- 0:00Speaker 1: So just weeks ago, Democrats were concerned they were going
- 0:04Speaker 1: to lose the mid term elections. And then there was
- 0:07Speaker 1: a raid on Donald Trump at Marlago, and then Democrats
- 0:11Speaker 1: decided to turn maga Republicans and to domestic terrorists that
- 0:17Speaker 1: are a quote threat to a democracy that they, of
- 0:20Speaker 1: course claimed they love so much, and Donald Trump Republicans
- 0:23Speaker 1: hate it and are trying to destroy it. I want
- 0:26Speaker 1: to take you back to August the twenty first, and
- 0:30Speaker 1: this is when things started to change quickly because Democrats
- 0:34Speaker 1: realized they were in trouble. On Meet the Press, Chuck
- 0:37Speaker 1: Todd started a show by saying this, we are less
- 0:41Speaker 1: than three months before the midterms, and our brand new
- 0:43Speaker 1: NBC News poll paints a pretty bleak picture. Americans are angry,
- 0:48Speaker 1: they're disappointed, and they are worried about the future of
- 0:51Speaker 1: this country. Just twenty one percent of adults say we
- 0:54Speaker 1: are heading in the right direction, and once again, three
- 0:56Speaker 1: out of four Americans say we're on the wrong track.
- 1:00Speaker 1: In fact, this number never before in our poll has
- 1:03Speaker 1: this wrong track number been over seventy for this long
- 1:07Speaker 1: It's been nearly a year now. Fifty eight percent, by
- 1:10Speaker 1: the way, say America's best years are behind us. That's
- 1:12Speaker 1: an all time high in our poll. So what do
- 1:15Speaker 1: you do if this is the poll number that is
- 1:17Speaker 1: out there, You'd call your adversary and politics terrorists. You
- 1:23Speaker 1: then attack MAGA Republicans and claim that they are a
- 1:26Speaker 1: threat to democracy. You fast forward just a few weeks later,
- 1:31Speaker 1: and what do we see. Well, forget that poll that
- 1:34Speaker 1: says the majority of Americans say the country's head in
- 1:36Speaker 1: a wrong direction, and you turn it into democracy and
- 1:41Speaker 1: the threats to democracy being one of the top issues.
- 1:45Speaker 1: This is how MSNBC has been able to turn it
- 1:48Speaker 1: around by declaring that you if you like Donald Trump
- 1:51Speaker 1: or a threat to this country, oh sins, particularly from
- 1:54Speaker 1: a party that prides itself on supporting law enforcement and
- 1:58Speaker 1: always criticizing Democrats for the opposite. This is about supporting
- 2:02Speaker 1: the rule of law. We live in a country that
- 2:05Speaker 1: requires that everyone follow the same set of rules, and
- 2:07Speaker 1: if you break the law, you violate the rules, you
- 2:10Speaker 1: must be held accountable. We're taught since we're very young,
- 2:12Speaker 1: no one is above the law. If that is actually true,
- 2:15Speaker 1: then Donald Trump must be held accountable for his conduct.
- 2:18Speaker 1: And to see Republican colleagues trying to make excuses from
- 2:22Speaker 1: that you played at the beginning of the show. I mean,
- 2:24Speaker 1: it's head spinning. Every excuse in the world, and no
- 2:26Speaker 1: one has that I've heard of. Those same Republicans says
- 2:29Speaker 1: answered the question, why in the world did Donald Trump
- 2:33Speaker 1: take highly classified documents home with him in violation of
- 2:37Speaker 1: the law and keep them for eighteen months? What was
- 2:40Speaker 1: he doing? Why he just give them back? There's no
- 2:42Speaker 1: answer for it. And on this point of the threat,
- 2:45Speaker 1: I mean, it is striking to me. I think, you know,
- 2:47Speaker 1: people ask me about politics, I would say, look, one
- 2:49Speaker 1: of the paradoxes here. One of the difficult things about
- 2:52Speaker 1: preserving democracies that most voters are going to vote on
- 2:55Speaker 1: things like inflation, right or choice right, They're gonna they're
- 2:58Speaker 1: gonna be focused on issues in their day to day lies. Generally,
- 3:01Speaker 1: it's gonna be hard to get people to care about
- 3:03Speaker 1: democracy to voting issue. And yet right like they have.
- 3:07Speaker 1: I have genuinely pleasantly surprised this NBC News poll, which
- 3:10Speaker 1: we've shown a bit of the top issue volunteered by voters,
- 3:14Speaker 1: right is threats to democracy. There, it is threats to democracy.
- 3:19Speaker 1: We did it, folks, the Democratic Party by attacking you
- 3:23Speaker 1: and saying you're a threat to democracy and saying it
- 3:25Speaker 1: over and over and over again in just a three
- 3:27Speaker 1: week period was able to turn it around. All right.
- 3:31Speaker 1: But first I want to tell you about the incredible
- 3:33Speaker 1: company Patriot Mobile. If you are like me and you're
- 3:36Speaker 1: sick and tired of giving your money to companies they're
- 3:39Speaker 1: fighting against your family values, fighting against your First and
- 3:43Speaker 1: Second Amendment rights, trying to indoctrinate your kids, then you
- 3:46Speaker 1: need to make the switch to the only Christian conservative
- 3:50Speaker 1: cell phone company the US. Now, they're not just a
- 3:53Speaker 1: company that is a Christian conservative company. They actually take
- 3:56Speaker 1: a part of your bill every month when you pay,
- 3:59Speaker 1: and they use that money to fight for our First
- 4:03Speaker 1: our Second Amendment rights. They use it to fight for
- 4:06Speaker 1: the sanctity of life and for adoption services. After we
- 4:10Speaker 1: have had this big victory with Roe v. Wade. This
- 4:13Speaker 1: is a company that's on the front lines fighting for
- 4:16Speaker 1: our freedoms. That's why I want you to make the
- 4:19Speaker 1: switch to Patriot Mobile, because every time you use your phone,
- 4:23Speaker 1: you're going to be making a difference on these important issues. Now,
- 4:27Speaker 1: it doesn't matter what your budget is. Patriot Mobile has
- 4:30Speaker 1: incredible plans, nationwide coverage that will work with your budget.

- 5:07Speaker 1: Patriot mobile dot com slash ferguson, or call nine seven
- 5:11Speaker 1: two Patriot. In fact, there's a new poll out that
- 5:15Speaker 1: finds most Americans now see MAGA as a national security threat.
- 5:21Speaker 1: This new poll was completed on Wednesday, just days after
- 5:27Speaker 1: Joe Biden gave that speech looking like he was at
- 5:30Speaker 1: the gates of Hell declaring war on Donald Trump and
- 5:34Speaker 1: anybody that supports him. This is when I go back
- 5:37Speaker 1: to it wasn't a mistake. They did this on purpose.
- 5:40Speaker 1: They knew that they were going to look like they were,
- 5:43Speaker 1: you know, Hitler or Mussolini. They didn't care because when
- 5:46Speaker 1: you can't run on issues, you have to tell people
- 5:49Speaker 1: that there's a threat to their livelihood, their lives, democracy America,
- 5:53Speaker 1: and you point the finger at the other side. And
- 5:55Speaker 1: this is how you can change a poll in just
- 5:57Speaker 1: two and a half three weeks. And they did it.
- 5:59Speaker 1: By the way, this new poll that was complete on
- 6:02Speaker 1: Wednesday finds out that fifty eight percent of those polled,
- 6:07Speaker 1: including one in four Republicans, said the former presidents Make
- 6:13Speaker 1: America Great Again movement was threatening America's democratic foundations. Quote unquote. Now,
- 6:24Speaker 1: if you think this means people like Biden, it doesn't.
- 6:28Speaker 1: Biden didn't come off well in this poll either. In fact,
- 6:31Speaker 1: fifty nine percent of responding said the speech he made
- 6:35Speaker 1: attacking Trump on September the first would further divide the country.
- 6:40Speaker 1: But does it matter if you get to a point
- 6:42Speaker 1: where fifty eight percent of the people in the country,
- 6:44Speaker 1: including one in four Americans, believe that if you wear
- 6:47Speaker 1: a make America Great Again hat, that you are now
- 6:50Speaker 1: a threat to America's democratic foundations, to our democracy. There's
- 6:56Speaker 1: a reason why the president did this in Pennsylvania. He
- 6:59Speaker 1: did at the place where the signing a declaration of
- 7:01Speaker 1: independence right in the Bill of Rights. It's also a
- 7:04Speaker 1: key battleground state. Biden urged voters to reject Trump and
- 7:10Speaker 1: his extremism, and it's working. Democratic leaders now are trying
- 7:16Speaker 1: to shore up support ahead of their November midterm elections,
- 7:20Speaker 1: and they understand that the best and really the only
- 7:22Speaker 1: way to run against the failing economy is to say
- 7:27Speaker 1: that the other side is trying to overthrow our democracy.
- 7:30Speaker 1: And they said it over and over again with the
- 7:32Speaker 1: help of the media, and it literally worked. Just thirty
- 7:38Speaker 1: nine percent of respondence to the poll said they approved
- 7:40Speaker 1: of Biden's approval as a president. But doesn't matter, right
- 7:46Speaker 1: if you've got now the majority of Americans that believe
- 7:49Speaker 1: that MAG is some sort of domestic terrorist organization, the
- 7:53Speaker 1: media has done their job. What issue to think is
- 7:56Speaker 1: the most important issue facing the country? Threat to democracy
- 8:00Speaker 1: one percent, cost of living under that at sixteen percent,
- 8:04Speaker 1: Jobs in the economy fourteen percent, immigration thirteen percent, climate
- 8:09Speaker 1: change nine percent. Guns was below that, abortion was below that,
- 8:12Speaker 1: crime only six percent, other four percent, coronavirus one percent.
- 8:19Speaker 1: So when you combine the media into attacking MAGA, and
- 8:25Speaker 1: you have a president that will come out as he
- 8:28Speaker 1: did and attack, attack MAGA and attack Donald Trump. This
- 8:33Speaker 1: is how you turn around a mid term election. And
- 8:36Speaker 1: they're moving that way. Biden is now made a brilliant move. Sure,
- 8:42Speaker 1: they still don't like him, right, America still thinks there's
- 8:45Speaker 1: a problem with him. But he did what he needed
- 8:49Speaker 1: to do. He did what he needed to do to
- 8:51Speaker 1: divide the country, to damage the country by the way,
- 8:56Speaker 1: raiding Donald Trump and the FBI doing what they did.
- 9:00Speaker 1: There's enough dumb people in America that they don't see
- 9:02Speaker 1: a problem with it now, right they have they have
- 9:05Speaker 1: no problem here with this, right they have. I mean,
- 9:08Speaker 1: look look at what's happening in this country right now.
- 9:11Speaker 1: You've got California that was called an example right of
- 9:19Speaker 1: what the world should look like with an energy transition,
- 9:21Speaker 1: where they're now having rolling blackouts and telling people they
- 9:24Speaker 1: cannot use energy and they need to put up their
- 9:27Speaker 1: acs to like eighty degrees. White House Press Secretary says
- 9:32Speaker 1: that last week's speech was quote not divisive, and says
- 9:36Speaker 1: now with a pole, the majority of Americans agree we
- 9:38Speaker 1: have to protect democracy. So they they've gotten basically the
- 9:41Speaker 1: green light to keep up this rhetoric. Has said that
- 9:45Speaker 1: not every Republican is a Maga Republican. When he considered
- 9:49Speaker 1: Miss McConnell a Maga Republican, I'm not going to go
- 9:52Speaker 1: into specific name or people from here. What I will
- 9:57Speaker 1: say is, you know, when you go back to the speech,
- 10:02Speaker 1: his speech last Thursday, you know, people have talked about
- 10:07Speaker 1: if it was advisive, it wasn't divisive. The way that
- 10:11Speaker 1: we saw this speech is that he was talking to
- 10:15Speaker 1: majority of the country who who agree that we have
- 10:21Speaker 1: to protect our democracy, who agree that we have to
- 10:24Speaker 1: protect our freedom, who agree that we have to protect
- 10:27Speaker 1: our rights. And the point of the speech was that
- 10:31Speaker 1: he wanted to really point to an inflection point, an
- 10:34Speaker 1: inflection time that we were we were in at this
- 10:36Speaker 1: in this time in our country, and he spoke very clearly.
- 10:40Speaker 1: He talked about a minority, a small group of people
- 10:45Speaker 1: who have extreme views and who threatened, who threatened that
- 10:49Speaker 1: very very value pore value of who we are as
- 10:54Speaker 1: a country. And and you know, he also asked for
- 10:59Speaker 1: people to come together. It didn't matter if you're a
- 11:02Speaker 1: Republican or independent or a Democrat. He asked for folks
- 11:05Speaker 1: to come together and stand against what we were seeing
- 11:10Speaker 1: these attacks. And you don't have to look further than
- 11:13Speaker 1: January sixth of twenty twenty one to see what the
- 11:17Speaker 1: attack was on our democracy. It was very clear. We
- 11:21Speaker 1: all saw it. Many of you reported it that day.
- 11:24Speaker 1: And when you have people who say the protesters on
- 11:28Speaker 1: that day were patriots, that's problematic. That's coming from leaders
- 11:34Speaker 1: and from that extreme part of the party. And so
- 11:39Speaker 1: that's what he was talking about. He also ended the
- 11:42Speaker 1: speech in a very optimistic way in trying to bring
- 11:45Speaker 1: people together, and so I'll just leave it there at
- 11:50Speaker 1: then I'll just leave it there. It worked, folks. This
- 11:54Speaker 1: plan to attack everybody that voted for Donald Trump worked,
- 11:57Speaker 1: and the majority of Americans, and I believe that MAGA
- 12:00Speaker 1: is a domestic terrorist organization. I want to remind you,
- 12:06Speaker 1: by the way that Biden had no problem with peaceful
- 12:11Speaker 1: quote protesters outside of restaurants where justices were eating. I
- 12:16Speaker 1: want to remind you that this the party that said
- 12:18Speaker 1: that they would not denounce the dosing of Supreme Court
- 12:22Speaker 1: justices a kill list basically of where they lived. I
- 12:25Speaker 1: want to remind you this is the same party that
- 12:28Speaker 1: supports Black Lives Matter, advocated for Black Lives Matter, and
- 12:32Speaker 1: wanted Black Lives Matter to raise money to get people
- 12:35Speaker 1: out of jail after they burned down cities. Never ever
- 12:39Speaker 1: forget that part of this story. The White House Press scers.
- 12:43Speaker 1: They was asked about the peaceful protesters right outside these restaurants,
- 12:46Speaker 1: and basically they call them peaceful, but they're surrounding these justices,
- 12:51Speaker 1: putting their lives in danger. The same people that just
- 12:54Speaker 1: told you that the Maga Republicans are a threat to democracy.
- 12:58Speaker 1: Peaceful protest people should be allowed to be to be
- 13:01Speaker 1: able to do that in a restaurant, if it's outside
- 13:05Speaker 1: of a restaurant, if it's peaceful, for sure, really peaceful protests.
- 13:11Speaker 1: Whereas you were, your first question to me was intimidation
- 13:14Speaker 1: justices become violent protesters do not agree with an opinion
- 13:19Speaker 1: that they signed on to have no right to privacy
- 13:22Speaker 1: is what you're saying, Peter. This is this is people
- 13:25Speaker 1: have the right. This is what a democracy is. People
- 13:28Speaker 1: have the right. Of course, people have a right to privacy,
- 13:32Speaker 1: but people also have a right to be able to
- 13:34Speaker 1: protest peacefully. Peacefully. It's the intimidation and the violence that
- 13:39Speaker 1: we conduct. Notice how she keeps saying it's part of democracy, right,
- 13:44Speaker 1: It's part of democracy to surround dinner people you don't
- 13:49Speaker 1: like who are on the Supreme Court. They're now telling
- 13:51Speaker 1: you and redefining what a democracy actually is. And if
- 13:54Speaker 1: you don't agree with their definition of democracy, your domestic terrorists.
- 14:02Speaker 1: Barack Obama to his former staff are saying yesterday at
- 14:05Speaker 1: the White House, so when they were putting up their
- 14:07Speaker 1: new pictures of he and former First Lady, I'm especially
- 14:10Speaker 1: glad to see so many of you serving President Biden
- 14:13Speaker 1: as well as you served me. If you want to
- 14:15Speaker 1: know how deep this goes of them basically doing everything
- 14:18Speaker 1: in Cana destroy this country. That's the same president that
- 14:21Speaker 1: allowed for the spying on Donald Trump and the framing
- 14:24Speaker 1: of Donald Trump for a crime which he did not commit,
- 14:26Speaker 1: in Russian collusion. He's the guy that worked at James
- 14:29Speaker 1: Comey to make sure that they were spying on Donald Trump,
- 14:31Speaker 1: allowed the fights of court warrants, allowed them to do
- 14:34Speaker 1: all the things they did, and he's like, hey, all
- 14:35Speaker 1: my people that were here doing that back then, keep
- 14:37Speaker 1: it up. And I'm especially glad to see so many
- 14:41Speaker 1: of you serving President Biden as well as you served me,
- 14:48Speaker 1: although now some of you will, let's face it, you
- 14:51Speaker 1: were kids back then are now in charge and running
- 14:54Speaker 1: the show, which there's a little shocking and may also
- 15:03Speaker 1: explain some of the gray hairs I'm seeing on some
- 15:05Speaker 1: of you. Yeah, let's just keep it going, right, Let's
- 15:10Speaker 1: just keep it going. Let's keep the deep State rolling.
- 15:13Speaker 1: You guys were here I indoctrinate when you were young.
- 15:15Speaker 1: Now you've got gray hair and you're running the show,
- 15:18Speaker 1: and the deep State is alive and well, and we
- 15:20Speaker 1: are pulling it off. That's what Barack Obama is telling
- 15:23Speaker 1: to Joe Biden, right. He also says, don't worry. I
- 15:27Speaker 1: got your back, Joe. But I was even luckier to
- 15:31Speaker 1: have a chance to spend eight years working day and
- 15:35Speaker 1: night with a man who became a true partner and
- 15:39Speaker 1: a true friend. Joe. It is now America's good fortune
- 15:45Speaker 1: to have you as president. You've guided us. I mean,
- 15:52Speaker 1: how delusional do you have to be to actually say
- 15:54Speaker 1: that you've guided us into a massive recession, into rising
- 15:59Speaker 1: interest rate, into a failed economy, into an energy crisis,
- 16:05Speaker 1: into a debacle in Afghanistan. You've allowed for all of
- 16:09Speaker 1: this to happen. You know. Hillary Clinton's getting in on
- 16:12Speaker 1: the action too. They had her on the view right,
- 16:14Speaker 1: because let's bring back that rerun, and she says that
- 16:17Speaker 1: Biden did a very important service to the country by
- 16:19Speaker 1: calling Republicans fascists. You know, I think he did a
- 16:25Speaker 1: very important service to the country and giving the speech
- 16:29Speaker 1: that he gave, because too many people are not yet
- 16:32Speaker 1: aware of how fragile our democracy is. And I'm not
- 16:36Speaker 1: going to second guess the language he used because there
- 16:40Speaker 1: has been so much that has gone beyond anything I
- 16:45Speaker 1: ever would have dreamed of, starting with January sixth, but
- 16:50Speaker 1: so many threats of violence and you know, concerns that
- 16:54Speaker 1: people are expressing about the country, you know, coming apart
- 16:58Speaker 1: and all of that. So I think he did a
- 17:00Speaker 1: real service and I personally thought it was a strong
- 17:03Speaker 1: and necessary speech, and I would not second guess any
- 17:07Speaker 1: of the language. The final thing I would say is,
- 17:09Speaker 1: you know, look, fascism is a very big word. I
- 17:12Speaker 1: know that, Oh fascism, right, you're all fascist now, fascism.
- 17:18Speaker 1: Fascism is a very big word. Let's look at what
- 17:23Speaker 1: that definition means. The meaning of fascism is a political philosophy,
- 17:27Speaker 1: movement or regime, such as that of the fascist right,
- 17:31Speaker 1: that exalts nation and often race above the individual. What
- 17:37Speaker 1: is a fascist of political system headed by a dictator
- 17:40Speaker 1: in which a government controls business and labor and opposition
- 17:44Speaker 1: is not permitted. That's literally what the Democratic Party is
- 17:48Speaker 1: advocating for right now by claiming that the other side
- 17:51Speaker 1: is fascist, which is again threaten to democracy. You must
- 17:55Speaker 1: vote for us. Don't worry about what's happening in America,
- 17:57Speaker 1: don't worry about how miserable things are in this country,
- 18:00Speaker 1: don't worry about how bad things have gotten for you
- 18:03Speaker 1: in your business, and all the fascist things that we
- 18:05Speaker 1: actually are doing. We're going to tell you the other
- 18:08Speaker 1: sides side is a group of fascists and a threat
- 18:11Speaker 1: to democracy, and the media is going to sell the
- 18:13Speaker 1: life for us. And again, simple definition of fascism is
- 18:17Speaker 1: a political system headed by a dictator. Who's a dictator,
- 18:20Speaker 1: It's it's whoever's the democratic leader at the moment in
- 18:24Speaker 1: which the government controls business and labor and an opposition
- 18:28Speaker 1: is not permitted. Well, if you keep trying to lock
- 18:30Speaker 1: up everybody that's on the other side, and you tell
- 18:33Speaker 1: everybody the other side is a bunch of fascists, right,
- 18:35Speaker 1: and you tell them your domestic terrorists, that's what you are.
- 18:38Speaker 1: You are literally a fascist. But hey, listen to ABC
- 18:41Speaker 1: News and the View. They'll let her get away with
- 18:43Speaker 1: us claiming she's not the fascist, her party isn't the
- 18:46Speaker 1: Party of fascism. No, no no, they're the ones protecting democracy
- 18:50Speaker 1: when they're the same party that took away all your
- 18:52Speaker 1: rights to gather, to worship, to eat out in public,
- 18:57Speaker 1: to go to school during the COVID lockdown owns. But
- 19:01Speaker 1: so is socialism, and the Republicans call every Democrat who
- 19:04Speaker 1: wants people to have healthcare of socialists. So I think
- 19:06Speaker 1: we do need to be careful with our language. But
- 19:09Speaker 1: I think the problem is if you go through the
- 19:13Speaker 1: hallmarks of authoritarian regimes, you see too many characteristics, unfortunately
- 19:22Speaker 1: on our Republican side. And my most fervent hope is
- 19:28Speaker 1: that Republicans themselves will begin to reject all of that verbally,
- 19:33Speaker 1: vocally in their voting and you know, kind of reconstitute
- 19:37Speaker 1: the Republican Party to where it used to be and
- 19:40Speaker 1: not the Party of Trump, which I think is very
- 19:43Speaker 1: dangerous to the country. I got to go back to
- 19:46Speaker 1: when they say the Party of Trump. Okay, this is
- 19:50Speaker 1: what you need to understand. They hated Mitt Romney. Never
- 19:54Speaker 1: forget they hated Mitt Romney. Okay, never forget it that
- 20:01Speaker 1: Joe Biden said that Mitt Romney's gonna put you guys
- 20:04Speaker 1: in chains. Never forget what he said about Mitt Romney.
- 20:09Speaker 1: That's what he said when Barack Obama was the president.
- 20:13Speaker 1: Look at their budget and what they're Romney wants to let.
- 20:16Speaker 1: He said, in the first hundred days, he's gonna let
- 20:18Speaker 1: the big banks once again write their own rules. Unchained
- 20:23Speaker 1: Wall Street. They're gonna put you all back in chains.
- 20:32Speaker 1: They're gonna put you back in chains. He's pointing in
- 20:35Speaker 1: African Americans when he said that. All right, quickly, also

- 20:58Speaker 1: Did you diversify your invest so that there is a
- 21:01Speaker 1: hedge with your portfolio for inflation. Well, that's exactly what
- 21:06Speaker 1: gold and silver has done for so many It is
- 21:09Speaker 1: a hedge to protect when it comes to inflation. Right

- 22:00Speaker 1: If they will do what they did to Mitt Romney
- 22:04Speaker 1: right with the putting people, you know, you know he's
- 22:06Speaker 1: going to put you back in chains referring to African
- 22:09Speaker 1: Americans being slaves again. Don't think that Hillary Clinton, what
- 22:14Speaker 1: I played for you just a moment ago is real
- 22:16Speaker 1: or authentic. It doesn't matter who's in charge of Republican Party.
- 22:20Speaker 1: They're going to turn you into an extremist, just like
- 22:22Speaker 1: they tried to do Admitt Romney, who's now their favorite
- 22:24Speaker 1: useful idiot in the Senate who finally just gave up
- 22:26Speaker 1: its screwed. I'll get along with you, guys. I don't
- 22:28Speaker 1: want people to hate me anymore. I don't want people
- 22:30Speaker 1: to be mean to me anymore. So I'll do whatever
- 22:32Speaker 1: the hell you want me to do. As Democrats. And
- 22:34Speaker 1: by the way, if you want to know what they
- 22:35Speaker 1: think as a threat to society, a threat to democracy,
- 22:38Speaker 1: what it sounds like, listen to Mitch McConnell. Mitch McConnell
- 22:41Speaker 1: said this from the four of the Senate about the
- 22:44Speaker 1: rolling blackouts and everything happening in California, and they're now
- 22:48Speaker 1: attacking him, saying that he is a threat to democracy.
- 22:51Speaker 1: And this is part of the problem with the Maga Republicans.
- 22:55Speaker 1: So California Democrats don't want you putting gas in your car.
- 23:00Speaker 1: They don't want you to plug in your car either.
- 23:03Speaker 1: That's exactly where their war on energy would leave to
- 23:05Speaker 1: the American people going nowhere fast. They immediately came out
- 23:12Speaker 1: denounced that and said that that's a threat to democracy.
- 23:16Speaker 1: What he just said there is a threat to democracy.
- 23:21Speaker 1: You don't think the media is getting in on this,
- 23:23Speaker 1: Steth Myers on Late Night right to Amber Ruffin. I
- 23:26Speaker 1: don't even know who that is. Honestly, I'm not trying
- 23:28Speaker 1: to rip on our really don't even know who this
- 23:29Speaker 1: guest was. Had this to say about Trump. And this
- 23:32Speaker 1: is again going back to paying the picture. They're all
- 23:34Speaker 1: in a late night TV's in on it. The media
- 23:37Speaker 1: is in on the Democrats are on all the print
- 23:39Speaker 1: media is in on it. Because this is now where
- 23:41Speaker 1: we've turned the conversation. In just a month. The FBI
- 23:44Speaker 1: rated Mara Lago and found a bunch of classified stuff,
- 23:47Speaker 1: and I was like, what is Trump in real trouble?
- 23:53Speaker 1: Does that mean? Could it possibly? Maybe he'll go to jail?
- 24:00Speaker 1: I guess wouldn't get your hopes up? You know, yeah,
- 24:04Speaker 1: you right there it is. That's late night, right, Let's
- 24:07Speaker 1: put Donald Trump in jail. Maybe he's going to jail.
- 24:11Speaker 1: This is how you get people to the point where
- 24:13Speaker 1: the majority of Americans sank that maggo. Republicans are threat
- 24:16Speaker 1: to democracy. This is why the raid on mar Lago
- 24:19Speaker 1: was good for Democrats. They don't care about the laws.
- 24:22Speaker 1: They are fascists, right, This is how they roll. This
- 24:25Speaker 1: is what they do. I mean you look at you
- 24:28Speaker 1: look at even the economy today. Pals came out and
- 24:31Speaker 1: said don't see a case for FED to move to
- 24:35Speaker 1: single mandate. The FED chairman said none of the high
- 24:38Speaker 1: inflation would have happened without the pandemic again bailing out
- 24:42Speaker 1: the Democrats on their policies. The chairs said, we need
- 24:46Speaker 1: to keep it up until the job is done. We'll
- 24:48Speaker 1: never and we're not going to take on external political considerations.
- 24:53Speaker 1: It's part of what he said. Listen to this. This
- 24:55Speaker 1: out in my remarks last two weeks ago at Jackson
- 24:58Speaker 1: Hole ten days ago, that what Paul Volker did and
- 25:01Speaker 1: the FED did to finally get inflation under control followed
- 25:05Speaker 1: several failed attempts to get inflation under control, and what
- 25:09Speaker 1: had happened over the course of that long period of
- 25:11Speaker 1: the Great Inflation is that the public had really come
- 25:14Speaker 1: to think of higher inflation as the norm and to
- 25:17Speaker 1: expect it to continue, and that's what made it so
- 25:20Speaker 1: hard to get inflation down in that case. So it
- 25:24Speaker 1: is very much our view, in my view, that we
- 25:27Speaker 1: need to act now forthrightly strongly as we have been doing,
- 25:30Speaker 1: and we need to keep at it until the job
- 25:32Speaker 1: is done to avoid that. We think we can avoid
- 25:35Speaker 1: the kind of very high social costs that Paul Volker
- 25:38Speaker 1: and the FED had to bring into play in order
- 25:42Speaker 1: to get inflation back down and set us up then
- 25:44Speaker 1: for a long period of price stability. So there it is,
- 25:47Speaker 1: just vote for these guys again. Somehow we'll fight this thing.
- 25:50Speaker 1: We'll get through it. None of that's the fault of
- 25:51Speaker 1: the Democrats and policies and massive spending. Notice how we
- 25:55Speaker 1: didn't mention anything about the big bill they just passed, right,
- 25:58Speaker 1: the the the the stop and fflation bill, right, the
- 26:01Speaker 1: Inflation Reduction Act that had nothing to do with inflation
- 26:04Speaker 1: and had everything to do with green spinning. The number
- 26:08Speaker 1: one thing, the most money in that deal was about
- 26:11Speaker 1: green alternative energy, the same green alternaive energy that these
- 26:14Speaker 1: fascists are mandating on you in California right now, while
- 26:17Speaker 1: they're also mandating that you don't actually charge your electric vehicle.
- 26:21Speaker 1: But if you question them, you're the problem, right, You're
- 26:25Speaker 1: you're the problem. Governor de Santis, by the way, going
- 26:29Speaker 1: on offense. God bless him for going on offense. He
- 26:31Speaker 1: criticized California as the liberals are criticizing Florida, and this
- 26:37Speaker 1: is what he had to say fighting back. You know,
- 26:39Speaker 1: you hear all this stuff. I mean, I hear a
- 26:41Speaker 1: lot of people chirping about Florida from like California. They're
- 26:44Speaker 1: so worried about Florida. They can't even keep the power
- 26:47Speaker 1: on in California. I mean, are you kidding me? Someone
- 26:50Speaker 1: told me that they will be able. Wants all the
- 26:53Speaker 1: people that want to move to Florida move out of there,
- 26:55Speaker 1: then maybe they'll have adequate power. But I mean, it's
- 26:57Speaker 1: just it's just ridiculous. And so we've been able to
- 27:00Speaker 1: do that. Part of it though, is just you know,
- 27:02Speaker 1: we stood for people's rights, we stood for people's freedoms,
- 27:06Speaker 1: and obviously the state has done very well. We have
- 27:09Speaker 1: more people employed in Florida than we did prior to COVID. Yeah,
- 27:14Speaker 1: now he's a fascist too, remember there anybody's a fascist
- 27:18Speaker 1: as successful right now. You know, Leon Panetta coming out today,
- 27:22Speaker 1: this is one of the guys that's a part of
- 27:23Speaker 1: the deep state, one of the guys under Clinton, one
- 27:26Speaker 1: of the guys under Obama, run the guys under Biden, right,
- 27:30Speaker 1: And he came out and he said, Hey, the dj
- 27:32Speaker 1: must decide by tomorrow whether to accept the judge's approval
- 27:35Speaker 1: of a special Master. And he came out and said,
- 27:38Speaker 1: because look, they want blood, they want Donald Trump to
- 27:40Speaker 1: go to prison. Listen, it's the issue that is at
- 27:43Speaker 1: stake here, mister secretary, Good morning, it's Willie Gey, says,
- 27:47Speaker 1: someone who is the head of the Defense Department and
- 27:49Speaker 1: who ran the CIA and has spent so much of
- 27:51Speaker 1: his life protecting the United States of America. What is
- 27:55Speaker 1: your reaction, first of all, just to seeing the sheer
- 27:58Speaker 1: volume of doc and it's discovered by the FBI at Marlago,
- 28:03Speaker 1: and then the classification of those documents. Look, this is
- 28:09Speaker 1: a very serious matter, and I think the American people
- 28:13Speaker 1: need to understand how serious it is because it involves
- 28:17Speaker 1: our national security. The reason we classify documents is in
- 28:23Speaker 1: order to protect our national security and make sure that
- 28:26Speaker 1: our adversaries are enemies, are not going to get access
- 28:31Speaker 1: to our most important secrets. And so that's why we
- 28:35Speaker 1: provide the classification. That's why we provide the process of
- 28:40Speaker 1: protecting those documents. That's why everyone who's involved with secret
- 28:45Speaker 1: and top secret documents knows there is a procedure to
- 28:48Speaker 1: follow in order to make sure that we don't jeopardize
- 28:52Speaker 1: our national security and to have a situation where these
- 28:57Speaker 1: most sensitive documents have been thrown into a box and
- 29:00Speaker 1: brought to a country club in Florida, where there's a
- 29:05Speaker 1: very good chance our most important secrets could have been
- 29:08Speaker 1: compromised as a result of that. I think this is
- 29:13Speaker 1: a serious matter and that ultimately this investigation, as it proceeds,
- 29:20Speaker 1: has to determine who's going to be held accountable. Who's
- 29:24Speaker 1: going to be held accountable. This the same guy that
- 29:26Speaker 1: had no problem with Hillary Clinton cleeping classified documents on
- 29:30Speaker 1: an unsecured server in her basement, tens of thousands or
- 29:34Speaker 1: hundreds of thousands of documents, and then she destroyed the
- 29:37Speaker 1: servers and then had her staff smashed the blackberries which
- 29:40Speaker 1: had classified documents on it with no problem. These, by
- 29:44Speaker 1: the way, documents were actually in a secure location and
- 29:48Speaker 1: the Secret Service was securing the perimeter where the President
- 29:52Speaker 1: happens to live. The idea that someone was just going
- 29:54Speaker 1: to walk in and grab these documents is insane, But
- 29:59Speaker 1: he's major concerns now and somebody has to be held
- 30:04Speaker 1: accountable for this. This is the Deep States. So congratulations,
- 30:09Speaker 1: I'll give it to the Democrats. You pulled it off.
- 30:11Speaker 1: You went from the worst news in the world and
- 30:14Speaker 1: three and a half weeks it turned it around to
- 30:16Speaker 1: now anyone that voted for Donald Trump, and the speech
- 30:19Speaker 1: at the present gave was a grand success. Wake up
- 30:24Speaker 1: America and you better focus in on the midterms, because
- 30:29Speaker 1: if you don't focus on the midterms, these are the
- 30:31Speaker 1: people that are going to be coming after you. These
- 30:34Speaker 1: the same people that just weaponize with firearms the irs
- 30:38Speaker 1: to come after you. And we need people that are
- 30:40Speaker 1: willing to shoot people with the irs. It's literally what
- 30:43Speaker 1: their job posting basically said. And then they'll look at
- 30:47Speaker 1: you and say you're the fascist and I'm the one
- 30:49Speaker 1: protecting democracy. This is the narrative and how the deep
- 30:52Speaker 1: state and the media are pulling this off in real time.
- 30:57Speaker 1: All right. Lastly, please make sure you hit that gribe
