- 0:00Speaker 1: When I look at what this president has done on fraud,
- 0:04Speaker 1: I think to myself, who on earth could be against this? Like,
- 0:12Speaker 1: how could you really be against getting rid of waste,
- 0:16Speaker 1: fraud and abuse? Now Democrats are against this. So the
- 0:21Speaker 1: question you need to ask is why I actually believe
- 0:24Speaker 1: it's straight up because of kickbacks. The Democratic Party has
- 0:29Speaker 1: understood and the Deep States understood that the best way
- 0:32Speaker 1: to empower for you to not only push your ideals right,
- 0:36Speaker 1: your radical like liberal Marxist socialist companies' ideals, is to
- 0:40Speaker 1: be able to use government funds, taxpayer dollars to then
- 0:44Speaker 1: put it to India in Geo's all right, non governmental
- 0:48Speaker 1: you know, organizations to then push for your propaganda. And
- 0:52Speaker 1: then you can also, by the way, get kickbacks as
- 0:53Speaker 1: well to your family and your friends. And that's what
- 0:57Speaker 1: we've witnessed here. So there's two types of kickbacks that
- 1:00Speaker 1: you need to understand. There's the kickbacks, which is, hey,
- 1:03Speaker 1: we as elected officials, when you're doing shady things will
- 1:06Speaker 1: look the other way, like we saw Minneapolis and in LA.
- 1:11Speaker 1: You look at the problems for example right now that
- 1:13Speaker 1: the Gavin Newsom's got out in California, Like it's another
- 1:16Speaker 1: example of just straight up corruption and fraud. And by
- 1:20Speaker 1: the way, if you think it's some Trump thing, no,
- 1:22Speaker 1: it started before Trump was back in office. So you
- 1:24Speaker 1: need to look at the facts of what's happening out
- 1:26Speaker 1: there in California. But there's a very good chance that
- 1:29Speaker 1: Gavin Newsom like maybe trying to stay out of jail
- 1:32Speaker 1: instead of running for president of the United States of America,
- 1:35Speaker 1: all right, And so I think that's also something else
- 1:38Speaker 1: that's an interesting data point here. But why is it
- 1:43Speaker 1: the guys like Gavenusom, for example, they don't stop the fraud.
- 1:47Speaker 1: One because they're in on it, is how I would
- 1:49Speaker 1: describe it.
- 1:51Speaker 2: That's number one.
- 1:53Speaker 1: The second reason why is because this is the only
- 1:57Speaker 1: way they know how to actually set up a government
- 2:02Speaker 1: that works to their advantage. And I think that's even
- 2:06Speaker 1: more of an interesting data point. If you are in
- 2:10Speaker 1: favor of this fraud, then you're getting something from it.
- 2:14Speaker 1: You're getting a kickback from it, you're getting advocacy from it,
- 2:16Speaker 1: You're getting something that is coming in and that is
- 2:20Speaker 1: helping you. Now, if you can run the government and
- 2:24Speaker 1: then you have your hands on literally billions of dollars
- 2:27Speaker 1: and you can send it to all of these people
- 2:30Speaker 1: that are pushing for your ideology, your radical Marxist socialist,
- 2:33Speaker 1: communist ideology, and then you can funnel money to these
- 2:38Speaker 1: organizations through the government, and then that money, whatever happens
- 2:42Speaker 1: right after it is, you don't really care as long
- 2:43Speaker 1: as a piece of it, right, a percentage of it's
- 2:45Speaker 1: coming back into you when you run for office. Like
- 2:49Speaker 1: that's a pretty good deal, you understand now, Like this
- 2:53Speaker 1: is one of those follow the money situation.
- 2:59Speaker 2: Just just straight up.
- 3:00Speaker 1: Up follow the money, follow the cash, look at the cash,
- 3:05Speaker 1: and then you'll understand where, like how this happens. Will
- 3:10Speaker 1: I will go back to Gavin Newsom, all right, Gavin
- 3:13Speaker 1: Newsom investigation is something that is insanely underreported on. So
- 3:23Speaker 1: let me go to the Sacramento b all right, and
- 3:25Speaker 1: I'm just going to read for you something that they
- 3:27Speaker 1: had earlier today. The DOJ is investigating Gavin Newsom and
- 3:31Speaker 1: his wife. Here's what's to know. Federal investigators are digging
- 3:35Speaker 1: into the finances of California Governor Newsom and his wife,
- 3:40Speaker 1: the first partner, Jennifer Newsom.
- 3:42Speaker 2: The governor calls.
- 3:43Speaker 1: It a quote political attack tied to his expected twenty
- 3:46Speaker 1: twenty eight president to run the Trump administration's Justice Apartment
- 3:50Speaker 1: is probing the newsom ties to nonprofits. Okay, this is
- 3:54Speaker 1: what we're talking about a moment ago, taxes and business
- 3:56Speaker 1: dealings going back years. His wife as occupied a higher
- 4:01Speaker 1: profile position compared to the spouse of other state leaders.
- 4:04Speaker 1: The filmmaker and gender equity advocate has helped shape her
- 4:08Speaker 1: husband's policies on issues like reproductive health, the male loneliness
- 4:12Speaker 1: and mental health crisis, school nutrition, and regulating children's access
- 4:17Speaker 1: to social media.
- 4:19Speaker 2: Here are the key takeaways.
- 4:20Speaker 1: Now again this is coming from the Sacramento be and
- 4:22Speaker 1: again this is one of the most underreported stories that
- 4:25Speaker 1: if it was a Republican that was in this much
- 4:27Speaker 1: trouble as a governor, it would be wall to wall coverage.
- 4:29Speaker 2: Twenty four to seven.
- 4:31Speaker 1: The US Department of Justice is investigating the first Lady
- 4:36Speaker 1: of California's taxes and nonprofits connected to her and the governor,
- 4:40Speaker 1: with several probes ongoing for about a year that originated
- 4:44Speaker 1: from whistleblower complaints. So that would be internal. Okay, this
- 4:48Speaker 1: isn't some whistle this isn't some witch hunt, This isn't
- 4:51Speaker 1: some political you know. Okay, we're coming after you because
- 4:54Speaker 1: you came after us, or we want to retaliate against
- 4:56Speaker 1: you type of scenario, which is what Gavin Newsom of
- 4:58Speaker 1: course said. You know, this is people in and around
- 5:01Speaker 1: you internally, whistle blowers that complained to the US Attorney's
- 5:06Speaker 1: Office in Sacramento. All right, that's why I'm giving you
- 5:09Speaker 1: this from the Sacramento b Then number two on their
- 5:12Speaker 1: list as the IRS and FBI agents have approached staff, friends,
- 5:17Speaker 1: and associates of the Newsom's in recent weeks and obtained
- 5:19Speaker 1: their bank records.
- 5:21Speaker 2: That's significant. The Governor's office said.
- 5:24Speaker 1: The probe intensified after Todd Blanche became acting head of
- 5:27Speaker 1: the DOJ. One of the investigations is connected to Dana Williamson.
- 5:32Speaker 1: Now this is the screaming like, this is the fireworks
- 5:39Speaker 1: going off moment. So you understand this is the oh,
- 5:42Speaker 1: you know what moment if you are Gavin Newsom internally. Okay,
- 5:47Speaker 1: One of the investigations connected to Dana Williamson, that is
- 5:52Speaker 1: Newsom's former very close friend and former chief of staff. Now,
- 5:58Speaker 1: why is that significant? Well, Dana has pled guilty to
- 6:02Speaker 1: federal charges. Okay, She's pled guilty to fraud and line
- 6:06Speaker 1: to the FBI. Last month and faces up to thirty
- 6:09Speaker 1: six years in prison with the plea agreement. Now, and
- 6:14Speaker 1: go back to what I said earlier, This isn't a
- 6:16Speaker 1: witch hunt. This is whistleblowers within the government, whistleblowing and
- 6:19Speaker 1: then seeing major problems and then a Newsom's former chief
- 6:23Speaker 1: of staff pleading guilty to federal charges on fraud in
- 6:28Speaker 1: line to the FBI and is facing up to.
- 6:31Speaker 2: Thirty eight years in prison. That is what you refer
- 6:33Speaker 2: to as someone rolling.
- 6:35Speaker 1: So this is someone who's trying to get like, trying
- 6:37Speaker 1: to spend the rest of their life in jail. They
- 6:39Speaker 1: know a lot obviously about Gavin Newsom's wife, this former
- 6:42Speaker 1: chief of staff, and clearly is singing like a canary.
- 6:45Speaker 2: I think is a fair way of putting it.
- 6:47Speaker 1: Now, the first Lady of California, Newsom earned about two
- 6:50Speaker 1: point three million from the Representation Project nonprofit between twenty
- 6:56Speaker 1: eleven and twenty eighteen. That's a hell of a lot
- 6:58Speaker 1: of money from a nonprofit. Two point three million. Twenty
- 7:01Speaker 1: twenty one Sacramento b investigation found more than eight hundred
- 7:05Speaker 1: thousand donations to the nonprofit from companies that directly lobbied
- 7:09Speaker 1: the governor, meaning her husband you understand where we're going
- 7:12Speaker 1: with this, all right. So you've got companies that are
- 7:16Speaker 1: directly lobbying the governor, and all of a sudden, at
- 7:19Speaker 1: the same time, you got more than eight hundred thousand
- 7:21Speaker 1: dollars in donations to the nonprofit from companies that needed
- 7:26Speaker 1: to do business with and we're lobbying the governor who
- 7:29Speaker 1: happened to be her husband.
- 7:30Speaker 2: All right. That included PG and e AT and T
- 7:35Speaker 2: and Kaser as well.
- 7:38Speaker 1: Now, just days before the DOJ pro became public, the
- 7:43Speaker 1: state's Fair Political Practice Commission actually fined Gavin Newsom. Now
- 7:48Speaker 1: this is probably the first time you're even hearing about this, okay,
- 7:51Speaker 1: So you know, you know where there's like smoke, there's
- 7:53Speaker 1: fire that's saying, well, now we have fire, not just smoke,
- 7:56Speaker 1: all right. So, just days before the dog pro became public,
- 8:02Speaker 1: the state's Fair Political Practice Commission fine Gavin Newsom more
- 8:05Speaker 1: than thirty one thousand dollars for failing to report you ready,
- 8:11Speaker 1: five point six million and charitable donations on time, with
- 8:16Speaker 1: most going to California Fire Foundation. During the twenty twenty
- 8:20Speaker 1: five Los Angeles wildfires, Newsom was late filing reports on
- 8:24Speaker 1: so called behested payments, not once, not twice, not ten times,
- 8:30Speaker 1: not twenty five times, but thirty four times alone in
- 8:35Speaker 1: twenty twenty five. And the governor has previously been fined
- 8:38Speaker 1: for failing to disclose fourteen million in donations made between
- 8:42Speaker 1: nine and twenty twenty four. Now, in a video posts
- 8:45Speaker 1: on social media, Newsom called Trump the most quote corrupt
- 8:48Speaker 1: president of American history blah blah blah, and said the
- 8:51Speaker 1: White House is abusing the grand jury process to target
- 8:53Speaker 1: him because he's considering a twenty twenty eight presidential run. No,
- 8:57Speaker 1: none of this started under Trump. This all started in
- 9:00Speaker 1: a state by whistleblowers who went came forward. And then
- 9:06Speaker 1: you have a former chief of staff for Gavin Newsom
- 9:09Speaker 1: who has taken a plea deal begging to not spend
- 9:12Speaker 1: the rest of their life in prison.
- 9:14Speaker 2: I'm gonna tell you right now, when you have.
- 9:17Speaker 1: Whistleblowers that are doing what they're doing in California, you
- 9:20Speaker 1: know it's bad. And when you have whistleblowers in California
- 9:23Speaker 1: that are who then get to a point with data
- 9:26Speaker 1: that's actually putting the chief of staff of Gavin Newsom
- 9:30Speaker 1: in prison, and then him and then that person taking
- 9:33Speaker 1: a deal and then of course, the pushback is, well,
- 9:36Speaker 1: you just need to understand, right, you just you need
- 9:40Speaker 1: to understand that this is all witch hunt. That's what
- 9:43Speaker 1: Gavin Newsom said, is press comfort. This is all Donald
- 9:45Speaker 1: Trump being evil, Donald Trump's bad guy. Donald Trump is terrible.
- 9:48Speaker 1: Donald Trump is the worst person in the world. And
- 9:50Speaker 1: this is all because I'm gonna win the presidency. Okay, buddy, sure,
- 9:53Speaker 1: whatever you say. I'm going to tell you right now,
- 9:56Speaker 1: there is a very good chance that Gavin Newsom will
- 9:58Speaker 1: not be running for president. There's a very good chance
- 10:00Speaker 1: the Gavin Newsom's gonna be fighting for his life to
- 10:03Speaker 1: not be in prison based on what we are witnessing
- 10:06Speaker 1: right now. All right, I want to take you back
- 10:09Speaker 1: in time for a moment. Remember Donald Trump when he
- 10:11Speaker 1: was running for president, he said, Hey, if you like me,
- 10:13Speaker 1: I'm gonna get rid of waste, fraud and abuse. I'm
- 10:15Speaker 1: going to clean house and the swamp and the deep state,
- 10:19Speaker 1: and I'm going to find great Americans who actually serve
- 10:22Speaker 1: the interest of the president's agenda, which you guys.
- 10:25Speaker 2: Are voting for.
- 10:26Speaker 1: Well, here's another example of that campaign promise paying off
- 10:31Speaker 1: big time. The FBI has busted now several fraud schemes
- 10:37Speaker 1: across the country in the last few weeks, the FBI
- 10:40Speaker 1: Director Cash Battel said in the latest weekly update to
- 10:44Speaker 1: the agency, Patel highlighted some of the results of Operation
- 10:48Speaker 1: Riptide now that operation focused on criminal actors and the
- 10:53Speaker 1: key services they rely on, as well as their infrastructure,
- 10:56Speaker 1: their tools, and their services and their communication platforms and
- 11:01Speaker 1: then their money. FBI Cleveland, for instance, disrupted a Chinese
- 11:07Speaker 1: fishing platform link to the theft of millions of credit
- 11:10Speaker 1: card numbers and nearly and this is the part that
- 11:14Speaker 1: again this goes back to Chinese and why you don't
- 11:16Speaker 1: want to trust them with things like AI nearly one
- 11:19Speaker 1: point nine billion dollars and losses worldwide. I didn't say
- 11:23Speaker 1: one point nine million. I said one point nine billion
- 11:27Speaker 1: dollars and losses worldwide.
- 11:29Speaker 2: Cashptel has now revealed.
- 11:32Speaker 1: Now as a result of these efforts of the FBI,
- 11:35Speaker 1: just in Charlotte, they said, two individuals were convicted for
- 11:38Speaker 1: operating a business email compromise scheme that stole twenty five
- 11:43Speaker 1: million alone from US companies. Thanks to FBI Boston, our
- 11:49Speaker 1: Cyber Division and international partners, we helped dismantle a VPN
- 11:55Speaker 1: service used to buy ransomware groups around the world. He said,
- 11:59Speaker 1: this exactly what Operation Riptide is about, targeting the cyber
- 12:03Speaker 1: criminal ecosystem at every level, and we're just getting started now.
- 12:08Speaker 1: Fraudsers have also been targeted by the FBI. In Los Angeles,
- 12:13Speaker 1: for instance, an Orange County man was arrested for carrying
- 12:16Speaker 1: out a nearly one hundred million dollar.
- 12:20Speaker 2: Bank fraud scheme.
- 12:21Speaker 1: This, according to Patel, thanks to FBI Milwaukee, Wisconsin man
- 12:26Speaker 1: also plead to go to frauding nearly one hundred and
- 12:28Speaker 1: ninety investors out of more than fourteen million dollars. Then
- 12:32Speaker 1: out of New Orleans, a texasman was indicted for running
- 12:35Speaker 1: a four million dollar investment fraud scam. The victimized more
- 12:39Speaker 1: than twenty people, he said, noting that a Texas couple
- 12:42Speaker 1: had also been indicted for stealing more than two point
- 12:45Speaker 1: five million dollars from vulnerable victims through a year long
- 12:51Speaker 1: Like fraud scheme, thinks, they said to FBI Seattle. They
- 12:56Speaker 1: also said that fraud scheme was a psychic fraud scheme.
- 12:59Speaker 1: So again on week, Pattel added, the FBI Pittsburgh also
- 13:04Speaker 1: announced charges against an Ohio woman accused of embezzling more
- 13:08Speaker 1: than four hundred and sixty thousand dollars from a law
- 13:11Speaker 1: firm that she was working at as a pair legal.
- 13:14Speaker 1: Seven other individuals, for example, in Las Vegas, were arrested
- 13:19Speaker 1: for exploiting coronavirus relief programs. You can also go all
- 13:23Speaker 1: the way up to Alaska where an individual there was
- 13:26Speaker 1: sentenced to prison for defrauding those programs as well. Now,
- 13:30Speaker 1: the FBI also targeted violent criminals taking illegal weapons off
- 13:35Speaker 1: the streets. In Birmingham, for example, they had a Operation
- 13:39Speaker 1: Safer Communities result in thirty six arrests and seizure of
- 13:43Speaker 1: eleven firearms is part of Summer Heat two point zero,
- 13:46Speaker 1: and after a separate seven week enforcement effort, FBI Birmingham
- 13:50Speaker 1: announced more than one hundred and seventy arrests and confiscated
- 13:53Speaker 1: an additional twenty two illegal firearms. By the way, Democrats
- 13:57Speaker 1: should be excited about this because they're the ones that
- 13:59Speaker 1: hate guns the most. So you'd think they'd be like
- 14:01Speaker 1: super pumped about this, right, No, of course not. They
- 14:04Speaker 1: hate CASPTTEL, they hate Donald Trump, they hate law and order,
- 14:08Speaker 1: and so that's exactly why they're against this.
- 14:11Speaker 2: Now.
- 14:11Speaker 1: Patel also revealed highlights from an FBI litter rock sting
- 14:15Speaker 1: resulting in the arrest of thirty nine people, the seizure
- 14:19Speaker 1: of thirty five firearms, large quantities of fentanyl that could
- 14:22Speaker 1: kill many Americans, as well as a lot of other
- 14:25Speaker 1: illegal drugs. You can go from Littlerock to Portland. The
- 14:29Speaker 1: FBI saw man sentence to prison for assaulting a federal
- 14:32Speaker 1: officer during a violent attack, and an immigration and Customs
- 14:35Speaker 1: enforcement facility that was of course, you know those protests
- 14:39Speaker 1: that were paid for it yet again by the radical left.
- 14:42Speaker 1: Patel also reminded agents that they're working is saving children
- 14:47Speaker 1: and multiple child predators were sentenced, convicted, and charged as
- 14:50Speaker 1: a result of investigations by the FBI in Tampa, then
- 14:55Speaker 1: in Boston, Kansas City, and Baltimore. Quote as of yesterday,
- 15:00Speaker 1: for example, one member of seven hundred and sixty four
- 15:05Speaker 1: was sentenced to thirty years in prison. He says, as always,
- 15:08Speaker 1: we're gonna keep getting after it and I'll see you
- 15:12Speaker 1: next week. Now, you look at that weekly update, and
- 15:15Speaker 1: that's the reason why I wanted you to understand kind
- 15:18Speaker 1: of how this works. This is not like a six
- 15:21Speaker 1: month update. This isn't a year. End of the year
- 15:23Speaker 1: like update. This is the weekly update. Next week's update
- 15:28Speaker 1: will be completely different, with completely different information. I really really,
- 15:35Speaker 1: really really really.
- 15:36Speaker 2: Want you to think about that.
- 15:37Speaker 1: Okay, you have a FBI that is working right now,
- 15:43Speaker 1: by the way, exactly how it's supposed to. They're allowing
- 15:47Speaker 1: the great men and women in uniform to do their jobs.
- 15:52Speaker 1: It is something that I think should make all of
- 15:55Speaker 1: us proud. And it's no longer using the FBI for
- 16:00Speaker 1: political purposes. You may remember, we've found out the FBI
- 16:04Speaker 1: was actually briefing and you go back to politics here.
- 16:09Speaker 1: They were briefing and sending letters to big tech, uh
- 16:14Speaker 1: for example Twitter under the prior administration on what they
- 16:18Speaker 1: wanted to be censored. And when do you think about that?
- 16:22Speaker 1: They were out there spending their time sending emails and
- 16:26Speaker 1: finding things that were post online by people like Mark
- 16:29Speaker 1: and myself and saying, hey, we need you to censor
- 16:33Speaker 1: this information. There was question there were things, for example,
- 16:36Speaker 1: put online like about ivermectin for example, and then what
- 16:41Speaker 1: was the government doing. They were then connecting the Facebook
- 16:44Speaker 1: or Meta to acts and others and saying and Instagram
- 16:48Speaker 1: saying yeah, you guys need to take this down, Like
- 16:50Speaker 1: think about that that was what law enforcement looked like
- 16:53Speaker 1: under Biden, Harris and under Obama, and then now look
- 16:57Speaker 1: at it like we're actually going after and take people
- 17:00Speaker 1: down that have committed real, serious, heinous crimes. That is
- 17:06Speaker 1: something that should make all of us excited. And it's
- 17:11Speaker 1: again goes back to the promise that was made by
- 17:15Speaker 1: the President unights it to America. We're gonna go after
- 17:17Speaker 1: those that We're gonna go after the bad guys, like
- 17:20Speaker 1: we're gonna go after waste, We're gonna after fraud, We're
- 17:22Speaker 1: gonna have to go after abuse. We are going to
- 17:24Speaker 1: go after these things. And that is exactly why we
- 17:30Speaker 1: should be so excited and proud of this. I also
- 17:35Speaker 1: think this goes back to what was it a couple
- 17:37Speaker 1: of weeks ago when miss produced Hermit signed I have
- 17:40Speaker 1: real quick all right, good, I got a ton to
- 17:42Speaker 1: play this. I want to go back to the FBI
- 17:44Speaker 1: director Cash Betel, and he was unveiling a new FBI
- 17:48Speaker 1: Most Wanted list, but it was not a normal most
- 17:51Speaker 1: wanted list.
- 17:52Speaker 2: It was the.
- 17:52Speaker 1: Fraudsters list at a press conference in Ohio, yet again
- 17:56Speaker 1: showing that like we're running this agency differently, and I
- 18:00Speaker 1: want you to listen to what Cash had to say.
- 18:02Speaker 3: Operation Playground Therapy is what the FBI is here to
- 18:05Speaker 3: talk about today, as the Attorney General highlighted, literally tens
- 18:10Speaker 3: of millions of dollars that was supposed to go to
- 18:12Speaker 3: kids was stolen allegedly by individuals who worked in government
- 18:18Speaker 3: and the private sector and thought they could fleece Americans
- 18:22Speaker 3: and our treasure, our children of the hard earned dollars,
- 18:25Speaker 3: the taxpayer dollars that we provide to support them in
- 18:27Speaker 3: their time of need. Well, they got caught. And not
- 18:30Speaker 3: only did they get caught, so many others got caught.
- 18:32Speaker 3: Just take a look at some of the vehicles that
- 18:34Speaker 3: are here as part of their ill gotten gains and proceeds.
- 18:37Speaker 3: They didn't just take the money, they paraded it around
- 18:40Speaker 3: the country. And thanks to this team here you are
- 18:42Speaker 3: seeing what hard work, dedication to the rule of law,
- 18:47Speaker 3: and true unified effort across all fronts when no one
- 18:49Speaker 3: wants the credit and everyone wants to just do the work.
- 18:52Speaker 3: These are the results that we're here to talk about today,
- 18:55Speaker 3: importantly for the FBI, and thanks to Vice President JD
- 18:58Speaker 3: Vance's vision an idea. He said, hey, you guys have
- 19:01Speaker 3: a top ten most wanted list for all gangbangers, terrorists,
- 19:07Speaker 3: narco traffickers, murders and rapists around the world. How about
- 19:10Speaker 3: we have a top ten list for most wanted fraudsters. So,
- 19:13Speaker 3: mister Vice President, thanks to your vision, we're here to
- 19:16Speaker 3: deliver and you see it here today. It is live
- 19:18Speaker 3: officially on the FBI website. I want all Americans to
- 19:21Speaker 3: take a look at these most wanted individuals and look
- 19:24Speaker 3: at the amounts, the tens of millions and billions of
- 19:26Speaker 3: dollars in fraud that they have decimated our societies from.
- 19:31Speaker 3: We rely on you. Our best form of information is
- 19:34Speaker 3: the American public. Take a look at this top ten
- 19:37Speaker 3: most wanted Let us know any information. There is no
- 19:40Speaker 3: bad piece of information. The only bad piece of information
- 19:43Speaker 3: is the one you don't give us. So call one
- 19:45Speaker 3: eight hundred, call FBI or go to FBI dot gov
- 19:48Speaker 3: and help us apprehend more fraudsters. The last thing I
- 19:52Speaker 3: want to talk about is the work of the FBI
- 19:55Speaker 3: and the interagency isn't just domestic. The fraudsters have created
- 19:59Speaker 3: programs over sees that have fleeced Americans of billions of dollars.
- 20:03Speaker 3: The FBI has led that charge against Scam Center compounds
- 20:06Speaker 3: stood up in Southeast Asia and the Middle East, freeing
- 20:09Speaker 3: thousands of traffic workers. Just in the last year, under
- 20:12Speaker 3: the Trump Advance Administration and the Fraud Initiative, we have
- 20:15Speaker 3: captured and freed eight billion dollars in fraud in scam
- 20:18Speaker 3: centers that were stood up by the CCP and other
- 20:21Speaker 3: adversaries in places like Thailand, Laos and Cambodia and the
- 20:24Speaker 3: Middle East. And we're working with our inner agency and
- 20:27Speaker 3: partners across the world to bring hundreds of individuals to justice.
- 20:31Speaker 3: Just the other week in the Middle East, in Dubai,
- 20:33Speaker 3: we arrested three hundred individuals responsible for four billion dollars
- 20:37Speaker 3: in fraud. They prey on our senior citizens here from overseas,
- 20:41Speaker 3: and this administration has made it abundantly clear there is
- 20:44Speaker 3: no distance we won't travel to make sure we apprehend
- 20:47Speaker 3: each and every one of these individuals. The FBI is
- 20:50Speaker 3: leading the effort to scuttle these stam centers permanently, to
- 20:53Speaker 3: free the traffic workers, and most importantly, to also secure
- 20:56Speaker 3: our taxpayer dollars and make sure that this eight billion
- 20:59Speaker 3: in cans and scamsenter fraud that the FBI is delivered
- 21:02Speaker 3: on so far, only continues to grow, and we're going
- 21:05Speaker 3: to keep doing it. I just want to thank the
- 21:07Speaker 3: Attorney General the interagency partnerships here, state and local. I've
- 21:10Speaker 3: said it over and over again, the FBI's best partners
- 21:13Speaker 3: are state and local law enforcement, and they're here today
- 21:16Speaker 3: and these are the results.
- 21:18Speaker 1: You listen to the FBI director there and this most
- 21:22Speaker 1: wanted Fraudster's list, the millions and billions of fraud they're
- 21:25Speaker 1: taking place. Wouldn't it been nice if prior administrations were
- 21:29Speaker 1: doing this. Instead of protecting the fraudsters, we're actually going
- 21:34Speaker 1: after the fraudsters.
- 21:35Speaker 2: Now, You've got to understand.
- 21:36Speaker 1: One of the reasons why the Democrats look the other
- 21:39Speaker 1: way was actually very simple. They were getting kickbacks. You
- 21:44Speaker 1: look at Minneapolis and what was happening there. There was
- 21:47Speaker 1: massive kickbacks that were coming over and over and over again,
- 21:52Speaker 1: time and time again. The people that were committing the
- 21:54Speaker 1: fraud were giving massive political donations to the governor Waltz
- 22:00Speaker 1: and to other elected officials you look at just to
- 22:04Speaker 1: fight over that. Now, a federal judge on Monday blocked
- 22:07Speaker 1: the Justice Department from forcing the Minnesota Governor Tim Walts
- 22:10Speaker 1: and other officials to turnover records and its probe of
- 22:14Speaker 1: democratic resistance to the Trump administration's immigration crackdown, calling the
- 22:18Speaker 1: move retaliatory. No, it's called transparency. This is what we
- 22:24Speaker 1: are up against. We are up against this. And so
- 22:29Speaker 1: when you have a most Wanted Frauster's list. By the way,
- 22:31Speaker 1: I hope that somebody listening right now goes and looks
- 22:33Speaker 1: at it. Maybe they know somebody, maybe they can help.
- 22:35Speaker 1: But this is what accountability looks like. And it's exactly
- 22:40Speaker 1: why I and I think so many others voted for
- 22:42Speaker 1: President Donald Trump. It also is why the midterms are
- 22:46Speaker 1: so vitally important.
- 22:49Speaker 2: All Right, there's a new.
- 22:50Speaker 1: Report out that NewsGuard, and I'm gonna explain what NewsGuard
- 22:54Speaker 1: is for you in a second. But they want to
- 22:56Speaker 1: empower AI censorship. And you may say, why do I care.
- 23:02Speaker 1: It's a great question. There is an AI race that's
- 23:05Speaker 1: happening right now in this country, and it's also an
- 23:07Speaker 1: A race that's happening in the world. There are a
- 23:10Speaker 1: couple different misconceptions on AI, and I want you to
- 23:13Speaker 1: understand that a lot of this is actually coming from
- 23:16Speaker 1: our adversaries AI. You want to win on you want
- 23:21Speaker 1: to control it, you want to be the victor, because
- 23:24Speaker 1: if America doesn't win, guess who is going to be
- 23:27Speaker 1: the victor. It is going to be China, and China
- 23:31Speaker 1: will use AI to absolutely push their propaganda not just
- 23:36Speaker 1: on the United States of America, but people around the world.
- 23:38Speaker 2: So if you ask AI.
- 23:39Speaker 1: A basic question about something, imagine the power you have
- 23:43Speaker 1: if you slightly alter that answer with propaganda. Now it
- 23:47Speaker 1: may be subtle propaganda, but over days and weeks and months,
- 23:51Speaker 1: you could change changed an entire generation because of the
- 23:56Speaker 1: answers that AI is giving you on a moldlitude of issues.
- 24:01Speaker 1: It could be on tax cuts, it could be on
- 24:04Speaker 1: social media censorship, it could be on drugs, it could
- 24:08Speaker 1: be on abortion. Like, the list of things that you
- 24:10Speaker 1: could have influence on is absolutely massive. It could be,
- 24:14Speaker 1: for example, on is socialism or communism or Marxism really
- 24:18Speaker 1: that bad? Right, Well, you could make it seem like
- 24:20Speaker 1: maybe it's not that bad, and you can do these
- 24:24Speaker 1: types of things. Now, this is important for you to understand.
- 24:27Speaker 1: There is a lot of propaganda that we've learned about
- 24:30Speaker 1: that's actually coming in to the United States of America
- 24:34Speaker 1: from our adversaries, trying to get Americans to actually be
- 24:38Speaker 1: against AI. How do we know this, Well, we've actually
- 24:42Speaker 1: busted them paying for propaganda. I'll give you an example.
- 24:46Speaker 1: There is a lot of pulling down of this shown
- 24:47Speaker 1: because of propaganda coming in from China that many Americans
- 24:52Speaker 1: are saying they don't want these AI supercenters in their neighborhoods.
- 24:58Speaker 2: They don't want them built.
- 25:00Speaker 1: They because they say it's gonna drain all their the
- 25:04Speaker 1: natural resources, gonna suck up all the water, and it's
- 25:07Speaker 1: gonna suck up all the electricity, and you're gonna have blackouts. Now,
- 25:10Speaker 1: that is actually in the old school technology could be accurate.
- 25:15Speaker 1: In the new technology that we're building in the United
- 25:17Speaker 1: States of America, that isn't accurate at all, like, not
- 25:20Speaker 1: even close to accurate. Let me explain now how these
- 25:25Speaker 1: AI tech centers are being built.
- 25:26Speaker 2: One.
- 25:27Speaker 1: They're being built with what they call a closed loop
- 25:31Speaker 1: cooling system. Now you may say, okay, Ben, why do
- 25:33Speaker 1: I care. Well, if you don't have that, you're gonna
- 25:36Speaker 1: be sucking up a ton of water and to keep
- 25:38Speaker 1: these computer systems running cool. The closed loop system is
- 25:42Speaker 1: a lot like these new gaming computers. I'm staring at
- 25:45Speaker 1: one right now. It's got these cool led lights. It
- 25:48Speaker 1: is a closed loop system. I have water that cools
- 25:51Speaker 1: my computer that I'm using right now to talk to you,
- 25:54Speaker 1: and I don't ever have to add water to it. Okay,
- 25:56Speaker 1: I don't have to add water to my computer ever.
- 25:59Speaker 1: It's close loop system and it's good to go. That
- 26:02Speaker 1: is exactly how the AI centers are built.
- 26:04Speaker 2: Now.
- 26:05Speaker 1: So the idea that you're going to run out of
- 26:07Speaker 1: water is a lie now in the United States of America,
- 26:10Speaker 1: and even more important than that, it's propaganda now. And
- 26:13Speaker 1: it's also propaganda that a lot of Americans believe is
- 26:17Speaker 1: true because they have seen so much propaganda actually on
- 26:21Speaker 1: social media via AI and other things from other countries
- 26:25Speaker 1: who are trying to get America to not lead on AI,
- 26:28Speaker 1: but to be afraid of it, saying, in other words,
- 26:30Speaker 1: not in my backyard.
- 26:32Speaker 2: That is number one.
- 26:32Speaker 1: Now number two, the second biggest misconception is that you're
- 26:37Speaker 1: gonna just like have this massive problem on your power grid.
- 26:41Speaker 1: It because and let's be clear, all right, I want
- 26:44Speaker 1: to be very very very very very very very clear
- 26:47Speaker 1: about this AI and these these AI data centers. They
- 26:52Speaker 1: take a lot of power. Now here's the part that
- 26:55Speaker 1: many people again don't understand. Google for example, they are
- 27:01Speaker 1: building a new data center and they're a perfect example
- 27:05Speaker 1: of this. It's going to be in West Memphis, that's
- 27:08Speaker 1: across the river from Memphis, Tennessee. And the Google Data
- 27:11Speaker 1: center is quote more than a building. It's a long
- 27:13Speaker 1: term investment in our community, our workforce. Google says, in
- 27:16Speaker 1: our future. This transformational project is helping position West Memphis
- 27:21Speaker 1: is a leader innovation, helping build a future for generations
- 27:24Speaker 1: to come. Now, there's a lot of jobs that happen.
- 27:27Speaker 1: For example, when AI comes in ABC News reporting on this,
- 27:31Speaker 1: the building, the infrastructure, all of it like this is incredible,
- 27:35Speaker 1: and Good Morning America got exclusive access in this inside
- 27:39Speaker 1: of a Google data center. As communizationwide quote grapple with
- 27:43Speaker 1: the rapid expansion of AI powered data centers, Now, is
- 27:46Speaker 1: this going to just crush this small town of West Memphis.
- 27:51Speaker 2: The answer is no.
- 27:52Speaker 1: In fact, most of these AI centers are building now
- 27:55Speaker 1: they're actually a net positive on the power grid because
- 27:59Speaker 1: they build the infrastructure to add enough power that actually
- 28:03Speaker 1: they're adding to the grid instead of just taking away
- 28:08Speaker 1: from the grid. That is part of what the left,
- 28:11Speaker 1: and again the Chinese and the Russians and others that
- 28:14Speaker 1: hate this country they're lying to you about as well. Now,
- 28:18Speaker 1: in the past, years ago, you really did have these concerns,
- 28:21Speaker 1: but not anymore.
- 28:22Speaker 2: You don't need to have these fears now.
- 28:26Speaker 1: So I put those two out there so that you
- 28:28Speaker 1: understand that if an AI center is being built in
- 28:31Speaker 1: your area, not only is it going to be closed
- 28:34Speaker 1: loop system, that's a great thing, right because you don't
- 28:37Speaker 1: have an issue with water, but most of them are
- 28:41Speaker 1: not positive to your grid building a better infrastructure and
- 28:46Speaker 1: also a more reliable infrastructure for the community which they
- 28:51Speaker 1: are being built in. Now, if you didn't do that, then, yes,
- 28:54Speaker 1: a lot of people would be angry, a lot of
- 28:55Speaker 1: people be mad, a lot of people would say, I'm
- 28:58Speaker 1: out for good reason.
- 29:00Speaker 2: Right, for good reason, you.
- 29:02Speaker 1: Beck, I'm done. I'm out, like I'm done. We don't
- 29:06Speaker 1: want this in our community. It's bad for our community.
- 29:08Speaker 1: The list goes on on. So now that you understand that,
- 29:11Speaker 1: and I hope I put this into simple layman's terms,
- 29:15Speaker 1: I now want you to understand how much more propaganda
- 29:18Speaker 1: we're having to deal with. All Right, there is a
- 29:20Speaker 1: group called NewsGuard. They are a pro censorship group. They
- 29:24Speaker 1: absolutely hate conservatives. I want to start with that, and
- 29:27Speaker 1: they are working to train AI models to fight misinformation,
- 29:31Speaker 1: they claim, while actually, and this is not a joke,
- 29:35Speaker 1: rating Chinese state on media outlets is more reliable than
- 29:38Speaker 1: America and the center right news outlets. According to a
- 29:43Speaker 1: new report. Now, The Washington Free Beacon reported that NewsGuard
- 29:46Speaker 1: again the pro censorship group, operating a black list against
- 29:50Speaker 1: conservative media. I've been on that list before, and I
- 29:53Speaker 1: don't know if Mark has MISP producer, has he been
- 29:54Speaker 1: on that list where it's like, if you're a Fortune
- 29:56Speaker 1: five hundred company, you cannot advertise on these conservative netw
- 30:00Speaker 1: works or shows, and it's their way of trying to
- 30:03Speaker 1: bankrupt us. So, as a producer said, I'm sure we
- 30:04Speaker 1: made the list exactly. And so NewsGuard basically went out
- 30:09Speaker 1: there and what they did is they said, all right,
- 30:11Speaker 1: all these conservatives, all these Fox shows, all these news
- 30:14Speaker 1: talk guys, all these podcasts, we put them on this blacklist.
- 30:20Speaker 1: You can't advertise there or we're gonna accuse you of
- 30:22Speaker 1: being like a bigot raised as homophobes.
- 30:24Speaker 2: Mfho. The list goes on and on. What did that
- 30:26Speaker 2: do to my livelihood?
- 30:27Speaker 1: It cost me probably fifty percent of the opportunities I
- 30:32Speaker 1: would have had to make money.
- 30:33Speaker 2: Let me say that again. Now, it's not just me,
- 30:35Speaker 2: it's anyone that hit on the blacklist.
- 30:36Speaker 1: Now, there are some shows that absolutely destroyed their entire base.
- 30:41Speaker 1: It has been probably a decade since I had a
- 30:44Speaker 1: fortune five hundred company advertise on any of my shows.
- 30:48Speaker 2: Let that sync in.
- 30:50Speaker 1: Why it is because of groups like this quote you
- 30:53Speaker 1: know NewsGuard. Now they give it a grand name like this.
- 30:56Speaker 1: This is nothing more than a liberal propaganda machine. Now
- 31:00Speaker 1: news Guard claims to rate the credibility of a news
- 31:04Speaker 1: outlet based on likeliness that the outlet would spread miss
- 31:07Speaker 1: or disinformation. That's not at all, it's how conservative are you.
- 31:12Speaker 1: The organization then sells its data to advertisers that would
- 31:15Speaker 1: then discourage said advertisers from placing ads on quote disfavored
- 31:20Speaker 1: media aka anybody conservative. Ben Ferguson, Russell Limba back in
- 31:25Speaker 1: the day was their main target. Mark Levin, the great one.
- 31:27Speaker 1: The list goes on and on. Now this is also
- 31:31Speaker 1: what's interesting. Breitbart News reported that this group claimed that
- 31:36Speaker 1: the top ten outlets at most risk of spreading disinformation
- 31:40Speaker 1: included center right outlets such as The Federalists and The
- 31:44Speaker 1: New York Post, while those labeled at the least likely
- 31:49Speaker 1: to spread disinformation included you ready for this, the hardcore
- 31:52Speaker 1: leftist site who's been busted with countless misinformation campaigns, huffing
- 31:58Speaker 1: him Post and then pro Public, another hardcore leftist radical organization.
- 32:03Speaker 1: Now NewsGuard reportedly encourage AI companies to use its data
- 32:07Speaker 1: during these quote supervised learning process a technique that influences
- 32:13Speaker 1: how AI models analyze information and coordinate AI outlet outputs
- 32:18Speaker 1: with developer preferences. So what does this mean? In translation?
- 32:21Speaker 1: NewsGuard is telling these AI companies, Hey, we're going to
- 32:24Speaker 1: give you a list of where you should be getting
- 32:26Speaker 1: your news and your information from.
- 32:28Speaker 2: Okay, and you should go to that list.
- 32:30Speaker 1: And then anyone that's on a conservative do not you
- 32:33Speaker 1: know trust lists AI. You know Mark Levin, Ben Ferguson,
- 32:39Speaker 1: Sean Henny, like the list goes on a Fox News channel,
- 32:42Speaker 1: All of those you should not trust and don't trust
- 32:47Speaker 1: them like at all. In fact, while you're using AI,
- 32:51Speaker 1: don't get information from these places.
- 32:55Speaker 2: So what would that mean?
- 32:57Speaker 1: It would mean exactly what these radical leftists streamus want.
- 33:01Speaker 1: They want AI that is controlled only by radical leftist propagandists.
- 33:07Speaker 2: That's it.
- 33:08Speaker 1: So think about how powerful that would be if every
- 33:12Speaker 1: time you're using AI, you're only getting an approved list
- 33:18Speaker 1: of Marxists, socialists, and communist propaganda. Now do you understand
- 33:23Speaker 1: not only how powerful that is, but also how damaging
- 33:27Speaker 1: that could be to society?
- 33:29Speaker 2: Right? Like, that's a lot, folks.
- 33:31Speaker 1: And so the Free Beacon reported that NewsGuard would license
- 33:35Speaker 1: its data in a machine readable form that would be
- 33:40Speaker 1: ideal to train AI chatbots. That's like the technology that
- 33:45Speaker 1: does this to then discourage the spread of disinformation. In reality,
- 33:50Speaker 1: that means to discourage the spread of conservative information. Without
- 33:55Speaker 1: tools like NewsGuard for AI, which can be used during
- 33:58Speaker 1: supervised learning to train transformer models AI language models risk
- 34:04Speaker 1: become that quote great next or the next great misinformation
- 34:08Speaker 1: super spreader, NewsGuard said in their news press release. The
- 34:12Speaker 1: NewsGuard coo all right argue that NewsGuard does not market
- 34:16Speaker 1: its data for AI model training. Really, that's interesting. The
- 34:21Speaker 1: Free Beacon then explain that the AAI model trained as
- 34:25Speaker 1: on newsguards ratings may treat American news outlets as less reliable.
- 34:31Speaker 2: Let me say this again.
- 34:34Speaker 1: They're saying Newsguard's rating may actually treat and teach AI
- 34:40Speaker 1: that American news outlets are less reliable than Chinese state
- 34:45Speaker 1: owned media. Why would we say that. All right, let's
- 34:49Speaker 1: go the data. The outlet sided Newsguard's rating of The
- 34:52Speaker 1: China Daily.
- 34:53Speaker 2: Now, the China Daily is a.
- 34:55Speaker 1: Chinese Communist Party state owned propaganda machine. They called a
- 35:00Speaker 1: news outlet, it's propaganda. They received a score of forty
- 35:04Speaker 1: four point five out of one hundred. That is more
- 35:08Speaker 1: than twice the reliability, for example, of the rating given
- 35:13Speaker 1: by Newsmax, which received a score of twenty. So in
- 35:17Speaker 1: that scenario, what is that teaching AI. They're saying, hey,
- 35:21Speaker 1: we want you to get your information when you're putting
- 35:24Speaker 1: together your answers or whatever you're working on.
- 35:27Speaker 2: And we rate China Daily.
- 35:29Speaker 1: Which is the CCPs state owned news propaganda, and we
- 35:33Speaker 1: rate it almost twice as reliable, more than twice reliable
- 35:36Speaker 1: as for example, Newsmax. NewsGuard said the China Daily does
- 35:40Speaker 1: not publish false or egregiously misleading content at a significant level.
- 35:45Speaker 1: In contrast, NewsGuard said that Newsmas has advanced false or
- 35:49Speaker 1: egregiously misleading claims on health US politics January sixth attacks
- 35:54Speaker 1: on the US Capitol such that a visitor to the
- 35:57Speaker 1: site risk being seriously quite a quote misled. Other center
- 36:03Speaker 1: right outlets, such as The Federalists or one American news
- 36:07Speaker 1: risk being quote significantly misled on important topics. Both outlets
- 36:12Speaker 1: received a score of seventeen point five and twenty two
- 36:15Speaker 1: point two, while the China Communist Party site received a
- 36:20Speaker 1: forty four point five score. I look at all of this,
- 36:25Speaker 1: and the mouthpiece of the Chinese Communist Party scores a
- 36:29Speaker 1: forty four to five, which is only five points below
- 36:33Speaker 1: for example, the Daily Wire.
- 36:35Speaker 2: Can you get your head around that?
- 36:37Speaker 1: So you've got a quote watchdog group that has raised
- 36:42Speaker 1: the credibility of news sources directly tied the Chinese Commuist
- 36:46Speaker 1: Party propaganda more reliable than conservative news outlets. This is
- 36:52Speaker 1: exactly why I go back.
- 36:53Speaker 2: To what I said earlier.
- 36:55Speaker 1: If we don't watch what they're doing with AI, and
- 36:58Speaker 1: we don't control AI, and we make darn well sure
- 37:02Speaker 1: that China doesn't win, because otherwise you're going to be
- 37:05Speaker 1: getting your information the exact way that NewsGuard is claiming
- 37:10Speaker 1: it needs to be given to you, and it's shocking.
- 37:14Speaker 1: I think AI is going to have more influence over
- 37:16Speaker 1: the world than any other technology, probably in my lifetime.
- 37:21Speaker 1: And if we bow down and allow China to lead
- 37:25Speaker 1: on this, we are screwed.
- 37:27Speaker 2: And this is the the.
- 37:29Speaker 1: The amount of money that's being spent right now on
- 37:31Speaker 1: misinformation to get Americans to somehow be against AI centers
- 37:36Speaker 1: being in America is insane.
- 37:38Speaker 2: Now.
- 37:38Speaker 1: Luckily, their states are stepping up and they're saying no, no,
- 37:42Speaker 1: we want you here, and they realize.
- 37:44Speaker 2: That this, these these closed loop systems.
- 37:46Speaker 1: Of water are non issue now with water and the
- 37:49Speaker 1: power is actually a positive gain, not a negative because
- 37:53Speaker 1: the infrastructure of these AI companies are putting in to
- 37:57Speaker 1: make it where it's actually a positive for the community.
- 37:59Speaker 2: Like that's that's really what matters.
- 38:01Speaker 1: Here, and it's what we should all be extremely excited about.
- 38:05Speaker 1: Like these are good things, not bad things, and so
- 38:08Speaker 1: we need to do what we can to make sure
