Transcript
- 0:01Speaker 1: Welcome.
- 0:02Speaker 2: It's verdict with Center, Ted Cruz, Ben Ferguson with you,
- 0:05Speaker 2: and the White House has got a new official song
- 0:07Speaker 2: they're playing apparently when people come in the door Center,
- 0:20Speaker 2: I can just see like the secret Service, like you
- 0:23Speaker 2: know you're walking through. You got to hand them your phone,
- 0:29Speaker 2: like welcome to the White House. We've got a great
- 0:31Speaker 2: party for you tonight. How they get Hunter Biden to
- 0:35Speaker 2: come over so often work in the business deals, Well,
- 0:39Speaker 2: you can't make it up. We've got problems with cocaine
- 0:41Speaker 2: at the White House, and now we're being told that
- 0:44Speaker 2: Congress may get some answers fill it's in on that.
- 0:48Speaker 3: Well, I got to say, so far, all we've gotten
- 0:51Speaker 3: from the Biden White House is a lot of malarkey.
- 0:55Speaker 1: And cocaine.
- 0:56Speaker 3: Well there is that, you know. I don't know if
- 0:59Speaker 3: Cornpop was a cocaine dealer. But let me make.
- 1:04Speaker 1: A serious point.
- 1:06Speaker 3: We are just a few days out from a bag
- 1:09Speaker 3: of cocaine being found in the West Wing of the
- 1:11Speaker 3: White House, and the corporate media has altogether dropped. This
- 1:16Speaker 3: story doesn't exist anymore. Can you imagine how the corporate
- 1:22Speaker 3: media would have lost their mind if a bag of
- 1:26Speaker 3: cocaine were found in the Trump White House like we
- 1:29Speaker 3: would have had every night, round the clock coverage. And
- 1:34Speaker 3: by the way, the claim from the White House, oh
- 1:38Speaker 3: we don't know who did it. Look, the White House
- 1:41Speaker 3: has records of every person who enters the building. They
- 1:45Speaker 3: know what time that person enters the building. They know
- 1:48Speaker 3: what time that person leaves at any given time of day.
- 1:52Speaker 3: You know exactly who is in the building, what entrance
- 1:56Speaker 3: they came in or out. Of All of that has
- 1:58Speaker 3: kept their Secret Service agents everywhere, their cameras. And yet
- 2:03Speaker 3: the reason that the Biden White House wants to tell
- 2:06Speaker 3: us they can't figure out whose cocaine it is is
- 2:09Speaker 3: because any answer to that question is politically damaging and
- 2:14Speaker 3: this administration's approaches to hell with the rule of law.
- 2:17Speaker 3: It's politics, politics, all politics, all the time.
- 2:21Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 2:21Speaker 2: It brings us into the other big story, And this
- 2:24Speaker 2: is one that a lot of people are paying attention to,
- 2:27Speaker 2: and that is the House Oversight Committee put out a
- 2:30Speaker 2: tweet and they said part of the Biden family cover up.
- 2:34Speaker 2: They said, quote for those keeping score at home today.
- 2:37Speaker 2: The US Attorney David Weiss confirmed the October seventh meeting happened.
- 2:43Speaker 2: The whistleblower Gary Shapleie's October seventh meeting rap email says
- 2:47Speaker 2: Weiss David Whis's claim quote he did not have the
- 2:50Speaker 2: authority to bring charges against Hunter Biden. Mister Shapleie's boss
- 2:56Speaker 2: confirmed the accuracy of those notes in a follow up email,
- 3:01Speaker 2: and David Weiss is now changing his tune about having
- 3:05Speaker 2: the authority to bring charges and is quibbling about what
- 3:08Speaker 2: type of authority set is he sought out instead. Now
- 3:11Speaker 2: we talked about this in the last podcast. Senator Weiss
- 3:14Speaker 2: was saying, well, I didn't say actually I wanted special
- 3:17Speaker 2: prosecutor setus. He tried to change it a little bit,
- 3:20Speaker 2: and now Weiss is acknowledging the Gary Shapley as a whistleblower.
- 3:25Speaker 2: Weiss also acknowledged that the fd DESH one zero two
- 3:28Speaker 2: three form alleging that the then Vice president Joe Biden
- 3:33Speaker 2: and Hunter Biden received five million dollars each as part
- 3:35Speaker 2: of a bribery scheme with a Barisma executive is part
- 3:39Speaker 2: of a quote ongoing investigation. So when you see this
- 3:44Speaker 2: all of a sudden backpedaling from Weiss, I see it
- 3:48Speaker 2: as clearly we know what team he's on. He's on
- 3:51Speaker 2: Team Biden, and this whole idea that he's some great
- 3:54Speaker 2: guy that we're supposed to be excited about because Donald
- 3:56Speaker 2: Trump appointed him. We know that was crap. We know
- 3:58Speaker 2: the two liberal senders had to say he was okay
- 4:00Speaker 2: to get the job, otherwise he would have never gotten
- 4:03Speaker 2: that job. And now we're seeing his true colors come out.
- 4:07Speaker 3: You know, I got to say, the most amazing word
- 4:09Speaker 3: in all of that tweet that you just read is
- 4:12Speaker 3: the word each, which is that the FD ten twenty
- 4:16Speaker 3: three form alleges that then VP Biden and Hunter received
- 4:20Speaker 3: five million dollars each as a part of a bribery
- 4:24Speaker 3: scheme with a Bearisma executive. So let's be clear. The bidens,
- 4:31Speaker 3: if they're for sale, it's not cheap. It's not five
- 4:34Speaker 3: million dollars to buy the bidens. It's ten. It's five
- 4:39Speaker 3: for Hunter and five for the big guy. That is astonishing.
- 4:43Speaker 3: And listen.
- 4:47Speaker 1: Every day.
- 4:49Speaker 3: The facts implicating Joe Biden in personal corruption and the
- 4:57Speaker 3: facts implicating Merrick Garland in corruption, in politicization, and in
- 5:04Speaker 3: cover up, they get worse.
- 5:08Speaker 1: So we have now.
- 5:12Speaker 3: That the two I R S whistleblowers, Gary Shapley and
- 5:16Speaker 3: the other unnamed individual who all we know about him
- 5:19Speaker 3: is his own self description that he's a gay Democrat
- 5:22Speaker 3: with a man for a husband, and presumably that means
- 5:27Speaker 3: he does not have a political acts to grind with
- 5:31Speaker 3: Joe Biden, but rather is coming forward because he is
- 5:35Speaker 3: dismayed about the corruption he observed. We now have essentially
- 5:41Speaker 3: a third whistleblower, which is that mister Chapleigh's boss has
- 5:49Speaker 3: confirmed the accuracy of Chapley's notes in a follow up email. Now,
- 5:55Speaker 3: mind you, Chaplee's boss is not willingly a whistleblower, but
- 6:01Speaker 3: he inadvertently confirmed in writing what Shapley is saying. And listen,
- 6:07Speaker 3: when you're dealing with allegations of criminality, you need to
- 6:10Speaker 3: approach them with skepticism. And so as I'm sitting here today,
- 6:16Speaker 3: I don't know for a fact that the allegations these
- 6:20Speaker 3: whistleblowers have put forward are true. They may not be.
- 6:25Speaker 3: I will say the indicia on the front end are
- 6:30Speaker 3: highly credible. There are no indications that these individuals had
- 6:35Speaker 3: a political motive. There are no indications that they had
- 6:37Speaker 3: a grudge, There are no indication that they're trying to
- 6:39Speaker 3: pursue an agenda. These are career IRS employees who are
- 6:45Speaker 3: stating that they were outraged by what they saw, and
- 6:48Speaker 3: all of the objective indicators are confirming that claim. That
- 6:55Speaker 3: being said, what needs to happen is the House of
- 7:00Speaker 3: Representatives needs to bring both irs whistleblowers under oath to
- 7:07Speaker 3: testify before the House. The House needs to bring David Weiss,
- 7:12Speaker 3: the US Attorney under oath to testify before the House.
- 7:17Speaker 3: And the House needs to bring Merrick Garland, the US
- 7:20Speaker 3: Attorney General, under oath to testify. Now, I don't know
- 7:25Speaker 3: if and when that's going to happen. My understanding is
- 7:29Speaker 3: Abby Lowell, who is the attorney representing Hunter. Biden is
- 7:34Speaker 3: trying to do everything possible to discourage, to threaten, to
- 7:38Speaker 3: intimidate the whistleblowers, to prevent them from testifying publicly. The
- 7:44Speaker 3: Biden administration is desperate to prevent David Weiss or Merrick
- 7:51Speaker 3: Garland from testifying on these issues if they follow past patterns.
- 7:56Speaker 3: If and when Merrick Garland testifies, and he's going to
- 7:59Speaker 3: have to testify Congress Hill Stonewall, that's been the approach
- 8:03Speaker 3: of DJ and the FBI. But I will say every day,
- 8:08Speaker 3: as the evidence keeps coming out and it keeps getting worse,
- 8:14Speaker 3: the merits of what I said on this podcast now
- 8:18Speaker 3: over a week ago, that the Department of Justice needs
- 8:22Speaker 3: to appoint a special counsel to investigate Merrick Garland for
- 8:28Speaker 3: lying under oath to Congress in response to my questioning
- 8:31Speaker 3: in the Senate Judiciary Committee, and to obstruction of justice,
- 8:36Speaker 3: engaging as a political operative to block investigation into Hunter
- 8:41Speaker 3: Biden and even more critically into Joe Biden to protect
- 8:45Speaker 3: the big guy. That point that there needs to be
- 8:50Speaker 3: a special counsel, you and I on Verdict called for that,
- 8:54Speaker 3: and within hours of our calling for it on Verdict,
- 8:58Speaker 3: Kevin McCarthy, the Speaker of the House, likewise called for
- 9:01Speaker 3: the Department of Justice to appoint a special counsel. At
- 9:05Speaker 3: the end of the day, Ben the Attorney General is
- 9:08Speaker 3: not above the law, and that's what he's trying to be.
- 9:12Speaker 3: He's trying to behave as if the criminal laws don't
- 9:15Speaker 3: apply to him, that he can commit felonies, that they
- 9:18Speaker 3: could be serious allegations of felonies by the Attorney General,
- 9:21Speaker 3: and no one investigates because he's above the law. That
- 9:28Speaker 3: is not the way our system works.
- 9:30Speaker 2: How it's supposed to work, and that's why I think
- 9:32Speaker 2: so many people are so upset about this.
- 9:34Speaker 1: This comes on top of another big issue.
- 9:39Speaker 2: Biden's Department of Justice indicted a whistleblower, a guy who
- 9:44Speaker 2: full disclosure. I think anybody that's doing business with Hunter
- 9:47Speaker 2: Biden with shady and corrupt as hell in scumbags. I
- 9:51Speaker 2: don't think this guy's any different than any of the
- 9:53Speaker 2: other business partners that Hunter Biden had, because you have
- 9:56Speaker 2: to be at the bottom of the barrel to do
- 9:59Speaker 2: this type of career option and bribery and money laundering,
- 10:03Speaker 2: et cetera. But you got this guy gal Leff too.
- 10:06Speaker 2: Maybe he was a smart enough guy to say, Hey,
- 10:09Speaker 2: I'm going to keep intel on the Bidens if they
- 10:11Speaker 2: ever crossed me, they ever try to screw me over uh.
- 10:15Speaker 2: This This reminds me a lot center of the the
- 10:17Speaker 2: idea that maybe the FBI has tapes where there were
- 10:20Speaker 2: conversations between Joe Biden and Hunter Biden that were kept
- 10:23Speaker 2: by someone else they were doing deals with that dealt
- 10:26Speaker 2: with maybe some of those payments coming in.
- 10:28Speaker 1: But Gallaloff is a guy who is.
- 10:30Speaker 2: Now under indictment from Biden's d o J after he
- 10:35Speaker 2: put out a video. And this is a guy that's
- 10:38Speaker 2: now been charged with Faarah violations. He worked with CEF E,
- 10:43Speaker 2: the same company that Hunter Biden James Biden partnered with,
- 10:46Speaker 2: and the President played golf with him and had multiple
- 10:49Speaker 2: meetings at the White House with them, allowed them to
- 10:52Speaker 2: come in the White House countless times. And this is
- 10:56Speaker 2: the company that bankrolled millions of dollars of Biden's five
- 11:00Speaker 2: million here, the other five million here, and countless other
- 11:03Speaker 2: paychecks in between. They've now charged this guy, doctor Galoff,
- 11:09Speaker 2: for failing to register as a foreign agent of CEFE
- 11:13Speaker 2: Energy Company, the same company for which Hunter Biden worked
- 11:17Speaker 2: for and made even more money than this doctor. And
- 11:21Speaker 2: yet now luff a guy who's a fugitive, a guy
- 11:25Speaker 2: that maybe should be charged with crimes. I don't think
- 11:28Speaker 2: he's probably a good guy at all, But the fact
- 11:31Speaker 2: that he gets charged from Biden's to doj and they've
- 11:34Speaker 2: never charged Hunter Biden or James Biden with the same
- 11:38Speaker 2: damn crime that they're accusing this guy of committing with
- 11:40Speaker 2: the same exact company, working in the same area with
- 11:44Speaker 2: the Bidens.
- 11:46Speaker 1: How angry are you over that?
- 11:48Speaker 4: Well?
- 11:49Speaker 3: I am angry about the overall pattern of double standards
- 11:52Speaker 3: and corruption both from President Joe Biden and his family
- 11:57Speaker 3: and also the cover up from the DJ and the
- 11:59Speaker 3: FB with regard to this particular individual, I think we
- 12:04Speaker 3: need to be very careful and listen on this podcast,
- 12:08Speaker 3: we have tried to be very measured even with the
- 12:11Speaker 3: irs whistleblowers who the objective indissia are. They suggest that
- 12:19Speaker 3: they have a high level of credibility, but I've tried
- 12:21Speaker 3: to be clear and to say I don't know if
- 12:23Speaker 3: they're telling the truth. They might not be. We need
- 12:25Speaker 3: to investigate further with this individual, Guluft, who is an
- 12:31Speaker 3: Israeli professor, a dual Israeli American citizen. I think we
- 12:36Speaker 3: need to look at what he's alleging, but I also
- 12:39Speaker 3: think we need to be very very cautious with his
- 12:43Speaker 3: testimony the indictment. So he's been indicted in a comprehensive
- 12:49Speaker 3: indictment that describes Guluft as operating as an agent at
- 12:55Speaker 3: best of China and at worst, someone who is actively
- 12:59Speaker 3: helping China develop assets in the United States, and it
- 13:03Speaker 3: in particular alleges that he recruited Bill Clinton's CIA director
- 13:09Speaker 3: James Woolsey to put his name on articles written by
- 13:13Speaker 3: Luft which portrayed China favorably, and that he assisted Woolsey
- 13:20Speaker 3: with efforts to get placed in the Biden administration in
- 13:23Speaker 3: a political role, either as Secretary of DHS or Secretary
- 13:27Speaker 3: of Defense or Director of National Intelligence. Luft also discussed,
- 13:32Speaker 3: according to the indictment, with the Chinese, how to get
- 13:36Speaker 3: Woolsey quote educated in our narrative so the other side,
- 13:40Speaker 3: the USA doesn't shape his views. Those are serious allegations.
- 13:46Speaker 3: I don't know if they're true. I don't know what
- 13:48Speaker 3: evidence the Department of Justice has.
- 13:51Speaker 1: And it is.
- 13:51Speaker 3: True that this indictment happened after Luft created an eighteen
- 13:57Speaker 3: minute video alleging corruption from Joe Biden and Hunter Biden.
- 14:03Speaker 3: So it is conceivable that this indictment is retaliation for
- 14:09Speaker 3: those allegations. That being said, for that to be so,
- 14:15Speaker 3: the government would also have to fabricate enormous amounts of
- 14:19Speaker 3: false emails and calls and texts and bank statements to
- 14:25Speaker 3: make this case against Loft. And so I want to caution.
- 14:29Speaker 3: I want to caution conservatives. I want to caution people
- 14:32Speaker 3: who care about integrity in our government that you may
- 14:36Speaker 3: want to believe Luff's allegations, but recognize that it seems
- 14:43Speaker 3: just about everyone Hunter Biden did business with was a crook.
- 14:48Speaker 2: Well, and that's what we were talking about a moment ago
- 14:50Speaker 2: and even before the show, is the fact that, hey,
- 14:52Speaker 2: this guy may be just as shady as Hunter Biden,
- 14:56Speaker 2: and the federal government knew it, and they didn't charge
- 14:59Speaker 2: him with these crimes until after he spoke out, and
- 15:02Speaker 2: then he speaks out, all right, now we're coming after you.
- 15:05Speaker 2: But the blaring double standard with Hunter Biden is the
- 15:09Speaker 2: part that I think so many Americans are furious about it. So, Okay,
- 15:12Speaker 2: this guy does it, and maybe he should have been
- 15:14Speaker 2: charged three, four, five years ago with these crimes that
- 15:16Speaker 2: they just charge him with now.
- 15:18Speaker 1: But it's the fact the timing of it.
- 15:19Speaker 2: Centers looks like it's just straight up trying to silence
- 15:22Speaker 2: anyone that comes out and says anything about what you've done.
- 15:26Speaker 2: And if he did commit these crimes four or five, six,
- 15:29Speaker 2: seven years ago, why didn't they charge him earlier than
- 15:32Speaker 2: after he puts out his eighteen minute video also exposing
- 15:35Speaker 2: his friends the Bidens.
- 15:38Speaker 3: Well, look, maybe that's right. It's also possible he put
- 15:42Speaker 3: out the eighteen minute video because he knew he was
- 15:44Speaker 3: about to get indicted and was trying to create a
- 15:47Speaker 3: defense for himself. And so when someone is facing a
- 15:51Speaker 3: serious indictment, you have to be cautious about their activity.
- 15:57Speaker 3: Now that being said, it is striking that right at
- 16:01Speaker 3: the heart of the charges against this individual is the
- 16:05Speaker 3: fact that he had ongoing business relationships with CFC, the
- 16:10Speaker 3: Chinese company that is alleged to have been bribing and
- 16:15Speaker 3: paying off Hunter Biden and Joe Biden. And so at
- 16:20Speaker 3: some level if mister Lufto, I don't know, I have
- 16:23Speaker 3: no interactions with him at all, So I don't know
- 16:25Speaker 3: if he's a crook or not. But if he was
- 16:28Speaker 3: involved in crooked deals with CFC, as the indictment ledges,
- 16:34Speaker 3: that raises a very significant question. Well, gosh, who else
- 16:39Speaker 3: was engaged in business deals with this same Chinese company?
- 16:44Speaker 3: And if luff Go was corrupt, how much more so
- 16:48Speaker 3: for the millions of dollars that flowed to Hunter Biden
- 16:52Speaker 3: and Joe Biden and the extended Biden family. And so
- 16:57Speaker 3: what I would say, I'm going to give a word
- 17:00Speaker 3: of caution, don't get too invested in the allegations of
- 17:05Speaker 3: this one individual, because they need to be investigated. We
- 17:09Speaker 3: don't know if they're true, but they are part of
- 17:13Speaker 3: the broader mosaic and when overlapped with the allegations from
- 17:21Speaker 3: whistleblower after whistleblower after whistleblower, many of whom are career
- 17:26Speaker 3: government employees with no political acts to grind. The cumulative
- 17:33Speaker 3: mountain of evidence against Joe Biden and the entire family
- 17:37Speaker 3: is growing by the day.
- 17:40Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 17:40Speaker 2: I want to also hit another aspect of this story
- 17:42Speaker 2: that really seems to be getting big at right now,
- 17:44Speaker 2: and that deals with the DOJ David Wise in this
- 17:48Speaker 2: FBI in format file alledging that Biden bribes are part
- 17:52Speaker 2: of an ongoing investigation. But first, let me tell you
- 17:55Speaker 2: about our friends and Augusta Precious Metals. If you are
- 17:58Speaker 2: preparing for retirement, getting close to retirement, or in retirement,
- 18:02Speaker 2: you know how important it is to protect your assets
- 18:05Speaker 2: because there's no time to make up losses. That is
- 18:09Speaker 2: why I want you to know about what gold can
- 18:12Speaker 2: do for you in your IRA, in your four oh
- 18:15Speaker 2: one K to diversify and protect your hard earned dollars.
- 18:20Speaker 2: My friends of the gust of Precious Metals are here
- 18:22Speaker 2: to help you understand exactly what gold can do for you.
- 18:27Speaker 2: Not only will they send you the free Investor's Guide
- 18:29Speaker 2: on Gold, they will do a one on one web
- 18:32Speaker 2: conference with you to talk about everything about your four
- 18:35Speaker 2: one K, about your IRA, and how gold can be
- 18:38Speaker 2: used as part of a strategy to protect your dollars.
- 18:42Speaker 2: Call them, sit down with them one on one and
- 18:45Speaker 2: they will even tell you if gold is not right
- 18:47Speaker 2: for you. The number eight seven seven, the number four
- 18:51Speaker 2: gold IR eight seven seven, the number four gold IRA.
- 18:57Speaker 2: Say that I sent you and they'll pay your FRO
- 19:00Speaker 2: up to ten years as well. That's a Gusta Precious
- 19:02Speaker 2: Metals dot Com eight seven seven the number four gold
- 19:07Speaker 2: IRA centator. I want to talk about the Biden not
- 19:11Speaker 2: only the DOJ, but the FBI and this whistleblower. Apparently
- 19:16Speaker 2: the United States turned David Weiss is admitting now and
- 19:18Speaker 2: you mentioned this earlier that the FBI informant form alleging
- 19:21Speaker 2: the Biden family bribes is part of a quote now
- 19:24Speaker 2: ongoing investigation. According to House Oversight Committee Republicans who reviewed
- 19:28Speaker 2: the bureau's FD one zero two three form, an FBI
- 19:32Speaker 2: informant claims to possess two pieces of evidence that show
- 19:36Speaker 2: that President Joe Biden and Hunter Biden received five million
- 19:39Speaker 2: each after Joe Biden threatened to withhold a to Ukraine
- 19:43Speaker 2: until a prosecutor was fired.
- 19:45Speaker 1: A source familiar.
- 19:46Speaker 2: With the FBI's informant document confirmed that Hunter and Joe
- 19:52Speaker 2: Biden allegedly coerced the Barsma executive into paying them the
- 19:55Speaker 2: ten million in bribes. Now, the FBI in format also
- 19:58Speaker 2: claims the but if this individual kept these seventeen audio
- 20:02Speaker 2: recordings of his conversations with Hunter and Joe Biden as
- 20:06Speaker 2: an insurance policy, Chuck Grassley. We played that audio a
- 20:09Speaker 2: couple of shows ago where he talked about that from
- 20:11Speaker 2: the four of the Senate. Now you put all that
- 20:14Speaker 2: together with now the DOJ and them and refuting with
- 20:21Speaker 2: the irs. Whistleblowers are saying, Lindsey Graham, you're colleague going
- 20:24Speaker 2: to send it. He put it this way when he
- 20:26Speaker 2: was asked, hey, do you trust the DOJY now seeing
- 20:30Speaker 2: these two stories come together, here's what he had to say.
- 20:34Speaker 4: So this is an important moment here. Here's what I
- 20:37Speaker 4: can tell you without any doubt when it comes to
- 20:40Speaker 4: the Department of Justice. I don't trust them. They got
- 20:44Speaker 4: to come forward under oath and testify. So here's what
- 20:47Speaker 4: the whistleblower has said. The group of whistleblowers that Hunter
- 20:51Speaker 4: Biden got the benefit of the doubt, unlike anybody they've
- 20:54Speaker 4: ever seen, and they've been there for decades that every
- 20:57Speaker 4: time there was a question, it wound up being in
- 21:01Speaker 4: Hunter Biden's favor. They claimed that mister Weiss, the US
- 21:05Speaker 4: attorney from Delaware, sought special council status and was denied
- 21:10Speaker 4: that status, and that he wanted to bring charges in
- 21:13Speaker 4: DC in California but he was told no.
- 21:16Speaker 1: So what did I do?
- 21:17Speaker 4: I wrote mister Weiss and said, what's the deal here?
- 21:20Speaker 4: Did you ask for special council status? He told me
- 21:23Speaker 4: in the letter he had a discussion about it, but
- 21:26Speaker 4: he was sure that he could get it if he
- 21:27Speaker 4: needed it, And he never really answered the question. The
- 21:31Speaker 4: second thing that he said in the letter back to
- 21:33Speaker 4: me was he never went to d C or California
- 21:36Speaker 4: for more serious charges. He was never rebuffed by those jurisdictions.
- 21:40Speaker 4: But here's the big one. I asked him about the
- 21:42Speaker 4: ten twenty three Remember the ten twenty three report. If
- 21:46Speaker 4: it had not been for Center Brassley, we would never
- 21:48Speaker 4: known that there was an accusation that Hunter and Joe
- 21:51Speaker 4: Biden both were involved in a bribery scandal involving Barisma,
- 21:56Speaker 4: the giant gas company in Ukraine.
- 22:00Speaker 1: When ten twenty.
- 22:01Speaker 4: Three investigative report was found by Senator Grassley, it was redacted.
- 22:06Speaker 4: He got through redactions lifted and we now know a
- 22:10Speaker 4: credible source for the FBI, literally on their payroll, claims
- 22:15Speaker 4: that there were conversations up to fifteen between hundred and
- 22:18Speaker 4: Joe Biden regarding a gas company official in the Ukraine.
- 22:23Speaker 1: Here's what mister Wise said.
- 22:25Speaker 4: I cannot tell you about that accusation because it's part
- 22:28Speaker 4: of a criminal investigation. That's one of two things that
- 22:32Speaker 4: they're still looking at Hunter Biden for additional charges. What
- 22:35Speaker 4: I don't believe that they don't want to tell me
- 22:38Speaker 4: what happened to the ten twenty three investigation. And I
- 22:41Speaker 4: can tell your audience you're all going to know what happened.
- 22:43Speaker 4: Did they sweep it under the rug that they investigate
- 22:46Speaker 4: and find out it was fraudulent. I want to know
- 22:49Speaker 4: what happened to the accusations regarding Hunter Biden, Joe Biden
- 22:53Speaker 4: taking bribes in Ukraine.
- 22:54Speaker 1: I did not get that answer in this letter.
- 22:56Speaker 4: I'm not going to stop until I found out to
- 22:59Speaker 4: find out how that accusation were disposed of.
- 23:03Speaker 1: Senator you hear Lindsay there.
- 23:05Speaker 2: This infuriates me the fact that we can't even get
- 23:09Speaker 2: now a straight story from David Weiss. And are they
- 23:12Speaker 2: still investigating the president's son or could they have thought, hey,
- 23:17Speaker 2: we're going to stop it. We'll give them these couple
- 23:19Speaker 2: of charges we know about. The plea deal go through
- 23:21Speaker 2: and we're done. And now are they having to backtrack
- 23:24Speaker 2: because all this is coming out.
- 23:26Speaker 3: Well, I don't believe they're still investigating Hunter Biden. I
- 23:29Speaker 3: think they're trying to sweep it all under the rug.
- 23:31Speaker 3: I think this is a sweetheart deal. This is designed
- 23:34Speaker 3: to make all of the allegations go away. That's why
- 23:37Speaker 3: Democrats in the corporate media repeatedly said when the Plea
- 23:40Speaker 3: deal was announced, this resolves everything. Everything's done. We're finished
- 23:44Speaker 3: with this. Oh and by the way, Hunter spends no
- 23:46Speaker 3: jail time and nothing implicates Joe Biden at all. That's
- 23:49Speaker 3: what this is designed to do. I don't think it's
- 23:51Speaker 3: going to succeed. But listen that clip from Hannity last
- 23:57Speaker 3: night where Lindsey said, I mean it is significant that
- 24:02Speaker 3: Lindsay and Lindsay is a friend, we have served together,
- 24:05Speaker 3: we're on judiciary together, Lindsay is the ranking member. He
- 24:08Speaker 3: is the senior Republican on the Senate Judiciary Committee. It's
- 24:13Speaker 3: a big deal for the ranking member of Judiciary to
- 24:15Speaker 3: say I don't trust the Department of Justice. That has
- 24:21Speaker 3: not happened many times in our nation's history. Usually the
- 24:25Speaker 3: Department of Justice has enough credibility that the minority party
- 24:30Speaker 3: trusts the Department of Justice at least to some extent.
- 24:35Speaker 3: That is an incredible commentary on just how politicized the
- 24:41Speaker 3: Biden Department of Justice is and and Lindsay is right
- 24:45Speaker 3: also in what he says that David Weiss inadvertently confirms
- 24:50Speaker 3: where when he was asked about the FD ten twenty
- 24:53Speaker 3: three alleging bribery from that Joe Biden and Hunter Biden
- 24:58Speaker 3: both received bribe from senior executives at Barisma, he said,
- 25:03Speaker 3: I can't answer because it's part of an ongoing criminal investigation.
- 25:07Speaker 3: Now that is implicitly a confirmation. Now it's a confirmation
- 25:12Speaker 3: that I suspect is less than fully honest because they're not,
- 25:18Speaker 3: I believe, actively investigating it anymore. They may never have
- 25:21Speaker 3: investigated it, but I don't think they're actively investigating it anymore.
- 25:24Speaker 3: And it's an example of how the Biden DOJ and
- 25:28Speaker 3: the Biden FBI use the words active investigation as a
- 25:33Speaker 3: shield to prevent any oversight into their misconduct, which is,
- 25:39Speaker 3: if you ask them, what evidence do you have of
- 25:41Speaker 3: criminal conduct? They say active investigation. If you asked him,
- 25:46Speaker 3: what did you do to investigate that evidence? They say
- 25:49Speaker 3: active investigation? If you ask him, what's the status? Are
- 25:53Speaker 3: you going to indict any when they say active investigation?
- 25:55Speaker 3: And you know what they don't do. They don't actually
- 25:59Speaker 3: follow through and investigate and prosecute the massive evidence of
- 26:06Speaker 3: actual corruption by the President of the United States Joe
- 26:10Speaker 3: Biden and even more so Biden's Attorney General Merrick Garland.
- 26:15Speaker 3: The evidence keeps suggesting is actively obstructing that investigation.
- 26:22Speaker 2: Jake Tapper a great example, a guy I had to
- 26:25Speaker 2: work with against my will for seven years as I
- 26:29Speaker 2: was a commentator fighting the good fight over at CNN.
- 26:32Speaker 2: He's now saying that he quote insists that he won't
- 26:36Speaker 2: shy away from covering the Hunter Biden scandal after avoiding
- 26:42Speaker 2: the Hunter Biden laptop scandal in twenty twenty. Now, he
- 26:46Speaker 2: was a guy that has a lot of weight in
- 26:48Speaker 2: the DC office. I know this because I was working
- 26:51Speaker 2: there at the time and he made it clear early on,
- 26:56Speaker 2: you're not to talk about Hunter Biden.
- 26:58Speaker 1: You're not to talk about the laptop.
- 27:00Speaker 2: We had directives come down from CNN from the very
- 27:03Speaker 2: top telling us we were not to mention the story
- 27:07Speaker 2: about the laptop, anything on the laptop or Hunter Biden
- 27:11Speaker 2: when we were there. That's part of the reason why
- 27:13Speaker 2: I left. But Jake Tapper is now acting like he's
- 27:18Speaker 2: mister journalist playing journalists now, saying during an interview on
- 27:22Speaker 2: a podcast, he was asked about the recent plea agreement
- 27:26Speaker 2: with President Biden's son that he reached the DOJ over
- 27:29Speaker 2: his tax crimes, and critics have panned this plea obviously
- 27:33Speaker 2: a sweetheart deal, particularly in the wake of the explosive
- 27:36Speaker 2: IRS whistle or allegations that prosecutors were blocked from bringing
- 27:40Speaker 2: heavier charges and investigators were told not to look into
- 27:44Speaker 2: potential financial ties directly between Hunter Biden and his father,
- 27:48Speaker 2: the President, Joe Biden. His response, I think we cover it.
- 27:52Speaker 2: We have been covering it, and we need to cover it.
- 27:56Speaker 2: Then he goes on to give the liberal media's line. Look,
- 28:00Speaker 2: I mean Hunter Biden is who he is. It's pretty
- 28:03Speaker 2: clear who he is. Tapper continued in addition to being
- 28:05Speaker 2: an addict. Right, so there's the alibi that every all
- 28:08Speaker 2: you should feel bad for me. He's an addict, he's
- 28:11Speaker 2: a guy who ethically has there have been questions raised
- 28:15Speaker 2: about his behavior, and I think it's worth covering. Well,
- 28:18Speaker 2: then why the hell didn't he cover the actual laptop
- 28:22Speaker 2: which it was not hard to verify it was authentic.
- 28:25Speaker 2: If he actually meant this, then he would have done
- 28:27Speaker 2: his damn job for years when that was going on.
- 28:30Speaker 3: You have a long history with Jake Tapper? So do
- 28:32Speaker 3: I I know Jake well. Jake and I met twenty
- 28:38Speaker 3: four years ago in nineteen ninety nine when I was
- 28:42Speaker 3: a young staffer working on the George W. Bush campaign.
- 28:45Speaker 3: I was domestic policy advisor on the campaign and Jake
- 28:48Speaker 3: Tapper was a CUB reporter, a young young reporter. He
- 28:52Speaker 3: was on the campaign plane, he was on the road
- 28:55Speaker 3: covering the campaign, and so I met him then. Long
- 28:58Speaker 3: before he worked at CNN, he worked at salon, the
- 29:01Speaker 3: left wing website.
- 29:04Speaker 1: Uh.
- 29:04Speaker 3: He has since gone to CNN Rosen Risen to become
- 29:08Speaker 3: their their their their top political reporter and their their
- 29:12Speaker 3: Sunday show anchor. And look, I have conflicting feelings on
- 29:18Speaker 3: Jake Tapper because I think Jake Tapper, unlike many in
- 29:21Speaker 3: the media, actually has some tiny inkling, some little voice
- 29:27Speaker 3: buried deep in his soul that wants to be a
- 29:31Speaker 3: real journalist. There were times when when he actually did
- 29:36Speaker 3: try to be a real journalist. I used to go
- 29:38Speaker 3: on CNN all the time. I used to go on
- 29:40Speaker 3: CNN when I started in the Senate, I was on
- 29:42Speaker 3: the CNN once a week, uh, and it used to
- 29:46Speaker 3: be possible to get Look, they were always hostile lefties,
- 29:49Speaker 3: but it used to be possible to get a reasonable
- 29:53Speaker 3: interview from CNN even while they're being hostile. What happened
- 29:57Speaker 3: to Jake Tapper is Donald Trump broke him. He's emblematic,
- 30:03Speaker 3: and we've talked a lot on this podcast about how
- 30:05Speaker 3: Trump broke the media across the board. They hate Trump
- 30:08Speaker 3: so much that they abandoned their objective of being journalists.
- 30:12Speaker 3: There is no one for whom this is more true
- 30:15Speaker 3: than Jake Tapper, and I actually, in significant ways feel
- 30:19Speaker 3: sorry for Jake because some of these other hacks have
- 30:22Speaker 3: never been journalists. They've always been political hacks, and so
- 30:26Speaker 3: they don't feel any guilt about it. I actually believe
- 30:29Speaker 3: there's a tiny still voice in Jake that is crying
- 30:33Speaker 3: out for the journalist he used to be. That he's
- 30:37Speaker 3: just given given away because CNN decided to be rabidly
- 30:43Speaker 3: partisan in an anti Trump hate station, and he saluted,
- 30:48Speaker 3: put on his captain's hat and said, let's go. So
- 30:52Speaker 3: what's happening now? Now he's saying on this podcast this
- 30:55Speaker 3: week that well, we CNN should cover the allegations of
- 31:03Speaker 3: criminality concerning Hunter Biden. Now, mind you, he didn't say
- 31:05Speaker 3: cover the allegations concerning Joe Biden. So he's still trying
- 31:09Speaker 3: to cabinet to the son Hunter, who he quickly notes
- 31:14Speaker 3: is an addict. And gosh, isn't that a shame? But
- 31:18Speaker 3: let's be clear. What Tapper's behavior were was in October
- 31:23Speaker 3: of twenty twenty, which is when the Hunter Biden laptop
- 31:26Speaker 3: story broke. Do you know in the entire month how
- 31:31Speaker 3: many times Jake Tapper mentioned Hunter Biden's laptop on either
- 31:39Speaker 3: of his two CNN programs?
- 31:41Speaker 2: Yeah, he had too, by the way, And I know
- 31:43Speaker 2: this answer, Sinater, because I was there. I'm gonna well,
- 31:46Speaker 2: I'm gonna guess I'm pretty sure it's zero times.
- 31:49Speaker 1: Because they refused to cover the story.
- 31:52Speaker 3: Zero, nada, nyit nada kaka, Sorry, I read out a language,
- 32:00Speaker 3: and so I just went back to what they were
- 32:04Speaker 3: really doing. And by the way, part of the reason
- 32:07Speaker 3: they wouldn't cover it is because, well, it was the
- 32:09Speaker 3: month before presidential election, and covering it might actually hurt
- 32:13Speaker 3: Joe Biden help Donald Trump. And to be clear, CNN
- 32:16Speaker 3: is not a news organization. It is a political organization,
- 32:19Speaker 3: and so they don't want to do anything to harm
- 32:22Speaker 3: their political objectives. But it's also worth noting that they
- 32:26Speaker 3: and Big Tech were responding to the FBI, who was
- 32:30Speaker 3: actively asking Big Tech suppress the Hunter Biden story because
- 32:34Speaker 3: they had claimed they had pre warned Big Tech that
- 32:38Speaker 3: the Russians would engage in a hack and leak operation.
- 32:43Speaker 3: Now here's the amazing thing. The FBI had in its
- 32:46Speaker 3: physical possession Hunter Biden's laptop since December of twenty nineteen,
- 32:50Speaker 3: so a year earlier. So they knew, or they should
- 32:53Speaker 3: have known, for a fact, that it was real, that
- 32:55Speaker 3: it was authentic, that it was not a Russian counter
- 33:00Speaker 3: fit laptop. But the partisans at the FBI worked with
- 33:07Speaker 3: the partisans at Big Tech, worked with the partisans at
- 33:11Speaker 3: the corporate media to cover up the story, and so
- 33:15Speaker 3: as we sit here today, I gotta say it is significant.
- 33:18Speaker 3: We talked about this a week or two ago on
- 33:21Speaker 3: the pod. CBS is the first major corporate media outlet
- 33:27Speaker 3: to begin covering these allegations. CBS had Gary Shapley, one
- 33:32Speaker 3: of the two IRS whistleblowers, for a two minute interview. Now, yeah,
- 33:37Speaker 3: two minutes is not saturation coverage, but it's not nothing.
- 33:42Speaker 3: They actually acknowledged it existed, and we talked about how, wow,
- 33:47Speaker 3: they're cracks in the facade. Jake Tapper saying CNN ought
- 33:51Speaker 3: to cover this. That's another crack in the facade. That
- 33:55Speaker 3: is significant if you now, let's see if Jake Tapper
- 33:58Speaker 3: and CNN actually do cover it, as compared to telling
- 34:01Speaker 3: a podcast host, yeah, we ought to actually cover news. Boy,
- 34:05Speaker 3: that it's amazing that that is newsworthy someone who claims
- 34:09Speaker 3: to be a journalist saying they should cover breaking news
- 34:12Speaker 3: about multiple whistleblowers coming forth with evidence of corruption by
- 34:17Speaker 3: the President of the United States and the Attorney General
- 34:19Speaker 3: of the United States. And by the way, that's not
- 34:21Speaker 3: just about the sun who, as Tapper says, is an addict.
- 34:26Speaker 3: It is about the highest level of government speak truth
- 34:29Speaker 3: to power, which the corporate media never does. But all
- 34:33Speaker 3: that being said, CBS is starting to crack. Now, CNN
- 34:38Speaker 3: is starting to crack. That's significant, And as the evidence grows,
- 34:43Speaker 3: we're going to see more of this.
- 34:44Speaker 1: Yeah, you're absolutely right.
- 34:45Speaker 2: It's going to be interesting to see how it continues
- 34:48Speaker 2: to how they fall over themselves to not cover these
- 34:51Speaker 2: types of things, the media, especially going to this presidential
- 34:53Speaker 2: election year.
- 34:54Speaker 1: Let me tell you about Chalk.
- 34:55Speaker 2: If you're a guy and you deal with a real
- 34:57Speaker 2: issue that other men are dealing with, and that is

- 35:06Speaker 2: you don't want to be active, You just feel like

- 36:10Speaker 2: to another big issue, and this deals with the border wall.
- 36:13Speaker 2: It's amazing how this didn't make headlines and being sarcastic obviously,
- 36:18Speaker 2: but now as we get closer to a presidential election year,
- 36:23Speaker 2: we're being told, apparently that the White House is all
- 36:28Speaker 2: on board now with this idea of filling in parts
- 36:32Speaker 2: of the border wall, filling in the gaps, the same
- 36:36Speaker 2: border wall that Biden canceled, calling it Trump's wall, and
- 36:41Speaker 2: now we're being told that, well, Biden saying, Okay, maybe
- 36:44Speaker 2: we should fill in those gaps because illegal immigration is
- 36:47Speaker 2: so out of control.
- 36:49Speaker 1: This is just hypocrisy.
- 36:51Speaker 3: One oh one, Well, you're exactly right. And we now
- 36:55Speaker 3: have media reports that say the Department of Homeland Security
- 36:59Speaker 3: is halfway through filling in one hundred and twenty nine gaps,
- 37:04Speaker 3: so a lot of gaps in border wall projects. After
- 37:09Speaker 3: Joe Biden had abruptly halted the remaining three hundred miles
- 37:12Speaker 3: of Trump era wall construction within days of taking office
- 37:17Speaker 3: in January twenty twenty one, dozens of gaps have been
- 37:22Speaker 3: filled across Arizona, California, New Mexico, and Texas, where more
- 37:29Speaker 3: than four hundred and fifty miles of eighteen foot and
- 37:33Speaker 3: thirty foot slatted steel wall was installed by Trump. But
- 37:38Speaker 3: despite such efforts, much of the two thousand mile border
- 37:44Speaker 3: is still open. Biden promised in an interview with NPR
- 37:50Speaker 3: in August of twenty twenty that quote, there will not
- 37:53Speaker 3: be another foot of wall constructed on my administration.
- 38:01Speaker 1: Now.
- 38:02Speaker 3: That promise he has broken, but he's broken it quietly.
- 38:07Speaker 1: You know.
- 38:07Speaker 3: There was not a major announcement. There wasn't a White
- 38:10Speaker 3: House speech. There wasn't a speech from the administration saying
- 38:14Speaker 3: we were wrong. Trump was right, the Republicans were right,
- 38:18Speaker 3: we need to build a wall. None of that. They're
- 38:20Speaker 3: just quietly doing that. And here's some border stats from
- 38:23Speaker 3: May of twenty twenty three, CBP reported two hundred and
- 38:27Speaker 3: four thousand, five hundred and sixty one alien encounters along
- 38:30Speaker 3: the southwest border just in May of twenty twenty three.
- 38:34Speaker 3: That's a thirteen percent increase from May a year ago.
- 38:38Speaker 3: Thirty five three hundred and seventeen aliens were encountered at
- 38:41Speaker 3: ports of entry. That's a seventeen seventeen percent of the
- 38:45Speaker 3: total encounters in May. This is a twenty percent increase
- 38:50Speaker 3: from just a month ago in April of twenty twenty three,
- 38:53Speaker 3: and it is a massive thirty four percent increase from
- 38:58Speaker 3: January of twenty twenty three. So far in fiscal year
- 39:03Speaker 3: twenty twenty three, CBP has arrested twenty thousand, nine hundred
- 39:07Speaker 3: and twenty three aliens with criminal conviction, So these are
- 39:11Speaker 3: aliens that have different criminal convictions, including four hundred and
- 39:16Speaker 3: forty two known gang members. One hundred and thirty four
- 39:20Speaker 3: of those were MS thirteen members. And in just the
- 39:25Speaker 3: first eight months of the fiscal year, one hundred and
- 39:28Speaker 3: twenty five people whose names appear on the terrorist watch
- 39:31Speaker 3: list were stopped trying to cross our southern border, surpassing
- 39:36Speaker 3: the last fiscal years in tighter tire total of ninety eight,
- 39:43Speaker 3: So one hundred and twenty five this year, ninety eight
- 39:45Speaker 3: last year, and back when Republicans were in charge, those
- 39:49Speaker 3: numbers were something like four and six. They were in
- 39:52Speaker 3: the single digits as compared to hundreds of terrorists crossing
- 39:57Speaker 3: the border illegally and coming here, presumably to threaten the
- 40:02Speaker 3: lives and security of Americans.
- 40:05Speaker 2: Wait, when you hear this happen, and the fact that
- 40:09Speaker 2: the White House doesn't publicize it, you don't have the
- 40:13Speaker 2: borders are going down there? The Vice President of the
- 40:15Speaker 2: United States of America.
- 40:16Speaker 3: Wait, do we how the borders are? Yeah? Who would
- 40:18Speaker 3: that be?
- 40:19Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 40:19Speaker 2: Right, that woman who's never really seen the border. Yes,
- 40:22Speaker 2: she's the one that's in charge of the border.
- 40:24Speaker 3: So I have a serious question. Sure, is Kamala Harris
- 40:28Speaker 3: actually in witness protection? Because I have to admit, Look, look,
- 40:33Speaker 3: I work in politics. My job is to go to
- 40:36Speaker 3: the US capital work in the Senate. Okay, I was
- 40:41Speaker 3: going to say, I can't recall the last time I
- 40:43Speaker 3: saw Kamala. That's not true. I last saw her when
- 40:47Speaker 3: India's Prime Minister Mody spoke a couple of weeks ago
- 40:49Speaker 3: on the floor of the House and I was chatting
- 40:51Speaker 3: with Kamala as we walked over, because she was sitting
- 40:54Speaker 3: there for that. But other than sitting there where her
- 40:58Speaker 3: entire job was to sit there and smile and try
- 41:01Speaker 3: to avoid cackling uncontrollably. Other than that, I genuinely cannot
- 41:07Speaker 3: remember a single damn thing she's done in the last
- 41:10Speaker 3: three months. Can you seriously no, I can't.
- 41:13Speaker 2: I mean, it's it's the weirdest dynamic at the White House.
- 41:15Speaker 2: You have a president that keeps a schedule maybe noon before,
- 41:19Speaker 2: and then you have a vice president that I don't
- 41:21Speaker 2: even think the White House wants to use her at
- 41:23Speaker 2: this point.
- 41:25Speaker 3: Look, I actually wonder if she's living as an accountant
- 41:28Speaker 3: in Nebraska under an assumed name, because they've they've told
- 41:31Speaker 3: her that please stay away from TV cameras because you're
- 41:34Speaker 3: really hurting the administration. Anytime you open your mouth.
- 41:39Speaker 2: Well, the cackle does kill it. Right, Let's let's just
- 41:42Speaker 2: be clear about that. You look at it, this White
- 41:45Speaker 2: House and they're moving into this presidential.
- 41:48Speaker 3: By the way, I got another question, Ben, I'm ready,
- 41:50Speaker 3: has anyone ever taken kamalus cackle and Hillary Clinton's cackle
- 41:56Speaker 3: and like overlaid them and set them to music. You
- 42:00Speaker 3: can do something with that, Like if you combine the
- 42:03Speaker 3: two like this sort of overlapping cackles, it would be
- 42:07Speaker 3: really something.
- 42:08Speaker 2: Somebody could do that as a beat and probably get
- 42:10Speaker 2: it to number one with the right lyrics, right just
- 42:12Speaker 2: because people be like, Yeah, I know those two people.
- 42:15Speaker 2: I can put those two together this White House center.
- 42:19Speaker 2: If they're gonna do this right before the election, what
- 42:22Speaker 2: does that tell us about what else they may change
- 42:26Speaker 2: going into the presidential I mean, if they're willing to
- 42:28Speaker 2: start building the border wall but not tell you about it.
- 42:31Speaker 2: And the media, by the way, is not covering this
- 42:33Speaker 2: at all. And I think that's something else that should
- 42:35Speaker 2: really frustrate people, is the fact that the media this
- 42:39Speaker 2: is a big story. This is one they should be
- 42:41Speaker 2: covering because, as you mentioned the very beginning, it's a
- 42:44Speaker 2: flip flop. It's a huge policy flip flop from Joe
- 42:47Speaker 2: Biden who said there won't be another inch of this
- 42:49Speaker 2: border wall that's gonna be built. Now he's actually building it.
- 42:53Speaker 3: Well, we ought to have an honest conversation. Is a
- 42:56Speaker 3: wall a good idea or a bad idea?
- 42:58Speaker 1: Now?
- 42:58Speaker 3: I can tell you when you talk to border patrol
- 43:01Speaker 3: agents and I spend a lot of time on the
- 43:03Speaker 3: southern border. I have spoken with hundreds and hundreds of
- 43:06Speaker 3: border patrol agents. Every single one I've asked, and it
- 43:10Speaker 3: has been large, large numbers over more than a decade
- 43:13Speaker 3: have said, of course, we need a ball now. A
- 43:16Speaker 3: wall is not a magic wand it's not a panacea.
- 43:20Speaker 3: Doesn't fix everything. And part of the reason a wall
- 43:23Speaker 3: doesn't fix everything is there's an old adage, if you
- 43:27Speaker 3: build a ten foot wall, someone will come with an
- 43:29Speaker 3: eleven foot ladder, and that's actually right. That they see
- 43:34Speaker 3: where the wall is constructed, that people bring ladders, they
- 43:36Speaker 3: find ways to get over it. The reason a wall
- 43:39Speaker 3: is beneficial is that what is critical if you're trying
- 43:44Speaker 3: to stop illegal immigration is time between detection and apprehension.
- 43:49Speaker 3: That when you see someone crossing, you want to get
- 43:51Speaker 3: boots on the ground, you want to get border patrol
- 43:53Speaker 3: agents there to stop them, apprehend them and deport them.
- 43:56Speaker 3: And what a wall does is slows it down. And
- 43:58Speaker 3: it's particularly in important in urban environments, in places where
- 44:03Speaker 3: when they cross the border they can disappear into a
- 44:05Speaker 3: populated area quickly. There's some areas, for example, in very
- 44:10Speaker 3: rural and rugged areas of West Texas, where a wall
- 44:13Speaker 3: doesn't do much good where it's such rough terrain that
- 44:17Speaker 3: when you cross the border you've got miles and miles
- 44:21Speaker 3: of desert, and so a wall is not really significantly
- 44:24Speaker 3: slowing you down from the natural terrain barriers. But when
- 44:29Speaker 3: you're crossing in an urban area where you've got a
- 44:32Speaker 3: few hundred yards and you're suddenly in the middle of
- 44:34Speaker 3: a city in Texas and can disappear, a wall is
- 44:38Speaker 3: really important to slow you down. But a wall alone
- 44:42Speaker 3: doesn't fix the problem because it takes number one, border
- 44:47Speaker 3: patrol agents on the ground to apprehend people, but number two,
- 44:51Speaker 3: it takes a president and administration willing to deport them.
- 44:54Speaker 3: And the single biggest cause of our open border crisis
- 45:00Speaker 3: is Joe Biden refuses to follow the law and deport people. Instead,
- 45:04Speaker 3: he lets them go, He follows catch and release, and
- 45:07Speaker 3: until he changes that, he can build all the wall
- 45:10Speaker 3: he wants, it's not going to fix the problem.

- 46:48Speaker 2: Patriot Mobile dot Com slash verdict. Last question I got
- 46:53Speaker 2: to ask you, Senator, and this is another point that
- 46:56Speaker 2: I know is going to come up. This Secret Service,
- 47:01Speaker 2: and you mentioned this earlier, but I want to go
- 47:02Speaker 2: back to this. It's going to brief Congress obviously on
- 47:06Speaker 2: this cocaine at the White House over under that we
- 47:09Speaker 2: get any real answers from them, or do you think
- 47:12Speaker 2: this has unfortunately now lost cause like the cover up's
- 47:15Speaker 2: been done. Will never know who the person is that
- 47:20Speaker 2: brought this cocaine into the White House publicly. I think
- 47:22Speaker 2: they already know privately who it is. But will we
- 47:25Speaker 2: ever know if this is a staff member or a
- 47:27Speaker 2: high ranking official we'll have Well that we ever get
- 47:30Speaker 2: that answer.
- 47:31Speaker 3: Well, I don't know. I think if we ever get it,
- 47:33Speaker 3: it will be dependent on the House of Representatives to
- 47:36Speaker 3: press for answers on this and to vigorously question the
- 47:40Speaker 3: Secret Service. The Senate's not going to do that because
- 47:43Speaker 3: Senate Democrats don't care they don't care. If if the
- 47:47Speaker 3: President of the United States, they don't care, if the
- 47:49Speaker 3: President's son, they don't care. If the entire senior staff
- 47:53Speaker 3: are actively on drugs. How do I know they don't
- 47:56Speaker 3: care because they won't hold a hearing on it, they
- 47:58Speaker 3: won't ask.
- 47:58Speaker 1: A question about it.
- 47:59Speaker 3: It does doesn't matter to them. It's all politics. So
- 48:03Speaker 3: it's got to be the House that presses for accountability.
- 48:06Speaker 3: And the question is is the Secret Service going to
- 48:13Speaker 3: stonewall the same way the Biden Department of Justice and
- 48:17Speaker 3: the Biden FBI. Has I suspect the answer is yes,
- 48:20Speaker 3: But I hope you know, you know, some small part
- 48:23Speaker 3: of me is an idealist that hopes there's someone in
- 48:27Speaker 3: the federal government willing to actually honorably serve and not
- 48:31Speaker 3: just be a political hack. And so maybe the Secret
- 48:34Speaker 3: Service will do the right thing. But what I suspect
- 48:38Speaker 3: is the Biden administration has made the decision. We don't
- 48:42Speaker 3: want to know the answer that they are. They are
- 48:47Speaker 3: Jack Nicholson and a few good men. You can't handle
- 48:49Speaker 3: the truth. That's their view is importantly, Joe Biden can't
- 48:55Speaker 3: handle the truth because the truth is it is going
- 48:59Speaker 3: to be someone on the Biden administration staff, possibly the
- 49:03Speaker 3: senior staff who's using drugs, and you know, the Biden
- 49:07Speaker 3: administration sent out a press spokesperson this week to say,
- 49:11Speaker 3: we drug test our employees. We take drug policies very seriously,
- 49:16Speaker 3: and there will be consequences if we find out who
- 49:19Speaker 3: did this.
- 49:20Speaker 1: I got to.
- 49:21Speaker 3: Say, based on their pattern of stonewelling and cover up,
- 49:26Speaker 3: I find that very very hard to believe. But I
- 49:28Speaker 3: also find it hard to believe they cannot figure out
- 49:31Speaker 3: who did this. So if they don't figure it out,
- 49:35Speaker 3: it's because they don't want to know.
- 49:37Speaker 1: Yeah, great point. Don't forget we did this show three
