The Blitz Bandits
Aired: Aug 25th, 1949. Sgt. Joe Friday and his partner Ben Romero chase a fast-moving gang of armed stickup men who've hit eighteen liquor stores and restaurants in just over three weeks. Between narrowing down a list of twenty-two suspects with names like Mario Koski and Tommy Willis, Friday finds time to reassure an old Army buddy's wife about her husband's plan to join the police force.
