 1: take all this stuff out, and we ain't got no money.
- 14:19Speaker 1: I'll tell you what. We'll play it. We'll play it
- 14:23Speaker 1: and we come back. Yeah. And I want to talk
- 14:27Speaker 1: about Kentucky because I gotta sit in our big love
- 14:30Speaker 1: to Louisville, Kentucky. It was my first one. And we
- 14:33Speaker 1: got to talk about that too, because Louisville, Kentucky set
- 14:35Speaker 1: it out. Okay, and you ran into Chris Tucker. We'll
- 14:38Speaker 1: talk about all this when we come back, coming up
- 14:40Speaker 1: at thirty two after the hour, right after this you're
- 14:43Speaker 1: listening to all right, Steve. So when we went to break,
- 14:49Speaker 1: we were talking about how it's all over social media,
- 14:51Speaker 1: all in the tabloids and everywhere that you and Marjorie
- 14:54Speaker 1: were getting a divorce. I don't, I don't. I don't.
- 14:56Speaker 1: You have no money. I don't get it, man, do
- 15:00Speaker 1: not get it. I don't know why people are not
- 15:05Speaker 1: happy for one another. I just don't get it anymore. Man,
- 15:09Speaker 1: I don't know what people want. Man? Do they not
- 15:12Speaker 1: want to see? Nobody? Make it? Where did it come from? Man?
- 15:16Speaker 1: From anywhere? The Internet is full of lies. If you
- 15:21Speaker 1: if you get your information off the internet and tabloids,
- 15:24Speaker 1: you're in trouble. Yeah, yeah, seriously. But Steve, I have
- 15:28Speaker 1: to say, despite all that, despite all the phone calls
- 15:31Speaker 1: we all received about your divorce and everything, you had
- 15:34Speaker 1: the best clapback ever. Oh you have the best clapback?
- 15:40Speaker 1: Can we play some of that? And it was no rehearsal. Greatness,
- 15:47Speaker 1: So it was greatness. I tell you. My son walked
- 15:50Speaker 1: up and we rolled Let's go true. I read that too.
- 16:01Speaker 1: You leave you leave me? I mean, I read it,
- 16:08Speaker 1: what well, so, but if you leave it, when was
- 16:12Speaker 1: you gonna tell me? I didn't know. I just found
- 16:15Speaker 1: out I was leaving. I just read it on line.
- 16:18Speaker 1: I read it too. Where you reading that, I don't know.
- 16:21Speaker 1: I read it somewhere. When they say we're getting a
- 16:23Speaker 1: divorce them, I don't know't see the way we're supposed
- 16:26Speaker 1: to be getting one. I was getting ready to do
- 16:28Speaker 1: it right now again. They say we broke too. We
- 16:32Speaker 1: ain't got no money. I got it. You gotta take
- 16:35Speaker 1: all of it backward. We got y'all gotta filter on.
- 16:40Speaker 1: This is what we can change your color? We're looking
- 16:42Speaker 1: like she and wearing I mean, we got no money.
- 16:47Speaker 1: All the money goes. That's what the That's what they said.
- 16:49Speaker 1: The holder. I gotta they just spent all of it.
- 16:52Speaker 1: I spent all of them. Did you spent the money?
- 16:54Speaker 1: They said, you spent all of you and I don't
- 16:57Speaker 1: tell you something else. I got to go talk to
- 16:59Speaker 1: this and tell him. We got to get the hell
- 17:02Speaker 1: out of here because we came out. Yeah, but we
- 17:06Speaker 1: got to go knock because we ain't got the money.
- 17:07Speaker 1: Because I want to tell we got we ain't got one.
- 17:12Speaker 1: We got to ride, uber girl, we got to ride. Meanwhile,
- 17:25Speaker 1: you're at the Kentucky Derby balling out. Now, that was
- 17:32Speaker 1: Friday night we did the video. This was sadly, probably
- 17:36Speaker 1: in the middle of the divorce. I'm not sure when
- 17:38Speaker 1: they didn't happen. We was holding heads and kissing and stuff,
- 17:42Speaker 1: but didn't I guess you said. Yeah, We was at
- 17:45Speaker 1: Derby the next day, and boy, let me tell you something.
- 17:49Speaker 1: We let them have Louisville, Kentucky. From the bottom of
- 17:54Speaker 1: me and my wife's heart, thank y'all. We did not
- 17:57Speaker 1: know that that was the evil event that it is.
- 18:02Speaker 1: It is absolutely spectacular in every area. So we need
- 18:10Speaker 1: to go next years saying, hey, man, the Derby is
- 18:15Speaker 1: like nothing I've gone to. Wow, unbelievable. Really. And and Jay,
- 18:23Speaker 1: the guy that drove you, said they drove you the
- 18:26Speaker 1: year before. Yeah, I drove Jay, Anthony Brown. You know
- 18:29Speaker 1: what's so amazing about You'd be surprised about the number
- 18:32Speaker 1: of black people that are down there now. They may
- 18:34Speaker 1: not go to the race, but they go to Lily,
- 18:37Speaker 1: Kentucky for that for that whole weekend. It's party is
- 18:41Speaker 1: all over, man, I do none of that. I went
- 18:44Speaker 1: to Jess bawl a mess, right, We'll see you and
- 18:50Speaker 1: your friend Chris Tucker shared a funny moment and the
- 18:53Speaker 1: video has gone viral. Let's let's hear that what you're

- 19:13Speaker 1: know what I mean. Well, y'all had a good time,
- 19:22Speaker 1: hey man, I was. I was with Tucker to one
- 19:24Speaker 1: thirty in the morning. Wow. Yeah, man. We went to
- 19:27Speaker 1: this man's house that throws throws the somebody house. Yeah, man,
- 19:32Speaker 1: that's what I'm trying to tell you. This guy throws.
- 19:36Speaker 1: And first of all, let's stop with his house. Let's
- 19:40Speaker 1: his compoundund let me let me tell you about this dude.
- 19:46Speaker 1: This dude right, uh uh, Junior Bridgeman is my buddy
- 19:53Speaker 1: bridge and uh used to play for the Milwaukee Bucks
- 19:57Speaker 1: and he was he does this thing call the Trifector

- 20:08Speaker 1: Usha killed it at the Trifector Gayla Usher Raymond, Usher
- 20:15Speaker 1: Raymond put on the show. Man Usher Raymond was singing
- 20:18Speaker 1: his ass off. Wow. Usher Raymond put on the show
- 20:24Speaker 1: and killed it. His opening act was Zapp hey man,
- 20:29Speaker 1: exactly the same that exactly Zap was the damn same man, beauty,
- 20:42Speaker 1: damn man. I mean, let me tell you something more
- 20:45Speaker 1: bounds to the hounds. They played the killed dude, I
- 20:52Speaker 1: did it, but let me tell you something. They had
- 20:56Speaker 1: the people up, but I got to tell you man
- 20:58Speaker 1: and Zap killer. I made who Zapp was saying the

- 21:10Speaker 1: And then the next day was the derby. And so
- 21:14Speaker 1: after the derby was over, we were in the Mansion club.

- 21:48Speaker 1: entertainment news, Steve Diana Ross says she was violated by
- 21:52Speaker 1: TSA and an airplane catches fire mid flight. We'll talk
- 21:56Speaker 1: about all that right now. It is Monday, and the
- 21:59Speaker 1: reverend and the deacon in the building with church complaints.
- 22:02Speaker 1: Here we go, whoa whoa Lord on this Monday. Yeah,

- 22:43Speaker 1: And of course Delorus Nil the Queen and Delorus Nil
- 22:49Speaker 1: was absolutely wonderful them is his Queen's damn miss and
- 22:55Speaker 1: Delorus and just wanted to give a thank you for
- 22:59Speaker 1: giving gonna so wonderful time. Now appreciate the offering and everything.
- 23:05Speaker 1: Our young deacon or deaf jam is upset. Yeah, I
- 23:10Speaker 1: was gonna bring that out. That's part of the complaints.
- 23:12Speaker 1: Fast that he is upset. We'll go ahead with this. Well,
- 23:16Speaker 1: let me start that we have one eye Deacon Junior
- 23:20Speaker 1: here that's upset that you were with another junior and
- 23:23Speaker 1: he wasn't the junior that you were with. This past
- 23:26Speaker 1: we again, so I don't know how you want to
- 23:30Speaker 1: address it. But he's like, he don't want to come
- 23:32Speaker 1: to church man, because I don't know how if you
- 23:35Speaker 1: knew a junior Bridgeman, I gotta I gotta tell you,
- 23:43Speaker 1: or it's a whole nother league or your junior. This
- 23:47Speaker 1: is grown man, junior Bridgeman, your old Coca Cola plates,
- 23:55Speaker 1: largest fast food holder, this juror on, this junior wants
- 24:01Speaker 1: you to come buy his apartment and hang out with him.
- 24:04Speaker 1: So I don't know you're gonna be able to make
- 24:06Speaker 1: it out. A huge difference from a compound at an apartment,
- 24:10Speaker 1: it's mine mine as lone as you on the lease,
- 24:20Speaker 1: come apartment. Yeah, it's really not your all right, Pastor,
- 24:32Speaker 1: let's get downing your jewlie and there's something to be said.
- 24:38Speaker 1: You shoot her, go ahead. We got to no issues
- 24:44Speaker 1: with the Derby. The church Derby minister had a fight
- 24:49Speaker 1: on Sunday. It seems like three other sisters had the
- 24:53Speaker 1: same hat own and no one wanted to take that aloud.
- 24:56Speaker 1: We had sister Renee Deck and sister Lot of Cutting
- 24:59Speaker 1: Hand and Sister Riba George Flowers. I had a knockdown
- 25:03Speaker 1: drag out right there in the Vestibut. I guess the
- 25:08Speaker 1: only way you could uh avoid that is next year
- 25:13Speaker 1: get your hats from the same place I got my hat.
- 25:18Speaker 1: Or it's one of a kind. It's called he sys
- 25:21Speaker 1: shell Headwell he s e N s h e l
- 25:27Speaker 1: out of New York, and then you can stop that.
- 25:33Speaker 1: It's called in social in thank y'all. He's social. No
- 25:41Speaker 1: East girl, listen e s e N s h e l. Yeah,
- 25:53Speaker 1: he's social. Yeah. I guess Balla, it might be a
- 25:57Speaker 1: great speller of pol Redo. Good spelling and Paul reading
- 26:03Speaker 1: is a hugly combination. All right, past the moving right alone,
- 26:11Speaker 1: we have an issue here the men who are bald
- 26:14Speaker 1: on the top but you don't have a long ponytail,
- 26:17Speaker 1: asking to have a ponytail demonstration. But the front lace
- 26:21Speaker 1: Ministry says, if the ponytails are gonna have they demonstration,
- 26:26Speaker 1: they're gonna want the us too. So I don't know
- 26:27Speaker 1: how to handle this hell hand situation. Serving the Lord
- 26:30Speaker 1: is not about your hell an, it's about your heart
- 26:36Speaker 1: in your mind now, because your mind is covered in
- 26:41Speaker 1: the skull that has had their knees help. There's no
- 26:45Speaker 1: fault of mind. Hell cut it off like me and
- 26:48Speaker 1: Deacon j Affony did oh Hell, Deacon death jam you
- 26:52Speaker 1: ain't got no help, and I got nude for you.
- 26:57Speaker 1: The other nudes are gonna be quite s boy. Deacon Junior,
- 27:01Speaker 1: hang on, he's go ahead to come to the club,
- 27:10Speaker 1: whether he won't do or not. Junior, as you go forward, Hello,
- 27:20Speaker 1: the back gets lighted. I said, as you go forward,
- 27:27Speaker 1: so you don't take me to the unless you wear
- 27:32Speaker 1: a heat I pastor. The church buckstore is selling Christian condoms.
- 27:40Speaker 1: The slogan is buy a box now you won't have
- 27:44Speaker 1: to pray later. Now the problem is, Sister Rachel Daniels.
- 27:48Speaker 1: I'm sorry. I didn't want I didn't run over that.
- 27:51Speaker 1: The church buckstore is selling Christian kindness. The slogan is
- 27:55Speaker 1: buy a box now you won't have to pray later.
- 27:59Speaker 1: The problem sr It's sister Rachel Daniels does not want
- 28:03Speaker 1: to put him on the shelf because she don't believe
- 28:06Speaker 1: in the Christian condoms. Well, what do she believe? I
- 28:12Speaker 1: don't know. What do you believe? The childbirth is conceived
- 28:15Speaker 1: when a spur meets an egg. I don't know why
- 28:20Speaker 1: she when she got foe baby daddy, so I don't
- 28:22Speaker 1: know why she against it. I'm go ahead. Well, well
- 28:25Speaker 1: maybe if we quit calling it to Christian condom, they
- 28:29Speaker 1: just call it what it is. What is it? A
- 28:33Speaker 1: money saved for? Yeah? Just condom sense, that's what I condom.
- 28:41Speaker 1: That's a google that. Oh yeah, you know, because it's
- 28:46Speaker 1: like the glossary in the back of a book. If
- 28:49Speaker 1: you want to troubleshoot a problem by condom. Dare you
- 28:55Speaker 1: got all these problems I'm here with my children could
- 29:01Speaker 1: have been aborted. Yeah, I'm sorry, man, I meet it,
- 29:09Speaker 1: So meetute Bob. I was trying to tell you I
- 29:15Speaker 1: want to sleep because I don't know who I'm on
- 29:16Speaker 1: meeting my dream jeth All right, Uh, we gotta get
- 29:21Speaker 1: out of here. Coming over to the top of the
- 29:23Speaker 1: hour Entertainment news and our national news update with Mithan

- 30:12Speaker 1: down at A one four and she's been there on
- 30:15Speaker 1: the whole ride with me for ten years. And she's

- 30:38Speaker 1: my television career practically, because she is the one person
- 30:42Speaker 1: that got me right away and allowed me to be
- 30:45Speaker 1: who I was on that show. She don't come in
- 30:48Speaker 1: there and say change nothing, you do you will, We'll

- 31:46Speaker 1: she alleges that her agent was over the top and
- 31:50Speaker 1: made her want to cry. Diana tweeted, is not what
- 31:53Speaker 1: was done, what was done, but how it was done.
- 31:56Speaker 1: I am feeling violated. I still feel her hands between
- 32:00Speaker 1: my legs front and back. Uh, while saying to me
- 32:04Speaker 1: it was her job. Really mixed emotions. A t SA
- 32:07Speaker 1: spokesperson told Fox News TSA is committed to ensuring all
- 32:12Speaker 1: travelers are treat it with respect and courtesy. T SA
- 32:15Speaker 1: is aware of concerns presented by Diana Ross about her
- 32:18Speaker 1: screening experience at Lewis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport this morning.
- 32:24Speaker 1: Wow wow, so yeah, I mean, don't they know she's
- 32:29Speaker 1: Diana Ross. Come on, she is the boss? Okay, yeah,

- 33:38Speaker 1: miss Anne Tripp, thank you very much, money congratulating Steve.
- 33:43Speaker 1: This is Anne Trip with the news. President Trump's former
- 33:46Speaker 1: personal lawyer and fixer, Michael Cohen, is scheduled to report
- 33:49Speaker 1: to federal prison today. Cohen's the beginner three year sentence
- 33:52Speaker 1: at the Federal Correctional Institution in Otisville, New York, New Jersey.
- 33:56Speaker 1: Senator Corey Booker says the Attorney Jenny William Barr miss
- 33:59Speaker 1: character the findings of the Russian medaling report by Robert
- 34:02Speaker 1: Muller and his investigative team. In fact, the Democratic presidential candidate,
- 34:06Speaker 1: says the attorney general or to quit. He is he
- 34:09Speaker 1: eroded his credibility to the point where I believe he
- 34:11Speaker 1: should resign. He has clearly misled. Congress Sandra Buckle, who
- 34:16Speaker 1: sits on the House Judiciary Committee, says that William Barr
- 34:18Speaker 1: acts more like Trump's personal lawyer rather than an independent
- 34:21Speaker 1: Attorney general of the United States, and the presidential candidate
- 34:24Speaker 1: appeared on CNN State of the Union. By the way,
- 34:27Speaker 1: President Trump is tweeting about all this. He says he
- 34:29Speaker 1: does not want Special Counsel Robert Muller to testify before
- 34:32Speaker 1: the House Judiciary panel. He didn't want him there. President
- 34:35Speaker 1: Trump away says he's prepared to raise tariffs on certain
- 34:38Speaker 1: Chinese products from ten to twenty five percent on Friday
- 34:42Speaker 1: unless more progress is made in trade negotiations, and Trump
- 34:45Speaker 1: is tweeting that his new trade hike would affect some
- 34:48Speaker 1: three hundred and twenty five billion dollars in Chinese goods
- 34:52Speaker 1: that haven't been targeted as of yet. In Texas, the
- 34:55Speaker 1: frantic search still underway for a five year old girl
- 34:57Speaker 1: whose stepfather claims he was abducted by three men who
- 35:00Speaker 1: carjacked his pickup and amber lard issued on Saturday for
- 35:04Speaker 1: little Malia Davis of Houston. The step father, whose name
- 35:07Speaker 1: not released, says he was knocked out and that when
- 35:09Speaker 1: he regained consciousness, he was by the side of the
- 35:11Speaker 1: road with his two year old son, but that his
- 35:14Speaker 1: stepdaughter was missing. Investigators are still trying to figure out
- 35:18Speaker 1: what caused Friday night's explosion at a silicone plant just
- 35:21Speaker 1: north of Chicago. The blast killed at least two plant employees,
- 35:25Speaker 1: with two others still unaccounted for and fear dead. At
- 35:29Speaker 1: this point, fire Marshall say it looks like the explosion
- 35:31Speaker 1: was an accident. No end in sight for floods in
- 35:35Speaker 1: the Midwest. There was more rain Yesterday's expected to be
- 35:38Speaker 1: continuously soggy for the rest of the week. Forecasters say
- 35:42Speaker 1: that between three and five inches of rain is expected
- 35:45Speaker 1: this week in eastern Nebraska, across northern Kansas and Wisconsin.
- 35:49Speaker 1: The weather folks say that both the Mississippi and Missouri
- 35:52Speaker 1: rivers and the soil around them is already saturated from
- 35:55Speaker 1: what was in historically wet winter, and authorities say that
- 35:58Speaker 1: flooding in the Midwest has already caused more than a
- 36:00Speaker 1: billion dollars that's billion, with a B dollars in damages
- 36:03Speaker 1: and claims, several lives and at the movies Avengers, Endgame
- 36:07Speaker 1: continues to break all box office records. Even if there's
- 36:10Speaker 1: a small chance we owe this to everyone is not
- 36:14Speaker 1: in this firm to try. Whatever it takes takes. End
- 36:23Speaker 1: Games now become only the fifth film in history that
- 36:25Speaker 1: grows two billion dollars worldwide. After only eleven days, the
- 36:29Speaker 1: three hour flicks passed the lifetime gross total for Titanic,
- 36:32Speaker 1: and after making an adjustment for inflation, Endgames surpassed Jaws
- 36:36Speaker 1: and Doctor Gavago. Now back to the Steve Harvey Morning Show.
- 36:39Speaker 1: You're listening to show. Kim Kardashian has done it again. Guys.
- 36:47Speaker 1: She scored yet another victory in her crusade for prison reform.
- 36:51Speaker 1: Check this out. Kim and her legal team helped free
- 36:54Speaker 1: Jeffrey Singer, who was serving a life sentence for a
- 36:57Speaker 1: low level drug offense. Kim made the announcement on Twitter,
- 37:00Speaker 1: saying he served too much time. But it gives me
- 37:02Speaker 1: so much joy to fund this life saving work. Stringer
- 37:06Speaker 1: has been behind bars for twenty two years when he
- 37:09Speaker 1: was convicted for drug possession when he was twenty five
- 37:12Speaker 1: years old because he had yeah, because he had two
- 37:15Speaker 1: drug priors. He got life in prison under the federal
- 37:18Speaker 1: three strikes law. And you know something that that street,
- 37:22Speaker 1: that that three strike law, because your third strike could
- 37:25Speaker 1: be for something, you know, just mine, even minor. But
- 37:29Speaker 1: you know, you can't throw people's lives away because of
- 37:32Speaker 1: three strikes. And I'm glad that something's being done about it.
- 37:37Speaker 1: And Van Jones is uh. I can't think of the
- 37:40Speaker 1: name of that project. No no, no, no, no, no,
- 37:43Speaker 1: no no no. The bill that him, Kim Kardashi worked hard,
- 37:48Speaker 1: the bill that got what is it, prison reform? I'm
- 37:52Speaker 1: not sure, man, what is that? I can't look it
- 37:55Speaker 1: up from me. The bill had just got passed, which
- 37:58Speaker 1: is allowing four thousand inmates to be released this year,
- 38:02Speaker 1: one of the twenty five thousand inmates to get shorter sentences,
- 38:06Speaker 1: and one hundred thousand women, when incarcerated pregnant can have
- 38:13Speaker 1: their baby without being chained to the bad If you
- 38:17Speaker 1: do the time. You should be able to vote when
- 38:19Speaker 1: you get out. Yeah, man, that don't mean you don't
- 38:21Speaker 1: know who can run the country. Vote here. We got
- 38:24Speaker 1: all the crooks is in White House, going to jail.
- 38:27Speaker 1: Thank you. You'll be able to get some of them
- 38:29Speaker 1: out next Yeah, you know what. We mentioned this story
- 38:34Speaker 1: last week a little bit, but now it is official.
- 38:36Speaker 1: A stretch of Rodeo Road in Los Angeles has been
- 38:40Speaker 1: named for renamed for Barack Obama. Barack Obama Boulevard. That
- 38:45Speaker 1: has a nice ring to it, doesn't it. Since I
- 38:48Speaker 1: live out here and there sing signs they're stealing as
- 38:58Speaker 1: stealing them jam. That's so crazy, It's so crazy. It
- 39:04Speaker 1: was the ceremony that was held on Saturday in the
- 39:06Speaker 1: Crenshaw District of LA. President Barack Obama Boulevard intersects fittingly
- 39:10Speaker 1: with Martin Luther King Junior Boulevard. The boulevard will also
- 39:14Speaker 1: become known as President's Row for other streets that are
- 39:17Speaker 1: named for former Presidents Washington, Adams, and Jefferson. Congratulations, yes,
- 39:23Speaker 1: Barack Obama Boulevard. I didn't even think of that. Yeah, yeah, Adams, Washington,
- 39:33Speaker 1: and Jefferson, right right right. You ought to make Trump
- 39:41Speaker 1: just roll up and down, Obama up and him up. Hey, listen,
- 39:49Speaker 1: coming up at thirty four after the hour, Jay is here.
- 39:51Speaker 1: We're gonna play a little comedy roulette right after this
- 39:54Speaker 1: to explain it. Yeah you do. You're listening Steve Harvey
- 40:01Speaker 1: Morning Show. All right, Jay, it's time for comedy roulette. Guys, Jay,
- 40:05Speaker 1: please set it up for us. I can't do this
- 40:08Speaker 1: without explaining it because we have new listeners that are
- 40:11Speaker 1: not familiar with how this game go. I mean, new
- 40:14Speaker 1: people tuning in right now don't know what we're doing.
- 40:17Speaker 1: So what I'm gonna do now is explain how it work.
- 40:20Speaker 1: Take for us. Subject, put it on the wheel, spund
- 40:23Speaker 1: the wheel, webstop. We'll do it. And the reason we
- 40:25Speaker 1: can do this because Junior's a comedian, I'm a comedian,
- 40:29Speaker 1: Time is a comedian, and Steve's the King comedians watching that,
- 40:32Speaker 1: go see Junior's comedian. I mean Time's comedian, and Steve
- 40:36Speaker 1: is king comedian. All right, before he gets really mad,
- 40:40Speaker 1: and let's go. These are the subjects. Okay. Number One
- 40:45Speaker 1: things people say if they've been in jail a long time.
- 40:48Speaker 1: Oh yeah, that is a good one. Number Two lies
- 40:52Speaker 1: men tell when they're caught looking at another woman. Oh
- 40:55Speaker 1: I want to oh fo three, excuse this man's hey
- 41:00Speaker 1: when they're not getting a lot of secks. O. Man,
- 41:02Speaker 1: that's another. That's another, dude, they're good. Number four things
- 41:07Speaker 1: people say when they don't have cable Wow, Bunnett. Yeah,
- 41:21Speaker 1: that's the one I wanted. Oh it stopped all This
- 41:24Speaker 1: is a good one. Number two lives men tell when
- 41:28Speaker 1: they're caught looking at another woman. Let go, let me
- 41:32Speaker 1: start it off. Here you go here girl, I wasn't
- 41:34Speaker 1: looking at her. I was gonna get you a pair
- 41:36Speaker 1: of pants just like that. And I just want to
- 41:39Speaker 1: make sure up those out the one that's all. Yeah,
- 41:47Speaker 1: these men say he's been safe when they caught looking
- 41:52Speaker 1: at another woman. Baby looking up? Okay, who need all
- 41:58Speaker 1: they amp? Sure? Okay? Why abbs right? All her abbs showing?
- 42:07Speaker 1: Why come? Yeah? The only reason why I'm looking at
- 42:14Speaker 1: her because you know my cousin Rolanda that had that
- 42:18Speaker 1: just like her. Because Rolanda looked just like her. That's
- 42:22Speaker 1: why I'm staring at Hustle. I thought it was all right,
- 42:30Speaker 1: let's see. Why are you looking at her? Her? Ugly?
- 42:36Speaker 1: I'm looking at her? Ug Don't you ever divorce this man. Yes, yes,
- 42:45Speaker 1: things things men say when the cup looking at another woman.
- 42:51Speaker 1: I got a crook in my neck and every nine

- 42:56Speaker 1: That is nothing, all right? Last, men tell when looking
- 43:06Speaker 1: at another woman. Babe, let me tell you something. I
- 43:09Speaker 1: was looking over that. I did, I would, but I
- 43:11Speaker 1: don't like her braids hanging off her ass like that.
- 43:17Speaker 1: I don't like ass like that. I don't see the
- 43:22Speaker 1: purpose a baby. Listen, I'm just so glad, I really am.
- 43:30Speaker 1: That's your butt is not that big, you know. I mean,
- 43:35Speaker 1: that's just ridiculous. Baby. You know what, baby, just look

- 43:45Speaker 1: My wife had asked me, excuse you, why are you
- 43:49Speaker 1: looking over there at that other woman. I'm right here. Jesus,
- 43:54Speaker 1: she needs Jesus. Jesus, you better bring the Lord into
- 44:07Speaker 1: what had for me hard for me not to hollow,
- 44:21Speaker 1: hard for me, not too hard for me not to hollow.
- 44:28Speaker 1: All right, come on, see, we got to shut this
- 44:31Speaker 1: one down. Lies. Men tell when they're they're caught looking
- 44:35Speaker 1: at another woman. You know what that is the cutest

- 45:01Speaker 1: the hour. I'm gonna read today's strawberry letter. I got
- 45:03Speaker 1: a good subject for you today. Twenty years later, he

- 45:35Speaker 1: out and cut your yard yesterday and we're trying to
- 45:38Speaker 1: make sure that you liked everything thoroughly. That we cut
- 45:41Speaker 1: the front the back. We also did your hedges, put
- 45:44Speaker 1: some mulch in the flybds, the weed eating in the
- 45:46Speaker 1: whole nine yards, and we also left an invoice on
- 45:48Speaker 1: your doorstep want to make sure you got that as well.

- 47:38Speaker 1: I understand that we've made a mistake, but I understand.
- 47:40Speaker 1: I understood. You say that you didn't like the services.
- 47:43Speaker 1: So wouldn't it be even right for you to actually
- 47:48Speaker 1: go ahead and send the invoice in along with the
- 47:50Speaker 1: check since you did like the services? Wellever did listening
- 47:53Speaker 1: like YO retarded? Because then I'll just tell you you

- 54:17Speaker 1: We got it for you. Here. It is the Strawberry Letter.
- 54:20Speaker 1: Thank you, nephew. Subject twenty years later, he still wants MGP. Well,
- 54:27Speaker 1: Dear Steve and Shirley. I'm a forty six year old
- 54:30Speaker 1: single lady, and I am ready for the next chapter
- 54:33Speaker 1: in my life. In nineteen ninety nine, I dated a
- 54:36Speaker 1: man off and on for a while, but finally ended
- 54:39Speaker 1: things with him when I found out he got another
- 54:41Speaker 1: woman pregnant. I moved on with my life and moved
- 54:45Speaker 1: to another state. Well. In twenty eighteen, he and I
- 54:49Speaker 1: reconnected on social media. Since we live far apart, we
- 54:52Speaker 1: texted and called each other daily. He told me he
- 54:56Speaker 1: was coming to town and wanted to see me. I
- 54:58Speaker 1: told him to come by the how since we were
- 55:00Speaker 1: old friends and hadn't seen each other in many years.
- 55:03Speaker 1: He came over and we had a great time catching
- 55:06Speaker 1: up in person. He later told me that he was
- 55:09Speaker 1: not just visiting. He had moved back to town and
- 55:12Speaker 1: he wanted to see me more. I had no idea
- 55:15Speaker 1: that he'd be interested in me now because I've been
- 55:18Speaker 1: paralyzed since two thousand and four, but that didn't matter
- 55:22Speaker 1: to him. He asked me quiet, Steve. He asked me,
- 55:26Speaker 1: if I could still do it, would you would just
- 55:30Speaker 1: let me finish? Please? He asked me if I could
- 55:33Speaker 1: still do it? Yeah, and your name is mentioned at
- 55:37Speaker 1: the bottom as well. He asked me if I could
- 55:39Speaker 1: yeah you yes, yes, He asked her if if I
- 55:44Speaker 1: could still do it like I used to do it.
- 55:48Speaker 1: I teased him and asked, you know what it is.
- 55:52Speaker 1: I teased him and asked, wouldn't you like to know?
- 55:57Speaker 1: So about a month ago, I showed him that I
- 56:01Speaker 1: could still put it on him. You see, back in
- 56:04Speaker 1: the day he called me miss good P or MGP
- 56:08Speaker 1: for short, and he said, I still hold that title
- 56:12Speaker 1: to this day. I have feelings for him, but everything
- 56:16Speaker 1: is moving so fast. We are moving in together soon,
- 56:20Speaker 1: and I want to be sure I'm doing things the
- 56:22Speaker 1: right way. We dated over twenty years ago, and I
- 56:25Speaker 1: already gave him a sample of MGP. So should I
- 56:28Speaker 1: put the put the ninety day rule on him when
- 56:30Speaker 1: we move in together. I don't want to get married.
- 56:33Speaker 1: I do want to get married, so I'm trying to
- 56:35Speaker 1: do things right. What do you think, Steve? She put
- 56:39Speaker 1: your letter in it. Okay, okay, okay, so you have permission?
- 56:46Speaker 1: All right? All right? Come on, Now, you dated this
- 56:50Speaker 1: guy back in nineteen ninety nine. You off and on.
- 56:53Speaker 1: It wasn't even a regular real relationship, really, it was
- 56:57Speaker 1: off and on, and then you finally ended things when
- 57:00Speaker 1: you found out he got another woman pregnant. All right,
- 57:03Speaker 1: Then this same guy twenty years later comes into your
- 57:07Speaker 1: life and you're ready to move in with him. Why
- 57:11Speaker 1: are you going to move in with this man? I mean,
- 57:13Speaker 1: why you gotta explain this? Nothing in this letter says
- 57:18Speaker 1: you need to do that. Okay, he lied to you
- 57:21Speaker 1: about so many things, and you know he actually lives
- 57:26Speaker 1: in your town. Now, first he said he was just visiting.
- 57:30Speaker 1: Is this really the case or was he hoping to
- 57:33Speaker 1: move in with you all the time? I just you know,
- 57:35Speaker 1: I'm going to ask you don't get played by this man.
- 57:39Speaker 1: He's probably telling you anything to get in your house.
- 57:43Speaker 1: Remember now, it's been twenty years since you've seen him.
- 57:48Speaker 1: Now you close your letter by saying you're trying to
- 57:51Speaker 1: do things right. Well, this isn't right. Nothing about this
- 57:56Speaker 1: is right because you've already slept with him and you
- 58:00Speaker 1: want to impose the ninety day rule on him. That
- 58:03Speaker 1: is so backwards and letting him move in with you
- 58:06Speaker 1: after twenty years of not seeing him and the reason
- 58:08Speaker 1: you broke up him with him in the first time
- 58:11Speaker 1: was with the other woman that you didn't know about
- 58:13Speaker 1: because of her. That's backwards too. Do not do it.
- 58:16Speaker 1: I'm sure you're gonna regret it and you won't be
- 58:18Speaker 1: able to get him out of your house once you
- 58:20Speaker 1: get him in there. Steve please, we're all okay. I
- 58:25Speaker 1: don't know how you can skip around all this other information.
- 58:30Speaker 1: You know, I don't know what part you read, but
- 58:32Speaker 1: I'm going right to where I'm stuck. Forty six year
- 58:35Speaker 1: old single lady, ready to move on data to man
- 58:39Speaker 1: off and on in nineteen ninety nine, but off and on,
- 58:42Speaker 1: but found out he got another woman pregnant. You moved
- 58:45Speaker 1: on with your life. He moved to another state. Well
- 58:48Speaker 1: twenty eighteen, y'all reconnected on social media. Since we live
- 58:52Speaker 1: far apart, we text and called each other data. He
- 58:56Speaker 1: told me he was coming to town and won't to
- 58:58Speaker 1: see me. I told him, owned by the house or
- 59:01Speaker 1: what else you gonna do? I mean, I'm through, Okay, Okay,
- 59:07Speaker 1: so he comes by the house, Okay, see, Okay, no permission,
- 59:11Speaker 1: but don't go crazy. Okay, I'm trying to come shoot,
- 59:14Speaker 1: but across that line, I'll tell you when to come back.
- 59:17Speaker 1: Come back? What else? We old friends and they ain't
- 59:23Speaker 1: seen each other in many years. He came over and
- 59:25Speaker 1: we had a great time catching up in person. He
- 59:28Speaker 1: later told me he wasn't just visiting. He had moved
- 59:31Speaker 1: back to town. Oh that convenient, huh. Got over there
- 59:35Speaker 1: and find out you staying by yourself. Now he ain't
- 59:38Speaker 1: moved back, he ain't visited. He to move back, and
- 59:43Speaker 1: he want to see you more. Now, the lady said,
- 59:48Speaker 1: I had no idea he'd be interested in me now
- 59:51Speaker 1: because I've been paralyzed since two thousand and four, fourteen,
- 59:59Speaker 1: so eighteen years you've been paralyzed. Now, before I go
- 1:00:06Speaker 1: into further, is that something I need to know about
- 1:00:11Speaker 1: paralyzation before I assume that means paralyzed came move That's
- 1:00:17Speaker 1: all I'm asking. Should well? I mean it depends on
- 1:00:21Speaker 1: you know what kind of that could be, like a
- 1:00:24Speaker 1: portion of it, Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, And it's nothing wrong.
- 1:00:27Speaker 1: This is not a gift. This is just about this
- 1:00:29Speaker 1: lady in this letter, So please don't knowbody. But she
- 1:00:32Speaker 1: wrote me and put into leadder. Now you didn't have
- 1:00:34Speaker 1: to put that in the letter, but you fail it
- 1:00:36Speaker 1: was important. Yeah, and that last line, what do you think, Steve?
- 1:00:41Speaker 1: That's right? So now Sherley didn't dance around this hill,
- 1:00:46Speaker 1: but she'd been paralyzed. You didn't. I just know you.
- 1:00:50Speaker 1: You didn't mention it. Now she's been paralyzed since, still
- 1:00:55Speaker 1: for fourteen years, but that didn't matter to him. He
- 1:00:59Speaker 1: had asked me if I could still do it like
- 1:01:01Speaker 1: I used to do it? Where you get that question from? Now?
- 1:01:06Speaker 1: I don't know what you was doing that got you
- 1:01:08Speaker 1: this title that he gave you fourteen years ago, but
- 1:01:11Speaker 1: how he's still asking that question, So now we're gonna
- 1:01:18Speaker 1: have to get into it when we come back. All right,
- 1:01:22Speaker 1: just hang on, we'll have part two of Steve's response
- 1:01:25Speaker 1: coming up. We've been to come back and find out
- 1:01:28Speaker 1: why he called her miss good P or we have
- 1:01:36Speaker 1: part two response coming up at twenty three after the hour.
- 1:01:39Speaker 1: Today's subject twenty years later, he still wants MGP. We'll
- 1:01:44Speaker 1: be back right after this. You're listening to Steve Harvey
- 1:01:49Speaker 1: Morning Show. All right, Steve, come on, let's recap today's
- 1:01:53Speaker 1: strawberry letter. The subject is twenty years later, he still
- 1:01:56Speaker 1: wants MGP. Yeah, he's still mg people. Let's just go
- 1:02:01Speaker 1: and get to this letter right quick. What did happened
- 1:02:04Speaker 1: is y'all got back together social media. He says he
- 1:02:08Speaker 1: still wanted you, and that surprised you that he'd be
- 1:02:11Speaker 1: interested in you because you've been paralyzed since two thousand
- 1:02:14Speaker 1: and four, But that didn't matter to him. He asked me,
- 1:02:17Speaker 1: if I could still do it like I used to
- 1:02:19Speaker 1: do it, I teased him, in ass, wouldn't you like
- 1:02:23Speaker 1: to know? So about a month ago I showed him
- 1:02:28Speaker 1: that I could still put it on him. You see,
- 1:02:31Speaker 1: back in the day he called me miss good P
- 1:02:34Speaker 1: or MGP. Mg is where we need? It's either miss
- 1:02:41Speaker 1: good P or most grand p you know, unless like
- 1:02:48Speaker 1: like if you in a mate, if you're in an
- 1:02:50Speaker 1: Elks club, you might be the Master grand Poopa or
- 1:02:55Speaker 1: something like that, or you the MVP most Valuable playoff
- 1:03:02Speaker 1: or maybe you had the MVP, you could have had
- 1:03:05Speaker 1: the most valuable Okay, we get it. Whatever it is
- 1:03:11Speaker 1: all your name is Margaret Gail. I don't know what
- 1:03:16Speaker 1: it is, but you paralyzed now. So his question was
- 1:03:23Speaker 1: can you still do it like you used to do
- 1:03:26Speaker 1: it now? I don't know what she was doing back
- 1:03:30Speaker 1: folded before prior to two thousand and four. I don't
- 1:03:34Speaker 1: know what she was doing back then, but obviously it
- 1:03:38Speaker 1: wasn't what I was thinking. See, I was thinking, to
- 1:03:42Speaker 1: get to Tyler MGP, that that has to be some
- 1:03:46Speaker 1: monkey flipping, got the chandelier swanging, some doe knob diving
- 1:03:54Speaker 1: some foot of the bed, back some assaults. Wow, some
- 1:04:00Speaker 1: edge you to bed your knees, a lot of bouncing.
- 1:04:06Speaker 1: It's just a lot of stuff go in there. When
- 1:04:09Speaker 1: if you were to consider someone that, where are anybody? Yeah?
- 1:04:14Speaker 1: But now I don't. I can't go too far because
- 1:04:18Speaker 1: I don't want anybody that has a situation to think
- 1:04:22Speaker 1: I'm making fun of him cause or not. But the
- 1:04:24Speaker 1: lady did write me with the pal palaze thing since
- 1:04:28Speaker 1: two thousand folk, But what do you think, Steve? So
- 1:04:32Speaker 1: I don't know how to heal what y'all doing in
- 1:04:34Speaker 1: that now? I don't know what's going on either. He
- 1:04:39Speaker 1: had never had no MGP before. It was the best
- 1:04:44Speaker 1: MGP he ever had. Maybe they require you to do much, Steve,
- 1:04:52Speaker 1: She said in the letter, I showed him that I
- 1:04:56Speaker 1: could still put it on him now she said that, Yeah,
- 1:04:59Speaker 1: she that Shelley. But now that makes me question, huh,
- 1:05:03Speaker 1: what was you putting on him the MGP? What do
- 1:05:08Speaker 1: you think? Okay? Now the only thing I can think
- 1:05:15Speaker 1: is is that inside the MGP what it's like a
- 1:05:26Speaker 1: It's like once you buy a mission to an amusement park,
- 1:05:30Speaker 1: Once you go into park, that's where the rides is at. See,
- 1:05:34Speaker 1: That's what I'm thinking. That's why you could so it
- 1:05:37Speaker 1: could be the most grand park, it could be Go ahead.
- 1:05:42Speaker 1: He's sorry, sorry for interrupting you. But him, he said,
- 1:05:47Speaker 1: I still hold that title to this day. That's why
- 1:05:50Speaker 1: I'm saying, there must be something going on inside the MP.
- 1:05:54Speaker 1: Yeah see see see. Maybe maybe MG stands for Madison Guarden,
- 1:06:04Speaker 1: you know, man, man, maybe the MG is short for
- 1:06:09Speaker 1: MGM where a lot of activity going and building the shows.
- 1:06:15Speaker 1: I'm assuming that there's a lot of stuff going on
- 1:06:17Speaker 1: once you get inside the show ain't outside. Maybe they
- 1:06:21Speaker 1: ain't got to be nothing going on. Maybe that, you know,
- 1:06:24Speaker 1: a lot of I don't know. If his hands, I
- 1:06:28Speaker 1: don't know, if it feels, I don't know what it is.
- 1:06:30Speaker 1: It's some If he needs some help, Steve, let me
- 1:06:35Speaker 1: help him. You'll go ahead, Jake. What she wants him
- 1:06:38Speaker 1: to do, Lord, what she would like for him to
- 1:06:41Speaker 1: do is roll up on her. Because she is not
- 1:06:44Speaker 1: a not a push around person. She is not handicapped
- 1:06:50Speaker 1: in this department. You understand what I'm saying. St Roll
- 1:06:53Speaker 1: up on me. She's not. She's not gonna let him
- 1:06:57Speaker 1: walk all over her. No, not hey, Jake, but paralyzing situation.
- 1:07:05Speaker 1: Jake to even it out. You get in the chair
- 1:07:07Speaker 1: and you rolled over here. Thank you, Thank you. Now
- 1:07:11Speaker 1: you might think this woman don't have no feeling for you,
- 1:07:14Speaker 1: but she do. She do. Oh, she gott a leg
- 1:07:18Speaker 1: up on situation. She gotta let up on the situation.
- 1:07:20Speaker 1: She's not gonna just be s waiting on you. Probably
- 1:07:24Speaker 1: probably some dude, dude. I did it with that thing, baby,
- 1:07:33Speaker 1: with that thing, I showed him that I could still
- 1:07:37Speaker 1: put it on. Yes you did, lady, and congratulations. And
- 1:07:41Speaker 1: so since you hadn't done that, and you gave it something,
- 1:07:44Speaker 1: and y'all dated over twenty years ago, and I already
- 1:07:47Speaker 1: gave him a sample of the MGP shit. I put
- 1:07:49Speaker 1: the ninety day rule on him when we move in together.
- 1:07:52Speaker 1: Unless you want to ask to roll right out of him.
- 1:07:54Speaker 1: You're probably too late for this hill to walk out
- 1:07:59Speaker 1: your you've been Yeah, I feel like twenty years you've
- 1:08:04Speaker 1: already committed. He's moving in and you want it, man,
- 1:08:07Speaker 1: you do want to get mad. So I'm trying to
- 1:08:09Speaker 1: do things right. You've already known it for twenty years,
- 1:08:12Speaker 1: going to see where it go. Congratulations. I don't know
- 1:08:15Speaker 1: how you did it, but whatever you're doing to keep
- 1:08:17Speaker 1: up the good work. Yeah doing it? What? Yeah? I
- 1:08:20Speaker 1: don't know what to let this man move in your house,
- 1:08:26Speaker 1: nor kill me if you won't to at nobody else

- 1:13:40Speaker 1: You know what length of me? And did and me?
- 1:13:42Speaker 1: Did we spoke Angelo and me? When we did, we

- 1:13:53Speaker 1: You know why because me and my Angelo, we spoke truth. Y'all.
- 1:13:56Speaker 1: Don't appreciate that. But say something about my mama though,
- 1:13:59Speaker 1: Did you get that at the point as the only

- 1:14:07Speaker 1: that sucked. Okay, I hate Okay, I tell I tell you,
- 1:14:12Speaker 1: I tell you what. I tell you what I ain't.

- 1:14:29Speaker 1: no Mother's Day because you don't appreciate she ain't your mother. Yeah, okay,
- 1:14:34Speaker 1: that's right now. I'm so happy, cool, be happy. But
- 1:14:38Speaker 1: hate is real too, so that's all good. She spent
- 1:14:43Speaker 1: three hours putting his damn palem together and you don't
- 1:14:46Speaker 1: that was three hours. Shut up, Tommy. It takes fine,
- 1:14:49Speaker 1: It takes time. Your ass gonna get killed. It's like,
- 1:14:54Speaker 1: I'm not gonna say nothing about your mom. I'm gonna
- 1:14:56Speaker 1: talk about my uncle. Listen, man, pay him to the derby.
- 1:15:00Speaker 1: That's what just see right there. He don't appreciate it

- 1:15:11Speaker 1: i'll tell you what. He got a year to write
- 1:15:13Speaker 1: the next one. Yeah, yeah, because that's my next one.
- 1:15:16Speaker 1: Why ain't at the derby? That's another problem, right, you
- 1:15:18Speaker 1: know you need me take me anywhere? Be she will
- 1:15:20Speaker 1: team to the derby up for real? For real? Really
- 1:15:26Speaker 1: he's hurt by that. Really, I don't Oh man, I
- 1:15:33Speaker 1: can't believe. All right, Look, coming up at the top
- 1:15:35Speaker 1: of the hour, we're gonna talk about some sports pranks
- 1:15:37Speaker 1: and highlights the NBA games all that coming up right
- 1:15:43Speaker 1: after this you're listening show. Despite being in the middle
- 1:15:50Speaker 1: of a second round playoff series, veteran Philadelphia seventy six
- 1:15:54Speaker 1: ers found the time to play a little prank on
- 1:15:56Speaker 1: rookie Zaire Smith on Saturday. Smith walked out to find
- 1:16:00Speaker 1: his car filled to the roof with popcorn, and his
- 1:16:04Speaker 1: fellow rookie teammate Shake Milton, was recording his reaction. That's
- 1:16:08Speaker 1: how you do a prank. Baby. You guys saw this, right,
- 1:16:13Speaker 1: I didn't see it. I didn't see well, okay. In
- 1:16:15Speaker 1: the video, Smith did not look amused at all by
- 1:16:18Speaker 1: this prank. You can't tell what kind of car it is.
- 1:16:21Speaker 1: It's royal blue, maybe a sports car. But this is
- 1:16:24Speaker 1: there is popcorn all over the front seat and on
- 1:16:26Speaker 1: the floor. This would not be funny to me at all.
- 1:16:29Speaker 1: Greasy popcorn everywhere in my car? On do you guys think?
- 1:16:33Speaker 1: Tell me? I'm gonna ask you since you're the king
- 1:16:35Speaker 1: of pranks. It's a great prank, Shirley, But that's an
- 1:16:40Speaker 1: ass whooping. Though, that's a great prank. But that's an
- 1:16:42Speaker 1: ass whooping right there. We tell you that every day.
- 1:16:45Speaker 1: What's the difference car in your car? I ain't. I
- 1:16:51Speaker 1: ain't done that. And he was at the airport about
- 1:16:54Speaker 1: to drive off with his wife and got a popcorn? Yeah, yeah,
- 1:17:00Speaker 1: what's wrong? What's wrong with that? Tho? I know I'm
- 1:17:03Speaker 1: a team timing, but I can't. I can't understand your
- 1:17:05Speaker 1: logic on this one. I really wait what you say? Okay, Jay?
- 1:17:12Speaker 1: The popcorn is a little message. Jay. Now, if you
- 1:17:15Speaker 1: want to really do it, you know, you do jelly
- 1:17:18Speaker 1: beans or something, you know what I'm saying, or skittles
- 1:17:21Speaker 1: and you feel it all the way up, honey on
- 1:17:24Speaker 1: the front seat. All right, here's here's another athlete. Guys
- 1:17:29Speaker 1: that plays too much. Pro golfer Bubba Watson. You all
- 1:17:32Speaker 1: know who he is. He recently admitted that he sends
- 1:17:35Speaker 1: Tiger Woods random and annoying text messages to the point
- 1:17:38Speaker 1: that Tiger either changes his number or blocks him. I
- 1:17:43Speaker 1: love this. In an interview that Bubba did with The Loop,
- 1:17:47Speaker 1: he said, I send Tigers so many text messages, just
- 1:17:50Speaker 1: random stuff like look at this bottle of water. So
- 1:17:53Speaker 1: that might be why he blocks me, and Tigers always like,
- 1:17:56Speaker 1: can you please stop? Have you guys ever had to
- 1:17:59Speaker 1: block in anybody from your phone? That is a question
- 1:18:02Speaker 1: one I don't like about the golf. Bubba Blah Blah
- 1:18:05Speaker 1: is just a big guy, a regular guy who plays
- 1:18:07Speaker 1: golf and country boy a damn for the love of
- 1:18:12Speaker 1: the game and all of that. Yeah, and you're humble too, man,
- 1:18:20Speaker 1: But the fact he noised Tiger. But it's worrying. Look
- 1:18:23Speaker 1: at this walk out of time? Why do you do that? Though?
- 1:18:29Speaker 1: Why do you? Why do you block me? I don't.
- 1:18:31Speaker 1: I don't understand that. I mean I really I send
- 1:18:34Speaker 1: text message to him like he's he not getting my text?
- 1:18:37Speaker 1: And then when I called him, he like, I say, dude,
- 1:18:39Speaker 1: I text you ten times, He's I ain't got now
- 1:18:41Speaker 1: one of them? How are you not getting my text?
- 1:18:44Speaker 1: Are only you tall people allowed to text you? Stevens
- 1:18:47Speaker 1: that Shirley, you cannot pip pop team and nothing. You
- 1:18:56Speaker 1: can't do that. That was a good thing. That was
- 1:19:01Speaker 1: That was good man. That was good to tell a
- 1:19:08Speaker 1: little tall people out to text you. And and I'm
- 1:19:15Speaker 1: a little short with you for doing that. Oh oh,
- 1:19:19Speaker 1: look at team timing. Now look at that. No, I'm
- 1:19:22Speaker 1: expressing my upsetness. That's what happened. The hold up the
- 1:19:29Speaker 1: way a second? Surely that wasn't really that wasn't all right?
- 1:19:39Speaker 1: You know what I'm I'm telling all y'all. Right now
- 1:19:41Speaker 1: just say this, not hold on, Jake. The pranking is on.
- 1:19:45Speaker 1: So all y'all be ready, every last one of y'all. Man,
- 1:19:51Speaker 1: small minded of you said, be ready. I'm standing so
- 1:19:56Speaker 1: tall ready for this. I was a little, a little,
- 1:19:59Speaker 1: a little bit. That's my job. That is my jam,
- 1:20:02Speaker 1: tiny bubble. Okay, okay, I'm pranking everybody. I mean it all.
- 1:20:11Speaker 1: I want to say. You was off just a tiny bit, okay,
- 1:20:15Speaker 1: murdered the boy. I'm pranking everybody, and what I love you. No,
- 1:20:26Speaker 1: I do not want to short with him on that
- 1:20:31Speaker 1: that was very but anyway, Steve answer his text, that's
- 1:20:38Speaker 1: not it. Answer him okay, will not be up. And
- 1:20:47Speaker 1: then when he finally asked one more time, Jess a
- 1:20:53Speaker 1: little bit, a little bit, that's the jam. That was
- 1:20:58Speaker 1: a little itsy bit. See Tanny, Wheenie Yellow. I'm not
- 1:21:04Speaker 1: doing anything. I'm not sure what. He finally does answer
- 1:21:08Speaker 1: the phone. He says, what what I'm like? What a
- 1:21:13Speaker 1: small world you're living in? Mind? Really, I know your phone,
- 1:21:20Speaker 1: but it's like, I mean, sometimes you have a sometimes
- 1:21:25Speaker 1: you have an itsy bitsy spot to come and sit
- 1:21:27Speaker 1: down beside it. I'm not approved none of that. I'm
- 1:21:34Speaker 1: through with that. I'm being short with this, a little
- 1:21:38Speaker 1: too little low. It just goes. It's a small world,
- 1:21:47Speaker 1: after all, Yeah, that you live in Tyrion. I watched
- 1:21:56Speaker 1: him last night. Well it's good too. Hey Tommy, everybody,
- 1:22:05Speaker 1: everybody be ready, and I'm recording everyone of them. All
- 1:22:07Speaker 1: y'all getting frank, so you'll all us all you a
- 1:22:16Speaker 1: little suthing me. Can you do just do a short one? Okay?
- 1:22:26Speaker 1: All right, everybody be ready, Tommy. It sounds like you're
- 1:22:29Speaker 1: a little offended. It does take offended off did you
- 1:22:41Speaker 1: go see the movie. You know what, this does not
- 1:22:44Speaker 1: measure up to what he's used to doing really and now,
- 1:22:47Speaker 1: and he's upset about it. Tommy, you playing this summer? O, Tommy,
- 1:22:56Speaker 1: are you playing this summer? Playing? What? Literally? Let's go
- 1:23:04Speaker 1: to No. I just want to step aside and say
- 1:23:08Speaker 1: team timing all the way? Are you playing what? Yea? Literally? Yeah,
- 1:23:15Speaker 1: she's gonna play it. You know what I wanna don't

- 1:25:27Speaker 1: in there. Jay, you know we do. I heard I
- 1:25:35Speaker 1: talked to this white this white guy, he says, when
- 1:25:38Speaker 1: I go to movies, I find black people sitting next
- 1:25:42Speaker 1: to He said, because the commentary is better than the movies.
- 1:25:48Speaker 1: It is this lady. I was in the movie to
- 1:25:51Speaker 1: lady they about to have sex, because you can tell

- 1:26:11Speaker 1: about Divengers. They got the follow Its amazing, right. Somebody
- 1:26:15Speaker 1: came out of the theater. Yeah, of course you got
- 1:26:18Speaker 1: people waiting to go in. Somebody came out and yelled
- 1:26:24Speaker 1: what happened at the end and got They asked whooped? Well,
- 1:26:28Speaker 1: they have asked people not to give away ending. They
- 1:26:32Speaker 1: have asked people not yes, but did you did you

- 1:26:42Speaker 1: what the people see it about the Avenger? Well, I mean,
- 1:26:48Speaker 1: do you remember the people that stayed in the movie
- 1:26:51Speaker 1: theater that was leading up to the Avengers end game.
- 1:26:54Speaker 1: They stayed in the movie theater three days straight watching
- 1:26:58Speaker 1: all of the Avengers from the first one to get
- 1:27:01Speaker 1: ready for Avenger's endgame state in the theater. That means
- 1:27:05Speaker 1: they had to sit in the seats, they had sleep. Yeah,
- 1:27:08Speaker 1: all of that, all of that I have I haven't
- 1:27:12Speaker 1: seen any Avenger movies. I know. I mean I saw
- 1:27:15Speaker 1: iron Man and Spider Man once. Yeah. Yeah, I haven't
- 1:27:19Speaker 1: seen all the Spider Man's or all the iron Man's,
- 1:27:23Speaker 1: but there's no way I can watch. I saw Black
- 1:27:26Speaker 1: Panther of course, Yeah, Black Panthers an Avengers up Man
- 1:27:33Speaker 1: probably watching here. We'll be back with more of the
- 1:27:40Speaker 1: Steve Harvey Morning Show right after this. You're listening to show,
- 1:27:46Speaker 1: all right, Steve. So when we went to break, we
- 1:27:49Speaker 1: were talking about how it's all over social media, all
- 1:27:51Speaker 1: in the tabloids and everywhere that you and Marjorie were
- 1:27:54Speaker 1: getting a divorce. I don't. I don't. I don't you
- 1:27:56Speaker 1: have no money. I don't get it, man, I do
- 1:27:59Speaker 1: not get it. I don't know why people are not
- 1:28:04Speaker 1: happy for one another. I just don't get it anymore. Man,
- 1:28:08Speaker 1: I don't know what people want. Man? Did they not
- 1:28:10Speaker 1: want to see? Nobody? Make it? Where did it come from? Man?
- 1:28:14Speaker 1: From anywhere? Bro? The Internet is full of lies. If
- 1:28:19Speaker 1: you if you get your information off the Internet and tabloids,
- 1:28:22Speaker 1: you're in trouble. Yeah, yeah, seriously. But Steve, I have
- 1:28:26Speaker 1: to say, despite all that, despite all the phone calls
- 1:28:29Speaker 1: we all received about your divorce, and everything. You had
- 1:28:33Speaker 1: the best clapback ever. Oh you have the best clapback?
- 1:28:38Speaker 1: Can we play some of that? And it was no
- 1:28:41Speaker 1: rehearsal greatness though it was greatness. I tell you. My
- 1:28:47Speaker 1: son walked up and we rolled, let's go. You leave it,
- 1:29:01Speaker 1: you leave me? I mean I read it what we so,
- 1:29:09Speaker 1: But if you leave it, when was you gonna tell me?
- 1:29:12Speaker 1: I didn't know. I just found out I was leaving.
- 1:29:15Speaker 1: I just read it on line. I read it too.
- 1:29:17Speaker 1: Were you reading that? I don't know. I read it somewhere.
- 1:29:20Speaker 1: When they say we're getting a divorce them, I don't know.
- 1:29:23Speaker 1: Seeing what we're supposed to getting one, I'm gonna getting
- 1:29:25Speaker 1: ready to do it right now again. They say we
- 1:29:29Speaker 1: broke too. We ain't got no money. I got it.
- 1:29:33Speaker 1: You gotta take all that back we got. Y'all gotta
- 1:29:38Speaker 1: filter on. This is what we can change your color
- 1:29:39Speaker 1: with a looking like she and wearing see. I mean,
- 1:29:44Speaker 1: we don't got money. All the money goes. That's what
- 1:29:46Speaker 1: the That's what they said the holder. I gotta spent
- 1:29:50Speaker 1: all of it. I spent all of it. Did you
- 1:29:51Speaker 1: spent the money? They said? You spent all of you?
- 1:29:55Speaker 1: And I'm telling something else, I got to go talk
- 1:29:57Speaker 1: to this pilot and tell him we got to get
- 1:30:00Speaker 1: the hell out of your Yeah, but we got to
- 1:30:04Speaker 1: go now for we got the money for we ain't
- 1:30:09Speaker 1: got one. We got to ride, girl, we got to ride. Meanwhile,
- 1:30:24Speaker 1: you're at the Kentucky Derby balling out, letting them haters
- 1:30:27Speaker 1: and Steve, Now, that was Friday night we did the video.
- 1:30:32Speaker 1: This was sad, probably in the middle of the divorce,
- 1:30:35Speaker 1: I'm not sure. All right. Coming up next the last
- 1:30:45Speaker 1: break of the day and Steve's closing remarks right after this,
- 1:30:49Speaker 1: you're listening to show, all right, So Steve, um, this
- 1:30:54Speaker 1: is our last break of the day, and you wanted
- 1:30:58Speaker 1: to do something special, alright, I guess I want to
- 1:31:00Speaker 1: say something first, and then I'm gonna let my friend
- 1:31:03Speaker 1: talk for a say. All right, so let's go today.
- 1:31:07Speaker 1: I want to have a conversation with you all about faith.
- 1:31:12Speaker 1: You know, I think a lot of people don't like
- 1:31:14Speaker 1: talking about faith because for some reason. I don't know, man,
- 1:31:21Speaker 1: I just think a part of it is political correctness
- 1:31:24Speaker 1: in our society today. I think some people don't talk
- 1:31:28Speaker 1: about faith because so many people are from different faiths.
- 1:31:34Speaker 1: But when I'm talking about faith. I'm merely talking about
- 1:31:37Speaker 1: the belief in the belief in God. That's all I'm
- 1:31:41Speaker 1: talking about. You know, for whatever your faith is, I'm
- 1:31:44Speaker 1: cool with everybody's faith. Man, I'm not that judgmental guy.
- 1:31:48Speaker 1: I'm not the guy that says, if you don't believe
- 1:31:50Speaker 1: what I believe, yours is off base, because that's not true.
- 1:31:54Speaker 1: That's just one hundred percent not true. All faiths of valid.
- 1:32:01Speaker 1: Every faith is valid, that is God based. All of
- 1:32:06Speaker 1: them are valid. You I don't care if you Jewish, Muslim, Catholic, Protestant, Gentile,
- 1:32:15Speaker 1: jew don't. I don't care. I don't care. As long
- 1:32:20Speaker 1: as your faith is God based, the belief that God
- 1:32:23Speaker 1: is who He is, that's all that matters. I want
- 1:32:28Speaker 1: to talk to you about faith for a minute, from
- 1:32:30Speaker 1: the standpoint of what are you? What are you and
- 1:32:33Speaker 1: God talking about? Because man, I've learned so much about faith.
- 1:32:40Speaker 1: A friend of mine sent me a scripture Psalms five three,
- 1:32:45Speaker 1: and it's an important scripture, man, because what it did
- 1:32:48Speaker 1: for me was it taught me something about my faith.
- 1:32:52Speaker 1: Because if you're a person of faith, then you have
- 1:32:55Speaker 1: a relationship with God, and God has a relationship with you,
- 1:32:59Speaker 1: and he hears you when you cry. And it was
- 1:33:04Speaker 1: sort of ironic because I had started having my morning
- 1:33:08Speaker 1: meditation a few weeks ago. And I just can't even
- 1:33:12Speaker 1: tell you how it has completely changed the outcome of
- 1:33:16Speaker 1: my days. It hasn't stopped anything from happening, but it
- 1:33:21Speaker 1: has changed the way I cope with it and the
- 1:33:25Speaker 1: way I look forward. See, I don't worry about tomorrow anymore. Oh,
- 1:33:30Speaker 1: I'm making plans, but I'm not worrying about tomorrow because
- 1:33:36Speaker 1: I was reading something somewhere that you cannot change by worrying.
- 1:33:43Speaker 1: You cannot give yourself one hour of extra life from worrying.
- 1:33:49Speaker 1: If you worry, you can't add an hour to your life.
- 1:33:53Speaker 1: So if by worrying you can't even add an hour
- 1:33:57Speaker 1: of time to your life, which is one of the
- 1:34:01Speaker 1: most important things you can have as your time, why
- 1:34:03Speaker 1: would you worry about anything else. So in the morning,
- 1:34:06Speaker 1: when I'm talking to God Psalms five and three, I
- 1:34:11Speaker 1: always ask God in the morning to hear my voice.
- 1:34:16Speaker 1: When I'm praying to You, I'm asking him to hear
- 1:34:19Speaker 1: my voice. And after he hears my voice, then I
- 1:34:23Speaker 1: wait for him with an expect with an expectation that
- 1:34:29Speaker 1: what I cried out for will happen, no doubt, no worry.
- 1:34:34Speaker 1: It is going to happen now. It may not happen
- 1:34:38Speaker 1: that day. But since I put in my request with
- 1:34:42Speaker 1: that kind of faith attached to it, God's promises never
- 1:34:46Speaker 1: come back void. God has never told us he would
- 1:34:49Speaker 1: do something for us, and he didn't do it. God
- 1:34:52Speaker 1: didn't ever promise something to be so, and we found
- 1:34:55Speaker 1: out later on in what all of God's promises is true?
- 1:35:00Speaker 1: He don't His word don't come back void. So when
- 1:35:04Speaker 1: you do that, man, you put your your prayer out
- 1:35:07Speaker 1: there and your meditation, and you put it out there
- 1:35:09Speaker 1: with the faith, and you look forward expectingly. And that
- 1:35:12Speaker 1: has changed me. Are you discussing your future with God?
- 1:35:17Speaker 1: He wants us to make decisions now. He would love
- 1:35:19Speaker 1: to be included in the decision making process. That's the
- 1:35:22Speaker 1: relationship he wants with us. But when God allows you
- 1:35:25Speaker 1: to make a decision a plan, he wants to hear
- 1:35:28Speaker 1: your plan. Sometimes your plan or in line with what
- 1:35:31Speaker 1: he is, and sometimes he needs to make an adjustment.
- 1:35:35Speaker 1: So when you ask God for something, and at the
- 1:35:38Speaker 1: end of it you say, God, let your will be done,
- 1:35:41Speaker 1: then guess what I may ask for something, but always
- 1:35:44Speaker 1: tag with let your will be done, because if it's
- 1:35:47Speaker 1: not your will, then show me whatever that is. Because
- 1:35:52Speaker 1: his adjustment that he makes is gonna be way better
- 1:35:56Speaker 1: than your plan. God's adjustments, It's better than your plan.
- 1:36:02Speaker 1: And the cool part about it is it's when he
- 1:36:04Speaker 1: makes the adjustment, you're going to agree with it because
- 1:36:09Speaker 1: it's gonna be spot on ches right. So, Jathony Brown,
- 1:36:15Speaker 1: what would you like to say? So? I like to say,
- 1:36:18Speaker 1: please go to the hospital and check yourself out, and
- 1:36:21Speaker 1: I looked everybody. I need your prayers or today I
- 1:36:25Speaker 1: start my first chemo therapy for leukemia. And it's all
- 1:36:30Speaker 1: because I got checked out earlier. It's very important. I
- 1:36:34Speaker 1: think my announcement could help some other people. And it's
- 1:36:38Speaker 1: about faith. I have not changed my attitude toward God
- 1:36:42Speaker 1: or my attitude toward faith. I know I'm gonna beat this.
- 1:36:45Speaker 1: I know I'm gonna kick this in there behind. It's
- 1:36:48Speaker 1: not anything I'm worried about it. I have not changed
- 1:36:50Speaker 1: my attitude one bit at one minute, one bit. When
- 1:36:53Speaker 1: I older, I will let this. So I just want
- 1:36:56Speaker 1: to put that out there. I need your prayers. I
- 1:36:58Speaker 1: start today. Pray for me. Thank you, and that's all
- 1:37:02Speaker 1: I have to say. Come on, prayer warriors. Yeah yeah,
- 1:37:08Speaker 1: it's a lot of good people out there. We got
- 1:37:10Speaker 1: you in our prayers. Man God gonnad Man. Yeah, he's
- 1:37:12Speaker 1: a heeler boy, all of all things, of all of
- 1:37:16Speaker 1: all things. So that's that does it for us this morning,
- 1:37:20Speaker 1: all of y'all in no prayer, Um, we need you.
