- 0:00Speaker 1: The indictment has been unsealed, and in the United States
- 0:04Speaker 1: of America has done something that usually only third world
- 0:07Speaker 1: countries do, where we attack and imprisoned and send into exile,
- 0:11Speaker 1: and in many parts the world kill former political leaders
- 0:16Speaker 1: and their family members. Now America is on that list.
- 0:20Speaker 1: The Manhattan witch Hunt trial has officially begun thirty four
- 0:25Speaker 1: felony counts of falsifying business records. The problem is it's
- 0:28Speaker 1: not even actually thirty four felony counts, and Alvin Bragg
- 0:32Speaker 1: can't even explain what one of the crimes was that
- 0:35Speaker 1: he charged Donald Trump with Donald Trump has pled not guilty.
- 0:40Speaker 1: What did it cost to do this? Let's just put
- 0:42Speaker 1: it into perspective so you understand what it costs the
- 0:45Speaker 1: liberals in New York who are all woke. Alvin Bragg
- 0:49Speaker 1: shut down the entire city of New York today, called
- 0:52Speaker 1: up thirty eight thousand New York Police Department police officers,
- 0:57Speaker 1: closed down the FDR drive, and is spending an estimated
- 1:02Speaker 1: tunor million of city funds, all over one hundred and
- 1:06Speaker 1: thirty thousand dollars in DA. That's how Eric Trump put it.
- 1:12Speaker 1: I never thought I would see this level of corruption
- 1:14Speaker 1: the United States America. But here we are. Eric Trump
- 1:17Speaker 1: went on to say, and this is not a prosecution.
- 1:22Speaker 1: This is clearly a persecution, an attack of a political adversary.
- 1:28Speaker 1: Donald Trump leaving Trump Tower put his wrist up, is
- 1:31Speaker 1: fist up in the air. Two supporters there. Thank goodness,
- 1:35Speaker 1: he actually did that to show again that we are united.
- 1:40Speaker 1: I think Donald Trump today and it's very clear, and
- 1:42Speaker 1: the American people are going to see the official picture
- 1:46Speaker 1: coming from that court room showing Donald Trump saying they're
- 1:50Speaker 1: respecting the judicial system even as they're trying to destroy
- 1:54Speaker 1: a former president of the Unit States America. Now, let's
- 1:57Speaker 1: be clear about who's happy about today. The psychotic democrats
- 2:00Speaker 1: on the left, and every adversary to the United States
- 2:04Speaker 1: of America is thrilled to see this. Now, this thirty
- 2:08Speaker 1: four count indictment is a joke because it's not actually
- 2:12Speaker 1: thirty four counts. It's one payment that they say every
- 2:17Speaker 1: check they were going to charge him with four counts
- 2:20Speaker 1: per check he wrote paying back his then attorney Michael Cohen,
- 2:25Speaker 1: who's a star witness of the district Attorney Alvin Bragg.
- 2:30Speaker 1: Let me walk you through the timeline before we get
- 2:33Speaker 1: into the absurdity of the thirty four counts of quote
- 2:38Speaker 1: falsifying business records in the first degree. Trump was officially
- 2:43Speaker 1: arrested around one thirty five pm Eastern Time and appeared
- 2:47Speaker 1: before the judge who charged him with thirty four counts
- 2:51Speaker 1: of falsifying business records at two forty five. Trump pleaded
- 2:56Speaker 1: not guilty to the indictments. Per the judges orders, the
- 3:00Speaker 1: media was not allowed to live stream the court proceedings.
- 3:03Speaker 1: Shocker there, right. We want to silence Dounald Trump, and
- 3:06Speaker 1: we certainly don't want to let the American people see
- 3:08Speaker 1: what this looks like. Photographers were allowed to enter the
- 3:11Speaker 1: courtroom to take photos before the proceedings began. The photographers
- 3:15Speaker 1: captured images for a few minutes before they were seen
- 3:18Speaker 1: leaving the courtroom. CBS News described the courtroom as stuffy,
- 3:22Speaker 1: warm and feeling like an old middle school, not like
- 3:26Speaker 1: a ornate federal courtroom. The former president entered at police
- 3:31Speaker 1: custody around one thirty pm in the Manhattan Courthouse, where
- 3:35Speaker 1: he surrendered to authorities before the arrangement, but before ducking
- 3:39Speaker 1: into a vehicle on his way to the courthouse, he
- 3:42Speaker 1: turned wave and gave his supporters a fist bump upon
- 3:46Speaker 1: arriving at the courthouse, Trump posted on True Social seems
- 3:48Speaker 1: so surreal. Wow, they're going to arrest me. Can't believe
- 3:53Speaker 1: this is happening in America hashtag maga. Donald Trump's attorneys
- 3:58Speaker 1: came out made it very clear after saying this indictment,
- 4:02Speaker 1: this is what they said. Here's what we're gonna talk
- 4:05Speaker 1: about today. Here's what we're gonna talk about there. We're
- 4:06Speaker 1: gonna talk about the insufficiency of this case. And I
- 4:09Speaker 1: will say this to you, today's unclium. This indictment shows
- 4:12Speaker 1: that the rule of law died in this country because well,
- 4:15Speaker 1: everyone is not above the law. No one's below it either.
- 4:18Speaker 1: And if this man's name was not Donald J. Trump,
- 4:21Speaker 1: there is no scenario we'd all be here today. Please
- 4:23Speaker 1: understand that based on these charges, we would not be
- 4:27Speaker 1: here today. Based on these charges. He's right, by the way,
- 4:33Speaker 1: Donald Trump's Attorney's absolutely right. The absurdity of this indictment.
- 4:37Speaker 1: After I read it, and I had to call several
- 4:39Speaker 1: attorneys that I trusted because I didn't believe what I
- 4:42Speaker 1: was reading is, I said, so, let me get this straight.
- 4:45Speaker 1: There's really one count which the statute of limitations have
- 4:48Speaker 1: already passed on that and two different The former DA
- 4:52Speaker 1: wouldn't charge him with these crimes, and the federal government
- 4:54Speaker 1: look at this and didn't charge him. They said there
- 4:56Speaker 1: was no crime there. But what they've done is they
- 4:58Speaker 1: basically turned thirty for account indictment from one thing he did,
- 5:03Speaker 1: which was paying story Down's money. But they decided to
- 5:06Speaker 1: count each check as a new indictment times four. So
- 5:10Speaker 1: you can quickly get to thirty four if every time
- 5:12Speaker 1: he was writing a parcel check for the hush money payments,
- 5:16Speaker 1: as they're accusing him of doing, they have now charged
- 5:18Speaker 1: him for the same crime in essence, thirty four times
- 5:23Speaker 1: thirty four times. Now, there was also another big lie
- 5:27Speaker 1: and before and I don't want to let this go
- 5:30Speaker 1: because it's important that you hear this. At the beginning
- 5:32Speaker 1: of the show, the media also spread a very big
- 5:36Speaker 1: conspiracy theory. Did you notice this Over the last few days,
- 5:40Speaker 1: the media said that Donald Trump was going to be
- 5:42Speaker 1: charged with conspiracy. Donald Trump was not charged with conspiracy.
- 5:47Speaker 1: They pushed this narrative for days. All the news networks
- 5:51Speaker 1: were pushing this on the left, ABCNBC, MSNBCCNN, all of them.
- 5:56Speaker 1: We got a montage for you. I want you to
- 5:59Speaker 1: hear of the media deliberately lying to you, just like
- 6:03Speaker 1: they did about Russia collusion, just like they did about
- 6:06Speaker 1: the phone call wiz Villinsky, just like they did after
- 6:09Speaker 1: for impeacherent number one, impeach at number two. Okay, this
- 6:13Speaker 1: is just like they lied to you about the Hunter
- 6:14Speaker 1: Biden laptop and the Hunter Biden story. The media was
- 6:18Speaker 1: spreading a lie about Donald Trump being charged with conspiracy.
- 6:21Speaker 1: Lifting carefully, Donald Trump pleaded not guilty in the Manhattan
- 6:25Speaker 1: courtroom again to thirty four counts of falsifying business records
- 6:29Speaker 1: and conspiracy. Conspiracy is a very effective tool used by
- 6:33Speaker 1: prosecutors to charge someone, charge groups and people and hold
- 6:37Speaker 1: them accountable for all acts in furtherance of the conspiracy.
- 6:42Speaker 1: But the big question now arises, who is the conspiracy?
- 6:45Speaker 1: It's thirty four counts of falsifying records and conspiracy. Is
- 6:51Speaker 1: thirty four accounts of falsifying business records and conspiracy more information,
- 6:58Speaker 1: But we need to see what was the purpose of
- 7:00Speaker 1: the conspiracy. Who was in the conspiracy? What we're the
- 7:02Speaker 1: so called overt acts, You actually have to take a
- 7:05Speaker 1: step in for servants of that conspiracy. You don't actually
- 7:11Speaker 1: have to complete the conspiracy. You don't actually have to
- 7:14Speaker 1: go through with it. You can just intend to go
- 7:16Speaker 1: through living. Now, the conspiracy count is important because it
- 7:19Speaker 1: doesn't just give the district attorney a legal platform to
- 7:25Speaker 1: make alec to bring in the catch and kill narrative,
- 7:29Speaker 1: but it actually will likely be what's called a speaking
- 7:32Speaker 1: in guide MeV new information for the first time out
- 7:35Speaker 1: of court that the DA is charging this as a
- 7:39Speaker 1: false business records and conspiracy case. You have a conspiracy
- 7:43Speaker 1: count that lets you give a narrative that describes the
- 7:47Speaker 1: evidence that the grand jury heard and voted on, which
- 7:50Speaker 1: is very different than a dry thirty counts of falsifying
- 7:55Speaker 1: business records, which is the same paragraph repeated thirty times.
- 8:00Speaker 1: There are thirty four counts of falsifying business records and conspiracy.
- 8:04Speaker 1: To add the conspiracy element to this spiracy element here
- 8:08Speaker 1: would indicate that he conspired with others, right, that there
- 8:11Speaker 1: are other people involved in this effort. There's one problem.
- 8:14Speaker 1: There is no conspiracy. The media is spreading fake news
- 8:18Speaker 1: that Trump's being charged with conspiracy when in fact he's
- 8:21Speaker 1: not being charged with conspiracy. They're lying to you. There
- 8:26Speaker 1: is them lying to you in real time because when
- 8:30Speaker 1: you have a case this week, you gotta make it
- 8:32Speaker 1: seem bigger than it actually is. Donald Trump's attorneys, by
- 8:36Speaker 1: the way, furious over this indictment, as they should be.
- 8:40Speaker 1: They said that Donald Trump is upset, he's frustrated, disappointed,
- 8:44Speaker 1: and mad all at the same time. Here's a little
- 8:46Speaker 1: bit of what they had to say outside the courthouse.
- 8:49Speaker 1: You don't expect this to happen to somebody who was
- 8:53Speaker 1: the president of the United States. And on the one hand,
- 8:58Speaker 1: On the one hand, there's not really any surprises. UM.
- 9:02Speaker 1: I know there was a lot of talk over the
- 9:03Speaker 1: past several weeks, in the past several days about what's
- 9:07Speaker 1: going to be in this indictment and what's going to
- 9:08Speaker 1: be there that, UM, we don't know. There must be
- 9:11Speaker 1: something besides what we've been talking about for the past
- 9:14Speaker 1: um four or five years. There wasn't, there's nothing. The
- 9:19Speaker 1: indictment itself is is boiler plate. It doesn't allege, um,
- 9:24Speaker 1: any federal crime, any state crime that's been violated. It
- 9:27Speaker 1: doesn't allege what the false statement is, UM. And it's
- 9:30Speaker 1: really disappointing. It's sad, and we're gonna fight it. We're
- 9:33Speaker 1: gonna fight it. Were you surprised. Were you surprised by
- 9:38Speaker 1: anything in the enticement? Now about you, Joe, I was
- 9:41Speaker 1: surprised there were no faction there. I mean, normally in
- 9:43Speaker 1: an indictment you have alleged facts. So they said that
- 9:45Speaker 1: this was a false business record entry to another crime.
- 9:49Speaker 1: We're not saying what the other crime was. Demeanor. When
- 9:58Speaker 1: you say what his reaction was, what do you expect
- 9:59Speaker 1: as we action was? I mean his reaction, his reaction
- 10:02Speaker 1: was exactly what would happen if it happened to anybody
- 10:04Speaker 1: that I'm looking at now, or anybody that's hearing what
- 10:06Speaker 1: you're saying. He's frustrated, he's upset, but I'll tell you what,
- 10:11Speaker 1: he's motivated, and it's not going to stop him, and
- 10:13Speaker 1: it's not going to slow him down, and it's exactly
- 10:17Speaker 1: what he expected. And so to that extent, there's no surprise.
- 10:21Speaker 1: But he's also he's also he's also upset and frustrated
- 10:26Speaker 1: and disappointed and mad that this happens. I think it's
- 10:33Speaker 1: fair to say that's probably an understatement. The way that
- 10:37Speaker 1: the president handed himself when all this was going on
- 10:40Speaker 1: was truly incredible. I also wanted you to hear what
- 10:43Speaker 1: the Disattorney Alban Bragg had to say in his press conference,
- 10:47Speaker 1: and if you watch this press conference, it was embarrassing
- 10:50Speaker 1: because he was trying to convince you that there were
- 10:53Speaker 1: thirty four felonies. That's really one thing that's not even
- 10:56Speaker 1: a felony that he's trying to turn into a felony.
- 11:00Speaker 1: That it also, his predecessor said there was no crime
- 11:03Speaker 1: here and didn't charge Donald Trump with it, and the
- 11:04Speaker 1: federal government looked at and said there was no crime there.
- 11:07Speaker 1: They decided, federal prosecutors decide not to charge him with
- 11:10Speaker 1: these crimes. Not only did he do it, but he
- 11:13Speaker 1: actually did it in the in the dumbest way ever,
- 11:16Speaker 1: with a thirty four a count indictment for virtually the
- 11:18Speaker 1: same thing, claiming that there was a crime, which was
- 11:21Speaker 1: the payment, but then all the little payments that added
- 11:24Speaker 1: up to the big payment were crimes as well, times four.
- 11:27Speaker 1: And that's how we got to thirty four counts. To
- 11:30Speaker 1: make it sound like it was really really bad, Listen
- 11:33Speaker 1: carefully to the DA Alvin Bragg weaponizing his office to
- 11:40Speaker 1: go after Donald Trump. This afternoon, Donald Trump was arraigned
- 11:44Speaker 1: on a New York Supreme Court indictment returned by a
- 11:47Speaker 1: Manhattan grand jury on thirty four felony counts of falsifying
- 11:52Speaker 1: business records in the first degree under New York state
- 11:56Speaker 1: law is a felony. It's a falsified business records with
- 12:01Speaker 1: intent to the fraud and intent to conceal another crime.
- 12:06Speaker 1: That is exactly what this case is about. Thirty four
- 12:11Speaker 1: false statements made to cover up other crimes. These are
- 12:17Speaker 1: felony crimes in New York State. No matter who you are,
- 12:22Speaker 1: we cannot and will not normalize serious criminal conducts. The
- 12:29Speaker 1: defendant repeatedly made false statements on New York business records.
- 12:35Speaker 1: He also caused others to make false statements. The defendant
- 12:40Speaker 1: claimed that he was paying Michael Cohen for legal services
- 12:44Speaker 1: performed in twenty seventeen. This simply was not true, and
- 12:50Speaker 1: it was a false statement that defendant made month after
- 12:54Speaker 1: month in two seventeen April, May June, and so on
- 13:02Speaker 1: through the rest of the year. For nine straight months,
- 13:07Speaker 1: the defended held documents in his hand containing this t
- 13:12Speaker 1: lie that he was paying Michael Cohen for legal services
- 13:16Speaker 1: performed in twenty seventeen, and he personally signed checks for
- 13:22Speaker 1: payments to Michael Cohen for each of these nine months.
- 13:26Speaker 1: All right, So there you go for the nine months
- 13:29Speaker 1: he was paying Michael Cohen. He's saying, each one of
- 13:32Speaker 1: those checks is an indictment times four. That's what he
- 13:39Speaker 1: was saying. So that's how you're getting to thirty four
- 13:42Speaker 1: indictments so quickly, because you're counting one crime as as
- 13:46Speaker 1: thirty four crimes. That's how weak this is. And continue
- 13:51Speaker 1: to listen to the absurdity of this total. The grand
- 13:55Speaker 1: jury found there were thirty four documents with this critical
- 13:59Speaker 1: false statement. Why did Donald Trump repeatedly make these false statements?
- 14:07Speaker 1: The evidence will show that he did so to cover
- 14:09Speaker 1: up crimes relating to the twenty sixteen election. By the way,
- 14:14Speaker 1: that's a lie. You can't claim that he's covering up
- 14:18Speaker 1: crimes connected the twenty sixteen election when the money was
- 14:22Speaker 1: paid not from a campaign funds number one and two.
- 14:27Speaker 1: The money was paid for a nondisclosure agreement, which happens
- 14:31Speaker 1: in this country millions of times a year. That it
- 14:36Speaker 1: has nothing to do with the campaign. He was paying money.
- 14:39Speaker 1: It's not illegal, Okay, We've talked about this over and
- 14:42Speaker 1: over again. It's not illegal to have someone sign an NDA.
- 14:48Speaker 1: It is not illegal to pay someone to keep quiet
- 14:51Speaker 1: about an inappropriate relationship. It's not illegal to pay money
- 14:55Speaker 1: to someone like Jeremy Daniels. You may not like it.
- 15:00Speaker 1: There's an ethical issue you can talk about in debate
- 15:02Speaker 1: for days on end, but it is not illegal to
- 15:05Speaker 1: do the things that I just mentioned. So why is
- 15:09Speaker 1: he charging him in this crime? Because this guy's a
- 15:11Speaker 1: political hack, He's a George Soros. How how do you
- 15:15Speaker 1: want me to jump? Mister Soris. Please give me some money,
- 15:17Speaker 1: mister Soris, Please get me elected, Miss Soros. I want
- 15:19Speaker 1: to run for governor. Mister Soris. I need to become famous.
- 15:21Speaker 1: Mister Soros. How do I become famous? Oh yeah, okay,
- 15:25Speaker 1: I'll indict Donald Trump? What I run on? I ran
- 15:27Speaker 1: on indicting Donald Trump. Alvin Bragg ran for president, ran
- 15:33Speaker 1: for DA on the idea that he was going to
- 15:36Speaker 1: indict Donald Trump. And the liberals they loved it. Oh
- 15:39Speaker 1: my gosh, do they love it. It was like the
- 15:42Speaker 1: greatest day of their lives. They absolutely loved it. Thought
- 15:49Speaker 1: it was concredible. And so he comes out there and
- 15:53Speaker 1: he's like, let me tell you, and everybody watched it's illegally.
- 15:57Speaker 1: Mine is like, are you kidding me? Alvin Bragg also
- 16:02Speaker 1: is something that was really stupid. He said that Trump
- 16:06Speaker 1: made payments to hide damaging information from the public. That
- 16:09Speaker 1: is not illegal. It's not illegal to hide payments. It's
- 16:15Speaker 1: not illegal to pay someone, I should say, excuse me,
- 16:18Speaker 1: to hide damaging information from the public. That is not
- 16:22Speaker 1: against the law in New York. That's a lie, and
- 16:28Speaker 1: he knows it, but he continues on his witch hunt
- 16:32Speaker 1: Donald Trump. Executives at the publishing company American Media Incorporated,
- 16:38Speaker 1: mister Cohen and others agreed in twenty fifteen to a
- 16:43Speaker 1: catch and kill scheme, that is a scheme to buy
- 16:48Speaker 1: and suppress negative information to help mister Trump's chance of
- 16:53Speaker 1: winning the election. As part of this scheme, Donald Trump
- 16:58Speaker 1: and others made three payments to people who claim to
- 17:01Speaker 1: have negative information about mister Trump. To make these payments,
- 17:07Speaker 1: they set up shell companies and they made yet more
- 17:10Speaker 1: false statements, including for example, in ami American Media Incorporates
- 17:15Speaker 1: business records. One of the three people that they paid
- 17:20Speaker 1: to keep quiet was a woman named Stormy Daniels. Less
- 17:24Speaker 1: than two weeks before the presidential election, Michael Cohen wired
- 17:29Speaker 1: one hundred and thirty thousand dollars to Stormy Daniel's lawyer
- 17:33Speaker 1: that payment was the Highe damaging information from the voting public.
- 17:38Speaker 1: That is not against any law. If people sign India's
- 17:45Speaker 1: all the time, that was not against the law. He
- 17:49Speaker 1: is creating a crime literally out of thin air. The
- 17:55Speaker 1: participants scheme was illegal. The scheme violated New York election law,
- 18:00Speaker 1: which makes it a crime to conspire to promote a
- 18:03Speaker 1: candidacy by unlawful means. The one hundred and thirty thousand
- 18:08Speaker 1: on a wire payment exceeded the federal campaign contribution cat.
- 18:12Speaker 1: By the way, the FCC, the Federal Elections Committee, did
- 18:18Speaker 1: not say that Donald Trump violate the law that he's
- 18:21Speaker 1: making and creating out of thin air. The federal government,
- 18:24Speaker 1: when they look at the case, agreed the past DYEA,
- 18:28Speaker 1: you had this job before. This activist put in by
- 18:30Speaker 1: George Soros said the same thing. He's making stuff up
- 18:34Speaker 1: as he goes. He's making up laws out of thin air.
- 18:38Speaker 1: This will be thrown out. He once, by the way,
- 18:41Speaker 1: we're being told for this case to actually play out
- 18:43Speaker 1: during the Republican primary, and wanted to happen next year
- 18:47Speaker 1: in the middle of the primary so he can keep
- 18:50Speaker 1: his name out there and am I's books violated New
- 18:55Speaker 1: York law. That is why Trump made false statements about
- 19:02Speaker 1: his payments to mister Cohen. He could not simply say
- 19:06Speaker 1: that the payments were reimbursement for mister Cohen's payments to
- 19:11Speaker 1: Sandy to Stormy Daniels to do so, To make that
- 19:15Speaker 1: true statement would have been to admit a crime. So instead,
- 19:20Speaker 1: mister Trump said that he was paying mister Cohen for
- 19:24Speaker 1: fictitious legal services in twenty seventeen to cover up actual
- 19:29Speaker 1: crime committed the prior year, and in order to get
- 19:34Speaker 1: Michael Cohen his money back, they planned one last false statement.
- 19:41Speaker 1: In order to complete the scheme. They planned to mischaracterize
- 19:44Speaker 1: the repayments to mister Cohen its income to the New
- 19:48Speaker 1: York state tax authorities. The conduct I just described, and
- 19:55Speaker 1: that which was charged by the grand jury, is felony
- 19:58Speaker 1: criminal conduct in New York State. True and accurate business
- 20:04Speaker 1: records are important everywhere. To be sure, they are all
- 20:09Speaker 1: the more important in Manhattan. Here's the problem. You have
- 20:12Speaker 1: a statue of limitations issue. Not only is Alvin Bragg
- 20:16Speaker 1: creating laws out of thin air that don't actually apply
- 20:20Speaker 1: and that many would argue didn't even have jurisdiction over,
- 20:23Speaker 1: but he's also creating a narrative here that just didn't happen,
- 20:29Speaker 1: and even if it did happen, what he's now saying
- 20:32Speaker 1: is well outside the statue of limitations. So he's got
- 20:36Speaker 1: problems here all over the place when it comes to
- 20:39Speaker 1: this one. Like all over. Here's the other part that's
- 20:42Speaker 1: interesting that I do think people need to understand as well.
- 20:45Speaker 1: There's one other side of this. Not only did Alvin
- 20:49Speaker 1: Bragg waste people's money, put thirty eight thousand officers on
- 20:52Speaker 1: the streets, spent two hundred million of New York funds
- 20:57Speaker 1: for an allege one hundred and thirty thousand dollars DA.
- 21:01Speaker 1: On top of that, the Ninth Circuit Court had awarded
- 21:06Speaker 1: Donald Trump today another one hundred and twenty two thousand
- 21:09Speaker 1: dollars over and above the five hundred thousand already that
- 21:14Speaker 1: has already been awarded from Stormy Daniels. Okay, I understand this.
- 21:22Speaker 1: Donald Trump today got another victory in court. So Stormy
- 21:28Speaker 1: Daniels now owes Donald Trump six hundred and twenty thousand dollars.
- 21:31Speaker 1: A US Ninth Circuit Court awarded him another one hundred
- 21:34Speaker 1: and twenty two thousand over the five hundred thousand already
- 21:38Speaker 1: awarded Donald Trump from Stormy Daniels. But we're supposed to
- 21:43Speaker 1: believe that this case is legitimate and it deals a
- 21:46Speaker 1: Stormy me Daniels after she owes the president six hundred
- 21:49Speaker 1: and twenty two thousand dollars. Donald Trump also said, just
- 21:56Speaker 1: lifted off for fam beats floridam on true social moment ago.
- 21:59Speaker 1: We'll be delivering remarks tonight at Marlago at eight fifteen Eastern,
- 22:04Speaker 1: seven fifteenth Central. The hearing was shocking to many and
- 22:08Speaker 1: that they had no surprises and therefore no case. Virtually
- 22:13Speaker 1: every legal pundit has said that there is no case here,
- 22:16Speaker 1: there was nothing done illegally. He's right, by the way,
- 22:23Speaker 1: He's absolutely right. But now that Trump has been arrested,
- 22:28Speaker 1: legal proceedings have been set. We have a precedent for this.
- 22:35Speaker 1: You now have a former president apparently that can now
- 22:37Speaker 1: be rated by the FBI and indicted by city prosecutors.
- 22:44Speaker 1: As one person put it today, I have a feeling
- 22:46Speaker 1: Democrats are going to regret opening up this Pandora's box. Now.
- 22:52Speaker 1: The problem is is do you want the gopdas now
- 22:54Speaker 1: start charging people on crimes just like this activis DA
- 23:00Speaker 1: I don't because I don't want to weaponize the judicial
- 23:02Speaker 1: system this way. It terrifies me. I do not want
- 23:09Speaker 1: this to be the case. But this is where the
- 23:15Speaker 1: Democrats have now taken us and the Democratic Party is dead. Okay,
- 23:19Speaker 1: the Democratic Party is dead. They are now communists. The
- 23:27Speaker 1: media spending fake news, Trump being charged with conspiracy. That's
- 23:31Speaker 1: not the case here, Alvin Bragg claiming his case shows
- 23:35Speaker 1: everyone's equal under the law. If that is the case,
- 23:38Speaker 1: then then answer me why Hillary Clinton, who did the
- 23:41Speaker 1: exact same damn thing in the exact same place in
- 23:43Speaker 1: New York City as a resident New York City, how
- 23:47Speaker 1: did she not get charge of the same crime when
- 23:49Speaker 1: she was categorizing the quote business records as legal expenses
- 23:54Speaker 1: for paying for the steel dossier to be made for
- 23:57Speaker 1: the entire Russian collusion thing that she created out of
- 24:00Speaker 1: thin air. Allegations, like so many of our white collar cases,
- 24:05Speaker 1: allegations that someone live again and again to protect their
- 24:09Speaker 1: interests and evade the laws to which we are all
- 24:13Speaker 1: held accountable. As this office has done time and time again,
- 24:18Speaker 1: we today uphold our solemn responsibility to ensure that everyone
- 24:24Speaker 1: stands equal before the law. No amount of money and
- 24:28Speaker 1: no amount of power changes that enduring American principle. Let
- 24:33Speaker 1: me just stop with that. I want you to just
- 24:35Speaker 1: really think. He says, today, we uphold our solemn responsibility
- 24:39Speaker 1: to ensure that everyone stands equal before the law. Okay,
- 24:43Speaker 1: by that standard, By that standard, he would have to
- 24:47Speaker 1: charge Hillary Clinton with the same crime he just charged
- 24:50Speaker 1: Donald Trump with. Hillary Clinton did the same thing with
- 24:53Speaker 1: business records that Donald Trump just he's accusing Donald Trump
- 24:57Speaker 1: ip doing classifying thing as legal expenses that he claims
- 25:02Speaker 1: are not. Hillary Clinton classified the steal document dossier payments
- 25:06Speaker 1: as legal fees. In fact, we know that she did
- 25:10Speaker 1: this to the point where the Federal Elections Commission find
- 25:13Speaker 1: her serious money and found her guilty of doing this.
- 25:17Speaker 1: Hence the fine that happened, folks, that actually happened. Okay,
- 25:24Speaker 1: like that actually happened. So Hillary Clinton did this? Then
- 25:31Speaker 1: then then again, how I don't know. I don't know
- 25:35Speaker 1: what else to say here? What else are what else
- 25:40Speaker 1: can be said? Here? You're not going to charge her
- 25:44Speaker 1: because he just said it, right, he just said it. Wow,
- 25:48Speaker 1: this is the law, and this is what the law says. Right,
- 25:52Speaker 1: this is the law, and this is how it is.
- 25:54Speaker 1: And if you're no one's above the law, okay, then
- 25:56Speaker 1: are you going to charge her? Because if Donald Trump's
- 25:59Speaker 1: gonna be held to this standard, you have to hold
- 26:01Speaker 1: her to that center. If you're claiming that no amount
- 26:03Speaker 1: of money or power, all the things he just listed,
- 26:05Speaker 1: then where's Hillary Clinton on this one? This is a
- 26:10Speaker 1: kangaroo court. These thirty four counts are a joke. And
- 26:16Speaker 1: on the same day he's doing this, Stormy Daniels is
- 26:19Speaker 1: having to pay Trump another one hundred and twenty two thousand,
- 26:21Speaker 1: already owes him a half a million. And this is
- 26:24Speaker 1: your k This is what all of this is on
- 26:27Speaker 1: eve Hell, you want to know how bad this is.
- 26:28Speaker 1: Even Mitt Romney today defended Donald Trump after the indictment,
- 26:33Speaker 1: saying Alvin Bragge is setting a dangerous precedent. Even Mitt
- 26:37Speaker 1: Romney said in a written statement today that the Manhattan Prosecutor,
- 26:40Speaker 1: Alvin Bragge is saiding quote, a dangerous precedent by criminalizing
- 26:43Speaker 1: a political opponent. Romney, who is not a fan of Trump,
- 26:46Speaker 1: hates his guts, said in reaction to the indictment, I
- 26:50Speaker 1: believe President Donald Trump's character and kinda make him unfit
- 26:53Speaker 1: for office. Even so, I believe the near prosecutor has
- 26:56Speaker 1: stretched to reach felony criminal charges in order to fit
- 26:59Speaker 1: a political agenda. No one is above the law, and
- 27:01Speaker 1: not even former presidence, but everyone is entitled to equal
- 27:04Speaker 1: treatment under the law. The prosecutors overreach set a dangerous
- 27:10Speaker 1: precedent for criminalizing political opponents and damages the public's faith
- 27:16Speaker 1: in our justice system. The charges and evidence will be
- 27:19Speaker 1: duly considered and the outcome decided by a jury with
- 27:22Speaker 1: an obligation to fulfill its responsibility with the utmost care impartiality.
- 27:27Speaker 1: The American voters will ultimately render their own judgment on
- 27:30Speaker 1: the former president's political future. Finally, it is also incumbent
- 27:34Speaker 1: on all elected leaders to discourage violence and anger. In
- 27:37Speaker 1: response to this situation, Romney and Trump have, as you know,
- 27:42Speaker 1: not been friends for quite some time. I go back
- 27:46Speaker 1: to what I said at the very beginning here. We
- 27:49Speaker 1: have just crossed a line, and I don't know how
- 27:51Speaker 1: we'll ever come back from it. All right, make sure
- 27:54Speaker 1: you share this podcast please with your family and friends.
- 27:57Speaker 1: That's number one. Number two, We're gonna do another podcast
- 28:01Speaker 1: after this one with Donald Trump's response, so you'll get
- 28:04Speaker 1: two podcasts from us make sure you listen to that
- 28:07Speaker 1: second one as well. We'll see you back here in
- 28:08Speaker 1: just a little bit.
