- 0:01Speaker 1: Welcome.
- 0:01Speaker 2: It is Verdict with Senator Ted Cruz ben Ferguson with you.
- 0:05Speaker 2: And let me first say to all of you, I
- 0:06Speaker 2: hope that you are having a fabulous little break with
- 0:10Speaker 2: your time for your family and your friends from Christmas
- 0:13Speaker 2: to New Year's and it's important that we take a
- 0:16Speaker 2: look back at some of the biggest stories that happen
- 0:18Speaker 2: in twenty twenty three and the most important issues that
- 0:21Speaker 2: may come up in twenty twenty four.
- 0:24Speaker 1: It is our year end review. Take a listen.
- 0:27Speaker 2: They Pentagon email or a letter that went to the
- 0:30Speaker 2: families from nine to eleven who lost loved ones during
- 0:34Speaker 2: that attack, and the suspected mastermind of nine to eleven attacks,
- 0:37Speaker 2: as well as four other defendants. Apparently they could all
- 0:42Speaker 2: escape the death penalty under a quote new plea deal
- 0:45Speaker 2: where they would plead guilty and then it would save.
- 0:49Speaker 1: Their lives literally.
- 0:51Speaker 2: Now, there are a lot of people that have direct
- 0:53Speaker 2: connection nine to eleven that are beyond furious over this.
- 0:56Speaker 2: Khalid Sheik Mohammad is the mastermind behind nine eleven. He
- 1:01Speaker 2: was the CEO of this nine to eleven attack. He
- 1:04Speaker 2: was the one that came up with it with Osama
- 1:06Speaker 2: bin Laden. He had in his writings before we caught him,
- 1:10Speaker 2: and had said publicly that his goal was to kill
- 1:12Speaker 2: as many Americans as possible and he wanted to have
- 1:16Speaker 2: mass casualties not just on nine to eleven, but after
- 1:19Speaker 2: nine to eleven. He also was planning other attacks as well.
- 1:22Speaker 2: That suspected mastermind now would be in essence given a
- 1:25Speaker 2: deal now Centater. The I think the pullback that the
- 1:28Speaker 2: curtain here you and I talked about this is the
- 1:31Speaker 2: fact that this seems to be the Department of the
- 1:34Speaker 2: Pentagon and the Biden administration saying no one wants these people.
- 1:38Speaker 1: They're two dangerous.
- 1:39Speaker 2: He's five men, including the mastermind of nine to eleven.
- 1:44Speaker 2: So we want to close down GITMO. And the way
- 1:47Speaker 2: we could close it down is giving these five defendants
- 1:50Speaker 2: a plea deal so we can wrap up Guantanamobay and say, look,
- 1:55Speaker 2: we close this thing down, aren't we great people? That
- 1:59Speaker 2: is the most I think disgusting part of this deal
- 2:02Speaker 2: is it's just for a political purpose for them.
- 2:06Speaker 3: This story is absolutely outrageous, and I think everyone hearing
- 2:11Speaker 3: it should be shocked and should be furious. On September eleventh,
- 2:18Speaker 3: deranged radical Islamic terrorists carried out the worst terrorist attack
- 2:24Speaker 3: in the history of the United States of America. They
- 2:27Speaker 3: murdered two thousand, nine hundred and seventy seven innocent people.
- 2:34Speaker 3: It was horrific. It was an act of war. It
- 2:38Speaker 3: was an active war that was planned and executed to
- 2:46Speaker 3: attempt to cripple the United States. Every one of us
- 2:51Speaker 3: who was alive and an adult at the time remembers
- 2:56Speaker 3: where they were on September eleventh. Members where they were
- 3:01Speaker 3: when they saw the image of the first plane hitting
- 3:03Speaker 3: the first tower in New York City, and then the
- 3:06Speaker 3: second planes hitting the second tower in New York City.
- 3:11Speaker 3: You remember where you were when the plane flew into
- 3:14Speaker 3: the Pentagon, and you remember where they were when the
- 3:17Speaker 3: brave heroes took the plane down over that hallowed field
- 3:23Speaker 3: in Pennsylvania. Yesterday, the Biden administration sent letters to the
- 3:32Speaker 3: families of the victims of the nearly three thousand people
- 3:36Speaker 3: murdered that day, saying, by the way, the guy who
- 3:40Speaker 3: planned it, the guy who was the mastermind behind it,
- 3:42Speaker 3: the guy who plotted it, Khalid Shaik Muhammad, and four
- 3:46Speaker 3: others who were active participants in the worst act of
- 3:51Speaker 3: terrorism in US history. We may not seek the death
- 3:54Speaker 3: penalty for them. If you don't seek the death penalty
- 3:59Speaker 3: for murdering nearly three thousand people in an act of war,
- 4:02Speaker 3: than what the hell do you seek the death penalty for?
- 4:06Speaker 3: It is outrageous and it's infuriating.
- 4:11Speaker 2: You look at these charges and I go to just
- 4:14Speaker 2: to remind people of cleete Sheik Muhammad. This is an
- 4:18Speaker 2: individual that were tannahan with asamban Lad in al Qaeda.
- 4:22Speaker 2: He was the leader of al Qaida's propaganda operations and
- 4:26Speaker 2: that was really recruitment.
- 4:27Speaker 1: He needed to recruit soldiers for jihad.
- 4:31Speaker 2: He was in charge and was incredibly successful at the
- 4:35Speaker 2: propaganda that brought people in especially in the Middle East,
- 4:38Speaker 2: from different countries into al Qaeda. He did that so
- 4:43Speaker 2: well from nineteen nine nine to two thousand and one
- 4:45Speaker 2: that some described him as the number one recruiter of
- 4:49Speaker 2: terrorists in the world. When we captured him. Just so
- 4:54Speaker 2: people remember in two thousand and three, there were several
- 4:57Speaker 2: countries that wanted him because they want to kill him.
- 5:01Speaker 2: And what we did is we wanted intel out of
- 5:03Speaker 2: him because he knew about the entire operations and he
- 5:06Speaker 2: could lead us to Osama bin Laden. When we interrogated
- 5:09Speaker 2: him in March two thousand and seven, he finally confessed
- 5:12Speaker 2: to say to what we already knew. He was the
- 5:15Speaker 2: mastermind of the nine to eleven attacks, that Richard Reid
- 5:19Speaker 2: shoe bombing, attempt to blow up an airliner. He was
- 5:21Speaker 2: also the mastermind of that, the Bali nightclub bombing in Indonesia.
- 5:26Speaker 2: He was involved in that, the nineteen ninety three World
- 5:29Speaker 2: Trade Center bombings, the murder of Daniel Pearl, the Wall
- 5:34Speaker 2: Street Journal reporter, and various other foiled attacks, as well
- 5:38Speaker 2: as numerous other crimes he was involved with. It wasn't
- 5:43Speaker 2: just nine eleven, and that's why clearly he deserves a
- 5:47Speaker 2: death penalty. What he was charged was with first degree
- 5:51Speaker 2: murder two nine hundred and seventy seven counts for everyone
- 5:55Speaker 2: that died on nine to eleven, attacking civilians. He was
- 5:58Speaker 2: charged without attacking some billion objects intentionally causing serious bodily injury,
- 6:05Speaker 2: murder in the violation of law of war, destruction of
- 6:08Speaker 2: property and violation of law war, hijacking or hazarding a
- 6:12Speaker 2: vessel or aircraft.
- 6:14Speaker 1: Then he was charged with multiple.
- 6:15Speaker 2: Kunts of terrorism, and then all of the other things
- 6:18Speaker 2: I just listed. Why would anyone at the Pentagon unless
- 6:23Speaker 2: it's political pressure from this White House, because the White House,
- 6:26Speaker 2: to be clear, center could stop this right, They could
- 6:28Speaker 2: step in here and.
- 6:29Speaker 1: Say no, you're not going to do this right.
- 6:31Speaker 2: You're not going to let this guy live and let
- 6:33Speaker 2: him plead guilty.
- 6:34Speaker 3: So I think it's two things.
- 6:36Speaker 2: One.
- 6:37Speaker 3: I think when it comes to criminal law, this administration
- 6:42Speaker 3: is populated by left wing ideologues. And in the entire
- 6:49Speaker 3: time Joe Biden has been president, the Department of Justice
- 6:53Speaker 3: has not authorized a single new death penalty prosecution. Under
- 6:59Speaker 3: Merrick Garland, they've halted death penalty prosecutions. And in fact,
- 7:05Speaker 3: Joe Biden campaigned on ending the federal death penalty. His
- 7:09Speaker 3: criminal justice platform included a pledge laid out on his
- 7:13Speaker 3: campaign website that said, quote to work to pass legislation
- 7:17Speaker 3: to eliminate the death penalty at the federal level and
- 7:19Speaker 3: incentivized states to follow the federal government's example. And he
- 7:23Speaker 3: said those convicted of the most egregious federal crimes quote
- 7:26Speaker 3: should serve should instead serve life sentences without probation or parole.
- 7:34Speaker 3: And since Merrick Garland took office, he has not sought
- 7:38Speaker 3: the death penalty. And by the way, that includes the
- 7:43Speaker 3: deranged murderer in Al Paso that went into the walmart
- 7:47Speaker 3: seeking to murder Hispanics on a blatant racist hate crime,
- 7:53Speaker 3: and the Biden Department of Justice did not seek the
- 7:56Speaker 3: death penalty there. Instead, he was sentenced to ninety life sentences.
- 8:00Speaker 3: He might be executed by the state of Texas, and
- 8:02Speaker 3: in fact, I have every confidence that the State of
- 8:05Speaker 3: Texas is going to prosecute that monster and carry out
- 8:10Speaker 3: capital punishment autumn. But the Feds, the Feds, you commit
- 8:14Speaker 3: a horrible racist hate crime and mass murder, the Biden
- 8:18Speaker 3: DOJ they won't consider the death penalty. And when you're
- 8:23Speaker 3: talking about terrorism, it is it is. This is the
- 8:28Speaker 3: worst act of terrorism in US history. And yet these
- 8:34Speaker 3: left wing ideologues, they don't want to hold the mastermind
- 8:39Speaker 3: of murdering nearly three thousand Americans accountable. It is so
- 8:45Speaker 3: profoundly disrespectful, not just to the families of the victims,
- 8:49Speaker 3: not just to the Americans who were murdered that day,
- 8:51Speaker 3: but to everyone in this country. This was an act
- 8:54Speaker 3: of war against America, and these bastards don't get a dam.
- 9:01Speaker 2: If you're a guy and you are sick and tired
- 9:05Speaker 2: of feeling like you've gotten a little bit older, maybe
- 9:07Speaker 2: you feel like weakness and complacency have set in.
- 9:10Speaker 1: You're not alone.

- 10:27Speaker 2: the Attorney General Merrick Garland. He was testifying before Congress
- 10:32Speaker 2: on the latest on the impeachment inquiry, and your overall
- 10:35Speaker 2: reaction I want to get because I was shocked, not
- 10:39Speaker 2: really by his arrogance, this time by his I would say,
- 10:42Speaker 2: lack of just candid answers to basic questions that were
- 10:48Speaker 2: asked of him.
- 10:49Speaker 1: Were you shocked by his demeanor?
- 10:51Speaker 3: You know? Unfortunately I wasn't. Merrick Garland, from the day
- 10:54Speaker 3: he was sworn in, has demonstrated a contempt for Congress,
- 11:00Speaker 3: a contempt for the American people, a smug entitlement that
- 11:05Speaker 3: no one is allowed to question him, that he doesn't
- 11:08Speaker 3: have to answer any questions. Look, I have questioned Merrick
- 11:11Speaker 3: Garland now many times, and he will not answer. He
- 11:15Speaker 3: will not give you a straight answer to anything. And
- 11:18Speaker 3: so as the evidence keeps mounting, not just of Joe
- 11:21Speaker 3: Biden's personal corruption, but of Merrick Garland being personally implicated
- 11:26Speaker 3: now in multiple felonies, he has not wavered at all
- 11:32Speaker 3: from his attitude that seems to say, how dare you
- 11:37Speaker 3: question me? He is He's the legal equivalent of Anthony Fauci.
- 11:42Speaker 3: Fauci says, I am the science. Merrick Garland's response is
- 11:47Speaker 3: essentially I am the law, and they're both wrong.
- 11:52Speaker 2: I want to play a few quips that really went viral,
- 11:56Speaker 2: and they went viral because of just the shock of
- 11:59Speaker 2: the lack of response and and, like you said, the
- 12:02Speaker 2: arrogance of Garland. One of them was just a basic
- 12:06Speaker 2: question talking about, hey, what did you know and when
- 12:09Speaker 2: did you kind of know it?
- 12:10Speaker 1: Take a listen.
- 12:11Speaker 4: Have you had personal contact with anyone at FBI headquarters
- 12:15Speaker 4: about the hunter Byden investigation? I don't recollect the answer
- 12:19Speaker 4: to that question. But the FBI works for the Justice Department.
- 12:23Speaker 1: It's I'm sorry, I'm sorry, you don't recollect.
- 12:26Speaker 4: You don't recollect whether you've talked with anybody at FBI
- 12:28Speaker 4: headquarters about an investigation of the president's son.
- 12:31Speaker 1: I don't believe that I did.
- 12:33Speaker 4: I promised the Senate when I came before it for
- 12:36Speaker 4: confirmation that I would leave mister Weiss in place and
- 12:40Speaker 4: that I would not interfere with his investigation.
- 12:44Speaker 1: Okay, did you have her?
- 12:45Speaker 4: I have kept that promise, all right?
- 12:48Speaker 1: Do you believe him, Senator, because I don't.
- 12:52Speaker 3: Well, the I R S whistleblowers both testified to the
- 12:58Speaker 3: House that that he lied when he made that promise
- 13:02Speaker 3: to the Senate, when he made that promise to me
- 13:05Speaker 3: in my questioning, we have now two career IRS employees
- 13:09Speaker 3: who have gone before the House and said that he
- 13:11Speaker 3: flat out lied, that he has directly interfered. And I
- 13:14Speaker 3: got to say the question here, this is very specific.
- 13:18Speaker 3: Have you had personal contact with anyone at FBI headquarters
- 13:22Speaker 3: about the Hunter Biden case? And for him to say, well,
- 13:26Speaker 3: I don't remember. How do you not remember that? This
- 13:30Speaker 3: isn't asking generally. Have you talked to FBI headquarters? Of
- 13:33Speaker 3: course he has, as he says, and in his answer,
- 13:36Speaker 3: the FBI works for the Justice Department. So yes, the
- 13:40Speaker 3: Attorney General has talked to FBI headquarters. But if he
- 13:44Speaker 3: is recusing himself from the matter, if he is not interfering,
- 13:48Speaker 3: then he would know whether or not he had had
- 13:51Speaker 3: those conversations. And the fact that he doesn't remember, with
- 13:55Speaker 3: the entirety of the evidence, is dubious.
- 14:00Speaker 2: There was also another congresswoman who asked a question of
- 14:03Speaker 2: Garland as he was testifying by the House Judiciary sub
- 14:06Speaker 2: Committee hearing, and I want you to hear what she
- 14:08Speaker 2: had to said. It was a lengthy back and forth,
- 14:10Speaker 2: but it was an important one as well. And I
- 14:13Speaker 2: say important because it was the accusation that Merrick Garland
- 14:17Speaker 2: basically is not acting on behalf of the American people,
- 14:20Speaker 2: or on behalf of the law of the laws of
- 14:23Speaker 2: this country, or making sure these laws are being followed,
- 14:28Speaker 2: but instead he's basically working as a defense lawyer for
- 14:33Speaker 2: the Biden crime family by purposely slow walking the probes
- 14:38Speaker 2: into the Clintons. And this is something we haven't talked
- 14:41Speaker 2: about in a while. But also into Hunter Biden, also
- 14:43Speaker 2: into Joe Biden, also into the FBI's involvement in things
- 14:47Speaker 2: like January sixth. It's like he's in a personal attorney
- 14:50Speaker 2: for anyone of the Democratic Party that does something that's nefarious.
- 14:54Speaker 5: Second, my town FBI phone numbers all over the district.
- 14:58Speaker 5: Please call all that. People are truly afraid. I just
- 15:02Speaker 5: want to make sure if you're not aware that you are,
- 15:05Speaker 5: and this is a big problem, then people.
- 15:07Speaker 6: Are afraid of their own government.
- 15:10Speaker 5: And I'll share some other things we're talking about, just
- 15:14Speaker 5: the system. I don't question you, probably not a bad person.
- 15:17Speaker 5: I don't know you, but well I'll tell you. You're
- 15:19Speaker 5: in charge of the Department and people right now feel
- 15:23Speaker 5: you know, I'll look at Durham report and I call
- 15:25Speaker 5: on the fights violations of queriers of millions Americans. Right,
- 15:29Speaker 5: it's like KGB. But when I read Durham reports, we
- 15:32Speaker 5: have this, you have a nice, you know, playbook. First,
- 15:35Speaker 5: let's have a special council and then you don't have
- 15:38Speaker 5: to answer any questions here. Then let's extend slow walk
- 15:43Speaker 5: investigation on Hillary Clinton on Hunter ever seen a slow walk?
- 15:48Speaker 5: We're all very quick on Donald Trump, but you are
- 15:51Speaker 5: very slow walk. Then by the time you know that
- 15:54Speaker 5: investigation and its statue of limitation expired and all of
- 15:57Speaker 5: your agents need to be tested for mesia. One recalls anything. Okay,
- 16:01Speaker 5: you probably should have as part of your hiring policy.
- 16:04Speaker 5: So no one held accountable, which was how egregious? What
- 16:08Speaker 5: happened you know in that report? When I read about them,
- 16:10Speaker 5: I can't believe it happened in the United States of America.
- 16:13Speaker 1: This is my frustration.
- 16:15Speaker 5: I'll be honest with you.
- 16:17Speaker 6: Then it's very interesting, you know, regardless what it is,
- 16:20Speaker 6: even people in Obama administration raise concerns. You know, how
- 16:24Speaker 6: can president sons be serving on you know, corrupt Ukrainian oligarchs.
- 16:30Speaker 6: Do you understand that it actually can undermine the one
- 16:34Speaker 6: Ukrainian effort and policy. I think those concerns were raised
- 16:37Speaker 6: Obama administration didn't do anything about it. These people are
- 16:41Speaker 6: dying right now, and Americans don't trust this president. So
- 16:45Speaker 6: you I want to ask you one thing, you know
- 16:48Speaker 6: as you you.
- 16:49Speaker 5: Know, I don't need answer because I know you're not
- 16:51Speaker 5: going to but I think you probably got American and.
- 16:53Speaker 1: You care and a lot.
- 16:55Speaker 6: Of these people are so afraid they cover up this stuff,
- 16:57Speaker 6: I think in your department because they're im bare that
- 17:00Speaker 6: what we became.
- 17:01Speaker 1: As a country to say that.
- 17:03Speaker 6: What our department is justice became that allows Russians to
- 17:07Speaker 6: do propaganda than Chinese. It allows them to destabilize our country.
- 17:11Speaker 6: That is danger to our republic. It is significant danger.
- 17:15Speaker 6: And I have just one more question from you. You know,
- 17:18Speaker 6: I mean I agree on corporate crimes and viceist stuff,
- 17:21Speaker 6: even with Democrats, that we need to do a better job.
- 17:23Speaker 6: One more questions for you. Do you believe that you know,
- 17:26Speaker 6: you've talked about rights to vote, but do you believe
- 17:29Speaker 6: that only you as citizens should be voting in this
- 17:32Speaker 6: election and doing anything to make sure that only eligible
- 17:36Speaker 6: people vote in elections. Yes and yes, okay, I would
- 17:39Speaker 6: like to see that what you do?
- 17:41Speaker 2: Thank you, Nil got I play that because I feel
- 17:44Speaker 2: like this is the level of frustration and anger that
- 17:49Speaker 2: so many Americans have that this Congresswoman, missus Sparks displayed there.
- 17:54Speaker 2: She's livid over the way that this man's doing his job,
- 17:58Speaker 2: almost the point of like, how the hell can you
- 18:00Speaker 2: live with yourself? And how are you getting away with this?
- 18:02Speaker 2: And this is where I think many Americans are at
- 18:05Speaker 2: this point.
- 18:06Speaker 3: Well, you're right, that's very powerful. That's Victoria Sparts. She
- 18:10Speaker 3: is a congresswoman from the state of Indiana. And Victoria
- 18:13Speaker 3: was born in the Soviet Union, and she grew up
- 18:15Speaker 3: in the Soviet Union, and so she saw a communist dictatorship.
- 18:20Speaker 3: She saw when she's referencing the KGB, she's familiar with
- 18:24Speaker 3: what the KGB would do. And Victoria came to America
- 18:27Speaker 3: when she was twenty two years old, and so she
- 18:29Speaker 3: came to America seeking freedom, seeking a better life. And
- 18:34Speaker 3: the outrage that she's expressing there that how can it
- 18:38Speaker 3: be that the US Department of Justice is behaving like
- 18:42Speaker 3: the KGB did? That is from personal experience, from life experience,
- 18:48Speaker 3: She's seen oppression firsthand. And notice Garland doesn't respond at
- 18:54Speaker 3: all to any of what she said there. He just
- 18:57Speaker 3: sits there passively, which frankly is what but what I
- 19:00Speaker 3: guess the KGB would do as well. Now I guess
- 19:02Speaker 3: they would actually arrest her for saying that. So it's
- 19:05Speaker 3: still marginally better. But at the end of the day,
- 19:10Speaker 3: the points she made are fundamentally the same the slow walking. Look,
- 19:15Speaker 3: they just brought charges against Hunter Biden for buying a
- 19:19Speaker 3: gun illegally when he was on crack. They've had the
- 19:22Speaker 3: evidence of that for years. There's been no new evidence
- 19:25Speaker 3: on that. They could have brought that years ago. What
- 19:28Speaker 3: they did, though, was slow walk the investigation, so that
- 19:32Speaker 3: the statute of limitations now has expired on the most
- 19:35Speaker 3: serious tax offenses. They've allowed that statute limitation to expire.
- 19:39Speaker 3: The statute of limitations has now expired on Joe Biden's
- 19:43Speaker 3: corruption with Communist China. The text app the text on
- 19:49Speaker 3: WhatsApp that that Hunter sent to the Chinese communist officials saying,
- 19:54Speaker 3: I'm sitting next to my father. Well, you know what,
- 19:56Speaker 3: Merrick Garland has magically let the statute of limitation expire
- 20:01Speaker 3: on that, and he doesn't defend himself, he doesn't dispute it.
- 20:03Speaker 3: His attitude is, I don't answer to you, I don't
- 20:06Speaker 3: answer to anybody.
- 20:08Speaker 2: For more than ten years, Patriot Mobile has been America's

- 21:38Speaker 1: Senator.
- 21:38Speaker 2: Let's talk about this Iranian infiltration of the Biden administration
- 21:43Speaker 2: and what this means and explain it all for everyone listening.
- 21:47Speaker 3: It is a story that broke today that three senior
- 21:51Speaker 3: officials in the Biden administration were operatives for the Iranian government.
- 21:59Speaker 3: I mean this, this is stunning, and I want to
- 22:01Speaker 3: walk through it because it's a very detailed expose about
- 22:05Speaker 3: how senior officials in Joe Biden's Democrat administration were operatives.
- 22:10Speaker 3: They were working for the Iranian government. They were in
- 22:14Speaker 3: close coordination with the Ayatola. They were working on behalf
- 22:18Speaker 3: of Iran, and they were setting US policy. And mind you,
- 22:22Speaker 3: these are individuals who have security clearances who were working
- 22:26Speaker 3: on behalf of an Ayatola, who chanced death to America
- 22:30Speaker 3: and death to Israel. And so I want to walk
- 22:33Speaker 3: through this because again you will not see this on
- 22:36Speaker 3: the news. The news does not want to cover it.
- 22:39Speaker 3: And so the story broke yesterday that three quote Iran
- 22:44Speaker 3: experts who worked closely for Rob Mallei. Now, who's Rob Bali?
- 22:49Speaker 3: Rob Malley was the Biden administration's quote special envoy to Iran.
- 22:54Speaker 3: Now Rob Malay has been fired. He's been fired because
- 22:57Speaker 3: the security clearance was revoked and he was thrown out
- 23:00Speaker 3: of the Biden administration. We still don't know why, but
- 23:03Speaker 3: it is presumably for a serious violation of law, because
- 23:08Speaker 3: to be too pro Iran for the Biden administration. I
- 23:12Speaker 3: don't even know what that means. Maybe that entails having
- 23:16Speaker 3: the Ayatola tattooed three or more times on your body.
- 23:21Speaker 3: Maybe it entails smuggling heroin and balloons that you ingest
- 23:26Speaker 3: to Iran. I don't know, But all right, enough hyperbole,
- 23:30Speaker 3: let's talk actual substance. So the report that came out
- 23:35Speaker 3: yesterday is an investigation that was based on thousands of
- 23:38Speaker 3: emails between Iranian diplomats and analysts, and it was published
- 23:43Speaker 3: by Semaphore and Rob Malley, working for the Biden administration,
- 23:52Speaker 3: named three individuals to be senior officials. Number one. In
- 23:56Speaker 3: February twenty twenty one, Rob Malley recruit did Arion Taba Tabai.
- 24:04Speaker 3: Sorry if I got the pronunciation wrong. She was a
- 24:07Speaker 3: Middle East fellow at the German Marshall Fund of the
- 24:10Speaker 3: United States the United States, and she came to the
- 24:12Speaker 3: State Department to assist in negotiation for Iran. She served
- 24:17Speaker 3: in that position for fifteen months. Mali also appointed or
- 24:22Speaker 3: tried to appoint Ali Vaez, who was the Iran Project's
- 24:27Speaker 3: director at the Crisis Group, but Vaez had a problem.
- 24:32Speaker 3: According to two different sources, this is in public reports.
- 24:36Speaker 3: Viez could not obtain the necessary security clearance and so
- 24:41Speaker 3: his appointment was canceled. Nevertheless, Rob Malley maintained Vaez as
- 24:46Speaker 3: a confident and according to two different people in this report,
- 24:51Speaker 3: Viez drafted Mallei's tweets, so he's communicating on behalf of
- 24:57Speaker 3: a senior Biden administration official now. And the third one
- 25:02Speaker 3: is another Iran analyst named Dina s Fandiari, who was
- 25:08Speaker 3: hired by Mali at the ICG in twenty twenty one
- 25:12Speaker 3: and here's what the project from Iran was. Iran engaged
- 25:21Speaker 3: in a focused influence effort and I want to read
- 25:26Speaker 3: you one of the leaked emails and this is within
- 25:29Speaker 3: the Iranian government quote. As you already know, based on
- 25:33Speaker 3: our previous discussions, a network of young second generation Iranian
- 25:38Speaker 3: exports was initiated and we're looking forward to holding a
- 25:41Speaker 3: meeting in Vienna in med Farvadian. Actually, this very idea
- 25:48Speaker 3: of Iran experts initiatives was discussed between me and two
- 25:52Speaker 3: of the young experts. We you and me met in
- 25:55Speaker 3: the Prague conference I E. Arian Taba Tabee and S. Fondiari.
- 26:02Speaker 3: We three agreed to be the core group of the
- 26:05Speaker 3: IEI for the first meeting in Vienna. In order to
- 26:09Speaker 3: establish this network in practice, we have decided to invite
- 26:12Speaker 3: almost twenty scholars with established affiliation with the leading internationally
- 26:17Speaker 3: well known think tanks. Encloses the preliminary list of invitees.
- 26:22Speaker 3: Please let us know if you have any reservation on
- 26:24Speaker 3: the names asap. By the way, as you promise, this
- 26:26Speaker 3: initiative needs your financial as well as political support for
- 26:31Speaker 3: the first meeting, we need to cover the We need
- 26:33Speaker 3: funds to cover the costs including some tickets, hotel costs, etc.
- 26:38Speaker 3: Look forward to hearing from you Ba tajdidi Eteram, which
- 26:44Speaker 3: I will confess my Irania is not good enough to
- 26:47Speaker 3: know what the heck that means. But it is signed
- 26:50Speaker 3: Sahed kalib Zadeh. And these were individuals. It was a
- 26:58Speaker 3: core of young Iranian nationals who are in the United
- 27:02Speaker 3: States who were working for Iran, and three of them
- 27:08Speaker 3: went on to work for the Biden administration in senior positions.
- 27:12Speaker 3: Now you look at the last two and a half years,
- 27:14Speaker 3: Joe Biden has leaned into Iran and a level that
- 27:19Speaker 3: has been insane. Iran is on the verge of acquiring
- 27:22Speaker 3: nuclear weapons. This is a nation led by a note
- 27:25Speaker 3: Iatola who chanced death to America and death to Israel,
- 27:29Speaker 3: and he's about to acquire nuclear weapons. And this has
- 27:33Speaker 3: been cheerleaded and pushed forward by officials in the Biden
- 27:39Speaker 3: administration who were working for Iran, who were under the
- 27:42Speaker 3: direction of Iran, who were literally operatives for the government
- 27:47Speaker 3: of Iran. And this is now documented in multiple emails
- 27:52Speaker 3: where they are emailing Iran saying what do I say?
- 27:55Speaker 3: What do I do? I work for you? What do
- 27:57Speaker 3: you want? Me to do and I.
- 28:00Speaker 2: Get to say, this is not illegal, by the way,
- 28:02Speaker 2: of course it is. So of course it is because
- 28:05Speaker 2: it is illegal, is what you're saying. So so, then
- 28:08Speaker 2: how is no one being arrested for this?
- 28:11Speaker 3: Well, the story just broke yesterday. Uh so we'll see
- 28:16Speaker 3: how it plays out. But the first step is the
- 28:20Speaker 3: media is just trying to bury it. The media doesn't
- 28:23Speaker 3: want people to know about it because listen, I mean,
- 28:26Speaker 3: I mean, is it comforting to anyone to know that
- 28:28Speaker 3: the senior government officials and the Joe Biden administration dealing
- 28:32Speaker 3: with Iran are operatives for the Iranian government? And Iran
- 28:39Speaker 3: is led by a theocratic, homicidal zealot who hates America
- 28:44Speaker 3: and these individuals were working for him. That is, It's stunning.
- 28:51Speaker 3: And what is striking now is is this report has detailed.
- 28:57Speaker 2: I want to make a career when you say that
- 28:59Speaker 2: the media is not covering the it Right now, as
- 29:01Speaker 2: we're recording the Center, I just put in the word
- 29:02Speaker 2: I ran into Google and the top story comes up.
- 29:06Speaker 2: It's from your website, Center Ted Cruz. It says Center
- 29:09Speaker 2: Cruz calls for Halton's secret Iran negotiations after leak emails.
- 29:13Speaker 2: Then the next one is a free beacon. It says
- 29:15Speaker 2: Pentagon mom on Biden appoint he's alleged membership in Iran,
- 29:19Speaker 2: you know, in this group. And then after that CNN.
- 29:22Speaker 2: So the first big news that has anything with Iran
- 29:25Speaker 2: right now they're reporting on it says three M agrees
- 29:28Speaker 2: to pay almost ten million to settle an apparent Iranian
- 29:32Speaker 2: sanctions violation. Not a single news story has been written
- 29:37Speaker 2: about what we're breaking right now. When you put in
- 29:41Speaker 2: the word Iran right now, the only thing that's even
- 29:45Speaker 2: close is al Jazeira says they had this. Why did
- 29:48Speaker 2: Iran's foreign minister want to go to Washington as the
- 29:51Speaker 2: US refuses the Iran's top diplomat request to visit DC.
- 29:55Speaker 1: That's it. No one else is touching this right now.
- 29:58Speaker 3: Well, and it's because the media can't defend this and listen.
- 30:01Speaker 3: This grew out of what was called the echo chamber.
- 30:04Speaker 3: So during the Obama administration there were a group of journalists,
- 30:09Speaker 3: a group of left wing think tank activists, and a
- 30:14Speaker 3: group of zelots in the White House who created what
- 30:17Speaker 3: they called the Iran echo chamber, where when Barack Obama
- 30:21Speaker 3: was pushing for the Iran nuclear deal. Everything he said
- 30:24Speaker 3: would get amplified by the press and the think tank world,
- 30:26Speaker 3: in the NGO world, and it was deliberate and this
- 30:30Speaker 3: grew out of that. But what we now know is
- 30:33Speaker 3: that this was directed by the by the Iranian government.
- 30:41Speaker 3: And all right, so let me give you an example. Zareff,
- 30:45Speaker 3: who was the Foreign Minister of Iran. On October second,
- 30:49Speaker 3: twenty fourteen, Vaez, one of the three, wrote to Zerif
- 30:53Speaker 3: regarding the discontent he head with an ig ICG report
- 30:57Speaker 3: on Iran, trying to clarify the situation provide explanation. Here's
- 31:00Speaker 3: a quote from the email quote. As an Iranian, based
- 31:06Speaker 3: on my national and patriotic duty, I have not hesitated
- 31:11Speaker 3: to help you in any way, from proposing to your
- 31:15Speaker 3: excellency and your an excellency are both capitalized a public
- 31:19Speaker 3: campaign against the notion of nuclear breakout to assisting your
- 31:25Speaker 3: team and preparing reports on the practical needs of Iran.
- 31:30Speaker 3: And Vaez explained that the icg's reports were compiled through
- 31:34Speaker 3: a process in a collaborative manner, which suggested that he
- 31:38Speaker 3: didn't have final say in his publication. Likewise, ad Non
- 31:44Speaker 3: tabat Abai wrote to Zarif on May nineteenth, twenty fourteen,
- 31:50Speaker 3: after an II meeting with him in Vienna. Quote, as
- 31:55Speaker 3: you will have noticed, we are all very much willing
- 31:58Speaker 3: to dedicate our capacities in resources to jointly working on
- 32:02Speaker 3: the improvement of Iran's foreign relations. Iran is our country,
- 32:07Speaker 3: so we too feel the need and responsibility to contribute
- 32:13Speaker 3: our share. When I say we, I mean the very
- 32:18Speaker 3: group you met now. I want you to stop and think.
- 32:22Speaker 3: These are officials for the Biden administration who say Iran
- 32:28Speaker 3: is our country, so we too feel the need and
- 32:32Speaker 3: responsibility to contribute our share. They are literally working for
- 32:38Speaker 3: a foreign nation who is our enemy and who openly
- 32:43Speaker 3: advocates death to America. And by the way, their bosses,
- 32:49Speaker 3: the Iranian Ayatola and the Mullahs in Iran, are actively
- 32:54Speaker 3: trying to murder the former US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo,
- 32:59Speaker 3: the former National Security Advisor John Bolton, and the former
- 33:02Speaker 3: Assistant Secretary of State Brian Hook. They're doing that today
- 33:05Speaker 3: as we speak. I forced the Biden State Department to
- 33:10Speaker 3: admit on the record today the State Department is spending
- 33:15Speaker 3: two million dollars a month in security costs to defend
- 33:21Speaker 3: the former US Secretary of State and other former US
- 33:24Speaker 3: senior officials from Iran's efforts to murder them. And three
- 33:29Speaker 3: officials of the Biden administration are working for the bastards
- 33:33Speaker 3: who are trying to murder former senior US officials.
- 33:38Speaker 2: Let me tell you about Blackout Coffee. Bidenomics is a
