AG Lynn Fitch backs move to lift federal restrictions on firearms silencers
Calling the right to bear arms central to our freedom, Attorney General Lynn Fitch has joined 20 other attorneys general urging congressional leaders to repeal provisions of the National Firearms Act (NFA) recently repudiated by a federal court in Texas. The federal ruling lifts restrictions on the purchase of silencers in more than a dozen states.
