- 0:58Speaker 2: we will also discussing her background and new book, Delete

- 1:06Speaker 1: Sandra Daily, How you doing, Sandra?
- 1:09Speaker 3: I am doing excellent today. Thank you for having me.
- 1:13Speaker 2: Okay, got to eat it out the way because I
- 1:14Speaker 2: hear a nice little accent there, Sandra.
- 1:16Speaker 1: Where are you from?
- 1:17Speaker 3: Originally Oh wow, you're good, you got shot is I
- 1:21Speaker 3: am from the little island.
- 1:23Speaker 4: In Antigua named Antiguing the Caribbean.
- 1:26Speaker 1: Oh great, great?
- 1:27Speaker 2: So how long have you been in the state or
- 1:28Speaker 2: were you born there and you lived here?
- 1:31Speaker 1: Give me some history there, give me some Oh wow.
- 1:33Speaker 3: I was born and raised in the Caribbean until I
- 1:35Speaker 3: was about fifteen.
- 1:36Speaker 4: And you know, it's everybody's dream to come to America, right.
- 1:40Speaker 4: My mom migrated and brought all her children.
- 1:42Speaker 3: I'm educated in the US from high school all the
- 1:45Speaker 3: way to college, and.
- 1:47Speaker 4: I've been here who since I was fifteen? This year,
- 1:50Speaker 4: I'm going to be fifty nine?
- 1:53Speaker 1: Oh good, miss.
- 1:55Speaker 2: Daily life is full of challenges and writing this book
- 1:59Speaker 2: delete that, the personal challenges that you had to confront
- 2:03Speaker 2: in order to write.
- 2:04Speaker 1: A book like to delete that? Were you able to
- 2:07Speaker 1: overcome them?
- 2:08Speaker 2: And how did you do those challenges as they will
- 2:11Speaker 2: put forth to you throughout your whole life?
- 2:13Speaker 3: You know, born and raised in the Caribbean, even though
- 2:16Speaker 3: it was British rule, we didn't English.
- 2:19Speaker 4: Was my first language. So even when I was in.
- 2:23Speaker 3: School and then we were taught English on the playground
- 2:26Speaker 3: at lunchtime, I was speaking what they called poplar broken
- 2:30Speaker 3: English and English are not my favorite subject and one
- 2:33Speaker 3: of the things one of the challenges. The people who
- 2:36Speaker 3: know me and know me well, like my husband and
- 2:39Speaker 3: their friends, They're like, you wrote a book because they
- 2:43Speaker 3: know I have tools, have grammar issues, I have all
- 2:47Speaker 3: a man of things, over put sentatives. Somebody say things,
- 2:51Speaker 3: but I didn't let it stop me. And when I
- 2:55Speaker 3: heard in my spirit delete and I deleted it. I
- 3:00Speaker 3: heard God say I want you to write a book.
- 3:02Speaker 3: Delete that, and I kind.
- 3:04Speaker 4: Of like, what.
- 3:07Speaker 3: So the people who are watching me, I want you
- 3:10Speaker 3: to know you may hear me. And I'm passionate because
- 3:12Speaker 3: I'm living this and I'm going through this. But I
- 3:15Speaker 3: had to overcome my own fear of grammar and writing
- 3:20Speaker 3: a book.
- 3:20Speaker 4: And does anybody want to hear it?
- 3:23Speaker 3: You have something that you're put here to do and
- 3:27Speaker 3: you're fearful because it goes out the very weakness you're
- 3:32Speaker 3: trying to hide and overcome that.
- 3:34Speaker 4: Nobody, I say, get up and do it. I did it.
- 3:38Speaker 3: Believe that man, Lead that negativity out your mind.
- 3:42Speaker 4: Take your time. Ain't nobody running and rushing you start today?
- 3:47Speaker 1: Well awesome, we still got that accent. You're rocking, girl.
- 3:50Speaker 1: You're rocking now, you know.
- 3:52Speaker 2: I always like the STEM is a big thing in
- 3:55Speaker 2: our world, especially people of color.
- 3:57Speaker 1: And you have a global IT company that you'll building.
- 4:00Speaker 2: Tell me how did you get into that particular STEM
- 4:03Speaker 2: area and what and.
- 4:05Speaker 1: The company that you're developing.
- 4:08Speaker 4: Wow, my education in my background, you know, I always
- 4:11Speaker 4: wanted to be a lawyer. Then I wanted to be
- 4:13Speaker 4: a pilot.
- 4:13Speaker 3: But when I got to school.
- 4:15Speaker 4: I wanted to be all these things.
- 4:16Speaker 3: But when I got into college, I was good with
- 4:18Speaker 3: math and science and I had a dead teacher. On
- 4:22Speaker 3: when my husband is a former military Marine Corps we
- 4:26Speaker 3: were stationed in Beaufort, South Carolina, and I went to
- 4:30Speaker 3: the Technical College of the Low Country there and I
- 4:33Speaker 3: had a.
- 4:36Speaker 4: Math teacher that saw.
- 4:37Speaker 3: My skills and said, you know, there's a new field
- 4:40Speaker 3: for me in computer science. I think you will be
- 4:42Speaker 3: good in that, but start with electrical science first. So
- 4:46Speaker 3: I started with electrical science and then I migrated to
- 4:50Speaker 3: computer science. And I've worked for various aerospace companies, found
- 4:55Speaker 3: my niche and never looked back and ended up in
- 4:58Speaker 3: cyber security. And why when I was working, I was moonlighting,
- 5:03Speaker 3: helping other businesses with their IT and that's how I
- 5:06Speaker 3: landed over starting my own company.
- 5:09Speaker 2: You know what I like to throw out to miss
- 5:11Speaker 2: daily common sense?
- 5:13Speaker 4: Ooh, yes, you got a lot of it.
- 5:15Speaker 2: Why a lot of people out there don't have the
- 5:18Speaker 2: common sense to just understand this is.
- 5:21Speaker 1: How you should do it.
- 5:22Speaker 2: But a lot of people want to like have that
- 5:24Speaker 2: lottery mentality. They put too much weight in religion, which
- 5:28Speaker 2: I'm saying, everybody has to have faith, but you gotta work,
- 5:31Speaker 2: gotta have a plan, gotta have budget. Why do people
- 5:35Speaker 2: keep making these same mistakes and how can we help them?
- 5:38Speaker 3: It's just human nature, you know, even in the womb
- 5:42Speaker 3: when it's time to come up, you.
- 5:43Speaker 4: Know how we press forward?
- 5:45Speaker 3: We are But even the Bible tells us fake without works.
- 5:49Speaker 4: It's dead.
- 5:50Speaker 3: And the Bible speak a lot about wisdom, having wisdom,
- 5:54Speaker 3: not only wisdom, but getting understanding.
- 5:57Speaker 4: I think a lot of us is walking. I think
- 6:00Speaker 4: maybe too gullible or too greedy.
- 6:03Speaker 3: Es a to man, so we don't listen, we don't
- 6:07Speaker 3: get the right information. And then when we get the information,
- 6:09Speaker 3: we don't get right understanding. And then the last thing
- 6:12Speaker 3: I would say is mentors, you know, listening to people
- 6:16Speaker 3: who've gone before you and learn from their mistakes and
- 6:20Speaker 3: a lot of us just believe too much in the water.
- 6:23Speaker 3: Are the kool aid we don't mix for ourselves and drinking.
- 6:27Speaker 2: Yeah, drinking too much kool aid can't be bad for
- 6:30Speaker 2: your teeth and your diet. Cybersecurity, I am telling you
- 6:35Speaker 2: right now, I get so many emails, I get so
- 6:37Speaker 2: many tegts. How can I protect myself? You and the
- 6:41Speaker 2: world of cybersecurity. Are you in the corporate world or
- 6:45Speaker 2: can you talk to everyday listeners like me who just
- 6:49Speaker 2: just tie the people just bugging us?
- 6:51Speaker 1: And how can we avoid scams?
- 6:53Speaker 4: The first thing you.
- 6:54Speaker 3: Want to do is understand the device that's in your hand,
- 6:59Speaker 3: and I would say the device that you use your
- 7:02Speaker 3: hands to, which is your phone. There are a lot
- 7:04Speaker 3: of security features on the phone that you can actually
- 7:07Speaker 3: go in and turn off, so it would help. That's
- 7:11Speaker 3: your first line of defense, I said. The second line
- 7:14Speaker 3: of defense is watch where you go, meaning digitally the size.
- 7:21Speaker 4: The things you download on your phone.
- 7:23Speaker 3: There are a lot of apps you can actually put
- 7:25Speaker 3: on your phone to help an extra barrier of security.
- 7:29Speaker 3: And if you don't know, because many people really don't know,
- 7:32Speaker 3: too lazy to know or take the time, they are
- 7:36Speaker 3: free apps and services out there that they can go
- 7:41Speaker 3: and get their name, remove off of the Internet, or
- 7:44Speaker 3: add that extra barrier of security. As little as twenty
- 7:47Speaker 3: dollars a month, you can download an app or get
- 7:50Speaker 3: a service, a ninety service cyber security to have protected.
- 7:54Speaker 3: Even LifeLock is one service that you can use, but
- 7:58Speaker 3: there are many more that. I mean, we go on
- 8:00Speaker 3: the internet for everything. I call it YouTube, what they
- 8:03Speaker 3: call it the University of YouTube.
- 8:05Speaker 4: You can learn almost anything on YouTube to protect yourself.
- 8:09Speaker 4: But we wanted you know.
- 8:10Speaker 3: We go on there for recipes and gossip, but there's
- 8:13Speaker 3: want to help you. And with the question you.
- 8:17Speaker 2: Asked, well, she is the Queen of common Sense. Seas
- 8:20Speaker 2: my guest Sandra Daily. She is the founder of Destiny.
- 8:24Speaker 2: Destiny Executive Enterprise d INC is the fastest growing global
- 8:29Speaker 2: IT company in the USA. Their mission is to help individuals,
- 8:32Speaker 2: institution and government governments to explore all possible options, basically
- 8:37Speaker 2: building a brand ten times. And I've really I know,
- 8:40Speaker 2: I'm just gonna lay you, Queen of common Sense, because
- 8:43Speaker 2: I love talking to people who just break it down
- 8:45Speaker 2: to a point where everybody understands it.
- 8:48Speaker 1: Your book delete.
- 8:49Speaker 2: That, let me just give it a quick summary to everybody.
- 8:51Speaker 2: The books walks through complete inner reprogramming to identify areas
- 8:56Speaker 2: of living on autopilot, which a lot of people do.
- 8:59Speaker 2: They do it relationships, They do it with their own
- 9:02Speaker 2: personal structure.
- 9:03Speaker 1: Their diets are not lack of diets. They're eating habit
- 9:06Speaker 1: that can be autopilered, repeating.
- 9:08Speaker 2: The same negative patterns, speaking or reacting in ways they
- 9:12Speaker 2: contradict the life you're trying to build. Listening to me, people,
- 9:16Speaker 2: am I talking to you because she's about to talk
- 9:19Speaker 2: to you?
- 9:20Speaker 1: Sabotaging your progress.
- 9:22Speaker 2: And shrinking beneath the weight of your past, not working
- 9:26Speaker 2: old relationship, regretting things you've done in the past.
- 9:30Speaker 1: This is we're talking about. Am I on the right
- 9:31Speaker 1: page with you? Miss datid you.
- 9:33Speaker 3: Are so on the right page? And the way you
- 9:35Speaker 3: ended is where we start. We regret and then repeat.
- 9:39Speaker 3: Let me tell you there's a saying that if you
- 9:41Speaker 3: don't learn from history, we're doing to repeat it.
- 9:46Speaker 4: So the past have its placed, but we're here in
- 9:50Speaker 4: the president.
- 9:50Speaker 3: We have a future to go look forward to, so
- 9:53Speaker 3: why not secure.
- 9:54Speaker 4: That by learning from the past?
- 9:56Speaker 3: And why I said people regret, but they're repeat and
- 10:00Speaker 3: the point of the book is to not only my journey,
- 10:04Speaker 3: but to help people learn how to put everything in
- 10:09Speaker 3: its place, the place for everything, and everything in its place,
- 10:11Speaker 3: the pass of its place. We're hitting out in the
- 10:14Speaker 3: present and it's never too late to turn the page. Never,
- 10:19Speaker 3: but people.
- 10:20Speaker 1: Will turn that page.
- 10:21Speaker 2: They'll just stand there and they'll feel they try to
- 10:24Speaker 2: gain sympathy about mistakes they made or fear of change.
- 10:33Speaker 3: I think it for lack of understanding. You know, most
- 10:37Speaker 3: people really don't listen. I'm not a cousin that telling
- 10:41Speaker 3: me listen, Sandra. People know when they're.
- 10:43Speaker 4: Wrong, s I'm telling people when they're wrong. People know
- 10:47Speaker 4: when they're wrong. You have to show them how to
- 10:51Speaker 4: come out and make a turn.
- 10:53Speaker 3: And God allow you turn at any time.
- 10:56Speaker 4: But we as people, we are lazy, my friend. We
- 11:01Speaker 4: don't want to do the work. And the number one
- 11:04Speaker 4: work is to look at yourself.
- 11:06Speaker 3: Stop playing in every one and everybody else and look
- 11:09Speaker 3: at yourself of why.
- 11:11Speaker 4: You are repeating what you keep regretting.
- 11:16Speaker 2: You're preaching today and that you know here's the I'm
- 11:21Speaker 2: not gonna give you know what to and accent.
- 11:23Speaker 1: The more you get fired up, the more you back.
- 11:27Speaker 1: You're back in the Alan figured out that I came
- 11:32Speaker 1: over about fifteen.
- 11:34Speaker 2: You there, now, girl, You guys, But we keep preaching
- 11:37Speaker 2: because the common such that you're preaching me to you.
- 11:39Speaker 4: Made me feel comfortable. So I want you to feel
- 11:42Speaker 4: away all the cards.
- 11:46Speaker 1: Let's get back on the book.
- 11:47Speaker 2: Delete that, because I want people to understand the value
- 11:49Speaker 2: of this book.
- 11:50Speaker 1: Your negative thinking really begin in the womb?
- 11:53Speaker 4: Yes it can. And let me tell you.
- 11:55Speaker 3: This book is full of research because I just been
- 11:58Speaker 3: I'm born again believer, but I just didn't want Bible
- 12:02Speaker 3: versus I want people to know that even in.
- 12:04Speaker 4: The world, they have recognized that negativity can start in
- 12:09Speaker 4: the womb.
- 12:11Speaker 3: And there are lots of research that says that what
- 12:13Speaker 3: the baby here, what they listen to one of the
- 12:17Speaker 3: first organs, and we should say that developed is the
- 12:20Speaker 3: brain the power center of that baby. And there are
- 12:25Speaker 3: lots of research that show that when positive and positivity,
- 12:30Speaker 3: the baby comes out already knowing the mother's voice, knowing
- 12:33Speaker 3: the father's voice. The baby can come out already having issues.
- 12:37Speaker 3: It starts in the womb. So when you want to
- 12:40Speaker 3: delete a lot of things, there are things that we
- 12:42Speaker 3: need to trace and track on these negative patterns. And
- 12:47Speaker 3: sometimes you have to go back to where you were quote,
- 12:50Speaker 3: where you were bathed, the environment you went in before
- 12:54Speaker 3: you breathe your first breadth into this universe.
- 12:57Speaker 1: I think that's important.
- 12:58Speaker 2: I know in high school I was did a report
- 13:02Speaker 2: on you know, drug addicted babies, no babies who came
- 13:06Speaker 2: out because of the toxic drugger used by the parents
- 13:10Speaker 2: or the mom and that impacted the child physically.
- 13:13Speaker 1: And there's a known fact.
- 13:15Speaker 2: That people who are depressed can naturally live a shorter life.
- 13:19Speaker 1: It impacts their heart so naturally.
- 13:21Speaker 2: Mean, if you're if there the carrier and also the
- 13:25Speaker 2: person who is impacting the carrier of the child, that
- 13:29Speaker 2: lifestyle can create a much more somber or disenfranchised life
- 13:34Speaker 2: for the child who's in the womb. When the child
- 13:37Speaker 2: comes out, that child can react naturally to what it
- 13:40Speaker 2: has been experiencing.
- 13:41Speaker 1: That's what you're saying, correct.
- 13:42Speaker 3: Yeah, And most most people, this thing is so ingrained
- 13:45Speaker 3: in the soul that most people don't even know there's
- 13:48Speaker 3: a genesis to their behavior. There is something that has happened.
- 13:53Speaker 3: There are ways that things are passed on into genes.
- 13:57Speaker 3: If you have a scene a son or daughter act
- 13:59Speaker 3: like they and.
- 14:00Speaker 1: Daddy dead right, right, right, it's.
- 14:04Speaker 4: Already passed down. So we have genes, things that passed
- 14:08Speaker 4: on in your gens. Peace people, things that come on
- 14:11Speaker 4: in your bloodline.
- 14:13Speaker 3: Right, you see that cycle in your auntie and your
- 14:16Speaker 3: your your mom and your dad. And when it's like
- 14:19Speaker 3: mother like daughter like father likes fun. This thing is deep.
- 14:23Speaker 3: It's not normal, but we treat it like it's normal.
- 14:27Speaker 3: There are things that we do as ooping mechanism and
- 14:31Speaker 3: don't realize that way are harming ourselves. And that's why
- 14:35Speaker 3: this book delete that. It's not just delete that, No,
- 14:38Speaker 3: delete that. It's not You have to do the research.
- 14:43Speaker 3: You have to treat You have to take time and
- 14:46Speaker 3: find out why do I behave the way I do?
- 14:49Speaker 4: All your thoughts are not yours.
- 14:51Speaker 5: Please don't go anywhere. We'll be right back with more
- 14:54Speaker 5: money Making Conversations Masterclass. Welcome back to the Money Making
- 15:04Speaker 5: Conversations Masterclass, hosted by Rashan McDonald. Money Making Conversations Masterclass
- 15:10Speaker 5: continues online at Moneymakingconversations dot com and follow money Making
- 15:14Speaker 5: Conversations Masterclass on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
- 15:18Speaker 2: Well, you know, let's talk about that mind, that toxic
- 15:22Speaker 2: mind loop that we can get into because really delete that.
- 15:27Speaker 2: We're talking about you, but also the people you're hanging with,
- 15:31Speaker 2: sometimes your coworkers. Will you live, But let's start with
- 15:35Speaker 2: you first before we start pointing out to the other people.
- 15:38Speaker 2: That's the problem, that toxic mind loop that you can
- 15:41Speaker 2: get into. Tell us about that talk that you discussed
- 15:44Speaker 2: in your book, Delete that.
- 15:46Speaker 1: I'm talking with Sandra Daily. Thats d A. L. E. Y. Daily.
- 15:50Speaker 2: You know, miscommon sense, that's the queen of common sense
- 15:54Speaker 2: on my show Money Making Conversations Masterclass.
- 15:56Speaker 1: Let's talk about that toxic loop.
- 16:00Speaker 3: You're so wise, you know what they say, a Burder
- 16:02Speaker 3: Fetter block together and there's a tripture in the battle
- 16:06Speaker 3: and say how can two walk?
- 16:07Speaker 4: And let they agree? It starts with you.
- 16:11Speaker 3: There's an agreement first with you, and it's what's in
- 16:15Speaker 3: your mind, how you think about yourself, how you think
- 16:18Speaker 3: about the world, how you show up every day. But
- 16:22Speaker 3: that is just the symptom of what's really underneath.
- 16:27Speaker 4: What we really need to do to get read.
- 16:30Speaker 3: Of this toxic mind loop is to examine our thoughts.
- 16:36Speaker 3: And I have something that I do. I call it
- 16:39Speaker 3: the thought tracker. Give you a quick little story. I
- 16:43Speaker 3: was in my graduate program and I had this one
- 16:47Speaker 3: professor and he was just picking on me, and I
- 16:50Speaker 3: didn't I didn't know why.
- 16:51Speaker 4: I did everything to ignore this man. I did that
- 16:53Speaker 4: sit in the back, and I like a person. I'm
- 16:56Speaker 4: a person. I like to sit in the front, pay attention.
- 16:58Speaker 3: I go in the back, by the way holding on
- 17:01Speaker 3: this One day, I was sitting in the back and
- 17:04Speaker 3: I was but sick of this man.
- 17:06Speaker 4: And I said to me, I said, he's such an idiot.
- 17:09Speaker 3: And I heard in my spirit, what made you an idiot?
- 17:14Speaker 4: Assessor?
- 17:16Speaker 3: And I had to stop. It was I was no
- 17:20Speaker 3: longer in the classroom. I have to look at Sandra.
- 17:23Speaker 3: What it is that this man is doing, that is
- 17:26Speaker 3: landing on you, that is upset in you, the way
- 17:29Speaker 3: it is that is causing you, And that I started
- 17:33Speaker 3: just thinking.
- 17:34Speaker 4: That man never disturbed me. I don't care when he
- 17:36Speaker 4: could jump up and down in a clown suit. He
- 17:39Speaker 4: never disturbed my spirit.
- 17:41Speaker 3: After that day, because I removed the toxic mind loop
- 17:45Speaker 3: of how I see things, how I see myself, it
- 17:48Speaker 3: didn't matter if he was picking on me.
- 17:51Speaker 4: I'm not going to put myself in a place to
- 17:53Speaker 4: be affected by what he said.
- 17:54Speaker 3: I have an education. I need to get to he's
- 17:56Speaker 3: just the gatekeeper. After this semester, I won't see him
- 17:59Speaker 3: no more.
- 18:00Speaker 2: But it starts with me, right and I'm gonna follow
- 18:04Speaker 2: that up because a lot of people will tell you they'll.
- 18:08Speaker 1: Stop you from pursuing your dreams because they have their
- 18:11Speaker 1: level of doubt.
- 18:13Speaker 2: And it's important as you speak that people understand your value.
- 18:18Speaker 2: Your value is tremendous, and that's why you want to
- 18:20Speaker 2: show because you're motivating people understand that success starts and
- 18:24Speaker 2: ends with you.
- 18:26Speaker 1: If you don't start the car, the car won't drive.
- 18:29Speaker 2: And so it means you have to put the key in, Okay,
- 18:32Speaker 2: turn it, make.
- 18:34Speaker 1: Sure you got gas in it. There's a lot of
- 18:36Speaker 1: elements to driving that car.
- 18:37Speaker 2: Got to make sure you got wheels on it, got
- 18:39Speaker 2: to make sure all that stuff you want and so
- 18:42Speaker 2: but life is like that.
- 18:44Speaker 1: Life is more than just waking up. You know, you
- 18:46Speaker 1: got prepared for the day.
- 18:47Speaker 2: If you walk out the door shocked, you know, wear
- 18:51Speaker 2: the right clothes and that can start your whole day wrong,
- 18:53Speaker 2: you know. So I love that toxic mind loop is
- 18:57Speaker 2: stopping a lot of people right now from going to
- 19:00Speaker 2: work happy, you know, going home, sitting in their car
- 19:03Speaker 2: in the driveway, don't want to go in don't want
- 19:06Speaker 2: to deal with the kids, don't want to deal with
- 19:08Speaker 2: their mates, or don't want to go to church because
- 19:11Speaker 2: they have were issues, right there were religion or issues
- 19:14Speaker 2: with the people sitting next to them in church. And
- 19:17Speaker 2: are that toxic? I really want to stay on that
- 19:20Speaker 2: a little bit because so many people. I just try
- 19:24Speaker 2: to get people to the next step, Sandra. And there
- 19:28Speaker 2: are small business owners out there, they're entrepreneurs. There are
- 19:30Speaker 2: people who contact me all the time, but I can't
- 19:33Speaker 2: help them. I can't mentor them because they're blocking themselves.
- 19:37Speaker 2: Do you have any steps in your book? Do you
- 19:40Speaker 2: have certain areas that you can go look, if you
- 19:43Speaker 2: get the book you go here.
- 19:45Speaker 3: Yes, every chapter and every sub chapter when I discuss
- 19:51Speaker 3: what is happening, it may not be your chapter may
- 19:55Speaker 3: be too. You all may be something that happened in
- 19:58Speaker 3: the womb chapter.
- 20:00Speaker 4: I have activities and prayers.
- 20:02Speaker 3: And infirmation and that you can do to first identify
- 20:07Speaker 3: where you are. See when you read the book, you're
- 20:10Speaker 3: gonna go. That's me give you a sharp little story.
- 20:13Speaker 3: There's an exception in the book that call Sis the
- 20:17Speaker 3: angryology sister mad all the time.
- 20:21Speaker 4: Yeah, I do.
- 20:24Speaker 2: Sister Mad all the time.
- 20:28Speaker 1: Amen, can I get amen? I know that sister.
- 20:32Speaker 4: Okay, I don't let me.
- 20:35Speaker 2: You gotta me laughing now that in the next chapter
- 20:37Speaker 2: should be angry brother, you said, Miss Daily.
- 20:44Speaker 4: Yeah, so I don't call any names. I just call
- 20:48Speaker 4: her characters. And someone bought the book. She said she
- 20:52Speaker 4: was let to go to.
- 20:53Speaker 3: The table of context whether she you know Sister Mad
- 20:55Speaker 3: all the time?
- 20:57Speaker 4: And she said when she read it, she realized her
- 21:00Speaker 4: and she would.
- 21:01Speaker 3: Ask a qu why my joy and my happiness is
- 21:04Speaker 3: so short lived?
- 21:06Speaker 4: And she had activities.
- 21:08Speaker 3: First, when you read the book, you identify yourself, you
- 21:11Speaker 3: identify where you are.
- 21:12Speaker 4: But I don't leave you there. I have activities of
- 21:15Speaker 4: ways to understand.
- 21:17Speaker 3: Why you're the way or why you think the way
- 21:19Speaker 3: you are, why your present and your past are intertwining
- 21:23Speaker 3: and you can't.
- 21:24Speaker 4: Seem to get over their prayers.
- 21:26Speaker 3: They are practical ways of overcoming things. So when you
- 21:30Speaker 3: delete things, you don't repeat things.
- 21:35Speaker 2: Talk about the rewiring process because there's too many people
- 21:37Speaker 2: out there preventing themselves from reaching their dreams or their goals.
- 21:43Speaker 3: It's the mindset and it doesn't come easy or cheap.
- 21:47Speaker 3: You see what people don't realize on all of us,
- 21:49Speaker 3: we don't.
- 21:49Speaker 4: Come here alone.
- 21:51Speaker 3: We're not here by ourselves, and all of our thoughts
- 21:55Speaker 3: don't belong to us.
- 21:57Speaker 4: And so but they sound like us.
- 22:00Speaker 3: And how many people God talk to and they don't
- 22:02Speaker 3: even know, but they say, oh, something told me or
- 22:04Speaker 3: the devil said something to them a spirit and they
- 22:07Speaker 3: don't even know the difference between their voice.
- 22:10Speaker 4: We don't come here alone.
- 22:12Speaker 3: So first you must first identify that it's a mindset
- 22:16Speaker 3: you the same way it takes you to worry. You
- 22:21Speaker 3: can then meditate and change your weights. But people lack understanding.
- 22:26Speaker 3: So in the book one of the things that I
- 22:28Speaker 3: love bulls about, chapter about Rewiring your Future talks about
- 22:37Speaker 3: the little steps you take every day, just little things,
- 22:41Speaker 3: watching the way you speak, the minute you say something.
- 22:45Speaker 4: And a shift.
- 22:46Speaker 3: Now, Rasha this, I know this has happened to you,
- 22:49Speaker 3: even though you have a lifestyle and a mindset of positivity.
- 22:53Speaker 3: I know it took time, but I knew that there
- 22:55Speaker 3: was a time in life when.
- 22:56Speaker 4: Something negative happened. You got an early.
- 22:59Speaker 3: One morning by ten o'clock, something ship, you got bad news.
- 23:03Speaker 4: Or something happened attire.
- 23:05Speaker 3: You have to source yourself to say, hey, even though
- 23:10Speaker 3: this happened to.
- 23:10Speaker 4: Me, this is not my life called triplate, call my body.
- 23:14Speaker 4: Most people get stuck there because the thoughts that don't
- 23:18Speaker 4: belong to them, they accept it and run with it.
- 23:22Speaker 3: And the minute you run with that thoughts, it's not
- 23:25Speaker 3: govern your behavior. It governs what you say. It governs
- 23:29Speaker 3: what you speak and what you write, and those things
- 23:32Speaker 3: reinforce that mindset. So what you got to do, You're
- 23:38Speaker 3: gonna have to start thinking about stop being lazy, emotionally lazy.
- 23:45Speaker 2: You know, I respect everything you've said, because what happens
- 23:49Speaker 2: is we.
- 23:49Speaker 1: Don't wake up.
- 23:51Speaker 2: I don't know when I walk out the door what
- 23:53Speaker 2: the traffic is going to be like. I don't know
- 23:55Speaker 2: when I turn on the light where that light's going
- 23:57Speaker 2: to come home. Some nights, days I have turned or
- 24:00Speaker 2: life didn't come on. Some day I have been on
- 24:03Speaker 2: that freeway and guess what traffic was ugly.
- 24:07Speaker 1: I didn't get into road rage.
- 24:09Speaker 2: I didn't arrive to work mad at the person because
- 24:12Speaker 2: I just had a bad experience. I guess I've learned
- 24:15Speaker 2: how to reset myself, and I think that's an important
- 24:19Speaker 2: word that people need to hold on to. Resetting your
- 24:23Speaker 2: days resetting your life, resetting your relationship.
- 24:27Speaker 1: And what I also don't do. I'm a goal setter.
- 24:30Speaker 2: I set goals and so even though a drive from
- 24:34Speaker 2: my home to my office, I have goals. My goal
- 24:38Speaker 2: is to get there. Now, if my goal is halted
- 24:42Speaker 2: by traffic or a flat tire or the car doesn't start,
- 24:46Speaker 2: I got to call it tripulate. That means I have
- 24:48Speaker 2: to reset it. And I think that's a number one
- 24:50Speaker 2: problem that people have on the regular. Whether it's politics,
- 24:54Speaker 2: whether it's relationships, whether it's your children's parenting. All these
- 24:59Speaker 2: things are impacting people on a daily basis. And when
- 25:02Speaker 2: I came across your book, de lete that and I
- 25:06Speaker 2: didn't know the personality was tied to this book see
- 25:09Speaker 2: the interview. And the book is like flattenum right now,
- 25:14Speaker 2: you need to have an audio version of this book
- 25:17Speaker 2: because your energy and your passion is double. Even though
- 25:23Speaker 2: the book informs me and allows me to understand my mistakes,
- 25:28Speaker 2: because we all make mistakes.
- 25:29Speaker 1: Correct.
- 25:30Speaker 3: Yes, yes, I'm living it. The number one thing that
- 25:34Speaker 3: I see that happens all of us, every human being
- 25:38Speaker 3: is fear. Whenever you get angry with Sean, think about this.
- 25:43Speaker 3: Whenever we get angry there are two ways to go.
- 25:46Speaker 3: You can go up or you can go down. Most
- 25:49Speaker 3: of us, when we are angry and we go down,
- 25:51Speaker 3: the first place.
- 25:52Speaker 4: We hit is fear.
- 25:54Speaker 3: We are fearful of something, and fear crippled people. That's
- 25:59Speaker 3: why we don't stop long enough to say, wait, something
- 26:01Speaker 3: just shift, something just shifting my dead?
- 26:03Speaker 4: What is it? I'm afraid of? What am I? And
- 26:06Speaker 4: I'm gonna tell you this. I live it, and I
- 26:08Speaker 4: know it.
- 26:08Speaker 3: I haven't found to study it, but I know it.
- 26:12Speaker 3: Ninety nine point nine of the things we fear don't
- 26:15Speaker 3: even happen.
- 26:16Speaker 2: Mm hmm.
- 26:18Speaker 3: We spend so much time on it that it cripples us.
- 26:23Speaker 3: I think that's where most people if even when you
- 26:26Speaker 3: set golds, you're educated, you know the scriptures, there's something
- 26:31Speaker 3: still deep down inside of us just driving us.
- 26:34Speaker 4: And it's fear. Now imagine it's here.
- 26:37Speaker 3: We all get fearful, even when angels show up to
- 26:40Speaker 3: people in the battle and say fear not, because it's
- 26:43Speaker 3: just human.
- 26:44Speaker 4: When you go off from fear is love.
- 26:50Speaker 1: Angels are scared fear not that don't run out that door.
- 26:53Speaker 1: I'm just like angel, I'm just natural. I love her.
- 27:00Speaker 2: She's the one and only. She's the Queen of common Sense.
- 27:03Speaker 2: She's akas Saturday Daily. Her book Elite That Is a
