TOPIC: Massey Bridge replacement and its environmental impact to the waters around it Metro Vancouver says they are unable to support the scope and size of the Massey Tunnel replacement plan. Chair Greg Moore says they are opposed because of a lack of consultation and that it doesn’t fit regional planning. Metro Vancouver oversees the Greater Vancouver regional district.
