Transcript
- 0:00Speaker 1: You had Bennon put in jail, Peter Navarro put in jail.
- 0:04Speaker 1: You had people that suffered, They've lost their fortunes, they've
- 0:07Speaker 1: lost there within this.
- 0:08Speaker 2: Say, another sign of President Trump's aggressive crackdown on immigration.
- 0:14Speaker 3: You're listening to the forty seven Morning Update with Ben Ferguson.
- 0:18Speaker 4: Good Morning, It's Ben Ferguson, and these are the top
- 0:20Speaker 4: stories that we're.
- 0:21Speaker 5: Looking at right now.
- 0:23Speaker 4: Joe Biden, the big Guy, may have made a big
- 0:26Speaker 4: mistake when it comes to giving out pardons to members
- 0:28Speaker 4: of the Biden crime family. He left a couple of
- 0:30Speaker 4: names off that list that now could put him in
- 0:33Speaker 4: hot water.
- 0:34Speaker 5: I'll explain that for you in just a moment.
- 0:36Speaker 4: Also, Donald Trump making good on his promise to go
- 0:40Speaker 4: after sanctuary cities that do not comply with federal law,
- 0:44Speaker 4: and now they're rounding up violent illegal immigrants all over
- 0:47Speaker 4: the country. I have the latest on that. And in
- 0:50Speaker 4: a shocking report, the United Nations facilities apparently were used
- 0:55Speaker 4: to hide the hostages that were taken in the attacks
- 0:58Speaker 4: on Israel. Is one of the reasons why Donald Trump
- 1:01Speaker 4: is saying it's time to stop funding to these organizations.
- 1:04Speaker 4: Will break that down for you as well, it's the
- 1:07Speaker 4: forty seven Morning Update and it starts right now.
- 1:10Speaker 3: Story number one.
- 1:11Speaker 4: There was universal outrage when we found out that the
- 1:14Speaker 4: very last thing that Joe Biden did as President of
- 1:17Speaker 4: the United States of America was give out pardons to
- 1:20Speaker 4: virtually all of his family members and their spouses. This
- 1:24Speaker 4: is the Biden crime family. But he may have made
- 1:27Speaker 4: a fatal mistake by not pardoning himself or his wife.
- 1:31Speaker 4: Joe Biden, he thought about everyone else, but I guess
- 1:34Speaker 4: assumed he was untouchable because he was the President of
- 1:38Speaker 4: the United States of America. Now Donald Trump is actually
- 1:43Speaker 4: talking about this exact issue in a sit down interview
- 1:46Speaker 4: with Sean Hendy, his first interview inside the ownable office.
- 1:50Speaker 4: And this is what Donald Trump had to say.
- 1:53Speaker 6: Joe Biden, Chuck Schumer, Adam Schiff, who got a preemptive pardon,
- 1:58Speaker 6: all these people that got Anthony Fauci. Did he know
- 2:03Speaker 6: that NAH money through the Eco Health Alliance was funding
- 2:06Speaker 6: the Wuhan Virology Lab. There seems to be texted the
- 2:10Speaker 6: messages and emails that went back and forth. You talk
- 2:13Speaker 6: about the Unselect Committee, as you called the January sixth committee.
- 2:18Speaker 6: They had a predetermined outcome General Milly, all these people,
- 2:23Speaker 6: the Biden family members. Joe Biden ran and said he
- 2:26Speaker 6: would never do preemptive pardons. It was an issue that
- 2:29Speaker 6: came up when you were leaving in your first he
- 2:31Speaker 6: thought he heard that.
- 2:32Speaker 1: I was going to do I didn't want to do it.
- 2:34Speaker 1: I was given the option. They said, sir, would you
- 2:37Speaker 1: like to pardon everybody, including yourself? I said, I'm not
- 2:41Speaker 1: going to pardon anybody. We didn't do anything wrong, and
- 2:44Speaker 1: we had people that suffered, their incredible patriots. We had
- 2:47Speaker 1: people that suffered. You had Bannon put in jail, you
- 2:52Speaker 1: had Peter Navarro put in jail. You had people that suffered,
- 2:57Speaker 1: and far worse than that. They've lost their fortunes, they've
- 3:02Speaker 1: lost their whatever, their nest egg, paying it to lawyers
- 3:06Speaker 1: and those people. And people said to you, and they
- 3:09Speaker 1: don't even they wouldn't have even taken most of those people.
- 3:13Speaker 1: They wouldn't have even taken apart. This guy went around
- 3:15Speaker 1: giving everybody pardons, And you know that the funny thing,
- 3:19Speaker 1: maybe the sad thing, is he didn't give himself a part.
- 3:24Speaker 1: And if you look at it, it all had to
- 3:26Speaker 1: do with him. I mean, the money went to him.
- 3:29Speaker 6: Should Congress investigate that.
- 3:30Speaker 1: Well, I don't know, it's you know, the deal's always been. Look,
- 3:35Speaker 1: he didn't give himself a pardon, and he didn't give
- 3:38Speaker 1: some other people a pardon that needed it. And I
- 3:41Speaker 1: heard Schiff went to him and just begged him for
- 3:43Speaker 1: a parton because Schiff is a crook. Schiff is a
- 3:46Speaker 1: crooked guy. He's a crooked politician. He made up the
- 3:50Speaker 1: story about Russia Russia Rush. He totally made it up
- 3:53Speaker 1: as long as the storyteller. And then after he made
- 3:56Speaker 1: it up, they found out that there was a tape
- 3:59Speaker 1: of conversation made by you know, I guess the State Department.
- 4:05Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 4:05Speaker 1: When you make calls, they make tapes sometimes not all
- 4:07Speaker 1: the time. He was to the Russians, so he in
- 4:10Speaker 1: the meantime made up the conversation, totally made it up
- 4:13Speaker 1: about quid pro quail. There was no quit, broke quo,
- 4:16Speaker 1: just the yeah, there was a perfect call. Tim Scott
- 4:19Speaker 1: was the first one to come.
- 4:19Speaker 5: He read it.
- 4:20Speaker 1: He said, this is a perfect call.
- 4:23Speaker 7: What do you do?
- 4:23Speaker 1: You're you're impeaching a man for perfect call. It was Shiff, Schiff,
- 4:29Speaker 1: Hillary Dahl, hold up, you know what they should shift
- 4:35Speaker 1: is just a bad, sick guy, and he went to
- 4:40Speaker 1: Biden and he demanded a part because he thought he
- 4:44Speaker 1: did something he knew it did.
- 4:45Speaker 5: Thompson won the chairman of that committee.
- 4:47Speaker 1: Anytimes and destroyed, destroyed along with that unselect committee, destroyed
- 4:54Speaker 1: all of the work that took place over two years.
- 4:57Speaker 1: You know why, It showed that I was right.
- 5:00Speaker 4: Not only was Donald Trump right, but the big guy,
- 5:03Speaker 4: Joe Biden, may have made the biggest mistake of his
- 5:05Speaker 4: political career in that he decided not to part himself
- 5:10Speaker 4: and others. As you just heard mentioned in that interview.
- 5:13Speaker 4: The question now is do the American people want Congress
- 5:16Speaker 4: to spend time investigating what they already know the Biden
- 5:21Speaker 4: crime family was involved in. Republicans will have to figure
- 5:24Speaker 4: that out, but it's very clear that Donald Trump is
- 5:26Speaker 4: saying he's open to the idea of finding out exactly
- 5:30Speaker 4: what these individuals did.
- 5:31Speaker 5: Now.
- 5:32Speaker 3: Story number two.
- 5:33Speaker 4: Donald Trump made it clear when he was reelected that
- 5:35Speaker 4: when he got into office he was going to well
- 5:38Speaker 4: kick some aass and take names, especially if you're involved
- 5:41Speaker 4: in protecting illegal immigrants that are in this country. He
- 5:45Speaker 4: said he was going to take on sanctuary cities and
- 5:48Speaker 4: that is something he's doing right now. But we've also
- 5:51Speaker 4: found out that now the government is rounding up violent
- 5:54Speaker 4: illegal immigrants all over the country, just as he promised,
- 5:58Speaker 4: Tom Homan taking the lead on that. While that is
- 6:01Speaker 4: going on, Congress has also passed the Lake and Riley Act.
- 6:05Speaker 4: That bill now is going to Donald Trump's desk to
- 6:08Speaker 4: be signed into law. The House in a major move
- 6:12Speaker 4: on Wednesday, passing the Lake and Riley Act, sending that
- 6:14Speaker 4: bill of the White House to make it the first
- 6:17Speaker 4: legislation the President, Donald Trump will sign into laws. What
- 6:20Speaker 4: we're being told now, this is significant because clearly the
- 6:24Speaker 4: President is trying to send a message to the voters
- 6:27Speaker 4: who put him back in the White House that he
- 6:29Speaker 4: is going to do exactly what he said he was
- 6:30Speaker 4: going to do on protecting you from violent criminals that
- 6:34Speaker 4: come across our southern border. Now, this is a divisive issue,
- 6:38Speaker 4: and I'm talking about devisive from the standpoint the Democrats
- 6:41Speaker 4: are hell bent on allowing violent criminals into America. The
- 6:44Speaker 4: House voted two sixty three to one fifty six to
- 6:48Speaker 4: pass the.
- 6:49Speaker 5: Lake and Riley Act.
- 6:50Speaker 4: Thank goodness, forty six Democrats joined the GOP lawmakers to
- 6:54Speaker 4: pass the legislation now the Lake and Riley Act, was
- 6:58Speaker 4: named after the twenty two year year old nursing student
- 7:01Speaker 4: who was brutally murdered in Athens, Georgia, buy an illegal
- 7:05Speaker 4: alien released into the United States Interior by the Biden administration.
- 7:11Speaker 4: The bill would require the Department of Homeland Security to
- 7:14Speaker 4: take into custody illegal aliens arrested, charged, or convicted for burglary, theft, larceny,
- 7:22Speaker 4: or shoplifting. This is something that sanctuary cities have been
- 7:26Speaker 4: refusing to do to alert ice about individuals that have
- 7:30Speaker 4: committed these types of crimes. House Republicans passed the bill
- 7:34Speaker 4: in early January, and they enjoyed unanimous support from the
- 7:38Speaker 4: Republican leadership, with forty eight Democrats saying yes they would
- 7:43Speaker 4: back this bill. This will be a moment for Donald
- 7:47Speaker 4: Trump to say this is what the American people want.
- 7:50Speaker 5: In fact, CNN is even admitting that.
- 7:53Speaker 4: Saying that Americans are more hawkish on illegal immigration and
- 7:59Speaker 4: deporting in this country illegally since Donald Trump has been
- 8:03Speaker 4: back in the White House, and that's just been for
- 8:05Speaker 4: a few days.
- 8:06Speaker 5: Take a listen to this shocking report.
- 8:09Speaker 2: Let's start with how Americans feel now about people being
- 8:12Speaker 2: in the country illegally. This is this might be different
- 8:16Speaker 2: from the headline. We're just talking about refugees who have
- 8:18Speaker 2: applied and gotten there right through this long process and
- 8:20Speaker 2: gotten approved. But talking about undocumented immigrants.
- 8:24Speaker 8: Yeah, sometimes I like blunt questions because they sort of
- 8:27Speaker 8: get it the underlying feelings that people have. So this
- 8:30Speaker 8: is about as blunt of questions you can get to
- 8:32Speaker 8: port all immigrants here illegally. I will note the ABC
- 8:35Speaker 8: News poll ask about undocumented immigrants, so we have slightly
- 8:38Speaker 8: different questions, but these were all taken within the last month,
- 8:41Speaker 8: and there's real uniformity here.
- 8:43Speaker 5: That's what I really think you see.
- 8:44Speaker 8: You see real uniformity all immigrants who are here illegally
- 8:47Speaker 8: fifty five percent of the New York Times, Marquette sixty
- 8:49Speaker 8: four percent, CBS News fifty seven percent, ABC News, with
- 8:52Speaker 8: a slightly different question fifty six percent.
- 8:55Speaker 5: So what you're seeing.
- 8:56Speaker 8: Essentially here is very clear indication that I'm a majority
- 9:00Speaker 8: of Americans in fact, when they're asked this one question,
- 9:03Speaker 8: which I believe gets that the underlying feelings, do in
- 9:05Speaker 8: fact want to port all immigrants who are here illegally.
- 9:08Speaker 8: There's no arguing with these different numbers because they're all
- 9:11Speaker 8: essentially the same across.
- 9:12Speaker 5: Four different posters, so four different posters.
- 9:16Speaker 4: The New York Times fifty five percent of Americans say
- 9:19Speaker 4: to port all illegal immigrants. Marquette sixty four percent their
- 9:24Speaker 4: pole say of Americans want all legal immigrants to be deported,
- 9:27Speaker 4: CBS News at fifty seven percent and ABC News at
- 9:31Speaker 4: fifty six percent.
- 9:33Speaker 5: This is shocking to CNN.
- 9:36Speaker 4: Which also tells you just how little they were paying
- 9:39Speaker 4: attention to the American voters before election day. And the
- 9:42Speaker 4: fact that they're saying it's shocking even after Donald Trump
- 9:45Speaker 4: has gone to the White House also tells you just
- 9:47Speaker 4: how incompetent they are now. Tom Homan is out there,
- 9:51Speaker 4: He's kicking well tail and taking names. He also did
- 9:55Speaker 4: an interview with CNN where he put them in their
- 9:57Speaker 4: place when he was asked about what he is doing
- 10:00Speaker 4: with sanctuary cities that are refusing to work with the
- 10:03Speaker 4: federal government.
- 10:04Speaker 2: And so what is happening as we speak is limited
- 10:08Speaker 2: to those with criminal records.
- 10:09Speaker 7: That's a target to this operation. But like I said
- 10:12Speaker 7: many times, in places like sanctuary cities, where we can't
- 10:15Speaker 7: arrest a bad person in the jail, we would like
- 10:17Speaker 7: to have access to the jail to arrest the criminal
- 10:19Speaker 7: alien in the safety and security of the county jail,
- 10:22Speaker 7: which is safer for the community, safer for the officers,
- 10:24Speaker 7: safer for the alien. But when you release a public
- 10:27Speaker 7: safety threat of sanctuary jail and won't give us access
- 10:30Speaker 7: to him, that means we got to go to the
- 10:31Speaker 7: neighborhood and find him, and we will find him. But
- 10:35Speaker 7: when we find him, he may be with others. Others
- 10:38Speaker 7: that don't have a criminal conviction are in the country legally,
- 10:40Speaker 7: they will be arrested too, because we're not going to
- 10:43Speaker 7: strug And this is a difference between the last administration
- 10:45Speaker 7: and this administration. ICE is going to force the immigration law.
- 10:48Speaker 7: There's nothing in the I in a Immigration Nationality Act
- 10:50Speaker 7: says you got to be convicted of a serious crime
- 10:52Speaker 7: in order to be removed from this country. So there's
- 10:55Speaker 7: going to be more collabor arrests and sanctuary cities because
- 10:57Speaker 7: because they forced us to go in the community and
- 11:00Speaker 7: find and find the guy we're looking for.
- 11:02Speaker 4: And find the guy we're looking for. Tom Homan already
- 11:05Speaker 4: rounding up illegal immigrants all over the country.
- 11:08Speaker 5: Well done. And lastly, story number three.
- 11:11Speaker 4: I told you about a story yesterday on the forty
- 11:13Speaker 4: seven Morning Update that Donald Trump had said, it's clear
- 11:16Speaker 4: that America is paying way more into different organizations like
- 11:20Speaker 4: the UN than any other countries in the world, and
- 11:23Speaker 4: they're taking advantage of us. He has also decided that
- 11:25Speaker 4: it's time to look at how much money we're spending
- 11:28Speaker 4: and have a ninety day moratorium to move forward on
- 11:31Speaker 4: any funding. Well, now you may understand exactly why he
- 11:35Speaker 4: made that decision after the shocking new claims have come
- 11:38Speaker 4: out of Israel from freed Israeli hostages, who are now
- 11:43Speaker 4: saying that Hamas terraces used United Nation facilities to hide them.
- 11:51Speaker 4: Outrage is intensifying at this hour after the hostages freed
- 11:56Speaker 4: from gads are revealed that they were held in UN
- 11:59Speaker 4: facility during their captivity, while critics are calling the UN
- 12:05Speaker 4: RWA known as UNRA, nothing more than a quote front
- 12:09Speaker 4: for the Hamas terraces that must be disbanded immediately. Last weekend,
- 12:15Speaker 4: three Israeli women were released in that high stakes prisoner
- 12:18Speaker 4: swap which saw Israel free ninety Palestinian detainees, including convicted terrorists.
- 12:24Speaker 4: The women who had endured nearly a year and a
- 12:26Speaker 4: half of captivity under the terrorist group Hamas described being
- 12:30Speaker 4: detained in the United Nations facilities including tent camps and
- 12:36Speaker 4: humanitarian zones administered by the United Nations Relief and Works
- 12:42Speaker 4: Agency for Palestine refugees in the Near East. This would
- 12:47Speaker 4: be under control. This coming from Israel's Channel thirteen news
- 12:52Speaker 4: reports this is shocking, as well as additional reports that
- 12:56Speaker 4: have come out indicating that they were held at the
- 13:00Speaker 4: i'm all Adwan Hospital in northern Gaza. The former hostages
- 13:04Speaker 4: are now undergoing rehabilitation following severe conditions that included long
- 13:09Speaker 4: periods in underground confinement without sunlight. One woman recounted being
- 13:14Speaker 4: subjected to a medical procedure without anesthesia, underscoring the inhumane
- 13:19Speaker 4: treatment that they all faced in captivity. This is another
- 13:23Speaker 4: example of why Donald Trump is right to say stop
- 13:26Speaker 4: the funding to organizations until we do a deep dive
- 13:30Speaker 4: into what they're doing with our money, especially if the
- 13:33Speaker 4: United Nations is now going to be found guilty of advocating, supporting,
- 13:39Speaker 4: and helping terrorist organizations in and around Israel.
