- 1:43Speaker 1: You probably got to turn the mouth. The water the
- 1:47Speaker 1: monp look come come out.
- 1:59Speaker 2: You'll think that. Uh huh, sure will. Good morning everybody.
- 2:04Speaker 7: You're listening to the voice, Come on, dig me now,
- 2:07Speaker 7: one and only Steve Harvey got a radio show. Well,
- 2:12Speaker 7: I got to tell you something everybody, and this is
- 2:15Speaker 7: great news for everybody that I'm going to share something
- 2:20Speaker 7: with your principal of becoming successful at whatever level you choose.
- 2:28Speaker 7: It can be successful in the relationship, successful in the family.
- 2:33Speaker 7: Successes may be considered to you becoming a homeowner. It
- 2:37Speaker 7: could be being debt free. Your ideal success could be
- 2:42Speaker 7: sixty thousand a year, fifty thousand a year, one hundred
- 2:46Speaker 7: thousand dollars a year, doesn't matter if you're considering it,
- 2:52Speaker 7: if you're wanting it, if you have a desire to
- 2:54Speaker 7: become successful. I want to share with you the very
- 2:58Speaker 7: beginning of that. If no one's ever done it, I'm
- 3:01Speaker 7: going to say the beginning of it today. See scripture
- 3:08Speaker 7: makes it very clear for us, you don't The only
- 3:13Speaker 7: thing you need to become successful is already inside of you.
- 3:17Speaker 7: It's not an external need. God wouldn't do that to you.
- 3:23Speaker 7: He puts the core basis of everything you need inside
- 3:27Speaker 7: of you. So if you discover it, if you tend
- 3:32Speaker 7: to it, nurture it, fertilize it, and water it, it grows,
- 3:38Speaker 7: it branches out. Then it reaches out externally and it
- 3:42Speaker 7: starts grabbing things outside of there to make it even bigger, stronger, better,
- 3:46Speaker 7: last longer. But in the very beginning, you don't need anything.
- 3:51Speaker 7: It's all within you. And if you cultivate your relationship
- 3:56Speaker 7: with God, it comes out, it flourishes. Now, let me
- 4:00Speaker 7: tell you that thing that I'm talking about is a
- 4:04Speaker 7: God given gift that He has given to all of us.
- 4:07Speaker 8: We all possess it.
- 4:09Speaker 1: It is all within us, and everybody has a gift.
- 4:14Speaker 7: Had somebody told me what I know now back then,
- 4:17Speaker 7: I would have saved myself tons of mistakes.
- 4:19Speaker 8: I just didn't know the principles. I had to learn
- 4:21Speaker 8: them all.
- 4:22Speaker 3: Well.
- 4:22Speaker 7: One of the principles are becoming successful is your mindset.
- 4:27Speaker 7: You got to get your mind right now. This mindset
- 4:34Speaker 7: is simply a decision that you can make. I can't
- 4:37Speaker 7: get it for you. I can tell you what to do,
- 4:40Speaker 7: but you got to make the decision. You that's listening,
- 4:44Speaker 7: have to decide. You know what, I'm gonna go on
- 4:46Speaker 7: and get at it. I'm gonna stop wrinting. I'm gonna
- 4:48Speaker 7: become a homeowner.
- 4:49Speaker 2: You know what. I'm gonna do it.
- 4:49Speaker 7: I'm gonna stop living check to check. I'm I'm I'm
- 4:54Speaker 7: gonna put a budget together. I'm gonna stop stepping out
- 4:59Speaker 7: on my family. I'm gonna go home. I'm gonna get
- 5:01Speaker 7: it together. I'm gonna stop using when you make these decisions.
- 5:07Speaker 7: That's correcting your mindset.
- 5:09Speaker 2: Now.
- 5:09Speaker 7: The closer connection you have with God, the more help
- 5:12Speaker 7: you get sustaining the mindset. How many times have you
- 5:15Speaker 7: started to do something and you stopped? How many resolutions
- 5:19Speaker 7: have you made at the New Year and stopped by
- 5:21Speaker 7: February over with by me? And January done in March?
- 5:27Speaker 7: Because if you don't have a clear connection with your
- 5:31Speaker 7: creator to help you carry out the other force out there,
- 5:35Speaker 7: that evil force is designed to get you not to
- 5:38Speaker 7: reach your goals get you not to come to resolution
- 5:42Speaker 7: with whatever the resolutions are you made, so can so
- 5:45Speaker 7: you can consider yourself not worthy or failure or unable
- 5:49Speaker 7: to do something. But the more things you are able
- 5:52Speaker 7: to accomplish, the greater your confidence goals grows. So we
- 5:55Speaker 7: got to get your mindset together. Your mindset is a
- 5:59Speaker 7: decision that you have to me. When you make the decision,
- 6:01Speaker 7: you can begin in the process. Your mindset is also
- 6:06Speaker 7: a will of yours, a will along with the decision,
- 6:10Speaker 7: A will, a willingness to do right, a willingness to change,
- 6:16Speaker 7: a willingness to be better. Is going to then cause
- 6:21Speaker 7: you to have to make a decision to make a
- 6:24Speaker 7: change of direction. Don't go where everybody else going. You
- 6:28Speaker 7: got to go your way.
- 6:29Speaker 2: Now.
- 6:30Speaker 7: You can't follow the crowd. You got to take a
- 6:32Speaker 7: less travel path. You cannot do this without changing your direction.
- 6:38Speaker 7: You can't keep hanging with the people you've been hanging
- 6:40Speaker 7: with if you want to be different, because they not.
- 6:44Speaker 7: Then you have to develop an obligation to yourself. You've
- 6:49Speaker 7: got to say, you know what for me and my family,
- 6:52Speaker 7: or if you don't have a family for me, I
- 6:55Speaker 7: owe it to myself. I have an obligation to myself
- 6:58Speaker 7: to be the best me that I can possibly be,
- 7:01Speaker 7: to be the best self that I can possibly be,
- 7:05Speaker 7: to be the best father, the best man, the best husband,
- 7:10Speaker 7: the best wife, the best mother, the best daughter, the
- 7:13Speaker 7: best son, the best student, the best employee, the best owner.
- 7:18Speaker 9: You have an.
- 7:19Speaker 7: Obligation to yourself to give yourself a shot at the
- 7:23Speaker 7: best life you can. That's an obligation. You owe that
- 7:28Speaker 7: to yourself. Why would you not live the best life
- 7:30Speaker 7: that you possibly could. You have an obligation to yourself.
- 7:34Speaker 7: Why would you cheat yourself like that? Why would you
- 7:37Speaker 7: take yourself and never allow yourself to see the goodness
- 7:42Speaker 7: that's already in you, to have the abundance that's been
- 7:45Speaker 7: promised to you, to go and explore all.
- 7:50Speaker 8: The riches out there that's available to you.
- 7:55Speaker 7: But one of the worst ways that you can rob
- 7:59Speaker 7: yourself of the joy of your obligation is to keep
- 8:02Speaker 7: comparing yourself to somebody else. Because guess what, Man, that
- 8:05Speaker 7: ain't your life. You ain't jay Z and Beyonce, You're
- 8:11Speaker 7: not Oprah. Instead, man, that's not who you are. Quit
- 8:15Speaker 7: looking around at everybody else. That comparison of everybody else
- 8:19Speaker 7: will keep you broken. It'll keep you unhappy. You won't
- 8:22Speaker 7: even be able to be grateful for what you have
- 8:25Speaker 7: because you steady talking about what you don't have. That's
- 8:28Speaker 7: not the way, man. You have an obligation to yourself
- 8:31Speaker 7: to be the best you you can be, not the
- 8:33Speaker 7: best them.
- 8:35Speaker 2: You're not them. Stop trying to be them. Be the
- 8:38Speaker 2: best you. It's cool. You got a nice little house.
- 8:41Speaker 2: That's cool.
- 8:42Speaker 7: You know how many big houses is empty and feel
- 8:45Speaker 7: with hate and resentment. I'd rather have a smaller house
- 8:50Speaker 7: fill with joy in it than to go to a
- 8:52Speaker 7: big house.
- 8:53Speaker 3: Man.
- 8:53Speaker 7: Prince got a line in the song that says, I realized,
- 8:57Speaker 7: in its best disguised, a pretty high don't make a
- 9:01Speaker 7: home man.
- 9:04Speaker 8: Don't you know I know how true that is? So
- 9:07Speaker 8: I'm just trying to tell you now. Another part of the.
- 9:11Speaker 7: Mindset is taking dead aim at your life's goals and ambitions.
- 9:18Speaker 8: What are they? What are your goals and your visions?
- 9:22Speaker 2: What do you see for yourself? What do you dream about?
- 9:26Speaker 7: If you knew you couldn't fail at whatever it is
- 9:28Speaker 7: you were attempting, what would you go attempt see? That's
- 9:30Speaker 7: what we need to be after. It's a mindset, y'all.
- 9:35Speaker 7: It's a decision. It's a will, it's a change of direction.
- 9:39Speaker 7: It's an obligation to yourself. It's taking dead aim at
- 9:43Speaker 7: your life's visions and goals. Come on, man, you got
- 9:46Speaker 7: to get your mind wrapped around this thing. You owe
- 9:49Speaker 7: it to yourself to live the best life you can be.
- 9:52Speaker 7: Come on, man, talk to God. God got something for you.
- 9:54Speaker 8: You just got to check in with him.
- 9:56Speaker 2: You're listening to the sed morning shall ladies, gentleman, one
- 10:01Speaker 2: more time? Just one more time.
- 10:06Speaker 7: I can't, I can't keep. It's funny to me now,
- 10:11Speaker 7: it's funny to me. I know superlatives for it. You know,
- 10:16Speaker 7: an awesome, amazing, supercatual, fragilistic, sb al adocious, uh splendifficult.
- 10:26Speaker 7: There's no superlatives to describe how just God is. Ain't
- 10:34Speaker 7: no words, ain't no way. I'm gonna quit track. I'm
- 10:37Speaker 7: just gonna laugh about it. It's funny to try to
- 10:40Speaker 7: describe him everything all in all, man. You know, I heard,
- 10:47Speaker 7: you know, church people be trying to use big word omnipotent.
- 10:49Speaker 7: I'll be gonna why is this in the song? Is omnipiti?
- 10:56Speaker 2: Y'all? Stuff? You ain't been.
- 11:00Speaker 7: You know, you don't really stop spelling looking up in
- 11:03Speaker 7: the ad dictionary. That's what killed me about the teachers
- 11:05Speaker 7: I used to because I couldn't spell. Good little Stevie.
- 11:08Speaker 7: If you can't spell it, look it up in the dictionary, lady.
- 11:11Speaker 7: You know how far off I am from finding this
- 11:13Speaker 7: thing in the dictionary. If I knew that phone started
- 11:18Speaker 7: with p H and not this F that I yeah,
- 11:24Speaker 7: I can now, but back then phone was clearly an
- 11:27Speaker 7: F and I did not understand. Yeah, I ain't understand this,
- 11:31Speaker 7: you know. So anyway, we're here, Steve Harvy, Morning the Show, Grateful, awful,

- 11:59Speaker 8: mind today?
- 12:00Speaker 11: You know you've been you've been trying to avoid this,
- 12:02Speaker 11: but we're gonna ask you. I need to ask you
- 12:04Speaker 11: about this because this is something you ain't brought it
- 12:06Speaker 11: up yet to us, and we're just trying to figure
- 12:08Speaker 11: out is.
- 12:09Speaker 12: There a Christmas bonus coming for us?
- 12:11Speaker 1: For Christmas? You have a come on us, come on
- 12:14Speaker 1: a cause you ain't said nothing.
- 12:16Speaker 7: Absolutely not. I ain't saying that. Our heart ain't said
- 12:19Speaker 7: nothing either. Ask our heart, is it gonna be a
- 12:25Speaker 7: Christmas boney? You ask the white folks is it gonna
- 12:34Speaker 7: be Christmas? If they give me one, I give you some.
- 12:38Speaker 7: They ain't gave me one in twenty damn years. I
- 12:42Speaker 7: ain't ever got a Christmas bonus from our heart. So
- 12:44Speaker 7: I don't really expect to see how you even talking
- 12:46Speaker 7: to me about no Christmas bony from where? So they
- 12:53Speaker 7: want to eat that slice set of the ragged ass
- 12:55Speaker 7: fruitcake they be passing out every year. Quick, I'm gonna
- 12:57Speaker 7: ask that stop giving me fruitcake, and that's all I
- 13:00Speaker 7: want to say.
- 13:01Speaker 13: Don't get it against fruitcake. I mean I don't like
- 13:04Speaker 13: it either, But what don't you like about it?
- 13:06Speaker 8: I've never met a living soul that like fruitcake.
- 13:09Speaker 7: I know four white people that like fruit white cat
- 13:12Speaker 7: and rest of white people I know can't stand it.
- 13:17Speaker 7: That's when I knew something was wrong with this, because
- 13:20Speaker 7: none of the white people I know like fruitcake. Oh man,
- 13:25Speaker 7: I heard what's one? This one guy from Norway says
- 13:28Speaker 7: it's absolutely delicious.

- 14:24Speaker 14: gentleman and let him know that he has uh parasites
- 14:27Speaker 14: in one of his testicles and we're gonna have to
- 14:30Speaker 14: remove that. That's gonna have to come out. It is
- 14:34Speaker 14: what it is, all right, parasites cat dog.
- 14:36Speaker 2: If you would.

- 14:56Speaker 5: Yeah yeah, yeah, right right? Yeah, everything okay.
- 14:59Speaker 3: Well, yeah, everything's going to be pretty good. I'd like
- 15:01Speaker 3: to see if I can get you to come in
- 15:03Speaker 3: and I you know, everything's gonna be fine. But I
- 15:06Speaker 3: got a small procedure we'd like to do to Actually,
- 15:10Speaker 3: you know, right now, you're not approved for your life
- 15:12Speaker 3: insurance do until this procedure is done. So if you
- 15:15Speaker 3: don't mind coming in, we'd like to get you taken
- 15:18Speaker 3: care of. When can I schedule you to come in like,
- 15:20Speaker 3: uh maybe tomorrow or the following day.
- 15:22Speaker 5: Yeah, what kind of procedure is?
- 15:24Speaker 3: Well, actually, I don't know if you've heard of it.
- 15:26Speaker 3: This is an okostrom.
- 15:28Speaker 5: Nah, I got something that my eyes?
- 15:32Speaker 2: What's that?
- 15:33Speaker 3: Something? Dude? You wasn't now and something doing my eyes?
- 15:35Speaker 2: I heard?
- 15:36Speaker 3: What's that? No? No, has nothing to do with the eyes, No,
- 15:40Speaker 3: nothing at all. We found a little bit of parasites
- 15:44Speaker 3: in a particular area, and what we want to do
- 15:45Speaker 3: is make sure we just remove it completely and you'll
- 15:49Speaker 3: be fine. You'll get your life insurance, you're and your
- 15:51Speaker 3: family will be great. So can I get you to

- 15:57Speaker 15: What area?
- 15:58Speaker 3: I found the parasite? Then actually one of your testicles
- 16:01Speaker 3: has some parasite. So what we're gonna do is what's
- 16:03Speaker 3: called a okyostromy, and okostrom is actually removing that testicle completely,
- 16:09Speaker 3: and then everything gonna be fine. It's all confined and
- 16:12Speaker 3: we'll be able to remove it. You'll be on your way,
- 16:14Speaker 3: you'll get your life insurance and everything will be fine. Okay,
- 16:17Speaker 3: Like I said, can I get can I? Can I
- 16:18Speaker 3: get you to come in tomorrow?
- 16:20Speaker 5: What you gotta my testacle?
- 16:23Speaker 3: Well only one, only one, and it's not gonna take long.
- 16:26Speaker 3: It's a thirty minute procedure. But we want to get
- 16:28Speaker 3: you to come in tomorrow or the next day. Can
- 16:30Speaker 3: we get you to go whether are you available?
- 16:33Speaker 5: I want to say a routine how I got to
- 16:35Speaker 5: remove a test sir?
- 16:37Speaker 3: You know what, oftentimes when people come in with life insurance,
- 16:40Speaker 3: these type of things happen. So we want to get
- 16:42Speaker 3: you in and get it out as quickly as possible.
- 16:45Speaker 5: No, man, I'm waiting for a routine physical. Man, I
- 16:48Speaker 5: wasn't supposed to be checking all this extra stuff. Now
- 16:50Speaker 5: I get a paracite in my testical. Y'all don't remove
- 16:53Speaker 5: a testical. Man, I'm twenty five, man, My wife, no kids.
- 16:56Speaker 5: They were trying to do that. I gotta move a testicle.
- 16:58Speaker 3: Let me say this to you, Brian, You're gonna be
- 17:00Speaker 3: completely fine. You'll be able to create children. You'll be
- 17:03Speaker 3: able to live a normal life. You know, You'll just see.
- 17:06Speaker 3: You won't have all of them, but you'll have enough
- 17:08Speaker 3: to create children. You understand that.
- 17:11Speaker 5: Noah, Man, I can't No, I ain't gonna.
- 17:13Speaker 3: I can't come in for that now, Sir, Is there
- 17:15Speaker 3: any way I can get you in tomorrow or tomorrow
- 17:18Speaker 3: afternoon or the Thursday afternoon so we can kind of
- 17:21Speaker 3: get this thing taken care of and we can get
- 17:22Speaker 3: to moving on your way, and that people can get
- 17:24Speaker 3: the life insurance papers together and so forth.
- 17:27Speaker 5: Nah, man, Man, we ain't rescheduling now. I need to
- 17:30Speaker 5: take in a third opinion on that. He's talking about
- 17:33Speaker 5: taking away one of my We ain't rescheduling nothing, man,
- 17:35Speaker 5: I'm gonna need to see another doctor.
- 17:36Speaker 3: Man, it's sir, Sir, you can go around the entire
- 17:40Speaker 3: city and see several doctors. I'm here to tell you
- 17:42Speaker 3: you're just gonna be wasting time. I'm gonna try to
- 17:45Speaker 3: knock this thing out for you.
- 17:46Speaker 5: Knock it up. I ain't agreed to nothing.
- 17:49Speaker 3: Listen.
- 17:49Speaker 5: You ain't doing this to get money, medicine scheduling, nothing, Man,
- 17:53Speaker 5: I need to take a third opiny.
- 17:54Speaker 3: This is bloom Brian. I'll tell you if you come
- 17:57Speaker 3: in and let me get this thing taken care of.
- 17:59Speaker 3: You know, I have you back. You know, big ball
- 18:01Speaker 3: and shot calling before it's all over. You know what's big?
- 18:05Speaker 5: Big balling? Shot calling?
- 18:06Speaker 3: Man?
- 18:07Speaker 5: I told you, man, I ain't going in for none
- 18:09Speaker 5: of that. Man, I'm supposed to tell my wife. Man,
- 18:10Speaker 5: this this ain't cool.
- 18:11Speaker 3: Man.
- 18:11Speaker 5: I ain't going in for that.
- 18:12Speaker 3: Man. I'm rescheduling, manchul, What do you mean you're rescheduling? Sir?
- 18:16Speaker 5: What I'm getting I'm getting another opinion.

- 18:20Speaker 3: to make you a big baller shot caller. You know, man,

- 18:25Speaker 5: little jokes, man, You're doing a little play on words.
- 18:28Speaker 3: Man.
- 18:28Speaker 5: It ain't even funny, man, I'm calling it insurance. Sided
- 18:30Speaker 5: tell him they give me some doctor. Man, But you
- 18:32Speaker 5: think he's funny. Hey, it ain't funny man. You know
- 18:35Speaker 5: you're making a little jake.
- 18:35Speaker 3: Man. It ain't funny man.
- 18:36Speaker 5: I'm getting taking opinion.
- 18:37Speaker 3: Man. I forget in all of the work that we got,
- 18:40Speaker 3: the blood work, the yearine work, the complete physical that's

- 22:07Speaker 1: Trump credits his usage of the word groceries for his

- 22:22Speaker 13: Yeah, Well, he's been sentenced for his actions. So we'll
- 22:26Speaker 13: talk about this story.
- 22:27Speaker 2: You don't even know what's going to happen to him.
- 22:29Speaker 13: Right at the top of the hour, but right now
- 22:32Speaker 13: it's time to ask the clo.
- 22:35Speaker 1: Let's do it.
- 22:35Speaker 13: Steve Clo Dawson in Baltimore says, I moved in with
- 22:39Speaker 13: my boyfriend and as I was cleaning out a drawer
- 22:42Speaker 13: to put my stuff in, I found a lease with
- 22:46Speaker 13: my boyfriend's mama's name on it. I had my own
- 22:50Speaker 13: place in my name before I moved in here? Why
- 22:53Speaker 13: didn't he mention this.
- 22:54Speaker 1: Info to me?
- 22:56Speaker 5: What?
- 22:56Speaker 2: What do he got?
- 22:57Speaker 7: Oh?
- 22:57Speaker 8: So you She said that the place they live in
- 22:59Speaker 8: now is in his mama's name.
- 23:01Speaker 1: Yep, and she moved out the place.
- 23:05Speaker 7: Yeah he got he got you. You now live with
- 23:07Speaker 7: somebody with bad credit. That ain't the only thing. Wait
- 23:10Speaker 7: till the electric bill cold to the house, because that's
- 23:16Speaker 7: probably name, that's his niece's name.
- 23:21Speaker 2: And then he got the gas cut on in his
- 23:24Speaker 2: little brother name. He this boy right here.
- 23:26Speaker 8: Yeah, so she wants to know why he didn't tell her.
- 23:29Speaker 1: Why didn't he mention it to her?
- 23:31Speaker 2: Because you wouldn't have moved in? Yeah?
- 23:35Speaker 14: What he need to put that least somewhere because it's
- 23:40Speaker 14: sitting in that drawer. Evidently he didn't realize all that.
- 23:44Speaker 1: Yeah, he needs to find another spot for it.
- 23:47Speaker 13: All right, let's move on Taylor and Gulfport. My husband
- 23:50Speaker 13: asked me for a threesome. Then he said he was
- 23:55Speaker 13: playing when I cursed him out. I haven't been able
- 23:58Speaker 13: to sleep since then, and he's bought me several makeup gifts.
- 24:04Speaker 1: Do husbands play about stuff like this or is it
- 24:07Speaker 1: really on his to do list?
- 24:10Speaker 2: None on this show, okay, not my hood. I ain't
- 24:16Speaker 2: nobody asking they watch.
- 24:19Speaker 1: So was he playing or was he serious?
- 24:21Speaker 2: Y'all? He was trying to He was trying to test
- 24:23Speaker 2: the waters.
- 24:23Speaker 1: That's what he was trying to say, to see if
- 24:26Speaker 1: she would go for it.
- 24:34Speaker 2: Now she'd have said, well, you know, I'd like to
- 24:37Speaker 2: try to right there with it. Yeah. Yeah, he in
- 24:43Speaker 2: the world in trouble, and I don't know what made
- 24:45Speaker 2: his stupid head try that. Tried it tho.
- 24:50Speaker 13: Yeah, well she is not for that. Let's move on
- 24:54Speaker 13: to Demetrius in Augusta. I'm a barber and sixteen year
- 25:00Speaker 13: old client told me he might have a baby on
- 25:03Speaker 13: the way and he didn't have anyone to talk to.
- 25:06Speaker 13: I know his pops, and I feel like he should
- 25:09Speaker 13: talk to his dad. I don't want to leave this
- 25:12Speaker 13: kid hanging, So what should I do?
- 25:14Speaker 10: It was a serious question.
- 25:15Speaker 8: I didn't understand that said again.
- 25:17Speaker 13: Please, okay, this guy Demetrius and Augusta, he's a barber
- 25:21Speaker 13: and a sixteen year old One of his clients is
- 25:24Speaker 13: sixteen years old and he might have a baby on
- 25:27Speaker 13: the way and he didn't have anyone to talk to.
- 25:30Speaker 13: So the barber Demetrius is.
- 25:31Speaker 1: Saying, I know his pops, and I feel like he
- 25:34Speaker 1: should talk.
- 25:35Speaker 2: To his dad.
- 25:36Speaker 1: I don't want to leave this kid hanging. So what
- 25:39Speaker 1: should I do?
- 25:41Speaker 7: Get You got to convince the kid to talk to
- 25:43Speaker 7: his father. See that's the part about parenting that's hard.
- 25:49Speaker 7: They don't come to us before the problem. No, they
- 25:53Speaker 7: come to us when the problem is a full blown,
- 25:56Speaker 7: full swing damn near out of control. Yep, God, but
- 26:02Speaker 7: you not addressing it does it only makes it worse
- 26:07Speaker 7: because the young lady is not gonna get unpregnant. So
- 26:12Speaker 7: the further you wait, then you a mess round in
- 26:14Speaker 7: the baby here. Then you go in there your father,
- 26:17Speaker 7: you a grandfather? Hold up, man, come on, come on.
- 26:21Speaker 7: But see that's what young people do.
- 26:22Speaker 3: Man.
- 26:22Speaker 7: They get in these situations and then they don't want
- 26:24Speaker 7: to dance to the music, so they look around it.
- 26:28Speaker 2: You got it.
- 26:28Speaker 7: You got to get your father involved in this right now,
- 26:32Speaker 7: because your father has a response.
- 26:35Speaker 2: How you hide nine months?
- 26:37Speaker 3: Man?
- 26:38Speaker 8: You're not feel that you feel it? You really at
- 26:40Speaker 8: feel how today?
- 26:42Speaker 4: Well?
- 26:43Speaker 13: But Steve clo the letter is for the barber. He
- 26:47Speaker 13: knows the boy, so he's trying to say what should
- 26:50Speaker 13: he say. Should he tell the dad or should he
- 26:53Speaker 13: try to just convince this boy? What can he say
- 26:55Speaker 13: to the boy.
- 26:56Speaker 7: Today, That's what I'm saying. I think he should try
- 26:58Speaker 7: to convince the boy to go to okay, yeah, or
- 27:03Speaker 7: just or play mediator and say, hey, man, come down
- 27:05Speaker 7: to the shop and then have the kid then go,
- 27:07Speaker 7: hey man, look, I love both of y'all. I just
- 27:10Speaker 7: think it's something you want to you want to share
- 27:12Speaker 7: with your father to help him get to that point. Yeah,
- 27:16Speaker 7: and it might be better if you there to case
- 27:18Speaker 7: your father try to kill it.
- 27:22Speaker 2: Yeah, that's possible too.
- 27:23Speaker 1: Yeah, be upset. Yeah, all right.
- 27:27Speaker 13: Moving on Felicia in Chicago, there's a woman in my
- 27:29Speaker 13: neighborhood that's running a cafe out of her house.
- 27:33Speaker 1: Men come in and out all night.
- 27:36Speaker 13: I caught my husband coming from there, and he was
- 27:40Speaker 13: proud of his plate of fried chicken?
- 27:43Speaker 1: Was he just over there for the chicken?
- 27:45Speaker 2: Wait, coming out of wearing on the chicken.
- 27:48Speaker 13: This house in the neighborhood, she's running a cafe out
- 27:52Speaker 13: of her house.
- 27:53Speaker 7: Oh oh, well, that's all it is. He went over
- 27:55Speaker 7: there and get some chicken. He came out with the chicken,
- 27:57Speaker 7: proud of it.
- 27:58Speaker 3: That's all.
- 27:59Speaker 2: You just went over there gives some chicken. Are she
- 28:01Speaker 2: run a cafe at the house?
- 28:03Speaker 1: Look at me, twist's mouth.
- 28:07Speaker 7: Nice if she know the woman runs a cafe out
- 28:14Speaker 7: of his house and everybody else knows when he came
- 28:17Speaker 7: out of there with a play of food?
- 28:19Speaker 1: Was what was the plom men come in and out
- 28:24Speaker 1: all night?
- 28:26Speaker 2: What you think?
- 28:27Speaker 14: What do you think?
- 28:28Speaker 1: It is something else going on besides.
- 28:30Speaker 8: Fri Well, maybe maybe the chicken is the cover.
- 28:37Speaker 2: That's what the white feels.
- 28:39Speaker 1: That's what Felicia thinks.
- 28:41Speaker 13: So she's saying her husband is saying he's proud of
- 28:44Speaker 13: his plate of fried chicken?
- 28:46Speaker 1: Was he just over there for the chicken? That's what
- 28:49Speaker 1: she wants to know.
- 28:50Speaker 2: I'm gonna go with I'm over there for the chicken, deaf.
- 28:52Speaker 1: Because you're a man. That is the chicken good?
- 28:57Speaker 2: It's just a chicken, that's all that's coming out of there.
- 29:02Speaker 2: See that?
- 29:03Speaker 14: Yeah, JESU, Most most brothels have good chicken, though, And
- 29:12Speaker 14: you know this, how Yeah, I read up on this
- 29:15Speaker 14: kind of stuff.
- 29:17Speaker 2: Google, brothels have good chicken?
- 29:22Speaker 12: Said, you read up on this type of stuff.
- 29:24Speaker 13: Time read on this which Brothels has the best chicken?
- 29:31Speaker 1: That's what.
- 29:37Speaker 2: We just found out. He caught it at the last second. Yeah,
- 29:41Speaker 2: I would most Brothels have good fried chicken.
- 29:44Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 29:45Speaker 1: Yeah, that's your nephew over there.
- 29:47Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 29:47Speaker 7: Once you get called coming out of Brothels, you were
- 29:49Speaker 7: talking about your chicken, bring the chicken.
- 29:53Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 29:54Speaker 1: So Felicia, what can she do. She's gonna have She's
- 29:57Speaker 1: gonna have to chicken out.
- 29:58Speaker 2: You need to go over there.
- 29:59Speaker 1: What check it out?
- 30:01Speaker 2: Yeah yeah, first of all, just go over there and
- 30:04Speaker 2: see how long it take to get the chicken.
- 30:06Speaker 1: Come on, Felicias, Come on by Felicia.
- 30:10Speaker 12: At the top of our entertainment news.
- 30:13Speaker 2: What's going on?
- 30:14Speaker 16: This is Kevin Hart and I want to take everybody
- 30:15Speaker 16: for listening to the Steve Harvey Morning Show.
- 30:18Speaker 10: You're listening Steve Hardy Morning Show.
- 30:22Speaker 13: A pair of hearings are scheduled in Drake's He's got
- 30:26Speaker 13: this legal battle against Universal Music Group now that's his label.
- 30:29Speaker 13: He claims that the record label and Spotify illegally tip
- 30:33Speaker 13: the scales in favor of Kendrick Lamar's song not Like
- 30:37Speaker 13: Us So in ten Days, a Texas judge will determine
- 30:40Speaker 13: if Drake's legal team can depose depose people they suspect
- 30:45Speaker 13: of illegal activity. Now, Drake, this is the thing. Drake
- 30:48Speaker 13: does not believe the popularity of the song not like us,
- 30:52Speaker 13: was organic, but rather manufactured in a Paola scheme.
- 30:57Speaker 1: I mean, okay, Drake really another hearing in New York
- 31:00Speaker 1: next month.
- 31:01Speaker 7: Yeah, but I thought it was more because he released
- 31:05Speaker 7: some anti derogatory statements about his sex life.
- 31:10Speaker 2: I thought that's one.
- 31:11Speaker 1: Well, yeah, so that there go, Steve, You're up on it.
- 31:15Speaker 13: So another hearing in New York next month will focus
- 31:18Speaker 13: on the retention of Spotiffy's communication with UMG, and then
- 31:22Speaker 13: Drake's legal team wants to determine if bots, you know,
- 31:26Speaker 13: these internet bots inflated Kendricks streaming numbers.
- 31:29Speaker 1: Then there's even if.
- 31:31Speaker 7: They did, though I don't understand what if they inflated
- 31:37Speaker 7: the numbers, what that got to do with you.
- 31:42Speaker 13: He just doesn't feel that the song was that big,
- 31:45Speaker 13: and he's also laying the groundwork of the defamation loss
- 31:49Speaker 13: it was and that lamar.
- 31:51Speaker 2: Yeah, let me just if I could just say, I'm
- 31:55Speaker 2: Drake that age.
- 31:57Speaker 1: Drake's daddy's age. Is that what you said.
- 31:59Speaker 7: Yeah, matter of fact, Drake Daddy dressed just like I
- 32:02Speaker 7: used to dress. Heavy special affection for Drake.
- 32:07Speaker 1: Play a play.
- 32:09Speaker 7: Purple Gators, Purple. That's all about Drake Daddy. Now listen
- 32:15Speaker 7: to me. I'm gonna tell you how popular the song was.
- 32:19Speaker 7: I know the damn song.
- 32:23Speaker 1: They not like us. Yes, that's a big song, very
- 32:26Speaker 1: very big.
- 32:27Speaker 8: It ain't nothing not bye.
- 32:30Speaker 2: But you do know the song too well. Yeah, but
- 32:33Speaker 2: you know it.
- 32:35Speaker 7: You know it.
- 32:35Speaker 2: Yeah, that's how big it was. My old ass know
- 32:38Speaker 2: the song. And it was it was that Drake.
- 32:44Speaker 1: Yeah, it was that beef. It was that big beef
- 32:46Speaker 1: they had going on.
- 32:47Speaker 13: So, just like Steve said earlier, Drake has laid the
- 32:50Speaker 13: groundwork for a defamation lawsuit against Kendrick Lamar, who raps
- 32:54Speaker 13: in not like us that Drake is a sex offender.
- 32:57Speaker 7: So that's what you're doing. Well, now, once you start
- 33:00Speaker 7: suing for rap beefs. You said this about me, Dad
- 33:04Speaker 7: when you came, you got it. You gotta get out
- 33:07Speaker 7: the beef game. Now, he may have a valid point
- 33:11Speaker 7: with against Universal and record companies, but I don't even
- 33:15Speaker 7: if they did blow up the numbers, what they got
- 33:17Speaker 7: to do with you it didn't take no money out
- 33:19Speaker 7: of your pocket. It might have put some in his,
- 33:22Speaker 7: but it didn't take none out yours. Unless he's trying
- 33:24Speaker 7: to tie that with the now more people. Well, see,
- 33:29Speaker 7: it's a kind of weird thing because if you're saying
- 33:31Speaker 7: this song really hurt your reputation, but then you're also
- 33:34Speaker 7: saying that the song was manufactured numbers, then it obviously
- 33:38Speaker 7: didn't hurt your reputation as much as you saying it
- 33:43Speaker 7: did because you saying they inflated the numbers.
- 33:45Speaker 2: So it's kind of crazy. Huh.
- 33:47Speaker 13: You're trying to say, no, yeah, all publicity, no bad publicity.
- 33:52Speaker 1: It kept the beef going, kept your name out there,
- 33:54Speaker 1: all that.
- 33:54Speaker 2: Yeah, right, what you want to do?
- 33:57Speaker 11: It just really hurt Drake's feelings. I think this all
- 33:59Speaker 11: hurt his feelings. And if he don't stop talking about
- 34:01Speaker 11: they gonna play the song again?
- 34:02Speaker 2: Why you in court.
- 34:05Speaker 1: A minor?
- 34:07Speaker 2: All right, let's move on.
- 34:09Speaker 13: In a post election interview with NBC's Meet the Press,
- 34:13Speaker 13: President elect Donald Trump shared his opinion on why he
- 34:17Speaker 13: scored victory over Vice President Kamala Harris. He said, in part,
- 34:22Speaker 13: it was the word groceries. Trump continued when he was
- 34:26Speaker 13: talking about this. When you buy apples, when you buy bacon,
- 34:29Speaker 13: when you buy eggs, they would double and triple the
- 34:32Speaker 13: price over a short period of time. And I won
- 34:36Speaker 13: an election based on thatte Now, according to Fox News,
- 34:40Speaker 13: voters say the economy was a top issue facing the
- 34:45Speaker 13: country with the voters, and that was followed by in
- 34:48Speaker 13: a distant immigration and abortion. Trump was asked if his
- 34:54Speaker 13: tax policy would come at a cost to Americans, which
- 34:58Speaker 13: he responded, I can't guarantee anything.
- 35:02Speaker 7: You're going to have a tax problem, y'all.
- 35:06Speaker 2: He's going to fix it for major corporations and rich people.
- 35:10Speaker 8: It's going to hurt you.
- 35:12Speaker 2: I have some more news for you.
- 35:14Speaker 8: The price of milk and eggs ain't finna go back down.
- 35:18Speaker 7: Gross, Just what the word you have to have it.
- 35:21Speaker 7: This ain't gas, where the price of oil changes on
- 35:24Speaker 7: a daily basis.
- 35:26Speaker 8: This is not oil. This is grocery's.
- 35:30Speaker 7: Once the egg people find out you willing to pay
- 35:33Speaker 7: this for eggs, why would they lower the price. Let
- 35:36Speaker 7: me ask you, when the last time milk went down, y'all,
- 35:38Speaker 7: ain't milk been going up steady? It doesn't go down
- 35:45Speaker 7: because it's a necessity, it's a must have.
- 35:49Speaker 2: It's like rent does not lower. Rent, don't ever lower.
- 35:57Speaker 7: A place that you can get back at eighty five
- 36:01Speaker 7: for two hundred dollars a month. You can't get that
- 36:04Speaker 7: no more, right, right, And that's what the common person
- 36:09Speaker 7: has to understand that what's gonna happen with this guy's president?
- 36:13Speaker 7: And I'm sorry to tell you this, but I told
- 36:16Speaker 7: you this. Yeah, but this is who y'all wanted to
- 36:19Speaker 7: be president, and now here he is. And now he
- 36:23Speaker 7: just said, will it? Effectedly, I can't promise you anything
- 36:25Speaker 7: because he know he not gonna do nothing for the
- 36:29Speaker 7: regular person. For taxes, you're going to pay more. Groceries
- 36:34Speaker 7: are not coming back down. Bacon, eggs, and milk is
- 36:37Speaker 7: still gonna be the same price. And you put them
- 36:41Speaker 7: tariffs on China, everything else you needna go up to.
- 36:45Speaker 1: You're gonna have buyers remorse voting with him.
- 36:48Speaker 2: Yep. All right, Junior, all.
- 36:51Speaker 11: Right, Well, coming up at twenty minutes after the hour,
- 36:54Speaker 11: we'll talk about what to do when you can't get

- 37:35Speaker 13: do when you can't get your guests to leave? Just
- 37:39Speaker 13: take this tip from Martha Stewart. She was on a
- 37:41Speaker 13: recent episode of The Drew Barrymore Show, and Martha explained
- 37:45Speaker 13: the way she gets guests to leave is to go
- 37:47Speaker 13: to bed.
- 37:48Speaker 1: Frankly, I just say I'm going to bed. I'll see you.
- 37:52Speaker 13: So Martha say, I'll just do that and if it
- 37:54Speaker 13: doesn't work, she also made the suggestion of turning off
- 37:57Speaker 13: the lights or turning on the fire alarm, and she
- 38:00Speaker 13: said one night the fire department had to show up
- 38:02Speaker 13: because nobody would leave. So, okay, Steve, y'all, we've all
- 38:06Speaker 13: been to Steve Steve's house, yes, yeah, and we've all
- 38:10Speaker 13: been to Steve's house having a party or get together.
- 38:14Speaker 13: What tests do you have, Steve, especially those.
- 38:17Speaker 1: That are can it not be too rude to get
- 38:19Speaker 1: people to leave the house.
- 38:20Speaker 2: He told me to leave.
- 38:25Speaker 12: It was time, he said it was time. Oh yeah,
- 38:29Speaker 12: he said, time you go.
- 38:31Speaker 3: Just like that.
- 38:32Speaker 2: What is you still here for? Dropped off?
- 38:35Speaker 1: You invited him over.
- 38:38Speaker 2: Yearned three times in his faith. Let me.
- 38:44Speaker 7: Miney put my hand on my mouth to hide the yarn.
- 38:47Speaker 7: I yawned in his faith three times. He said that
- 38:50Speaker 7: this night TV, here's what I do. Okay, yeah, Martha
- 38:58Speaker 7: is absolutely correct. I just go, I'm gone, I'm gone.
- 39:03Speaker 8: But here's what you do.
- 39:05Speaker 7: This guaranteed get people leaving, cut off all food and alcohol,
- 39:14Speaker 7: don't serve nothing else. Would a little throw a little
- 39:19Speaker 7: bed sheet over your little bar cart that you got
- 39:22Speaker 7: out there for people to get drinks on. Put cover
- 39:25Speaker 7: up the bar. I got curtains in front of my bar.
- 39:27Speaker 7: Y'all seen them, huh?
- 39:29Speaker 2: My bar used to have. I had curtains in front
- 39:31Speaker 2: of them.
- 39:31Speaker 7: When everybody go, I pull the drawstring the whole curtain.
- 39:33Speaker 7: Just shut the whole damn bar. You don't even see
- 39:35Speaker 7: it no more.
- 39:36Speaker 1: But you do that while the people are still there.
- 39:38Speaker 1: You're just covering up the.
- 39:39Speaker 7: Alcohol while they're looking at the drinks, pointing at what
- 39:42Speaker 7: they want, talking to the two bars.
- 39:47Speaker 2: Yeah, I'm gonna get now.
- 39:49Speaker 7: I pull that draw street, I shut that whole curtain,
- 39:52Speaker 7: animal drinks, and I tell them service, don't bring another
- 39:55Speaker 7: damn thing out. As a matter of fact, get all
- 39:57Speaker 7: these chafing dishes up, blow out all these fires and stuff.
- 40:00Speaker 1: Yeah, you know, wait for people to leave.
- 40:05Speaker 2: Before you do it. It's kind of rude, Steve, and.
- 40:09Speaker 1: You've done it to us. You have actually thrown our
- 40:13Speaker 1: coats at us and opened the door.
- 40:16Speaker 12: Then he and he don't even stand.
- 40:17Speaker 1: He heavy handed what he had about you.
- 40:22Speaker 12: Put your jacket in your chest. It's heavy, like you're
- 40:24Speaker 12: gonna go. You want when we go?
- 40:26Speaker 16: Like that?
- 40:26Speaker 1: Really?
- 40:27Speaker 2: What you're talking about? The party in New York?
- 40:28Speaker 6: Come?
- 40:29Speaker 3: Yes?
- 40:29Speaker 1: Do you remember that, Tommy when we were in New York?
- 40:32Speaker 2: Yeah, open until people started going towards the door. I said,
- 40:35Speaker 2: where's y'all going? He said, y'all played cards and everything.
- 40:39Speaker 2: It's old.
- 40:39Speaker 14: Bye.
- 40:39Speaker 2: Come on now, I'm tiring.
- 40:42Speaker 12: You't gonna be like that.
- 40:44Speaker 11: Coming up at thirty four minutes after the hour, Colorado
- 40:47Speaker 11: Buffalo's college football star Travis Hunter said coach Prime is
- 40:51Speaker 11: more than a coach, He's like a father figure.
- 40:53Speaker 12: We'll talk about it right after this.
- 40:55Speaker 10: You're listening Steve Hardy Morning Show from.
- 40:59Speaker 1: Jackson's to Colorado.
- 41:01Speaker 13: We all know that college football star Travis Hunter and
- 41:04Speaker 13: coach Dion Sanders have a special relationship. Recently, Hunter did
- 41:09Speaker 13: an interview and talked about coach Prime being more than
- 41:12Speaker 13: just a coach.
- 41:13Speaker 1: He said, quote, we have a great bond. It's like
- 41:16Speaker 1: a father and son bond.
- 41:18Speaker 13: And I know whenever I needed something, I could go
- 41:20Speaker 13: and ask him, and I'm pretty sure I can get
- 41:23Speaker 13: it one hundred percent of the time. He's like a
- 41:26Speaker 13: father figure to me and I love him so much
- 41:28Speaker 13: en quote. Coach Prime also had great things to say
- 41:32Speaker 13: about Travis Hunter as well. He don't drink, he don't smoke,
- 41:36Speaker 13: He goes home after practice and studied film and is
- 41:40Speaker 13: one of the best human beings I know.
- 41:42Speaker 2: End quote.
- 41:43Speaker 1: So here's a question, guys.
- 41:44Speaker 13: You know we have a lot of parents, you know
- 41:46Speaker 13: of student athletes out there listening. How important is a positive,
- 41:50Speaker 13: strong coach and athlete relationship. Because I love what Travis
- 41:55Speaker 13: said about Coach Prime. Well, you say, Steve, and you
- 41:58Speaker 13: do mentoring and all that, Steve, So what do you
- 42:01Speaker 13: think I mean?
- 42:03Speaker 8: Tommy said, it's very important.
- 42:05Speaker 1: You know, I didn't hear you.
- 42:07Speaker 7: Listen, man, So many coaches are more than coaches. It
- 42:11Speaker 7: ain't just primed. It's high school coaches, junior high coaches,
- 42:16Speaker 7: college coaches, everywhere. Man and an athlete don't have to
- 42:22Speaker 7: be a star to benefit from a great coach. Sometimes
- 42:28Speaker 7: not in all cases, but sometimes this coach is the
- 42:31Speaker 7: first father figure.
- 42:32Speaker 2: These cats see on.
- 42:34Speaker 7: A continuous basis and have to take instruction for them.
- 42:38Speaker 7: But what makes a coach great is when you know
- 42:43Speaker 7: that you are coaching a young man for more than
- 42:46Speaker 7: the sport exactly. The most important thing is a coaching
- 42:53Speaker 7: for life, because when sports is over, you got to
- 42:56Speaker 7: you got to be something and and and I think
- 43:00Speaker 7: that a lot of these coaches out here, and some
- 43:02Speaker 7: great coaches man that liked, become father figures to these cats,
- 43:05Speaker 7: give them real solid advice about girls, dating, protecting women,
- 43:10Speaker 7: how to treat women, how to treat your mom, how
- 43:13Speaker 7: to be respectful, how to obey the law.
- 43:15Speaker 2: It's a lot of that. So it's critical.
- 43:18Speaker 14: Mine mine not only was an incredible coach, but was
- 43:23Speaker 14: tutoring me in math.
- 43:24Speaker 2: He was a he was a math genius. He was
- 43:26Speaker 2: tutor me in math all the way through school. Just
- 43:30Speaker 2: that good of a guy.
- 43:30Speaker 14: But just crack that whip when you did something bad.
- 43:33Speaker 14: You know your love when you did something he was
- 43:35Speaker 14: just gave me a father at school.
- 43:37Speaker 2: He was that guy.
- 43:38Speaker 13: He wanted you to succeed academically and athletically, even if
- 43:43Speaker 13: you didn't do athletics.
- 43:44Speaker 2: After that, he didn't cry. Yeah, you know, nobody could
- 43:48Speaker 2: tutor me in math.
- 43:52Speaker 1: Coach nobody.
- 43:55Speaker 7: Right after arithmetic, I saw no purpose once I learned addition, subtraction, multiplication.
- 44:03Speaker 7: You know you don't want to audition subtraction, multiplication, and division.
- 44:08Speaker 7: Once I knew that, I knew right then I had
- 44:11Speaker 7: everything I needed to know because I can handle money
- 44:14Speaker 7: then and percentages.
- 44:16Speaker 2: I know percentages. Okay, you're good with that.
- 44:19Speaker 1: Now what about you, junior? You were a student athlete
- 44:21Speaker 1: just like Tom.
- 44:21Speaker 12: Oh yeah, yeah, Coach Gun.
- 44:23Speaker 11: I'm telling you Coach Gun because first of all, we
- 44:26Speaker 11: had a white high school and he black coach, and
- 44:29Speaker 11: he said, hey, hey, he always say hey, you ain't white.
- 44:32Speaker 12: Quit try and do that.
- 44:33Speaker 2: You can't do that. See that's what you know. You
- 44:35Speaker 2: got a coach.
- 44:37Speaker 12: He does not allow me to do certain things that
- 44:39Speaker 12: white athletes do. Hey, your ass is black.
- 44:41Speaker 8: Don't do that.
- 44:42Speaker 2: That's what you want to go to the bus. That
- 44:44Speaker 2: was good, Junior. And then I probably probably can't count
- 44:47Speaker 2: the times he drove you to the hospital. That too.
- 44:50Speaker 12: He did take you to the high spital before he did.
- 44:52Speaker 12: I don't know how you know that.
- 44:55Speaker 2: Why did you up? No, he did that. He did
- 45:00Speaker 2: out Junior.
- 45:02Speaker 12: The coach gun did it.
- 45:03Speaker 1: He did he.
- 45:04Speaker 2: I didn't want to leave out through. I ain't want
- 45:05Speaker 2: to leave out anything he do. You want to give
- 45:08Speaker 2: up his frocks?
- 45:09Speaker 7: Yeah, you know, get his man, this flock coach girn Wow,
- 45:11Speaker 7: he living, you know, he not just a coach and
- 45:13Speaker 7: the father figure.
- 45:14Speaker 2: Sometimes he got to be the ambulance too. You gotta
- 45:16Speaker 2: gotta let he know what people do. Give him this flowers.
- 45:20Speaker 7: You know he probably driving Junis in the hospital with
- 45:23Speaker 7: the window rolling down using his mouth.
- 45:25Speaker 1: Why you know.
- 45:29Speaker 12: After practice he did he did.
- 45:31Speaker 2: He took me to the hospital. Crazy people, they flowers
- 45:37Speaker 2: come out.
- 45:38Speaker 11: Forty three minutes after the hour, he got the breaking
- 45:39Speaker 11: phone call coming up.
- 45:43Speaker 2: Come Juli, Hey, this is Kevin Hart.
- 45:46Speaker 1: Hold tight the nephew has another.
- 45:49Speaker 11: Call coming up next, coming up at the top of
- 45:52Speaker 11: the hour, right about four minutes after today's strawberry letter
- 45:54Speaker 11: is the subject is the kids saw the whole video.
- 45:58Speaker 12: But right now it's time for the nephew prank phone call.
- 46:01Speaker 2: Uh, surveillance. We're gonna prank you by your praise surveill
- 46:11Speaker 2: that's what it is. Surveillance. I got it, I got it.
- 46:15Speaker 2: All right, it's surveillance. You all ready?
- 46:18Speaker 14: Yeah, all right, y'all. This is a good one right here.
- 46:20Speaker 14: Now let's go get dog surveillors.
- 46:24Speaker 3: Hello.
- 46:25Speaker 2: Yes, I'm trying to reach your police.
- 46:29Speaker 5: Hello.
- 46:29Speaker 14: Hello, I'm trying to reach you missus. Uh police Hello.

- 46:50Speaker 14: Uh. You have two sons? Do you have a one
- 46:53Speaker 14: in h Okay? Uh, there's reason to believe that there

- 47:18Speaker 14: You guys have I know you've put surveillance cameras up
- 47:22Speaker 14: so you can actually get a general area of what's
- 47:24Speaker 14: going on, all right, Yes, sir, Okay, where has it
- 47:28Speaker 14: been within the last week, because what we've done is
- 47:30Speaker 14: we've put somebody on them and watched them very closely,
- 47:34Speaker 14: and we're wanting to know from you because I understand
- 47:36Speaker 14: that you are the person over crime watch.
- 47:38Speaker 2: What's going on with your two sons?
- 47:40Speaker 16: Well, sir, For one thing, I don't allow drugs selling
- 47:43Speaker 16: for my house period.
- 47:44Speaker 5: I don't.
- 47:44Speaker 16: I don't even allow that because I am the head
- 47:46Speaker 16: of the car watch. I don't even allow people to
- 47:48Speaker 16: even come back. Here's a buy drugs. Okay, Okay, Now
- 47:51Speaker 16: I know some kids that's mad at my kids. They
- 47:54Speaker 16: were calling the cops to my house, come into my
- 47:56Speaker 16: house and throwing rocks and everything. But I can assure
- 47:59Speaker 16: you that's one thing I do not play. I do
- 48:03Speaker 16: not allow people to even come back to my house.
- 48:05Speaker 14: Okay, Now, are there surveillance cameras, ma'am that are pointing
- 48:09Speaker 14: in any area like in your back.
- 48:11Speaker 16: You haven't really activated it no more.
- 48:14Speaker 2: Okay, where exactly were your cameras pointing? What angle?
- 48:17Speaker 9: Were they towards the road?
- 48:19Speaker 2: Towards the road?
- 48:20Speaker 3: Right?
- 48:21Speaker 2: Is there anything in the in the backyard area of
- 48:24Speaker 2: where you are?
- 48:25Speaker 3: No?
- 48:26Speaker 9: Okay, that's the only one we had.
- 48:27Speaker 2: All right, here's what's going on.
- 48:29Speaker 14: We're actually and I'm gonna just be completely honest with you, miss,
- 48:33Speaker 14: there's a possibility of a raid coming in there, because
- 48:36Speaker 14: we truly believe that are having some type of counterband
- 48:40Speaker 14: in that house right there.
- 48:42Speaker 9: Could you just hold on for me, sir, Hell see
- 48:57Speaker 9: if you.
- 48:57Speaker 2: Can get that techt in here for hello? Yes, okay, yes,
- 49:01Speaker 2: have you spoken with sir?

- 49:09Speaker 16: house at all. I don't play that. I'm the head
- 49:12Speaker 16: of Cry and Watch, I think on they need to
- 49:14Speaker 16: go get a job and stop messing up their damn
- 49:17Speaker 16: like that's that's that's what's wrong with them, okay. And
- 49:19Speaker 16: I don't play that, and and I don't appreciate that.
- 49:22Speaker 2: Okay, are there two boys there right now, Yeah, they're here.
- 49:26Speaker 2: Can I speak with those guys one by one? Please?
- 49:28Speaker 2: Do you mind if I do that? Miss?
- 49:32Speaker 16: They don't want to come to the phone.
- 49:33Speaker 2: Nobody wants to talk to the office of the law.
- 49:35Speaker 2: Huh uh.
- 49:38Speaker 14: What do you think, miss? I'm gonna try to handle
- 49:40Speaker 14: us as diligently as possible. Do you think I should
- 49:42Speaker 14: come out and speak with your boys there at No,
- 49:45Speaker 14: I'm trying to avoid a raid having this.
- 49:48Speaker 16: Because I'm avoiding my damnself.
- 49:49Speaker 2: No, I'm trying to avoid a raid coming to your home. Man,
- 49:52Speaker 2: That's what I'm trying to do.
- 49:53Speaker 14: I want to call and talk to you sensible and
- 49:54Speaker 14: see if I can get some things rectified here, because
- 49:57Speaker 14: right now it seems like it shouldn't that your camera
- 50:00Speaker 14: should be actually pointing at your back door, your backyard,
- 50:03Speaker 14: so I can see what's going on there.
- 50:04Speaker 2: That's what seems to be happening here.
- 50:06Speaker 16: Okay, Well, do what you gotta do, you know?
- 50:11Speaker 14: Okay, Well, before you do all of that, can we
- 50:14Speaker 14: pretty much like make sure that we know what we're
- 50:16Speaker 14: talking about.
- 50:16Speaker 2: Do you think that they have contraband in the household?
- 50:19Speaker 5: No?
- 50:19Speaker 16: I don't allow that in my household. Okay, I'm a
- 50:21Speaker 16: Christian woman.
- 50:22Speaker 9: I don't allow that at my household.
- 50:23Speaker 14: Have you beat these children before on this particular issue?
- 50:26Speaker 14: Have you had problems with them in to pass on this?
- 50:28Speaker 4: No?
- 50:29Speaker 2: All right, I don't.
- 50:30Speaker 14: I'm just trying to square it up as quick as possible.
- 50:33Speaker 14: I don't want you going through being stressed out about
- 50:35Speaker 14: this particular issue. But I know that from my understanding,
- 50:38Speaker 14: you're supposed to be a law abiding person, and you're
- 50:39Speaker 14: trying to.
- 50:40Speaker 16: Be lay abiding very right. May y'all hear very much
- 50:43Speaker 16: about my community and that's why I do not allow
- 50:45Speaker 16: these things in my community. And if they're doing it,
- 50:48Speaker 16: trust me, I'm going to be on as soon as
- 50:49Speaker 16: I hang on this phone.
- 50:51Speaker 14: Well, I don't want you to hang up your check
- 50:52Speaker 14: because I got a couple more things I want to
- 50:53Speaker 14: talk to you about.
- 50:54Speaker 2: Because if you need me to come over there and bust.
- 50:56Speaker 16: With y'all, do come and bust some Do I need that,
- 50:58Speaker 16: come bud, I'm gonna help you, but some suit.

- 51:04Speaker 14: Yes, this is nephew Tommy from the Steve hobb In
- 51:07Speaker 14: Morning Show.

- 56:09Speaker 15: Thank you for you subject. The kids saw the whole video.
- 56:13Speaker 15: Dear Stephen Shirley. I am a mother of three boys
- 56:16Speaker 15: and I just got remarried less than two years ago.
- 56:20Speaker 15: I have a thirteen year old son and an eight
- 56:22Speaker 15: year old son from my first marriage. My new husband
- 56:25Speaker 15: and I have a seven month old son, and I
- 56:27Speaker 15: had some complications after the baby, and I really I
- 56:31Speaker 15: haven't really been able to give my husband what he's
- 56:33Speaker 15: used to in the bedroom, so I take care of
- 56:36Speaker 15: his needs other ways. He and I always have had
- 56:40Speaker 15: great chemistry in the bedroom, and we do all of
- 56:43Speaker 15: the things that are necessary to keep the sparks flying
- 56:45Speaker 15: between the sheets. Before we got married, one of my
- 56:48Speaker 15: old friends joined us at a hotel for an amazing experience.
- 56:53Speaker 15: My husband said he had to film it since I
- 56:55Speaker 15: told him it was a once in a lifetime experience.
- 56:59Speaker 15: I had no idea that he still had the video
- 57:01Speaker 15: until my thirteen year old son asked me about it.
- 57:04Speaker 15: I had a follow up appointment with my doctor and
- 57:07Speaker 15: I had to take my eight year old with me.
- 57:09Speaker 15: It was a long wait time, so I let him
- 57:12Speaker 15: watch videos on my phone. I went to the back
- 57:15Speaker 15: to be seen by the doctor, then my son and
- 57:17Speaker 15: I left. I wasn't even thinking about my phone because
- 57:21Speaker 15: I was ready to pick up my baby from my
- 57:23Speaker 15: sister's house and go home. When I got home, my
- 57:26Speaker 15: thirteen year old said there was a sad video with me,
- 57:30Speaker 15: his stepdad and a woman on it. I could feel
- 57:34Speaker 15: my heart racing as I asked him to show me
- 57:36Speaker 15: the video. It was the threesome video, and he said
- 57:40Speaker 15: his brother sent it to him while I was at
- 57:43Speaker 15: the doctor's office. My husband's silly behind and had texted
- 57:46Speaker 15: it to me as a joke, so he can't wait,
- 57:50Speaker 15: saying he can't wait to make me holler.
- 57:52Speaker 10: Like that again.
- 57:53Speaker 15: He didn't know my son had my phone. I was
- 57:56Speaker 15: so ashamed. What do I tell my son should be
- 58:00Speaker 15: honest or act like it's nothing. Oh my gosh, I
- 58:04Speaker 15: just can't begin to imagine how you must feel right now.
- 58:08Speaker 15: I mean, adults do what adults do in your case threesomes.
- 58:12Speaker 15: No judgment here, but when you do what you do,
- 58:15Speaker 15: or in your case, when you did what you did,
- 58:17Speaker 15: it ends up in the hands of your kids, that's
- 58:20Speaker 15: got to be a whole new level, new level of
- 58:22Speaker 15: embarrassment and shame, especially when you're thinking it's just the
- 58:26Speaker 15: three of you. And I know your older son said
- 58:29Speaker 15: his little brother send him the video, but he probably
- 58:32Speaker 15: didn't know what else to do but send it to
- 58:34Speaker 15: his big brother. I'm sure they were both traumatized after
- 58:38Speaker 15: seeing mommy and.
- 58:38Speaker 10: Daddy in the act.
- 58:40Speaker 15: No one, and I do mean no one wants to see,
- 58:44Speaker 15: wants to hear, wants to think about their parents doing
- 58:47Speaker 15: it at no time ever in life. I think both
- 58:50Speaker 15: you and your husband should talk to the boys together,
- 58:54Speaker 15: and honestly, I don't know exactly what you should tell them,
- 58:57Speaker 15: I really don't. What you can't do, though, is try
- 59:01Speaker 15: to lie your way out of this. When you gotta
- 59:04Speaker 15: you gotta tell some kind of truth. You gotta get
- 59:06Speaker 15: them some kind of understanding here, because I mean, they're
- 59:09Speaker 15: young boys, because they've seen the video.
- 59:12Speaker 10: They've seen the video, and they know their parents. When
- 59:15Speaker 10: they see their parents.
- 59:17Speaker 7: Steve well, well, well, well, Shirley yes, Steve, you like me,
- 59:25Speaker 7: have nothing you can say to these damn people.
- 59:29Speaker 8: No nice try, you said nothing.
- 59:33Speaker 2: There's nothing we can say. What do you want us
- 59:37Speaker 2: to do?
- 59:37Speaker 8: I don't even got to go through this letter.
- 59:39Speaker 7: You and your husband, it's just this simple made a
- 59:42Speaker 7: sex tape with another woman. Y'all always trying to do
- 59:47Speaker 7: something to keep everything sparks flying between the sheets and
- 59:52Speaker 7: me and your.
- 59:52Speaker 2: Dumb ass husband, he says, since it's a.
- 59:55Speaker 7: Once in a lifetime thing, he got to record it
- 59:59Speaker 7: with his stupid ass this right here, he had to
- 1:00:06Speaker 7: record it, since it was a once in a lifetime
- 1:00:09Speaker 7: and y'all set up there and let him.
- 1:00:13Speaker 2: This what you get.
- 1:00:14Speaker 1: I don't know what to tell you.
- 1:00:16Speaker 2: This what you get.
- 1:00:19Speaker 7: We ain't got nothing for you. We can end this
- 1:00:22Speaker 7: strawberry letter right now. We don't know what to tell you.
- 1:00:27Speaker 7: We don't know what you're supposed to say to these boys.
- 1:00:29Speaker 7: But I do know when you went back there to
- 1:00:31Speaker 7: see your doctor, and your dumb ass husband texted to
- 1:00:37Speaker 7: you and said, I can't wait to hear you holler
- 1:00:40Speaker 7: like that again. That eight year old got it. When
- 1:00:44Speaker 7: the eight year old got it, he got mad. I
- 1:00:47Speaker 7: got to bring my brother into this because I don't
- 1:00:50Speaker 7: have the band within my mind to process none of this.
- 1:00:54Speaker 2: Maybe my big brother can help me. Hey, bro, look
- 1:00:59Speaker 2: at him. I just saw this.
- 1:01:01Speaker 8: I have no idea even what they doing. I'm a.
- 1:01:07Speaker 3: I'm a Now.
- 1:01:09Speaker 7: I heard you talking the other day about this girl
- 1:01:11Speaker 7: you was liking up at the school.
- 1:01:13Speaker 2: Have y'all ever done this?
- 1:01:16Speaker 1: Wow?
- 1:01:18Speaker 7: It's this our mama? Where is our real daddy act
- 1:01:25Speaker 7: in this damn video? We didn't have this problem when
- 1:01:29Speaker 7: she was married to our father. Now this other man
- 1:01:33Speaker 7: in him?
- 1:01:34Speaker 1: Will I told you I ain't like him?
- 1:01:37Speaker 7: Why he got mama like that? Put this other woman
- 1:01:40Speaker 7: in him? And they don't look the same no more either.
- 1:01:45Speaker 7: Now this boy has seen everybody naked. God, though, who
- 1:01:51Speaker 7: you see your father in law naked? But in the
- 1:01:57Speaker 7: ready set gold position?
- 1:01:59Speaker 2: God?
- 1:02:01Speaker 7: Now you in here looking down, you looking at yourself,
- 1:02:04Speaker 7: trying to figure out? Man, am I ever gonna be this?
- 1:02:06Speaker 3: Oh?
- 1:02:07Speaker 2: Goodness?
- 1:02:08Speaker 8: What is he in here doing? This little boy, this
- 1:02:10Speaker 8: little eight year old boy.
- 1:02:11Speaker 7: When he got there at the doctor's office, he sent
- 1:02:14Speaker 7: it to his brother right away because he needed some
- 1:02:17Speaker 7: questions answered.
- 1:02:19Speaker 10: Hang on, Steve, Hey, we'll have part two.

- 1:03:09Speaker 15: This one's a crazy one. The subject the kids saw
- 1:03:12Speaker 15: the whole video.
- 1:03:14Speaker 8: This lady's remarried. She has two sons from a previous marriage.
- 1:03:18Speaker 7: Her new husband, they got a seven month old son,
- 1:03:21Speaker 7: you know, and she had some complications after the baby
- 1:03:24Speaker 7: and ain't really been able to give her husband what
- 1:03:27Speaker 7: he's used to in the bedroom.
- 1:03:29Speaker 2: So I take care of his knees otherways.
- 1:03:32Speaker 7: I don't know what that mean, but he and I've
- 1:03:34Speaker 7: always had great chemistry in the bedroom and we do
- 1:03:37Speaker 7: all the things that necessary to keep the sparks flying.
- 1:03:40Speaker 7: And before we got married, one of my before we
- 1:03:44Speaker 7: got married, now one of my old friends, this was
- 1:03:47Speaker 7: before the last baby, before the complications, one of my
- 1:03:52Speaker 7: old friends joined us at a hotel for an amazing experience.
- 1:03:56Speaker 7: My husband said he had to film it since I
- 1:03:59Speaker 7: told told him it was a once in a lifetime experience.
- 1:04:03Speaker 2: His dumb ass had to film, and you're dumb behind letty.
- 1:04:08Speaker 7: Yeah, I had no idea that he still had the
- 1:04:10Speaker 7: video on till my thirteen year old son asked me
- 1:04:13Speaker 7: about it. So she had a follow up appointment with
- 1:04:16Speaker 7: a doctor and the long wait, so she had the
- 1:04:18Speaker 7: eight year old with us, So she left the eight
- 1:04:20Speaker 7: year old with her son, left her phone with the
- 1:04:22Speaker 7: eight year old. You don't ever do that. You don't
- 1:04:27Speaker 7: ever give your phone to some kids. And you ain't
- 1:04:31Speaker 7: right there. You went back in to see the doctor,
- 1:04:35Speaker 7: then your son, you the eight year old, y'all left.
- 1:04:39Speaker 7: You wasn't even I wasn't even thinking about my phone
- 1:04:42Speaker 7: because I was going to pick up the baby from
- 1:04:43Speaker 7: my sister's.
- 1:04:44Speaker 2: House when I got home.
- 1:04:46Speaker 7: Now, the thirteen year old said, that was a sad
- 1:04:49Speaker 7: video with me, his stepdad and a woman on it.
- 1:04:55Speaker 8: I could feel my heart racing as I asked him
- 1:04:59Speaker 8: to show me me the video.
- 1:05:01Speaker 7: It was, I be damn the threesome video. He said
- 1:05:07Speaker 7: his brother sent it to him while I was in
- 1:05:10Speaker 7: the doctor's office. God dog, the baby has seen it.
- 1:05:14Speaker 7: God dog. The eight year older seen it, yeah, God gog.
- 1:05:21Speaker 7: And he said his brother sent it to him while
- 1:05:23Speaker 7: I was at the doctor's office. You know why the
- 1:05:25Speaker 7: brother sent it to him, because he ate I can't
- 1:05:28Speaker 7: process what I'm looking at, big brother. I'm gonna send
- 1:05:31Speaker 7: this to you because I know you, my big brother,
- 1:05:33Speaker 7: you know a lot. So tell me what the hell

- 1:05:40Speaker 7: mama doing to this other woman? Why is this other
- 1:05:42Speaker 7: woman in here doing this to my mama? Why is
- 1:05:45Speaker 7: my mama acting like she like it?
- 1:05:47Speaker 3: Now?
- 1:05:47Speaker 8: The thirty year old say, it's a sad video.
- 1:05:50Speaker 7: Yeah, my husband, silly behind text it to me as
- 1:05:54Speaker 7: a joke while she was at the doctor's office, saying,
- 1:05:58Speaker 7: I can't wait to make me hot like that again.
- 1:06:02Speaker 7: He didn't know my son had my fuck. I was
- 1:06:07Speaker 7: so ashamed. What do I tell my sons? Should I
- 1:06:11Speaker 7: be honest or act like it's nothing? Be honest? This
- 1:06:16Speaker 7: ain't the time for honesty. What what did you honestly
- 1:06:21Speaker 7: fit to say? I don't really see you?
- 1:06:26Speaker 3: No?
- 1:06:26Speaker 5: No?
- 1:06:27Speaker 8: Do I act like it's nothing?
- 1:06:29Speaker 2: Well?
- 1:06:29Speaker 8: I don't know if you could do that? But honest,

- 1:06:34Speaker 2: Listen?
- 1:06:34Speaker 17: It was doing?
- 1:06:36Speaker 7: What are you finna tell these two boys? That's your sons. Listen,
- 1:06:41Speaker 7: Mama was going through some things. And me and your

- 1:06:49Speaker 7: and your new daddy, we want our old daddy back.
- 1:06:52Speaker 7: We didn't have none of this with our old daddy. Yeah,
- 1:06:58Speaker 7: we don't like our new daddy no more. What do
- 1:07:03Speaker 7: I tell my son, Shirley? I was waiting on Shirley's
- 1:07:06Speaker 7: response because I could not imagine what Shirley could say.
- 1:07:09Speaker 8: But you know what, I can't imagine what I'm gonna
- 1:07:11Speaker 8: say either, because.
- 1:07:15Speaker 2: I don't know what the hell to tell you.
- 1:07:16Speaker 8: See, I'm gonna lie now.
- 1:07:17Speaker 2: I don't know what you're gonna do.
- 1:07:19Speaker 8: I don't know. Listen, that is not me.
- 1:07:22Speaker 2: That is not your daddy.

- 1:24:20Speaker 7: Get committed to your visions, to your dreams, to your hopes,
- 1:24:30Speaker 7: your aspirations, your wants, your progress, your success, your happiness.
- 1:24:38Speaker 7: Get committed to it. There are steps you can take
- 1:24:44Speaker 7: if you live you know, I live by a simple analogy.
- 1:24:47Speaker 3: You know.
- 1:24:47Speaker 7: You know what stops a lot of people from going
- 1:24:51Speaker 7: towards their goals and stuff. They look at the end result.
- 1:24:54Speaker 7: They look at the end, and they don't see the
- 1:24:57Speaker 7: steps to get there, and so they never start. You know, y'all,
- 1:25:03Speaker 7: that's not how you accomplish your goal. Yeah, you should
- 1:25:07Speaker 7: know what you'd love to have happen eventually, but they
- 1:25:12Speaker 7: eventually will never happen if you don't start. And let
- 1:25:17Speaker 7: me tell you something, There is always something you can
- 1:25:20Speaker 7: do to start the progress or to start the process.
- 1:25:24Speaker 7: There's something you can always do. I tell people all
- 1:25:28Speaker 7: the time when they come to me about accomplishing their dreams.
- 1:25:31Speaker 7: I said, listen to me, what could you do right
- 1:25:33Speaker 7: now to start the process? Could you start researching it?
- 1:25:39Speaker 7: Could you go down there and order you a business card?
- 1:25:42Speaker 7: Can you open up your business line? Can you make
- 1:25:47Speaker 7: a deposit into your bank account? Can you make one
- 1:25:50Speaker 7: yourself and sell it. See everybody trying to figure out
- 1:25:55Speaker 7: how to make a million dollars when you really got
- 1:25:58Speaker 7: to show me how to make ten. That's how you
- 1:26:03Speaker 7: get to the million. Nobody starts with the million. Somebody
- 1:26:08Speaker 7: start with ten. Somebody have ten dollars.
- 1:26:12Speaker 2: Listen to me.
- 1:26:13Speaker 7: Everybody God created has a gift. God never created a
- 1:26:17Speaker 7: single soul without bestowing a gift upon them. And in
- 1:26:21Speaker 7: this gift that you have, somebody will give you ten
- 1:26:24Speaker 7: dollars for it. I'm just betting. If you into culinary,
- 1:26:29Speaker 7: somebody pay you ten dollars to cook, bake a cake.
- 1:26:32Speaker 7: Somebody pay you two dollars, ten dollars to do they hair,
- 1:26:34Speaker 7: they eyelashes. Somebody pay you ten dollars cut their grass.
- 1:26:37Speaker 7: Somebody pay you ten dollars to fix their car. Somebody
- 1:26:40Speaker 7: will pay you ten dollars to tutor. Somebody will pay
- 1:26:43Speaker 7: you ten dollars. Come over, babysit. Everybody has something they
- 1:26:47Speaker 7: can do to produce ten dollars. Why don't you do
- 1:26:50Speaker 7: that first. If you do that and you can make
- 1:26:54Speaker 7: ten dollars, here's what you do. I call it the
- 1:26:56Speaker 7: ten x theory. If you do that ten times, you
- 1:27:01Speaker 7: have one hundred dollars. Whatever you did to make one
- 1:27:04Speaker 7: hundred dollars, If you just do that ten more times,
- 1:27:08Speaker 7: you have one thousand dollars. After you make a thousand dollars. Y'all,
- 1:27:13Speaker 7: this is what I want you to do. Do whatever
- 1:27:16Speaker 7: you did to make a thousand dollars, do it ten
- 1:27:18Speaker 7: more times. You now have ten thousand dollars. Now here's
- 1:27:23Speaker 7: where it starts to get difficult for people. After you
- 1:27:27Speaker 7: make the ten thousand dollars from the ten dollar idea
- 1:27:31Speaker 7: that you just did once. Once you make the ten
- 1:27:34Speaker 7: thousand dollars, here's what I want you to do. Locate
- 1:27:38Speaker 7: some like minded people, get you some help, do it
- 1:27:41Speaker 7: ten more times, and ladies and gentlemen, you have now
- 1:27:46Speaker 7: one hundred thousand dollars. But guess what you started with
- 1:27:51Speaker 7: your ten dollar idea that everybody can do. Everybody has
- 1:27:56Speaker 7: a ten dollar idea. You just got to multiply the effort.
- 1:28:00Speaker 7: The idea don't change. And then when you make one
- 1:28:04Speaker 7: hundred thousand dollars, here's where it gets really really challenging.
- 1:28:10Speaker 7: And here's the part that stops most people from becoming rich.
- 1:28:15Speaker 7: After you've made one hundred thousand dollars, here's the hard part.
- 1:28:20Speaker 7: I want you to do whatever you did to make
- 1:28:23Speaker 7: the one hundred thousand, I want you to do it
- 1:28:26Speaker 7: ten more times. Ladies and gentlemen. You have now made
- 1:28:32Speaker 7: one million dollars from a ten dollars idea. That's how
- 1:28:39Speaker 7: it's done. I didn't get here charging this much for
- 1:28:43Speaker 7: jokes on family Feud, on the radio, on Celebrity, on
- 1:28:47Speaker 7: The Judge Show, on the Steve Harvey Show, on the
- 1:28:50Speaker 7: Kings of Comedy. I started making twenty five dollars a night,
- 1:28:56Speaker 7: that's what I made. I remember when I got it
- 1:28:58Speaker 7: up to fifty a night. I remember when I was
- 1:29:01Speaker 7: making seventy five dollars a night. I remember I would
- 1:29:04Speaker 7: drive six hours for one hundred dollars a show. I
- 1:29:08Speaker 7: remember then I got up to one twenty five. Everything
- 1:29:11Speaker 7: was in twenty five dollars increments. I remember one fifty
- 1:29:14Speaker 7: a night. I remember when I started making two.
- 1:29:16Speaker 2: Fifty a night. I said, man, this is great.
- 1:29:18Speaker 7: If I could just make five hundred dollars a night
- 1:29:22Speaker 7: and do X amount of nights, man, I'd be hugely successful.
- 1:29:25Speaker 8: Guess what.
- 1:29:26Speaker 7: I messed around and started making five hundred dollars a night.
- 1:29:29Speaker 7: And then I found out, man, that it was dudes
- 1:29:31Speaker 7: making ten thousand dollars a week for headlining.
- 1:29:35Speaker 2: What let me go try that?
- 1:29:40Speaker 1: Then I got to that.
- 1:29:42Speaker 2: Then I kept stacking it and stacking this tack. And
- 1:29:45Speaker 2: guess what, y'all.
- 1:29:46Speaker 7: All I'm doing is the same thing I'm doing that
- 1:29:50Speaker 7: made twenty five dollars. I'm just telling jokes, man. Now,
- 1:29:55Speaker 7: I don't care if it's telling jokes, cutting grass, doing hair,
- 1:29:58Speaker 7: frying chicken, bacon pie, doing eyebrows, fixing cars, babysitting, I
- 1:30:03Speaker 7: don't care what it is. You have an idea that
- 1:30:06Speaker 7: you can do for ten dollars, All you got to
- 1:30:08Speaker 7: do is start multiplying the effort. You can do that,
- 1:30:15Speaker 7: but you gotta start somewhere. Here's the mantra that I
- 1:30:19Speaker 7: live by inch by inch. Anything's a cinch. I just
- 1:30:26Speaker 7: take one step at a time. You're gonna look up
- 1:30:28Speaker 7: one day and you're gonna be messed around and made it.
- 1:30:31Speaker 7: Those are my clothing remarks. Talk to God today. He
- 1:30:35Speaker 7: would absolutely love to hear from you. Y'all have a
- 1:30:38Speaker 7: great date man. Man, But y'all get started, okay, start
