Latest / The Ben Ferguson Podcast / Israel's 9/11-and How the Biden Administration Provided Billions of Dollars that Funded It
Transcript
- 0:01Speaker 1: Welcome. It is verdict to his Senator Ted Kruz.
- 0:03Speaker 2: Ben Ferguson with you and Senator, obviously, we have to
- 0:06Speaker 2: talk about what many are referring to as Israel's nine
- 0:10Speaker 2: to eleven, this horrific attack on Israel, and there's so
- 0:14Speaker 2: many different aspects of this. Obviously, Americans are dead, that's
- 0:17Speaker 2: been confirmed by the White House. Others are unaccounted for
- 0:20Speaker 2: being possibly held hostage. You have countless people that have
- 0:24Speaker 2: been taken by this terrorist organization, and a White House
- 0:27Speaker 2: and the President that had pretty much been absent. We're
- 0:29Speaker 2: going to dive into all that, but let me get
- 0:31Speaker 2: your initial reaction to what we've witnessed over the weekend.
- 0:36Speaker 3: Israel is under attack. Israel is it war, Israel is
- 0:40Speaker 3: facing the greatest hostilities in over fifty years. If you
- 0:45Speaker 3: look at what's happened already, we have seen hundreds of
- 0:48Speaker 3: Israelis murdered, we have seen thousands of Israelis wounded, We
- 0:52Speaker 3: have seen thousands upon thousands of rockets reigning into Israel.
- 0:56Speaker 3: And I got to say, Ben, the footage, the videos
- 1:02Speaker 3: that are coming out of Israel Hamas terrorist number one.
- 1:05Speaker 3: They're targeting civilians. This is not a military attack. They
- 1:09Speaker 3: are going home by home and massacrering civilians. They went
- 1:14Speaker 3: to a rock concert and just began firing randomly, murdering
- 1:19Speaker 3: civilians that are at a concert. They are kidnapping women,
- 1:25Speaker 3: They're kidnapping children, They're kidnapping elderly people. They are violently
- 1:30Speaker 3: raping women and girls in massive numbers. The videos that
- 1:34Speaker 3: are coming out are horrific. It's not just war. It
- 1:39Speaker 3: is war that is grotesque and evil, and it is terrorist.
- 1:43Speaker 3: It is targeting. When you were murdering infants, you're not
- 1:47Speaker 3: engaged in war. You are engaged in a grotesque act
- 1:51Speaker 3: of evil. And that's what's unfolding in Israel right now.
- 1:55Speaker 2: You and I decided to do this late on Sunday
- 1:57Speaker 2: evening it's eleven fifty two Central Time, after almost one
- 2:02Speaker 2: o'clock Eastern, because we wanted to get as much intel
- 2:04Speaker 2: as we could before we did this. The latest numbers
- 2:07Speaker 2: we're saying are at least seven hundred plus dead now
- 2:10Speaker 2: that's the newest numbers coming out from the Israeli government.
- 2:12Speaker 2: Twoy three hundred wounded after the Hamas Terre attack, and
- 2:16Speaker 2: we are also saying bodies that are being quote stacked
- 2:19Speaker 2: in the Street, unprecedented number of hostages, including now which
- 2:24Speaker 2: has been confirmed Americans. This, by the way, sinner As
- 2:28Speaker 2: apparently Hesblah has said through their own channels they have
- 2:32Speaker 2: joined in this fight with Hamas as well.
- 2:35Speaker 1: Well.
- 2:36Speaker 3: And I'll tell you what is infuriating about this. This
- 2:41Speaker 3: was paid for by Joe Biden and the Democrats. This
- 2:47Speaker 3: is something that the corporate media desperately wants to avoid.
- 2:51Speaker 3: But let's be clear. This attack, this massacre, this horrific
- 2:56Speaker 3: assault on Israel was funded by Iran. Hamas and Hesbla
- 3:01Speaker 3: are Iranian proxies. They work for Iran, They work under
- 3:07Speaker 3: the direction of Iran. They are funded by Iran. The
- 3:11Speaker 3: Wall Street Journal reported this weekend that these attacks were planned,
- 3:16Speaker 3: were signed off on by the Iranian government and in
- 3:20Speaker 3: the last two and a half years, Joe Biden and
- 3:23Speaker 3: this White House are responsible for fifty billion dollars flowing
- 3:29Speaker 3: to Iran. And let me break that down. Because the
- 3:31Speaker 3: corporate media does not want to cover that, everyone acknowledges
- 3:35Speaker 3: the six billion dollars. The six billion dollars is the
- 3:39Speaker 3: ransom money that Joe Biden paid to get five Americans
- 3:44Speaker 3: out of Iranian custody. At six billion dollars. That's one
- 3:48Speaker 3: point two billion dollars an American. That's set of bounty
- 3:52Speaker 3: on Americans of over a billion dollars. It means Americans
- 3:56Speaker 3: in the future will be taken hostage. But the six
- 3:59Speaker 3: billion dollars is just a fraction of the cash that
- 4:03Speaker 3: Joe Biden has flooded into Iran. Because a few weeks
- 4:07Speaker 3: before the six billion dollars, the Biden administration allowed ten
- 4:12Speaker 3: billion dollars from Iraq to flow into Iran. That brings
- 4:16Speaker 3: it up to sixteen billion dollars in cash that directly
- 4:21Speaker 3: flowed into Iraq Iran rather, but that doesn't cover at
- 4:24Speaker 3: all because for two years the Biden administration has refused
- 4:30Speaker 3: to enforce American oil sanctions. The most single, most powerful
- 4:35Speaker 3: economic weapon we have against this theocratic, genocidal regime in
- 4:41Speaker 3: Iran is sanctions that were shutting down their oil sales
- 4:46Speaker 3: that under the Trump administration that had brought the Iranian
- 4:49Speaker 3: economy to its knees, had crippled it. Well, Joe Biden
- 4:53Speaker 3: and the Democrats came into office, and what did they do.
- 4:56Speaker 3: They stopped enforcing the Iran oil sanctions. And right now,
- 5:00Speaker 3: do you know how much Iran is selling an oil
- 5:02Speaker 3: right now, how much two million barrels of oil a day.
- 5:08Speaker 3: Over the last two and a half years, the Biden
- 5:10Speaker 3: administeriratration is responsible for roughly fifty billion dollars. So when
- 5:17Speaker 3: you were watching Israelis murdered, when you were watching infants murdered,
- 5:21Speaker 3: when you were watching women and girls raped, when you
- 5:24Speaker 3: were watching hundreds of Israelis take it hostage, know that
- 5:29Speaker 3: Joe Biden in this White House funded it. They funded
- 5:33Speaker 3: it for idiotic political reasons, and now they're desperately trying
- 5:38Speaker 3: to backtrack saying no, no, no, no, we didn't pay
- 5:41Speaker 3: for these atrocities. They absolutely did.
- 5:44Speaker 2: You mentioned the reporting for the Wall Street Journal, and
- 5:46Speaker 2: I'm going to want to quote this from the journal.
- 5:48Speaker 2: It says Iranian security officials helped plan Hamas's Saturday surprise
- 5:53Speaker 2: attack on his Israel and gave the green light for
- 5:58Speaker 2: the assault at a meeting inot last Monday, according to
- 6:02Speaker 2: senior members of Hamas and Hesblah in another Iran backed
- 6:08Speaker 2: militant group, this As. Now, these two groups have basically
- 6:12Speaker 2: teamed up and said let's do this together. Moving forward.
- 6:15Speaker 2: You now have Hamas and Hesblah together.
- 6:18Speaker 3: Well, and both are proxies for Iran. They're working for Iran,
- 6:23Speaker 3: they are funded by Iran. And it's worth noting also
- 6:27Speaker 3: the funding that flowed to this is not just the
- 6:32Speaker 3: fifty billion dollars that the Biden administration sent to Iran.
- 6:38Speaker 3: The Biden administration also directly funded HAMAS. Now this is
- 6:43Speaker 3: something also the corporate media won't tell you. It's why
- 6:45Speaker 3: you listen to this podcast.
- 6:46Speaker 2: Because and by the way, can we please tell everybody
- 6:48Speaker 2: this needs to be shared today because if you want
- 6:51Speaker 2: people to know what's really going on in this attack,
- 6:53Speaker 2: and you want to know where the money came from,
- 6:55Speaker 2: and you want to know who's behind it, please help
- 6:57Speaker 2: us get the word out and share this immediately wherever
- 6:59Speaker 2: you're listing, wherever you're on social media.
- 7:02Speaker 3: So as soon as the Biden administration came into office,
- 7:06Speaker 3: they immediately began flooding money into the Gaza strip. At
- 7:12Speaker 3: the time, the Biden administration knew for a fact that
- 7:17Speaker 3: it would fund terrorism. In fact, one internal document, a
- 7:21Speaker 3: Biden official wrote that there was a high risk that
- 7:24Speaker 3: Hamas would potentially derive benefit from the money they were sending,
- 7:28Speaker 3: but they wanted to do it anyway, And so what
- 7:30Speaker 3: did they do? They actually exempted themselves from American laws
- 7:34Speaker 3: against funding terrorism. And here's the quote from the Biden
- 7:37Speaker 3: administration document. Quote, due to its overall strength and level
- 7:42Speaker 3: of control over Gaza, we assess there is a high
- 7:47Speaker 3: risk that Hamas could potentially derive indirect, unintentionable benefit from
- 7:54Speaker 3: US assistance to Gaza. And so they waved, they that
- 7:58Speaker 3: they waved the un US laws that ban funding terrorists
- 8:02Speaker 3: because they are so opposed to Israel, they are so
- 8:06Speaker 3: in favor of Palestinian terrorists that they wanted to send
- 8:09Speaker 3: money to Gaza, even though they knew it would fund Hamas.
- 8:13Speaker 3: Those rockets that are flying into Israel. You can thank
- 8:17Speaker 3: Joe Biden for them. And by the way, I fought
- 8:20Speaker 3: tooth and nail against sending that money. I led a
- 8:23Speaker 3: letter that was joined by seventeen other Senators, all Republicans,
- 8:27Speaker 3: calling on the Biden administration not to send that money.
- 8:31Speaker 3: And I got to tell you, at the same time,
- 8:33Speaker 3: one hundred and forty five House Democrats sent a letter
- 8:37Speaker 3: actually slightly later, urging that the money be released. And
- 8:40Speaker 3: so this was every one of those Democrats that signed
- 8:44Speaker 3: those letters. Well, congratulations, aren't you glad you sent money
- 8:48Speaker 3: to Gaza that went to Hamas that is being used
- 8:50Speaker 3: now to fund murder and kidnapping and horrific war crimes.
- 8:56Speaker 2: So there's also something else that's really troubling. It's the
- 8:59Speaker 2: fact fact that not only is this clearly I think
- 9:02Speaker 2: Israel's nine to eleven, the number of dead is so
- 9:05Speaker 2: early close to what we had in the days after
- 9:08Speaker 2: nine to eleven, but also there's another issue, and that's
- 9:12Speaker 2: as many as four American citizens are now confirmed to
- 9:14Speaker 2: have been killed during this taristtack in Israel over the weekend,
- 9:18Speaker 2: which is claimed countless lives at this point. Confirmation of
- 9:21Speaker 2: the dead Americans came on Sunday, after the US Secretary
- 9:24Speaker 2: of State Anthony Blincoln said the Biden administration had been
- 9:27Speaker 2: quote working overtime to verify reports of missing and dead
- 9:32Speaker 2: Americans in the midst of the Hamas launching an unprecedented
- 9:35Speaker 2: attack on Israel. The four Americans have been killed in
- 9:38Speaker 2: the attacks in Israel close to the Gaza border, and
- 9:41Speaker 2: the death toll quote is expected to rise. Sources familiar
- 9:44Speaker 2: with the briefing to key House committees said off the record,
- 9:48Speaker 2: now we haven't heard much from the President of the
- 9:51Speaker 2: United States of America on this and that should bother
- 9:53Speaker 2: every American, especially the families who are trying to get
- 9:56Speaker 2: answers here.
- 9:57Speaker 3: Well, the President unfortunately has been completely the a wall.
- 10:01Speaker 3: But it's even worse than his being a wall. The
- 10:04Speaker 3: Biden administration has been affirmatively harmful as this war began,
- 10:09Speaker 3: as Hamas began invading Israel, as they began murdering civilians,
- 10:12Speaker 3: as they began murdering women and children, as they began
- 10:15Speaker 3: raping women and little girls. Here's what the Biden State
- 10:19Speaker 3: Department tweeted out. I want to quote it quote. We
- 10:22Speaker 3: unequivocally condemned the attack of AMAS terrorists and the loss
- 10:26Speaker 3: of life that has incurred. We urge all sides to
- 10:31Speaker 3: refrain from violence and retaliatory attacks. Terror and violence solve nothing.
- 10:39Speaker 3: This is from the US Office of Palestinian Affairs in
- 10:42Speaker 3: the State Department. They sent this out at three in
- 10:45Speaker 3: the morning, as these murders and assaults were ongoing. Within minutes,
- 10:52Speaker 3: I retweeted it, and here's what I said on Twitter.
- 10:54Speaker 3: I said, quote, this is disgraceful and every single person
- 11:00Speaker 3: involved in drafting and approving this tweet should be immediately
- 11:05Speaker 3: expelled from the US government. Now I'll tell you, thankfully.
- 11:10Speaker 3: In response to that, within about an hour, the State
- 11:13Speaker 3: Department deleted the tweet. So their first instinct was to
- 11:16Speaker 3: tell Israel, your countries being invaded. Terrorists are murdering your citizens.
- 11:22Speaker 3: Your citizens are being kidnapped, infants and children are being murdered.
- 11:27Speaker 3: The position of the US State Department is Israel, please
- 11:30Speaker 3: do nothing, do not engage in any retaliatory strikes. Just
- 11:33Speaker 3: sit there and allow the terrorists to murder your citizens.
- 11:36Speaker 3: It is shocking, and that is the ideological reaction of
- 11:42Speaker 3: the Biden administration. They see these terror attacks and their
- 11:46Speaker 3: immediate reaction is Dear God, I hope Israel does not
- 11:49Speaker 3: respond by killing the terrorists. The answer should have been
- 11:53Speaker 3: we stand with Israel, period, full stop. Israel has a
- 11:58Speaker 3: right to defend itsseln health and these terrorists are vicious monsters.
- 12:03Speaker 3: This is barbarism against civilization, and Israel has a right
- 12:08Speaker 3: and an obligation to defend its innocent citizens.
- 12:12Speaker 2: What about the fact the President also didn't say anything
- 12:14Speaker 2: on Sunday about the Americans that a had been killed
- 12:17Speaker 2: in two the Americans that apparently being held hostage. Now,
- 12:21Speaker 2: the reason why we know that is American citizens have
- 12:24Speaker 2: been taken as hostage by hamas we know that because
- 12:27Speaker 2: an Israeli Minister of Strategic Affairs, Ron Dermer, is the
- 12:31Speaker 2: one that put it out saying this to the world.
- 12:34Speaker 2: And in response to those reports, the Secretary of State
- 12:36Speaker 2: Blincoln said the US quote is working overtime. Not the
- 12:39Speaker 2: President responding to this, but Anthony blinking saying we're working overtime.
- 12:44Speaker 2: Where's the Hey, don't harm an American, Hey, don't screw
- 12:48Speaker 2: with us. Hey, you better be careful if you have
- 12:50Speaker 2: an American and give them back immediately.
- 12:52Speaker 3: Well, unfortunately, this administration, this president can't be found saying that.
- 12:58Speaker 3: This president. What this president and has said is we'll
- 13:01Speaker 3: pay one point two billion per American to Iran. And
- 13:05Speaker 3: mind you, that money can be used then to fund
- 13:08Speaker 3: rockets and then to fund terrorists to capture more Americans.
- 13:11Speaker 3: By the way, when they paid that ransom, I said
- 13:14Speaker 3: more Americans would be taken hostage. As we sit here tonight,
- 13:17Speaker 3: they're at all likelihood more Americans that have been taken hostage.
- 13:21Speaker 3: There are more Americans that have been killed. And the
- 13:24Speaker 3: Biden State Department's reactions on this are exactly backwards.
- 13:28Speaker 2: I want to play part of how the media responded
- 13:31Speaker 2: to your tweet and how they covered it as well.
- 13:33Speaker 2: And I'm glad that they at least were able to
- 13:35Speaker 2: delete it, but it doesn't mean they're changing their policy.
- 13:37Speaker 1: Take a listen.
- 13:38Speaker 4: Also, this tweet that has now been deleted by the
- 13:40Speaker 4: US Office of Palestinian Affairs saying, in part, quote, we
- 13:44Speaker 4: urge all sides to refrain from violence and retaliatory attacks.
- 13:49Speaker 4: Taran violence solve nothing. Center Ted Cruz condemning the tweet,
- 13:54Speaker 4: saying quote in response, this is disgraceful and every single
- 13:58Speaker 4: person involved in drafting and approving this tweet should be
- 14:01Speaker 4: immediately spelled from the US government.
- 14:04Speaker 2: It shouldn't take Senator you sending out that tweet and
- 14:08Speaker 2: seeing what they wrote for them to take it down
- 14:10Speaker 2: to even have that as their mentality, which is, you
- 14:13Speaker 2: guys need to show restraint when you're under attack, like
- 14:15Speaker 2: a nine to eleven style attack. This is the worst
- 14:18Speaker 2: assault on the Jewish people. We're talking about number dead
- 14:23Speaker 2: since the Holocaust, is how they describe it in Israel
- 14:25Speaker 2: today in the newspapers.
- 14:27Speaker 3: Well, and I got to tell you, I'm hearing from
- 14:29Speaker 3: more and more Jewish friends of mine in America that
- 14:32Speaker 3: the images of the Holocaust are being brought back to
- 14:36Speaker 3: them because they're seeing bands of terrorists going home to
- 14:42Speaker 3: home in Israel and murdering every person in the home,
- 14:47Speaker 3: murdering civilians indiscriminately, and those they don't murder that we're
- 14:52Speaker 3: seeing them capture their videos of women who are bloodied,
- 14:56Speaker 3: who are covered in blood, who've been violently sexually as salted,
- 15:00Speaker 3: being paraded through the streets, being brought back to Gaza
- 15:05Speaker 3: as as hostages. And this is unfolding right now, and
- 15:10Speaker 3: I have to say, Number one, the fact that the
- 15:13Speaker 3: American government is responsible for financing this is heartbreaking. Number Two,
- 15:21Speaker 3: the statement that the State Department put out that they
- 15:24Speaker 3: thankfully deleted within about an hour once I called them
- 15:27Speaker 3: ount it is indicative of their mindset. Let me tell
- 15:30Speaker 3: you what's going to happen in the next twenty four
- 15:33Speaker 3: and forty eight hours. The Biden administration is going to
- 15:37Speaker 3: start telling Israel stop stop retaliating, stop fighting back, stop
- 15:43Speaker 3: going after Hamas because their reaction every time for two
- 15:47Speaker 3: and a half years, this White House has systematically undermined
- 15:51Speaker 3: the government of Israel, and they have simultaneously systematically elevated
- 15:57Speaker 3: the Palestinian terrorists who are right now committing these atrocities.
- 16:02Speaker 3: At best, they see a parody between the Palestinian terrorists
- 16:09Speaker 3: and the IDF soldiers. And mind you, the Israelis don't
- 16:12Speaker 3: murder individual citizens. They don't murder civilians that they are
- 16:18Speaker 3: aiming at and trying to take out military targets. They're
- 16:21Speaker 3: trying to take out Hamas targets. Now here's the problem.
- 16:24Speaker 3: Hamas deliberately uses human shields. So for example, years ago,
- 16:31Speaker 3: the headquarters for Hamas and Gaza, while Hamas was raining
- 16:35Speaker 3: rockets down on Israel, the headquarters was in the basement
- 16:39Speaker 3: of a Palestinian hospital. Now let me tell you why
- 16:42Speaker 3: it was in the basement of the Palestinian hospital. They
- 16:44Speaker 3: wanted to put the Israeli military into a lose lose situation.
- 16:49Speaker 3: Either number one, they could refrain from attacking that hospital
- 16:55Speaker 3: and taking out the headquarters, which means the Hamas headquarters
- 16:59Speaker 3: can continue planning and executing military assaults on civilians in Israel,
- 17:04Speaker 3: or number two, if Israel does take out the Hamas headquarters,
- 17:09Speaker 3: the result would be dozens, if not hundreds, of dead individuals,
- 17:15Speaker 3: many of them civilians, people like Palestinian mothers and babies
- 17:20Speaker 3: in a maternity ward being delivered. And mind you, the
- 17:23Speaker 3: Hamas terrorists are deliberately using in the case of Gaza,
- 17:27Speaker 3: they're using Palestinian women and children as human shields. They're saying, look,
- 17:31Speaker 3: there's newborn infants upstairs, so if you try to kill us,
- 17:36Speaker 3: you have to kill the infants. And so Israel bends
- 17:39Speaker 3: over backwards to try to avoid killing civilians. Look, one
- 17:44Speaker 3: of the real challenges with all of these hostages, we
- 17:47Speaker 3: have to assume these Israeli hostages are now being used
- 17:52Speaker 3: as human shields, are now being placed in militarily significant locations,
- 17:58Speaker 3: whether guarding the mos headquarters where they're guarding weapons tranches,
- 18:04Speaker 3: or rocket launching locations. And again, Hamas's planning a lose
- 18:12Speaker 3: loose for Israel, either they refrain from striking back, or
- 18:17Speaker 3: from their perspective, even better, from a Hamasa's perspective, Israel
- 18:21Speaker 3: does strike back and the result is dead bodies of
- 18:24Speaker 3: innocent civilians that they can blame on the Israelis. And
- 18:27Speaker 3: then what happens is the useful idiots at the New
- 18:30Speaker 3: York Times, in CNN and the BBC in the world
- 18:34Speaker 3: press start denouncing the Israelis are murdering civilians, never noticing
- 18:40Speaker 3: that the civilians in harm's way were put there by
- 18:43Speaker 3: hamas terrorists, and the Israelis are trying to do everything
- 18:47Speaker 3: they can to prevent civilian death, but at the same
- 18:50Speaker 3: time to stop the bloodshed. And I guarantee you we
- 18:54Speaker 3: will see this week harumphing from the Biden administration. Not
- 18:59Speaker 3: condemned the terrorists are actually okay, look they'll do an
- 19:03Speaker 3: obligatory We condemned the acts of terror. Now our real
- 19:07Speaker 3: point Israel, don't you dare respond? Stop responding right now,
- 19:10Speaker 3: Stop killing terrorists, because that's the position of the Biden
- 19:13Speaker 3: White House. We don't kill terrorists, we give them billions
- 19:17Speaker 3: of dollars where you can see the disaster. That is
- 19:21Speaker 3: that policy of appeasement that characterizes this White House.
- 19:26Speaker 2: I want to tell you about Patriot Mobile. For ten years,
- 19:29Speaker 2: Patriot Mobile has been America's only Christian conservative wireless provider.
- 19:33Speaker 2: And when I say only trust me, they're the only one.

- 20:25Speaker 2: big mobile companies actually give huge donations to democrats as
- 20:29Speaker 2: well as the Plan Parenthood. So stop giving your mind

- 20:59Speaker 2: I think for the last ten years you mentioned it,
- 21:01Speaker 2: the media has really done a great job of humanizing
- 21:05Speaker 2: Hamas and making them not seem like they're horrific terrorists,
- 21:10Speaker 2: which they are, and doing the atroces that you just mentioned,
- 21:13Speaker 2: and trying to make you feel bad for the people
- 21:16Speaker 2: in the Gaza strip, for example, trying to make you
- 21:19Speaker 2: feel justify Hamas and Hesblah and their actions. And even
- 21:25Speaker 2: while this is going on, while women are being raped,
- 21:29Speaker 2: while infants are being taken, while people are still being
- 21:32Speaker 2: murdered door to doors you mentioned on CNN, Fared Zakaria said, quote,
- 21:39Speaker 2: life is pretty hellish for the people in Gaza, implying
- 21:44Speaker 2: that there's justification for what we're witnessing right now, and
- 21:46Speaker 2: you should understand why they're so mad and why they're
- 21:49Speaker 2: going out through the Israelis.
- 21:51Speaker 1: He said this with Anderson Cooper, who was in Tel Aviv. Listen,
- 21:54Speaker 1: thank you well. In Gaza. I mean Hamas is in
- 21:59Speaker 1: control of Gaza.
- 22:00Speaker 5: There are plenty of people living in Gaza city who
- 22:03Speaker 5: may not like Hamas, but it's not as if there
- 22:06Speaker 5: are free and fair elections there routinely that there can
- 22:09Speaker 5: be a change in government. Hamas is the power there.
- 22:11Speaker 5: There's Islami Jihad operating there as well, but Hamas is
- 22:15Speaker 5: fully in control.
- 22:19Speaker 6: Absolutely, there is no prospect and there have been efforts
- 22:22Speaker 6: to do other things. It just feels as though that
- 22:25Speaker 6: would be particularly now in a situation of war and siege.
- 22:30Speaker 6: It's impossible to imagine. There is plenty of evidence that
- 22:34Speaker 6: people in Gaza were very dissatisfied with their lot, but
- 22:38Speaker 6: let's remember that their lot is in part because they
- 22:42Speaker 6: are in this almost prison. They cannot You know, Israel
- 22:45Speaker 6: maintains border controls that are essentially a stranglehold. No, it's
- 22:50Speaker 6: very hard to leave. It's very hard to import anything,
- 22:53Speaker 6: even medical equipment that could be seen as duel use.
- 22:56Speaker 6: On top of that, you have this radical terrorist organization
- 23:02Speaker 6: Hamas that rules. So you put that all together and
- 23:05Speaker 6: life is pretty hellish for people in Gaza. It's not
- 23:08Speaker 6: surprising they want some alternative.
- 23:11Speaker 2: You listen to this, he's justifying that, well, you should
- 23:15Speaker 2: understand why they're so upset. You should understand while they're
- 23:18Speaker 2: in a bad situation, you should understand that this is
- 23:20Speaker 2: partly Israel's fault for putting them in this box.
- 23:22Speaker 1: Here.
- 23:23Speaker 2: That is, while we're witnessing the videos coming out of
- 23:27Speaker 2: people that are being killed on screen, and this is
- 23:30Speaker 2: the propagand the media is saying.
- 23:32Speaker 3: Look, look, these are anti America and anti Israel propagandis
- 23:36Speaker 3: what utter garbage. You know what, I don't doubt that
- 23:39Speaker 3: life is pretty hellish in Gaza. You know why, because
- 23:41Speaker 3: they're governed by a bunch of barber barbarian terrorists who
- 23:48Speaker 3: take virtually every penny of humanitarian aid they get, they
- 23:51Speaker 3: steal it from the people, and they use it for
- 23:53Speaker 3: weapons to engage in acts of terror. And yes, Hamas
- 23:57Speaker 3: is responsible for hell. Let me re you from so.
- 24:00Speaker 3: In twenty fourteen, I authored resolution in the Senate. It
- 24:04Speaker 3: was actually co sponsored by Kirsten Gilbrand, the Democrat from
- 24:08Speaker 3: New York, condemning the use of human shields as a
- 24:12Speaker 3: war crime, and it passed the Senate one hundred and nothing.
- 24:14Speaker 3: Let me read you some of the resolution that I
- 24:17Speaker 3: wrote nine years ago that dealt with Hamas's use of
- 24:20Speaker 3: human shields. Whereas the term human shields refers to the
- 24:24Speaker 3: use of civilians, prisoners of war, and other non combatants
- 24:28Speaker 3: whose mere presence is designed to protect combatants and objects
- 24:32Speaker 3: from attack. Whereas the use of human shields violates international
- 24:36Speaker 3: humanitarian law, also referred to as the law of war
- 24:40Speaker 3: or the law of armed conflict. Whereas, since June fifteenth,
- 24:43Speaker 3: twenty fourteen, there have been over two thousand rockets fired
- 24:47Speaker 3: by Hamas and other terrorist organizations from Gaza into Israel.
- 24:52Speaker 3: Whereas Hamas uses civilian populations as human shields by placing
- 24:56Speaker 3: its underground tunnel network and missile batteries in densely populated
- 25:00Speaker 3: areas and in and around schools, hospitals, and mosques. Whereas
- 25:05Speaker 3: Israel drops leaflets, makes announcements, places phone calls, and sends
- 25:11Speaker 3: text messages to the Palestinian people in Gaza, warning them
- 25:15Speaker 3: in advance that an attack is imminent, and goes to
- 25:17Speaker 3: extraordinary lengths to target only terrorist actors. Whereas Hamas has
- 25:23Speaker 3: urged the residents of Gaza to ignore the Israeli warnings
- 25:26Speaker 3: and to remain in their houses, and has encouraged Palestinians
- 25:30Speaker 3: to gather on the roofs of their homes to act
- 25:33Speaker 3: as human shields. Now, therefore, be it resolved by the
- 25:38Speaker 3: Senate the House of Representatives, concurring that Congress one strongly
- 25:42Speaker 3: condemns the brutal and the illegal tactics by HAMAS and
- 25:45Speaker 3: other terrorist organizations of using innocent civilians as human shields.
- 25:50Speaker 3: Two calls on the international community to recognize the grave
- 25:54Speaker 3: breaches of international law committed by Hamas in using human shields.
- 25:58Speaker 3: Three places respet reponsibility for launching the rocket attacks on
- 26:02Speaker 3: Hamas and other terrorist organizations such as Islamic Jihad and Gaza.
- 26:09Speaker 3: Four supports the sovereign right of the government of Israel
- 26:12Speaker 3: to defend its territory and stop the rocket attacks on
- 26:15Speaker 3: his citizens. Five expresses condolences to the families of innocent
- 26:20Speaker 3: victims on both sides of the conflicts. Six supports Palestinian
- 26:24Speaker 3: civilians who reject Hamas and all forms of terrorism, desiring
- 26:28Speaker 3: to live in peace with their Israeli neighbors. And seven
- 26:33Speaker 3: calls upon Mahmadabas to condemn the use of innocent civilians
- 26:36Speaker 3: as human shields by Hamas and other terrorist organizations. That
- 26:40Speaker 3: was nine years ago. I introduced it. It was bipartisan,
- 26:44Speaker 3: It passed the Senate one hundred to nothing. Then let
- 26:47Speaker 3: me ask you something. Why can't Joe Biden say something
- 26:51Speaker 3: like that. Why is it impossible for the President of
- 26:55Speaker 3: the United States, for the Secretary of State for the
- 26:57Speaker 3: Biden administration to unequival condemned terrorist monsters understand with Israel.
- 27:05Speaker 2: Take it a step further, The Israeli ambassador went on
- 27:07Speaker 2: face the nation this morning, and he said this about Hamas.
- 27:12Speaker 7: That your Prime minister is promising a sustained campaign. Do
- 27:16Speaker 7: you have any sense of how Israel will define success?
- 27:21Speaker 8: Well, Israel As at war. Yesterday we were attacked by
- 27:25Speaker 8: our organization. They infiltrated the Israeli territory and killed hundreds
- 27:32Speaker 8: of Israelies. At least six hundred were butchered yesterday, including
- 27:38Speaker 8: whole families, elderly women, children, babies were taken out of
- 27:44Speaker 8: their mother's Latin murder. This is war and we have
- 27:47Speaker 8: to fight that war and win it. We have to
- 27:50Speaker 8: destroy the Hamasu or machine you know in war, back
- 27:55Speaker 8: in war. We have to fight it.
- 27:58Speaker 2: You hear him sooner say this, and there's a there's
- 28:01Speaker 2: a chilling distinction now between the Biden administration on fighting
- 28:06Speaker 2: against Russia and Ukraine. Unlimited checks going there. We're all
- 28:10Speaker 2: in here as long as it takes. We're hearing none
- 28:14Speaker 2: of that about our ally. Are our closest and best
- 28:17Speaker 2: ally in the Middle East. Why won't we come out
- 28:19Speaker 2: and say yes, we stand with Israel to destroy the
- 28:23Speaker 2: Hamas war machine.
- 28:25Speaker 3: Because the Biden administration supports the Palestinians because they're quietly
- 28:29Speaker 3: cheering for the terrorists. Now look that they're not cheering
- 28:33Speaker 3: for the acts of terrorism, but they think the terrorists
- 28:35Speaker 3: are right, just like CNN. Oh oh well, well they're
- 28:38Speaker 3: just they're in terrible circumstances. So we understand. Look, we
- 28:42Speaker 3: had multiple Democrats, We had Corey Bush at AOC and
- 28:47Speaker 3: Rashida Tale putting out statements referring to things like calling
- 28:51Speaker 3: Israel in apartheid statement literally, while you have genocidal terrorists
- 28:57Speaker 3: murdering infants, these less left wing squad democrats are savaging
- 29:03Speaker 3: not the terrorists but the people of Israel with blood libels,
- 29:09Speaker 3: and it is horrific. And look the distinction. It is
- 29:14Speaker 3: important to understand. It's one of the things one of
- 29:16Speaker 3: the reasons I read that resolution that the Senate passed
- 29:20Speaker 3: back in twenty fourteen. You know, Israel when it goes
- 29:23Speaker 3: in into Gaza, it does things like, for example, right now,
- 29:27Speaker 3: Israel is sending out text They have cell numbers of
- 29:31Speaker 3: every cell phone in Gaza. They send out texts that say,
- 29:34Speaker 3: if you're an innocent civilian, go to these parts of Gaza,
- 29:37Speaker 3: go to these safe zones. Because these other areas that
- 29:41Speaker 3: are hamas headquarters or weapons bases. We are going to level,
- 29:45Speaker 3: so leave. The Israeli government is asking innocent civilians please
- 29:50Speaker 3: get out of harm's way. They do things like if
- 29:53Speaker 3: they're going to bomb a building where they know Hamas
- 29:55Speaker 3: has rockets stored or they have terrorists stored, they will
- 29:59Speaker 3: send text to every individual in that building that they
- 30:02Speaker 3: will do things like they will drop it basically a
- 30:06Speaker 3: dud bomb on the top of the building to have
- 30:11Speaker 3: a thud to let people hear the noise, to give
- 30:14Speaker 3: civilians time to evacuate, and then the level the level
- 30:17Speaker 3: of the building because they're trying to take out the murderers.
- 30:21Speaker 3: You know, Hamas has placed rockets literally in kindergartens. It
- 30:28Speaker 3: reminds me of something that Israel's Prime Minister Benjamin Netanya
- 30:31Speaker 3: who said that I thought was really beautiful. So Israel
- 30:35Speaker 3: has has a missile defense system called the Iron Dome.
- 30:39Speaker 3: I have spent eleven years in the Senate fighting to
- 30:44Speaker 3: to help preserve the funding for the Iron Dome. Because
- 30:47Speaker 3: the Iron Dome, it's amazing. It intercepts missiles as they're
- 30:54Speaker 3: coming in and it saves thousands and thousands of lives.
- 30:57Speaker 3: So Hamas will send these rockets aimed at civilian populations,
- 31:01Speaker 3: and Iron Dome will intercept a great many of them
- 31:04Speaker 3: and save lives now. And Israel's got iron Dome, It's
- 31:09Speaker 3: got another system called David Sling. It's got another system
- 31:12Speaker 3: called Arrow two and Arrow three. These are all different
- 31:16Speaker 3: systems that are aimed at missile defense. And what Prime
- 31:19Speaker 3: Minister net and Yahoo said during an earlier Hamas rocket
- 31:22Speaker 3: attack is he said, we use our missiles to defend
- 31:28Speaker 3: our citizens. They use their citizens to defend their missiles.
- 31:34Speaker 3: And it is a profound difference. Every one of these
- 31:39Speaker 3: leftist idea logues in Congress, in the Biden White House,
- 31:44Speaker 3: in the Biden State Department, or in the corporate media.
- 31:48Speaker 3: Who draws a parallel draws a moral equivalency. They are lying.
- 31:55Speaker 3: These terrorists are looking for terrorists, looking for civilians rather
- 32:00Speaker 3: and murdering. When you're murdering infants, when you're raping children,
- 32:05Speaker 3: that's not an act of war. That is a war crime.
- 32:09Speaker 3: And the Israelis are doing everything they can to avoid
- 32:12Speaker 3: civilian casualties and to target the terrorists. They are qualitatively different.
- 32:18Speaker 3: And when you hear the Biden administration equating the two,
- 32:22Speaker 3: you ought to be outraged.
- 32:23Speaker 2: Per example, Secretary Blinken, who's the most outspoken so far
- 32:26Speaker 2: from the administration. He went on TV, not really condemning
- 32:30Speaker 2: that much a moss or what they're doing, but actually
- 32:34Speaker 2: calling out Israel, saying, quote, we're looking to Israel to
- 32:38Speaker 2: apply the highest standard to avoid civilian causualies in Gaza.
- 32:43Speaker 2: We're not saying anything about the Americans that have been taken,
- 32:45Speaker 2: the Americans have been killed, or all the atrocities are
- 32:48Speaker 2: war crimes you just mentioned. No, no, We're gonna put
- 32:51Speaker 2: Israel on notice, as you just described it, you better
- 32:54Speaker 2: not screw this up.
- 32:56Speaker 7: If this is a prolonged attack, what kind of humanitarian
- 33:01Speaker 7: crisis are you expecting here?
- 33:03Speaker 9: And impact on civilians, Well, we've seen this unfortunately repeat itself.
- 33:09Speaker 9: Although the magnitude the scale of what Hamas did here
- 33:14Speaker 9: is something we haven't seen before. But in prior instances,
- 33:18Speaker 9: those who have suffered along with the victims of.
- 33:22Speaker 10: Terrorism are civilians, including in Gaza, and whatever Israel does
- 33:29Speaker 10: in Gaza, as always, we look to it to do
- 33:32Speaker 10: everything possible to avoid civilian casualties, something of course that
- 33:35Speaker 10: Hamas doesn't do. On the contrary, not only does it
- 33:37Speaker 10: not seek to avoid them, it deliberately targets civilians. It's
- 33:41Speaker 10: gunning down Israelis in the streets, in their homes, and
- 33:43Speaker 10: as I said, ragging them across the border in Gaza.
- 33:45Speaker 10: So there's absolutely no comparison. But we looked to Israel
- 33:51Speaker 10: as always to apply the highest standards when it comes
- 33:54Speaker 10: to avoiding civilian casualties and anything it may do in Gaza.
- 33:57Speaker 1: It's amazing the butt there at the end.
- 33:58Speaker 2: But right, well say all this is bad, but but Israel,
- 34:02Speaker 2: you better be better than everybody else.
- 34:04Speaker 3: Well, and I got to say, Ben, listening to that,
- 34:06Speaker 3: I have mixed sentiments. On one level, Frankly, Tony Blinkn
- 34:10Speaker 3: is better than most of the clowns in the s
- 34:13Speaker 3: Biden administration. He at least acknowledges that Israel is bending
- 34:18Speaker 3: over backwards to try to avoid killing civilians, and that
- 34:21Speaker 3: Hamas is deliberately killing civilians. That that's something that that
- 34:25Speaker 3: that's a tiny shred of truth. Now, what he doesn't
- 34:28Speaker 3: do is acknowledged that Israel historically has gone to incredible
- 34:33Speaker 3: lengths to avoid civilian casualties and that the reason Palestinian
- 34:38Speaker 3: civilians are killed is because Hamas wants them to be killed,
- 34:43Speaker 3: because they deliberately put their military assets in a place
- 34:47Speaker 3: where it is impossible to take out their military assets
- 34:50Speaker 3: without killing killing Palestinian civilians. That the Palestinian deaths are
- 34:56Speaker 3: what Hamas wants because they know the useful idiots in
- 35:00Speaker 3: the media will use it against Israel. Let me give
- 35:03Speaker 3: an example of some of the vicious rhetoric coming in
- 35:07Speaker 3: this case. This is what the statement that Congresswoman Corey
- 35:10Speaker 3: Bush put out as these atrocities are ongoing. Quote, I
- 35:15Speaker 3: am heartbroken by the ongoing violence in Palestine and Israel,
- 35:19Speaker 3: and I mourned the over two hundred and fifty Israeli
- 35:21Speaker 3: and two hundred and thirty Palestinian lives that have been
- 35:23Speaker 3: lost today and the thousands injured following attacks by Hamas
- 35:27Speaker 3: militants on Israeli border towns and Israeli military bombardment of Gaza.
- 35:33Speaker 3: I strongly condemned the targeting of civilians, and I urge
- 35:35Speaker 3: an immediate cease fire and de escalation to prevent further
- 35:39Speaker 3: loss of life. Our immediate focus must be on saving lives,
- 35:43Speaker 3: but our ultimate focus must be on a just and
- 35:45Speaker 3: lasting piece that ensures safety for everyone in the region.
- 35:49Speaker 3: Violations of human rights did not justify more violations of
- 35:52Speaker 3: human rights, and a military response will only exacerbate the
- 35:58Speaker 3: suffering of Palestinians and Israelis alike. As part of achieving
- 36:03Speaker 3: a justin lasting peace, we must do our part to
- 36:06Speaker 3: stop the violence and trauma by ending US government support
- 36:12Speaker 3: for Israeli military occupation and apartheid. I am continuing to
- 36:18Speaker 3: closely monitor the situation in my office is ready to
- 36:22Speaker 3: support the residents of the first District with family members
- 36:25Speaker 3: and loved ones in the region. So literally, while Israel's
- 36:31Speaker 3: nine to eleven is unfolding, this Democrat squad member accuses
- 36:37Speaker 3: Israel of apartheid, a total lie, and calls for ending
- 36:42Speaker 3: US government support for Israel's military in the middle of
- 36:46Speaker 3: a war. And she simultaneously what does she call for
- 36:51Speaker 3: an immediate cease fire of the military response. In other words, Israel,
- 36:58Speaker 3: never mind that terrorist are murdering your civilians, are targeting
- 37:01Speaker 3: your civilians, are kidnapping your civilians. We in America call
- 37:06Speaker 3: for you to stop the cease fire and do nothing
- 37:10Speaker 3: in response. You know, I got to say, how many
- 37:13Speaker 3: Democrats are condemning this viciously anti Semitic, anti Israel statement
- 37:20Speaker 3: that sadly was echoed by multiple members of the squad,
- 37:24Speaker 3: and the degree to which the far left tolerates and
- 37:28Speaker 3: even celebrates this vicious anti Semitism, it gets worse and
- 37:34Speaker 3: worse every day.
- 37:35Speaker 2: Is Joe Biden, And I want to end with this.
- 37:38Speaker 2: He's a guy that you know, he called a lid
- 37:40Speaker 2: at eleven thirty four am. For people that don't understand
- 37:43Speaker 2: what the lid is, that means basically, the day's over, right,
- 37:45Speaker 2: That's that's the way they tell the media. Hey, he's
- 37:47Speaker 2: doing other things now. He's not making any more public statements.
- 37:51Speaker 2: We haven't heard from a president saying don't harm Americans.
- 37:53Speaker 2: He hasn't said that Israel has got our, you know,
- 37:57Speaker 2: our unwavering support and we will do whatever we have
- 37:59Speaker 2: to do to get america cans back. And he and
- 38:01Speaker 2: he's sitting there and saying nothing publicly here.
- 38:07Speaker 1: While all of this is going on.
- 38:09Speaker 2: Is he the worst president in our lifetime when it
- 38:12Speaker 2: comes to a policy of clearly not standing with Israel
- 38:16Speaker 2: because he's not look exactly same.
- 38:18Speaker 3: With the Americans unequivocally. For the last two and a
- 38:22Speaker 3: half years, the Biden administration has engaged in a systematic, granular,
- 38:26Speaker 3: day to day effort to undermine the nation of Israel.
- 38:31Speaker 3: You know when within the first couple of weeks of
- 38:33Speaker 3: our first couple of months of the Biden administration coming
- 38:36Speaker 3: into office, the State Department put out written guidance prohibiting
- 38:40Speaker 3: employees at State from referring to the Abraham Accords. The
- 38:44Speaker 3: Abraham Accords were the historic peace treaty that that the
- 38:48Speaker 3: Trump administration negotiated between Israel and numerous Arab countries. Instead,
- 38:55Speaker 3: the Biden administration State Department was ordered to refer to
- 38:58Speaker 3: them as normalization agreements. They couldn't use the word Abraham,
- 39:03Speaker 3: they couldn't acknowledge the historic nature of it. Now, I
- 39:07Speaker 3: called that out, and in fact I brought out the
- 39:09Speaker 3: documents that demonstrated it was the Biden White House that
- 39:13Speaker 3: directed State to do that. And they were so embarrassed
- 39:15Speaker 3: by that they backed away from it. So now they
- 39:18Speaker 3: used the terms the frequency with which So one of
- 39:21Speaker 3: the things they did they changed the Office of Israel
- 39:27Speaker 3: and Palestinian Affairs, they changed the name of it to
- 39:31Speaker 3: the Office of Israeli and Palestinian Affairs.
- 39:35Speaker 1: Wow.
- 39:36Speaker 3: Why because they didn't want to acknowledge the nation of
- 39:39Speaker 3: Israel exists, and they wanted to put Israel's claims of
- 39:42Speaker 3: sovereignty on the same level of parody as the Palestinian
- 39:47Speaker 3: terrorists that are right now committing these atrocities. Beyond that,
- 39:51Speaker 3: the Biden administration is a first government in US history
- 39:54Speaker 3: to implement a policy of BDS, of boycott, divestiture and sanctioning,
- 39:59Speaker 3: in particular cutting off funding for scientific research, cancer research,
- 40:04Speaker 3: no less in Judaea and Samaria, what they call the
- 40:09Speaker 3: occupied territories portions of Israel that now the federal government
- 40:15Speaker 3: is boycotting and saying we will not fund because their
- 40:18Speaker 3: view is the same as these Squad members. They view
- 40:21Speaker 3: Israel as illegitimately occupied territory. And so the harm that
- 40:27Speaker 3: is coming from the Biden administration is horrific. And let
- 40:30Speaker 3: me just ask you this as we wrap up. You know,
- 40:33Speaker 3: we've seen Joe Biden light up the White House in
- 40:39Speaker 3: rainbow colors in support of a transgender agenda. We've seen
- 40:46Speaker 3: the White House in blue and gold in support of Ukraine.
- 40:53Speaker 3: What's the White House done for Israel? It's not blue
- 40:56Speaker 3: and white.
- 40:57Speaker 2: No I would even go there. Where's the White House?
- 41:00Speaker 2: And for any Americans that are being harmed right now
- 41:02Speaker 2: in Israel?
- 41:03Speaker 3: Do we know the names of any Americans who are hostages.
- 41:05Speaker 3: Do we know the names of any Americans who've been killed?
- 41:08Speaker 3: As the President spoken about it, as the President gone
- 41:10Speaker 3: on national television, as the President said, if you harm
- 41:13Speaker 3: one American, you will face real repercussions. No, what they've
- 41:16Speaker 3: said is, do not retaliate Israel, don't strike back at
- 41:21Speaker 3: the terrorists. This administration funded the atrocities. Understand, do not
- 41:28Speaker 3: forget the fifty billion dollars that Joe Biden and the
- 41:35Speaker 3: ideologues in this administration flooded to Iran. That money funded
- 41:41Speaker 3: these attacks. Now, by the way, the Biden White House's
- 41:44Speaker 3: defense of that, so they said, no, no, no, no, our
- 41:47Speaker 3: money technically went to other other endeavors. Well, money is fungible.
- 41:51Speaker 3: If you send fifty billion dollars in there, they can
- 41:54Speaker 3: spend other money to fund the terror attacks. And by
- 41:57Speaker 3: the way, the forty billion dollars that is from oil sales,
- 42:03Speaker 3: that is completely available to be spent, and in a
- 42:08Speaker 3: very real and direct sense, it funded this attack, as
- 42:12Speaker 3: did the money that the Biden administration sent to Gaza
- 42:18Speaker 3: that they stated in writing they knew would go to
