Transcript
- 0:01Speaker 1: We've been talking a lot about important story, and that
- 0:04Speaker 1: is Somali refugees that are taking billions of dollars from you,
- 0:08Speaker 1: the taxpayer. We know just how much money and how
- 0:11Speaker 1: many of them are taking your dollars, especially in Minnesota. Well,
- 0:15Speaker 1: now the Treasury Department is ratcheting it up with investigations
- 0:20Speaker 1: targeting the Somali community for fraud, specifically in Minnesota. The
- 0:26Speaker 1: Treasury Department targeting businesses they say that people use to
- 0:30Speaker 1: wire money to family members abroad, as the Trump administration
- 0:35Speaker 1: is investigating the fraud within Minnesota's Somali community, the Treasury
- 0:39Speaker 1: Secretary of Scott Dissent, confirming on Friday. Now these new
- 0:43Speaker 1: actions have been prompted by a series of fraud cases,
- 0:47Speaker 1: including a nonprofit called Feeding Our Future that is accused
- 0:52Speaker 1: of stealing pandemic aid meant for school meals. Prosecutors have
- 0:57Speaker 1: put the losses from the case at three one hundred
- 1:00Speaker 1: million dollars. The CENT has pointed to report by conservative
- 1:05Speaker 1: news outlet City Journal, which claims the taxpayer dollars from
- 1:09Speaker 1: defrauded government programs flowed to Al Shabab, an al Qaeda
- 1:14Speaker 1: linked militant group that controls parts of Somalia. The report
- 1:18Speaker 1: sides unnamed sources, and the allegations have not been substantiated.
- 1:23Speaker 1: Federal prosecutors have not charged any defendants with supporting terrorists.
- 1:29Speaker 2: On Friday, set on social media.
- 1:31Speaker 1: That the Treasury Department will soon issue an order requiring
- 1:35Speaker 1: money wire services that people use to send money to
- 1:38Speaker 1: Somalia to submit additional verification to the Treasury. The Financial
- 1:44Speaker 1: Crimes Enforcement Network, a Treasury arm that combats financial crimes
- 1:48Speaker 1: like money laundering and terrorism financing, will also deploy to
- 1:53Speaker 1: assist in the efforts, the Treasury Secretary stated. He added
- 1:57Speaker 1: also that the Internal Revenue Serve would also be involved
- 2:01Speaker 1: in looking into firms accused of engaging in fraud. Additionally,
- 2:06Speaker 1: Treasury personnel are on the ground working hard to uncover
- 2:10Speaker 1: the facts, he said about why so many American tax
- 2:13Speaker 1: dours have been going to fraud, including going to terrorist
- 2:17Speaker 1: organizations and the money going literally back to Somalia. Now,
- 2:22Speaker 1: Democrats were hoping that this entire scandal would disappear. It
- 2:26Speaker 1: certainly doesn't look good for Democrats, including the governor in Minnesota,
- 2:31Speaker 1: who knew that this was going on. CBS even putting
- 2:35Speaker 1: out a report saying this way as they're describing how
- 2:38Speaker 1: bad the abuse is.
- 2:42Speaker 3: A honeymoon in the Maldives, a fleet of luxury cars.
- 2:46Speaker 3: Here's a box with more than two hundred and seventy
- 2:48Speaker 3: thousand dollars in cash. This was all evidence from a
- 2:51Speaker 3: Neutrova files obtained exclusively by CBS News showing how a
- 2:56Speaker 3: group of convicted Minnesota fraudsters spent taxpayer dollars. One text
- 3:01Speaker 3: message reads, you are going to be the richest twenty
- 3:04Speaker 3: five year old.
- 3:05Speaker 4: We're not even at the end of the beginning of
- 3:08Speaker 4: our pursuit of the stolen money and of the people
- 3:12Speaker 4: who stole it.
- 3:12Speaker 3: US Attorney Daniel Rosen leads the office digging into the
- 3:16Speaker 3: wave of covid era fraud that hit Minnesota. So how
- 3:19Speaker 3: much money are we talking about stolen from the American taxpayer?
- 3:25Speaker 4: I can say with great comfort, well and excessive a
- 3:27Speaker 4: billion dollars.
- 3:28Speaker 3: In the past three years, eighty seven defendants have been charged,
- 3:31Speaker 3: sixty one convicted. The majority of them are Somali American
- 3:36Speaker 3: Minnesota has the nation's largest Somali population. The perpetrators are
- 3:40Speaker 3: accused of ripping off state run programs intended to feed
- 3:44Speaker 3: low income kids, house the disabled, and provide services to
- 3:48Speaker 3: autistic children.
- 3:49Speaker 2: This was a get rich scheme.
- 3:51Speaker 3: Andy Luger was the US attorney who first examined this fraud.
- 3:54Speaker 3: He left in January.
- 3:55Speaker 5: One of the things we discovered is that a number
- 3:58Speaker 5: of the people involved we're buying investment property, resort property
- 4:03Speaker 5: in Kenya.
- 4:04Speaker 3: Wire transfers reviewed by CBS News also show more than
- 4:07Speaker 3: one million dollars went to Chinese banks. The Trump administration
- 4:11Speaker 3: has said it's investigating whether any of the money fell
- 4:14Speaker 3: into the hands of terror groups like al Shabab and Somalia.
- 4:18Speaker 1: You listen to that CBS report and you can see
- 4:21Speaker 1: just how bad the corruption is. Not only how bad
- 4:24Speaker 1: the corruption is, but also the fact that there has
- 4:28Speaker 1: been a long history of it and the governor was
- 4:31Speaker 1: looking the other way. Tim Waltz now on Defense saying
- 4:36Speaker 1: this about the Somali community at a press conference today.
- 4:40Speaker 2: Do you want to hear.
- 4:41Speaker 6: More from members of leaders from the small community to say,
- 4:46Speaker 6: we need to hold our we need to look at ourselves,
- 4:49Speaker 6: we need to pull our own neighbor's cowls a little bit.
- 4:52Speaker 6: The damage that this is donst What do you want
- 4:55Speaker 6: to hear more from a said I just saying don't
- 4:57Speaker 6: blame us.
- 4:58Speaker 2: Do you want to see.
- 4:59Speaker 3: More O oversight?
- 5:02Speaker 5: Look, it's not law abiding citizens. If that were the case,
- 5:05Speaker 5: there's a lot of white men. Should be holding a
- 5:07Speaker 5: lot of white men accountable for the crimes that they
- 5:10Speaker 5: have committed. I think for the community to maybe educate
- 5:13Speaker 5: their population, because I think what you're seeing here is
- 5:15Speaker 5: there are secondary victims in this, that there's dividers inside
- 5:19Speaker 5: the community that are then victimizing the community himself by
- 5:21Speaker 5: signing them up. Because when we're going to some of
- 5:23Speaker 5: these people, they're like, I had no idea I was
- 5:25Speaker 5: in this program. So I think it's asking us, then,
- 5:28Speaker 5: you know, for every crime, which of course the majority
- 5:31Speaker 5: being committed by white men, asking us to do more
- 5:34Speaker 5: about that. I think it's crime in general. And I
- 5:36Speaker 5: think the biggest thing on this is is just making
- 5:38Speaker 5: sure that we're educating the population. And again, this is
- 5:42Speaker 5: eighty people or so that have been convicted in this,
- 5:45Speaker 5: maybe some more in that out of.
- 5:47Speaker 1: A you listen to Waltz there if some alli communities
- 5:51Speaker 1: should hold their own accountable. Quote, a lot of white
- 5:53Speaker 1: men should be holding white men accountable. This is still
- 5:56Speaker 1: a governor that is trying to turn this into some
- 6:00Speaker 1: racial issue instead of a massive fraud issue. There is
- 6:04Speaker 1: fraud in the smalling community. They figured out how defraud
- 6:07Speaker 1: a federal government. The people that are coming into Minnesota
- 6:10Speaker 1: are understanding how to grab American dollars and send them
- 6:13Speaker 1: back home to not only family members, but to literal
- 6:16Speaker 1: terrorist organizations Al Shabab. Tim Waltz saying this as well
- 6:22Speaker 1: as TV owner, is.
- 6:24Speaker 6: The welch and spoiled or can you count on flow
- 6:27Speaker 6: issue with the Usury's.
- 6:28Speaker 5: Office here one hundred percent that well is not spoil.
- 6:32Speaker 5: I would let Drew talk to that, and I'm going
- 6:34Speaker 5: to say that in the midst of what's very clearly
- 6:38Speaker 5: a vindictive attack on Minnesota from this administration, I will
- 6:44Speaker 5: say this, the bright point on this has been the
- 6:47Speaker 5: US Attorney's Office, and you saw that when Andy Lueger left,
- 6:50Speaker 5: we never missed a beat to Joe Thompson and they
- 6:53Speaker 5: have been good part And I'll let Drew talk by
- 6:55Speaker 5: that he worked with them and we have talked about this,
- 6:58Speaker 5: and look, I have to assess this too. I understand
- 7:01Speaker 5: when I speak up it brings Donald Trump's petty vindictiveness
- 7:05Speaker 5: to Minnesota. And this is all about coming and attacking us.
- 7:10Speaker 5: He didn't know anything about this. He doesn't know how
- 7:12Speaker 5: medicaid program works. The only thing he knows about is
- 7:15Speaker 5: going to double the cost over the next week. But
- 7:17Speaker 5: he doesn't know how these programs work or anything about it.
- 7:20Speaker 5: So he heard and somebody told him the Somalis are
- 7:23Speaker 5: stealing money and they're not doing anything about Throw it
- 7:25Speaker 5: up there. That's not how the US Attorney's office works.
- 7:28Speaker 1: You listen to Tim Waltz and he's saying it yet again,
- 7:31Speaker 1: this is vindictive. So all the waste, all the fraud,
- 7:34Speaker 1: all the abuse, sending many to terrorists. Tim Waltz is
- 7:37Speaker 1: telling you, he's telling the American people, no, no, no, this
- 7:42Speaker 1: is really about vindictive Donald Trump. So then if that's
- 7:46Speaker 1: the case, why did moments later he say this, So if.
- 7:51Speaker 5: You try and commit fraud Minnesota, and there's folks out
- 7:53Speaker 5: there listening right now, you are going to prison eventually.
- 7:56Speaker 5: I think the biggest thing on this is is you'll
- 7:58Speaker 5: hear from some of the experts here. Many of these programs,
- 8:01Speaker 5: especially federal Medicaid and medicare plagues every state, And when
- 8:06Speaker 5: you set down and dig into this, it takes weeks
- 8:10Speaker 5: and weeks and weeks, and actually it takes years to
- 8:12Speaker 5: become experts in this. These are programs that have been
- 8:15Speaker 5: layered up in a spider web over the years. That
- 8:17Speaker 5: makes it incredibly difficult, and I think unwinding those are
- 8:20Speaker 5: bringing about the integrity. It's the reason why we're seeing
- 8:23Speaker 5: federal agencies under the Trump administration acknowledge the work that's
- 8:27Speaker 5: being done, acknowledge that these things are better, and actually
- 8:30Speaker 5: suggesting in other states when I talk to them about
- 8:32Speaker 5: implementing that, because they're going to deal with it. COVID
- 8:36Speaker 5: moved a lot of money very very quickly, and our
- 8:39Speaker 5: goal was to make sure we were moving that money
- 8:41Speaker 5: so that people ate that they were housed, that they
- 8:43Speaker 5: had vaccines. But it also opened up the door to
- 8:46Speaker 5: relax the guardrails and to have fraud be committed.
- 8:49Speaker 1: So there it is the governor yet again blaming everybody
- 8:52Speaker 1: else but himself, and that is why this has become
- 8:56Speaker 1: such a massive problem yet again, when there's very clear
- 9:00Speaker 1: fraud at a level that is a scanner that is broken,
- 9:04Speaker 1: that is putting his governorship in real peril. He's saying
- 9:07Speaker 1: this is somehow just Donald Trump's fault. It's vindictiveness, but eventually,
- 9:11Speaker 1: as he describes, if you're breaking law, yeah, okay, you'll
- 9:14Speaker 1: go to jail, and then immediately goes back to playing politics.
- 9:18Speaker 1: I look at this governor and he goes back to
- 9:22Speaker 1: say one final thing, giving another excuse for why this happened.
- 9:27Speaker 1: This time, he's not blaming the fact that he and
- 9:30Speaker 1: the people around him refuse to look at the Somali
- 9:32Speaker 1: community for what they are doing in the crimes of
- 9:35Speaker 1: committing No, no, you want to know what he says.
- 9:37Speaker 1: The real problem is, you know, he's actually blaming for
- 9:40Speaker 1: the waste, fraud and abuse and the money going to
- 9:42Speaker 1: terrorist organizations. He says, it's a e's fault. I'm not joking.
- 9:49Speaker 1: This is his final excuse.
- 9:50Speaker 5: Any amount of fraud is too much. That's where over
- 9:53Speaker 5: the last several years, we've made many systematic changes to
- 9:56Speaker 5: state government to both detect fraud and hold thoseccountable after
- 10:00Speaker 5: it happened year after year. We brought new ideas to
- 10:03Speaker 5: the legislature to stay ahead of the evolving tactics, and
- 10:06Speaker 5: they are evolving. AI poses immense challenges in the fraud space.
- 10:12Speaker 5: We sought top to bottom change in state government to
- 10:14Speaker 5: create stronger oversite. We leveraged outside experts, we modernize technology
- 10:20Speaker 5: and hold criminals accountable.
- 10:21Speaker 1: So there it is a governor seeing billions of dollars
- 10:24Speaker 1: stowing from the American people, and he says it's a
- 10:27Speaker 1: conspiracy and Trump is the problem by trying to crack
- 10:31Speaker 1: down on it. He then says, it's not actually happening,
- 10:33Speaker 1: but if it is happening, eventually you will get put
- 10:37Speaker 1: in jail eventually. And then he says, it's really AI's
- 10:41Speaker 1: problem that this is happening, not the government for allowing
- 10:45Speaker 1: it to happen in Minnesota. If you want to know
- 10:47Speaker 1: how broken Minnesota is, this is a perfect example of
- 10:51Speaker 1: it and exactly why the Treasury Department, the IRS, and
- 10:55Speaker 1: the federal government is involved under Trump's leadership, to stop
- 10:59Speaker 1: your tax dollars from going to this abuse and going
- 11:03Speaker 1: to terrorists as well. The White House making it very
- 11:07Speaker 1: clear that we have a real problem with immigration from
- 11:11Speaker 1: third world countries and is it adding to the United
- 11:15Speaker 1: States of America or is it actually putting you and
- 11:18Speaker 1: many other lives at risk. That is part of the
- 11:21Speaker 1: question that we must be asking and for far too long.
- 11:24Speaker 1: If you ask that question, people immediately say things like
- 11:28Speaker 1: your racist or your bigot or that's not what America
- 11:30Speaker 1: is about. But the data is showing that we do
- 11:33Speaker 1: have a crisis in this country, and so how do
- 11:37Speaker 1: we deal with it? Stephen Miller talking about this from
- 11:40Speaker 1: the White House on Fox News Channel and clearly telegraphing
- 11:44Speaker 1: what may be coming from the White House. Listen carefully
- 11:47Speaker 1: the words he chooses.
- 11:48Speaker 7: So one last question, Stephen, I think you and I
- 11:50Speaker 7: could have and should have this conversation out of much
- 11:52Speaker 7: longer skill. This is something that is incredibly important and
- 11:55Speaker 7: worthy of a half hour together. But such as the
- 11:58Speaker 7: nature of television as it is right now, I'm working
- 12:00Speaker 7: on that, but this will be quickly my last question
- 12:03Speaker 7: for you.
- 12:04Speaker 8: What can we do? Stephen?
- 12:05Speaker 7: You know, this was something America addressed in the nineteen twenties.
- 12:08Speaker 7: They had these debates, they had these conversations openly, and
- 12:11Speaker 7: they chose in the nineteen twenties to say we are
- 12:13Speaker 7: going to put strict quotas on people coming from different
- 12:17Speaker 7: parts of the world. Sixty five did away with what
- 12:19Speaker 7: we did in the twenties. So do we need something
- 12:21Speaker 7: like the nineteen twenty four Act.
- 12:24Speaker 9: Clearly we need to have in this country exactly what
- 12:28Speaker 9: President Trump called for which is that we need a
- 12:31Speaker 9: moratorium on immigration from third world countries until we can
- 12:35Speaker 9: heal ourselves as the nation, solve our education issues, solve
- 12:39Speaker 9: our healthcare issues, our public safety issues, our assimilation issues,
- 12:43Speaker 9: our cultural issues. So the nineteen twenty four Act is
- 12:46Speaker 9: such a good example because so we had large immigration
- 12:50Speaker 9: from Europe from.
- 12:50Speaker 8: Eighteen eighty to nineteen twenty.
- 12:52Speaker 9: So, in other words, we went from a country that
- 12:54Speaker 9: had immigration from part of Europe to immigration from many
- 12:57Speaker 9: other parts of Europe, but even other European cost entries
- 13:00Speaker 9: post enormous stresses on the US system, both economically and
- 13:03Speaker 9: in terms of security. There's a lot of crime, a
- 13:06Speaker 9: lot of threast in public safety and order, and those
- 13:08Speaker 9: who are addressed with very strict immigration quotas. What they
- 13:11Speaker 9: don't teach you in school is that from nineteen twenty
- 13:14Speaker 9: to nineteen seventy there was negative migration. There was a
- 13:18Speaker 9: half century of negative migration. The foreign born population declined
- 13:23Speaker 9: by forty percent for half a century. During that same
- 13:26Speaker 9: time period, will the US population doubled from natural childbirth.
- 13:31Speaker 9: That was the cauldron in which a unified shared national
- 13:34Speaker 9: identity was formed.
- 13:36Speaker 8: They went through.
- 13:37Speaker 9: A depression together, they went through World Wars together, they
- 13:40Speaker 9: landed on the Moon together. This great period in American
- 13:43Speaker 9: history happened at a time when there was negative migration.
- 13:46Speaker 9: They don't teach that to our kids in school, and frankly,
- 13:49Speaker 9: I would submit very few politicians serving in Congress probably
- 13:52Speaker 9: know that.
- 13:52Speaker 1: Will very few politicians in Washington serving know that as well.
- 14:00Speaker 1: Going back to talking about the nineteen twenty four Act
- 14:03Speaker 1: is a good example. As he described it, he wasn't
- 14:06Speaker 1: done there, by the way, Stephen Miller also talking about
- 14:10Speaker 1: Somalia specifically. Now again, if you talk about Somalia and saying, hey,
- 14:15Speaker 1: maybe we need to cut back or we need to
- 14:17Speaker 1: look at what we've done here in this country and
- 14:20Speaker 1: how many people are letting in from Somalia, you will
- 14:22Speaker 1: immediately be called a bigot and or a racist for
- 14:24Speaker 1: even trying to have the conversation. I want you to
- 14:27Speaker 1: hear what Stephen had to say about what we're finding
- 14:30Speaker 1: out about what may be one of the biggest frauds
- 14:32Speaker 1: we've ever seen with a number of people coming into
- 14:36Speaker 1: this country from Somalia.
- 14:37Speaker 2: Listen, I can have as long as I'm willing to
- 14:39Speaker 2: work for.
- 14:40Speaker 5: That's the American drill.
- 14:42Speaker 7: My next guest has been a driving force behind President Trump'
- 14:45Speaker 7: immigration policies. He is White House Deputy chief of Staff
- 14:48Speaker 7: for Policy, Steven Miller, Stephen, great to see you. You know,
- 14:51Speaker 7: the interesting thing about hearing from a guy like Geene
- 14:53Speaker 7: Simmons right there and what he had to say, when
- 14:56Speaker 7: you do talk to someone who is either the child
- 14:58Speaker 7: or the direct legal immigran the United States, they often
- 15:01Speaker 7: share that type of love of America, wherein when we
- 15:05Speaker 7: look at in illegal population, you don't often hear that
- 15:08Speaker 7: same type of patriotism.
- 15:11Speaker 8: Well, first of all, thank you for having this conversation.
- 15:13Speaker 5: Will.
- 15:14Speaker 9: I think there's been an incredible lack of honest, truthful
- 15:17Speaker 9: candidate conversation in American media for a very long time
- 15:22Speaker 9: about immigration policy.
- 15:23Speaker 8: And you're right, of course that immigrants who come here
- 15:26Speaker 8: I legally.
- 15:27Speaker 9: Engage in an act of spite against America from the
- 15:29Speaker 9: moment they cross that border and then continue to break
- 15:32Speaker 9: our laws and flat our system and defy our rules
- 15:35Speaker 9: every single day they're here, and continue to plunder and
- 15:38Speaker 9: pillage off the system and of course their children as
- 15:41Speaker 9: a result of so called birthright citizenship, which is the
- 15:44Speaker 9: greatest scam in history. Get unlimited welfare for life that
- 15:47Speaker 9: goes to the benefit of legal alien parents.
- 15:49Speaker 8: But I want to address your monologue specifically.
- 15:52Speaker 9: About the nineteen sixty five Immigration Act and what that
- 15:55Speaker 9: means in American history. So, during the Civil rights era,
- 16:00Speaker 9: and this is the civils way I can put it,
- 16:01Speaker 9: there was a thought, in effect. You can go back
- 16:04Speaker 9: and you can read the transcripts of the debate at
- 16:05Speaker 9: the time of applying civil rights to immigration policy for
- 16:10Speaker 9: the globe and to create a civil right for people
- 16:13Speaker 9: from every part of the world to.
- 16:16Speaker 8: Come to America in ever growing numbers.
- 16:19Speaker 9: And so a system that for years, as you mentioned,
- 16:21Speaker 9: had been tightly restricted, suddenly established this global ability of
- 16:25Speaker 9: people in every part of the world to come to America,
- 16:29Speaker 9: to bring their families to America, and then eventually empty
- 16:32Speaker 9: out their entire towns and their entire villages to the
- 16:35Speaker 9: United States of America. And so what you saw between
- 16:38Speaker 9: nineteen sixty five and today was the single largest experiment
- 16:43Speaker 9: on a society, on a civilization that had ever been
- 16:45Speaker 9: conducted in human history, not just the seventy six million
- 16:49Speaker 9: immigrants that were brought in largely from the Third World,
- 16:53Speaker 9: but their descendants too. So you see with a lot
- 16:55Speaker 9: of these immigrant groups. Not only is the first generation unsuccessful,
- 17:00Speaker 9: and Somalia as a clear example here, not only is
- 17:02Speaker 9: the first generation unsuccessful, but you see persistent issues in
- 17:06Speaker 9: every subsequent generation. So you see consistent high rates of
- 17:11Speaker 9: welfare use, consistent high rates of criminal activity, consistent failures
- 17:15Speaker 9: to assimilate. But they shouldn't be a surprise. Will, It's
- 17:19Speaker 9: just common sense. If Somaldians cannot make Somalia successful, why
- 17:25Speaker 9: would we think that the track will be any different
- 17:26Speaker 9: in the United States? Go third world country by third
- 17:29Speaker 9: world country. No one's saying, Look, there are people all
- 17:32Speaker 9: over the world that are great people, but you look
- 17:35Speaker 9: at the society.
- 17:36Speaker 8: If Libya keeps failing.
- 17:38Speaker 9: If the Central African Republic keeps failing, if Somalia keeps failing. Right,
- 17:44Speaker 9: if these societies all over the world continue to fail,
- 17:48Speaker 9: you have to ask yourself. If you bring those societies
- 17:51Speaker 9: into our country and then give them unlimited, free welfare,
- 17:55Speaker 9: what do we think is gonna happen. You're going to
- 17:58Speaker 9: replicate the conditions that they left over and over and
- 18:01Speaker 9: over again. And we mask the impact of immigration every
- 18:04Speaker 9: public policy issue we discuss, we talk about test scores.
- 18:08Speaker 9: Will if you subtract immigration out of test scores, all
- 18:12Speaker 9: of a sudden, our test scores skyrocket. If you subtract
- 18:16Speaker 9: immigration out of healthcare, all of a sudden, we don't
- 18:20Speaker 9: have near the size of the healthcare challenges our country faces.
- 18:23Speaker 9: If you subtract immigration out of public safety, all of
- 18:26Speaker 9: a sudden, we don't have violent crime in so many
- 18:29Speaker 9: of our cities. Issue after issue, we talk about these
- 18:32Speaker 9: things that just they just happen to us. The schools
- 18:34Speaker 9: just suddenly fail by the crime just suddenly explodes, the
- 18:37Speaker 9: deficit just suddenly skyrockets. These are a result of social
- 18:41Speaker 9: policy choices that we made through immigration.
- 18:44Speaker 1: You notice what he said, and if you listen to
- 18:47Speaker 1: how he said it, he said, Look, we need legal
- 18:49Speaker 1: immigration because illegal immigration is completely underminding. People are doing
- 18:52Speaker 1: it the right way. That is important. And number two,
- 18:55Speaker 1: you have to look at the issue safety. That is
- 18:58Speaker 1: a conversation that everyone in this country deserves to have
- 19:01Speaker 1: that conversation, and why would we do something there's hurting
- 19:05Speaker 1: Americans that are in this country, including immigrants who have
- 19:09Speaker 1: come to this country, on a multitude of issues as
- 19:12Speaker 1: basic as.
- 19:13Speaker 2: Housing and jobs.
- 19:15Speaker 1: These are the conversations that need to be had because
- 19:18Speaker 1: All of this is coming as a former ICE official
- 19:23Speaker 1: has now blown the whistle saying Somali immigration to the
- 19:27Speaker 1: US marked the greatest refugee fraud crisis in modern times.
- 19:35Speaker 1: A whistleblower coming forward explaining just how bad things are
- 19:40Speaker 1: with Somali migration to the United States of America should
- 19:44Speaker 1: be a front page news story. It is not. Right now,
- 19:47Speaker 1: I'm going to tell you this story and I hope
- 19:49Speaker 1: you'll share it everywhere on social media. Share the podcast
- 19:53Speaker 1: wherever you can on social media so people can hear this.
- 19:57Speaker 2: Now.
- 19:57Speaker 1: This is what is being told is it's a plague
- 20:01Speaker 1: of mass fraud the federal government and a retired Immigration
- 20:07Speaker 1: Customs Enforcement official is revealing now the secrets that apparently
- 20:11Speaker 1: the government does not want you to know about the
- 20:15Speaker 1: P three or PDAs three refugee pipeline. It was created
- 20:19Speaker 1: by the Refugee Act of nineteen eighty.
- 20:22Speaker 2: What did it do?
- 20:24Speaker 1: It allowed refugees to apply for their spouses, their unmarried children,
- 20:29Speaker 1: and parents to also receive refugee status in the US.
- 20:33Speaker 1: From two thousand and three through two thousand and eight, Africans,
- 20:37Speaker 1: including Somalis, represent more than ninety five percent of refugees
- 20:44Speaker 1: who arrive in the US through the PDAs three program.
- 20:47Speaker 1: I'm going to say that again, Africans, including Somalis, represent
- 20:52Speaker 1: more than ninety five percent of the refugees who arrived
- 20:55Speaker 1: in the US through this government PEDS three program.
- 20:59Speaker 2: That is insane.
- 21:00Speaker 1: If you look at the rest of the world, you
- 21:01Speaker 1: should be angry if you're from anywhere else in the world.
- 21:04Speaker 1: In March of eight, after some thirty six thousand, they
- 21:08Speaker 1: say mostly Africans have entered the US as a PEDS
- 21:10Speaker 1: three refugees, the majority of whom resettled in one place, Minnesota.
- 21:16Speaker 1: So now this explains a Somali fraud that is happening
- 21:21Speaker 1: in Minnesota. The people coming in this country from Somalia,
- 21:25Speaker 1: mostly Africans, are going directly to Minnesota where they have
- 21:29Speaker 1: set up a nation state in essence that is now
- 21:32Speaker 1: fleecing American tax dours of billions of dollars in fraud
- 21:36Speaker 1: which has all been uncovered now. The program was halted
- 21:41Speaker 1: by then President George W. Bush after the State Department
- 21:44Speaker 1: unveiled back in eight mass fraud. The State Department published
- 21:49Speaker 1: a report in November of eight detailing how the agency
- 21:52Speaker 1: had started requiring the PDS three refugees from Somalia, Ethiopia,
- 21:56Speaker 1: and Liberia to take DNA tests to prove they were
- 22:01Speaker 1: bred relatives of the US bound refugees sponsoring them for
- 22:05Speaker 1: such status.
- 22:06Speaker 2: So guess what happened? And again, how the hell did
- 22:09Speaker 2: we not know this?
- 22:11Speaker 1: The DNA tests revealed the State Department was only able
- 22:14Speaker 1: to confirm all claimed biological relationships in fewer than twenty
- 22:19Speaker 1: percent of the cases aka the family units. So more
- 22:24Speaker 1: than eighty percent of the people coming into the US
- 22:28Speaker 1: from Somalia, Ethiopia, and Liberia were lying about even being
- 22:32Speaker 1: the family members. Their ticket to America was being sold
- 22:37Speaker 1: on the black market by the families many times that
- 22:41Speaker 1: were in this country already taking advantage of US through
- 22:44Speaker 1: government aid.
- 22:46Speaker 2: Quote.
- 22:47Speaker 1: We initially tested a sample of some five hundred refugees,
- 22:50Speaker 1: primarily Somali and Ethiopian, in Nairobi, Kenya, under consideration for
- 22:56Speaker 1: US resettlement through the pedestree program. After these samples suggested
- 23:02Speaker 1: high rates of fraud, we expanded testing to Ethiopia, Uganda, Ghana, Guinea,
- 23:08Speaker 1: Gembia and others. Most of the approximately three thousand refugees
- 23:13Speaker 1: tested are from Somalia, Ethiopia, and Liberia. Note that the
- 23:18Speaker 1: initial DNA testing was limited to members of the families
- 23:21Speaker 1: only applying for the pedestri program, and not between the
- 23:25Speaker 1: applicants and the anchor relative. In the United States, the
- 23:30Speaker 1: retired ICE official Fillinger published a thirty page brief in
- 23:35Speaker 1: July of eighteen regarding what he called the greatest refugee
- 23:39Speaker 1: fraud crisis in modern times and possibly the biggest blunder
- 23:43Speaker 1: in immigration history anywhere. Thousands and thousands and thousands and
- 23:52Speaker 1: thousands of fraudulent P three refugees, most using false identities,
- 23:58Speaker 1: streamed into the United States of America.
- 24:00Speaker 2: So these are people just fake names. We don't even
- 24:02Speaker 2: know who the they are.
- 24:02Speaker 1: We don't know what they're wanted for in these countries
- 24:04Speaker 1: that they committed hanes crimes, and we're allowing them in
- 24:07Speaker 1: with fake IDs. Not only did we allow them in,
- 24:11Speaker 1: but they streamed in the US for years before the
- 24:14Speaker 1: suspension of the program. Quote, when twenty five percent of
- 24:19Speaker 1: the US workforce was unemployed in the nineteen thirties, it
- 24:22Speaker 1: was called the Great Depression. With nearly one hundred percent
- 24:27Speaker 1: fraud levels in the failed P three program, it is
- 24:30Speaker 1: accurate to call it the greatest refugee fraud crisis. In
- 24:33Speaker 1: modern times. Now here's the part that will even blow
- 24:37Speaker 1: your mind more than that. We knew the program was
- 24:40Speaker 1: corrupt as hell. We knew people were lying about who
- 24:44Speaker 1: they were. We knew they were coming to America and
- 24:46Speaker 1: at record rates they were taking government aid. And then
- 24:49Speaker 1: we find out that former President Barack Obama reinstated the
- 24:55Speaker 1: P three refugee pipeline in twenty twelve after making a
- 24:59Speaker 1: number of reforms, including requiring DNA testing for applicants to
- 25:04Speaker 1: prove family ties to the refugees in the United States
- 25:09Speaker 1: of America. Just let that sit in. You look at that,
- 25:13Speaker 1: and you look at these numbers, and what we are
- 25:15Speaker 1: now witnessing is two things. One, the amount of corruption
- 25:20Speaker 1: is just massive. Two, like you're selling family members on
- 25:23Speaker 1: the black market. Three we haven't even fixed the people
- 25:26Speaker 1: that are in this country that we could go back
- 25:28Speaker 1: and easily deport and get rid of who defrauded this country.
- 25:32Speaker 1: Four we know that the amount of fraud is historic levels,
- 25:36Speaker 1: costing US billions of dollars. And five we know that
- 25:40Speaker 1: the majority of people coming in are going straight to
- 25:41Speaker 1: wear Minnesota to literally set up their own country. They're
- 25:45Speaker 1: not assimilating into the United States of America. They're saying, Hey,
- 25:49Speaker 1: we're just going to raise our numbers by thirty six thousand, right,
- 25:52Speaker 1: and we'll just like do that and it's going to
- 25:54Speaker 1: be fine, and then we're just going to elect our
- 25:57Speaker 1: own to Congress, which is exactly what we've seen with
- 25:59Speaker 1: Elamo mar and others. Just take a look at Rashid
- 26:03Speaker 1: to Leave, for example, and look at what she's done
- 26:05Speaker 1: in this set of Michion where there's another large population
- 26:08Speaker 1: of immigrants have come in. She is protecting them. You
- 26:12Speaker 1: want to know what she's doing. She's not representing America
- 26:16Speaker 1: in any capacity. I want to make that clear. She
- 26:18Speaker 1: literally introduced a resolution recognizing what she described as the
- 26:22Speaker 1: genocide of the Palestinian people in Goss. It not the
- 26:25Speaker 1: attack on the Jews, not the worst attack on the
- 26:29Speaker 1: Jews since the Holocaust.
- 26:31Speaker 2: No, no, no, she's.
- 26:32Speaker 1: Out there standing up for the terrorist organizations Hamas and hesblah.
- 26:38Speaker 1: This is just another example of what was being said
- 26:43Speaker 1: there by Stephen Miller talking about if and again, this
- 26:47Speaker 1: is something that may be politically incorrect, Okay to say
- 26:50Speaker 1: it right, people are going to lose their minds, but
- 26:53Speaker 1: it's a conversation we should have.
- 26:55Speaker 2: Again, stee Miller.
- 26:56Speaker 1: If some Audians can't make some allys successful, why we
- 26:59Speaker 1: think that the track would be any different in the
- 27:00Speaker 1: United States of America. There are people that are going
- 27:04Speaker 1: to go berserk at that comment. I think it's a
- 27:09Speaker 1: comment that should have a grand debate around it. I
- 27:13Speaker 1: think we should be having a conversation after what we
- 27:16Speaker 1: just witnessed with billions of dollars of fraud that is
- 27:21Speaker 1: happening before our very eyes in Minnesota, about this conversation.
- 27:26Speaker 1: I also want to make sure that when people are
- 27:29Speaker 1: coming in to the United States of America, they want
- 27:32Speaker 1: to be a part of this country. They're not coming
- 27:35Speaker 1: in just to take advantage of this country. They want
- 27:38Speaker 1: to assimilate into this country, not set up their own
- 27:42Speaker 1: country that they just in essence came from. That's another
- 27:45Speaker 1: part of the equation, another part of the conversation that
- 27:49Speaker 1: I believe should be had. And I'll say one last
- 27:52Speaker 1: thing about this, If we don't have the conversation that
- 27:58Speaker 1: clearly needs to take place, when Democrat get back into power,
- 28:01Speaker 1: they are going to flood this country yet again. They
- 28:04Speaker 1: are going to flood this country as fast as they
- 28:07Speaker 1: can with illegal immigrants that are coming in because they
- 28:12Speaker 1: want to fundamentally undermine and change this nation. We know
- 28:16Speaker 1: that they've told us that's their plan. Believe them when
- 28:19Speaker 1: they tell you this. Don't forget to share this podcast,
