Latest / The Ben Ferguson Podcast / Exclusive with James Comer-ALL the Evidence of Joe Biden's Corruption (PART 2)
Transcript
- 0:01Speaker 1: Welcome to Verdict with Ted Cruz and part two of
- 0:04Speaker 1: our three part series with James Comer talking about all
- 0:08Speaker 1: of the financial crimes that the Biden crime family is
- 0:12Speaker 1: now being accused of. They are on defense and the
- 0:15Speaker 1: big question now is will Hunter Biden be forced to
- 0:18Speaker 1: answer questions under oath? And how much trouble is he
- 0:21Speaker 1: now put the president in, especially in light of a
- 0:25Speaker 1: re election campaign. It is part two. Make sure if
- 0:28Speaker 1: you miss part one you go back and listen. But
- 0:31Speaker 1: here is what James Comer had to say about the
- 0:34Speaker 1: financial crimes being committed.
- 0:36Speaker 2: All right, So, how many phone calls do we know
- 0:38Speaker 2: about between Joe Biden and various international business associates of Hunter,
- 0:44Speaker 2: And how many meetings do we know about between Joe
- 0:46Speaker 2: Biden and various international associates of Hunter.
- 0:49Speaker 3: Well, Devin Archer, in his transcribed interview, testified that there
- 0:54Speaker 3: were at least twenty, now at least twenty, could be
- 0:57Speaker 3: anywhere from twenty to one hundred, but he said at
- 1:00Speaker 3: least twenty. And now we know that Joe had lunch
- 1:05Speaker 3: with some of these people.
- 1:05Speaker 4: We didn't know we had.
- 1:07Speaker 3: Lunch with the Russian oligarch who had sent Hunter Biden
- 1:11Speaker 3: three and a half million dollars while Joe Biden was
- 1:14Speaker 3: vice president, the same Russian oligarch who when Joe Biden
- 1:17Speaker 3: became president, was the one oligarch he left off the
- 1:20Speaker 3: sanctions list when Russia invaded Ukraine.
- 1:24Speaker 4: So okay, just a lot.
- 1:25Speaker 2: Of them say that again because I think it's important
- 1:28Speaker 2: for our listeners and our viewers. The Democrats, the White House,
- 1:33Speaker 2: the corporate media, they all say there's no evidence of coruption,
- 1:36Speaker 2: no evidence corruption, and no evidence of Joe Biden's corruption.
- 1:39Speaker 2: Just say what you just said again, because that is
- 1:43Speaker 2: completely contrary to the talking points on the other side.
- 1:47Speaker 3: One of the things we found out when we interviewed
- 1:50Speaker 3: Devin Archer was that Joe Biden actually had lunch with
- 1:57Speaker 3: the female oligarch from Russia, the former mayor of Moscow's wife,
- 2:03Speaker 3: the wealthiest lady in Russia. She had sent Hunter Biden
- 2:08Speaker 3: three and a half million dollars while Joe Biden was
- 2:10Speaker 3: vice president, and we have no idea what the Bidens
- 2:14Speaker 3: did to receive the three and a half million dollars.
- 2:16Speaker 3: That's one of the questions we would ask Hunter Biden
- 2:19Speaker 3: in his deposition. So we didn't know Joe Biden acts
- 2:23Speaker 3: like he had never met her, but Archer said, yeah,
- 2:25Speaker 3: they had. They had a very long lunch or dinner,
- 2:29Speaker 3: like like several hours.
- 2:30Speaker 2: Do we know where they are, Unner, do we know that?
- 2:33Speaker 3: I think it was Cafe Milano, but I'm not one
- 2:36Speaker 3: hundred percent certain. And when Joe Biden became president, and
- 2:41Speaker 3: when Russia invaded Ukraine, he announced sanctions against all the
- 2:46Speaker 3: oligarchs in Russia except one, the lady who had sent
- 2:51Speaker 3: Hunter Biden three and a half million dollars.
- 2:53Speaker 1: And in the updated because they've updated these sanctions throughout
- 2:56Speaker 1: this war with Ukraine, have they ever then asked added
- 3:00Speaker 1: her name to that list, because several times they've updated
- 3:03Speaker 1: and added new people to that list, or has she
- 3:05Speaker 1: been protected to date by the Biden crime family.
- 3:10Speaker 4: She's been protected today.
- 3:12Speaker 2: So look, there's an important thing to underscore. And we've
- 3:14Speaker 2: talked about this at length on Verdict. Bribery, as everyone
- 3:18Speaker 2: knows who listens to this pod, requires a quid pro
- 3:22Speaker 2: quo Latin for this for that. And so you need
- 3:26Speaker 2: this the payment, the benefit, and you need it in
- 3:29Speaker 2: exchange for that. And that is typically a government either
- 3:33Speaker 2: an affirmative failure or declining to do something that because
- 3:39Speaker 2: of the payment, in this instance three and a half
- 3:42Speaker 2: million dollars from a Russian oligarch to Hunter and again,
- 3:47Speaker 2: and James jump in if anything I'm saying is wrong,
- 3:49Speaker 2: But there's no indication Hunter did anything of value, has
- 3:53Speaker 2: any expertise in anything relating to Russia, has any services,
- 3:57Speaker 2: has any skills performed, did anything that someone would pay
- 4:01Speaker 2: three and a half million dollars for. We do know
- 4:04Speaker 2: that along with the payment, this Russian oligarch has lunch
- 4:10Speaker 2: or dinner with Joe Biden while he is vice president,
- 4:14Speaker 2: So that is directness, direct access, direct conversation to Joe, Hey,
- 4:19Speaker 2: you know I'm giving your son three and a half
- 4:21Speaker 2: million dollars. You know, we don't know he said that,
- 4:24Speaker 2: but it'd be kind of weird in the conversation that
- 4:28Speaker 2: if either she or Hunter didn't tell Daddy, Hey, this
- 4:31Speaker 2: is the person that gave me three and a half
- 4:32Speaker 2: million dollars. Particularly if this is not proven. Although we
- 4:37Speaker 2: know the laptop makes reference with regard to China to
- 4:41Speaker 2: ten percent for the big guy, and to the extent
- 4:44Speaker 2: that there is a pattern of Joe profiting directly off
- 4:47Speaker 2: of Hunter's revenue, he would have a real reason to
- 4:51Speaker 2: care about the three and a half million. But the
- 4:53Speaker 2: thing that is new that is connected here is that
- 4:57Speaker 2: when Joe becomes president and he puts in sanctions on
- 5:00Speaker 2: Russian oligarchs, the one person that is miraculously left off
- 5:05Speaker 2: is the oligarch that gave Hunter three and a half
- 5:09Speaker 2: million dollars. So that's a second example of a quo.
- 5:12Speaker 2: We've talked quite a bit about the firing of Victor Chokin.
- 5:15Speaker 2: Victor chokn was the Ukrainian prosecutor who was investigating Barisma.
- 5:20Speaker 2: The oligarch that owned Borisma paid Hunter a million dollars
- 5:23Speaker 2: a year, and Joe Biden got him fired. That's a
- 5:26Speaker 2: quo that would, I believe, support a bribery claim. This
- 5:31Speaker 2: is a second quo that could support a bribery claim,
- 5:35Speaker 2: which is not listing someone for sanctions who otherwise should
- 5:39Speaker 2: be listed, and who would have been listed, but for
- 5:42Speaker 2: the payment to your family member. That qualifies as bribery
- 5:46Speaker 2: as well. Is what I'm saying.
- 5:48Speaker 5: Accurate, it's accurate.
- 5:50Speaker 3: I wish you were on the oversight committee to help
- 5:52Speaker 3: me with all that, Senator.
- 5:55Speaker 1: New Year's is coming, and you don't have to wait
- 5:57Speaker 1: until New Year's to get on with your New year's resolutions. Yeah,
- 6:01Speaker 1: you can get a head start. Why wait till January
- 6:04Speaker 1: the first, when right now you can do what I
- 6:07Speaker 1: and many others did this last year. Boost your testost
- 6:11Speaker 1: from levels up to twenty percent over ninety days with

- 6:32Speaker 1: Maybe you want to work out, maybe you want to

- 7:13Speaker 1: that's cchoq dot com promo cood been for thirty five
- 7:17Speaker 1: percent off. I have a question for both of you,
- 7:21Speaker 1: and I go back to when I was on the
- 7:23Speaker 1: Bush campaign, even as someone younger, there was a very
- 7:27Speaker 1: clear warning that was given to us, and it was explicit,
- 7:31Speaker 1: be careful who you meet with. Be careful about any
- 7:35Speaker 1: meeting on the clock or off the clock with anybody
- 7:38Speaker 1: that could be nefarious. And I remember that meeting because
- 7:41Speaker 1: it was such a important line. Here is there any
- 7:46Speaker 1: reason and I want to know more about the background
- 7:49Speaker 1: of this of this oligarch and this woman, richest woman
- 7:53Speaker 1: in Russia connected directly to Vladimir Putin. You don't get
- 7:56Speaker 1: the job as the mayor of Moscow without Vladimir Putin's
- 7:59Speaker 1: explicit picking you and consent and being in that world.
- 8:04Speaker 1: Would this be a meeting that our US government would
- 8:07Speaker 1: have warned against, like you don't meet with this type
- 8:10Speaker 1: of person. You certainly don't do business with this type
- 8:13Speaker 1: of person. You don't take three and a half million
- 8:15Speaker 1: from this type of person. I mean, would that not
- 8:17Speaker 1: be some sort of conversation that would have happened.
- 8:20Speaker 2: Of course, Listen, this is freaking weird. This is weird.
- 8:24Speaker 2: This is not something that, oh, this is typical what
- 8:27Speaker 2: people in government do. You don't run around having dinner
- 8:31Speaker 2: with Russian oligarchs. That that is a strange thing to do.
- 8:34Speaker 2: I don't know anyone else in government. I don't know
- 8:37Speaker 2: anyone else in the Senate. I don't know anyone else
- 8:38Speaker 2: in the House who does that. I don't know anyone else.
- 8:41Speaker 2: Getting millions of dollars from foreign countries. It's freaking weird. James,
- 8:47Speaker 2: I'm gonna go out on a limb. Have you received
- 8:49Speaker 2: millions of dollars from any foreign country?
- 8:52Speaker 4: No?
- 8:52Speaker 3: But I keep expecting the associated priss or Washington boast.
- 8:55Speaker 4: To write that, But no, I have done.
- 8:57Speaker 2: Look the closest I've come is I got changed once
- 9:00Speaker 2: at a Chinese restaurant for dinner. Like that is nuts,
- 9:05Speaker 2: who the hell? But like it is weird? I mean,
- 9:08Speaker 2: I mean, look, you know your four hundred and thirty
- 9:11Speaker 2: four colleagues. I know my nine and nine colleagues to
- 9:12Speaker 2: the best of my knowledge, none of them none other
- 9:16Speaker 2: than Bob Benendez, who is under indictment. So let me
- 9:18Speaker 2: set him aside because he's under indictment for this. That's
- 9:23Speaker 2: actually a pretty powerful point. The only person I know
- 9:27Speaker 2: who did something like this is currently being prosecuted for
- 9:30Speaker 2: receiving brides because Bob Menendez, it is alleged, did government
- 9:35Speaker 2: favors for Egypt, was paid tens of thousands of dollars,
- 9:38Speaker 2: was paid in gold bars, and they're trying to put
- 9:41Speaker 2: him in jail. Well, where is the indictment for Joe Biden?
- 9:45Speaker 2: Because it's Joe Biden that's performing the government favors, And
- 9:51Speaker 2: the closest analog I can find to someone who has
- 9:54Speaker 2: done conduct similar to what Joe Biden did, although not
- 9:59Speaker 2: as brazen, not as large scale, not as lucrative, not
- 10:03Speaker 2: involving as many countries, the closest analogy is Bob Menendez
- 10:07Speaker 2: to Joe Biden. And if they're indicting Bob Menendez, why
- 10:11Speaker 2: on earth are they not indicting Joe, And why are
- 10:14Speaker 2: they not indicting Hunter for bribery? I get the tax claims,
- 10:18Speaker 2: but we've talked at length about this. At the end
- 10:23Speaker 2: of the day, this is not about Hunter Biden. If
- 10:26Speaker 2: his name was Hunter Smith and he was some corrupt,
- 10:30Speaker 2: messed up guy with substance abuse problems, none of us
- 10:33Speaker 2: would be talking about it. He would be prosecuted, he'd
- 10:35Speaker 2: face consequences. But it's not his life. It's not his
- 10:39Speaker 2: personal demons that matter. It is when you have the
- 10:44Speaker 2: Vice president of the United States and then the President
- 10:46Speaker 2: of the United States selling official favors in a corrupt
- 10:50Speaker 2: way to foreign oligarchs. There is a reason the Constitution
- 10:55Speaker 2: specifies bribery as a ground for impeachments.
- 11:01Speaker 4: I agree.
- 11:02Speaker 3: Well, one of the things that I wanted to get
- 11:04Speaker 3: in here on the on the tax crimes that he
- 11:06Speaker 3: was indicted on, that's from his W two from Baristma,
- 11:11Speaker 3: so that that's like the most obvious thing. He he
- 11:14Speaker 3: got a W two from Barisma, and whether he was
- 11:17Speaker 3: supposed to be on the board or not, whether it
- 11:21Speaker 3: was ethical or not, it wasn't illegal firm to be
- 11:23Speaker 3: on the board. He gets a W two, which that's
- 11:26Speaker 3: on the up and up. He just didn't pay taxes
- 11:28Speaker 3: on it. He failed to pay taxes on the millions
- 11:31Speaker 3: of dollars he got from Barriskma that's listed on his
- 11:34Speaker 3: W two. What he's never been pressed on are these
- 11:40Speaker 3: millions of dollars in loans and all these fake ride
- 11:44Speaker 3: offs that he had in these show companies. I mean,
- 11:46Speaker 3: he probably owes six or seven million more dollars that
- 11:51Speaker 3: he hasn't been prosecuted on yet.
- 11:55Speaker 4: The most obvious James.
- 11:57Speaker 2: Tell us about the fake write offs because because that's
- 11:59Speaker 2: something it doesn't get discussed much.
- 12:02Speaker 3: Yeah, well, you know, so in these shell companies, so
- 12:04Speaker 3: he would wire you know, say you got a.
- 12:06Speaker 4: Five million dollar wires, then he would wire different you.
- 12:09Speaker 3: Know, maybe five million dollar wires to five different shell companies,
- 12:15Speaker 3: and then he would take half that money and wire
- 12:18Speaker 3: it to various Biden family members. You keep the other
- 12:21Speaker 3: half in the shell. And he would pay for basic
- 12:24Speaker 3: living expenses, and he would pay for things like prostitutes
- 12:27Speaker 3: and drugs, and he would right them off as a
- 12:31Speaker 3: business deduction.
- 12:32Speaker 4: So at the end of the day, he did.
- 12:35Speaker 2: Prostitutes and drugs were business deductions for Hunter Biden.
- 12:38Speaker 4: Yes, that was that was part of the indictment in California.
- 12:42Speaker 4: That was one of the things.
- 12:43Speaker 3: He joined a sex club in California and paid for
- 12:47Speaker 3: it out of a shell company that he claimed was
- 12:49Speaker 3: his law firm Aasco. Now think about this, his law
- 12:53Speaker 3: firm was paying his sex club membership, and on his
- 12:57Speaker 3: taxes he put down that it was a golf Cotry
- 13:00Speaker 3: club membership so he could ride it off.
- 13:03Speaker 2: You know, Ben, I feel bad when I was at
- 13:04Speaker 2: a law firm, they didn't pay for my parking. Yeah,
- 13:07Speaker 2: I apparently need one hell of a bonus structure over there.
- 13:11Speaker 2: Fundamentally differently, one hell of a write off there.

- 14:47Speaker 1: back to Joe Biden for a second, and I want
- 14:49Speaker 1: to play for you another montage of Joe Biden, uh
- 14:53Speaker 1: consistently saying there's nothing, there's no there, there there's nothing
- 14:57Speaker 1: wrong here. I wasn't involved. And he also says the
- 15:01Speaker 1: media has investigated this and no one's found any wrongdoing.
- 15:06Speaker 1: Here's the president in a montage in his own words.
- 15:09Speaker 6: Every single solitary, serious investigator, including your network and others,
- 15:16Speaker 6: have looked at this have said there's absolutely zero basis
- 15:21Speaker 6: to the accusation. That I acted anyway inappropriately, or that
- 15:25Speaker 6: my son did. Every major national, international, and local news
- 15:31Speaker 6: operations looked into it has said it's a lie. This
- 15:34Speaker 6: is a president's flat line. So there's not been a
- 15:37Speaker 6: sentilla of evidence point out anything's wrong.
- 15:39Speaker 5: There's not a single solitary anywhere.
- 15:42Speaker 6: There's not been one sintilla to evidence that my son
- 15:45Speaker 6: ever interfered, that I ever asked me anything, that I
- 15:48Speaker 6: ever got involved in anything. I mean, come on, this
- 15:51Speaker 6: is so the guys are amazing.
- 15:56Speaker 5: So you think that everything that happened was kosher.
- 15:59Speaker 6: You know, there's not one single bit of evidence, not
- 16:03Speaker 6: one little tiny.
- 16:04Speaker 1: Bit, not one tiny bit of evidence. Is the president
- 16:08Speaker 1: a liar? Based on everything that you've seen and the
- 16:12Speaker 1: idea that everybody's invested in this, they found nothing. Now
- 16:15Speaker 1: the news media is reporting on some of this, so
- 16:17Speaker 1: they're not even backing him up anymore.
- 16:19Speaker 2: So I got to say, you know, Joe Biden is
- 16:22Speaker 2: particularly fond of saying there's not a sentilla of evidence,
- 16:25Speaker 2: And I couldn't help thinking of my favorite movie, The
- 16:28Speaker 2: Princess Bride. You keep on using that word. I do
- 16:31Speaker 2: not think it means what you think it means. I'm
- 16:34Speaker 2: not sure Joe knows what the word sentilla means. So
- 16:38Speaker 2: so let me just ask you directly, James, what is
- 16:42Speaker 2: the most compelling evidence that you are aware of right
- 16:46Speaker 2: now of corruption by Joe Biden.
- 16:50Speaker 3: Well, the fact that we've found five payments to Joe
- 16:54Speaker 3: Biden that we trace the source of the payment directly
- 16:59Speaker 3: from his family's influence peddling scheme. So when Joe Biden
- 17:02Speaker 3: says that he's never benefited from his family's influence pedling scheme,
- 17:07Speaker 3: that is a lie. We have two hundred and fifty
- 17:10Speaker 3: thousand dollars. That's a quarter of a million dollars, which
- 17:13Speaker 3: for the self proclaimed poorest guy in Congress, that's that's a.
- 17:17Speaker 4: Lot of money.
- 17:18Speaker 3: Two hundred and fifty thousand dollars directly to Joe Biden's
- 17:22Speaker 3: back pocket from.
- 17:23Speaker 4: His family's influence pedling seams. They want to say it was.
- 17:26Speaker 3: A loan repayment, which that's a whole nother story. If
- 17:29Speaker 3: if you pay me back two hundred fifty thousand dollars, Senator,
- 17:33Speaker 3: then somewhere before you pay me back, I should have
- 17:36Speaker 3: a check to you for two hundred and fifty thousand dollars.
- 17:38Speaker 4: They don't have that. But let's sen You know, I
- 17:40Speaker 4: don't want to get.
- 17:40Speaker 2: Into so let's let the two fifty give us the
- 17:43Speaker 2: details of the two fifty. When was it paid, from
- 17:46Speaker 2: whom and where does it look like the money came from.
- 17:49Speaker 3: Two hundred thousand dollars came from Jim Biden and Sarah
- 17:53Speaker 3: Biden to Joe Biden. That money came directly from that
- 17:56Speaker 3: America ORPS Health company that was an influence peddling scheme
- 18:00Speaker 3: led by Jim Biden. Okay, then forty thousand dollars went
- 18:04Speaker 3: from uh, Jim and Sarah Biden to Joe Biden. That
- 18:09Speaker 3: came from China. That was the ten percent of four
- 18:12Speaker 3: hundred thousand dollars. That was the company that Babolinski said
- 18:16Speaker 3: was gonna be ten percent held for the Big guy. Uh,
- 18:19Speaker 3: they got four hundred thousand dollars.
- 18:21Speaker 2: Wow, hold on, I got I gotta stop you there,
- 18:23Speaker 2: because that's I'm following this pretty closely, and that to
- 18:27Speaker 2: me is something new. So so I'm aware of the
- 18:30Speaker 2: ten percent for the Big Guy that that was in
- 18:32Speaker 2: the information on Hunter's laptop. What I was not aware
- 18:38Speaker 2: of is that you now have a payment from China
- 18:43Speaker 2: and direct evidence, by the way, not circumstantial direct evidence
- 18:47Speaker 2: of a ten percent payment straight to Joe Biden. Is
- 18:49Speaker 2: that right? To elaborate on that because the fact that
- 18:53Speaker 2: the big guy is being paid ten percent.
- 18:55Speaker 5: The exact amount, the exact.
- 18:58Speaker 2: Percent, not nine percent exactly what was reflected what Mabolinski
- 19:03Speaker 2: told us, that's pretty compelling. So just to explain that again,
- 19:07Speaker 2: it's it's important not to miss this point.
- 19:09Speaker 3: If you'll remember the WhatsApp message where Hunter Biden was
- 19:12Speaker 3: shaking down the Chinese actionals saying, we expect you to
- 19:17Speaker 3: fulfill your commitment, the commitment that was made while Joe.
- 19:19Speaker 4: Biden was vice president.
- 19:21Speaker 3: He said, my dad's sitting here beside me, and we're
- 19:23Speaker 3: gonna unleash our wrath on you if you don't. Five
- 19:27Speaker 3: days later, five business days later, five million dollars pops
- 19:31Speaker 3: into the Biden account.
- 19:34Speaker 4: They immediately wire four.
- 19:36Speaker 3: Hundred thousand dollars to this shell company that was supposed
- 19:40Speaker 3: to be the company that Joe Biden was going to
- 19:43Speaker 3: be ten percent owner of.
- 19:45Speaker 4: According to Babolinski, from that four.
- 19:48Speaker 3: Hundred thousand dollars, they start wiring different wires to different
- 19:53Speaker 3: Biden family members and different shells.
- 19:55Speaker 4: This has caused Monday laundry, and it's confusing to explain,
- 19:58Speaker 4: and that's bite his un Anyway, they.
- 20:01Speaker 3: Wire money to Jim Biden from that four hundred thousand,
- 20:05Speaker 3: and he writes Joe a check for forty thousand dollars.
- 20:09Speaker 3: Forty thousand is ten percent of four hundred thousand in
- 20:12Speaker 3: that particular shell that Joe Biden was supposed to have
- 20:15Speaker 3: a ten percent ownership in. That money came directly from China.
- 20:20Speaker 3: That cary gaining evidence.
- 20:21Speaker 2: How close is the time period between the WhatsApp the
- 20:26Speaker 2: five million dollar payment, the four hundred thousand dollars payment,
- 20:28Speaker 2: and the forty.
- 20:29Speaker 4: Thousand dollars payment, I mean a month, So.
- 20:32Speaker 2: This is all really closely compressed.
- 20:35Speaker 3: This is all. And remember you when you transfer money
- 20:39Speaker 3: to an account, you have to keep it in there
- 20:41Speaker 3: at least twenty four hours, so so you know a
- 20:45Speaker 3: lot of times you say, oh, there's two or three
- 20:47Speaker 3: days difference, Well maybe the bank wouldn't make it available.
- 20:50Speaker 3: A lot of times when you deposit money in the
- 20:52Speaker 3: bank will say your funds may not be available for
- 20:57Speaker 3: twenty four hours or forty eight hours or until next one.
- 21:00Speaker 3: So they got the money to Joe about as quick
- 21:04Speaker 3: as you could do it in banking terms, going through
- 21:07Speaker 3: that many different account.
- 21:09Speaker 5: So then here's my question.
- 21:11Speaker 1: We've talked about the tax issues with Hunter Biden and
- 21:16Speaker 1: James Biden.
- 21:17Speaker 5: I think there's some more questions there.
- 21:19Speaker 1: But if all of this is happening in money is
- 21:22Speaker 1: running through to the president or then vice president.
- 21:26Speaker 5: What are the liabilities that we don't know about?
- 21:29Speaker 1: And I'm talking from a tax standpoint for the President
- 21:32Speaker 1: of the United States and America, because what we do
- 21:34Speaker 1: know is there's money flowing in, then they claim its
- 21:37Speaker 1: loans and there's claiming, there's repayment of loans, but we
- 21:40Speaker 1: don't see the reclaimant payments, So is that a tax
- 21:43Speaker 1: issue for the president? Second one I have is this
- 21:46Speaker 1: if the bank accounts, these shell companies were acting as
- 21:51Speaker 1: piggybanks for Hunter Biden and the Biden crime family. We've
- 21:55Speaker 1: also heard there were payments being made for things that
- 21:58Speaker 1: benefited the vice president and the president then through things
- 22:01Speaker 1: that were done at their houses, his house home improvements, remodeling.
- 22:07Speaker 1: What other benefits was President Joe Biden receiving through this
- 22:11Speaker 1: money that wasn't directly coming to his bank account and
- 22:14Speaker 1: would that be a tax issue in theory for the
- 22:16Speaker 1: President of United States of America.
- 22:18Speaker 4: I think so.
- 22:19Speaker 3: So a lot of these show companies had credit cards.
- 22:23Speaker 3: So we got the bank account and it'll say, all right,
- 22:25Speaker 3: we spent fifteen thousand dollars this month on our City
- 22:29Speaker 3: Bank card or our Chase card or whatever. We have
- 22:33Speaker 3: to subpoena the credit card companies and start going down
- 22:37Speaker 3: these bank statements. I mean, this is stuff, This investigation
- 22:41Speaker 3: so big and so complex and so complicated. I mean,
- 22:45Speaker 3: we're moving as quickly as we can for a little
- 22:47Speaker 3: old congressional staff. This is stuff the IRS and the
- 22:50Speaker 3: FBI and the Department Justice for better suited to do.
- 22:53Speaker 3: But we're doing the best we can. So we know
- 22:56Speaker 3: from the laptop there were things Hunter Biden was paying
- 22:59Speaker 3: for a value for Joe, like a new roof and
- 23:01Speaker 3: a cell phone bill and things like that.
- 23:04Speaker 4: But the two hundred and fifty.
- 23:05Speaker 2: Thousand on a second, did you just say Hunter Biden
- 23:08Speaker 2: paid for a new roof for Joe Biden.
- 23:10Speaker 4: According to the laptop.
- 23:12Speaker 3: According to the laptop, And remember there's message from Hunter
- 23:15Speaker 3: Biden to Hunter Biden's daughter saying, unlike Dad, I won't
- 23:20Speaker 3: make I won't make you have to turn over fifty
- 23:24Speaker 3: percent of your salary to me. So there's lots of
- 23:27Speaker 3: references in the laptop where Hunter Biden was complaining about having.
- 23:31Speaker 4: A pay for stuff for dad, for Joe Biden.
- 23:33Speaker 3: That's why we wanted to depose him. That's why we
- 23:36Speaker 3: wanted to ask that was one of those questions.
- 23:38Speaker 2: Let's go to the deposition. Were you surprised that Hunter
- 23:42Speaker 2: defied the subpoena and refused to sit for the deposition.
- 23:46Speaker 3: I wasn't because I felt like that indictment was done
- 23:50Speaker 3: to protect him from this deposition.
- 23:52Speaker 4: Really, because you've been dined. Yes, you've been diicted him
- 23:55Speaker 4: for two.
- 23:55Speaker 3: Things, the line on a gun application and his basic
- 24:01Speaker 3: failure to pay taxes on his W two income. I mean,
- 24:05Speaker 3: those are the two things that you really can't tie
- 24:07Speaker 3: to Joe Biden.
- 24:08Speaker 4: But the money laundering you can.
- 24:09Speaker 3: Tie to Joe Biden, the the loans, the tax evasion
- 24:14Speaker 3: on that, the securities fraud, even the even the problems
- 24:18Speaker 3: with prostitutes and possible human trafficking and all that. You
- 24:22Speaker 3: can tie that to Joe because some of that was
- 24:24Speaker 3: at at Joe's house. Apparently there's lots of things.
- 24:27Speaker 2: That hold on A second, James, you said possibly human trafficking.
- 24:30Speaker 2: What what? What is the evidence we have of that.
- 24:34Speaker 3: There's a suspicious activity report filed against an escort service
- 24:40Speaker 3: in Florida, and the suspicious activity report is on the
- 24:44Speaker 3: escort service. But Hunter Biden is a subject of that
- 24:47Speaker 3: suspicious activity report because he was a big customer and
- 24:51Speaker 3: send him money to and from the bank notified. And
- 24:55Speaker 3: this is public not because of us. You're not supposed
- 24:58Speaker 3: to leak these activity but it's out there. It's out
- 25:01Speaker 3: there on the internet. I think it was in that
- 25:04Speaker 3: Marco Polo report, but we know it's it's real. And
- 25:08Speaker 3: what it said was the bank notified, I think it
- 25:13Speaker 3: was JP Morgan notified the treasury. That we believe is
- 25:16Speaker 3: our client is operating an escort service and the two
- 25:21Speaker 3: prostitutes that they're paying are here illegally, one from Russia,
- 25:24Speaker 3: one from Ukraine.
- 25:26Speaker 4: I mean, you can't make this stuff up.
- 25:28Speaker 3: And we don't know if they were human traffic, We
- 25:31Speaker 3: don't know if. All we know is they're not here legally,
- 25:34Speaker 3: and we're pretty sure they're and engaged in prostitution, which
- 25:38Speaker 3: is illegal in Florida. And they list like the two
- 25:42Speaker 3: or three names of people that were spending a lot
- 25:45Speaker 3: of money there and Hunter Biden was at the top
- 25:47Speaker 3: of list, which is another reason they filed the star
- 25:50Speaker 3: because then you Russia and Ukraine human trafficking and at
- 25:54Speaker 3: the time he was living in Joe Biden's house, they
- 25:57Speaker 3: were sending the prostitutes to him. He was going there,
- 26:01Speaker 3: so they were sending them across state lines, which.
- 26:03Speaker 2: Is you know, is there evidence that they were sending
- 26:07Speaker 2: the prostitutes to Joe Biden's house.
- 26:10Speaker 3: All we know is Hunter was living there at the time.
- 26:13Speaker 3: We don't know if he was going to the hotel
- 26:15Speaker 3: or whatever. But I'm just telling you what JP Morgan said. Okay,
- 26:20Speaker 3: I mean this is so let.
- 26:21Speaker 2: Me ask you about more. Let me ask you about
- 26:24Speaker 2: the deposition. So Hunters refused to testify. What happens next
- 26:27Speaker 2: in the next week, two weeks, three weeks, four weeks.
- 26:31Speaker 3: What happens next, Well, we're gonna have to issue contempt
- 26:34Speaker 3: of Congress charges.
- 26:36Speaker 4: We'll run that through the Oversight Committee and.
- 26:40Speaker 2: Tell people how that was. What are the mechanics of
- 26:42Speaker 2: what has to happen.
- 26:44Speaker 3: I was hoping Jim Jordan would lead that through the judiciary,
- 26:46Speaker 3: but it looks like we're going.
- 26:48Speaker 4: To do it through the House. Oversight Committee. There's a
- 26:50Speaker 4: lot of paperwork that's going to have to get done.
- 26:52Speaker 3: Remember, we've got a new Speaker of the House, all
- 26:55Speaker 3: new staff rolling in. Uh he kept some of McCarthy's
- 26:59Speaker 3: staff on till the end of the year. We got
- 27:01Speaker 3: new staff coming in. So we're going to try to
- 27:03Speaker 3: get all this accumulated as quickly as possible and then
- 27:07Speaker 3: have a committee here and then hopefully mark it up
- 27:09Speaker 3: on the floor. But there's a lot of legwork that
- 27:12Speaker 3: has to be done, a lot of documentation that has
- 27:14Speaker 3: to be accumulated, and we're doing this at a time
- 27:17Speaker 3: when we're shifting a lot of people in the Speaker's
- 27:21Speaker 3: office in one thing center, a lot of people don't
- 27:23Speaker 3: realize I have subpoena authority, but the.
- 27:26Speaker 4: Speaker has to sign off on it. That's something that Darryl.
- 27:29Speaker 3: Olysis talked about, and Trey Gowdy's talked about and Jason Chafits,
- 27:33Speaker 3: but you know, former Republican chairsh the Speaker's General Counsel
- 27:38Speaker 3: has to sign off on it because if it goes
- 27:41Speaker 3: to court, they're the ones that represent.
- 27:44Speaker 4: In court. It's the Speaker's General Council.
- 27:47Speaker 3: So there's you know, there's some bureaucracy involved in these subpoenas.
- 27:51Speaker 4: There's some bureaucracy involved in.
- 27:53Speaker 3: The contempt of Congress, but we plan on moving forward
- 27:56Speaker 3: to that and we're working on it as we speak.
- 27:59Speaker 1: Let me talk to you about you, Kra and your
- 28:01Speaker 1: four oh one k It has been a crazy year
- 28:03Speaker 1: with our economy. It's been a crazy year on Wall Street.
- 28:06Speaker 1: And if you are in retirement or getting close to
- 28:10Speaker 1: retirement planning for it, then you know the stress of
- 28:13Speaker 1: what happens when you see those dollars disappear and you
- 28:17Speaker 1: know that there's not a lot of time left to
- 28:19Speaker 1: make up those losses. That is where people turn to
- 28:23Speaker 1: gold to help diversify their portfolio. Now, there are a
- 28:27Speaker 1: lot of companies that sell gold. The one that I
- 28:31Speaker 1: use is a gust of Precious Metals because they help
- 28:33Speaker 1: me protect my retirement, they help me diversify, and they

- 28:40Speaker 1: right just for me. Now here's the other thing about
