Latest / The Ben Ferguson Podcast / COVID RACISM: It is exactly what BIDEN is doing to America. dividing us into 2 classes of citizens based on vaccine status! SO, it just got WORSE for many of us!
Transcript
- 0:00Speaker 1: It is something that you need to start saying. You
- 0:02Speaker 1: need to start describing it to people. You need to
- 0:04Speaker 1: start telling the truth about what is happening in this country.
- 0:08Speaker 1: It is called covid racism. It is a clear plan
- 0:14Speaker 1: by Democrats nationwide to divide this country into two groups
- 0:18Speaker 1: of people. We've seen this in history before. By the way,
- 0:21Speaker 1: there's a guy named Adolf Hitler. You might want to
- 0:23Speaker 1: go do some research on him. You might want to
- 0:26Speaker 1: see what he did in his own country before he
- 0:28Speaker 1: expanded to other countries having two class of citizens. Now,
- 0:34Speaker 1: covid racism is very simple. You either do what we
- 0:39Speaker 1: tell you to do, or you are going to be
- 0:41Speaker 1: a subclass citizen. We are going to decide who the
- 0:44Speaker 1: good citizens are and who the bad citizens are. We're
- 0:47Speaker 1: going to decide who are the privileged citizens and who
- 0:50Speaker 1: gets quote freedoms even though it's not freedom because you're
- 0:52Speaker 1: having to comply to get that freedom, and those who
- 0:56Speaker 1: will be vanished in society, shunned in society, mocked and
- 0:59Speaker 1: sciety attacked society. Now, I'm going to give you three
- 1:02Speaker 1: different examples, real quick of COVID racism playing out in
- 1:07Speaker 1: real time in this country. I'm also going to be
- 1:09Speaker 1: joined by US Senator Bill Haggarty, who will discuss COVID
- 1:13Speaker 1: racism with us, as well as some other major issues
- 1:16Speaker 1: coming up in just a moment that we're dealing with,
- 1:19Speaker 1: including the possibility of our entire government shutting down this
- 1:23Speaker 1: weekend example number one. And I hope every one of
- 1:27Speaker 1: you will share this because it's important that we start
- 1:30Speaker 1: fighting back and just being intellectually honest about what we're witnessing.
- 1:33Speaker 1: This is racism, it's COVID racism. It is a divide
- 1:37Speaker 1: of this country into two different class of citizens. It's racism,
- 1:41Speaker 1: plain and simple. Instead of bathrooms that say coloreds only
- 1:46Speaker 1: are colored only, we are now going to have places
- 1:49Speaker 1: where the unvaccinated can eat. You think I'm joking, Let's
- 1:54Speaker 1: go to one of the biggest cities in America, LA.
- 1:58Speaker 1: They have now begun in forcing strict mandate requirements that
- 2:02Speaker 1: you show proof of vaccine, and if you don't, or
- 2:05Speaker 1: you violate their new rules, you can be fined minimum
- 2:09Speaker 1: a thousand dollars and up to five thousand dollars depending
- 2:13Speaker 1: on what you did. If you don't think they're gonna
- 2:17Speaker 1: start treating you and other people differently based on your
- 2:20Speaker 1: vaccine status the same way that we used to have
- 2:23Speaker 1: in this country those bathrooms for people that were minorities
- 2:27Speaker 1: and sit at the back of the bus. If you're
- 2:30Speaker 1: a subclass citizen and we decide that you can and
- 2:33Speaker 1: cannot do certain things in certain places. Look at what
- 2:36Speaker 1: they've started in LA this week. They have now become
- 2:41Speaker 1: the strictest vaccine mandates in the country, sweeping new measures
- 2:45Speaker 1: that require proof of shots for everyone entering a wide
- 2:49Speaker 1: variety of businesses, from restaurants to theaters, gems to nail
- 2:54Speaker 1: and hair salons. While the latest order aimed, they say,
- 2:57Speaker 1: at slowing the spread of coronavirus, city officials spent the
- 3:01Speaker 1: last three weeks, they claim, providing business owners the information
- 3:04Speaker 1: resources that the business needs to comply. This is costing
- 3:08Speaker 1: the business as an incredible amount of money right now,
- 3:10Speaker 1: just so you know, you're now gonna have to have
- 3:13Speaker 1: somebody at the door, somebody that's probably going to get
- 3:15Speaker 1: their as beat by somebody at some point who snaps
- 3:19Speaker 1: to check your vaccine status. Now, the latest order, they say,
- 3:23Speaker 1: again is just about slowing the spread of the coronavirus.
- 3:27Speaker 1: Nobody wants to penalize anyone. That's what the City of
- 3:31Speaker 1: LA's chief legislative analysts said, that's a lie. You are
- 3:35Speaker 1: trying to penalize people for not being vaccinated. In fact,
- 3:38Speaker 1: you're going to charge them a thousand and five thousand dollars,
- 3:41Speaker 1: and you're gonna penalize businesses that don't enforce your measures.
- 3:45Speaker 1: So this is absolutely about you wanting to penalize people
- 3:48Speaker 1: until they do what you tell them to do, which
- 3:50Speaker 1: is to get vaccinator or get a booster. They claim, quote,
- 3:54Speaker 1: that's why we've been prioritizing education over the last three weeks.
- 3:59Speaker 1: So how much are gonna costume? The first offense will
- 4:01Speaker 1: bring a warning, then a subsequent offense could produce fines
- 4:04Speaker 1: running between minimum thousand dollars all the way to five
- 4:07Speaker 1: thousand dollars. Inspectors with the Department of Building and Safety
- 4:11Speaker 1: will be the ones enforcing the mandate, knocking on doors,
- 4:15Speaker 1: knocking on businesses, knocking on people's places of work, just
- 4:20Speaker 1: like they did back in World War Two. LA says
- 4:24Speaker 1: they hope to eventually get assistance from the La County
- 4:26Speaker 1: Department of Public Health. Los Angeles is among a growing
- 4:31Speaker 1: number of cities across the US who have become COVID racists.
- 4:36Speaker 1: These include San Francisco, New York City, but requiring people
- 4:40Speaker 1: to show proof of vaccination to enter various types of
- 4:42Speaker 1: businesses and venues. Well, they've been somewhat limited in those
- 4:46Speaker 1: other racist cities. Now the second most populated city, they
- 4:52Speaker 1: are calling it a safe pass LA, and they've applied
- 4:56Speaker 1: it to more types of businesses than other indoor locations,
- 4:59Speaker 1: including concert halls, museums, and convention centers. This will destroy
- 5:03Speaker 1: small businesses, by the way, because a lot of people
- 5:05Speaker 1: are gonna say screw it, I'm done, and I'll just
- 5:07Speaker 1: shop online, or I'll cook it home, or I'll order
- 5:12Speaker 1: food out. There's certain restaurants, by the way that I'm
- 5:16Speaker 1: never gonna do uber eats from. I'm just not And
- 5:19Speaker 1: the reason is because the food's too good when it's
- 5:22Speaker 1: hot and fresh in the actual restaurant, and I'm not
- 5:24Speaker 1: going to pay a bunch of money for something to
- 5:26Speaker 1: come wilted and not even that hot to my home.
- 5:31Speaker 1: Those businesses are going to get destroyed. Now. There are
- 5:35Speaker 1: signs that have been mandated reminding customers prepared to show
- 5:38Speaker 1: their vaccine cards that are hanging all over the city. Now,
- 5:42Speaker 1: one of them hangs at the Muddy Paw Coffee shop
- 5:44Speaker 1: in Earl Rock neighborhood, where the owner, Darren said he's
- 5:48Speaker 1: thankful that the vast majority of his regulars have happily
- 5:51Speaker 1: complied with the shifting regulations over the past year and
- 5:54Speaker 1: a half. Quote, we have to adapt to whatever rules
- 5:57Speaker 1: are coming at us. Do wet. That's what a sheep
- 6:00Speaker 1: sounds like in California. Just so you know, this owner,
- 6:03Speaker 1: instead of fighting back, just says, we gotta adapt to
- 6:05Speaker 1: whatever the rules are coming at us, he says, and
- 6:08Speaker 1: our customers go along with us. Those that don't want
- 6:11Speaker 1: to wear a mask, and here is your racists sit
- 6:13Speaker 1: over there. Same thing we saw in this country with
- 6:16Speaker 1: colored bathrooms that we all agreed was wrong. By the way,
- 6:20Speaker 1: those that don't want to wear a mask or show
- 6:21Speaker 1: vaccine proof can sit in the outside patio, or you
- 6:27Speaker 1: can take your coffees and pastries to go. There is
- 6:31Speaker 1: the racist divide. One year ago, Los Angeles was becoming
- 6:35Speaker 1: the state's epicenter of the worst spike of the pandemic
- 6:38Speaker 1: in California. By January, and average of five hundred people
- 6:40Speaker 1: were dying statewide every day, they claimed from COVID nineteen.
- 6:44Speaker 1: To guard against another spike, in cases deaths and hospitalizations.
- 6:47Speaker 1: The La City Council voted eleven to two last month
- 6:50Speaker 1: to take away all of your rights. And if you
- 6:54Speaker 1: think your kids are going to be immune from this, no,
- 6:57Speaker 1: the new ordinance requires that children. Because this is what
- 7:00Speaker 1: it's all about, total control over you and your children.
- 7:03Speaker 1: The state has control your children, you don't. The state
- 7:05Speaker 1: makes decisions on your kid's health, you don't. Will require
- 7:10Speaker 1: people twelve and older meeting all children and ages between
- 7:13Speaker 1: twelve and eighteen to be fully vaccinated to enner public spaces,
- 7:18Speaker 1: including sports arenas, museums, spas, indoor facilities, and other locations.
- 7:25Speaker 1: Now here's the part that I love. Read the fine print.
- 7:28Speaker 1: You want to know who's exempt right now. LA has
- 7:31Speaker 1: decided they need their tax dollars, so they really don't
- 7:33Speaker 1: care if you actually die, because they've decided to exempt
- 7:36Speaker 1: retail stores and shopping malls for the holidays. So let
- 7:41Speaker 1: me get this straight. I can't run my business how
- 7:43Speaker 1: I want to, But if I make you money with taxes,
- 7:47Speaker 1: a significant amount of tax revenue that you're counting on
- 7:50Speaker 1: is a county or as a city or as a state,
- 7:53Speaker 1: you're going to totally ignore the science that you're mandating
- 7:56Speaker 1: on everybody and mandating they get vaccinated just so you
- 8:00Speaker 1: can do your Christmas shopping at retail stores and shopping malls.
- 8:03Speaker 1: They're exempt. That is insane, but it's exactly what you
- 8:07Speaker 1: should expect from these liberals, right, this is racism. We'll
- 8:12Speaker 1: take your money for a short period of time during
- 8:14Speaker 1: the holidays only at retail stores and shopping malls because
- 8:17Speaker 1: we need that money. But then we're gonna tell you're
- 8:19Speaker 1: gonna die from everything else after that negative coronavirus tests. Well,
- 8:24Speaker 1: we're gonna harass you because this is covid racism. Within
- 8:28Speaker 1: forty eight hours of entry of those establishments would also
- 8:31Speaker 1: be required for people with religious and medical exemptions. So
- 8:34Speaker 1: every seventy two hours you better show us a new
- 8:36Speaker 1: tests and if you don't, you cannot do anything in society.
- 8:42Speaker 1: You're not allowed to. We won't let you. Yeah, seventy
- 8:46Speaker 1: two hours of entry to those establishments will be required
- 8:49Speaker 1: for people with religious or medical exemptions for vaccination, unless,
- 8:52Speaker 1: of course, you're shopping in a mall or retail location
- 8:55Speaker 1: just to the holidays, when apparently science doesn't apply because
- 8:58Speaker 1: we want your tax dollars. Customers without proof can still
- 9:02Speaker 1: use outdoor facilities. Man, that sounds a lot like what
- 9:06Speaker 1: Martin Luther King was fighting against, doesn't it. Customers without
- 9:10Speaker 1: proof of vaccine status can still use outdoor facilities. There
- 9:14Speaker 1: you go. There's your racist COVID bathrooms. There's your racist
- 9:17Speaker 1: COVID place to eat, there's your racist We are dividing
- 9:20Speaker 1: this country into two sets of citizens. That's what we're doing.
- 9:25Speaker 1: So go sit over there, you dirty people. Go sit
- 9:30Speaker 1: over there, you exiled people from society. We will publicly
- 9:34Speaker 1: shame you at the back of the bus. Business trade
- 9:38Speaker 1: groups have said the mandate will show confusion and could
- 9:41Speaker 1: present safety concerns for employees tasks with checking customers vaccination status.
- 9:48Speaker 1: They're gonna put people out of business, folks, and they're
- 9:50Speaker 1: going to do it in a big way. This is
- 9:52Speaker 1: going to destroy this country and they know it and
- 9:54Speaker 1: they don't care because they think they can double down,
- 9:57Speaker 1: triple down, quadruple down every time they fail. And they're
- 10:01Speaker 1: going to force you and your kids into vaccine mandates,
- 10:05Speaker 1: plain and simple. Now, if you think this vaccine racism
- 10:10Speaker 1: is going to stop just with you and your kids
- 10:12Speaker 1: getting vaccinated and that's the only policy, you're also wrong.
- 10:16Speaker 1: The CDC has just come out with their new ad
- 10:20Speaker 1: for the holidays. We can do this as the name
- 10:23Speaker 1: of the campaign, showing the United States map, Alaska and
- 10:28Speaker 1: Puerto Rico, etc. Hawaii, And the CDC has now come
- 10:32Speaker 1: out and they're going to answer an important question. Now.
- 10:34Speaker 1: The question that they're asking on the screen is the
- 10:39Speaker 1: words pop up, why do I still need to wear
- 10:41Speaker 1: a mask? The CDC director decides to come on TV
- 10:45Speaker 1: and tell you you don't just need to wear your
- 10:47Speaker 1: mask now because of COVID nineteen or any of the
- 10:51Speaker 1: variants that we're freaking you out over. But in fact,
- 10:53Speaker 1: you should be wearing a mask's holiday season to protect
- 10:57Speaker 1: you from the flu and also the common coal old
- 11:00Speaker 1: And if you don't wear a mask, we're going to
- 11:02Speaker 1: shun you in America. You will become one of those
- 11:06Speaker 1: that sits in the corner with those other unvaccinated people.
- 11:10Speaker 1: Take a listen. Evidence is clear mask can help prevent
- 11:15Speaker 1: the spread of COVID nineteen by reducing your chance of
- 11:17Speaker 1: infection by more than eighty percent. Well that's good news, right,
- 11:21Speaker 1: So wear the mask everywhere, maybe even when you're sleeping.
- 11:24Speaker 1: I don't know. And this is the head of the
- 11:26Speaker 1: CDC Lewinsky telling you this and this exciting ad that,
- 11:29Speaker 1: by the way, is being paid for with your tax dollars,
- 11:32Speaker 1: whether it's an infection from the flu, from the coronavirus,
- 11:35Speaker 1: or even just the common cold. We'll hold on there.
- 11:38Speaker 1: When did this start? So I need to wear a
- 11:41Speaker 1: mask all the time now, and we're going to have
- 11:43Speaker 1: two different class of citizens in this country. Those that
- 11:47Speaker 1: wear the mask can comply with the CDC and the
- 11:49Speaker 1: Biden administration everybody else and these lockdowns and everything. And
- 11:52Speaker 1: then if you don't wear a mask, now you're not
- 11:54Speaker 1: going to be protected from the flu and even the
- 11:56Speaker 1: common cold. That's new, right, Well, I guess they really
- 12:00Speaker 1: got to find some new reasons to tell you to
- 12:01Speaker 1: wear that mask since so many people are kind of
- 12:04Speaker 1: over it, in combination with other steps like getting your vaccination,
- 12:10Speaker 1: hand washing, and keeping physical distance. You notice now how
- 12:14Speaker 1: long the list is of stuff they want you to
- 12:15Speaker 1: do to comply with their government racist mandates or racist mandates.
- 12:21Speaker 1: They've just now told you you need to wear a
- 12:22Speaker 1: mask to protect yourself from the flu, COVID nineteen, the
- 12:26Speaker 1: common cold. You need to wash your hands, you need
- 12:30Speaker 1: to socially distance yourselves, as well. Oh and you must
- 12:35Speaker 1: get vaccinated and get your boosters. And if you do
- 12:38Speaker 1: all of that, you will now be at the highest
- 12:41Speaker 1: level of citizenship and get the highest level of freedom
- 12:44Speaker 1: that we're offering you in the United States of America.
- 12:48Speaker 1: And if you don't, we will put you out as outscast.
- 12:50Speaker 1: You will become subclass citizens. You will be treated differently
- 12:55Speaker 1: because we are COVID racist in America. Wearing your mask
- 12:59Speaker 1: is an important step you can take to keep us
- 13:02Speaker 1: all healthy. That's right, keep us all healthy. You need
- 13:05Speaker 1: to do this. And if you don't do this to
- 13:06Speaker 1: keep us all healthy, well, then we're going to treat
- 13:09Speaker 1: you like you are less than us. This is COVID racism.
- 13:13Speaker 1: I'll say it again. I hope every one of you
- 13:15Speaker 1: will grab this audio of what we just played for you.
- 13:18Speaker 1: I hope you will share this podcast and make sure
- 13:21Speaker 1: that all of this that we put in our podcast
- 13:23Speaker 1: for you you share it with your family and friends.
- 13:26Speaker 1: This is what they are doing nationwide. By the way,
- 13:29Speaker 1: something else that's happening. Frontline physicians are now suing. Why
- 13:34Speaker 1: are they suing because they're not allowed to treat COVID
- 13:38Speaker 1: patients the way that they want to Frontline Physicians group
- 13:43Speaker 1: is suing over band COVID treatments. Letting doctors be doctors,
- 13:46Speaker 1: they say, is what they're asking for. Doctor Paul Merrick,
- 13:50Speaker 1: a doctor the center of a Virginia lawsuit against a
- 13:53Speaker 1: healthcare employer then actually ban the use of certain kinds
- 13:56Speaker 1: of medicine to fight COVID nineteen, has now said in
- 14:00Speaker 1: an interview that his case is fundamentally about the ability
- 14:02Speaker 1: of medical physicians to be able to care for their
- 14:06Speaker 1: patients as they see fit based on their expertise. Doctors
- 14:11Speaker 1: who are not conforming or losing their jobs and being
- 14:13Speaker 1: shunned as that's right, subclass citizens. We're dividing people now
- 14:18Speaker 1: in the medical world. You want to get a raised,
- 14:21Speaker 1: you want to move up the ladder, you want to
- 14:23Speaker 1: be an expert. You gotta agree with what we tell
- 14:25Speaker 1: you to do. And if you don't, this came over.
- 14:29Speaker 1: This doctor said, it's very simple. You need to let
- 14:32Speaker 1: doctors be doctors. Doctor mariek practices at the Centera Norfolk
- 14:39Speaker 1: General in Norfolk, Virginia. He's a founding member of Frontline
- 14:42Speaker 1: COVID nineteen Critical Care Alliance. He is also the chief
- 14:46Speaker 1: of Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine at Eastern Virginia Medical School.
- 14:52Speaker 1: This is not some like Yahoo out there, some rando.
- 14:55Speaker 1: This stude's a legit bad A. Doctor Marik is one
- 14:59Speaker 1: of the eating experts on the MATH plus method for
- 15:03Speaker 1: treating patients with COVID nineteen, but Sentia Healthcare recently banned
- 15:08Speaker 1: doctor's ability to prescribe medicines required for use in MATH
- 15:13Speaker 1: plus treatment. Marik feels that decision violates the patient's rights
- 15:19Speaker 1: to exploit these methods and the doctor's rights to prescribe
- 15:24Speaker 1: such a procedure. As reported by MedPage Today, Marike filed
- 15:30Speaker 1: a complaint against Senttera Healthcare in Virginia November the ninth
- 15:34Speaker 1: over its ban of certain treatments for COVID nineteen. He
- 15:38Speaker 1: said that he felt a memo that Sentia Healthcare sent
- 15:40Speaker 1: to its entire healthcare system was personally targeting him by
- 15:44Speaker 1: stating that Sentera was only allowing certain medicines to be
- 15:48Speaker 1: prescribed for COVID nineteen and the treatment plans, and that
- 15:53Speaker 1: other quote alternative medicines such as anything else they wanted
- 15:58Speaker 1: to try, were now banned. This doctor says he has
- 16:02Speaker 1: prescribed multiple medicines to patients numerous studies. Peer reviewed outlets
- 16:07Speaker 1: have also said that it's working around the world. In fact,
- 16:12Speaker 1: the FDA is fighting back now because they don't want
- 16:14Speaker 1: some of these drugs that have shown significant benefit to
- 16:19Speaker 1: patients with COVID because they want everybody to get vaccinated.
- 16:25Speaker 1: Marik has also been using inexpensive generic drugs to help
- 16:29Speaker 1: treat COVID nineteen when he sees it appropriate. That's where
- 16:33Speaker 1: the follow the money comes in. The federal government. The
- 16:37Speaker 1: FDA and all of these manufacturers of the vaccine do
- 16:42Speaker 1: not want generic drugs being used to help save your life.
- 16:46Speaker 1: Despite his employer's ban. American says that is that this
- 16:49Speaker 1: is a safe practice and within his rights as a
- 16:52Speaker 1: physician to give FDA approved drugs. All the drugs is
- 16:55Speaker 1: giving patients are FDA approved drugs to his patients if
- 16:59Speaker 1: necessary to help help them. Hill quote. The FDA allows
- 17:02Speaker 1: doctors to prescribe approved, off labeled, cheap drugs for patients
- 17:07Speaker 1: as a c fit. Prior to COVID, that was common
- 17:11Speaker 1: practice nationwide. With COVID, all of these standards have gone
- 17:15Speaker 1: out the window. The FDA's website states the following about
- 17:19Speaker 1: approved off label drugs for unapproved purposes. This is on
- 17:22Speaker 1: the FDA's website. Quote from the FDA's perspective. Once the
- 17:27Speaker 1: FDA approves a drug, healthcare providers generally made to prescribe
- 17:31Speaker 1: the drug for an unapproved use when they judge that
- 17:35Speaker 1: it is medically appropriate for their patient. Seems perfect for
- 17:39Speaker 1: COVID nineteen, when we don't really know what's going on
- 17:42Speaker 1: and we need different things to try to fight this pandemic. Right,
- 17:47Speaker 1: oh No. Critics have asserted that this doctor and others
- 17:50Speaker 1: that have been prescribing things like ivermectin is the problem.
- 17:54Speaker 1: By the way, this doctor says he has not been
- 17:57Speaker 1: prescribing ivernectin. He's been prescribing other drugs. But the point
- 18:01Speaker 1: is I never was allowed to prescribe ivornectin in the
- 18:04Speaker 1: first place, so how could it be about ivermectin, he says.
- 18:09Speaker 1: He also says he's very angry at how many doctors
- 18:12Speaker 1: who have connections to big tech or coming after him.
- 18:15Speaker 1: He said, I go back to the simple filing here.
- 18:19Speaker 1: This is about doctors being allowed to make decisions based
- 18:22Speaker 1: on their conscience and based on their medical training, which
- 18:26Speaker 1: we are not allowed to do anymore. Follow the money.
- 18:31Speaker 1: This goes back to what I said earlier, this is
- 18:33Speaker 1: covid racism, and now it's affecting the doctors who we
- 18:37Speaker 1: desperately need to help fight this disease. Joining me now
- 18:41Speaker 1: to talk about these very important issues is US Senator
- 18:46Speaker 1: Bill Haggery. Senator, I appreciate you taking some time to
- 18:49Speaker 1: get into some of this with us, and obviously, before
- 18:51Speaker 1: I get to that list, I do want to get
- 18:54Speaker 1: your reaction to where we are right now, with what's
- 18:59Speaker 1: going on, with the news shutdown, with flights coming in
- 19:03Speaker 1: and mixed messages coming from the White House. You've got
- 19:06Speaker 1: a federal judge that stood up for freedom this week
- 19:09Speaker 1: blocking Biden from implementing the vaccine mandates on federal contractors
- 19:14Speaker 1: in three states. You have another ten states where they
- 19:16Speaker 1: said you can't force another judge that you cannot force
- 19:21Speaker 1: these Medicare facilities or people that take Medicare, etc. Force
- 19:25Speaker 1: these healthcare workers to get the vaccine, even though unfortunately
- 19:28Speaker 1: a lot of them had already been forced to do it.
- 19:30Speaker 1: They were afraid they're gonna get fired, so they went
- 19:31Speaker 1: ahead and did it anyway. But we're starting to see
- 19:34Speaker 1: victories in the court of law now and freedoms that
- 19:37Speaker 1: have been trampled by this administration, and they're starting to lose,
- 19:41Speaker 1: consistently lose. What is the reaction on Capitol Hill to this?
- 19:46Speaker 1: Of course they're gonna lose. Then, I said this from
- 19:48Speaker 1: the beginning. The reason that Biden implemented this vaccine mandate
- 19:53Speaker 1: was because his numbers were cratering after Afghanistan. He'd already
- 19:57Speaker 1: stated well before Afghanistan that it wasn't the role of
- 19:59Speaker 1: the executive to do this. They knew that it was unconstitutionally,
- 20:03Speaker 1: would not withstand constitutional scrutiny. They did this to change
- 20:07Speaker 1: the narrative because you know, Afghanistan was crushing. Gas prices
- 20:11Speaker 1: are going through the route, the southern border is disaster.
- 20:13Speaker 1: He's seeing his numbers at all time lows, and so
- 20:16Speaker 1: they changed the narrative and it worked for them for
- 20:18Speaker 1: a while. But now the American public is rearing its head.
- 20:21Speaker 1: We saw Southwest Airlines give us a little taste when
- 20:23Speaker 1: the American When the American flights slowed down over a weekend,
- 20:28Speaker 1: two three thousand flights were canceled. I think that started
- 20:31Speaker 1: to send a real wake up call across the bow.
- 20:34Speaker 1: The original deadline was November twenty second, just before Thanksgiving.
- 20:38Speaker 1: I wrote an op ed back then the mandate that
- 20:40Speaker 1: stole Christmas, because even pulling a small percentage of workers
- 20:44Speaker 1: out because of this mandate, losing their jobs because of
- 20:47Speaker 1: this mandate would have caused the grid to shut down
- 20:50Speaker 1: in so many places. Now they kicked it off past January.
- 20:53Speaker 1: I think they're going to continue to kick the can
- 20:55Speaker 1: because they know that it doesn't work operationally. They know
- 20:57Speaker 1: people have natural immunity. People are smart, they need to
- 21:01Speaker 1: take this into account, but they still have a knee
- 21:03Speaker 1: jerk reaction of locking down and controlling the public at
- 21:06Speaker 1: every turn. We've seen it now, this omicron variant, you know,
- 21:09Speaker 1: stopping flights coming from Africa, you know, treated very differently
- 21:13Speaker 1: when Donald Trump was the president, But when Joe Biden
- 21:15Speaker 1: does this without following the science, the media immediately follows suits.
- 21:19Speaker 1: And let's talk about the difference there, because it's so
- 21:22Speaker 1: important that people understand. When Donald Trump said let's shut
- 21:26Speaker 1: down and lock down these flights coming in from Asia, etc.
- 21:32Speaker 1: We didn't have a vaccine at that point. We didn't
- 21:34Speaker 1: even know what we were dealing with. At that point,
- 21:36Speaker 1: we knew it was bad, and at that point we
- 21:40Speaker 1: knew that the world was shutting down and we were
- 21:42Speaker 1: watching hospitals become overrun. We didn't have a treatment plan,
- 21:48Speaker 1: We didn't know what would or wouldn't work. We know
- 21:51Speaker 1: a lot more now. And when Donald Trump did that,
- 21:54Speaker 1: they said he it was racist and xenophobic, because it
- 21:57Speaker 1: was a brilliant political move right before the election to
- 22:00Speaker 1: say Donald Trump hates people and you can't vote for
- 22:02Speaker 1: him because if you do, you're a racist and you're
- 22:04Speaker 1: supporting a racist. You know that, you know the playbook.
- 22:07Speaker 1: You fast forward to now we know we know nothing
- 22:10Speaker 1: about this new variant, and that includes that it may
- 22:14Speaker 1: not be that bad, which is think goodness, And what
- 22:16Speaker 1: we're starting to see with some data coming out is
- 22:19Speaker 1: that it's not that bad we think initially we didn't
- 22:23Speaker 1: know if the if the vaccine was going to be
- 22:26Speaker 1: effective against it yet, and the President immediately comes out like,
- 22:30Speaker 1: all right, we're gonna lock down these fights with no
- 22:32Speaker 1: data to back it up, and we still have an
- 22:35Speaker 1: open southern border at the very same time. This to
- 22:38Speaker 1: me was just semantics. And by the way it's it
- 22:41Speaker 1: screams hypocrisy because he was the guy yelling you don't
- 22:43Speaker 1: ever do this because it's racist's enophobic, well, hypocracy has
- 22:48Speaker 1: not been any type of device that would halt their
- 22:54Speaker 1: behavior activity here, they don't seem to mind hypocrisy at all.
- 22:57Speaker 1: The biggest aspect you mentioned of depocracy is leaving our
- 23:00Speaker 1: southern border opened. Then this is the greatest travesty that
- 23:04Speaker 1: we've seen as a nation. We are so insecure at
- 23:07Speaker 1: our southern border. No one's being tested there. I hear
- 23:09Speaker 1: twenty percent of the people coming across the border have COVID.
- 23:13Speaker 1: That's fine, come on in. So on one side they say, yes,
- 23:15Speaker 1: we're going to protect hive. If a nation uses air
- 23:18Speaker 1: travel to get here, we're going to be very conservative.
- 23:20Speaker 1: We're not going to let them come in, even though
- 23:22Speaker 1: we don't have a full those of the science, even
- 23:24Speaker 1: though we won't even make an account for the fact
- 23:27Speaker 1: that people will have natural immunity. We're going to have
- 23:30Speaker 1: everyone that wants to come across the southern border come
- 23:32Speaker 1: through wide open. We're not going to test them, We're
- 23:34Speaker 1: not going to vaccinate them. Jensaki says, well, they're not
- 23:36Speaker 1: going to be there very long. That's right, because they're
- 23:38Speaker 1: going to be shipping these people that come across illegally
- 23:41Speaker 1: to a neighborhood near you. And me, let's talk about
- 23:44Speaker 1: the shipping of illegal immigrants all over the country. We
- 23:47Speaker 1: know that this happened early on in Chattanooga area. We
- 23:50Speaker 1: know this is done in the middle of the night.
- 23:52Speaker 1: We know they were bust around the country. Have we
- 23:55Speaker 1: gotten any transparency from the federal government to the states?
- 24:00Speaker 1: Do we know where the people are going, how often
- 24:03Speaker 1: they're being let loose, how many are being let loose
- 24:06Speaker 1: in different cities? Are are they still hiding all of that?
- 24:11Speaker 1: Senator Backburne and I were the first press with us,
- 24:13Speaker 1: and in fact Tennessee was the first to uncover this,
- 24:17Speaker 1: as you mentioned, the airport that received these illegal aliens
- 24:20Speaker 1: coming in dark and night after midnight, and lady plane
- 24:23Speaker 1: after plane, filling bus after bus the illegals, and we
- 24:27Speaker 1: got we immediately wrote to the Secretary exsume the helper
- 24:31Speaker 1: Human Services, but Secretary of Homeland Security, demanding visibility. Look,
- 24:36Speaker 1: there's a very rational reason to know what they're doing.
- 24:39Speaker 1: Our schools need to be prepared. Are they going to
- 24:40Speaker 1: be overrun? Our hospitals need to know whether they're going
- 24:42Speaker 1: to be overrun with new COVID cases. Law enforcement needs
- 24:45Speaker 1: to understand what's hitting them. Crickets coming from the administration.
- 24:49Speaker 1: They have refused to answer us every time we get
- 24:51Speaker 1: them in front of a committee. It's gobbledygook, it's double speak.
- 24:55Speaker 1: They all accountable. Let's shift cares because we have these
- 24:59Speaker 1: other really important issues, and one of those is including
- 25:02Speaker 1: the National Defense Authorization Bill. Democrats also need to fund
- 25:06Speaker 1: the government by Friday. Where are we on this, because
- 25:10Speaker 1: I know there's people that are now trying to say, well,
- 25:13Speaker 1: we might need to pull back a little bit and
- 25:14Speaker 1: funding different things because of the economy and the amount
- 25:17Speaker 1: of money we're spending. We're just throwing away trillions here,
- 25:19Speaker 1: trillions there. It's adding up to something. We're now seeing
- 25:22Speaker 1: what's doing on Wall Street. We're seeing what the FETE
- 25:24Speaker 1: is saying about inflation and interest rates and everything else.
- 25:27Speaker 1: This is not going in the right direction. Where are
- 25:30Speaker 1: we going to be when it comes to defense? Well,
- 25:33Speaker 1: I think every American knows that we're not going in
- 25:35Speaker 1: the right direction when it comes to the massive taxing
- 25:37Speaker 1: and spending spree that's underway here in Washington. It's slowing
- 25:41Speaker 1: the economy down. It's causing a real way just to drop. Inflation.
- 25:44Speaker 1: Is the most pernicious tax, and it affects those lipis
- 25:47Speaker 1: incomes the worst, and if you annualize the inflation from
- 25:51Speaker 1: September to October, it turns out to be over ten percent.
- 25:55Speaker 1: This is Jimmy Carter eraw misery that people are seeing,
- 25:58Speaker 1: and they're very concerned. You look at what has to
- 26:00Speaker 1: get done, though, and this is legislative malpractice spend. We've
- 26:03Speaker 1: known that we've had to pass the continuing Resolution to
- 26:06Speaker 1: keep the government open, and Schumer continues not to put
- 26:09Speaker 1: it on the floor. It continues to waste time. Yesterday
- 26:12Speaker 1: we were here all day without a single vote. The
- 26:15Speaker 1: National Defense Authorization Bill sends a message not only to
- 26:18Speaker 1: our military, it sends a message to our adversaries and
- 26:21Speaker 1: the fact that we can't bring that to the form,
- 26:23Speaker 1: we can't get an agreement to bring that together to
- 26:26Speaker 1: get it voted on. We're at a record level of
- 26:28Speaker 1: delay on this. If you compare this to prior years,
- 26:30Speaker 1: it is again legislative malpractice that we're watching because the
- 26:34Speaker 1: Democrats have been single mindedly focused on passing this massive
- 26:38Speaker 1: big government, socialist spending bill. They can't get Kirsten Cinema,
- 26:42Speaker 1: they can't get Joe Mansion comfortable with it. I hope
- 26:45Speaker 1: Kirsten Cinema continue to hold the Kirston Cinema and Joe
- 26:47Speaker 1: Mansion continue to hold the line because that's the only
- 26:50Speaker 1: thing standing between us and the implementation of yet again
- 26:53Speaker 1: more massive government control of our lives. I want to
- 26:57Speaker 1: switch gears real quick to something that truly is shocking
- 27:00Speaker 1: right now, and that is what's going on with a
- 27:02Speaker 1: Biden administration actually restarting negotiations with Iran to rejoin the
- 27:08Speaker 1: Iran nuclear deal. This while Iran has not been allowing
- 27:12Speaker 1: inspectors to come in. While Iran has pretty much been
- 27:14Speaker 1: doing whatever the hell they want to and now they
- 27:16Speaker 1: can flex their muscles more because they have a lot
- 27:18Speaker 1: more money coming in due to oil and the price
- 27:21Speaker 1: of oil going up. We know that Iran has been
- 27:24Speaker 1: supporting terrorism around the country and any about that wants
- 27:27Speaker 1: to attack Israel. We know that they still have a
- 27:30Speaker 1: policy of death to America and death to the other
- 27:34Speaker 1: little America they call it, which is Israel. So why
- 27:37Speaker 1: on Earth with a Biden administration decide to go back
- 27:40Speaker 1: in and restart negotiations with rand to rejoin in a
- 27:43Speaker 1: Ran nuclear deal that's been failed since the very beginning. Indeed,
- 27:46Speaker 1: it's a national security issue. But to understand the context
- 27:50Speaker 1: for Iran's behavior, we need to take a step back.
- 27:53Speaker 1: We need to understand what's been happening to Iran's finances.
- 27:57Speaker 1: Under the Trump administration. We saw Iran hard currency reserves
- 28:02Speaker 1: moved from one hundred and twenty two billion in twenty
- 28:04Speaker 1: eighteen down to twelve billion in twenty twenty. From one
- 28:08Speaker 1: hundred and twenty two down to twelve billion in twenty twenty.
- 28:11Speaker 1: Why is that? Because we imposed the most biding sanctions
- 28:15Speaker 1: in history against the Iranian regime, tough financial sanctions, sanctions
- 28:20Speaker 1: that were getting them ready to come to the table.
- 28:23Speaker 1: I worked on these myself when I was US Ambassador
- 28:25Speaker 1: to Japan. It took me months to get the Japanese
- 28:28Speaker 1: government to agree to stop buying Iranian crude from Iran.
- 28:32Speaker 1: They did. Finally, the Japanese government agreed to stop buying
- 28:36Speaker 1: Iranian crude. They shut them off again. Iran has been
- 28:40Speaker 1: one of the main suppliers to Japan for over seventy years.
- 28:44Speaker 1: The Japanese reminded me they fought a World war over
- 28:46Speaker 1: access to energy. This wasn't easy, but we got it done.
- 28:49Speaker 1: When we got their purchases down to twelve billion dollars.
- 28:52Speaker 1: The Biden administration has come in and they've absolutely stopped
- 28:55Speaker 1: imposing sanctions, they stopped enforcing the sanctions, and Iranian coffers
- 29:00Speaker 1: have moved to twelve billions up to over thirty billion
- 29:03Speaker 1: just this year in twenty twenty one, they're now topping
- 29:06Speaker 1: thirty billion dollars. They're getting the funds they need to
- 29:09Speaker 1: continue to sponsor terro. We saw this happen in the
- 29:12Speaker 1: Eleven Day War in Israel, where they fund a moss,
- 29:15Speaker 1: where they fund Hezbollah. They've fund their proxies around the
- 29:18Speaker 1: world to be stabilized the world. And this is, by
- 29:21Speaker 1: the way, what they This is normal for them. People
- 29:23Speaker 1: need to understand this. This is this is a normal
- 29:26Speaker 1: course of action, a normal course of business. And I
- 29:30Speaker 1: think that's the point that people need to maybe understand
- 29:33Speaker 1: the most, is that this is exactly what they have
- 29:36Speaker 1: done for decades. And so when you give them money
- 29:40Speaker 1: or they get more money, like you said, in their coffers,
- 29:42Speaker 1: they're always going to sponsor terrorism. They've never stopped. It's
- 29:45Speaker 1: just at what level and how much money can they
- 29:48Speaker 1: put towards that, depending on how much casts they have
- 29:50Speaker 1: in their bank accounts. Indeed, and they call the United
- 29:55Speaker 1: States the big Satan, Israel the little Satan. They want
- 29:58Speaker 1: to see the best Israel. They want to see Israel
- 30:00Speaker 1: wiped off the face of the map. Senator Cruz and
- 30:02Speaker 1: I traveled to Israel right after the Eleven Day War
- 30:05Speaker 1: was over to let them know that, despite what they
- 30:07Speaker 1: may be hearing from the US news media, that you know,
- 30:11Speaker 1: these are very minority voices coming from the far left
- 30:15Speaker 1: of the Democrat Party, but by far the vast majority
- 30:18Speaker 1: of Americans. By that I mean Republicans, Independence and Democrats
- 30:22Speaker 1: all support Israel. It's certainly true in my homestade of Tennessee.
- 30:25Speaker 1: It's true across America. They needed to hear that message.
- 30:28Speaker 1: That is the message that we loivered loud and clear,
- 30:31Speaker 1: but you wouldn't know it listening to the United States
- 30:33Speaker 1: news media. That's why it was important that we show
- 30:36Speaker 1: up there, and we did. So. What is the logic
- 30:39Speaker 1: behind this move? Because for a guy that was obsessed
- 30:42Speaker 1: with getting us out of Afghanistan at all costs, including
- 30:45Speaker 1: leaving Americans behind, we still have Americans in Afghanistan, and
- 30:49Speaker 1: our allies in Afghanistan helped us that are still hiding
- 30:52Speaker 1: and we're still hearing about private individuals getting people out
- 30:56Speaker 1: on about a weekly basis. Now as they that country
- 31:00Speaker 1: completely lost any influence over at all, Why do this now?
- 31:04Speaker 1: With Iran? Is the what is the logic behind the
- 31:09Speaker 1: decision makers at the table in this White House? Because
- 31:13Speaker 1: I'm still having a hard time connecting those dots. You're
- 31:18Speaker 1: having a hard time been because you're logical. That's why
- 31:21Speaker 1: you're having a hard time connecting the dots, because they
- 31:22Speaker 1: don't quite connect. What you have are ideologus in the
- 31:25Speaker 1: wine house, people that don't have proper real world experience,
- 31:29Speaker 1: and they've been singlemindedly focused on undoing everything that Donald
- 31:32Speaker 1: Trump did. So the very fact that Trump undid the JCPOA,
- 31:37Speaker 1: that's the Rand deal, is driving them at all costs
- 31:40Speaker 1: to put it back in place, even though Iran's got
- 31:42Speaker 1: the funding they need. Iran hasn't been cooperating. Iran isn't
- 31:45Speaker 1: coming to the table. We're relying on Europeans in Vienna
- 31:48Speaker 1: to negotiate on our behalf. We're not even at the table.
- 31:51Speaker 1: Ran is calling the shots, and what Iran is saying
- 31:54Speaker 1: is that they won't talk until all sanctions are lifted.
- 31:57Speaker 1: This is going to wind up being far worse conditions
- 31:59Speaker 1: than we were under the conditions that Obama negotiated. These
- 32:03Speaker 1: negotiators should walk away, they should fold up their tent,
- 32:07Speaker 1: and they should enforce the sanctions that we work so
- 32:09Speaker 1: hard to put on the books. That's the way to
- 32:11Speaker 1: gain leverage is to put the sanctions back and place
- 32:13Speaker 1: biting sanctions, to enforce them not to capitulate, not to appease,
- 32:17Speaker 1: and not to do that to get nothing for it.
- 32:19Speaker 1: We've seen the same thing happen with Russia. Biden comes
- 32:22Speaker 1: in to put a halt to the Start treaty, that's
- 32:25Speaker 1: the negotiation of nuclear weapons. The Russians had begun to
- 32:29Speaker 1: manufacture many more nuclear weapons, different types of nuclear weapons
- 32:32Speaker 1: that were than those were included in the historic Park
- 32:34Speaker 1: Star deals. Trump wanted to broaden that. What does the
- 32:37Speaker 1: Biden administration do. They come in with zero conditions, They
- 32:40Speaker 1: extend it for five years, getting nothing for it. They
- 32:43Speaker 1: come in, they open up the Keystone Xcel pipeline, again
- 32:46Speaker 1: getting nothing for it, but allowing putin jukes. Are much
- 32:49Speaker 1: more leverage over Europe and bring in much more revenues.
- 32:53Speaker 1: And with all of our wrong headed policies here in America,
- 32:56Speaker 1: killing anwar, killing the Keystone Xcel pipeline, killing drillings, you know,
- 33:00Speaker 1: cutting off this pipeline that goes into Michigan. We've seen
- 33:02Speaker 1: gas prices soar through the roof, and as worldwide prices
- 33:06Speaker 1: go up, the biggest beneficiary are is guess who. Russia
- 33:09Speaker 1: and Iran. They love this boot and punting and every turn.
- 33:13Speaker 1: That's why he's piled up a president of the level
- 33:15Speaker 1: of troops at the border of Ukraine. He doesn't trust
- 33:17Speaker 1: that we will do anything to stop him. In fact,
- 33:19Speaker 1: we're enriching him right now. This Bide administration has got
- 33:22Speaker 1: the wrong instinct on almost every turn. Last question for you,
- 33:26Speaker 1: and that deals with this horrific pr stunt by this
- 33:29Speaker 1: administration to release what equated to about two and a
- 33:34Speaker 1: half days of our oil consumptions and country through releasing
- 33:40Speaker 1: oil from our strategic oil reserves, to claim it was
- 33:43Speaker 1: going to make prices go down. The funniest part of
- 33:46Speaker 1: all was it actually made prices go up because we're like, wow,
- 33:49Speaker 1: they're not going to fix anything. The President did this
- 33:52Speaker 1: right before Thanksgiving in a pr stunt move to release
- 33:57Speaker 1: these oil reserves, and we have shut down, like you said,
- 33:59Speaker 1: that Keystone pipeline, the Michigan pipeline a lot of people
- 34:02Speaker 1: don't even know about. That is so significant when they
- 34:06Speaker 1: do this and you see them release this oil in
- 34:09Speaker 1: this way what happens on Capel Hill. Is there anything
- 34:13Speaker 1: that you guys can do to rain this in, because
- 34:16Speaker 1: I wouldn't be surprised if they do this another couple
- 34:18Speaker 1: of times when prices get high, just to act like
- 34:20Speaker 1: they're doing something. I think you've seen the playbook. It's
- 34:26Speaker 1: just as you say, then, it's just an act. It's
- 34:28Speaker 1: like a drop in the bucket. But they're raiding the
- 34:30Speaker 1: US strategical orserves. Again. Putin looks at this and realizes
- 34:33Speaker 1: we're becoming more vulnerable every time we do it. If
- 34:36Speaker 1: you're Putin, if you're she in China, you're stepping back
- 34:39Speaker 1: and saying, we could never accomplish this on our own.
- 34:42Speaker 1: America is destroying itself and it's this misguided administration that's
- 34:45Speaker 1: doing it. And if you look at the logic behind it.
- 34:48Speaker 1: I had this doctor Omarova before my committee last before Thanksgiving,
- 34:53Speaker 1: the week before Thanksgiving. She was their candidate for Office
- 34:56Speaker 1: of the Comfortable of the Currency, the biggest bank regulator
- 34:58Speaker 1: in the nation, and she wants to use bank regulations
- 35:02Speaker 1: to choke off funding to the fossil fuel industry. She
- 35:06Speaker 1: even said, we want them to go bankrupt, don't we.
- 35:08Speaker 1: That's the way we accomplish our climate agenda. I asked
- 35:11Speaker 1: her point blank, our high gas prices good for America,
- 35:14Speaker 1: are bad for America. I think you and I know
- 35:17Speaker 1: the answer to that. High gas prices are terrible for America.
- 35:20Speaker 1: Yet she replied that that's a trick question because what
- 35:23Speaker 1: they believe is that high gas prices actually enable them
- 35:27Speaker 1: to more quickly cost justify. Forcing us to invest in
- 35:30Speaker 1: alternative energy programs like windmills, like solar panels that are
- 35:35Speaker 1: of course created in China, forces us to electronic vehicles,
- 35:39Speaker 1: which guess where all the batteries are made in China,
- 35:41Speaker 1: So again making us more dependent on foreign nations that
- 35:45Speaker 1: don't have our best interests at heart. This is the
- 35:47Speaker 1: direction of this administration's shameful centator. I appreciate your time,
- 35:51Speaker 1: thank you for leading on these other issues and getting
- 35:53Speaker 1: us an update, because I do think there's so many
- 35:55Speaker 1: things happening right now that are just not being covered,
- 35:58Speaker 1: and they're important, especially with you know, they got to
- 36:02Speaker 1: fund the government by Friday this administration. Uh just seems
- 36:05Speaker 1: to be running this country with no order at all,
- 36:09Speaker 1: with no forward thinking. It's all reactionary, almost crisis management
