- 0:00Speaker 1: Jimsaki has now come out and said illegal immigrants are
- 0:04Speaker 1: not intended to stay here, so quote, they don't need
- 0:06Speaker 1: to prove vaccination status. I promise you I'm not going
- 0:10Speaker 1: to overlook that comment. We will deal with that coming
- 0:12Speaker 1: up in a little bit. But before we get to that,
- 0:15Speaker 1: day number two of the Durham indictment of Clinton campaign
- 0:20Speaker 1: lawyer is now pointing to a full blown conspiracy on
- 0:25Speaker 1: this Trump Russia issue. This Clinton campaign lawyer, Michael Sussman
- 0:31Speaker 1: has been indicted for lying to the FBI during the
- 0:34Speaker 1: Russian investigation, and we're now getting more information about who
- 0:38Speaker 1: all is implicated in this entire scenario. Now. Former Department
- 0:43Speaker 1: of Justice Chief of Staff Patel was on Fox News
- 0:49Speaker 1: Channel and had this to say about the Durham indictment
- 0:53Speaker 1: and laying out conspiracy which would include Hillary Clinton, the FBI,
- 0:58Speaker 1: former director, James Komy, United States Congressman, and senators, as
- 1:05Speaker 1: well as the media. Take a listen. Prosecutor Durham he
- 1:12Speaker 1: charged a former Clinton campaign lawyer for lying to the
- 1:16Speaker 1: FBI last week on one count. Here's the Wall Street
- 1:18Speaker 1: Journal headline, Durham cracks the Russia case. A special counsel's
- 1:20Speaker 1: indictment tells the real story of twenty sixteen collusion. I
- 1:25Speaker 1: know that you have probably followed this very closely. Is
- 1:29Speaker 1: this getting to the thread of what it was happening
- 1:32Speaker 1: when the dossier was put out? Yeah. So I was
- 1:38Speaker 1: the lead investigator for Chairman Nunez to driving the Russia
- 1:41Speaker 1: Gate investigation on Capitol Hill, and I was actually the
- 1:43Speaker 1: staffer that took the deposition that cited in Durham's indictment.
- 1:47Speaker 1: So I'm intimately familiar with this. And Sussman is the
- 1:49Speaker 1: centerpiece for this out for these allegations because he ties
- 1:52Speaker 1: the Hillary Clinton campaign to Fusion GPS, to Christopher Steele,
- 1:56Speaker 1: to the Department of Justice and the false information they
- 1:59Speaker 1: fed to the FBI in the DOJ to spy in
- 2:01Speaker 1: a presidential campaign. It's exactly the heart of the matter.
- 2:04Speaker 1: And being a formal federal prosecutor, it's a twenty seven
- 2:07Speaker 1: page indictment for a lion count that you normally have
- 2:10Speaker 1: about five pages to discuss. So it's a very well
- 2:13Speaker 1: laid out what I think is a conspiracy charge coming
- 2:16Speaker 1: that outlines other figures that were involved that I just mentioned.
- 2:19Speaker 1: Now you heard that conspiracy charge. When you have a conspiracy.
- 2:24Speaker 1: What that means is you now know that the people
- 2:28Speaker 1: involved knew what they were doing and what they were
- 2:31Speaker 1: investigating was a lie. Right. This guy's a lead investigator
- 2:35Speaker 1: for the House Home and Security Committee Chairman Devin Junius
- 2:38Speaker 1: and driving the Russian investigation on Capitol Hill. And he said,
- 2:41Speaker 1: quote and I was actually the staffer that took the
- 2:43Speaker 1: positions that sided Dunham's indictment, so I'm intimately familiar with this.
- 2:51Speaker 1: And he said, it's exactly the heart of the matter.
- 2:53Speaker 1: Being a former federal prosecutor. It's a twenty seven page
- 2:55Speaker 1: indictment for a line count that you normally have about
- 2:58Speaker 1: five pages to discuss. Is a very well laid out
- 3:01Speaker 1: conspiracy charge that outlines other figures involved that I just mentioned. Now.
- 3:07Speaker 1: The reason why he says other figures is because it's
- 3:10Speaker 1: very clear that there are people that knew that this
- 3:14Speaker 1: entire Russia collusion investigation was based on a lie. That
- 3:21Speaker 1: would include FI top Brass. We also have been told
- 3:27Speaker 1: now that the FBI knew for fact in January twenty seventeen,
- 3:35Speaker 1: the same month that Donald Trump was worn in to
- 3:37Speaker 1: be president. January twentieth, Okay, that the Russian conspiracy propaganda
- 3:46Speaker 1: was not in any way credible, and they knew it. Okay,
- 3:51Speaker 1: they knew it. They knew it, folks. So why they
- 3:57Speaker 1: keep going forward? Because they wanted to overthrow the will
- 3:59Speaker 1: of the people. They wanted to overthrow a free and
- 4:02Speaker 1: fair election. They wanted to actually indict people around Donald
- 4:07Speaker 1: Trump to squeeze him, to try to get something on
- 4:09Speaker 1: him based on the lie of Russian collusion. Just think
- 4:15Speaker 1: about that, okay, so they could kick him out office.
- 4:21Speaker 1: Another way to describe that as this let's be rocated.
- 4:26Speaker 1: The FBI, James Comy knew Russian collusion was crap. They
- 4:29Speaker 1: knew it the entire time. They knew it was crap,
- 4:35Speaker 1: and they went with it anyway because they didn't like
- 4:38Speaker 1: Donald Trump winning. Now, this is a deep state and
- 4:42Speaker 1: a government. And if you combine this with General Million
- 4:46Speaker 1: what we found out about General Milly going behind the
- 4:48Speaker 1: presence back and basically as a non elected official literally
- 4:52Speaker 1: kind of overtaking the government. With what he did with
- 4:56Speaker 1: the Chinese, we have people in our government now they
- 5:01Speaker 1: don't respect the constitution and are willing to frame presidents
- 5:06Speaker 1: and people around them and try to arrest them for
- 5:10Speaker 1: doing nothing wrong, just so they can destroy people's lives.
- 5:16Speaker 1: We know that now. Now this conspiracy is should be
- 5:21Speaker 1: something that there, I mean, not just one article written
- 5:24Speaker 1: about this, Okay, there should be five articles that I
- 5:28Speaker 1: think of, just off the top of my head, written
- 5:30Speaker 1: about this from different perspectives. Number One, there should be
- 5:32Speaker 1: an entire article just detiquated what did Hillary Clinton know?
- 5:35Speaker 1: When did she know it? Because she knew this was
- 5:36Speaker 1: a lie, and she knew that they were trying to
- 5:39Speaker 1: impeach a present that should not be impeached. Donald Trump
- 5:44Speaker 1: was impeached for Russian collusion. Don't forget that. Number two
- 5:48Speaker 1: another article totally separate. What the hell did James Comey
- 5:51Speaker 1: know and when did he know it? And why did
- 5:53Speaker 1: James Comey allow the FBI to be weaponized to the
- 5:56Speaker 1: point that they try to overthrow the will of free
- 5:59Speaker 1: and fair election, They try to overthrow It's a conspiracy
- 6:05Speaker 1: to overthrow the president Knite States of America. Third article,
- 6:10Speaker 1: how did the media keep running with a story that
- 6:13Speaker 1: they clearly knew was based on a fabricated story total
- 6:19Speaker 1: crap And it was total crap and they knew it.
- 6:24Speaker 1: They knew the story was not credible, and they went
- 6:26Speaker 1: with it anyway. They knew the story was being spoon
- 6:29Speaker 1: fed to them by someone that worked for the Clinton campaign,
- 6:31Speaker 1: and they did it anyway. They kept going with it anyway. Now,
- 6:37Speaker 1: if you want to know why right now this story
- 6:39Speaker 1: is not being covered, it's because they already got what
- 6:41Speaker 1: they wanted. Who cares if one Clinton lawyer goes to jail.
- 6:46Speaker 1: Was it worth the price of his life to go
- 6:49Speaker 1: to jail to get rid of Donald Trump? To do
- 6:51Speaker 1: the damage. They did it donald Trump over the four years,
- 6:54Speaker 1: to keep his approval rating not sky high, to undermine
- 6:57Speaker 1: his entire legitimacy of his presidency, to marginalize his presidency,
- 7:02Speaker 1: to have it where Republican Rhinos could actually stand it
- 7:05Speaker 1: to the president the way they did, based on a
- 7:07Speaker 1: conspiracy to hurt us during the midterm elections and influence
- 7:11Speaker 1: the next election and the next election by him being impeached.
- 7:17Speaker 1: Why are you not hearing about this now? You think
- 7:20Speaker 1: about Biden's mounting crisis in this country right now and
- 7:26Speaker 1: what they're not covering. You have a drone strike debaccle
- 7:29Speaker 1: where they killed innocent people, seven innocent children. France has
- 7:32Speaker 1: actually pulled the ambassador to the US out of this country,
- 7:36Speaker 1: something that never happened under Trump, right, you would think
- 7:38Speaker 1: the media would be going nuts over this. You have
- 7:40Speaker 1: a massive humanitarian COVID nineteen crisis at the border, on
- 7:44Speaker 1: top of an actual border crisis that has then do
- 7:46Speaker 1: with COVID. You've got the markets that are freaking out
- 7:50Speaker 1: right now with a horrific day on Wall Street and
- 7:54Speaker 1: multiple mini bad days on Wall Street on top of
- 7:58Speaker 1: the horrific day that we just witnessed. You've got the
- 8:02Speaker 1: COVID pandemic handling that's just been a total nightmare. And
- 8:06Speaker 1: you have a spending agenda that's been threatening this country's
- 8:09Speaker 1: economy with hyperinflation. Even CNN had a headline today Biden's
- 8:15Speaker 1: headaches rebuke on immigrate of immigration, and the three point
- 8:18Speaker 1: five trillion dollar bill dispute with France over submarines, crisis
- 8:23Speaker 1: of the Texas Bridge, drone strike kills civilians, FDA penal
- 8:26Speaker 1: rejects booster plan that he's now saying, we must have
- 8:29Speaker 1: possible infrastructure vote delay, and a looming debt ceiling Battle's
- 8:36Speaker 1: from I kid you not, That's how CNN puts it. Now.
- 8:42Speaker 1: Maybe they're going hard on Biden right now for a
- 8:44Speaker 1: different reason. Maybe maybe they're going hard on Biden right
- 8:48Speaker 1: now because they don't want to cover the bigger story,
- 8:50Speaker 1: which is the fact that we have a deep state
- 8:52Speaker 1: in FBI and Hillary Clinton and members of Congress, Adams
- 8:56Speaker 1: Shift and others that were actually investigating what they knew
- 8:59Speaker 1: was a conspiracy theory. They knew that they were destroying
- 9:03Speaker 1: people's lives and investigating people that should never have been investigated,
- 9:07Speaker 1: and trying to lock people up that should have never
- 9:10Speaker 1: been locked up. Think about all the people who went
- 9:13Speaker 1: to jail. Think about all the reasons why people went
- 9:19Speaker 1: to jail around Trump, totally based on utter crap that
- 9:27Speaker 1: was fabricated by the Clinton campaign, the DNC, and everybody
- 9:30Speaker 1: was in on it, and everybody knew it. This is
- 9:32Speaker 1: a conspiracy theory that I've never seen in my lifetime,
- 9:35Speaker 1: and the media is not covering it. And how even
- 9:38Speaker 1: CNN's attacking Joe Biden now just to keep this bigger
- 9:41Speaker 1: story out of the headlines. You look at CNN in
- 9:47Speaker 1: this decision to his start attacking Joe Biden, the guy
- 9:51Speaker 1: that they got elected, and you watch it and many
- 9:56Speaker 1: people were like, all right, well, this is a rapture alert,
- 9:58Speaker 1: right or you look at it from a logical standpoint
- 10:02Speaker 1: of why would they do this, Why would c ann
- 10:04Speaker 1: turn right now on Joe Biden? Why would they put
- 10:08Speaker 1: up on the screen all of the failures of Joe
- 10:10Speaker 1: Biden to protect their own self interest. That's why CNN
- 10:16Speaker 1: and I was there as a commentator, as a conservative commentator,
- 10:20Speaker 1: fighting the good fight while all this was happening twenty sixteen, seventeen, eighteen,
- 10:23Speaker 1: nineteen and twenty And what CNN did was they decided
- 10:30Speaker 1: every day the head leadership of CNN, We're going to
- 10:34Speaker 1: get Donald Trump impeached. I'm sure at some point they
- 10:38Speaker 1: knew that what they were reporting on was total crap.
- 10:42Speaker 1: It didn't matter. They still went with it because they
- 10:44Speaker 1: wanted to get rid of Donald Trump. It was personal
- 10:46Speaker 1: for them. Jeff Sucker at CNN hated Donald Trump. Donald
- 10:49Speaker 1: Trump hade CNN. Donald Trump called him fake news, and
- 10:52Speaker 1: CNN said, let's bury this man. So they went wall
- 10:56Speaker 1: to wall coverage day after day after day after day
- 10:58Speaker 1: after day, week after week, month after month, literally year
- 11:01Speaker 1: after year with Russian collusion. You really think that they're
- 11:08Speaker 1: going to now report that the Russian collusion story was
- 11:10Speaker 1: a hoax. Imagine how damning that is to their reporting.
- 11:16Speaker 1: I imagine how damning that is to their credibility. They're
- 11:22Speaker 1: not going to publicize this. If they did, they're basically
- 11:27Speaker 1: publicizing take your pick, we were duped, we're incompetent, or
- 11:34Speaker 1: we purposely and deliberately lied to you. In fact, CNN
- 11:39Speaker 1: was so obsessed with getting Donald Trump and Peach they
- 11:42Speaker 1: actually hired some of the people involved in this conspiracy
- 11:46Speaker 1: theory of Russian collusion, the people that helped create it
- 11:52Speaker 1: make it up, to comment on it. And they knew
- 11:54Speaker 1: it was crap. They were paying people that framed the
- 11:59Speaker 1: president with a story that they created out of thin air.
- 12:03Speaker 1: They wrote it like a movie script and reported on it,
- 12:06Speaker 1: and then paid the people who created the lie to
- 12:08Speaker 1: then commentate on the lie. That is a fact. That's
- 12:11Speaker 1: what CNN did. Fact check it. Look at how many
- 12:17Speaker 1: people they hired, former CIA, former FBI. Look at how
- 12:23Speaker 1: many hours hundreds of hours I'm sure they dedicated to
- 12:27Speaker 1: the Russia collusion story, and then they hired the people
- 12:31Speaker 1: that helped create it and look the other way, and
- 12:33Speaker 1: then they said, you commentate on it. So, if you
- 12:37Speaker 1: want to know why CNN is now highlighting the many
- 12:39Speaker 1: Biden headaches that he caused, just last week. That's how
- 12:43Speaker 1: they put it. I'm gonna play this for you. This
- 12:45Speaker 1: is actual CNN saying this about Joe Biden, the guy
- 12:49Speaker 1: they got elected. This is not the only problem that
- 12:53Speaker 1: the President has to face waking up this morning. As
- 12:56Speaker 1: you can see on the screen, he has a litany
- 12:57Speaker 1: of issues, from that immigration bill, to dispute over France,
- 13:01Speaker 1: something over excuse me, the sale of nuclear powered submarines.
- 13:08Speaker 1: And now a White House official told me yesterday that
- 13:10Speaker 1: the President is looking is intending to speak with President French,
- 13:14Speaker 1: President McCrone after the country pulled their ambassadors, and he
- 13:17Speaker 1: looks forward to doing so. To this situation under the
- 13:20Speaker 1: Del Rio Bridge in Texas where thousands of migrants have
- 13:23Speaker 1: set up those tent encampments, and to the White House
- 13:26Speaker 1: finally having to answer for the drone strike in Afghanistan
- 13:29Speaker 1: that killed ten civilians. So the President has a real
- 13:34Speaker 1: deck of issues that he needs to solve this week.
- 13:38Speaker 1: He needs to solve this week. That's I mean, you
- 13:41Speaker 1: can't solve the things they put up on the screen
- 13:46Speaker 1: in a week, and CNN knows that. But if you
- 13:49Speaker 1: can keep the Durham story off the air, then we'll
- 13:52Speaker 1: throw it up there. I mean Biden's headaches picture Biden
- 13:56Speaker 1: Biden t headache, CNN rebuke of immigration, three point five
- 13:59Speaker 1: tree in our buil, dispute over it with France, over submarines,
- 14:03Speaker 1: their ambassador being recalled, crisis at the Texas Bridge, drone
- 14:06Speaker 1: strike kills civilians, FDA panel rejects booster plan, possible infrastructure
- 14:10Speaker 1: vote delay, looming debt ceiling battle. And the part that's
- 14:14Speaker 1: just so funny about the reporting from CNN, and you
- 14:16Speaker 1: can hear it again, they're so, he's got to fix
- 14:18Speaker 1: these problems this week. What you can't fix all these
- 14:21Speaker 1: problems in a week. And they know it too. They
- 14:25Speaker 1: know this. It's impossible to fix every bit of this
- 14:28Speaker 1: in a week. But hey, we can keep the Duram
- 14:31Speaker 1: indictment and the conspiracy off the front headlines at CNN
- 14:35Speaker 1: will criticize Biden for a week, maybe two, get past
- 14:39Speaker 1: this Durham story that would make us look like we're
- 14:42Speaker 1: the worst news organization in the world, that would basically
- 14:44Speaker 1: indict us for helping commit a fraud on the American people,
- 14:48Speaker 1: and that we try to overthrow the will of the
- 14:51Speaker 1: people in a free and fair election by giving aid
- 14:53Speaker 1: and comfort to a story that we knew was a lie.
- 14:56Speaker 1: That has a real deck of issues that he needs
- 14:59Speaker 1: to solve this week. Solve this week. He really got
- 15:03Speaker 1: to solve him this week, folks. He's got a deck
- 15:05Speaker 1: of issues he needs to solve this week. Solve this week.
- 15:12Speaker 1: You want to solve it this week. You can't solve
- 15:16Speaker 1: any of this in a week, and everybody knows you
- 15:19Speaker 1: can't solve any of this in a week. Well wait,
- 15:23Speaker 1: all right, look, guys, gotta safe seen ins integrity here
- 15:26Speaker 1: in the brand, right Mark Levin, By the way, he
- 15:31Speaker 1: came out and I have the privilege of filling in
- 15:36Speaker 1: for the great one Mark Levin. He went on TV
- 15:39Speaker 1: and said, enough is enough. Durham needs to drag Hillary
- 15:43Speaker 1: Clinton actually before a grand jury, because she knew her
- 15:49Speaker 1: campaign knew that they created adossia based on lies that
- 15:53Speaker 1: they wrote, and then they sent it out to the
- 15:56Speaker 1: media and they sold it, and they then they knew
- 15:59Speaker 1: that the president was going to be impeached over it.
- 16:02Speaker 1: My analysis of the Dorm indictment is that Hillary Clinton
- 16:05Speaker 1: is mister Big in the middle of all this, and
- 16:09Speaker 1: so my question would be for mister Dorm, have you
- 16:11Speaker 1: dragged Hillary Clinton in front of your grand jury yet
- 16:14Speaker 1: or not? Because enough is enough. This Clinton campaign, through
- 16:19Speaker 1: this law firm, was so thoroughly corrupt, using its money
- 16:24Speaker 1: to create false evidence against Donald Trump connecting him to
- 16:28Speaker 1: Russian and then she would go out there and talk
- 16:30Speaker 1: about how Donald Trump was brought and paid for by Russia.
- 16:33Speaker 1: She had Pelosi do it. The Democrats were all tap
- 16:36Speaker 1: dancing and pushing the same issue. They're friends in the media.
- 16:39Speaker 1: So really, what does this come down to? You hammered
- 16:42Speaker 1: it well on the FBI that Hillary Clinton has always
- 16:47Speaker 1: been corrupt, She's always been a liar, and she's still corrupt,
- 16:51Speaker 1: and she's still a liar, and she's never been held
- 16:53Speaker 1: to account. She needs to be brought in front of
- 16:55Speaker 1: the grand jury. That's number one. Number two, the media
- 16:59Speaker 1: corrupt and with liars. Virtually everybody today in big media
- 17:04Speaker 1: pushed this story and yet they continue to have their jobs.
- 17:07Speaker 1: They should all be losing their jobs. And finally, this
- 17:10Speaker 1: law firm, this law firm is detestable. It not only
- 17:14Speaker 1: had Sussman as a partner who's now been scrub from
- 17:17Speaker 1: their website, but has this guy Mark Elias, who was
- 17:20Speaker 1: involved in the DOCEA and now was involved in a
- 17:24Speaker 1: massive dark money network, as Fox has reported, with a
- 17:27Speaker 1: bunch of front groups that have raised hundreds of millions
- 17:30Speaker 1: of dollars to try to effect the next election the
- 17:33Speaker 1: way he and they affected the prior election in twenty twenty.
- 17:37Speaker 1: And you know what, Jesse, We're not allowed to talk
- 17:40Speaker 1: about it. We're told no your election deniers. We even
- 17:44Speaker 1: have people like Chris Christie running around and talking about it.
- 17:47Speaker 1: So here we have more than enough evidence to show
- 17:50Speaker 1: what Hillary Clinton to d NC, this law firm and
- 17:53Speaker 1: their favorite lawyer did with hundreds of millions of dollars,
- 17:56Speaker 1: lied about Trump, lied about corruption, lie about Russia for
- 18:01Speaker 1: three years, his country was dragged through the toilet, and
- 18:04Speaker 1: now we're not allowed to talk about it. And yet
- 18:07Speaker 1: there's an enormous evidence they're up to no good again
- 18:09Speaker 1: with these front groups, dark money meaning no transparent money,
- 18:13Speaker 1: billionaires point tens of millions of dollars into the effort
- 18:16Speaker 1: in the next election. He's right on all of it.
- 18:22Speaker 1: He's right on every part of it. Enough to enough.
- 18:26Speaker 1: How do you not how do you not drag Hillary
- 18:29Speaker 1: Clinton the four A grand jury just based on what
- 18:32Speaker 1: we now know about the Durham indictment. How do you
- 18:38Speaker 1: how do you not start asking questions? Merritt Garland, by
- 18:44Speaker 1: the way, declines to say he will keep special counsel
- 18:46Speaker 1: John Durham. That's the new breaking news. Wow, gee, I
- 18:50Speaker 1: wonder why I want to play for you, Garland, as
- 18:55Speaker 1: he declines to say, will he keep special counsel John Durham,
- 18:59Speaker 1: who's investating Russian collusion which has now had indictments. Well,
- 19:05Speaker 1: the Honorable Merrit Garland, he's the attorney general. Right, Well,
- 19:08Speaker 1: what would you do right during your confirmation hearings? Will
- 19:10Speaker 1: you keep this? I don't know, so, Senator. I don't
- 19:14Speaker 1: have any information about the investigation as I sit here today.
- 19:19Speaker 1: And another one of the very first things I'm going
- 19:21Speaker 1: to have to do is speak with mister Durham figure
- 19:24Speaker 1: out how his investigation is going. I understand that he
- 19:28Speaker 1: has been permitted to remain in his position, and sitting
- 19:32Speaker 1: here today, I have no reason to think that that
- 19:35Speaker 1: was not the correct decision. Okay, And I suppose that
- 19:41Speaker 1: would be an answer that he would only be removed
- 19:44Speaker 1: for cause. Then would that be your position? Well, Senator,
- 19:50Speaker 1: I really do have to have an opportunity to talk
- 19:52Speaker 1: with him. I have not had that opportunity as I said,
- 19:55Speaker 1: I don't have any reason from what I know now,
- 19:59Speaker 1: which is really very little, to make any determination on
- 20:03Speaker 1: that ground. But I don't have any reason to think
- 20:05Speaker 1: that he should not remain in place if confirmed, would
- 20:09Speaker 1: you commit to publicly releasing Special Console Durham's report, just
- 20:14Speaker 1: like Muller report was made public. So, Senator, I am
- 20:20Speaker 1: a great believer in transparency. I would though have to
- 20:24Speaker 1: talk with mister Durham and understand the nature of what
- 20:28Speaker 1: he's been doing in the nature of the report. But
- 20:30Speaker 1: I am a big, very much committed to transparency and
- 20:37Speaker 1: to explaining Justice Department decision making. Man, that was some spen,
- 20:41Speaker 1: wasn't it. So will you keep the special Counsel? Well,
- 20:44Speaker 1: I mean I'm in favor of I'm in favor of transparency.
- 20:52Speaker 1: You better hurry up and indict everybody you want to
- 20:54Speaker 1: get your hands on, because if Democrats can stop you,
- 20:56Speaker 1: they're going to stop you. John Solomon said, Durham is
- 21:01Speaker 1: actually building a small number of indictments focus on the
- 21:04Speaker 1: top FBI. That's how he described it to Maria Bartomo,
- 21:08Speaker 1: who's been doing an excellent job by the way of
- 21:10Speaker 1: covering some of this, and again, no one else is
- 21:13Speaker 1: covering this. I hope every one of you listeners will
- 21:16Speaker 1: please share our podcasts because every day we are going
- 21:20Speaker 1: to be covering the Durham investigation and these indictments. CNN
- 21:26Speaker 1: is even criticizing Biden just to keep this off their
- 21:29Speaker 1: airways because it indicts them too, because they were selling
- 21:33Speaker 1: a lie for years that they knew was a lie
- 21:36Speaker 1: and they did it anyway. Listen to John Seloman talking
- 21:41Speaker 1: about exactly what Durham's doing. How is this not Front
- 21:44Speaker 1: page News with seven different deep dive articles every day
- 21:48Speaker 1: into the different players, Hillary Clinton, her campaign, Joe Biden,
- 21:52Speaker 1: the FBI, James Comey Clapper, the list goes on and
- 21:56Speaker 1: on and on. John Durham is continuing a criminal investigation.
- 22:02Speaker 1: We are going to be talking this morning about the
- 22:04Speaker 1: Biden agenda. Do you expect Durham to come out with
- 22:07Speaker 1: indictments even in the face of a new administration and
- 22:11Speaker 1: the Biden agenda unfolding. Everything that I see in the
- 22:15Speaker 1: activity of the investigation and everything I hear from defense
- 22:18Speaker 1: lawyers and others that are familiar with what's going on,
- 22:21Speaker 1: is that he is building a small number of indictments,
- 22:24Speaker 1: trying to get the evidence, to get there. There have
- 22:26Speaker 1: been some delays, and there's fights over evidence in the
- 22:29Speaker 1: secret behind closed doors grand jury fights. But all the
- 22:32Speaker 1: evidence is pointing toward him trying to bring criminal charges,
- 22:35Speaker 1: probably in the first quarter of this year, that's what
- 22:38Speaker 1: I'm hearing. Of course, there's a new sheriff in town.
- 22:40Speaker 1: When Mark Garland gets confirmed as an attorney General, as
- 22:43Speaker 1: we expect he will, he'll have a say and maybe
- 22:47Speaker 1: he'll take and put the case and set it aside.
- 22:50Speaker 1: But right now, John Durham looks to be building a
- 22:53Speaker 1: small number of indictments focused on the top of the FBI.
- 22:56Speaker 1: That's very important, the very top of the leadership of
- 22:59Speaker 1: the FBI. That's where he's looking. Also, in these documents
- 23:03Speaker 1: that were declassified, we learned about Christopher Steele and a
- 23:07Speaker 1: confession a year after he was fired. Tell me about
- 23:10Speaker 1: that so important. Christopher Steele finally describes his motive in
- 23:15Speaker 1: September twenty seventeen. Remember he was fired in November for
- 23:18Speaker 1: leaking to the meet in November sixteen. They bring him
- 23:21Speaker 1: back in September and he said, here are my two motives.
- 23:23Speaker 1: My first motive was James Coomey reopened the Clinton email case.
- 23:26Speaker 1: I thought that was going to hurt Hillary Clinton's chances.
- 23:28Speaker 1: I leaked to the news media to create a different
- 23:31Speaker 1: storyline in the public. And why would you hear that?
- 23:34Speaker 1: Christopher Steele says in his confession, I was afraid Hillary
- 23:38Speaker 1: Clinton was going to be hurt, so I leaked information
- 23:40Speaker 1: so that we get that out of the headlines, which
- 23:44Speaker 1: is exactly what I told you right now seeing into it,
- 23:46Speaker 1: and they're actually covering like bad news right covering bad
- 23:49Speaker 1: news on Joe Biden, bad news on Joe Biden, just
- 23:54Speaker 1: to keep the Durham investigation off the air. Listen very
- 23:58Speaker 1: closely to what Solomon said on this for leaking to
- 24:01Speaker 1: the media November sixteen. They bring him back in September
- 24:04Speaker 1: and he said, here are my two motives. My first
- 24:05Speaker 1: motive was James Comey reopened the Clinton email case. I
- 24:09Speaker 1: thought that was going to hurt Hillary Clinton's chances. I
- 24:11Speaker 1: leaked to the news media to create a different storyline
- 24:14Speaker 1: in the public. And secondly, I considered Donald Trump to
- 24:17Speaker 1: be my main opponent, and I didn't want him to
- 24:19Speaker 1: be president because he would help hurt I think he
- 24:22Speaker 1: would hurt the great Britain US relationship. Now, remember he's
- 24:25Speaker 1: a foreigner. He's a British former am My six agent.
- 24:28Speaker 1: This is the clearest evidence that a foreigner intervened in election.
- 24:32Speaker 1: We started the Russia collusion investigation thinking Donald Trump and
- 24:35Speaker 1: Russia were colluding together, and we ended it knowing that
- 24:38Speaker 1: Hillary Clinton's hand picked A six investigator intervened in our
- 24:43Speaker 1: election because he didn't like Donald Trump and he wanted
- 24:45Speaker 1: to help Hillary Clinton. What a role reversal. How is
- 24:49Speaker 1: no one covering that? John Sulliman also said, based on
- 24:59Speaker 1: now what he has seeing, and he said this, I'm
- 25:02Speaker 1: going to go back in time to February the tenth,
- 25:07Speaker 1: two thousand and eighteen. John Salomon, who's a brilliant reporter
- 25:14Speaker 1: working for The Hill, went on Fox News Channel and
- 25:19Speaker 1: actually said all four dossier's used to launch the FBI
- 25:25Speaker 1: investigation against Donald Trump. He said, will trace will trace
- 25:30Speaker 1: back to the Clintons. He said this back on February tenth,
- 25:36Speaker 1: twenty eighteen. He's absolutely right, by the way, Justice not
- 25:41Speaker 1: to release it. Okay, John, let's go to this. There's
- 25:43Speaker 1: also a word about a second to dossier that is
- 25:47Speaker 1: out there. Tell us what you know about that. So
- 25:49Speaker 1: in the summer of twenty sixteen, there's another pipeline of
- 25:52Speaker 1: Clinton related information coming into the State Department and then
- 25:55Speaker 1: to Mike, to Christopher Steele, then to the FBI. It
- 25:58Speaker 1: comes through two guys that we've heard of from the
- 26:00Speaker 1: past and the old Clinton ears in the nineties. You
- 26:01Speaker 1: might have been involved in some of those investigations. Cody Sharer,
- 26:05Speaker 1: private Eye, hung around the Clinton's a lot, and Sydney
- 26:08Speaker 1: Bloomenthal one of their closest friends, kind of their I
- 26:10Speaker 1: spy inside the Clinton campaign and they put the information
- 26:13Speaker 1: in and tracks very closely to what Steele has. So
- 26:15Speaker 1: you have all this information coming in. I predict when
- 26:18Speaker 1: we're done, all four sources of the information that the
- 26:21Speaker 1: FBI has used to launch the investigation against Donald Trump,
- 26:24Speaker 1: every one of them is going to have a connection
- 26:25Speaker 1: to the Clinton campaign. Now, Dan one of the concerns
- 26:29Speaker 1: that's out there. Politico is reporting tonight that Steve Bannon
- 26:32Speaker 1: may have actually been picked up on some of these surveillances.
- 26:36Speaker 1: How does that strike I mean, it's right in the
- 26:38Speaker 1: heart of the campaign, and they've also gotten now Steve Bannon,
- 26:42Speaker 1: according to Politico, that they were spying on as well.
- 26:46Speaker 1: This goes back to the Biden administration allowing for the
- 26:51Speaker 1: Trump campaign to be spied on on the pretense that
- 26:56Speaker 1: he was having colluding with the Russians, which they knew
- 26:59Speaker 1: was a lie. This doesn't just go back to the
- 27:02Speaker 1: Clinton campaign. This goes back to Obama. This goes back
- 27:07Speaker 1: to the Obama administration. This goes back to James Comey,
- 27:10Speaker 1: This goes back to Clapper. This goes back to all
- 27:14Speaker 1: of these guys. By the way, they were paid by
- 27:17Speaker 1: CNN to come on their air and commentate on a
- 27:21Speaker 1: story that they literally fictitiously wrote. I really don't know
- 27:29Speaker 1: if there's any other way to put it. I don't
- 27:33Speaker 1: I don't know if there's any other way to describe this. Right,
- 27:38Speaker 1: This is what they did. This is how they did it.
- 27:44Speaker 1: They're all involved, all right, So let's go back to
- 27:48Speaker 1: seeing it in just for a second. What are they
- 27:49Speaker 1: covering today? Anything but this. They're even criticizing the White
- 27:54Speaker 1: House Press Secretary today because you gotta do it right,
- 27:57Speaker 1: Which brings me back to the other point. If you
- 28:00Speaker 1: want to know now what the media's gonna do, They're
- 28:02Speaker 1: gonna start covering a little bit things like illegal immigrants
- 28:07Speaker 1: coming into this country who are unvaccinated. White House Press
- 28:10Speaker 1: Secretary try to do a new Jedi mind trick on
- 28:13Speaker 1: all this, saying, well, the reason why illegal immigrants walking
- 28:17Speaker 1: across the border into this country don't have to get
- 28:20Speaker 1: a COVID nineteen vaccine is because they're quote not intended
- 28:23Speaker 1: to stay here. But if you fly into the country,
- 28:27Speaker 1: you're intending to stay here. So therefore we you're gonna
- 28:30Speaker 1: have to show proof of vaccine. Listen about what's going
- 28:35Speaker 1: on and head the border. Is somebody asking the flour
- 28:37Speaker 1: im nationals who are walking into Del Rio, Texas and
- 28:40Speaker 1: setting up camps on this side of the border for
- 28:43Speaker 1: a proof of vaccination for a negative COVID test. Well,
- 28:48Speaker 1: first of all, I can I can readdress for you
- 28:51Speaker 1: or retuck you through what steps we take all people
- 28:54Speaker 1: who fly into the country. So if somebody walks into
- 28:58Speaker 1: the country right across the river, does somebody ask them
- 29:01Speaker 1: to see their vaccination card? Well, let me explain to
- 29:06Speaker 1: you again, Peter, how our process works as individuals. As
- 29:09Speaker 1: individuals come across the border and they are both assessed
- 29:14Speaker 1: for whether they have any symptoms. If they have symptoms,
- 29:18Speaker 1: they are the intention is for them to be quarantined.
- 29:21Speaker 1: That is our process. They're not intending to stay here
- 29:23Speaker 1: for a lengthy period of time. I don't think it's
- 29:25Speaker 1: the same thing. It's not the same thing. These are individuals.
- 29:29Speaker 1: As we've noted, and as we've been discussed, we are
- 29:31Speaker 1: expelling individuals based on Title forty two, specifically because of COVID,
- 29:36Speaker 1: because we want to prevent a scenario where large numbers
- 29:39Speaker 1: of people are gathering posing a threat to the community
- 29:42Speaker 1: and also to the migrants themselves. So those are the
- 29:45Speaker 1: policies that we put in place, in large part because
- 29:48Speaker 1: again the CDC continues to recommend Title forty two be
- 29:52Speaker 1: in place, given we're facing a global pandemic. Yeah, there
- 29:56Speaker 1: you go. They're just we're just making up as we go. Now,
- 29:59Speaker 1: got to come the country and a plane. You gotta
- 30:01Speaker 1: have a COVID test. Ah, I'm sorry, vaccine come across
- 30:06Speaker 1: the border. Nah, mass amounts people hanging out together. Then
- 30:10Speaker 1: they're gonna leave and go into the country. Fine, well,
- 30:13Speaker 1: they're they're not intended to stay here is what we're
- 30:15Speaker 1: gonna tell you. Welcome to the Biden administration and watch CNN, MSNBC.
- 30:31Speaker 1: They're gonna have to criticize Joe Biden for the next
- 30:35Speaker 1: couple of days, maybe next couple of weeks while these
- 30:38Speaker 1: indictments come out from the Durham investigation, because they under
- 30:42Speaker 1: there's no way, folks, okay, there is no way that
- 30:51Speaker 1: they can afford to actually admit that they sold you
- 30:55Speaker 1: a lie that they knew was a lie, which was
- 30:57Speaker 1: Russian collusion. Because if they hell the truth, it is
- 31:02Speaker 1: game over. If they actually tell you the truth, then
- 31:08Speaker 1: it means they were a part of it. Game over.
- 31:14Speaker 1: Make sure you share this podcast and every day this
- 31:16Speaker 1: week we are going to keep deep diving into the
